Pastor Ardor Palowski is facing up to 10 years in prison for preaching the Gospel on the road. He is currently awaiting sentencing for a charge of inciting mischief for a sermon he delivered on the side of the road to a truckers.

My good friend, Pastor Ardor Palowski, we had a conversation the other day, and I think his situation is very serious and one that we need to bring mass public awareness to.
00:00:20.300So when you see this video interview, we're going to ask that you share it widely. All right, so Pastor Ardor Palowski, I just want to thank you so much for joining me today to discuss this and bring the awareness to your current circumstances, wherein you face the potential of up to 10 years in prison for preaching the gospel.
00:00:41.360The majority of Canadians who have followed your story over the past few years have read the headline news by independent media, because of course the MSM isn't going to be reporting on this, and the media that all the fraudulent charges against you recently have been dropped over these past months, except for one.
00:00:59.820And you are currently facing a charge for allegedly inciting mischief when you gave a sermon to the truckers back, I believe it was in 2022. Your sentencing hearing, and you can correct me if I'm wrong, is on August 9th, and that's wherein Judge Gordon Crink could send you to jail for a maximum of 10 years.
00:01:21.100And in order for our viewers who aren't familiar with you, I just want to give a little bit of context. So to me, and I think to others, it would appear that over the years, the judges in Alberta have colluded with the government in a concerted effort to shut you up and take you out.
00:01:39.280But so far, they've been, of course, but not without causing you serious personal harm and distress to not only you, but your family. They've arrested you multiple times, harassed you, ticketed you, disrupted your congregation, and attempted to shut down your street ministry, wherein you minister to and feed the homeless. I mean, it's so diabolical.
00:02:03.540And I just, again, want to bring attention to the fact that the government, the police, and the judiciary, everybody who's been involved in this, have acted unlawfully and committed a criminal offense, according to the Criminal Code Section 176, 1, 2, and 3, where it says obstructing, I'm actually going to pull this up and read it for a minute, obstructing or violence to or arrest of officiating clergymen.
00:02:29.200So everyone who, A, by threat or force, unlawfully obstructs or prevents or endeavors to obstruct or prevent a clergyman or minister from celebrating divine service or performing any function in connection with his calling,
00:02:44.500or B, or B, knowing that a clergyman or B, or B, knowing that a clergyman or minister is about to perform, is on his way to perform, or is returning from the performance of any of the duties or functions mentioned in paragraph A, I, assaults or offers any violence to him, or arrests him on a civil process, or under the pretense of executing a civil process, is guilty of an indictable offense and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.
00:03:13.120And, you know, to me, this is very serious from the onset when we first saw you horrified, saw you being arrested, you know, on the highway, them entering your church and harassing you for being open during COVID, as was every pastor's right in this country.
00:03:31.860And so now here we are, all of the tickets, the majority of the, well, the tickets related to COVID, I understand, I believe they've been dismissed, but you can correct me.
00:03:41.980And all of the charges have been dismissed as well, except for this one.
00:03:46.020So I just want to hand the floor over to you now and for you to update our viewers, Canadians and people around the world as to what's now transpiring.
00:03:54.340Yeah, so let me take the people that maybe are not familiar with the story a little bit back.
00:04:01.400So my ordeal started in 2005, when the police and the bylaws came to our church and declared that giving free goods and services is now prohibited by law, distribution of printed material, congregating, having illegal signage.
00:04:17.260So I got $10,000 tickets for having a legal signage that says, Jesus is King, Jesus loves you.
00:04:23.820I received multiple tickets for giving free goods and services, feeding the homeless people.
00:04:28.440That's the primary thing that our church is doing.
00:04:31.740Three times a week, we're feeding the homeless people.
00:04:35.080And during the week, we feed the, you know, families that are struggling with necessities of life.
00:04:40.300So that's what I do every day for the past 24 years and full-time 18 years.
00:05:30.540And then the craziness, the big lie happened at the beginning of 2020.
00:05:34.200Danny, as you remember, I don't want to tell the whole story.
00:05:37.400It takes me two hours to just share it.
00:05:39.500But I became the first Canadian to get a COVID ticket, threats of other tickets.
00:05:44.820Overall, 40 citations for the most ridiculous things.
00:05:49.880For example, inciting people to come to church or officiating in a legal gathering, participating in a legal gathering.
00:05:56.720I got criminal charges for baptism of my daughter.
00:05:59.680So how dare I baptize my daughter in a river on the outside?
00:06:05.660I got criminally charged for that, not wearing a muzzle.
00:06:09.520I went to the States, came back, arrested, stepping out of the plane, arrested in the middle of the highway, arrested for participating in a protest, a rally.
00:06:24.580At times, we had over 100 police officers at our church services, 52 police cars, anti-terrorists, chief of police, special unit with telescopic cameras taking pictures of our wives and children.
00:06:38.420So that was going on for those few years.
00:06:41.000And I have battled and fought in a court system, all those charges.
00:06:53.360And the judges actually found me not guilty.
00:06:57.200All the criminal charges, all the COVID craziness, it was either they withdraw the state or I won them actually sitting in front of the judge as a criminal fighting it.
00:07:10.140We spent over a million dollars already on legal fees.
00:07:30.640I consider this a great honor to this day that I was able to, at least in a small part, be part of the greatest thing I have ever seen on this soil.
00:07:44.800This was a really a Canada day or Dominion day, if you will.
00:07:48.900Every color, every Cree background, immigrants, people coming together of different faiths, loving each other, feeding each other, singing with each other, hugging each other.
00:08:00.880It was children, men, young, old, their dogs, their cats, their horses.
00:09:45.380Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr. civil rights movement style paralyzed their system by simply refusing to cooperate, refusing to work for the wannabe pharaohs.
00:10:13.180I was arrested, like, Al Capone of Canada, El Chapo of Calgary.
00:10:19.460I mean, it was RCMP, detectives, undercover police, Calgary police uniform, special anti-terrorist unit, special unit with cameras and pictures.
00:10:57.180Then, solitary confinement, I would be dragged from my cell to another one without water, without washroom, on concrete.
00:11:04.580And then, eventually, I was kidnapped.
00:11:07.800After being denied access to my lawyers for three weeks, I was kidnapped by the sheriffs, shackled like an animal, to max spot for the most dangerous terrorists in the country.
00:11:18.840And freezing conditions, when I complained, the guards were laughing.
00:11:23.220At least you've got, you know, fresh air, no blankets, no pillows, just like an animal, unbelievable treatment.
00:11:31.420I called my wife to say goodbye because, as you know, five different inmates already testified to my lawyers that the guards were trying to give them incentives to murder me or to severely beat me in jail.
00:11:48.060Literally, I was treated like a hero by the inmates.
00:11:52.520Every time I would show up, they would be yelling, free pastor art, you're a hero.
00:11:56.780And that was everywhere I went, either in a pediwagon with other inmates, in Calgary, Edmonton, wherever I showed up and they recognized my face.
00:12:05.600I was treated by the inmates as a national hero.
00:14:01.780The Crown Prosecutor accused me of causing Canadian economy over $400 million worth of damages for delivering a sermon to the truckers, telling them to do it lawfully, to stand up for their God and state-given rights.
00:14:16.840He accused me, or he compared my speech, and I encourage you all to listen to what I said, to Rwanda genocide.
00:14:26.780Hundreds of thousands of people were slaughtered, like animals.
00:14:29.940And he compared a pastor's sermon during a pastor said three times peacefully to Rwanda genocide.
00:14:37.920Also, he said my speech was like someone inciting murder of other people.
00:14:43.200So, eventually, a judge, believe it or not, found me guilty on all the charges.
00:14:49.200I was charged with inciting mischief and eco-terrorism, interfering with crucial infrastructure under the Defense Act, and the breach of release order, not keeping peace and being of good behavior, believe it or not, and guilty on all the charges.
00:15:09.520Here is a twist, another, and there are many twists.
00:15:13.060I will have to talk to you for hours about those twists, those crazy things that have been happening to me from the very beginning.
00:15:22.160But, believe it or not, a few weeks after I was already found guilty by the judge, the Crown Prosecutor decided to withdraw that charge, to stay eco-terrorism.
00:15:33.880Why? Because my lawyers challenged validity of the charge through the Constitution.
00:15:40.080So, the Crown doesn't want to lose that law, so he withdraw it and just left inciting mischief, which has 10 years maximum prison term.
00:15:50.940I am the first Canadian ever in the history of this country to be found guilty on inciting mischief.
00:15:57.460It has never been done, no one was called for the trial, no witnesses given.
00:16:03.420The only thing that the Crown had was my sermon.
00:16:06.520Word by word, they were talking about what I meant when I was saying my sermon.
00:16:13.040So, then, I'm the first and the only Canadian ever to be charged with this eco-terrorism and found guilty on that charge.
00:16:20.720So, my sentencing is August the 9th, and that's why I decided to call you to pretty much plead for my life.
00:16:30.580Those people, I received a phone call from political operatives, and they told me that if I withdraw, here are the conditions.
00:16:39.580If I withdraw myself from politics, if I keep my mouth shut, if I will not talk about politicians exposing their corruption, and if I pay them $150,000, then Harper, Kenney, and Pierre Polievre met together and they said, then they will fix my problem.
00:17:13.480They said, we've decided to eliminate you from the board because Pierre Polievre is afraid that if I'm going to be talking bad about provincial politicians, then it will trigger, you know, against the federal conservative party.
00:17:34.860Because they all connect the provincial conservative party, the federal, so they don't want me to expose corruption within provincial United Conservative Party, so this will not hurt the federal.
00:17:48.600And in order for them to fix my trial, when they talk to me, they said they pretty much own the judge.
00:17:57.440The judge does whatever the politicians are going to tell him.
00:18:00.480So that's a scary thing because now we've lost any ability for anyone to be able to fight and defend themselves.
00:18:09.280What is scary about this judgment is that if I go down, if they can get away with this, if they can muzzle and charge with such a ridiculous charge inciting mischief, a clergy, you're next.
00:18:24.700Everyone that will dare to speak against the totalitarian regime, everyone that will say, hey, let's rally, let's protest, let's do this, let's go there, can be charged.
00:18:34.780Politicians, opposition, media personalities, podcasters, clergymen, or civilians, anyone can be now charged with inciting because it's a made-up charge and everyone will fall under that umbrella.
00:18:50.100That's why it's in your best interest to fight for more life, because if I go down, Canada will cease to have freedom of expression, freedom of religion, and freedom of association.
00:19:04.180Pastor Artur, thank you for bringing us through, you know, the history of it.
00:19:10.820And I've walked this path from a distance with you, observing as many people did.
00:19:15.500And I know when you talk about how we could go on for two or three hours, the level of corruption and the attack against you and your family has absolutely been unbelievable.
00:19:42.500So the Crown Prosecutor said that because I was giving people hope, not according to him, according to him, I was steering the problem for the government.
00:19:53.800But because I said to the trackers and farmers, stand your ground, this is our time to unite and say no to the tyrants.
00:20:04.760Well, the trackers stayed and that cost Canadian economy over $400 million worth of damages, which is completely ridiculous.
00:20:13.760Because, no, you know that the trackers that didn't go through that point of entry just simply went to another point of entry.
00:20:22.900I mean, there are many ways that the tracks can come to Canada through different borders.
00:20:29.120So, also, the lie is so big because when I came and when I left, the roads were open.
00:20:37.560No trackers, no farmers were blocking anything.
00:20:41.320The only blockage, the only road that was blocked was done by the RCMP themselves.
00:24:42.920Because he is worried that if I will keep exposing provincial Conservative Party, this will trigger something bigger for his upcoming federal election.
00:24:55.140So, they don't want me to talk about Conservatives here because this may damage the federal Conservative Party's image in front of other Canadians.
00:25:10.160That's what I was told actually not once, multiple times, about 10 different conversations that were happening, which is very scary because those people are very serious.
00:25:25.460They were told after the meetings with those political people like Pierre, Kenny, and Harper that to them, I'm just a pawn on their game boards, in their schemes.
00:25:57.580Well, I think some very important things are coming up, right?
00:26:00.540I mean, during all of COVID, the whole Conservative Party was silent.
00:26:05.600As hundreds of thousands of business owners lost their jobs.
00:26:08.720As people were being jabbed with this deadly jab.
00:26:11.480I had a pre-record with Dr. McCullough yesterday, and it's going to come out this air this Sunday night, a version of it, and then on the Empower Hour next week.
00:26:21.700And I don't know if you heard about, in Denmark, this study has come out where it showed that there was different batches that were given to all of humanity.
00:26:32.840Well, and they were talking specifically about the EU, but they were finding that these batches had been used in New Zealand and other countries.
00:26:41.820And there was one batch, which was 4.2% of the batches that were given, with 71% of the serious adverse effects, including death.
00:26:55.120And that they were notified, they knew about this.
00:26:58.540Now, here's the Conservatives, as you know, with Action for Canada, we're doing calls to action.
00:27:03.480And so we're notifying the Conservative Party, the Liberals, saying, hey, you know what, this is causing harm.
00:27:09.880The federal government never did implement the Federal Emergency Act.
00:27:13.820He, I guess, did backroom deals with the provinces and got them to do it, which they passed unlawfully.
00:27:18.680And even in a federal emergency, if you look at the Act, it says that it cannot infringe upon your Bill of Rights, your Charter of Rights, and then there was another section.
00:27:31.160But 100% that we had rights to be out there rallying with the truckers.
00:27:36.820You had rights to be out there being a pastor and preaching.
00:27:41.800And that's in the Federal Emergency Act.
00:27:44.360So taking it all the way around, we look at the Conservatives, who, with all of the appeals, remained silent.
00:27:51.760And then you've got the appeals right now to Pierre Pulliver over what's happening with our children.
00:27:57.480And I was, because Policy 713 was passed in New Brunswick, saying that parental rights, parents have 100% right to know what's going on with their kids.
00:28:06.640And Pierre Pulliver was refusing to talk out on this issue.
00:28:09.860Now, whether it's because he has two dads or whatever his personal feelings are, parental rights are guaranteed in this country.
00:28:17.540So now we're not only exposing what's going on in COVID, we're exposing these other social issues, such as the fake climate change that the Conservative Party is going along with.
00:28:27.520And they don't want us discussing this.
00:28:29.520And if we go back even with Stephen Harper, because it's a shock when people hear, well, no, Stephen Harper did so much for the country, he signed on to the Sustainable Development Goals.
00:28:41.620He was down in, was it called Bohemian Grove down in California, with all the globalists, where they do these cult activities.
00:28:48.680And, I mean, this is a real shocker to understand this.
00:28:51.580Jason Kenney was not a friend of any Albertan during the COVID lockdowns.
00:28:57.080And so it is a reality check, but I just want to encourage people.
00:29:01.580Yes, we know that there's going to be another election.
00:29:04.180And you're like, you guys need to just shut up.
00:29:06.360We need the Conservative Party over the Liberals and the NDP, or, you know, NDP would never win, nor would the Green.
00:29:13.240But what would you have to say to those people, Pastor Archer, who are so concerned about us speaking out against the Conservative Party and exposing this corruption?
00:29:22.240Well, I would say to you that you are just, you're not paying attention.
00:29:29.560All of those parties are forwarding the same agenda, leading us to the same place.
00:29:35.700The agenda 2030, before that there was agenda, what, 2023.
00:29:41.040All of those people are leading towards the same goal.
00:29:44.080They're the same coin, just different sides of the same thing that they want to implement.
00:29:49.820In the province of Alberta, they're already implementing laws, bilers that will prohibit farmers from having more than four chickens without a special approval.
00:30:02.080There's so much talk about food, right?
00:30:03.680When the farmers want to actually produce food, the only thing they're meeting is more red tape, more opposition.
00:30:25.940You know, during the Nazi era, if you refused to go to the Wehrmacht, to the German soldiers, you know, to join the armed forces of Nazi party,
00:30:37.060then your family would not receive the food allocations.
00:30:41.640They would pretty much say to you, if you don't join the army, your family will starve to death.

00:49:39.800There was a lot of people there that, that you couldn't see cried when they watch that because they realize, well, this is what's coming to us.
00:49:50.060If we don't do something, if we don't push back, this is exactly what we will have to face.
00:49:56.080And what's I think more important is that's what our children will have to face.
00:50:01.060And if you are loving your family, your children, then, then you must realize what's coming is not good for your children.
00:50:09.600So they went over there, they spent a few days, did some interviews, and then, um, the video of, uh, Nathaniel and me speaking, uh, went viral everywhere.

00:50:24.380I have, uh, pretty much almost a half a million views just on my one Twitter account.
00:50:29.580And I got a number of different accounts.
00:50:33.040So it's echoing around the world is stirring people's hearts.
00:50:38.240And I think that's what the government hates.
00:50:47.100When you bring a light, they run in panic.
00:50:50.020So when they came back to Montreal, because they're playing, it first goes to Montreal from Brussels and then, uh, to Calgary.
00:50:58.820Okay, Nathaniel's passport was flagged and he looked at the computer and the officer asked him to go to another place where he was told that there is a warrant for his arrest and they have to check what kind of, uh, a warrant it is.
00:51:15.980So it turned out it was not a criminal warrant.
00:51:18.780It was for a bylaw infraction and a bylaw infraction is, I'll read it to you, uh, just, just for people to understand what we're dealing with,
00:51:27.980how ridiculous this whole thing has become.
00:51:40.880Um, Nathaniel Pulaski, and here is Kant 1, on, or about the 15th day of April, 2023, or near the Central Public Library, blah, blah, blah, located here and there in the city of Calgary, in the province of Alberta,
00:51:53.540did commit the offense of harass a person, contrary to section 7.1 of the Calgary, of the city of Calgary, bylaw number 54M, 2006.
00:52:05.600So they're saying when he was reading the Bible, because that's what he was doing and preaching, he was harassing people.
00:52:11.900So they charged him with this offense.
00:52:13.540But the second one is, uh, more shocking.
00:52:17.480Kant 2, the same day, they charged him with, listen to this, did commit the offense of engage in protest on publicly accessible property within 100 meters.
00:52:31.800Uh, I mean, you know, people sometimes think I'm making stuff up, you know, like everything I say, including the lies from the premier, including the, the conversations, I have everything to back up.
00:52:48.920So when Nathaniel called me, and of course, my wife was there to witness this horror of, um, our son being detained briefly, thank God that the officers over there were not overly zealous.
00:53:02.360They searched them, they looked everything, they said, we have to do that because of the warrant, but they were very nice.
00:53:08.720So I, I asked my wife how they were behaving, were they, you know, pushing you around the stuff?
00:53:14.260And, and, and, and both of them, they said, no, they were very respectful, very good officers, um, just doing their job.
00:53:48.140Why can't you just call a lawyer and say there is a warrant for your, um, client's arrest and now have no choice but to turn myself in?
00:53:55.340So he was told that there is a warrant for his arrest issued by the Calgary police for a bylaw infraction.
00:54:03.260So what I did, and I got very upset because now my son potentially will have to spend a weekend in, on concrete, the same treatment I was getting.
00:54:39.300The hundreds of thousands of views at different interviews that Nataniel did that behold, Rebel News called the Calgary police and said, what's up with this new warrant on Nataniel?
00:55:08.900You've got evidence right there in your hands.
00:55:10.020You just showed us the evidence in printed form.
00:55:13.800But I'm talking about the warrant, not just the charges.
00:55:17.080Nataniel was detained by the customs entering Canada from Europe.
00:55:22.120And it was the officers at the border that looked at the computer in front of Nataniel and said, there is a warrant on your arrest from Calgary police.
00:55:35.120I mean, I get upset because it looks sometimes and it feels like there is nothing we can do, that they can get away with murder.
00:55:56.840I'm grateful that this story, we broke it, it put pressure on them, and they withdraw the charge, the warrant for my son's arrest, because the charges remain.

00:56:32.620So I'm glad that I didn't have to start spending money on legal fees, you know, getting him out of prison for this bogus craziness.
00:56:49.400And my son is facing himself with other five different individuals up to one year of imprisonment for daring to protest.
00:57:01.500Can you, even when I say that, I mean, if I was telling you about communism behind, you know, life behind the Iron Curtain, and if I was telling you, Tanya, yeah, you were not allowed to congregate.
00:57:18.020We were living behind the Iron Curtain under the boots of the Soviets, communists, socialists.
00:57:22.700But when I say those things, sitting in Calgary, Alberta, about a government that says, yeah, we're going to charge you because you're there to protest us.
00:57:34.160I want to put it in perspective for people as well.
00:57:36.300Well, I live in Surrey, and throughout the country, we're witnessing mass immigration from countries where people don't align with our values, and they're coming from situations where they don't know how to live in peace.
00:57:50.380And so I was horrified when I was watching this video in the Toronto subway yesterday where this Caucasian man got into an altercation with an immigrant, and the news won't report.
00:58:01.760They won't want to say if it's a person of color or not because then you'd be a racist.
00:58:05.180And anyways, he stabbed this individual.
00:58:09.000The Caucasian got stabbed to the point where he's in critical condition, life-threatening condition.
00:58:14.680Now, you know, I've heard that he's doing better.
00:58:17.900But at the same time, two days ago, at 6 p.m., there were shots fired between two gangs and, again, immigrants is the understanding.
00:58:29.280And one individual, you know, was hit, not life-threatening.
00:58:34.120But you can bet they're all still walking around the streets.
00:58:37.120And then another fellow got his throat slit by an ISIS fighter on the bus.
00:58:45.400And, you know, you've got pedophiles that are engaging children that are known to be a threat to them, whether at drag queen events or whatever else.
00:58:54.200And the police are more worried about burnout marks on a pride sidewalk than they are about the appeals that we're making.
00:59:03.940I just filed information with the Kelowna RCMP today about somebody that poses a severe threat to children.
00:59:09.940And, you know, so to put this in perspective for people, I mean, this is so outlandish, what you're experiencing.
00:59:17.800And, you know, on a note, we partner with Majed El Shephi.

00:59:24.180And it took him, I think, three years to fight for the Ogun Koya family, a Christian lady and her three kids, to stay in Canada because she couldn't go back to Nigeria because her father was tied to Boko Haram, a terrorist organization.
00:59:37.400She went for hiding for a year in Canada because the government, Trudeau, was going to deport her.
00:59:45.800And one other one is David Lindsay, who is a great friend of mine, and he's in Kelowna.
00:59:51.120Right now, the city mayor and council have put out a petition, and he's had so many fines against him, threat of imprisonment as well, because he has been rallying for the last three years.
01:00:03.860And they do not like him exposing what's going on in that town.
01:00:08.180And so they're completely trying to shut him down.
01:00:10.720He has spent months preparing legal documents because he has 33, he's not a lawyer, but 33 years of legal experience.
01:00:20.220But I want to encourage people as well, because, you know, some people, there was a report, oh, the Democracy Fund, thank goodness for that, for a veteran in Alberta who had his ticket stayed.
