00:00:17.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:19.000 You want answers?

00:00:21.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:21.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:26.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:31.000 [Music]

00:00:42.000 I'm your host, Alex Jones.

00:00:43.000 I'm honored to be here.

00:00:44.000 We're going to cover a ton of vital news and information today.

00:00:46.000 All right, my friends, it's Monday, already the 4th of August, 2003.

00:00:55.000 I'm your host, Alex Jones.

00:00:57.000 I'm honored to be here.

00:01:00.000 We're going to cover a ton of vital news and information today.

00:01:05.000 Coming up early in this hour, I'm going to cover something that I went over several years

00:01:12.000 I covered this three years ago, on air, during the election, and I informed the listeners that I would not be voting for Al Gore, and that I would not be voting for George W. Bush, because they are carbon copies of each other when it comes to their actions, not their rhetoric.

00:01:36.000 And people had trouble believing the policy of Bush that he would reauthorize the assault weapons ban and expand it.

00:01:43.000 He told you what he was going to do to you.

00:01:48.000 And I had a lot of callers who denied it at the time as I would read excerpts of Lord Bush's speeches here on the air.

00:01:57.000 Well, I have the NRA fact sheet here and it's NRA ILA.org, that's the NRA Legislative Alert website, and it's most sweeping gun ban ever introduced in Congress.

00:02:14.000 Clinton gun ban, reenactment ban, bans millions more, and right here, bans all, that's their quote, all semi-automatic shotguns.

00:02:25.000 They even have a link to the subsection.

00:02:28.000 Banning, I mean, shotguns that hold two rounds, folks.

00:02:32.000 Everything.

00:02:33.000 We're talking everything.

00:02:36.000 And I try to explain this to people, and I have been shouted down on radio shows by people that call in and say, I'm a liar.

00:02:44.000 So just keep living in your fruitcake land.

00:02:47.000 This bill has a very good chance of passing.

00:02:51.000 And I'm sick and tired of the total denial by you people.

00:02:53.000 I mean, it makes me sick.

00:02:55.000 And I'm not talking about our general listeners, but the types that are driving along in their cars, listening to this show for the first time, and Just decide to deny what I'm saying here, just because it's painful and they don't want to believe it and they want to keep living in their strong delusion that everything's honky-dory because we've got Lord Bush and the neocon crowd.

00:03:19.000 We're losing America, people, and because you're in denial It may be too late, unless we're able to kick-start the conservatives out there into reality to realize what we're really facing.

00:03:35.000 There is a bunch of other news.

00:03:37.000 Some of it's good, some of it's bad, some of it's ugly.

00:03:41.000 But we're going to cover it all here on the World Wide Broadcast.

00:03:46.000 I do this show Monday through Friday from 11 to 2 Central during the day.

00:03:53.000 And back from 9 to midnight Central Standard Time and we go out on a growing list of wonderful AM and FM affiliates.

00:04:03.000 We simulcast at InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com on the Internet and Global Shortwave during the day.

00:04:13.000 At 12.172 and 9320 and at night from 9 to midnight, 5.085 and 6890.

00:04:19.000 If you'd like to find out more about the network itself, the different shows, the different satellite feeds, for individual listeners or for your station, simply visit GCNlive.com.

00:04:31.000 That's GCNlive.com.

00:04:38.000 Alright, strap yourselves in.

00:04:39.000 We're going to go to break and come right back.

00:04:44.000 And then we're going to get into the news.

00:04:48.000 And there is a lot of it.

00:04:49.000 I'm just going to skim over, skim through some of the headlines and then go back into some more of the meat of some of the key stories.

00:04:56.000 And we'll take your calls as well today.

00:05:00.000 InfoWars.com is being updated right now, folks.

00:05:02.000 We're going to post again the NRA admitting Bush wants to take almost all the guns.

00:05:10.000 Hardly a day goes by in the garden without the CobraHead. 0.51

00:05:13.000 I want to tell you about a great little garden tool called the CobraHead.

00:05:16.000 First, take half of the tools you're currently using in the garden, throw them away, and call 1-866-YO-COBRA.

00:05:22.000 The CobraHead is like having a steel fingernail. 0.98

00:05:24.000 This tool plants, scalps, cultivates, transplants, defatches, harvests, furrows, digs, you name it, the CobraHead can do it.

00:05:32.000 With the CobraHead, I can make quick work out of weeding my garden beds, especially between the garden rows where space is tight.

00:05:37.000 I love to spend time in the garden as any gardener does.

00:05:40.000 But now my time in the garden is a lot more productive.

00:05:42.000 The CobraHead handheld multi-purpose garden tool has certainly earned my personal stamp of approval and I'd recommend it to anyone.

00:05:49.000 But don't take my word for it.

00:05:51.000 The CobraHead just received the recommendation and seal of approval from the National Home Gardening Club after being tested by 200 members.

00:05:58.000 Don't wait another minute.

00:06:00.000 Call toll-free 1-866-YO-COBRA.

00:06:01.000 866-YO-COBRA. That's 1-866-962-6272 or visit cobrahead.com.

00:06:14.000 Alex Jones here, America.

00:06:31.000 A nightmarish post-September 11th world, where the military and the police are merged.

00:06:35.000 Witnesses' populations beg for national ID cards, and yes, even implantable microchips.

00:06:40.000 Troops on the streets, foreign NATO aircraft in the skies, psychotic UN population control plans, and much, much more.

00:06:46.000 This is one film you cannot afford to miss.

00:06:51.000 Call toll free 1-888-253-3139.

00:06:55.000 That's 1-888-253-3139.

00:07:03.000 You see Big Brother's afraid of this documentary.

00:07:05.000 Order today and spread the word.

00:07:07.000 America's future depends on the truth getting out.

00:07:09.000 You've asked for them, and now they're here!

00:07:11.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones introducing you to the new Berkey PF2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements for exclusive use with the Berkey Lights Black Berkey Purification Elements.

00:07:22.000 The Berkey's PF2 simply screw onto the stem of the Black Berkey Purification Element. 0.62

00:07:27.000 When used, water flowed through the purification elements, where pathogenic bacteria, harmful chemicals, Radon-222, heavy metals, nitrates, First, foul taste and odors are separated from the water.

00:07:39.000 The water then flows through the PF2 elements, where fluoride, arsenic, and other residual heavy metal ions are separated.

00:07:46.000 Your purified water is now ready!

00:07:49.000 If you have fluoride or arsenic in your water, you need the Berkey PF2 Host Filter Elements.

00:07:54.000 Get a set of two for only $49, or get two sets for only $89 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-9000.

00:08:01.000 803-4438 and tell them Alex Jones sent you. That's toll free. 888-803-4438.

00:08:08.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

00:08:17.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:21.000 All right, again folks, big show lined up for you on this 4th of August 2003.

00:08:31.000 We had our 1-800 lines running through Global Crossing and they've gone basically bankrupt.

00:08:39.000 So we're switching our 1-800 service over to AT&T right now.

00:08:45.000 So they tell me we should have 1-800 lines back up for you to call in on in about an hour or so.

00:08:52.000 There's still a few phone lines.

00:08:54.000 You can still call 800-259-9231 and then hit extension 125 and that'll get you into the board if you'd like to get involved on air.

00:09:07.000 So dial the same toll-free number and 800-259-9231 extension 125.

00:09:10.000 But we're not going to call for 30, 45 minutes and by then they'll probably be up.

00:09:18.000 I would hold off on calls for now, though I know you're going to want to comment on all the different news items that we have for you today.

00:09:28.000 Coming up later in this hour, I'm going to engage in liberal socialist evil on the air.

00:09:37.000 I'm going to warn you about the most sweeping gun control ever.

00:09:41.000 Again, that's not conservative.

00:09:44.000 That's bad. 0.99

00:09:45.000 According to Ann Coulter and others who've been on this show, a real conservative talks about mindless issues and how stupid Hillary is all day, while voting with Hillary for gun control. 0.99

00:09:56.000 While voting for Hillary to invade sovereign, innocent countries. 0.98

00:10:01.000 You have to vote with Hillary, almost identical record, and then walk around talking about how conservative you are, to really be conservative.

00:10:12.000 If you're actually pro-gun or pro-sovereignty or against open borders, that is very, very bad.

00:10:18.000 And we're in the very, very bad camp here on this show.

00:10:23.000 And, you know, I'm learning how to be a good neocon here, and I'm apologizing, but I actually don't want to turn my shotguns in. 0.83

00:10:30.000 The most sweeping gun ban ever introduced in Congress, Clinton gun ban, reenactment ban, millions more guns.

00:10:38.000 H.R.

00:10:38.000 2038, introduced by Representative Carolyn McCarthy, does not just reenact or reauthorize the 94 Clinton ban, but the so-called Sullivan ban law.

00:10:48.000 It bans millions more guns and it begins the backdoor registration of guns.

00:10:52.000 All told, it's a giant step closer to the goal started by Clinton gun ban sponsor Senator Dianne Feinstein on CBS 60 Minutes.

00:11:02.000 If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an outright ban, Picking up every one of them.

00:11:09.000 Mr. and Miss America turned them all in.

00:11:11.000 I would have done it!

00:11:12.000 That's a quote.

00:11:13.000 There is no 10-year sunset provision in the bill, H.R.

00:11:17.000 2038.

00:11:17.000 And it permanently bans every gun that is currently banned and with numerous overlapping provisions.

00:11:28.000 And it bans every gun made to comply with the Clinton ban.

00:11:33.000 Bans guns exempted by name or type under the Clinton ban.

00:11:38.000 Commonplace Ruger Mini-14s, Mini-30s, Ranch Rifles, .30 caliber carbines, and fixed magazine semi-automatic centerfire rifles.

00:11:46.000 Bans all semi-automatic shotguns.

00:11:49.000 Bans Remington, Winchester, Beretta, Benelli, and other shotguns commonly used for hunting, traps, skeet, sporting clays, and self-defense.

00:11:57.000 Bans them by banning their main component called the receiver.

00:12:01.000 That's section 2A30J of the bill.

00:12:06.000 Bans them because they have any characteristic that can function as a grip.

00:12:10.000 Section 2HII and B42.

00:12:13.000 Folks, I've read the bill.

00:12:16.000 It's worse than what the NRA is saying.

00:12:17.000 It basically bans every gun in the country but Black Pounder. 0.82

00:12:24.000 Now this is NRA saying bans all semi-automatic shotguns and that means double barrels.

00:12:29.000 That's considered under this a semi-automatic because it can fire in rapid succession, pull the trigger, and shoot.

00:12:38.000 So stuff that was out there 200 years ago is going to be banned.

00:12:42.000 And folks, this is very, very serious.

00:12:47.000 And Bush says he wants to sign this.

00:12:50.000 And the neocons will absolutely go into a deep worship fest, screaming, you're a liberal if you're against it.

00:12:59.000 And you've heard them.

00:13:00.000 You've heard them on this show.

00:13:02.000 You've heard them on national radio.

00:13:04.000 You've heard listeners who've gone to their chat rooms and websites, and they'll scream, you're a liberal. 0.96

00:13:09.000 Get off our site, you communists. 0.97

00:13:11.000 If you mention that Bush is anti-gun, anti-border, And I'm sick of it. 1.00

00:13:15.000 I mean, you neocons are the most pathetic, mindless creatures I've ever seen. 1.00

00:13:20.000 We know what a mindless, useful, idiot, bleeding heart liberal is. 1.00

00:13:26.000 But you're worse, because you think you're a conservative, a constitutionalist, when you were doing nothing but aiding this corrupt, out-of-control, illegitimate government. 1.00

00:13:38.000 Imagine Al Gore trying to ban all semi-automatic shotguns.

00:13:42.000 Folks, the list of things they're going to ban goes on for page after page.

00:13:45.000 I'm going to read it later.

00:13:47.000 I'll read that in about 20-30 minutes.

00:13:49.000 Yes, I'm angry. 0.99

00:13:50.000 I'm sick of your ignorance. 0.97

00:13:52.000 Look, I've been on radio shows and they will call in and they will deny this. 0.99

00:13:58.000 You're living in a wonderland. 0.71

00:14:01.000 You are very, very childish. 0.91

00:14:04.000 Well, I like Bush. 0.85

00:14:07.000 But he knows to do a little gun control.

00:14:10.000 Because, you know, he's got to compromise.

00:14:13.000 And I think you're a liberal.

00:14:16.000 I think you're lying.

00:14:18.000 But even if Bush is doing it, so what?

00:14:22.000 And it's a certain type of caller.

00:14:24.000 They'll call in.

00:14:25.000 They'll go, well, I support the president and he's not going to do something like that.

00:14:28.000 And that's not true.

00:14:30.000 And the host will say, well, actually, yes, it is true.

00:14:33.000 Here's, on one show, he goes, here's the Associated Press.

00:14:37.000 This was months ago when this was getting announced.

00:14:40.000 And the caller goes, well fine then!

00:14:42.000 Ha ha, oh man! 1.00

00:14:46.000 This feels so good to be an idiot. 1.00

00:14:51.000 So, I don't mean to spend all day on this, hey, we'll lose our Second Amendment. 1.00

00:14:55.000 I mean, it's almost gone, and the cops will take your guns, and they'll walk around with, you know, Bush Cheney bumper stickers on their cars, and we can all be slaves.

00:15:06.000 I guess that's really what it comes down to.

00:15:09.000 I guess that's really what it's all about.

00:15:12.000 By the way, the NRA will admit this on their legislative alert section after a lot of pressure was put on them, but their America's First Freedom magazine just hails Bush as pro-guy.

00:15:25.000 So it's very, very interesting.

00:15:27.000 You've got different factions in the NRA.

00:15:33.000 When the last head of the legislative center, lobbying center, came out for a $47 billion government land grab of private property and tried to use NRA money to lobby for that, he came out and attacked the Paragon Foundation, which is very constitutional and what you could call conservative or libertarian.

00:15:55.000 They fight for land rights, private property rights.

00:15:58.000 The NRA viciously attacked Jay Zane Wally and the Peregrine Foundation.

00:16:04.000 The NRA joined with the Sierra Club and Nature Conservancy and attacked the Peregrine Foundation and gave their phone number and website out.

00:16:13.000 Well, Wally went on the air and, in short order, crushed the Trojan horses inside the NRA and the head lobbyist, the head of that directory of the NRA, was fired We need to fire the new director of the NRA, the new president of it as well, because he is a, he speaketh with forked tongue.

00:16:39.000 Yeah, they want your guns, folks, so they're going to get people into positions.

00:16:43.000 Judas Goetsch, Judas Iscariot, Backstabbers, Benedict Arnolds, Trojan Horses, into those positions. 0.74

00:16:55.000 That's how war works.

00:16:58.000 You know, double agents.

00:17:01.000 As Ron Paul has now exposed, the Bush administration is the ultimate Trotskyite double agent attack force. 0.59

00:17:07.000 That's not Alex Jones, that's Ron Paul.

00:17:09.000 And you just can't believe the horror of Bush saying he'll sign a bill to ban all semi-automatic shotguns.

00:17:15.000 You can't believe the horror of Bush's cabinet controlled by Trotskyites. 0.99

00:17:22.000 By the way, the Secretary of State Colin Powell is a globalist and is bad enough, but he's on the way out, by the way.

00:17:30.000 They're going to put another Trotskyite directly in that position.

00:17:34.000 Powell was the only one that didn't have a Trotskyite background, though he has a black ops background, in Vietnam and in The Iran-Contra scam and activities.

00:17:51.000 Oh, before I get 100 emails that I'm racist, Black Op is a secret government program with secret funds. 0.89

00:17:57.000 I'll get emails, what's this about Colin Powell and Black Operations?

00:18:02.000 I say that because I got some email about I think it's that Conan the Barbarian music that we play.

00:18:12.000 It was like, I'm Jewish and I know that's code for the learned elders of Zion.

00:18:17.000 That music you're playing.

00:18:20.000 So I've got to watch it here that I don't commit thought crimes on the air.

00:18:24.000 I've got to be very careful in this politically correct world.

00:18:27.000 I could be arrested for what I just said, talking about Colin Powell involved in secret government budget programs here.

00:18:34.000 We'll say it like that.

00:18:35.000 I was talking about, more like I was last week when Mr. Poindexter, the convicted felon, the old white guy, I said was involved in big black ops and black budgets.

00:18:47.000 I can say that about Poindexter, but I better be careful about saying Owen Powell was involved in black budget ops, because there's no pun intended.

00:18:57.000 Okay, but that's the insanity of the thought police in America today, folks.

00:19:03.000 They will read the most bizarre stuff into anything. 0.97

00:19:06.000 Of course, it's never black people reading it into the show or Hispanics. 0.91

00:19:10.000 It's always the liberal, you know, the neocon, neoliberal echelon out there that wants to attack anyone for their speech.

00:19:20.000 Side issue.

00:19:22.000 When we get back, thinking outside the U.S., the Washington Post has reported that the Supreme Court is following the orders of the World Criminal Court.

00:19:32.000 We're now under that.

00:19:34.000 About a month ago it was in USA Today, it said, pegging orders from the UN.

00:19:38.000 Oh, great article on the New York Post, how all the Hollywood people and the bankers and the politicians all have concealed carries for handguns and machine guns.

00:19:50.000 You can't have guns in New York, the New World Order paradise, the model world.

00:19:55.000 You know, where the nobility can have a sword, but not the slaves.

00:20:02.000 Oh, our troops have been hit by nerve gas.

00:20:04.000 Of course, they're not going to be treated again.

00:20:06.000 We'll be right back.

00:24:11.000 I got a star on my car and one on my chest.

00:24:19.000 A gun on my hip and the right to arrest.

00:24:22.000 I'm the guy who's a boss on this highway.

00:24:25.000 Folks, we've got a lot of different news coming out today.

00:24:28.000 Economic, global, national, local, different areas of the country with the police state, with the fight against the deadly vaccines.

00:24:39.000 It goes on and on.

00:24:41.000 But jumping back into the news, thinking outside the U.S., and it's a lengthy Washington Post article that happily announces that our Supreme Court now is getting its walking orders from the European criminal courts.

00:25:01.000 Now, USA Today has also announced this about a month ago.

00:25:07.000 Even said that they are following from the rulings as if it is their president from Europe.

00:25:12.000 Now, in Europe, they're getting rid of the Magna Carta.

00:25:17.000 They're getting rid of their common law.

00:25:20.000 They're getting rid of all juries.

00:25:22.000 You can't face your accuser.

00:25:24.000 You can be arrested for your speech.

00:25:27.000 We've talked a lot about how they arrest TV personalities, if they even use the word homosexual.

00:25:33.000 That word is illegal in England now, despite the fact it is in the encyclopedia and the dictionary and is a scientific term, because someone finds it offensive and the government selectively enforces that.

00:25:46.000 Thinking outside the U.S., the Supreme Court is going global And not just in the sense that several of its justices have embarked on their annual summer voyages to European destinations.

00:25:59.000 Ha ha! 0.86

00:25:59.000 See how it's cute and funny? 0.86

00:26:01.000 Rather, the court's own decision-making is beginning to reflect the influence of international legal norms, as well as rulings by courts in foreign countries.

00:26:12.000 Ah!

00:26:14.000 We can learn so much from Spain, where they arrest you if you criticize the government.

00:26:19.000 And then they've gotten up on the news, the Supreme Court justices, and said, I'm sorry, our Constitution just can't survive, not in the age of the New World Order.

00:26:29.000 The trend peaked in two most important cases of the recently completed term, the Court's rulings Permitting race conscious admissions in higher education and abolishing state prohibitions on private consensual homosexual conduct.

00:26:46.000 By the way, Charles Lane of the Washington Post, you would be arrested for that.

00:26:52.000 We have the BBC News article where they arrested one of their TV reporters because at a rally they said, farmers deserve the same rights as homosexuals.

00:27:03.000 And the Scotland Yard Diversity Unit head, he had him on the show last year, had the man arrested for the word homosexual.

00:27:11.000 They said that word cannot be used.

00:27:13.000 It is hurtful.

00:27:15.000 So understand the type of courts you're talking about here, Washington Post.

00:27:21.000 The trend peaked in two most important cases recently completed.

00:27:25.000 Perm, the court's rulings permitted race conscious admissions.

00:27:29.000 Oh yeah, that was what the conservative court ruled.

00:27:32.000 Neocons told you it was getting rid of affirmative action, it actually affirmed it. 0.98

00:27:35.000 See, they tell you gun control, turning your guns in, is pro-gun, see?

00:27:40.000 And you go, oh, it's pro-gun.

00:27:43.000 See how they twist everything and you just buy it?

00:27:46.000 The court's ruling permitted race-conscious admissions in higher education and abolished state prohibitions on state-consensual homosexual conduct.

00:27:55.000 In both cases, judges invoked legal principles that were not made exclusively in the United States.

00:28:02.000 In the affirmative action case, Justice Sandra Day O'Connor wrote 5-4 a majority that the University of Michigan Law School's effort to enroll a critical mass of black, Latino, and Native American applicants could pass muster under the U.S.

00:28:16.000 Constitution through such programs might not be necessary 25 years from now.

00:28:21.000 Now again folks, regardless of whether you're for or against these rulings, you don't go to the EU, you don't go to the International Court of Justice, which has no justice, And have them set our precedence.

00:28:34.000 Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote a separate concurring opinion, Justice Stephen G. Baird, that noted that the court's 25-year time frame was constitutional convention of the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination of the United States in 94, but that it should not be considered a firm forecast.

00:28:56.000 and they go on to say that citing opinions of the European Court

00:29:00.000 of Human Rights, he wrote that the right of petitioners seeking the case has been

00:29:04.000 accepted in international human freedom in many other countries

00:29:08.000 and they go on to list the UN and other courts and a 2002 ruling

00:29:14.000 banning the death penalty also invoke international opinion

00:29:19.000 in explaining why the practice violated the permissible punishment

00:29:25.000 and that was the case of executing retarded people or mentally retarded 0.98

00:29:31.000 they say that well the international criminal court says you can't do

00:29:38.000 that I would agree you shouldn't execute

00:29:41.000 Retarded people, but the point is you don't have to go to the EU to get that ruling and to say, well, the Europeans say it. 0.99

00:29:48.000 It's the President who said it.

00:29:49.000 But again, the EU is doing all this and the world government's doing all this to make themselves look good, see?

00:29:55.000 And then, oh, we gotta follow their lead.

00:29:58.000 We'll be right back.

00:30:00.000 We're on the march.

00:30:01.000 The empire's on the run.

00:30:04.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:10.000 Nuclear reactors provide electrical energy across our great nation, but during an accident, would you be prepared?

00:30:17.000 Medical Course Potassium Iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most action.

00:30:21.000 605-9200.

00:30:21.000 605 9200. Call today.

00:30:40.000 I'm here, I'm your host Alex Jones.

00:30:42.000 Monday through Friday from 11 to 2 Central Standard Time and then back from 9 to midnight

00:30:51.000 Central Standard Time.

00:30:52.000 I'm here, I'm your host Alex Jones.

00:30:54.000 Coming up a little bit later in this hour, we're going to go to your calls.

00:31:00.000 While we switch over to the new 1-800 service, we're moving from Global Crossing to AT&T

00:31:05.000 at the network.

00:31:06.000 Now you can still call in toll free at AT&T.

00:31:08.000 You've just got to hit extension 125 to get through to the board.

00:31:12.000 800-259-9231, then extension 125.

00:31:13.000 extension 125 to get through to the board, 800-259-9231, then extension 125.

00:31:22.000 And Joe in New York and others, your calls are coming up here in a few minutes.

00:31:27.000 Look I've got as usual about 50, 60 articles here in front of me and here's just one of

00:31:31.000 them.

00:31:32.000 [BLANK_AUDIO]

00:31:34.000 And it's out of the Washington Post, and they admit that the court is following the edicts of several European courts and several global courts that have been set up, and at the end of the article they say, oh well, it's because the justices travel more than they used to, and every summer they all go visit with their friends in Europe.

00:31:56.000 Uh, yeah, folks.

00:31:57.000 The Chief Justice and others have gone to Bilderberg Group meetings, and they're getting their walking orders.

00:32:04.000 And the article that I'm reading from, and I wish I had a computer to screen up on it, because I printed it in the non-printer-friendly version.

00:32:11.000 It's hard to read here.

00:32:14.000 But it says, uh, conservative legal scholars who regard the courts The use of international legal sources is an intellectually amorphous endeavor that would subject citizens to the decisions of foreign legal institutions.

00:32:29.000 When the court starts taking these into account, it reveals itself as more interested in making policy than interpreting the constitution of the statutes, said John C. Hugh, a former Bush administration advisor in international law who teaches law at the University of California at Berkeley.

00:32:48.000 And it goes on to say, citing his words from the court's provision in the previous death penalty case, they wrote that they must never forget that it was the Constitution of the United States of America that we are expounding on, whether it is not first to settle consensus among our own people or of other nations, however enlightened the justices of this country may think they can be, they cannot oppose that upon the American people through the Constitution.

00:33:17.000 And it's a bunch of other hyperbole that says it's part of globalism and getting rid of our sovereignty.

00:33:27.000 See how they just calmly report and calmly announce in the Washington Post and USA Today and all their legal speak that, oh yeah, we're changing our jurisprudence.

00:33:43.000 We're going to follow the European model. 0.80

00:33:47.000 In more and more cases, we're citing international law.

00:33:52.000 Well, let's break down what's happening.

00:33:57.000 Three years ago, they executed two German immigrants, illegal aliens by the way, who went into a bank and shot and killed three people.

00:34:07.000 And there were hundreds of witnesses in and out of the bank.

00:34:10.000 It was a busy bank.

00:34:12.000 They were caught on the surveillance tapes doing it.

00:34:17.000 The police surrounded the bank.

00:34:18.000 They gave up.

00:34:20.000 And they were given the death penalty out in Arizona, and they were executed, which is a good thing. 1.00

00:34:27.000 I mean, when you got somebody caught red-handed with witnesses and video of it, I think there needs to be a high standard for the death penalty when you got that much evidence executed.

00:34:37.000 I do not believe you should be able to go on it off DNA or FBI crime labs or government witnesses.

00:34:41.000 It has to be individual witnesses because the government is totally corrupt, but I am for the death penalty if it is You have multiple independent witnesses added with videotape and then admissions.

00:34:55.000 But again, side issue, they gave them a death penalty and the court was about to hear the case.

00:35:02.000 Well, the Supreme Court, well, the state went ahead and executed them.

00:35:08.000 Because the Supreme Court didn't agree to hear the case first off.

00:35:12.000 Well, Ginsburg then said, oh, this is horrible.

00:35:15.000 In the future, we will follow the edicts of the International Criminal Court and the World Court of Human Rights and all these other kangaroo institutions that have been set up. 0.91

00:35:27.000 Then last year, there was two Mexican immigrants who'd been involved in a similar, two Mexican illegals, who'd been involved in a similar murder operation. 0.81

00:35:39.000 And there were all these witnesses and they were caught by security cameras doing it.

00:35:44.000 Very similar case.

00:35:47.000 And they were going to be given the death penalty and they were going up to be executed.

00:35:52.000 And the execution was stayed by the Supreme Court, citing international law against the death penalty.

00:36:00.000 Now this is the This is the nine-member court, seven of which were appointed and confirmed by Republican-controlled executive and legislative bodies.

00:36:14.000 So again, neocon destruction of America, right in your face, and you can't even see it, neocon followers.

00:36:21.000 I don't mean to be preachy, but this is killing us.

00:36:24.000 And there's no way for me to sit here and describe just how horrible and just how serious this is.

00:36:36.000 There's no way to do it.

00:36:37.000 I mean, they're just calmly in the news announcing that in all these different cases, our government's following the edicts of the International Criminal Court, the World Court of Human Rights, these different commissions, courts in Belgium, I mean, it's a sick joke.

00:36:55.000 You can't face your accusers.

00:36:57.000 You don't have juries.

00:36:59.000 These things are kangaroo courts in every textbook, classical way.

00:37:06.000 They are kangaroo in every way.

00:37:09.000 And where do we get the term kangaroo court?

00:37:11.000 I've got this great book.

00:37:12.000 I've got to get the author of this on.

00:37:17.000 It's Why Do We Say It?

00:37:18.000 You can look up and he's saying About 150 years ago, they would execute you for any reason in Australia.

00:37:24.000 And the British courts would, they would have juries under the Magna Carta, but they would go out and appoint the juries.

00:37:32.000 It would always be the police and government officials on the jury.

00:37:36.000 And so, the people of the island nation began to say, it'd be better if they just had a group of kangaroos.

00:37:46.000 It's a kangaroo court.

00:37:47.000 Anyway, side issue.

00:37:50.000 I love that book.

00:37:51.000 It's over there on the bookshelf in the studio.

00:37:53.000 Why do we say it?

00:37:55.000 It's interesting.

00:37:56.000 But this classical kangaroo court, and so we're going to follow all the orders of this court.

00:38:02.000 Folks, they've banned BB guns in England and Germany.

00:38:05.000 They've banned all the guns.

00:38:06.000 They've confiscated the people's guns.

00:38:09.000 You can't criticize the EU or you're arrested.

00:38:13.000 You can't protest or demonstrate or you get attacked by the police.

00:38:18.000 They're setting up satellite tracking and taxation.

00:38:20.000 They're raiding people's homes.

00:38:23.000 They're doing everything they're doing here, but more.

00:38:28.000 The EU Commission is unelected, giving everybody its orders.

00:38:32.000 They don't allow people to have referendums on whether to give up their currencies or enter the EU.

00:38:38.000 And so our court, our Supreme Court, Has to act like they're going off precedent in the Constitution Bill of Rights.

00:38:47.000 At least they did in the past.

00:38:48.000 Now they're going to go off the precedent of these kangaroo courts in Europe?

00:38:54.000 Do you understand what a big deal this is?

00:38:56.000 I remember being on the air eight years ago and reading government documents and CFR publications and where they said that we were going to go into the criminal courts and that we weren't going to have any rights and that the government was going to be all powerful.

00:39:09.000 This was their words. 0.55

00:39:12.000 And I'd read that on air, and listeners would call in and say, that's ridiculous! 0.73

00:39:16.000 There's no such thing as the CFR!

00:39:18.000 And I'd go, well, yes, it's a global body, and it calls for the destruction of American sovereignty, and they'd go, oh, sure! 0.98

00:39:25.000 I heard Rush Limbaugh says that that's an imaginary group, and it's a kook detector, and you're a liar!

00:39:32.000 They don't say that now, see, they kind of quietly don't talk about the kook detector anymore, as ultra-socialist liberals.

00:39:40.000 Now they just kind of go, yeah, the CFR is here to advise us they're good.

00:39:45.000 So, the USA Today article was even more brutal.

00:39:48.000 It was just, you know, how wonderful it was that we were following the orders of the EU and of these courts and, oh see, the rulings are you can't execute somebody if they've got below a 75 IQ.

00:40:03.000 And see, that sounds reasonable. 0.86

00:40:05.000 I mean, certainly, folks, you don't want to execute someone if they're really mentally retarded. 1.00

00:40:12.000 But I've followed a lot of these cases.

00:40:14.000 And the particular case that the Supreme Court ruled on with an international edict and precedent and you know there was video and TV

00:40:22.000 interviews with the guy who done the killing 15 years before he was cogent intelligent now he's got this

00:40:28.000 you know this retarded act of I don't know what my name is and he seemed 10-15 years 0.99

00:40:35.000 earlier he's all cunning and intelligent so that's the problem with this on top of it but see it all

00:40:42.000 sounds good doesn't it It sounds, sounds, sounds real good, but it doesn't matter.

00:40:49.000 See, it's all emotional.

00:40:52.000 I know that most people in modern America think it's just fine for people to sodomize each other, and so they have an international ruling like that, and the average American goes, oh, that's good, the international court.

00:41:09.000 Or they hear, oh, don't kill retarded people, you know, don't execute them, oh, that's reasonable. 0.99

00:41:14.000 You know, they hear this, they're bleeding hearts, and I hear the neocons defending it on air. 0.85

00:41:21.000 And so this is what you get.

00:41:23.000 But see, the international court has ruled you can't own guns, there's no right to private property, there's no right to vote, there's no right to face your accuser, you can be held for 25 to 30 years without being tried.

00:41:37.000 These are official International Criminal Court, International Court of Justice.

00:41:44.000 They've got dozens of these kangaroo courts.

00:41:48.000 And see this is, I'm on article number two now and I could talk forever about this.

00:41:53.000 But see, the International Criminal Court didn't exist.

00:41:58.000 I was making it up.

00:41:59.000 I was delusional five, six, seven, eight years ago.

00:42:02.000 But now it's in the Washington Post and it's good and You know, they're traveling to Europe on vacation and picking it up.

00:42:11.000 It's really no big deal.

00:42:15.000 It's just total propaganda, folks.

00:42:16.000 They're getting their walking orders.

00:42:18.000 They go to globalist meetings, people.

00:42:22.000 Joe in New York.

00:42:23.000 Joe, you're on the air.

00:42:24.000 Go ahead.

00:42:25.000 Hey, Alex.

00:42:25.000 Good to talk to you again.

00:42:26.000 Joe, do you realize how big it is that they're in the Washington Post and USA Today admitting that we're going under the control of these courts and that they are the bosses above the Supreme Court?

00:42:38.000 That's now the authority our court goes to?

00:42:40.000 Well, you know, I really do think we're toast.

00:42:43.000 I'm not giving up.

00:42:44.000 I'm not saying let's acquiesce to the New World Order.

00:42:47.000 Let's hand in our guns.

00:42:49.000 Well, you're right that they're going to go ahead with their plan regardless of what we do.

00:42:54.000 We have to be individually strong and put up or shut up as far as our faith.

00:42:59.000 Are we going to give in to this? 0.91

00:43:01.000 Are we going to be cowards and die on our knees?

00:43:03.000 Are we going to die on our feet like free men if it comes down to that?

00:43:08.000 Well you're right that they're going to go ahead with their plan regardless of what we

00:43:12.000 do.

00:43:13.000 Absolutely.

00:43:14.000 But, I mean I keep using this example, 99.9 percent.

00:43:20.000 Do the math, folks.

00:43:21.000 They wanted to vaccinate 10 million people, and out of the 10 largest cities, only 296 showed up to get the shots.

00:43:29.000 I mean, they told the police, they told the firemen, they told the medical workers, the epidemiologists, take your smallpox shot, it's good, and almost universally, on average, 4 out of 20,000, the Associated Press reported, said no.

00:43:45.000 Said no!

00:43:48.000 So, what does that say to the globalists?

00:43:52.000 See, I mean, they can act like we're all buying it and have some, you know, beautiful info babe who looks like a mind control slave up there tell us everyone loves the New World Order, everyone loves Big Brother, everyone loves implantable microchips, but that doesn't mean in reality the people are buying it.

00:44:08.000 The problem is the individual sits there not buying it but thinking they're alone.

00:44:12.000 You understand that paradigm?

00:44:14.000 Absolutely.

00:44:15.000 Now, what about this new idea or this new Well, you're talking about how the media has done the polls that now the majority of women, as well as men, we covered this a few months ago, only about, I'm going from memory here, 34% of women are for abortion now.

00:44:25.000 life is not an extreme position uh... how do you correlate that with uh... with what's

00:44:31.000 going on well you're talking about how the media has done the polls

00:44:34.000 that now the majority of women 1.00

00:44:37.000 as well as men we covered this a few months ago

00:44:40.000 only about, I'm going from memory here, thirty four percent of women are for 1.00

00:44:45.000 abortion now it's the low thirties

00:44:47.000 and the vast majority of men in the high sixties are against abortion

00:44:52.000 Those numbers have flipped in the last 10 years.

00:44:55.000 And I may be off a point or two.

00:44:57.000 You said you just saw it on the news.

00:44:58.000 Is that the numbers they gave?

00:44:59.000 Yeah, all of the mainstream propaganda machines, CNN, Fox... Yeah, I don't have the article in front of me, but I'm going for memory.

00:45:05.000 There were several polls, but they were all low 30s women for abortion, high 60s men against it.

00:45:12.000 So it's basically flipped.

00:45:16.000 Yeah.

00:45:17.000 See, they have to have a facade.

00:45:19.000 You know, Bush comes out and says, I'm studying this.

00:45:21.000 I may be against homosexual marriage. 1.00

00:45:24.000 Distributive thought crime folks saying the word homosexual.

00:45:28.000 He may be against it.

00:45:30.000 Oh, he cut 97 million abortion funding to the UN.

00:45:35.000 Oh, you're winning people that are against abortion.

00:45:39.000 Well, where's the ban?

00:45:40.000 Why hasn't Bush signed it?

00:45:42.000 It's rhetoric.

00:45:43.000 And yes, it's the mass of millions of active Americans demanding that Bush do this.

00:45:49.000 He's got to have some litmus test.

00:45:52.000 And his own pundits have said, his own mouthpieces, that if he does something about abortion, at least restricts some partial birth, which even Dick Gephardt's for doing.

00:46:03.000 That shows us how conservative Bush is.

00:46:05.000 This is very moderate, folks.

00:46:08.000 If he does that, at least, then he can sign his assault weapons ban.

00:46:12.000 And they've actually said that, and the conservatives will let him slide with that, which is insane.

00:46:18.000 But that's why they're doing it.

00:46:19.000 I mean, take Bush.

00:46:22.000 Look, Bush increased, by billions of dollars, the amount of funding to UNESCO, whose main job is abortion. 0.88

00:46:30.000 When you hear about this vaccine funding, that's Planned Parenthood abortions.

00:46:34.000 When you hear about all this UNESCO funding, that's the government financing abortions.

00:46:39.000 So they cut it by 90-something mil, and then increase it by several billion.

00:46:44.000 It's smoke and mirrors.

00:46:48.000 Do you understand, Joe?

00:46:49.000 Sure.

00:46:50.000 Well, I'll tell you Alex, I think they're going to be ready to go soon, from what I've read, from the things I've read on the internet, about the U.S.

00:46:57.000 State Department handing over property, the Alaskan Islands, some of them, to the U.S.S.R.

00:47:04.000 Yeah, that was four years ago.

00:47:06.000 Bill Clinton did that. 0.50

00:47:08.000 It was official, I read the Reuters article, but people are just now learning of it.

00:47:13.000 Right, and for China, having both sides of the Panama Canal... Which is given by our government, yeah.

00:47:18.000 Right, they've got the West Coast, they've got the East Coast, and the other foreign troops... But understand, this is after nukes or smallpox release, they're coming to help us.

00:47:29.000 Or slaughter us, actually.

00:47:30.000 And yeah, and then see, when patriots fight back against the foreign troops, they're going to announce on the news that we're really working with Al-Qaeda, see? 0.63

00:47:39.000 Well, I tell you, until this happens, I'm going to continue going to chat rooms and pasting InfoWars and Prison Planet and handing out your website to people who I meet at work and elsewhere, but I guess that's really all we can do.

00:47:55.000 Sounds like you've got a neocon in the background, Joe. 0.88

00:47:58.000 That's my power.

00:47:59.000 Actually, I guess it is a neocon, yeah.

00:48:03.000 Alright, thank you.

00:48:04.000 Thank you.

00:48:05.000 We'll come back and talk to Dennis and others, and I'm going to read From the NRA, the actual subsection of the bill, where Bush, with feverish glee, wants to ban your guns.

00:48:20.000 Ban your guns.

00:48:21.000 I mean, across the board, almost everything.

00:48:26.000 I know I'm liberal.

00:48:27.000 I'm against it.

00:48:28.000 We'll be right back.

00:50:34.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

00:50:38.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

00:50:43.000 The New World Order.

00:50:45.000 Can emerge.

00:50:46.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

00:50:50.000 We rip the sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

00:50:57.000 You will lose your liberty.

00:51:00.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grants, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

00:51:57.000 Your calls are coming up here in just a few minutes.

00:52:00.000 I haven't even gotten to the meat of the news.

00:52:02.000 I mean, I've gone into about two or three articles so far and I could spend, again, hours on each one.

00:52:07.000 Our Supreme Court says that They're going to get their guidance, and by the way, this is in their statements.

00:52:14.000 The Washington Post kind of whitewashes it and says, oh yeah, they're following European edicts and going with their rulings.

00:52:22.000 I've years ago read justices' comments about how Europe's the authority, they've got the answer, everything stems from them.

00:52:30.000 No, America was a 180 from that.

00:52:34.000 And anybody who knew history would understand that.

00:52:38.000 People don't understand that, so they go, oh, OK, well, you're conservative.

00:52:41.000 Follow the foreign court's edicts.

00:52:45.000 And they'll have some neocon playing the part of being against it.

00:52:52.000 And again, against it for all the wrong reasons.

00:52:54.000 This is paradigm management.

00:52:56.000 Before I go to Dennis and Mark and others, If you want to find out more about the Globalists, if you want to see what the New World Order is doing on hundreds of different subjects from hundreds of different angles to give you a really good picture of what they are and what their plans are and how to stop them, you need to get 9-1-1 The Road to Tyranny, my two-plus hour film, about the history of government-sponsored terrorism and September 11th and it breaks down how they carried the attacks out and why. 0.63

00:53:27.000 Very important to get that film and to get it out to people.

00:53:31.000 Police State 3, my third in the Police State series, is now out.

00:53:36.000 It's 2 hours and 40 minutes long.

00:53:37.000 It's really three films in one.

00:54:55.000 On average, 90% of those that see the new films are waking up.

00:55:00.000 They already knew something was wrong with the world, but we take the blinders off.

00:55:05.000 Think of how important it is to unlock minds, to free people's souls with God's help, ladies and gentlemen.

00:55:12.000 By showing people what the New World Order is up to, they wake up to its evil, and many of them find God.

00:55:19.000 I'm telling you, we've got to expose this new world order.

00:55:21.000 We've got to save them from this beast system.

00:56:10.000 It's not extreme to know the law and know America's history.

00:56:15.000 And it's not liberal to be pro-gun.

00:56:18.000 I'm sorry, neocons.

00:56:21.000 Nuclear reactors provide electrical energy across our great nation, but during an accident, would you be prepared?

00:56:28.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most extreme.

00:56:35.000 This is the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:56:42.000 Big Brother Mainstream media.

00:56:50.000 Government cover-ups.

00:56:51.000 You want answers?

00:56:53.000 Well, so does he.

00:56:54.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:56:59.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:57:03.000 Welcome back, my friends.

00:57:09.000 Already into the second hour of this live Monday edition.

00:57:13.000 I'm your host, Alex Jones.

00:57:15.000 Thanks a lot for joining us today and thanks for all your support and your listenership and spreading the word.

00:57:21.000 Thanks to the folks that run the show and the affiliates doing a great job.

00:57:25.000 Our sponsors, God bless you all.

00:57:28.000 This is such important information that we're putting out to the world and it's so well documented that, well frankly, it's irrefutable.

00:57:37.000 We're about to go to Dennis, Mark, Mark and others that are patiently holding.

00:57:41.000 Coming up, I'm going to go into the NRA Legislative Fact Sheet, listing subsections of the new assault weapons ban that Bush has said he will sign, that has a good chance of passing.

00:57:54.000 Right now, let's talk to Dennis in Arkansas.

00:57:56.000 Dennis, you're on the air.

00:57:58.000 Go ahead.

00:57:58.000 Yes, Alex.

00:57:59.000 I'm just calling in.

00:58:00.000 I just got back from a funeral.

00:58:04.000 Bill has spent the last five years in deer camp with us.

00:58:06.000 He lived in a little overhead camp and committed suicide.

00:58:09.000 He got a note from the IRS, a letter from the IRS, threatening imprisonment and Bill was a simple man and he didn't have any clue on how to go ahead and pay his bills or anything but he was an old woodsman out here, didn't have a vehicle to travel in or anything else, drove a log truck and they threatened to imprison him and he'd rather took his life than go to prison.

00:58:32.000 You need to contact the agents involved and maybe mail them a picture of his shattered head and say, thanks for all you do.

00:58:43.000 Yeah, we're all tore up down here and we just don't know what to do.

00:58:47.000 We've discussed it amongst ourselves. 0.99

00:58:49.000 Well, did you know there's thousands of suicides a year where people paid all these stupid illegal taxes to this private agency and they still come after them? 0.99

00:58:59.000 So, the only way the family can be taken care of is the husband blows his head off for the insurance money. 0.99

00:59:05.000 Well, this old man, he didn't even have a gun.

00:59:07.000 I mean, he had to sell his gun to pay a doctor's bill, and he borrowed a piece of rope, and he hung himself from his boss's logging truck.

00:59:14.000 And he's got nine children, and I just want the IRS to know how happy everybody is down here with him.

00:59:21.000 Oh, so the old man hung himself?

00:59:23.000 Mm-hmm.

00:59:24.000 And I'm just, boy, we're all just heartbroken because of the IRS.

00:59:27.000 Letter after letter saying that they were getting closer to being imprisoned and nobody even knew about it.

00:59:33.000 Old Bill just had it all and he had the letters laid out with the pictures of his children and he hung himself, 55 years old.

00:59:41.000 Well, you know, that's really horrible.

00:59:46.000 But, you know, the cases have been in the news.

00:59:49.000 I mean, people commit suicide all the time.

00:59:52.000 And the IRS, of course, has got it set up where you don't get juries, can't face your accusers.

00:59:56.000 Again, that's not what America is supposed to be about, folks, is not having juries, not facing your accusers.

01:00:05.000 Of course, under neocon administrations, you know the IRS always cracks down more, and I predicted this, and sure enough, they've announced it.

01:00:12.000 But I thought they were supposed to be the kinder, friendlier, happier IRS now.

01:00:17.000 So what, the guy was so broke he didn't have money to pay all the taxes they claimed he owed?

01:00:21.000 That's correct.

01:00:22.000 I mean, he lived in a little old overhead camper that fits in the back of a pickup truck.

01:00:26.000 Didn't have no electricity in it, nothing else, Alex.

01:00:29.000 Man, I tell you, I wish that guy had listened to the show or talked to people.

01:00:33.000 He could have just ignored that.

01:00:34.000 Well, he never let anybody even know about it.

01:00:38.000 It was just a shock to everybody.

01:00:44.000 If the folks around here would have known, we'd have gladly taken up donations and paid his IRS bills, and it's just broken hearted.

01:00:50.000 Well, the problem is when you pay them, then they come back and say, we want more.

01:00:55.000 And they shove you again, pay us!

01:00:57.000 And he was just a simple man, he could hardly read or write, and the suicide note, and what I heard... Were the police, are they proud of themselves now?

01:01:04.000 Well, actually, the Sheriff's Department down here told the family to get a lawyer and try to sue the IRS.

01:01:12.000 They saved, what, our Sheriff's Department.

01:01:14.000 That was, as far as they're concerned, a manslaughter.

01:01:19.000 They forced them to do that.

01:01:20.000 Good!

01:01:21.000 See, now they're waking up.

01:01:22.000 Because a lot of Sheriff's Departments will come into little blue collar homes, and I've seen them taking the old people out who've had the strokes.

01:01:30.000 The IRS takes their house. 1.00

01:01:32.000 When the Sheriff's Deputy should be arresting those scum-sucking worm heads. 1.00

01:01:38.000 Stay there. 1.00

01:01:39.000 Don't hang up, Dennis.

01:01:42.000 More than 700 chemicals have been found in our drinking water, and did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?

01:01:51.000 That's because many chemicals are inhaled when they evaporate, and others are absorbed through the skin.

01:01:55.000 The KDF shower filter is designed to reduce chlorine, lead, mercury, and iron, and it inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, algae, and fungus in your shower.

01:02:04.000 The media is non-toxic, environmentally sound, and is recyclable.

01:02:08.000 The KDF shower filter will typically last 10,000 gallons or one year, whichever comes first.

01:02:14.000 Hospitals, restaurants, and water treatment facilities use this media to reduce chlorine, iron, heavy metals, and bacteria.

01:04:46.000 This is Bob Coggins on the GCN Radio Network.

01:04:53.000 For the years I've seen.

01:04:55.000 Dozens of mainstream news articles, hundreds of alternative news reports about the masses of suicide in this country with the IRS.

01:05:08.000 Because the people that are law-abiding generally, never thought of themselves as criminals, who've paid the taxes the IRS claims is owed, and then suddenly they change some law retroactively and demand all this back money and penalty and interest.

01:05:25.000 The IRS agents start threatening them.

01:05:28.000 Come to the house.

01:05:29.000 In some cases, grab wedding rings off women's fingers. 1.00

01:05:32.000 This has been in the mainstream news. 0.92

01:05:34.000 And then the old man goes out behind the house and blows their head off.

01:05:38.000 It happens all the time.

01:05:41.000 And the IRS just laughs.

01:05:42.000 It's so funny.

01:05:44.000 It's so good to be the private collection agency for the Federal Reserve System.

01:05:51.000 And they print the money out of nothing.

01:05:52.000 They don't even need the taxes.

01:05:54.000 The government can just print its own money and fund itself like it did before the bankers took over in 1913 and have a few excise taxes on trade and tariffs that made the country what it is today, but now we have NAFTA and GATT destroying the country, but hey, don't let the facts get in the way.

01:06:12.000 And Dennis in Arkansas, then we'll go to Mark, Mark, Rodney and others, For those that just joined us, describe what you did up in your neck of the woods.

01:06:20.000 One of your friends who just hung himself, couldn't even afford a gun because he was so poor, hung himself living out in his camper and had the IRS pictures all spread out, pictures of his children and then the IRS threat letters all out in front of him.

01:06:38.000 Well, you just said it all, Alex.

01:06:41.000 I'm just broken hearted.

01:06:43.000 But they would say he wasn't paying his fair share.

01:06:46.000 I would say that he paid his fair share for many, many years.

01:06:49.000 The man had nine children and he supported all his children.

01:06:53.000 He was too proud to go on welfare, food stamps or anything like that.

01:06:59.000 Yet the IRS said that he owed them money.

01:07:02.000 Gosh, the old man had a lot of hospital bills recently because he was feeling sick.

01:07:08.000 He didn't even have a vehicle to drive himself around.

01:07:11.000 It's so sad, Alex.

01:07:14.000 So he was living in a camper, you said, and driving a logging truck as his vehicle?

01:07:19.000 Well yeah, it was a logging truck, his boss's logging truck.

01:07:22.000 And he would walk to the store to get groceries and whatnot.

01:07:27.000 He was a simple man, could hardly read or write, and yet he made enough out of that IRS thing saying that they were going to ship him to the pen, and he would rather die and have his freedom than go to the pen.

01:07:39.000 And I guess it was just too much for him.

01:07:42.000 And the police said that the pictures of his family and the IRS letters threatening him were all spread out around his dead body.

01:07:52.000 Right.

01:07:53.000 And a lot of police aid the criminal IRS, but you're saying the sheriff's deputies were upset.

01:07:59.000 What did you hear them say?

01:08:01.000 Well, the people that were down there, they told me about it, and they said that the sheriff's department said that the family ought to get together and sue the IRS because that was not homicide, but manslaughter.

01:08:14.000 By them forcing him, they literally forced the man to kill himself.

01:08:20.000 They do it all the time, and that's why I believe God's promise that there is a hell, Dennis.

01:08:29.000 Well, we had a little memorial out at deer camp the other night, and we were talking about it, and one fellow says, well, he won't go to heaven because it says in the Bible that suicide is the only thing that can't be forgiven because you can't ask for forgiveness.

01:08:43.000 And I'm kind of thinking that God, I'm hoping that God knows that Bill was a simple man, He just lets him in the gate.

01:08:52.000 And that's it.

01:08:53.000 We're all tore up down here.

01:08:54.000 I don't know.

01:08:56.000 I've talked to the family after the services today.

01:08:59.000 I just got back.

01:09:00.000 And I told them, I said, get the guy's name that threatened that and go after him personally.

01:09:06.000 Yeah, that's it.

01:09:07.000 That needs to be done.

01:09:09.000 I mean, whoever the little punk is, the problem is, is that generally if it's somebody who's poor, it's just a computer.

01:09:18.000 Mindless form, threatening everyone with a raft.

01:09:21.000 I mean, and folks, you ever ask yourself, how does the IRS grab your bank account without indicting you, without subpoenaing you, without hauling you, without a detective knocking on your door?

01:09:34.000 How do they do this?

01:09:38.000 That's not a free society, folks.

01:09:40.000 That's the European model where they just do whatever they want.

01:09:45.000 That's the mercantile feudal system.

01:09:49.000 That's not America.

01:09:51.000 And it makes me so angry that people have been in this tyranny so long, they can't even recognize it.

01:09:59.000 I mean, take my father.

01:10:02.000 You know, my dad's a dentist, and he paid the IRS everything that they said that he owed.

01:10:11.000 And then they retroactively changed the tax laws.

01:10:14.000 And I remember, they, I mean, my dad paid them everything he had, and that still wasn't enough.

01:10:20.000 And they broke agreement after agreement after agreement with him.

01:10:25.000 And finally he just said, you know what, I'll just sue you and you can put me in jail if you want, and they left him alone. 0.87

01:10:30.000 I mean, they're criminals.

01:10:32.000 When you pay them, when they say, you haven't paid us, you owe us more, and you pay, the computer automatically red flags you and continues to attack you.

01:10:43.000 They're extortionists, folks.

01:10:45.000 And it's money the government printed in the first place.

01:10:48.000 They don't care about it.

01:10:49.000 It's not to run the country.

01:10:51.000 That's Ronald Reagan, by the way.

01:10:52.000 He said that.

01:10:53.000 That not one red cent goes to run the country.

01:10:56.000 It's about control.

01:10:57.000 The power to tax is the power to destroy.

01:11:00.000 Thanks for the call, Denison.

01:11:02.000 And do me a favor.

01:11:03.000 Will you send me any news articles about this?

01:11:07.000 Oh, we already cut you off.

01:11:08.000 Thanks for the calls, The Q. It's my fault.

01:11:11.000 Dennis, maybe you should, if there are any news articles, mail them to me, snail mail, or somebody email it to me.

01:11:20.000 That's just horrible.

01:11:23.000 Mark in Kansas.

01:11:25.000 Go ahead, Mark, you're on the air.

01:11:27.000 How you doing, you communist friend?

01:11:29.000 I'm pro-gun, I'm a commie!

01:11:31.000 That's right.

01:11:32.000 I got you a little tidbit you can slap onto your NRA piece you're going to have.

01:11:38.000 I called up the NRA to let them know I was not going to renew my membership.

01:11:42.000 I got to talk to someone live there, and I told them what they were up to, and they weren't for our Constitution, weren't for any of the people, really.

01:11:51.000 And the guy goes, well, you can take your $35 and save it.

01:11:55.000 That's what he told me.

01:11:58.000 Oh yeah, they could care less.

01:12:00.000 They're getting federal money now.

01:12:01.000 I'm like, great!

01:12:03.000 It's nice to know that these guys were for us, but now it's like, eh, we'll hang you out to dry like a piece of dirty laundry.

01:12:09.000 I mean, I love America now.

01:12:11.000 I mean, there's better groups out there who are willing to fight for our gun rights, and you're one of them who's greater than all of us, who's showing us what's going on, and a lot of people are really I'm not greater than the folks out there.

01:12:32.000 A lot of people are smarter than I am, they're more articulate, they're more educated, and they're not being the leaders they should be.

01:12:40.000 We need them to stand up and fight this thing, but whether we've got an 85 IQ or a 170, We've all got a responsibility, and we can all see evil when it's staring us right in the eye.

01:12:54.000 And some people, I mean, evil's looking right at the eye, and they're like, oh, what's this?

01:12:58.000 I mean, I was over this weekend, I went to a place to do a little business, and I was talking to some people there about what was going on and happening, and I got one guy to look up your website, I'll find out later, and another man that was there, I talked to him earlier, about a year later, and his eyes kind of lit up, like, I remember you.

01:13:19.000 You were telling me about what was going on and so forth.

01:13:22.000 I had to go see a shrink.

01:13:24.000 I looked at him like, how much did you pay?

01:13:26.000 I told you what was going on.

01:13:27.000 I told you what was happening. 0.55

01:13:29.000 This guy took your brain, took it out, and dumped it on the ground.

01:13:32.000 Oh, no, no, no, no.

01:13:33.000 He had a problem in the brave new world.

01:13:35.000 Oh, yeah.

01:13:36.000 When you're upset, you go and they give you Soma.

01:13:39.000 Oh, yeah, you're right.

01:13:41.000 Okay, I forgot.

01:13:43.000 But, I mean, the guy was like, he was like, I had to go see a shrink.

01:13:49.000 Oh, man.

01:13:49.000 Well, a lot of people who find out about the New World Order do flip out and go get on medication and totally turn into recluses.

01:13:58.000 Yeah, I'm not surprised.

01:14:00.000 Because when you know the government's run by terrorists and that they're putting poison in the vaccine and building all these prisons, it's scary.

01:14:10.000 But think about all the other things governments have done.

01:14:13.000 Think about what governments did last century alone.

01:14:15.000 Killed Upwards of 200 million people.

01:14:18.000 And sticking your head in the sand, going along to get along, folks, ensures their victory.

01:14:24.000 Thanks for the call, Mark.

01:14:26.000 Really appreciate it.

01:14:27.000 Mark in Minnesota, you're on the air.

01:14:29.000 Go ahead.

01:14:30.000 Hey, Alex.

01:14:30.000 How are you doing?

01:14:31.000 Fantastic.

01:14:32.000 Yeah, you're so right about Bush.

01:14:34.000 And I'll never forget during the 2000 campaign, I was on Pat Buchanan's steering committee, his state steering committee up here in Minnesota.

01:14:42.000 And I remember during the primary campaign, He was claiming accolades for this so-called bold parental notification bill that he had signed while he was Governor of Texas.

01:14:54.000 But what, of course, he didn't tell you and the Republican Party didn't tell you and the media, since the media can't tell you things like this, since that would injure their plan of creating this fiction of choice, is that I believe like three of the Texas State Supreme Court justices, who Bush himself appointed, dumped that bill over.

01:15:19.000 The man has got zero pro-life credentials, and I wanted to point out the fact that the pilot's being armed.

01:15:29.000 I don't know if you've heard what's happened with that.

01:15:31.000 Well, Bush tried to block it.

01:15:33.000 He didn't want to arm one pilot.

01:15:35.000 Barbara Boxer, who is a right-wing radical compared to Bush, and I'm serious, folks, when we talk about action here, she was for arming all the pilots. 1.00

01:15:45.000 Bush said no, so now he gave them 100 hoops to jump through and is defunding that.

01:15:50.000 Go ahead.

01:15:50.000 Yeah, you're right.

01:15:51.000 Even though it's the law now, the Bush administration, actually, they're no longer training pilots.

01:15:59.000 Uh, to carry guns.

01:16:00.000 So they cannot get armed anymore, uh, thanks to the Bush administration.

01:16:04.000 They came in, they fired, uh, the guy who was training the pilots, uh, who's overseeing that program.

01:16:10.000 But I guess he was, like, handing hats out to the, to some of the pilots or something?

01:16:14.000 So they just fired the guy.

01:16:16.000 I guess that's called corruption now.

01:16:18.000 And, uh, so that program has been going on.

01:16:20.000 Yeah, Halliburton getting a $9 billion contract, no bids allowed, and posting record profits is okay.

01:16:26.000 But the shooting instructor giving them free hats, that's pretty evil.

01:16:31.000 And again, you just showed your Al-Qaeda membership mark by not submitting to that.

01:16:36.000 Tell you what, thought criminal, you just stay right there.

01:20:38.000 [Music]

01:20:58.000 Alright folks, I said I'd get to this NRA legislative alert.

01:21:03.000 I covered this back during the election when Bush said that he would re-sign the Assault Weapons Ban.

01:21:10.000 And the Brady Bill and the Assault Weapons Ban are phased in, in pieces, and get more draconian each time they're authorized.

01:21:19.000 In fact, there won't be a 10-year sunset clause in this new one.

01:21:24.000 It makes it permanent.

01:21:26.000 And it bans almost all guns.

01:21:30.000 That's right, almost all guns.

01:21:33.000 But again, you won't hear about this on the nightly news.

01:21:37.000 And you can say, oh, well, that isn't going to happen.

01:21:40.000 Folks, he's saying he'll sign it.

01:21:43.000 All they've got to do is have a mass shooting at the right time.

01:21:46.000 It'll pass through or have terrorists engage in a mass shooting.

01:21:51.000 And then, oh, if you're for guns, you're for terrorists.

01:21:55.000 It's really incredible.

01:21:56.000 And then they're expanding these federal task forces to go after gun owners. 0.97

01:22:01.000 In fact, a gun story that ties in with this Washington Post article about the International Criminal Court taking over the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court taking its orders from them.

01:22:16.000 As I heard Larry Pratt today on the Derry Brownfield show, Talking about a case that I had covered a while back, where a man had gone across the US-Mexico border to eat dinner.

01:22:31.000 Local rancher.

01:22:33.000 No criminal record.

01:22:35.000 He had accidentally left a box of 22 shells in the back of his truck.

01:22:41.000 Who hadn't done that in Texas?

01:22:43.000 I don't know.

01:22:45.000 And he drove over there and they were going to give him a long prison sentence of felony, but he was extradited back to the US.

01:22:53.000 The U.S.

01:22:54.000 government said that under the international treaties they went ahead and convicted him and gave him a felony and gave him some prison time and now he can't own a gun.

01:23:02.000 So there's another example of how they're following the laws of other countries and how we're losing our sovereignty.

01:23:11.000 Let's go ahead and go back to Mark in Minnesota real quick and then I'm going to get into this NRA story and then Rodney and Jeff and Elroy and others.

01:23:18.000 Go ahead, Mark.

01:23:20.000 Yeah, real quick.

01:23:22.000 Yeah, really, what it is, it's a big personality contest, I've noticed.

01:23:26.000 You know, they'll sit around and talk about how Hillary treated the Secret Service and stuff like that. 1.00

01:23:34.000 It's just a big personality contest.

01:23:37.000 They can't get into, you know, the real substantive issues, which we all agree.

01:23:40.000 And it's interesting, I was listening to an interview that one of my U.S.

01:23:46.000 Senators gave on the radio, a big-time neocon radio show.

01:23:52.000 My U.S.

01:23:53.000 Senator that I'm talking about, Mark Dayton, he's a Democrat, fairly left-wing.

01:23:58.000 Of course, he's for the war, so I guess that makes him conservative.

01:24:00.000 But he was talking about the nomination of Miguel Estrada, and he was actually saying that the Republicans, with their maneuvering, it's like they're deliberately trying to hold this up to turn this into a big spectacle.

01:24:17.000 And it hit me, it's like, yeah, that's exactly what the, I mean, Miguel Estrada, this guy is a pro-abort, okay?

01:24:23.000 Writing in front of the court briefs on behalf of the National Organization for Women, you know, against pro-lifers in favor of abortion, and you have all these neocons, they get on the air, and they're like, excuse me, the Democrats, they're evil, they won't nominate Miguel Estrada.

01:24:41.000 Not that Miguel Estrada is a conservative, but he's a Republican nominee.

01:24:47.000 So, therefore, you know, they're bad, we're good.

01:24:49.000 Look, that whole appointee thing, they appoint who the elite want, bottom line, thanks for the call.

01:24:56.000 And it's a total diversion.

01:24:57.000 They say, vote Republican, vote Republican.

01:24:59.000 No matter what they do, don't hold their feet to the fire, or we won't get good Supreme Court justices. 0.83

01:25:07.000 Folks, seven of the nine were appointed by Republicans.

01:25:10.000 Look at the rulings. 1.00

01:25:12.000 Stop being idiots. 1.00

01:25:14.000 Rodney in Texas, you're on the air, go ahead. 1.00

01:25:16.000 How you doing there, Alex?

01:25:18.000 Pretty good, my friend.

01:25:19.000 Good.

01:25:20.000 I got a couple of things I want to ask you about.

01:25:23.000 The video, Bohemian Grove, I got into a heated discussion with a guy because everything that I hear you say on your show, you back it up with facts.

01:25:38.000 And he claimed that he had seen that video and there wasn't anything conclusive.

01:25:43.000 Now, I don't believe him.

01:25:46.000 You know, particularly... Well, I mean, you can watch the video and just say it's fake, but you're ignoring that the Bohemian Club on national television, worldwide, in the Secret Rulers of the World video produced by the British, using my footage, they admitted that I snuck in there.

01:26:09.000 The Bohemian Grove has admitted in major papers, the Press Democrat, the San Francisco Chronicle, that I did indeed get that footage.

01:26:20.000 So, again, it's like denying the existence of the CFR.

01:26:25.000 The San Francisco Chronicle just reported about Schwarzenegger and the run for the governorship.

01:26:30.000 Stay there.

01:26:33.000 We're on the march.

01:26:34.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:26:36.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:26:42.000 If you're like most Americans, you've heard how low interest rates are these days.

01:26:46.000 So why are you still struggling to pay off debt?

01:26:48.000 Rates on debt consolidation loans are at all-time lows.

01:26:51.000 So the time to consolidate your individual credit... Either PureTrust.com or PureTrust.net.

01:26:57.000 That's Pure Trust, one word, puretrust.com or puretrust.net.

01:27:04.000 Alright my friends, Alex Jones here back live.

01:27:16.000 We're going to let Rodney finish up and then Jeff and Elroy and others are going to need to hold because I need to get to some of the news and get back to your calls.

01:27:26.000 But Rodney, I'm trying to understand what your friend is saying that That my video isn't true or isn't real?

01:27:37.000 Well, he tried to hint that he didn't believe it was true.

01:27:44.000 And I said, well, you know, Alex has all these independent sources outside itself and even have admitted quotes from people like, was it Helmut Kohl or Helmut Schmidt?

01:27:56.000 Well, yeah, in the film we have one of the most damning pieces of evidence for the globalists is a book that he wrote in the 1980s, "Men and Powers," a

01:28:09.000 political retrospective by Helmut Schmidt.

01:28:12.000 And he says, "I'm in the CFR, I'm in the Trilateral Commission, I'm in the Bilderberg Group, we

01:28:18.000 run the world, we're the New World Order." 0.89

01:28:22.000 And then he says, "My favorite place in the world is the Bohemian Grove.

01:28:26.000 I love the Druid rituals.

01:28:27.000 We do our own rituals in Germany at our own grove, but I like the Americans' grove. 0.95

01:28:34.000 So, he says, I'm part of a satanic cult, and we're worldwide, but I love going and doing what we do in Northern California.

01:28:42.000 Now, that's written by the German Chancellor, folks. 0.99

01:28:46.000 And then we have the Washington Times saying they run around naked in the woods and have homosexual sex. 1.00

01:28:51.000 And we have Parade Magazine saying it about the sacrifices. 0.99

01:28:55.000 I mean, this is all mainstream news.

01:28:58.000 There have been news articles written since the 1920s about it.

01:29:03.000 Presidents have been going there for over 103 years.

01:29:06.000 Let me continue.

01:29:09.000 I sneak into the Grove.

01:29:10.000 I show the British media.

01:29:11.000 I show us on the airplane.

01:29:12.000 I show us get off.

01:29:14.000 I show us sneak in.

01:29:15.000 I walk around in there.

01:29:17.000 I shoot video of it.

01:29:19.000 They admit I snuck in and got the footage, and I've been on Christian talk shows, and they've said, we rebuke you.

01:29:27.000 Lying devil, basically. 0.98

01:29:29.000 You know, Mr. Jones, you can go to hell for lying. 0.99

01:29:32.000 Bush isn't in the Skull and Bones or Bohemian Grove. 0.99

01:29:35.000 Shame on you! 1.00

01:29:37.000 Well, it's admitted he's in Skull and Bones!

01:29:39.000 I mean, So, they, they, and most of them are either masons or they're into the occult.

01:29:45.000 You've got a lot of preachers that are into the occult who are so-called anti-New World Order people.

01:29:51.000 Right.

01:29:52.000 And believe me, I'm not going to name names, but we know who they are.

01:29:55.000 Yes, we do.

01:29:56.000 And they cannot be trusted. 1.00

01:29:57.000 They are wicked devils. 1.00

01:29:59.000 Go ahead. 0.95

01:30:00.000 Yeah, and you know, when I mention all these things to him, he says, well, just because one or two of these people admit that they're doing it, that don't mean all the rest of those guys admit it.

01:30:09.000 So the official Bohemian Gross says, yes, Mr. Jones snuck in, yes, this footage is real, they say it on international television, but it still doesn't exist.

01:30:19.000 Okay, well... Well, no, I didn't say I didn't believe you.

01:30:21.000 Well, no, I mean, look, it's... that's why I'm going to reread this, Rodney.

01:30:25.000 I'm not mad at you.

01:30:26.000 I think it's an important call.

01:30:28.000 Right.

01:30:28.000 That's why I'm going to reread this story.

01:30:31.000 Is because I'm still getting calls denying that Bush wants to sign the assault weapons ban.

01:30:36.000 Yeah.

01:30:37.000 I mean these people will do anything to shirk their responsibilities.

01:30:43.000 I've got into arguments about people about this assault weapons thing.

01:30:47.000 One guy told me oh no that's just for For a fully automatic weapon that he's going to sign this bill on, I said no.

01:30:55.000 Yeah, that's fine.

01:30:56.000 And then when the SWAT team raids him and he goes, I didn't know you couldn't have a shotgun.

01:31:01.000 I'm sorry, officer.

01:31:02.000 Well, I don't know why Bush did this, but I still like him.

01:31:08.000 I mean, that's exactly what they sound like.

01:31:09.000 Thanks for the call.

01:31:10.000 Appreciate it.

01:31:12.000 Yeah, let me cover this now and then I'll go to your other calls and news.

01:31:17.000 Now, look, I covered this three and a half years ago, okay?

01:31:19.000 And I covered this NRA alert six months ago.

01:31:24.000 Same alert, link on InfoWars.com to the NRA, and here's the actual address, okay?

01:31:36.000 www.nraila.org forward slash factsheets dot ASP question mark Form Mode equals Detail and ID equals 143 and EID equals 4476 equals 5132003 and T dot dot dot.

01:32:00.000 As you can see, it's much easier to go to InfoWars.com and link directly through to the NRA website.

01:32:06.000 Now, some people on computers do not understand That when you go to someone's website and link through, you look at the URL, you will be on the NRA website.

01:32:19.000 Last time I posted this, I got emails by mind-controlled, and I'm serious folks, mind-controlled neocon radio listeners, who accused me of creating a false NRA document.

01:32:30.000 They don't understand that you link through to the NRA's website. 0.99

01:32:35.000 I mean, I've actually corresponded with them as they send back emails saying, you're a liar, you're a liar. 1.00

01:32:42.000 It's like finding out your dad is a killer or something. 1.00

01:32:49.000 Or finding out your dad is a bank robber.

01:32:51.000 You know, it's, no, it's not true! 1.00

01:32:52.000 Shut up! 1.00

01:32:53.000 No! 1.00

01:32:54.000 That's impossible!

01:32:55.000 You know, it's like Luke Skywalker when he finds out Darth Vader is his daddy.

01:33:00.000 So, you know, these people just...

01:33:03.000 You know, they're reaching out to Bush to lovingly kiss him, and Bush turns into T2 and rips his skin off and goes, Liberal Assault! 0.57

01:33:10.000 And he starts crushing the entire country.

01:33:13.000 Again, using another analogy here.

01:33:16.000 I mean, these people are infiltrators, folks.

01:33:17.000 That's what they are.

01:33:18.000 And you just buy into their skin and go ahead while the dogs are barking.

01:33:23.000 And I'm one of those dogs warning you, folks.

01:33:27.000 The NRA had to do this because of massive pressure.

01:33:30.000 Okay?

01:33:31.000 A lot of people made calls to the NRA to make them talk about these bills.

01:33:36.000 Now this is NRA fact sheet, okay?

01:33:39.000 The most sweeping gun ban ever introduced in Congress.

01:33:43.000 Clinton gun ban reenactment bans millions more guns.

01:33:49.000 And again, Bush, this has Republican co-sponsors, Bush says he will sign it.

01:33:53.000 It bans millions more guns, and it begins backdoor registration of guns.

01:33:57.000 All told, it is a giant step closer to the goal stated by Clinton gun ban sponsor, Senator Dianne Feinstein, on CBS 60 Minutes, quote, if I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an outright ban, picking up every one of them, Mr. and Mrs. America, turned them all in, I would have done it.

01:34:17.000 There is Now, that's a quote.

01:34:20.000 There is no 10-year sunset provision in the bill, H.R.

01:34:24.000 2038.

01:34:25.000 Permanent bans and permanently bans every gun.

01:34:28.000 This is currently banned and with numerous overlapping provisions.

01:34:35.000 Now, let me read this to you folks.

01:34:38.000 This is very, very serious.

01:34:41.000 Now, this is the NRA.

01:34:43.000 It's worse than what they say.

01:34:44.000 We've had Larry Proud on.

01:34:45.000 We've read their analysis.

01:34:46.000 I've read the bills.

01:34:48.000 It's worse, okay?

01:34:50.000 The Patriot Act II in the Senate basically makes all guns illegal on a case-by-case basis, alright?

01:34:58.000 Bans every gun made to comply with the Clinton ban.

01:35:04.000 The Clinton ban dictated that the kinds of grip, stocks, attachments, new guns can have manufacturers and gun owners comply to new guns conform to the Clinton requirements.

01:35:14.000 H.R.

01:35:14.000 2038 bans the new guns too.

01:35:18.000 Bans guns exempted by name or type of the Clinton ban.

01:35:21.000 Commonplace Ruger, Mini-14s, Mini-30s, Ranch Rifles, .30 Cal, Carbines, and fixed magazine semi-automatic centerfire rifles.

01:35:30.000 Period.

01:35:31.000 Bans them. 0.99

01:35:32.000 Period.

01:35:33.000 From possession, sale, everything.

01:35:34.000 OK?

01:35:36.000 Bans all semi-automatic shotguns.

01:35:38.000 Did you hear me? 0.54

01:35:40.000 In fact, I'm going to slap neocons right now in the air. 1.00

01:35:43.000 Wake up, you idiots! 1.00

01:35:45.000 What is wrong with you? 1.00

01:35:47.000 Wake up, you people!

01:35:48.000 Alright, maybe that got your attention.

01:35:50.000 Let me just slap the microphone on this. 0.91

01:35:54.000 Wake up!

01:35:54.000 What is wrong with you?

01:35:56.000 What is your major malfunction?

01:35:59.000 Anyways, continuing.

01:36:00.000 I've been accused as a liberal for being for guns.

01:36:02.000 I mean, it's just the new scrambling of everything.

01:36:06.000 Wake up!

01:36:07.000 Now let me read this again.

01:36:09.000 Bans all semi-automatic shotguns.

01:36:14.000 Now, I'm continuing to read here.

01:36:16.000 Bans Remington, Winchester, Beretta, Benelli, and other shotguns commonly used for hunting, traps, skeet, shooting clays, and self-defense.

01:36:25.000 Bans them by banning their main component called the receiver.

01:36:28.000 That's section .2A30J.

01:36:32.000 And bans them because they have any characteristic that can function as a grip.

01:36:36.000 Section 2 HII and B42.

01:36:40.000 You can link through to the actual bill at Infowars.com through this story.

01:36:45.000 Bans target shooting rifles.

01:36:47.000 Bans the three centerfire rifles most popular for marksmanship competitions.

01:36:52.000 The Colt AR-15, the Springfield M1A, and the M1 Garand.

01:36:58.000 Bans guns for self-defense, bans any semi-automatic shotgun or any rifle an attorney general one day claims isn't sporting, even though the U.S.

01:37:07.000 Constitution, the Constitution's of 44 states, and the laws of all 50 states recognize the right to use guns for defense, well that's their reason for existing.

01:37:16.000 But see, the 68th law says non-sporting can be banned.

01:37:21.000 And says you can't own a gun for a misdemeanor, not just a felony.

01:37:24.000 Now states' attorney generals are doing that. 0.98

01:37:27.000 Bans guns for self-defense.

01:37:28.000 Bans any semi-automatic shotgun or rifle.

01:37:31.000 Attorney General one day claims this is sporting, even though the U.S.

01:37:33.000 Constitution, the Constitution of 44 states, the laws of all 50 recognize the right to use guns for defense.

01:37:40.000 Bans 65 named guns, the Clinton law, ban 19, bans semi-auto fixed magazine pistols over 10 round capacity, bans the guns themselves, bans frames, receivers, parts used for repair or refurbished guns, bans importation of magazines exempt by Clinton bans, bans selling or legally owned assault weapons with a magazine of over 10 round capacity.

01:38:04.000 Bans guns rarely used in crime, a fact demonstrated by every state and local law enforcement agency report on the subject.

01:38:11.000 A constitutionally mandated study of the Clinton ban found that guns were never used in more than a fraction of all gun murders.

01:38:20.000 Again, found that the guns there banning.

01:38:22.000 Continuing, and as backdoor registration requires manufacturers of guns, frames, receivers, Yeah, Mr. Jones, we know.

01:38:30.000 Well, he's better than Gore.

01:38:30.000 Yeah, we know.

01:38:31.000 dealers, requires dealers to report any guns, any parts they have in stock. They have private

01:38:35.000 sales of guns and parts. The next step is to register individual purchasers. You already

01:38:40.000 do that with your instant check NRA. And I go in these gun shops and the guys have got

01:38:46.000 George Bush pictures hanging up and they'll go, "Yeah, Mr.

01:38:49.000 Jones, we know. Well, he's better than Gore. Yeah, we know. Well, I'm starting a

01:38:55.000 vitamin selling outfit.

01:38:58.000 I'm gonna be shutting the shop down even though it's making money.

01:39:01.000 I know we're gonna ban them.

01:39:02.000 There's nothing we can do.

01:39:04.000 I'm so good.

01:39:08.000 I gotta go to the UT game.

01:39:13.000 I ain't got no time to stand up for what America really is.

01:39:18.000 And it's you, the good ol' boys, that should be standing up and speaking out, but instead you drive around, you leave your, you leave your, you leave your Bush Cheney sportsman sticker up.

01:39:31.000 They'd never do that to me!

01:39:36.000 That's why I said the Liberals should love Bush.

01:39:38.000 I mean, you want open borders, you want bigger government, you want gun control, you want supercomputers to China, reactors in North Korea, you want to sign on to the UN and UNESCO, you want to protect Bill Clinton and block Dan Burton's committee in Pardongate, you want to sign campaign finance reform restricting the First Amendment before elections, I mean, the list goes on and on.

01:40:00.000 You want it, you got it.

01:40:05.000 You want it, you got your dream boat.

01:40:08.000 But see, it's about rhetoric, it's not about action. 0.99

01:40:10.000 So the left is all, oh we hate Bush, oh he's so horrible, oh he's so evil. 0.98

01:40:16.000 Bush doesn't matter. 0.99

01:40:17.000 Bush isn't running anything.

01:40:20.000 So why do I spend so much time on the puppet in chief?

01:40:22.000 Because as a figurehead, his image neutralizes so many conservatives While energizing the most virulent forms of left-wing activism in this country.

01:40:36.000 Oh yeah, they are the ranks of the gun grabbers were faltering, the ranks of the land grabbers were faltering, you know, they're mindless, bleeding-heart foot soldiers.

01:40:46.000 We, as real conservatives, libertarians, constitutionalists, Christian patriots, were winning the fight.

01:40:54.000 But not anymore.

01:40:56.000 Yeah, there has been an energizing of the left, so now the left can stand there and go, see, the UN's good, they were against the war.

01:41:03.000 See, the IMF and World Bank are good, they're against the war.

01:41:07.000 Oh, see, it's all evil nationalism, it's all America, as Bush actually increases UN funding and as the UN actually gave approval for the war in many respects.

01:41:17.000 Again, it's good cop, bad cop.

01:41:20.000 Either Iraq accepted UN occupation, or they got invaded.

01:41:25.000 Folks, this is all scripted out.

01:41:26.000 Will it be a left-wing or a right-wing world government?

01:41:29.000 See, bypassing the discussion of, we don't want a world government.

01:41:32.000 Whereas just a couple years ago, you were a kook to talk about global government. 0.98

01:41:36.000 I mean, I understand how they operate. 1.00

01:41:39.000 And if you don't wake up as liberals and stop being idiots, And if you don't wake up as neocons and stop being idiots, and if you don't become populist-constitutionalist, that is, an across-the-board, for the people, for the country, for what's right and what's worked in the past, it's over, folks! 1.00

01:41:59.000 You're gonna have this corporate tyranny giving you two different brands of slavery and giving you a choice. 1.00

01:42:04.000 It's like the, you know, grocery store chains they've got where They got one company here and one company across the street, and you think you're getting a different choice, and it turns out both companies are owned by the same people.

01:42:15.000 I mean, that's how it works, folks.

01:42:20.000 And you bought in one of the oldest tricks in the book, and I'm just desperate to get you to think for yourselves.

01:42:25.000 That's all I'm... We're losing this country.

01:42:27.000 You know, the left wing is for gun control.

01:42:30.000 They'll admit it's a police state in Nazi Germany, and they're building all these camps, and it's horrible, but... The government's bad, but you should turn that gun in.

01:42:38.000 Oh, yeah.

01:42:39.000 The gun is a canary in the coal mine.

01:42:41.000 The gun is a symptom of a free society.

01:42:44.000 When you're in a Nazi Germany, or a Stalinist Russia, or a Caesar's Rome, or a Fidel Castro's Cuba, you don't have armed citizens.

01:42:53.000 You have an armed government with a monopoly of force.

01:42:56.000 And I'm able to deprogram leftists by explaining this to them.

01:42:59.000 I go, would an American Indian be allowed to have a rifle? 1.00

01:43:02.000 Or should, while they're being oppressed and killed, should they have their gun taken? 0.94

01:43:07.000 And they'll go, oh, of course not. 0.92

01:43:09.000 Well, now you get it! 1.00

01:43:10.000 So shut up! 1.00

01:43:12.000 And look at the facts, and then speak out once you know the reality that swimming pools and cars kill far more people than guns do, and you've been manipulated by the corporate media! 0.99

01:43:23.000 If they get our guns, you people, it's all over for everybody! 0.98

01:43:27.000 Alright, I'm gonna break.

01:48:59.000 Now before I go, I just want to mention again, I produced nine full-length feature films

01:49:06.000 that are powerful, that are waking up most people that see them.

01:49:11.000 Road to Tyranny, 9-1-1, The Road to Tyranny, proves that the Globalists carried out September 11th. 0.96

01:49:16.000 We have their official admissions that they planned such attacks, and then we have the evidence that they carried out the attacks, and then the motive, and the aftermath, and their master plan.

01:49:26.000 Part two of that film is Masters of Terror.

01:49:28.000 It's excellent as well.

01:49:30.000 I wrote a companion book to both films, 9-1-1, Descent into Tyranny, 230 pages, only $12.

01:49:38.000 The films are $25.95, $20 if you order three or more of any of the nine titles.

01:49:45.000 My newest film is now out and shipping, Police State 3, Total Enslavement, and It's indescribable.

01:49:51.000 It's so good.

01:49:53.000 Two hours and 40 minutes.

01:50:38.000 We have a lot of folks that have done that.

01:50:40.000 It's damaged our ministry and what we're doing.

01:50:57.000 Please take action. We need your support.

01:51:01.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Jeff in Indiana, then we'll go to Elroy and others.

01:51:05.000 Jeff, you're on the air.

01:51:06.000 Hey Alex, I wanted to keep with your gun theme here.

01:51:09.000 Indiana is right to bear arms state.

01:51:11.000 You can check your Constitution, Article 1, Section 32.

01:51:14.000 The one thing I wanted to invite your listeners to is tomorrow night is the National Night Out Against Crime.

01:51:22.000 I wanted you to maybe give us a brief treatment here.

01:51:25.000 The National East German Tattletale Night being rolled into Homeland Security, admittedly, and it's all about having nosy tattletales.

01:51:35.000 Exactly.

01:51:36.000 Through McGruff, the crime dog, right?

01:51:38.000 McGruff who takes a bite out of guns.

01:51:40.000 We have the director of that on and he said, yeah, McGruff now focuses on guns.

01:51:46.000 And we should also be watching out for women with baby strollers, too. 1.00

01:51:50.000 That was the Associated Press in New Jersey.

01:51:52.000 Homeland Security met and said, we're looking for all crime.

01:51:55.000 Everything is terrorism.

01:51:56.000 They said, watch priests and women with baby strollers. 1.00

01:52:00.000 People you'd never think. 0.98

01:52:02.000 They're terrorists.

01:52:03.000 Did you see that article? 0.89

01:52:05.000 Yes, I did.

01:52:05.000 I did read that.

01:52:07.000 That was about a year and a half ago.

01:52:08.000 It just gets more and more crazy.

01:52:11.000 Now, the other thing, too, I wanted to talk about is the idea that that's a great night for everybody, all your listeners to get out to kind of push your movies.

01:52:20.000 To educate everybody as to what's really going on out there.

01:52:23.000 You know, you're right.

01:52:25.000 Stay there.

01:52:26.000 We'll talk to you more on the other side.

01:52:29.000 Exactly.

01:52:30.000 You're supposed to walk around and be tattletales.

01:52:32.000 There's no real terror around.

01:52:34.000 So look for guns.

01:52:35.000 Even legal guns.

01:52:36.000 Go ahead and call the police on people like you do.

01:52:39.000 Go out and pass videos out.

01:52:40.000 Documents.

01:52:41.000 Books.

01:52:42.000 Websites.

01:52:43.000 Business cards.

01:52:44.000 Get out and talk about fighting the new world order.

01:52:46.000 We've said, have your own block parties.

01:52:48.000 Your own constitution parties.

01:52:50.000 Hey, if they really love the red, white, and blue, they'll want to come to it.

01:52:53.000 More than 700 chemicals have been found in our drinking water.

01:52:57.000 And did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?

01:53:02.000 That's because many chemicals are inhaled when they evaporate.

01:53:07.000 This is the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

01:53:14.000 [Music]

01:53:19.000 Big Brother Mainstream media.

01:53:22.000 Government cover-ups.

01:53:24.000 You want answers?

01:53:26.000 Well, so does he.

01:53:27.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:53:31.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:53:36.000 [Music]

01:53:40.000 Alright, folks.

01:53:42.000 We're all ready.

01:53:44.000 End of the third and final hour, and we've had a lot of amazing calls.

01:53:47.000 We've covered some key news issues, but I've got to cover news here.

01:53:52.000 So I'm going to take about five more calls this hour from Jeff and Elroy and Linda and Richard and a few others.

01:54:00.000 Maybe, I don't know, six or seven calls.

01:54:02.000 And then for at least the last 30 minutes, I'm going to cover news because, boy, is there a lot of it.

01:54:08.000 But the first hour I read Washington Post where they said, yeah, Our Supreme Court's following the International Courts now.

01:54:16.000 They're the boss.

01:54:17.000 So, just calmly, right out your face, and it's very, very serious.

01:54:22.000 Let's go back to Jeff in Indiana.

01:54:24.000 Jeff, you had another point you wanted to make about this National Nazi Night Out.

01:54:30.000 Well, actually, Alex, I had kind of three here, but I'll make them really quick for you.

01:54:33.000 Go ahead!

01:54:34.000 That main idea here is that the idea is these legislatures that are Congress people and what have you that are going to be at these meetings are usually the ones who are One of two classes.

01:54:43.000 They're either going to be the ones who are going to listen to us, or else they're going to be the minions who are carrying it out.

01:54:48.000 So it's a good time to either try to bend their ear, you know, in either case, or, you know, find out what kind of toys, you know, our police departments have or what have you.

01:54:56.000 It's also a very good time to find out what they're trying to push on our kids in school.

01:55:00.000 A lot of our parents don't go to school to find out what our kids are learning, but this gives a good opportunity to find out what kind of programs they're pushing because You know, they use our children to pour in our heart streams.

01:55:11.000 Well, absolutely, and the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

01:55:17.000 And you've got all these people that think that, you know, the government says it's for a good cause.

01:55:23.000 Well, folks, charity starts at home, and charity starts with not being manipulated by evildoers.

01:55:30.000 And that's exactly what this government does.

01:55:33.000 Their system couldn't operate if it wasn't for all the well-meaning saps that are deceived into following their devilish designs. 1.00

01:55:45.000 Alex, the other thing I wanted to mention, too, is if you don't take time with me now to go over some more, maybe articles that have been in papers and other announcements, if you can maybe give this a little bit of a treatment tomorrow, since it actually is tomorrow night, Just so that you can kind of give your listeners an opportunity to, maybe for the first time, if they haven't been passing out your videos, give this an opportunity to actually be the time that you jump in the water to do it, to start making promotion.

01:56:12.000 If you've been afraid that, you know, you didn't want to go out and pass the videos out at a parade or you didn't want to do them at the video store or whatever, this would be the opportune time to do it because these are going to be the people who are going to Yeah, the people, one out of a hundred, that actually go around and go to government meetings and title-tale groups, they're the active folks, the do-gooders who mean well, and they're key Nazi Party members that can be contacted and hopefully shaken out of their service to the Fuhrer government.

01:56:46.000 So, absolutely, we've got to go to these Nazi Party meetings, the National Night Out, And try to reach out to these people and show them how they're being manipulated.

01:56:54.000 Find a little conscience in the world.

01:56:56.000 Absolutely.

01:56:56.000 Great points.

01:56:57.000 Thank you for the call, Jeff.

01:57:01.000 Absolutely, yeah.

01:57:03.000 McGruff the Crime Dog, Neighborhood Watch, it all sounded good, but now the feds admit, oh, it's a Russian model. 0.91

01:57:14.000 Yeah, we want you now to get more proactive in your spying and tattling and report people's political activities and during a red alert we're going to need block captains to control and under the new national compulsory volunteerism, your local board is going to tell you where you've got to volunteer.

01:57:37.000 They're literally shutting up the textbook system.

01:57:41.000 And I've got another example of this.

01:57:46.000 They're now making ozone action alerts mandatory and not letting you drive your car in areas around the world.

01:57:53.000 Now, the ozone things are fraud.

01:57:54.000 The emissions are a fraud.

01:57:56.000 That's all admitted.

01:57:58.000 But it's about the government telling you where to go, what to do, how to act.

01:58:02.000 That's what all these national night outs are and ozone action alerts.

01:58:07.000 Training you to take your orders from the flashing FEMA billboards.

01:58:12.000 We'll be right back.

01:58:14.000 Are you willing to speculate in today's market?

01:58:17.000 Options investing involves substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone.

01:58:21.000 I'm Patrick T. Parker for Barclay Financial.

01:58:23.000 Right now, we're recommending the purchase of euro currency call options.

01:58:28.000 The budget and trade deficits are going through the roof.

01:58:30.000 The dollar is dropping worldwide.

01:58:32.000 Could the euro be poised to move higher?

02:01:27.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:01:31.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:01:37.000 All right, my friends.

02:01:41.000 We've got about 51 minutes left.

02:01:43.000 I want to take some more calls and get into some more of the news here.

02:01:48.000 Oh, and there's a lot coming up.

02:01:50.000 We talked a lot about the Second Amendment today, and here's a story out of the New York Post today.

02:01:58.000 Armed and famous.

02:01:59.000 Yes, that's a pistol in their pockets.

02:02:02.000 A bevy of Big Apple's big stars are packing heat according to the latest data from the NYPD's list of gun license holders.

02:02:11.000 Among them more than 3,600 privileged.

02:02:13.000 Oh! 0.60

02:02:13.000 Privilege! 0.60

02:02:14.000 It's a privilege!

02:02:16.000 Among the more than 3,600 privileged New Yorkers allowed to Who hit the streets with a loaded weapon are tough guy actors Robert De Niro and Harvey Keitel, shock jocks Howard Stern and Don Imush, oh and Howard Stern's anti-gun, developer Donald Trump, record honcho Tommy Mottola, and Channel 5 TV anchor John Rowland, also on the list are

02:02:49.000 Ex-Seagram CEO, Edgar M. Brothman, who's a big anti-gunner, gives a lot of money to that.

02:02:54.000 Defense lawyer, Barry Slotnick.

02:02:58.000 State Senate Majority Leader, Joseph Bruno.

02:03:01.000 Daily News co-publisher, Brett Drashner.

02:03:05.000 Manhattan judge, Leslie Cocker Snyder.

02:03:10.000 Arkansas Lieutenant Governor, Winthrop P. Rockefeller.

02:03:14.000 His famous family is based in the city.

02:03:17.000 And Assistant State Attorney General Stephen Pagnos, who was smeared in the Taiwan-Brailey fiasco, Tijuana-Brailey fiasco, 15 years ago, ex-top cop Howard Safar, and publishing czar and author Michael Horta, also have gun licenses.

02:03:40.000 Their hermits permit And allows them to keep a gun in their homes and demands that when they travel with their weapons, the guns must be unloaded and locked in a safety box with the ammunition kept separate.

02:03:54.000 Oh, Councilman James Davis, slain two weeks ago by political rival Othaniel Askew, who brought his... bought his in Carolina.

02:04:05.000 North Carolina was the only member of the City Council to have a gun license, according to NYP.

02:04:13.000 D. Man, I've got to start printing every article printer-friendly version.

02:04:19.000 The people that print them for me must.

02:04:22.000 Because it is very frustrating to read down the article and have it cut off.

02:04:27.000 Ah, now I'm angry.

02:04:29.000 Because I wanted to get to the rest of this article.

02:04:30.000 But that's okay.

02:04:31.000 It's okay.

02:04:33.000 I know we've got some callers coming up here in a second.

02:04:38.000 And I will take some more calls before I get back into more news.

02:04:41.000 If you'd like to join us on air, it's 1-800-259-9231.

02:04:48.000 Who's up next, Mark?

02:04:52.000 Oh, Elroy hung up.

02:04:53.000 I was just about to go to Elroy.

02:04:56.000 Linda in Wisconsin, you're on the air.

02:04:58.000 Go ahead.

02:04:58.000 Hi, Alex.

02:05:00.000 Welcome.

02:05:00.000 Wonderful job that you're doing, and thanks for getting out this information.

02:05:06.000 I want to just redress a little bit on a past caller concerning the man who committed suicide over the IRS.

02:05:17.000 I'm on Social Security Disability and I received a call here one day from MasterCard, which I have debt with, but this is what they told me and so this is a heads up to everyone.

02:05:33.000 They said that Because I'm on Social Security Disability and I suppose that would be someone that's just on their retirement Social Security, that if you are using a credit card as income, and that was the word they used, in other words, you're using it to buy products with, food, whatever.

02:05:54.000 Yeah, that's how it works.

02:05:55.000 They have you put all your money in.

02:05:58.000 the law or under the federal law that this is criminal activity.

02:06:02.000 Yeah, that's how it works.

02:06:04.000 They have you put all your money in, you would have gotten millions if you even got 3% interest

02:06:09.000 on your money, which is guaranteed.

02:06:12.000 Instead you get a pittance, barely enough to live off of, and then you can't go out

02:06:17.000 and get another job to supplement yourself so you've got to eat dog food in the back.

02:06:22.000 That's all part of the new America.

02:06:24.000 There's no factories.

02:06:25.000 Your kids don't have jobs. 0.83

02:06:26.000 They can't support you.

02:06:27.000 The family's all broken up thanks to the new UNESCO American Society.

02:06:31.000 I don't know about you, but this is very common.

02:06:34.000 Absolutely.

02:06:35.000 And yeah, these punks at the credit cards, they have little talking points how to scare old people and disabled people into paying them, and you need to sue them for terroristic threats! 0.98

02:06:49.000 But obviously, that's ridiculous. 0.56

02:06:51.000 You can take your credit card and spend things because that's a debt that you're supposed to pay out of your money.

02:06:57.000 Then to claim that that's an income, a debt is an income, is exactly what the IRS does with the fiat currency.

02:07:03.000 You need to get that slimeball's name and find out if it's a policy and there's a major lawsuit there.

02:07:10.000 But they try this stuff all the time.

02:07:12.000 That's why they want to make it to where you go to prison for any reason now so they can have their way with us and act legitimate when this country is totally illegitimate.

02:07:21.000 Alex, you had a call that... And by that I mean the people running this country are totally illegitimate.

02:07:26.000 Our republic is real.

02:07:28.000 America is real.

02:07:29.000 But this modern country that they've set up out of Washington, D.C., that is a corporate fraud and is not real.

02:07:37.000 Alex, you also had a caller not too long ago that I think it was this man that calls in from New York all the time.

02:07:45.000 He's very knowledgeable on economics.

02:07:48.000 He said something about that even if you owe $10 to the utility company, that that would make you a debtor and that you could go to debtor's prison.

02:07:59.000 But let me jump forward now.

02:08:00.000 I want your listeners to know The other day I talked to my sheriff here in Eau Claire for about 45 minutes and he was very polite with me, but we need to educate these people.

02:08:16.000 They do not understand, and this had to do with, I think you were talking about it, it had to do with turning the sheriff into a common police officer and taking their authority away.

02:08:30.000 And he was not concerned about that at all.

02:08:33.000 This is why we need to educate them and show them the proof of the legislation.

02:08:38.000 And thank you for this information that you're putting out on the Second Amendment.

02:08:43.000 Incidentally, this H.R.

02:08:46.000 2038, you said under Clinton.

02:08:48.000 Is that a bill under Hillary Clinton or is that former President Clinton?

02:08:53.000 Now, that's how the media operates.

02:08:58.000 That is the bill that Bush says he will sign, so the NRA, trying to make it look like it's Clinton when Clinton's long gone and is a traitor, says Clinton gun ban is back, but it has nothing to do with Bill Clinton other than the fact that he's the one that got it to pass in the first place.

02:09:18.000 Okay, but Bush is going to go ahead and sign it.

02:09:22.000 Well, yeah, he said that back during his campaign, and he said that again about three months ago.

02:09:30.000 I've got a bunch of news articles with headlines like Bush Shocks Conservative by Stance on Assault Weapons Ban in my new film Police Day 3.

02:09:40.000 Alex, you said something a few minutes ago that was brilliant.

02:09:43.000 I tried to write it down.

02:09:45.000 You said that Bush was the neutralizer and that was brilliant because I tried to write it down the way you said it. 0.56

02:09:53.000 Well, I said, have you ever seen the Terminator movies?

02:09:59.000 Yes, I've seen, yes.

02:10:01.000 Okay, well he's a neutralizer, he's an infiltrator, he's got a skin that looks like a person, but his job is to insert himself into a command base or into a structure and destroy the enemy.

02:10:16.000 And that's what a Bush is, that's what an NRA is, is that we think they're on our side, they're able to stab us in the back, whereas a Bill Clinton or Al Gore couldn't because we know they're bad.

02:10:28.000 Well, the far left is using Bush for their agenda for a global government, but the far right is using him for their agenda for their global government.

02:10:39.000 That's it!

02:10:40.000 And then when you get past the rhetoric, it's the same global government.

02:10:44.000 And I pointed out that the left-wing people out there, if they got past rhetoric, should love George Bush, because his policies are identical to Bill Clinton's.

02:10:54.000 Yeah, and I have a friend who's a Republican, and he I cannot explain to him as many times as I've tried about this Michael Savage.

02:11:04.000 He thinks Michael Savage is one of the good guys, and I've tried to... Yeah, put anybody that disagrees in a forced labor camp.

02:11:12.000 Yeah, he says all the right things about open borders and the rest of it, but he doesn't... but then his answers are big government and it's horrible, and then he says that Bush is fighting the New World Order?

02:11:25.000 That's another bait and switch.

02:11:26.000 Thanks for the call.

02:11:27.000 Thank you. 0.53

02:11:27.000 And if people can't see that, they're crazy. 0.53

02:11:30.000 Let's talk to Steve in Ohio.

02:11:32.000 Go ahead, Steve.

02:11:34.000 Long time listener, called you a lot of times.

02:11:36.000 Passed a lot of your tapes out to people up here.

02:11:40.000 I'm close to Dayton, Ohio, where the Marines were last year, and tried to send you some footage on that.

02:11:45.000 Listen, I listen to you every day.

02:11:47.000 I missed something, and I wanted to get it from you.

02:11:51.000 Are you there?

02:11:52.000 Oh, yes, sir.

02:11:53.000 I'm sorry.

02:11:54.000 You said the other night, or I'll get you at night, too.

02:11:57.000 You said the other night on shortwave that there were two states that voted against the Patriot Act.

02:12:04.000 Yeah, it was Hawaii and Alaska, and now Delaware, New Mexico, and others are about to do it.

02:12:14.000 What happened is Ashcroft went to Alaska, gave a speech, he requested that the state not pass a repudiation of the Patriot Act.

02:12:25.000 And the Republican-controlled legislature threw it back in the neocon's face and said, no, we've read the bill.

02:12:33.000 It does affect citizens, and it does attack the Bill of Rights.

02:12:37.000 And that's a big, big deal.

02:12:40.000 Yes, sir, it is.

02:12:42.000 I'm in Ohio, and we're in a pretty... I would like to take a survey, please.

02:12:49.000 Perhaps not.

02:12:49.000 Stay there, Steve.

02:12:51.000 Don't hang up.

02:12:51.000 I'll let you...

02:17:17.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

02:17:24.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:17:30.000 All right, folks.

02:17:31.000 You're only about seven, eight minutes away from a full board launch into the news.

02:17:37.000 A lot of the news we haven't gotten to yet.

02:17:38.000 Really important information.

02:17:40.000 Let's go back to Steve in Ohio, who wanted to say something else when we hit that last break.

02:17:46.000 Go ahead, sir.

02:17:47.000 Well, I'm just, you know, I just thank God we got somebody out there, you know, that has a median to tell this and devotes as much time to it as you must.

02:17:55.000 I hear you twice a day, six hours a day, and you come in really good here, by the way.

02:18:00.000 You know, I look for a different place to go.

02:18:03.000 I have been for a long time.

02:18:05.000 But New Mexico, isn't that part of the Asland?

02:18:10.000 Well, it is.

02:18:10.000 I mean, every state has got different globalist operations trying to break down its sovereignty.

02:18:16.000 But there are good people everywhere.

02:18:18.000 And a lot of folks are waking up to this tyranny.

02:18:21.000 But we've got to give them the whole picture, not just part of it.

02:18:25.000 Well, right.

02:18:25.000 And when I pass out a film, for instance, I mean, I would say 70% of the people look at me like I'm from Mars, and 30% look at me like, you know, maybe there's something here.

02:18:35.000 Just because you're handing them something, that's bizarre.

02:18:39.000 Oh, I know, a citizen talking to someone in a checkout line about something other than the weather is almost a thought crime punishable by death now.

02:18:50.000 Right.

02:18:51.000 Well, you know, after a while, you know, initially they do that, but after a while, you know, after they see and hear, you know, if the media mainstream would only Uh, you slip up and say something here once in a while, you know, sometimes they.

02:19:03.000 They do pick up on it and want to know more, but initially they look at you like you're an alien.

02:19:08.000 But you know, it's just like selling anything.

02:19:11.000 Before long.

02:19:12.000 The masses, you know, they're going to end up knowing what's going on.

02:19:15.000 I mean, I can only hide what they're doing. 0.91

02:19:16.000 Yeah, when Galileo said the world was round, most people thought he was a raving lunatic.

02:19:21.000 But just seven years later, the kooks were the people still saying it was flat.

02:19:26.000 So, let's engage in thought crime together, Steve.

02:19:29.000 Let's say the world is round.

02:19:31.000 Say it for me.

02:19:32.000 The world is round.

02:19:33.000 The world is round.

02:19:34.000 This government is not legitimate.

02:19:36.000 It's carrying out terror.

02:19:39.000 It's coming after our guns, publicly saying it wants to destroy our families.

02:19:44.000 We're not going to put up with it.

02:19:45.000 We don't care how many info babes lick their lips and tell us the globalists love us. 0.99

02:19:51.000 We know it's a fraud.

02:19:52.000 Thanks for the call.

02:19:54.000 Appreciate it, Steve.

02:19:55.000 Great points.

02:19:58.000 I mean, last hour I went into this thing with the NRA, where they admit that these new gun bills And Bush says he'll sign them, will ban all semi-automatic shotguns.

02:20:13.000 But I still have good ol' boys.

02:20:15.000 Tell me, and I mean I've had them tell me, it could be Colorado or Louisiana or New York or South Texas.

02:20:24.000 It's the same type of call, sounds like the same kind of guy.

02:20:27.000 He'll say, I don't believe it, that's a lie, you liberal.

02:20:34.000 You liberals are coming up with some real scams to fool us.

02:20:40.000 And you try to tell them facts of their face and they just can't figure it out.

02:20:45.000 Pastor Butch Paul now joins us.

02:20:49.000 He is a Vietnam veteran himself.

02:20:51.000 A guy who's fought the New World Order tooth and nail right here on this network.

02:20:55.000 Pastor Butch, what's going on?

02:20:57.000 Well, sir, I don't want to interrupt your program.

02:20:59.000 You're having a good program.

02:21:00.000 But I just got home a few minutes ago from working a job.

02:21:03.000 I had to pass this on in case you didn't know, which you probably already do, maybe the listeners may not, that they now are extracting DNA from your fingerprints.

02:21:12.000 And those fingerprints can be up to a year old.

02:21:14.000 So when you give your fingerprints for your driver's license, they have your DNA if they want it.

02:21:20.000 Now, where did you get that story?

02:21:22.000 This is from UPI Science News.

02:21:26.000 No, I was not aware of that.

02:21:28.000 Yes.

02:21:29.000 I ended up doing radio interviews this morning and didn't do as much preparation as I should have.

02:21:34.000 Is that on all the decision?

02:21:37.000 That will be in my newsletter.

02:21:40.000 It's also will be on my website, maybe by now, I'm not sure.

02:21:43.000 Well, I've got a sneaking suspicion that if it was in United Press International Science, my wife has probably already posted it.

02:21:50.000 On Infowars.com, but hey, you heard about New York?

02:21:53.000 They're going to have the homosexual high schools? 0.99

02:21:55.000 Oh, absolutely!

02:21:56.000 And of course, as you know, as I talked to you already, the Christian schools in Texas, especially with Patrick J. Wade, have to shut down because they're not licensed.

02:22:04.000 But we can fund a public perverted school, of course, yes.

02:22:07.000 Oh, and here in Texas you can have a Buddhist or a Muslim or a Jewish school that's unlicensed, but Christian schools are being shut down.

02:22:15.000 And you're going to be on, aren't you coming on Thursday?

02:22:18.000 Thursday at 1 o'clock hard time, I think it is.

02:22:21.000 You're going to be on for two hours?

02:22:24.000 1 o'clock your time, 1 o'clock Eastern time, yes.

02:22:28.000 Uh, who's startin' the schools right here near Austin.

02:22:31.000 And then in the third hour, we're gonna have the folks on who get beat up and taken to jail for protesting abortion on city streets. 0.50

02:22:38.000 That's not allowed now.

02:22:45.000 Well, Pastor Butch, in my film, America Destroyed by Design, the executive order Clinton signed said DNA.

02:22:51.000 We were wondering how they do that, weren't we?

02:22:53.000 Yes, we were, and now we know.

02:22:55.000 Hey Alex, I'll let you go.

02:22:56.000 Take care, my friend.

02:22:57.000 Alright, thank you.

02:22:58.000 That's an interesting little tidbit.

02:23:01.000 Very interesting.

02:23:02.000 We'll be right back.

02:23:05.000 We're on the march.

02:23:06.000 The Empire's on the run.

02:23:09.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:23:15.000 You've asked for them and now they're here.

02:23:17.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones introducing you to the new Berkey PF2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements for exclusive use with the Berkey Lights Blacky Light 22.

02:23:27.000 That's 877-928-8822 or visit heartdrop.com for more information.

02:23:33.000 and do your body right with Cardinal.

02:23:40.000 The folks running the show are just enamored with Pastor Butch Paul

02:23:51.000 because he, well he wears his firearms in a church.

02:23:56.000 That's right.

02:23:57.000 As a statement, back when this was a free country, actually in the Revolutionary War, they would have their guns in the pews and up on the pulpit.

02:24:05.000 Of course, that was back when your doors were open, you didn't have all these problems, and people were very respectful.

02:24:11.000 But now we live in the cesspool age where we're being disarmed and the government's saying we don't have a right to defend ourselves.

02:24:19.000 I'm not going to take any more calls because I got a bunch of news that needs to be covered that we have not yet gotten to.

02:24:28.000 And before I do that, I want to plug a couple things and we'll cover news.

02:24:33.000 Then talk to Carol in Pennsylvania and others that are patiently holding here on the show today in the last 26 minutes that we've got left.

02:24:44.000 But I do want to plug herbalhealer.com.

02:24:46.000 I mean, they're great folks.

02:24:47.000 They've got a huge catalog, 120 pages long, 121 pages long, color catalog, for free, and

02:24:57.000 every page has 20, 30, 50 different vitamins and minerals or herbs, books and CD-ROMs of

02:25:07.000 how to use herbs, real shark cartilage that's been proven to work for problems with your

02:25:14.000 joints, multivitamins.

02:25:17.000 But again, they've been around since the late 80s.

02:25:20.000 It's a big outfit.

02:25:23.000 I mean, they got stuff in there you're not going to find in the drugstore or at the big big vitamin supply house and it's great stuff, it's organic,

02:25:32.000 they've got, this should be your supplier folks.

02:25:38.000 If you want to get a good price, if you don't want to be ripped off, then this is the place

02:25:42.000 to go folks.

02:25:43.000 You need to give Herbal Healer a call and get their free catalog.

02:25:48.000 870-269-4177.

02:26:05.000 870-269-4177 or herbalhealer.com.

02:26:13.000 And then of course I produced nine documentary films and written a book, "911, Descent into

02:26:21.000 It's 230 pages long, covers the history of government-sponsored terrorism, how the globalists carried out September 11th, and the other crimes they're committing, the police state they're setting up.

02:26:31.000 It's an excellent book, only $12.

02:26:36.000 My films are all $25.95, but if you order three or more, they drop down to $20.

02:26:41.000 And they're all over two hours long.

02:26:43.000 9-1-1, The Road to Tyranny is 170 minutes long on DVD.

02:26:50.000 It's the only film we offer on DVD.

02:26:52.000 It's also on VHS.

02:26:54.000 We have the new film, Police State 3, Total Enslavement.

02:26:59.000 It covers Patriot Act 1 and 2.

02:27:02.000 Homeland Security.

02:27:03.000 Dozens of examples of government-sponsored terror we didn't cover in the other films.

02:27:08.000 The government founding the white racist groups, the Hispanic racist groups. 0.90

02:27:14.000 How it controls that to create a crisis.

02:27:18.000 Just all that.

02:27:18.000 I mean, it's a great new video.

02:27:20.000 Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

02:27:22.000 Take advantage of this, folks.

02:27:23.000 Get the 3-tape special.

02:27:25.000 Get my book.

02:27:27.000 Get it out to folks.

02:27:28.000 Pull free number to order.

02:27:30.000 I've also got pro-gun t-shirts, anti-terror, anti-terror t-shirts.

02:27:41.000 1-888-253-3139.

02:27:42.000 Again, operators are there right now to take your order.

02:27:46.000 For America Destroyed by Design, Police State 2000, Police State 2 The Takeover, Police State 3 Total Enslavement, 9-1-1 The Road to Tyranny, The Masters of Terror, Dark Secrets Inside Bohemian Grove, Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports Exposed, Tex-Mars, Gulag America.

02:28:03.000 It's all on InfoWars.com or PrisonPlanet.com or call toll free 1-888-253-3139.

02:28:10.000 We've got to win this information war or we're going to lose our Republic and the tyranny is going to get deeper and darker.

02:28:23.000 You can also write to me, I'm Alex Jones, with your order at 3001 South Lamar Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78704.

02:28:35.000 All that evil men and tyrants need to flourish is that good men and women do nothing.

02:28:40.000 So stop doing nothing.

02:28:41.000 These are key tools in the information war.

02:28:45.000 I would also add that famous Mark Twain quote, In the beginning a patriot is a scarce man, hated and feared, but in time when his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.

02:29:02.000 We're at the turning of the tide.

02:29:05.000 Minds are being unlocked.

02:29:07.000 This radio show and my films are some of the best tools From past experience that I know that we have.

02:29:16.000 So please don't stand idle by.

02:29:18.000 The war has already begun.

02:29:22.000 And if we don't overt this with the information war, the next gale from the north will bring with it a resounding clash of arms.

02:29:32.000 My friends, I know not what case you will take, but give me liberty or give me death That is a variant, a paraphrase, on what Patrick Henry had to say.

02:29:45.000 Okay, let me just jump straight into the news, and there is a lot of it we haven't gotten to.

02:29:50.000 This is out of London Telegraph.

02:29:53.000 Mutual suspicion as U.S.

02:29:55.000 troops go in hard.

02:29:57.000 Harry de Quinteville joins a pre-dawn raid to search for arms at a farm in Balda, north of Baghdad.

02:30:05.000 And it says at 4.05 a.m.

02:30:08.000 the assault started.

02:30:09.000 Oh, they'll make good police officers when they get back here.

02:30:12.000 This is what our cops have been doing for a while.

02:30:14.000 Almost a hundred heavily armed American soldiers wearing night vision goggles had surrounded the target, a large farm complex halfway between Baghdad and Tikrit.

02:30:24.000 Charlie Company scouts, who had earlier cut their way through a fence and wriggled as close as they dared, said it was surrounded by high walls, razor wire and guards.

02:30:35.000 Unseen above, unmanned aerial drones were beaming pitchers back to base.

02:30:40.000 Just above the tree line hovered a pair of American Apache helicopters.

02:30:44.000 Then the order came for the four-man teams of Blue Platoon to go in.

02:30:49.000 There was little resistance.

02:30:50.000 The front gate was unlocked and the guards were nowhere to be seen.

02:30:53.000 At the door of the main residence, the soldiers hammering were greeted by one of the raid's targets, a short, portly man who ill-disguised his fear.

02:31:05.000 As the soldiers swept through the rest of the house, almost 20 women and children were corralled downstairs before being led to the garden. 0.95

02:31:12.000 That was when the wall and the wailing started.

02:31:16.000 We always have to go in hard, so Lt.

02:31:18.000 Col.

02:31:19.000 Sasserman, the Charlie Company commander, but this is better than it used to be.

02:31:23.000 A couple of months ago, we would have come through a wall with a Bradley armored vehicle.

02:31:31.000 And it goes into how they go into the houses and shoot innocent people, but that's okay.

02:31:38.000 Don't worry, they claim they're about to catch Saddam.

02:31:40.000 Do you believe any of that?

02:31:42.000 The wax figures they put on TV and said it was his sons?

02:31:47.000 And now they're going to have some new wax figurine and tell us it's Saddam Hussein, when the guy's living in Belarus, paid off by Rumsfeld and Bush, according to major Russian and Iranian newspapers, who I have found to be more accurate than the neocon lies.

02:32:05.000 Oh, I gotta keep going here.

02:32:06.000 I'll never get to it all.

02:32:07.000 State Department changes seen if Bush re-elected Powell and Armitage intend to step down.

02:32:14.000 I guess move in and cash in on the goodies.

02:32:21.000 I've seen them do this before.

02:32:22.000 They walk into the House and announce their state of emergency again.

02:32:26.000 That's how they can engage in all these unconstitutional activities for another year. 0.79

02:32:30.000 This is from the International Information Program, usinfo.state.gov.

02:32:37.000 Bush continues a national emergency with respect to Iraq.

02:32:41.000 They've always got an energy crisis or a war.

02:32:43.000 Every year, they re-up the emergency.

02:32:46.000 And that keeps the executive orders going.

02:32:49.000 President Bush has continued for one year the national emergency with respect to Iraq, signing continued instability in the country, as well as the need to ensure the establishment of progress leading to representative Iraq self-rule.

02:33:01.000 So, they're declaring the similar emergencies there that they've had here for a long time.

02:33:07.000 Continuation of the National Emergency with respect to Iraq.

02:33:12.000 And they will continue to impose the trade sanctions and block Iraqi government assets, additional measures, and it just goes on and on with their executive order.

02:33:25.000 So that all continues.

02:33:27.000 State prison population up 3.9 last year, second only to California.

02:33:35.000 And this is out of Jacksonville, Times, Times Union staff writers repelled by laws mandating longer sentences.

02:33:44.000 Florida prison population grew last year by more inmates than any other state, save California, according to a federal report released last week.

02:33:53.000 The number of people incarcerated by Florida climbed in 2002, 3.9% across the country.

02:34:01.000 State prison populations increased by an average of 2.4%.

02:34:05.000 We have the biggest prison population in the world, and most of them are non-violent, and the violent offenders are released.

02:34:12.000 That's a fact.

02:34:15.000 Continuing, months before movie on death of Jesus causes stir, I'm going to try to get Hutton Gibson or maybe even Mel Gibson on the show, because, I mean, all it does is show what the Bible says happened.

02:34:29.000 The corrupt Pharisees had Jesus killed, And the Jewish groups are saying that is anti-semitic.

02:34:39.000 And in Europe, they're moving to ban the Old and New Testament, according to BBC, saying it has hateful stuff in it. 0.96

02:34:45.000 It has stuff where the Jews are ordered to go in and kill tribes by God, because the tribes are evil.

02:34:51.000 And they say that's evil. 0.96

02:34:53.000 And then they have Jesus saying the Jews are bad, the establishment Jews were bad, that the Pharisees and people were bad, so that they want that banned.

02:35:03.000 We're very close to this, folks.

02:35:05.000 This is mainstream news.

02:35:07.000 With his movie about the death of Jesus under attack as anti-Semitic, Mel Gibson is trying to build an audience and a defense for his project, screening it for evangelical Christians, conservative Catholics, right-wing pundits, Republicans, and a few Jewish commentators, and Jews who believe that Jesus is the Messiah.

02:35:26.000 Mr. Gibson has poured $25 million of his money into the movie, The Passion, calling it the most authentic and biblically accurate film about Jesus' death.

02:35:35.000 It's in Aramaic and Hebrew and Latin.

02:35:40.000 I cannot wait to see it!

02:35:44.000 And yes, there's been claims that Jesus is anti-Semitic, and Jesus was Jewish, folks.

02:35:49.000 I don't know if people are aware of that nowadays.

02:35:52.000 They don't teach that in school anymore. 0.94

02:35:55.000 But it's ridiculous. 0.98

02:35:58.000 The medieval passion plays portrayed Jews as Christ killers and stoked anti-Jewish violence. 0.99

02:36:05.000 They're saying that's what this does.

02:36:06.000 Now, it's a translation out of the King James Version back into Aramaic and Hebrew and Latin.

02:36:16.000 The three languages spoken at the time.

02:36:19.000 That's what the Bible says, folks. 0.96

02:36:21.000 Jesus said that But the Pharisees were wicked devils.

02:36:28.000 Now, most of his disciples just so happened to be Jewish, and some were Gentiles. 0.67

02:36:35.000 But, I mean, again, this is what they do.

02:36:39.000 Everything.

02:36:41.000 Standing up for America now is racist.

02:36:47.000 Oh, it's out of control.

02:36:48.000 It's so out of control.

02:36:49.000 Oh, look at this.

02:36:50.000 This is out of the Financial Times of London.

02:36:53.000 Halliburton profits skyrocket on Iraq deals.

02:36:58.000 It's well above $9 billion now.

02:37:00.000 They've got lots of little multi-billion dollar deals going.

02:37:04.000 Halliburton, the second largest oilfield service company in the world, on Thursday said work in Iraq could bolster revenue as it swung from a loss to a record second quarter net income of $0.26 million or six cents a share compared with the year earlier period.

02:37:21.000 A Houston-based company credited the quarter's 11% rise in revenue to $3.6 billion, largely to increase activity in engineering construction group ECG projects, including government services work in the Middle East.

02:37:36.000 And it talks about how Albertan is in the process of finalizing another additional $4 billion settlement of asbestos claims.

02:37:44.000 Nonetheless, the result this past quarter included a foreign exchange gain of $19 million because of a significant strengthening of the British pound against the U.S.

02:37:54.000 dollar during the period.

02:37:56.000 So, doing quite well.

02:37:57.000 So were the other key oil companies that went into Iraq.

02:38:01.000 But it wasn't about oil.

02:38:02.000 No, no, no.

02:38:04.000 Pan American Union promoters, PNAC, said it was about oil, but again, when the Vice President says it is about oil before the war, we shouldn't listen to him.

02:38:14.000 U.S.

02:38:15.000 parents say son-in-Iraq was casualty of chemical weapons.

02:38:18.000 This from the Washington Times.

02:38:20.000 There's been a bunch of deaths now.

02:38:21.000 No one knows how many.

02:38:23.000 And illnesses, but it's in the hundreds.

02:38:27.000 The government calls it pneumonia.

02:38:29.000 Their skin rots off.

02:38:30.000 Their lungs literally disintegrate.

02:38:32.000 Their intestines fall out of them.

02:38:35.000 Kind of like the vaccines do to kids, according to the United Press International.

02:38:40.000 The parents say by talking to their dead and dying children that they would go through bunkers and things and then get really sick and the government said, oh, you just got pneumonia.

02:38:51.000 Of course, these are all the declared sites.

02:38:54.000 Iraq's full of chemical and biological weapons, but it's all marked U.S. 0.99
