so i'm going to get to uh the questions now and let's see what we can do here lauralee your first
00:00:20.400
hi can you hear me sure can what you think um i have a question and for newbies great to see you
00:00:26.880
here uh don't get don't if my question doesn't make sense to you it will later on um the non-discrimination
00:00:36.000
act and filing can is that to be filed the charges in a federal court um because my provincial court
00:00:45.360
would not accept that and i know i emailed you and david with that question okay and i saw that and
00:00:52.000
that is truly a question for david to answer my response would be no it should be accepted at
00:01:00.240
the provincial level because it's still the criminal code if we're right now when we're filing when we're
00:01:05.520
laying charges uh extortion is a criminal code offense in the criminal federal criminal code
00:01:11.760
which applies to every single canadian and so the non-discrimination act yes it may be a federal code
00:01:19.040
but so is the criminal code so now that's just my logic that i would say absolutely that it applies
00:01:27.680
but david would definitely be the one to answer that question okay he answered similarly but um i know the
00:01:35.920
provincial court wouldn't accept it so then i'm like i know there's a federal um
00:01:42.400
court should i take it there and see if they accept it i guess would be my next question like i said we're
00:01:50.240
on uncharted territory here loralee so yes you know what i would love for you to do that and then let us
00:01:55.040
know how that goes okay so i'll do that and then the human rights complaint i am just going through that
00:02:02.480
and yeah that was just a question about that if i should try and take it there and i did get the correct
00:02:08.960
form for alberta and i sent it to our provincial um leader kim so she has it and i think she sent
00:02:17.360
it out and our rcmp in our area has been very good um he he provided me with the form so i know
00:02:26.880
some rcmp are not great but i've had good experiences so yay there are good rcmp out there
00:02:33.120
yes there are and there's more than yeah more than we know i know maria the gal that i'm working
00:02:39.120
with from uh police for freedom i mean just awesome lady totally on our side disgusted by the
00:02:45.280
government they took an oath and they're gonna uphold it and that's why i was very excited about
00:02:50.240
the thought that uh you know all of these good rcmp and police uh you know would come alongside us and
00:02:56.400
help with this uh very very critical campaign yeah perfect thank you all right yeah thank you
00:03:05.040
we look forward to an update from you um okay for i'm gonna take a pause for a moment because i'm
00:03:09.680
excited uh corinne is on corinne will you come on uh corinne is a chapter leader for action for canada
00:03:16.160
and i'm and remember you guys i'm making sure we're bringing you good news and success stories
00:03:21.440
because i think it's critical that all of you um you know are emboldened by it and so corinne are you
00:03:27.520
available yeah i sure am i'm here there you are okay can you tell us your success story please
00:03:34.880
so my name is corinne aliko i'm um located in northeastern alberta uh bonnieville cold lake um
00:03:42.320
i had lloyd minister but thankfully laura lee and another individual have taken over that area
00:03:47.680
uh lac la bish saint paul elk point area i'm an occupational health and safety consultant uh been
00:03:54.640
in the oil and gas industry for 25 years i have an organization or a company in cold lake that was hit
00:04:00.160
very hard by the covet protocols uh for a year literally struggling with work more so because
00:04:06.960
i just could not get behind the mask mandate you have a an individual out in the field with a shovel
00:04:12.240
uh all by himself and he has to wear a mask or as i call a breathing barrier uh to reduce his oxygen
00:04:19.440
and then testing came in which again totally illegal against it but it was the lesser of two evils of
00:04:25.280
course when uh vax mandates came out so i joined a local group in the area um started with nine of us
00:04:32.400
and it's now grown to over a thousand individuals that are following us um i wanted to assist businesses
00:04:39.440
first um and then of course the workers and businesses more to identify to them to what
00:04:44.800
the government's doing to them to educate them on identifying that the government is actually
00:04:49.200
trying to destroy your business and then again it turned into helping workers uh just to the ninth
00:04:54.960
degree and then of course our kids um and assisting with the notice of liabilities in the school so
00:05:02.080
with that i joined action for canada uh because the documentation and was just above par um and the
00:05:08.960
organization uh was definitely the one that i wanted to join hands with uh september we had a
00:05:14.960
large meeting about 140 workers showed up all just absolutely desperate to figure out what they can do to
00:05:22.560
keep their job so as an occupational health and safety consultant i looked at it from an oh and s point
00:05:28.240
of view that every worker in alberta has the right to first um the right to know what the hazards of
00:05:35.360
the work or the conditions of the work are um also what the right your right to participate and then
00:05:42.080
lastly if you're not getting answers the right to refuse that work that may be or the condition that may
00:05:46.960
be unsafe um with that um i was really getting the workers to start that conversation with their employer
00:05:56.320
without disclosing their information so with the right to know i had eight questions that i was
00:06:01.600
saying take these back to your worker your joint work health safety committee or your safety people
00:06:06.560
and start asking these questions um about what the health and safety of the vaccine is
00:06:12.480
in relation to what the actual risk of covid 19 is and um by october we had over 200 workers showing
00:06:20.320
up at the meeting and now the letters had come out stating that a vaccine was imminent and that um it
00:06:26.880
had to be uh they had to be in compliance with it by a certain date unfortunately um cnrl was pushing the
00:06:34.400
hardest in our area uh being that a lot of contract companies are contracted to cnrl that meant a huge
00:06:41.840
amount of the workforce in the area could be possibly without employment and and literally were desperate so at
00:06:48.560
that point um i had uh identified to a few that were already being told don't come to work tomorrow
00:06:56.400
i said go to work tomorrow and in the end uh you know really push your rights um and if they don't comply and
00:07:06.000
take you off site let's serve them with notice liabilities let's educate them on what they're doing
00:07:10.560
and um from there um the last meeting that we had was november 30th unfortunately we had 17 of 38 cnrl
00:07:19.920
employees that were left standing and had to turn their vehicles in the next day they did all go back
00:07:26.240
to the site with their vehicles and were taken home they did serve notice liabilities but what one of the
00:07:32.400
foremen did was he had inputted all of the right to refuse or the grievances into their ims which is their
00:07:39.040
incident management system which meant that cnrl had to address them from a safety standpoint
00:07:45.520
that meant that they had to be on paid leave because under occupational safety it states if
00:07:50.640
it's under investigation that those individuals are on paid leave until the investigation is over
00:07:56.080
it really only delayed for a number of them four or five days when oh and s you know disclosed
00:08:01.520
themselves being completely in bed with the government that they um uh they followed the uh
00:08:07.840
mandates of the health officials and so we're still fighting that we're back and forth in appeals i was
00:08:14.320
speaking to one of the individuals today of that group and he is looking at actually taking this further
00:08:21.280
and um criminally charging so we'll be keeping pretty close tabs on what laurel is doing uh the big thing with
00:08:28.400
that is they most of these individuals have the evidence that we need they have the the document
00:08:33.200
from their employer stating that they must be vaccinated they have the document and they're
00:08:37.600
stating that they must test so there is evidence there and quite exciting to see that but the more
00:08:43.600
exciting thing that's happening is a lot of the farmers in the area have the lease wells on their
00:08:49.680
properties as well as they a lot of the truck drivers that haul so they've gone to the municipal
00:08:55.680
district of bonnieville and are pushing back with bonnieville saying we need to do something against
00:09:01.440
cnrl we need to maybe close our gates they're breaching our contract perhaps we should reach theirs
00:09:07.200
let's snow them in so they need to come with skid steers and and and clear that area before the
00:09:12.800
haulers go in let's reduce their hours and we've actually found that the md in the area is more on board
00:09:20.080
with what is happening is wrong and so the education piece of that is educating the farmers equipping
00:09:27.760
and empowering the average person with the incredible documentation that act for canada has brought out
00:09:34.000
even just to make them aware of what they what they're up against and that is so wrong and what
00:09:41.200
we're is coming out of this is all kinds of kitchen meetings and and shop meetings of different
00:09:46.560
individuals who are quickly empowering themselves and equipping themselves with the knowledge that
00:09:52.080
they need to stand up to this territory and so i'm very excited with what's happening in our community
00:09:57.920
we're going in very respectful and requesting meetings with our municipal district to have that
00:10:03.360
health and safety conversation to have that health and safety meeting because if we're seeing the rise in
00:10:09.360
just on ahs alone um that incidents um and injuries are increasing for even coveted vaccine people like
00:10:18.320
people who are vaccinated uh where's the efficiency of this according to where oh and sent me was the
00:10:24.640
government of canada website and the other thing that was identified recently is that in october 9 000
00:10:30.560
people um had in on the canadian government government website had been identified as being vaccine
00:10:37.120
injured now the new stats that came out for november 28th identifies that 29 000 people are now injured
00:10:45.520
what are we going to see from a safety perspective in three months if in five weeks those stats have
00:10:50.880
tripled so these are the questions we need to take back to our municipalities we need to take back and
00:10:56.400
have the safety talk about our community because i see in our area 50 of the people are unvaccinated
00:11:02.880
that means that 50 of the population here is unemployable um and cannot get you why what does
00:11:10.240
that mean from our community so this is becoming a real uh concern to all communities and going out and
00:11:18.080
educating each and every person out there will make this army big enough that we can fight back against
00:11:23.440
our government appropriately but thank you tanya for all you do i can't i can't say enough how much i
00:11:28.880
appreciate this platform and what you have done um with this program well thank you so much corinne and um
00:11:36.960
as i always say after somebody makes that statement we we wouldn't be successful without you
00:11:41.760
right it we all have i keep saying that moral and ethical duty to stand up and uh the more educated that
00:11:48.960
we are the more likely and capable we are to educate others and that's what you were saying having these
00:11:54.880
meetings around the table with farmers or in back rooms or in barns or whatever we've got to do
00:12:02.080
right now to bring awareness and get like-minded people in a room together to get them as educated
00:12:07.280
as possible so you live and breathe uh what it is that you need to say right now and then you're fully
00:12:12.720
equipped that in the moment you'll be able you know to have that conversation uh whether you're thrown
00:12:17.920
into it with a mayor or city council we're having a lot of our chapter leaders put in this uh position
00:12:23.120
right now as they reach out to trustees and mayors and city councils even in the last day i'm dealing
00:12:27.440
with consistently um our chapter leaders asking questions and saying hey you know what the mayor
00:12:33.360
called me an hour after the meeting this is very good i mean where their eyes were closed or they were
00:12:38.240
ignoring it they can no longer do that and corinne has been boldly out on the front line with her
00:12:43.600
employer pressing in i i mean i met you many months ago and we met over the mask issue and that's
00:12:50.000
what our initial conversation was about and she has just continued to work hard help educate others
00:12:55.760
and it's phenomenal uh somebody asked if you could the eight questions did you have eight questions
00:13:01.760
basically that you had asked if was that was i correct yes i do have eight questions you can ask
00:13:07.520
and what i'm going to do is i'm going to put my email into the chat and then if somebody wants to
00:13:12.240
reach out i can send them those eight questions actually uh dorothy and pinocca actually come up with
00:13:17.840
some additional questions so you can pick and choose what questions you want to ask well could
00:13:21.680
i ask you actually uh there's four sheila at exactly 3 pm had posted the four questions that britney the
00:13:28.000
nurse had posed last week and could you grab those and put them together with uh your own and if you
00:13:33.920
send them to me in a doc i'll put them in a pdf and post them on the workers unite page absolutely i i
00:13:40.320
actually can send you 31 questions that's awesome okay because these people need to engage heavily with their
00:13:47.600
employers and with the unions and hold their feet to the fire so this is this is this is what this
00:13:52.320
meeting is about right you guys i don't want you just coming here and hearing me talk um i want to
00:13:56.960
bring in people that are having success and i want to strategize i want to come up with ideas
00:14:01.840
if we need more resources we want to figure out what are those resources that we can provide for you
00:14:06.240
so don't just sit quietly back and think that you're only here to to listen we want to hear from
00:14:11.200
you we want to hear your ideas and if you have success stories as well please make sure you reach out
00:14:16.320
to sheila and then um on the next call uh you know i'll be asking you to provide your testimony as
00:14:21.920
well all right thank you so much crane all right okay leo
00:14:29.520
can you unmute there you are oh can you hear me hi tanya you can really appreciate i appreciate your
00:14:36.000
work i met you briefly once at a at one of the rallies um it was great to meet you thank you um i was
00:14:42.800
wondering if uh has translink been served in any way um our workers are affected by translinks mandate
00:14:50.080
which are employers who are under contract to translink or enforcers is it all right to serve
00:14:56.160
translink and nol or would a vaccine mandate response be more suitable or none at all i would serve
00:15:02.320
everything i would serve them everything you got okay yep yep i don't i i just thought i'd ask because
00:15:10.000
you told us to like we should be targeting foot soldiers who were directly receiving um to start
00:15:16.640
right but that doesn't mean that the others can't also be served and put on notice okay yeah i certainly
00:15:22.720
wouldn't want to limit anybody that if it's your manager you know that is is sending you the
00:15:28.160
information that you're going to be put on unpaid leave i really need to confirm then like if you know
00:15:33.600
who the owner of the business uh of the company is and you know that that directive is coming from
00:15:39.200
above as well it doesn't hurt to also serve them yeah because they're just reacting because they're
00:15:45.280
receiving commands from above yep they absolutely are but as i've always said each of us has a moral
00:15:51.440
obligation right to respect the law and the rights of others yeah and i had uh an idea i'm just sort of
00:15:59.440
putting it out there just to see what you what you would think have you ever thought of writing uh
00:16:04.080
having a letter for for someone who's being forced to mandate these uh uh these rules uh do uh do
00:16:14.080
mandates upon us like if i'm serving my manager or uh uh like a hr person or what have you maybe they
00:16:23.280
don't want to do it and they're receiving a command from above so what if they had letters serve them
00:16:29.440
that they in turn could serve their superiors and saying look you're making me making me do
00:16:33.840
something that i don't want to do to my it would be the notice of liability they would serve the notice
00:16:39.520
of liability and then they could also do an additional letter just to say you're putting
00:16:43.680
me in a position where i am breaking the law and you're putting me at risk of liability so if you want
00:16:48.960
them if you want the employees uh to take this jab you're going to have to do send them that information
00:16:54.640
yourself so now you're empowering that manager i know that the one uh person that we're working
00:16:59.920
with i won't i won't put it out there who is already filed charges um she had come up against
00:17:04.960
her manager she's in the health care profession and she said oh but my manager is so nice i said server
00:17:11.040
anyway she's the one in this position who who who is following through with the orders and so she did
00:17:17.840
and she served the notice of liability to her employer prior to their actual uh telecom meeting
00:17:23.680
and the hr person was there and this is the individual i've mentioned several times where
00:17:28.160
she said i'm going to hold you personally liable you know for any loss of income i'm going to suffer
00:17:32.480
because of your actions and the hr person said no no you know that's not a conversation you have
00:17:37.440
with your manager that's for bonnie henry the health officer and she goes no i'm directing that
00:17:41.840
at the person that's directly interfering with my employment and my income and so the manager
00:17:47.600
shut the meeting down and canceled all other scheduled appointments with other health care workers
00:17:52.960
that day where she was going to give them their notice that they either vaccinate today or they
00:17:56.640
won't have work tomorrow and and so it it really has an impact if somebody actually reads the notice
00:18:02.800
of liability it's a heavy hitting letter to uh consider that the majority of canadians aren't
00:18:08.560
really gamblers that's why we're in this position because not enough of them would stand up and say
00:18:14.240
i'm not wearing this mask this is ridiculous so i just i don't like the confrontation right so that's
00:18:19.600
what's happening with uh managers and supervisors i don't want the confrontation i want my job i'm just
00:18:25.040
going to follow through with the orders now their feet are being held to the fire they're being
00:18:30.320
given a notice of liability which is pretty heavy hitting it makes them feel uh threatened not in
00:18:35.920
a bad way but a good way because it's putting them in a position where now they have to actually make
00:18:39.920
a decision how far are they going to go with this and if they don't like it then they can serve they
00:18:44.640
can get on board with us and they can serve their uh supervisor as well or the president of the
00:18:49.520
company and now you got you know a comrade in arms within the company and where this leads
00:18:54.880
to is that's what i'm hoping for well you know you got a lot of people in translink a lot of people
00:19:00.480
i know somebody in the chat i i just saw it for a second saying they're in translink as well and i'll
00:19:05.920
bring the story up again in new brunswick where there was an individual they worked for a very large
00:19:11.600
construction company and this individual knew our chapter leader and they gave them the notice of
00:19:16.320
liability and uh the uh employer said we're going to mandate vaccinations for everybody this was like
00:19:22.320
five months ago already and so they turned around and served him a notice of liability i think 100
00:19:28.560
employees i don't want to exaggerate but i think that's what it was and they shut her down no more
00:19:32.480
talk about vaccination there is strength in numbers and that's why i don't want 4800 or 4600 or whatever
00:19:39.760
the number is uh people in the workers unite group i want 100 000 people here and that's why i'm asking
00:19:44.880
all of you please make it your mission to get 100 000 people into this group and signed up with us
00:19:50.880
there is strength in numbers not that a small amount of people can't do amazing great things
00:19:55.440
as you've seen action for canada is proving that but you know what we want to do more we want to take
00:20:01.360
down these nasties and uh i want to see them in jail yeah agreed with with bc fairies is that uh
00:20:08.880
comparable in any ways in terms of setting a precedent to serve translink it's all the same everybody's
00:20:15.520
in the same boat no matter who you are i always say not in the wrong way but none of you are special
00:20:20.160
in this you're all in the same boat and and it's horrendous i was just thinking for passengers because
00:20:26.000
they force force passengers to wear masks and so bc fairies is doing this well now if you know bc fairies
00:20:32.720
is also named as a defendant in our statement of claim in our legal action here in bc and it was filed
00:20:38.480
august 16th and ever since that happened they have not been harassing people that don't wear masks
00:20:44.160
they were the mask nazis for a year i mean they were cruel to people even a lady with a small child
00:20:51.120
they wouldn't allow her to to ride this essential service to get to the island to get home and so they
00:20:56.880
are named uh they are very much on notice they've they've been served the biggest notices all of all
00:21:02.400
and so when the vax pass came out in bc on september 13th they made a public announcement that they were
00:21:07.840
not going to mandate vax passes for passengers now that's not the same for their employees and their
00:21:14.880
employees you can bet are really fighting back and the union leader is such a horrible wimp he is fully
00:21:22.080
on board for mandating the vaccination for the bc ferry workers and so he had a youtube up after they'd
00:21:29.040
had a meeting and so i went in and i made a comment about saying how this information that this union
00:21:34.960
rep is giving us false information and that uh this is in violation of the constitution your
00:21:40.080
charter rights and even the rule of law and then i provided action for canada links and as and then
00:21:45.280
i went down to everybody who had made comments i copied it and i pasted this information to make
00:21:49.920
sure these employees who were very upset with him saying you are our union rep you guys got to publicly
00:21:55.920
hold these guys their feet to the fire any chance you can get and and wouldn't you know he deleted all
00:22:02.160
of my comments and then after a while he shut the comments off what a wimp you know these are the
00:22:09.520
people that you're being paid to represent and and you're not only not representing them now you're
00:22:14.960
censoring them and and so you guys are on the right side of this and don't for a minute think that they
00:22:21.120
have the power to do this to you all right so i better get going here so we can try to thank you
00:22:25.120
thank you thank you thank you leo okay paul you're still on mute paul
00:22:40.640
you're still on there you are okay now i can hear you ah can you hear me yes great hi hi hi i i just
00:22:48.480
wanted to um share a story you're talking about uh the uh the the board that uh there was good news
00:22:56.720
in ontario about the school boards and i don't know if that was mentioned at all in the empowerment
00:23:02.720
and power meeting yesterday i couldn't attend that one i was at another meeting actually enlisting
00:23:08.480
and uh sharing with 150 new people so but i did want to mention that unless it was already mentioned
00:23:15.760
yesterday but for this group if they weren't at the empowerment meeting um wanted to know it was
00:23:21.440
actually hamilton public district school board had a vote of 10 to 3 to not to not mandate vaccinations
00:23:30.400
for teachers and for their staff that is awesome that's that's that that's the the board in in ontario
00:23:38.880
that uh got the ruling that was on monday and uh i'm still looking for it in the mainstream news
00:23:45.520
it's not anywhere yet but i'm sure it'll show up eventually but the other board that we've been
00:23:51.040
working uh toward to do the same thing is the catholic school board so we we so with with the
00:23:58.960
notices we believe really had an impact that we had sent already and we had delivered personally to the
00:24:06.400
two boards so we had the one meeting and now we're looking forward to see what the catholic board does
00:24:12.160
and uh and there was another individual involved in as a delegate to speak to them at one point and so
00:24:21.280
i'm finding out who that name of the person was but i think our collective efforts definitely uh has now
00:24:27.840
had an effect so the notices of liability they uh they absolutely do put people um in in a very i would
00:24:35.920
say almost a surprise position where they've never received something like that yes that's awesome it's
00:24:43.200
so educational right paul that's awesome so with your team with action for canada were you serving the
00:24:49.120
notices of liability to the school board in hamilton yes we did we served them to to both boards and
00:24:55.440
and also the superintendents so did you have an opportunity to speak before the board as well
00:25:02.000
no i didn't another individual did on on on that monday from a for c say it again i'm sorry action
00:25:10.640
from action for canada no not from action for canada um from another from another group take action
00:25:17.360
yep take action that's what it was yeah his first name jason he spoke and uh and uh so that was that was
00:25:24.880
good but um i i i i really do believe and i like what what we're doing now and my my message to
00:25:31.600
everyone as what you're saying is you need to bring people in bring us all together but now i'm also
00:25:37.840
seeing we need to also bring all the different action groups together as well and i believe that
00:25:42.880
that's that's a very vital step yeah we we um we support what other groups are doing uh but because most
00:25:50.800
other groups do not have action for canada's resources but they are flying on the coattails
00:25:55.920
of action for canada and excessive successes yeah and and my problem it's not to discourage any other
00:26:01.200
groups but the problem is is that when we come up with resources unless people are joined action for
00:26:05.920
canada and we are creating this massive movement uh we're going to lose some of that power if people
00:26:12.640
are you know brought to an organization that don't have the resources that you missed you misunderstood me
00:26:19.840
no i wasn't going in that direction what i was saying is we need to know what what we what each
00:26:24.960
of us are doing we don't i don't necessarily say you know that group come into this group we don't have
00:26:30.480
to have a melding but we have to have an awareness yes i think that's that's what i'm getting at
00:26:36.160
because we're getting a lot of groups working and if there's some good stuff and maybe not so good
00:26:40.800
stuff but if we can get a uh uh consider knowing that we we have the same enemy oh yeah um yes that's
00:26:50.400
my point yeah thank you for that and you know the the other thing on this is a lot of you are with the
00:26:56.720
union and a lot of you may be qp union or big unions again if we have a hundred thousand people
00:27:01.920
and ten thousand of them are qp members uh that's a lot of backlash for qp and they've already folded a
00:27:08.160
bit here in chilliwack with the teachers qpu union at at one point so all of it works towards a
00:27:13.840
massive amount of people having having a great impact and it is it's coming from other organizations
00:27:19.440
and other people doing all that they can to fight get back against the tyranny okay i'm going to try
00:27:24.240
to fly through these questions thank you paul for that thank you for being a chapter leader he's
00:27:28.720
awesome and so active i love it all right sheila okay i'm just posting two questions in the chat
00:27:35.360
these people couldn't raise their hands so here's okay yeah i saw somebody there you can just read
00:27:39.760
that one okay i have served no else to the city manager and the union president but i'm not sure
00:27:44.800
what my next step is my deadline for the mandate is january uh what uh i would want to know what province
00:27:53.040
you're in uh just kind of wondering if you're in alberta well we know what the city is being told there
00:27:58.720
um but i'm not sure so i've served the animals to the city manager and the union president okay so
00:28:05.360
it says right there it's um bc i i can actually bring him on here just a second okay oh city of
00:28:13.120
vancouver yeah so let me just they've had some successes in in vancouver as well like i say the
00:28:18.400
vancouver police have just said they voted no to mandating their officers okay so here he just unmuted
00:28:24.640
paulo okay here i am hi hi tanya hi yeah so i worked for the city of vancouver and uh 21 years
00:28:31.760
is coming up for me now so uh the original deadline was december 6th and it was only announced six
00:28:36.800
weeks prior so it got extended to january 7th this coming january and they're saying it's on the basis
00:28:43.040
that we weren't given enough lead time or they didn't perform the union long enough like 60 days
00:28:48.320
so i served the city manager and the union president no response i don't receive them because i have a
00:28:54.080
whole bunch of copies and evidence that they that they've been sent right by registered mail and by
00:28:59.200
email i sent them uh scanned copies as well now um and i'm sure other fellow qp15 members have done
00:29:06.400
the same but there's no response with we tried getting a shop steward to sit with us and to speak
00:29:12.400
with our direct managers but um some are hesitant and then the manager saying no we don't want to talk to
00:29:17.280
them okay so it's a standstill right now stale yep they're really trying to do this right and and i
00:29:23.680
can imagine how the superintendent in the okanagan is feeling after receiving the letter that i sent
00:29:28.240
them uh they have something to think about and i think that it's it's always about calling their bluff
00:29:34.640
and uh you know they're real stinker is about this and it's it's just absolutely horrendous what
00:29:39.440
they're putting employees through uh the about a month ago the surrey municipality as well the city
00:29:46.240
manager ended up saying all surrey staff have to be vaccinated same at the same time the deputy
00:29:53.840
chief uh fire chief also sent almost verbatim the letters right we know that all of this i'm sure the
00:29:59.520
vancouver sent out the same letter that surrey did all of these mayors and you got a horrible mayor
00:30:04.960
in vancouver and city council they're all in cahoots i won't comment yeah right i'll actually know it
00:30:10.720
was a city manager that sent that notice he made a decision not the mayor himself it was a city
00:30:14.640
man oh i know but the the mayor and city council have all been served the notice of liability
00:30:19.120
already and and so that's why maybe they're not trying to put their stamp on it right so what i'm
00:30:24.320
saying is keep pressing in demanding that look at the uh questions that have been posted here
00:30:30.320
and start demanding answers from them saying you can't blackball people and commit uh felonies
00:30:37.120
and and expect that you're going to get away with this i'm not going to roll over and play dead
00:30:42.480
and allow you to uh you know bring my livelihood to a complete halt i will be holding you personally
00:30:49.360
liable understand that yeah i don't care what insurance that you think you have i'm going to
00:30:54.320
be coming after you personally i'm going to file a human rights complaint against you i am going to
00:31:00.160
potentially press civil and criminal charges against you because these are indictable offenses i highly
00:31:05.520
recommend that you read the information i have sent you and i am prepared to take action this is how
00:31:12.800
one of our business owners lonnie had spoken to environmental health officer uh within an email
00:31:18.960
literally saying you are breaking the law under and now remember if they say uh the notice of liability
00:31:26.000
doesn't uh you know apply to me because i'm protected under the school act under section such and such
00:31:31.840
or i'm provide i'm protected under the provincial health act under such and such look up those health
00:31:37.360
acts because as i said to you in that drop the mic letter that i that additional letter it it shows
00:31:43.200
the constitution it shows the charter of rights it shows everything that you absolutely are guaranteed
00:31:49.200
these rights they can't deny it but they need to be challenged on it and they need to know and so
00:31:55.440
lonnie had in in writing taken much of um what we've provided as i said copy and paste this information
00:32:03.920
it was an environmental health officer that's threatening his business and to take his business
00:32:08.160
license away if he does not comply and ask his uh his gym members for their vax pass and he told
00:32:15.040
them very clearly i'm not going to do this this is an indictable offense and and you're putting me at risk
00:32:19.680
of liability and so the environmental and he gave the notice of liability she smugly comes
00:32:25.200
back and answers a question says oh by the way the notice of liability doesn't uh apply to me
00:32:30.560
because i'm protected under the provincial health act under such in section 92 something
00:32:36.480
and so he goes and digs in like we did with the school act and sure enough he finds out that she's
00:32:41.680
acting in bad faith and she's not protected from liability if she's acting in bad faith every
00:32:48.160
everything every act has to align with the constitution so dig into it you'll find out where it is
00:32:54.880
that they are breaking the law and and violating your rights so dig into whatever act get them to
00:33:00.320
say where exactly are you immune from liability get them to name the act in the section press them for
00:33:07.600
it and then go into that act and all you probably have to do is go directly to that section and look
00:33:12.800
a few down and you'll find out where they're uh where they're committing willful misconduct
00:33:17.760
dishonesty acting in bad faith uh committing tort it will be named there the sections where
00:33:24.880
the act does not protect them okay now i've received no response lately so and i figured the
00:33:31.600
the nll kind of actually covers all that so unless they respond and tell me what act they're actually
00:33:38.160
protecting under i cannot really dig into it well no but you can say you have a duty to respond to me you
00:33:43.920
can't just end my employment and put me on unpaid leave that's that's unlawful and and this is where
00:33:50.640
you say to them i am fully prepared to file a human rights against you personally uh mr smith not as the
00:33:57.840
city manager mr smith mr smith as a fellow citizen because um it as i've given an example many times
00:34:05.040
if mr smith went into a bank and robbed the bank and then went to the work and to work the next day and
00:34:11.440
worked as city manager once they catch up with him they're not you know going to haul him into court
00:34:16.640
as the city manager they're hauling them into court as mr smith he's broken the law and so you're
00:34:22.720
i should follow up so i should follow up that way then i would certainly press him i mean it's all
00:34:27.760
you know your guys's decision and remember i always say i'm not a lawyer and i'm not a doctor i'm not
00:34:32.480
giving you medical advice or legal advice i'm telling what you i'm advising you what is yours
00:34:37.920
according to the law and the constitution and the charter i'm putting it tangibly you know into
00:34:43.440
written form so here everything that i put on that drop the mic letter that extra letter was all
00:34:49.120
everything that you could get yourself i've just put it into a page that's tangible and compelling
00:34:54.480
somebody to smarten up and understand you have these guaranteed rights and and they're infringing on
00:34:59.920
them and therefore that puts you in a position where you can hold them accountable
00:35:03.600
so press press in on the city manager if you have other people on your team have them all
00:35:09.680
yeah definitely on my team but i guess my question is um okay uh is there a sample on
00:35:15.280
action for kennedy where i can actually find that like because i sent the nols and i don't want to
00:35:20.480
attach something this time to it like a letter or something well you know what i've been meaning to do
00:35:25.840
i've had a note to do it for a few days is the letter that lonnie had written it was the example of
00:35:31.200
what he had sent to the environmental health officer and then i've got the letter that i wrote to the
00:35:37.280
city manager and the deputy fire chief and so i should really work to take out the city of surrey in
00:35:44.720
it and apply it to uh maybe just put it up as an example letter and then you can just pull from that
00:35:52.080
what you want how's that oh that sounds great yeah okay all right if it's a good template everybody
00:35:58.960
it's effective everybody else is using it and it's working everybody else it'll be great yeah okay
00:36:02.640
keep an eye on the workers unite page everyone because that's where we'll post anything that's
00:36:07.200
new and i'll always put red new in red so that you you know that that's been uh posted all right so i've
00:36:13.760
i've really got to move along here uh sheila was that uh yes so um there's just uh just a quick
00:36:20.160
question in the chat about filling out a human rights complaint yeah if you could just have a look and
00:36:25.840
maybe answer that oh you know i don't i haven't filled one out yet because i just haven't had
00:36:30.080
time but jennifer would be good i don't know what to choose at the line prohibited grant prohibited
00:36:35.200
grounds of discrimination and there i have age criminal social conditions political convictions
00:36:44.880
gender identity ethnic oh i see what you're saying i would say discrimination oh grounds of
00:36:51.280
discrimination uh criminal uh social i don't know what social orientation is we could also talk about
00:37:08.000
it and post something in the next day or two yeah race religion that would have been a good one for
00:37:12.400
jennifer to have answered yeah so if we could do that and um marianne i can get your email
00:37:21.360
the chat but we could also post a response on the workers unite page i think it would be helpful for
00:37:26.880
everyone so one last question in the chat because again this person could not raise their hand i'm
00:37:31.760
just going to post it right here for you to read i'm on medical leave but how if you can read that one
00:37:36.720
yep but i have an order by december 31st at work unionized to reveal my vac status can they still put
00:37:42.480
me on unpaid leave even nobody can put you on unpaid leave i mean they'll do it but this is where you
00:37:47.920
need to make sure that you're collecting the evidence that you say you cannot put me on unpaid
00:37:52.480
leave an employer cannot put anyone lawfully on unpaid leave and make sure that you send them
00:37:59.360
the notice of liability that additional letter challenge them on it and say the only person it's
00:38:05.520
only up to me if i request unpaid leave i want to make it abundantly clear i am not requesting
00:38:12.240
unpaid leave therefore you cannot randomly put me on unpaid leave sorry i get heated about this i can
00:38:19.600
only imagine how all of you feel i hope that answers that question uh for the more nol serve the better
00:38:29.600
it's it's a matter of that once you have served a notice of liability and you know it was delivered
00:38:34.800
don't serve it again because then it it's like as if uh you feel like you got to keep because the
00:38:40.160
first one wasn't effective the first one is all they need serve them one notice of liability but
00:38:45.920
there if there are others that you are working with have them serve the notice of liability as well
00:38:51.920
um i know that when we talk about it with elected officials somebody say oh well i've already served
00:38:56.720
the mayor and city council but somebody shows up with a box of 700 notices of liability the message
00:39:02.800
that is sending as long as it's done by individually different people is i think it's uh one person is
00:39:08.080
a voice for a thousand is that statistic right and that's how elected officials look at it so if they
00:39:13.840
receive a massive box they know the community is really upset with them and they've got to start
00:39:18.640
already thinking about the next election election if they want to run again and so but in a personal
00:39:25.200
if it's an employee sending it to the employer and you know that they got it don't serve the notice of
00:39:29.840
liability again it will weaken your case make sure that you serve the additional letter and then start
00:39:35.520
posing the questions you need to answer these questions as my employer you are acting unlawfully
00:39:42.560
and therefore if you do not cease and desist i am fully prepared to file a human rights complaint
00:39:48.720
against you and i may very well or i will you've got to decide for yourself we'll follow that up with civil
00:39:54.880
and uh personally civil and uh criminal uh um litigation as well and you have to say personal
00:40:04.880
because you're not coming after them in their capacity as as the manager anymore you wouldn't let
00:40:12.000
a neighbor walk into your house and take things and then walk back out again you just wouldn't let it happen
00:40:19.920
and this is what your employer is doing they're breaking the law all right all right okay so kb
00:40:32.560
hi there having to unmute as usual um i had a question i had a question about seeking new employment
00:40:41.040
so i'm going to i'm a fed worker almost on leave without pay by the employer and i've been applying for
00:40:48.480
some non-profit organizational work and in the um positions that i've been applying for in the written
00:40:55.440
job offer there is no covet vaccine requirement but i'm wondering if during the interview they come out
00:41:01.440
and say are you back or something like that i'm just wondering what my rights are uh regarding that
00:41:07.120
and are they allowed to have the covet vaccine as a requirement for employment as well no they can't
00:41:13.920
it's discriminatory it's absolutely not and again i don't care how many times they say well these are
00:41:19.920
the orders it's part of the orders it doesn't matter if it is not consistent with the constitution
00:41:25.440
it is of no force and effect i want you all your homework will be for the new year
00:41:30.640
when we come back is to memorize section 52 one of the constitution which was the first link i referred
00:41:37.520
to at the top of that uh page it's a powerful powerful uh statement that's made right that the
00:41:43.840
constitution is the supreme law of canada and any law that does not is not consistent with it is of no
00:41:51.120
force or effect okay so in the moment for example if if they're like are you back during an interview
00:41:58.080
could i say um that's private private medical information that i'm choosing not to disclose
00:42:03.120
mm-hmm and then uh what recourse would i have if they're insisting on that you know knowing that
00:42:09.280
it like you said it is discriminatory well you could say you could say look i know i'm fully
00:42:14.160
qualified for this position and if you discriminate against me for this reason depending how the
00:42:20.320
conversation goes you may want to say i will be filing a human rights complaint against you wow
00:42:25.360
because it is unlawful for you to ask me for that information it's a violation of my privacy rights
00:42:30.400
that are guaranteed no order supersedes and again have that sheet available with you maybe get ready
00:42:36.720
to put their name at the top of it have it signed and dated and say you know i'm just going to serve
00:42:41.840
you this right now as a form of education and see maybe you have somebody on your side
00:42:49.760
okay yeah i guess my job opportunities will not be great after that well probably possibly not
00:42:56.000
but wait but like i said we've got to take the opportunity to educate them right my my daughter
00:43:02.880
was was uh applying to work for a um homeless shelter in one of the worst places in surrey
00:43:11.280
and they said well you need your your you provide your vaccine information and and my my daughter was
00:43:17.040
adamant no absolutely not and they were in agreement with her they wanted her so badly but can you imagine
00:43:22.880
having to have a vax pass to serve the homeless it it's just so ludicrous yeah it's so twisted up
00:43:29.600
okay thanks so much all right thank you good luck to you i pray that you get something phenomenal thank
00:43:35.440
you so much all right there are employers out there i had one of our uh uh team members who had lost his
00:43:42.480
job with the liquor board because he wouldn't vaccinate but he ended up on with an amazing company
00:43:47.920
who was not mandating the vax was totally against it and so there are organizations and companies out
00:43:54.320
there and sometimes that's where it takes just a little bit of education to let them know there's
00:43:58.560
a whole lot more of us uh you know guide them always to action for canada all right april
00:44:07.280
okay so i had a question on the notice of liability the extra letter that we had to send we don't need
00:44:14.320
to send that uh registered mail do we because i already sent the first one yeah no okay perfect
00:44:21.520
for the is there can i just ask you april has conversation have you had conversation with
00:44:26.880
whomever you've served it to yes yes i did have a conversation with my employer with the director and
00:44:34.480
right is it via email no no i did send it registered mail no no i meant the follow-up conversation that
00:44:43.360
you've had they've been ignoring me i've been on sick leave so they've been uh trying to get me to
00:44:51.920
get a form filled out so that they know i'm healthy to return back to work and they're asking me to
00:45:00.000
disclose my vaccine status but that's the reason i got on on leave in the first place i didn't want to
00:45:06.400
disclose my vaccine status right and with the follow-up letter i feel that um it kind of discloses
00:45:15.600
the fact that i'm vaccinated or not vaccinated in the like i don't want to sell myself out by giving
00:45:25.040
that that that letter i don't know if you're understanding what i'm saying what i'm saying
00:45:30.560
well i don't know how the letter could have any other effect but be extremely positive for you it's
00:45:37.600
it's a hundred percent letting them know in there it states that you have to give informed consent to
00:45:44.480
have any medical excuse me i got the hiccups medical treatment and so you're coming back to
00:45:50.080
work anticipating that you're not and you have the right to refuse everything in that letter that you
00:45:54.640
need so i i don't know why you would hesitate to send it because it's kind of stating that i'm
00:46:00.640
unvaccinated in the in the the letter so i don't wanna i don't want them to know that i'm vaccinated or
00:46:10.720
or not i want i don't want to disagree i'm sorry and what in what letter is it stating that you're
00:46:18.240
vaccinated or not the additional letter yes no it's just saying that they can't mandate vaccines it
00:46:24.000
doesn't say in there it's saying that they can't ask it's saying that uh vaccines aren't mandated
00:46:29.760
it's informing them that they're everything that they're requesting from you is unlawful it doesn't
00:46:34.640
say in there whether or not you've been vaccinated or not it so it shows your position that you believe
00:46:40.240
that your private information is private and they don't have a right to that information okay okay i'll
00:46:46.480
i'll read it again okay all right all the best to you her lady okay thank you so much all right Helen
00:47:02.880
right there you go there you are yep all right okay um so i i asked i took my union rep i said that you
00:47:10.880
can't have the employees go on unpaid leave and he says they can and and then i heard that only it
00:47:19.280
covers for non-unionized employees under the esa where um it's on the offer for an employee uh
00:47:28.560
uh for an employer to put an employee on leave so with unionized workers it's basically saying that
00:47:34.320
the employer is allowed to put somebody on unpaid ask them to show you did he show you any section of
00:47:39.040
anything where it says that it was just uh no he didn't show me anything and i insist that he does
00:47:44.560
yeah and then i even gave him the example of i don't know if you know the ruling in new brunswick
00:47:50.160
i forget who it was but they they won uh in court that they uh they couldn't be put on unpaid leave
00:47:57.280
and he violated the labor code yeah and he says we're not under the labor code because we're we're a
00:48:04.240
provincial i'm i work for a crown corporation right but how so just because the labor coder's federal
00:48:12.720
he's basically saying that we don't fall under that but i figured that fall everybody falls under
00:48:19.280
that all right so what we've all got to remember for a moment is we need to go back to the constitution
00:48:25.120
section 52-1 that i just said any law any order any act that is inconsistent with the constitution
00:48:31.680
is of no force or effect that means any provincial remember how i just said a moment ago that the uh
00:48:38.640
human rights tribunals are oops sorry somebody's trying to call me uh the human rights tribunals
00:48:45.120
are kangaroo courts and that they have uh dueling laws amendments that they've created uh with the
00:48:52.080
federal law with the criminal code with the constitution and so those should be of no force or effect but
00:48:57.840
because we don't have people working in the human rights commission that actually care about the law
00:49:03.520
they they just go according to the full law that that they've created and the amendments that
00:49:08.400
they're following so i can't clearly say enough to you that what the employers are doing is unlawful
00:49:15.600
the union has a duty and a responsibility to understand the difference between employment law
00:49:21.840
and and the criminal code and the constitution this is no longer about uh employment law
00:49:27.360
law this has become about a criminal offense uh an indictable offense and against violations of human
00:49:33.840
rights in the constitution i'm just thinking maybe they're not looking at it criminally because our
00:49:38.640
union lawyers are basically employment lawyers they're not criminal right and maybe they're they're
00:49:43.600
they're not thinking on that wavelength and they need to that's why they need to be challenged
00:49:49.040
yeah okay and the second thing just quickly uh i just i had a friend who uh submitted a religious
00:49:54.640
exempt for a uh a municipality uh company she works for and they rejected it do you guys have an no well
00:50:02.080
for rejecting of uh of a religious exempt i she probably shouldn't have done that anyways because
00:50:09.120
we really shouldn't have to put any religious exempt anyhow right but what's interesting is the person
00:50:15.360
decided that it wasn't good enough and and we're thinking what authority do they have because religious
00:50:20.960
and medical exemptions are protected by the code we don't we don't need an exemption to exert our
00:50:28.000
already guaranteed human rights our constitutional rights uh we don't need an exemption from any of this
00:50:33.760
so the point is is what i see that the government is doing by uh you'll hear the media say you know that
00:50:41.200
federal workers were mandated to have vaccination except for those with uh valid exemptions right now that's
00:50:48.800
posturing where they're trying remember i said this is a military style warfare so the media is the
00:50:55.840
propaganda arm without the media if everybody shut their tv off nobody would even know that you know
00:51:01.360
there was a problem because other than you know nobody be wearing masks nobody none of this would be
00:51:06.560
happening so the media is strategically sending these messages subliminal messages so that people will
00:51:13.680
fall in line so they'll think oh the government's being so fair you know the people i don't need
00:51:18.400
exemption so i'll get my vaccine but at least good to know that people who can't take it are getting
00:51:22.720
exemption every single exemption i know is being denied i was talking to a firefighter the other day
00:51:28.400
so you know how serious this is um and somebody had one of the other firefighters had neurological damage
00:51:34.240
from before so really super duper he should not have this injection he felt so forced and coerced into
00:51:41.440
taking it that he took the injection and on the way home from having it he had a seizure or neurological
00:51:48.560
problems and he crashed his truck criminal this happened months ago and yet you know they finally
00:51:54.000
did the investigation and determined it had nothing to do with the vaccine of course of course okay so
00:52:00.320
we are again up against complete corruption there there is nothing tangible that we can get our hands
00:52:06.800
on that makes sense of anything that they're doing nothing it's all unlawful all right so all right so
00:52:13.120
i'm gonna carry on to gord here thanks for your patience gord
00:52:19.360
hi hi hi i think you're doing a great job uh tanya thank you very much for everything you're doing
00:52:26.720
um i'll get right to my question um like my work has come out and said that um uh they're going to be
00:52:33.040
following the health agency uh and what they were advised on so they haven't really said that they're
00:52:39.680
going to mandate it but they're going to follow the guidelines of the health agency that was announced
00:52:44.880
oh i don't know about a week ago and i'm just wondering as in regards to that being said should i
00:52:52.080
file the nol now um or should i wait till they come out and say i i need to be getting the uh
00:52:59.600
vaccine you know it's a personal decision but i've always said serve it now it's a notice
00:53:05.280
it's like hey just in case you're considering doing this right now because we know they're
00:53:08.720
already being pressured i want you to understand what the letter of the law is on this i'm not
00:53:13.920
threatening you i'm not i'm not making any any other moves towards you here other than to just
00:53:20.160
educate you on the fact that what the government is doing is unlawful and if you support the um
00:53:26.800
government's unlawful actions you may find yourself liable why wouldn't we give somebody
00:53:31.760
a heads up about this let's say it's about education right now my friends right and one
00:53:37.120
more question regards to so i know some uh like i work within a big corporation um uh i don't know
00:53:43.920
if i should say who but uh anyway i'm just wondering if there's other employees uh within the company so
00:53:50.880
is there a place on your website where i can connect maybe with other employees within the corporation
00:53:55.840
well this is this is the space where if you wanted to put it on the chat if you wanted to
00:54:01.360
say it or not but that's i know that uh like is there is there a reason you don't want to name who
00:54:08.000
your employer is well no i i well it's fedex so you know and so um yeah they've come out and said that
00:54:15.600
they're going to follow the health agency advice and um so i was looking for other because i know some
00:54:21.360
people on the ramps they were fired uh within canada already like uh probably a month ago when
00:54:28.720
the government set up fed said the federal federally regulated employees would need to be vaccinated
00:54:36.480
yeah and uh fedex is if you go on to um who's supporting the vaccines and who's all behind all
00:54:41.920
of this if i'm not mistaken fedex is one of the ones at the top and and so there's no surprise you know
00:54:48.320
that they would be a corporation that was going to dig their heels in as well um so if anybody else
00:54:53.840
is with fedex here please put it in the chat so you can connect with gourd and again many of you may
00:54:59.600
be part of a same union and that's why i want this i'm going to be a broken record that's why i want
00:55:04.720
this group to grow so that you guys uh can find uh you know the support that you need within your union
00:55:10.480
and then we start addressing them that way actually ray who was on at the start he's probably somewhere in
00:55:16.240
the background here he's our tech person and he's working towards uh the workers unite group that
00:55:22.240
when people sign on they'll be able to put what union they're in ray do you happen to be on at all
00:55:28.320
that you could elaborate a little bit more on that uh because this is our future right like we're
00:55:32.960
thinking uh ahead as to how we can coordinate and help help um whether unionized or non-unionized
00:55:40.320
workers in the best way possible yeah we're not unionized actually our pilots are but nobody else
00:55:46.800
is okay sorry my dog was up there all right so ray might be have have stepped away but that was a
00:55:54.720
good point that you brought up gourd so yeah you gotta you gotta keep pressing in uh you know dig your
00:56:00.480
own heels in about your rights start posing the questions and expressing how you feel and demanding
00:56:06.560
that they answer they just can't go awol on you as an employee and uh just all of a sudden and and
00:56:12.720
always show up for work keep showing up for work record that you're showing up for work and just say
00:56:18.560
look i'm not in agreement i have not agreed to go on to unpaid leave i'm here to do my job as i
00:56:24.000
properly and normally am scheduled and make sure that they know that you're recording it and if anybody
00:56:29.600
says i'm not giving you permission to record if you're in that conversation you have every right to record
00:56:34.880
it and that's your evidence and then uh work to transcribe it because that's the best way to submit
00:56:40.560
it in court when you go to if you decide to press uh lay criminal charges against these individuals
00:56:47.440
okay yeah one more quick question in regards to like so now there's many managers obviously just go
00:56:53.600
up the chain you feel and go right like to the ceo i i would recommend it at this point they're they're
00:57:00.480
going to absolutely work to getting you removed from employment if you're not going to vaccinate
00:57:06.160
and that's the sad truth and so you need to start getting all of your evidence in order
00:57:12.720
okay thank you thanks again your website's great and thanks for everything you're doing
00:57:17.840
thank you gordon thanks so much and thank you for being on the front line here with the rest of us
00:57:23.680
uh because this is this is how we're going to get her done thank you okay gerald i have about nine
00:57:30.960
minutes everyone and then i have to be in my next core team meeting so let's see what we can get done
00:57:35.040
we'll do some some rapid questions here gerald i'll keep this as quick as i can um uh i was i was put
00:57:43.040
off um i argued with my union i argued with my i worked for uh the school board in ontario right and uh
00:57:50.960
uh uh i told them they were violating every right because they wanted to uh they wanted us to sign
00:57:56.480
an ascertation that uh to disclose our our vaccine status and i said no that's my own personal business
00:58:02.000
you're violating this you're violating that you're violating everything um i sent an nll to my uh my hr
00:58:09.920
um they proceeded to put me off i was off for about a month and a half and they they offered they said uh
00:58:16.480
okay you don't have to fill it out um you know we're gonna we're gonna but what they wanted me
00:58:22.560
to do is do testing um so i won't tell you how i i i get around that but that's a whole nother story
00:58:30.080
but um uh i said so i said uh well you're violating the the labor laws on on the testing because i said
00:58:36.640
it says in the testing that uh i think it's 248 dash i think it's uh three 248 dash three that it states
00:58:45.280
that you don't we don't have to we don't have to do genetic testing and uh that won't be held against
00:58:51.760
us so they argued it back and forth um so anyways we agreed that and i went to my union and i said uh
00:58:58.720
okay i got a lawyer because i wasn't sure on how i could do that um but the lawyer said i couldn't do it
00:59:06.800
because i was grieving it to my union too but i'm i because he said your union has to handle it first
00:59:14.720
before you could go after the person i've heard that i've heard that on some cases but let me
00:59:19.760
challenge you with this depending on uh what kind of lawyer you got if it's an employment lawyer or a
00:59:24.240
criminal lawyer all right if um david has used this in the past i like the analogy if your employer said
00:59:30.400
you got to get slapped in the face three times a week to work uh you would be appalled if they said
00:59:35.680
you're going to be sexually assaulted three times a week to work you'd be appalled this would be
00:59:39.920
criminal you'd be contacting the police and you'd be laying criminal charges against them this is
00:59:45.680
extortion they are extorting you they are committing uh in the intimidation these are criminal offenses
00:59:53.120
and they're attempting to assault and and commit assault and battery against you by mandating that
01:00:00.400
you take this vaccine yeah i i like i well i told them where to go with that but but um uh so uh
01:00:11.200
what what my question really is is i i've got the notice of liability in there already um i want to do
01:00:17.280
the criminal charge um and and and because i i told him i'm going to get my money from you
01:00:23.040
one way or another uh for the month that you put me off um so the union is going through the
01:00:30.400
grieving part but can i still file a criminal uh like for a small claims court or something
01:00:37.200
well you if you're going to do it through the process that david's talking about you'd actually
01:00:41.520
fill out the um lay the criminal charges directly to the crown and it's actually a very simple process
01:00:49.360
to do but you've got to have your evidence available oh yeah i picked everything i've
01:00:54.880
emailed them i've i've got everything yeah yeah and and um yeah and and so for anybody here that's
01:01:01.760
new as well to know the difference between laying criminal charges and going after civil litigation
01:01:08.800
is that in civil litigation if you go after bob smith your manager um and you lose you have would
01:01:14.720
have to they would get a lawyer and you would have to probably pay all or if not some or if not all
01:01:20.240
of their legal expenses taking it and it takes longer to do a civil action but through civil action
01:01:26.240
is how you could rec recoup the funds that they owe you um through the criminal action that is
01:01:35.280
not necessarily something that the judge would say i'm gonna i'm going to award you damages i mean
01:01:39.840
it's possible at somewhere down there i believe if you if you request uh damages but this is this is
01:01:45.680
based on the criminal act itself is what you're going after when you pursue laying criminal charges
01:01:51.760
so it's it's it's it's you know you got away and it doesn't say that you can't press i think you have
01:01:57.120
would have to check a year or two years to lay uh like to take civil action against an individual
01:02:02.800
i want to teach them a lesson this is where we're saying we're going to come after you i am prepared
01:02:09.840
to come after you i'm going to lay a human rights complaint against you i'm going to lay civil action
01:02:14.880
against you i'm going to come after you criminally and civilly i'm going to i'm going to hold you
01:02:19.440
responsible for every uh loss bit of loss of income i experience because of your unlawful actions
01:02:26.560
personally not not after the company i'm coming after you yeah um and one one one more yeah one
01:02:34.480
more just quickly uh i got yeah i've got five people frank or gerald i've got a great uh i i applied for
01:02:41.040
one of your one of your um action for canada or actual canada places down near me um because we want
01:02:48.080
to serve we want to serve the mayor we want to serve everybody that we can um down here uh there's a few
01:02:55.120
of us so i'm i'm hoping that someone will get back to me but uh which which chapter is that uh
01:03:01.840
leamington leamington in ontario okay it's going to be one of our new ones too i think so for
01:03:07.840
everybody we put 110 chapters in place in a few months and so uh give them each uh a specific email
01:03:16.240
address to their community to their city and now we're trying to get our chapter leaders onto them
01:03:22.800
and answering them and replying so please be patient we're having a little bit of bumps in
01:03:27.520
them using the system that we're using and so hopefully they'll get in in contact with you very
01:03:32.480
soon because once everybody starts getting united in a chapter the activity and the backlash against
01:03:38.240
mayors and city councils and trustees just explodes so gerald thank you keep pressing into them and thank
01:03:44.000
you for all that you're you're doing and taking action as well and remember when we serve notices of
01:03:48.800
liability to teachers throughout ontario and superintendents back in may i was talking to
01:03:54.480
rocco and he said hey this was by june to hear what happened and the union in ontario was sending
01:04:00.560
teachers notices saying don't talk about the vaccines in class and and so it is having an impact and an
01:04:06.880
effect but of course um and and again what paul had said the great news i had read it earlier about
01:04:13.520
hamilton trustees being put in the same position alberta's been asked as well for the trustees to
01:04:19.360
vote whether or not teachers should get vaccinated it's crazy but hamilton just voted no they were
01:04:24.080
served a notice of liability they were put on notice they had an opportunity to weigh you know
01:04:29.040
their decision so we're having success we just need more boots on the grounds that are supporting
01:04:34.240
and who are well spoken to have those people go before the trustees and um you know have a conversation
01:04:40.080
with them and mayor and city council okay frank you're you're next
01:04:49.680
yep there you are thank you so much um i'm happy that you're taking holidays here and uh gonna have
01:04:56.000
a rest but for me uh i'm taking holidays too at the end of the year to fight my uh wife's case and uh
01:05:04.320
i really need uh uh rock or um uh david to send me the the zoom so that i can uh place the charges
01:05:14.880
correctly um the the other thing is um um like i also see violations under the human rights act the
01:05:25.920
charter of rights and freedoms as well as the um uh defamation uh act uh do i put those on the
01:05:34.080
criminal charge uh sheet like on the private uh or do i file uh the human rights uh complaint
01:05:41.360
separately yep you file a human rights complaint separately you were on the call on sunday i was
01:05:46.800
all right so yeah david said it was very much what you put in the form when you're laying the charges
01:05:51.760
you don't have to put your whole story a lot of information in at this point no i understand that but i
01:05:56.800
i need to know like uh he would say uh that here's the violation but over here is where you got to
01:06:04.720
file it and that's the information i need okay so when have you emailed david directly i i uh have
01:06:12.320
emailed him and asked him to send me the the zoom uh link but i haven't received anything yet okay so i
01:06:19.520
know that he'd been down here uh that's a four-hour drive but he did came down to the lower mainland and
01:06:24.320
who's helping a fellow with another case so stay on him we hosted david coming on and we've aligned
01:06:30.800
with him but i don't have control over the videos or the business that he does that's not part of
01:06:36.800
action for canada even people have had questions about funding and all of that so that's david's
01:06:41.440
thing so stay on him frank if it ends up you're not getting the information i i can't imagine because
01:06:46.320
he he is on there checking and trying to keep up with everybody but i know it was going to take a
01:06:51.040
little bit for them to uh compact that meeting into a small enough version that they could actually
01:06:55.760
share okay let me uh i just want to touch on these three things the human rights do i put that on the
01:07:01.840
criminal uh complaint those are questions you absolutely have to ask david okay how about the
01:07:08.640
charter of rights and freedoms is like he said i could charge under any of the acts that's why i'm
01:07:13.920
questioning this and that's why you need to ask david for sure okay okay okay thanks very much i'll get
01:07:19.600
i i don't i never pretend to know something if i don't know it i would say i don't know the answer
01:07:25.040
to that because i want you guys to succeed okay well uh thank you so much for everything you do tanya
01:07:31.280
and that'll be my project here for the holidays well frank i'm so proud of you thank you for going
01:07:36.240
to war for your wife i love it we need all the men in canada standing up right now so thank you so much
01:07:41.680
all right i hate to say it but i'm only going to have time for one more question uh that's gonna be
01:07:46.000
murray bloom and uh then i sorry i have to sign off and for anybody that's signing off i know we're
01:07:51.680
up at 180 um in the last seconds before you go like i just will be back december the first
01:07:57.600
sorry the first week of january and i really want to hit the pavement running on this in the new year
01:08:04.160
all right we are getting well situated we got a great strategy and i believe we're going to win
01:08:10.080
this battle so hang in there i know a lot of you are hurting real bad christmas is a tough time and
01:08:16.080
uh we're going to have an empower our christmas session on on next wednesday night join it uh
01:08:20.960
reach out to chapters don't be alone don't get so discouraged that you are feeling helpless please i
01:08:26.400
know this is a really difficult time and action for canada is going to try our best we will fail
01:08:31.760
some of you we can't be there for everybody but we want you to know that we really genuinely care
01:08:36.800
about you and uh i myself for anybody that has to sign off right now i just really wish you a merry
01:08:41.920
christmas all right so murray let's get your question done here murray
01:08:50.400
now murray was on oh there you are hello yeah i can't hear you yeah i can't hear you you can't hear me
01:08:57.440
just ever so barely okay i tried to unmute here so
01:09:05.680
okay can you unmute maybe turn your camera off and unmute might be easier
01:09:13.360
and unmute i'm just asking you to i'm there you go there you go how's that you're very quiet but i'll
01:09:20.560
do my best okay all right my question is we've been having issues with an old folks home i have
01:09:26.960
two parents in their 90s and we're getting issues such as um when we go to take them like we can't
01:09:36.080
even go into the home to see them so they keep us out of there and as you know like when this first
01:09:42.240
happened and just by coincidence the very week that we uh took them to the home to to set up a
01:09:50.080
new home for them there the following monday we put they arrived on saturday and the following monday
01:09:56.400
was lockdowns and everything else so the first year they were in there um we had no access to them and
01:10:02.880
and then we had some access for a short time and now because we're unvaxxed all of a sudden we have no
01:10:08.000
access again but what's happening is when when we pick them up because we'll now we pick them up and
01:10:12.800
we take them out and we we see them that way um but when we've been taking them back we've been
01:10:19.520
getting all this pushback from from uh people at their at their screening desk and in fact yesterday
01:10:27.280
it happened where as we dropped them off and around monday actually they said um oh are you the people
01:10:33.760
that are unvaxxed that are causing all these problems wow and and so i mean it's you know i
01:10:40.400
didn't even answer the question to her but i think i'm going to start with her with with the screener and
01:10:46.160
give her a notice and then work my way up through the organization but my big fear here is um i don't
01:10:54.240
want to move them at 92 years old and and uh you know but i'm willing to fight and and i guess we'll do
01:11:00.880
whatever we have to do because this just isn't uh okay and not only that but they've coerced their
01:11:07.280
own employees into uh vaccinating and and um yeah it's criminal and your story is not unique
01:11:14.960
uh i don't know why i'm having echo here so i'm gonna do so i'm gonna maybe it's mike system that's
01:11:22.320
a problem but sheila i heard you okay sheila can you i can hear you fine oh you can he is just quite
01:11:30.160
faint okay all right just so you know i just put this interview with odessa of a woman able to uh
01:11:37.760
see her mother in a long-term care facility yes i provided the notice of liability that she used
01:11:43.840
and the follow-up letter and she was able to get in so i would try that route yes so thank you for that
01:11:49.760
sheila she's sheila is amazing so i did an interview with odessa about a month ago and it two people she
01:11:57.120
had two other guests who had come on and both these ladies were having trouble getting to a loved one
01:12:01.760
and so they served the notice of liability that sheila has uh provided there and i would include
01:12:08.400
the additional letter that i've spoken to you about but what i'm really quickly going to show you
01:12:12.960
not the employee additional letter i know this isn't quite on employment everyone but this is an
01:12:17.920
important question because maybe you have loved ones too so i've done two oops two different letters
01:12:24.400
that say new this one is directly related to employees and this is the one that i created that
01:12:30.160
is very broad it should cover every six uh situation it says uh attention susie smith uh at the care
01:12:38.960
home here you don't put the care home you just put their name threat to use a covet 19 injection
01:12:43.920
mask or testing as a condition of education extracurricular activities employment essential
01:12:50.400
or non-essential services so this is very broad and it will cover whatever you need in order to um it
01:12:59.360
might be that you can't get into see your child play hockey and you need to deliver it that's an
01:13:03.920
a non-essential service or it's a it's an extracurricular activity sorry all right a non-essential
01:13:09.520
what the government may think is non-essential services going to the local flower shop and buying
01:13:15.200
a tree and so it goes into the constitution and then it is modified to um specifically address this
01:13:24.480
right that they're using extortion they're committing tort this is extremely psychologically
01:13:29.200
uh stressful that you can't get in to see your loved ones are you kidding me
01:13:33.920
right so serve them this letter along with it it's on the notice of liability page and um yeah you're
01:13:41.440
in a difficult situation just keep pressing back let them know if the police show up uh be prepared
01:13:47.920
you know what i'm gonna do sheila you remind me too please i'm gonna have vincent gercy come on
01:13:52.720
he's a retired opp officer and i've been working with him since uh february of this year and he's terrific
01:13:59.520
to come in uh under our business page we've actually got a pdf printout of how you how you uh
01:14:06.000
can correspond how you uh speak with the law enforcement when they show up how you stay calm
01:14:12.560
what you need to give what you don't need to give um have that's why i say have a dozen of those
01:14:17.600
letters the ones that i just showed you ready and available on you to serve anybody that tries to
01:14:24.000
interfere with your rights this is a time to educate you don't have to be please don't be angry we're
01:14:28.560
always saying be above reproach be classy be calm and and get the questions in you're on mute again
01:14:35.360
so we've been trying to deal with them very calm and very in kindness and we keep saying let's just
01:14:47.440
you know be kind to one another and um so it's very critical yeah marie it is it is critical that
01:14:57.680
you let them know that they're committing indictable offenses and that say look you know my parents are
01:15:02.720
here and i want a kind respectful relationship with you but i am fully prepared to take action
01:15:08.640
against you personally because each person each citizen in canada must uphold the rule of law
01:15:14.640
and and if you're not aware that you're breaking the law i'm putting you on notice right now and you
01:15:19.520
have a duty and an obligation to read the material i'm providing you right and make sure that you're
01:15:24.960
recording this record the interaction good good uh good advice we also want to help all their employees
01:15:32.160
and i mean it's too late ones that are still there because they're all vaxxed now yeah it's absolutely
01:15:38.240
hopefully they got the placebo uh but more and more now as we go into the boosters less and less people
01:15:43.520
as you can see are getting placebos and they're getting the real deal and uh heart attacks myocarditis
01:15:49.120
blood clots and wouldn't you know that omicron isn't it convenient that the uh symptoms of
01:15:54.320
omicron are heart attack myocarditis and blood clots that's what they're covering up they're
01:15:58.880
covering up the vaccine injury with this and they're doing a terrible job of it all right everybody
01:16:03.360
cindy i'm so sorry and michael you'll be the first remind me hold me to it in january that you'll be the
01:16:09.360
first at the top of the list everything pretty much i have covered and answered for all of you
01:16:14.880
uh in the uh in the video link that i put on the workers unite page you have two of these sessions
01:16:22.160
on there where i go to a q a at the end and cover much of the material and like i say you're all in
01:16:28.400
the same boat different scenario so i think i've pretty much covered it as well as the empower hour
01:16:33.360
for october 13th 24th and november 26th anything where you see david lindsey take the time to watch
01:16:41.120
that empower hour they're empowering all right anyways everyone we're providing you all the
01:16:47.040
resources to fight strong stand firmly in your freedom you are on the right side of history and
01:16:53.520
i i wish you wish you all a blessed christmas and i will see you all in january please commit
01:16:59.440
your work over christmas wherever you can you hear about somebody on social media say have you heard
01:17:04.080
about action for canada get them plugged into the workers unite group so that they don't feel
01:17:08.720
desperately alone we want to make sure that everybody knows that they they have support
01:17:14.240
and that we provide the resources uh that eventually hopefully will bode very well in protecting uh their
01:17:20.400
position if not getting them reinstated and that goes for all of you all right so merry christmas and
01:17:25.840
thank you thank you so much everyone can unmute really quickly yeah i'm mute here thanks

still after this whole thing is ends with tanya and maybe try to help each other that's one of my
01:19:14.000
suggestions but so maybe that's what they're doing here i don't know possibly
