02:28:12.000 What's been going on is the central bank has been lending gold to Barrick Gold Corporation so they can sell it short in the marketplace and then they take the proceeds and give it back to the bank who can then re-lend it out into the system and make a huge profit on the cash To make this on lending on the interest on the thing because the lease rates are running at about 1.1%, 1.5% depending upon the time for the gold to be leased to Barrick Corporation and then they turn it back over to the bank after the gold is sold into the marketplace.

02:28:49.000 And they get like six and a half percent return, and then of course Barrick is going to be out there trying to dig up the gold to deliver it at some later date, some like 15 years down the road.
