My good friend, Pastor Ardor Palowski, we had a conversation the other day, and I think his situation is very serious and one that we need to bring mass public awareness to.

All right, so Pastor Ardor Palowski, I just want to thank you so much for joining me today to discuss this and bring the awareness to your current circumstances, wherein you face the potential of up to 10 years in prison for preaching the gospel.

00:00:41.360 The majority of Canadians who have followed your story over the past few years have read the headline news by independent media, because of course the MSM isn't going to be reporting on this, and the media that all the fraudulent charges against you recently have been dropped over these past months, except for one.

00:00:59.820 And you are currently facing a charge for allegedly inciting mischief when you gave a sermon to the truckers back, I believe it was in 2022. Your sentencing hearing, and you can correct me if I'm wrong, is on August 9th, and that's wherein Judge Gordon Crink could send you to jail for a maximum of 10 years.

00:01:21.100 And in order for our viewers who aren't familiar with you, I just want to give a little bit of context. So to me, and I think to others, it would appear that over the years, the judges in Alberta have colluded with the government in a concerted effort to shut you up and take you out.

00:01:39.280 But so far, they've been, of course, but not without causing you serious personal harm and distress to not only you, but your family. They've arrested you multiple times, harassed you, ticketed you, disrupted your congregation, and attempted to shut down your street ministry, wherein you minister to and feed the homeless. I mean, it's so diabolical.

00:02:03.540 And I just, again, want to bring attention to the fact that the government, the police, and the judiciary, everybody who's been involved in this, have acted unlawfully and committed a criminal offense, according to the Criminal Code Section 176, 1, 2, and 3, where it says obstructing, I'm actually going to pull this up and read it for a minute, obstructing or violence to or arrest of officiating clergymen.

00:02:29.200 So everyone who, A, by threat or force, unlawfully obstructs or prevents or endeavors to obstruct or prevent a clergyman or minister from celebrating divine service or performing any function in connection with his calling,

00:02:44.500 or B, or B, knowing that a clergyman or B, or B, knowing that a clergyman or minister is about to perform, is on his way to perform, or is returning from the performance of any of the duties or functions mentioned in paragraph A, I, assaults or offers any violence to him, or arrests him on a civil process, or under the pretense of executing a civil process, is guilty of an indictable offense and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.

00:03:13.120 And, you know, to me, this is very serious from the onset when we first saw you horrified, saw you being arrested, you know, on the highway, them entering your church and harassing you for being open during COVID, as was every pastor's right in this country.

00:03:31.860 And so now here we are, all of the tickets, the majority of the, well, the tickets related to COVID, I understand, I believe they've been dismissed, but you can correct me.

00:03:41.980 And all of the charges have been dismissed as well, except for this one.

00:03:46.020 So I just want to hand the floor over to you now and for you to update our viewers, Canadians and people around the world as to what's now transpiring.

00:03:54.340 Yeah, so let me take the people that maybe are not familiar with the story a little bit back.

00:04:01.400 So my ordeal started in 2005, when the police and the bylaws came to our church and declared that giving free goods and services is now prohibited by law, distribution of printed material, congregating, having illegal signage.

00:04:17.260 So I got $10,000 tickets for having a legal signage that says, Jesus is King, Jesus loves you.

00:04:23.820 I received multiple tickets for giving free goods and services, feeding the homeless people.

00:04:28.440 That's the primary thing that our church is doing.

00:04:31.740 Three times a week, we're feeding the homeless people.

00:04:35.080 And during the week, we feed the, you know, families that are struggling with necessities of life.

00:04:40.300 So that's what I do every day for the past 24 years and full-time 18 years.

00:04:47.840 Government attacked me without mercy.

00:04:51.060 2006, I was the first Canadian to be charged and arrested for publicly reading Bible.

00:04:56.820 I faced a year of imprisonment.

00:04:59.100 So that's an ongoing 18 years for me, prosecution and persecution.

00:05:05.060 Over 340 citations, 120 court cases and 16 arrests, not mentioning being detained multiple times.

00:05:15.300 So not in a paddy wagon or in jail, but just arrested, detained by the police pending investigation.

00:05:25.780 2015, I won my final court of appeal.

00:05:28.580 They left me be for a while.

00:05:30.540 And then the craziness, the big lie happened at the beginning of 2020.

00:05:34.200 Danny, as you remember, I don't want to tell the whole story.

00:05:37.400 It takes me two hours to just share it.

00:05:39.500 But I became the first Canadian to get a COVID ticket, threats of other tickets. 0.65

00:05:44.820 Overall, 40 citations for the most ridiculous things.

00:05:49.880 For example, inciting people to come to church or officiating in a legal gathering, participating in a legal gathering.

00:05:56.720 I got criminal charges for baptism of my daughter.

00:05:59.680 So how dare I baptize my daughter in a river on the outside?

00:06:05.660 I got criminally charged for that, not wearing a muzzle.

00:06:09.520 I went to the States, came back, arrested, stepping out of the plane, arrested in the middle of the highway, arrested for participating in a protest, a rally.

00:06:19.020 And then, of course, the trackers.

00:06:22.000 I received over 40 tickets.

00:06:24.580 At times, we had over 100 police officers at our church services, 52 police cars, anti-terrorists, chief of police, special unit with telescopic cameras taking pictures of our wives and children.

00:06:41.000 And I have battled and fought in a court system, all those charges.

00:06:46.400 So they did not dismiss.

00:06:48.200 Majority of my charges were not dismissed.

00:06:50.640 I had to fight them in a court.

00:06:53.360 And the judges actually found me not guilty.

00:06:57.200 All the criminal charges, all the COVID craziness, it was either they withdraw the state or I won them actually sitting in front of the judge as a criminal fighting it.

00:07:10.140 We spent over a million dollars already on legal fees.

00:07:14.660 And then the track convoy came.

00:07:16.400 And at that time, Tanya, you remember, I was called Canada's pastor or freedom pastor.

00:07:21.200 And they asked me right away if I would be willing to do church services for them.

00:07:26.420 And I'm telling you, they did not have to ask me twice.

00:07:30.640 I consider this a great honor to this day that I was able to, at least in a small part, be part of the greatest thing I have ever seen on this soil.

00:07:48.900 Every color, every Cree background, immigrants, people coming together of different faiths, loving each other, feeding each other, singing with each other, hugging each other.

00:08:11.700 I did them in Calgary.

00:08:12.780 Calgary, of course, I participated in a protest, in rallies.

00:08:17.180 We had sometimes 20,000 people showing up on the streets of Calgary.

00:08:21.140 And then I was asked to come to Milk River.

00:08:25.420 Kootz is the point of entry between Montana and Alberta.

00:08:29.300 And I was asked to do church services there.

00:08:31.780 So I went gladly.

00:08:48.640 And that's the only people that I saw blocking the street.

00:08:54.740 They were taking pictures, videotaping me.

00:08:56.980 Well, I got nothing to hide.

00:08:58.760 I'm standing on God and state-given rights.

00:09:01.760 And I asked them if they would open the barricade for me and my son and the worshiper to go to Kootz. 1.00

00:09:22.660 And I delivered 19-minute speech, a sermon to the truckers and farmers.

00:09:27.520 During my speech, as you remember, multiple times I said to the people peacefully, no guns, no swords.

00:09:45.380 Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr. civil rights movement style paralyzed their system by simply refusing to cooperate, refusing to work for the wannabe pharaohs.

00:10:02.620 And I attended another big rally, 20,000 people in Calgary, another one in High River, I think it was.

00:10:09.820 And then Tuesday morning, I stepped out of my house.

00:10:13.180 I was arrested, like, Al Capone of Canada, El Chapo of Calgary.

00:10:19.460 I mean, it was RCMP, detectives, undercover police, Calgary police uniform, special anti-terrorist unit, special unit with cameras and pictures.

00:10:33.040 I was interrogated for hours, end up in prison, stripped naked.

00:10:37.620 Instead, the next day, I was placed in a solitary right away, and the next day, they would drag me and place me in those metal cages.

00:10:45.780 Why, to this day, no one explained to us why I received such a treatment to be placed in metal cages like a dog that I could not move.

00:10:55.820 I was suffocating.

00:10:57.180 Then, solitary confinement, I would be dragged from my cell to another one without water, without washroom, on concrete.

00:11:04.580 And then, eventually, I was kidnapped.

00:11:07.800 After being denied access to my lawyers for three weeks, I was kidnapped by the sheriffs, shackled like an animal, to max spot for the most dangerous terrorists in the country.

00:11:18.840 And freezing conditions, when I complained, the guards were laughing.

00:11:23.220 At least you've got, you know, fresh air, no blankets, no pillows, just like an animal, unbelievable treatment.

00:11:31.420 I called my wife to say goodbye because, as you know, five different inmates already testified to my lawyers that the guards were trying to give them incentives to murder me or to severely beat me in jail.

00:11:45.600 And I was a hero in jail.

00:11:48.060 Literally, I was treated like a hero by the inmates.

00:11:52.520 Every time I would show up, they would be yelling, free pastor art, you're a hero.

00:11:56.780 And that was everywhere I went, either in a pediwagon with other inmates, in Calgary, Edmonton, wherever I showed up and they recognized my face.

00:12:05.600 I was treated by the inmates as a national hero.

00:12:09.680 It was actually incredible.

00:12:10.940 I think God was protecting me by giving me favor with those.

00:12:19.720 I mean, bank robbers, murderers for hire, drug traffickers, human traffickers, thieves.

00:12:26.620 I mean, I was sitting there with hardcore criminals, but God gave me favor with them.

00:12:32.920 So anyway, when I shared with my wife, she called the lawyer, lawyer sent a letter to the judge.

00:12:39.400 Judge learned about my conditions.

00:12:41.380 And the next day, it worked.

00:12:43.860 The guards moved me from a max spot to a psych ward.

00:12:48.560 And it is a shocker.

00:12:50.160 The communist China, North Korea, or Soviet Russia, to deal with the political dissidents, they always used those tactics. 0.92

00:12:58.940 They would lock you in a mental institution, concrete, solitary confinement to break you, to harass you, to destroy your will, to fight.

00:13:08.040 They did that illegally.

00:13:09.180 On the second day, a doctor came to me and said, Mr. Pulaski, what are you doing here?

00:13:13.340 And I said, well, I got no idea.

00:13:16.000 So that's where I learned the actions of the administration were illegal.

00:13:20.820 I was not evaluated.

00:13:22.900 No one was, Alberta Health Services, they were not even aware I was in a psych ward.

00:13:28.740 So anyway, stories complicated, lots of twists.

00:13:32.620 50 days I spent in prison.

00:13:35.000 Later, I was released on bail.

00:13:37.360 I had to give a lot of money as a bail condition and placed on house arrest, which I am remain under house arrest to this very day.

00:13:47.800 15 months later, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

00:13:50.880 I am not allowed to leave my house unless I have a written permission from my probation officer.

00:13:56.740 That's the level of insanity.

00:13:58.620 Eventually, I faced the judge.

00:14:01.780 The Crown Prosecutor accused me of causing Canadian economy over $400 million worth of damages for delivering a sermon to the truckers, telling them to do it lawfully, to stand up for their God and state-given rights.

00:14:16.840 He accused me, or he compared my speech, and I encourage you all to listen to what I said, to Rwanda genocide.

00:14:25.760 Can you imagine?

00:14:26.780 Hundreds of thousands of people were slaughtered, like animals.

00:14:29.940 And he compared a pastor's sermon during a pastor said three times peacefully to Rwanda genocide.

00:14:37.920 Also, he said my speech was like someone inciting murder of other people.

00:14:43.200 So, eventually, a judge, believe it or not, found me guilty on all the charges.

00:14:49.200 I was charged with inciting mischief and eco-terrorism, interfering with crucial infrastructure under the Defense Act, and the breach of release order, not keeping peace and being of good behavior, believe it or not, and guilty on all the charges.

00:15:06.340 Ten and a half years maximum penalty.

00:15:09.520 Here is a twist, another, and there are many twists.

00:15:13.060 I will have to talk to you for hours about those twists, those crazy things that have been happening to me from the very beginning.

00:15:22.160 But, believe it or not, a few weeks after I was already found guilty by the judge, the Crown Prosecutor decided to withdraw that charge, to stay eco-terrorism.

00:15:33.880 Why? Because my lawyers challenged validity of the charge through the Constitution.

00:15:40.080 So, the Crown doesn't want to lose that law, so he withdraw it and just left inciting mischief, which has 10 years maximum prison term.

00:15:50.940 I am the first Canadian ever in the history of this country to be found guilty on inciting mischief.

00:15:57.460 It has never been done, no one was called for the trial, no witnesses given.

00:16:03.420 The only thing that the Crown had was my sermon.

00:16:06.520 Word by word, they were talking about what I meant when I was saying my sermon.

00:16:13.040 So, then, I'm the first and the only Canadian ever to be charged with this eco-terrorism and found guilty on that charge.

00:16:20.720 So, my sentencing is August the 9th, and that's why I decided to call you to pretty much plead for my life.

00:16:30.580 Those people, I received a phone call from political operatives, and they told me that if I withdraw, here are the conditions.

00:16:39.580 If I withdraw myself from politics, if I keep my mouth shut, if I will not talk about politicians exposing their corruption, and if I pay them $150,000, then Harper, Kenney, and Pierre Polievre met together and they said, then they will fix my problem.

00:17:02.780 They said that the judge was already ordered.

00:17:06.580 Listen to the wording they are using.

00:17:08.160 He was already ordered by the politicians to lock me up.

00:17:13.480 They said, we've decided to eliminate you from the board because Pierre Polievre is afraid that if I'm going to be talking bad about provincial politicians, then it will trigger, you know, against the federal conservative party.

00:17:34.860 Because they all connect the provincial conservative party, the federal, so they don't want me to expose corruption within provincial United Conservative Party, so this will not hurt the federal.

00:17:48.600 And in order for them to fix my trial, when they talk to me, they said they pretty much own the judge.

00:17:57.440 The judge does whatever the politicians are going to tell him.

00:18:00.480 So that's a scary thing because now we've lost any ability for anyone to be able to fight and defend themselves.

00:18:09.280 What is scary about this judgment is that if I go down, if they can get away with this, if they can muzzle and charge with such a ridiculous charge inciting mischief, a clergy, you're next.

00:18:24.700 Everyone that will dare to speak against the totalitarian regime, everyone that will say, hey, let's rally, let's protest, let's do this, let's go there, can be charged.

00:18:34.780 Politicians, opposition, media personalities, podcasters, clergymen, or civilians, anyone can be now charged with inciting because it's a made-up charge and everyone will fall under that umbrella.

00:18:50.100 That's why it's in your best interest to fight for more life, because if I go down, Canada will cease to have freedom of expression, freedom of religion, and freedom of association.

00:19:10.820 And I've walked this path from a distance with you, observing as many people did.

00:19:15.500 And I know when you talk about how we could go on for two or three hours, the level of corruption and the attack against you and your family has absolutely been unbelievable.

00:19:31.540 Just out of curiosity, I'm going to ask one, you had mentioned that they had said it cost the government $400 million.

00:19:39.080 In what context are they saying that?

00:19:42.500 So the Crown Prosecutor said that because I was giving people hope, not according to him, according to him, I was steering the problem for the government.

00:19:53.800 But because I said to the trackers and farmers, stand your ground, this is our time to unite and say no to the tyrants.

00:20:04.760 Well, the trackers stayed and that cost Canadian economy over $400 million worth of damages, which is completely ridiculous.

00:20:13.760 Because, no, you know that the trackers that didn't go through that point of entry just simply went to another point of entry.

00:20:22.900 I mean, there are many ways that the tracks can come to Canada through different borders.

00:20:29.120 So, also, the lie is so big because when I came and when I left, the roads were open.

00:21:51.380 Yeah, so, since the very beginning of this craziness, I had people in my house.

00:22:00.460 I was, they attempted to bribe me on multiple occasions.

00:22:04.620 And I'm talking about the Daniel Smith government.

00:22:09.880 I was offered a guaranteed seat at the legislature.

00:22:13.440 All kinds of things were offered to me if I would stop exposing the corruption within our provincial government.

00:22:21.420 So, the latest twist is I started to receive phone calls from the people that call themselves fixers.

00:22:38.040 I need someone to help me to deal with those monsters in a political arena.

00:22:44.680 So, when I received the phone calls, I was really glad that there's someone that wants to help me.

00:22:51.520 However, I very quickly learned that, yes, there is a willingness to help me, but I have to become a slave.

00:24:27.860 And then Kenny, people think that Kenny is out of politics, far from the truth.

00:24:33.960 He still has faithful followers, demons in the legislature.

00:24:40.900 Why Pierre is coming into this?

00:24:42.920 Because he is worried that if I will keep exposing provincial Conservative Party, this will trigger something bigger for his upcoming federal election.

00:24:55.140 So, they don't want me to talk about Conservatives here because this may damage the federal Conservative Party's image in front of other Canadians.

00:25:10.160 That's what I was told actually not once, multiple times, about 10 different conversations that were happening, which is very scary because those people are very serious.

00:25:25.460 They were told after the meetings with those political people like Pierre, Kenny, and Harper that to them, I'm just a pawn on their game boards, in their schemes.

00:26:00.540 I mean, during all of COVID, the whole Conservative Party was silent.

00:26:05.600 As hundreds of thousands of business owners lost their jobs.

00:26:11.480 I had a pre-record with Dr. McCullough yesterday, and it's going to come out this air this Sunday night, a version of it, and then on the Empower Hour next week.

00:26:21.700 And I don't know if you heard about, in Denmark, this study has come out where it showed that there was different batches that were given to all of humanity.

00:26:32.840 Well, and they were talking specifically about the EU, but they were finding that these batches had been used in New Zealand and other countries.

00:26:41.820 And there was one batch, which was 4.2% of the batches that were given, with 71% of the serious adverse effects, including death.

00:26:55.120 And that they were notified, they knew about this.

00:26:58.540 Now, here's the Conservatives, as you know, with Action for Canada, we're doing calls to action.

00:27:03.480 And so we're notifying the Conservative Party, the Liberals, saying, hey, you know what, this is causing harm.

00:27:07.920 The lockdowns are illegal.

00:27:09.880 The federal government never did implement the Federal Emergency Act.

00:27:13.820 He, I guess, did backroom deals with the provinces and got them to do it, which they passed unlawfully.

00:27:18.680 And even in a federal emergency, if you look at the Act, it says that it cannot infringe upon your Bill of Rights, your Charter of Rights, and then there was another section.

00:27:31.160 But 100% that we had rights to be out there rallying with the truckers.

00:27:36.820 You had rights to be out there being a pastor and preaching.

00:27:41.800 And that's in the Federal Emergency Act.

00:27:44.360 So taking it all the way around, we look at the Conservatives, who, with all of the appeals, remained silent.

00:27:51.760 And then you've got the appeals right now to Pierre Pulliver over what's happening with our children.

00:27:57.480 And I was, because Policy 713 was passed in New Brunswick, saying that parental rights, parents have 100% right to know what's going on with their kids.

00:28:06.640 And Pierre Pulliver was refusing to talk out on this issue.

00:28:09.860 Now, whether it's because he has two dads or whatever his personal feelings are, parental rights are guaranteed in this country.
