00:09:17.000 The altercation began as an attempt to remove shrubs and appliances from the 71-year-old Eunice Crowder's yard and ended with police citing her for harassment and disobeying an order. 0.98

00:09:36.000 And, uh, she didn't like having her things moved away, so she complained, so the SWAT team came, and, well, the rest is history.

00:43:28.000 North Korea's Foreign Ministry said last night that a devastating train explosion, earlier believed to have killed up to 3,000 people, was set off by dynamite.

00:43:40.000 Casualty figures from the blast at the far north town of Ryong Chan, if I'm pronouncing that right, have been put at 54 dead and 1,249 injured according to a Red Cross spokesman.

00:43:56.000 A foreign ministry official in the North Korean capital said the disaster was caused by dynamite intended for use in an irrigation canal.

00:44:06.000 The statement amounted to the first admission by North Korean authorities of the accident.

00:44:11.000 Earlier reports of the blast was caused by a collision between trains carrying ammonium nitrate and petrol or petroleum gas.

00:44:19.000 Well, the first reports was liquid gas and fuel.

00:44:25.000 And blowing bits of debris, they said, 12 miles.

02:13:28.000 And why is that he was calling for elections, and they have bigger plans for Iraq.

I thought that they didn't clue men on the plan, so I asked him, I said, look, I've discovered these documents which lay out the sell-off of all Iraqi state assets, with just about everything, and it says especially The oil industry.

02:13:54.000 So they were going to break up the Iraq oil fields and sell them off.

02:13:57.000 I said, did you know about this?

02:13:58.000 He said, yeah, I know about this.

02:13:59.000 He said, well, I was going to turn it over, they'd elect the government, and I'd give them the plan, and they can decide if that's what they want to do.

02:14:04.000 Well, that's not how it works.

02:14:06.000 When they've targeted the oil fields, they weren't going to take any chance that they weren't going to get their piece of the action.

02:14:14.000 And I've got to tell you, one of the things that's happening is that there's a little fight in the towers of the powerful at the moment between the neocons and the oil establishment.

02:14:23.000 Because the neocons want to not only seize the fields, they want to break them up into little pieces, and ramp up Iraq's oil production, and defeat the Saudi Arabians and OPEC.

02:14:35.000 Well, that's one of the reasons Jim Baker's in the White House, to make sure that don't happen, because the idea is that... I make more money off Monopoly not having oil!

02:14:45.000 That's right!

02:14:47.000 Let's put it this way, OPEC and the oil companies are dancing cheek to cheek, they always have.

02:14:52.000 Right now OPEC is Is eating us alive with the $35 a barrel oil?

02:14:57.000 But the oil companies just hate their record profits, it's all by accident!

02:15:01.000 I know, they can blame it on OPEC and say, gee, what can we do?

02:15:06.000 And so it's a nice, sweet little game, and they weren't going to let this be broken up.

02:15:10.000 So that's why there's a fight over exactly what to do with those oil fields.

02:15:14.000 But in the end, it looks like... I asked an oil company lobbyist, who's very close to both, by the way, both to the Bush administration and to The Democratic Party, both.

02:15:24.000 And he says, look, oil policy in America is run by one guy named Dick Cheney.

02:15:29.000 And where do you think he came from?

02:15:30.000 In other words, he's one of us.

02:15:31.000 He's one of the big oil guys.

02:15:32.000 Halliburton!

02:15:33.000 Yeah, and therefore, the U.S.

02:15:36.000 effectively has now a vote in OPEC.

02:18:11.000 When I talk to people in the military, they say our casualties are double what we're hearing, they're covering up a lot of the injuries, having more trouble with the deaths, and now there's all these attacks popping up in Afghanistan.

02:18:27.000 What I see happening is the plan is still going ahead no matter how many bodies come home, I hate to say it, which is that they're going to seize the assets of this nation, they're going to control the oil fields and make sure that Iraq ...stays in line with the OPEC cartel. 0.73

02:25:47.000 And I looked at whose ballots were being removed, and as it turns out, Slightly over half of those ballots, they are now quite certain, were cast by African Americans.
