Alex Jones Show - 20030715_Tue_Alex

00:00:03.000 This is the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:00:07.000 Big Brother Mainstream media.

00:00:17.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:18.000 You want answers?

00:00:21.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:22.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:26.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:33.000 That's right, ladies and gentlemen.

00:00:37.000 It's already the 15th of July, 2003.

00:00:39.000 I'm Alex Jones, and I have moved studios to another office, and we meant to be up and running live today.

00:00:52.000 We were yesterday, but I'll be joining you live during the show today or back tonight from 9 to midnight live just as soon as we Get the studio transferred over, so I'm joining you via phone line.

00:01:05.000 But I've gotten literally hundreds of requests via email and calls on air, a lot of you heard them yesterday, to re-air the Ann Coulter interview, the neocon, who got angry when I talked about defending the Second Amendment or liberty or freedom, and who then called us conspiracy theorists when we talked about the New World Order.

00:01:25.000 So we'll be exposing the liberals' secret weapon, the neocon, their Trojan horse, Ann Coulter coming up a little bit later.

00:01:34.000 Also, I'm going to get all the other big top neocons on the show. 0.99

00:01:38.000 I'm going to get the Bennetts of the world on. 1.00

00:01:40.000 I'm going to get the Dick Morrises.

00:01:43.000 I'm going to get the whole list of neocons.

00:01:46.000 You're going to be hearing them here in the near future.

00:01:47.000 In fact, today I had George Humphrey lined up.

00:01:49.000 He's a guy fighting the neocons.

00:01:52.000 And I had Mr. Bannon, Dr. Bannon, talking about the government-run white slavery ranks.

00:01:56.000 We're rescheduling that for tomorrow and Thursday as well.

00:02:00.000 Just a bunch of great guests this week.

00:02:02.000 But coming up is Ann Coulter and then, of course, Red Beckman to talk about the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

00:02:08.000 And I tell you, I was wound up like a Swiss clock that day, so that was a good interview we did.

00:02:14.000 And just a lot of other news and information coming up.

00:02:16.000 But Ann Coulter in the next segment and for the rest of this hour.

00:02:21.000 And I want to thank Mark for putting that system together.

00:02:27.000 This particular rebroadcast on such short notice.

00:02:32.000 Again, we'll probably be back live today.

00:02:34.000 I mean, during this show.

00:02:36.000 If not tonight, 9 to midnight, I'll do a live show 9 to midnight.

00:02:39.000 And then, of course, back tomorrow, 11 to 2.

00:02:41.000 And I want to thank the affiliates, the listeners, the sponsors, the folks who are on the show.

00:02:46.000 The broadcast has exploded.

00:02:48.000 We have millions of people listening.

00:02:50.000 We are affecting change.

00:02:52.000 The New World Order is in deep trouble.

00:02:56.000 They're trying to flaunt everything in our face now to condition us to accept it.

00:03:01.000 But here's a headline of the London Telegraph today.

00:03:04.000 Blair's New World Order blocked.

00:03:06.000 He called for a New World Order yesterday and called for unlimited police power domestically to be able to invade any country he wants.

00:03:13.000 When he gets caught lying, he asks for more power.

00:03:15.000 And that totally backfired in his face.

00:03:18.000 The House of Commons.

00:03:19.000 Of course, he's a big liberal working with Bush, the neocon.

00:03:22.000 These terms mean nothing.

00:03:24.000 And there's just so much other scandalous, incredible news.

00:03:28.000 WorldNetDaily's calling Rumsfeld a liar.

00:03:31.000 See, when WorldNetDaily's forced to expose the neocons, you know the neocons are in trouble.

00:03:38.000 So that's coming up as well.

00:03:41.000 Then we'll get into Rumsfeld, a correct testimony twice.

00:03:46.000 This and a lot more on the show today.

00:03:49.000 So be sure and stay with us.

00:03:53.000 And we'll be back with the Ann Coulter interview and of course then a broadcast with the...

00:04:00.000 (Pause for the interview)

00:04:47.000 You're at the new office.

00:04:50.000 We have a phone company here putting in the digital lines and I got cut off even on this analog.

00:08:07.000 That's 877-605-9200.

00:08:15.000 Mainstream media.

00:08:17.000 Government cover-ups.

00:08:19.000 You want answers?

00:08:21.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:21.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:26.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:35.000 Ann Coulter has been one of the top folks at the Michigan Law Review.

00:08:41.000 She has worked in the House Judiciary Committee.

00:08:44.000 She's a best-selling author. 0.62

00:08:46.000 You've probably seen her on just dozens and dozens of scores of national cable TV shows from CNN's Paula Zahn to Hannity and Combs to the O'Reilly Factor.

00:08:59.000 And I know I've heard her on a lot of different conservative talk shows as well.

00:09:04.000 And she's here to talk about some of her best-selling books.

00:09:06.000 The new one gets into treason and treachery of the liberals.

00:09:08.000 And we're going to talk about the lies about McCarthy, which I agree with her on. 0.94

00:09:12.000 We're going to talk about Alger Hiss and communist spies, how the Democrats have always protected them.

00:09:17.000 We'll get into Ronald Reagan, the Vietnam War, and the War on Terror.

00:09:21.000 But, Ann Coulter, I'm going to be honest with you right up front here on the air.

00:09:26.000 I consider myself a real conservative, a Ron Paul-type conservative-slash-libertarian, and Uh, I, you wouldn't, would you consider yourself a neocon, a neoconservative?

00:09:38.000 No, I'm a conservative.

00:09:40.000 Okay, because a lot of the White House calls themselves neocons and, you know, that's their own word.

00:09:44.000 And, you know, Bush says he'll re-sign the assault weapons ban and add some nice little tidbits to it.

00:09:50.000 Uh, Bush has voted with Hillary and others for open borders.

00:09:56.000 Hillary voted with Bush for the war, so I don't know if it's just a Republican-Democrat issue.

00:10:00.000 I mean, how do you respond to that?

00:10:02.000 That Bush, I mean, we see the biggest growth in the federal government ever, and a lot of different things developing.

00:10:10.000 How do you respond to that?

00:10:12.000 Could conservatives do more to shine the spotlight on the dirt in our own house? 0.94

00:10:17.000 I think it's up to conservatives to fight these issues by persuading their fellow countrymen that we don't want Big Socialism, supported by Teddy Kennedy and Hillary, and not just sit back and say, oh, Bush should be stopping all of this.

00:10:31.000 Bush is the President, as President and a Republican.

00:10:35.000 He has the whole mainstream media against him.

00:10:37.000 I think Ronald Reagan did this as well.

00:10:38.000 The President can really only focus, it seems to me, on about three issues.

00:10:44.000 And I think the issues Bush has chosen Are the war on terrorism, taxes, and the judiciary.

00:10:51.000 But you can't persuade an entire nation to stop voting for benefits for themselves.

00:10:57.000 I think it's up to us to persuade the soccer moms out there and our congressmen and our senators that we don't want big socialism.

00:11:07.000 But Ann Coulter, that's kind of a cop-out.

00:11:09.000 I mean, let's be honest here, and then we'll get into your book, but I want to get this out of the way up front.

00:11:13.000 Uh, Bush doesn't have to sign the assault weapons ban.

00:11:15.000 87% of Americans aren't against it in major polls.

00:11:19.000 89% in the Gallup poll against the open borders, which he's been pushing for.

00:11:23.000 These are... What is open borders?

00:11:26.000 Pardon me?

00:11:26.000 What do you mean?

00:11:28.000 Oh, he had Fox up here right before 9-1-1 pushing for another blanket $10 million amnesty.

00:11:33.000 He's all part of this push for this Pan-American Union.

00:11:37.000 I mean, look, I don't hear this on conservative talk radio.

00:11:40.000 Bush, the NRA, did put out an alert, though.

00:11:41.000 Bush says he's going to re-sign that assault weapons bill.

00:11:44.000 How can you say that he's got the whole media against him?

00:11:48.000 I don't care if he had the whole media against him.

00:11:49.000 He needs to not sign that assault weapons ban.

00:11:53.000 Well, I think he also needs to get re-elected, and there are a lot of soccer moms who vote out there. 1.00

00:11:59.000 And I'm just saying that a conservative president can't take on every issue at once.

00:12:04.000 He does have to look at being re-elected.

00:12:06.000 I think he'll probably be re-elected without much trouble.

00:12:08.000 So you think it's okay to sign the assault weapons ban?

00:12:10.000 I don't think it's okay, but I'm saying instead of sitting back and complaining that Bush isn't doing everything for us. I think we have to understand that

00:12:18.000 there's only so much the President of the United States can do and can move the country on and

00:12:23.000 persuade the country.

00:12:24.000 He can only hold so many nationally televised speeches, so many State of the Union addresses,

00:12:31.000 and I think it's on the other than the three main issue chosen by a Republican President,

00:12:36.000 it's up to the rest of us to get our senators and our representatives not to vote for such

00:12:41.000 bills to send them to the President. Okay, and we're going to move on what the liberals

00:12:45.000 are doing because that's where I cut my teeth and talk radio and...

00:12:49.000 This is important, but come on, this is a cop-out here.

00:12:53.000 I think it's a cop-out just for conservatives to sit back and take bushes and giving us

00:12:57.000 everything we want.

00:12:59.000 Everything we want.

00:13:00.000 It's the Second Amendment.

00:13:01.000 Okay, what about Pardongate?

00:13:04.000 The White House Press Secretary told World Net Daily, who your columns run in, told their reporter, the President's not going after Clinton for Pardongate and he suggests you drop it as well.

00:13:17.000 I don't want to hear neocons on the air bashing Bill Clinton, the traitor, which he is, I agree with the title of your book.

00:13:23.000 bashing the traitor when George Bush is blocking Dan Burton's Pardongate investigation, not releasing the papers on convicted drug dealers and money launderers.

00:13:33.000 What do you say to that, Ann Coulter?

00:13:35.000 What I've already said, which is I really want Bush to be focused on the war on terrorism, on taxes, and on the judiciary.

00:13:44.000 And if conservatives can raise enough barracudas, I don't agree with Bush on a lot of these other things.

00:13:52.000 Um, but I think we have to do more than sit back and say Bush has to be the one to veto the bills.

00:13:57.000 Why are the representatives and senators that we voted for sending him things?

00:14:01.000 Well, hey, I agree with that, but again, the executive is as big as the legislative, and he's got that veto power, but he's not just not going to veto it, he says he's going to sign it, Ann!

00:14:10.000 Right!

00:14:12.000 Right!

00:14:13.000 How about stopping it before it gets to him?

00:14:15.000 Well, I agree with that.

00:14:16.000 And I think too many conservatives sit back and think, you know, this is all Bush's fault.

00:14:21.000 Well, go out and persuade some soccer moms. 1.00

00:14:23.000 Go out and write an op-ed.

00:14:25.000 Complain to ABC, NBC, CBS.

00:14:27.000 Write to your congressman.

00:14:29.000 Write to your senator.

00:14:30.000 The problem with this is, Look, about half the country voted for Al Gore in the last election.

00:14:35.000 We have to change that, and can't just sit back and say, we got our guy in, now he's going to be our savior on everything.

00:14:42.000 I wish he were, but he's not going to be.

00:14:44.000 Even Ronald Reagan couldn't be.

00:14:46.000 You've got to focus as president on three big issues, and I wish Both Reagan and Bush were more conservative and voted every way, and vetoed every bill that I didn't like.

00:14:57.000 But there's a limit to how much a president can do if he can be re-elected.

00:15:01.000 Ann, again, we're on this line here.

00:15:03.000 I do want to have some time with you.

00:15:04.000 You've agreed to stay a little bit longer past the half hour, and I really appreciate that.

00:15:07.000 I know you're very busy, but let's discuss this now.

00:15:10.000 I mean, let's be honest here, because you can't just keep saying this.

00:15:12.000 Then let's get to my book, okay?

00:15:13.000 Because I think we both made our point.

00:15:15.000 Ann, Ann, I understand you're doing your big book promotion, but You know, I hear you all over the radio and TV, and I hear you talking about the danger of the liberals and how deadly they are, and I agree with that.

00:15:25.000 But, now, you brought up this, you put out your same idea three times when I brought these questions up.

00:15:32.000 Barbara Boxer said arm all the pilots, it's better than having the F-16s shoot the planes down.

00:15:38.000 Bush said he didn't want to arm any of the pilots.

00:15:40.000 Now, how do you... and then the conservatives did put pressure on him and he let it go through.

00:15:45.000 He was stopping that threatening of veto.

00:15:47.000 Now what do you say to that?

00:15:51.000 He didn't veto it.

00:15:53.000 Because of pressure.

00:15:56.000 Well, see, that makes your point for you, but at the same time, if a big name like you, an articulate individual like yourself, who's kind of a mascot, well, not kind of a mascot, you are for the conservatives, and I think that's, you know, fine.

00:16:08.000 We need, you know, intelligent women out there doing this. 1.00

00:16:11.000 Then we need to have you help put some pressure in there as well, and I haven't heard you do it.

00:16:15.000 I mean, you have done a little bit today, and I appreciate that.

00:16:19.000 Look, I do in my book.

00:16:20.000 I am advising your audience that we need to persuade the American people and our representatives and senators.

00:16:27.000 I mean, what's the alternative?

00:16:28.000 Vote for Al Gore?

00:16:29.000 No.

00:16:31.000 I'm just saying, this is what Reagan did, this is what Bush did.

00:16:35.000 There's only so much a president can do.

00:16:37.000 I've said this many times.

00:16:39.000 I'm sure you can come up with lots of stuff he did that I don't like.

00:16:42.000 What about Bush?

00:16:45.000 Six hours probably going through all of the things Bush has done that, yeah, we don't like.

00:16:50.000 And I'm going to keep coming back to you and saying, yes, but he's not going to let us down on taxes, he's not going to let us down on the judiciary, he's not going to let us down on the war on terrorism.

00:16:58.000 Why did he sign on to UNESCO?

00:16:59.000 I think there's no limits to how much the President can do.

00:17:01.000 He's not the czar of the universe.

00:17:03.000 And what about UNESCO?

00:17:04.000 I mean... No, we're not going to keep doing this.

00:17:08.000 So, you're not saying this is scripted like the liberals are you?

00:17:13.000 No, I'm saying...

00:17:15.000 This is the same question over and over again, and I'm going to keep saying the same answer over and over again.

00:17:20.000 Yeah, there are a lot of things.

00:17:21.000 Do you want to hear that answer again?

00:17:23.000 You know, I could take a nap now and you could keep replaying it.

00:17:26.000 A president can only focus on three issues.

00:17:28.000 His three issues.

00:17:29.000 Terrorism, taxes, judiciary.

00:17:31.000 He's focusing on those issues.

00:17:32.000 It's up to us to persuade our fellow Americans, our senators and representatives.

00:17:36.000 A president can only focus on three issues.

00:17:38.000 Our president is focusing on terrorism, taxes, and judiciary.

00:17:41.000 I think that is a key priority.

00:17:44.000 It's up to us to focus on the other issues, persuade the soccer moms who have to be won over. 0.99

00:17:50.000 You have replayed that a few times here for us, but okay, we can then get into the book.

00:17:55.000 What about UNESCO?

00:17:56.000 What about this?

00:17:57.000 I'm sure there are lots of I think we could spend six hours doing this!

00:18:00.000 Yeah, we could.

00:18:01.000 Well, I think somebody needs to, because all I hear is worship of Bush, and we're going to have a real conservative country and get back to what America is, and influential people like you and others.

00:18:09.000 Okay, we run against him!

00:18:10.000 Well, look, you have replayed that.

00:18:11.000 I understand you.

00:18:12.000 I understand your answer there.

00:18:13.000 I see where we're going with that.

00:18:15.000 And, okay, I understand what you're saying.

00:18:17.000 Now, I don't think I've heard you get this hot on TV with the liberals.

00:18:20.000 Man, you're getting pretty upset here.

00:18:23.000 I'm getting pretty bored.

00:18:25.000 Oh, you're bored.

00:18:26.000 Okay.

00:18:26.000 I thought the Second Amendment stuff was pretty important.

00:18:28.000 Okay.

00:18:29.000 But look, McCarthy, I agree with you on that.

00:18:32.000 Your book, what do you get into with McCarthy and what the liberals have done?

00:18:35.000 I know the Wall Street Journal, even the LA Times have admitted, quote, headlines, McCarthy was right. 0.97

00:18:40.000 Files show McCarthy was right.

00:18:41.000 That's been vindicated, but that message hasn't gotten out there.

00:18:44.000 Your book covers that.

00:18:45.000 Tell us about McCarthy.

00:18:47.000 The point in telling the truth about McCarthy and everything you think you know about McCarthy to the listeners out there is a massive lie, is that, you know, liberals won't let it go.

00:18:58.000 They've been hysterical about this myth of their own creation, McCarthyism, for 60 years, and they're using it once again in the war on terrorism.

00:19:07.000 The one topic that's off the table for debate in America is liberals' patriotism, is the relative patriotism of the two parties. 0.95

00:19:15.000 Democrats feel free to call conservatives, Republicans, dogs, Kurds, fascists, racists. 0.73

00:24:30.000 And we're talking to Ann Coulter, who again has been making the rounds for years, writing best-selling books.

00:24:36.000 Very intelligent and we've got loaded phones in the next segment.

00:24:39.000 She's ready to stay over for the rest of the hour with us.

00:24:41.000 We're very thankful for that.

00:24:43.000 We'll get to Bill and Kevin and John and Mike and Clint and many others that are patiently holding wanting to talk to Ann Coulter.

00:24:54.000 We've all seen her on TV or heard her on the radio.

00:24:56.000 She's very prolific, and now she joins us.

00:24:59.000 Her new book is also climbing the bestseller charts.

00:25:02.000 She's got several books on the New York Times bestseller list at number one.

00:25:06.000 Treason and Liberal Treachery, folks, is the book.

00:25:11.000 And we'll be going over that.

00:25:12.000 We also have a link to it on my website.

00:25:14.000 Anne, continuing with McCarthy.

00:25:16.000 The KGB files are out.

00:25:18.000 It was worse than what McCarthy said, but still we have this word, McCarthyism, that the liberals have like a religious sacrament.

00:25:25.000 Can you break that down for us?

00:25:27.000 Yes, that's right.

00:25:27.000 That's why they're reacting like Muslim clerics to the satanic verses to my book.

00:25:34.000 They, their fallback position, I mean for 60 years they've ferociously denied that these manifest the obvious spies, were spies.

00:25:43.000 The Venona documents came out in 1995.

00:25:44.000 It turns out the U.S.

00:25:46.000 government had been secretly decrypting Soviet cables.

00:25:50.000 By the way, I interviewed the author of that.

00:25:52.000 He was involved in investigating them and stuff he couldn't release for 40 years because of national security.

00:25:56.000 I mean, it was a lot worse than what McCarthy said.

00:25:58.000 That's right.

00:25:59.000 That's right.

00:26:00.000 Not dozens, but hundreds of Soviet spies were working their way into government at top positions, being defended by Democrats, by the Democratic Party elite, such as Alger Hiss, who was defended.

00:26:13.000 Harry Truman denounced the investigation into Alger Hiss as a red herring.

00:26:17.000 Harry Truman promoted Gary Dexter White, after Gary Dexter White was identified to him as a Soviet spy.

00:26:25.000 That was such a stunning event that when Eisenhower became President, and Eisenhower was hardly a fire-breathing anti-communist, Eisenhower directed his Attorney General to go on national TV and state that as President, Truman had promoted a soviet spy after being told he was a soviet spy. this

00:26:42.000 would be like like um george bush putting known al-qaeda members in the department of transportation.

00:26:47.000 oh yeah that would be outrageous and still you know harry truman is portrayed as the feisty

00:26:52.000 little anti-communist. um uh now why did why did they finally get mccarthy and why did conservatives

00:27:01.000 abandon him?

00:27:03.000 Well, one of the most preposterous myths of McCarthyism is that he held a terrified nation captive.

00:27:10.000 To the contrary, liberals were loud, aggressive.

00:27:12.000 They were having a ball denouncing McCarthy, libeling him.

00:27:17.000 One senator directed the postmaster of Washington, D.C.

00:27:20.000 to spy on McCarthy's private mail and the private mail of his assistant.

00:27:25.000 McCarthy never did anything like that.

00:27:26.000 The Senate staged four investigations into McCarthy.

00:27:30.000 Meanwhile, Soviet spies are working their way through the government, passing atomic technology to the Soviets.

00:27:35.000 And what the Democratic Party is interested in is what the precise words were McCarthy used in a speech before a group of Republican women.

00:27:43.000 All of the elites were arrayed against McCarthy because he was exposing the entire liberal establishment.

00:27:49.000 As the columnist Jack Anderson said about a year before McCarthy's censure, we had used up almost our entire bag of tricks against McCarthy and to no effect because the American people loved him.

00:28:00.000 It was much like the Clinton era.

00:28:02.000 If you can imagine the Clinton era without talk radio, without the internet, and without Fox News, all organs of mainstream opinion We're in a rage about McCarthy.

00:28:12.000 He was exposing the Democratic Party.

00:28:14.000 I mean, the Democratic Party was caught red-handed.

00:28:17.000 Now, he did get abandoned, though, when he went after the Army and said there were higher-up levels, the government itself, supporting the Communists.

00:28:25.000 Now, the evidence has come out on that.

00:28:26.000 I was watching History Channel.

00:28:28.000 Uh, just, uh, last year, and they admitted that they'd actually helped, that the government had decided Mao, in 49, uh, was, uh, quote, better, uh, than, uh, the Nationalists.

00:28:39.000 Oh yeah, including George Catlett Marshall, venerated on the PBS webpage.

00:28:44.000 Yeah, Marshall, Marshall loved Mao, but, um, hated Israelis, was opposed to a state of Israel.

00:28:50.000 Um... But see, he got burned.

00:28:52.000 He got burned, though, when he went too high to the level above the Communists.

00:28:57.000 Um, not quite.

00:28:59.000 I think it was, I mean, yes, technically I think all that happened was it finally wore down the hysteria, the anger, the gnashing of teeth.

00:29:07.000 It finally wore down McCarthy's supporters.

00:29:10.000 The Senate voted to censure him.

00:29:12.000 That looked very bad.

00:29:14.000 They voted to censure him, interestingly, not for any of his treatment of any witnesses.

00:29:20.000 Yeah, but are the liberals communists, or are they elitists that will use a communist system to consolidate power?

00:29:28.000 Pardon me?

00:29:29.000 I mean, are the liberals communists, or were they just elitists who wanted to use the communist system to consolidate control?

00:29:35.000 What would you call the liberals?

00:29:37.000 I mean, what's a real term for them? 0.93

00:29:39.000 Morally blind.

00:29:41.000 Well, I would just call them globalists today.

00:29:43.000 I mean, they want this global system, don't they?

00:29:47.000 Uh, yeah.

00:29:48.000 Well, Ann, we've got a break.

00:29:49.000 We'll be back in three minutes.

00:29:50.000 We'll get into a couple other facets of your book real quick.

00:29:53.000 I want to talk about the Vietnam, and I want to talk about the War on Terror. 0.69

00:29:56.000 Then we'll take calls.

00:29:58.000 Stay with us.

00:30:00.000 We're on the march.

00:30:01.000 The Empire's on the run.

00:30:04.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:10.000 Our founding fathers wrote down for all time our most precious documents of freedom.

00:30:15.000 The Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and Lincoln's Gettysburg Address.

00:30:20.000 These are the purest... 7091.

00:30:22.000 That web address again is CalbinPureSoap.com.

00:30:26.000 Try Pure Soap once and I guarantee you'll never use anything else.

00:30:33.000 Don't worry, this show is documented.

00:30:37.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:45.000 We're talking to Ann Coulter, my friend, the best-selling author, the conservative Republican, I'd really call her a poster child because she's intelligent and And eloquent in her delivery, and we're honored to have her.

00:31:03.000 We're about to go to these loaded phones here in just a second, but... And, before we get into the Vietnam War just briefly and some of the lies there, because we know there's plenty of them, I wanted to talk about your war on terror, because Congressman Ron Paul is a friend of mine, and he said in the Washington Times Magazine Insight that Patriot Act I was the definition of an unconstitutional police state, And, uh, that the Founding Fathers revolted over much lighter forms of oppression.

00:31:31.000 Now that's an exact quote.

00:31:32.000 He said things worse on this show.

00:31:35.000 I just so happen to have an analysis here by Gunners of America, Patriot Act 2, that Adcroft said didn't exist, now he admits it does.

00:31:43.000 And I do know that Section 802 of the first one says that the new definition of terrorism, and you're a lawyer, is any action that endangers human life that's a violation of any federal or state law.

00:31:52.000 The Justice Department three weeks ago The Washington Times admitted in a brief to Congress when they published sections of it that, quote, it will be used for all crimes across the board for citizens as well.

00:32:03.000 Now, I've heard you on the radio and others saying that that's not the case.

00:32:06.000 Now, are we wrong?

00:32:08.000 I've read it.

00:32:09.000 I know I'm not.

00:32:10.000 Or where's the disconnect here, Ann?

00:32:12.000 Because everybody makes it a liberal issue.

00:32:14.000 Hillary and Chuckie Schumer voted for this.

00:32:16.000 They're for the Patriot Act.

00:32:18.000 Can you enlighten us, Ann Coulter?

00:32:21.000 Well, I can't get into the minutia you are discussing.

00:32:24.000 Um, but I can't say that... Minutia, the subsections?

00:32:27.000 Pardon me?

00:32:28.000 Well, I mean, it's not just minutia, it's the facts.

00:32:32.000 Okay, but I haven't read the Act, so I was just saying I can't respond to precisely what it is Ron Paul is describing as being unconstitutional, but what I can say is this.

00:32:44.000 Hillary Clinton also voted for war with Iraq, as did John Kerry, as did Dianne Feinstein, as did lots of Democrats, because they knew they'd lose the American people if they didn't vote for it.

00:32:55.000 And then they turned right around and started attacking the war with Iraq, saying we had to work with the Allies, and oh, of course they thought this meant we'd have to work through Germany and France.

00:33:05.000 I'm not familiar with all of Ron Paul's positions or all of Um, lots of people's positions, but I keep reading through looking for the Great Civil Rights Emergency here, or the Great Civil Rights Violation, and I haven't seen a single... Well, you're not going to find that, Ann.

00:33:19.000 America would hit in the greatest terrorist attack ever and 3,000 Americans killed.

00:33:24.000 I don't see any bomber raids, I don't see any Japanese internments.

00:33:28.000 And you're not going to find it in the liberal press because they're spinning it about how

00:33:31.000 it's about "Oh, the Muslims, they've got to have their rights for the illegal aliens" 0.69

00:33:35.000 when that's just window dressing, playing good cop, bad cop.

00:33:38.000 I've read the section, I've written analysis of it, it's been published in major magazines,

00:33:42.000 conservative magazines.

00:33:44.000 Major newspapers.

00:33:45.000 I've written an analysis.

00:33:46.000 You ought to talk to Larry Pratt.

00:33:47.000 His lawyers did.

00:33:48.000 You know, he was in Congress as one of their analysts.

00:33:51.000 And he can't believe it.

00:33:53.000 It's got gun control in it.

00:33:55.000 Patriot Act II has secret arrest of citizens for no reason.

00:33:58.000 Liability protection to police and military to act domestically.

00:34:02.000 I mean, this is stuff Bill Clinton tried to get past.

00:34:05.000 Let me get it for you.

00:34:07.000 and failed. Section 213 means they can break in your house without a warrant, take whatever

00:34:11.000 they want, plant whatever they want in any criminal investigation, even if it's non-terrorism.

00:34:16.000 So you can say that, well, you haven't read it, but then you've been looking for the problems

00:34:19.000 in it. I'm begging you-- No, I haven't read the portion that provides for secret arrests

00:34:24.000 with no reason. I would be curious to see that. Let me dig it out. I'm sorry, I just

00:34:28.000 don't believe it. Let me get it for you. That's Section 501 of the Domestic Security Enhancement

00:34:35.000 act that they said didn't exist.

00:34:36.000 It's been introduced in the Senate, sponsored by the Democrats, as S-22, the Justice Domestic Security Enhancement Act.

00:34:43.000 Uh, would you like me to read you some sections?

00:34:46.000 No.

00:34:47.000 Okay.

00:34:47.000 Hey, hey listen, uh, what about Vietnam?

00:34:49.000 I mean, I agree with you about Vietnam.

00:34:51.000 What really, what do you cover in your book about Vietnam that will take calls?

00:34:55.000 Um, the point of the Vietnam chapter is for one thing to explain what really happened, rather than the obtuse analyses we normally get, which is the Democratic Party cannot win wars.

00:35:06.000 They don't believe in America's virtue and consequently are squeamish about projecting American power around the world.

00:35:13.000 They take the country to war, lose the war, and then insist that the rest of us describe Vietnam as an unwinnable war, just as they lose confidence in communism and spend the rest of their lives insisting that no one say that anyone lost China, no one lost China, Ronald Reagan has a triumphant victory over a 60-year-old evil empire, and we're supposed to believe that was inevitable, too.

00:35:35.000 Oh, no one won that war.

00:35:36.000 He didn't win the Cold War.

00:35:38.000 So, you know, on liberal theory of how history works, no administration can ever affect anything.

00:35:45.000 But, amazingly enough, continents are lost to communism, wars are lost, embassies are stormed when a Democrat is president. 0.61

00:35:52.000 And 70-year-old Soviet regimes are toppled when a Republican is president.

00:35:57.000 So, you know, if nothing else, on the luck theory, you should only vote for Republicans.

00:36:01.000 Well, now, certainly the Communists are still alive, still operating, but again, Rumsfeld on the board of ABB.

00:36:12.000 Clinton allowed the transfers of the reactors.

00:36:16.000 You've got Rumsfeld with Saddam. 0.94

00:36:18.000 I mean, again, I just can't be a hypocrite here. 0.91

00:36:21.000 I see just as much of the treachery going on by Republicans. 0.94

00:36:25.000 Maybe they go in and clean up the mess when Democrats don't. 0.99

00:36:28.000 I agree with you that the Democrats will start wars and then hand it to a Republican and then try to Cause social degeneration, which they feed off of, but at the same time, what do you say to the Republicans?

00:36:45.000 I mean, they've certainly been involved with thug regimes as well.

00:36:50.000 I don't... My problem is not being involved with thug regimes.

00:36:54.000 My problem is losing wars and betraying allies.

00:36:59.000 Well, Ann Coulter, I have read your book, Slander.

00:37:02.000 I haven't read the new one.

00:37:03.000 Just got it last week.

00:37:04.000 Haven't had a chance to read it yet.

00:37:06.000 But you talked about Clinton and the supercomputers and stuff in China.

00:37:10.000 And that was bad.

00:37:11.000 And all the other conservatives have.

00:37:12.000 But wait a minute.

00:37:14.000 Bush just took those restrictions off more than Clinton did. 0.99

00:37:16.000 Why is that suddenly okay?

00:37:20.000 Um, I actually don't know what you're talking about.

00:37:23.000 Okay, you know about Clinton and the supercomputers?

00:37:26.000 Um, no, I don't write about that.

00:37:28.000 I believe you did talk about Clinton and the Treasury selling stuff to China.

00:37:32.000 You didn't talk about that?

00:37:34.000 In High Crimes and Misdemeanors, there was one chapter on China, but right now I'm promoting treason. 0.85

00:37:40.000 Well, I read your book six months ago, so I may be a little off, but I think you did talk about China.

00:37:44.000 Yeah, there was one chapter on China.

00:37:46.000 I consider it axiomatic and obvious that Bill Clinton was not good for the self-defense of America.

00:37:51.000 But I'm saying it's Republican-connected companies that were doing the selling.

00:37:54.000 Clinton let it happen.

00:37:55.000 They're both guilty.

00:37:57.000 Laurel was not.

00:37:59.000 As I recall, Laurel was the main...

00:38:03.000 malefactor in that case. And that was absolutely not a "Republican" 0.57

00:38:08.000 company, though I did write that book five years ago. But L'Oreal, it seems to me, as I

00:38:12.000 recall from the book I wrote five years ago, was the main malefactor, and that was not

00:38:17.000 Republican.

00:38:18.000 All righty, well, let's take some calls. Let's go ahead and talk to Bill in Pennsylvania.

00:38:24.000 Bill, you're on the air with Ann Coulter.

00:38:26.000 Go ahead.

00:38:27.000 Yes, Alex.

00:38:27.000 How are you doing?

00:38:28.000 Fine, sir.

00:38:29.000 Hi, Ann.

00:38:30.000 In all due respect, Ann, I can't help but drawing this analogy.

00:38:35.000 Oftentimes I go into a place of business and I inquire about purchasing something.

00:38:40.000 So I go to a clerk or a salesperson and I walk away in disparagement because I oftentimes know more than they do.

00:38:46.000 And that seems to be the case here with Alex versus you.

00:38:50.000 I didn't write a book about the Patriot Act.

00:38:52.000 Right.

00:38:53.000 Well, but you cover all these issues and I don't think you should really... I disagree with his analysis of the Patriot Act.

00:38:58.000 Pardon?

00:38:59.000 I disagree with his analysis of the Patriot Act.

00:39:02.000 But you haven't read it!

00:39:02.000 It has nothing to do with my book.

00:39:03.000 Well, I know, but maybe these are issues that you talk about, evidently, on these talk shows.

00:39:08.000 Maybe you should educate yourself.

00:39:10.000 No, I don't.

00:39:11.000 I've heard you on a bunch of shows.

00:39:12.000 Hold on a minute.

00:39:13.000 I've heard you on a bunch of shows say that it doesn't take liberties and the liberals are lying.

00:39:17.000 It's not a liberal issue is what I'm saying.

00:39:19.000 I mean, ma'am, you are in support of the President.

00:39:21.000 No, I have said liberals are lying, claiming there's a civil liberties crisis in America right now.

00:39:25.000 There is!

00:39:25.000 If you think that, I think you're wrong.

00:39:26.000 And I think you've given the liberals powerful cannon fodder by not being a conservative issue to demand that Bush not violate the Bill of Rights or Constitution.

00:39:34.000 Or Bill Clinton or anybody else?

00:39:35.000 Um, I am suggesting that conservatives get off their duffs and do something about that, rather than sitting back and just complaining about George Bush.

00:39:43.000 Well, wait, Ashcroft said there wasn't a Patriot Act, too, and then a month later admitted there was.

00:39:47.000 Now, certainly you know about that.

00:39:49.000 No, I have no idea what you're talking about.

00:39:51.000 Oh, okay.

00:39:52.000 Ma'am?

00:39:53.000 Ma'am?

00:39:54.000 Uh, you support the so-called administration's war on terrorism, correct?

00:39:58.000 Yeah, she's written a chapter on it. Yeah, okay. Well if that's the case

00:40:02.000 Then I would suggest maybe you should research this very critical legislation

00:40:08.000 That you don't seem to know anything about give me an example of someone whose civil rights have been violated

00:40:13.000 We have American citizens being taken to camp x-ray The White House admits people have been, quote, tortured to death at Bagram Air Base.

00:40:21.000 No one has been tortured to death!

00:40:23.000 That's preposterous!

00:40:24.000 What are you talking about?

00:40:25.000 That's admitted by the White House.

00:40:27.000 Two weeks ago, they said they won't, quote, allow that to happen anymore.

00:40:30.000 That is absurd.

00:40:31.000 No one... The government has not tortured anyone to death.

00:40:36.000 They've been all over the news advocating it.

00:40:37.000 That's absolutely absurd.

00:40:39.000 It's not absurd.

00:40:40.000 They admitted it.

00:40:41.000 Oh, really?

00:40:42.000 Yeah, the White House.

00:40:44.000 Yes, the CIA section chief of the Middle East.

00:40:46.000 This is insane.

00:40:47.000 And the Washington Post said that they're taking them to... The government has not tortured anyone to death.

00:40:50.000 Yeah, they said one... This is absolutely absurd, and you can tell me the government said it a million times and did not ask... Hey, Ann, what do you do if I send you Associated Press articles?

00:41:00.000 You just say they're false or...

00:41:02.000 Okay, tell me who wrote it.

00:41:03.000 I'll look it up right now.

00:41:05.000 Oh, I've got it.

00:41:05.000 I've covered the articles here.

00:41:06.000 How many times have I covered them, Bill?

00:41:08.000 I've read them almost every week I read an article about it.

00:41:10.000 Okay, what's his name?

00:41:11.000 All the time.

00:41:12.000 Okay, who was tortured to death?

00:41:14.000 Well, I can say to you in the article, you mentioned who's their name, you won't remember, but I mean even... Well, do you have it there?

00:41:19.000 I'll look it up on Google right now.

00:41:21.000 OK, just type White House says that torture will no longer be allowed or type in White House admits that Taliban fighters were tortured to death at Bagram Air Base.

00:41:35.000 I mean, there's hundreds of articles.

00:41:36.000 It's admitted.

00:41:39.000 It's admitted.

00:41:39.000 You're talking about civil rights violations.

00:41:41.000 What do you mean they've had the pundits?

00:41:42.000 You just switched it over to Bagram.

00:41:45.000 Hold on.

00:41:45.000 Yes.

00:41:46.000 Yes.

00:41:47.000 And they said they fly them to Egypt and to Jordan for third parties to torture them.

00:41:54.000 Americans in this country.

00:41:55.000 I asked for a civil rights violation in this country.

00:41:57.000 They're going to be angry about something that happened.

00:42:00.000 They're going to be tried before a military tribunal.

00:42:02.000 Hold on, let me answer your question.

00:42:04.000 Ms.

00:42:04.000 Sally and others, I dig the articles out right now.

00:42:08.000 There's a bunch of citizens, British citizens, Australian Americans, being taken to camp X-ray.

00:42:12.000 They're building an execution chamber.

00:42:15.000 Paul Wolfowitz will appoint the three military judges that will try them without juries.

00:42:19.000 They can't face the recusers.

00:42:21.000 It's a kangaroo court.

00:42:22.000 Right, and we're talking about civil rights violations in this country.

00:42:25.000 Yeah, enemy combatant designations of American citizens.

00:42:29.000 No, that is a wartime crime.

00:42:32.000 Yes, that may have happened.

00:42:33.000 Are you denouncing the entire U.S.

00:42:35.000 military over this?

00:42:36.000 I think not.

00:42:37.000 No, I think it's horrible that they're huffing depleted uranium, and I think it's horrible they got hit by VX and Sarin, according to hundreds of publications in universities, University of Texas at Dallas, and I think it's horrible they weren't given treatment for that.

00:42:49.000 I do support the troops, yes.

00:42:51.000 I think the anthrax shot was very dangerous and they finally suspended it.

00:42:55.000 I mean, yeah, I do support the troops.

00:42:57.000 But I don't let people say, do you support the troops?

00:42:59.000 Well, you've got to support what I say or you don't support them.

00:43:01.000 But we're talking about Ashcroft and civil rights in this country.

00:43:06.000 Yes, ma'am.

00:43:08.000 Just so you know, they are now saying that they will use it for banking, for everything, for all crimes.

00:43:13.000 An article in the Washington Times titled... So you have no example of anyone's civil rights being violated?

00:43:18.000 All over the place they're using the Patriot Act.

00:43:21.000 Anne, you said you haven't read the Patriot Act.

00:43:24.000 No, I said I read it.

00:43:25.000 I said I hadn't read the part about how innocent Americans can be arrested secretly on the basis of no evidence.

00:43:31.000 I believe I'm quoting you on that.

00:43:32.000 Yes, it actually says that.

00:43:33.000 I missed that provision.

00:43:35.000 Section 501.

00:43:35.000 Which says what?

00:43:36.000 Tied into Section 802.

00:43:37.000 Innocent Americans can be arrested for no reason in secret proceedings.

00:43:40.000 Yes, it says that they don't even need to think a crime's been committed, that you can be snatched off the street secretly and held.

00:43:46.000 Um, that's not in the Patriot Act.

00:43:48.000 Yes, Patriot Act 2, yes it is.

00:43:50.000 Let's talk to Kevin in Massachusetts.

00:43:52.000 Go ahead, Kevin.

00:43:54.000 You're on the air.

00:43:54.000 Hi, Alex.

00:43:56.000 Hi, Ms.

00:43:56.000 Coulter.

00:43:57.000 Pleasure to have you take my call.

00:44:00.000 I had listened to Ms.

00:44:02.000 Coulter's responses, and a couple of terms she used was the liberals were reacting like as if they were reacting to state panic bursts.

00:44:10.000 She used another strong term. 0.96

00:44:13.000 I would call liberals morally blind.

00:44:16.000 Well, I agree with her that they respond like you have blasphemed to say that McCarthy was right.

00:44:23.000 When McCarthy was right, that's admitted now.

00:44:25.000 Right.

00:44:26.000 I think what appeals to me about her book would be that there are some hidden truths probably in there as compared to what you get off the national media, television control.

00:44:42.000 That there'd be some insight into things like McCarthy.

00:44:45.000 You gotta go quick, bud.

00:44:46.000 I got a bunch of callers.

00:44:47.000 Alright, my point was, could Ms.

00:44:50.000 Coulter please talk about the morality of a president that attends Bohemian Grove?

00:44:55.000 Oh, yeah!

00:44:56.000 Bush admits he goes to the Grove in skull and bones, and these are not Christian organizations.

00:45:01.000 Are you aware of those, Ann?

00:45:03.000 Ah, vaguely.

00:45:04.000 Men get dressed up in Women's clothes and sing songs. 0.99

00:45:08.000 Well, according to the Washington Times, they bus in male prostitutes. 0.99

00:45:15.000 That is absurd. 0.88

00:45:16.000 That means $10,000.

00:45:18.000 Hold on, hold on, hold on.

00:45:19.000 Hold on, John.

00:45:21.000 I'm not a betting man, but Ann, I'm ready to put my money where my mouth is. 0.99

00:45:25.000 George Bush attends functions with male prostitutes. 0.94

00:45:30.000 Sacramento Bee, Associated Press, Parade Magazine, Spy Magazine. 0.81

00:45:34.000 I have all the news articles.

00:45:37.000 What's his relationship to Victor Ashe?

00:45:39.000 I don't know who Victor Ashe is.

00:45:41.000 He's the mayor of Knoxville, Tennessee.

00:45:45.000 Alright, we're not going to go there.

00:45:46.000 I can't confirm that.

00:45:47.000 Thank you.

00:45:48.000 John in Tennessee, you're on the air with Ann Coulter.

00:45:51.000 Go ahead.

00:45:52.000 Yes, isn't the title of your new book a propaganda attempt to divert attention from the treason of Prescott Bush's criminal convictions for arming I have the Pittsburgh and New York news articles from 42 when Prescott was arrested.

00:46:05.000 I can't believe this is the nuttiest stuff I've ever heard.

00:46:12.000 Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, I have the Pittsburgh and New York news articles from '42 when Prescott

00:46:19.000 was arrested.

00:46:20.000 Are you saying that didn't happen?

00:46:21.000 I'm saying this is absolutely nutty and you ought to get back to concentrating on the

00:46:26.000 black helicopters.

00:46:28.000 Okay.

00:46:28.000 Oh, which they now admit are surveilling the country with the drones according to the Houston Chronicle and Senator Warner.

00:46:33.000 You mean those?

00:46:34.000 This is the nuttiest conversation I've ever had.

00:46:36.000 Hold on.

00:46:36.000 I just told you we have mainstream news articles.

00:46:38.000 We're at war right now.

00:46:39.000 This is no time to be looking for black helicopters.

00:46:43.000 Okay.

00:46:43.000 Let's put John on hold.

00:46:44.000 I think we ought to be concerned about finding these weapons of mass destruction before they end up in New York rather than running Hey, you are a neocon, and you're out there chilling for the Trojan horse that is George Bush, who's a gun grabber, UN promoter, open borders.

00:46:59.000 I mean, the evidence, you know, the fruit's on the tree, Ann, and we've been trying to be nice to you, and you've just denied things that are all over the mainstream news, many of them for 50 years, and you can't face up to the corruption of the Republican Party that's growing the size of the government.

00:47:15.000 We're conservatives, we're not LaRoucheites over here, okay?

00:47:18.000 I think you are.

00:47:20.000 Well, LaRouche says a lot of things that are true, but then he tells you big government's the answer.

00:47:23.000 We're telling you big government's not the answer, and we do have a corrupt government.

00:47:28.000 And we just told you about Bohemian Grove.

00:47:30.000 Okay, let's put the next nut on.

00:47:32.000 Ann, you're in the media, you know this.

00:47:33.000 They don't let me on the air say things about Bohemian Grove unless I have the news articles.

00:47:37.000 Okay?

00:47:38.000 Sure they do.

00:47:39.000 No they don't.

00:47:39.000 Go to InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com and type in Bohemian Grove.

00:47:44.000 I snuck in there.

00:47:45.000 I got video.

00:47:46.000 We've had Pat Buchanan on talking about it on this show.

00:47:49.000 Okay, Bohemian Grove's real.

00:47:51.000 Skull and Bones is real.

00:47:52.000 They lie in the coffins.

00:47:53.000 They do the rituals.

00:47:54.000 It was on Fox News two years ago.

00:47:57.000 Yeah, it's some nutty frat boy ritual.

00:47:59.000 George Bush and the Monroe. 0.86

00:51:40.000 I don't know about you, but Bush had better not sign that assault weapons ban.

00:51:46.000 Better not call for open borders.

00:51:48.000 I think that's top issues.

00:51:51.000 It's all about the war on terror, isn't it?

00:51:54.000 We should go after his Saudi pals, according to the head of Judicial Watch, Larry Klayman.

00:51:57.000 He likes to vacation with the Bin Laden family, but not C-SPAN, Nashville Press Club.

00:52:02.000 Final segment with Ann Coulter.

00:52:03.000 She's a best-selling author. 0.62

00:52:04.000 We've got a link on InfoWars.com to her publisher, and now you can get it.

00:52:08.000 And we'll let her talk about it here in a second.

00:52:10.000 Let's try to jam a few calls in here, Ann. 0.98

00:52:11.000 Appreciate your courage coming on.

00:52:14.000 Mike in Arizona, you're on the air with Ann Coulter.

00:52:18.000 Hi, Ann.

00:52:19.000 I guess I'm the next nut.

00:52:22.000 Most of us who are more than casual observers of the political scene recognize that the fencing between the Democrats and the Republicans is largely staged.

00:52:31.000 How do you explain the concentration of Council on Foreign Relations members in both the Bush administration and the Clinton administration, an organization that's dedicated to the destruction of American national sovereignty?

00:52:46.000 I think it's absurd to suggest that there are no Democrats.

00:52:48.000 Yeah, that's just a publication, Foreign Affairs.

00:52:50.000 Don't talk about that.

00:52:51.000 It is absurd to say that the Republicans are indistinguishable from the Democrats.

00:52:56.000 I didn't say that, did I?

00:52:57.000 The idea that Al Gore would be running this war on terrorism the way George Bush is Um, it's crazy.

00:53:03.000 We would be at great risk right now.

00:53:05.000 All Americans would be.

00:53:07.000 Um, we would not be probably fighting in Afghanistan or in Iraq.

00:53:12.000 Hey, why is, according to the International Herald Tribune, why does the Justice Department have their people standing over witnesses in the 9-1-1 investigation and, quote, intimidating them?

00:53:22.000 By standing there and scowling at them?

00:53:25.000 Well, you're not, yeah, in private meetings you've got... People are apparently easily intimidated.

00:53:28.000 That's why they're Hijacking planes and flying them into buildings. 0.99

00:53:32.000 Oh, really?

00:53:33.000 Hey, why were some of those hijackers trained at the Pensacola Naval Air Station, according to MSNBC?

00:53:39.000 What?

00:53:40.000 Now you're saying we trained the hijackers?

00:53:43.000 What is this now?

00:53:44.000 Yeah, the military-industrial complex, according to Operation Northwoods, planned to carry out 9-1-1 style attacks.

00:53:50.000 Baltimore Sun, ABC Nightly News.

00:53:53.000 I don't know if you've heard of them.

00:53:56.000 You're just getting nuttier and nuttier.

00:53:58.000 Well, it's like the USS Liberty, which they now admit we've had Admiral Moore on, former Chairman John Cheese's staff.

00:54:03.000 He admits the government tried to sink the ship to blame it on Egypt.

00:54:07.000 No, in fact, I think George Bush was considering having Mohammed Atta in a highly-placed position in the federal government.

00:54:16.000 And Rumsfeld was almost one of the hijackers.

00:54:19.000 Did you know that?

00:54:20.000 But he got away at the last minute.

00:54:21.000 Well, nine of the hijackers are still alive, and unfortunately for you, Anne, our audience is educated and aware of what you're up to this whole spin.

00:54:30.000 What I'm up to?

00:54:32.000 I'm about to talk about a book, and I'm getting a bunch of nut theories thrown at me.

00:54:36.000 Well, well, well, wait a minute.

00:54:37.000 You're here saying, what you're up to is saying, you know, that leave Bush alone, so what if he signs the assault weapons ban?

00:54:42.000 You know, that's, you know, we need to get up off our butts and do something.

00:54:45.000 We have Clint in Missouri.

00:54:48.000 Last caller for Ann Colter.

00:54:50.000 Go ahead.

00:54:52.000 Go ahead, Clint.

00:54:54.000 Okay.

00:54:56.000 Clint's gone.

00:54:57.000 Go ahead, Clint.

00:54:58.000 Yeah, I just wanted to say that Ann had mentioned that Bush has to do certain things to get re-elected.

00:55:04.000 I think a lot of our perspectives are he should be more principled.

00:55:09.000 President's duty is not getting elected.

00:55:14.000 There's more important things like preserving our Constitution.

00:55:18.000 Right now, the majority of Americans are more than willing to give away our freedoms.

00:55:27.000 Absolutely.

00:55:28.000 Thank you Clint.

00:55:29.000 Thank you Clint.

00:55:30.000 Ann Coulter, we really appreciate you coming on the show and we hope you'll talk more about the neocons, gun grabbing, open borders, and blocking Dan Burton's committee, and signing on to UNESCO, and signing campaign finance reform, or certainly the First Amendment.

00:55:45.000 You think that might be a good idea, Ann?

00:55:48.000 Linden LaRouche luck in the next election.

00:55:50.000 Okay, hey, have fun being a neocontrojan horse, Ann. 0.98

00:55:54.000 Have fun being their little poster child, okay?

00:55:57.000 Hopefully you and your buddies can keep everybody in the dark long enough to get your new world order.

00:56:00.000 We know that's what it's all about.

00:56:03.000 I'm out of time, folks.

00:56:04.000 If you want to support this broadcast, don't buy her mindless book of, uh, just stuff that doesn't matter anymore, little side issues.

00:56:12.000 Expose the whole system.

00:56:13.000 Get my videos.

00:56:14.000 Go to infowars.com and prisonplanet.com.

00:56:51.000 You want answers?

00:56:53.000 Well, so does he.

00:56:54.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:56:58.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:57:05.000 All right, Alex Jones back live already in the second hour of this July 3rd, 2003 live edition.

00:57:11.000 The websites are InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:57:15.000 Red Beckman is a veteran, patriot, conservative, a Christian.

00:57:19.000 He is a prolific writer and lecturer all over the country.

00:57:24.000 He is the universally seen founder of the Fully Informed Jury Movement, where juries find out that they're supposed to judge the law and the facts and the judge isn't the boss and that grand juries are independent bodies, not rubber stamps for Rubber stamps for the prosecutors.

00:57:43.000 We'll talk about how they've been warping the system at its core and solutions to that in the next hour.

00:57:49.000 And we will take your calls.

00:57:51.000 Again, we are joined by Red Beckman, my good friend, on the show.

00:57:57.000 And later in this hour, early in this hour, we're going to take your calls.

00:58:00.000 Red, we were just talking about how the government has trained us that they're above the people, that they're the boss, that we follow their orders, but it's for our best interest.

00:58:08.000 Pirates always say that. 0.93

00:58:10.000 All the key indicators and the facts are in.

00:58:12.000 Police framing people.

00:58:14.000 FBI framing people.

00:58:15.000 Corruption.

00:58:15.000 Government drug dealing.

00:58:17.000 It's everywhere.

00:58:18.000 Due process being destroyed.

00:58:19.000 Good old boy networks engaged in corruption.

00:58:22.000 It's everywhere.

00:58:23.000 And part of our job is those committees of correspondence.

00:58:26.000 The bill of particulars.

00:58:27.000 Listing their crimes.

00:58:29.000 But what are some of the other key things we need to do in this fight?

00:58:35.000 Well, you know, I may be just kind of shifting gears a little bit for you here, but, you know, just in the last couple of days, the circuit court, federal circuit court in Georgia, in Atlanta, ruled that Judge Moore in Alabama, that they have to remove the Ten Commandments from the foyer in the Supreme Court building in the state of Alabama.

00:59:02.000 And they're using this phony argument, the separation of church and state.

00:59:07.000 And this argument that has been developed by our courts is so typical of how they tamper with the law, tamper with the Bill of Rights, and change the meaning to fit the government's purposes.

00:59:28.000 And we the people are so poorly informed about the Bill of Rights and what it means that we don't understand what they have done.

00:59:38.000 Now, there is nothing in the Constitution that says anything about separation of church and state.

00:59:44.000 Well, there was a letter from Thomas Jefferson, and that meant keep the government out of making laws on religion, not don't keep religion out of government.

00:59:53.000 Yes, and you see, the Freedom of Religion Clause in the First Amendment The First Amendment, you know, they taught us in the schools, the public school system... That it was speech!

01:00:04.000 Well, they told us that we have free speech, that you can criticize the government.

01:00:09.000 We have free press, so that the press can criticize the government without the government lashing out at the press.

01:00:20.000 Now, the same thing, the same purpose, you see, was the freedom of religion.

01:00:26.000 The minister was to be able to stand up in his pulpit and condemn government and public servants if they were operating outside of the law.

01:00:38.000 They have changed that completely until now.

01:00:42.000 It's the freedom of the Muslims, the freedom of the Buddhists, the freedom of everybody else, and, you know, they're just absolutely running roughshod Well, Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. 0.60

01:01:01.000 Congress shall make no law.

01:01:02.000 They've written hundreds of them.

01:01:04.000 They're controlling the churches.

01:01:05.000 Now, under faith-based initiative, they're going to pay the churches off and control them. 0.76

01:01:09.000 Yes, and of course, the churches fell into the trap because the government offered a carrot on a stick.

01:01:19.000 They said, if you incorporate, then you can have limited liability.

01:01:23.000 And they gave them the tax-exempt status, the Internal Revenue Service.

01:01:28.000 So at first it was voluntary, then they phased it in to be mandatory.

01:01:32.000 Stay there, Red Beckman.

01:01:33.000 It's all color of law.

01:01:35.000 Let's go through the first 10 amendments to the Bill of Rights.

01:01:37.000 Let's talk about what they stand for and how they've been eradicated.

01:04:43.000 the T-Rex of political talk.

01:04:45.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:04:52.000 Welcome back, my friends.

01:05:04.000 We're talking about the Declaration of Independence, July 4th, 1776.

01:05:09.000 I read Patrick Henry's, one of his famous speeches in the last hour.

01:05:13.000 We're joined by the father of the Fully Informed Jury Association and movement in this country, And, Rad, before we get back into the Bill of Rights and go over what the Bill of Rights really means and how it's being violated today, because people think they have their liberties and freedoms, they think the government isn't violating them because they haven't read the documents, tell us about the Fully Informed Jury Association, how important it is, the real role of juries and grand juries, and how that's been subverted and why this should be so important to people out there and how it should make folks very angry.

01:05:45.000 Well, let me start by saying that the easy way and the best way to understand the Bill of Rights is to understand the system of checks and balances that were given to us by the founders.

01:05:58.000 Checks and balances, and we were taught that it was just basically the checks between the Senate and the House and the judiciary and the executive branches of government.

01:06:07.000 But if we think about the Bill of Rights, As being more checks.

01:06:13.000 You have to have an awful lot of checks in a system to maintain freedom.

01:06:17.000 So, if you think of the freedom of religion in the First Amendment as a check, the church was to be free to speak out against government.

01:06:26.000 The press was to speak out against government.

01:06:29.000 Be a check. 0.98

01:06:31.000 The free speech, the freedom of assembly, all of this was so that the people could be a check against government.

01:06:37.000 You go to the 2nd Amendment. 0.87

01:06:39.000 The right to keep and bear arms was to be a check against government.

01:06:44.000 You go to the 3rd, 4th, 5th, all of the things in there that you find, particularly the 4th and 5th, are checks against the government.

01:06:54.000 Checks that are in your hands and mine.

01:06:56.000 You go to the 6th Amendment, and you have the right to a jury trial in all criminal cases.

01:07:04.000 The jury is to be a check against the Congress of the United States.

01:07:09.000 They're to be a check against the judiciary.

01:07:12.000 They're to be a check against the executive branch of government.

01:07:14.000 That means people like John Ashcroft in the Justice Department.

01:07:19.000 You go to the Seventh Amendment, in suits of the common law, if the value in controversy exceeds twenty bucks, the right to trial by jury shall be preserved.

01:07:29.000 That jury is a check.

01:07:32.000 When the government sues the individual, And they do it all the time.

01:07:36.000 They're going after the individual in many, many different ways.

01:07:39.000 And that jury was there to be a check against the government.

01:07:43.000 You go on to the 8th and the 9th and the 10th, all those amendments, all 10 of them, they were put into the system so that you and I as individuals out here we have the authority as an individual to be a check

01:07:59.000 against the government and uh... red bike men in

01:08:03.000 the last time we talked about but the first amendment states

01:08:08.000 congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion of reading the

01:08:12.000 free exercise thereof or a bridging the freedom of speech or the press or the

01:08:16.000 right of the people to peaceably assemble and a petition the government for redress of grievances

01:08:20.000 Now, they teach it's just about the press and school or speech, but that's, as you said, the speech of the press to stand up against the criminality of government, which they were most worried about throughout history.

01:08:31.000 From the lessons therein, as Patrick Henry said, You had the churches to be totally left alone, no laws by the government, no control to speak out against the government.

01:08:40.000 Now with the 501c3 and the Faith-Based Initiative, they're turning the churches into giant rubber stamps like the Patriotic Church of Communist China or something.

01:08:49.000 We have the Second Amendment.

01:08:50.000 It's all about individual rights.

01:08:51.000 It's all about checks and balances.

01:08:53.000 It says the right of free people.

01:08:55.000 They need guns to defend the Founding Fathers of the Federalist Papers, the Anti-Federalist Papers.

01:09:00.000 The speeches they gave, it was all about fighting tyranny.

01:09:03.000 Uh, they said great mischief would ensue, great criminal tyranny by government if the people were disarmed.

01:09:10.000 So, we know the facts, but the general public does it because it's not taught in school.

01:09:17.000 Let's talk briefly about the juries and how you notice in the 60s that the juries are being turned into rubber stamps, creatures of the judge.

01:09:24.000 These TV shows about judges on, you know, these real-life shows where it's like a tribunal, a single-judge tribunal.

01:09:31.000 They're training us.

01:09:32.000 The grand juries are being turned into rubber stamps.

01:09:34.000 This is a key place we're able to vote, not just the ballot box, the cartridge box, the soap box, but also the jury box, the grand jury box.

01:09:42.000 Go over that for us, please.

01:09:44.000 Well, the Sixth Amendment, of course, is supposed to secure our right to have a jury trial in all criminal cases.

01:09:57.000 In all criminal cases, it is the government that ends up being the prosecutor.

01:10:02.000 And, you know, they don't tell the jury.

01:10:07.000 They don't instruct the jury.

01:10:09.000 Is to the fact that they are to be a check against government, that they are to judge the law.

01:10:16.000 The, in all criminal cases, the first responsibility of the jury is to look at the law and determine if it is a just law.

01:10:28.000 They're to look at the law and see if it is a constitutional law.

01:10:33.000 They are to judge it as to whether it is constitutional.

01:10:38.000 They have taught us that only the courts can determine whether a law is constitutional.

01:10:43.000 That is absolutely false and it's dangerous.

01:10:47.000 We can see the danger that it has caused, the problems that it has caused.

01:10:51.000 We the people are the writers, the originators of the Constitution.

01:10:56.000 It is our responsibility to enforce that Constitution.

01:11:00.000 The Constitution is a law governing government.

01:11:04.000 And so we have a responsibility to see that the government lives within the law which we the people wrote.

01:11:13.000 We the people wrote it and we require every public servant to take an oath to uphold and defend that law.

01:11:21.000 And it is the jury to judge the facts and the law.

01:11:24.000 Absolutely.

01:11:27.000 If they think the government's cheating, even if they think that person's guilty, they are to vote for them to be not guilty because the greater tyranny of the government is more dangerous than the criminal.

01:11:37.000 Absolutely.

01:11:38.000 And now we see all these cases of frame-ups and the government framing people knowingly.

01:11:42.000 The police chief in Houston just admitted they framed thousands of people.

01:11:46.000 He's apologizing.

01:11:47.000 And they said, we don't care if you're guilty, they just wanted to put you in prison.

01:11:50.000 It's now a private industry taking Americans' jobs, tens of millions in the system, 7.5 million in prison, up from 1.3 million.

01:11:59.000 They know what they're doing.

01:12:00.000 So when they tell a jury, you're to do this, you're to go look at that, you're to disregard this, you're to disregard that, that wasn't going on 150 years ago.

01:12:09.000 Absolutely not.

01:12:10.000 When they prosecuted the survivors of Waco, In San Antonio, wasn't it?

01:12:18.000 Yeah, the jury found him not guilty, but the judge said, I find you guilty.

01:12:23.000 The Supreme Court said he had to reverse it.

01:12:25.000 He didn't.

01:12:26.000 And then in the civil trial three years ago, Walter Smith said, there will be no jury.

01:12:30.000 We protested it.

01:12:31.000 I got death threats over it.

01:12:33.000 Then he said, I will impanel a secret seven-member jury, but their ruling will have no effect.

01:12:38.000 I will have the verdict.

01:12:39.000 Did you hear about that?

01:12:41.000 Right, and this was an act of treason by that judge.

01:12:47.000 Walter Smith.

01:12:49.000 Yeah, and he said the jury would only be at advisory capacity.

01:12:55.000 So he's creating new charted territory.

01:12:58.000 He's just making up his tyranny.

01:13:00.000 Absolutely, and if we'd have had a properly functioning grand jury in the area, That grand jury should have indicted him, you see, for obstruction of justice and a lot of other things.

01:13:16.000 Now let's talk about how grand juries were set up in the Magna Carta 1214.

01:13:20.000 By the way, they've announced today when they're getting rid of the Magna Carta, actually said that reinstating double jeopardy, trying you twice for the same crime, getting rid of juries for almost every offense including capital ones, very serious ones.

01:13:33.000 Going into this, Red, What is a grand jury?

01:13:36.000 What was it supposed to do?

01:13:38.000 What does the Constitution, Magna Carta, say about it?

01:13:40.000 Now what is it?

01:13:42.000 Well, number one, the grand jury is probably the most important check in the system of checks and balances.

01:13:51.000 The Grand Jury was to be a check against the Congress of the United States.

01:13:54.000 They were to be a check against the Supreme Court and all the lower courts.

01:13:58.000 A Grand Jury pulled Bill Clinton in from Arkansas?

01:14:01.000 Absolutely, and the Grand Jury's power is so tremendous and it was proven when Bill Clinton thought he could evade having going to the Grand Jury, but he had to appear, or he had to answer questions by the Grand Jury.

01:14:21.000 Uh, because he was not above the law.

01:14:24.000 And the grand jury, their subpoena power is just almost totally unlimited.

01:14:30.000 But, it is not doing us any good because the people sitting on the grand juries don't know their power.

01:14:38.000 And the government is determined that they don't ever learn about their power.

01:14:44.000 Now, you've studied the history.

01:14:46.000 You're the world expert on this.

01:14:48.000 How did they co-opt it?

01:14:50.000 How did the process take place?

01:14:52.000 Didn't it really get bad with the western states that were really just territories that could get away with a puppet-thug judge?

01:14:57.000 I mean, how did this develop?

01:15:00.000 You see, we had the robber barons back there in the late 1800s and the early 1900s.

01:15:09.000 They had so much money, of course, the Carnegie's and the Jay Goulds and the Morgans and such.

01:15:17.000 And they literally owned the U.S.

01:15:19.000 Supreme Court.

01:15:21.000 And they owned the U.S.

01:15:22.000 Senate.

01:15:23.000 And the way they did it is they brought in a lot of these western states, like my state of Montana.

01:15:29.000 They brought it into the Union as a state in 1889.

01:15:34.000 And it was not ready to become a state, and the robber barons, for the most part, they were able to own the U.S.

01:15:45.000 Senators from the West.

01:15:47.000 And of course, this is how they got the 16th Amendment in 1913.

01:15:53.000 This is how they got the Federal Reserve Bank System.

01:15:56.000 Which wasn't ratified by those states.

01:15:59.000 The governors and senators would just sign off and say it was.

01:16:02.000 Absolutely.

01:16:02.000 Now proven fact.

01:16:04.000 They did it all because the states out here in the West, the low population states, We're not equipped and they were not ready to become states and they were able to, the super rich, were able to own the U.S.

01:16:21.000 Senate.

01:16:21.000 They didn't care about the House because the Senate could keep anything that the House did, keep it from becoming law.

01:16:31.000 Stay there.

01:16:32.000 We'll talk more about juries and grand juries and what a grand jury can really do, how it's now a rubber stamp of the prosecutor and we'll take calls as well.

01:20:46.000 Alright folks, Alex Jones back live.

01:20:47.000 The websites are PrisonPlanet.com and InfoWars.com.

01:20:51.000 Freshly updated, full of vital information.

01:20:53.000 The crimes of the civil legitimate government.

01:20:55.000 The Global Crime Syndicate laid out daily for you.

01:20:58.000 Admitted crimes in mass.

01:21:00.000 Now Red Beckman, a perfect thing for a grand jury to do would be to counter this.

01:21:06.000 It's just one of many corruption stories I've covered several times last week.

01:21:09.000 This is out of the Houston Chronicle.

01:21:12.000 Tuesday, June 24, 2003.

01:21:14.000 Chief.

01:21:16.000 That's the headline.

01:21:16.000 Chief.

01:21:17.000 Texas Justice Unfair Urges Crime Lab Court Inquiry.

01:21:21.000 Criminal defendants in Texas are at the mercy of prosecutors in an unfair system that emphasizes winning rather than justice, Houston Police Chief C.O.

01:21:28.000 Bradford said Monday.

01:21:29.000 Now, he's gotten caught doing this.

01:21:31.000 He's trying to spin all of it now.

01:21:33.000 Trial by ambush.

01:21:34.000 That is Texas criminal justice problem.

01:21:38.000 The chief said in a two-hour meeting with Houston Chronicle editorial board also said he believes that there is sufficient probable cause for Harris County judges to convene a court of inquiry to publicly and independently investigate the entire police department crime lab, not just the trouble DNA portion.

01:21:56.000 Over 2,000 people have been framed by the crime lab.

01:22:00.000 So they just totally make up evidence, frame people, they don't care, it's what they do.

01:22:05.000 They caught Tulia, Texas a few weeks ago, grabbing 46 people, no criminal records, no drugs, no paraphernalia found.

01:22:11.000 They got 20 to 90 years apiece, they got the FBI running hitmen, informants, and drugs from LA to Boston, nationwide, that's mainstream news.

01:22:20.000 A trillion-two missing from the Pentagon budget.

01:22:23.000 A trillion-two, folks, over the last eight years.

01:22:25.000 No investigation.

01:22:26.000 Enron, all this.

01:22:28.000 Well, they call for a court of inquiry.

01:22:29.000 They call it independent.

01:22:30.000 That's like Reno investigating Waco and calling it independent.

01:22:34.000 Or Henry Kissinger running the 9-1-1 Commission and calling it independent.

01:22:38.000 It's like having Joseph Mingala or Heinrich Himmler investigate Hitler.

01:22:43.000 Why not have a grand jury? 0.89

01:22:45.000 Why not have them see the evidence and indict all these people?

01:22:49.000 Red, why is this happening?

01:22:50.000 Instead they invent a court of inquiry with these kangaroo judges.

01:22:54.000 Go ahead. 0.67

01:22:56.000 It's just, it is so bad and it's so corrupt.

01:23:00.000 And the people out here are still so gullible.

01:23:04.000 They will take and they'll let this go, you know, instead of getting themselves informed about that Court of Inquiry.

01:23:13.000 I think your state has provisions in the law for a Court of Inquiry, which is about 27 or 28 people.

01:23:24.000 Your state does have some very good grand jury law.

01:23:27.000 Yeah, but this isn't a grand jury, though.

01:23:30.000 This is a thing with state judges.

01:23:35.000 So why not have the County Grand Jury indict him?

01:23:40.000 Well, the County Grand Jury has the authority to initiate.

01:23:46.000 They have the authority to initiate the investigation.

01:23:50.000 But if they don't know, if they're not told, if they're not informed, they don't ever do that.

01:23:56.000 You see, Waco, we would never have had Uh, the atrocity of Waco if your local county grand juries had been functioning properly.

01:24:07.000 They would have said, hey, you can pick Vernon Howell or David Kourosh up every day when he drives into town.

01:24:11.000 Why have a hundred man assault team trained by Green Berets at Fort Hood assault it?

01:24:15.000 Yeah, if your grand juries had been functioning properly when those ATF people went out there on Sunday.

01:24:25.000 Uh, if the grand juries, local county grand juries, had been functioning properly on Monday morning, they would have met.

01:24:33.000 And there wouldn't have been the great atrocities.

01:24:38.000 Uh, burning little children to protect them from the government, or from, uh, Keresh, Keresh, or whatever.

01:24:44.000 Uh, there wouldn't have been that, because the grand jury would have stopped it all right in its tracks.

01:24:50.000 And all this on an unpaid $250 fee for a gun?

01:24:54.000 Mm-hmm.

01:24:55.000 Yeah, and, and, uh... So how do they control the grand juries?

01:24:59.000 Just they call them in and say, here's your boss, the prosecutor, follow his orders?

01:25:02.000 Right, and, and the people are so, uh, misinformed.

01:25:07.000 it's it's the it's the power of the gullible now now now we're about to break and come back and

01:25:13.000 talk to spencer and kathy and others go straight to your calls folks but in my new film police

01:25:18.000 state three total enslavement uh red i've got to get you a copy of this

01:25:23.000 I have the local newscast where they say, in Austin, in Travis County, you're now guilty until proven innocent.

01:25:30.000 And they admit in the newscast, and we covered this years ago, if you're arrested for parking tickets or anything, they walk in and say, you can call your lawyer or leave as soon as you sign this.

01:25:40.000 And it waives your rights, you sign on that you're guilty, and you agree to take all these classes.

01:25:45.000 I mean, it's kidding. 0.98

01:25:47.000 It's about people being ignorant. 0.65

01:25:49.000 They just set the parameters and you just accept that, oh, authority is always good and wouldn't mistreat me.

01:25:56.000 Are you aware of this personal recognizance bond now turning into a confession sheet where you've agreed to probation?

01:26:04.000 Yep.

01:26:05.000 I mean, you're arrested for not wearing a seatbelt.

01:26:07.000 They got crimes of abuse, drug abuse, driving while drunk, robbery on their red.

01:26:12.000 Had you heard about this?

01:26:14.000 Yeah, and we've got the same kind of thing right up here in Montana.

01:26:18.000 It's not just in Texas, it's happening all over the country.

01:26:21.000 So now it's getting crazier and crazier.

01:26:24.000 And they get on the news and say, in Travis County, you're now guilty until proven innocent.

01:26:28.000 That's an exact quote.

01:26:29.000 This is the new way.

01:26:30.000 We'll be right back.

01:26:32.000 We're on the march.

01:26:34.000 The empire's on the run.

01:26:36.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:26:42.000 Most people realize that everyday life can be pretty unpredictable at times, but that doesn't mean your business has to be.

01:26:48.000 A quick call to GTI Technologies is all it takes to put your business far ahead of the competition.

01:26:53.000 BlackBerkey replacement filters now by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

01:26:56.000 That's 888-803-4438.

01:26:56.000 888-803-4438. That's 888-803-4438.

01:27:03.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk, Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:27:10.000 Now in the first hour, I read a Reuters report that's on InfoWars.com.

01:27:18.000 School suit over hidden cameras in the boys and girls dressing room.

01:27:22.000 Age 10 to 14.

01:27:24.000 Turns out the school principal was downloading images of it at night, storing it for himself.

01:27:29.000 Hidden cameras put in by the government in their dressing rooms.

01:27:32.000 I mean, that's 1984.

01:27:34.000 And earlier, we just mentioned how right here in Austin, they announced that if you're arrested for any reason, we learned of this five years ago when Mike Hanson got arrested for refusing to have his car searched without a warrant, and they take him to jail and they go, we won't let you leave until you sign this, and he reads it and it says you're guilty of drugs, violence, driving while drunk, robbery, sign this, refer to Judification, take like $5,000 worth of classes, it actually said this, And Mike finally gets a phone call and goes, they're telling me I can't leave until I sign this.

01:28:06.000 And I go, Mike, that's ridiculous.

01:28:07.000 They don't do that. 0.98

01:28:08.000 That's Russia. 0.84

01:28:09.000 I walk up to the front desk, you know, the bulletproof glass, the people behind it, and I go, uh, can I, uh, have the document you have people to sign when they leave?

01:28:17.000 She goes, oh yeah, here it is.

01:28:19.000 You know, in Russia they hid down in pits under, you know, police stations and did this in dungeons.

01:28:25.000 Now it's just out in the open on the news, and a couple years later they have a CBS show.

01:28:30.000 Oh, you're now guilty until proven innocent.

01:28:32.000 It's for your security.

01:28:33.000 Yes, you'll have to take thousands of dollars in classes.

01:28:35.000 You'll have it on your record, but, for any arrest, but, you know, this is all part of, and they just list all the crimes you've committed.

01:28:41.000 It's a standard form.

01:28:44.000 I'm not kidding, people!

01:28:45.000 We're about to go to calls, but how did it get this insane?

01:28:51.000 Just real simple.

01:28:55.000 You know, in that little book of mine, Walls on Our Minds, I ask the question, who's the most dangerous, the liar or the believer? 0.98

01:29:03.000 We have a nation of believers that have believed all of the lies that they are told by their politicians, by their local police, and their school teachers, and the news media, and all the rest.

01:29:19.000 Never check things out.

01:29:22.000 Never read the Constitution.

01:29:23.000 Never read the Bill of Rights.

01:29:26.000 Never read the information.

01:29:28.000 Never read the speeches by Patrick Henry.

01:29:31.000 Here's another example.

01:29:33.000 We've all heard of the hundreds of stories, and it's always in the back of the paper.

01:29:36.000 80 year old lady pulled over, $5,000 in her purse because she doesn't trust banks. 1.00

01:29:40.000 Cops take it and say it's up to you to prove it's not drugs.

01:29:43.000 No arrest, no jury, no indictment, no grand jury, no nothing.

01:29:46.000 He can spend $30,000 to get $5,000 back.

01:29:48.000 Yeah.

01:29:50.000 I mean, some of these ticket counter people at the airports are making $100,000 a year off of the 10% payoff they get from the federal marshals.

01:29:58.000 They're making $30,000 a year as a ticket clerk.

01:30:01.000 You walk up, you're paying cash, you've got a big wad of money, you're going to... One guy, you're going to buy shrubs, he had the receipts for the last year's purchase, no criminal record, they arrest him, take everything he's got, no drugs are found, they're taking ranchers and farms, they don't even have to plant the drugs anymore.

01:30:16.000 There's no indictment, no nothing!

01:30:19.000 And then Patriot Act 1, Red, you know, I've written an analysis of that.

01:30:23.000 I've written an analysis of the second Patriot Act.

01:30:25.000 It gives total immunity to government.

01:30:27.000 No more warrants.

01:30:28.000 It's for all crimes, all investigations, including misdemeanors.

01:30:31.000 Section 802 of the first one.

01:30:33.000 Secret arrest, secret execution.

01:30:35.000 They're building a death camp, an execution center, according to Reuters and the Washington Post.

01:30:40.000 The Camp X for four citizens.

01:30:41.000 I mean, that's not freedom, is it, Red?

01:30:44.000 Secretly disappearing and no one knows where you went?

01:30:47.000 Right.

01:30:49.000 Well, it's worse than Russia. 0.99

01:30:51.000 It's worse than Russia. 1.00

01:30:53.000 It's worse than the communists in Russia ever had.

01:30:56.000 Because this here, you know, is high-tech.

01:31:00.000 Everything they're doing is high-tech and, uh... So they built the prison.

01:31:04.000 ...crude compared to what they're trying to do here.

01:31:06.000 That's it.

01:31:07.000 They built the giant control grid.

01:31:09.000 DARPA admits it.

01:31:10.000 Army control, the cameras, everything to track and trace you.

01:31:13.000 For military control of the U.S.

01:31:14.000 They said they're getting rid of Posit Gamma Thetis.

01:31:16.000 It's public.

01:31:17.000 They've got the gun to our head.

01:31:19.000 They just haven't fully pulled the trigger.

01:31:21.000 Absolutely.

01:31:22.000 And they're telling us, the terrorists are coming!

01:31:24.000 The terrorists are going to get you!

01:31:25.000 We're going to do this to you to keep you safe!

01:31:27.000 Accept it!

01:31:28.000 Accept it! 0.97

01:31:29.000 Yeah, this war on terrorism is so hypocritical because the Internal Revenue Service has been the worst terrorist organization on the face of the earth. 0.62

01:31:39.000 Yeah, they call you before special judges that are paid by the IRS.

01:31:42.000 There's no juries.

01:31:44.000 I mean, how did that happen in America?

01:31:46.000 Oh yes, it happened because of the gullible Uh, the power of the gullible.

01:31:52.000 How do they grab your bank account without you being indicted and going before a jury and the IRS showing you the law?

01:31:58.000 Yeah.

01:31:59.000 Well, the IRS has gotten away with it for years.

01:32:02.000 Guilty until proven innocent.

01:32:04.000 What about Dick Simkannon from Aeroplastics?

01:32:07.000 I know Dick very well.

01:32:08.000 Tell us about that and we'll go to these calls.

01:32:11.000 Well, Dick, of course, put his picture, had his picture and his story.

01:32:18.000 In that Bob Schultz We The People thing in USA Today.

01:32:23.000 Full page ads in USA Today.

01:32:25.000 And he put himself and his business, his life, he put it all on the line.

01:32:31.000 And he was a check.

01:32:33.000 He was acting as a check against the criminal government.

01:32:38.000 And boy, they've come down on him and they've come down on everybody that's been involved in that.

01:32:44.000 And it's so diabolical it is absolutely tyranny at its worst.

01:32:51.000 And all they did was print the U.S.

01:32:53.000 Code showing the Federal Reserve is a private collection agency for the private Federal Reserve.

01:32:59.000 Yes.

01:33:01.000 And the fact that the IRS, that the 16th Amendment had never been ratified.

01:33:07.000 And you traveled with Bill Benson to the original 48 at the time and found out that many states hadn't even ratified it in their own official records.

01:33:16.000 But again, there's the illusion.

01:33:18.000 Yeah.

01:33:19.000 I'm the co-author of the book, Volume 1 of The Law That Never Was.

01:33:24.000 Because we started that process of collecting that information right here in the state of Montana in June of 1980.

01:33:30.000 That's over 20 years ago, 23 years ago.

01:33:35.000 We started that project of investigating the ratification of the 16th and the 17th Amendment, both of them.

01:33:44.000 And, you know, when I wrote my book, Born Again Republic, in the fall of 1980, that'll be 23 years ago now, I knew at that point in time we had the documentation to prove that the 16th Amendment was a fraud.

01:33:59.000 Now for those who don't know, that gave us the income tax along with the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, but also the 17th Amendment took the Senators from the states who were appointed by your legislatures, that made them creatures of the state, were taken to the federal government.

01:34:13.000 Yes, the states lost what little was left of their states' rights and their state sovereignty.

01:34:22.000 They lost it.

01:34:23.000 And of course, you see, it was the 14th Amendment, which is also phony, and the 17th Amendment.

01:34:30.000 Those are the two amendments that basically changed our form of government.

01:34:34.000 And the 14th Amendment no longer makes us free human beings.

01:34:37.000 It makes us trustees, wards of the state who have privileges.

01:34:41.000 Yes.

01:34:45.000 Unbelievable.

01:34:46.000 Let's take some calls for those that have been patiently holding.

01:34:49.000 The toll-free number to join us is 800-259-9231.

01:34:51.000 And, Red, I really appreciate you joining us.

01:34:54.000 Stay right there.

01:34:55.000 Spencer in Ohio.

01:34:56.000 You're on the air with Red Beckman.

01:34:58.000 Go ahead.

01:34:59.000 God bless you, Mr. Beckman.

01:35:01.000 Article 1, Section 9 states, no ex post facto law shall be passed.

01:35:07.000 We're losing our grand juries because of the actions of Bill Clinton, and he signed in the International World Court in December of 2000.

01:35:15.000 Is that not Communist goal number 45?

01:35:19.000 Let me stop you right there, okay?

01:35:21.000 Because the bankers created the Communists as a consolidation arm and a murder arm, but at the same time, What we have here going on is that it's always an expansion of already existing corruption. 0.60

01:35:34.000 The New World Order isn't coming, it's been here.

01:35:36.000 It's what increment will we see?

01:35:38.000 And yes, the Supreme Court has said it will follow the orders of the International Criminal Court.

01:35:42.000 Ginsburg and others have said it.

01:35:44.000 Read any comments to that?

01:35:46.000 Well, they're showing their true colors.

01:35:51.000 And they're so blatant about it.

01:35:52.000 They're so sure of themselves, of the American people.

01:35:57.000 Are not going to react.

01:36:00.000 They're so sure of themselves that they can go public and there's no reaction on the part of the people out here.

01:36:08.000 And this just gives them more, you know, energy and such to go on with their program.

01:36:15.000 I first wrote about the New World Order in 1984 in one of my books.

01:36:21.000 And people at that time, they said, where in the world do you get this New World Order thing?

01:36:27.000 It's there and it's very, very visible today.

01:36:31.000 In July 7th of 2001, UNIDIR, the United Nations Disarmament Body, met in New York and they said, on their website, on TV, we read it here many times on air, from the UN website, they said, civilian ownership of firearms threatens the legitimate Power monopoly of the state.

01:36:51.000 They're meeting for their bi-yearly meeting next week, again in New York, calling for a ban on all guns in the U.S.

01:36:57.000 and worldwide in the hands of the people.

01:36:59.000 Read by the definition, what is a power monopoly of the state?

01:37:06.000 That, of course, is just exactly the opposite of what the Founders gave us 220 some years ago.

01:37:16.000 Well, that is the definition of a dictatorship.

01:37:18.000 Absolutely, absolutely.

01:37:20.000 And it is just the opposite, absolute opposite of what we were supposed to have.

01:37:27.000 We were supposed to be, we the people, were to be sovereign over the government Today, the government is sovereign over us.

01:37:36.000 It's all for our best interest.

01:37:38.000 Thanks, Spencer.

01:37:39.000 Kathy in Michigan, you're on the air.

01:37:41.000 Go ahead.

01:37:42.000 Hello.

01:37:43.000 Yes, welcome.

01:37:44.000 Yes.

01:37:45.000 I hope this pertains to your discussion today, but I would like to ask Mr. Beckman about

01:37:49.000 a situation that is going on here in our county in Michigan.

01:37:54.000 That is the American Farmland Trust is in here trying to convince the farmers to sell

01:38:00.000 their development rights.

01:38:01.000 That's like selling a freedom to them, which I think is just a horrendous thing.

01:38:08.000 Does Mr. Beckman know anything about the American Farmland Trust?

01:38:12.000 Well, yes, and we have the same problem in the state of Montana.

01:38:16.000 It's all over the country and it's so diabolical and people are, and of course the way the tax laws are, and the way the agriculture, the pricing of the farmer's products and such, they're breaking the farmer.

01:38:33.000 They're breaking the agriculturist in this country.

01:38:36.000 And they're putting them into a desperate situation where they do, I don't know how many different outfits there are that are selling.

01:38:44.000 They're buying these conservation easements and it's really, really bad news.

01:38:53.000 What's going on here is forever.

01:38:55.000 Those conservation easements are forever.

01:38:58.000 And I've sat at these meetings and I have heard them say that the farmers are hurting

01:39:11.000 and this is a good time to push this.

01:39:14.000 Sure.

01:39:15.000 Well look ma'am, ma'am, I've been to smart growth conferences and the federal government, Republican and Democrat, are funding it.

01:39:21.000 They squeeze you out.

01:39:22.000 They say you can't build or use your land.

01:39:24.000 Then they say we'll pay you pennies on the dollar for it or they'll buy your land outright.

01:39:29.000 And here in Austin, they grabbed 15,000 acres, said you couldn't build on it, grabbed it,

01:39:33.000 said it would be a park.

01:39:34.000 Now they're selling it for major corporations to build on.

01:39:37.000 The Supreme Court ruled two years ago they can take land without just compensation.

01:39:41.000 And of course, that's totally criminal. 0.93

01:39:44.000 They can say that black people are slaves again.

01:39:46.000 That doesn't make it a righteous law or right.

01:39:47.000 We still have the right to resist it.

01:39:50.000 And what they do is, I mean, it's like UNESCO that Bush has signed onto the big UN body.

01:39:55.000 I read their document last week on air where they said, quote, the families of disease must be eradicated.

01:40:00.000 Our goal is to break up the family.

01:40:03.000 So it's all out in the open, what they're doing, and it's horrible.

01:40:07.000 It's feudalism.

01:40:07.000 It's serfdom.

01:40:08.000 They want us in compact cities, dependent on them.

01:40:11.000 Any comments, Red?

01:40:13.000 Well, it's just blatant, and the American people sleep on.

01:40:19.000 This is what Catherine Bretti, the UN World Food Program Executive Director, said in 1997.

01:40:30.000 Food is power.

01:40:31.000 We use it to change behavior.

01:40:33.000 Some may call that bribery.

01:40:35.000 We do not apologize.

01:40:36.000 Red?

01:40:37.000 Yes, I remember that.

01:40:40.000 So how do you start to educate these farmers that are desperate, that they're convinced this is a good thing, you know?

01:40:47.000 They've got their head stuck in the sand, a lot of them.

01:40:50.000 I mean, don't they realize it's selling a freedom?

01:40:52.000 They just don't understand what freedom is.

01:40:56.000 They've been told all their lives that they're free, and they believed it.

01:41:00.000 That's, you know, I keep repeating that phrase, or that question, who's the most dangerous, the liar or the believer? 0.98

01:41:10.000 The believer, if he believes a lie, and if you've got a liar, and if he's got a million believers, he's dangerous. 0.95

01:41:17.000 The liar is. 0.79

01:41:18.000 Well, that's it. 1.00

01:41:19.000 And they've got this mass of stampeding lemmings who aren't evil people, but are totally ignorant. 1.00

01:41:26.000 They buy the lies of the tyrant. 1.00

01:41:28.000 Yes.

01:41:29.000 And they fake the tyrant as he abuses and destroys them.

01:41:34.000 Yes.

01:41:34.000 I mean, Red, I've got a stack of articles every day now Well, they're admitting thousands of dangerous chemical and biological tests over our cities.

01:41:43.000 It came out, confirmed, admitted in a U.S.

01:41:44.000 government document.

01:41:46.000 That Roosevelt left 7,000 women and children and men, civilians, in the Philippines instead.

01:41:51.000 If they're captured, it'll be good war propaganda. 0.63

01:41:54.000 And most of them were killed.

01:41:55.000 More were killed out of that 7,000 that died at Pearl Harbor.

01:41:58.000 Of the 2,800.

01:41:59.000 So, here they are, admittedly, killing thousands of women and children, leaving them to die, saying it's a good thing, as a good war propaganda. 0.62

01:42:07.000 And people say, oh, we can trust the government.

01:42:09.000 They wouldn't carry out 9-1-1.

01:42:12.000 I mean, people don't think of all the crimes this government's committed.

01:42:15.000 They go, well, that's the government.

01:42:16.000 It's an illegitimate government.

01:42:18.000 It's an alien government.

01:42:21.000 Alien to our way of life.

01:42:22.000 Kathy, anything else?

01:42:24.000 No, I guess that's it.

01:42:25.000 I need to gather more information on this.

01:42:29.000 Tell people to study history and the horrible things governments have done in every case, and then why do they think it's different today.

01:42:34.000 Thanks for the call.

01:42:35.000 Thank you.

01:42:36.000 David in Delaware.

01:42:37.000 You're on the air.

01:42:38.000 Go ahead.

01:42:39.000 Yes, sir.

01:42:40.000 Is this Alex?

01:42:41.000 Yes, sir.

01:42:42.000 Yes, this is Dave from Delaware.

01:42:44.000 Welcome!

01:42:45.000 How are you, sir?

01:42:46.000 I'm okay.

01:42:47.000 Okay, I got something here that might be very important to you.

01:42:51.000 It pertains to the bank.

01:42:53.000 Two years ago, roughly, the bank that I dealt with was wanting to take my checks and give me image copies instead.

01:43:02.000 I told them no, and I stood up to them, and now they're giving me the checks back, sample checks.

01:43:10.000 Now, I've been stamping on checks also where it mentions I have not accepted any lawful money, which it goes through a court case and so forth.

01:43:23.000 And three different government checks that I get, which is from the U.S.

01:43:29.000 Treasury.

01:43:31.000 Now, they're saying at the bank they will not tax my checks no more because of the tracing on the back.

01:43:39.000 Well, hold on.

01:43:40.000 The banks are trying to make everybody take automatic transfers and so are corporations.

01:43:45.000 That's right.

01:43:46.000 Getting rid of even the physical fiat currency, Red, why is that important?

01:43:49.000 That's right.

01:43:50.000 Well, it's more control.

01:43:54.000 If they can control the money, they want a cashless society.

01:44:03.000 If they can control the money, they've got control.

01:44:07.000 That's about the final straw in this whole system.

01:44:11.000 By the way, Red, I have the official DARPA document and the Associated Press.

01:44:16.000 The Army has now said the face scanning cameras that are everywhere, the scan our faces, the casual society, the biometrics, they admit it is about a military control grid for the U.S.

01:44:27.000 Yes.

01:44:28.000 This is admitted, people!

01:44:31.000 I was in Colorado just a few weeks ago and they said they've already got one of those cameras on one of the main highways.

01:44:37.000 Oh, they're everywhere.

01:44:39.000 Look, the camera just hooks into a software system.

01:44:42.000 And they can identify a person by just a picture of him in his car, his face.

01:44:53.000 And that goes off and where'd they get the original image?

01:44:55.000 The digital photo when you got the driver's license along with a thumb scan and now grocery stores are putting it in and saying you've got to use it.

01:45:03.000 Heart disease continues to be a leading cause of death in America.

01:46:29.000 We listened.

01:46:30.000 After 9-11, you asked us to develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical agents.

01:47:11.000 In my new film, The Masters of Terror, we chronicle the globalist master plan for world domination.

01:47:16.000 The Masters of Terror details how the elite are using manufactured terrorism to drive the world population into accepting tyranny.

01:48:45.000 Red Beckman, you have been with us for the last hour and 20 minutes.

01:48:49.000 I'd like to hold you over the next hour and talk about some of your books and videotapes and take more calls, but if you can do that.

01:48:59.000 But right now, let's go ahead and go back to the calls.

01:49:02.000 Hank in Florida.

01:49:04.000 Thanks for calling, sir.

01:49:05.000 You're on the air.

01:49:06.000 Welcome.

01:49:08.000 I just got a couple of things.

01:49:10.000 I've got some of your tapes and a few others around and I got some from the militia in Montana.

01:49:17.000 And now my telephone has been tapped.

01:49:20.000 Oh really?

01:49:21.000 How do you know that?

01:49:24.000 You don't know when the Echelon system is tapping your phone.

01:49:28.000 It would have to be a local phone.

01:49:30.000 The tapping systems for the last 20 years, you don't hear them, sir.

01:49:34.000 I love it.

01:49:36.000 Also, they had five million government personnel they couldn't watch all of us.

01:49:40.000 All this announcement of Echelon and Total Information is an intimidation chilling effect system.

01:49:45.000 Any comments to that, Red Beckman?

01:49:47.000 Well, you're right on target with that.

01:49:51.000 It's intimidation, you know, to keep people fearful.

01:49:58.000 I mean, if you're hearing stuff on your phone, it's because they want you to, or it's because water's in the lines.

01:50:05.000 No, I know somebody's on there.

01:50:07.000 Oh really?

01:50:08.000 How do you know?

01:50:09.000 I was in a call-in situation like I am now and I heard a little click and then somebody breathing.

01:50:20.000 A lot of times, just so you know, I work in radio, sir.

01:50:23.000 A lot of times they hit two buttons, or the host fumbles, or the phone line systems.

01:50:29.000 Believe me, believe me, sir.

01:50:31.000 Believe me.

01:50:32.000 I'm a big fish in this movement.

01:50:33.000 I'm fighting the New World Order hard.

01:50:35.000 Okay?

01:50:35.000 It takes a long time for them to surveil you, to know who you are, to do anything.

01:50:40.000 We outnumber them.

01:50:41.000 Thousands to one.

01:50:43.000 And most police and military I talk to are waking up and joining us.

01:50:46.000 Red, isn't it really an illusion that they've got the power? 0.77

01:50:50.000 It is.

01:50:51.000 It is an illusion, and of course they continue, you see, they continue the illusion.

01:51:01.000 This is why I said that if we have an economic meltdown, it's going to be quite a switch, I suspicion, in the thinking of the American people.

01:51:13.000 Uh, they're suddenly going to wake up and they're going to say, hey, there's a guy by the name of Alex Jones down there in Texas and he's been telling us about a lot of this and we should have listened.

01:51:25.000 And they're going to be, their hearing is going to become very acute.

01:51:29.000 Hank, we've planted billions of seeds, millions have sprouted, but tyranny is the water and sunlight that makes it sprout.

01:51:36.000 What Red is saying is a lot of people have heard the message They don't take it serious until they get abused in the exact fashion we've described, and when they find out it's tyranny, then they will become the greatest allies of liberty.

01:51:47.000 Is that what you're saying, Red?

01:51:49.000 Yes, and they're the ones that are going to... It's like I've always said, the fellow that gets mad last is the one that's the most dangerous.

01:51:59.000 And Hank, I understand your concern, but look, most people who think they're being surveilled are not being surveilled.

01:52:08.000 I have been under surveillance on and off again when I'm working on key stories, but it's very rare for myself, and I'm on radio stations all over the country, write books, make films.

01:52:18.000 It's an illusion, sir.

01:52:19.000 Now, NSA may have over 50,000 employees.

01:52:23.000 We think it's less.

01:52:25.000 Only a few thousand of those are actual analysts listening to this information, and a lot of them have come to our side by checking it out.

01:52:31.000 They're not all evil.

01:52:33.000 So you need to understand, imagine a few thousand people trying to listen to billions of phone calls, emails, and faxes.

01:52:39.000 You're not being surveilled.

01:52:40.000 All of us have had an Echelon computer randomly listen to our phone line.

01:52:44.000 But that's a computer listening for key words.

01:52:48.000 Say what?

01:52:48.000 We got a break.

01:52:50.000 We got a break.

01:52:50.000 But I have another idea.

01:52:52.000 Uh, hear the music.

01:52:53.000 Yeah, sure.

01:52:53.000 Hello, folks.

01:52:54.000 This is Alex Jones.

01:52:55.000 You know that murky water filters have become the standard of excellence by which all other water filtration systems are measured.

01:53:01.000 The murky light gives you the freshest, cleanest water possible from the world.

01:53:08.000 This is the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

01:53:12.000 Big Brother.

01:53:19.000 Brother.

01:53:20.000 Mainstream media.

01:53:22.000 Government cover-ups.

01:53:24.000 You want answers?

01:53:25.000 Well, so does he.

01:53:27.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:53:31.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:53:36.000 Alright, folks!

01:53:38.000 Welcome back.

01:53:39.000 We're already into the third hour of the July 3rd, 2003 live edition.

01:53:42.000 We've got the grandfather of the jury rights movement in America, that juries are to judge the facts and the law, and so are grand juries, to be independent, not part of the prosecution or the judiciary.

01:53:55.000 And he now joins us for this third hour.

01:53:59.000 I want to go over news with Red.

01:54:01.000 I want to get his comments on things.

01:54:02.000 I want to take more calls.

01:54:03.000 But a very interesting point, and I forgot to ask you, Chris, is Hank in Florida still there?

01:54:09.000 Good.

01:54:09.000 Hank was called into a talk show and when he was online, not this show, he said another show, and he heard buttons being pushed and somebody breathing.

01:54:18.000 Well, that's the call screener or the other caller.

01:54:21.000 Sometimes they'll error two calls.

01:54:23.000 This happens a lot, okay?

01:54:25.000 I had another instance on that same thing.

01:54:27.000 Sir, what I'm telling you is they do not physically Physically.

01:54:32.000 Yeah, I'll get you.

01:54:33.000 Have the personnel.

01:54:35.000 You've got Echelon with say 50,000 employees at the NSA.

01:54:39.000 Most of them are on foreign desk watch.

01:54:42.000 And they've got a few thousand domestically maximum.

01:54:44.000 They can't listen to all of us or ever do anything with the material.

01:54:48.000 They're announcing they're surveilling us as a chilling effect.

01:54:51.000 It also violates the Fourth Amendment, but it's also as a chilling effect.

01:54:54.000 Red, would you like to comment on this to Hank?

01:54:57.000 Well, you know, I always said that I would hope that they had my phone tapped because it's probably the best source of truth that they're going to find.

01:55:09.000 To hear all the horror stories, the abuse, the evil.

01:55:13.000 And it gives me a chance, if they're listening, it gives me a chance to talk to somebody else and explain to somebody else What's going on?

01:55:22.000 And to tell them to have some humanity and not sell out their country for 20 pieces of silver!

01:55:27.000 Right, right.

01:55:30.000 And I think that they have come to the conclusion that it's not smart to put people on because when they listen to these conversations They're getting an education, and all they have to do is look around them and see what's going on, and they know that we're telling the truth.

01:55:50.000 And, Red, you worked in a sensitive area of the military.

01:55:52.000 You know about this stuff.

01:55:54.000 Absolutely.

01:55:55.000 Tell us about your military service.

01:55:57.000 Well, that's been a long time ago.

01:56:00.000 I'm 74 years old now, and so it's been a long time ago, but I'll tell you.

01:56:09.000 What I've seen, I had a top secret security classification because we were handling, I was in a test outfit, and we were handling a lot of pretty sophisticated stuff back then, but the people that I have contact with telling me about what's happening today, like in Area 51 in Nevada, And such as mind boggling the technology that is just literally exploding.

01:56:41.000 That's why they're so arrogant and are on such incredible power trips.

01:56:45.000 Anything else, Hank?

01:56:47.000 My daughter in upstate New York was away from her home during the day.

01:56:53.000 And when she got home, the front door was all busted in.

01:56:56.000 And when she called the police, they said that they got a 911 call from her residence.

01:57:03.000 Of course, nobody was there.

01:57:05.000 That's their excuse all over the country.

01:57:07.000 They've been caught doing it.

01:57:08.000 You're gone.

01:57:09.000 They claim they got a 911.

01:57:10.000 That's how they get in without the warrant.

01:57:12.000 Red, that's a classic case, isn't it? 0.61

01:57:14.000 Absolutely.

01:57:17.000 Yeah.

01:57:17.000 So what happens is the crackhead informant says they saw something there.

01:57:20.000 It's usually a lie.

01:57:21.000 They just want the money.

01:57:22.000 The cops bust in and say, oh, it was a 911 call.

01:57:25.000 Mm-hmm.

01:57:25.000 Demand the records of that 911 call.

01:57:29.000 Oh, man.

01:57:32.000 It's amazing.

01:57:32.000 Anything else, Hank?

01:57:34.000 I appreciate it.

01:57:35.000 I appreciate you, but don't be afraid, sir.

01:57:38.000 Be afraid of not fighting these people.

01:57:41.000 Red, when we get back, I'm going to go over this new DARPA document and the AP headline.

01:57:48.000 Big Brother U.S.

01:57:49.000 Wants Surveillance System Admitting the Face Scanning Cameras the Control Grid are watching us and I want to get your take on that, okay?

01:57:56.000 Yes.

01:57:57.000 And yes folks, we've got wide open phones.

01:58:08.000 Red Beckman is a world expert.

01:58:10.000 So give us a call, we'll be right by.

01:58:14.000 Nuclear reactors provide electrical energy across our great nation, but during an accident, would you be prepared?

01:58:21.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident, radioactive poisoning.

01:58:29.000 During typical nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

01:58:36.000 Potassium iodate can protect you and your loved ones against radioactive poisoning.

01:58:41.000 It works by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

01:58:43.000 This shields the thyroid and protects it from absorbing the radioactive iodine-131.

01:58:48.000 There is only one emergency thyroid blocker formulated for babies, children, pets and adults, and that's Medical Corps Potassium Iodate.

02:00:16.000 exposes the two main causes of international Arab terrorism.

02:00:23.000 Second, evangelical Christian support for such abuses.

02:01:14.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

02:01:19.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

02:01:24.000 You've got all these fake patriots who think patriotism is submitting to police in black ski masks as they search your house without a warrant.

02:01:32.000 Or affixing plastic desecrated American flags made in Chinese slave camps to your car. 0.64

02:01:39.000 While destroying what the flag symbolizes, the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

02:01:43.000 We're going to be back to Red Beckman in about four or five minutes, and we're going to go to your calls and cover a bunch of news I haven't gotten to.

02:01:50.000 But every time I talk about a government document or a news article, there's a lot of people that say they don't have computers, but half our audience doesn't.

02:01:57.000 And they want to know how to get a piece of information.

02:01:59.000 Yesterday, I read an AP article.

02:02:02.000 Big brother, U.S.

02:02:03.000 wants surveillance system.

02:02:06.000 Wants it.

02:02:06.000 Again, when they tell you about it, it's already in place.

02:02:08.000 Police can envision limited domestic use of an urban surveillance system that Pentagon is developing.

02:02:14.000 And it goes on, dubbed Combat Zones that See, the project is intended to help the U.S.

02:02:18.000 military protect troops in fighting cities overseas.

02:02:21.000 Scientists and privacy experts say the unclassified technology also could easily be adapted to keep tabs on Americans.

02:02:27.000 It's already been deployed, folks.

02:02:29.000 The project's centerpiece would be groundbreaking computer software capable of automatically identifying vehicles by size, color, shape, license tag, or drivers and passengers by face.

02:02:39.000 Most of the cameras on the roads have already been hooked into the software five years ago.

02:02:43.000 Now they're saying they might do it, the police might use it.

02:02:45.000 See how they get this done, folks?

02:02:48.000 They said they want to get rid of posit commentatus and put troops on the streets. 1.00

02:02:53.000 And they say, I've got the 30-something page DARPA report and this AP report together, it's about 40 pages, where the military admits it's for domestic control and they've said they want to use troops in America.

02:03:06.000 Think about this.

02:03:07.000 Think about how bad things have gotten here.

02:03:11.000 And if you want the DARPA report, the declassified document, Broad Board Agency Announcement 03-15 BAA 03-15 Defense Agency Research Project, or DARPA, run by convicted felon Admiral Poindexter, remember he said last year that everything you do, every call you make, every email you send will all be tracked by the computers and by the government in total violation of the Fourth Amendment.

02:03:35.000 It's all a chilling effect.

02:03:37.000 They admitted this, and now they say the cameras and all that are for it, and the RFID tags on the clothes at the store, and all of this.

02:03:46.000 So, if you want this report, and the AP article, get out to your friends and family.

02:03:53.000 We've got a special today because it's, I mean, we hardly ever do this where we send out a free document.

02:03:59.000 You can just have the document if you want it.

02:04:01.000 But you'll also get it free if you get the two Citizen Rule books that have the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, Constitution, Jury Nullification, The Power of the Jury, The Grand Jury, famous quotes, little color-covered booklet, seventy-something pages.

02:04:14.000 Two of those, two silver dollars that are both worth eight dollars apiece for $24.95.

02:04:21.000 Okay, that's at cost for Ted Anderson, and you get the document for free along with it.

02:04:25.000 We'll bring Ted up for three or four minutes, dragging him on the air.

02:04:28.000 Ted, I hope people will get the Citizen Rule books and the Silver Dollars and get the free document.

02:04:35.000 This is so important, especially on the eve of the Fourth of July.

02:04:39.000 How do folks do it?

02:04:40.000 Well, it's simple as this.

02:04:41.000 They give us a call at 888-294-6187.

02:04:42.000 They give us a call at 888-294-6187.

02:04:51.000 The reason why we put the silver dollars into this particular brochure, these are the silver

02:04:54.000 dollars back in the 1920s.

02:04:56.000 Actually, the silver dollar has been used in the United States for years previous to that.

02:05:01.000 It is the measurement unit of constitutional money here in the United States.

02:05:06.000 this federal reserve stuff that we use now obviously doesn't come close to what the constitution

02:05:10.000 uh... requires for currency here in the united states so it's a great educational tool

02:05:15.000 plus it's a great primer that shows you the bill of rights constitution descriptions of

02:05:19.000 it famous quotes jury nullification two of those booklets two silver dollars twenty four

02:05:24.000 ninety five and a free DARPA report along with the AP article sent to you folks and

02:05:32.000 What's the number, Ted?

02:05:33.000 Well, the number is 888-294-6187.

02:05:37.000 Call for the report.

02:05:38.000 I mean, call for the Constitution brochures, too.

02:05:40.000 Maybe you know all the layout of the Constitution of the United States, but what about your children?

02:05:45.000 What about your relatives?

02:05:46.000 Yeah, you can have the report if you call.

02:05:48.000 They'll send it to you free, but we suggest you get it free as well with the two silver dollars, the two citizen rule books.

02:05:54.000 That number, 888-294-6187.

02:05:59.000 888-294-6187.

02:05:59.000 Take advantage of this now, folks.

02:06:05.000 Yeah, and you know the thing is the proceeds of this thing too is going to go to support the Alex Jones Show.

02:06:09.000 What happens is it's about cost for you when you do this, but then you make a donation to the support of the network through Midas Resources, through this show, and what we're doing.

02:06:19.000 Ted Anderson, of course, is the founder and the owner of the GCN Radio Network and Midas Resources.

02:06:25.000 Please take action, folks, and they also have a special gold deal, but they won't harangue you.

02:06:30.000 If you just want the free report or just want the Citizen Rule books, But if you do want the gold, they've got a great deal on it.

02:06:35.000 Real quick, tell them about that, Ted.

02:06:36.000 Well, we do have $10 Liberties available right now at this time.

02:06:39.000 It's a great coin to use.

02:06:41.000 This is the coin that was actually first introduced.

02:06:44.000 They called it the Eagle Coin.

02:06:45.000 Right after the Declaration of Independence, it was one of the first coins.

02:06:49.000 So for $10, you've got a half ounce of 99.99 gold.

02:06:53.000 And now, what do you get for $10?

02:06:55.000 Well, it's $2.81 right now, so obviously... Exactly, that shows the inflation.

02:06:59.000 Yeah, the currencies have eroded away quite a bit, but the $10 gold piece, this is the $10 gold piece that was first issued by the United States as money.

02:07:06.000 This particular group of coins go all the way back into the late 1800s, the early 1900s.

02:07:13.000 Beautiful gold coins to have in your pocket.

02:07:15.000 These are numismatic, they also have collector value.

02:07:17.000 They have collector value.

02:07:18.000 They're exempt from the 60-45 ruling, which requires me to take your Social Security numbers.

02:07:24.000 They're exempt from the confiscation of the 1933.

02:07:26.000 There's a lot of things... Private, portable...

02:07:30.000 What's the other, Pete?

02:07:32.000 Private, portable?

02:07:33.000 It's private and portable.

02:07:35.000 It's something that you can use as money no matter where you are in the world.

02:07:39.000 And liquid?

02:07:39.000 You could fall out of an airplane and the pygmies would accept it.

02:07:44.000 Yeah, it's just completely liquid.

02:07:46.000 Take a look at the stock market bubble that just burst.

02:07:49.000 And now we have a real estate bubble that's been created by these low interest rates, and that's about ready to break as well, because it's all refinancing.

02:07:56.000 And we're looking at, you know, unemployment just went up to 6.4 from 6.1 nationally.

02:08:00.000 By the way, it's at record levels, and it doesn't count those that have gone off on rolls.

02:08:06.000 You know, to me, it doesn't even take a brain to figure out that you need something that isn't attached to this economy.

02:08:13.000 Especially with the new colored money coming out, they're going to restrict the money supply. 0.83

02:08:17.000 It's meant to cause an implosion.

02:08:19.000 We have the World Bank IMF documents.

02:08:20.000 It's a great deal.

02:08:21.000 Take advantage of the half-ounce gold coins, the great price.

02:08:25.000 And also, while you're making that call, get the Citizen Rulebooks, the Silver Dollars, or the free report.

02:08:31.000 888-294-6187.

02:08:33.000 888-294-6187.

02:08:35.000 Ted, have a good Fourth of July, my friend.

02:08:37.000 Yeah, you too, Alex, and thanks for Red Beckman, bringing up such good material on this network.

02:08:43.000 God bless you, Ted.

02:08:44.000 Ted Anderson, the founder of this network, put his life, his treasure, his honor, everything he's got into this network and the listenership uh... has uh... you know he still airs that ad from like

02:08:54.000 two years ago where it goes the literatureships increased by two hundred percent well you

02:08:58.000 know why they keep running that ad year after year because it keeps going up two hundred to

02:09:01.000 three hundred percent each year how do we know that

02:09:04.000 We have ratings from stations that get that, and most importantly, we have the internet that gives us total numbers of hits a day.

02:09:11.000 There are hundreds of thousands of individual people that listen each day, just on the internet.

02:09:16.000 This show is number one on Shoutcast against AP Network News, Giant Networks, routinely.

02:09:23.000 And that's just one of our three streams.

02:09:25.000 You count all our streams up, even when the show's number two or three or number four on the listings, you add stream two and stream three, we're almost always number one out of 3,580 plus radio stations and networks.

02:09:39.000 I'm not bragging.

02:09:41.000 Red, that means that people are hungry for the truth, doesn't it?

02:09:44.000 Absolutely.

02:09:46.000 Absolutely.

02:09:46.000 There's a lot of concerned Americans out there.

02:09:48.000 There's a lot of Of Americans that have lost their jobs because of NAFTA and GATT and all these other things.

02:09:56.000 And they told us that would be great for the economy.

02:09:58.000 And those people, they lost their jobs and they want to know why.

02:10:04.000 And so the word is available.

02:10:07.000 The truth is available.

02:10:10.000 Absolutely.

02:10:11.000 Red, putting in a plug here.

02:10:14.000 The Citizen's Rulebook.

02:10:15.000 Your ideas, your information helped form that.

02:10:18.000 The one out of Arizona that we offer that has the jury nullification information.

02:10:24.000 Is the Citizen's Rulebook from Arizona one of the better ones?

02:10:27.000 Absolutely.

02:10:29.000 I helped design that thing.

02:10:32.000 Absolutely.

02:10:33.000 And Ted's done a lot of offers where those are free as well, but today they're part of the package.

02:10:38.000 Folks, okay, Red, I want to come back in the next segment and take some calls.

02:10:41.000 I also want to talk about The rightful place of government.

02:10:46.000 But you talk about this gullible mass that empowers the evil through compartmentalization.

02:10:50.000 You also talk about how a lot of government agents are waking up when they check out this information, like Joe Bannister.

02:10:56.000 Can you tell us about Joe Bannister?

02:10:57.000 Yes, Joe Bannister, of course, was a criminal investigator for the IRS.

02:11:06.000 He's a CPA.

02:11:09.000 You know, a college graduate, of course.

02:11:13.000 He was listening to a talk show and there were some things said on that talk show that got his interest and so he investigated and discovered that he was working for a criminal agency.

02:11:26.000 For two years he heard it was private, run for profit, offshore accounts, IMF, World Bank.

02:11:32.000 Heard a show he respected with people on.

02:11:36.000 Going over the evidence, he took two years to investigate it and then the IRS basically admitted to him it was true.

02:11:45.000 And he's not alone.

02:11:47.000 Over the past several years, I've been contacted by two former CIA pilots.

02:11:55.000 Who had discovered that they were flying drugs in CIA airplanes.

02:12:00.000 We've had them on the show.

02:12:01.000 I mean, it's been public.

02:12:02.000 Yeah.

02:12:03.000 Terry Reid and others.

02:12:04.000 And Terry Reid's a big guy at World Net Daily.

02:12:06.000 Yes.

02:12:06.000 He was there.

02:12:07.000 You know, he worked in Vietnam, a patriot, anti-communist, unloading stuff at MENA, Clinton Bush involved, giant crates of cocaine daily.

02:12:14.000 Yep.

02:12:16.000 And so, you know, the word is getting out.

02:12:23.000 Uh, we just have to hope and pray, you know, that, um, you know, that enough, uh, get the word so that, uh, when the New World Order, when they try to make their final, uh, uh, surge... And that'll come after a terrorist attack they launch.

02:12:39.000 Yes.

02:12:40.000 Uh, so that the American people, that we'll be ready, we'll have enough people supporting our position.

02:12:48.000 One of the things I need to mention... Stay there.

02:12:50.000 Mention it after the break, Red.

02:12:51.000 We're so honored to have you.

02:12:53.000 And later we are going to tell you about his incredible videos and books Red Beckman puts out.

02:12:58.000 I mean, you're talking about the granddaddy of the modern movement with factual documentation.

02:13:03.000 He just took time out to read the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

02:13:05.000 We'll be right back with Red Beckman.

02:13:25.000 We listened.

02:13:25.000 You asked for an elevated base so the system could be used in places beside on the edge of a counter.

02:13:31.000 We listened.

02:13:32.000 You asked us to develop a filter that was made in the USA.

02:13:35.000 We listened.

02:13:36.000 You asked us to include an emergency light for Canada.

02:13:38.000 camping and during power outages. We listened. After 9/11, you asked us to develop a filter

02:15:14.000 Hello, Ted Anderson here with Midas Resources.

02:15:16.000 Lately, I've been hearing people tell me that gold is so low now that it would be a perfect time to buy.

02:15:21.000 With over 20 years of personal experience in the gold business, I can tell you that opportunities like this could be counted on one hand.

02:15:27.000 The truth is, very few people have the fortitude to actually act on a market like this.

02:15:31.000 However, they have become the elite group, more than doubling their investment over a moderate time span.

02:15:37.000 In 1982, gold was trading in a range of $275 per ounce.

02:15:42.000 By mid-1983, it was close to $500 an ounce.

02:15:46.000 In 1986, gold collector coins had quadrupled.

02:15:49.000 Don't procrastinate this opportunity away.

02:15:51.000 All the bottom line fundamentals still support a strong future for gold.

02:15:55.000 Call 1-800-686-2237 for a free evaluation of your gold portfolio.

02:16:02.000 You'll be glad you did.

02:16:04.000 That's 1-800-686-2237.

02:16:07.000 Again, 1-800-686-2237.

02:16:59.000 Robert Barefoot wants to help your body heal itself today, so call toll-free

02:17:05.000 He's the guy that founded the Fully Informed Jury Association.

02:17:08.000 www.robertbarefoot.com red butman is our guest he's the guy that founded the fully

02:17:22.000 informed jury association he's a grandfather of it

02:17:26.000 and it's simply the fact the juries are another form of voting

02:17:30.000 and so are the grand juries And that's what the Constitution says, the Magna Carta says.

02:17:34.000 They're taking that away now.

02:17:36.000 You wanted to make a point before we go to Bob, Paul, Rick and others, Red.

02:17:39.000 How's that again?

02:17:42.000 You were wanting to make a point in the last segment, when we hit the break.

02:17:46.000 You know, talking about all this military now, they want all this surveillance, all these cameras.

02:17:53.000 And everything.

02:17:54.000 I addressed some of that in my last book, the 14th chapter I asked.

02:18:00.000 The question, the heading on the chapter is, Is the Federal Government a False God?

02:18:06.000 In theological world, they talk about our Heavenly Father as having omnipotence, omniscience, and omnipresence.

02:18:15.000 And the omniscience, of course, was that our Heavenly Father is all-knowing.

02:18:22.000 Every false god in history has always tried to gain as much information so that they have all the information about people.

02:18:33.000 Now let me stop you, Red. 0.93

02:18:34.000 You are very astute, obviously.

02:18:36.000 When Lord of the Rings 2 Towers came out, They pointed out that the Total Information Awareness Network, the admitted Pentagon system that watched the American people, said it would be all-knowing.

02:18:48.000 Their symbol was a burning, all-seeing eye radiating the Earth.

02:18:52.000 USA Today and the Washington Post.

02:18:53.000 It isn't just Red Beckman or Alex Jones that pointed this out.

02:18:57.000 They said, this is the government wanting to be the all-seeing eye of Sauron on a total power trip.

02:19:02.000 They want to be gods.

02:19:04.000 Because the DARPA website talked about, quote, a god-like omnipotent power.

02:19:09.000 That shows the delusional nature of these people.

02:19:11.000 And you wrote this last book years ago before they said and did all this.

02:19:15.000 How did you know this?

02:19:16.000 Well, I don't know, but I have always been able to tie what is happening in our world today To Bible history, biblical history, and such, and there's been a lot of systems, political systems in the past that have risen and fallen, and it has always been, they want to replace God.

02:19:46.000 They want to, well, we have the contemporary thing, contemporary history with the USSR.

02:19:54.000 The U.S.S.R.

02:19:55.000 said there is no God creator, and they said... They said the state is God!

02:19:59.000 They said the state is God, and of course it was dissolved.

02:20:03.000 Now, this is so ironic, and people just do not understand what happened.

02:20:07.000 The U.S.S.R.

02:20:09.000 was one of two great world powers, at the point where they were dissolved overnight.

02:20:16.000 They were considered one of two great world powers, and they were dissolved overnight.

02:20:21.000 And people don't understand why, and the answer is very simple.

02:20:27.000 It was a false god, and it reached a point where it could no longer answer the prayers of those who prayed to that false god.

02:20:35.000 And so it just fell back into basic corruption, because the bankers were done with it, and now they've moved on with it here, but they plan to have it more sophisticated Drugging the population, using propaganda, what they call imperial mobilization in the PNAC documents.

02:20:50.000 Red, have you heard about the PNAC documents where Bush and Cheney wrote public documents before 9-1-1 that they needed a terrorist attack to invade Iraq and other countries and that they talked about imperial mobilization and a new world order?

02:21:03.000 Yes.

02:21:04.000 And I mean, if a person is observant, if he's watching, Uh, you can find most of this evidence that you need to prove all this.

02:21:16.000 Well, my dad is a successful businessman, doctor, consultant, and he had to learn the

02:21:22.000 law dealing with these big medical firms and the things he does.

02:21:26.000 I remember him about ten years ago going, "Son, did you know that we worship at court?"

02:21:31.000 Because, you know, he goes in for some cases and does some advising.

02:21:34.000 He says that the courts will do what you want sometimes if you worship them.

02:21:38.000 He said, of course, I don't do this.

02:21:39.000 He said, look in these filings and documents.

02:21:42.000 You pray to the judge.

02:21:43.000 Yes.

02:21:44.000 We pray to the court.

02:21:47.000 And it's right there, and they've taken the Roman law and replaced our biblical law, the mosaic that led into the Magna Carta Constitution.

02:21:56.000 When did that shift happen to the black robes and praying to the judge?

02:22:00.000 It sounds bizarre, but all the lawyers know this, Red.

02:22:04.000 Yes, and you know, we had a case And I don't remember exactly where it was at, but one of the defendants was trying to defend himself, and he approached the bench a little too close, and they have that table out in front of the bench.

02:22:22.000 And the judge warned him, he says, don't touch the altar.

02:22:26.000 Don't touch that altar.

02:22:29.000 And they build them like Greek or Roman temples.

02:22:33.000 Yes, absolutely.

02:22:35.000 And so I'm working on another book.

02:22:39.000 The title of the book is The Rise and Fall of the Federal God in Russia.

02:22:47.000 Incredible!

02:22:48.000 The Rise and Fall of the Federal God.

02:22:50.000 Stay there, Reverend Dr. Bob.

02:22:51.000 Paul and Rick, when we get back, and we're going to plug your books and tapes that are Just mucho powerful!

02:22:58.000 I'm Alex Jones.

02:22:59.000 PrisonPlanet.com.

02:23:04.000 We're on the march.

02:23:06.000 The Empire's on the run.

02:23:08.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:23:14.000 More than 700 chemicals have been found in our drinking water.

02:23:18.000 And did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?

02:23:23.000 That's because many chemicals are inhaled when they are inhaled.

02:23:25.000 That's how you can get a free bottle with your order today for yourself or a loved one.

02:23:29.000 Call 1-800-893-6870.

02:23:36.000 Crashing through the lies and disinformation.

02:23:39.000 It's Alex Johns, only on the GCN Radio Network.

02:23:46.000 [Music]

02:23:53.000 If you can believe it, I was just flipping through the cable channels and came across MSNBC during the last three-minute

02:24:00.000 break, and they had some piece about...

02:24:05.000 The different goals.

02:24:06.000 Goals 2000, how the feds want to decide what your kids will be by the fifth grade.

02:24:09.000 And so the pilot school, where they're going to train them to be special tax police, just like they have in Russia.

02:24:16.000 And I've covered this before and seen other reports on it.

02:24:19.000 And they were showing how good Russia is, how they train the kids how to be secret police. 0.79

02:24:23.000 I mean, folks, stuff's getting so nuts now.

02:24:26.000 It has nothing to do with stopping terrorists.

02:24:29.000 It's just out of control.

02:24:30.000 We're about to go to Bob, Paul, Rick.

02:24:32.000 David and others here in just a few minutes.

02:24:35.000 And before Rhett leaves us, I want to go over some of the things in Patriot Act.

02:24:39.000 And discuss this with Red Beckman.

02:24:41.000 But before we go back to Red Beckman, just briefly, I have produced nine full-length feature documentary films.

02:24:46.000 9-1-1, The Road to Tyranny, The Tales of the Globalist, carried out September 11th, The Scarce and the Submission.

02:24:53.000 It gives a history of government-sponsored terrorism, official U.S.

02:24:56.000 government plans to carry out 9-1-1 attacks, including remote-control hijacking aircraft and flying them into buildings.

02:25:03.000 I'm talking ABC Nightly News.

02:25:04.000 I'm talking Baltimore Sun.

02:25:05.000 Articles before 9-1-1, okay? 0.98

02:25:09.000 I got FEMA on there saying the Founding Fathers are all terrorists, all Christians are terrorists, their training manuals say homeschoolers, gun owners are terrorists.

02:25:17.000 I got them arresting women at checkpoints on the road for having pocket constitutions. 1.00

02:25:22.000 The police saying this may be illegal. 1.00

02:25:24.000 I have the insanity of these criminals and their useful idiots that think this is normal who've been titrated, incrementally trained to accept all this. 1.00

02:25:34.000 I have it in the road to tyranny. 1.00

02:25:35.000 It's my best film.

02:25:36.000 I've got other great films like Police State 3, Total Enslavement, that's just out.

02:25:39.000 Covers Patriot Act 1 and 2, Homeland Security, dozens of examples of government sponsored terror.

02:25:44.000 I have my book, 9-1-1, Descent to Tyranny, covering 9-1-1.

02:25:47.000 It's excellent.

02:25:48.000 It's $12, 230 pages.

02:25:48.000 The films are $25.95.

02:25:49.000 The films are $25.95 and they're an average of about 2 hours and 20 minutes long.

02:25:58.000 Police State 3 is 2 hours and 40 minutes.

02:26:00.000 You really get three films in one.

02:26:02.000 I suggest you watch it in 52-minute blocks.

02:27:14.000 There isn't a question.

02:27:15.000 It's about survival.

02:29:20.000 Sure.

02:29:20.000 It's Common Sense Press, P.O.

02:29:23.000 Box 1544, Billings, Montana 59103.

02:29:25.000 That's P.O.

02:29:26.000 Billings, MT 59103.

02:29:39.000 All right, folks.

02:29:39.000 It's excellent.

02:29:40.000 Take advantage.

02:29:41.000 Let's talk to Bob in New York.

02:29:43.000 Thanks for holding.

02:29:43.000 Then Paul, Rick, David, and others.

02:29:45.000 Go ahead, Bob.

02:29:46.000 Good afternoon, Alex.

02:29:47.000 Welcome, sir.

02:29:48.000 More doublespeak from CNN.

02:29:50.000 You know, I watch this stuff, and it disgusts me sometimes.

02:29:55.000 But what they were talking about is how the Supreme Court is the ultimate determiner of the constitutionality of law.

02:30:05.000 Which is such doublespeak.

02:30:07.000 I mean, the people of the United States are the ultimate interpreters.

02:30:12.000 Well, the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, and the Ninth Amendment state that it's the rules of God's nature.

02:30:18.000 And, again, the Supreme Court ruled black people weren't human beings.

02:30:21.000 Did that mean we had to go along with it? 0.52

02:30:23.000 The Supreme Court ruled you could do medical experiments on prisoners.

02:30:28.000 The Supreme Court ruled that they could take Indians and put them in camps and give them smallpox. 0.86

02:30:32.000 The Supreme Court ruled that killing babies is okay, and I'm sick of it.

02:30:39.000 Red Beckman, any comments?

02:30:42.000 I like to hear people talk like that.

02:30:46.000 The U.S.

02:30:47.000 Supreme Court was only supposed to deal with disputes between the states, and they're getting into all kinds of things where they don't belong.

02:30:57.000 They don't have any authority.

02:30:59.000 And I hope to see the day when the Supreme Court and that entire court system is, you know, we reach a point where we have a total overhaul of that part of our government. 0.98

02:31:12.000 Well, they're a bunch of political whores that are appointed. 1.00

02:31:14.000 It doesn't matter whether it's a Republican or a Democrat, government gets bigger, tyranny gets larger, and they keep empowering all these treaties and saying the EU and the World Court is the authority. 0.98

02:31:27.000 I've got AP articles where they go, oh, we'll follow your orders.

02:31:31.000 Yes.

02:31:32.000 Hey, Alex?

02:31:33.000 Yes, sir?

02:31:34.000 And last week, the Supreme Court reversed themselves again in something that they had done less than 20 years ago, and that was that homosexual case out of Texas.

02:31:48.000 It's one thing to reverse themselves after 100 years or so, but to reverse themselves in less than 20 years is rather significant.

02:31:56.000 Yeah, this is a conservative court.

02:31:58.000 Yes, Bob?

02:31:59.000 One of the best novels I've ever read in terms of understanding what the Constitution is all about was a book of fiction which is filled with the truth called Crashmaker.

02:32:14.000 It was written by Dr. Edwin Vieira and it's so telling.

02:32:19.000 I know it's a very long book, but I recommend people order it.

02:32:23.000 Have you read Crashmaker Red?

02:32:25.000 No, I haven't.

02:32:26.000 That's an unbelievable work of art.

02:32:28.000 Actually, it's an unbelievable work of hopefulness.

02:32:33.000 It's about an individual who gains control and gets some inside information on the Fed.

02:32:41.000 All right.

02:32:46.000 Thanks for the call.

02:32:49.000 I appreciate it.

02:32:50.000 Paul, where are you calling us from today?

02:32:53.000 LA.

02:32:54.000 Yes, sir.

02:32:54.000 How are you doing, sir?

02:32:55.000 Great.

02:32:56.000 Where are you calling from?

02:32:56.000 Missouri.

02:32:57.000 Go ahead.

02:32:59.000 Brad, I want to say hi to you, too.

02:33:02.000 I can't believe the way the, you know, like on your show, I've listened probably for three months or so, and you know, if somebody didn't know it, they'd say, oh, you're almost a bad man, because it's amazing until it hits home, and then somebody goes to your website, You just think, oh, is Alex for real out there?

02:33:24.000 And then once I saw your website, I was absolutely astounded.

02:33:28.000 Hey, when I say the Patriot Act affects all citizens for any crime, secret arrest, secret execution, I post the bill and list the subsections you should read, and I point you to the Library of Congress.

02:33:40.000 When I say... Go ahead.

02:33:43.000 Well, it's just amazing that you've got the documentation, and I think for somebody like me, Alex, I don't get in trouble with the police.

02:33:50.000 I just don't live that kind of lifestyle, you know?

02:33:54.000 But the way the government and the things, where we're moving towards, it is absolutely frightening nowadays.

02:34:03.000 You know, for example, I did get a speeding ticket here a couple years ago, didn't pay it, but I got stopped the other night.

02:34:10.000 And I was surprised.

02:34:11.000 Uh, you know, I was nice to the officer and he said, Hey, got to take you in.

02:34:16.000 Then they asked me if they could search my vehicle.

02:34:18.000 I said, no, you know, no, I didn't have anything in there.

02:34:21.000 They said, fine.

02:34:22.000 Then there was some, I think she's a lesbian cop, but that's, you know, neither here nor there. 1.00

02:34:27.000 But she said, uh, well tell it then.

02:34:31.000 Well, I guarantee you they did, but they call an inventory and searched it.

02:34:34.000 And look, The point is, people say, well, you shouldn't speed, it's dangerous.

02:34:38.000 The point is, I'd rather have the danger of petty things and the big danger of a big corrupt government, and I would add the caveat to that, that they ship the heroin and cocaine in and then bust down our doors looking for it.

02:34:51.000 Right.

02:34:52.000 And since when do they have the right just to search your vehicle and where else is it going to go to?

02:34:58.000 Well, they don't have the right to do that, Paul.

02:35:03.000 And, but they're training, and look, this is how it works.

02:35:05.000 The National Seat Belt Initiative of 1998, I put it in Police State 2000, I read the thing in H.A.R.R., like a 40-page report, Part 3 of the plan said, this is to build hardened checkpoints so we can search vehicles, internal toll roads, we're going to have citizen volunteers, but compulsory volunteers, they've now got the bill, S-89, out there helping run the checkpoints, and in the last big National Seat Belt Initiative, Add the volunteers out.

02:35:32.000 And it says in Part 3, we're going to go ahead and search the car and find guns and drugs.

02:35:36.000 They mix guns with drugs, psychologically.

02:35:39.000 And so there's the plan.

02:35:41.000 They call it the Amber Alert System.

02:35:43.000 Well, I work in radio.

02:35:44.000 It's called EAS.

02:35:45.000 It was put in in 97.

02:35:47.000 It's a FEMA takeover system. 0.85

02:35:48.000 And now the billboards and radio are having anti-gun, anti-terror messages.

02:35:53.000 You know, it's nothing to do with lost kids.

02:35:55.000 So see, they always have an excuse so the cop feels okay and the culture accepts it.

02:36:00.000 This is part of the brainwashing, isn't it, Red? 0.98

02:36:02.000 Yes.

02:36:03.000 Very much so.

02:36:05.000 Alex, all I've got to say is just keep up the good work.

02:36:08.000 I realize you can't do this night alone, but the American people have to wake up.

02:36:13.000 They absolutely have to wake up, because this is absolutely getting crazy anymore.

02:36:17.000 I just want to commend you, Alex.

02:36:19.000 You take care.

02:36:20.000 Thank you.

02:36:25.000 We're going to go to Rick and David and others that are holding.

02:36:27.000 This is out at Reuters today and fullwares.com.

02:36:30.000 Schools sued over hidden cameras.

02:36:32.000 A Tennessee school allowed security cameras to film children undressing in locker rooms and then store the images on a computer accessible through the internet according to a lawsuit by the group of angry parents.

02:36:42.000 The stored images of video and photos were accessed as far away as North Carolina.

02:36:49.000 The lawsuit filed last week in federal court in Nashville seeks 4.2 million in damages.

02:36:55.000 I misread that earlier.

02:36:55.000 It's a four in front of the two.

02:36:57.000 I printed it a little blurb.

02:36:59.000 The parents contend the school system violated students' rights by putting hidden cameras in the boys' and girls' locker rooms.

02:37:05.000 At Livington Middle School, the cameras reportedly captured students ages 10 to 14 in various stages of undress.

02:37:13.000 Showers, you name it.

02:37:14.000 The parents have been devastated by the conduct of the school officials, by the videotaping, by the breach of trust in attorney Mark Carlos, who represents the parents of the 16 girls and one boy.

02:37:26.000 Chuck Gagel, lawyer for Overton County Schools, said he would not comment.

02:37:30.000 EduTech Incorporated, the company that installed the surveillance cameras in several Overton school systems, also was named in a lawsuit, officials said, where the company had no comment.

02:37:40.000 Parents learned of the cameras when a student reported a suspicious device in the school at Livingston, about 130 kilometers east of Nashville.

02:37:47.000 The lawsuit contains the images captured by the cameras and stored on a hard drive in the office of the assistant principal to be accessed from remote computers by the internet.

02:37:54.000 It claims the computer password security had not been changed.

02:37:56.000 from the factory default setting. The images were reportedly accessed 98 times between July 2002 and January

02:38:03.000 2003, sometimes late at night and early in the morning, and

02:38:06.000 through internet providers in Tennessee and South Carolina.

02:38:10.000 William Needham, director of Overton County Schools, said the assistant principal had been transferred to another

02:38:15.000 school system.

02:38:16.000 But this is what, now look, the Michigan parks had put them in the bathrooms. In 1984, Red, cameras were in the

02:38:24.000 bathrooms.

02:38:25.000 That seems so bizarre and unbelievable.

02:38:28.000 Now it's passé.

02:38:30.000 Cameras on our naked children.

02:38:32.000 They force six-year-olds to have sexual examinations done. 0.57

02:38:36.000 And it turned out it was people connected to pedophile groups.

02:38:41.000 The Miami Herald reported last year that the people running the missing kid database for the CPS for thousands of missing kids they have were convicted pedophiles, linked it to a ring and child murder, but it's in the news one time.

02:38:55.000 How can it get this horrible red?

02:39:00.000 It is just absolutely so vile.

02:39:04.000 It is so vile it just absolutely violates every Canon. Everything that we were ever taught as far as

02:39:15.000 morality and such it just violates everything and you have to understand that

02:39:22.000 for everyone that has been you might say caught in the act.

02:39:26.000 There's a hundred others.

02:39:28.000 How many are there that are not being, you know, exposed?

02:39:32.000 Crime statistics show that for every one person they catch, they say ten in some cases, but that's a murder.

02:39:38.000 It's one out of a hundred and twelve.

02:39:41.000 I usually just round down to a hundred.

02:39:42.000 And of the hundred and twelve criminal operations, they're committing crimes on a routine basis, so it's in the thousands.

02:39:50.000 Yes.

02:39:51.000 But they won't say if they took the cameras out, Red.

02:39:53.000 And then they wonder why people want to take their children and homeschool them.

02:39:59.000 And have you heard they're trying to claim that's illegal now to homeschool as the homeschoolers went all the spelling bees?

02:40:04.000 Yeah.

02:40:05.000 Right.

02:40:07.000 The geography bees and everything else. 1.00

02:40:09.000 They're total scumbags. 1.00

02:40:11.000 Yeah. 1.00

02:40:12.000 But did you see the Miami Herald article where they had 187 pedophiles in the top positions running the CPS and there's like 3,000 kids missing and they find some of them dead, others given to... I mean, I can't even mention what they do to these kids.

02:40:25.000 Yeah.

02:40:27.000 That's the Miami Herald!

02:40:28.000 It's not speculation!

02:40:32.000 Shouldn't that be top story every day but instead it's one article?

02:40:35.000 It should be top story all across the country.

02:40:39.000 Yeah.

02:40:40.000 Red, they now admit they're planning to start satellite tracking and taxation of cars and the hardware is already in all new cars.

02:40:46.000 That sounds fun, doesn't it?

02:40:47.000 Yeah.

02:40:49.000 Oh my.

02:40:51.000 And you know, it's just mind-boggling for the American people to hear the story of 9-1-1 and how those airplanes were controlled by remote control.

02:41:05.000 It wasn't the hijackers that flew those airplanes.

02:41:08.000 They found the hijackers alive! 0.99

02:41:10.000 Their houses and cars and credit cards paid for by the FBI.

02:41:15.000 The CIA was running a drill that morning, Red, according to the Associated Press, of flying hijacked jets into buildings.

02:41:20.000 You're so happy to be running a drill that morning and ordered NORAD to stand down, but it's all coincidental, right?

02:41:28.000 Yeah.

02:41:29.000 Final segment with Red Beckman.

02:41:31.000 We'll take two final calls for him as well.

02:41:32.000 Everybody stay there.

02:41:35.000 Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

02:41:40.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

02:41:44.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

02:41:49.000 The New World Order.

02:41:52.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

02:41:56.000 We rip the sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

02:42:03.000 You will lose your liberty.

02:42:05.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

02:42:16.000 If you want to understand what the new world order really is, Then my new two and a half hour video, Police Day 3, is for you!

02:42:22.000 Visit Infowars.com or PrisonPlanet.com to order.

02:43:33.000 Americans, are you fed up with Big Brother watching you like a hawk?

02:43:36.000 Have you ever asked yourself why you're being tracked, categorized, numbered, classified, registered, and licensed by the government?

02:43:43.000 Would you like to make your assets vanish before the eyes of those who want to grab them, but still have them safe and sound?

02:43:49.000 How about operating a business in a way that makes earnings tax-exempt?

02:43:54.000 Maybe you'd like to be lawsuit-proof.

02:43:56.000 Well, there is a way.

02:43:57.000 And it protects your stuff from greedy lawyers, grasping relatives, and the government, especially the IRS.

02:44:13.000 Constitution.

02:44:35.000 [Music]

02:44:40.000 Waging war on corruption.

02:44:43.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:44:47.000 Monday through Friday from 11 to 2 central and back from 9 to midnight I do this show.

02:44:52.000 Thanks for joining us.

02:44:53.000 We're about to take two final calls.

02:44:55.000 I'm sorry that's all we have time for.

02:44:56.000 It's Rick and David.

02:44:58.000 For Red Beckman though, one more question.

02:45:01.000 This is the Washington Times.

02:45:02.000 Black boxes for cars, a surprise.

02:45:04.000 It says people are being surprised that police are now going in and using their data recorders that have been in all the cars for the last eight years.

02:45:11.000 It's called the Delphi System.

02:45:13.000 Oh, the all-knowing again.

02:45:15.000 Oracle System.

02:45:16.000 Track and trace and charge us criminally.

02:45:18.000 And oh, guess what?

02:45:18.000 It's got a satellite tracker in it.

02:45:20.000 I already mentioned the satellite tracker boxes.

02:45:22.000 They're now saying they're getting ready to tax us with this.

02:45:24.000 They're going to purposely implode the states, make them do this for money, federally administered. 0.83

02:45:29.000 That doesn't just violate the Fourth Amendment.

02:45:31.000 It also is a giant taxation moat.

02:45:33.000 I mean, what are these people going to put up with, Brad?

02:45:37.000 How long are they going to sit by and let this happen?

02:45:41.000 I mean, they put the infrastructure in and then announce it.

02:45:43.000 Yeah.

02:45:46.000 Absolutely amazing.

02:45:48.000 Let's talk to Rick in Texas and then David in wherever he's calling from.

02:45:54.000 Go ahead, Rick.

02:45:55.000 Good afternoon, gentlemen.

02:45:57.000 Two quick points.

02:45:58.000 Brazil, the largest country in Latin America, has just elected an America-hating communist, Lula da Silva.

02:46:07.000 And got a congratulatory note from the Council of Foreign Relations.

02:46:13.000 See, that's the paradigm.

02:46:14.000 They create the fake right-wing movement, the counter is then communists taking over, and the so-called right-winger CFR congratulate them.

02:46:21.000 Yes.

02:46:22.000 Second point, the Supreme Court now says it's okay to discriminate against white Americans wanting to enter into college, and there's been no Well, the news doesn't show you the protests that create the illusion.

02:46:39.000 Red, any comments to that?

02:46:42.000 No, I didn't understand the question.

02:46:44.000 He's talking about the Affirmative Action ruling.

02:46:46.000 Oh, yes.

02:46:48.000 Again, the Supreme Court is dealing in areas where they don't belong or they don't have any authority.

02:46:54.000 Of course, that's according to that Constitution.

02:46:56.000 And FEMA says... Red, have you seen the Road to Tyranny?

02:47:00.000 No.

02:47:02.000 So you haven't seen my film where FEMA says the Founding Fathers are terrorists?

02:47:06.000 No, I haven't seen that.

02:47:07.000 Have you seen any of my videos?

02:47:09.000 I've seen one or two in the past.

02:47:12.000 I'm not much for watching videos.

02:47:14.000 I hear you.

02:47:14.000 I need to get those to you, though.

02:47:16.000 It's pretty bad to have FEMA on tape saying that all the Founding Fathers are terrorists, though.

02:47:22.000 That's sacrilegious.

02:47:24.000 Alright, I appreciate the call.

02:47:26.000 Thank you for your tapes, and keep up the good work.

02:47:28.000 Oh, let me ask you a question.

02:47:30.000 Rick, have you seen FEMA say that in Rotaterini?

02:47:32.000 Yes.

02:47:33.000 And I believe also on the 9-1-1 tape.

02:47:37.000 Yeah, it's 9-1-1 Rotaterini, exactly.

02:47:39.000 My point is, this is documented.

02:47:41.000 David, you're on the air, and I guess you're calling from Illinois?

02:47:46.000 Go ahead, David, you're on the air.

02:47:48.000 Hi, Alex, I think that's great that you're exposing the New World Order and government cover-ups.

02:47:54.000 Yeah, I'd just like to say, um, this being, you know, the day before Fourth of July, uh, what do you think would happen if, uh, New York was hit with, like, a nuclear bomb?

02:48:05.000 Oh, if the globalists carry out a terrorist attack and then poses our saviors?

02:48:09.000 Red, what do you think will happen after the next big terror attack that the military-industrial complex is going to launch?

02:48:13.000 What do you think will happen?

02:48:15.000 Well, I think it'll be bigger than the last one.

02:48:18.000 You go back and you watch the progression.

02:48:22.000 You know, Ruby Ridge, World Trade Center, Oklahoma City, and 9-1-1.

02:48:29.000 Everyone gets a little bigger than the last one.

02:48:32.000 To train us to accept the tyranny.

02:48:33.000 Well, the CFR just said on Monday we will be attacked again.

02:48:36.000 They say maybe on 4th of July.

02:48:38.000 I hope not.

02:48:39.000 Keep your eyes out for Feds, folks. 0.99

02:48:41.000 Red Beckman, I want to thank you for coming on.

02:48:43.000 I want to thank you, David, for the call.

02:48:45.000 Red, what's your mailing address again for $3 to get your booklet, Walls in Our Minds?

02:48:49.000 It's Common Sense Press, P.O.

02:48:54.000 Box, 1544 Billings, MT, 59103.

02:48:59.000 And anybody that will send three $1 bills, we'll send them the book, Walls in Our Minds.

02:49:03.000 All right.

02:49:04.000 Red, I want to thank you for spending two hours, two and a half hours with us today, and God bless you and your wife.

02:49:09.000 We need your prayers and our prayers are with you.

02:49:12.000 Thank you.

02:49:13.000 Keep up the great work.

02:49:14.000 I tell you, what a great man.

02:49:15.000 One of the longest time fighters and most on target people out there, Red Beckman.

02:49:20.000 I'm Alex Jones saying bye-bye until tonight and bye-bye until tomorrow.
