Alex Jones Show - 20031204_Thu_Alex

00:00:00.000 You are listening to GCN.

00:00:07.000 Thank you.

00:00:14.000 Big Brother.

00:00:16.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:17.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:19.000 You want answers?

00:00:21.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:22.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:26.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:31.000 We've got a very informative, powerful broadcast lined up for you on this fourth day of December.

00:00:42.000 As we accelerate towards 2004.

00:00:44.000 as we accelerate towards 2004 in about 26 days.

00:00:52.000 We've got a very interesting guest coming up in an hour.

00:00:55.000 He's Alan Charles Horse, President of the Foundation for Individual Rights and Education, or FIRE, in Philadelphia, which commissioned the major survey at 339 U.S.

00:01:09.000 colleges and universities.

00:01:10.000 I've been covering this off and on for two weeks because it's such a big deal, but I haven't really detailed it.

00:01:17.000 The major study found that more than two-thirds of college students and administrators who participated in a national survey were unable to remember that freedom of religion and the press are guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.

00:01:35.000 And a large portion of the administrators also believe that the First Amendment is not a good idea.

00:01:41.000 And more and more people are believing this in the country.

00:01:43.000 It's becoming more and more accepted, and it's a very frightening trend that's affecting every corner of our society.

00:01:53.000 Thought crime, ladies and gentlemen.

00:01:55.000 So that's coming up in the next hour.

00:01:57.000 You do not want to miss it.

00:01:59.000 Coming up in this hour, and boy is the news important, gold explodes.

00:02:04.000 Up even over $400 an ounce, the dollar plunges even further, and U.S.

00:02:10.000 forces accused of Iraq massacre, Financial Times of London, Associated Press, you name it.

00:02:15.000 Remember Sunday?

00:02:18.000 They had the big victory, killed 54 Iraqis in black uniforms, couldn't find any of their bodies. 0.99

00:02:23.000 Turns out, as usual, the whole thing's a big fat lie.

00:02:28.000 And it's come out, I told you bottom line, that whole turkey thing was a stunt.

00:02:33.000 When Hillary had the turkey over in Afghanistan, that was a stunt. 1.00

00:02:36.000 When Bush had the turkey in Baghdad the same day, it was a stunt.

00:02:41.000 And now it's come out that it was designed by the White House, set up, sat there, he went in as part of a photo op, picked up the turkey that no one was allowed to eat, prepared by special chefs with all the garnish and the cornucopia of fruits around it, the grapes, And it was totally staged.

00:02:59.000 The troops were eating turkey out of MREs.

00:03:04.000 Of course, the news cameras didn't show you that.

00:03:06.000 It was totally staged, folks.

00:03:09.000 Just like all the fake letters posted by the Pentagon and major newspapers with false signatures from troops, how much they love the war.

00:03:17.000 Just like the Niger uranium document that was falsified and created out of thin air.

00:03:22.000 About uranium to Iraq.

00:03:24.000 Just like the mobile weapons trucks, the mass graves, the aluminum tubing, the weapons dossier that was twelve years old, written by a graduate student.

00:03:32.000 It is total theater.

00:03:34.000 Jerry Bruckheimer producing the Saving Private Lynch Delta Force rescue.

00:03:42.000 It's all fake, folks.

00:03:46.000 The Qatar base that they had, a Hollywood set, all of it!

00:03:52.000 It's total theater!

00:03:56.000 Want to know what Bush is really doing?

00:03:57.000 He's going to sign the assault weapons ban.

00:03:59.000 He's moving for total blank and amnesty open borders, free trade area of the Americas, signed on to UNESCO, protecting Bill Clinton, blocking Pardon Gate, signing campaign finance reform, restricting the First Amendment, supercomputers to Communist China, Nuclear weapons, missile parts to North Korea, reactors to North Korea, on and on and on and on and on and on.

00:04:23.000 Remember Bush with the Maiden USA spray painted on the boxes with the Maiden China covered up?

00:04:28.000 Remember Bush making people at a rally take their ties off under threat of arrest because they wanted the news cameras to see people that look like average Americans?

00:04:38.000 It's totally staged. 1.00

00:04:39.000 Hillary is a New World Order, whoremonger, liar, stage-managed twit. 1.00

00:04:45.000 And so is George Bush. 1.00

00:04:48.000 And anybody that covers up for that is either an idiot or a traitor. 1.00

00:04:51.000 And these neocons all over talk radio are the most socialist government pigs I've ever seen. 1.00

00:04:57.000 They're not conservatives. 0.99

00:04:59.000 And America's dying because of their treachery.

00:05:03.000 I haven't even scratched the surface of the news.

00:05:05.000 You'll want to stay with us.

00:05:06.000 Believe me, you want to hear what's coming up.

00:05:10.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

00:05:14.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

00:05:19.000 There is a chance to use this disaster as a New World Order.

00:05:23.000 A New World Order.

00:05:25.000 Hannah Merge.

00:05:26.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

00:05:31.000 We rip the sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

00:05:38.000 You will lose your liberty.

00:05:40.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

00:05:51.000 If you want to understand what the new old order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police State 3, is for you.

00:06:07.000 Through the years of providing water filters to America, you've come to us and we've listened.

00:06:15.000 You asked us to make the water level visible to eliminate the guesswork when refilling the water.

00:06:20.000 We listened.

00:06:20.000 You asked for an elevated base so the system could be used in places beside on the edge of a counter.

00:06:26.000 We listened.

00:06:27.000 You asked us to develop a filter that was made in the USA.

00:06:30.000 We listened.

00:06:31.000 You asked us to include an emergency light for camping and during power outages.

00:06:36.000 We listened.

00:06:37.000 After 9-11, you asked us to develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical

00:06:41.000 agents.

00:06:42.000 Again, we listened.

00:06:44.000 Introducing the Berkey Light, the gravity filter requested by America, designed by Americans, 1.00

00:06:50.000 and made in America.

00:06:52.000 Get the Berkey Light, the American water filter, for only $259 by calling New Millennium at

00:07:05.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

00:07:09.000 Are you one of the millions who suffer from arthritis or chronic back pain?

00:07:12.000 Michael Trudeau here.

00:07:13.000 I speak from personal experience when I say living with either one isn't any fun.

00:07:16.000 You see, a little over 20 years ago, I was involved in a car accident that injured some vertebrae and discs in my back.

00:07:22.000 The damage led to degenerative arthritis in my upper back and neck.

00:07:25.000 I tried physical therapy and chiropractors for years, usually with little or no positive results.

00:07:30.000 The chronic, everyday pain was miserable.

00:07:32.000 Many friends offered advice on how to get relief, and I humored most, again with little or no success, until my friend Cliff Scott recommended his MSM. 0.51

00:07:39.000 He said it was all natural and worked to relieve inflammation.

00:07:42.000 Once again, albeit reluctantly, I took another friend's advice, only this time it changed my life.

00:07:46.000 After six weeks, I noticed some improvement.

00:07:48.000 And after 12 weeks, measurable improvement.

00:07:51.000 That was two years ago, and I've been taking MSM ever since, and today, my quality of life has improved dramatically.

00:07:56.000 Side effects?

00:07:57.000 Yeah, my knee used to bug me, and that's better now too.

00:07:59.000 Call Kliscott Enterprises at 800-569-4340.

00:08:00.000 That's 1-800-569-4340.

00:08:01.000 If you're suffering, try MSM. 1.00

00:08:01.000 That's 1-800-569-4340. 1.00

00:08:06.000 If you're suffering, try MSM. 1.00

00:08:07.000 It worked for me.

00:08:13.000 Alex Jones, on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:19.000 Alright folks, we're now 8 minutes and 10 seconds into this show, into the second segment.

00:08:25.000 We got, what, 2 hours 51 and a half minutes left here.

00:08:28.000 Big program, counter-programming lined up for you today.

00:08:32.000 First Amendment survey finds knowledge lacking.

00:08:34.000 I've talked a lot about this in the last week and a half.

00:08:37.000 More than two-thirds of college students and administrators, more than two-thirds, who participated in a national survey were unable to remember that freedom of religion and the press are guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.

00:08:50.000 And we have Alan Charles Course.

00:08:53.000 President of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, or FIRE in Philadelphia, who commissioned the survey, joining us in the next hour.

00:09:01.000 This was at 339 colleges and universities.

00:09:04.000 And, you know, I see the big studies and polls every year with the last high school seniors.

00:09:09.000 Who's the vice president?

00:09:11.000 And in one poll I saw it was 75%, another one last year it was 90%.

00:09:15.000 Obviously Al Gore was more visible, so 70% didn't know.

00:09:20.000 Cheney hides in a bunker.

00:09:22.000 But again, people should know his name.

00:09:23.000 So now it's 90%.

00:09:26.000 Think about that.

00:09:27.000 Most Americans, the vast majority, don't know how many continents there are.

00:09:31.000 I make this point a lot.

00:09:32.000 They don't know where Iraq is, what the 4th Amendment is, what the 5th Amendment is, much less the 1st Amendment.

00:09:40.000 And that's what's scary.

00:09:41.000 They'll have a debate with me about politics and the world, but I know the numbers of thousands of bills and documents and the Magna Carta, and I've read, you know, a hundred history books and went to school for it.

00:09:54.000 And again, I'm not even saying I'm that smart, but compared to most people, I'm light years ahead of them.

00:10:00.000 And folks, that scares the daylights out of me.

00:10:05.000 It's scary.

00:10:07.000 And again, talk radio listeners are generally more informed, more highly educated, and they've done studies on this than the general public.

00:10:16.000 Remember, only about 25-30% depending on what studies, I've seen different studies over the years, but it hovers around 25-30% of people regularly read news items in a newspaper or watch news for political news items.

00:10:32.000 That is, most people tune in occasionally to get the sports or to get the weather, but they're not paying attention to legislation, to new laws, to new trade deals.

00:10:46.000 They're just totally unaware of it.

00:10:49.000 So we know at least 70% of people get their news from sitcoms and dramas.

00:10:55.000 And really, I've been talking more about this and I've been focusing more on it, television.

00:11:01.000 That's where the propaganda lies.

00:11:04.000 And almost every new show is about the CIA, and torture, and secret arrest, and how good it is, and it's very frightening. 0.99

00:11:12.000 Because you've got these jello heads out there, and I don't want to say they're dumb, or that they have low IQs. 0.98

00:11:23.000 What they have is a lack of focus on real issues. 0.98

00:11:28.000 I mean, look, I have nothing against sports.

00:11:31.000 I'm on a lot of radio stations that are mainly sports.

00:11:33.000 I mean, I'm on some stations that are all sports, and then they have my show stuck in the middle of it.

00:11:41.000 I played sports.

00:11:42.000 You know, I played baseball, and softball, and soccer, and football, and track.

00:11:48.000 I did it all, folks, while I didn't play basketball.

00:11:51.000 And I'm one of the guys, you know, until I hit about, I don't know, 17, 18, who would, you know, get on an airplane and fly somewhere to watch an NFL football game.

00:11:59.000 Okay, I like football.

00:12:01.000 I like eating pizza and watching football and screaming at the television.

00:12:05.000 I'm primitive too, alright?

00:12:07.000 But when they're putting cancer viruses in the food, when they're putting cancer viruses in the vaccines, and I have the Associated Press on that, when the DynCorp's kidnapping hundreds of thousands of children publicly and nothing's happening, Uh, when they're getting rid of our sovereignty and our factories are shutting down, simultaneously they're saying factory jobs are up, it's a total lie.

00:12:30.000 As the dollar's plunging, and been devalued by 32%, as we're losing our sovereignty, as they're passing thought crimes laws in this country, as all of this is happening, And the test scores are dropping in the schools, and they're bringing in foreign troops, and they're passing laws for secret arrests, making every misdemeanor crime an act of terrorism.

00:12:53.000 How can I as a man, as a family man, as a married man, as an American, as a human being, Stand by and know every football score, and every baseball score, and every basketball score, going back decades, and spend hours a day calling into shows, upset about, oh, our team's losing.

00:13:15.000 These guys will get so upset about it, but they could care less about their country.

00:13:23.000 So I'm not saying you're bad to go to a football game.

00:13:27.000 It's even better to actually, you know, be on the field or involved in some sport yourself.

00:13:31.000 I think you'd find that better for you and more enjoyable being on the field.

00:13:36.000 You know, I say be on the field of life.

00:13:38.000 Don't be a spectator in politics or in the fight for liberty and freedom.

00:13:46.000 And so you have this 30%, it's roughly less than that, who actually watch the news, watch CNN, watch the Sunday news shows, and get that propaganda, that spin, But the general public isn't even involved in that!

00:14:00.000 Their social mores, their ideas, are set by the football games, by what they see at halftime, by what is on Frasier, or Threat Matrix, or 24, or NYPD Blue. 0.99

00:14:17.000 And when you watch the Super Bowl, now the last three years in a row, there's troops, there's armored vehicles, there's face-scanning cameras, again, for the idiots that are like modern Romans. 1.00

00:14:30.000 Rome wrote textbooks on how games were to divert and control people and to let them discharge their native militarism against tyranny and their energies to resist the repression. 0.97

00:14:49.000 And that's exactly what it is today, folks.

00:14:55.000 And so, as a culture, we have to start putting more time and money and energy and our voices behind the Second Amendment, behind pro-life, behind defending the borders, behind getting us out of NAFTA and GATT and pulling out of the UN.

00:15:13.000 Because you've got this tiny, you know, 30% out there who are politically, somewhat politically aware, it's an even smaller percent that are politically active, And we've got to reach out to those people, but frankly, just as important is that 70% that doesn't know their head from a hole in the ground.

00:15:37.000 So when they are flipping through talk radio channels maybe once a month, and they hear some national host saying, anybody that disagrees with the government should be put in a camp.

00:15:45.000 That's a big deal, folks.

00:15:47.000 When the good old boys reading Cigar Aficionado See, Tommy Frank saying, well, it's regrettable that martial law is the next step in America.

00:15:57.000 When they open up the LA Times and the head of NorthCom, General Eberhardt, is talking about martial law and how good it is, we've got a problem!

00:16:11.000 But people don't even know what America is, what it's about, what history has shown us, that when generals and governments start amassing and centralizing power and their minions start wearing black masks, that that's the worst indicator you can have.

00:16:28.000 No, we just accept overnight that now the good guys wear black masks, whereas five years ago we all knew that the bad guys wore black masks to hide their identity and intimidate people.

00:16:40.000 Oh, they wore black masks in Russia 50 years ago.

00:16:42.000 In Mexico 50 years ago, when they formed the Foxes paramilitary oppression force.

00:16:48.000 And now we have it here, and we have the doors being kicked in in the middle of the night.

00:16:52.000 We have the armored vehicles rolling around, and the face scanning cameras everywhere.

00:16:58.000 Here's the news, folks.

00:16:59.000 U.S.

00:16:59.000 forces accused of Iraq massacre.

00:17:02.000 Music industry targets even computerless people that don't even own computers.

00:17:06.000 Beijing warns that Taiwan referendum could lead to war.

00:17:11.000 Chicago High School will require all students to get drug tested.

00:17:14.000 See, first it was if you want to park in the parking lot, if you want to be in band or football, or if you want to be in any student group, you've got to be drug tested monthly and criminally charged.

00:17:26.000 Well, now if you want to go to the public school, period, you'll all be drug tested.

00:17:31.000 And I told you they do this, but they say, don't worry, we'll just counsel you and get CPS, it actually says this, we'll just counsel you and get the human services involved. 0.98

00:17:42.000 Oh, now you're not even under the criminal jurisdiction where you get a trial, and now they're going to stick CPS on your family because you were dumb enough to smoke some of their drugs, some of the trash they ship in here. 0.53

00:17:54.000 That's why I'm for total decriminalization, because they ship the trash in, the bigger the drug war gets, the more drugs we've got, the more prisons. 0.99

00:18:02.000 I don't use any of their garbage.

00:18:05.000 And you see, and then by next year, you watch, by next year these schools, by the way, hundreds of them are now announcing this, It all happens because they ship all the superintendents and city managers off to New York to get their marching orders, you know, over steak dinners and five-star hotels. 0.72

00:18:22.000 And then they come marching back if they want to have their loans guaranteed, their bond packages.

00:18:27.000 They've got to ban smoking, smoking ordinances, environmental land grab ordinances, drug testing in the schools. 1.00

00:18:33.000 And two years ago I saw on Army News Watch here in Austin, Cable Channel 17, The Army on TV going, whether you got two employees or a hundred, we'll drop by and drug test them, blood or urine, we're absolutely free.

00:18:45.000 Every week if you want it.

00:18:46.000 The Army's new job is taking your bodily fluids.

00:18:51.000 Are you starting to get it, folks?

00:18:53.000 The schools are now prisons.

00:18:55.000 Your companies are now prisons.

00:18:57.000 We are turning into a giant prison.

00:19:03.000 So that's coming up.

00:19:04.000 Also, the bird was perfect, but not for dinner.

00:19:07.000 In our right picture, Bush is holding the centerpiece.

00:19:11.000 And they're now saying, oh, it was spontaneous.

00:19:14.000 Bush didn't plan to go pick up the centerpiece and hand it to people.

00:19:17.000 Of course, the video out there shows him saying, eat, enjoy yourselves.

00:19:23.000 The whole thing was staged.

00:19:24.000 Now they're trying to spin it and saying, well, it was a centerpiece and no one was allowed to eat it, but he didn't know that.

00:19:31.000 Folks, this is totally staged.

00:19:33.000 And I hear you out of one side of your mouth say, Hillary's bad for doing it in Afghanistan. 1.00

00:19:37.000 Same thing.

00:19:38.000 But Bush is good.

00:19:39.000 I mean, you people have double think.

00:19:41.000 You need to go back to 1984.

00:19:42.000 You'd love it.

00:19:44.000 In 1984, they had cameras in the bathrooms.

00:19:46.000 Oh, they're doing that now in hundreds of schools in America, hundreds in Canada, hundreds in England.

00:19:50.000 See?

00:19:52.000 1984.

00:19:52.000 You read that book, and you look at what's happening today, we're surpassing it.

00:19:57.000 Minus the secret arrests and tortures and execution.

00:20:00.000 They're doing that on a smaller scale than was in 1984.

00:20:03.000 But the control grid is in place.

00:20:05.000 We'll get more into this news and other news when we get back.

00:20:07.000 Stay with us.

00:20:10.000 On the average, Americans work between 45 to 50 years hoping to build up enough wealth to retire and live out their golden years.

00:20:17.000 Unfortunately, with taxation, the rising cost of food, energy, housing, and medical, many retirees are forced to live below the poverty line.

00:20:25.000 Is this a flaw-free enterprise, or is our monetary unit we call the Federal Reserve Note forcing us into perpetual debt Ensuring inflation and higher taxes.

00:20:33.000 These questions and more can be answered by reading G. Edward Griffin's book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.

00:20:38.000 Congressman Ron Paul states, it's what every American needs to know about central bank power.

00:22:15.000 Berkey Light LED system.

00:22:17.000 The Berkey's LED lamps are unique because, incredibly, they have an average life of over 11 years of continuous use and are so bright they can be spotted for more than a mile in the dark, yet require very little energy.

00:22:30.000 That's why this revolutionary new technology is a bit expensive.

00:22:34.000 But it's worth every penny because the low-energy LEDs are able to provide light all night long for over two weeks on a single set of four AA alkaline batteries.

00:22:44.000 That's right!

00:22:45.000 Incredibly, your emergency light will operate every night for over two weeks for the price of four small AA batteries.

00:22:52.000 Be prepared for unexpected emergencies and get the Berkey Battery Adapter.

00:23:29.000 That's all about this with your host, Tony DelVecchio, Saturday evenings from 9 to 10 p.m.

00:23:34.000 Central Time, right here on the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:23:39.000 Hi, Ted Anderson here.

00:23:40.000 I'm happy to announce that the audience has increased over 200% this year and our advertisers have sent testimonials complimenting the responsiveness.

00:23:47.000 Sponsorship is critical at both local and national levels.

00:23:50.000 If you have a business product or message that could benefit from this broadcast locally, call the station you're listening to.

00:23:56.000 For national exposure, call 877-996-4327.

00:24:00.000 Become a part of the Genesis team by calling your local station or call the National Line at 877-996-4327.

00:24:08.000 I mean, folks, think about this.

00:24:21.000 Oh All over the country, all over the western world, they're not just putting hundreds of cameras in the elementary schools and watching and recording on digital data banks and having it accessible by the federal government via the internet.

00:24:39.000 They're not just putting them in the hallways and classrooms, now they're putting them in the stalls, in the bathrooms, in the showers.

00:24:46.000 Folks, that's not freedom.

00:24:48.000 That's not America.

00:24:49.000 That's worse than Russia. 0.99

00:24:53.000 And now they're going to start drug testing all of the children.

00:24:59.000 Well, you don't have anything to hide.

00:25:01.000 Where's the Fourth Amendment, folks?

00:25:03.000 Against illegal search and seizure, unreasonable search and seizure.

00:25:07.000 But again, your children are being trained in now thousands of school districts, no cash allowed.

00:25:12.000 You must thumb scan to get your school lunch.

00:25:15.000 They're being pushed On to Ritalin and Prozac and other drugs, other amphetamines and psychotropics.

00:25:23.000 Speed and hallucinogenic drugs.

00:25:27.000 In almost every school out there, by middle school, they have them writing dossiers on their parents, quote, in their journal.

00:25:32.000 They have BATF in hundreds of schools as, quote, liaisons.

00:25:36.000 They give them little credit card tattletale cards, and that's in Road to Tyranny.

00:25:43.000 They put fences up.

00:25:44.000 They have drug dogs.

00:25:45.000 They come in and scream and put hundreds of children in handcuffs.

00:25:48.000 No drugs are found.

00:25:49.000 They point loaded guns at their heads, screaming.

00:25:52.000 They routinely shoot innocent children in Detroit, Michigan and Houston, Texas.

00:25:57.000 They shoot cop of the year two years ago in Fort Worth, Texas in a drill.

00:26:03.000 They train them with their hands behind their heads in almost every school, had a load on the buses with their hands behind their heads, with men in black uniforms and ski masks pointing guns at them and yelling at them.

00:26:15.000 And one unannounced drill, they went into the art teacher's class in Minnesota.

00:26:18.000 We had her on, she almost had a heart attack.

00:26:20.000 She thought she was going to die and soiled herself.

00:26:22.000 They walked her out towards the woods.

00:26:24.000 She fell to her knees as they screamed and cussed at her. 1.00

00:26:29.000 I mean, folks, this isn't America!

00:26:33.000 So you're all, you know, middle class, off in your house, in your business, and everybody treats you with respect and everything's alright.

00:26:39.000 Meanwhile, your children are being trained how to be prisoners.

00:26:43.000 It's amazing.

00:26:44.000 In fact, here's the article out of WBBM News Radio.

00:26:48.000 I also have an AP article about this.

00:26:50.000 And I'm going to try to get Bob Roberts, who wrote this article, on the show.

00:26:54.000 Beginning next fall, St.

00:26:55.000 Patrick's High School on the northwest side will become the first in Illinois to require drug testing of all its students.

00:27:03.000 Well, maybe the first in Illinois, but I've seen these reports all over the country.

00:27:06.000 A number of public schools require students who participate in extracurricular activities to undergo drug testing, but are barred by the Supreme Court ruling from extending such tests to all students.

00:27:17.000 Principal Josh Schmidt said he considers the all-boys school at 5900 West Belmont Avenue the catalyst of Illinois for universal testing.

00:27:27.000 Schmidt is quick to note that this will not be a zero tolerance program.

00:27:31.000 Sure.

00:27:32.000 He said any student who tests positive will be asked to find a counseling or treatment option.

00:27:37.000 And you go on.

00:27:38.000 They'll have you with a counselor and the CPS.

00:27:41.000 The whole program has an emphasis on don't do drugs.

00:27:44.000 If you do the drugs, stop.

00:27:45.000 If you can't stop, get some help.

00:27:47.000 Schmidt said.

00:27:47.000 And again, they're going to have you sign over your rights into the psychiatric system.

00:27:52.000 Worse than being incarcerated or put into the criminal justice system.

00:27:57.000 But he said St.

00:27:58.000 Patrick's will expect improvement quickly.

00:28:01.000 See, you'll be tested again if they fight it, then criminal charges.

00:28:04.000 They have really a hundred days because that kid's going to get tested again, Schmidt said.

00:28:09.000 We'd better see some improvement, if not a total stop in terms of what happens with drug use.

00:28:15.000 Smith said parents of St.

00:28:16.000 Patrick's 1,000 students are almost universally supportive.

00:28:20.000 A task force of parents and school staff worked on the plan for several months, although he said the first began testing, the talk of it first began at St.

00:28:28.000 Patrick's in 99, after Dela Sale High School in New Orleans began a similar testing scene.

00:28:34.000 Going on for years, folks.

00:28:36.000 I remember first seeing about that in 99, now I've seen hundreds of articles.

00:28:40.000 The Christian Brothers religious order operates both schools and other Christian Brothers School in Memphis began drug testing in 2001.

00:28:48.000 Schmidt said St.

00:28:49.000 Patrick's Task Force used the testing programs at both schools and models.

00:28:54.000 All students will be required to undergo testing each fall at a rate of 10 to 20 a day.

00:28:59.000 About one quarter of the student's body will be tested at random.

00:29:03.000 Remember, that means about one quarter of the student's body will be tested at random at other times during the year to assure enforcement.

00:29:09.000 Schmidt said the cost for the testing will be $60 per family each school year.

00:29:15.000 By the way, did you know when I played football at Rockwall High School, we were drug tested and it was never in the newspaper?

00:29:22.000 I never even thought to tell my father.

00:29:25.000 You see?

00:29:27.000 People don't even know what's going on.

00:29:28.000 I just remembered that.

00:29:31.000 They did urine testing.

00:29:33.000 And you could say, well, you know, it'll stop drugs.

00:29:37.000 Folks, the bigger the drug war gets, the more drugs are used.

00:29:41.000 That's the nature of rebellion and they know that.

00:29:42.000 It's just like prohibition.

00:29:44.000 They ship the trash in and they push stuff even worse than illegal drugs in the form of legal drugs on them.

00:29:52.000 Come back and get to the fake turkey with Bush and just war with Taiwan between China.

00:29:57.000 Stay with us.

00:30:00.000 We're on the march.

00:34:12.000 I thought I would throw that out there to people.

00:34:15.000 We're trying to figure out what new bird to get to replace that one.

00:34:20.000 That's Galaxy 9.

00:34:36.000 We're trying to get on Dish Network right now.

00:34:39.000 Okay.

00:34:41.000 Boy, there is so much news and I want to get to Jeffrey and Mike and others that are patiently holding.

00:34:46.000 I'd also like to hear from some first-time callers or folks that don't call in every week because a lot of times I hear from people who've been trying to call in for months and can't get through to the six phone lines we have.

00:35:01.000 But I think we have one or two lines open right now.

00:35:03.000 Here's the toll-free number of your first-time caller.

00:35:05.000 If you disagree with me, if you have a question, a comment about the world government, what the European Union's doing, what the plunge of the dollar means, the cameras going in school bathrooms all over the U.S., the drug testing of the students.

00:35:19.000 All of it!

00:35:19.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:35:20.000 I want to cover a couple other news items that are very important.

00:35:28.000 And then we'll go to your calls.

00:35:31.000 But again, 1-800-259-9231.

00:35:32.000 And I'm Alex Jones, your host, and the websites are InfoWars.com, InfoWars.net, and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:35:45.000 We do have a great guest coming up about how two-thirds of people in college and the administrators, two-thirds plus, Over two-thirds don't know what the First Amendment is.

00:35:54.000 It's very important and just illustrates why we're in so much trouble.

00:35:58.000 Before I plug these little news stories, get into them, I want to talk about my videos.

00:36:03.000 They're great videos, they're informative, they're dynamic, they're the best that's out there.

00:36:06.000 Many people have said when it comes to fighting the New World Order, you're authorized.

00:36:10.000 That is, I beg you to get them and make copies of them and hand them out to people and force, multiply the info to put them on local cable channels, local access channels to give them to local opinion makers, talk show hosts, your pastor, your rabbi, your whatever.

00:36:28.000 Get it out to opinion makers now!

00:36:32.000 I've made 10 films.

00:36:33.000 They're all a little over 2 hours long.

00:36:35.000 Some are 2 hours and 40 minutes.

00:36:37.000 Some are 2 hours and 30 minutes.

00:36:38.000 Some are 2 hours and 20 minutes.

00:36:40.000 Some are 2 hours and 5 minutes.

00:36:42.000 They're all the equivalent of 3 or 4 films in one.

00:36:45.000 The new film is Matrix of Evil!

00:36:48.000 We interview Congressman Ron Paul about the globalists running Washington and the plunging dollar in the world, depression, their engineering.

00:36:56.000 We interview and have a speech with Cynthia McKinney about the U.N.-run white slavery rings and the 9-11 cover-up and Frank Morales, police state expert, Colonel Craig Roberts on the New World Order.

00:37:09.000 Excerpts of three speeches I've given.

00:37:11.000 It's a dynamic film, different from my others.

00:37:13.000 It's interviews and speeches and some news clips and documents, but people really, I'm getting rave reviews of it.

00:37:19.000 I didn't know what the response would be.

00:37:21.000 And then you have 9-11 Road to Tyranny done in just a documentary format about government-sponsored terror and September 11th and the police state master plan and how to stop them.

00:37:30.000 Masters of Terror is part two of that.

00:37:32.000 Such a big story.

00:37:33.000 Takes two films to tell it.

00:37:34.000 There's now a police state three total enslavement that's just amazing.

00:37:38.000 Folks, I can't describe everything that's in these films, but you need to have them.

00:37:43.000 Let me tell you about three minutes of Road to Tyranny.

00:37:47.000 FEMA in Kansas City saying all Christians are terrorists, all Founding Fathers are terrorists, and are enemies of the federal government, and then their training manuals saying that defenders of the U.S.

00:37:56.000 Constitution are enemy terrorists. 0.93

00:37:59.000 We have their training manuals, we have them on video, in classrooms teaching police this, we have it all.

00:38:05.000 That's about three minutes of the two and a half hour video.

00:38:09.000 Well, it's 170 minutes on DVD, longer version, 144 minutes on VHS, so about 2 hours and 24

00:38:44.000 That's something you've got to have.

00:38:46.000 It's $22.

00:38:46.000 My videos are $25.95, because they're a little over two hours.

00:38:51.000 And you get three or more, they drop down to $20.

00:39:25.000 Just get them out to people.

00:39:28.000 Or just write to me, Alex Jones, at 3001.

00:39:30.000 Or just write to me, Alex Jones, at 3001, South Lamar, Suite 100, Austin, Texas, 78704.

00:39:49.000 Now remember, I'm down here in Austin, Texas.

00:39:52.000 The folks running the show are up in Minnesota.

00:39:53.000 And my compatriot, my comrade, my buddy, the man riding shotgun with me, Mark, just popped in my ear.

00:40:02.000 I didn't hear what he said.

00:40:03.000 Mark, what'd you say?

00:40:06.000 Oh, okay.

00:40:07.000 Well, thank you, sir.

00:40:08.000 Just appreciate that info.

00:40:10.000 He was telling me that we have a cell phone call, or we like to put those out of the line.

00:40:14.000 Before I do that, let me just... So much of this.

00:40:20.000 Again, this is the type of stuff I look at each day.

00:40:22.000 I could spend three hours on one of these stories.

00:40:24.000 Listen to this.

00:40:25.000 U.S.

00:40:25.000 forces accused of Iraq massacre.

00:40:27.000 Financial Times of London.

00:40:28.000 Looks like it was just a massacre, as I predicted from the available evidence on Monday.

00:40:32.000 That supposed big victory looks like it was just killing some women and children and calling it a victory.

00:40:37.000 Beijing warns the Taiwan referendum could lead to war.

00:40:41.000 Again, Chicago High School to require oral students to get drug tested.

00:40:47.000 Also, Bush, that was a fake little set piece with the whole turkey business, as I told you it obviously was.

00:40:57.000 They weren't allowed to have that thing.

00:40:58.000 It was a real turkey, but they couldn't have it.

00:41:00.000 They got to eat turkey MREs.

00:41:02.000 Of course, the news didn't mention that.

00:41:04.000 The news said Bush was delivering luscious turkeys.

00:41:08.000 Also, this is out of National Review, there's discussions that Bush may announce that we're going to the moon again.

00:41:15.000 That'll be a nice stunt. 0.89

00:41:17.000 Nice distraction.

00:41:18.000 Hey, it's better than blowing up more buildings.

00:41:20.000 Need to boost your approval rating?

00:41:21.000 Let's go to the moon.

00:41:23.000 I think that's a great idea.

00:41:25.000 You want us to worship you with a stunt?

00:41:27.000 Let's go to the moon.

00:41:28.000 Let's not blow more stuff up, please.

00:41:30.000 I'm begging you.

00:41:32.000 Please.

00:41:33.000 Brussels considering imposing currency controls.

00:41:36.000 The European Commission is expanding and examining the legal basis for the 1970s style exchange controls to stop the Euro surging to destructive levels.

00:41:48.000 Oh yes, and federal agents raid Hell's Angels sites across the West.

00:41:53.000 Economic boycott, protests, the illegals not being given their licenses.

00:42:00.000 That's just some of what's coming up.

00:42:01.000 Let me just cover the China thing now and then we will go to your calls, okay?

00:42:05.000 Let me just do that first.

00:42:07.000 Beijing warns that Taiwan referendum could lead to war.

00:42:13.000 Chinese military officers said today that Taiwan's leadership had pushed the island toward the abyss of war.

00:42:20.000 With its independent drive, making clear China could consider a popular vote on Taiwan's political status as a cause for war.

00:42:28.000 And they've masked the troops and said yesterday they're willing to sacrifice hundreds of thousands of soldiers to do it.

00:42:33.000 And Bush is selling them lots of weapons, of course.

00:42:36.000 And not selling Taiwan the weapons.

00:42:38.000 Again, that's neoconservatism.

00:42:41.000 In lengthy interviews carried prominently by the official New China News Agency and other news outlets, the military officials also said that China would prevent Taiwan from formally declaring independence even if that meant pushing the mainland economy into a recession or destroying its plans to be a host to the 2008 Olympics.

00:43:02.000 We'll get to more of that later as well.

00:43:07.000 Let's go ahead now and go to the calls.

00:43:11.000 Let's talk to Mike in North Carolina.

00:43:14.000 Mike, you're on the air.

00:43:15.000 Go ahead.

00:43:17.000 Hello, Alex.

00:43:19.000 I just wanted to ask you if you've had any indication that there's any jamming going on with your program.

00:43:27.000 Well, you know, this is a classic discussion, because we simulcast not just on AM, FM, Internet, but on shortwave, that, oh, we think the government's jamming you.

00:43:37.000 I know about five years ago, they openly would move Voice of America around and play it over me when I was on another shortwave outlet, and complaints were filed and they stopped it.

00:43:51.000 But, look, I don't know.

00:43:53.000 And what can we do about it if the government is?

00:43:55.000 Yeah, well, the reason I asked is I listen to you on shortwave.

00:43:59.000 And see, I'm picking this up from Tennessee, from Manchester, wherever the transmitters are over there.

00:44:07.000 And I'm in North Carolina.

00:44:09.000 And just like this morning, I listened to Derrick Brownfield, and it was clear as a bell when you came on, you were clear as a bell.

00:44:16.000 And then there is a signal that comes in there.

00:44:19.000 It's like a pulsating signal.

00:44:22.000 It's not like any kind of static or anything you get.

00:44:24.000 I listen to a lot of short waves.

00:44:26.000 And I just wondered if it was right after you at the beginning, you know, you were talking about all the phony things that were going on.

00:44:35.000 And I just wondered if, you know, I just wanted you to be aware that I've noticed it at night and I've noticed it in the daytime.

00:44:42.000 And it seems like that I listen to this station Up until the time for you to come on, and then all of a sudden I start getting this signal, and it sounds like a mechanical, you know, generated signal.

00:44:54.000 You ought to call the station and have them investigate that.

00:44:56.000 Anything else, Mike?

00:44:58.000 No, that was basically it.

00:44:59.000 I just wanted to make sure that you were aware of that.

00:45:01.000 Oh yeah, we're aware of it.

00:45:04.000 We're aware of it.

00:45:05.000 I appreciate the call.

00:45:07.000 That's why every internet listener needs to email all their friends and family and tell them to tune in.

00:45:12.000 The other local AM or FM shortwave internet just all of our vehicles for listening need to be promoted and we need to get more affiliates which we are doing we just went on in LA we're on there now and I still have not really properly plugged that station and call letters and frequency but a lot of exciting things happening And so, you know, whether people are listening to us in Maryland, on an affiliate there, or in Albuquerque, New Mexico, or in Austin, Texas, or Kansas City, or Pensacola, Florida, or Denver, Colorado, or Northern California, you know, wherever, the show is growing, despite the big media monopolies and the buy-ups of all the stations and

00:45:55.000 It's so important.

00:45:56.000 But yes, and the website Infowars.com is blocked by major corporations, by major universities, by major libraries.

00:46:04.000 And if it's blocked, go to the library and ask why.

00:46:06.000 Have them look at the filter software.

00:46:08.000 See if it's blocked.

00:46:09.000 Call your local reporters.

00:46:10.000 Have them go look at Infowars.

00:46:12.000 And decide why it's being censored and find out why.

00:46:15.000 It'll be a major news item.

00:46:16.000 You have to make it an issue.

00:46:20.000 You have the power.

00:46:21.000 And we know that's happening.

00:46:22.000 That's been admitted.

00:46:23.000 That's been confirmed.

00:46:25.000 And what's on InfoWars.com today?

00:46:27.000 Well, the New York Times.

00:46:28.000 Beijing warns the Taiwan referendum could lead to war.

00:46:30.000 We read it, we comment on it.

00:46:32.000 Ooh, radical!

00:46:33.000 Here's another one.

00:46:35.000 This is out of the Associated Press.

00:46:37.000 Music industry targets even computerless.

00:46:39.000 People that don't own a computer are being sued by them for supposedly downloading music.

00:46:43.000 Uh, here is WBBB News Radio.

00:46:47.000 Chicago High School to require all students to get drug tested.

00:46:49.000 Ooh, very radical.

00:46:50.000 We're very radical here on the show.

00:46:53.000 U.S.

00:46:53.000 forces accused of Iraq massacre.

00:46:55.000 Financial Times of London.

00:46:56.000 Ooh, we're so radical.

00:46:58.000 Uh, here's the Washington Post today.

00:47:00.000 The bird was perfect, but not for dinner.

00:47:02.000 Iraq pitcher Bush is holding the centerpiece.

00:47:05.000 President Bush's Baghdad turkey was for looking, not for eating.

00:47:08.000 Again, stage manager.

00:47:09.000 Ooh, Washington Post.

00:47:10.000 We're so radical here.

00:47:12.000 Uh, National Review.

00:47:13.000 Bush may announce a trip to the moon.

00:47:15.000 Oh, we're so radical.

00:47:17.000 Oh my gosh.

00:47:18.000 Oh, we're gonna, you know, we need to be censored.

00:47:19.000 We're so deadly.

00:47:21.000 Uh, Brussels considers imposing currency controls.

00:47:24.000 Uh, the business section of the London Telegraph.

00:47:26.000 Man, we're getting radical.

00:47:28.000 Associated Press.

00:47:29.000 Federal agents raid Hells Angels.

00:47:32.000 Economic boycott to protest illegals getting licenses.

00:47:36.000 Or not getting licenses.

00:47:37.000 That's out of the Fresno Bee.

00:47:40.000 Here's USA Today.

00:47:41.000 Ooh, really getting evil now.

00:47:43.000 Federal local cuts pull cops off streets.

00:47:47.000 Here's another one.

00:47:49.000 Report.

00:47:49.000 Israel played key role in failed intelligence assessment before Iraq War.

00:47:54.000 The reason they don't like this show is because we'll take General Eberhardt saying martial law is a good thing.

00:48:01.000 We'll take outgoing SimCom head saying basically the same thing, Tommy Franks.

00:48:08.000 We'll take another LA Times article, Patriot Act author has concerns.

00:48:12.000 We put it all in one place, not one real news story sprinkled in among a thousand mindless articles.

00:48:19.000 We will take news stories From all over the spectrum, the bill, the legislation.

00:48:25.000 We'll post the section of the Patriot Act that says every American's a terrorist. 0.86

00:48:29.000 And then we'll go, okay, they're liars.

00:48:31.000 Here's a link to Congress. 0.72

00:48:32.000 Here, go read the subsection for yourself.

00:48:35.000 Oh, it's so radical.

00:48:39.000 Oh, the Bushes are in business with the Bin Ladens. 1.00

00:48:41.000 Here's the articles.

00:48:42.000 Oh, they ordered the FBI not to stop Al Qaeda.

00:48:44.000 Here's the BBC.

00:48:45.000 Yes, we're very dangerous because we don't engage in conspiracy theories.

00:48:50.000 We don't engage in mindless racist diatribes. 0.99

00:48:54.000 We don't engage in mindless leftist tripe or phony neocon garbage. 0.98

00:48:59.000 We talk about history and what tyranny's done and how to fight it. 0.76

00:49:04.000 Okay, next up is Who's up next?

00:49:11.000 Jeffrey in Louisiana, go ahead.

00:49:14.000 Good to talk to you, sir.

00:49:16.000 Okay.

00:49:16.000 Hello, Alex.

00:49:17.000 Yes, hello.

00:49:18.000 Yeah, this is Jeffrey from New Orleans.

00:49:20.000 I want to tell you, first of all, that I have a website since I'm running for president within the Libertarian Party.

00:49:25.000 Okay, what's your website?

00:49:27.000 Geocities.com forward slash J-E-F-F-T-I-K-E-T forward slash.

00:49:36.000 I'll repeat it again.

00:49:36.000 Geocities, G-E-O-C-I-T-I-E-S dot com.

00:49:41.000 Hey, that's great.

00:49:42.000 Does anybody have any comments about the news I'm covering?

00:49:46.000 Yeah, well, as far as I'm concerned... I'm not mad at you, Jeffrey.

00:49:48.000 I just, it's gotten to where it's just, it never, anything I mention doesn't get talked about.

00:49:52.000 It's just... Well, let me tell you this.

00:49:54.000 Tuesday I was riding the bus to go to a supermarket, and the bus driver stopped at a stop where children were there.

00:50:01.000 He asked them, quote, do you have a release permit?

00:50:06.000 Do you have a release permit?

00:50:08.000 And of course, to show you just how the schools are turning into prisons.

00:50:13.000 And he would not pick them up if they didn't have this release permit.

00:50:16.000 But anyway, Mike, as I said, the website is geocities.com forward slash Jeff Dykert forward slash.

00:50:24.000 At any rate, um, other than that... You're running for president, well that's good, it'll give you a good platform to speak out.

00:50:29.000 I'm not mad at you for calling, and let me stop you.

00:50:32.000 Because other shows wouldn't let you call in and plug your website.

00:50:36.000 My whole point is, if people are going to call in and plug stuff, I just want to hear some discussion of the New World Order.

00:50:42.000 Yeah, well obviously the New World Order is our enemy, there's no question about it.

00:50:47.000 And that's one of the reasons I'm running, because a lot of Libertarians don't get the whole idea.

00:50:51.000 For example, some of the candidates are asking to continue to trade with Red China, and we know what that leads to. 0.68

00:50:57.000 So what's your last name?

00:50:59.000 Jeffrey Dyket.

00:51:00.000 D-I-K-E-T. 0.99

00:51:02.000 Well, that's great, Jeffrey.

00:51:03.000 Do you want to add anything else, you don?

00:51:07.000 Pretty much so.

00:51:08.000 Okay, thanks for the call.

00:51:09.000 Appreciate it.

00:55:28.000 Good to talk to you, Mike.

00:55:29.000 I wanted to talk about this.

00:55:30.000 It's not a racist issue.

00:55:31.000 It's the police brutality with that guy in Cincinnati.

00:55:32.000 You know, the guy that got beat up real bad by the cops?

00:55:36.000 They killed him.

00:55:37.000 this from illinois my career on the air go ahead but talking to my

00:55:43.000 uh... i want to talk about this uh... it's not a racist issue it's a

00:55:47.000 the police brutality with that guy in cincinnati yeah i think i got beat up real bad by the cops

00:55:53.000 uh... they killed him the killer right

00:55:56.000 you know you watch it take their short on the heart cnn news all the stations

00:55:59.000 are short over and over and over again Um...

00:56:02.000 Give me a break, the guy took a swing at the guy and then they're gonna murder him?

00:56:06.000 I mean, Alex, this is unbelievable.

00:56:09.000 To tell you, and I'm out of the loop, I've seen all the news articles, I have not seen the video.

00:56:14.000 I do not watch much TV.

00:56:16.000 I watch TV shows, people mail me, like Threat Matrix and stuff.

00:56:20.000 Uh, but, uh, I read the synopsis of what TV shows are about from their own websites.

00:56:24.000 You know, this week we're torturing people and it's good.

00:56:27.000 You know, Threat Matrix, tune in.

00:56:29.000 Uh, or I see the ads for it occasionally.

00:56:31.000 I watch a little bit of TV.

00:56:32.000 But, uh, so I really can't comment on this.

00:56:37.000 I know that I've punched somebody before in high school and put them in a coma.

00:56:41.000 They attacked me so I wasn't charged. 0.99

00:56:44.000 Uh, so I, I, It's stupid to swing at cops. 0.96

00:56:48.000 I'm not saying it's good what they did. 0.99

00:56:51.000 You've seen the video.

00:56:52.000 Does it look like they were trying to kill him?

00:56:54.000 I mean, they should know.

00:56:55.000 Yeah, they did.

00:56:56.000 I mean, obviously.

00:56:57.000 He took, from what I saw, one swing, and then they were beating the hell out of the guy.

00:57:03.000 I mean, come on.

00:57:04.000 Obviously, there's other ways to subdue somebody than beat the heck out of them with their sticks, you know?

00:57:09.000 Well, it sounds wrong, and it shows this overuse of force.

00:57:14.000 It's like the high school kids all on their bellies with guns to their heads, no drugs found, just in a suite, not a raid.

00:57:22.000 It's horrible.

00:57:24.000 I've seen the photos of it.

00:57:26.000 I hear the video is terrible.

00:57:30.000 Didn't they keep beating him after he was on the ground?

00:57:32.000 Oh, yeah.

00:57:33.000 You couldn't see it, but you could see him taking swings at him.

00:57:35.000 But also, Alex, I want to talk to you about the Chicago public schools being drug tested.

00:57:40.000 I just want to let you know, since I live in the Chicago area, not only is it the... It's not just Chicago schools, it's the whole Cook County, which is more than just Chicago.

00:57:49.000 It's several, several suburbs.

00:57:50.000 Yeah, I know.

00:57:50.000 They always announce it like it's something new.

00:57:52.000 It's going on all over the country, public and private.

00:57:54.000 Everyone has to be drug tested.

00:57:56.000 Where's the Fourth Amendment?

00:57:57.000 Right.

00:57:59.000 Unbelievable, Alex.

00:57:59.000 Well, keep up the good work.

00:58:02.000 I saw your films.

00:58:03.000 I'm going to get that Matrix film, because I haven't seen it yet.

00:58:06.000 But keep up the good work, Alex.

00:58:08.000 Hey, I appreciate the call, Mike.

00:58:09.000 We'll come back and talk to Frank and Bill and Matt and others and Carson.

00:58:12.000 And later in the next hour, we've got the guests coming on.

00:58:15.000 But, yeah.

00:58:19.000 I mean, I've got video police out of their own squad cars where people don't even touch them and they beat them up.

00:58:24.000 And then they charge them with assaulting them.

00:58:26.000 So I know it's out of control.

00:58:28.000 It's very thuggish.

00:58:30.000 And they beat people to death all the time, and it's a real tragedy. 0.98

00:58:34.000 Police should know, you start beating somebody with a club, you're probably going to kill them.

00:58:37.000 I mean, people die all the time in fistfights.

00:58:40.000 I mean, if you... That's why fighting is not good, folks, because you get in a fight with somebody that doesn't have the psychological inhibition against releasing their full power, they'll kill you.

00:58:51.000 That's why I'm afraid to get in fights with people, because I'll kill people.

00:58:55.000 That's why I wouldn't be a cop.

00:58:56.000 We'll be right back.

00:59:53.000 How are you doing?

00:59:54.000 article first amendment survey finds knowledge lacking more than two-thirds

00:59:58.000 of college students administrators participated in national survey were unable

01:00:02.000 to remember the freedom of religion and the press are guaranteed by the

01:00:07.000 bill of rights as administrators to that that's coming up

01:00:19.000 uh... how are you doing is very good uh... you are just

01:00:23.000 tuned in and found your radio station last week

01:00:28.000 and and very pleased with it and i think i have an answer for you

01:00:31.000 Bye.

01:00:33.000 Okay, an answer for me on what?

01:00:35.000 The Constitution and why nobody knows about it.

01:00:38.000 Well, they don't teach it in school by design, but they teach all about the U.N.

01:00:43.000 It's not in the book.

01:00:45.000 I just helped my fiancée's ninth grade daughter do a report On a federalist, anti-federalist view on why we need a new constitution.

01:01:00.000 The constitution is not in the government book.

01:01:05.000 And this book was released last year.

01:01:09.000 So why we need a new constitution if it's not taught in the textbooks?

01:01:13.000 That's what I want to know. 0.69

01:01:14.000 I mean, hell, the one we've got now is useless. 0.92

01:01:17.000 It's no good. 0.95

01:01:17.000 The government doesn't know about it. 0.95

01:01:19.000 Well, hold on, hold on, sir.

01:01:20.000 The Constitution isn't bad.

01:01:21.000 We've become useless because we let them take it away from us.

01:01:25.000 Some people think we need a new Constitution because the old ones failed.

01:01:28.000 It didn't fail.

01:01:29.000 We jumped out of the lifeboat.

01:01:31.000 Well, yeah, you're right there.

01:01:32.000 I'll have to give you that one.

01:01:34.000 But the government, they don't pay any attention to it.

01:01:39.000 They do what they want to do.

01:01:43.000 What they say is they say it's constitutional to put cameras in elementary school bathrooms. 0.97

01:01:48.000 And that's ridiculous. 0.65

01:01:49.000 And it's not constitutional. 0.94

01:01:51.000 It's right out of 1984.

01:01:54.000 Well, let's put it this way.

01:01:56.000 Let's say you own the business.

01:01:58.000 You put a camera in your bathroom. 1.00

01:02:00.000 You're going to jail because you're a pervert. 0.94

01:02:03.000 Well, what gives the government the right to do it? 0.93

01:02:05.000 Hundreds of schools are doing it, including little girls' showers, little boys' showers, 12-year-olds, 11-year-olds.

01:02:13.000 That's the Associated Press from Illinois to Tennessee to Louisiana.

01:02:20.000 California to New York.

01:02:21.000 I fully believe you.

01:02:22.000 I have no doubt on that in any manner, shape, size, form or fact.

01:02:25.000 I don't want you to believe me.

01:02:26.000 I want you to go to the website and get the articles because a lot of people do deny this until it comes to their school and they go, oh, I guess it's good.

01:02:32.000 I have.

01:02:35.000 I drive a truck for a local construction company here in Cheyenne and When I first heard your program, I'm driving down the road trying to write down the website address so I could go and look at it when I got off work, and I did.

01:02:47.000 We've got a lot of affiliates.

01:02:48.000 We're learning of new ones all the time.

01:02:50.000 What frequency are you listening to?

01:02:51.000 Is this AM FM?

01:02:52.000 It's AM 1360, and the station is out of Colorado.

01:02:56.000 Oh, no, I know.

01:02:57.000 Yeah, that is an incredibly powerful station.

01:02:59.000 Yeah, I know about that station.

01:03:05.000 I tell everybody that I've known about this station and I got a lot of them listening to you.

01:03:09.000 Great!

01:03:10.000 Get on your CB and... Are you in your truck right now?

01:03:13.000 I'm sitting at the rock quarry right now.

01:03:16.000 Pick up your CB and tell them to tune into 1360.

01:03:20.000 I do every day.

01:03:22.000 And we're also on the Colorado Radio Network, four affiliates there, and they got great... I need to give out some of their frequencies too, a lot of great folks.

01:03:29.000 Yeah, you do, because the one that I'm picking up is very staticky.

01:03:32.000 I have a lot of trouble picking it up.

01:03:34.000 Well, that's because you're picking it up from... it's just north of Denver.

01:03:37.000 How far away are you from Denver?

01:03:39.000 I'm 90 miles from Denver.

01:03:40.000 Yeah.

01:03:41.000 Why don't you pick up your... pick it up and tell folks to tune in.

01:03:48.000 Pick it up.

01:03:48.000 Let me hear you tell them.

01:03:53.000 I guess he's not going to do it.

01:03:54.000 Hey everybody, I want y'all to tune your CB radios to AM 1360.

01:04:00.000 Hopefully you can pick it up right here.

01:04:03.000 And listen to what this fella's got to say.

01:04:05.000 He's spreading a lot of good word out there.

01:07:16.000 two five three three one three nine big brother mainstream media government cover-ups you want

01:07:31.000 answers well so does he he's Alex Jones on the GCN radio network and now live

01:07:39.000 from Austin Texas Alex Jones all right folks

01:07:46.000 Whether you're Bill in New Jersey, or Matt in Louisiana, or Carson in Colorado, or Wyatt in Maryland, or Larry in Arizona, we're gonna get to everybody's calls coming up here in about 10 minutes, because no matter what subject of politics, or world government, or corruption, or this war you're talking about, It's affected by what our next guest is exposed.

01:08:07.000 And I already knew this was the fact, just from being on talk radio around the country, on AM and FM and shortwave and internet, and talking to thousands of people, well millions of people every day, but talking to thousands on air as callers every month, and being a guest on other talk shows, that a lot of people don't know what the Constitution or Bill of Rights is, so how can they know how the government's supposed to operate?

01:08:31.000 And since this article came out about a week and a half ago, I've mentioned and read parts of it a few times, we've got a guest on, Alan Charles Course, President of the Foundation for Individual Rights and Education, or FIRE in Philadelphia, which commissioned this major survey.

01:08:46.000 First Amendment survey finds knowledge lacking, this is in the Washington Times, by George Archibald, more than two-thirds of college students and administrators ...who participated in a national survey were unable to remember that freedom of religion and the press are guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.

01:09:06.000 In the survey conducted at 339 colleges and universities, a massive survey, a massive study, more than one-fourth of students and administrators did not list freedom of speech as an essential right protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution.

01:09:21.000 and over two-thirds basically had no idea even what it was and a large portion of administrators

01:09:26.000 to the first amendment uh they didn't like free speech basically to go over this with us and to

01:09:31.000 take your calls is alan charles course a president of the foundation for individual rights and

01:09:37.000 education i believe we have a link to their website at info wars dot com right now and alan

01:09:43.000 thank you for coming on the show please thank you tell us a little bit about yourself about the

01:09:48.000 study about the organization the website let's launch into how well i like your quotes here

01:09:53.000 about the shocking results demonstrate a profound and dangerous failure to comprehend the moral and

01:09:58.000 legal basis for religious liberty Well, that's exactly right.

01:10:03.000 I'm a professor of history at the University of Pennsylvania.

01:10:05.000 I have been fighting political correctness and coercion and efforts at indoctrination on our campuses for many years.

01:10:17.000 I co-founded, and I work for it pro bono, I've co-founded the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, and we are concerned with free speech, with freedom of religion, with privacy, with freedom of conscience on American college campuses, and with legal equality.

01:10:37.000 A very large number of cases that were coming into us, and if your listeners look at our website, you'll see that we've Dealt with an extraordinary number of cases, and the ones you see on the website are merely the ones we had to take public.

01:10:53.000 Often we can get a university to back off simply by threatening public exposure, because they can't defend in public what they do and believe in private.

01:11:05.000 But a large number of cases coming in dealt with religious liberty, and university administrators, and often students, seem to have no notion.

01:11:15.000 uh... of what were the essential right to recognize by acknowledged by

01:11:21.000 uh... and guaranteed to citizens by the first amendment constitution

01:11:26.000 so those who don't understand the socialists liberals can make a student go to a gay bar

01:11:35.000 That's part of their class. 0.99

01:11:36.000 They can make them watch porno movies. 0.99

01:11:39.000 They can talk about how bad America is all day. 0.99

01:11:42.000 They can have so-called minorities badmouth and say racist stuff about whites.

01:11:49.000 But then there's no equality for someone to even defend themselves against this.

01:11:55.000 And basically that's what a lot of these studies have shown.

01:11:58.000 This new study It's scary because it shows a large percentage of administrators and students thinking the First Amendment's a bad thing, and the vast majority, though, not even really knowing what it is.

01:12:07.000 Like, the study you would ask them, or the study group would ask them, what is the First Amendment?

01:12:11.000 Two-thirds-plus didn't know.

01:12:13.000 Then, a large portion didn't believe in it once they were told what it meant.

01:12:17.000 That's exactly right.

01:12:19.000 You're also exactly right that the whole regime of repression at American universities It depends absolutely upon a double standard, that you have rules that are only enforced on politically incorrect groups, and that the cultural left on campus can say whatever it wishes, in whatever manner it wishes.

01:12:46.000 But that other people can be found guilty of insensitivity, incivility, harassment, simply by stating their own honest and passionately held beliefs.

01:12:58.000 But let me give your listeners an example.

01:13:02.000 As you know, the very first freedom ...recognized and guaranteed by the First Amendment is the free exercise of religion.

01:13:11.000 Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

01:13:16.000 That's correct.

01:13:18.000 And we ask students and administrators of student life at universities across the country, what is the first freedom addressed by the First Amendment to the Constitution?

01:13:35.000 6% of administrators correctly named freedom of religion.

01:13:44.000 6%, only 2% of students.

01:13:51.000 Furthermore, while an extraordinary number of administrators, 50% of administrators at public institutions, Did not believe that religious students had a right to spread their views by whatever legal means.

01:14:14.000 Let me give you an example of this.

01:14:16.000 It was about two years ago.

01:14:18.000 I had a Temple University from there on the East Coast.

01:14:22.000 uh... senior student on he'd been a clinton aide folks okay i understand

01:14:27.000 this but he was a conservative he had a view young conservatives group

01:14:31.000 uh... there at the campus they have the jesus christ superstar

01:14:34.000 play coming through uh... which is uh... which was blasphemous

01:14:39.000 and so they got their own time as their own group to have a a rally

01:14:43.000 and uh... he they was called the office uh... they kidnapped him put him in the mental institution

01:14:49.000 the doctor said nothing's wrong with him, we're releasing him, then they

01:14:51.000 tried to ban...

01:14:52.000 Basically, it's like secret Soviet police.

01:14:55.000 You even say, I'm against that, a lot of times security guards will grab you.

01:14:59.000 And now, folks, I'm not exaggerating, this is going on, am I correct, sir?

01:15:04.000 It does go on.

01:15:06.000 The general pattern that happens, Uh, is that if you are, uh, if you're the university equivalent of indicted for, brought up on charges, um, for views that offend other people, um, read traditionalist or conservative views... But they grabbed this young man, the head of the Young Conservatives, and took him to the, uh, the university-run mental ward.

01:15:32.000 Well, here's what normally happens.

01:15:34.000 That, that, that's, uh...

01:15:36.000 That's heavy-handed and crude.

01:15:37.000 Did you hear about that?

01:15:39.000 I did.

01:15:39.000 The same thing is usually accomplished by a somewhat more subtle means.

01:15:44.000 Namely, they will say you now have a choice.

01:15:48.000 You can face charges that could lead up to suspension or expulsion and never get your degree and have a judicial record on your transcript.

01:15:59.000 Or, you can agree to undergo sensitivity training.

01:16:03.000 Which is brainwashing. 0.84

01:16:04.000 Brainwashing by the campus zealots, by the most radical feminists, by the most radical self-appointed spokesmen for so-called minority groups on campus. 0.95

01:16:19.000 And this is, in fact, thought reform, what passes for sensitivity training on campus.

01:16:26.000 And here's a frightening statistic.

01:16:28.000 While half the administrators of public institutions believe that students ought not to spread their religious beliefs by whatever legal means they chose, over a third of administrators at state-funded public universities, and virtually half of administrators of private universities, reported that their institutions ...had mandatory non-curricular programs, the goal of which, and this is direct quote, quote, the goal of which is to lead students to value all sexual preferences and to recognize the relativity of these values compared to the values of their upbringing.

01:17:15.000 So students are not free to spread their religious views by legal means on campus.

01:17:23.000 But, on the other hand, universities, including public universities, are free to send students to mandatory sensitivity training on matters of race and sex and sexuality.

01:17:35.000 Now, this is the Sovietization of America, Mr. Corse, but also the bigger issue is that over two-thirds of administrators and students don't even know what the First Amendment is, and that's because the public schools have nothing on the Constitution.

01:17:49.000 It's all about the UN.

01:17:51.000 It's all about world government.

01:17:53.000 This is amazing!

01:17:54.000 The ignorance of the Constitution really is shocking, and you're quite right.

01:17:58.000 One does not want to blame college students because it's never been a part of their education.

01:18:05.000 Um, what the constitutional principles of this nation are, um, and what the moral principles underlying that constitution are.

01:18:12.000 Yeah, people put their hand over their heart and, you know, say the Pledge of Allegiance, but you have to know what you're pledging to.

01:18:17.000 That's why the police go, I'm not violating your rights, I'm just kicking your door down without a warrant.

01:18:21.000 Well, the second point you make is, of course, also profoundly important that if you have a nation that doesn't educate in individual liberty, Uh, you are not going to have a citizenship that knows when it has lost.

01:18:38.000 And that's by design.

01:18:39.000 Uh, that.

01:18:41.000 So, what really is striking is both the ignorance of college administrators when it comes Uh, to foundational constitutional rights.

01:18:52.000 Both at the level of what the Constitution says and what they ought to want.

01:18:56.000 I tell you what, stay there.

01:18:57.000 Stay there, Alan.

01:18:58.000 Yep.

01:18:59.000 I want to come back and get more into this, but I want to go to some calls as promised.

01:19:01.000 Good.

01:19:02.000 And, and, and, they'll be all over the map, but it's all affected by this.

01:19:06.000 And I want to keep you on, uh, with us for at least another 30 minutes to go over this.

01:19:09.000 And when we get back, I want you to plug your website.

01:19:12.000 Great organization.

01:19:33.000 You heard the same thing.

01:19:35.000 The Dow Jones Industrial Average, currently trading in a 93 to 9400 range, is down 7% from two years ago.

01:19:38.000 That's recovery?

01:22:18.000 You hear a lot about the quality of air outside these days.

01:22:22.000 Pollution.

01:22:23.000 Pollen.

01:22:23.000 Is it as healthy as you'd like it?

01:22:24.000 Allergies.

01:22:25.000 Asthma.

01:22:25.000 Probably not.

01:22:26.000 Well listen to this.

01:22:27.000 Did you know according to the American Lung Association combined with the EPA, the air quality inside your home is actually 6 to 10 times worse than the air outside.

01:22:36.000 6 to 10 times worse.

01:22:37.000 How could that be you ask?

01:22:38.000 Think about what's inside your home.

01:22:40.000 Air spray.

01:22:40.000 Chemicals.

01:22:41.000 Does anyone smoke?

01:22:42.000 Fumes.

01:22:42.000 What about all those cleaners under your sink?

01:22:44.000 Where do you think all those fumes go?

01:22:46.000 Toxic fumes.

01:22:47.000 Well I'll tell you where they go.

01:22:49.000 They go into you, into your children, into their lungs. 0.66

01:22:52.000 Am I scaring you?

01:23:11.000 which do a lot less.

01:23:13.000 888-491-4100. The PURETECH PURE AIR system. Online at puretech.com.

01:23:20.000 I've probably had Charlotte Isserly on the show 20 times over the last 5-6 years. 1.00

01:23:32.000 She's the former deputy head of the Department of Education in Reagan's administration.

01:23:40.000 And she has a book the size of a phone book full of government documents how they want to dumb the children down, how they want to warp their minds. 0.65

01:23:48.000 They say we're all mentally ill because we don't want to go along with this.

01:23:53.000 And to illustrate that, you notice our guest heard about the story, it was in the news, we had him on, where they just arrested, you know, you're going to the mental institution, you're against this play, you want to have a protest, you're not allowed to, even though you're a student group.

01:24:08.000 I mean, this is not America, folks, and they're moving to do this.

01:24:12.000 And even if I don't agree with what some groups are doing, I'm for their right to say it and do it.

01:24:18.000 But again, these groups, they want to have their free speech, but they don't want us to have our free speech.

01:24:23.000 Yes, that's really the crux, Alan, of what you're getting into here.

01:24:26.000 Can you plug the website?

01:24:27.000 Our website is www.thefire.org.

01:24:40.000 FIRE stands for the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education.

01:24:44.000 I want to get more into this, but let's take some calls, and they'll be all over the map, but it's all affected by the dumbing down here and the free speech attack.

01:24:52.000 Bill in New Jersey, you're on the air.

01:24:53.000 Go ahead.

01:24:54.000 Okay, here's a good one.

01:24:55.000 I hope you can handle it.

01:24:57.000 Wall Township.

01:24:58.000 Police in Wall Township say fake guns are creating a serious problem for law enforcement officers in the community.

01:25:05.000 In the past few years, police say they have seen an increase in the number of people carrying toy guns that appear real.

01:25:11.000 And all over the world, they're banning toy guns.

01:25:14.000 First the image of something, then they ban it.

01:25:16.000 In reality, this is more thought crime.

01:25:19.000 You know, the poor guy that was selling them, they already shut him down about a year ago for selling swords.

01:25:25.000 Then his store got broke into.

01:25:26.000 150 fake guns were stolen, and they caught two girls robbing a bank with one of them.

01:25:33.000 After they had painted the tip of the gun so it looked more real.

01:25:37.000 This was on News12.com.

01:25:41.000 Going back to our guest, this ties into what you're saying.

01:25:43.000 Everything does.

01:25:44.000 Where we're a country now, we're just the image of something they're trying to ban.

01:25:48.000 Comments, Mr. Kors?

01:25:50.000 Well, you know, there is a certain peace to be had in a police state.

01:25:55.000 It is not the peace that America is all about.

01:26:00.000 And it is harder to go after people who commit crimes than it is to eliminate all things that might possibly cause crime.

01:26:11.000 But we live with the messy business of freedom and liberty and individual rights in this country.

01:26:17.000 And if people would concentrate efforts of law enforcement on the appropriate job of going after people who actually commit crimes, Yeah, pre-crime.

01:26:33.000 Everything is shifting to pre-crime.

01:26:35.000 Oh, what you said could have caused somebody to commit a crime.

01:26:38.000 We're going to arrest you.

01:26:39.000 That's how the hate laws are being pushed. 0.95

01:26:41.000 Well, that's exactly right.

01:26:44.000 And on college campuses, there is this belief that people simply are incapable of living with disagreement, and incapable of living with knowing how each other actually thinks.

01:27:02.000 And so we designate specific groups, and it's not really the group.

01:27:07.000 It's people within the group who think a certain way as having the right to be protected.

01:27:14.000 All right, let's go to more calls.

01:27:16.000 Thanks for the call, Bill.

01:27:17.000 Matt in Louisiana.

01:27:18.000 Matt, you're on the air with our guests.

01:27:19.000 Go ahead.

01:27:19.000 Alex, great to talk to you again.

01:27:23.000 You know, I first found you on Shortwave a couple years ago, and you really got to me because a lot of the stuff you were saying I thought it was a little crazy, I gotta tell you.

01:27:32.000 As I started, you changed the way I watched the news, and read the paper, and the way I interacted with people, and I realized you were dead on.

01:27:42.000 I got your films, tried to turn a lot of friends onto the New World Order stuff in half, but I get the same thing every time I talk to people about it.

01:27:51.000 I was not confronting, but having a friendly Ah, debate with a friend who was telling me all of the great benefits of the OnStar system on his Suburban.

01:28:01.000 And I get the same thing every time, which is, well, what, are you a drug dealer?

01:28:06.000 Why would you be against being able to track everywhere you are?

01:28:10.000 And something else I find to get a lot of my talk about this is people saying, what, are you a Democrat?

01:28:16.000 And I just say, look, I am a patriot.

01:28:19.000 And I mean, I hate to see what's going on in this country, and when I tell people about it, I'll tell you what, stay there, Matt, and I may hold you over, but I want to get a comment from our guest, because again, I want to show all this ties together, whatever issue you're raising.

01:28:32.000 We also see, Alan, from the so-called neocon conservative movement, where they've got their own forms of censorship, where you're not patriotic if you speak out.

01:28:41.000 So we're getting the left and the right coming out with censorship, aren't we?

01:28:46.000 Uh, well, yes.

01:28:46.000 I mean, the impulse to censor knows no politics.

01:28:52.000 Uh, it's, uh, I think it was Mark Twain who said, the only thing stronger than the sex drive is the drive to censor other people.

01:29:00.000 I tell you what, stay there, Matt.

01:29:01.000 I'll let you finish up with our guests.

01:29:02.000 When we get back, we'll go to Carson, Wyatt, and Barry to get more into this survey.

01:29:06.000 And we'll also tell you how to visit the website of this organization.

01:29:09.000 We'll be right back.

01:30:21.000 Hello, Ted Anderson here with Midas Resources.

01:30:25.000 Lately, I've been hearing people tell me that gold is so low now that it would be a perfect time to buy.

01:30:30.000 With over 20 years of personal experience in the gold business, I can tell you that opportunities like this can be counted on one hand.

01:30:36.000 The truth is, very few people have the fortitude to actually act on a market like this.

01:30:40.000 However, they have become the elite group, more than doubling their investment over a moderate time span.

01:30:46.000 In 1982, gold was trading in a range of $275 per ounce.

01:30:51.000 By mid 1983, it was close to $500 an ounce.

01:30:54.000 In 1986, gold collector coins had quadrupled.

01:30:57.000 Don't procrastinate this opportunity away.

01:32:54.000 The black man will say something racist, and then the white person will say something racist back in Idaho, and the white person is arrested, and the police admit, well, when you say something racist, it's racist. 0.68

01:33:07.000 I don't agree with the white person saying something racist or the black person saying something racist.

01:33:11.000 But, I'll fight to the death to defend both their rights to call each other names.

01:33:17.000 But, you take this Temple University student, you know, the top of his class, Clinton aide, but a conservative, and they were going to just have their own conservative rally, which they're allowed to do, and this was in the newspaper, the dean admitted it.

01:33:32.000 He walked in, he sat down, they started yelling at him.

01:33:34.000 He wouldn't get mad.

01:33:35.000 He said, fine, I'm going to have to sue you guys, because you won't let us have our protest.

01:33:40.000 And when he walked out, the police tackled him and took him to the mental institution.

01:33:44.000 And the doctors said, no, we're not going to drug this guy.

01:33:46.000 No.

01:33:48.000 What is this, a police state?

01:33:50.000 That was in the news.

01:33:50.000 We had them on the show.

01:33:52.000 And I want to illustrate, that's the exception now, but that's what they want to do.

01:33:56.000 When you read their policy reports, when you hear what these Soviets or fascists, because you've got right wing ones, left wing ones, but mainly it's left wing, When you see what they're trying to do, I have friends in college, when they're attacking the Second Amendment at UT, and they'll try to have a discussion, and the professor after class will say, you're not to talk of this anymore, it's hateful, there can be no discussion of the Second Amendment.

01:34:25.000 That is to counter what they're saying.

01:34:27.000 And then in a major survey, a scientific survey, here it is in the Washington Times, 339 U.S.

01:34:34.000 colleges, over two-thirds of administrators and students didn't know what the First Amendment was, and the vast majority think you have no right to free speech.

01:34:44.000 Again, recapping what I was saying.

01:34:46.000 We're about to go back to these loaded phones.

01:34:47.000 We're talking to Alan Charles Kors, the president of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education.

01:34:54.000 Thefire.org is the website.

01:34:56.000 A lot of key studies and cases.

01:34:59.000 You want to know how bad things have really gotten.

01:35:01.000 Alan, is there really a... I can't overemphasize, you can't overemphasize, that if this continues, this is the death of our free society, is it not?

01:35:13.000 Is this not the death of our free society, Alan?

01:35:18.000 It would indeed be the end of all freedom in this country.

01:35:22.000 And again, we are educating our students in a climate that does not respect freedom and individual rights.

01:35:32.000 It's incredible.

01:35:33.000 Well, it is.

01:35:34.000 When we asked public and private college administrators to name rights protected by the First Amendment, Only one-third mentioned the right of assembly and association, only 23% mentioned freedom of the press, only 21% mentioned freedom of religion, and only 4% mentioned the right of citizens to petition their government for redress of grievances.

01:36:00.000 Now, if we have college administrators who have no notion of what the very First Amendment of the Bill of Rights recognizes as the essential rights of a free people

01:36:12.000 we're in a lot of trouble and and the the the twenty percent thirty percent of people

01:36:17.000 that go to college get degrees

01:36:19.000 they end up running the country this is the future we think thought crime and and and political correctness is bad now

01:36:26.000 what's it gonna be like in ten fifteen years Well, there's a very interesting set of programs on campuses, to reinforce your point.

01:36:34.000 Almost every university has something very innocently named leadership programs, in which they take out potential activists from student organizations whose political goals they admire, and they give them leadership training.

01:36:53.000 And this is some of the most politically and ideologically loaded and propagandistic stuff that occurs.

01:37:02.000 I was about to say, public schools.

01:37:08.000 Remember the Governor's School with Clinton?

01:37:10.000 Well, you've got, this is happening at public universities, but even at private universities, of course, the taxpayer subsidy is extraordinary.

01:37:20.000 And it's also happening with fraud.

01:37:22.000 You don't have universities that say on page one of their catalog, We believe that your sons and daughters are the racist, sexist, homophobic beneficiaries of an unjust society, and for massive tuition and massive taxpayer subsidy will coerce them into thinking differently.

01:37:41.000 They don't have the guts to advertise their actual agenda.

01:37:46.000 So it's also fraudulent inducement.

01:37:48.000 They promise legal equality, they promise non-discrimination, They promise academic freedom, and they deliver on virtually none of those.

01:37:58.000 Well, there was a group of Veterans for Peace in the capital of Florida on Veterans Day three weeks ago, and they signed up weeks before to march.

01:38:11.000 They paid their little fee.

01:38:12.000 There were Hooters girls in the parade. 1.00

01:38:14.000 There were car dealerships.

01:38:15.000 It had nothing to do with the veterans groups.

01:38:18.000 And when they were marching, the police walked over and said, the people don't like it.

01:38:21.000 Some are booing.

01:38:23.000 You're not allowed to march.

01:38:24.000 We'll arrest you if you don't get out of the parade.

01:38:26.000 And they were just carrying a Dove banner.

01:38:29.000 I saw the photo of it.

01:38:30.000 The symbol of Veterans for Peace.

01:38:31.000 Now, whether you agree or disagree with Veterans for Peace, the point is you should agree with the First Amendment, folks.

01:38:36.000 That's right.

01:38:37.000 You've said the crucial thing.

01:38:38.000 Whether you agree with or disagree with any specific point of view, The thing about America is we have agreed that liberty is a way of being human.

01:38:50.000 And ten years ago, police would have known you don't walk over the people who are signed up for a parade during the parade and say, because people don't like it, you've got to get out of line.

01:39:01.000 The other thing that you see on college campuses is the view that certain beliefs are discriminatory and can be suppressed.

01:39:09.000 I'll give you my favorite example.

01:39:10.000 At Pennsylvania State University, not my University of Pennsylvania, but Pennsylvania State, Penn State, there was a group, Young Americans for Freedom, whose constitution said that rights were God-given and thus beyond the reach of any government.

01:39:28.000 The university, until we intervened, ruled that that phrase, that rights were God-given and beyond the reach of a government, constituted religious discrimination.

01:39:38.000 Against people who didn't believe they were God-given and the group was derecognized and defunded from its life on campus. 0.97

01:39:47.000 But you'll have the Muslim groups on campus, the Wiccan groups on campus, the Palestinian groups on campus, Mecha who openly, I've seen him at rallies with big posters saying, kill all whites. 0.98

01:39:59.000 That's loving and good! 0.66

01:40:01.000 Well, there was a case years ago, well, in the 1990s, at the University of California, San Diego, whose chancellor went on to become the head of the whole University of California system, Atkinson, in which they had a policy forbidding, at a public university, jokes circulating on email that might offend. 0.85

01:40:24.000 And then MECHA, the radical Hispanic group, Came out with an editorial calling for the death of Hispanic American border guards as race traitors, calling for their execution.

01:40:41.000 And you don't see the FBI swooping in on them? 0.88

01:40:44.000 Well, when a public uproar occurred, the university came in and said, hey, we're a university, free speech, the First Amendment.

01:40:54.000 Yeah, but free speech doesn't cross over to saying, go kill that person. 0.76

01:40:59.000 Well, no.

01:41:00.000 In fact, if you ever were going to suppress free speech, a terroristic threat would be the place to do it.

01:41:07.000 But here was a university that had violated the First Amendment by forbidding jokes that offended feminists. 0.99

01:41:15.000 But then turned around and cited the First Amendment in order to defend the right of Mecha, and a call for the assassination of Hispanic American border guards.

01:41:27.000 So the double standard is just intolerable. 1.00

01:41:31.000 Well, I mean, when one of these white supremacist idiots says, go out and kill black people, SWAT teams raid them instantly. 1.00

01:41:41.000 Indeed, and the sad irony of this, of course, is the whole struggle in this country has been for equal justice under law. 1.00

01:41:50.000 That we all have the same rights, and we all have the same responsibilities for our actions.

01:41:56.000 Well, I have to tell you, that message is getting across on my local TV show.

01:41:59.000 I speak out against the Klan, I speak out against Mecha, I protested both groups, and I've actually been able to deprogram A lot of the liberals, by not being hypocritical, by going, yes, I'm for your peace group being able to march, and yes, I'm for this, and yes, I protest the Klan, but I also protest Mecha, and so we're really able, by going across the left-right paradigm, to wake folks up.

01:42:21.000 Let's go to some of these calls.

01:42:22.000 This is Riveting Info, and we appreciate you joining us, sir.

01:42:25.000 Thefire.org is the website we have their president on right now.

01:42:29.000 Let's let Matten in Louisiana finish up his point, then I want to go to Carson, Wyatt, Barry, and Joe.

01:42:38.000 I just want to let you know, I am an academic and work at a university and I agree with everything your guest is saying.

01:42:45.000 I see it every day and it's something that definitely over the past 10 years I've seen just get worse.

01:42:53.000 But my question was, I need your help because people who are open minded to these types of things, it's easy to talk to them about it.

01:43:04.000 I find that if I sit down at a dinner party and start talking about cashless society, controlled world, Operation Northwood, government run, white slavery rings, people look at me like I have three heads.

01:43:15.000 You know, how do you, how do you broach these subjects with people without looking, without What you're saying is, again, we're talking about that 20-30% that are into books, that are into history, that are into the Constitution.

01:43:29.000 You can talk to them, but when you talk to the general public, they can be an expert on computer programming or an expert at football, but they have no grasp of what you do is, you bring them a copy of a video, because it's not just you saying there's government-run white slavery rings.

01:43:44.000 In Police State 3 Total Enslavement, they will see BBC, Associated Press, where they kidnapped all these women and children in the Balkans, and the UN and DynCorp flew them out.

01:43:54.000 So, I mean, if you're going to bring something up like that, you bring Northwoods, you bring the ABC News article, you bring the BBC News article about the government-run white slavery rings.

01:44:04.000 That's how I found you would stuff this incredible... I didn't want to believe it.

01:44:08.000 Uh-huh.

01:44:09.000 Well, I'm going to be in Houston.

01:44:10.000 I'm going to drive from Baton Rouge to Houston next Saturday.

01:44:12.000 I look forward to meeting you.

01:44:13.000 Uh-huh.

01:44:14.000 Well, thank you so much.

01:44:15.000 I look forward to... I'm going to be... The most amazing thing is going to be if you can... If you... I listen to you six hours a day and only hear you for 30 minutes before the movie.

01:44:27.000 That's what I'm waiting to see.

01:44:29.000 All right, thanks for the call.

01:44:30.000 Thanks.

01:44:30.000 Yeah, I'm going to be showing Road to Tyranny and then John Carpenter's film, kind of a dystopic film about shifting your paradigm, They Live.

01:44:39.000 I'll speak for 30 minutes at 6 o'clock, show Road to Tyranny, then at about 9.30 we'll show They Live.

01:44:44.000 But let's go ahead and go back to the calls, and that's next Saturday.

01:44:49.000 That's the 13th in Houston.

01:44:52.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Carson in Colorado.

01:44:55.000 Carson, you're on the air with our guests.

01:44:56.000 Go ahead.

01:44:57.000 Another great guest, Alex.

01:44:58.000 Another great guest.

01:45:00.000 Thank you.

01:45:01.000 Thank you, Alex, for what you do always.

01:45:03.000 And this is a slow run-up, but radio check.

01:45:07.000 I'm listening to the same station that our trucker was.

01:45:10.000 He was 90 miles north of the location of the station.

01:45:13.000 I'm 150 miles south of that station.

01:45:15.000 It is the American Freedom Network, The Lion.

01:45:19.000 Absolutely, and then I was also going to plug our other separate affiliates, the Colorado Radio Network.

01:45:23.000 The Colorado Radio Network is also a wonderful, wonderful station.

01:45:28.000 My coverage is a little bit better down the further south I can get.

01:45:32.000 However, I want to run about four things out by you quickly, if you'll give me 20 seconds to set them up.

01:45:37.000 You and your guests, you pick one and I'll listen off the air as we get to some of your other fine callers.

01:45:42.000 Sure, my friend, go ahead.

01:45:45.000 Watch a lot of TV, but the Cuba travel ban was lifted by the Congress.

01:45:50.000 They jointly agreed to lift that travel ban.

01:45:53.000 I had someone call me and say, quick, turn on the TV.

01:45:57.000 The President was saying he was going to use the provisions of the Homeland Security Act to track and trace and punish and prosecute any Let me just say this.

01:46:12.000 Again, if folks knew their Constitution, they'd know how unconstitutional unilateral executive activities domestically are. 0.97

01:46:19.000 I don't agree with lifting the Cuba travel ban.

01:46:22.000 But again, this is playing politics.

01:46:23.000 The Republican-controlled Congress does this, then Bush says, I'm going to penalize you if you do.

01:46:30.000 No, he should execute the laws of that Congress.

01:46:33.000 And again, this goes to knowledge of the Constitution being lacking, so they can get away with this.

01:46:38.000 Alan Charles, of course, comments.

01:46:40.000 Well, I'm going to limit myself to academic politics and what I know best, but the general point is exactly right.

01:46:50.000 A nation that does not educate in the traditions of liberty, and in passing on specific and general knowledge and the spirit of our constitutional rights, will give us students who become citizens who won't know

01:47:06.000 when they've lost their liberty.

01:47:08.000 Is it a good analogy, Alan, to say that the soul of America is being sucked out by a ring-wraith-like creature?

01:47:15.000 Well, what's interesting is I think a lot of students don't buy into what's happening on college campuses.

01:47:23.000 Well, they don't buy into it, but they still don't know what the First Amendment is.

01:47:25.000 Well, that's exactly right.

01:47:27.000 And I don't take heart from the fact that they don't buy into it, because what they're missing is a positive education in the experience and in the nature of liberty. 0.97

01:47:39.000 So that's why they're learning to be cowards.

01:47:42.000 They're learning to be people who, disagreeing with the orthodoxy, the left orthodoxy that prevails on our campuses, Um, learn to stay quiet.

01:47:52.000 That's it.

01:47:52.000 You just said something.

01:47:53.000 And to make believe that they agree.

01:47:55.000 Alan, I hate to keep jumping in here, but everything you're saying I agree with so much, and you're just crystallizing it down so simply.

01:48:00.000 I walk into a grocery store, and thanks for the call, Carson.

01:48:04.000 I walk into a grocery store And, because I have a TV show here in Austin, 30 people will walk up to me in five minutes and start talking to me, but they all say, oh, I know what you're talking about, but nobody cares, nobody will do anything, I just keep my mouth shut.

01:48:16.000 You know, we're the majority, we have the power, but they have the top of the hill in every position of media, so they make it look like we're all alone, and so we all cower.

01:48:26.000 How do we change that?

01:48:28.000 Well, I think you have to end statalism in people.

01:48:31.000 You have to make them understand that one can defend liberty and constitutional rights successfully.

01:48:40.000 That's what our organization is all about on campuses.

01:48:44.000 And the more that we win, the more we do reduce statalism.

01:48:49.000 It sets precedent.

01:48:52.000 But it takes people willing to fight these issues.

01:48:55.000 All right.

01:48:55.000 It takes precedent.

01:48:56.000 We've got to set more precedents.

01:48:57.000 And that means you in the trenches, folks.

01:48:59.000 When somebody blocks my website out of the college, won't let you go to InfoWards, make an issue.

01:49:04.000 Write about it in the school paper.

01:49:05.000 Find out why.

01:49:06.000 Pin them down.

01:49:07.000 Wyatt in Maryland.

01:49:08.000 Wyatt, you're on the air.

01:49:09.000 Go ahead, sir.

01:49:13.000 Go ahead, Wyatt.

01:49:14.000 You're on the air.

01:49:15.000 Hi, Alex.

01:49:15.000 Can you hear me?

01:49:16.000 Yes, go ahead.

01:49:16.000 Oh, great, great.

01:49:18.000 Thank you for your guest.

01:49:21.000 Understand exactly the dilemma that this country's in when you have from elementary school all the way up to our universities on 1984 newspeak and a total ban on constitutional teaching, you have this situation we're in now.

01:49:42.000 And I don't see, I think that this study reveals a lot of things to Your listeners and of course most of your listeners probably understand a great deal of this.

01:49:53.000 Can you hold me over?

01:49:55.000 Sure.

01:49:55.000 We've only got about five minutes, four minutes in the next segment with our guests.

01:49:59.000 I'll let you finish up Wyatt and go to Barry.

01:50:01.000 I'll have to get to Joe and others the next hour if our guest is gone.

01:50:04.000 But we'll get you guys in and also plug their website again.

01:50:09.000 And it is sad.

01:50:09.000 It is scary.

01:50:10.000 It is serious.

01:50:13.000 This is just absolutely amazing, but by speaking out about it, we can turn the tide.

01:50:18.000 We'll be right back.

01:53:39.000 The military industrial complex is funding the leftist movements.

01:53:42.000 Oh, you didn't know that?

01:53:43.000 I've got congressional studies.

01:53:46.000 And the neocons are using this mass of people that have been trained that censorship is good And it's cutting both ways, we're losing America.

01:53:54.000 It's our final segment with our guest, Alan Charles Kors, President of the Foundation for Individual Rights and Education, TheFire.org, based in Philadelphia.

01:54:03.000 Real quick, Wyatt, finish up because I want to jam some more calls in.

01:54:05.000 One of the things with what's happening is, we're living our lives and we're being stifled in our freedom of speech by ignorant people of the Constitution and of our Bill of Rights protections. But one of the things that does

01:54:24.000 take place is you have an overwhelming federal presence in our state. And in Article 4, Section 3,

01:54:31.000 Clause 2, so that's 432, it says, the Congress shall have power to dispose of and

01:54:38.000 make any needful rules and regulations respecting the territory or other property belonging to the

01:54:45.000 United States.

01:54:45.000 Finish up.

01:54:47.000 Right, and nothing in this Constitution shall be construed as to prejudice any claims.

01:54:51.000 This is why they're able to say, if you take federal funds of any way, you will be our slave.

01:54:57.000 Hey, thanks for the call.

01:54:59.000 Yeah, and the Tenth Amendment is being violated there as well.

01:55:05.000 Comments to what he was just saying, Allen?

01:55:08.000 Well, I do think that one of the great prices we've paid is an excess of intrusion.

01:55:16.000 ...into what ought to be a flourishing, diverse, private university system.

01:55:24.000 But universities want federal aid.

01:55:28.000 They accept federal regulations.

01:55:31.000 But the real problem is that there is no market in higher education.

01:55:35.000 There's a monopoly.

01:55:37.000 And so reality doesn't come into play.

01:55:41.000 The same people run almost, they're interchangeable, the people who run our major universities.

01:55:47.000 If we only had competing models where a university could say to parents, no indoctrination here,

01:55:54.000 We respect your children's individuality.

01:55:57.000 We're going to expose them to debates and a diversity of points of view.

01:56:01.000 Also, the academia is failing them.

01:56:06.000 The grade of education Absolutely.

01:56:09.000 Free people have extraordinary powers.

01:56:10.000 falling because they're spending so much time in indoctrination.

01:56:14.000 I want to thank you, Mr.

01:56:16.000 Corks, for coming on the show, and I hope to have you back up in the future. And last

01:56:20.000 question in 10, 15 seconds, can we win this fight?

01:56:24.000 Oh, absolutely. Free people have extraordinary powers. All they need is to add will to their

01:56:34.000 understanding and refuse to let their liberties be taken away from them.

01:56:39.000 Beautiful. Thanks for joining us. Take care.

01:56:41.000 Thanks for having me.

01:58:30.000 Big Brother.

01:58:37.000 Big Brother.

01:58:39.000 Mainstream media.

01:58:41.000 Government cover-ups.

01:58:42.000 You want answers?

01:58:44.000 Well, so does he.

01:58:45.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:50.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:57.000 All right, folks.

01:58:59.000 Welcome already into the third hour of global transmission.

01:59:07.000 It is Thursday, the 4th of December, 2003.

01:59:10.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

01:59:12.000 We're about to go to the loaded phone lines for Barry and Joe and Ron and Dan and others.

01:59:18.000 The toll-free number to join us on air is 1-800-259-9231.

01:59:22.000 five nine nine two three one we can tell you the discussion of the big survey i've been talking about a three hundred

01:59:27.000 thirty nine universities

01:59:29.000 were and the colleges were over two-thirds of the administrators as key

01:59:34.000 he word administrators and students didn't know what the first of all i was and

01:59:38.000 over half of them don't believe it's a good thing once they're told what it is

01:59:43.000 now that's why america so much in trouble that's all you tell cops that 0.99

01:59:46.000 are violating your rights uh... there is ignorant as a bucket of dirt when it comes 0.97

01:59:51.000 to uh... that They're experts, though, on how to act cool and pick up women or go to the football game. 0.95

01:59:58.000 And the reason I talk about police is because they're the enforcers of the law, but they don't even follow the Constitution.

02:00:04.000 It's whatever the policy is of their police chief.

02:00:09.000 And they just pay out the lawsuits with your money and just raise your taxes as they lose thousands of lawsuits per year.

02:00:16.000 So we can discuss that.

02:00:18.000 Just a bunch of other news.

02:00:19.000 A lot of just absolutely key stuff that we're going to be going over today.

02:00:25.000 Brussels considers imposing currency controls.

02:00:28.000 The European Commission is examining the legal basis for the 1970s style exchange controls to stop the Euro surging to destructive levels.

02:00:37.000 Because they say it's going to destroy America.

02:00:39.000 They just want to defeat us, they say.

02:00:41.000 That's public.

02:00:42.000 Bush is set to announce another trip to the moon.

02:00:46.000 That's a national review from inside the neocon nest.

02:00:50.000 Uh, the bird was perfect, but not for dinner.

02:00:52.000 That was a stage deal.

02:00:53.000 They wouldn't let him eat that turkey.

02:00:54.000 That was a stage deal, as I already told you it was.

02:00:59.000 U.S.

02:00:59.000 forces accused of Iraq massacre.

02:01:01.000 The big victory on Sunday, turns out, what it looked like to me, is slaughter innocent people.

02:01:06.000 Chicago high schools to require all students to get drug testing.

02:01:10.000 See, now it's everybody.

02:01:11.000 Where went the Fourth Amendment? 0.96

02:01:12.000 Well, they don't know what it is, so why not do it?

02:01:16.000 That and just a lot more.

02:01:18.000 Beijing threatening war with Taiwan and really gearing up to do it in a big, big way.

02:01:24.000 Right now, let's go to Barry in Arizona, who's been holding patiently for the last 45 minutes.

02:01:28.000 Welcome, Barry.

02:01:30.000 Hey, Alex.

02:01:30.000 How are you?

02:01:31.000 Fine.

02:01:32.000 Good.

02:01:32.000 Hey, just real quickly before I get to my main point.

02:01:35.000 I don't know if you looked at the November issue of Popular Science, but there's full detailed battle plans, high-tech battle plans, in case one of the states Well, I've been getting calls about it.

02:01:50.000 If somebody will email me the online version, I'll post it on InfoWars.

02:01:54.000 Just send it to tips at InfoWars.

02:01:56.000 But the Popular Science, major magazine, it has battle plans to, again, everything's martial law now.

02:02:04.000 Why do they say the state will secede?

02:02:06.000 Well, it's a hypothetical scenario, just in case.

02:02:09.000 But, I mean, they focus on not actually the state of California, but Los Angeles.

02:02:14.000 But, um, anyway, yeah, it's all high-tech battle plans.

02:02:17.000 And that's why they're gearing up Mecha and La Raza and the whole Southwest deal.

02:02:21.000 As I said, that's where they'll first inject you in troops.

02:02:24.000 It's a federal plan.

02:02:26.000 Anyway, uh, besides that, the reason I was calling was because I was hoping to get to kind of interact with your desk there a little bit.

02:02:32.000 But, you know, ever since I've been hearing you talk about, you know, how our government's not the lawful government, I've been making a concerted effort to really try to understand what that means.

02:02:41.000 And what I've come to is that, you know, people that try to assert their rights as a U.S.

02:02:46.000 citizen are going to fail every time because there's a difference between being a U.S. 0.98

02:02:51.000 citizen and a citizen of your state.

02:02:53.000 Well, for folks that don't understand this, the Declaration of Independence, July 4th, 1776, you may have heard of it.

02:03:00.000 It's a real American institution.

02:03:03.000 And I'll hold you over.

02:03:03.000 Stay there, Barry.

02:03:05.000 We'll talk more about it.

02:03:07.000 We'll put him on hold.

02:03:08.000 It says that it's our right, our duty, when they don't follow the rules of God's system, when they violate people's rights, they list what those are, when they list the grievances, that it's our right to say no to it.

02:03:24.000 It's simple.

02:03:24.000 If people pull up, put you in a van, and say you're going to be their slave, you have a right to fight back against them.

02:03:29.000 It's just 101, folks!

02:03:31.000 We'll be right back!

02:03:33.000 This is Michael Corbin, host of A Closer Look.

02:03:36.000 Now you can hear more of a good thing.

02:03:38.000 Beginning Monday, November 17th, we are expanding our daily program to two hours.

02:03:43.000 A Closer Look will air Monday through Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m.

02:03:46.000 Mountain, 8 to 10 Eastern, right here on the Genesis Communications Network.

02:03:51.000 Join me each day as we take a closer look at the issues that affect your daily lives.

02:03:55.000 I take the mainstream media to task by exposing the real power behind the international elite that are working to bring this great nation to its knees.

02:04:03.000 A closer look puts you in the driver's seat by keeping you informed.

02:04:07.000 Our program, combined with other programs on this network, such as Alex Jones, strives to present a united front on the war against corruption being perpetrated by our politicians.

02:04:18.000 We provide you the means to halt their assault so we can take our country back.

02:04:23.000 So join me Monday through Saturday, 6 to 8 p.m.

02:04:25.000 Mountain, 8 to 10 Eastern, right here on the Genesis Communications Network.

02:04:29.000 Be there.

02:04:33.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

02:04:38.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

02:04:42.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

02:04:47.000 The New World Order.

02:04:48.000 Pan-Amerge. 0.66

02:04:49.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

02:04:54.000 We rip the sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal

02:04:58.000 the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

02:05:01.000 You will lose your liberty.

02:05:03.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the

02:05:08.000 Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white 0.68

02:05:12.000 slavery rings, and much, much more.

02:05:14.000 If you want to understand what the new world order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police Day 3, is for you.

02:05:20.000 Visit InfoWars.com or PrisonPlanet.com to order or call toll free 1-888-253-3139.

02:05:26.000 That's 888-253-3139.

02:05:28.000 Order today and spread the word.

02:05:33.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

02:05:36.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

02:05:40.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

02:05:43.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

02:05:46.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

02:05:55.000 The Berkey Light is different.

02:05:56.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing

02:06:02.000 filters.

02:06:03.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria,

02:06:08.000 cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals

02:06:14.000 and nitrates.

02:06:15.000 It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams and stagnant

02:06:21.000 ponds.

02:06:22.000 Advance Berkey Light for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

02:06:30.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

02:06:34.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk, Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:06:46.000 Barry in Arizona.

02:06:48.000 you He was talking about how I discussed the fact that the military-industrial complex, the private corporate interests that control America are not the legitimate government.

02:06:59.000 The Declaration of Independence says that if a government tries to enslave you, it's illegitimate, you have a right, you have a duty, or you're a traitor, to fight back against it.

02:07:10.000 And then he was getting into the different, you know, the 13th Amendment, 14th Amendment, Different facets of this, different types of citizens.

02:07:20.000 They had the 14th Amendment at the end of the Civil War.

02:07:22.000 They didn't want to give black people their true freedom, but they were taking it back themselves, so they were having to respond.

02:07:29.000 So they said, okay, we'll create a 14th Amendment, corporate serf status, with civil rights privileges. 0.99

02:07:36.000 And that's what they created.

02:07:37.000 And now, through the licenses and the rest of it, we've all been made basically sharecroppers.

02:07:42.000 So they said, you won't be slaves, you'll be sharecroppers.

02:07:47.000 And I believe that's the point that Barry is bringing up.

02:07:51.000 Go ahead and finish up.

02:07:52.000 Okay, well, you know, what you can do is be, you know, that status as a U.S.

02:07:58.000 citizen is voluntary.

02:07:59.000 Most people don't know that throughout their life, you know, they create tacit agreements that they are U.S.

02:08:05.000 citizens.

02:08:05.000 Well, you can un-volunteer for all that, and you can revert back to a standing of de jure, meaning lawful citizen.

02:08:15.000 Let me break this down for you.

02:08:21.000 If you're an international corporation, you can go and incorporate in some third world country, or not even incorporate anywhere on the globe, pay no real taxes, have no regulations on you, and be du jour, or be sovereign.

02:08:35.000 And the globalists set all this up, and they will regulate and enforce They're standing, but when you try, and sometimes it works, but when you try what you're talking about, they use admiralty simply saying that they can attack anyone they want, do whatever they want, the law of the captain, the law of the gun, and so there's no real system.

02:08:59.000 We're fighting brute force and general ignorance.

02:09:02.000 Can I tell people what they can do, though?

02:09:06.000 There's a provision in the law, the United States Code, it's in Title 8, Section 12, okay, that provides for, you know, the ability to, you know, switch loyalties, you know, and I have now filed in my county recorder's office an oath and affidavit of citizenship to the state of Arizona.

02:09:25.000 Or not state of Arizona, because that actually implies a federal zone.

02:09:28.000 Yeah, your county, your county.

02:09:30.000 Arizona Republic.

02:09:31.000 You filed with your sheriff.

02:09:33.000 And I'm telling you that what you just said is real and valid, but the feds have told them that means you're a terrorist.

02:09:40.000 Let me ask you a question.

02:09:45.000 You're a whaler. 0.86

02:09:46.000 Let me stop you. 0.95

02:09:47.000 You're a whaler, or you're somebody hauling rugs and spices from India to, let's say, Spain.

02:09:58.000 And Spain is at war with, let's say, England.

02:10:04.000 And a British ship comes pulling up beside you, a private Raider, flying the colors that it's got a piece of paper saying that it can attack you.

02:10:13.000 And it pulls up beside you and you say, I am a traitor who's simply bringing in spices and rugs and I'm not at war with you.

02:10:25.000 They don't care.

02:10:25.000 They have muskets, they have cannons, they're attacking They're attacking you!

02:10:29.000 What are you going to do?

02:10:30.000 Because that's admiralty.

02:10:31.000 They're engaging you.

02:10:33.000 They're attacking you.

02:10:34.000 They don't care if you're in the right.

02:10:36.000 They don't care what the law says. 0.99

02:10:38.000 You understand they only have the du jour and all of that for themselves.

02:10:42.000 That's why we've got to be willing to fight for each other, Alex.

02:10:44.000 I'm trying to find remedies in the law that exist, you know.

02:10:48.000 But see, people, I mean, there are way more of us than there are of them.

02:10:51.000 We're talking about a very few centered corporate Absolutely!

02:10:57.000 Listen, listen, Barry, I've had you on for 10 minutes, I'm going to let you go.

02:10:59.000 unite that's what that is with the united eight of america meaning that

02:11:04.000 you know not only the word of state united but the people were united in a

02:11:06.000 common cause absolutely legal out of the senate barry barry i've had jumper

02:11:10.000 ten minutes a month ago i agree with what you're saying 1.00

02:11:14.000 and it's better to do what you're doing that is the a mindless idiot who goes 1.00

02:11:18.000 in to get a bank account and signs a form waving all your rights waiving a jury 1.00

02:11:22.000 trial allowing the ira's to take your bank account your house

02:11:25.000 waving all your You just signed an agreement.

02:11:29.000 You just became a criminal.

02:11:31.000 You just waived your rights.

02:11:33.000 But again, over two-thirds of people don't even know what the First Amendment is, and we're talking about college administrators.

02:11:37.000 So, what you're saying is true, okay?

02:11:41.000 You want to know what a solution is?

02:11:45.000 Take control of your cities and counties and towns.

02:11:48.000 Make sure they don't put in touchscreen electronic voting or then you won't have votes.

02:11:51.000 Get them removed if they are there.

02:11:53.000 Cause a write-in petition, a recall of the government if they won't remove it because they cannot ignore your petitions.

02:12:00.000 You understand, and demand and have it on petition that it be a paper ballot, and then have organized people to oversee that.

02:12:09.000 And so now, you better stop them from putting the touchscreens in, because they're admittedly run by the CIA openly, publicly.

02:12:16.000 They're taking your right to vote away.

02:12:18.000 Yes, it's happening.

02:12:19.000 So you better stop that. 0.99

02:12:20.000 You better then go in, take over your cities and counties like your life depends on it, and get the fat cat good ol' boys out of there who are whores for the federal and state government. 1.00

02:12:30.000 You better get in there. 0.99

02:12:32.000 You better reduce the size of government.

02:12:33.000 You better cut off federal funds and stop all these scams.

02:12:39.000 You better research what's happening.

02:12:40.000 Take over your towns, your counties, your cities.

02:12:43.000 You better defend the office of the sheriff, which is being destroyed and gotten rid of nationwide when it's the only elected real person in the county.

02:12:51.000 There is so much, and then from there we can move on to the state level and on.

02:12:56.000 And they know this is happening.

02:12:57.000 In New Hampshire, the week of 9-11, Dozens of cities, and I have their councilmen and women on, were pulling out under their state 10th Amendment right to revolt.

02:13:09.000 The whole state was on the edge of pulling out of the union.

02:13:13.000 Arizona came within one vote of passing a law to pull out of the union, quote, because of the New World Order takeover.

02:13:20.000 That was three years ago.

02:13:22.000 They know we're going to do this, and Barry, thanks for calling.

02:13:24.000 I meant to ask you more about the Popular Science article about a state seceding so they have to send in troops.

02:13:30.000 You know, and we've got Tommy Franks talking about it, we've got the head of NORTHCOM, General Eberhardt talking about it, it's in the news every single day.

02:13:39.000 There's the LA Times right in front of me talking about it.

02:13:43.000 It's happening!

02:13:43.000 They, look, this is the point, this is so important, then I'll go to your calls, I know you, Joe and Ron and Dan and Stan, everybody's been holding.

02:13:50.000 This is the point I'm so desperate to warn you about.

02:13:52.000 They're gonna use terror as the pretext to get more control, go to the next level of this.

02:13:58.000 We've put up with all the tyranny, and the cameras in the public school bathrooms, and frisking the children, and pointing guns at their heads, and drug testing everybody, and we've put up with open borders, and gun control, and abortion, and all this.

02:14:14.000 Owning guns, we've done this.

02:14:16.000 What is it they've got planned that's so horrible they're desperate to get our guns quickly?

02:14:21.000 What is it they're so worried about they're building up troops, and foreign troops, and huge FEMA centers publicly?

02:14:27.000 They got horrible stuff planned, folks!

02:14:29.000 I mean, I'm basically, you know, in this bus with you guys, we're all in this bus together, you know, a hundred of us, the country, driving at 110 miles an hour towards the Grand Canyon.

02:14:42.000 And I'm screaming at everybody to get control of the bus, you know, to get control of the steering wheel, and to hit the brakes now!

02:14:52.000 But again, most people don't even know that when generals talk about martial law and they're building giant camps and doing all this, that throughout history that means we're in deep trouble.

02:15:03.000 So the writing's on the wall.

02:15:08.000 I mean, it's horrible, folks.

02:15:11.000 I love my family.

02:15:12.000 I love this country.

02:15:13.000 We're in deep trouble, folks.

02:15:14.000 We can't go about our lives like everything's normal and everything's fine.

02:15:18.000 We've got to get concerned.

02:15:19.000 We've got to get upset.

02:15:20.000 We've got to get ulcers over this and take action.

02:15:23.000 This is a crisis.

02:15:24.000 We're under attack.

02:15:25.000 We're being bombarded right now.

02:15:31.000 Oh man, just we're in so much trouble.

02:15:34.000 But again, we're in trouble because they were already going to do their plan.

02:15:38.000 And we're in even more trouble because we've actually fought back and they're accelerating the program.

02:15:43.000 And so we were going to die slow or die quick, but at least we're in the fight now.

02:15:46.000 But they're launching major salvos at every level.

02:15:50.000 Physical, psychological, financial, spiritual.

02:15:54.000 At every level.

02:15:55.000 To try to stop us from defeating them.

02:15:57.000 We are fighting them.

02:15:59.000 We are resisting.

02:16:00.000 We are winning minds at record levels.

02:16:02.000 We shall prevail!

02:16:05.000 And let me say something too.

02:16:07.000 My show has never been censored and my show is never going to be censored.

02:16:11.000 You can believe that whatever I say on my show is the God's honest truth of what I believe from years of research.

02:16:19.000 And I've put my life on the line to tell it like it is and stand up against tyranny.

02:16:23.000 And I've been right about this stuff all along!

02:16:26.000 Not because I'm special, but because I've studied history and I read the bills!

02:16:31.000 Let's talk to Joe in Ohio.

02:16:34.000 Go ahead, Joe.

02:16:36.000 Yeah, Alex, patiently waiting for you.

02:16:38.000 Good to hear from you.

02:16:39.000 Hey, you too.

02:16:40.000 Well, I'll tell you what, man.

02:16:41.000 This is the TV report in Ohio.

02:16:43.000 There's a Mr. Tom Clancy has a new video game.

02:16:46.000 Shows armed forces coming in and blowing people's brains out.

02:16:49.000 And, uh, that is, uh, that is, uh, uh, and it's like a black ops special forces.

02:16:56.000 And it has a little girl singing, my country, tis a tea, sweet land of liberty, liberty.

02:17:02.000 And, uh, And they train the military nowadays with computers like that and programs like that.

02:17:09.000 The first video game like that was an army development to get people to pull the trigger.

02:17:16.000 And now in these games, I don't know about that particular one, you torture militia members, you kill Christians, they've got games called New World Order, Deus Ex, That's what it's all about.

02:17:31.000 Total desensitization.

02:17:34.000 After that commercial, another commercial comes on, shows the actress Drew Barrymore on there thanking our armed forces for fighting for her and our freedom.

02:17:42.000 You know, and hasn't our freedom already been fought for?

02:17:45.000 Well see, that's the point now, is it's wall-to-wall propaganda and people don't know it.

02:17:50.000 You're looking at pure government propaganda!

02:17:53.000 I got a couple more things.

02:17:54.000 And when she was the fire starter, remember that?

02:17:57.000 Yes.

02:17:58.000 And then on Thanksgiving Day, the football game, on halftime, has this country singer that wrote a song bragging about blowing up country.

02:18:08.000 And he says, and if you feel the whole world's coming down on you, that's just brought to you by the red, white, and blue, dude.

02:18:13.000 I'll tell you what, a lot of people are asleep.

02:18:15.000 I'm not.

02:18:16.000 Okay.

02:18:17.000 Yeah, and you know what?

02:18:18.000 It's a demon wrapped up in that flag, desecrating that flag. 1.00

02:18:22.000 They're a bunch of scum, and I know those songs are... Hey, what? 1.00

02:18:25.000 Stay there. 1.00

02:18:25.000 I'll let you finish up. 1.00

02:18:26.000 That's the type of caller I like. 0.98

02:18:28.000 Points out all this garbage. 0.99

02:18:29.000 Look around you! 1.00

02:18:30.000 You're bathed in it!

02:18:34.000 Have you ever felt like the United States government knows way too much about your financial affairs?

02:18:38.000 I continue to hear stories about property seizures, frozen bank accounts, confiscation of stocks and bonds, It makes me wonder if the U.S.

02:18:45.000 citizen will ever again have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

02:18:49.000 Unfortunately, with the Drug and Money Laundering Act, the IRS Revenue Ruling 6045 of 1984, and the Trading with the Enemy Act in Franklin D. Roosevelt's Executive Order of 1933, some precious metal holdings are subject to government intervention.

02:19:03.000 For this reason Midas Resources has prepared a report explaining the boundaries of trading precious metals privately.

02:22:32.000 Alright, I'm gonna finish up with Joe and Ron and Dan Stangem.

02:22:42.000 That'll be it for calls because I do want to spend about 15 minutes or so before we end this show on some other news we haven't detailed properly yet.

02:22:50.000 Finishing up, Joe, you're making some great points about all the propaganda.

02:22:53.000 I mean, it's every time I turn the TV on I get so mad I have to turn it off.

02:22:57.000 It's everything.

02:22:58.000 It's all lies.

02:22:59.000 Go ahead.

02:23:00.000 He was singing that song on there because I was playing chess and then I noticed it was even on the football game and And as he was singing, he looked guilty and scared.

02:23:10.000 He wasn't proud of what he was singing.

02:23:12.000 And I just want to say, Alex, thank you for your time.

02:23:14.000 They are the herd, I am the word, and God and Jesus Christ.

02:23:18.000 Later, man.

02:23:18.000 Amen to that, my friend.

02:23:20.000 Fellow thought criminal.

02:23:23.000 Let's talk to Ron in Oklahoma.

02:23:25.000 Ron, welcome!

02:23:27.000 Alex.

02:23:27.000 Yes, sir.

02:23:29.000 First, I'd like to tell your listeners, I have your 9-11 Masters of Terror.

02:23:36.000 Please take three videos waiting on delivery of Matrix of Evil.

02:23:42.000 About three of your books are all well worth the money, and they do make a difference.

02:23:47.000 Somewhere up around 175 copies of your tapes passed out.

02:23:52.000 Maybe more.

02:23:52.000 I'll lose count.

02:23:53.000 But they do make a difference.

02:23:55.000 I talked to people that passed them out, too.

02:24:00.000 I talked to a guy yesterday, and he was telling me how Much of a difference your tapes made.

02:24:07.000 They really laid it out.

02:24:11.000 It's difficult to explain things to people, to get your point across, just to talk to them, get them to understand what's going on.

02:24:18.000 But when they see your videos, then it's right there in front of them and there's no denying it.

02:24:25.000 So I would really encourage your listeners to get these tapes.

02:24:31.000 Your books are good.

02:24:33.000 Paul Joseph Watson's book and Tex Marks' book, both of them, The Circle of Intrigue and Order

02:24:41.000 Out of Chaos, both good books, well worth the money.

02:24:45.000 Well, Ron, I really appreciate your comments and the checks in the mail.

02:24:49.000 As long as my next tape is in the mail, I'll be happy.

02:24:53.000 Alright.

02:24:55.000 Well, I hope you make a bunch of copies of that one, too.

02:24:57.000 So you've made 150 copies of videos.

02:24:59.000 Wow, that's wonderful.

02:25:00.000 At least, Alex, right now I'm turning out copies of the last Kennedy program.

02:25:08.000 The History Channel, and passing them out.

02:25:11.000 You know, I haven't even... I saw like 10 minutes of that, and I saw another hour of it.

02:25:14.000 I need to buy that.

02:25:18.000 They are really amazing.

02:25:21.000 Alex, people need to understand, once they understand that the government killed Kennedy, and it's easier to name those government agencies that weren't involved rather than those who were, and the fact that the mass media, the networks, everyone has covered this up.

02:25:45.000 For so many years... Well, I'll tell you what's weird is that ABC owns Discovery, and I believe History, and they came out with a Peter Jennings special full of lies, and then on the other channel they've got a thing telling the truth, but it doesn't matter.

02:25:59.000 90 plus percent in major polls.

02:26:01.000 A few years ago it was 80 plus percent.

02:26:03.000 I saw the new polls.

02:26:04.000 90 plus percent now think the government did it.

02:26:08.000 I mean they're in deep trouble.

02:26:10.000 I would certainly hope so.

02:26:12.000 I would certainly hope so.

02:26:13.000 I've waited 40 years to find out what was going on.

02:26:15.000 But also, Alex, here a while back on an Oklahoma City television statement, or television station, I caught a little news item of the effect that since the state of Oklahoma was broke, a private anonymous group had offered the state $800 million for Homeland Security.

02:26:37.000 Alex, the whole state wouldn't bring $800 million at auction.

02:26:41.000 What's going on?

02:26:42.000 Who are these people?

02:26:43.000 The news item went on to say that the government had turned down the offer.

02:26:47.000 The governor had turned down the offer because it was coming from an anonymous group.

02:26:53.000 Well, let me break it down for you.

02:26:55.000 Probably Saudis or something. 1.00

02:26:57.000 Let me break it down for you.

02:26:59.000 Privatization isn't privatization.

02:27:01.000 They tax you, they bankrupt the government on purpose with their cash accounts, and they have their real accounts, that's the Comprehensive Financial Report.

02:27:08.000 They're double set of books, it's public, but nobody seems to know about it, like the Constitution.

02:27:12.000 And when you hear privatization, that means you pay for it, then they hand it to a crony It's like with the supposed fall of the Soviet Union, six guys got handed all the assets of the country, then it turned out they were all Rothschild agents.

02:27:26.000 That's mainstream news.

02:27:28.000 So that's privatization is, okay, we're no longer communist, we're now private, but six guys run it.

02:27:34.000 It's then an oligarchy.

02:27:36.000 And that's what privatization is and that's what's happening.

02:27:41.000 Like I say, I was wondering, Exactly what was going on?

02:27:45.000 I don't know, Ron.

02:27:46.000 You've sent me a lot of good news stories.

02:27:47.000 I know whatever you say is credible on the show.

02:27:49.000 Find the article, or find me an article from the TV show and mail it to me.

02:27:54.000 If I can find anything, I will.

02:27:55.000 Thanks, though.

02:27:55.000 Yeah, snoop it out for me.

02:27:57.000 You'll hear somebody on as a guest.

02:28:00.000 Okay, I'm gonna jam.

02:28:02.000 I mean, I gotta go quick here.

02:28:03.000 Dan, Steve, and Jim, and that's it.

02:28:05.000 Because I want to get to, oh man, China threatening to nuke everybody. 0.92

02:28:10.000 Bush wants to go to the moon again as another stunt like his turkey.

02:28:14.000 They wouldn't let the troops eat.

02:28:15.000 Yup.

02:28:16.000 And a bunch of other stuff.

02:28:18.000 They're going to be drug testing your children. 0.83

02:28:20.000 No questions asked.

02:28:24.000 We're on the march.

02:28:25.000 The empire's on the run.

02:28:27.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:28:33.000 You've heard of it.

02:28:34.000 You've searched for it.

02:28:35.000 We have it.

02:29:34.000 The United States seems to be celebrating over its triumph of reducing government debt.

02:29:37.000 But the truth be told, public and private debt increased to a record high in 1999, reaching

02:29:43.000 a peak of $14.8 trillion, marking a 10.57% annual increase outpacing its previous 10

02:29:50.000 years.

02:29:51.000 economy receives its currency by taking on debt through private banking institution called the Federal Reserve System.

02:29:57.000 In the year 2000, debt growth collapsed to only 4.5%.

02:30:00.000 It's bad enough that the U.S.

02:30:02.000 citizens is bound by debt in order to have commerce.

02:30:05.000 However, shocking the economy with the reduction of this magnitude could wipe out years of growth in a stock portfolio.

02:30:33.000 Hey Doris, great news!

02:30:35.000 I now own my own home, free and clear, and I did it in less than five months.

02:30:39.000 Did you receive an inheritance?

02:30:40.000 Well, no.

02:30:41.000 Actually, I found a way to eliminate my mortgage without bankruptcy and without the need of going to court.

02:30:46.000 And you too can do this legally, lawfully, ethically, and morally.

02:30:49.000 But Jim, I signed a note promising to pay back the loan.

02:30:52.000 Isn't it wrong even if I could discharge the loan?

02:30:54.000 Doris, I felt the same way, until I took the time to learn the truth about money and banking.

02:30:59.000 The most shocking thing I learned is the fact that no real money is ever loaned out.

02:31:03.000 There's a dirty secret that the banks don't want you to know.

02:31:06.000 And this is the basis of how I was able to discharge my own mortgage.

02:31:10.000 I know this is hard to believe, but go to the website to learn more.

02:31:13.000 Doris, get your pin and find out how many Americans are finding financial freedom by having their mortgages eliminated in less than five months. 1.00

02:31:20.000 Go to www.eliminatemortgages.com slash liberty.

02:31:25.000 Just the way it sounds and there's an S after mortgage.

02:31:27.000 It's www.eliminatemortgages.com slash liberty.

02:31:33.000 All right, folks.

02:31:44.000 Thanks for joining us.

02:31:45.000 We're about to go to Dan, Stan, and Jim, and that's it for calls, because I want to get to Bush.

02:31:50.000 Wants to go to the moon.

02:31:52.000 His fake turkey, just like this moon thing will be nothing but a big stunt.

02:31:57.000 What China's up to and some other key news items with the plunging dollar, what that means to you and your family.

02:32:02.000 But for the next five minutes or so, We are honored to be joined by Debbie Morrow, and she's the lady that answers the phones at New Millennium Concepts, who sell, according to my research, and I bought filters from them before they were sponsors, the best water filters at the best price out there.

02:32:18.000 And folks, your major water supplies are full of Prozac, Ritalin, female hormones, from birth control pills, 49 states are contaminated with MBTE, a deadly carcinogen, and they've just given them liability protection so they can keep doing that.

02:32:34.000 Chloride, fluoride, lead, arsenic, fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides.

02:32:43.000 Start drinking out of a real water filter.

02:32:45.000 I don't mean some little $10 rinky-dink thing that's got some charcoal in it.

02:32:48.000 Start drinking out of a real water filter, and then try to drink your water a few weeks later.

02:32:54.000 I can't do it, and I feel great.

02:32:57.000 Okay, I've been drinking big murky water now for about five years.

02:33:01.000 I've bought three of them.

02:33:02.000 No, four of them from them.

02:33:04.000 And we take sports bottles with us to the gym.

02:33:06.000 They have these little water filters that cut most of the stuff out.

02:33:09.000 Not everything, like they're big filters, but it cuts most of it out.

02:33:11.000 When I go to, you know, the local gym where I work out, I fill up at the water fountain.

02:33:17.000 I do it in a little sports bottle.

02:33:18.000 It looks like a normal sports bottle, but cuts out, I guess, about 98% of the garbage.

02:33:24.000 Whereas with the big Berkey system, with the new black elements made in America, When they test it at major universities, nothing can be found. 1.00

02:33:33.000 Okay?

02:33:33.000 It cuts everything out with the new fluoride reduction elements that go with it.

02:33:40.000 So again, folks, you need to give them a call.

02:33:43.000 You need to take action.

02:33:44.000 And with the holiday specials, And by the way, all this is now on my shopping cart, my secure online Yahoo shopping cart, the best security out there on the internet.

02:33:54.000 You can go order the stuff online, look at it, order it online, and then every day those orders are given to Debbie, and she sends them out, and they send them out via UPS, so great service for these guys.

02:34:06.000 So go to InfoWars.com, go to the shopping cart, and click over to the Clean Water for Better Living, and find out more about it.

02:34:14.000 Debbie, tell folks about the specials.

02:34:17.000 Hi there, Alex.

02:34:17.000 Okay, we have some holiday specials as well as special December products.

02:34:25.000 Our December specials are the Berkey Light Water System without the lights, and they'll have two super sterile ceramic filter elements in them.

02:34:35.000 It's a $199 value for $149, which is a $50 savings.

02:34:42.000 And by the way, these are the big jumbo super filters that go in the Imperial Crowns.

02:34:48.000 Going in a regular size filter has no effect.

02:34:51.000 How many gallons a day of water will this do?

02:34:55.000 Oh, well, let me think.

02:34:57.000 I wasn't prepared for that question, Alex.

02:34:59.000 But they'll do about, probably, let's see, six of them does.

02:35:06.000 I'd say, oh my math, what a question.

02:35:10.000 I know the smaller filters do 30 gallons a day.

02:35:12.000 Right, I'm sure it'll do at least 50 or 60 a day.

02:35:15.000 They're quite a bit faster.

02:35:17.000 Now again, this is a foot and a half tall filter, gravity fed, takes two minutes to put together, sits in the corner of your house, is portable, and you could, you know, give water to your whole neighborhood with one of these babies.

02:35:30.000 And how many gallons will it do?

02:35:32.000 How long do you have to replace the filters?

02:35:34.000 The Berkelyte, well the super sterile ceramic filters will go up to at least a hundred cleanings.

02:35:42.000 I've heard people use them for years and years and years.

02:35:46.000 These filters have been around for over a hundred years.

02:35:49.000 Tens of thousands of gallons.

02:35:52.000 And we're talking about a hundred and how much?

02:35:56.000 $149. 0.95

02:35:56.000 Folks, that is, I know I know you were going to plug that, that's ridiculous. 0.95

02:36:00.000 I paid like $250 for a Berkey, not even that good, five years ago.

02:36:05.000 So please take advantage of that.

02:36:08.000 You also have the holiday special on five sports bottles or ten sports bottles, a little water filter, sports bottles, great gift for the grandchildren and the family.

02:36:17.000 Tell folks about that deal.

02:36:19.000 Okay, yes.

02:36:19.000 We have the generic labeled sport bottles that have the same exact filter in it as the Berkey Sports.

02:36:27.000 You can get five of each of those bottles for $99, which is a normal $170 value, so

02:36:34.000 you're saving $71.

02:36:37.000 Or you can get 12 of the generic Labelsport bottles for $199, which is normally a $420

02:36:45.000 And by the way, to buy one of these at a camping store, they're normally $35-$40.

02:36:49.000 You're getting them for $20 a piece.

02:36:51.000 Alex, I saw some at a show last Saturday for $60.

02:36:54.000 I couldn't believe it.

02:36:57.000 By the way, when I have time, I've been a big camper and outdoors person.

02:37:01.000 I've bought units of these.

02:37:02.000 They're real The cheap models out there are real lightweight, don't have a big element in them.

02:37:07.000 These have a big element in them.

02:37:09.000 Believe me, Jim Shepard is a stickler for high quality, and you're getting a great price because he's a big national distributor of these.

02:37:15.000 Here's the number.

02:37:16.000 Give Debbie a call on all these specials.

02:37:18.000 1-888-803-4438.

02:37:19.000 That's 888-803-4438.

02:37:24.000 And if you call and she's busy, leave her name and number, she'll call you right back

02:37:31.000 today.

02:37:32.000 Just give her a call right now, 888-803-4438, or go to InfoWars.com to order them as well.

02:37:40.000 Debbie, thanks for coming on.

02:37:41.000 Thanks, Alex.

02:37:41.000 See ya.

02:37:42.000 I really appreciate you and your great sponsorship.

02:37:44.000 New Millennium Concepts is the big sponsor for our global shortwave outreach.

02:37:49.000 Six hours a day on two 50,000 watt transmitters, day and night, that cover the entire globe, and I get letters from Africa and Asia from listeners, and calls from England who are listening on that, and it's such a great way to reach out to the world, so you're also not just getting a high-quality water filter system, and protecting yourself, you're also supporting this outreach.

02:38:09.000 Okay!

02:38:10.000 Let's go to the calls, as promised, then into the news.

02:38:14.000 Back to the moon.

02:38:15.000 Yes, that's what Bush is about to announce, according to National Review, and they've definitely got the inside track.

02:38:20.000 Let us talk to Dan in Illinois.

02:38:23.000 Go ahead, Dan.

02:38:24.000 How you doing, Alex?

02:38:25.000 Good, sir.

02:38:25.000 You know, the bottom line is this.

02:38:27.000 The general mindset is to turn the general population into children. 1.00

02:38:32.000 And then the government and the media, Rush Limbaugh, Hannity, all these idiots, they become the parents and the parent figures. 1.00

02:38:38.000 Children don't have freedom of speech. 1.00

02:38:40.000 Children don't have liberties. 0.99

02:38:42.000 Children don't have rights. 1.00

02:38:44.000 They trusted the government, and that's what the bottom line is.

02:38:48.000 And obviously you're talking about the earlier news articles out of Illinois and Louisiana and other areas where they're now going to drug test all of the children.

02:38:58.000 See, first it was, oh, if you're in an extracurricular activity, we'll drug test you.

02:39:02.000 Now, oh, there's no Fourth Amendment, we're going to drug test all of you, and of course there'll be criminal charges and CPS coming and grabbing you.

02:39:10.000 When the government ships the drugs in to begin with, here's the headline, Chicago High School will require all students get drug tested from WBBM News Talk Radio, also an AP article on that, and I have another article from yesterday, Associated Press, where all over the country they're putting cameras in the school bathrooms and showers and saying the administrators will look at your children naked.

02:39:35.000 Now, first, six months ago they caught him in Tennessee doing this.

02:39:38.000 That was a big hubbub.

02:39:39.000 Now they just say, we don't care what you say.

02:39:41.000 Folks, that's worse than 1984, is it not?

02:39:45.000 Yeah, it is. 0.55

02:39:47.000 And I'll tell you what, that's why these fairy tales that they tell explain things like Kennedy's one bullet and all the crap about 9-11.

02:39:54.000 But the bottom line, Alex, Patriot Act II, that'll become the baby room monitor.

02:40:02.000 You know what I mean?

02:40:03.000 In other words, you've got to keep monitored to that degree.

02:40:07.000 Absolutely.

02:40:08.000 Thanks for the call.

02:40:09.000 And what he's talking about is the guest last hour, Alan Charles Kors, president of the Foundation of Individual Rights and Education.

02:40:17.000 They did a major scientific study at 339 universities, according to the Washington Times.

02:40:22.000 First Amendment survey finds knowledge lacking.

02:40:24.000 More than two-thirds of college students and administrators who participate in the national survey were unable to remember that freedom of religion and the press are guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.

02:40:34.000 and then when confronted with the first amendment over half the administrators

02:40:38.000 said they don't believe in it so there you go it's not just the second amendment these

02:40:43.000 people want to destroy it's the first amendment 0.96

02:40:46.000 uh... let's go ahead and talk to stan in indiana stan you're on the air go ahead

02:40:53.000 we'll bring stan up now hello yes go ahead uh... i've got one major indifference to

02:41:01.000 to your perspectives on brainwashing okay i want to take you know i know you know this

02:41:06.000 so i'm going to take you back to the time in the seventies when patricia

02:41:09.000 hirst was kidnapped

02:41:12.000 Now you know a little bit about this, I'm sure.

02:41:14.000 A little bit is putting it lightly.

02:41:18.000 Okay, well, you've forgotten something.

02:41:20.000 I'm telling you.

02:41:21.000 Why was it that this young girl, you know, was so important that the whole nation had to hear that she was kidnapped?

02:41:28.000 You know, I mean, why was that?

02:41:29.000 Well, I'll say this.

02:41:31.000 Actual kidnappings from the 1980s levels are way down, but last year you'd have thought there was an epidemic, and then they came out and announced how they need the emergency alert system that was already put in all radio and TV stations to start the feds and the states taking over radio and TV transmissions whenever they feel like it.

02:41:50.000 That was their excuse to get a nationally funded AMBER alert, which has nothing to do, and I'm in radio, folks, I know the engineers, I've had the FCC people on.

02:41:58.000 This is a national control grid.

02:42:00.000 And then Sean Hannity came out and said every child needs a microchip.

02:42:05.000 That's the answer.

02:42:06.000 I predicted that they would have a national scare of kidnappings and then say the chip was the answer.

02:42:11.000 And that's exactly what they did.

02:42:13.000 So go ahead.

02:42:14.000 I don't believe it started back in the 70s, but like you said, it was in the 80s.

02:42:18.000 When that actually, you know, started becoming more pronounced.

02:42:22.000 But the Hearst family was actually quite politically connected at the time.

02:42:25.000 They always have been, actually, since they, you know, lobbied for, you know, various... Yeah, so, Mike, cut to the heart of the matter.

02:42:31.000 I'm not getting what you're saying.

02:42:32.000 Okay, the point of the matter is, she was brainwashed, and they did a very good expose on 60 Minutes about TV is not a brainwashing instrument when it's in your home.

02:42:42.000 It's only when you have a controlled environment for an extended or a repetitious amount of time with the brainwasher at the helm, with performance evaluations and grades, Now that's always been present, and it's going to become present with TV in the future.

02:42:58.000 But it's always been present in the colleges and where they're getting the authority in this country.

02:43:04.000 College is the problem.

02:43:06.000 Well, let me stop you for just a minute.

02:43:10.000 Now, you're talking about grades of brainwashing.

02:43:12.000 You want real Soviet-style... Oh, sure, there's... Let me stop you.

02:43:16.000 Let me stop you. 0.95

02:43:17.000 Let me stop you. 0.95

02:43:18.000 North Korean-style brainwashing.

02:43:20.000 Do you know where it actually came from?

02:43:22.000 Probably from us.

02:43:24.000 No, no, no, no.

02:43:27.000 In the 1820s, after the Napoleonic Wars... Well, yeah, okay. 0.51

02:43:31.000 Let me finish, let me finish.

02:43:32.000 This is historical fact.

02:43:33.000 If you want to talk about brainwashing, I'll tell you where the modern stuff came from.

02:43:38.000 Because you're making good points here.

02:43:41.000 The modern brainwashing started because the Prussians couldn't get their soldiers up close to kill people. 0.96

02:43:47.000 And the Marines had the same trouble in Vietnam, so they started the training systems.

02:43:52.000 Uh, to get people to cut off the thinking process.

02:43:55.000 Now, and we cover this, by the way, in the new film Matrix of Evil, by the way, folks.

02:44:00.000 Uh, with, uh, Frank Morales, police state expert, he gets into this new brainwashing system we have, we have a section that covers this, but the Prussians, that is the ruling German aristocracy over the Austrian-Hungarian Empire, couldn't get their people up close to kill.

02:44:14.000 And Napoleon had trouble, too, but he'd already been, you know, sent off onto the island.

02:44:19.000 And so they started Kindergarten.

02:44:22.000 Now, this is in the encyclopedia.

02:44:23.000 This may sound crazy to folks.

02:44:24.000 It's in your encyclopedia.

02:44:25.000 I'm not making this up.

02:44:27.000 Kindergarten was to brainwash children in Prussian military schools to be zombies.

02:44:34.000 And that's the system we got here.

02:44:36.000 Now, you go ahead now.

02:44:38.000 Go ahead and finish up.

02:44:39.000 Okay.

02:44:40.000 Well, I believe it actually started before that in the Roman Empire.

02:44:44.000 Well, yeah, and the Japanese had ninja assassins who would commit suicide after they were done. 0.54

02:44:48.000 That's mind control, folks. 0.86

02:44:50.000 They did it with sex and drugs and telling them that they were the elite.

02:44:53.000 Machiavelli talked about mind control slaves 500 years ago.

02:44:56.000 I mean, look, but see, again, it's grades of mind control.

02:44:59.000 You have classic, what we think of, you know, mind control, somebody chained down, being tortured.

02:45:04.000 Then you have other greats.

02:45:05.000 Hold on.

02:45:06.000 Peer pressure.

02:45:07.000 Peer pressure is mind control.

02:45:08.000 Go ahead.

02:45:09.000 The point here is the brainwashing that is in college is far more extreme than what we see on television in our own homes.

02:45:16.000 And they're priming people for the authority positions in our country. 0.62

02:45:20.000 So let's talk about college instead of TV, shall we?

02:45:23.000 Okay?

02:45:24.000 Well, I'll just spend an hour doing that with... Yeah, and his job depends upon the very fact that college exists. 1.00

02:45:32.000 And the thing is here, every time we go through educational reform, there's another measure of incompetence added to these idiots, these blood-sucking morons. 1.00

02:45:40.000 And we can't hold them responsible! 1.00

02:45:42.000 Who's making all the money in this country?

02:45:44.000 And who's doing all the work?

02:45:46.000 You tell me!

02:45:47.000 Maybe you need an education, Mr. Jones! 1.00

02:45:51.000 You know what it's like to work with these educated idiots today? 1.00

02:45:54.000 Huh? 1.00

02:45:55.000 Well, wait a minute.

02:45:55.000 If your boss has been mean to you, it's not my fault.

02:45:57.000 Hey, all educated idiots think they're better than anybody because now it's controlled by your own guests. 0.99

02:46:03.000 Charlotte Isserby told you that the KGB is pretty much in control of engineering things in education colleges. 1.00

02:46:11.000 Well, they took a KGB... Thanks for the call, sir. 0.71

02:46:13.000 Call me back tomorrow.

02:46:14.000 We'll spend more time.

02:46:14.000 I'm out of time now.

02:46:15.000 Got one more call to get to and cover some news here at the final thing on the show.

02:46:20.000 I understand you're frustrated.

02:46:21.000 I understand you're mad.

02:46:22.000 And I wasn't arguing with you or getting mad at you.

02:46:24.000 I just had a lot of energy and was upset and excited with you.

02:46:27.000 If you took it personally, I'm sorry.

02:46:28.000 That was not meant for you, yourself, Stan.

02:46:31.000 I was upset about the New World Order here.

02:46:35.000 Certainly there's a place for college.

02:46:36.000 Again, people say the Constitution's bad because we're not following the Constitution. 0.99

02:46:41.000 People say the colleges are bad because college is dumb. 0.94

02:46:43.000 Well, no, you need college, especially for technical stuff. 0.97

02:46:47.000 I did talk to a college.

02:46:49.000 we have its brainwashing as you said 0.90

02:46:52.000 though the whole liberal arts side of it uh... so

02:46:58.000 you know that's what we're discussing here boy let's talk to jim michigan last caller uh... jim go

02:47:04.000 ahead and finish up yes several fields

02:47:06.000 i did talk to a college deal i woke up a guy that was the biggest liberal around

02:47:11.000 and he had me talk to his college class and i gave out your tape

02:47:14.000 and i gave out citizens rule books to all of them boy are they excited

02:47:18.000 also uh... did you hear about marty griffith or stuart ike a he

02:47:22.000 was uh...

02:47:23.000 Yeah, the maker of the .50 caliber rifle, single shot, no big deal, done nothing wrong.

02:47:28.000 They tried to frame him saying he was making guns illegally.

02:47:30.000 He defeated that in the 11th Circuit of all places.

02:47:33.000 And then they had some felon claim that he threatened somebody in prison.

02:47:37.000 So he just got like 20-something years in federal prison for supposedly threatening a judge.

02:47:41.000 Total propaganda.

02:47:43.000 Okay, then one guy, Ron Gaydos, beat the driver's license in court.

02:47:49.000 That's good news.

02:47:51.000 Well, and the other thing I want to mention is they're going to put on this play again if we want to bring down the wrath of God on us.

02:48:04.000 I once protested it in Grand Rapids, Michigan, called Corpus Christi, where they partraced it. 0.63

02:48:09.000 Yeah, that was it.

02:48:09.000 I was wrong last hour when I said it was Jesus Christ Superstar, and I apologize.

02:48:12.000 It's Corpus Christi, where Christ is a male prostitute, and we had the Temple University student head of the Young Conservatives on. 0.90

02:48:20.000 He was kidnapped and beat up by the school administrators, and you heard our guest. 0.97

02:48:24.000 It was in the newspaper.

02:48:26.000 They put him in a mental institution because he protested it.

02:48:30.000 Well, I protested it at Grand Rapids.

02:48:32.000 There was about 60 of us, and the police were right around the corner waiting for anything to happen.

02:48:36.000 Absolutely.

02:48:36.000 Listen, I gotta let you go.

02:48:37.000 They're gonna try it again in Madison, Wisconsin in March.

02:48:40.000 Okay, Jim.

02:48:41.000 Thanks for the call.

02:48:42.000 Good.

02:48:42.000 Go protest it.

02:48:44.000 I'm out of time for this segment.

02:48:46.000 I'm gonna come back and try to get to Milky Way Days, National Review, when President Bush delivers a speech recognizing the century of human Heavier-than-air Howard Flight.

02:48:58.000 It is expected that he will proffer a bold vision of renewed spaceflight with its center, the return to the moon.

02:49:05.000 Yes, folks.

02:49:07.000 Back to the lunar surface.

02:49:11.000 Oh boy, is this going to be a circus.

02:49:13.000 And a great diversion.

02:49:15.000 And that ties in with Bush and his fake turkey.

02:49:17.000 I mean, it was a real turkey, but it had been designed by the government to look luscious, and like Martha Stewart made it, no one was allowed to eat it.

02:49:24.000 It was a prop!

02:49:25.000 Walking around, offering them food.

02:49:27.000 The President bringing them a platter.

02:49:29.000 It was fake!

02:49:30.000 It's a staged event!

02:49:34.000 What really happened September 11th, and who stands to gain?

02:49:38.000 Alex Jones here, America.

02:49:39.000 We answer these vital questions and much, much more in my newest and most explosive documentary yet, 9-1-1, The Road to Tyranny.

02:49:45.000 In two hours and 24 minutes, we point a searing light of truth on the history of problem-reaction solution.

02:49:51.000 Brace yourselves as the new world order program for world domination is blown wide open.

02:49:55.000 A nightmarish post-September 11th world, where the military and the police are merged.

02:49:59.000 Witnesses populations beg for national ID cards, and yes, even implantable microchips.

02:50:04.000 Troops on the streets, foreign NATO aircraft in the skies, psychotic UN population control plans, and much, much more.

02:50:10.000 This is one film you cannot afford to miss.

02:50:12.000 Order 9-1-1 The Road to Tyranny today.

02:50:26.000 You see Big Brother's afraid of this documentary.

02:50:29.000 Order today and spread the word.

02:50:30.000 America's future depends on the truth getting out.

02:50:33.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

02:50:36.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

02:50:41.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

02:50:44.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

02:50:46.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

02:50:55.000 The Berkey Light is different.

02:50:57.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing

02:51:02.000 filters.

02:51:03.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria,

02:51:09.000 cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals

02:51:14.000 and nitrates.

02:51:15.000 It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams and stagnant

02:51:22.000 ponds.

02:51:23.000 Order the Advanced Berkey Lite for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

02:51:30.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

02:52:29.000 Monday through Friday from 11 to 2, back from 9 to midnight, I'm here ranting and raving.

02:52:49.000 You have to know, in the third hour, I usually get all sped up and run out of time and get angry because I don't get to all the news I wanted to cover.

02:52:58.000 But you can always listen to all three hours at InfoWars.com or PrisonPlanet.com.

02:53:04.000 We're on global shortwave during the day at 12.172 and 93.20 and at night from 9 to midnight at 5.085 and 68.90.

02:53:12.000 There is so much to cover here, but before I get back into the moon business with Bush,

02:53:19.000 Brussels considers imposing currency controls.

02:53:23.000 The European Commission is examining legal basis for the 1970s style exchange controls to stop the Euro surging to destructive levels.

02:53:31.000 The team working for Pedro Sobel's economic commissioner claims Brussels may lawfully impose quantitative restrictions on capital inflows, clearing the way for a crisis response if the dollar continues to fall.

02:53:44.000 Because they said they want to destroy the dollar, but not totally drive it down to nothing.

02:53:49.000 They want to damage it, not destroy it, I should say.

02:53:52.000 The move came as the Euro hit highs against the U.S.

02:53:54.000 dollar, touching $1.2125 yesterday, before closing at $1.2109.

02:54:00.000 It has gained 42% in less than two years, and has passed the dollar up now 32% in the last year and a half, as I've been reporting here.

02:54:12.000 But it's up 42% itself.

02:54:14.000 This is very, very, very, very serious, and it's the new global reserve currency, and we're now trading behind all the major currencies.

02:54:25.000 Bush comes out and takes all the steel tariffs off, the other countries haven't taken theirs off, and there'll be no steel production in this country, and he says that's a good thing, that's going to help America. 0.85

02:54:34.000 It's a very conservative thing to do, Bush.

02:54:37.000 Again, it's just totally insane.

02:54:39.000 And at the same time, Bush, as I told you, that whole Turkey thing was staged, and Hillary did a staged Turkey deal, too, in Afghanistan. 0.98

02:54:48.000 It was bad when she did it, it's bad when Bush does it! 0.68

02:54:50.000 You see, we're credible here. 0.85

02:54:52.000 We attacked Bush for being a police state thug, we attacked Hillary for being a police state thug. 0.98

02:54:57.000 But they're just puppets, folks. 0.95

02:54:59.000 The bird was perfect, but not for dinner.

02:55:01.000 In Iraq, picture Bush is holding the centerpiece.

02:55:05.000 President Bush's Baghdad Turkey was For looking, not for eating!

02:55:10.000 In the most widely published image from his Thanksgiving Day trip to Baghdad, the beaming president is wearing an army workout jacket, surrounded by soldiers, as he cradles a huge platter laden with a golden brown turkey.

02:55:21.000 The bird is so perfect, it looks as if it came from a food magazine with bunches of grapes and other trimmings, complementing a normal Norman Rockwell image that invokes bounty and security in one of the most dangerous parts of the world.

02:55:35.000 And it was totally staged.

02:55:36.000 This is a guy who went to St.

02:55:37.000 Louis and had Made in USA spray-painted on boxes, had the Made in China taped over, which is a felony by the way, in a warehouse to cover up where something's made.

02:55:46.000 But that, don't worry, it's selective enforcement, nothing will happen to Lord Bush, nothing happened to Bill Clinton either.

02:55:51.000 Because he's protecting him and blocking the Pardon Gate investigation.

02:55:56.000 Yeah, we're real conservatives here on this show.

02:55:57.000 Libertarians, whatever you want to call us.

02:56:01.000 And on top of it, again, Bush is scheduled to announce the 17th of this month that we're going back to the moon.

02:56:07.000 That's going to be a great stunt for everyone.

02:56:10.000 A great diversion, a great way to unify us.

02:56:15.000 I'm all for space exploration, but not when it's pulled as a stunt.

02:56:19.000 Also, Beijing warns that Taiwan referendum could lead to war.

02:56:23.000 Chinese military officers said today that Taiwan's leadership had pushed the island toward the abyss of war with its independence drive, making clear that China would consider, quote, a popular vote on Taiwan political status a cause for war, and the government is arming them as well.

02:56:40.000 I'm out of time.
