In this episode, we discuss the need for a common law court in the United States, and the lack of support for it in our local governments. We also talk about the dangers of neo-Nazis in the police force and how to fight them.
00:00:00.000Before I ask my question, I'd just like to make a comment about the RCMP, where Lucky, the superintendent, it was in the media the other day, pulling Nazi tactics, asking Canadians to snitch on other Canadians if they feel that somebody has posted an anti-government or an anti-police comment in social media.
00:00:25.660And I think that's just showing that the RCMP is not about the people at all. It's just an extension of the government. And with the way our prime minister and the liberals are acting right now, it's no wonder the military didn't come in to step up against the terrorist police when they were acting out on the people at Ottawa, especially when they were arresting veterans at the war memorial, which was totally disgusting.
00:00:51.780The whole world got their witness. I'd like to ask you, Stuart, what can we do to get the courts to recognize our right to hold common law court?
00:01:01.320There doesn't seem to be any remedy for people in the legal world because we're not a member of their bar society and we have a right to use our public courts, but they always seem to deny us that right. What can we do to change that?
00:01:15.900I don't think you're going to get anything from the legal system. And I call it the legal system specifically. We call it the justice system, but it's not. And this is where I think you need to work through your local councils, whether it's a county council or city council or town council.
00:01:29.540And you're not going to be able to make this happen in all of them because obviously a lot of them don't understand this, but it's the domino effect. We need to get some going. And there are a few rural councils that will actually consider this.
00:01:45.580We have a couple of local cities that have their own police forces that want nothing to do with all this sort of stuff. One of them local to me, the city police force has no time for any of that stuff, but they're a very small force of only 20, 25 officers or something.
00:01:59.720But the point being, that's how you do it is you get the local council to just make it happen. I mean, people say, oh, we can't do this. We can't do that.
00:02:08.960I'm tired of people saying, oh, I can't, I can't. Just do it. If a bunch of councillors turn around and sue for breach of contract and form their own police force and then hold a local county election to elect a local magistrate and just set up a courtroom in the county offices, then, yeah, you're going to get lots of, you know, the press are going to be after you and everything else, but just make it happen.
00:02:34.500But if you do it through the local council, that is, that is, you know, if you talk about the doctrinal lesser magistrates or something like that, you know, getting local government to stand up for the people that represent, that they represent, that's the, that's the way you do it.
00:02:49.660Yeah, the problem in our city is it's mostly all liberals that are sitting on the city council.
00:02:56.180Yeah, I mean, the problem we've got is, and I'm quite cautious about the use of the word liberals because they're not actually liberals, they're socialists.
00:03:11.140Abraham Lincoln was a liberal in the proper sense.
00:03:14.960The difference being there's a bunch of people out there, they've been led to believe that humans have no intrinsic value.
00:03:21.960That's the fund, that's the foundational idea behind socialism.
00:03:25.180Therefore, they only gain value through the membership of some group, tribe, you know, ethno, ethno nationalist identity, whatever it happens to be.
00:03:35.780And we need to start rattling some cages because there's a lot of people who are sucked into that who don't actually believe it, including people who are in government.
00:03:42.960If you actually poke at them, they go, no, no, I actually have intrinsic value.
00:03:46.600Well, if you have intrinsic value, then so does everyone else around you and you better start acting like it.
00:03:50.360And your job is to protect everyone else.
00:03:52.180You have to treat them, your local constituents, like they have some value.
00:03:57.040And part of that is providing them with the service of being able to have a justice system that delivers justice.
00:04:03.660But like I say, all this stuff comes with a fight.
00:04:06.440And it's probably not going to happen in the big centers first.
00:04:08.940In fact, that's the last place it's going to happen.
00:04:11.360But it doesn't mean you shouldn't try.
00:04:12.900And it doesn't mean you shouldn't support those in rural communities that might be able to make it happen much faster.
00:04:16.580And if necessary, and if you've got the means, move to a local rural community and add your voice and become one of the ones that changes that.
00:04:24.500I mean, not everyone's got the ability to do that either.
00:04:26.520But if you do have that opportunity, then I encourage anyone to do it because we've got civilization to save.
