00:02:34.000 These prosecutors were passing each other notes and he was actually found not guilty on one charge.
00:02:40.000 He had another court date and I don't know all the little points of law, but he This guy's going by the law, using, you know, people, they, uh, they encourage everybody to, uh, use the system.

00:02:54.000 And what makes him mad is he's not using attorneys.
00:02:56.000 He's, he's being his own attorney.
00:02:58.000 And, uh, he had some point of law and the judge denied it in order to immediate, uh, warrant for his arrest.
00:03:05.000 And Keith turned himself in that morning and it, uh, It was almost, I think this was a Wednesday morning and it almost, they almost kept them all weekend.

00:03:16.000 So it was more than, when you called me he was unable to get into my radio show.

00:03:22.000 He was held two and a half days.
00:03:23.000 And was fed one meal?
00:03:25.000 Well he was fed one meal a day and then the second day they fed him two.

00:03:30.000 What concerns me is when I went to jail for disorderly conduct on a thumb scanning I was held in a holding cell with no urinal.
00:03:41.000 In Cedar Park Jail, they don't even have facilities.

00:04:09.000 I wasn't violent, I didn't use profanity, but I did stand up and preach at them for about 20 minutes, and they took me to jail.

00:04:18.000 But the scary part about it is, is once I got there, most, the person at the fingerprint of me was nice, and Mr. Ard was nice, but when I asked to use the restroom after I don't want to sound like a whining baby here.
00:04:32.000 After three and a half hours, and I've been out all day, by the way, I hadn't used, you know, a bathroom since that morning.

00:04:39.000 I was told to get away from the door, because the holding tank I was being held in had a grate on the door.
