Alex Jones Show - 19980101_BillCooper_Alex

00:00:00.000 What's going on, Jesse?

00:00:01.000 Hey, man.

00:00:01.000 How's it going?

00:00:02.000 Pretty good.

00:00:03.000 Uh, kind of ironic you're talking about black helicopters today.

00:00:07.000 Uh, me and my son were out and, uh, out and about in town today, and, uh, my wife was here at home with the other... Well, I gotta go, buddy, but call me back later.

00:00:14.000 All right, brother.

00:00:15.000 Sure will.

00:00:15.000 Please do it.

00:00:17.000 What's going on, Mr. Cooper?

00:00:18.000 Hello.

00:00:19.000 Yeah, that's one of my friends just called in.

00:00:21.000 He's got an Apache over his house with camera pods and infrared taking film. 1.00

00:00:25.000 We're going to play that on our TV show.

00:00:27.000 It's just wonderful.

00:00:28.000 We get followed around by unmarked police cars openly taking 35mm photographs of us.

00:00:34.000 That's just wonderful, isn't it?

00:00:36.000 Well, it's just one other manifestation of the Nazi Gestapo police state which has taken over this country. 0.62

00:00:46.000 Again, I get on this program six days a week, and I know how you feel when I talk to you this week.

00:00:51.000 And I'm 24 years old!

00:00:53.000 I'm ready to just say, screw it!

00:00:55.000 Because you've got these people cramming cheeseburgers in their mouths, and they love it!

00:00:58.000 I mean, does it ever anger you?

00:01:04.000 Well, of course it does. 1.00

00:01:05.000 What angers me most is the stupidity of the vast herd of American sheeple out there. 1.00

00:01:11.000 I think they know something, and they don't even know what planet they're on to tell you the truth. 1.00

00:01:15.000 No, they don't.

00:01:16.000 Simple things like private banks print the money and enslave everyone.

00:01:20.000 Simple things like Clinton's a transnational agent.

00:01:25.000 Well, your book, Behold a Pale Horse, is well known to almost everybody that has any know-how on any of these subjects.

00:01:35.000 You wrote that in 1988, didn't you, sir?

00:01:37.000 Well, actually, I wrote it over a period of years back Beginning in the early 80's and continuing up into about 88.

00:01:45.000 I finished it I believe in 89 and I may have added a couple of things in 90 and then it was published in December of 1990.

00:01:55.000 December of 1990?

00:01:57.000 Uh huh.

00:01:59.000 How many copies are out?

00:02:00.000 Quite a few?

00:02:02.000 I have no idea.

00:02:03.000 It's been the number one underground best seller of all time with no advertising whatsoever.

00:02:10.000 People sell it on the street corners in New York City.

00:02:14.000 Barnes and Noble had to take it off the shelf in their New York City bookstore because by

00:02:19.000 their own admission it's the most stolen book in their inventory.

00:02:23.000 The most stolen book in their inventory?

00:02:25.000 Yes.

00:02:26.000 Well I know people have tons of them around here.

00:02:29.000 Why don't you tell people sir just basically an overview of what Behold a Pale Horse tells

00:02:36.000 And now it's even more incredible that so much of what you've written has come true in the last eight years.

00:02:43.000 Yeah, every prediction that I ever made has come true, except for one.

00:02:47.000 That was only because I had not realized that they had gone as far as they have.

00:02:53.000 and that prediction that i was wrong about with that the manuel noriega

00:02:57.000 could not be tried in american court american prison

00:03:01.000 as he was the head of the sovereign nation and both the diplomatic immunity

00:03:05.000 just like anyone he would into our country to represent his country 0.96

00:03:09.000 and uh...

00:03:10.000 uh... of course that certainly prove that no one in the world is

00:03:14.000 faith now from the encroaching new world order and uh... they can go after anybody they want to including 0.70

00:03:21.000 the president of the united states if they want to and uh... americans don't

00:03:25.000 understand it they think uh...

00:03:26.000 we can go after somebody uh... that the head of a foreign country but we're

00:03:31.000 Nobody's safe anymore.

00:03:31.000 We're not safe.

00:03:33.000 That's because the global mafia runs things, and our president's just a little drill bit that they... a little front man, a little pitch man.

00:03:42.000 Hello, sir?

00:03:45.000 I'm sorry, go ahead, my wife.

00:03:47.000 I understand.

00:03:48.000 Well, I know you're... we'll get into what's been going on there in Arizona a little bit later.

00:03:53.000 I really appreciate you taking out the time to do this program with your busy schedule.

00:03:57.000 Where do you think things are going to be in the next two years?

00:04:01.000 Well, either Americans are going to wake up and they're going to stand up in unison and take up arms and challenge the federal government to step back within the boundaries of the Constitution, or there's going to be a civil war in this country.

00:04:15.000 The only alternative to that is total enslavement of the entire human race on a global scale, because that's where this is going.

00:04:24.000 This is all about a one-world totalitarian Socialist government.

00:04:29.000 It's about destroying all existing nation states, destroying all existing religions, save the religion of those who are bringing this about, which is the secular humanist socialist religion. 0.96

00:04:43.000 That way you can devalue human life and kill people. 0.87

00:04:46.000 But they're already doing that. 0.59

00:04:48.000 Yes, they are.

00:04:49.000 And they've already convinced the American people that it's okay.

00:04:52.000 The people whose ancestors came to the New World to escape religious persecution in the Old World stood and watched the Branch Davidians burn, including all of their children, all of their women, and they cheered and said that it was because they were a bunch of religious fanatics.

00:05:11.000 I heard Christians say that.

00:05:12.000 I heard Orthodox Jews say that.

00:05:14.000 I heard Baptists say it.

00:05:16.000 I heard Catholics say it.

00:05:18.000 And to their shame, I have to tell them that they are not religious, moral people. 1.00

00:05:22.000 They are stupid, ignorant people who are on the verge of enslavement, and they're going to deserve exactly what they get. 1.00

00:05:30.000 I have no sympathy for them whatsoever anymore. 1.00

00:05:32.000 I used to.

00:05:33.000 I used to cry big alligator tears for them in their ignorance, and I used to do everything I could to wake them up.

00:05:40.000 I've drawn my line in the sand, and I'm going to do what's right by God, and I don't give a damn who cares or who likes it or who doesn't. 0.53

00:05:48.000 Even if it means I have to die on my doorstep.

00:05:52.000 Well now we're getting to what's been happening.

00:05:56.000 The feds are saying that you didn't show up for a court date but they never gave you a subpoena did they?

00:06:04.000 We have never received any subpoena, no notification, no nothing.

00:06:08.000 No nothing, and now the newspapers are reporting that Militiaman, they don't say best selling author, military veteran, no criminal record, William Cooper, they just say Arizona Militiaman tax fraud and bank fraud is refusing to come into the loving arms of Janet Reno.

00:06:33.000 Not only will I not come in, but if the Civil War has to start right here, it will. 0.80

00:06:37.000 I am not a tax fraud or a tax cheat.

00:06:39.000 I pay all legal, lawful, and constitutional taxes which I am required to pay.

00:06:43.000 I've never defrauded any bank or any person in my entire life.

00:06:48.000 And I will protect my rights with the tools given to me by the founders in case it should ever come to this.

00:06:57.000 And if the rest of the sheeple uh... want to proceed into the pens and get shared and then

00:07:02.000 uh... for continue up the ramp for the slaughter

00:07:05.000 uh... that their business no matter what happened here

00:07:09.000 i would some people are sitting back and saying listen to mister

00:07:12.000 cooper talking about people being killed

00:07:14.000 That never happens.

00:07:16.000 Governments never do that.

00:07:17.000 Every government in the world this century has engaged in slaughter.

00:07:23.000 Almost every government.

00:07:24.000 Look at the giant death toll that so-called communists.

00:07:28.000 It's in the hundreds of millions this century.

00:07:31.000 Why do we have to look at the communists?

00:07:33.000 It's happening right here in the United States.

00:07:35.000 Has been for quite some time.

00:07:38.000 The only ones that have reached the public eye are the Weaver family and the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas, but it's happened on a large scale all across this country in every state.

00:07:49.000 It usually is contained at the local level, and one of the indications that you will know that I'm right is that you haven't seen what's happening here on any of the major news networks, and you're not going to.

00:08:04.000 Because I've taken a stance documented in the law.

00:08:06.000 I've posted it on my webpage.

00:08:08.000 I have stated that I am a portion of the unorganized militia of the state of Arizona and the United States of America for many years.

00:08:17.000 And that my stance is well grounded.

00:08:21.000 I have a right to do what I'm doing.

00:08:21.000 I'm right.

00:08:22.000 And anybody that comes up here and tries to encroach upon my rights or take away the protection of the Constitution from me and my family is going to get a bullet.

00:08:32.000 And that's just the way it is.

00:08:35.000 Just to go back to what you just hinted at is the compartmentalization of news.

00:08:39.000 We stopped, myself and a few others in this town, stopped the Delta Force from coming and doing secret military training and paying off our police chief.

00:08:48.000 Now the San Antonio police chief, a man that you ought to be aware of, is Al A. Philippus, and I went down and got an interview face-to-face on videotape And I've actually played the audio here on the show several times, where he said they tried to bribe him.

00:09:02.000 They were very unprofessional.

00:09:05.000 They know as never know.

00:09:07.000 They were out of their jurisdiction.

00:09:09.000 And they wanted to use live ammunition.

00:09:12.000 They're practicing taking over police stations.

00:09:14.000 Shouldn't our police realize that they're going to be some of the first people that will be going? 1.00

00:09:20.000 Well, they might if they weren't stupid sheeple like the rest of the herd. 1.00

00:09:23.000 But the truth is, the policemen came right out of the community where the sheeple live. 1.00

00:09:27.000 Why would anybody think that they're going to be any smarter than the rest of the animals out there?

00:09:31.000 So you think that most of them will go along.

00:09:34.000 When I told Philippus to his face on tape, I said, well, what you've done here, sir, you're probably going to pay for in the future.

00:09:39.000 Well, it's absolutely true.

00:09:41.000 He is a big exception.

00:09:43.000 There are only about three sheriffs in the entire country who know what their authority is.

00:09:47.000 And have the guts to take a stand.

00:09:50.000 This is the only police chief that I've ever heard of who's taken the proper stand.

00:09:56.000 So if you want to know if they're going to go along with it, yeah, they'll go along with it to get their little paycheck.

00:10:02.000 See, they've sold their country out for what?

00:10:05.000 $30,000 a year?

00:10:05.000 $20,000 a year?

00:10:06.000 That's pretty cheap, isn't it?

00:10:08.000 It's pretty sick.

00:10:09.000 It is.

00:10:10.000 And for maybe they'll get a retirement check in 20 or 30 years.

00:10:14.000 I understand what you're talking about and I find out more every day.

00:10:16.000 They sold their children's future, they sold their grandchildren's future and their great

00:10:20.000 grandchildren whom they haven't even seen yet.

00:10:23.000 Now Mr. Cooper, I understand what you're talking about and I find out more every day.

00:10:29.000 Just a year ago I still couldn't accept some of this and even you yourself and I talked

00:10:37.000 to you last week said it took you years of studying a long time ago to finally understand

00:10:42.000 it all.

00:10:44.000 People's mindset, they think of the government as made up of the same go along, get along. 0.81

00:10:50.000 They don't understand the avarice and just how vicious and demented and inbred these people are.

00:10:56.000 Well, in the first place, you're wrong in your premise.

00:11:00.000 They don't think at all.

00:11:02.000 That's why commercials are 30 seconds long.

00:11:05.000 That is the attention span of the average American sheeple. 0.86

00:11:08.000 They can't think beyond 30 seconds.

00:11:11.000 That's why no American company, our business, our group, plans ahead more than about 2 or 3 months.

00:11:20.000 We have no long-term strategic goal for this country.

00:11:20.000 That's true.

00:11:23.000 That's right, and that's why we're getting beat by the Marxist-Socialist-Communists, because they have 5-year plans, 10-year plans, 15-year plans.

00:11:31.000 Twenty-five year plans and fifty year plans, and they stick to them.

00:11:36.000 Man, absolutely.

00:11:37.000 Well, it's scary then.

00:11:38.000 What's going to happen?

00:11:39.000 It's just going to be... I think that... Either the American people are going to become slaves within just a few years, and it's going to be an enslavement like nobody can even dream of, and it's going to extend worldwide, and we're the only people that can stop it, because we're the only people in the world, still, who have the capabilities... Have the arms.

00:12:01.000 and the arms to be able to stop it.

00:12:03.000 Or there's going to be a civil war which will last between 5 and 15 years to restore constitutional republican government and freedom and liberty worldwide.

00:12:14.000 Well that's the point.

00:12:15.000 Even though most people are sheep, there is that between 5 and 10 million people that once it starts I think more people will come out.

00:12:24.000 And I don't want this to happen.

00:12:25.000 This is just going to wreck the nation.

00:12:27.000 I don't want it to happen either.

00:12:28.000 Ever since I saw the plan back in 1971 and 1972 when I was on the intelligence briefing team for CINCPAC Fleet to bring about one world totalitarian socialist government, and when I saw that the United States was behind the whole thing, this is not coming from without.

00:12:46.000 The United States created the United Nations.

00:12:50.000 created the european union that has just been formed. Well you're saying the united states

00:12:56.000 is acting as the world police force right now. Well you're saying the united states,

00:13:01.000 wouldn't you say a foreign aristocracy out of new york and boston that controls our nation?

00:13:07.000 United states. Okay who? United states.

00:13:10.000 It's with its headquarters in Washington DC. District of Columbia.

00:13:17.000 is stated and avowed policy.

00:13:19.000 Would you elaborate on that just a little bit?

00:13:21.000 That's what Behold a Pale Horse is all about!

00:13:23.000 of all sovereign nations and existing religions around this world.

00:13:23.000 I understand.

00:13:27.000 I'm telling you that I saw that plan while I was in the office of Naval Intelligence

00:13:32.000 on the intelligence briefing team, the commander in chief of the Pacific Fleet.

00:13:36.000 Would you elaborate on that just a little bit?

00:13:38.000 That's what Behold a Pale Horse is all about.

00:13:40.000 I understand.

00:13:41.000 That's what's in that book.

00:13:42.000 Well, I know the story, but a lot of people that are listening, and I'm sure that we'll

00:13:50.000 We'll go out and get Behold the Pale Horse. 0.79

00:13:52.000 We'll talk about those military briefings.

00:13:53.000 And I guess these people were proud that they were part of this power?

00:13:59.000 Oh, absolutely.

00:14:00.000 This has been a goal for this.

00:14:02.000 It's the reason this country was founded, and Americans don't understand that.

00:14:05.000 The Founding Fathers, many of them were deists.

00:14:08.000 They were members of the Secret Society.

00:14:10.000 Some of them were members of the Illuminati.

00:14:13.000 They created this country and gave the common man freedom for the first time in the history of the world, making him a king in his own right.

00:14:19.000 They told him what he had to do to keep his freedom and what he would lose if he didn't do it.

00:14:26.000 And when they did this, giving the common man freedom, it toppled all the kings and queens off their thrones all around the world and that was the major goal of establishing this country.

00:14:36.000 If the common man could have been vigilant and maintained his freedom and not given in to the I want, and I want, and I deserve, and you've got to feed me, and you've got to do this, and you've got to take care of me, and change my diaper, and wipe my butt, and get me a job, and entertain me, and all that kind of stuff, which always leads back into what they call democracy, which always leads into socialism, which end goal stated by Marx and Lenin is communism.

00:15:02.000 What did you first think?

00:15:03.000 Democracy is absolutely indispensable to socialism.

00:15:07.000 What did you first think when you saw this openly being discussed in the top levels of the military?

00:15:14.000 Well, it shocked the hell out of me, but they thought I was one of them.

00:15:16.000 It was an accident, but I got in there.

00:15:19.000 I'd been a member of the Demilay Society when I was 13 years old, only attended three meetings, and then my father was transferred to Japan.

00:15:27.000 I never saw another lodge and never went to another meeting.

00:15:30.000 That was the end of that.

00:15:31.000 When I filled out all my documentation for my top secret QSI security clearance, which was required to be able to work in the command center and on the briefing team at CPAC Fleet, I didn't see DMLA on there.

00:15:44.000 So I checked Freemason.

00:15:46.000 And when I checked Freemason, that's what opened all the doors and got me the security clearance and put me in those positions to be able to see what I saw.

00:15:54.000 And I think the hand of God was working when that happened.

00:15:58.000 so that I would be able to warn his people of what was coming.

00:16:01.000 I've been doing that ever since.

00:16:03.000 I didn't see absolutely everything, but I saw enough to give me an edge and a vast head

00:16:10.000 start on anybody that's ever lived before in the public sector that's not normally privy

00:16:15.000 to this information.

00:16:17.000 I spent the last, well, ever since researching to find out what it all meant and where we're

00:16:24.000 going.

00:16:25.000 Just to go back to what's happening here locally in Central Texas.

00:16:31.000 We know that there are dozens of different alphabet soup agencies that have the helicopters with the forward infrared looking radar and all the rest of this.

00:16:44.000 Why are they gearing up like this?

00:16:47.000 Why is our county building a three acre under the roof helicopter base?

00:16:53.000 Just the warehouse is three acres under the roof.

00:16:56.000 Why are our police going and training at Fort Hood with the military?

00:17:00.000 What does this mean to the public?

00:17:01.000 Well, because they know what's coming.

00:17:03.000 They know that there's a hard core group of American men and women who are devout, religious, moral people, love freedom.

00:17:14.000 and are dedicated to the concept of liberty and freedom and will fight to protect and defend constitutional republican government against anything that comes along.

00:17:25.000 And when that begins, it's going to be a terrible, terrible thing.

00:17:30.000 I've spent most of my adult life trying to warn people and wake up enough people so that this did not have to happen because I know it's going to be terrible.

00:17:40.000 Now, President Clinton has now openly come out, and I'd actually read that they were pushing three years ago and I was talking about it.

00:17:47.000 about the national ID card and biometrics, thumb scanning, retina scanning.

00:17:52.000 And since 94 in Texas, they've been thumb scanning us to get driver's license and people just stampede in there like, shoot, we had a big protest down there where I was arrested.

00:18:01.000 I guess it's six or eight months ago now.

00:18:03.000 What does it mean to the public when we have one card that our insurance and our credit cards and our bank accounts and our receipts and everything is on that one card? 0.98

00:18:13.000 Means the public is stupid and they're already a hair's breadth away from total enslavement. 0.99

00:18:18.000 If they had any brains at all, they would have said, no, I'm not taking that. 1.00

00:18:22.000 And if you don't like it, that's tough.

00:18:23.000 And all those businesses and all those driver's license bureaus and all those, the revenue that it brings in for all those cities and counties would have just evaporated in smoke and they would have backed down and said, okay, okay, you don't have to do it, we'll do it another way. 0.99

00:18:38.000 But there's too stupid to do that. 0.95

00:18:40.000 They don't understand that the power in this country is the power of the people, and that they don't have to do anything that's outside the bounds of the Constitution. 1.00

00:18:49.000 And the government can be held within the bounds, the restraints that the Constitution put upon it, that our Founding Fathers created so that the American people could never be enslaved.

00:19:00.000 What is the main goal of biometrics, retina scanning, thumb scanning?

00:19:02.000 In my opinion, it is total loss of control of your destiny.

00:19:04.000 the American people. The only way it could be done is from within if the American people

00:19:09.000 allowed it to be done.

00:19:10.000 What is the main goal of biometrics, retina scanning, thumb scanning? In my opinion it

00:19:16.000 is total loss of control of your destiny. If the IRS doesn't like you now, they'll just

00:19:21.000 come take your house. If the IRS doesn't like you now, they'll just come and garnish your 0.89

00:19:27.000 But in the future, if they don't like you, they'll shut your card off.

00:19:31.000 Well, let me give you a vision of the future.

00:19:33.000 There will be no money.

00:19:34.000 There won't be any driver's licenses.

00:19:36.000 There won't be any insurance cards or anything like that.

00:19:39.000 Everybody will have an account on a computer.

00:19:43.000 Everybody will have a computer chip implant somewhere on their body that will access the computer.

00:19:52.000 Everybody, when they go to work, will get so many credits for that work, and they can go out and wave their little computer chip in their hand, or whatever it is, under a scanner at the supermarket, and buy whatever they've got credits to buy.

00:20:04.000 And if they don't have credits, they've got to stay home until they get some credits.

00:20:07.000 Let me stop you for a second.

00:20:09.000 I read this almost every week, at least once, and it's from the April 27, 1997, Time Magazine, The Future of Money.

00:20:15.000 the April 27, 1997 Time Magazine, The Future of Money.

00:20:20.000 I'm sure you've read it.

00:20:22.000 And it openly on page 51, and anybody out there that thinks Mr. Cooper or I are BSing

00:20:28.000 you, go read it.

00:20:30.000 And it says the best part, now this is their words, the best part about it is your daughter in the near future can have a chip under her skin and you won't have to buy the drinks for at the bar.

00:20:42.000 I mean, everything's insane about that paragraph.

00:20:46.000 And the whole 10 page article is about how great the smart card is and then the chip.

00:20:51.000 And as we know, Time Magazine is a filthy, elitist propaganda rag.

00:20:58.000 So I can't see how anybody would deny this.

00:21:00.000 But I guess most people only see it as a convenience.

00:21:04.000 What's insane about it is that the American people think that that would be convenient or that that would be good for them.

00:21:10.000 It is the ultimate end-run goal to enslave the populace and to steal what's left that's not already stolen.

00:21:18.000 By the elite who are engineering and machinizing all of this stuff to make it come about.

00:21:28.000 Now, the goal of a debt based economy is not to get caught stealing.

00:21:34.000 And that's what they're doing, stealing the wealth and the substance and the nation right out from under us.

00:21:39.000 That's the only end result that can come out of a debt based economy.

00:21:43.000 And the only way that they can't get caught is if the people allow them Go to a cashless system.

00:21:50.000 Then they can never get caught.

00:21:52.000 But if they don't go to a cashless system, eventually the economy will collapse and they're going to get caught.

00:21:59.000 That's exactly it.

00:22:00.000 That's why they want to go to a cashless system and that's why they ultimately have to.

00:22:04.000 Anybody understands how this economy works and what the end result of a debt-based economy, where the interest is never created or printed, It's a fiat Ponzi scheme.

00:22:16.000 It's a fiat ponzi scheme.

00:22:18.000 It's got to collapse or they have to go to a totally cashless system in order that they don't get caught and are able to

00:22:26.000 perpetuate the theft.

00:22:28.000 So what you're saying is that we have a fiat ponzi scheme, con game government monetary system based on fractional

00:22:37.000 reserve banking and that the money machines are printing out of control.

00:22:41.000 I talked to Congressman Ron Paul just a few weeks ago, and he said, yes, the Federal Reserve is printing 10% more money into the supply every six to eight months.

00:22:50.000 So this is creating this false prosperity, and the public just loves it.

00:22:56.000 But meanwhile, they're just coaxing us in to this cashless society so the fairy tale can continue.

00:23:02.000 That's exactly right.

00:23:04.000 Let's go back, and I will continue.

00:23:06.000 And the only way to keep it going until they do that Oh, but that's been reformed.

00:23:10.000 It got reformed last week.

00:23:11.000 more inflation which devalues the value of what everybody is earning and making and that's

00:23:17.000 why everybody feels more and more strained every year and keeps sucking more and more 0.87

00:23:22.000 out of the system through the bogus Internal Revenue Service income tax system so that

00:23:29.000 they can keep from getting caught as long as possible.

00:23:32.000 Oh, but that's been reformed.

00:23:33.000 It got reformed last week.

00:23:35.000 Didn't you hear? 1.00

00:23:36.000 Bullshit. 1.00

00:23:37.000 Oh boy. 1.00

00:23:38.000 boy probably that is is not playing with the book In fact, they're not even playing with a deck of cards.

00:23:43.000 They're playing with matchsticks.

00:23:45.000 Well, I'll never forget.

00:23:47.000 President Clinton got up there on TV six, eight months ago, or I guess a year ago now, and drew that big zero on a white piece of paper.

00:23:54.000 And then I had people coming up to me on the street saying, Mr. Jones, have you heard the budget's balanced, the deficit's fixed?

00:24:01.000 That simple thing.

00:24:02.000 It's like they're three-year-olds.

00:24:04.000 Well, they are three-year-olds.

00:24:05.000 That's their mentality.

00:24:06.000 The average American has never had an original thought in his entire life, or her entire life.

00:24:13.000 And if they're not told what to think, they cannot think.

00:24:17.000 And that's the truth.

00:24:18.000 Clinton didn't do anything except eliminate the deficit.

00:24:23.000 You know how you eliminate the deficit?

00:24:25.000 You either don't spend as much so that you stay within the bounds allotted by Congress, or you have Congress pass more allotments So that you can spend more than what you need to spend.

00:24:37.000 Yeah, I mean, I make... It did not pay off the national debt.

00:24:41.000 Did not balance the budget.

00:24:43.000 Well, yes.

00:24:43.000 If I could give myself endless pay raises, I could go out and buy skyscrapers and a thousand Cadillacs and a hundred Mercedes.

00:24:51.000 As long as I just... And still not have a deficit.

00:24:53.000 A deficit is when you spend more than what you've been given.

00:24:56.000 Exactly.

00:24:57.000 That's a deficit.

00:24:58.000 So when he says we got a zero deficit, that means absolutely nothing except Congress is allotting more money for the government to spend, because the government is not spending less, they're spending more than they ever have had.

00:25:09.000 They are spending more, and they're using this to beef up the police state.

00:25:14.000 It's obvious to anybody that honestly looks at it.

00:25:18.000 Back to what's happening with you.

00:25:20.000 Now, I have run documentaries that you've been involved with many times here on television in Austin.

00:25:26.000 and like rye stock ninety five and others and those are uh...

00:25:31.000 people who've been that those the most educational meant and they do enjoy

00:25:34.000 them talk a little bit about how you were at the top of bill clinton's

00:25:40.000 fbi list well

00:25:43.000 ever since nineteen eighty eight when i began telling the uh... the

00:25:47.000 world not just the american people but the world

00:25:50.000 about majesty twelve which is the plan to enslave the human race in the world 0.91

00:25:54.000 totalitarian socialist government uh... the murder of the uh... the military of the united

00:26:01.000 states and what used to be known as the old soviet union under nato which

00:26:05.000 is occurring now to create the world police force

00:26:08.000 It was a great pleasure.

00:26:09.000 Most people don't understand that NATO is an arm of the United Nations.

00:26:15.000 It was formed under the auspices of the United Nations Charter and takes its orders from the Security Council.

00:26:23.000 What is your opinion of the UN passing its new world court?

00:26:25.000 of the United Nations Charter and was an arm of the United Nations and took its orders

00:26:31.000 also from the Security Council.

00:26:33.000 The Cold War was a total farce and that's why we never had any military conflicts with

00:26:39.000 the Soviet Union.

00:26:40.000 What is your opinion of the UN passing its new world court?

00:26:48.000 Well if they passed a world court, how can they have a world court if there is sovereign

00:26:54.000 nations because sovereign nations are not subject to any courts but their own.

00:26:59.000 So how can they have a world court unless there's a world government to which sovereign nations have given up their sovereignty?

00:27:10.000 Does the Constitution for the United States of America say that we are subject to the dictates or the jurisdiction or the rulings of a world court?

00:27:22.000 Does it say that anywhere in the Constitution?

00:27:24.000 No, it doesn't.

00:27:25.000 And when I watch the local news, all I hear is how wonderful the United Nations is.

00:27:32.000 Our public are being indoctrinated about this.

00:27:35.000 Sir, I know that you didn't ask me about this, but do you have a 1-800 number or a number where people can order Behold a Pale Horse?

00:27:41.000 No, I don't have a 1-800 number, and even if I did, they couldn't order because I will not contribute to the To the debt-based destruction of our economy and property of the American people.

00:27:52.000 So they can't order anything from us by phone.

00:27:55.000 If they want to order something from us, they have to send blank postal money orders or cash.

00:27:59.000 If you hold a pale horse, it's $30 delivered to your door, and you can order by sending blank money orders or cash to Harvest Trust, in care of, and make sure you put in care of on the address.

00:28:17.000 P.O.

00:28:17.000 Box 2470, that's P.O.

00:28:21.000 Box 2470, Eager, spelled E-A-G-A-R, that's Eager, spelled E-A-G-A-R, Arizona 85925.

00:28:32.000 Once again, the zip is 85925.

00:28:33.000 Say it all one more time.

00:28:37.000 Harvest Trust, in care of P.O.

00:28:40.000 Box 2470, Eager, Excuse me, that's the wrong town, I'm sorry.

00:28:49.000 Make it in care of P.O. 0.64

00:28:51.000 Box 1970 and the rest is okay.

00:28:54.000 Harvest Trust in care of P.O.

00:28:57.000 Box 1970 Eager, spelled E-A-G-A-R, Arizona 85925.

00:29:02.000 Well I know you have a lot on your mind.

00:29:09.000 Yeah, sorry about the mix-up on the P.O.

00:29:10.000 Box.

00:29:11.000 It's 1-9-7-0 and not what I gave you.

00:29:14.000 And for $30, this is a very large book.

00:29:18.000 And the illustration on it is very interesting.

00:29:21.000 It says a mouthful right there on the cover.

00:29:23.000 Just to get back real fast to exactly what's happening with you and your family.

00:29:27.000 You have no criminal record.

00:29:28.000 You were honorably discharged from the military.

00:29:30.000 You're an author, shortwave radio host, and you have a monthly newspaper.

00:29:36.000 No, that's wrong.

00:29:37.000 they come out against you the feds and say that you cheat on your taxes from

00:29:41.000 from ninety two to ninety four but you told me on the telephone that you

00:29:45.000 haven't been paying taxes for twelve years no that's wrong okay you're paying

00:29:50.000 legal taxes. I have not filed or paid the so-called income tax to private banks.

00:29:57.000 an excise tax to private banks for almost it's either 11 or 12 years I

00:30:02.000 forget which I've never made a secret of that I am not liable for the so-called

00:30:08.000 income tax administered by the so-called Internal Revenue Service and I am not

00:30:15.000 but I do pay all lawful and constitutional taxes which I am required to pay and always will. Give us an example of a

00:30:24.000 lawful tax.

00:30:24.000 Well, a lawful tax would be a state sales tax down at your local grocery store.

00:30:30.000 A lawful tax would be a property tax for which you paid for it with the Fiat Federal Reserve notes instead of gold or silver coin.

00:30:40.000 You can't pay off a debt with a debt, so you never really purchase anything in this country in this debt-based economy with the Fiat Federal Reserve notes.

00:30:50.000 All you do is take possession under a lease.

00:30:54.000 And the ownership stays with the government.

00:30:57.000 That's why you get a warrant deed when you pay off your house instead of the patent title to the property.

00:31:04.000 And that's why you get a certificate of title when you think you paid for your automobile instead of the actual patent title to that property.

00:31:13.000 This is all being done with contract fraud and people can't even... Yes, it is fraud.

00:31:18.000 It's all fraud.

00:31:20.000 That's why I catch myself, as I get deeper and deeper into this, becoming more angry, Flat out, I guess I'm at the point where you said that you were several years ago, where you're just sad about it, because you see the people thinking they have a grasp of what's happening in the civilization.

00:31:38.000 But I've read enough history, I know enough about the country and what's been happening, to realize that pretty much everything that you're told in the media has lies weaved right into it.

00:31:50.000 Oh yeah.

00:31:51.000 The American people are standing inside the gates of Disneyland, holding their e-ticket, which is expired, None of the rides are working and they're just having a great time.

00:32:06.000 I didn't say in the next two years.

00:32:13.000 I said in the next very few years.

00:32:15.000 I don't have a crystal ball.

00:32:17.000 God does not whisper in my ear.

00:32:19.000 I'm not a prophet and I'm not a psychic.

00:32:22.000 But I can tell you from what I saw in that plan when I was with ONI.

00:32:28.000 And what I have researched since then tells me that within a very few years the American people are either going to be totally enslaved in the worst enslavement that you can even dream of or there's going to be a civil war actively being fought under the most terrible conditions in this country.

00:32:46.000 Well I don't have a crystal ball but it's pretty simple to predict what these guys are going to do now that they're out in the open.

00:32:53.000 I mean ten years ago it wasn't so out in the open.

00:32:56.000 Now you Turn on the TV.

00:32:58.000 You in world court.

00:33:00.000 Clinton pushes national ID card. 0.71

00:33:04.000 You turn on rare news hour.

00:33:06.000 Secret military teams are trading with your local police.

00:33:08.000 It's pretty much in your face now and I don't know if Clinton wants to leave office or maybe he wants to go be Head of the UN or something.

00:33:16.000 Who do you think as leaders from your intelligence networks, do you think are on the horizon?

00:33:21.000 Who do you think the next president will be?

00:33:23.000 Why do I care?

00:33:24.000 They're not my leaders, and it's not my government anymore.

00:33:28.000 They have subverted my government, destroyed it from within, and my only hope is that I can find enough good American patriots who are moral, who are good men, who understand what liberty and freedom is all about.

00:33:45.000 To go in there and restore constitutional Republican government by any method that it requires, including the force of arms.

00:33:53.000 Otherwise, my children and my grandchildren and my great-grandchildren are going to be slaves.

00:33:58.000 So you've totally turned your back completely on the festering system.

00:34:03.000 It's not my system.

00:34:04.000 It is not operating within the boundaries of the Constitution.

00:34:08.000 They have thrown the Constitution out.

00:34:11.000 It is treason in operation.

00:34:13.000 There is a subversion of government going on as we speak in the halls of government throughout this country, not just in Washington, D.C. 0.97

00:34:23.000 So you're saying it is criminal enterprise, incredibly sophisticated, controlling Hollywood, the universities, and the major mass media through foundation money and through control of finance, and all their whores and all their pumps and all their little agents don't mean a damn to you. 0.99

00:34:41.000 You're going to take care of your family, try to educate the public, and just continue to prepare. 0.78

00:34:47.000 And you're saying that you have not committed any crimes, You're not bothering anybody, and if the feds try to come and take your home and take your family, that you're going to oppose them with force of arms?

00:34:59.000 Absolutely.

00:35:00.000 They have declared war upon me and all patriots and everybody in this country who is a loyal constitutionalist, who has taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, and if the Civil War has to start on my doorstep, that's as good a place as any. 0.71

00:35:20.000 That's fine with me.

00:35:21.000 So the Civil War has to start.

00:35:23.000 Might as well start right here.

00:35:25.000 Now, the Federal Attorney General out there, is it Rivera?

00:35:30.000 Jesus Rivera?

00:35:32.000 He's saying that they're going to proceed against you with prejudice and caution.

00:35:37.000 I think... Well, you're reading... No, no, no.

00:35:40.000 You're reading an article that you read in the Arizona Reporter.

00:35:43.000 Yes, I am.

00:35:44.000 The communist newspaper.

00:35:45.000 It never tells the truth.

00:35:46.000 I can guarantee you that that's not what he said.

00:35:49.000 I can guarantee you that what he quotes that Sheriff Arthur Lee said is not the truth.

00:35:56.000 We spoke to Sheriff Arthur Lee last night.

00:35:59.000 Arthur Lee says that I'm right, that he has jurisdiction over the feds in this county, and he has told them not to come in this county and harass this family.

00:36:08.000 Absolutely.

00:36:09.000 Well, we've learned that with the press, that they will flat out not twist the truth, but when they need to, they will flat out lie.

00:36:15.000 Flat out lie.

00:36:18.000 Flat out lie.

00:36:19.000 Well that's great then.

00:36:21.000 You're not in too much trouble if you've got the sheriff on your side.

00:36:23.000 People don't realize the power of the sheriff.

00:36:25.000 Not just the sheriff.

00:36:26.000 This is a good American community here.

00:36:30.000 There is a very strong militia.

00:36:34.000 Not just here, but good, solid Americans all across this country are sick and fed up.

00:36:42.000 We know that if they attempt anything here, There's going to be a war of the likes of you.

00:36:50.000 You can't conceive of what's going to happen.

00:36:53.000 What can people here in Central Texas do to try to fix what's happening to the federal government?

00:36:59.000 You cannot fix it.

00:37:01.000 It cannot be fixed.

00:37:06.000 All we can do... They're not gonna let anybody fix it.

00:37:09.000 Your vote doesn't mean a damn thing, and if you haven't figured that out yet, then you're too far gone to even be listening to me.

00:37:15.000 Exactly.

00:37:15.000 That's what Congressman Ron Paul, and I was shocked when even he said that.

00:37:19.000 He said to me in the past and to my associates that all he can do is try to get the word out up in Washington that he really doesn't have any power.

00:37:28.000 All he can do is try to raise alarm bells about fascistic, communistic legislation that comes rolling past him every day.

00:37:36.000 And he said that he thinks things are far gone.

00:37:40.000 I said, so sir, the sun is setting on the republic.

00:37:43.000 And he goes, well, it's pretty much already set.

00:37:47.000 That's correct.

00:37:48.000 And we're going into this thing full bore.

00:37:51.000 That's why the socialists talk about the New Dawn.

00:37:56.000 What is the New Dawn?

00:37:57.000 The New Dawn is the fruition, bringing to fruition of the New World Order. 0.99

00:38:05.000 Their totalitarian, socialist, utopian... Technocracy.

00:38:09.000 Technocracy too, sir.

00:38:10.000 Doesn't technology tie into their little fun games?

00:38:13.000 That's their biggest weakness.

00:38:15.000 I just hope they cling to their technology with all they've got. 0.97

00:38:18.000 I hope they train every soldier to use computers and not be able to function without a satellite uplink and all of that stuff so we can just kick their butts all the way back to Washington D.C. 0.94

00:38:30.000 and try them for the crimes that they're guilty of. 0.79

00:38:35.000 Sir, I don't want to get into the things that you've already sacrificed and done for your country, but you've actually You've been threatened quite a bit and people have actually attempted to try to kill you, haven't they?

00:38:48.000 Oh, yes.

00:38:49.000 Almost succeeded a couple of times.

00:38:52.000 In fact, you lost... My head caved in.

00:38:54.000 I've lost my left leg in this fight.

00:38:57.000 We've been shot at.

00:38:58.000 We've been threatened.

00:38:59.000 They made it so that we couldn't work for anybody.

00:39:04.000 But, you know, that's exactly what happened to the Founding Fathers.

00:39:09.000 They lost everything.

00:39:10.000 They lost their families.

00:39:11.000 They lost their children.

00:39:12.000 They lost their wives.

00:39:13.000 They lost their property, they lost limbs, they lost everything.

00:39:18.000 And it was only really 2% at the start of the revolution that got it going, wasn't it?

00:39:24.000 Well, I believe it was about 3.8% of all the people in the colonies helped found this nation and fought the Revolutionary War to create it and give what they called their posterity liberty and freedom.

00:39:39.000 And the United States government was created to protect the rights of individuals, whether or not they voted.

00:39:46.000 No matter what happened, they were supposed to stay within the bounds of the Constitution and protect the rights of individuals and guaranteed us in that document constitutional Republican government.

00:39:58.000 Not just in Washington, D.C., but in every state, every county, every city of this country.

00:40:04.000 So Mr. Cooper, you think that It doesn't matter what they do, they lose and they know it. 0.99

00:40:09.000 They've stepped on their dicks this time. 0.99

00:40:10.000 No matter what they do, they lose and they know it. 1.00

00:40:12.000 and uh... launching a hellfire attack with a doesn't matter what they do they 0.99

00:40:17.000 lose and they know it they've stepped on their dicks this time no matter what 0.99

00:40:22.000 they do they lose 0.99

00:40:23.000 and they know it because they make a martyr out of william cooper

00:40:28.000 not only that i'm right within the law i am right under the constitution and i am right within the

00:40:34.000 law and it's all posted on my website

00:40:36.000 So, you're saying you've got it all in your eyes, you've crossed all your T's.

00:40:39.000 Absolutely.

00:40:40.000 You've drawn your line in the sand.

00:40:41.000 They lose.

00:40:42.000 They either back down and get within the bounds of the Constitution, they lose.

00:40:46.000 They come up here and they kill us all, they lose.

00:40:50.000 And we're still free.

00:40:52.000 A lot of people aren't going to understand that.

00:40:54.000 But I'll still be free.

00:40:55.000 No, you were mentally free.

00:40:56.000 You didn't bow down.

00:40:58.000 You didn't play the game.

00:40:59.000 You didn't compromise.

00:41:01.000 You died with your morals and with what you believed, and you were not altered by their propaganda or their intimidation.

00:41:08.000 That's right, and none of us are afraid.

00:41:10.000 We are Christians.

00:41:11.000 We know that if we do the right thing, God is going to smile at us when we get to those pearly gates.

00:41:18.000 However people view those pearly gates, I don't care.

00:41:23.000 Absolutely.

00:41:24.000 Well, sir, again, I really appreciate you taking out this time to speak to people here in Central Texas.

00:41:29.000 I'd like to give out the website because that's where people can get the documentation and the law and see what's really happening and understand why we're right and not just blowing smoke and understand that this is the stance that they're also going to have to take if they want to be free.

00:41:47.000 Yes, sir.

00:41:48.000 People who are not willing to die for freedom can never have it.

00:41:51.000 That's the law of the universe.

00:41:52.000 Will you stay with us for a break, because I'm actually behind two breaks, and if you'd stay with us... I just wanted to give out the website, though, because I've got to get going, too.

00:42:01.000 Okay, go ahead and give out your website, sir.

00:42:05.000 There's no www.

00:42:08.000 It's just Harvest-Trust.org Harvest Trust.

00:42:15.000 No, it's not Harvest Trust.

00:42:17.000 It's harvest-trust.org.

00:42:22.000 All righty.

00:42:23.000 Well, sir, I really appreciate it.

00:42:24.000 When they go there, they're going to be absolutely amazed.

00:42:27.000 Well, I've been there several times, and it is a lot of good information people will see.

00:42:31.000 And I do respect you, and I certainly hope that the feds do back down,

00:42:38.000 because I know that once a revolution does start in this country, and we've had a couple of them,

00:42:43.000 that it's not going to be a pretty one, and that's it.

00:42:46.000 The whole thing starts, and I know that I'm on the list.

00:42:49.000 And I've heard a lot of people say, you know, I want to be on all the lists, at the top of every list.

00:42:53.000 Well, I'll do what I have to do, but to tell you the truth, I don't want to be on all their filthy lists.

00:42:57.000 If you're not one of them, there's only one list and you're already on it, so stop worrying about it.

00:43:02.000 Do what you're supposed to do.

00:43:04.000 Absolutely.

00:43:05.000 Well, Mr. Cooper, thanks a lot for being with us this evening, and I'll be following what's going on from here in Austin with the controlled media, and try to keep in touch with you and find out what's happening.

00:43:15.000 And I've been very attentive to try to Come out to Arizona, but I figured that you had everything under control.

00:43:20.000 I was just going to come out and probably do a news story, but I don't have the time either.

00:43:23.000 And if they kill you, well, who knows?

00:43:25.000 It may explode here, too.

00:43:27.000 And they've got their little unmarked driving around and all the rest of the behavior going on.

00:43:30.000 And I'm sure sad that there's elements of our federal government and a lot of dupes that work for them that really don't know who they're really working for.

00:43:39.000 What would you say to the law enforcement officers out driving around in their cars?

00:43:42.000 Because I get a lot of calls from them on this program.

00:43:44.000 Well, the only thing I can say to them is they're not going to like being slaves either.

00:43:47.000 That badge and that gun isn't going to give them any special privileges in the New World Order.

00:43:52.000 In fact, if they'll read State Department Publication 7277, they'll find out that most of their law enforcement agencies are going to disappear except for a small group that will be just used to maintain internal order once they have everybody in the bonds of enslavement.

00:44:11.000 And also, if they study the history of Socialism and Communism, everybody who helped Socialism and Communism come to power are the first people that they eliminate once they have welded the last chains in place.

00:44:28.000 Yes, I say this all the time, because they were the people that helped get the establishment into full command.

00:44:35.000 They know how the system works at certain levels.

00:44:37.000 They're the biggest threat. 0.98

00:44:39.000 It's just like this, whenever some little slime ball comes up to the gate and opens up the castle gate and lowers the drawbridge for the enemy to come in, the first person the enemy kills is that traitor because the enemy knows that next week that little rat traitor is going to open the gate for somebody else. 0.99

00:44:58.000 That's right. 0.98

00:44:59.000 That's it.

00:44:59.000 They'll go against the constitution now, they'll go against socialism later.

00:45:04.000 Absolutely.

00:45:05.000 It's as simple as the nose on your face.

00:45:07.000 So all you little traders marching around out there think you're going to be some big whiz in this new world order.

00:45:13.000 You're not.

00:45:14.000 You're going to be right up there on the scaffold hanging with the rest of them.

00:45:19.000 Well, sir, again, Mr. Cooper, have a good one.

00:45:21.000 And thanks for being with us this evening.

00:45:24.000 Again, this is all, I guess it's not good news.

00:45:27.000 It's not bad news.

00:45:28.000 It is just the news.

00:45:29.000 And I'll be trying to keep in touch with you.

00:45:31.000 God bless.

00:45:32.000 You too.
