Alex Jones Show - 20030709_Wed_Alex

00:00:04.000 This is the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:00:15.000 Big Brother.

00:00:16.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:18.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:20.000 You want answers?

00:00:21.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:23.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:27.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:32.000 Yesterday we have Kathryn Albrecht on, and she's with the organization Caspian,

00:00:42.000 that's exposing the RFID tags, the biometrics, basically the cashless society slave grid.

00:00:49.000 They got internal documents involved with the Department of Defense, Walmart, and others where they talk about pacifying, manipulating the public, neutralizing public opposition.

00:01:00.000 They say that 78% of you are against it, but they don't care.

00:01:06.000 Work on your apathy and tell you that resistance is futile, that there's nothing you can do to stop it.

00:01:13.000 And we had her on a few weeks ago.

00:01:14.000 I've been hammering the RFID tags for years.

00:01:17.000 Now Walmart is cancelling their smart shelves and smart flooring that scans you and tracks you, but they're still demanding that all of their manufacturers start implanting this stuff.

00:01:29.000 So they're just cancelling it for now because of the massive heat.

00:01:33.000 This is going to be an ongoing fight, and again, they plan on you being apathetic about it.

00:01:38.000 Boycott them forever.

00:01:39.000 She'll be joining us to talk about legislation.

00:01:41.000 We ran out of time yesterday about legislation they've written that they hope Ron Paul, who's the only one that's shown some interest, will sponsor concerning RFID.

00:01:52.000 She's going to be on for about 15 minutes to the next hour. 0.92

00:01:54.000 I have another guest coming on, part of a peace group.

00:01:59.000 A mainstream peace group that simply tried to be part of a Fourth of July parade that was advertised for anyone in the community to be a part of.

00:02:06.000 They were told they were not allowed to be part of it.

00:02:08.000 This is very important because it impacts the bedrock of America, the First Amendment, so that's coming up the third hour.

00:02:16.000 In the meantime, I got a bunch of news, and I mean a bunch of vital news and information that we're going to be covering today.

00:02:23.000 The International Herald Tribune is reporting what the Whitewash Commission said.

00:02:27.000 They admitted that there's been intimidation of witnesses and basically cover-ups going on.

00:02:33.000 That is coming up.

00:02:35.000 Also, USA Today.

00:02:38.000 Supreme Court citing more foreign cases.

00:02:42.000 And they talk about how they're following, quote, the UN's mandate.

00:02:45.000 So I've been talking about this for years, but here it is.

00:02:49.000 In USA Today.

00:02:50.000 You're in a world government, folks.

00:02:52.000 Continuing, out in California, Governor Davis has a new bill that looks like it'll pass.

00:02:57.000 Republicans, of course, are behind it with it, being neocons, to make basic government activities, local and state, secret.

00:03:06.000 So a secret government, secret votes, you name it.

00:03:08.000 I've got some comments on the rash of shootings yesterday at a Lockheed Martin plant in Mississippi, and out in California, the big suspect is an assistant principal blasting children.

00:03:22.000 So we'll continue to discuss that as well and how it ties into the Matrix Teenagers caught moments before the rampage on Monday.

00:03:30.000 Again, it is Wednesday, the 9th of July, 2003.

00:03:36.000 You're also going to be taking your calls today in this hour, early in this hour, at 800-259-9231.

00:03:44.000 Bunch of vaccine news.

00:03:49.000 I want to go over some of the latest vaccine news.

00:03:51.000 They don't just want your kids to take a triple shot that's been shown to be the most dangerous, the MMR.

00:03:56.000 Now they've got a 5-combo shot.

00:03:59.000 They've got 10 combos coming out.

00:04:02.000 And the new federal bureaucracy, 6.3 billion a year funding it, Iogeal, is going to try to force you to take it.

00:04:08.000 Also, one of the big pharma companies just lost a lawsuit for their deadly Lyme disease shot.

00:04:13.000 Maimed hundreds of thousands.

00:04:14.000 This is the Associated Press, by the way. 0.94

00:04:17.000 So those that deny that vaccines are dangerous are living on the moon and telling us that we're the people that are crazy.

00:04:24.000 So we'll go over this and just a plethora of other news that I haven't even had time to scratch the surface on.

00:04:29.000 I'm going to go into a blitzkrieg of news and information on the other side of this quick break.

00:04:35.000 Also on InfoWars.com, we're going to post that clip that we posted before, but we're going to post it again of Bush saying, Things could be a heck of a lot easier if this was a dictatorship, so long as I'm the dictator.

00:04:49.000 Not just the text of it, the video of it.

00:04:52.000 That'll be up on InfoWars.com in the next 30 minutes.

00:04:56.000 So stay with us.

00:04:57.000 I'm Alex Jones, and we'll be right back.

00:05:00.000 Be sure to visit InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:05:04.000 We'll be right back.

00:05:06.000 Stay with us.

00:05:10.000 Every cell of the body has a receptor site for our master hormone called growth hormone.

00:05:15.000 The role of growth hormone is to instruct the cells to repair.

00:05:18.000 This hormone is in the highest concentrations in the body between the ages of infancy and your early twenties.

00:05:23.000 Hence, this is the major reason why the body repairs so well when young.

00:05:27.000 This is why the incidence of disease is so much lower when young.

00:05:31.000 This is why you're skinnier when young.

00:05:33.000 Looking and feeling young is a direct result of your chemistry.

00:05:36.000 Science brings us closer to the threshold of eternal youth every day.

00:05:41.000 Cocoon GH is a sublingual form of growth hormone.

00:05:44.000 When used twice a day, people report deep sleep, improved mood, memory and energy, losses of body fat, improved strength and sex drive, reduction of joint pain, improved blood sugar, and more.

00:05:56.000 Improve your chemistry and improve your life.

00:05:58.000 Satisfaction guaranteed.

00:06:00.000 Call 800-814-5031.

00:06:00.000 800-814-5031.

00:06:10.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

00:06:14.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

00:06:19.000 There is a chance to use this disaster as a New World Order.

00:06:23.000 A New World Order?

00:06:25.000 Pan-American.

00:06:26.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

00:06:31.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation one and two apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

00:06:38.000 You will lose your liberty.

00:06:40.000 Homeland Security, Executive Orders, Force Vaccinations, the new Prison Economy, the

00:06:45.000 Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, Federal Gun Grants, Government-run

00:06:48.000 White Slavery Rings, and much, much more.

00:06:50.000 If you want to understand what the new world order really is, then my new 2 1/2 hour video

00:08:00.000 That's 877-605-9200.

00:08:07.000 That's 877-605-9200.

00:08:09.000 Big Brother. Mainstream Media. Government Cover-Ups.

00:08:19.000 You want answers?

00:08:21.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:22.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:26.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:35.000 Our founding fathers said it over and over again in different ways and slightly different configurations, but The basic statement is this.

00:08:47.000 The price of liberty is eternal vigilance.

00:08:52.000 And my job, my life, my dedication is to exposing criminal syndicates of all shapes and sizes.

00:09:02.000 And there is no bigger syndicate that promotes and fosters crime of every type than the New World Order. 0.62

00:09:11.000 So my main focus This is the New World Order and all its pumps and all its servants.

00:09:20.000 And last night laying in bed at about 2 p.m.

00:09:24.000 2 a.m.

00:09:26.000 2 a.m.

00:09:27.000 looking at the ceiling and cars driving by casting their shadows on the walls.

00:09:33.000 I was exhausted but I still laid there for about 20 minutes and thought About my life and what I've decided to do with it, and I've thought about, yes, the dangers of being killed by the government, the dangers of being falsely charged with some horrible crime and being imprisoned, being tortured, but then in the balance, thinking about my family, my children, their children, in the balance, there isn't even a choice, there isn't even a question, or a millisecond, of

00:10:09.000 Am I doing the right thing?

00:10:11.000 I mean, if you have basic decency and basic honor and the basic programming that God gave you to defend your family, your country, your people against evil and against oppressors, then there is no debating it, there is no question, there is no hindrance to the mission that we are all here in.

00:10:35.000 I mean, I'm not going to falter or waver, folks.

00:10:38.000 Because I know the costs.

00:10:41.000 And I know that we can affect change.

00:10:43.000 And I know that we can fight evil.

00:10:44.000 And I'm not going to buy their line that resistance is futile.

00:10:50.000 And we all just need to accept this fact and become decent human beings and join in on the fight for humanity against dehumanization.

00:11:02.000 And I've talked about this a lot on the show.

00:11:04.000 I mean, every day we get in our cars And if you're under the age of 55, and you're a male under the age of 58, and you're a female, the number one cause of death is automobiles. 0.78

00:11:16.000 Now, after 55 is a male, 58 is a female, it's heart attacks, and cancer, and strokes, and stuff like that.

00:11:26.000 So why do you still get in your car?

00:11:28.000 Why do you still drive down the road?

00:11:29.000 It's the most dangerous thing you can do.

00:11:31.000 You drive down the expressway at 75, 80 miles an hour.

00:11:35.000 You get on the interstates and drive 85 miles an hour.

00:11:39.000 You're driving around in a thin, plastic and aluminum shell with giant 18-wheelers and moving trucks and cement trucks around you and huge SUVs.

00:11:52.000 But you don't even question it.

00:11:53.000 You don't even fear it.

00:11:54.000 You just accept it because everybody's doing it.

00:11:59.000 Now, I'm a conscious person.

00:12:01.000 So, when I'm driving... And knock on wood, I haven't had a wreck in about six years.

00:12:09.000 When I'm driving, I do think about that it's the most dangerous thing I do in my life.

00:12:14.000 I get emails.

00:12:15.000 I get letters.

00:12:16.000 I get phone calls.

00:12:17.000 Oh, you're so brave. 0.78

00:12:18.000 You know the government could kill you.

00:12:20.000 You need to watch your back.

00:12:22.000 Do you want a bodyguard?

00:12:25.000 I don't know how you do it.

00:12:27.000 How do you have this courage?

00:12:29.000 And frankly, it doesn't even compute because the biggest dangers in my life are slipping in the shower and grounding or Dying in a car wreck, or frankly, for that matter, being carjacked long before, or being struck by a bolt of lightning long before I get into territory of the government, the men in black coming and killing me, or framing me, or torturing me.

00:13:01.000 Now granted, if we don't fight the system and speak out and get involved, the chances

00:13:06.000 of the Gestapo scenario taking place become much higher, become much greater.

00:13:17.000 But it doesn't matter because if we didn't have people in the past, like our founding

00:13:21.000 fathers and our veterans and the people that stood up against crime and those that stood

00:13:26.000 up against the system and consolidated, arrogant, delusional power, we wouldn't have the society

00:13:32.000 we have today, ladies and gentlemen.

00:13:35.000 So we're standing on the backs, and on the dead bodies, and on the blood, sweat, and tears, and on the sacrifices of all those before us that stood up for decency against tyranny.

00:13:50.000 So there's no choice for Alex Jones.

00:13:53.000 There's no going back.

00:13:55.000 There was never... Once I learned of the New World Order and found out that it was in fact a reality and began to learn of its crimes, there was never a debate.

00:14:07.000 I mean, I have examined the psychology and the soul and the spirit of it, but there has never even been a question of selling out. 0.73

00:14:18.000 When I was offered four or five years ago a million dollars to go join the New World Order and be a national phony neocon fake conservative, but to not expose the Republican Party and just talk about how dumb the Democrats are all day, there wasn't even a question.

00:14:38.000 There wasn't even a hesitation when it came to saying no. 0.98

00:14:46.000 But you see, in this society of weak, scrambled eggs, brained, pathetic people, almost everyone is ready to sell their family out for 20 pieces of silver. 0.99

00:14:58.000 And that's why things have gotten so corrupt. 0.99

00:15:00.000 That's why things have gotten so bad.

00:15:03.000 So stop being so fearful, folks.

00:15:05.000 I'm a canary in the coal mine for you.

00:15:08.000 I mean, I'm a big fish in this fight.

00:15:10.000 And I'm here telling the truth.

00:15:12.000 Seven days a week.

00:15:14.000 365 days a year and I'm not going to live in fear.

00:15:23.000 I'm not going to do it.

00:15:26.000 I do live in the constant horror, though, of what's happening to my fellow man and what's happening to the society my family lives in.

00:15:35.000 I live in horror of not doing enough and in great frustration and not being able to express the ideas and understanding I have properly.

00:15:44.000 And I live in horror of how I spin out of control on the air, and I live in horror at the fact that I can't make all the films and telegraph all the ideas, or log all the videotapes of all the incriminating evidence of the globalists, or read all the documents, or write all the books, or get all the interviews we need for this show to expose the New World Order.

00:16:08.000 And I live in constant frustration and horror at so many of the patriots who infight, and who are petty, and don't realize the mission they're involved in, and who are simply on egomaniac trips.

00:16:24.000 Folks, this system is designed to destroy the mass of humanity. 0.89

00:16:29.000 To take your hearts, your minds, your souls, to turn you into grasping fools chasing after these phantom carrots that are dangled in front of your faces. 0.98

00:16:43.000 The society is being engineered. 0.78

00:16:45.000 The architecture has been laid and is now being implemented to make you totally dependent on government, to live in a compact city, to be scanned and tracked and traced and patched, right to the edge of exhaustion, to push you on to Ritalin and Prozac and alcohol and drugs and all the additives in the food and in the water and the air.

00:17:07.000 And to set up bureaucracies to forcibly inject you with the deadly vaccines, hundreds of which they're coming out with every decade, dozens every year.

00:17:16.000 It's a nightmare!

00:17:18.000 I mean, I look at what they're doing, I think of the crimes we've all committed.

00:17:24.000 The crime I committed to my ignorance ten years ago, eight years ago, buying a Pakistani rug.

00:17:33.000 The crimes I've committed We're all dirty creatures in the eyes of God, but if we beg forgiveness and join in the fight against evil, we can be forgiven and resurrected, ladies and gentlemen.

00:17:53.000 and join in the fight against evil, we can be forgiven and resurrected, ladies and gentlemen.

00:18:00.000 Our souls to be resurrected and reformed and rebuilt.

00:18:04.000 I just ask God to help me carry on, to give me the strength to fight the New World Order

00:18:09.000 and to eloquently telegraph the information and the understanding that I've been given

00:18:17.000 somehow to be focused in this fight to warn you, and I pray that we'll get on more stations

00:18:25.000 to reach more people.

00:18:28.000 That God will protect His people in their work.

00:18:30.000 And I know that I'm protected as long as God wants me to do this work.

00:18:34.000 And that's why I have no fear as well, my friends.

00:18:37.000 That it's all in God's hands.

00:18:39.000 That He's leading us.

00:18:40.000 That He's guiding us.

00:18:42.000 That He's directing us. 1.00

00:18:45.000 And the poor fools that have said in their heart, there is no God, look at the New World Order, look at what they're obsessed with, look at how they're ingratiated in the occult, and look at the systems they've built, and then tell yourself there is no God, because they're fighting against God and everything that's decent, and they hate family, and everything wholesome, and everything loving, and they are a pack of lying scum! 1.00

00:19:11.000 I mean, the news here in front of me, it's just unbelievable. 0.99

00:19:16.000 USA Today admits that the Supreme Court is now following the orders of the U.N.

00:19:22.000 Here's the headline.

00:19:23.000 Supreme Court citing more foreign cases.

00:19:27.000 That's the headline.

00:19:29.000 We're inside the New World Order already.

00:19:32.000 I've been to the concentration camps, people.

00:19:34.000 I've made films about it.

00:19:36.000 I've got Senate hearings on tape.

00:19:38.000 I've been to the camps with the troops trying to put you in them.

00:19:43.000 Do you think it's going to be people that fight the New World Order?

00:19:45.000 No, it's people who serve it.

00:19:46.000 It's people who the government wants to take their possessions.

00:19:49.000 It's petty bureaucrats in the system that want to feed on you locally. 1.00

00:19:54.000 The New World Order is a blind demon eating its own, eating everyone.

00:19:58.000 And when you serve it, it has license to come into your home, license to destroy you and your family. 0.51

00:20:06.000 We'll come back and I will get to the news.

00:20:07.000 Please stay with me.

00:24:26.000 [BLANK_AUDIO]

00:24:28.000 I could spend an hour on each one of these articles, but let's just go ahead and jump right into them.

00:24:33.000 9-1-1 panel complains some agencies are slowly... I can't even read suddenly.

00:24:42.000 9-1-1 panel complains some agencies are slowly and slowing inquiry.

00:24:49.000 Okay, there, finally got it.

00:24:51.000 9-1-1 panel complains some agencies are slowing in-courting.

00:24:55.000 And this is out of the International Herald Tribune.

00:24:59.000 The leaders of a federal commission investigating the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 complained today, that's to make you think they're really doing something.

00:25:08.000 Remember, they tried to have Henry Kissinger run it.

00:25:11.000 The leaders of a federal commission investigating the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 complained today that they had encountered particularly serious problems in obtaining materials from the Defense Department and lesser delays from some other government departments that could threaten the panel's work.

00:25:28.000 Now, remember that this is a panel that has security clearances.

00:25:34.000 This is the elected Congress, and they've got members of Congress there.

00:25:38.000 They've got a former governor on the panel.

00:25:41.000 They've all been sworn to secrecy.

00:25:42.000 They're having some public hearings, but the government still won't give them the information.

00:25:47.000 The Commission's Chairman, former Governor Thomas H. Keene of New Jersey, also said the Justice Department and Department of Homeland Security were moving too slowly to permit the panel to conclude its report by May 2004 as required by its Congressional mandate.

00:26:02.000 Mr. King said the Commission's members were unhappy that some agencies, they cited the Justice Department in particular, had insisted on having monitors present at all Commission interviews with their representative officials that can foster a chilling sense of intimidation among witnesses, Mr. King said.

00:26:21.000 So Mr. King said that it causes intimidation among witnesses.

00:26:25.000 The Chairman also said the Justice Department had failed to provide needed cooperation regarding the Prosecution of Zacharias Mishawi, who was accused of conspiring with the September 11th hijackers.

00:26:37.000 Now, Zacharias Mishawi has said that the government paid for his house, his car, his credit cards, and that's been proven with many of the other hijackers who've been found to be still alive, but that kind of gets stuck under the rug.

00:26:49.000 And, of course, they got trained at U.S.

00:26:51.000 military bases as well.

00:26:53.000 That's all mainstream news, folks.

00:26:54.000 It's in my films, in the book, on the website right now, in the 911 sections.

00:27:00.000 And, um, Moose Cowley wants to talk to the committee and wants to talk to the commission, but they've said no, so that's going on there as well.

00:27:07.000 But, again, they're just running the clock out on this commission.

00:27:10.000 It reports back May 1st of next year, of 04, a little under a year from now, and nothing's really going to come of this.

00:27:20.000 They're just going to say, okay, well, the government kind of messed up, they need more funding.

00:27:24.000 That's all the other commissions have said.

00:27:27.000 This is from USA Today.

00:27:29.000 Supreme Court citing more foreign cases.

00:27:31.000 Scalia, only U.S.

00:27:33.000 views are relevant.

00:27:34.000 The Supreme Court's reference to foreign law in a ruling last month that overturned state anti-sodomy statutes stood out as if it were in bold print and capital letters.

00:27:44.000 Writing for the majority in a landmark decision supporting gay civil rights, Justice Anthony Kennedy noted the European Court of Human Rights and other foreign courts have affirmed the rights of homosexual adults to engage in intimate consensual conduct.

00:28:00.000 I just want to point that Anthony Kennedy, the justice, would be arrested in England for using the word homosexual.

00:28:07.000 The Scotland Yard Diversity Unit has arrested members of the media that use that term because it's been found to be offensive.

00:28:13.000 So now scientific terms are, I guess heterosexual will be as well, or to use the term Anglo or Negro.

00:28:21.000 To use scientific terms now is bad because somebody doesn't like it.

00:28:24.000 I would just add that caveat.

00:28:25.000 And if you're doubting it, we have BBC news articles and interviews with people on PrisonPlanet.com

00:28:31.000 and Infowars.com with folks from England who have been arrested for using that word.

00:28:36.000 And Scotland Yard Diversity Unit head says in BBC article that that word is unacceptable.

00:28:42.000 So talk about Orwellian, here it is.

00:28:44.000 But the big news here is that they're going along with foreign rulings.

00:28:50.000 And this has already been happening in death penalty cases.

00:28:53.000 They ordered Texas to suspend executions of two Mexicans who admittedly committed murder

00:28:58.000 and there's all these witnesses.

00:29:00.000 And the Supreme Court earlier this year said, OK, we'll freeze and stay those executions.

00:29:05.000 We'll rule that that has to happen.

00:29:07.000 So it's already happening.

00:29:08.000 And remember, the EU, there aren't any judges that are over juries.

00:29:12.000 You can't face your accusers.

00:29:14.000 It's tribunals.

00:29:16.000 You can be held for 30 years without being charged or being tried.

00:29:20.000 And so the EU and the World Criminal Court and others, the International Court of Justice, as they call it, about mislabeling things, are basically giving the orders

00:29:31.000 out here.

00:29:32.000 And it says, "Never before had the Supreme Court majority cited a foreign legal precedent in such a big case.

00:29:39.000 Kennedy's opinion in Lawrence v. Texas, which was signed by four other justices,

00:29:43.000 has ignited a debate among analysts over whether it was a signal the justices

00:29:47.000 will adopt foreign courts' views on individual liberties."

00:29:51.000 I'll come back and go through a couple other key top stories,

00:29:54.000 stories that will go right to your calls and then into some other guests.

00:29:57.000 You'll want to stay with us.

00:30:00.000 We're on the march.

00:30:02.000 The Empire's on the run.

00:30:04.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:11.000 1,700 chemicals have been found in our drinking water.

00:30:13.000 And did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?

00:30:18.000 That's because many chemicals are inhaled when they have been... 9-6-4-3-2-7.

00:30:22.000 Become a part of the Genesis team by calling your local station or call the National Line at 877-996-4327.

00:30:30.000 Welcome back folks. I'm your host, Bill Hager. I'm here with the Genesis team. We're going

00:30:58.000 I know we have Wyatt, Don, Bob, Fat, and others that are patiently holding.

00:31:02.000 I got a bunch of other news coming up.

00:31:05.000 Marine dismissed jail for refusing anthrax vaccine.

00:31:09.000 Glaxo settles Lyme disease vaccine suit.

00:31:12.000 Wait till you hear about what this did to the people that took it.

00:31:16.000 This is out of the Associated Press.

00:31:20.000 Also, a new vaccine reduces numbers of shots.

00:31:23.000 Now they admit the combo shots, the multiple shots, the most dangerous type.

00:31:27.000 Now instead of three different vaccines in one, five, ten.

00:31:30.000 They want to make it mandatory.

00:31:33.000 With no oversight, and Bush trying to give liability protection to the big pharma.

00:31:39.000 In fact, they passed that blanket liability protection in the Homeland Security package, and it was repealed.

00:31:45.000 But they have made the autism record secret.

00:31:47.000 I wonder why.

00:31:49.000 So that's coming up.

00:31:49.000 Also, the Supreme Court citing more foreign cases following U.N.

00:31:53.000 orders.

00:31:54.000 We'll get back into that.

00:31:55.000 Also, California trying to use the war on terror to make all the records secret, and proceedings in local and state government secret.

00:32:04.000 I want to talk about these mass shootings that always pop up in rashes.

00:32:11.000 A lawsuit, school forced pregnancy and STD test.

00:32:15.000 Now we've seen this happen all over the country.

00:32:17.000 I mean, they'll grab ten year old girls and do sexual examinations on them for no reason. 1.00

00:32:23.000 Well, it's happened again.

00:32:25.000 And remember last week and Monday we had the lawyer on.

00:32:28.000 There in Tennessee they had hidden cameras in the girls' showers and boys' dressing rooms.

00:32:34.000 And the school said, so what?

00:32:35.000 Big deal.

00:32:37.000 And now they admit the images were sent out and accessible over the internet and accessed from other states.

00:32:42.000 So, talk about Big Brother.

00:32:44.000 It's all coming up.

00:32:46.000 Followers, be patient, because I have gotten my wires crossed.

00:32:49.000 I had thought this guest was coming up the third hour.

00:32:51.000 He's coming up in the first hour.

00:32:52.000 He'll only be on with us about ten minutes, because it's an important story, but one we can tell quickly.

00:32:56.000 And I'm honored to have him on the show with us today.

00:33:04.000 Let me go over this news article and we'll get him up on the air.

00:33:08.000 This article is out of Minnesota.

00:33:13.000 Again, the Associated Press report, peace group barred from sitting.

00:33:18.000 Hooray! 0.97

00:33:19.000 Now, whether you're for the peace groups or against them, you'd better be for the First Amendment because that's what the Fourth of July and America's all about.

00:33:27.000 But these neocons, and I've heard them all over the radio, say that people should be arrested if they protest or demonstrate because, quote, that aids the terrorist.

00:33:37.000 And even liberals are doing this!

00:33:39.000 Out in California, the Assistant Attorney General Mike Van Winkle said that, chilling statements, three weeks ago in the Oakland Tribune that's on Infowars.com.

00:33:50.000 Peace group barred from city parade, and it says the Brannard Area Coalition for Peace was denied a spot in Friday's July 4th parade on the basis of safety issues.

00:34:01.000 Community action officials said today Nancy Cross, Executive Director, Uh, the Community Action said her board made the decision on the basis of general safety after consulting with the Police Chief John Bullock, if I'm pronouncing that right, and City Attorney Tom Fitzpatrick.

00:34:19.000 The police told us they were spread absolutely too thin, Cross said.

00:34:24.000 She said the decision was not made haphazardly.

00:34:27.000 Cross said Community Action offered to reserve a spot on the parade route where the coalition could display its signs, but the peace group rejected that idea.

00:34:35.000 And we hear this over and over again.

00:34:36.000 Pro-gun groups try to demonstrate in Arizona cities.

00:34:40.000 And they say, well, you have to pay for police security.

00:34:44.000 Or you have to go to a special place.

00:34:46.000 Or you can't be part of the parade.

00:34:48.000 Or they tell environmental activists the same thing.

00:34:50.000 It's across the board.

00:34:53.000 Larry Fisk, spokesman for the BACB, said the option of setting up a booth would not have given his group the same exposure and was not the same manner in which other groups were treated.

00:35:03.000 And the article goes on to talk about, and there's several articles on this, how any group that wanted to be part of it, hunter groups, veterans groups, civic groups, the Rotary Club, they could all be part of it.

00:35:16.000 Your little kids could be in it if they wanted to.

00:35:18.000 They have the same type of raids in Austin, but not a peace group.

00:35:22.000 And in a letter of facts to Community Action and city officials, Wednesday pissed, urged them to reconsider and raise the possibility of legal action.

00:35:32.000 And so now he joins us.

00:35:33.000 And we see this type of Gestapo attitude everywhere, trying to oppress and repress the First Amendment action.

00:35:42.000 Larry Fisk, good to have you on the show, sir.

00:35:44.000 Thank you.

00:35:45.000 Glad to be here.

00:35:46.000 This is a big deal.

00:35:47.000 This article is a whitewash compared to the other stories I've seen.

00:35:51.000 What really happened and why should we be concerned about this?

00:35:54.000 Well what happened was that our group met in early June and decided we wanted to participate

00:35:59.000 in the parade like other parts of the community do and let the community know that the peace

00:36:05.000 movement is alive and that we are a part of the community and that our members and supporters

00:36:09.000 are active in the community.

00:36:11.000 In fact, one of our members was originally involved in founding this parade back about

00:36:16.000 1974 or 75.

00:36:19.000 And Brainerd made the big deal out of the 4th of July.

00:36:22.000 The Union Community Action organized it and I was told by an MCLU attorney that they received

00:36:29.000 $60,000 in a levy from the city.

00:36:33.000 They called it the American Celebration and they called Brainerd Minnesota's 4th of July

00:36:36.000 capital and they made a big deal out of it and we wanted to be a part of that.

00:36:41.000 Now George Washington said that foreign entanglements were horrible, imperialism was horrible, and

00:36:48.000 I can think of nothing more patriotic.

00:36:51.000 That on the 4th of July, going out and being involved in the community with your view, that is in line with George Washington.

00:36:59.000 Well, actually our, we entered, filled out the form and entered, and we said the name of our unit was Supporting American Freedoms.

00:37:07.000 We were going to have a signed banner saying, Supporting American Freedoms of Speech, Assembly, and Dissent.

00:37:13.000 I'm saying peace is patriotic.

00:37:14.000 Oh, that's even worse than I thought!

00:37:16.000 You were talking about the actual Bill of Rights celebrating dissent!

00:37:21.000 And they told you... Now, again, in America, you shouldn't have to fill out a form of what you're going to be saying and doing.

00:37:27.000 This is incredible.

00:37:28.000 Well, you know, they didn't require you to say what you're doing, but they asked, you know, what's the theme of your unit or what's the name of your unit?

00:37:35.000 And the name of our unit was Supporting American Freedom.

00:37:38.000 And these were the signs we were going to have.

00:37:39.000 We were going to have our coalition banner and American flag.

00:37:42.000 But that wasn't kosher on the 4th of July.

00:37:45.000 Excuse me?

00:37:45.000 That wasn't acceptable on the 4th of July.

00:37:48.000 Well, apparently not.

00:37:49.000 So we sent up the form on the 18th.

00:37:56.000 We received it on the 19th.

00:37:57.000 We faxed it back on the morning of the 20th.

00:38:01.000 didn't hear anything back. So I called in on the 25th and talked to somebody who said

00:38:08.000 well they were in the process of sending confirmations out in the next couple of days so I didn't

00:38:12.000 have any idea there was any problems of any kind. Then on the 30th you could call from

00:38:19.000 Nancy Cross, their executive director, saying that this year's celebration was honoring

00:38:25.000 the military and they couldn't guarantee the safety of peace marchers and we would not

00:38:29.000 be allowed to march.

00:38:30.000 So now you've got your First Amendment unless the government decides it might be dangerous.

00:38:35.000 Oh, your speech is okay as long as it doesn't offend anybody and so now you're punished because somebody out there might not like the First Amendment and might need to move to Russia.

00:38:46.000 Right, and I said that we weren't worried to march, but she said no.

00:38:53.000 It wasn't political, it was a safety issue.

00:38:58.000 And I asked who made the decision, and she said the Board of Directors.

00:39:02.000 And I asked the names of the Board of Directors, and she wouldn't give them to me.

00:39:06.000 And said she didn't want to speak anymore about it.

00:39:08.000 Oh yes, it's a national security issue.

00:39:10.000 Gotta be real secretive.

00:39:12.000 They also obviously tried to run the clock out on you.

00:39:15.000 Well, yeah.

00:39:16.000 It was only a few days before the spray that we heard.

00:39:19.000 So you threatened legal action.

00:39:20.000 What happened next?

00:39:22.000 I did a follow-up call and she said they were not going to change their minds.

00:39:26.000 that you referred to.

00:39:29.000 I did a follow-up call and she said they were not going to change their minds.

00:39:37.000 So we subsequently had a meeting and there were a few people who said, "Well, maybe we

00:39:44.000 should ask the city to apologize." 0.77

00:39:45.000 Overwhelmingly, people said, you know, they also got a letter from a person at the Minnesota Civil Liberties Union, pretty much saying the same thing, you know, just referring to some case law and saying, you know, this is a violation of state law.

00:39:59.000 Well, it's also discrimination.

00:40:01.000 It's like telling blacks that, oh, you can go to the restaurant, you just got to get it out of the way. 1.00

00:40:06.000 The food out of the back window. 0.87

00:40:07.000 I said that to him.

00:40:09.000 I said, so look, what if a black organization wanted to march and we thought there was racist activity in the area? 0.86

00:40:13.000 We could say, well, it's unfortunate that black people can't march in parades.

00:40:17.000 And they said, you know, we're sorry. 0.52

00:40:20.000 We just can't do it.

00:40:21.000 Well, that was the argument used to try to block people engaging in the First Amendment during the 60s.

00:40:27.000 It was, oh, it's for your safety.

00:40:30.000 Right.

00:40:31.000 So what we decided is to The Minnesota Civil Liberties Union has basically contacted us and looked into it a bit, and so we decided to go to them and have them take it up if they see merit to the case and they're investigating the case presently.

00:40:50.000 Well, this just shows the mindset of government, and they're doing it to liberals, they're doing it to conservatives, and they tell Pro-gun groups when they're standing out on the street corner with signs protesting city gun laws.

00:41:03.000 The police will come and say leave or we're going to arrest you.

00:41:05.000 Your protest is dangerous.

00:41:07.000 I'll tell you another story.

00:41:09.000 Early when anti-war activity was beginning before the Iraq War, I was at another community nearby which is St.

00:41:21.000 Cloud, Minnesota.

00:41:23.000 there was a protest along the street and the police stopped, told us all we had to get off the street, go back down into

00:41:29.000 the park.

00:41:30.000 The traffic was slowing down to 35 miles an hour.

00:41:34.000 And I pointed up ahead and said, "Well, the speed limit's 30."

00:41:38.000 And he said, "No, you cannot protest on the street here."

00:41:41.000 And we said, "What street in St. Cloud can we protest in?"

00:41:44.000 And they said, "No street. Either you get off the street or we arrest you."

00:41:47.000 Now people did take that to the city the next week and got that sorted out.

00:41:51.000 [inaudible]

00:41:52.000 Well, that shows the mindset.

00:41:53.000 These guys need to move to Communist China. 0.71

00:41:57.000 That's where they operate like this.

00:41:58.000 So, this is across the board.

00:42:00.000 So, there hasn't been an apology by the city, then?

00:42:04.000 No, nothing.

00:42:04.000 In fact, now they are totally slammed up.

00:42:07.000 A woman called me.

00:42:09.000 We're trying to just write a little paper for school, and she's going to use this as a subject.

00:42:14.000 They wouldn't even tell me Community Action's numbers.

00:42:17.000 They won't say anything there.

00:42:19.000 So now you've got a little town saying you can't know the number to the board.

00:42:24.000 Oh, yes, it's for security.

00:42:26.000 I was wondering, could I give an email address if anybody was interested in contacting our local paper in support of our... Oh, absolutely.

00:42:36.000 You want to give a city number out?

00:42:37.000 You want to give a number out to this commission?

00:42:40.000 Anything you want to do, go ahead.

00:42:43.000 Letters to our local paper would be BDForum at BrainerdDispatch.com.

00:42:52.000 Brainerd is B-R-A-I-N-D-R-D.

00:42:58.000 BDForum at BrainerdDispatch.com.

00:43:02.000 Okay, let me stop you for a second.

00:43:03.000 Did folks just go to Infowars.com?

00:43:07.000 Uh, it's one of our top stories.

00:43:09.000 We have it there.

00:43:10.000 A list of the guests that are coming on today.

00:43:12.000 And we have Larry Fisk listed there.

00:43:14.000 We have a link to the BrainerdDispatch.com website.

00:43:17.000 And on the left-hand side, down at the bottom, it says Contact List.

00:43:21.000 You can contact my phone number and email every department with a whitewashing newspaper.

00:43:28.000 If you want to encourage them to stand up for the First Amendment, they might want to do that.

00:43:32.000 You know, they are a newspaper.

00:43:34.000 So folks, just... I would like to say that the newspaper, which does tend to not always support our point of view by any means, but they have covered this story and, you know, let our opinion out and... Well, I'm reading a July 3rd article, and it seems like a spin piece to me.

00:43:49.000 Are there other articles?

00:43:51.000 Well, there's one thing... There are several articles.

00:43:53.000 There's one thing that's been repeatedly in the paper.

00:43:56.000 repeatedly that I called them about today, and that is that the city's been saying that

00:44:01.000 our application was late.

00:44:03.000 And when you get the forms, there is a thing mentioning July 15th.

00:44:07.000 We had originally contacted them before that, and we didn't get the forms they were supposed

00:44:12.000 to send.

00:44:13.000 But the thing is, we were in numerous phone contacts with them.

00:44:17.000 Nothing was said about any deadline.

00:44:19.000 They had a recording on their machine after the 15th, and they sent it in, and they said,

00:44:25.000 "You know, on the 18th, we were talking to them, and they said, 'Yeah,'" and they sent

00:44:29.000 us the application on the 18th.

00:44:31.000 We received it on the 19th.

00:44:32.000 We faxed it right in the morning of the 20th.

00:44:34.000 Nobody said anything about late, even when Nancy Cross called.

00:44:37.000 Well, yeah, I understand what government does.

00:44:39.000 They lie.

00:44:39.000 That's what they do.

00:44:40.000 We would not be able to march on the 30th.

00:44:42.000 He said nothing about, uh, late application having anything to do with it, but now they keep bringing this up, you know, the application.

00:44:49.000 Yeah, that's their excuse.

00:44:52.000 Your application to be part of a parade.

00:44:54.000 Alright, well thank you for coming on the show, Larry Fisk, and Godspeed to you.

00:44:57.000 Good luck.

00:44:57.000 I appreciate it.

00:44:58.000 What is that website?

00:44:58.000 uh... uh...

00:45:00.000 you're so you're the without you

00:45:02.000 w_w_w_ dot i_d_m_f_ all w_a_r_s_ dot com info wars dot com or president planet dot com

00:45:10.000 okay well i i i appreciate you get back to court thank you larry

00:45:15.000 Absolutely.

00:45:16.000 I don't care who you are, if I agree with you or disagree with you.

00:45:20.000 I agree with you, this war was a fraud. 0.98

00:45:22.000 Now that's totally proven.

00:45:24.000 Obvious.

00:45:24.000 The neocons and the Hillary Clintons working together, bringing you this war.

00:45:28.000 But, uh, regardless, I agree with you.

00:45:30.000 I mean, I think anybody who wanted to march on that break should be able to.

00:45:33.000 It's called the First Amendment.

00:45:35.000 You restrict one group, you restrict everybody.

00:45:37.000 Let's go to the calls, as promised, and back in the news.

00:45:39.000 Uh, Wyatt, Marilyn, and Don, Bob, and others.

00:45:41.000 Go ahead, Wyatt, you're on the air.

00:45:43.000 Good afternoon, Alex.

00:45:44.000 How you doing?

00:45:44.000 Good.

00:45:45.000 Uh, listen, I'm furious.

00:45:46.000 I just read an article yesterday in the Baltimore Sun.

00:45:48.000 It was originally for the Los Angeles Times.

00:45:51.000 Uh, uh, Charles Piller.

00:45:53.000 Uh, the headline reads, residents, it's a big article Bob, I'm gonna hit on a few topics.

00:45:59.000 Residents, comma, officials split in, boom, in bio lab construction.

00:46:04.000 You know, these bio labs they want to put all across the country.

00:46:06.000 Yeah, part of BioShield, part of the forced inoculation program.

00:46:09.000 That's right.

00:46:10.000 Okay, in Hamilton, Montana, which is about 65, 70 miles south of Missoula, Uh, right on the border there with Idaho.

00:46:18.000 It says, in the shadow of the snow-capped Bitterroot Mountains, moon-sooted, moon-cladded scientists will soon begin producing gallons of concentrated death.

00:46:28.000 Isn't that nice?

00:46:29.000 Concentrated death.

00:46:31.000 Oh, but it's just a study, Ed.

00:46:34.000 Wyatt, you can trust them.

00:46:35.000 They don't want control out of a bio-release.

00:46:37.000 Of course not.

00:46:38.000 They're building this thing right across the street from a senior citizen center, right across from restaurants, and right down the street from a school football field, and then school.

00:46:48.000 There's only 3,700 people.

00:46:51.000 Don't worry, they're going to build dozens of them all over the country.

00:46:54.000 That's right, Derek, we're talking about it.

00:46:56.000 Now listen, why would the states, who are supposed to be broke, which is a a a a also saying everything's secret we can't

00:47:06.000 tell you what the city council did with the taxes that's secret now all over the

00:47:09.000 country because of the terrorists but we're going to tell you where

00:47:12.000 all the new level four bio weapons labs are going to be. Yeah, they're going to tell

00:47:15.000 you where they are but they want to keep it secret. It says a university research center and some local officials

00:47:19.000 are clamoring to join the building boom because of the hundreds of millions of

00:47:23.000 dollars in research money. Well that's the reason they're doing it.

00:47:27.000 They want it in their neighborhood. It says a modern bio four level lab.

00:47:34.000 Do some--

00:47:35.000 Ebola and lots of viruses.

00:47:38.000 Oh, isn't that nice?

00:47:40.000 Yes.

00:47:40.000 If there's about 20 liters of concentrated Ebola and other dangerous organisms, enough to infect every person on the planet, will be produced just in one, so that they can study vaccines.

00:47:51.000 Of course, there are no vaccines, according to them, for us.

00:47:53.000 But, but, but Bush says they're going to make them, and then make it mandatory, and of course there'll be a release, and then you'll need to take the shot.

00:48:01.000 It is Creighton named John LaMontagne, Deputy Director of NIAID at Bethesda National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease.

00:48:11.000 Bethesda, Maryland here.

00:48:12.000 We've got enough of these here.

00:48:13.000 We've got four teachers.

00:48:15.000 It's unbelievable.

00:48:16.000 What, you didn't like how they mailed anthrax out?

00:48:19.000 Oh, yeah.

00:48:20.000 The most weaponized form ever seen?

00:48:21.000 Well, don't worry.

00:48:23.000 Bush got a heads up to be on Cipro four weeks before it showed up.

00:48:26.000 Listen to this.

00:48:26.000 He says it did to people that are protesting.

00:48:29.000 Stay there.

00:48:29.000 Sure.

00:51:30.000 Alright, Wyatt, Maryland. You're absolutely right to be concerned about BioShield.

00:51:41.000 Alex, this is just unbelievable.

00:51:44.000 I mean, this one guy from NIAID in Bethesda, Maryland, he says that these people, he calls them intransigents, which sounds terrible, but it just means people who live there.

00:51:55.000 It says, critics as intangrient spoilers who don't understand level 4 precautions.

00:52:02.000 Sterilized waste from such labs is cleaner than what comes out of anybody's home!

00:52:06.000 Yeah, right.

00:52:07.000 Let me stop you. 0.95

00:52:10.000 Today, on InfoWars.com, we have the BBC, where they admit that they, quote, killed troops, Americans killed American troops and British troops in and outside Porton Down as late as the mid-eighties, but no charges, because the government ordered it, and Three years ago, it was Porton Downs that admits that they quote, accidentally released weaponized foot and mouth, then they had to kill eight million sheep, four million cows, and then wouldn't let people restock and use that as a police state measure.

00:52:42.000 I mean, it goes on and on.

00:52:43.000 I know, Alex. 1.00

00:52:44.000 Look, some of the things in here are so amazingly stupid that are quoted by these so-called intelligent idiots. 1.00

00:52:51.000 We're getting as close to fail-safe as possible. 1.00

00:52:55.000 Adding as fail-safe as a space shuttle. 0.99

00:52:57.000 They're not idiots, they know what they're doing. 0.87

00:52:59.000 I know, but he says, "We're getting as close to fail-safe as possible, adding as fail-safe as a space shuttle." 0.99

00:53:06.000 Well, my God, we've had two space shuttles blow up!

00:53:08.000 [laughter]

00:53:09.000 I mean, you know, and they said they're building this to withstand a small plane crash.

00:53:15.000 It could be a break.

00:53:16.000 A home could withstand a small plane crash if necessary.

00:53:19.000 Now let me stop you, Wyatt.

00:53:23.000 Some articles say a dozen, some say 26, some say 40.

00:53:27.000 How many of these does this article say they're going to build?

00:53:30.000 It says six.

00:53:31.000 But it really didn't get into where the six are.

00:53:34.000 It just says bio over boom in bio lab construction.

00:53:38.000 But it points out about six.

00:53:39.000 It says dotting the country, dotting the country with these labs.

00:53:43.000 So it doesn't say it's a total of six.

00:53:46.000 See, every article says something different.

00:53:47.000 Right.

00:53:48.000 But right here in Fort Detrick, Maryland, they point out that there are so many leaks in the old pipes.

00:53:55.000 and a concrete cover pipe that they're leaking contaminants and it's a groundwork.

00:54:00.000 The Russians released anthrax and killed thousands of people, okay? 0.99

00:54:04.000 Right. I mean, it's such insanity. 0.65

00:54:07.000 What I think they're going to do, they'll have enough labs across this country

00:54:12.000 that all they have to do is release a little bit of something

00:54:14.000 and everybody in the United States could drop dead.

00:54:18.000 Well, that won't happen.

00:54:20.000 No, it won't happen.

00:54:20.000 They'll have a few thousand, they'll have a few thousand die and then clamp down the cities and say, after this happened, we gotta take your rights to keep you safe.

00:54:28.000 Thanks for the call.

00:54:30.000 Yeah, folks.

00:54:30.000 I mean, they're behind it all, and the CFR is saying, we're going to get hit by vile weapons, our lives are going to change, they're going to take all our rights, and they're building these everywhere and saying, oh, we're going to develop dozens of vaccines that will be forced.

00:54:44.000 All right, we're going to break, and we will come back with Don and Bob and Thad and others.

00:54:47.000 And I kind of got behind because I thought that guest was on the third hour, but...

00:54:51.000 That means we just got another guest coming off in about 15 minutes in the middle of the next hour and then I'll be done with guests and we'll have time for all your calls but I'll go to your calls when we get back first and then I'll have time to get to all this news, the vaccine news, the gun grabbing news, the mass shooting news.

00:55:08.000 I mean there's just so much we've got to go over so please stay with us.

00:55:11.000 Before I end this hour and the last minute I got left here, Please go to Infowars.com or PrisonPlanet.com.

00:56:32.000 This is the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:56:48.000 Mainstream media.

00:56:50.000 Government cover-ups.

00:56:52.000 You want answers?

00:56:53.000 Well, so does he.

00:56:55.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:56:59.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:57:05.000 We have a government that admits they've killed U.S.

00:57:10.000 troops, foreign troops, and chemical and biological weapons tests.

00:57:13.000 It's all over the news right now on Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:57:20.000 And now they want to build dozens, they won't tell us the exact numbers, some articles say a dozen, some 26, some 30-something, bioweapons labs all over the country, in populated areas, in big cities, in small towns, And they want to build, as you were just hearing one of our callers talk about out of a news story, and I've seen the articles, they're going to build them all over the country, and they're going to produce liters of liquid death.

00:57:44.000 So it's a big deal.

00:57:45.000 We've had a victory against Walmart and the Defense Department, and the secret documents we got from inside of the Auto ID Center, part of the Uniform Commercial Code, planning to microchip every product.

00:57:56.000 And Catherine Albrecht is coming on in the next segment.

00:57:59.000 Right now, let's go to Don in Michigan, and then Bob and others.

00:58:02.000 Don, you're on the air.

00:58:03.000 How you doing, Alex?

00:58:04.000 Pretty good, sir.

00:58:05.000 Did you get my email I sent to you?

00:58:08.000 About what's going on up in Fremont, Michigan here?

00:58:11.000 Yes, I did.

00:58:11.000 How they're land-grabbing.

00:58:12.000 It's going on everywhere.

00:58:13.000 No, that's not it, Alex.

00:58:15.000 There's been a raid.

00:58:16.000 State police.

00:58:17.000 There's been a trooper killed.

00:58:19.000 Another one shot.

00:58:21.000 My contacts here in Michigan say that the guy, the citizen's been shot.

00:58:26.000 They shot him from a military helicopter.

00:58:28.000 He's got shot seven times.

00:58:31.000 I know you don't like to talk about theories, only the documented stuff, so I'll leave that alone.

00:58:34.000 But, uh, state police, they say that he's, uh, they haven't found him and they're looking for him.

00:58:39.000 Uh, police from seven states away are helping.

00:58:42.000 This is big news right now in Michigan.

00:58:44.000 Well, I'll have to go to the Associated Press and find out more, and I'll do that.

00:58:48.000 Did this happen today?

00:58:49.000 This happened Sunday night.

00:58:51.000 Uh, what supposedly happened, uh, the guy, Christian, Patriot, Militia, whatever, conservative views, uh, believes women should be wearing dresses instead of pants.

00:59:01.000 Apparently he was at a gas station in Fremont, Hesperia, Michigan.

00:59:06.000 And some young women were out there. 0.99

00:59:08.000 I wasn't there.

00:59:09.000 I don't know.

00:59:10.000 I'm just telling you what I read.

00:59:11.000 Apparently they weren't dressed too conservatively.

00:59:15.000 And he made some comments.

00:59:16.000 But long story short, they filed a complaint against him. 0.89

00:59:19.000 And supposedly he's soliciting sex from minors.

00:59:24.000 But the police were sent out there to serve the warrant.

00:59:28.000 He barricaded himself.

00:59:31.000 He tried to hit her.

00:59:33.000 I guess Trooper Kevin Marshall's been shot dead.

00:59:36.000 There's another one wounded.

00:59:39.000 My people say that, you know, there was helicopters there firing down into the house.

00:59:43.000 Right here, the big news channel in Michigan is 9-10 News up in northern Michigan here, and I watched it last night and today.

00:59:48.000 I saw an armored personnel carrier right up at the guy's house by the cornfield there.

00:59:52.000 It looked just like Waco, Texas.

00:59:53.000 They ran through.

00:59:54.000 I saw an explosion right there from the windows just blowing out.

00:59:57.000 Alright, I will, when did you send your email?

00:59:59.000 I sent it last night and I just sent you another one today.

01:00:02.000 Okay, to what box?

01:00:03.000 I sent it to Tips at Infowars and Alex at Infowars.

01:00:06.000 I can give you the site right now, it's Grand Rapids Press.

01:00:09.000 It'll tell you all about it.

01:00:10.000 Okay, I'll find it.

01:00:11.000 Thank you, sir.

01:00:11.000 I'll cover it.

01:00:12.000 Thank you.

01:00:13.000 And we'll get more information.

01:00:15.000 Very interesting.

01:00:15.000 Thank you, Don.

01:00:16.000 Bob in New York.

01:00:17.000 Go ahead, you're on the air.

01:00:18.000 Hi, Alex.

01:00:19.000 How are you today?

01:00:20.000 Well, just amazing stuff going on.

01:00:22.000 Isn't it?

01:00:23.000 Hey, this is a follow-up from yesterday in regards to what I refer to as a degaussing coil.

01:00:30.000 We were talking about trying to deactivate the RFID tracker chips we're now going to put in everything.

01:00:35.000 And I just wanted to reiterate that you don't want to do this around any film or any electronic device, which kind of, you know, what are you going to do about that?

01:00:43.000 Are you talking about the magnetic wand that you use to erase audio tape?

01:00:47.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:00:48.000 What you do is just plug it into a 110 outlet, press the button, and The coils of wire give you a huge magnetic field and it'll blow out those RFID tags.

01:00:58.000 Now will it erase them or blow them out?

01:01:02.000 It'll blow them out.

01:01:04.000 I spent about 8 years in the military in electronics and I went into retail where I actually was in the CD business and I had to have RFID or a similar device called I don't know.

01:01:17.000 symptomatic but uh... yet definitely large magnetic field to blow it out

01:01:22.000 the other issue i wanted to bring up this is really bizarre

01:01:26.000 back when i was about twenty one years old i took a note

01:01:30.000 and that was to support and defend the constitution and uh... just recently

01:01:35.000 i noticed that uh... some military officials were retaking it

01:01:40.000 uh... i won't stay there we'll get to you later you're sick because you allow yourself to remain sick 0.84

01:01:45.000 And you remain sick because you don't provide your body with the enzymes and other nutrients that only come from raw foods.

01:01:51.000 You haven't alkalized your body, and in fact, you continue to acidify it with a primarily cooked food diet.

01:01:57.000 You still use either meat, fish, eggs, and or dairy products for your protein instead of spirulina and chlorella.

01:02:03.000 The two most important protein superfoods known.

01:02:05.000 Finally, you don't consume iodized water.

01:02:08.000 Normal tap water that is transformed into a powerful antioxidant that is very alkaline, balancing your body pH as it brings you into homostasis.

01:02:16.000 It's also very hydrating and more importantly, extremely detoxifying.

01:04:50.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:04:53.000 [Music]

01:05:04.000 All right, my friends. We're back live, already in the second hour.

01:05:08.000 We're going to go back to the calls.

01:05:09.000 We're going to go back to the calls, back to Bob and Thad and others coming up here in just about 10-15 minutes.

01:05:20.000 The toll-free number to join us on air is 800-259-9231.

01:05:25.000 800-259-9231.

01:05:25.000 Last Friday and then on Monday, we covered articles about Tennessee where they have hidden cameras in the 10- to 14-year-old school children's bathrooms, dressing rooms in public schools.

01:05:36.000 It's going on all over the country, but they've been caught in one particular area.

01:05:41.000 Well, now they're back at it again in other areas of the nation, doing these sexual exams on young girls for absolutely no reason.

01:05:50.000 So, this is your government, folks, training you that the children don't belong to you and abusing your children.

01:05:57.000 Now, Katherine Albrecht, She is the founder and she runs No Cards and the organization Caspian.

01:06:05.000 They fight against biometrics, Big Brother, the shopping cards that track and trace you, the so-called discount cards that are really designed to rip you off, find out what you've got to buy, what you really want, and then actually jack those prices up and manipulate you.

01:06:18.000 That's how she got into this.

01:06:19.000 We've had her on two or three times in the past.

01:06:22.000 We had her on yesterday and we ran out of time.

01:06:25.000 We're talking about the secret documents of Walmart, the Defense Department, Botger & Gamble, and others in the Auto ID Center, part of the Uniform Commercial Code and barcoding system.

01:06:36.000 And they've been caught lying, saying that they didn't want to put shelf readers and scanners that scan you as you walk around through the store.

01:06:44.000 The microchips, again, are activated as you leave the store.

01:06:48.000 They're still activated.

01:06:50.000 Now there's news articles admitting they plan to use it for taxing you as you drive around in your car, already doing it out in San Francisco according to the San Manto Times.

01:06:59.000 They got some of the, well they were secret documents, but the fools at Auto ID Center actually had a back door that was wide open to everybody on their website to get their corporate minutes.

01:07:12.000 And they talk about suppressing the people, manipulating the people, pacifying them, how to control you, how you're apathetic.

01:07:20.000 They don't care if the majority of you are against it.

01:07:23.000 Uh, it's, they talk about strategies to manipulate and to basically lie to the public.

01:07:28.000 It's a big news story, so, Catherine, recap the basics, and then let's get into a law you guys have written that you're hoping Ron Paul will sponsor that we know will have great support with the people, but not with the bureaucrats in Washington.

01:07:42.000 Hey, absolutely, Alex.

01:07:43.000 But listen, before we get started, I've got to share some very good news with your listeners.

01:07:47.000 It's just in.

01:07:48.000 Walmart has unexpectedly canceled plans to do these shelf trials in Brockton, Massachusetts.

01:07:55.000 Now, you know about this?

01:07:58.000 This is where they were... Yes, I actually... I have a Reuters story here where Walmart unexpectedly, quote, cancels You know, they'll just announce it again quietly next week after the heat is off.

01:08:13.000 Well, we'll see.

01:08:14.000 I think they're taking an awful lot of heat.

01:08:16.000 We're scoring this one as a victory.

01:08:18.000 And Alex, your listeners can get actually an exclusive on this piece of information, but I was actually in a Walmart store in Brockton.

01:08:27.000 I saw that smart shelf with my own eyes.

01:08:32.000 And now they're canceling it.

01:08:34.000 And now they're saying, "Well, you know, we never really were really going to ever even do that in the first place."

01:08:39.000 So, uh...

01:08:40.000 So that shows the army of one out there for real taking action.

01:08:44.000 Well, I'm telling you, you know, these people are really running scared.

01:08:47.000 They know they've got a problem with 78% of consumers opposing this technology.

01:08:52.000 And all it takes is for, you know, you folks out there to put in the phone calls, to put the pressure on them, and

01:08:57.000 they go running for the hills.

01:08:59.000 So I am feeling like we consumers right now are holding the power in our hands.

01:09:04.000 And if we can capitalize on this right now, if we can take advantage of the fact that we are now being listened to,

01:09:09.000 that the media of the entire world and every one of these RFID companies has all eyes on us as consumers

01:09:16.000 and waiting to see what it is that we want and what it is we're going to do next.

01:09:19.000 Now, Catherine, for those that don't know, they brag in their corporate minutes, and

01:09:24.000 it's the Defense Department, Walmart, all the big guys, they want to make this the standard

01:09:28.000 system, replace the barcode or supplement it.

01:09:30.000 It's trackable, traceable, it's for the casual society control grid.

01:09:34.000 Now in these documents you just got this week, and then they admit you've got them, they're

01:09:38.000 very mad that you have them, according to the Associated Press, and you've now posted

01:09:43.000 We've got them on Infowars.com today as well.

01:09:45.000 A mirror of those documents.

01:09:47.000 There's some of them, hundreds of pages of it.

01:09:49.000 They're now saying that, okay, you shouldn't have those, but in it they talk about how to pacify, how to manipulate, how to keep the people in the dark.

01:09:58.000 They called in big PR firms, trying to lie to the people.

01:10:02.000 Go over some of that for them.

01:10:04.000 Well, you know, the part that we found most interesting about their research, and by the way, they're not claiming that we shouldn't have them, they're now taking a very different tact, and I'm sure they're... Well, there was an article yesterday in the AP, they said that you shouldn't have those documents, that that was their quote.

01:10:16.000 Have they changed that again?

01:10:17.000 You know, what they're now saying is, oh, we meant to do that.

01:10:20.000 We meant to post all those... everything we do is an open book, we haven't... Now, wait a minute.

01:10:25.000 Yesterday, and I have the mainstream articles, they said they were very mad that you had those.

01:10:30.000 Well, go figure, because their story is changing, I think, as fast as they can make it up.

01:10:35.000 There is no Patriot Act.

01:10:36.000 There is a Patriot Act.

01:10:37.000 It doesn't affect citizens.

01:10:38.000 It does affect citizens.

01:10:39.000 It's just, there are weapons of mass destruction, and you're lying if you say there aren't.

01:10:45.000 Okay, there are weapons of mass destruction.

01:10:47.000 Okay, there aren't weapons of mass destruction.

01:10:49.000 I mean, it's just every day, endless flip-flopping.

01:10:52.000 Well, we're getting this from the Auto A.C.

01:10:54.000 Center.

01:10:54.000 We're getting this from Gillette.

01:10:56.000 We're getting it from Walmart.

01:10:57.000 I, you know, it's funny because I, even to this day, I'm still amazed when I get lied to.

01:11:01.000 Believe it or not, with all the stuff I know, you would think I would have overgrown or outgrown my naivete, but I'm always stunned when these people lie.

01:11:09.000 And their latest twist on these documents is they have gone through, and hand by hand, every single document.

01:11:15.000 They have written in confidential until, and then they've written old expiration dates on the documents.

01:11:21.000 So wait a minute, you downloaded them when it just hit confidential.

01:11:24.000 That's correct.

01:11:24.000 Then you reported on Monday that they were now altering them, and they're altering them, putting a confidential till date.

01:11:30.000 I mean, the news should have a field day with that, but of course they won't.

01:11:34.000 Well, and that's exactly what's happening.

01:11:36.000 If you look at the mirror, if you go to our website at nocards.org, you can download all 68 of those original confidential documents, and believe me, there's some juicy tidbits in those documents.

01:11:46.000 What they have done is they pulled them all off, and then one by one they put them back on with these new bogus confidential until deadlines.

01:11:53.000 They would say confidential until May 2003 or confidential until November 2002.

01:11:58.000 You talk about transparent, that's a big deal.

01:12:00.000 Well, and if you compare the before and the after versions, you'll see that that's been tacked on to every one of the documents, and many of the documents have yet to reappear at all.

01:12:10.000 And the most interesting part is that we have thousands of documents from their website, and by far the most interesting ones were never labeled confidential at all.

01:12:21.000 And if they are sincere about meaning that everything on their website was meant for public consumption, then we'll take them up on that and go ahead and begin releasing those documents.

01:12:32.000 That's amazing, and here it is from CNET News today.

01:12:35.000 Walmart cancels smart shelf trial.

01:12:38.000 Walmart stores have unexpectedly canceled testing for an experimental wireless inventory control system, ending one of the first and most closely watched efforts to bring controversial radio frequency identification technology to store shelves in the United States.

01:12:51.000 Well, Gillette didn't order Hundreds of millions of these for no reason, and I guarantee you this is going to continue, but this does show that they're on the run for now.

01:13:01.000 Well, they're on the run for now, and it's thanks to consumers out there who took the time to call and voice their complaints.

01:13:06.000 We're not out of the woods yet.

01:13:08.000 Gillette is still doing trials elsewhere.

01:13:10.000 They've pulled that particular set of trials.

01:13:12.000 Walmart is still trialing other consumer products as well.

01:13:15.000 So I think this is a nice, highly publicized retreat, but it doesn't mean we're out of the woods.

01:13:20.000 We need to let these people know we're going to boycott you, we're going to picket you, we are going to be on you until you make an absolute declaration that you're not going to be putting anything in consumer products.

01:13:29.000 So that's really what we're pushing for right now.

01:13:32.000 We have, as we discussed yesterday when we got off the air, we have two things that we are proposing that we think will fix this.

01:13:41.000 The first is we have authored a piece of legislation called the RFID Right to Know Act of 2003.

01:13:48.000 You can find the full text of that legislation on our website at nocards.org.

01:13:53.000 It's a second story down.

01:13:56.000 That legislation is looking for a sponsor.

01:13:59.000 uh...

01:14:56.000 [BLANK_AUDIO]

01:14:58.000 That's the first thing.

01:14:58.000 Second thing is we do not want, this would make it illegal, to attach personal identifying information to these tags.

01:15:06.000 Meaning, if you bought a sweater and it had one of these tags in the label, and you paid for it with a credit card, that they would not

01:15:15.000 associate in a database or anywhere else your name with that label,

01:15:20.000 so that you could later be tracked or tagged with that denial.

01:15:22.000 Now, Catherine, when they first started announcing this a couple years ago, they were very arrogant,

01:15:28.000 and they said that Prada's and other clothing stores were planning just that.

01:15:32.000 You will not be able to get a return slip unless they scan your name onto it when you leave.

01:15:38.000 That's been part of the plan all along.

01:15:41.000 Absolutely.

01:15:41.000 That's a key area to target in this and now we find they're putting them in shoes and announcing this.

01:15:47.000 Then they can be read from several feet to several hundred yards away as you walk around.

01:15:52.000 And your law would affect all the black boxes they put in the new cars, which they didn't tell anybody about, which police now use to prosecute people after auto accidents.

01:16:03.000 So there's all these different tracking and tracing devices in things and it needs to be labeled.

01:16:08.000 People need to know.

01:16:10.000 Absolutely.

01:16:10.000 And this is what our legislation aims to do.

01:16:12.000 It was authored by the Legislative Clinic at Boston University.

01:16:16.000 This was written by experts in writing legislation.

01:16:19.000 Actually, it was written with the supervision of experts.

01:16:22.000 It was actually written by a second-year law student by the name of Zoe Davidson, who is one of the most brilliant women I think I've ever met.

01:16:30.000 She did a fantastic job. 0.97

01:16:31.000 We've got to break, Catherine.

01:16:32.000 One more quick segment, then folks, we'll get into the other news.

01:16:36.000 After going to your calls, for those that have been holding, everybody stay with us.

01:18:42.000 The United States seems to be celebrating over its triumph of reducing government debt.

01:18:46.000 But the truth be told, public and private debt increased to a record high in 1999, reaching a peak of $14.8 trillion, marking 10.57% annual increase outpacing its previous 10 years.

01:18:59.000 The U.S.

01:18:59.000 economy receives its currency by taking on debt through a private banking institution called the Federal Reserve System.

01:19:05.000 In the year 2000, debt growth collapsed to only 4.5%.

01:19:09.000 It's bad enough that the U.S.

01:19:10.000 citizens is bound by debt in order to have commerce.

01:19:13.000 However, shocking the economy with the reduction of this magnitude could wipe out years of growth in a stock portfolio.

01:20:47.000 It's Alex Jones only on the GCN Radio Network.

01:20:52.000 All right, folks, we're back live.

01:20:56.000 Catherine Albrecht is our guest, and we're going to be going to the callers coming up here in a few minutes.

01:21:02.000 All the great folks that are holding the toll-free number to join us on air is 800-259-9231.

01:21:10.000 Believe me, Definitely want to hear the news.

01:21:13.000 It's coming up.

01:21:13.000 It's all just out of control.

01:21:15.000 Proving how criminal the government is. 0.58

01:21:18.000 How just insane with tyranny they are and despotism.

01:21:22.000 Our last segment with Catherine You've got this legislation. 0.99

01:21:27.000 It's sensible.

01:21:28.000 People need to know what's happening.

01:21:30.000 The government's even trying to take labels off now for meat that's been irradiated or take labels off if it's got aspartame or take labels off if something's not organic.

01:21:42.000 They really don't want us to know.

01:21:44.000 What they're doing to us.

01:21:46.000 This is a big victory.

01:21:47.000 Walmart had announced it was going to go in all their stores and they were going to make all their suppliers adopt the RFID.

01:21:53.000 Having them back off the trials is a big deal, but we need to get Ron Paul to sponsor this bill and that's why you're here today.

01:22:01.000 How do we do that?

01:22:03.000 What you want to do is contact Ron Paul's office.

01:22:06.000 Now, this won't be of very much help unless you're in his district.

01:22:10.000 So, if Ron Paul is your congressman, and you can find that out, I'm sure, by going online if you're not sure who your congressman is, and looking up your district there, but you can reach Ron Paul at this email address, rep.paul at mail.house And Alex, maybe you can put that email address up on your website so people can find it.

01:22:34.000 Catherine?

01:22:35.000 Yes?

01:22:35.000 Right here in Austin, his district surrounds us.

01:22:39.000 We're on six affiliates in Texas, and four of them are in his district, or cover his district.

01:22:46.000 News Talk 1260 is right here in Austin, so thousands, tens of thousands of Ron Paul constituents and voters, because my listeners are all Ron Paul supporters, They're there listening right now.

01:23:00.000 We need to encourage Ron Paul to adopt this legislation.

01:23:04.000 It is called the RFID Right to Know Act.

01:23:06.000 You can find it online at www.nocards.org.

01:23:09.000 No cards because our organization started fighting supermarket cards.

01:23:14.000 You can see the full text of the legislation in the summary of the bill.

01:23:18.000 I have spoken with Representative Paul's legislative analyst, a man by the name of Norm.

01:23:24.000 Yeah, I've met Norm and I've been to some dinners, he said, and I've met Ron Paul, had him on the show about 20 times.

01:23:36.000 He insisted very busy man.

01:23:37.000 He said he had not yet had an opportunity to read the legislation.

01:23:38.000 He was not really familiar with what it said.

01:23:39.000 Yeah, I've met Norm and I've been to some dinners, he said, and I've met Ron Paul, had

01:23:40.000 him on the show about 20 times.

01:23:41.000 They are overwhelmed, but we do need to push for labeling of this big brother technology

01:23:42.000 as a technology.

01:23:43.000 I think that's a big problem.

01:23:54.000 It's a great idea.

01:23:56.000 That will stop it cold.

01:23:58.000 We can get this passed.

01:23:59.000 I beg our listeners.

01:24:01.000 We even air Ron Paul's legislative updates twice a day on this network.

01:24:05.000 That's how Ron Paul friendly we are on this national network.

01:24:10.000 So, Ron Paul, I certainly hope, and he better bring forward this legislation.

01:24:16.000 And then the folks can lobby nationwide.

01:24:18.000 because as you said what seventy was a seven eight eight percent of people

01:24:23.000 believe that technology is going to invade privacy people are concerned it will get out of control it will be

01:24:28.000 abused and the other twenty two percent must be uh... 0.79

01:24:31.000 well basically retarded then well that's what i think 0.93

01:24:35.000 so here's the path to getting this introduced and by the way i regularly speak with members of the major

01:24:40.000 media major newspapers television all over the country

01:24:44.000 and they say that they cannot report on our legislation until we get a sponsor

01:24:48.000 once we have a sponsor at that point then they can write stories in every major

01:24:53.000 newspaper and every major magazine it will be on every major television program but until we

01:24:58.000 get a sponsor our legislation is just sitting there and getting no

01:25:01.000 coverage at all so we desperately need you

01:25:03.000 i'm calling on the residents of austin please come through for us

01:25:07.000 The entire rest, not only of the United States, but the world, is counting on Austin right now because I think this is the only congressman who is honorable enough to take this up.

01:25:16.000 Well, just so you know, Austin is Lloyd, big government dogged, but the surrounding, it's all gerrymandered by the Democrats.

01:25:24.000 The surrounding area down to Houston is all Ron Paul, and so Fredericksburg and It is called the RFID Rights to Know Act of 2003.

01:25:34.000 And you know what, Alex?

01:25:36.000 all of Central Texas, so a lot of our stations cover that area. People are listening right now,

01:25:41.000 and shame on them if they don't contact Ron Paul and tell him to adopt the, what's the

01:25:46.000 name of the legislation again? It is called the RFID Rights to Know Act of 2003. And you know

01:25:51.000 what, Alex? Since I'm sitting here, I'm going to put myself on the line. I'm calling, as you know,

01:25:56.000 I'm patched in by telephone, and I'm in New England.

01:26:00.000 I'm all the way up in New Hampshire.

01:26:02.000 I will personally fly out to Austin, and I will meet with any group of people there who want to work with me to get this legislation introduced.

01:26:11.000 I will fly out there in August.

01:26:13.000 I put myself on the line right now.

01:26:15.000 Contact me at this telephone number, 877-287-5854.

01:26:18.000 If I can get a dozen of you out there in Austin who want me to come out and push for this,

01:26:26.000 Godspeed.

01:26:27.000 Folks, go to the website.

01:26:28.000 There's a link to it on InfoWars.com.

01:26:29.000 Thanks for joining us.

01:26:30.000 Good idea.

01:26:31.000 We'll be right back.

01:26:33.000 We're on the march.

01:26:34.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:26:36.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:27:09.000 Waging war on corruption.

01:27:11.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:27:16.000 All right, I'm going to take three calls that have been holding the longest, then I'm going straight into this news for the balance of the hour.

01:27:23.000 Then I'm going to go back into your calls.

01:27:26.000 We don't have any other guests today, which is a good thing.

01:27:27.000 I'm getting frustrated here because we've had a lot of great guests on already, and we're taking a lot of great calls.

01:27:32.000 I'm taking some important news stories.

01:27:34.000 I'm taking some time out to cover those, but the news I haven't gotten to is just out of control.

01:27:41.000 Real quick, Bob in New York got caught short earlier as I told him to hold over.

01:27:45.000 He wanted to make a point about the oath of office or the oath in the military.

01:27:49.000 Go ahead, Bob.

01:27:51.000 Hi, Alex.

01:27:51.000 This is really weird, okay?

01:27:53.000 On CNN, I saw Bush reassigning or re-upping a bunch of military officers and enlisted people, okay?

01:28:03.000 And in that, they had changed the oath of office.

01:28:07.000 It went through the first, you know, section, the normal section, where, you know, support and defend the Constitution, blah, blah, blah.

01:28:14.000 But then it went into this segue of, uh, basically a loyalty oath to the President and all of his, uh, officers below him.

01:28:24.000 Now, I don't know if you recall yesterday, but what did Adolf Hitler do?

01:28:29.000 He took- He made the Wehrmacht- Yeah.

01:28:32.000 I got the film of that.

01:28:34.000 You're telling me- That they're giving a loyalty oath to Caesar.

01:28:38.000 Folks, if that is true, I believe you, but when and where did you see this?

01:28:42.000 It was on CNN, and it was like a week and a half ago, and I wish I had taped it, but I'm fearful that it got lost in... Where was he giving a speech?

01:28:52.000 At what military base?

01:28:54.000 I don't remember.

01:28:55.000 It just had, you know, all the pundits Okay, well, Paul Joseph Watson is a great webmaster.

01:29:05.000 Paul, do a search for about a week and a half ago, talking to my webmaster right now.

01:29:10.000 Get that.

01:29:11.000 Find out.

01:29:12.000 There'll be a text on AP or Fox or CNN or something.

01:29:15.000 ...of the President's speech, and then they'll have the troops perhaps giving their oath.

01:29:21.000 You're telling me that on the end of it, they gave a loyalty oath to the President?

01:29:26.000 To the President and his officers below him.

01:29:28.000 Now that is so bizarre.

01:29:31.000 I mean, it really flipped me off because, like I said... Well, look, everything's bizarre.

01:29:35.000 I mean, video cameras in elementary school dressing rooms... Alex, I'm 38, and I took this oath when I was 21.

01:29:43.000 Uh, you know, there was no timeline for this oath.

01:29:47.000 So as far as I'm concerned, even though I've been discharged and no longer under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, that I still need to support and defend my Constitution.

01:29:58.000 And when I heard this, it just, you know, it rubbed me wrong.

01:30:01.000 What did I say?

01:30:02.000 So they swear an oath to the Constitution and then to the President?

01:30:05.000 And then they go through and I loyally swear to follow the orders of my immediate supervisor

01:30:13.000 and above all the way to the commander in chief.

01:30:15.000 So notice they always had that problem of swearing an oath of constitution so you couldn't

01:30:21.000 follow unlawful orders but now, "Oh, I swore an oath to the bureaucrats too."

01:30:26.000 It's bizarre.

01:30:27.000 As they torch the Bill of Rights and Constitution, I'm sure we'll find out more.

01:30:30.000 Thanks.

01:30:31.000 Thanks, Bob.

01:30:31.000 Yep.

01:30:32.000 Let's talk to Roy in Florida and Aldo in California.

01:30:36.000 Roy, you're on the air.

01:30:37.000 Go ahead.

01:30:40.000 Go ahead, Roy.

01:30:40.000 You're on the air.

01:30:43.000 Hello?

01:30:44.000 Yes, okay.

01:30:45.000 I was listening to your guest on the RFID legislation.

01:30:50.000 Yes.

01:30:51.000 And I agree that 100% it needs to be done.

01:30:55.000 But the number one means for corporate America to track me or you or anybody else's spyware on the computer.

01:31:05.000 Oh, you're right.

01:31:06.000 And the cookies and All the things they do, the whole society is being geared for the total information awareness system.

01:31:14.000 And in addition to that legislation, why can't we have some legislation to label spyware when a webpage comes up?

01:31:27.000 And when they access your computer, what happens is you buy a computer program that does XYZ, And then built into it is what they call a Trojan Horse.

01:31:38.000 Kind of like this presidency for big government.

01:31:41.000 And then it, you walk in your computer in the middle of the night, has Microsoft accessing and downloading information.

01:31:49.000 They all do it.

01:31:50.000 And yes, they're getting away with it.

01:31:52.000 We've got to fight on all these fronts.

01:31:55.000 Alex, just, are you familiar with a program called Spybot S&D?

01:31:59.000 I've heard of it.

01:32:03.000 It's a wonderful Well, I'm not the computer expert, but the guy that runs InfoWars.net, Dwayne Coutts is a big internet service provider company.

01:32:17.000 He's not big, it's small compared to the big ones, but it's large.

01:32:23.000 He's got tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of members.

01:32:29.000 And he runs InfoWars.net.

01:32:31.000 Great internet service.

01:32:34.000 ISDN, DSL, dial-up, all that stuff.

01:32:36.000 A great dial-up.

01:32:37.000 I mean, you'll think you're on, you know, a better connection than normal dial-up just because he has good phone numbers, but it's nationwide service, and they have a, you know, the proxy servers, they have the virtual browser, so it gives you another identity and just blocks all of that out of hand.

01:32:56.000 I never plugged this, but people really should go switch from AOL and the other big brother systems to InfoWars.net.

01:33:04.000 Yeah, particularly any internet service provider that includes their own browser, AOL, MSN.

01:33:12.000 Well, I mean, having AOL is like having Echelon for your internet service provider.

01:33:17.000 Yes.

01:33:19.000 Okay, thank you, Alex.

01:33:21.000 Alright, I appreciate the call, Roy.

01:33:22.000 Great points.

01:33:23.000 Aldo in California, go ahead.

01:33:27.000 Hello, Alex.

01:33:28.000 Yes, sir.

01:33:28.000 How you doing, bud?

01:33:29.000 Fine.

01:33:30.000 Good.

01:33:30.000 Hey, this is a little late, actually, and I really wish I'd gotten this news to you a few months ago.

01:33:35.000 Actually, it was probably about beginning of June.

01:33:38.000 I was outside in my backyard, this is in Southern California, and I heard what I thought was like a model airplane or a prop airplane or something.

01:33:47.000 And you saw a drone.

01:33:48.000 I saw a drone.

01:33:49.000 Absolutely.

01:33:50.000 I have another mainstream news article here today where the aviation people are very upset they're going to launch drones.

01:33:58.000 They're already out nationwide.

01:33:59.000 They're going to watch all of us, but not the border.

01:34:02.000 And they've got high-powered radar that looks right through your walls.

01:34:05.000 So they're going to just fly right over, black and white image inside your house, through four feet of concrete if necessary.

01:34:11.000 And that's all part of the new police state.

01:34:15.000 Wow.

01:34:15.000 So what did you see in your backyard?

01:34:17.000 I just looked up in the sky and I just see this little, uh, you know, little, it sounded more like a model airplane, but a little bit louder, like a, like a, you know, Cessna or something to that effect.

01:34:26.000 And it was just screaming right across the sky and it was no mistake in it.

01:34:29.000 It was absolutely a drone.

01:34:31.000 It had the funny wings and everything.

01:34:32.000 One of the drones you've seen on the news.

01:34:34.000 Yeah, absolutely.

01:34:35.000 I've seen it on your website and multiple pictures of.

01:34:38.000 Well, I mean, it's not a conspiracy theory.

01:34:40.000 They admit it.

01:34:41.000 It's total surveillance.

01:34:42.000 And the Defense Department, five years ago, sort of pegged at police departments, put in this high-powered radar that looks right through your walls.

01:34:49.000 I mean, where's the Fourth Amendment, people?

01:34:51.000 That's not a free society when the Army's looking through your walls and the police are.

01:34:55.000 And by the way, it didn't stop 9-1-1, did it?

01:34:57.000 No, absolutely not.

01:34:58.000 They're behind you, the terrorists, right?

01:35:01.000 You know what I mean?

01:35:01.000 Well, that's it.

01:35:03.000 And I guess the new oath is worshiping the President.

01:35:05.000 I've got to confirm that.

01:35:06.000 Yeah, you know, real quick, Jackson, I know you don't have much time, but I need you to address this point.

01:35:11.000 I got video of this.

01:35:12.000 My wife says, get out of the shower at like 7.30 in the morning. 1.00

01:35:16.000 I run out a few months ago.

01:35:18.000 And here's the police helicopter flying around my house in little circles.

01:35:23.000 And then, shooting right by it, is a drone at about 100 feet, flew over the tree line.

01:35:28.000 And it was a drone, the standard, classic, little drone.

01:35:33.000 Uh, the, uh, the, uh, the, you know, type that had wings, not the disc-shaped type.

01:35:37.000 Right.

01:35:38.000 And there's the drone, and I'm just, oh, hi drone!

01:35:41.000 And there's, and that, that was a week after I talked about my cousin, who's out there at the airport merging the Army and the police, and admittedly they got drones, helicopters, everything.

01:35:51.000 Wow.

01:35:53.000 Really, really quick too, Alex, I need you to address these points, because you've actually converted myself, as well as my brothers, into absolute soldiers for this cause, and, and this is all we spend our time on now, mostly.

01:36:03.000 But we absolutely need some type of concrete info or documentation as far as the 80% population reduction.

01:36:10.000 And also, any light you can shed on the whole life extension question.

01:36:15.000 Because when we show people the videos, that's kind of one of their big, you know, things that they bring up and kind of use it as a way to discredit you.

01:36:22.000 And I believe, and I know it, but I just want some type of hard, concrete truth.

01:36:26.000 Well, in Road to Journey, and I point out that I'm going to make a whole film on that, the future in the film, I show some mainstream news articles.

01:36:34.000 I show text of Prince Philip's book published in 1987 in I Was an Animal.

01:36:39.000 It's on bookstore shelves, sir.

01:36:41.000 Okay.

01:36:42.000 Prince Philip, head of the royal family over in England.

01:36:44.000 You know, the daddy of Prince Charles.

01:36:46.000 Right.

01:36:46.000 The husband of Queen Elizabeth.

01:36:48.000 Any type of UN documentation or anything like that?

01:36:51.000 Well, let me go over it for you.

01:36:53.000 Alright.

01:36:53.000 Let me go over it for you.

01:36:54.000 I mean, they're saying, where is it?

01:36:57.000 There's Prince Philip saying it.

01:36:59.000 Ted Turner in Audubon Magazine, we give the footnotes of it, and Public Magazine said he wanted to get rid of 95% of us.

01:37:07.000 Right.

01:37:08.000 The UN has said that they have a targeted of 80% world population reduction.

01:37:13.000 Type in A U.N.

01:37:15.000 funded for sterilization in Peru, in India, into a search engine.

01:37:19.000 Prepare for hundreds of BBC AP articles.

01:37:23.000 Those are in the new films.

01:37:26.000 They've got the Georgia Guidestones paid for by the U.N.

01:37:30.000 that say keep the world population at 250 to 500 million.

01:37:33.000 That's in Georgia.

01:37:34.000 Right.

01:37:35.000 I'm well aware of all those things.

01:37:37.000 Hold on.

01:37:38.000 I mean, they're in the film.

01:37:39.000 We just...

01:37:40.000 This is the book where Prince Philip says it.

01:37:42.000 Here's where Ted Turner says it.

01:37:44.000 This is the goal.

01:37:45.000 I mean, if you go to college, that's what your professors talk about.

01:37:50.000 This is all over the place.

01:37:51.000 They've been caught doing it.

01:37:53.000 They paid for millions of Indian men to have their tubes cut in India.

01:37:59.000 I mean, I don't know.

01:38:02.000 They paid for men in Latin America to be To have the reproductive systems cut up to get land. 1.00

01:38:12.000 I mean, that's in the news every week, so... It's incremental, basically.

01:38:15.000 Well, it's not incremental.

01:38:16.000 Hold on a minute.

01:38:18.000 About a month ago, I posted, it was allafrica.com, and I posted a link to the Declassified National Security Council report where they had a plan launched in the 70s by Henry Kissinger, in the late 70s, Right.

01:38:34.000 sterilize in the ten most populous countries half the women and it describes how to do it so that's a 1.00

01:38:41.000 Please right I'm with you. I don't know but I'm not mad that you're asking. It's just that it's all right there,

01:38:49.000 right?

01:38:49.000 I'm with you. There's so much evidence. It's like trying to That's like trying to force the water out of a fire hose

01:38:56.000 through a One of those straws you stir your coffee with here

01:39:01.000 Right.

01:39:02.000 I'm 100% with you.

01:39:05.000 I could go print.

01:39:06.000 I could go to Google.

01:39:07.000 I could print AP, Reuters, UPI, BBC, Times of London.

01:39:12.000 I could print an entire box of paper.

01:39:14.000 I mean, a huge box of... I'm serious.

01:39:17.000 Two printer cartridges coming here with a stack that reaches the ceiling.

01:39:20.000 Now, I'm not exaggerating, sir.

01:39:22.000 No, I'm with you.

01:39:22.000 With admitted mainstream reports and read them at 95 miles an hour.

01:39:27.000 So I was a babbling mess here on the air.

01:39:30.000 Right.

01:39:31.000 It's like DynCorp and the U.N.

01:39:33.000 getting caught running white slavery rings globally.

01:39:35.000 I mean, there's hundreds of articles in the last six months on it.

01:39:38.000 Have you ever had Ted Gedderson on your show?

01:39:40.000 That's what I was going to ask you.

01:39:41.000 Yeah, I have had Ted on.

01:39:43.000 Okay, alright.

01:39:43.000 I just saw his video through the Prophecy Club, and I was pretty impressed with his findings.

01:39:47.000 Hey, I hear you.

01:39:48.000 I tell you what, Aldo, if you want to hold the next hour, I can do it.

01:39:53.000 I've got to cover news.

01:39:54.000 No problem.

01:39:55.000 Do you want me to let you go?

01:39:57.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:39:58.000 I'm not cutting you off from your important question, but I said I'd do this and I got to.

01:40:03.000 Thanks a lot, bud.

01:40:04.000 You know, I told my wife to do this. 0.86

01:40:06.000 She's my webmaster.

01:40:07.000 She's too busy.

01:40:08.000 I'm asking Watson to do this now at Prison Planet.

01:40:11.000 I want a gigantic vaccine section.

01:40:13.000 I know you can post 500 in a week, buddy.

01:40:16.000 Find me all mainstream stuff where they've lost lawsuits, where they've been caught with deadly stuff in it.

01:40:21.000 The coroner saying this man's racked shots, killed people, all that stuff.

01:40:24.000 I want that post.

01:40:25.000 I know it's a big job, but it's for the country.

01:40:27.000 Please do it, Watson.

01:40:28.000 If you're listening, I'll call him today.

01:40:31.000 Uh, I'd like to communicate him over the air, though.

01:40:33.000 I also want a aspartame section.

01:40:35.000 We have some on that every week, but these thousands of articles are all mixed around on that site.

01:40:41.000 I also want a section on this.

01:40:46.000 What we were just talking about, how they want to kill us.

01:40:49.000 I know you can find a hundred articles in a few days, in a few hours, but post them in a few days.

01:40:54.000 Do those three things for me, and get the transcript from yesterday.

01:40:58.000 I know it's a lot of work, but we've got to give it to these people, and we've got to put it all in one spot.

01:41:04.000 Okay, uh, man, I gotta try to go through all this.

01:41:08.000 Let me just race through it, and I'll get into more detail in the next hour, but I'm sorry, I'm getting bad about this.

01:41:13.000 I take calls and guests, and don't get to it.

01:41:16.000 Fox News, Marine dismissed, jailed for refusing anthrax vaccine.

01:41:20.000 A Marine helicopter pilot who refused on religious grounds to receive an anthrax vaccination was dismissed from the Corps on Tuesday in order to serve seven months in prison.

01:41:29.000 Now, I could spend an hour on this.

01:41:31.000 They found it full of toxins, poisons, cancer viruses.

01:41:34.000 This is mainstream news, a whamsic journal.

01:41:38.000 They suspended the experimental program.

01:41:40.000 It's caused massive carnage.

01:41:41.000 They're about giving it again.

01:41:43.000 They want to forcefully give it to you, the BioShield program.

01:41:46.000 A huge bureaucracy they're forming.

01:41:49.000 Uh, so that's just horrible.

01:41:50.000 That's Fox News.

01:41:52.000 Glaxo settles Lyme disease.

01:41:55.000 Vaccine suits.

01:41:56.000 This is out of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

01:41:58.000 And no, that's not the National Inquirer.

01:42:00.000 Every time I say Inquirer, I get emails.

01:42:02.000 It's a highly respected paper.

01:42:04.000 Philadelphia Inquirer.

01:42:06.000 Laxo settles Lyme disease vaccine suit.

01:42:09.000 Hundreds of thousands of people nationwide who received the Lyme disease vaccine have received the lawyer's label as an impressive settlement.

01:42:15.000 But if you are one of the recipients of Lymex shots, don't bother looking from checking the mail.

01:42:21.000 The lawyers get it.

01:42:22.000 The benefits from the agreement finalized last week with the vaccine's manufacturer, SmithKline Vecham Corp.

01:42:27.000 Now SmithKline, Laxo, SmithKline, PLC, are not monetary unless you are one of the plaintiff's attorneys who spent more than $1 million.

01:42:37.000 And it goes on to talk about what the vaccine did.

01:42:43.000 And how it damaged them and how they admitted damaged them and how dangerous the vaccine is.

01:42:48.000 It's a long article.

01:42:49.000 If you want to go read it, go ahead.

01:42:52.000 I see this stuff every day.

01:42:53.000 I don't know how to cover it all.

01:42:55.000 Here's another one.

01:42:56.000 Repeat MMR jab for 40,000 kids.

01:42:57.000 The government says not only do we want to make it mandatory, but we need to come back and take it again.

01:43:03.000 That despite one telegraph poll that 99% That's the whole, all-against-the-MMR shot.

01:43:09.000 There's the kids happy and well and talking and walking.

01:43:12.000 Give them a shot, they're in a corner flopping around for the rest of their life.

01:43:15.000 Okay?

01:43:17.000 Uh, this is out, uh, of, uh, what is this out of?

01:43:21.000 The Associated Press?

01:43:23.000 New vaccine, reduced number of shots, five vaccinations combined into one.

01:43:28.000 Children in Madison are not able to get their vaccinations without having to take so many shots.

01:43:33.000 Oh, isn't it great?

01:43:35.000 WISC News 3 reporter Tony Morsley said the medical breakthrough is called It's the multiple shots that are always the worst.

01:43:42.000 And now they have a 5-shotter.

01:43:44.000 And I got an article here about a 10-shotter they want to come out with.

01:43:47.000 It's the multiple shots that are always the worst.

01:43:52.000 And now they have a five-shotter.

01:43:53.000 And I got an article here about a ten-shotter they want to come out with.

01:43:54.000 And it says, "Given at two to four months to six months of age, but that's still an

01:43:55.000 improvement over previous vaccines." 0.77

01:43:56.000 They want to make dozens of new ones mandatory.

01:44:07.000 Here's another one.

01:44:08.000 This is out of the Boston Globe.

01:44:10.000 Lawsuit School for its Pregnancy.

01:44:12.000 S.C.D.

01:44:13.000 10th.

01:44:14.000 School administrators in Washington Heights for several 8th graders to be tested for pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

01:44:21.000 And it goes on, what they did is completely unheard of, said Donna Lieberman, Executive Director of NYCLU.

01:44:27.000 It violates their right to privacy, it violates their right to go to school, violated their right not to be subjected to summary punishment.

01:44:36.000 And it goes on, Dr. David Bell, Specialist in Adolescent Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital Family Planning Clinic, who saw the two girls, said he was outraged that Intermediate School 164 demanded confidential medical information from the student.

01:44:50.000 And that's what the students get for missing a day of class.

01:44:53.000 Here in Austin, you miss a day of class, you get drug tested, medical examinations, juvenile hall, and hey, they're putting video cameras in the showers!

01:47:01.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement. Police State 3 details

01:47:09.000 the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

01:47:13.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

01:47:17.000 The New World Order can emerge.

01:47:20.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

01:47:24.000 We rip the sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

01:47:31.000 You will lose your liberty.

01:47:34.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

01:47:44.000 If you want to understand what the new rule of order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police Day 3, is for you.

01:47:54.000 888-253-3139. That's 888-253-3139. For today, spread the word.

01:48:01.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

01:48:10.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

01:48:13.000 I am seriously considering making a bunch of films where I do a one hour video on...

01:48:29.000 On eugenics and population control, and documents and video clips of world leaders, official bills, legislation, news articles, just for 60 minutes, you know, probably 400 articles, 50 video clips, you know, their own books, their own publications, where they say they want to kill 80% of you, and then make just an hour-long film about gun control, or an hour-long film about, we're going to be doing that, we're gearing up to do that.

01:48:54.000 I mean, my two-hour films, my two-and-a-half-hour films, 170-minute films, you know, almost three-hour films are great, and I suggest folks watch them in segments, you know, hours-long segments to absorb it all.

01:49:07.000 But I wasn't getting frustrated with the earlier caller.

01:49:11.000 It's just that I wasn't a little bit, because it's so hard to relay all the information, and I understand people cannot accept the horror of what's going on.

01:49:22.000 But in the life extension technology situation, I want to make a special film about that.

01:49:28.000 But probably go on the eugenics film, though. 0.90

01:49:30.000 Maybe 30 minutes on eugenics and that, and then show why, what the globalists want, how they want to get us out of the way, so they can enjoy all the suppressed technologies they've developed. 0.66

01:49:39.000 We do have their admissions in this from top futurists and top corporate leaders.

01:49:43.000 This is what they talk about around the bar teams, or out on the yachts, my friends.

01:49:50.000 Oh, we're in so much trouble.

01:49:51.000 But, uh, look at this article, Lawsuit School Force Pregnancy STD Test. 0.54

01:49:56.000 And it said that the girls had played hooky, and so now if you miss class, you get called in and get your genitalia examined.

01:50:04.000 We've all heard the horrors of this nationwide with elementary school kids. 0.76

01:50:08.000 It's gotten a lot of attention.

01:50:09.000 It's happened all over the place.

01:50:10.000 But here in Austin, I have newscasts where they have the family court judges, if you're late to class three times, late to class, that's an absence.

01:50:18.000 They file criminal charges, though the state law doesn't even say that.

01:50:22.000 I mean, folks, how do you say that putting video cameras in the 10-year-old girl and boy's showers is good?

01:50:29.000 Okay?

01:50:29.000 About a week ago, I was telling a local talk show host about this.

01:50:34.000 you're going to be... I mean folks, how do you say that putting video cameras in the

01:50:40.000 ten-year-old girl and boys showers is good? Okay? About a week ago I was telling a local

01:50:47.000 talk show host about this. He said, "Oh, Alex, you've gone too far." And then I saw him on

01:50:50.000 Monday and he goes, "Yeah, I saw it on Fox."

01:50:52.000 And I said, OK, here's another one.

01:50:54.000 Walmart's putting tracker chips in their products. 0.94

01:50:56.000 Oh, that's ridiculous. 0.63

01:50:57.000 He goes, wait a minute. 0.96

01:50:58.000 Show me the article.

01:50:59.000 He goes, I need to quit doubting you.

01:51:01.000 Oh, I want you to doubt me, but just don't just doubt and then just doubt.

01:51:05.000 Please go check out what I'm saying.

01:51:07.000 This is all out of control.

01:51:08.000 I can't handle it anymore.

01:51:11.000 I mean, I got this article, USA Today, where they say the UN's giving orders to the Supreme Court To actually say that they're saying that's the authority now?

01:51:21.000 USA Today, folks!

01:51:24.000 I got articles here about the drones that watch us, looking through our walls.

01:51:28.000 Drones?

01:51:29.000 The Defense Department says, yeah, they run the face-scanning cameras.

01:51:32.000 It's a control grid.

01:51:34.000 They're gonna watch what we do as citizens?

01:51:41.000 I expect Rod Serling to walk by any moment.

01:51:46.000 And the response I have, and freaking out over this, is a normal response.

01:53:03.000 Hey folks, Michael Trudell here and I'll...

01:53:05.000 This is the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

01:53:12.000 Big Brother.

01:53:21.000 Mainstream media.

01:53:22.000 Government cover-ups.

01:53:24.000 You want answers?

01:53:26.000 Well, so does he.

01:53:27.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:53:31.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:53:35.000 Alright folks, we're already into the third hour.

01:53:40.000 I want to talk in more detail about some of the stories I barely mentioned earlier in the show.

01:53:45.000 There's been a victory against the Defense Department in Walmart in their RFID cocker chip scheme.

01:53:51.000 The 911 panel admits witnesses are being intimidated by the White House.

01:53:56.000 The Supreme Court says USA Today they're going to be following U.N. orders from now on.

01:54:01.000 They're using anti-terrorism laws locally and at state level to freeze access to basically any government

01:54:07.000 information.

01:54:08.000 Total secrecy.

01:54:09.000 I want to talk about some of the shootings that have taken place in the last week or attempted shootings.

01:54:14.000 There is just so much and some more vaccine news I didn't get to.

01:54:19.000 And yes, we're going to take a lot of calls this hour.

01:54:21.000 I had to suspend calls in the last part of the last hour because I didn't get to some of the news.

01:54:24.000 I wanted to cover some of it.

01:54:26.000 It's all vital.

01:54:27.000 We've got news here just across the board about the phony war, about bio-weapons labs they want to build everywhere that are so dangerous.

01:54:36.000 It's just all vitally important.

01:54:38.000 The toll-free number to join us on air is 800-259-9231.

01:54:40.000 is 800-259-9231. 1-800-259-9231.

01:54:47.000 259 We will get you, my friends, up and on the air.

01:54:55.000 The White House backs off claim on Iraq by Washington Post.

01:54:59.000 The Bush administration acknowledged for the first time yesterday that President Bush should not have alleged in his State of the Union Address in January that Iraq had sought to buy uranium in Africa to reconstruct its nuclear weapons program.

01:55:10.000 The statement was prompted by a publication of a British Parliamentary Commission report, which raised serious questions about the reliability of British intelligence that was cited by Bush as part of the effort to convince Congress.

01:55:19.000 Now, the CIA had already told Bush months before the report was fake, made up.

01:55:25.000 The government made it up, the British government.

01:55:27.000 It's made up.

01:55:29.000 The mobile weapons trucks, made up, sold by the British to them to pump up hot air balloons.

01:55:35.000 Made up!

01:55:36.000 They're lying to you!

01:55:37.000 They're gun-grabbing, big government promoting, New World Order minions! 0.65

01:55:43.000 M.O.D.

01:55:43.000 report pours scorn on evidence of Iraq weapons, and it's just totally false.

01:55:48.000 Total lies.

01:55:49.000 Totally and completely made up.

01:55:52.000 Vladimir Putin warns of catastrophe from unilateralism.

01:55:55.000 This is more just New World Order jockeying, acting like there's two halves of the New World Order, and giving you some fake choice of what type of New World Order do you want.

01:56:03.000 And it's all run by the same jokers.

01:56:05.000 Now, this is out of, uh...

01:56:09.000 This is out of Yahoo.

01:56:10.000 I guess it's an AP article.

01:56:12.000 Putin warns of catastrophe from unilateralism.

01:56:14.000 If unilateralism becomes the norm of international life, it will lead to chaos and catastrophe.

01:56:19.000 Russian President Vladimir Putin said in remarks published here, Putin was responding to question on the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in an exclusive interview with the New Straits Times ahead of planned visits to Malaysia, a mainly Muslim Southeast Asian nation.

01:56:35.000 The trip, which was to have begun So that's about making the U.N.

01:56:39.000 the good cop in this massive scam.

01:56:40.000 I haven't spent enough time on this.

01:56:42.000 sir. Putin stressed in the interview held in Moscow that Russia wanted to see international

01:56:47.000 organizations of the United Nations strengthen the deal of peacekeeping and upholding international

01:56:51.000 law. So that's about making the U.N. the good cop in this massive scam. I haven't spent enough

01:56:59.000 time on this. I will talk about this in the next hour, in the next segment. Bush Link Company

01:57:05.000 handled security for WTC, Dulles, and United...

01:57:08.000 Oh, wait till you hear about the details of this.

01:57:11.000 I mentioned it yesterday, but haven't detailed it yet.

01:57:14.000 I'll read the article as well.

01:57:16.000 More on lawsuits, school forced pregnancy, and STD tests did exams on young girls.

01:57:22.000 They're doing it again!

01:57:25.000 They're doing it again in New York.

01:57:27.000 They've done it all over the country.

01:57:29.000 And on Monday, revelations of the school knowingly putting cameras in 10-year-old girls' and boys' showers.

01:57:35.000 Just big brother in your face.

01:57:37.000 Maximum tyranny.

01:57:39.000 Got an article here we haven't gotten to yet about.

01:57:41.000 Yes, they're launching the hover drones to watch all the cities and look through their walls.

01:57:45.000 But high-powered radar And we're also going to have an update on Dick Simcannon, the Aeroplastics guy, who said, show me the IRS law, your private collection agency from the Federal Reserve, now in jail through a kangaroo court system.

01:57:59.000 We'll have an update on the continuation of the trial tomorrow.

01:58:04.000 I'm John Staten, only when we get back.

01:58:06.000 We'll also take your calls, so give us a call at 800-259-9231 on any of these issues.

01:58:15.000 You're sick because you allow yourself to remain sick.

01:58:18.000 And you remain sick because you don't provide your body with the enzymes and other nutrients that only come from raw foods.

01:58:23.000 You haven't alkalized your body, and in fact, you continue to acidify it with a primarily cooked food diet.

01:58:29.000 You still use either meat, Fish, eggs, and or dairy products for your protein instead of spirulina and chlorella.

01:58:35.000 The two most important protein superfoods known.

01:58:38.000 Finally, you don't consume iodized water.

01:58:40.000 Normal tap water that is transformed into a powerful antioxidant that is very alkaline, balancing your body pH as it brings you into homostasis.

01:58:48.000 It's also very hydrating, and more importantly, extremely detoxifying.

01:58:53.000 If you want to learn more on how you can naturally rid the body of any disease, listen to Achieving Great Health with Bob McCauley, Monday through Friday mornings at 9 a.m.

01:59:14.000 Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

01:59:19.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

01:59:24.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

01:59:28.000 The New World Order can emerge.

01:59:31.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

01:59:35.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece,

01:59:39.000 and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

01:59:42.000 You will lose your liberty.

01:59:44.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy,

01:59:49.000 the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grants,

01:59:52.000 government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

01:59:55.000 If you want to understand what the new rule of order really is,

01:59:57.000 then my new 2.5 hour video, Police Take 3, is for you.

02:00:11.000 Order today and spread the word.

02:00:13.000 Nuclear reactors provide electrical energy across our great nation,

02:00:17.000 but during an accident, would you be prepared?

02:00:21.000 Medical force potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident, radioactive poison.

02:00:28.000 During typical nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

02:00:36.000 Potassium iodate can protect you and your loved ones against radioactive poisoning.

02:00:40.000 It works by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

02:00:43.000 This shields the thyroid and protects it from absorbing the radioactive iodine-131.

02:00:47.000 There is only one emergency thyroid block formulated for babies, children, pets, and adults, and that's medical-course potassium iodate.

02:00:55.000 Best of all, unopened bottles can be stored for up to a decade.

02:00:58.000 Order the official Medical Corps Potassium Iodate for only $24 and save $5.

02:01:04.000 Call toll-free, 888-803-4438.

02:01:08.000 Call now and get free shipping.

02:01:11.000 That's 888-803-4438.

02:01:12.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

02:01:18.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:01:21.000 All right, ladies and gentlemen, Gentlemen, they go into your calls.

02:01:48.000 Doc and others that are holding, just be patient.

02:01:50.000 We'll get to you.

02:01:51.000 And yes, Bush-linked company handled security for the WTC, Dallas, and United.

02:01:59.000 We'll get to that story as well.

02:02:02.000 Right now, I'm joined by John Stattmiller.

02:02:04.000 I don't know if he's in Dallas yet or going to Dallas or Fort Worth, but I know he's going up in the morning.

02:02:09.000 For the case of Dick Simkhanin of Aeroplastics, why don't you give folks some background, John?

02:02:16.000 Yeah, hi Alex, thanks for taking the call.

02:02:19.000 Yeah, Dick Simkhanin of Aeroplastics, and actually it's in Fort Worth, he has not been the tax collector for the federal government for several years now.

02:02:33.000 Uh, what they did is they slapped a 27 count indictment on him.

02:02:37.000 Uh, he researched the law and let me say something first about Mr. Simcannon's character.

02:02:42.000 I've been up at his place of business, uh, after hours for meetings with this man.

02:02:47.000 Uh, I've met Rhett Beckman there that you had on the air, I think, what, last week.

02:02:52.000 Uh, very good, well thought out man.

02:02:56.000 Not, uh, not prone to exaggeration.

02:02:58.000 The facts are the facts.

02:03:00.000 He looked at the situation, decided to do what his heart told him and his conscience

02:03:05.000 to do, and that's not be the tax collector for the IRS.

02:03:10.000 And for those who don't know, the Constitution says the government can't order you to do work for them and carry out their enforcement arms without paying you, and they can't make you work for them.

02:03:20.000 They call that the S-word, or slavery, and on top of it, it's a private collection agency for the private total reserve, and Mr. Simkhanoum was part of the full-page ads in USA Today saying, here's the U.S.

02:03:31.000 Code, now show us the law.

02:03:34.000 And Alex, it must It must bear repeating that we've had people, the then Commissioner, Charles Rosati, has since resigned.

02:03:43.000 Uh, the Department of Justice.

02:03:45.000 We got as far as having a meeting arranged by Roscoe Bartlett with the aforementioned parties.

02:03:51.000 By the way, John, John, last year, we read the video here in Austin, what this group did with the people.

02:03:56.000 They went and bullhorned Grisanti and stood at the building and they'd asked for months, hunger strikes, you name it, for him to come out and answer and show us the law.

02:04:04.000 They wouldn't do it because it's a fraud.

02:04:06.000 The 16th Amendment's a fraud. 0.88

02:04:07.000 That's been admitted by the state.

02:04:09.000 It's never ratified.

02:04:10.000 Well, it's been very interesting because in this country, Alex, do we have a right of a redress of our government?

02:04:17.000 Do we have the right to simply ask a few simple questions of what they like to call a representative democracy?

02:04:23.000 Okay, fine.

02:04:24.000 What do we need?

02:04:25.000 the right to simply ask a few simple questions of our, what they like to call a representative

02:04:31.000 democracy. Okay, fine, what do we need? 51% of the people asking the same question. The

02:04:36.000 question is, is the 16th Amendment, was it properly ratified?

02:04:40.000 Is it constitutional?

02:04:42.000 And who has to exactly pay these income taxes?

02:04:44.000 You know Alex, you know we have a lot of tax protesters in here in this country.

02:04:48.000 We have a lot of people that have gone to jail supposedly for not paying their fair share.

02:04:52.000 You would think that the IRS would more than welcome the opportunity to clear any of this up.

02:04:57.000 Well why don't you get to face your accuser?

02:04:59.000 Why don't you get a jury? 0.84

02:05:01.000 Why is it their own special tax court paid by the government?

02:05:06.000 Well, in this case, Dixon Cannon is going up in front of Judge McBride tomorrow morning.

02:05:11.000 Actually, it's been slated for 2 p.m., but I never trust these federal judges.

02:05:17.000 I would urge people to be up there by at least 9 a.m.

02:05:20.000 and maybe plan on staying until at least 5 p.m.

02:05:24.000 This is one thing that I must do.

02:05:25.000 My wife and I are going up there.

02:05:27.000 I'm going to see if I can get an interview if he is not released.

02:05:30.000 Now, the reason he's in jail right now is he wants the court to face additional charges,

02:05:36.000 levels at him by the federal prosecutors.

02:05:40.000 Well, he was out on bond. He was out on a recognizance bond.

02:05:43.000 The judge recognized who he was, where he was.

02:05:46.000 He has a business, employing people.

02:05:49.000 He's not a threat to the community.

02:05:52.000 And he's certainly not going to fly the coop, as it were.

02:05:55.000 Well, that's the problem.

02:05:56.000 He's not like Enron robbing pension funds or moving offshore.

02:06:00.000 He's actually got a lot of employees in Fort Worth, Texas.

02:06:03.000 How dare him?

02:06:04.000 Well, and you know, it's not like he's going to pack this thing up on his back and move it off to Mexico overnight.

02:06:09.000 This man is in the community.

02:06:11.000 He's been part of the community for many years.

02:06:13.000 He's not going anywhere.

02:06:14.000 This hearing tomorrow is strictly on the bond.

02:06:18.000 This Judge McBride wants to review this bond and see if he is a flight risk.

02:06:22.000 And Alex, there's something you've got to keep in mind here.

02:06:26.000 We have seen people like Erwin Schiff, Larkin Rose, We The People Foundation, Bob Schultz.

02:06:34.000 Dixon Cannon has been part of this group of people and we're not simply We're protesting an unfair tax.

02:06:40.000 What we're talking about is repealing an illegal and unconstitutional tax for the people that we run into every single day, Alex.

02:06:48.000 There's something that you and I, and the guy next door, and the guy down the street, we have to deal with every day, and that's money.

02:06:54.000 You know, we're throwing a little dog bone from the White House on this tax cut, supposedly.

02:06:59.000 And they raise a dozen taxes and they give us some paltry tax, but at the same time, John, Ronald Reagan's commission in 81 found that not one rich cent of the income tax goes around the country.

02:07:10.000 It all goes to the IMF, World Bank, and the...

02:07:13.000 The collector of that for them is the IRS and the Federal Reserve.

02:07:16.000 So, this is all admitted, this is all factual, and the taxes are all controlled.

02:07:21.000 The power to tax, the power to destroy, and I want to know why these tax courts, they grab your bank accounts, they arrest you, and then say no juries allowed.

02:07:29.000 See, this is how institutionalized the corruption is.

02:07:34.000 Because you're guilty until at least you can prove yourself innocent.

02:07:38.000 That doesn't keep them from, and this is the game plan from the IRS.

02:07:42.000 They will contact, this is what they did to Dick Santana, they contacted his creditors, they contacted his business people that he did business with and told them basically that he was in jail for tax fraud.

02:07:54.000 Now this, this is even before the case even comes up in court, before a decision is made.

02:08:01.000 It's the harassment and intimidation, and I'll tell you what, you want something that makes George Bush's $350 billion tax cut look like Uh, like nothing, let's start putting the money back in people's pockets, where they spend it and spread it out throughout the economy.

02:08:16.000 You know, economically that makes sense to me, but not these people that got us in bed with the Federal Reserve Act, and of course the IRS is the surety for that, uh, for that private corporation.

02:08:28.000 Alex, things have been so screwed up for so long, and what's really sad is most people are brainwashed into thinking they have to pay their IRS taxes.

02:08:37.000 Now, there are exceptions.

02:08:38.000 If you're a federal employee, if you live in the District of Criminals, I'm sorry, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, and there are other subsections, but by and large, the majority of the American people do not, absolutely positively, do not owe a tax to the Internal Revenue Service.

02:08:54.000 Well, people accept slavery like black slaves accepted in this country as their lot in life, but they didn't even really institute that thing over 1% until during World War II, and then it was a voluntary wartime tax just for the war. 0.69

02:09:10.000 And then, during World War II, it was only at 1%.

02:09:13.000 I think people today would think that that would be a great tax break if they only had to pay once a month.

02:09:17.000 That's how down they are.

02:09:18.000 They thank them for some 10-year $350 billion.

02:09:21.000 There are multiple trillions being transferred in the U.S.

02:09:24.000 every day in the currency and commodity markets, John.

02:09:29.000 $350 billion is nothing!

02:09:31.000 There's a trillion-two missing from the Pentagon.

02:09:35.000 How about they give us back that money they stole?

02:09:38.000 Well, it's a system we've managed in 200... we just had a birthday, Alex.

02:09:42.000 227 years.

02:09:44.000 And they were on the radio saying, "You thanked the government on the 4th, you said you saw it on TV, I heard

02:09:50.000 it in the car." 0.71

02:09:50.000 There were checkpoints everywhere, pulling families out, throwing their goods on the ground, 0.71

02:09:55.000 billboards flashing orders at the people, reporting illegal guns, report terrorists, billboards saying...

02:10:02.000 It's being legislated through the court.

02:10:03.000 which isn't illegal, this massive tearing, they reported drones, looked through our walls,

02:10:09.000 cameras in 10-year-old girl dressing rooms in public schools, poor vaccinations.

02:10:14.000 It's all out of control. It's being legislated through the court. This country is so screwed up

02:10:21.000 and popped inside out, but there is salvation. If people educate them about their type of 0.99

02:10:26.000 government, they will get involved.

02:10:28.000 It's not happening, in fact.

02:10:29.000 Take acid formature seizure, where they pull the old lady over and take her money, no drugs found.

02:10:34.000 Take Thule of Texas, 46 people, no criminal record, no drugs found, no paraphernalia.

02:10:39.000 They get 20 to 90 years in prison.

02:10:40.000 Turns out later, on the word of one cop who admitted he lied.

02:10:44.000 I mean, it's just, you can't trust this government.

02:10:46.000 That's what the founding father said.

02:10:48.000 John, what time tomorrow, or where, in Fort Worth?

02:10:51.000 Yeah, it's at Judge McBride Court.

02:10:53.000 Now, this is in Fort Worth, Texas.

02:10:55.000 The address is 501 West 10th Street, room 401-401.

02:11:03.000 And that's in Fort Worth, Texas.

02:11:05.000 And let me give you the zip, because... Is that a federal courthouse?

02:11:08.000 I do believe it is.

02:11:10.000 Now, if people need directions, let me give you the zip, and you can go up to MacQuest.com and get directions right from your home or your business, wherever you're at.

02:11:17.000 I urge people to go up there tomorrow.

02:11:20.000 The zip code up there is 76102.

02:11:21.000 Now this is for Dixon Cannon.

02:11:24.000 This is just a bond hearing.

02:11:25.000 We're going to show support.

02:11:27.000 So let this judge know.

02:11:30.000 And if I have to pledge my assets for this guy to be free so he can face these, uh, these egregious, phony, and false charges against this man, I'll pledge everything that I own.

02:11:41.000 And I know that man will be back in court.

02:11:43.000 This is a fight that he's been looking forward to for a number of years.

02:11:46.000 We've had him on the show.

02:11:47.000 He said that two years ago.

02:11:49.000 John, thanks for going up there.

02:11:51.000 We're going to check in from you tomorrow.

02:11:52.000 Thanks for joining us.

02:11:53.000 All right.

02:11:54.000 Thanks, Alex.

02:11:54.000 Take care.

02:11:55.000 All right.

02:11:56.000 Very important information.

02:11:58.000 Let's go talk to Doc in Illinois.

02:11:59.000 Doc, you're on the air.

02:12:00.000 Go ahead.

02:12:03.000 Go ahead, Doc.

02:12:04.000 You're on the air from Illinois.

02:12:08.000 Okay, Doc's not there.

02:12:09.000 Let's go to Alexis in Michigan.

02:12:11.000 Go ahead, Alexis.

02:12:12.000 Hello?

02:12:13.000 Washington.

02:12:14.000 Go ahead.

02:12:15.000 Hi.

02:12:16.000 I'm way over here.

02:12:18.000 We listen to you over here, and I've been trying to get your word out everywhere.

02:12:22.000 And if you hear me coughing, they just chemtrailed the Indian Reservation out here, so my voice is gone. 0.98

02:12:27.000 But my question was, why are there massive amounts of Russians building brand new houses on the Indian Reservation, and there's whole colonies Well, because our borders are wide open and the CIA controls the Russian and the Chinese mob as their enforcers. 0.81

02:12:52.000 And as their hit teams, I don't know about this particular group, but they are massing Czechoslovakian and Russian troops in Texas.

02:12:58.000 That's mainstream news.

02:12:59.000 They're here for your safety, though.

02:13:01.000 Alexis, stay there. 0.96

02:13:02.000 We'll come back to you in Washington State after the break.

02:13:05.000 And then I'm going to get in to admitted hover drones.

02:13:09.000 And a bunch of other news, so you'll want to stay with us.

02:16:24.000 the body.

02:19:08.000 It's great products.

02:19:10.000 Now, let's go back to Alexis in Washington State.

02:19:13.000 Alexis, you say that Russian communities are building on the Indian Reservation?

02:19:19.000 Yes.

02:19:20.000 Uh-huh.

02:19:20.000 Right down the street from my house, I live on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.

02:19:25.000 And they have huge, brand-new houses.

02:19:27.000 And this whole colony will take up, you know, like, It's 10 acres, and it's all Russian. 0.98

02:19:33.000 Okay, have you talked to the Indians?

02:19:35.000 Why this is happening?

02:19:37.000 Um, I've talked to some of the people that I know, but I haven't gone to the tribe itself.

02:19:41.000 Okay, well why did they say this is happening?

02:19:45.000 Uh, nobody knows.

02:19:46.000 They're wondering themselves, because they don't want them there.

02:19:49.000 And then, uh, by the way... I mean, don't they have to go to the tribe, or go to the government?

02:19:53.000 I mean, no one knows why the communities are just popping up on Indian land?

02:19:58.000 Yes, there's a lot of strange things going on.

02:20:01.000 They're putting up those DARPA cameras.

02:20:03.000 They're allowing the sheriffs to come on the land now and pull people over and arrest them.

02:20:12.000 They're letting them do a lot of things that they never used to do.

02:20:16.000 Well, it sounds to me, Alexis, like you have more answers than I do.

02:20:19.000 But they have signed deals to bring in foreign troops to, quote, deal with American terrorists.

02:20:25.000 So, they're also hiring felons for the military now.

02:20:28.000 They're also hiring illegal aliens for the military.

02:20:31.000 So, everything we saw Stalin doing is now happening here.

02:20:35.000 By the way, in my stack of news, and I will cover it when we get back, as well as the Bush story about his companies involved in the WTC takedown, involved in the security there, about Stalin, how he used hidden microphones around the country to control, and how our government is now doing that.

02:20:53.000 Alexis, thanks for the call.

02:20:55.000 You're welcome.

02:20:56.000 You bet.

02:20:57.000 Who's up next, Mark?

02:21:00.000 Randy in Georgia.

02:21:01.000 Go ahead, sir.

02:21:02.000 Hey, Alex.

02:21:03.000 I wanted to tell you about that.

02:21:05.000 They got in with the plastics industry to stop the income tax law.

02:21:10.000 When you file for your EIN number, that's the Employee Identification Number, It says on the instruction book, if you look in the instructions on page 2, who must found.

02:21:21.000 It says here that you must be a foreign person, or non-resident alien, before you become a withholding agent.

02:21:28.000 There's a problem though, and that's what everybody sees and points out is true. 1.00

02:21:33.000 That's right.

02:21:34.000 But the globalists are all about wordsmithing.

02:21:36.000 So, under the 1933 War Powers Act, this is a fact, they declare all of us aliens ...of the District of Columbia started the state police, started issuing licenses.

02:21:48.000 It made us all enemy combatants.

02:21:49.000 It made us all enemies of the state.

02:21:52.000 It made us all criminals who were then licensed.

02:21:55.000 That's why they say you're an alien.

02:21:57.000 Well, that's right.

02:21:58.000 When you become a U.S.

02:21:59.000 citizen, you are saying you live in a Virgin Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Virgin Islands, or... Instead of a citizen of your state that is part of the original union.

02:22:10.000 Right, but when it comes to federal income tax, which is under the federal state, when you sign that Social Security number and that W-4, now the W-4 falls under 3402P under Title 26, which says that you may enter into that agreement and you can terminate that agreement each time.

02:22:29.000 Now here's the problem, they're criminals, they don't even follow their own code, they do what they want, when they want, they make the laws as they go.

02:22:36.000 You're right, because I've been rebutting the letters left and right since 98.

02:22:40.000 And, um, they keep sending them.

02:22:42.000 What they do is they keep sending them to different agencies, and they don't even follow the law.

02:22:46.000 And I've asked them for the Supreme Court Justice, uh, cases where they've, uh, said that, um, that citizens are liable for the court, for the tax, and they, they're not.

02:22:56.000 An American citizen, you won't find it nowhere in the whole code.

02:23:00.000 And under Title 20, under Title, uh, 26, take that there.

02:23:05.000 We're on the march.

02:23:07.000 The Empire's on the run.

02:23:09.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:23:16.000 Hello, everybody.

02:23:16.000 My name is Bob Fairfoot.

02:23:18.000 I'm here today to introduce Bob Fairfoot's Best Coral Calcium Supreme Plus.

02:23:22.000 It has twice as much of the high-grain marine coral calcium... 888-803-4438.

02:23:26.000 888-803-4438. Order today is a $14 by calling 1-888-803-4438.

02:23:36.000 On December Friday, Monday through Friday from 11 to 2, then 5 from 9 to midnight, Central Standard Time.

02:23:53.000 time I do this show live. Thanks for joining us.

02:23:55.000 To rebroadcast the daytime.

02:23:57.000 show from 1am until 4am, I'm just going to talk to Randy in Georgian and I'm done because

02:24:02.000 I've got to cover this news. I've been committing to myself to cover at least most of the news

02:24:07.000 that I set out to cover each day. So, Randy, go ahead and finish up what you were saying

02:24:11.000 about this false government, this false corporate government they build that masquerades as

02:24:17.000 a legitimate government that is replacing every institution with its own bodies.

02:24:22.000 Go ahead.

02:24:24.000 You're right, what you said just a minute ago.

02:24:25.000 They don't go by the tax laws, because if they did go by the tax laws, they would lose.

02:24:30.000 And in turn... You know why there's all those holes in the tax laws?

02:24:33.000 Because the big corporations get to use all those loopholes.

02:24:36.000 Well, that's right.

02:24:38.000 It's all for big corporations.

02:24:40.000 It's not for the little man.

02:24:41.000 But when the tax laws were set up, they were set up for non-resident aliens and foreign corporations.

02:24:46.000 They would set up a U.S. 0.93

02:24:47.000 citizenship, which says you live in the Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Washington, D.C., and it's the possession of the territories.

02:24:58.000 Well, that's like a driver's license.

02:25:01.000 Because of the Constitution and Supreme Court rulings, and this is their own rulings, folks, they cannot make you have a license to travel.

02:25:10.000 So they just come out and say, OK, well, if you have an unusual conveyance, you've got to have this.

02:25:16.000 Well, cars in 1918, when they passed that law, were still the unusual conveyance.

02:25:22.000 So I can lawfully ride my horse down the shoulder of the highway without a license.

02:25:26.000 Because that's still the general conveyance.

02:25:29.000 Right.

02:25:29.000 But see, just like all income taxes, there's a prima facie evidence.

02:25:33.000 And what that means is, you owe the tax until you refund it.

02:25:38.000 If you don't never rebut it, if you get a letter from the IRS and you just throw it in the drawer and don't worry about it, you owe the tax.

02:25:43.000 And if you go in the courtroom and say that you didn't rebut letters or say anything about it, then I'm not liable under Title 26, Section 6001, 6011, 6012A.

02:25:54.000 I hear you, sir.

02:25:55.000 It tells the person who's liable for the offense.

02:25:58.000 There's still criminals that don't fall any law.

02:26:00.000 In fact, I went out and got my individual master file about three years ago, and I've

02:26:04.000 been getting them every year.

02:26:05.000 And they got a TC-150 on there, and that's a Virgin Islands code.

02:26:10.000 Thank you.

02:26:11.000 I hear you, sir.

02:26:12.000 I really appreciate your call.

02:26:13.000 Thank you.

02:26:16.000 Yeah, it's a whole area of study and folks really should investigate that.

02:26:20.000 But, I mean, if you want to know that our country's being destroyed and what was there that made up what the flag symbolizes as being dissolved, look at USA Today.

02:26:32.000 Supreme Court citing more foreign cases.

02:26:34.000 That's the headline.

02:26:37.000 Supreme Court citing more foreign cases.

02:26:39.000 And then it lists how the court is listing The United Nations and other foreign courts, the World Criminal Court, as the authority.

02:26:52.000 And that's USA Today on the 9th, ladies and gentlemen.

02:26:57.000 It's on InfoWars.com right now.

02:27:00.000 And they admit it right here.

02:27:03.000 So now, any rule or law they have in the EU, you supposedly have got to follow it.

02:27:09.000 Well, over in the EU, You can't criticize the government.

02:27:13.000 You don't have juries.

02:27:14.000 You can't face your accuser.

02:27:15.000 And you notice in the Patriot Act, they are merging these systems.

02:27:20.000 They are unifying the systems.

02:27:25.000 Alright, now I'm just going to race through news here, and there is a lot of it.

02:27:29.000 This is the Moscow Times.

02:27:31.000 Study. Russians about three times more likely to commit suicide.

02:27:36.000 Russians are nearly three times more likely to commit suicide than the world average, according to a new report

02:27:41.000 by the health minister of Moscow's Research Institute of Psychiatry.

02:27:46.000 Now, a lot of this is the government killing people and claiming it's suicides, but they do have one of the lowest,

02:27:52.000 the lowest, for the industrialized world, but one of the lowest globally, life expectancy.

02:27:58.000 It's what communism did to the country, so that's interesting.

02:28:02.000 Also, North Korea tested nuclear devices.

02:28:05.000 North Korea recently Reprocessed a small number of its estimated 8,000 spent nuclear fuel rods, and has also tested devices used to trigger atomic explosions.

02:28:15.000 South Korea's intelligence agency said today, you know, over the weekend, that Iran tested a medium-range missile that can hit Israel, and then admitted they tested it.

02:28:27.000 So a definite escalation taking place there now.

02:28:32.000 This is out of the Sacramento Bee, terrorism bill limits public role.

02:28:38.000 The measure which would reduce access to meetings is called too far reaching

02:28:43.000 and it's racing through the Senate.

02:28:45.000 Governor Davis has sponsored the bill.

02:28:47.000 And it will make local government, county government, state government virtually secret.

02:28:52.000 They talk about it here being unlimited measures and no way to mitigate it.

02:28:59.000 It's boundless, said Tom Newton of the CNTA's General Counsel.

02:29:04.000 Any record associated with crime, seems to me, could be thrown into this black hole of exemption, and there's no precedent, I'm aware of, for open meeting exemption they want to create.

02:29:17.000 So that's just some of the news there.

02:29:18.000 Big victory, of course, but they're going to come back with it again.

02:29:22.000 Walmart was rolling out its smart shelves and smart floors that track you with RFID tags in the clothes and shoes and Gillette razors.

02:29:31.000 massive backlash from this show and other broadcasts. They're cancelling that for now.

02:29:36.000 But their own secret documents now released, and they admit they're secret and are very angry about it.

02:29:41.000 Say that they know you're apathetic, even though 78% of you are against it.

02:29:46.000 They're just going to keep coming back with it, with the Department of Defense, in secret meetings with Ridge.

02:29:51.000 That is in the documents, and those are now on the websites, prisonplanet.com and infowars.com.

02:29:58.000 Hey, here's an argument from the San Francisco Chronicle against euthanasia.

02:30:04.000 They try to unplug you after a week being in a coma now.

02:30:08.000 Man walks after nearly two decades in a coma, greets mother.

02:30:13.000 A man regained consciousness after spending 19 years in a coma as a result of a car crash greeting his mother who was waiting at his bedside.

02:30:22.000 He started out with Mom and surprised her, and then it was Pepsi, and then it was milk, and now it's everything he wants to say.

02:30:29.000 Stone County Nursing Rehabilitation Center Social Director Ashley Bagley said Tuesday, Terry Wall, 39, had been at the center since his July 84 crash, and his family refused to unplug him.

02:30:48.000 So, there you go.

02:30:49.000 But they want to make it a law where they kill you, because we all have to pay for that, and that's not right.

02:30:56.000 Iraq attacks wound seven U.S.

02:30:57.000 soldiers after Tommy, Franks, and Bush say, bring it on, go ahead and attack our troops.

02:31:01.000 There's been lots of new attacks, including now mortar attacks and rocket attacks not seen since the end of the so-called war.

02:31:10.000 And they claim the boogeyman Saddam's running all of it.

02:31:14.000 As if they wouldn't really catch Saddam if they wanted to with a $25 million bounty.

02:31:17.000 Of course, the CIA claims they killed him twice in bombings for sure.

02:31:21.000 Now they claim he's alive again and the audio tape is Saddam.

02:31:27.000 Also, quizzing them on 9-1-1 from Time Magazine, Bush and Clinton may be asked to meet with an independent commission investigating the terrorist attacks.

02:31:35.000 An independent commission that has to be agreed on by the President?

02:31:38.000 These guys were all appointed by the President?

02:31:41.000 They called Henry Kissinger independent.

02:31:43.000 I mean, this is just... It's like saying Joseph Mingala or Heinrich Himmler is an independent investigator of Adolf Hitler. 0.57

02:31:52.000 And it goes on.

02:31:53.000 Will President Bush be summoned before the Independent Commission investigating 9-1-1?

02:31:56.000 It now appears very likely.

02:31:58.000 John Leham, Ronald Reagan's Navy Secretary, wants both President Bush and former President Clinton to meet with the Commission to discuss matters that could conclude that their administration knew about Al Qaeda's terrorist plots and what was done to combat them before 9-1-1 attached.

02:32:15.000 That'll be a big whitewash, you can be assured of that.

02:32:19.000 White House, again, already mentioned.

02:32:20.000 Baxoff claims that Iraq tried to buy uranium.

02:32:22.000 We told you that months ago.

02:32:23.000 It was totally made up.

02:32:25.000 They knew it all along.

02:32:27.000 There are still neocons on the radio.

02:32:31.000 Liberals in conservatives' clothing, if you want to use that term.

02:32:33.000 It's not a correct term, but just use it if you want to.

02:32:36.000 It's all liberal-conservative.

02:32:39.000 It's very, very serious.

02:32:42.000 Also, big news story here out of Tehran Times.

02:32:48.000 Riyadi, a leading Islamic business group, has warned four major Western banks that they could be implicated in a multi-trillion dollar lawsuit filed by families of victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks.

02:32:59.000 The group said Sunday, the Saudi group threatened to implicate Western banks in a 9-1-1 lawsuit because the Saudis are just a set piece for the bankers.

02:33:09.000 And so they're saying, okay, you kill these suits and we're going to tell them who's really involved in 9-1-1.

02:33:13.000 It actually says it in the article.

02:33:16.000 A legal team for Dalla Al-Bakr Holding and its owner, Sahim Kamal, has notified the four unnamed Western banks that their names could be added to a list of defendants implicated in the lawsuit.

02:33:29.000 Dalla said in a statement, Dalla's banking subsidiary, Al-Barask Investment and Development, and Kamal are among the more than 100 Saudi organizations, charities, businesses, and well-known personalities sued by the families.

02:33:45.000 They go on to say that if they continue with the lawsuits, they will release information on four Western banks with links to the President.

02:33:53.000 Well, look for an invasion any day now of Saudi Arabia! 1.00

02:33:57.000 Isn't that nice?

02:33:58.000 The Ohio Al Barhart's legal team expects that the court will agree to drop the client's

02:34:03.000 names from the lawsuits the statement said.

02:34:05.000 However, in the unlikely event that the banks are not dropped from the lawsuit, the Wesher

02:34:10.000 and Banks will also be added to the list of Saudi banks and defendants under the legal

02:34:14.000 procedure known as third-party lawsuit, which gives defendants the right to name other parties

02:34:18.000 get warned.

02:34:19.000 Isn't that nice?

02:34:24.000 Here's another report.

02:34:26.000 This is out of the Prince George's Journal out of Maryland.

02:34:28.000 Mainstream news.

02:34:30.000 Bush-linked company handled security for the WTC, Dulles, and United.

02:34:36.000 All key areas.

02:34:37.000 And remember, the CIA was running a drill that morning, applying hijacked airliners at the New York and D.C.

02:34:42.000 Skyline, and ordered NORAD to stand down.

02:34:45.000 Admit it's fact.

02:34:46.000 In the news a few times, never heard about it again.

02:34:50.000 George W. Bush's brother was on the board of directors of a company providing electronic security for the World Trade Center, Dulles International Airport, United Airlines.

02:34:58.000 By the way, George Bush's brother declared martial law one day before 9-1-1, according to the Associated Press in Florida.

02:35:06.000 Never been done before.

02:35:07.000 But see, under that, he could do some things with the banks and other goodies.

02:35:12.000 It goes on.

02:35:15.000 George W. Bush's brother was on the board of the records of the company providing electronic security for the World Trade Center, Dulles International Airport, and United Airlines.

02:35:22.000 According to public records, the company was backed by an investment firm, the Kuwaiti American Corp., also linked for years to the Bush family.

02:35:30.000 The security company, formerly named SECURECOM, and now named STATESEC, He's in Sterling, Virginia, and its CEO, Barry McDaniel, said the company had a completion contract to handle some of the security of the World Trade Center up to the day the buildings fell down.

02:35:52.000 And they'd hired John O'Neill, former Deputy Director of the FBI, blown the whistle on the government, that he had a security that day, starting that day, and he supposedly died in the collapse.

02:36:03.000 And then by his body, one of the hijackers' passports was found uncharged.

02:36:07.000 Can you believe that?

02:36:09.000 It also had a three-year contract with Manhattan Electric Security Systems at Dulles Airport, according to a Dulles contracting official.

02:36:15.000 Also handles some security for United Airlines, according to McDaniel.

02:36:19.000 And it goes on and on.

02:36:21.000 So just more and more connections.

02:36:24.000 And remember, all the planes were running at 95% occupancy on the East Coast that day, on average, according to reports.

02:36:30.000 But the four planes that got hijacked, United and American, had 20% exact occupancy.

02:36:37.000 No more, no less.

02:36:40.000 Oh, my goodness.

02:36:41.000 Oh, my goodness.

02:36:42.000 It just goes on and on.

02:36:46.000 Let's continue.

02:36:46.000 This is out of the Scotsman, uh, Scotsman?

02:36:50.000 Scotland.

02:36:52.000 On PrisonPlanet.com and InfoWars.com, the hidden microphones Stalin used to shape the rebuilding of post-war Europe. 0.65

02:36:59.000 Now, in Austin, Garba, five years ago, they began putting hundreds of microphones up each year.

02:37:05.000 It's now up to a thousand.

02:37:06.000 They admit this in the paper.

02:37:08.000 Microphones with shotgun power to rotate around 200 yards away and listen to people.

02:37:14.000 And it's all hooked into their emergency center.

02:37:16.000 And now they admit, last Monday, that it's used by the Defense Department to, quote, watch the people.

02:37:22.000 The hidden microphone Stalin used to shape the rebuilding of post-war Europe. 0.61

02:37:26.000 Joseph Stalin was not a man to leave anything to chance.

02:37:28.000 Years of eliminating his opponents, 50 to 65 million of them, and protecting himself from potential challengers, ...has instilled a keen sense of self-preservation in the Soviet dictator and bred, as poker players put it, a sense of self-preservation and unwillingness to ever give a sucker an even break. 0.94

02:37:49.000 One of those suckers, it turns out, was Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the United States President.

02:37:55.000 A new study was revealed in devastating detail about Stalin bugged FDR's quarters during the 1945 conference at Yalta, a term in the post-war map of Europe. 0.76

02:38:05.000 Folks, they didn't have to bug him.

02:38:07.000 He was all for it.

02:38:09.000 An article published in the latest edition of Studies in Intelligence, the journal of the U.S.

02:38:13.000 intelligence community, Gary Kern writes that Stalin had an American president pinned, examined, and analyzed like a specimen under a magnifying glass.

02:38:21.000 The Soviet leader knew every move, every gamut.

02:38:24.000 The Americans and British would make a Yalta and would plan his response accordingly. 0.80

02:38:28.000 The U.S.

02:38:29.000 argues Mr. Kern walked into a surveillance trap.

02:38:32.000 Oh yeah, right.

02:38:34.000 The footage just shows how loving microphones are for you and your family.

02:38:38.000 Here's one out of the new scientists today.

02:38:41.000 Safety fears over pilotless planes.

02:38:44.000 A plan for pilotless aircraft to begin operating routinely from ordinary airports in the U.S.

02:38:49.000 is being greeted with alarm by aviation safety campaigners.

02:38:52.000 They say such operations would put at risk the safety of other planes, passengers on the ground, and people living near airports.

02:38:59.000 The plan, which also involves giving unmanned aerial vehicles, UAVs, easier access to U.S.

02:39:03.000 civil airspace, is a result of a powerful partnership led by the Pentagon, NASA, Lockheed Martin, Norfolk Grumman, and Boeing.

02:39:11.000 Oh, the remote control systems, those are useful, aren't they?

02:39:14.000 On Access 5, the group aims to loosen restrictions on where UAVs can operate within five years.

02:39:20.000 They've already got drones in the skies.

02:39:21.000 They fly them out of Bergstrom, right here in Austin, in a joint APD-U.S.

02:39:26.000 Army operation.

02:39:28.000 For most of the flight, UAVs are controlled by a pilot on the ground via satellite radio link.

02:39:33.000 At present, anyone wanting to fly wants a civilian airspace to follow a detailed flight plan with the Federal Aviation Administration at least 30 days in advance.

02:39:42.000 Access 5 wants UAVs to be allowed to fly on a day-to-day plan as filed by any other aircraft.

02:39:49.000 The group hopes this rapid approval of UAV flights will also Allow the craft to fly more flexible missions, but critics fear it may eventually pave the way for pileless cargo flights.

02:40:01.000 And it says, totally unopposed, the prospect of UAVs sharing runways with passenger planes is raising serious concerns.

02:40:06.000 What happens if a pileless plane hits an airport terminal or another plane?

02:40:10.000 It goes on and on.

02:40:12.000 Folks, they've already got them in the skies.

02:40:14.000 Senator Warner said they're gonna watch everything we do.

02:40:18.000 Before I end this segment, I do want to challenge all the listeners to get my videos, to support the broadcast, to get my book.
