00:02:40.820 switch it switch are we live oh that was cool
00:02:55.320 wow um oh
00:03:01.000 this is crazy um i'm phase banks and i'm live in 2026. wow yeah i'm not a streamer clearly
00:03:08.920 as you guys can see um i'm on a set right now and i'm live streaming but i'm not a streamer
00:03:14.440 i will be live every thursday set up time 1 p.m pst for the remainder of the year and we'll get
00:03:19.800 into why um around 1 30 i have something to show you guys and um reveal something i've been working
00:03:25.560 really hard on um what the hell yeah i'll be live at least every thursday i might spark up on a
00:03:31.160 random tuesday night if i have to if i have to say some and we're gonna get in all of it but
00:03:35.320 oh the first thing i want to say first and foremost is how incredibly grateful i am
00:03:41.240 to just be here i'm incredibly grateful for my entire career my entire life everybody in this
00:03:46.520 chat right now whether you've been following me for 15 years and love me or you spies me
00:03:52.120 i appreciate it all the same and just the fact that you guys care about anything that i've ever
00:03:56.760 done anything phase has ever done anybody ever affiliated or associated with phase you've changed
00:04:01.080 my life you've changed all of their lives um our employees like i i'm living a dream my life is
00:04:07.320 quite literally a dream come true so don't at any point in any of this feel sorry for me
00:04:11.720 or anybody else for that matter honestly if if you know what i mean if you find yourself feeling
00:04:16.120 sorry for a streamer that makes 300 000 a month then i don't know we're all living a dream we're
00:04:21.480 all extremely lucky and i think it's really important um that we talk about that more and
00:04:25.480 just you know pay attention to that and just express that gratitude and i really am i truly
00:04:31.400 am so grateful um this is my entire life this is all that i know um and i'm phase banks and it's
00:04:38.840 i mean i'm not technically in phase right now nobody is we'll get into all that but
00:04:42.280 and and what that looks like but oh man this this last this last few months
00:04:49.200 has been crazy the last couple years has been even crazier and the entire history of phase
00:04:55.480 has just been an absolute movie um it's been a horror film in a lot of ways but it's been a
00:05:01.980 movie nonetheless and you guys still care about it and again just one more time thank you so much
00:05:07.100 caring um yeah so without further ado let's get into it why everybody's here my my tweet yesterday
00:05:17.260 my trailer thank you everybody who watched that the feedback was way better than i thought it
00:05:21.900 would be obviously the same old tired i'm old i get it and phase is dead give it up um we expected
00:05:27.020 that and honestly i'm not mad at it but um yeah people care and and and i appreciate it the truth
00:05:33.980 about phase the tweet the truth about phase and people ran with it new phase members this that
00:05:38.860 what's it gonna say the the phase files like yeah i'm gonna just say it right here right now there's
00:05:45.340 gonna be none of that we're not sharing conversations we we have absolutely there's no
00:05:49.820 bad blood this this this next 15 20 minutes for me is really gonna be a turning of the page and um
00:05:58.460 i just wanted to talk to you guys from the chest from my heart i don't have any notes this isn't
00:06:02.620 scripted i'm speaking from the chest and i felt like that was very important for me to do yeah
00:06:06.780 i thought he's exposed it was very important for me to do that live um because i just want you guys
00:06:11.580 to see me and hear me um and yeah the truth is the truth about phase the truth is i think that
00:06:19.340 everybody lost i think that i lost i think that the boys lost i think that phase of course lost
00:06:26.940 and i think the biggest loser in all of this is you guys to be honest um the audience the viewer
00:06:33.840 um what we built with phase over the last two years was incredible it was special it was
00:06:39.660 honestly a miracle um we all felt it we all knew it and we all had this common goal and this common
00:06:45.240 point of bringing this thing back and it started kind of exactly where we're at now um i was in a
00:06:52.060 room alone there's a couple people there with me but for the most part alone vaki no chips
00:06:56.780 and um i had this vision on how to bring phase back and in a dream really to bring phase back
00:07:02.380 because i hated the state it was in um this thing means a lot to me it's a huge part of my life um
00:07:08.380 it's the most important thing i've ever done and likely ever will do so yeah and the irony is we
00:07:14.220 did it but now it's in a more spot in a lot of ways than it's ever been so it's like man like
00:07:19.340 it's it's it's crazy ironic and it's it's insane but wait but we built something incredible that
00:07:25.740 so many people enjoyed and that's why you know i'm clearly super emotional about this
00:07:30.460 so are they so are you guys and again i appreciate that um i don't think any one party is better off
00:07:38.380 without the other i still to this day wish that we could have figured it out genuinely i think that
00:07:42.460 we were all much better off together i think that we operated as a all-star team and it's just a
00:07:48.940 shame that we couldn't get aligned and that's that's honestly like where things went wrong we
00:07:53.660 just couldn't get aligned there were two halves to this brand and this company one was very much
00:07:58.460 in front of the camera that's the part that you know and then we have a whole other side in the
00:08:02.700 back and um that's where over the last few months like i have to just fully take accountability and
00:08:11.900 and just accept the fact that that's where i went wrong in this that's where i a couple other parts
00:08:16.860 we'll get into don't worry but mainly the alignment and i can't i wish i could plead
00:08:22.060 ignorance i i really do i wish i could say i didn't know dude like mistake whatever but i did
00:08:26.540 know i did my entire career i've ignored contracts in deals i've signed bad deals i've been over um
00:08:34.540 i haven't paid attention to this boring stuff because that's not me that's not for me but i
00:08:38.300 assume this role as ceo i sold the boys a dream on phase being the biggest thing ever and we
00:08:43.500 succeeded we succeeded on the vision everybody's much better off because of it um but then you guys
00:08:49.420 gotta you guys gotta understand my pov my partner's pov because i sold business on this as well what
00:08:56.380 are your thoughts about this yeah funding he hasn't said this whole thing cost millions and
00:09:01.900 millions of dollars and i told him i have this vision i have this plan and it will work and it
00:09:07.580 did it did it just again i thought that in good faith if we did a good job that we would figure
00:09:15.340 the business out later and yeah i mean i think a huge one of phase's biggest problems to tell
00:09:21.500 you the truth and i've thought obviously a lot about all this i think that phase experienced
00:09:26.060 um success way too quickly and way too rapidly like these kids overnight and phase overnight
00:09:31.260 were the biggest streamers on planet earth and what what did that create what kind of environment
00:09:37.260 did that create they just wanted to create content they just wanted to stream i remember
00:09:40.540 these conversations so vividly and we had them so often where that's where the misalignment was it
00:09:46.300 was like hey guys can we sit down can we talk about business i'm a guy who like i wish that
00:09:50.380 i focus more on like building content ip or dropping a product with rice gum and elissa and
00:09:55.020 summer i'd be way better off like we missed the market about was the day-to-day youtube vlogs
00:10:03.180 um and i tried to extend that experience to these guys and have these conversations about
00:10:07.580 building business is announcing a coin their kids and they want to scream and that's not that's not
00:10:11.580 a problem that's not an issue that's what you guys want that's what they want um but it's not
00:10:15.900 necessarily what the company needed or what we wanted right so that's where she starts to get
00:10:20.620 messy and then again from our pov and i'm somewhere in the middle like i'm happy i consider this last
00:10:26.300 era of phase one of the best moments in in spans of my entire life and i will always appreciate
00:10:31.020 these kids and i will always appreciate you guys for that stretch of time in that moment it was a
00:10:34.620 a very important moment in my life um you're so good yeah it means the world but i promise
00:10:40.980 these partners a successful business as well so ca bro funny and doing very well and that's
00:10:49.640 great but then you look at you know the phase accounts and they're bleeding they're hemorrhaging
00:10:53.920 like we're dying and it's like well we need to figure out the business we need to figure
00:10:57.480 out the business and a month goes by and then six months goes by and then a year goes by
00:11:00.400 and before you know it you're millions of dollars in the hole but everyone's telling
00:11:04.000 you how great it all is, but it's not sustainable and it can't work. Right. So yeah. And that's
00:11:10.920 a hundred percent my fault, period. That was my job to figure that out. And I cared more about
00:11:16.220 Twitter and more about the content and more about the brand stuff. And we crushed that part, but
00:11:21.960 it was all for nothing. And, and again, the irony is that it put phase when it was all said and done
00:11:27.780 in a much worse spot, which is crazy. And yeah, that's, that's probably the biggest sell I've
00:11:33.600 taken in my life and that's you know it's it's you live and you learn and you try to be better
00:11:37.520 and you try to move forward um what else
00:11:43.280 i don't know if anything i'm saying is making sense by the way i don't know if i sound fried
00:11:46.480 hopefully you guys are are hearing me um yeah um so yeah that goes without saying i i listen i wish
00:11:53.920 these guys nothing but the best genuinely i'll be honest to me i don't understand though um i
00:11:58.480 i know i don't know what is going on this is after the end and emotional and
00:12:03.520 yeah that's another huge thing that i i just want to like speak on is
00:12:08.880 i love this i live for this and we're going to get into all that and you guys are going to see
00:12:12.880 what's next and what i'm doing and where my head's at um and who i really am i love working with
00:12:19.280 talent i love investing in people i love investing in the future i love taking somebody who i think
00:12:24.800 has potential and dragging that potential to the surface and connecting it with other pieces and
00:12:29.600 other people who i also think have potential and i feel like i've done this successfully my whole
00:12:34.480 career i haven't been able to figure the business part out i'm also on a bunch of other things and
00:12:39.680 i'm an emotional mess as well i'm an extremely passionate extremely emotional person i'm zero
00:12:45.360 100 if i'm in something if i'm doing it i'm all in and anybody that's followed my career and knows
00:12:49.520 me especially personally knows that's what it is um the last six months i've been healthy walking
00:12:55.040 i'm sober like and i'm hard committed to this and before that i was a fat drug addict who ate
00:12:59.680 mcdonald's every day it's like one or the other and that's just who ricky is um and it's hard
00:13:07.120 this is one of the this is really what i've struggled with most because it's hard for me to
00:13:11.520 apologize for being passionate and emotional because i feel like no that's like part of the
00:13:16.960 magic and that's part of the success like i don't think that any of this face could have happened
00:13:21.920 without that piece you know what i mean so it's like i see tweets like you ruined phase and i'll
00:13:26.960 take that sure we can call it that and and i can take that but i feel like if that's true then it
00:13:33.360 must be true that i'm the reason why phases has continued why the reason why we all came together
00:13:39.920 in the last two years as well so it's like i'll take it i don't know it's like just one of those
00:13:45.520 things where i just wish people could be happy that it happened rather than being sad that it's
00:13:49.200 over if that makes sense um and it's never over this face as as long as i'm alive and breathing
00:13:54.960 it's never over um i know i was really bummed out the way everything ended and i made some some
00:14:00.800 whack-ass tweet about this over i'm done poor me boohoo and i really regret that but another thing
00:14:06.800 i regret is obviously the misalignment the emotional but i wish that i was just more myself
00:14:12.640 with you guys um i played this role i played this character and i'm not a streamer i quit making
00:14:18.960 content seven eight years ago i'm on a live stream right now and i'm about to show you guys and i'm
00:14:23.440 about to start streaming and i'm about to get back in front of a camera after seven or eight years
00:14:28.400 and i know you guys remember when we first started doing this when the sentiment was positive
00:14:33.440 i would enter a frame of a chat and watch the chat spam w aura and i didn't give a then
00:14:39.520 the same way i don't give a now when they spam l banks because you know me the same you don't know
00:14:45.200 that guy and you did you don't know this guy but i want you to and honestly i need you to um that's
00:14:51.360 the biggest thing i wish i i just documented it and just stated more clearly my intent and these
00:14:56.480 thoughts and all this just more direct and more more open like i just want to be more open i feel
00:15:02.080 like just the way the internet is now if i'm going to exist in this market i have to be because
00:15:06.160 otherwise my my words are twisted narratives been flat out of control and it's like you guys gotta
00:15:11.040 understand how painful it's been for me where my name carries this like weight the same as like
00:15:16.000 the biggest streamers in the world and it gets farmed the same way and like i i'm like a character
00:15:21.440 in this thing but i have no mouthpiece i have no platform like i have no chance to respond or engage
00:15:27.840 in the conversation and what i mean by that is like something pops up a a tweak goes live about
00:15:34.240 stable ronaldo doing some shit and it's not true he can just mark up go live and let you guys know
00:15:39.660 and he has a community and a chat who will flock for him and hide for him and and make sure that 0.96
00:15:44.560 people know what it is and i just ytg i've never had that and i've always been you know i've the
00:15:51.320 truth is i've been afraid to do content because i i don't love it you know what i mean i never really
00:15:56.840 loved that part of it um i think i'm traumatized ptsd me and elissa's relationship i think um
00:16:05.040 just being under a microscope and during that time was so much different like it was just so insane
00:16:08.880 like i don't know it's just it's very important and i'm just i don't know i hope people consider
00:16:14.960 and see that obviously when you guys are spamming w aura and phases at its peak subathon i could
00:16:20.240 have started a live stream you know i could have became a streamer then and and probably you know
00:16:25.360 ran with a successful streaming career i didn't do that you know what i mean and i'm doing it now
00:16:29.680 at a rock bottom and i like that you know what i mean and that and there's a the reason for that is
00:16:37.840 i'm about to show you guys what i've been working on and i'm going to continue working with talent
00:16:42.720 i'm going to continue investing in people in the future here we go and um i'm going to continue
00:16:47.040 trying to be the best version of myself optimal human and be successful um and be happy and be
00:16:52.480 healthy and he's announcing a new phase as far as phase is concerned like i have i have ideas i have
00:16:59.280 i have a vision i have a plan um the sad and boring truth is i did step down a ceo when when
00:17:06.160 all that happened um months before christmas and months before this ended um and just a quick
00:17:12.240 clip notes on that it was when all the aiden ross calm drama was happening and these kids called me
00:17:16.800 and they're like hey we'd like you to publicly step down a ceo and i flipped out i'm getting
00:17:22.400 hammered on twitter and they're like we want you to publicly step down from zeo but but still keep
00:17:25.840 working still keep whatever and there's no love lost it's no hard feelings i'm over it but like
00:17:31.520 in that moment i was definitely not cool with that and i basically told everybody go yourself
00:17:36.000 i'm done and i stopped being paid as the ceo and i stopped working as the ceo and um chat i lost i
00:17:41.840 lost that role i stepped away from that we're over but he got caught talking on my back and y'all
00:17:46.560 literally just like all exposed it like how am i getting blamed for that like what like dude out of
00:17:55.440 of my pocket it's like 70 000 i'm stressed out hey we're in the sun production whatever and i
00:18:03.300 open up twitter and i start getting railed about phase sent notices of damages and the boys owe
00:18:10.280 all this money and i'm seeing my face next to faces next to on twitter and it's like all my
00:18:15.120 i have no idea what's going on no clue but it's my fault you know so um yeah i i'm confident in
00:18:24.560 the future, I'm confident in myself. And I just want to be the first one to say it. And I just
00:18:29.380 want to go on record that, um, I'm going to do it again and again and again, as many times as I need
00:18:35.660 to. Um, and I fully believe in it and it's going to work and it's going to be successful even in
00:18:41.960 the face of a million people telling me that it's not, and that it's over. It's fun. It's funny
00:18:46.860 because the overwhelming, like the, the negative sentiment yesterday was generally like, it's over
00:18:53.460 pack it up phase is dead and i heard people have said this before a few different times in phases
00:19:00.420 history but the one that sticks out the most is when we announced max jason lacy and silky and we
00:19:07.300 and we unveiled the new face i saw that little backpack meme hanging on by a thread on a thousand
00:19:13.940 times during that and i said the same thing then that i'm saying now just watch just watch um and
00:19:20.500 on that note yeah um i've heard all kinds of of ideas and stuff the powers that be what phase is
00:19:28.580 going to do and i've heard everything from vice style community channels to this to that and i
00:19:33.940 think it's all and i'm just again going to go on the record right now and say for what it's worth
00:19:39.220 for what i believe i think that phase should always be a group of friends who are performing
00:19:44.020 wait they started a new group that's what it's always been no way it should be and that's clearly
00:19:48.740 what people care about um you know we have gta right around the corner coming up at the end of
00:19:54.420 the year um phase also just so happens to be one of the biggest gaming brands on planet earth if
00:19:58.420 not the biggest i don't know i just one plus one is two and that's where my head's out and if i'm

00:23:01.040 countdown now let's do it let me see what it is not financial advice wait what yeah ggs
00:23:08.080 ggs free crypto coin wait investment
00:23:11.060 nah wait i'll often buy sell or hold any security asset or financial instrument
00:23:21.620 all of you
00:23:23.620 dude just came in my chat and said what it is wait hold on about investing in yourself
00:23:44.660 where we feel an overwhelming majority of young men today are in a losing position
00:23:49.820 how are we positioned find out today and every thursday at 1 p.m pst live on twitch.tv slash
00:23:57.100 phase banks baby yes and we're also live on twitter um i'm i'm here with my co-host right
00:24:04.480 now z he he we're streaming from his twitter as well well we're global oh there it is dude
00:24:09.040 that is
00:24:09.520 zion or answer it's a prediction yes it is two just came to my chat and said it's a prediction
00:24:16.420 he's big brain i'm little brain i'm the content creative media guy attention 50 years old and
00:24:26.480 he's a little bit younger a little bit taller a little bit slimmer and a little bit richer
00:24:29.560 and he's gonna make sure that we make a ton of money and i'm gonna make sure that we you know
00:24:35.460 keep our finger and our pulse on uh culture and in in media listen you open up twitter now and
00:24:41.700 everything's booked politics is cooked crypto is dead dating's fried what everyone's in the market
00:24:48.100 bubble it's the two said market it's the new home for the prediction market your jobs your wives
00:24:52.820 you're like they're dropping like a prediction market you need three things okay money dirt 0.99
00:24:58.740 attention or at minimum, you need to understand attention and attention economy and how that
00:25:06.080 works. And three, the third thing is AI literacy. These three things we believe are going to hold
00:25:11.780 value and likely increase in their value over the next five to 10 years, because let's face it,
00:25:15.860 the future is bleak. While we're long-term optimistic on AI, we think this thing's going
00:25:20.300 to cure cancer and solve world hunger and dramatically increase the quality of life for
00:25:25.340 the average person. In the next five to 10 years, shit could get dark. If you're a paralegal in 0.99
00:25:31.300 your last semester of law school and you owe $400,000 in college debt, and Claude does your
00:25:37.120 job better than you, and ChatTP does your job better than you, you are my brother. So again,
00:25:41.700 money, attention, AI, that's what the show's about. That's what the show means to me. That
00:25:46.260 is the whole entire point. It's important to have a point, and that's our point, and that's who the
00:25:49.980 show's for. So all you need to do to watch and to listen and to be a part of this, because we're
00:25:54.880 curating a community of winners and people who desire to be great and that's exactly it a
00:25:59.080 willingness to be the most optimal best version of yourself that's what the show is that's who
00:26:03.580 it's for go follow the twitter follow the twitch whatever whatever whatever thursdays 1 p.m that's
00:26:08.480 my intro z what does the show mean to you properly introduce yourself let them know who you are and 0.96
00:26:13.040 why the fuck you're the goat what's popping what's popping what's popping what's good i'm handsome 0.92
00:26:17.480 i'm a trader i'm an entrepreneur honestly man i love marketing i love the internet um i've made 1.00
00:26:23.860 nearly all of my money being early to trends why am i weird no because you're literally like weird
00:26:29.220 so that's the main thing i want to do on the show when i look at where the internet is going
00:26:33.780 look at where markets are going look at what i'm researching and what i'm looking at um
00:26:38.740 and yeah be able to share that information it's really important to me because you guys probably
00:26:42.660 know dude you are like i don't know why are you coming at me like wait why what did i do like
00:26:47.060 is your child like i'm like what the is going on because there were a ton of people who were
00:26:50.820 really important um in my learning process yes he does all the youtube videos he was putting out
00:26:56.900 early all the information he was putting out on twitter kobe all the information he was putting
00:27:15.220 listen here's my take on this whole thing like i want everyone to understand in no way shape
00:27:19.300 before by my hating i just think that his first stream back he should have came and kind of just
00:27:25.700 tried to speak on like new beginnings and stuff it was good how he did that he was great but i
00:27:31.040 just think that like the way it was launched people now have this misconception that like
00:27:39.160 because of the last happened that made them fall out that's the problem right like that's the
00:27:43.620 problem that's the issue so i think i could have waited that's all i'm saying
00:27:48.260 Thank you.
