00:03:34.880 so my name is corinne aliko i'm um located in northeastern alberta uh bonnieville cold lake um
00:03:42.320 i had lloyd minister but thankfully laura lee and another individual have taken over that area
00:03:47.680 uh lac la bish saint paul elk point area i'm an occupational health and safety consultant uh been
00:03:54.640 in the oil and gas industry for 25 years i have an organization or a company in cold lake that was hit
00:04:00.160 very hard by the covet protocols uh for a year literally struggling with work more so because
00:04:06.960 i just could not get behind the mask mandate you have a an individual out in the field with a shovel
00:04:12.240 uh all by himself and he has to wear a mask or as i call a breathing barrier uh to reduce his oxygen
00:04:19.440 and then testing came in which again totally illegal against it but it was the lesser of two evils of
00:04:25.280 course when uh vax mandates came out so i joined a local group in the area um started with nine of us
00:04:32.400 and it's now grown to over a thousand individuals that are following us um i wanted to assist businesses
00:04:39.440 first um and then of course the workers and businesses more to identify to them to what
00:04:44.800 the government's doing to them to educate them on identifying that the government is actually
00:04:49.200 trying to destroy your business and then again it turned into helping workers uh just to the ninth
00:04:54.960 degree and then of course our kids um and assisting with the notice of liabilities in the school so
00:05:02.080 with that i joined action for canada uh because the documentation and was just above par um and the
00:05:08.960 organization uh was definitely the one that i wanted to join hands with uh september we had a
00:05:14.960 large meeting about 140 workers showed up all just absolutely desperate to figure out what they can do to
00:05:22.560 keep their job so as an occupational health and safety consultant i looked at it from an oh and s point
00:05:28.240 of view that every worker in alberta has the right to first um the right to know what the hazards of
00:05:35.360 the work or the conditions of the work are um also what the right your right to participate and then
00:05:42.080 lastly if you're not getting answers the right to refuse that work that may be or the condition that may
00:05:46.960 be unsafe um with that um i was really getting the workers to start that conversation with their employer
00:05:56.320 without disclosing their information so with the right to know i had eight questions that i was
00:06:01.600 saying take these back to your worker your joint work health safety committee or your safety people
00:06:06.560 and start asking these questions um about what the health and safety of the vaccine is
00:06:12.480 in relation to what the actual risk of covid 19 is and um by october we had over 200 workers showing
00:06:20.320 up at the meeting and now the letters had come out stating that a vaccine was imminent and that um it
00:06:26.880 had to be uh they had to be in compliance with it by a certain date unfortunately um cnrl was pushing the
00:06:34.400 hardest in our area uh being that a lot of contract companies are contracted to cnrl that meant a huge
00:06:41.840 amount of the workforce in the area could be possibly without employment and and literally were desperate so at
00:06:48.560 that point um i had uh identified to a few that were already being told don't come to work tomorrow
00:06:56.400 i said go to work tomorrow and in the end uh you know really push your rights um and if they don't comply and
00:07:06.000 take you off site let's serve them with notice liabilities let's educate them on what they're doing
00:07:10.560 and um from there um the last meeting that we had was november 30th unfortunately we had 17 of 38 cnrl
00:07:19.920 employees that were left standing and had to turn their vehicles in the next day they did all go back
00:07:26.240 to the site with their vehicles and were taken home they did serve notice liabilities but what one of the
00:07:32.400 foremen did was he had inputted all of the right to refuse or the grievances into their ims which is their
00:07:39.040 incident management system which meant that cnrl had to address them from a safety standpoint
00:07:45.520 that meant that they had to be on paid leave because under occupational safety it states if
00:07:50.640 it's under investigation that those individuals are on paid leave until the investigation is over
00:07:56.080 it really only delayed for a number of them four or five days when oh and s you know disclosed
00:08:01.520 themselves being completely in bed with the government that they um uh they followed the uh
00:08:07.840 mandates of the health officials and so we're still fighting that we're back and forth in appeals i was
00:08:14.320 speaking to one of the individuals today of that group and he is looking at actually taking this further
00:08:21.280 and um criminally charging so we'll be keeping pretty close tabs on what laurel is doing uh the big thing with
00:08:28.400 that is they most of these individuals have the evidence that we need they have the the document
00:08:33.200 from their employer stating that they must be vaccinated they have the document and they're
00:08:37.600 stating that they must test so there is evidence there and quite exciting to see that but the more
00:08:43.600 exciting thing that's happening is a lot of the farmers in the area have the lease wells on their
00:08:49.680 properties as well as they a lot of the truck drivers that haul so they've gone to the municipal
00:08:55.680 district of bonnieville and are pushing back with bonnieville saying we need to do something against
00:09:01.440 cnrl we need to maybe close our gates they're breaching our contract perhaps we should reach theirs
00:09:07.200 let's snow them in so they need to come with skid steers and and and clear that area before the
00:09:12.800 haulers go in let's reduce their hours and we've actually found that the md in the area is more on board
00:09:20.080 with what is happening is wrong and so the education piece of that is educating the farmers equipping
00:09:27.760 and empowering the average person with the incredible documentation that act for canada has brought out
00:09:34.000 even just to make them aware of what they what they're up against and that is so wrong and what
00:09:41.200 we're is coming out of this is all kinds of kitchen meetings and and shop meetings of different
00:09:46.560 individuals who are quickly empowering themselves and equipping themselves with the knowledge that
00:09:52.080 they need to stand up to this territory and so i'm very excited with what's happening in our community
00:09:57.920 we're going in very respectful and requesting meetings with our municipal district to have that
00:10:03.360 health and safety conversation to have that health and safety meeting because if we're seeing the rise in
00:10:09.360 just on ahs alone um that incidents um and injuries are increasing for even coveted vaccine people like
00:10:18.320 people who are vaccinated uh where's the efficiency of this according to where oh and sent me was the
00:10:24.640 government of canada website and the other thing that was identified recently is that in october 9 000
00:10:30.560 people um had in on the canadian government government website had been identified as being vaccine
00:10:37.120 injured now the new stats that came out for november 28th identifies that 29 000 people are now injured
00:10:45.520 what are we going to see from a safety perspective in three months if in five weeks those stats have
00:10:50.880 tripled so these are the questions we need to take back to our municipalities we need to take back and
00:10:56.400 have the safety talk about our community because i see in our area 50 of the people are unvaccinated
00:11:02.880 that means that 50 of the population here is unemployable um and cannot get you why what does
00:11:10.240 that mean from our community so this is becoming a real uh concern to all communities and going out and
00:11:18.080 educating each and every person out there will make this army big enough that we can fight back against
00:11:23.440 our government appropriately but thank you tanya for all you do i can't i can't say enough how much i

00:11:36.960 as i always say after somebody makes that statement we we wouldn't be successful without you

00:11:48.960 we are the more likely and capable we are to educate others and that's what you were saying having these
00:11:54.880 meetings around the table with farmers or in back rooms or in barns or whatever we've got to do
00:12:02.080 right now to bring awareness and get like-minded people in a room together to get them as educated
00:12:07.280 as possible so you live and breathe uh what it is that you need to say right now and then you're fully
00:12:12.720 equipped that in the moment you'll be able you know to have that conversation uh whether you're thrown
00:12:17.920 into it with a mayor or city council we're having a lot of our chapter leaders put in this uh position
00:12:23.120 right now as they reach out to trustees and mayors and city councils even in the last day i'm dealing
00:12:27.440 with consistently um our chapter leaders asking questions and saying hey you know what the mayor
00:12:33.360 called me an hour after the meeting this is very good i mean where their eyes were closed or they were
00:12:38.240 ignoring it they can no longer do that and corinne has been boldly out on the front line with her
00:12:43.600 employer pressing in i i mean i met you many months ago and we met over the mask issue and that's
00:12:50.000 what our initial conversation was about and she has just continued to work hard help educate others
00:12:55.760 and it's phenomenal uh somebody asked if you could the eight questions did you have eight questions
00:13:01.760 basically that you had asked if was that was i correct yes i do have eight questions you can ask
00:13:07.520 and what i'm going to do is i'm going to put my email into the chat and then if somebody wants to
00:13:12.240 reach out i can send them those eight questions actually uh dorothy and pinocca actually come up with
00:13:17.840 some additional questions so you can pick and choose what questions you want to ask well could

00:13:47.600 employers and with the unions and hold their feet to the fire so this is this is this is what this
00:13:52.320 meeting is about right you guys i don't want you just coming here and hearing me talk um i want to
00:13:56.960 bring in people that are having success and i want to strategize i want to come up with ideas
00:14:01.840 if we need more resources we want to figure out what are those resources that we can provide for you
00:14:06.240 so don't just sit quietly back and think that you're only here to to listen we want to hear from
00:14:11.200 you we want to hear your ideas and if you have success stories as well please make sure you reach out

00:14:36.000 work i met you briefly once at a at one of the rallies um it was great to meet you thank you um i was
00:14:42.800 wondering if uh has translink been served in any way um our workers are affected by translinks mandate
00:14:50.080 which are employers who are under contract to translink or enforcers is it all right to serve
00:14:56.160 translink and nol or would a vaccine mandate response be more suitable or none at all i would serve
00:15:02.320 everything i would serve them everything you got okay yep yep i don't i i just thought i'd ask because
00:15:10.000 you told us to like we should be targeting foot soldiers who were directly receiving um to start
00:15:16.640 right but that doesn't mean that the others can't also be served and put on notice okay yeah i certainly
00:15:22.720 wouldn't want to limit anybody that if it's your manager you know that is is sending you the
00:15:28.160 information that you're going to be put on unpaid leave i really need to confirm then like if you know
00:15:33.600 who the owner of the business uh of the company is and you know that that directive is coming from
00:15:39.200 above as well it doesn't hurt to also serve them yeah because they're just reacting because they're
00:15:45.280 receiving commands from above yep they absolutely are but as i've always said each of us has a moral
00:15:51.440 obligation right to respect the law and the rights of others yeah and i had uh an idea i'm just sort of
00:15:59.440 putting it out there just to see what you what you would think have you ever thought of writing uh
00:16:04.080 having a letter for for someone who's being forced to mandate these uh uh these rules uh do uh do
00:16:14.080 mandates upon us like if i'm serving my manager or uh uh like a hr person or what have you maybe they
00:16:23.280 don't want to do it and they're receiving a command from above so what if they had letters serve them
00:16:29.440 that they in turn could serve their superiors and saying look you're making me making me do
00:16:33.840 something that i don't want to do to my it would be the notice of liability they would serve the notice
00:16:39.520 of liability and then they could also do an additional letter just to say you're putting
00:16:43.680 me in a position where i am breaking the law and you're putting me at risk of liability so if you want
00:16:48.960 them if you want the employees uh to take this jab you're going to have to do send them that information
00:16:54.640 yourself so now you're empowering that manager i know that the one uh person that we're working
00:16:59.920 with i won't i won't put it out there who is already filed charges um she had come up against
00:17:04.960 her manager she's in the health care profession and she said oh but my manager is so nice i said server
00:17:11.040 anyway she's the one in this position who who who is following through with the orders and so she did
00:17:17.840 and she served the notice of liability to her employer prior to their actual uh telecom meeting
00:17:23.680 and the hr person was there and this is the individual i've mentioned several times where
00:17:28.160 she said i'm going to hold you personally liable you know for any loss of income i'm going to suffer
00:17:32.480 because of your actions and the hr person said no no you know that's not a conversation you have
00:17:37.440 with your manager that's for bonnie henry the health officer and she goes no i'm directing that
00:17:41.840 at the person that's directly interfering with my employment and my income and so the manager
00:17:47.600 shut the meeting down and canceled all other scheduled appointments with other health care workers
00:17:52.960 that day where she was going to give them their notice that they either vaccinate today or they
00:17:56.640 won't have work tomorrow and and so it it really has an impact if somebody actually reads the notice
00:18:02.800 of liability it's a heavy hitting letter to uh consider that the majority of canadians aren't
00:18:08.560 really gamblers that's why we're in this position because not enough of them would stand up and say
00:18:14.240 i'm not wearing this mask this is ridiculous so i just i don't like the confrontation right so that's
00:18:19.600 what's happening with uh managers and supervisors i don't want the confrontation i want my job i'm just
00:18:25.040 going to follow through with the orders now their feet are being held to the fire they're being
00:18:30.320 given a notice of liability which is pretty heavy hitting it makes them feel uh threatened not in
00:18:35.920 a bad way but a good way because it's putting them in a position where now they have to actually make
00:18:39.920 a decision how far are they going to go with this and if they don't like it then they can serve they
00:18:44.640 can get on board with us and they can serve their uh supervisor as well or the president of the
00:18:49.520 company and now you got you know a comrade in arms within the company and where this leads
00:18:54.880 to is that's what i'm hoping for well you know you got a lot of people in translink a lot of people
00:19:00.480 i know somebody in the chat i i just saw it for a second saying they're in translink as well and i'll
00:19:05.920 bring the story up again in new brunswick where there was an individual they worked for a very large
00:19:11.600 construction company and this individual knew our chapter leader and they gave them the notice of
00:19:16.320 liability and uh the uh employer said we're going to mandate vaccinations for everybody this was like
00:19:22.320 five months ago already and so they turned around and served him a notice of liability i think 100
00:19:28.560 employees i don't want to exaggerate but i think that's what it was and they shut her down no more
00:19:32.480 talk about vaccination there is strength in numbers and that's why i don't want 4800 or 4600 or whatever
00:19:39.760 the number is uh people in the workers unite group i want 100 000 people here and that's why i'm asking
00:19:44.880 all of you please make it your mission to get 100 000 people into this group and signed up with us
00:19:50.880 there is strength in numbers not that a small amount of people can't do amazing great things

00:20:01.360 down these nasties and uh i want to see them in jail yeah agreed with with bc fairies is that uh
00:20:08.880 comparable in any ways in terms of setting a precedent to serve translink it's all the same everybody's
00:20:15.520 in the same boat no matter who you are i always say not in the wrong way but none of you are special
00:20:20.160 in this you're all in the same boat and and it's horrendous i was just thinking for passengers because
00:20:26.000 they force force passengers to wear masks and so bc fairies is doing this well now if you know bc fairies
00:20:32.720 is also named as a defendant in our statement of claim in our legal action here in bc and it was filed
00:20:38.480 august 16th and ever since that happened they have not been harassing people that don't wear masks
00:20:44.160 they were the mask nazis for a year i mean they were cruel to people even a lady with a small child
00:20:51.120 they wouldn't allow her to to ride this essential service to get to the island to get home and so they
00:20:56.880 are named uh they are very much on notice they've they've been served the biggest notices all of all
00:21:02.400 and so when the vax pass came out in bc on september 13th they made a public announcement that they were
00:21:07.840 not going to mandate vax passes for passengers now that's not the same for their employees and their
00:21:14.880 employees you can bet are really fighting back and the union leader is such a horrible wimp he is fully
00:21:22.080 on board for mandating the vaccination for the bc ferry workers and so he had a youtube up after they'd
00:21:29.040 had a meeting and so i went in and i made a comment about saying how this information that this union
00:21:34.960 rep is giving us false information and that uh this is in violation of the constitution your
00:21:40.080 charter rights and even the rule of law and then i provided action for canada links and as and then
00:21:45.280 i went down to everybody who had made comments i copied it and i pasted this information to make
00:21:49.920 sure these employees who were very upset with him saying you are our union rep you guys got to publicly
00:21:55.920 hold these guys their feet to the fire any chance you can get and and wouldn't you know he deleted all
00:22:02.160 of my comments and then after a while he shut the comments off what a wimp you know these are the
00:22:09.520 people that you're being paid to represent and and you're not only not representing them now you're
00:22:14.960 censoring them and and so you guys are on the right side of this and don't for a minute think that they
00:22:21.120 have the power to do this to you all right so i better get going here so we can try to thank you

00:23:02.720 and power meeting yesterday i couldn't attend that one i was at another meeting actually enlisting
00:23:08.480 and uh sharing with 150 new people so but i did want to mention that unless it was already mentioned
00:23:15.760 yesterday but for this group if they weren't at the empowerment meeting um wanted to know it was
00:23:21.440 actually hamilton public district school board had a vote of 10 to 3 to not to not mandate vaccinations
00:23:30.400 for teachers and for their staff that is awesome that's that's that that's the the board in in ontario
00:23:38.880 that uh got the ruling that was on monday and uh i'm still looking for it in the mainstream news
00:23:45.520 it's not anywhere yet but i'm sure it'll show up eventually but the other board that we've been
00:23:51.040 working uh toward to do the same thing is the catholic school board so we we so with with the
00:23:58.960 notices we believe really had an impact that we had sent already and we had delivered personally to the
00:24:06.400 two boards so we had the one meeting and now we're looking forward to see what the catholic board does
00:24:12.160 and uh and there was another individual involved in as a delegate to speak to them at one point and so
00:24:21.280 i'm finding out who that name of the person was but i think our collective efforts definitely uh has now
00:24:27.840 had an effect so the notices of liability they uh they absolutely do put people um in in a very i would
00:24:35.920 say almost a surprise position where they've never received something like that yes that's awesome it's
00:24:43.200 so educational right paul that's awesome so with your team with action for canada were you serving the
00:24:49.120 notices of liability to the school board in hamilton yes we did we served them to to both boards and
00:24:55.440 and also the superintendents so did you have an opportunity to speak before the board as well
00:25:02.000 no i didn't another individual did on on on that monday from a for c say it again i'm sorry action
00:25:10.640 from action for canada no not from action for canada um from another from another group take action
00:25:17.360 yep take action that's what it was yeah his first name jason he spoke and uh and uh so that was that was
00:25:24.880 good but um i i i i really do believe and i like what what we're doing now and my my message to
00:25:31.600 everyone as what you're saying is you need to bring people in bring us all together but now i'm also
00:25:37.840 seeing we need to also bring all the different action groups together as well and i believe that
00:25:42.880 that's that's a very vital step yeah we we um we support what other groups are doing uh but because most
00:25:50.800 other groups do not have action for canada's resources but they are flying on the coattails
00:25:55.920 of action for canada and excessive successes yeah and and my problem it's not to discourage any other
00:26:01.200 groups but the problem is is that when we come up with resources unless people are joined action for
00:26:05.920 canada and we are creating this massive movement uh we're going to lose some of that power if people
00:26:12.640 are you know brought to an organization that don't have the resources that you missed you misunderstood me
00:26:19.840 no i wasn't going in that direction what i was saying is we need to know what what we what each
00:26:24.960 of us are doing we don't i don't necessarily say you know that group come into this group we don't have
00:26:30.480 to have a melding but we have to have an awareness yes i think that's that's what i'm getting at
00:26:36.160 because we're getting a lot of groups working and if there's some good stuff and maybe not so good
00:26:40.800 stuff but if we can get a uh uh consider knowing that we we have the same enemy oh yeah um yes that's
00:26:50.400 my point yeah thank you for that and you know the the other thing on this is a lot of you are with the
00:26:56.720 union and a lot of you may be qp union or big unions again if we have a hundred thousand people
00:27:01.920 and ten thousand of them are qp members uh that's a lot of backlash for qp and they've already folded a
00:27:08.160 bit here in chilliwack with the teachers qpu union at at one point so all of it works towards a
00:27:13.840 massive amount of people having having a great impact and it is it's coming from other organizations
00:27:19.440 and other people doing all that they can to fight get back against the tyranny okay i'm going to try

00:28:13.120 vancouver yeah so let me just they've had some successes in in vancouver as well like i say the
00:28:18.400 vancouver police have just said they voted no to mandating their officers okay so here he just unmuted

00:28:31.760 is coming up for me now so uh the original deadline was december 6th and it was only announced six
00:28:36.800 weeks prior so it got extended to january 7th this coming january and they're saying it's on the basis
