Adin Live - Adin Ross Reacts Dr Disrespect Allegations..

00:00:00.000 through whispers messages do you even know what the legal definition of sexting is

00:00:03.860 i do and yeah i used twitch as whispers but trust me i wasn't sexting anyone

00:00:07.960 whoa you also said the word minor cody i even made sure that word was emphasized in my statement 0.91

00:00:13.680 edited wait can you guys see the screen or am i just fucking delayed i'm retarded 0.98

00:00:16.920 etc just to make sure these so-called journalists would pick up on it and boy oh boy did they ever 0.95

00:00:22.560 champs when you and all these so-called journalists cody fired off your tweets did any of you consider

00:00:28.360 that the twitch user may have been over the legal age of consent at the time of the messages now i'm

00:00:32.000 gonna be real like he's i'm gonna really say something that i knew about uh this whole thing

00:00:35.280 just wait you didn't neither did any of these journalists and neither did twitch at the time

00:00:41.520 of the ban you also tried to tell the world that i was trying to meet up with this user at twitch con

00:00:45.680 but you're wrong let's set the record straight i never intended to meet this user ever we never 0.96

00:00:50.160 made plans to meet at twitch con or anywhere else and in fact we never met oh your bullshit accusations 0.98

00:00:57.020 gave false courage to other former twitch employees to make shit up as well wait i suspect all of you 0.99

00:01:01.860 sort of planned and coordinated this attack these big-time publications these journalists 0.97

00:01:07.620 so is he a weirdo or not bro is he weird or not gossip channels now don't you think champs

00:01:12.740 they act like they're just gossip channels now without any real journalism and real research happening

00:01:16.500 it already is 2.0 speed on all this based on leaks from two former twitch employees one of whom was

00:01:22.480 supposedly on the trust and safety team if these anonymous sources worked on the trust and safety

00:01:27.040 team at the time of my twitch suspension in 2020 then you would hope they would tell the truth

00:01:30.880 but apparently that's just too much to ask if these former trust and safety team members and by the way

00:01:36.380 i know exactly who they are actually had firsthand knowledge then what they conveniently left out is

00:01:41.560 one twitch's trust and safety team the same employees that decided to ban me internally admitted

00:01:46.700 that the whisper messages were not sexting and two twitch's trust and safety team the same

00:01:51.140 employees that decided to ban me internally acknowledged that the whispers did not constitute

00:01:54.340 child sexual abuse material csalm why does your mom mean cheeser neither i nor the twitch user

00:01:58.440 exchanged any sexual graphic messages or images wait wait did he say cheeser neither i nor the twitch

00:02:03.380 user exchanged any sexual graphic messages or images cody connors and these other anonymous sources

00:02:08.460 are trying to paint a picture that i was exchanging sexually explicit messages and photos with this

00:02:11.660 twitch user that never happened i even used the word inappropriate purposely so is he a pet or not bro

00:02:17.980 by everyone champs huh including these defaming articles i'm sorry but mutual bantering with

00:02:23.340 inappropriate jokes taken out of context should have never led to me getting banned from twitch in

00:02:26.720 the first place i mean how would each of you look if all of your private dms your text messages your

00:02:33.380 chats were looked at dissected and taken out of context by someone who's deliberately trying to

00:02:36.860 find something inappropriate in those words lico yes or no publicly accuses someone of wrongdoing that

00:02:41.880 never so show us the messages then we're talking about allegations that twitch made against me as a

00:02:47.160 half-baked reason for justifying their actions of suspending and shutting down my channel

00:02:49.920 allegations that twitch made without even a legal analysis of whether the whisper messages were

00:02:53.620 legal you see i engage with my community i engage with other streamers and through twitch whispers i

00:03:01.320 communicate with twitch users conversations that consisted of a variety of playing games and gaming

00:03:05.320 politics content creation random stuff this was the extent of my whispers with this twitch user

00:03:09.240 all right i'm not i'm not defending him or offending him but chat all my life i used to talk to you

00:03:14.140 guys on twitch whispers too but nothing like crazy like yo let's link and shit like where y'all from 0.96

00:03:18.500 i'll be like yo like what's y'all on and shit bro sweater god really you're 35 years old bro like 1.00

00:03:22.840 what like what why are you putting question marks bro chat y'all are so fucking stupid bro i would text 1.00

00:03:30.060 y'all like y'all be like y'all would find out how to text me on twitch and be like yo what what time 1.00

00:03:34.520 you going live i would answer like that's it i'm going live at this time you fucking weirdos i would 0.99

00:03:38.240 never sexed you guys i would never sex y'all on june 21st 2020 my ex twitch partner manager learns 0.99

00:03:45.160 that i exchanged whispers with a twitch user and i say ex partner manager because for years

00:03:50.520 this guy didn't do anything for me my community or my channel for years all right citrus page love

00:03:56.160 you're talking about the face of the platform right literally the face of the platform we heart

00:04:01.120 and i know champions club remembers this we got we got zero front page love on the website

00:04:05.520 uh he was never on my channel he didn't follow me on twitter he wouldn't even inform us about

00:04:11.180 twitch rival tournaments we're talking about the two time twitch rival tournament oh i'm sorry i

00:04:14.400 i would you what do you want to play in it we got zero support from this guy and it was just so

00:04:19.860 obvious that he carried a grudge against the two time so after we signed with twitch in 2019 we asked

00:04:24.940 for a new partner manager and just a few months later that ex twitch partner manager is directly

00:04:30.800 involved with getting me banned coincidence

00:04:32.940 the twitch user tells the ex twitch partner manager that they do not want to report anything

00:04:49.400 to twitch why but this ex twitch partner manager encourages the user and even directs them to file

00:04:53.780 a report directly with twitch even though the user told him clearly that we never physically met

00:04:57.460 anywhere and that no photographs were exchanged on june 24th 2020 twitch's special operations team

00:05:02.100 receives and reviews the user's report they find no issues and determine that it did not warrant

00:05:07.680 any further escalation to twitch's law enforcement response team

00:05:11.240 that would have been the end that should have been the end

00:05:18.120 but that partner manager oh boy oh boy did he had it out yeah he had it out for the two time

00:05:24.240 he finds out that no further action will be taken so what does he do he personally escalates the

00:05:29.860 report to a friend on the twitch's ler team the ler team remember that's the twitch's law enforcement

00:05:33.380 response team he escalates the report to a friend on twitch's ler team hold up chat lock in so a day

00:05:38.820 later on june 25th the ler analyst pulls the entirety of the whisper messages and begins discussing

00:05:43.340 them with his director of the ler team mind you this director is on vacation at that time and does not

00:05:49.360 have access to their computer or work files let me just remind you i went through a multi-year multi-mill

00:05:52.860 big time arbitration okay and uh you know you discover a lot of stuff mind you this director

00:05:59.500 is on vacation at that time the ler analyst cherry picks and sends a few targeted excerpts out of

00:06:04.180 context from the whisper messages to this director now if you do this you can make anyone's messages

00:06:08.600 look inappropriate even when they aren't wait within less than one hour this ler analyst and his

00:06:13.840 director have made the decision to suspend me from twitch twitch submits a report to ncmec you guys all read

00:06:19.100 those little articles huh the ncmec twitch submits that report the national center for missing and

00:06:24.500 exploited children guess what as far as i know and over four years have passed they didn't do anything

00:06:30.540 with the report as far as i know they didn't escalate twitch's report to law enforcement mind you the same

00:06:36.180 people that made this decision admit internally that the messages did not constitute sexting the same

00:06:40.660 people that made this decision at twitch admit internally that the messages did not warrant any child

00:06:44.360 sexual abuse material charge twitch makes this decision to terminate my contract and ban me while

00:06:48.320 admitted they did not perform any legal analysis of whether the messages exchanged were illegal in

00:06:51.620 any way twitch makes this decision to terminate my contract and ban me while admitting that they

00:06:55.300 never investigated the age of consent in the jurisdiction where the user's messages were sent

00:06:58.380 and received twitch makes this decision to terminate my contract and ban me without ever wait hold on he

00:07:02.720 still did it then chat ggs he just literally kind of admitted it i think he literally kind of just did

00:07:10.240 admitted it bro like 0.98

00:07:11.140 bro nah he had a chat he had me thinking but like he just bro the age of consent to me don't fucking 0.99

00:07:21.400 matter bro it don't wait wait not like that but like still you you you y'all know what i meant bro bro y'all 0.99

00:07:32.080 know what the fuck i meant bro y'all know what i went bro nah yo bro yo you guys are so fucking weird 1.00

00:07:40.080 jake future what are you saying yo for hey oh my god jake i mean fuck chat dude y'all know what the 1.00

00:07:47.680 fuck oh my god oh my god oh my god shut up interviewing me the user or any other third party 1.00

00:07:54.440 including the partner manager it's fucking unbelievable oh yeah nah he's in red angle 1.00

00:07:59.180 bro what is going on listen dude can you guys just please listen to me please 0.97

00:08:09.720 let me just clarify what i meant like he still admitted admitted to like i don't give a fuck what 0.81

00:08:14.880 he said about the age of consent shit because look he still just basically admitted age of consent 0.98

00:08:18.580 is probably like what 17 16 it's still weird as fuck listen bro i don't give a fuck what the age 1.00

00:08:23.420 of consent is if it's at 60 or 17 you're still texting a fucking minor bro it's still a fucking kid 1.00

00:08:28.560 still in high school still lives with their parents and shit it's still really fucking weird and all 0.99

00:08:33.400 pedos deserve chat what is it 1.00

00:08:35.960 death 0.95

00:08:39.400 i'm not gonna get into every detail regarding my legal case

00:08:43.580 but these former twitch employees that claim to have first-hand knowledge

00:08:46.840 they just don't have a clue thank you citrus they didn't report any facts

00:08:50.560 judging the case determined if you're 45 years old let me ask you another question i don't know how

00:08:56.280 i don't know how 40 years old and do you guys think it's okay to text the 17 year old and be honest 0.97

00:09:02.660 yes or no yes or no oh yeah nah a lot of you guys are fucking weird the whispers were not illegal 0.88

00:09:09.500 so then why did twitch use these messages against me i why did twitch treat the doc so differently from 0.86

00:09:15.380 their other streamers yo wait who's he talking about let me just take a look at me 0.90

00:12:33.660 oh my god hey what's going on everybody good morning to everybody um so check me out so bleach

00:12:41.200 report posted something about myers leonard saying something about on his twitch stream or whatever 0.70

00:12:45.280 and i commented the world is so soft i did not know that he said an answer shit i mean and now i don't 0.96

00:12:50.180 give a fuck brother yo the world is so soft the fact that myers leonard got dropped out of the nba 0.98

00:12:53.580 for that i'm jewish and i'm hereby telling y'all bro i look bro i had to cater because i was on you 0.99

00:12:58.300 know at the time you know my i was coming up and shit and i obviously couldn't be in controversy and 0.98

00:13:02.260 shit like that but goddamn bro the fact he got kicked out of the nba and his career got ruined 1.00

00:13:05.820 because of that shit is crazy as fuck bro chat y'all say crazier shit to me all fucking day 1.00

00:13:09.880 like you know what i mean nice emetic comment towards jewish people i want to just get this off 1.00

00:13:13.660 off my chest i'm jewish um i've always went to hebrew school my entire life whatever i'm jewish

00:13:22.000 i celebrate hanukkah whatever so i wasn't offended but that doesn't mean everybody else offended so

00:13:26.080 yeah all right whatever i thought yeah i don't know i don't claim to be perfect sometimes i do

00:13:32.200 but i also didn't do all the shit that they're saying i did that doesn't make a story right 0.72

00:13:37.120 they wanted media attention the media wants controversy and by sensationalizing all this 0.98

00:13:43.720 with big and accurate headlines like sexting and sexually explicit you all got what you wanted

00:13:48.180 at the expense of the two time the reality is they wanted to cut down the dock plain and simple

00:13:53.980 take a look at some of these horrendous acts of twitch streamers that were never banned i've got

00:13:59.040 some examples right here example number one a streamer that frequently used the n-word while

00:14:03.580 publicly streaming which constitutes a violation of twitch's policies if accompanied by

00:14:07.000 hateful intent which scheduled a meeting with a streamer to assert his intent to determine whether

00:14:10.340 his contact was a violation of twitch's policies ultimately determining it was not a breach of

00:14:14.260 twitch's policies dude you're off that's way different than pedophilism why wasn't i called

00:14:19.780 into a meeting why wasn't my intent taken into consideration champs example number two streamer

00:14:27.540 was reported for discussing doing things with deceased animals and discussing pedophilia all while

00:14:32.100 live streaming never suspended but instead given a multi-million dollar contract example number three

00:14:36.420 streamer was reported for a sexually explicit stream involving children and telling children

00:14:40.120 to send snapchats of them playing with themselves never suspended but instead given a multi-million 0.99

00:14:44.680 dollar contract who the fuck did that 0.77

00:14:46.780 it's so obvious that certain twitch executives employees involved had personal biases against the 0.95

00:14:54.020 dock and used all this as an opportunity to terminate my contract go back and look at the

00:14:59.520 timing of all this too huh the dock's termination lines up with two preferable profitable and

00:15:04.220 expensive streamers leaving mixer

00:15:05.820 as soon as twitch knew that mixer had failed and go look at the timing

00:15:11.020 these other expensive streamers needed a new streaming platform

00:15:15.060 so twitch rushed through its decision to terminate the tube time

00:15:17.940 you see i shouldn't even be banned from twitch

00:15:21.540 it has affected us on so many levels back in 2020 and now in 2024

00:15:31.340 and cody conners i just have to say it again why would you do this 0.82

00:15:43.240 like i said this was handled professionally years ago no fucking wrongdoing but because of you cody 0.97

00:15:51.560 we just lost ah man 0.97

00:15:55.120 unfortunately we have to lay off people from midnight society

00:16:02.400 what the hell was that right because of you cody 0.99

00:16:06.580 oh he's developing you know for all this we are where we are and like a fucking man i'll accept it 1.00

00:16:20.760 but i don't accept to sit in quietly by and let these idiots attack me with false accusations no 1.00

00:16:24.940 for all these doc haters out there too oh man the ones that project and project and project and 0.99

00:16:29.100 project and worry about everyone else's problems right i i can't understand that mindset i don't

00:16:32.640 care i could care less we've always stayed in our lane but somehow some way these people they

00:16:35.900 just get in our lane for all you doc haters i'm sure you'll just like dissect all this and

00:16:39.720 still find a way to publicly criticize me do what you need to do i'll say this this isn't for you

00:16:44.400 this was for my team today my community my friends la familia that have supported me 0.97

00:16:50.260 bro y'all are saying aiden dude he literally admitted on x to fucking talk whispering to a minor bro 0.97

00:17:29.120 all i know is that i never did what twitch cody connors or the public is claiming that i did

00:17:33.120 what did lincoln park do that's it i'm not saying anything more about any of this right unless i need

00:17:41.720 to because trust me i have more i haven't disclosed i just want to get back to what we do best

00:17:47.420 what did nick mercs say and climb our way to the tippity top of the mountain man in our own lane

00:17:53.120 oh yeah he did probably delete bad comments that's true

00:17:57.800 nick mercs's tweet 0.99

00:18:01.480 that's it that is that actually it this retard this retard doctor's disrespect is married with children 0.97

00:18:12.660 pushing 40 admits to texting a minor inappropriately his words not mine so i cut ties because obviously 1.00
