00:00:31.080 fight for our kids regarding SOGI 123, the government, the unions, the media, the ARC Foundation

00:00:39.160 and the Canadian Federation of Public Libraries as well as the BC Association of Libraries are all

00:00:46.940 responding to Action for Canada's notice of liability and that's because of the work you're

00:00:51.480 all doing. So I just need you to really embrace that tonight and from the bottom of my heart,

00:01:33.600 course, we have Barry Neufeld back on to give us and his lawyer Paul Jaffe to give us an update on

00:01:39.080 what's going on in the court last week and what we can possibly anticipate moving forward. In order to

00:01:45.820 support Barry, we created this image. We have a wonderful guy, Hans. This is sort of a little bit

00:01:52.680 of a look at what happened in the court that day. There was Barry with his incredible lawyer, Paul,

00:01:59.700 and on the other side is, it wasn't Glenn Hansman in the court that day. I believe it was a

00:02:04.300 representative of the current BCTF with their lawyer. And then up on the wall, there were about 12

00:02:10.440 individuals who were interveners and they're individuals that have something to lose, something

00:02:17.160 that how this case will affect them if the court rightfully rules in favor of Barry Neufeld. This

00:02:23.920 is about a defamation case. This is a case that should be based on that, but the trans and LGBTQ

00:02:29.800 community are heavily funded and there's a lot of activity in the school systems where our kids are

00:02:36.640 being intentionally sexualized at a very young age and it needs to stop. So Barry was not allowed

00:02:43.120 any interveners and that just shows you the balance in the case. To me, Barry and Paul are national

00:02:49.340 heroes here and I just want to highlight them because this is a critical case, not only for

00:02:54.800 the freedom of speech, but also in protection of our children. I show a little bit in our action about

00:03:02.580 who the big players are in behind this, United Nations, UNICEF, UNESCO. Some of you are saying,

00:03:08.340 oh my goodness, I get the UNICEF. Well, I would recommend that you research it and possibly stop

00:03:14.100 your funding because you're funding the tyranny and the radical ideologies that are entering our

00:03:19.940 school system, especially by the International Planned Parenthood Federation, who are attacking children and

00:03:27.220 parental rights. Then there's always an invitation on the page. I did a video recently on the

00:03:33.440 mutilization and sterilization of the next generation. It walks you through the materials,

00:03:38.740 the books, et cetera. Again, if you're new, I would really recommend you watch that video,

00:03:43.360 get yourself educated. This was something that we included. We're actually investigating this.

00:03:48.480 Somebody said that this was Photoshopped. The sad part about it is if it was Photoshopped or if it

00:03:55.080 wasn't in today's society, it's believable. With all the drag queens being permitted access to our 0.94

00:04:01.500 children, this is actually something that was believable when we saw this report. And so somebody

00:04:08.760 had said that it was Photoshopped. We're looking into it. Action for Canada endeavors to provide the

00:04:15.160 most relevant information and the factual information. So if we're incorrect, we will be removing

00:04:21.220 that. As a solution to all of the tyranny that we're facing right now in Canada, we are saying,

00:04:27.360 please get involved. Know who it is that you're electing. Get involved with an Action for Canada

00:04:34.100 chapter. And moving forward, we've just had elections here in British Columbia for municipal elections,

00:04:40.680 for school board trustees and mayors and city councils. And then this following week is in Ontario,

00:04:47.160 PEI Manitoba and up in the Yukon and Northwest territories. We're going to be way well better

00:04:53.540 situated going into the future. But this is a reason, these elections are a reason why we want to

00:04:58.940 grow up the Action for Canada chapters and their memberships. We had 37 mayors that won by acclamation

00:05:06.880 because nobody was running against them in BC. Those would have been seats that we could have won

00:05:12.300 had we been as well prepared as what we're going to do in the future. So it just shows you we can move

00:05:19.040 mountains, but we need to do that together. All right, on as well on the menu of the Action for Canada

00:05:27.580 under current issues, if you pop down to the bottom of it, it says political LGBTQ. And that is where you

00:05:34.580 will find all of our information. I'm just going to update that page where it will provide you with

00:05:42.120 the stop SOGI 123 notice of liability, as well as the SOGI 123 flyer that is bringing a lot of

00:05:49.480 information to the public on this issue in a brief flyer. There's been a lot of controversy

00:05:55.380 over this flyer. Castanet and others are reporting on it. And it was a hot item going into the elections.

00:06:02.580 They thought, oh, you know, we've created this flyer in order to interfere with elections. We've

00:06:08.040 had this flyer going for months. It's to help educate parents and Canadians before they go to

00:06:12.800 the polls. Sure, this is important information that we all need to be aware of.
