Alex Jones Show - 20040504_Tue_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones!

00:00:21.000 Ultra-massive transmission against tyranny lined up for you now, my friends, on this

00:00:48.000 live edition of the alice jones show

00:00:52.000 I'm Alex Jones.

00:00:53.000 Hard to believe that it's already Friday.

00:00:57.000 Well, we've learned that the government used the Patriot Act against the ACLU to block them for months.

00:01:04.000 It's not a month like the news is saying.

00:01:06.000 For months and months in a lawsuit they had filed concerning the Patriot Act.

00:01:12.000 So you see now, suing the government, they come in and use the Patriot Act on you.

00:01:16.000 They're using it against county commissioners, topless bars, pot dealers, to get people's medical records. 0.98

00:01:21.000 They've said they'll use it for all crimes, or all suspected crimes.

00:01:25.000 It has nothing to do with terrorism.

00:01:27.000 Homeland Security now says their message is, and their mission is, fighting terrorism and crime, and they're helping put up the face scanning cameras nationwide.

00:01:40.000 Well now, They've gone after Bev Harris, and Bev Harris, of course, corporate crime investigator, journalist, broken literally, it's got to be over 50 major news stories concerning massive scientifically crafted election fraud, coast to coast, how the CIA covertly runs most of these companies, well I shouldn't say covertly, vote here, is run by Robert Gates, former head of the CIA, and a bunch of admirals, but

00:02:13.000 She's been under investigation.

00:02:14.000 They've been using the Patriot Act to keep her quiet about it.

00:02:16.000 Now she's refusing to do it.

00:02:19.000 Under investigation for exposing that coast-to-coast Diebold and others have been stealing elections.

00:02:26.000 It's admitted!

00:02:28.000 Convicted computer crimes specialist.

00:02:31.000 People have been convicted and given felonies.

00:02:35.000 You know, are there vice presidents?

00:02:38.000 Just caught manipulating votes with wireless transmitters in the machines.

00:02:43.000 No ballot, no record.

00:02:45.000 League of Women Voters on the dole, on the take, saying we don't want any records of how you vote.

00:02:51.000 Lobbying against Congressman Rush Holt's bill.

00:02:56.000 This is the type of stuff we're dealing with.

00:03:00.000 She's written a 27-page article detailing this nightmare.

00:03:04.000 It is on infowars.com.

00:03:08.000 And they're being uploaded right now to PrisonPlanet.com.

00:03:12.000 Bev Harris is joining us in 30 minutes.

00:03:15.000 Exactly 30 minutes from now.

00:03:18.000 Then in the third hour, Dr. Dennis Cuddy, worked inside the New World Order system, and is an expert on 9-11, the globalist terror paradigm, you name it.

00:03:30.000 And of course, we'll also have wide open phones to get into all the latest news and developments The Secret Service, what's your name, will subpoena this website.

00:03:43.000 And it says the Secret Service has been harassing her, telling her not to tell the public that they're investigating her using provisions out of the Patriot Act.

00:03:52.000 And then I have the article from Monday where the ACLU sues the government over the fact that they go into cases in businesses and computers and libraries and bookstores you name it and says give us everybody's names but don't tell anybody we were here ever or you'll be arrested under terrorism in fact there's an execution clause in there in Patriot Act 2 strengthening that

00:04:21.000 And now they're using Patriot Act 1 on these people saying, yeah, you can't tell anybody about the suit until it finally got leaked out.

00:04:27.000 So, that's the new America, my friends.

00:04:30.000 Has nothing to do with terrorists at all.

00:04:34.000 Well, I guess it does.

00:04:35.000 The globalists are the terrorists taking our right to vote away.

00:04:40.000 And the average yuppie just can't face the horror that in every civilization that's had voting, there's been vote fraud, and that it's happening here again.

00:04:47.000 Happened with Kennedy, LBJ, you name it, but couldn't be happening in an orchestrated, systematic event.

00:04:54.000 When we've caught them hundreds of times doing it, we'll be right back.

00:05:00.000 Old-timers remember a time when things were a bit slower, and most folks really did take the time to stop and smell the roses.

00:05:06.000 That was back when gardeners grew tomatoes that tasted like tomato, and watermelons that tasted like watermelon was supposed to.

00:05:12.000 Sweet corn that was real sweet sweet corn.

00:05:14.000 Well, you get the idea.

00:05:16.000 Too bad the big seed companies became big green companies, and decided that hybrids grown in hothouses, artificially ripened with gas, could be grown much quicker, fetching more money at the large grocery stores.

00:05:26.000 Folks at the Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company remember that simpler time and are proud to be offering non-GMO heirloom seeds to gardeners who value flavor and variety over speed and greed.

00:05:35.000 There's seed for fruits and vegetables of all kinds, seed for flowers and herbs, annuals and perennials, and some great books written by experts in the field to help get you started on the road to success.

00:05:45.000 Call the Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company at 417-924-8917.

00:05:47.000 at 417-924-8917.

00:05:50.000 That's 417-924-8917 or visit rareseeds.com and get started on the pathway to great gardening and great

00:05:58.000 flavor.

00:05:59.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Lee State 3 Total Enslavement.

00:06:04.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

00:06:09.000 There is a chance to use this disaster with a New World Order.

00:06:13.000 A New World Order?

00:06:15.000 Hannah Murray.

00:06:16.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

00:06:21.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation one and two apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

00:06:28.000 You will lose your liberty.

00:06:30.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

00:06:41.000 If you want to understand what the New World Order really is, then my new two-and-a-half-hour video, Police Day 3, is for you.

00:06:57.000 Order today and spread the word.

00:06:59.000 Through the years of providing water filters to America, you've come to us and we've listened.

00:07:05.000 You asked us to make the water level visible to eliminate the guesswork when refilling the water.

00:07:10.000 We listened.

00:07:11.000 You asked for an elevated base so the system could be used in places beside on the edge of a counter.

00:07:16.000 We listened.

00:07:17.000 You asked us to develop a filter that was made in the USA.

00:07:20.000 We listened.

00:07:21.000 You asked us to include an emergency light for camping.

00:07:26.000 We listened.

00:07:26.000 After 9-11, you asked us to develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical agents.

00:07:32.000 Again, we listened.

00:07:34.000 Introducing the Berkey Light, the gravity filter requested by America, designed by Americans, and made in America.

00:07:41.000 Get the Berkey Light, the American water filter, for only $259 by calling New Millennium at

00:07:55.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

00:07:57.000 Big Brother.

00:08:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:08:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:08:10.000 You want answers?

00:08:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:23.000 Alright, my friends, now 8 minutes, 25 seconds into the second segment of this global transmission, this report against tyranny.

00:08:33.000 As we chronicle the New World Order's sinister, and I mean sinister, activities. 0.56

00:08:39.000 Yesterday, I didn't even get in to the unmitigated, unadulterated, massive, brutal, sadistic torture taking place against Iraqis in Iraq.

00:08:56.000 And then last night I had a chance, stuck in traffic for about an hour, to listen to Neocon Radio.

00:09:02.000 I probably tuned into 25 different shows across the AM band.

00:09:07.000 And they were CELEBRATING the torture. 0.98

00:09:09.000 They were CELEBRATING forcing the homosexual activity on these poor people. 0.98

00:09:14.000 They were CELEBRATING having them hold electrical wires standing on a bread box over water. 0.69

00:09:19.000 They were CELEBRATING it.

00:09:22.000 It's good!

00:09:24.000 But at the same time, it's bad when Saddam does stuff like that, but good when we do it. 1.00

00:09:30.000 See, I'm like Winston Smith in 1984.

00:09:32.000 I've got to learn my double thing to stay sane in an insane world.

00:09:39.000 I've got to learn to love Big Brother.

00:09:40.000 Every day, there's two more articles a day where it says, Big Brother's actually good.

00:09:45.000 Big Brother's actually helping.

00:09:47.000 Big Brother wasn't so bad after all.

00:09:48.000 Every day.

00:09:49.000 I know you see the articles.

00:09:50.000 I know you see it on the news.

00:09:51.000 Big Brother's helping.

00:09:52.000 Big Brother's here.

00:09:54.000 It's so wonderful!

00:09:55.000 He's our friend!

00:09:56.000 If you go to InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com, we actually had the photos up there three days ago!

00:10:06.000 And for some reason, I never talked about it.

00:10:09.000 Well, I'll tell you why for some reason.

00:10:11.000 It's like when USA Today came out and said, oh, there were plans to fly, you know, drills to fly remote-controlled hijacked jet aircraft in the World Trade Center and Pentagon, done by the Pentagon.

00:10:22.000 What do you know?

00:10:22.000 You know, I almost didn't even cover that at first because, oh, that's such old news for us here on this broadcast.

00:10:29.000 And again, I'm not tuning my horn.

00:10:31.000 Oh, we're so advanced.

00:10:32.000 Oh, we have all the answers.

00:10:34.000 What I'm saying is that a lot of times when something's new to the country, new to the world, it's not new to this brain or to you, and torture, yeah.

00:10:47.000 Look, why are you hearing about this torture now?

00:10:50.000 Why did it come out on CBS News a few days ago?

00:10:53.000 Why is it a big story? 0.99

00:10:56.000 Because the hired thugs that they hired to do this, with violent histories as jail guards, you name it, because these idiots thought that it was so normal and so kosher and so acceptable what they were doing, because it was all being, you know, supported and mandated, they didn't think they were doing anything wrong. 0.99

00:11:16.000 They were proud of it! 1.00

00:11:19.000 You know, they didn't think it was a crime.

00:11:21.000 And so they were emailing it around and giving it to people, you know, video, video stills.

00:11:28.000 And I've talked to my sources in the media, supposedly this video is a lot worse.

00:11:32.000 As usual, CBS is not showing you what really went on.

00:11:36.000 It came out in the London Guardian and the Associated Press, what, six months ago, that at Camp X-Ray, And remember, the head general over Camp X-Ray, Brigadier General Rick Baucus, with a sterling record, resigned, and they said, no, you're fired, almost two years ago, and he said, I refuse to torture anyone, much less innocent people, at Camp X-Ray.

00:12:01.000 Well, then it came out later that last year, they finally had to release several hundred people who had no connection to any terrorist, and it came out that they would bring in prostitutes, Menstruating, and I hate to get into detail here, but this is what they did. 0.58

00:12:17.000 And to a Muslim that is just very unclean, I think to anybody that is. 1.00

00:12:22.000 Much less just a prostitute, period. 1.00

00:12:25.000 And made these men have sex, chained down with prostitutes that were, well, I already said it. 0.99

00:12:38.000 Now, that was in the Associated Press, but never in your big national news. 0.98

00:12:42.000 It was on the news wires.

00:12:43.000 I didn't see it in a single paper.

00:12:45.000 Like, Rick Baucus was in the AP.

00:12:47.000 He gave a Rhode Island interview where he lives, talked about it, was in the AP.

00:12:52.000 We called him.

00:12:52.000 He said, look, I've been told to shut up.

00:12:54.000 You know, I'm not going to come on.

00:12:54.000 Kind of like the firefighters we call about the bombs going off.

00:12:59.000 They talk at first and later shut up, but just amazing.

00:13:05.000 And so, the only reason you're hearing about this now is because the goons they hired to do the torture.

00:13:11.000 And for 50 years, our government's trained the world how to torture.

00:13:13.000 They trained Saddam how to torture. 0.81

00:13:15.000 He went to CIA school for two years!

00:13:19.000 In Egypt and in the United States.

00:13:21.000 He was trained to the most vicious ways to torture.

00:13:24.000 The most vicious ways to kill.

00:13:26.000 The most vicious ways to assassinate. 0.98

00:13:28.000 With knives and rifles and bombs. 0.93

00:13:31.000 An absolute killing machine killed hundreds of communists for the CIA.

00:13:40.000 And then was put into power and lavishly tortured and lavishly did everything he did. 1.00

00:13:45.000 So these idiots, these psychopaths, these sickos that did all this to these Iraqis, basically all of them are innocent, I mean they just grabbed people randomly off the street if they don't have a license to sell tangerines, that's been in the Associated Press. 1.00

00:13:57.000 Again, never in your newspaper. 1.00

00:14:00.000 Take them to the Halliburton-run FEMA camp.

00:14:02.000 It's a private FEMA camp.

00:14:04.000 They're at the airport.

00:14:05.000 There's dozens of them around the country, but that's the big one.

00:14:08.000 The only reason you're hearing about it, to make a long story short, is because these guys put the information out, and so they have to now say, oh, we're going to discipline or fire, not court-martial, but fire this female general. 1.00

00:14:21.000 Oh, it's all her fault. 0.86

00:14:23.000 And we're going to court-martial six of the goons. 0.79

00:14:27.000 That's two kind of words. 1.00

00:14:28.000 Six of the cowards. 0.99

00:14:31.000 Don't call our troops cowards! 1.00

00:14:34.000 Making men have homosexual sex together is a good thing! 1.00

00:14:37.000 That's conservative! 1.00

00:14:38.000 No it's not!

00:14:40.000 You're gun control, you're open borders, you're neocons isn't conservative, and neither is making a bunch of naked men. 0.89

00:14:46.000 Now let's use the... I don't want to go on any more of it.

00:14:53.000 I mean come on, look...

00:14:59.000 In Road to Tyranny, in Masters of Terror, in Police State 3 Total Enslavement, in 9-11 Dissent into Tyranny, in Order Out of Chaos, in the two books and two videos we've put out on 9-11, in these incredible docu-bombs, these info-weapons, we have the New York Times, the AP, all of it going, with these people going, it's time to use rubber hoses and pliers, it's time to torture people!

00:15:23.000 And the law enforcement magazines, yeah, let's torture people! 0.99

00:15:26.000 Yeah, let's kill them! 1.00

00:15:27.000 Let's torture! 1.00

00:15:28.000 Torture's good!

00:15:29.000 And then, not just in reality, but then in fiction, you know, chaining people down in 24 and Threat Matrix, blood spraying, torture their bodies, smoking, and the good guys have to do it, and torture's good.

00:15:41.000 School of America's for over 50 years, changed the name a year and a half ago.

00:15:46.000 Train people worldwide, death squads, you name it, in the most, how to hook electrodes to People's sexual organs, how to do things I won't even mention on air, how to put a funnel in somebody's mouth and pour gallons of hot water down it, how to shoot Tabasco sauce up people's noses, how to pull fingernails out, and the psychology of how you're doing good by this.

00:16:10.000 And the naive American people don't even care, aren't even aware of it.

00:16:16.000 Aren't even aware of it. 0.97

00:16:18.000 And so, some of their sickos think it's totally legal, think it's okay.

00:16:23.000 You know, they get Fox Television in the barracks where torture's good and how wonderful it is, and they're told to torture these people, so, hey, let's email the video!

00:16:30.000 Let's pass photos out!

00:16:32.000 Every few days I see a photo of... 0.99

00:16:35.000 Troops making a child stand up saying, the Marines killed my father, raped my mother! 0.99

00:16:41.000 I love them! 0.98

00:16:41.000 And the child smiling, and the troops laughing behind them. 0.98

00:16:45.000 Troops with skulls on their tanks.

00:16:47.000 Troops with 666 on their helicopters.

00:16:50.000 Reuters Television had all that.

00:16:51.000 Just swarms of helicopters with 666 coming in.

00:16:55.000 And the Arabs call us the Great Satan.

00:16:57.000 I wonder why. 0.94

00:17:01.000 But I really got sick last night. 0.99

00:17:04.000 Stuck in traffic, listening, just flipping through channels, going, no, no, no, it can't be, and this is what I would hear, George Bush is a master, he's so incredible, he should have testified publicly, oh, this commission's so liberal, two of them walking out, you know, more theater, oh, oh, you know, the troops torturing these people, well, they're terrorists, they're killing our people, we gotta get tough, level fallujah, kill them all! 0.99

00:17:30.000 I mean, I'm living in Nazi Germany! 0.99

00:17:34.000 I'm living in Nazi Germany.

00:17:36.000 I'm living in... it's just sick!

00:17:41.000 And so, I didn't last few days even cover the torture in the photos of people with hoods over their heads, in literal, you know, sheets with holes all in it, dirty, standing on top of bread boxes with water flowing beneath them with electricity hooked up to them.

00:18:00.000 You know, men all piled up having to engage in sexual activities.

00:18:06.000 You know, I don't even want to cover the Associated Press and the London Guardian where it's admitted that they bring in prostitutes with these poor men chained down who have their devout religious beliefs and do this to them.

00:18:19.000 But that's not the beginning of the torture.

00:18:22.000 I mean, they say it's not torture when they fly them over naked Chained down on C-130s, all those photos of them naked on 23-hour flights, chained down naked with aircrafts that aren't heated, literally going into hypothermia, a lot of them dying, putting them into

00:18:42.000 Containers, and leaving them in the sun for three days.

00:18:45.000 Three thousand of them, or much of the three thousand died.

00:18:48.000 Those that didn't, they lined them all up and machine gunned them.

00:18:51.000 When four reporters got the news report and satellite phoned it in, they then got into the Northern Alliance territory and got whacked by some of the mercs so they couldn't tell the full story.

00:19:00.000 That's your loving government, who admits, by the way, they target and kill Western journalists.

00:19:07.000 All admitted, right out in the open, right out there for everybody to see.

00:19:14.000 And they put goggles on them, headsets on them, nose plugs in them, a mask over their face so they can barely breathe, chain their hands behind their back or in front of them, and make them sit on their knees.

00:19:26.000 I want you to sit down right now and put your feet up underneath your knees and then be forced to lean back on that. 0.98

00:19:32.000 You try that for five minutes.

00:19:37.000 It's one of the most horrible forms of torture.

00:19:43.000 Imagine having to hold your arms out to your side.

00:19:45.000 Remember in football when you were bad they'd make you hold the two helmets out to your side and after a minute or two it became agonizing?

00:19:51.000 Imagine having water flowing beneath you with high voltage hooked up to you for hours!

00:19:56.000 AAAAAAAAHHHHH! AAAAAAAAHHHHH! 0.55

00:19:58.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones here introducing Prudent Places USA, an interactive CD book that is

00:22:25.000 Guess which one has gold backing?

00:24:12.000 had the united nations us runs the internet shut down her website 1.00

00:24:17.000 for exposing double internal memos at the idiots had a link to on their 0.99

00:24:21.000 website the next video. 1.00

00:24:23.000 Defeated them in court.

00:24:26.000 And now she's been the focus of harassment by the Secret Service and others using the Patriot Act telling her to keep her mouth shut.

00:24:38.000 So, see, it's to fight the evildoers that hate the freedom.

00:24:42.000 That's what the Patriot Act is all about.

00:24:45.000 And the terrorists attack us because they hate our freedom.

00:24:47.000 I bet the terrorists would like to take our right to vote away.

00:24:49.000 I bet the terrorists of the types would try to shut down a woman who's been exposing election fraud and making major news reports over and over again. 1.00

00:25:01.000 So, that's coming up, my friends.

00:25:07.000 Again, making somebody sit there with electrical wires in their hands on a bread box over water for hour after hour after hour, making people contort into weird positions, making people do unspeakable... Dozens and dozens and dozens have died at Camp X-Ray, have died at the camps in Iraq, and it's always suicide or an accident.

00:25:34.000 But then our TV shows tell us that torture is good, and the news says torture is good, and they hire all these jail guards and send them to Iraq, and they're going to come back and do it to you! 0.55

00:25:47.000 That's what it's all about, having our new ruling elite.

00:25:51.000 Meanwhile, Bush and Cheney, together, to keep their story straight, I had a little meeting together yesterday with the 9-11 Whitewash Commission.

00:26:02.000 Remember, they tried to have Henry Kissinger be the first so-called independent head of it.

00:26:07.000 It's like having Jiang Zemin investigate Mao Zedong.

00:26:16.000 And they go in there for this closed-door meeting, and the major report is that Senator Kerry and one of the other buffoons left for other meetings. 0.88

00:26:26.000 Oh, how disrespectful of the leader! 0.66

00:26:28.000 That isn't even the issue!

00:26:29.000 It doesn't even matter!

00:26:30.000 They're all New World Order!

00:26:32.000 Mr. Kerry was a hit-team commander running giant torture squads, admittedly, that killed tens of thousands of people in South Vietnam!

00:26:44.000 The corrupt South wanted your business for your wife. 1.00

00:26:46.000 You're supposedly a Viet Cong. 1.00

00:26:48.000 We're going to torture you and Mr. Kerry helped run that. 0.99

00:26:51.000 So, I mean, it's just a sick joke, my friends. 0.52

00:26:55.000 And Bush came out.

00:26:56.000 I heard this on NPR.

00:26:57.000 I was out working on a new video last night.

00:26:59.000 I didn't get to watch it.

00:27:00.000 I didn't hear the audio.

00:27:01.000 And I did record it because I had the VCR set for midnight when it re-aired on C-SPAN.

00:27:06.000 Bush goes, if I had anything to hide, I wouldn't be talking to the commission.

00:27:11.000 If I had anything to hide?

00:27:12.000 How guilty is that?

00:27:13.000 If I had anything to hide?

00:27:15.000 I'm not a crook!

00:27:17.000 Behavior.

00:27:18.000 And all these softball questions by the reporters.

00:27:21.000 I just heard some snippets of it.

00:27:22.000 I haven't watched the video yet.

00:27:23.000 I just heard Bush say that.

00:27:26.000 I mean, what a joke! 0.99

00:27:29.000 What a sick, sick, sick joke! 0.98

00:27:31.000 And they didn't put Bill Clinton under oath. 0.99

00:27:33.000 They didn't put George Bush under oath.

00:27:34.000 They didn't put Dick Cheney under oath.

00:27:38.000 As if they follow an oath despite that.

00:27:42.000 I mean, we've caught them lying to us hundreds of times.

00:27:46.000 You know, the Spain bombings were very suspicious.

00:27:49.000 Ten precision bombings right before an election.

00:27:53.000 The police have been out in their big squads right before the attack.

00:27:57.000 They weren't letting people on certain trains.

00:27:59.000 This is out of the major Spanish papers.

00:28:03.000 It was on 3-11, 911 days after 9-11.

00:28:03.000 eleven nine hundred eleven days after nine eleven there are very very serious

00:28:11.000 and it uh... then a few weeks ago when they were gonna buy some of

00:28:14.000 the bomber supposedly of the spanish news reporter we just talk to the

00:28:18.000 police are planning bombs in the building the police are

00:28:21.000 uh... we just saw them doing it and then they just said it's for by everyone's

00:28:24.000 safety that's what they said probably the whole building was up and i know that report

00:28:29.000 was wrong uh... the uh... the uh... the

00:28:32.000 The terrorists blew themselves up, but now we can't talk to them, because they're all dead.

00:28:36.000 Well, BBC reports, and it's the same thing every time, Spain suspects were informants!

00:28:43.000 Oh! 0.60

00:28:43.000 They're always living with the FBI, living with MI6 or MI5, or living with and having their cars and credit cards and homes paid for by the intelligence agencies. 0.60

00:28:54.000 The Spanish Interior Minister says it is investigating reports that two suspects in the 11 March Madrid train bombings were police informants.

00:29:04.000 The move came after Spain's El Muno newspaper said that Moroccan Raif Zur and Spaniard Jose Emilio Suras had been in contact with police before the attacks.

00:29:19.000 The men are suspected of providing dynamite for the attacks, which killed 191 people.

00:29:25.000 Yeah, like the FBI, through an Egyptian security force agent, Salam, giving him the bombs, telling him to carry out the bombing.

00:29:32.000 He says, no way, records the FBI and the First World Trade Center bombing, telling him to go ahead and bomb the building.

00:29:38.000 That's your loving government, folks.

00:29:40.000 Same thing, every time, it never ceases.

00:29:44.000 It's the same thing, over and over again.

00:29:47.000 We'll be back.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

00:29:55.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:01.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones here.

00:30:03.000 You know murky water filters have been removing pathogenic bacteria for years.

00:30:07.000 But what about those unhealthy chemicals and heavy metals in your water?

00:30:10.000 The powerful black murky purification elements fit most gravity filters and dramatically increase their power to extract waterborne contaminants.

00:30:17.000 Best of all, they filter much faster than ordinary gravity elements.

00:30:20.000 This means it takes much less time to filter your water.

00:30:22.000 Like murky elements, not only remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts, and parasites, but also remove trihalomethanes and volatile organic elements such as actazine, benzene, chloride, and chloroform.

00:30:33.000 M-T-B-E. 0.99

00:33:02.000 Crashing through the lies and disinformation.

00:33:05.000 It's Alex Jones only on the GCN Radio Network.

00:33:11.000 Alright, coming up here in just one moment, we're going to have the premier expert on electronic voting machine fraud run by, in her words, companies with no visible means of support, but their boards heavily infested with defense industry types, former CIA directors, you name it.

00:33:31.000 So that's coming up here in a few minutes, and she's been under investigation, or part of an investigation, and she's been harassed mightily, and the Secret Service told her to keep her mouth shut, And not to talk!

00:33:43.000 And just things got worse and worse and now she's going public. 0.90

00:33:45.000 She's written a detailed 27 page report about this.

00:33:50.000 And it's at blackboxvoting.org.

00:33:53.000 It's also on infowars.com and prisonplanet.com.

00:33:58.000 They've been trying to bring down her site.

00:34:00.000 All types of stuff.

00:34:01.000 You need to go to her website.

00:34:02.000 She has her book free for download.

00:34:05.000 An incredible book.

00:34:07.000 I think you should buy a copy there, a hard copy.

00:34:09.000 Mirror it on your website.

00:34:10.000 Make sure this gets out.

00:34:12.000 Because by the time you see it in your mainstream newspaper, it's just, oh, there's a few problems with the voting machines.

00:34:18.000 Yeah, like engineers quitting and saying it's a total fraud, and vice presidents being convicted hackers, and wireless machines manipulating votes in real time being caught, and then, oh, it's just an accident, and Again, it's all coming up here in just a few minutes.

00:34:34.000 Just some major bombshell events for you.

00:34:36.000 But before we do that, we've launched PrisonPlanet.TV.

00:37:44.000 South Lamar, Suite 100, Austin, Texas, 78704.

00:38:00.000 Let me just read a few paragraphs from a 27-page article, and then we'll get to Bev Harris, who's being persecuted, and who is a modern American hero, one of the best and brightest people I know of, and if we had more like her, we would save this country.

00:38:13.000 And if more of you don't stand up, it's over.

00:38:16.000 BlackBoxVoting.org, Main Story.

00:38:19.000 The Secret Service wants your name.

00:38:21.000 We'll subpoena this website.

00:38:23.000 And by the way, they read every word.

00:38:25.000 Hi, Agent Mike.

00:38:26.000 This investigation no longer passes the stink test, Bev says to him through the communication.

00:38:32.000 He says not to tell folks about the investigating they are doing.

00:38:35.000 I have cooperated ad nauseum to this absurd investigation of the Vote Here hack, which looks to me like it's something entirely different.

00:38:42.000 I'll tell you what it looks like to me.

00:38:44.000 A fishing expedition.

00:38:46.000 It appears that they may be using the Patriot Act, which we found out they are, just like they told the ACLU they couldn't talk about a lawsuit against the Patriot Act under the Patriot Act, to circumvent some of the civil rights protections laid down in the 60s.

00:38:58.000 You see, it is illegal for a government agency to go in and demand the list of all members of a group.

00:39:04.000 And you can investigate leaks to journalists by going in and grabbing the reporter's computer.

00:39:09.000 After the Diebold memos were leaked, put on their main website, folks, and my website was shut down, around the time of the California recall election, which Diebold basically ran, I started getting solicited to accept VoteHear software.

00:39:23.000 I didn't bite because it was obvious that it was an entrapment attempt.

00:39:27.000 Okay, a word about Vote Here.

00:39:28.000 This is the company that has no visible means of support.

00:39:31.000 It doesn't seem to sell anything.

00:39:32.000 Its board is heavily infested, as all voting companies are, with defense industry types.

00:39:37.000 A former CIA director, Robert Gates, now heads George Bush's school of government.

00:39:40.000 He's on the board.

00:39:42.000 And Admiral Bill Owens, also vice chairman of SAIC and a member of the Defense Policy Board, with Mr. Perl and Wolfowitz, a very close friend of Cheney, Washington's Secretary of State, Ralph Munro, and others.

00:39:57.000 And it says, under the Patriot Act, hacking crimes were turned over to a new division called the Cyber Crimes Division and placed under the auspices of the Secret Service.

00:40:04.000 And let me tell you what they want from me now.

00:40:06.000 They want the logs of my website, of all the forum messages, and the IP addresses, that's right, all of them, a giant phishing expedition for every communication of everyone interested in the voting issue.

00:40:16.000 This has nothing to do with vote here, hack investigation, and I have refused to turn it over.

00:40:21.000 Now understand, this is a chilling effect.

00:40:23.000 They went after universities that posted the Diebold documents, and finally they backed them off and defeated them.

00:40:29.000 Criminal documents showing the manipulation of our elections, showing the cover-up, showing up the holes in the software, that somebody linked on their page, that they found on the server, no hacking, just clicking, Then they went after Bev, she defeated them, and now they're after her again, telling her not to speak out, not to defend herself.

00:40:47.000 She's doing the right thing fighting back.

00:40:49.000 Whenever they grab you for something, state, federal, or local, they'll tell you, shut up and we'll go easy on you. 0.64

00:40:54.000 That is a complete fraud.

00:40:56.000 If we stood up to this persecution, they couldn't get away with it.

00:40:59.000 Bev, thanks for holding for seven minutes while I ranted and raved.

00:41:02.000 Good to have you on.

00:41:03.000 It's good to be back, Alex.

00:41:06.000 I talked to you during the break and I mentioned what had happened with, and I know you're busy with the voting issue, and you weren't aware of it, ACLU sued questions FBI methods of obtaining records, what's happening to you right now, the American Civil Liberties Union disclosed Wednesday that it filed a lawsuit Weeks and weeks ago, challenging the FBI's methods of obtaining many business records, but the group was barred from revealing even the existence of the case until now under the Patriot Act, but finally it was leaked.

00:41:37.000 They threatened to arrest ACLU lawyers, saying, talking about your suit against us is an act of terrorism.

00:41:43.000 Same thing they're trying on others.

00:41:44.000 Go ahead, Beth.

00:41:46.000 This is getting outrageous.

00:41:47.000 It's absolute misuse of the Patriot Act.

00:41:51.000 And this is basically just It's taking something and another blank check.

00:41:58.000 In other words, we just gave them a blank check with the Patriot Act and said, do whatever you want.

00:42:03.000 And they are.

00:42:06.000 Well, they wrote it for the general public and they said they're going to use it on the public in their congressional testimony.

00:42:11.000 But then when they talked to the media, they said, oh, no, it's not for the public.

00:42:15.000 They're already using it against pot dealers. 1.00

00:42:17.000 You name it.

00:42:19.000 Yeah, they began using it against all kinds of silly things.

00:42:22.000 They used it against eBay once, on some kind of a credit card thing.

00:42:26.000 And I actually wrote something up about this, oh, about a year ago.

00:42:29.000 I never dreamed it was going to be me next, but this is the way it's going to be.

00:42:35.000 You're hitting them hard because the three major voting companies all have CIA people on the board, obvious Defense Department funding, taking over our voting, we've caught them coast to coast.

00:42:46.000 Give people an overview of what's happening and the attack you're under.

00:42:53.000 The attack I'm under, the attack the industry's under, because I think that's what's really spurring it.

00:42:57.000 What happened in California last week has got them absolutely running for cover, because you have now the California Voting Board recommended to the Secretary of State that he decertify Diebold in four counties and turn them over for criminal prosecution.

00:43:14.000 So you see, We're drawing blood at this point, and rightly so, because the documents that were leaked last week were Diebold's own lawyers' memos, in which Diebold's own lawyers are telling Diebold it's been committing crimes, and its lawyers are sitting there discussing how to lie to the Secretary of State.

00:43:36.000 It doesn't get much worse than this.

00:43:39.000 So yes, funny thing, Just as this happened, I guess I make a call.

00:43:44.000 Let's stop calling him Diebold, the CIA.

00:43:46.000 So the CIA is in a lot of trouble.

00:43:49.000 Well, whoever is involved with it is in a lot of trouble.

00:43:53.000 No question about it.

00:43:54.000 They don't like the fact that they're getting caught.

00:43:58.000 And by the way, Bobby Rosovich, President of Diebold Election System, said in front of the California Voting Panel, we were caught.

00:44:09.000 I'm sorry.

00:44:11.000 Now what does that mean?

00:44:12.000 He didn't say we made a mistake.

00:44:14.000 He said we were caught.

00:44:17.000 You see this is where we've come to and the fact that this company can even be, it's still counting votes although By the way, California decertified it.

00:44:27.000 Most of the country.

00:44:28.000 It's going to be the largest company counting votes in 2006.

00:44:31.000 Now I have an article here where it says that two brothers are going to own and control 80% of it.

00:44:37.000 Right.

00:44:38.000 Bob Yerosevich, who I just mentioned, the fellow who said we got caught, is the president of Diebel Election Systems and the other biggest company, Election Systems and Software, is one of the executives there is his brother Todd Yerosevich.

00:44:51.000 Together, they founded Election Systems and Software, and now two different brothers are in management at two different companies that control 80% of the vote.

00:45:04.000 Again, for people that just joined us, Diebold engineers have gone public, said it's a complete fraud, makes it in a few regional papers, never in the national news.

00:45:12.000 You've talked to all the big reporters, they all want to do it, they've been told no.

00:45:16.000 Diebold has convicted felons running elections in the last California election.

00:45:23.000 They've been caught with wireless transmitters.

00:45:24.000 The other companies, right here in Austin, Michael McCall, down in the polls, but he's married to the Clear Channel owner's daughter.

00:45:31.000 Clear Channel was his biggest contributor.

00:45:33.000 He was Janet Reno's personal lawyer, a good Bush Republican, covering up Chinagate and Waco.

00:45:39.000 Despite the fact that he's down in the polls, I said, no, he's going to win, because guess what?

00:45:43.000 Guess who owns Hart InterCivics that 80% of his ballots were counted on?

00:45:47.000 Clear Channel is his biggest contributor.

00:45:49.000 He's married to the family, and they own the voting machines, Bev!

00:45:54.000 Well, yes, Tom Hicks, by the way, is a big Clear Channel person, and he has a large, large stake in that company.

00:46:01.000 So, these companies are not independent.

00:46:04.000 And by the way, there are voting machine companies that produce paper ballots that are independent, that are honest businessmen.

00:46:12.000 There are three of them that are out there.

00:46:15.000 They've been Certified, they've been used in elections, but we're not buying from the good companies.

00:46:20.000 But the federal mandate, the billions of dollars is mandating these touchscreens.

00:46:25.000 How do we stop them?

00:46:27.000 Well, understand something.

00:46:28.000 What I just said, there's three companies who are making touchscreens with a paper ballot.

00:46:34.000 They're very good companies.

00:46:35.000 It's just that the county officials are not buying their equipment.

00:46:40.000 They're telling everyone a complete lie and saying they're not certified.

00:46:43.000 They like the special machines.

00:46:43.000 They are.

00:46:45.000 They like the ones you can't audit.

00:46:49.000 Which is basically the only difference is the ones without the paper, no one can check up on them to see what happened.

00:46:56.000 Now where's the League of Women Voters? 1.00

00:46:57.000 They've been energetically...

00:46:59.000 Well, let me tell you about the League of Women Voters. 0.99

00:47:01.000 bill to have a paper ballot off the machine.

00:47:04.000 They've been battling that.

00:47:05.000 They don't want people to know about that.

00:47:07.000 Where is that right now?

00:47:08.000 Well, let me tell you about the League of Women Voters. 0.99

00:47:11.000 They're fixing to have a meeting in June, and their local chapters are going to have

00:47:15.000 it out with the national chapter, because the local chapters, by and large, want a paper

00:47:21.000 The national chapter, for some mysterious reason, is absolutely dead set against it.

00:47:27.000 And so I'm going to join the League of Women Voters, by the way.

00:47:30.000 Don't you think I should?

00:47:30.000 I think you should!

00:47:32.000 I think I should be there!

00:47:33.000 And I encourage everybody else who believes in fair voting and an honest election And a paper ballot to join the League of Women Voters and let's all show up at their national meeting and voice our opinion.

00:47:44.000 Well, how do... Exactly.

00:47:46.000 Imagine the premier, you know, guardians of the republic, guarding the vote, going, we do not want any record of the voting.

00:47:54.000 Exactly.

00:47:54.000 And I'll tell you something right now.

00:47:56.000 If the League of Women Voters was on the right side of this issue, we would already have national legislation to protect our vote. 1.00

00:48:03.000 Well, the globalists are Trojan Horse masters.

00:48:05.000 I mean, we'd have our Second Amendment back if it wasn't for the Trojan Horse NRA, but people can't get their minds past the label that the NRA is worse for guns than Chuckie Schumer.

00:48:14.000 And I mean that when I say it.

00:48:15.000 Now, let's go back here, Bev.

00:48:17.000 You're under attack, this Secret Service agent.

00:48:20.000 How did this start?

00:48:21.000 What's going on?

00:48:22.000 Break this down for people.

00:48:24.000 Well, it started legitimately, in a way.

00:48:29.000 The vote here claimed that it was hacked.

00:48:32.000 Now, I say claimed because this is a company that's run by CIA cryptographers who specialize in security.

00:48:39.000 So, I have to say, it's a little odd, the timing, and it seems a little unusual that someone would be able to hack into such a place, but they claimed they were hacked.

00:48:49.000 And at the same time, I had received these solicitations for the VoteHere software, which I didn't take.

00:48:55.000 I felt it was entrapment.

00:48:56.000 I didn't bother.

00:48:56.000 What I got was an email that said, click this link for VoteHere software.

00:49:01.000 Now, this was ridiculous, because VoteHere had announced it was going to be putting its software on the web as open source momentarily.

00:49:08.000 So the idea that you would go and get it in some clandestine way when it was going to be out there anyway.

00:49:13.000 And I don't know anyone who's interested in their software.

00:49:16.000 They don't sell anything.

00:49:17.000 They're not anywhere.

00:49:20.000 We have better things to look at.

00:49:21.000 Be that as it may, because I had gotten this solicitation, I did not feel it was inappropriate to talk to the people who were investigating this so-called hack.

00:49:30.000 And the first thing I did was tell them, make sure there was even a crime.

00:49:34.000 Because it sounds to me like this may have been not really a crime.

00:49:40.000 This may have been an effort to get more information.

00:49:43.000 Then, as they began supposedly investigating this vote here hack, they spent almost all their time asking questions about the Diebold memos, which have nothing to do.

00:49:52.000 This is two different companies.

00:49:54.000 And they admit that Diebold, Diebold, somebody put it on their open server, obviously leaking it, and no one had to hack to get this, and they admit that.

00:50:04.000 They don't even... It's worse than that.

00:50:07.000 When they investigate this, they say that we're not interested in that and we don't care how the de-vote thing happened, but then all of their questions have to do with that.

00:50:15.000 So it's like, well, what are you investigating here?

00:50:18.000 Are you investigating vote here?

00:50:19.000 Are you investigating this other thing?

00:50:22.000 And then, most recently, the agent made sort of a pointed Reference.

00:50:29.000 And he said, by the way, I was on the plane with you recently.

00:50:33.000 And I was like, well, what are they doing now?

00:50:35.000 Trying to tell me they're following me? 0.97

00:50:36.000 This is silly.

00:50:38.000 Well, let's give their names when we get back.

00:50:41.000 Okay.

00:50:42.000 For your protection, yeah.

00:50:43.000 I think you need to be very careful, Bev.

00:50:44.000 The Central Intelligence Agency does not appreciate you trying to stop them from overthrowing this country, as they've done a hundred third world nations.

00:50:52.000 We're not your slaves.

00:50:53.000 We're not your property.

00:52:01.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?

00:52:06.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

00:52:14.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.

00:52:21.000 Radioactive Poisoning.

00:52:23.000 Potassium Iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

00:52:29.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.

00:52:34.000 Potassium Iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick, and pets.

00:54:08.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:54:12.000 All right.

00:54:13.000 We're talking to Bev Harris of BlackBoxVoting.org.

00:54:17.000 Spread the word.

00:54:18.000 Mirror her site.

00:54:21.000 Get the information out.

00:54:24.000 Act on it.

00:54:26.000 Warn everybody.

00:54:29.000 Bev Harris, continuing with this agent who's telling you not to talk to the public.

00:54:37.000 How many meetings have you had with him?

00:54:38.000 What's his name?

00:54:39.000 How many agents have you talked to?

00:54:41.000 What are you dealing with right now?

00:54:44.000 Face-to-face meetings.

00:54:45.000 It's been either two or three and then at least three more by telephone interview.

00:54:50.000 He brought an FBI agent with him one time.

00:54:53.000 He now tells me that he wants me to talk to the United States Attorney.

00:54:57.000 I actually did put his full name on the web and then I'm not going to do that.

00:55:01.000 I'm calling him Agent Mike.

00:55:03.000 Mike is his first name.

00:55:04.000 I'm going to give them an opportunity to behave correctly.

00:55:07.000 One more.

00:55:08.000 Now, the minute I get a subpoena or I end up with these federal marshals at my house, which I've been told may happen, you know, grabbing things, at that point everything is going to have to go public.

00:55:20.000 But I'm going to assume maybe they just overreached and they'll rethink things.

00:55:25.000 We'll see.

00:55:25.000 Well, look, they're very upset that all this is coming out.

00:55:28.000 Absolutely.

00:55:28.000 They are not happy campers.

00:55:31.000 Well, Bev, so you don't want people to know this guy's name.

00:55:33.000 Why?

00:55:36.000 I just tend to do things in a sequential fashion and I think we've outed the situation here and I have lawyered up so that they have to go through that. 1.00

00:55:50.000 Between you and me, there's nuts out there who do stupid things, too. 0.94

00:55:53.000 I don't really want to have his family targeted or anything like that. 0.99

00:55:56.000 Well, that's not going to happen.

00:55:57.000 None of us want anything like that, but we need to know, you know, these guys want to sneak around when they're public servants.

00:56:03.000 We need to know who's telling you to keep your mouth shut.

00:56:05.000 Oh, yeah.

00:56:06.000 He works for the Secret Service, not the FBI, but he works for the Secret Service, and he's in the Seattle office.

00:56:15.000 You know, he may just have actually believed this story about Vote Here.

00:56:18.000 I just don't, I don't know.

00:56:20.000 Yeah, but you say he keeps bringing up Diebold.

00:56:22.000 Yeah, he does.

00:56:22.000 We need to know who our public servants are and what they're doing.

00:56:24.000 And the timing of his calls doesn't make sense either.

00:56:27.000 Every time there's a big news event with Diebold, I get a call.

00:56:30.000 You know, and it's like, well, what does this have to do with Vote Here?

00:56:32.000 Well, I mean, look, the government's already shut your website down once and then tried to shut universities down that were exposing public information about it, trying to stop the truth. 0.93

00:56:41.000 And, you know, this character may be just a useful idiot, but, you know, for the record, it's good to know who's doing this. 0.94

00:56:46.000 Now, he's telling you not to talk. 0.99

00:56:48.000 What does he say to you?

00:56:50.000 Well, he feels that, you know, if I talk about it, it'll alert the other witnesses.

00:56:54.000 Oh, let me tell you this.

00:56:55.000 I have not told this in public yet.

00:56:57.000 You get a scoop.

00:56:58.000 Not a small one.

00:57:00.000 One of the reasons I decided to go public, you see, is he was investigating a couple of other people who had some documents that might be of interest, or he said he was.

00:57:10.000 And actually, their documents are a lot more responsive to the Vote Here hack than mine are.

00:57:15.000 And so, I asked him, when he started demanding that I come in and do all these things, I said, well, have you talked to these other two people or asked them for their documents, which are actually responsible?

00:57:25.000 Well, he had not.

00:57:27.000 Now, originally, he said, you know, don't tell anybody about this, because I don't want the other people to know that, you know.

00:57:32.000 And if he's really investigating a crime of a hack into Vote Here, Um, that's plausible.

00:57:39.000 But then if you don't even go talk to those people and you don't ask for their documents, which are very responsive, and then you keep coming back to me, then we're up to something else altogether.

00:57:49.000 And at that point I just said, okay, you know, enough's enough.

00:57:52.000 If you were serious about Vote Here, you'd be asking for, you know, the stuff that I told you to ask for and who to ask.

00:58:00.000 And, no, they seem to be wanting my stuff.

00:58:02.000 And the stuff he's asking for makes no sense.

00:58:04.000 For example, he says he wants the web logs from my site during the time of the Vote Here hack.

00:58:09.000 Well, my site was shut down during that time.

00:58:11.000 We discussed that it was shut down due to the debolt cease and desist.

00:58:15.000 So there wouldn't be any web logs.

00:58:19.000 And then it's like, well, you're not going to give them to us?

00:58:21.000 Well, you're being uncooperative.

00:58:22.000 And about that time, my lawyer said, well, you may now see some U.S.

00:58:26.000 Marshals showing up trying to seize your computer.

00:58:29.000 Well, that would be just a ruse then, if that's the case.

00:58:32.000 Well, it's very important that everybody mirror blackboxvoting.org right now.

00:58:37.000 Would you agree with that?

00:58:39.000 I think it's important to have that ability out there.

00:58:42.000 Okay, stay there.

00:58:43.000 A lot of other news concerning the election fraud itself when we get back in the second hour.

00:58:48.000 Stay with us.

00:58:51.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

00:58:54.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

00:58:59.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

00:59:02.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

00:59:04.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

00:59:13.000 The Berkeley light is different.

00:59:15.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing

00:59:20.000 filters.

00:59:21.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria,

00:59:27.000 cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals

00:59:32.000 and nitrates.

00:59:33.000 It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, and lakes.

00:59:52.000 Big Brother. Mainstream media. Government cover-ups. You want answers?

00:59:59.000 media, government cover-ups. You want answers?

01:00:03.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:04.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:13.000 Alright, my friends, we've got Dr. Dennis Cuddy, expert on the New World Order, joining us in the third hour.

01:00:21.000 For another 30 minutes, we're going to have Bev Harris from BlackBoxVoting.org. 0.98

01:00:27.000 Targeted by Diebold and other sinister groups trying to shut down our site, trying to shut down universities, exposing public documents about all the scams that were going on.

01:00:38.000 Now the state of California is talking about indicting Diebold officials and others.

01:00:43.000 They've been caught red-handed engaging in, their engineers have gone public, but this is just one company.

01:00:48.000 There's other companies, Vote Here and others, with former CIA directors and admirals on their boards.

01:00:54.000 Always, it's like a CIA reunion, basically, front companies, in weird fishing expeditions, nothing to do with Bev Harris, who's a corporate crime investigator and an award-winning journalist.

01:01:08.000 Just incredible what's happening to her, and they're telling her not to talk about how they're investigating, how they're, you know, they want information from her about a non-existent hack of vote here, the CIA front, And then they're always bringing up her other investigations, and basically trying to intimidate her, and telling her to be quiet, and now she's speaking up.

01:01:29.000 And we have her 27-page analysis of this at InfoWars.com.

01:01:33.000 Bev Harris, I'm going to ask one of my webmasters to mirror a lot of your site, if that's okay, because they brought your site down once, and now you could be raided any day, as your lawyers are telling you.

01:01:45.000 Would you like me to do that?

01:01:48.000 You know, that's why I've tried to make all the information available from the get-go to as many people, because this is a situation where we've got a clear and present danger to our democracy.

01:01:57.000 And we need to have everybody putting their shoulder to the wall.

01:02:01.000 I think it's a great idea.

01:02:02.000 Okay, we've just got a few minutes in this quick segment.

01:02:05.000 You're talking to a jury in a summation, two and a half minutes.

01:02:08.000 What's happening with election fraud?

01:02:10.000 Who's behind it?

01:02:12.000 And how do we stop it?

01:02:14.000 Well, what we have is machines that were Constructed and enabled for fraud.

01:02:21.000 We have election officials who sometimes are paying no attention whatsoever to doing their due diligence.

01:02:27.000 They're simply listening to whatever the manufacturers say.

01:02:30.000 They're parroting talking points written by public relations firms, which were hired by the manufacturers.

01:02:36.000 And then they're running out and spending millions of dollars of your money, taxpayers' money, on these machines, which basically take away the auditability or the ability to prove that the vote was counted correctly.

01:02:48.000 This is the situation, and we've got conflict of interest at the highest levels of the companies that are producing these machines.

01:02:56.000 So, essentially, American democracy now is based on the vote, and you end up with a handful of cronies in a private company with secret software counting your vote, and you can't watch.

01:03:13.000 And you don't even know, by the way, if it's your vote, because you can't even see how the vote was recorded.

01:03:18.000 This is not how you run a democracy.

01:03:19.000 And Bev, they've been caught coast-to-coast.

01:03:23.000 Hundreds of articles admitted were accidentally miscounting, or criminals running it, or engineers going public, or a wireless internet connecting during the election, changing votes.

01:03:34.000 I mean, they've been caught, these companies, all across the country doing this, and nothing ever happens to them.

01:03:39.000 They've been caught, and you're right.

01:03:39.000 Right.

01:03:41.000 We seem to be going through this phase where corporations are running the government and can do anything they want and don't have to follow the law.

01:03:49.000 You know, well, I won't say, I'll say big corporations.

01:03:52.000 Now, those of us who own small corporations, who are just honest local businessmen, we get nailed for all, you know, we have to do every single thing just exactly the right way, but these big ones just do whatever they want.

01:04:03.000 Well, that's fascism!

01:04:05.000 They're organized crime syndicates.

01:04:06.000 They control the government. 0.97

01:04:08.000 It's parasitic. 0.97

01:04:09.000 It's predatory.

01:04:11.000 Right, right.

01:04:12.000 And what we're seeing now, I really take my hat off to California.

01:04:16.000 They may not be going as far as I'd like them to be, but at least they're looking at it, and at least they're trying to be objective about this.

01:04:22.000 I want to talk more about that.

01:04:23.000 We've got them right, but there's discussions of criminal charges now.

01:04:26.000 Yeah.

01:04:27.000 And Bev, you've got a huge archive.

01:04:29.000 I mean, every week there's probably 15 new articles of election fraud where they catch them doing stuff.

01:04:34.000 But just take, you know, say five or six, ten of the big election fraud where they've been caught red-handed, these big companies, from Texas to Kentucky to California to New York, some of the criminals, public criminals they have working for them, and then the criminal charges that may be coming.

01:04:49.000 Then we'll take some calls.

01:08:18.000 And it's sinister.

01:08:19.000 I mean, the CIA, they just brag.

01:08:21.000 I saw some guy on Fox News last night.

01:08:23.000 I never watched TV, and I watched, and he goes, wow, I was in the CIA.

01:08:25.000 We killed a lot of people. 0.99

01:08:26.000 We need to kill everybody over there and hire thugs and dictators and pay them lots. 1.00

01:08:30.000 This is what we do. 1.00

01:08:31.000 It's like, it's gangsters watching Armitage.

01:08:34.000 It's like watching The Kingpin with his big bald head laughing, ha ha, I'll tell you how we do it.

01:08:40.000 We handle everything real good.

01:08:41.000 I mean, just, it's like watching The Sopranos or something.

01:08:45.000 Yeah, we're running your voting machines.

01:08:48.000 Don't worry.

01:08:49.000 We're real conservative.

01:08:50.000 You can trust us.

01:08:52.000 We've overthrown a lot of countries and now we're doing it to you. 0.92

01:08:56.000 We're going to shut that Ben Harris down. 0.98

01:08:59.000 Shut that lady up. 1.00

01:09:00.000 She's not going to stop us. 0.98

01:09:01.000 We run things.

01:09:03.000 Uh, I mean, seriously folks, that's what it's come down to.

01:09:06.000 So, Bev Harris, most of the people out there aren't ever going to go read all the hundreds of mainstream articles that are regionalized, where our boys are publicly being caught by people like you, our own employees are blowing the whistle.

01:09:19.000 What are you going to do about it, Bev?

01:09:21.000 Yeah, what are we going to do about it?

01:09:24.000 It's us, isn't it?

01:09:25.000 You got a problem, lady? 0.58

01:09:26.000 We run things.

01:09:27.000 You got it, Mac?

01:09:29.000 Well, the most troublesome thing, isn't it, is that they don't really run things when there's 200 million Americans.

01:09:35.000 It's just that we need to light a fire under the 200 million Americans to say, enough's enough.

01:09:42.000 Oh, yeah.

01:09:42.000 Well, what happens when the Boogeyman terrorist pops out?

01:09:45.000 That'll distract you real quick.

01:09:47.000 We own you, lady.

01:09:48.000 We own the country.

01:09:50.000 You know, that kind of stuff isn't fooling a lot of us anymore, is it?

01:09:53.000 Ha! 0.89

01:09:54.000 I'm the kingpin, didn't you hear?

01:09:58.000 Well, it doesn't seem to be just all about power and fear of losing it.

01:10:02.000 I mean, it's just not even about money, although it is about that.

01:10:06.000 Ma'am, our boys at Diebold told us they will deliver the votes to us!

01:10:11.000 Indeed they did!

01:10:13.000 Indeed they did.

01:10:14.000 So probably it's up to us as voters to deliver a Diebold right out the door.

01:10:19.000 Let's get into what's happening in California in more detail.

01:10:22.000 But first, give us just a smattering.

01:10:23.000 You've got hundreds of these on your site.

01:10:26.000 We have a lot on Prison Planet, but you keep it up to date every week.

01:10:31.000 Give us some of the examples of what these companies have been caught doing.

01:10:35.000 Well, for one thing, whatever it is that they tell us that we're buying and that they hand over to the certifiers is not within the machines.

01:10:43.000 Indiana just found that Election Systems and Software was using uncertified software in its machines.

01:10:48.000 California has found that every county except for one used uncertified software.

01:10:53.000 Let me explain what that means.

01:10:55.000 That means the software that is counting the votes in the machines, nobody has authorized or looked at.

01:11:02.000 We don't know the names of who wrote it and we don't know what it does.

01:11:06.000 And so that's one thing.

01:11:08.000 And the machines are miscounting.

01:11:09.000 They lost 7,000 votes in Orange County, California.

01:11:13.000 San Diego County, 40% of the machines didn't work on Election Day.

01:11:18.000 The Associated Press reported that in the last two years, one million votes have been lost.

01:11:23.000 Ha! 0.89

01:11:24.000 Poppycock!

01:11:26.000 I mean, we're talking about... We don't even have any idea, because you see what we did with We don't even have the procedures in place to even know what's going on.

01:11:36.000 But I went around and started visiting poll workers and election judges and I said, did you see anything?

01:11:42.000 This stuff is not even getting reported.

01:11:44.000 Look, I'm here in Austin.

01:11:45.000 It finally got reported three weeks after we brought it out.

01:11:49.000 Magically, people that were pro-America were all winning.

01:11:52.000 Suddenly the machines all malfunctioned, the new ones, while the clerk was out mysteriously.

01:11:58.000 And then suddenly all the numbers flipped, but oh, no investigation.

01:12:02.000 Well, that's the kind of thing.

01:12:03.000 There isn't a procedure when stuff doesn't match.

01:12:05.000 Listen, I talked to an election judge down in San Diego.

01:12:07.000 She said her machines didn't even agree with their own self.

01:12:10.000 The screen would say one result, and the thing with the little ticker tape they print out at the end of the day to see how many voters showed up would say a completely different number than the screen.

01:12:20.000 Now, think about this.

01:12:21.000 Suppose you have a computer, and you have a document on the screen, and you hit the print button.

01:12:26.000 Isn't that kind of unusual that the thing that will come out of the printer is something completely different?

01:12:31.000 Well, also, I mean, I'm talking about all the articles we post, you post, where there's 10,000 registered voters and 14,000 vote for the establishment candidate when there's not even that many voters.

01:12:42.000 Oh, absolutely!

01:12:43.000 I mean, Indiana, you know, 5,000 voters in one area and 144,000 votes showed up.

01:12:49.000 This is the kind of thing where you have to say, Didn't they go ahead and certify it and go, oh yes, they've been elected?

01:12:55.000 Well, in Orange County, they know that 7,000 people got the wrong ballot that didn't even have the right things on, and they did.

01:13:01.000 They went right ahead and certified it, even though there was not 7,000 votes separating some of the races.

01:13:07.000 Now, they caught Diebold a couple of elections ago in California with the touchscreens, going in to the computers during the election.

01:13:15.000 Talk about that.

01:13:17.000 That was actually not Diebold.

01:13:18.000 That was Sequoia Voting Systems, a little-known One that will start getting onto the radar now.

01:13:25.000 Sequoia Voting Systems, which is in Houston, by the way, I believe, is, yeah, there was a guy who was a technician for the company, and by California law, it's illegal for a technician to go dinking around with the machine during the middle of its accounting.

01:13:38.000 But he's outside the building.

01:13:42.000 He has a disk or a memory card in his pocket.

01:13:45.000 He pulls it out.

01:13:45.000 He says, let's see if this will work.

01:13:47.000 He goes into the central tabulator, which is counting 600,000 votes for the entire county of Riverside, puts the card into the central tabulator machine, uploads something, and the witnesses said you could see it was uploading because the little status bar was going, you know, across the screen.

01:14:03.000 Then after it was uploaded, he put the card back in his pocket, left the office.

01:14:07.000 These guys are chasing him, saying, what's on that card?

01:14:09.000 What's on that card?

01:14:10.000 He says, it's my personal card.

01:14:12.000 Then he gets on a plane and goes to Denver.

01:14:14.000 He leaves the state with this evidence in his pocket.

01:14:17.000 So there's guys just running in, doing stuff.

01:14:20.000 And this is not the only one.

01:14:22.000 Election Systems and Software.

01:14:23.000 In Stanislaus County, three people had access.

01:14:28.000 And there's no procedure.

01:14:30.000 And this is the places that actually have a window so we can see.

01:14:33.000 The latest thing is, when they get to Central Count and they start tallying up the votes, they shut the door and we're not allowed to watch.

01:14:38.000 So we don't even know who's in there.

01:14:40.000 They always do that in Austin.

01:14:41.000 Now, on top of this, we also have, again, cases, as I mentioned, of convicted felons running elections.

01:14:51.000 Well, yeah, and we haven't even finished with that.

01:14:54.000 Andy Stevenson and I, and Andy's just, he is a hero.

01:14:58.000 He's running for Secretary of State, and he and I are suing our own Secretary of State over all this stuff.

01:15:04.000 But, you know, he and I started looking at criminal records of these guys.

01:15:09.000 And we found a guy who'd been indicted for Sequoia Voting Systems.

01:15:14.000 We found a guy who'd been indicted for ES&S.

01:15:17.000 We found five people for Diebold.

01:15:19.000 And we didn't half get finished.

01:15:21.000 You know, the criminal courts building closed before we were able to finish our list of 20 people.

01:15:26.000 So I have to tell you, I'm laughing, but it's because this is so out of control.

01:15:31.000 You know, if you don't Have a sense of humor while you're investigating this when you would just be going into a dark depression.

01:15:38.000 Okay, now the latest developments with Diebold out in California saying, oh yeah, we got caught, we're sorry.

01:15:47.000 In a nutshell, tell folks about that.

01:15:49.000 Got caught again.

01:15:50.000 I think one of the California voting panel hit the nail on the head when he said, I feel like I'm in that movie, Groundhog Day, with Bill Murray, where I keep hearing the same lies from Diebold over and over and over.

01:16:06.000 They were caught back in October and November.

01:16:09.000 They were caught again in December.

01:16:10.000 They wrote a letter, which is on the California Secretary of State, promising never to do it again.

01:16:15.000 And they got caught again in March.

01:16:17.000 Never to do what again?

01:16:18.000 Never to put uncertified software in the machines that they made up at the last minute.

01:16:23.000 They did it again in March, right before Super Tuesday.

01:16:26.000 And they also stepped up to the voting panel and lied about it because they didn't know we had a witness who worked for them who actually was told to install the uncertified stuff.

01:16:37.000 He came up next and I will tell you the cross-examination of Diebold that followed that was not pretty to watch.

01:16:48.000 Oh my goodness, so now they're talking about criminal charges.

01:16:52.000 Yeah, they pulled back certification and there's going to be a big decision today.

01:16:57.000 We're going to see what happens because the panel can recommend what to do and they recommended unanimously the decertification and that they turn Diebold over to the Attorney General for criminal prosecution.

01:17:08.000 The Secretary of State today has the authority to make some directed uh... uh... decisions and uh... so we're going to need some more news i think coming out of california today don't know how far he's going to go but this should be interesting and then we also have people like uh... senator heigl who wants the national draft he owns the voting machines that people vote for him on well yeah he and his campaign finance director and you also have the state of ohio who this is just bizarre now california has found that the tfx machine that was used by Diebold

01:17:42.000 Failed.

01:17:44.000 Massively failed.

01:17:45.000 Disenfranchised voters.

01:17:46.000 Well, it failed to us.

01:17:47.000 It worked quite well for them.

01:17:48.000 Well, people couldn't even vote.

01:17:51.000 It failed so badly you couldn't even cast a vote.

01:17:54.000 And so, what is Ohio doing?

01:17:57.000 Ohio counties are running right out and buying the exact machine that California just decertified.

01:18:05.000 Somebody explain that to me.

01:18:06.000 I mean, we're talking about a $130 million purchase.

01:18:11.000 And they're running out and buying what California just decertified and submitted for criminal prosecution.

01:18:18.000 That's irresponsible.

01:18:20.000 Lightly?

01:18:20.000 Well, I mean, if you're a criminal, you want a criminal system.

01:18:25.000 Criminals gotta help each other!

01:18:27.000 You know, I mean, I just spoke with an Ohio reporter this morning, and he said, but Diebold is an Ohio company!

01:18:34.000 And I said, well, I don't care if it's an Ohio company!

01:18:39.000 Its own lawyers are saying in their own memos that it broke the law repeatedly!

01:18:47.000 What do we have to do here, guys?

01:18:51.000 It's amazing.

01:18:51.000 We're going to come back and talk to Carlos, Mike, Kirk, and others with Beth Harris.

01:19:27.000 Yeah, they can also order it from Amazon.

01:19:29.000 By the way, don't go to .com.

01:19:31.000 That site is a bit of a renegade right now.

01:19:33.000 He seems to think I wrote the book for free.

01:19:37.000 Whatever gets bought off of that site, I'll never see.

01:19:40.000 Oh, so you don't want the... No, it's by someone else.

01:19:43.000 Just .org.

01:21:54.000 Jack Brownrigg for Midas Resources.

01:21:56.000 Last summer we did some two-year comparisons between the equity markets and gold.

01:22:00.000 Let's update.

01:22:01.000 January of 2002 to January of 2004, the Dow was up a whopping 2.2%.

01:22:06.000 The Nasdaq in that same time frame is flat.

01:22:09.000 Two years ago, the U.S.

01:22:10.000 dollar was worth 17% more than the Euro.

01:22:13.000 Today, the U.S.

01:22:14.000 dollar is worth 28% less than the Euro.

01:22:17.000 Guess which one has gold backing?

01:22:19.000 January of 2002, the gold spot was 283.

01:22:22.000 January of 2004, it's well over $400 at a 13-year high, up near 40%.

01:22:28.000 Gold is moving.

01:22:29.000 Equities are treading water.

01:22:31.000 This is a little of the billions lost in market scandals.

01:22:34.000 Put your money in a safe haven.

01:22:52.000 Are you one of the millions who suffer from arthritis or chronic back pain?

01:22:55.000 Michael Trudeau here.

01:22:56.000 I speak from personal experience when I say living with either one isn't any fun.

01:22:59.000 You see, a little over 20 years ago, I was involved in a car accident that injured some vertebrae and discs in my back.

01:23:05.000 The damage led to degenerative arthritis in my upper back and neck.

01:23:08.000 I tried physical therapy and chiropractors for years, usually with little or no positive results.

01:23:13.000 The chronic, everyday pain was miserable.

01:23:15.000 Many friends offered advice on how to get relief, and I humored most, again with little or no success, until my friend Cliff Scott recommended his MSM. 0.51

01:23:22.000 He said it was all natural and worked to relieve inflammation.

01:23:25.000 Once again, albeit reluctantly, I took another friend's advice.

01:23:28.000 Only this time, it changed my life.

01:23:29.000 After six weeks, I noticed some improvement.

01:23:31.000 And after 12 weeks, measurable improvement.

01:23:34.000 That was two years ago, and I've been taking MSM ever since.

01:23:36.000 And today, my quality of life has improved dramatically.

01:23:39.000 Side effects?

01:23:40.000 Yeah, my knee used to bug me, and that's better now too.

01:23:42.000 Call Cliff Scott Enterprises at 800-569-4340.

01:23:43.000 That's 1-800-569-4340.

01:23:44.000 If you're suffering, try MSM. 1.00

01:23:44.000 That's 1-800-569-4340. 1.00

01:23:49.000 If you're suffering, try MSM. 1.00

01:23:51.000 It worked for me.

01:23:59.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

01:24:02.000 All right, we're talking about Harris.

01:24:05.000 Let's go straight to the calls.

01:24:08.000 Carlos in California, thanks for holding.

01:24:10.000 You're on the air, sir.

01:24:13.000 Good to talk to you, Carlos.

01:24:14.000 Welcome.

01:24:15.000 Alex, how you doing?

01:24:17.000 Yes, you know, I report sometimes what we're An official from Debalt was engaged in a Republican election strategy session with officials from the Republican Party.

01:24:17.000 Yes.

01:24:31.000 He was in the session with them, and what he said is that he was going to try to bring the vote, the Ohio vote, to them.

01:24:42.000 Well, his quote is, we will deliver the Republican Party, we will deliver Georgia.

01:24:46.000 What's the exact quote, then?

01:24:47.000 We will deliver the election to Bush in 2004.

01:24:51.000 No, we will deliver Ohio's electoral votes to Bush in 2004.

01:24:54.000 Something like that.

01:24:55.000 And folks, that's public.

01:24:56.000 That's on the record.

01:24:59.000 He wrote that.

01:24:59.000 He didn't even just say it.

01:25:00.000 He wrote it in a letter.

01:25:01.000 Is that arrogant or what?

01:25:04.000 But I just want to impress on Ms.

01:25:06.000 Harris to stand her ground. 0.96

01:25:09.000 A new world order has got an onslaught on many different places to curtail our mediums of communication, our communication.

01:25:17.000 You know, they're setting up Three speech stones in universities, in areas where the president arrives. 0.80

01:25:24.000 I mean, this is ridiculous!

01:25:26.000 Yes, and you know, I want to say something for Carlos, because I want Carlos to spread the word on this. 0.81

01:25:31.000 It's not well known.

01:25:32.000 Sequoia voting system is going into heavily Hispanic areas, and that system we now have looked at, it is amazing.

01:25:40.000 It can flip the Spanish language ballots to the opposite candidate.

01:25:44.000 I have no idea why that feature's in there, but we gotta do something.

01:25:48.000 Because when you create the ballot that shows up on the touch screen on Sequoia Voting Systems, you have an option.

01:25:54.000 You can tell it, when you vote for Ron, record the vote for Ron.

01:25:59.000 But you can also say, when you vote for Ron, record the vote for Dave.

01:26:03.000 On Spanish language only ballots.

01:26:06.000 So we have got to get the word out that there's some very strange stuff with the Spanish language ballots with this one company and it's going into Riverside, Harris County, Texas, New Mexico, Santa Clara County.

01:26:19.000 We've got to get a look at this thing.

01:26:21.000 So, appreciate your call, Carlos.

01:26:23.000 Yes, thank you, Carlos.

01:26:24.000 Thank you, sir.

01:26:26.000 Designed for fraud.

01:26:28.000 Designed.

01:26:30.000 Let's talk to Mike in Illinois.

01:26:32.000 Mike, go ahead.

01:26:36.000 Caller, you're on the air.

01:26:37.000 Go ahead, Mike.

01:26:38.000 Okay, he's away from the phone.

01:26:41.000 Kirk in Colorado.

01:26:42.000 Kirk, go ahead.

01:26:43.000 Hi, good afternoon.

01:26:44.000 Harris, you can tell you're making a difference because they're after you.

01:26:48.000 But you know, what gets me is I work in automation, so I understand computers and programming and how that stuff works.

01:26:54.000 And I tried to follow a machine one time and I said, And I asked the voting official, how do you tell if that's accurate or not, or that it's not been tampered with?

01:27:01.000 And he shows me this little white sticker on the back.

01:27:03.000 I'm like, oh, give me a break.

01:27:05.000 And I asked him if I could follow it.

01:27:07.000 He said, no, it was against the law to follow it.

01:27:09.000 I said, I just want to make sure my vote even counted.

01:27:11.000 Oh, no, it's private software, so no one can look at it.

01:27:15.000 I mean, third world countries let outsiders come in and watch the counting, but not in America.

01:27:21.000 Well, this has always been a beef with me, because How can people think they can sneak into a booth and cowardly vote where nobody... I mean, it's not a John Hancock like saying, hey, I go for this, you know, on paper.

01:27:32.000 They cowardly go and sneak in there and vote and think it matters.

01:27:36.000 So you've really opened several issues. 0.99

01:27:37.000 And I mean, and I'm not, and I know I'm going to get some heat for this, but some of the people that call Alex's show are probably some of the dumbest people I've ever heard.

01:27:44.000 Some lady calls up the other day and says, oh, um, you know, we're being exposed to something, you know, U-R-E-M things. 1.00

01:27:52.000 I mean, it just floors me that she doesn't even know what a micro-rem is or what the exposure levels are.

01:27:57.000 You know, like it's five per year or whatever for, you know, maximum.

01:28:01.000 But anyhow, I mean, you have to have a time limit on that also.

01:28:04.000 But I mean, these people are so concerned about making a squirrel into a hat that the geniuses, I mean, let's face it, Archibald has a lot of customers and they committed that fraud.

01:28:14.000 Why aren't they going to jail for committing fraud with these machines?

01:28:19.000 Exactly.

01:28:20.000 And you know, here's the other thing.

01:28:21.000 As we've noticed, it's hard to put a corporation in jail.

01:28:25.000 You can only go after the individuals, and the individuals keep skipping out.

01:28:29.000 They pass those laws, just like voting, or just like when you invest in the market, they pass laws so that like blue chips, you know, you can't go after the companies if they rip you off.

01:28:39.000 And people think that's legitimate. 0.96

01:28:42.000 I mean, there's a lot of idiots out there that actually think that Karl Marx wrote the Communist Manifesto. 0.99

01:28:49.000 I mean, that was just tacked on to discredit his work. 0.99

01:28:52.000 And you're dealing with people out here that are just, I mean, you know, right now you would think they would just like, oh my God, all of our voting has totally been corrupt for all these years.

01:29:01.000 You know, I mean, they don't put a spectrum analyzer on it.

01:29:03.000 They don't look at the power signal coming in to see if there's some sort of, you know, frequency on there that can be, you know, bypass the filters and set the circuits in there. 0.99

01:29:12.000 I mean, you've got these idiots who don't even know what a PLC is. 0.98

01:29:16.000 And yet you're trying to talk to him, and I understand what you're up against, but... Well, I'll tell you what, I'm gonna let you go, Kirk. 0.99

01:29:22.000 Bev, could you use a few minutes on the other side to finish up some calls?

01:29:25.000 Sure, sure.

01:29:25.000 Yeah, let me just say this now.

01:29:26.000 Look, our callers are not stupid. 0.99

01:29:29.000 Not everybody's an engineer like you, Kirk. 0.99

01:29:31.000 Okay?

01:29:32.000 I mean, I don't know all the details about different radiation levels.

01:29:35.000 I have the scientists on to tell us, because they're the scientists.

01:29:38.000 So come on, I bet you don't know rocket science, and neither do I.

01:29:43.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

01:29:46.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:31:58.000 Well, here's another listener who's lost weight the safe and healthy way with Collagenate from Vim and Vigor.

01:32:04.000 Kimberly, tell us about your success.

01:32:06.000 Okay, I've been on Vim and Vigor for almost two months.

01:32:09.000 I've lost 16 pounds and I've gone down three pant sizes.

01:32:12.000 Incredible!

01:32:13.000 I'm really excited, naturally.

01:32:14.000 I have a 21-month-old child and losing weight after a child can sometimes be difficult.

01:32:18.000 Well, that's for sure.

01:32:19.000 Was it easy?

01:32:20.000 I mean, there's nothing to it.

01:32:20.000 Very easy.

01:32:21.000 You can actually still continue to eat meals with your children and not starve yourself or anything else and lose weight.

01:32:27.000 You can lose fat the safe and healthy way just like Kimberly did with Collagenate from Vim and Vigor.

01:32:33.000 Call right now 1-800-622-THIN.

01:32:34.000 That's 1-800-622-THIN.

01:32:35.000 Remember, mention you heard it right here and that gets you $25 off a three-month supply.

01:32:40.000 So call Vim and Vigor today 1-800-622-THIN.

01:32:41.000 And that gets you $25 off a 3 month supply.

01:32:45.000 So call Vim and Vigor today.

01:32:46.000 1-800-622-FIN.

01:32:47.000 Again, that's 1-800-622-8446.

01:32:51.000 Thanks for watching.

01:33:03.000 A gun on my hip and the right to arrest.

01:33:05.000 Before we go back to Ben Harris and a few final calls before I'm getting into the 9-11 whitewash commission.

01:33:11.000 Torture in Iraq. 0.58

01:33:12.000 The police stayed here domestically.

01:33:13.000 You got Dr. Dennis Cuddy joining us in the next hour as well.

01:33:16.000 An expert on the New World Order. 0.98

01:33:20.000 Before we do that, you know, Kirk in Colorado, I'm sure you're a nice guy, but just because somebody doesn't know what different radiation levels are or the different scales of that doesn't mean they're an idiot. 0.84

01:33:33.000 At least our listeners are trying to learn, trying to get informed.

01:33:37.000 I mean, the average high school senior doesn't know who the vice president is, doesn't know how many continents there are.

01:33:42.000 That's all by design, but they know all about Britney Spears, they know all about football, they know all about baseball.

01:33:49.000 We've been focused into issues of little or no significance.

01:33:52.000 And so this broadcast is about trying to get people to become focused about, well, the CIA openly running three of the major election companies.

01:34:02.000 No records.

01:34:03.000 Their own engineers going public saying it's all a fraud.

01:34:05.000 Their own documents saying this, you know.

01:34:08.000 Meetings where the reporters actually get tape recordings of them talking about racketeering and how they have to cover all this up.

01:34:16.000 There's a lot to know.

01:34:17.000 I don't know how a computer monitor works.

01:34:22.000 I don't particularly know how to change my oil, but that's about it. 0.99

01:34:27.000 I'm smart in certain areas, I'm stupid in others, or uninformed. 0.98

01:34:31.000 Just like I bet you don't know how to build a Saturn rocket to boost to the moon. 0.99

01:34:38.000 You know, we all have to seek after knowledge.

01:34:40.000 That's so important.

01:34:41.000 And a lot of Americans don't even think about, you know, where the food in the grocery store comes from.

01:34:45.000 We're kind of all in this big maze, not questioning the man behind the curtain, but beginning that journey of questioning is how we're going to turn this around.

01:34:53.000 Beth Harris?

01:34:55.000 Yes.

01:34:56.000 Well, I've got to love you, Alex.

01:34:59.000 I love the way you speak up for everybody in our... because this is particularly my battle here with the voting machines.

01:35:08.000 We can't win it without everybody, and I'm telling you, I do mean everybody at every level, because we can't expect these officials to do it for us.

01:35:18.000 It's not going to happen.

01:35:20.000 We're the people, we're the bosses, we have to take on our responsibility.

01:35:24.000 Right, there's 200 million of us, and we do outnumber them.

01:35:29.000 But we've got to take responsibility for our own situation.

01:35:32.000 That's right, and not have them just laugh at us and say, okay, pat us on the head, now you go home now.

01:35:37.000 You stop your crimes right now!

01:35:37.000 No!

01:35:39.000 That's right, and guess what?

01:35:41.000 Along those lines, blackboxvoting.org, if you scroll down, you can sign up for the cleanup crew.

01:35:46.000 The cleanup crew, we are putting people in, kind of like secret shoppers, we're putting people in as poll workers, election judges, and also a lawyer's hotline, a computer hotline, And we are going to be not monitoring this election in the old-fashioned sense.

01:36:01.000 No, this one, we are going to have some specific ways to call in immediately and get this stuff on record when we spot problems because they're all over the place.

01:36:11.000 They're just as intact.

01:36:12.000 Listen, I've talked to people in the three counties that now have the touchscreen no-record system.

01:36:17.000 There was total fraud all over Williamson County, Travis, and Harris.

01:36:22.000 And they didn't have a place or a way to report it quickly.

01:36:25.000 No, this next time we're going to be together.

01:36:27.000 I set out a call for 2,004 volunteers.

01:36:31.000 Well, it looks like we're going to have 20,004 volunteers, and I want people to sign up for this cleanup crew, because we're going to take back our own election.

01:36:42.000 We've got to do what we can do, and I will give everybody a job to get out there and report this stuff immediately.

01:36:47.000 Get it to the litigator's hotline immediately, on that day, so that we have We have something that we can do.

01:36:55.000 We can all get out there and do it, and I don't want people to go, oh, I won't bother to vote because this is messed up.

01:37:03.000 Now, our ancestors died for our right to vote.

01:37:07.000 We need to go vote, but we also need to go monitor the heck out of it.

01:37:11.000 Isn't it also, Bev, about getting past, you know, the average person isn't a criminal, so they can't imagine that the government, with CIA front companies, would be systematically rigging elections and setting up a fraud with no record.

01:37:27.000 They just can't imagine it.

01:37:28.000 People have a hard time imagining criminals anyway.

01:37:31.000 When I used to write about embezzlement, You know, I met the embezzlers. 0.84

01:37:34.000 They're not people who look like crooks.

01:37:36.000 They're little old sweet grandmas.

01:37:38.000 I mean, people, you know, human nature is kind of flawed, and you don't know who the people are, the bad guys or the good guys.

01:37:45.000 And everyone wants to think everyone's a good guy, but it doesn't work that way, unfortunately.

01:37:50.000 But now they've told us if it's government, it's impossible for them to do wrong.

01:37:53.000 Don't investigate.

01:37:55.000 Just totally trust us.

01:37:56.000 And trust the men with the black ski masks and the submachine guns and the cameras on the street corners.

01:38:02.000 We're here to take good care of you.

01:38:03.000 Mike in Illinois.

01:38:04.000 Go ahead.

01:38:04.000 You're on the air with Beth Harris.

01:38:05.000 Yeah, hi Alex.

01:38:06.000 Bob, you're doing a great job.

01:38:07.000 Alex, for the both of you, I want to ask you, is it any surprise that You know, she was mentioning corporations running this.

01:38:14.000 You know, it's just corporate America.

01:38:15.000 I mean, Alex, aren't they basically running everything in this country, including illegal immigration and everything else?

01:38:20.000 Yes, they're organized crime syndicates, like pirates, using government mechanisms to totally loot the country.

01:38:27.000 1.2 trillion, according to the Congressional Budget Office, missing from the Pentagon.

01:38:31.000 Let me say it again.

01:38:33.000 1.2 trillion, no investigation.

01:38:36.000 And this is systematic, looting at the corporate level everywhere, and then they'll burn some nobody like Martha Stewart, because everybody knows her name.

01:38:44.000 I mean, that is a total... She is the equivalent of a jaywalker. 0.99

01:38:49.000 They arrest her while Charlie Manson is gutting people right next to her.

01:38:53.000 Right.

01:38:54.000 Now, here Alex, I want to ask you guys a question.

01:38:55.000 I mean, Alex, don't you think it's going to take, for us to rebel and get informed on all this, and actually do something about it. It's like you said, the

01:39:03.000 new world order is going to collapse in on itself because they're pushed to the... people are becoming 0.76

01:39:07.000 informed every day and it's actually becoming to the point right now

01:39:09.000 where if they create a crisis such as another major terrorist attack on the United States, which we know is

01:39:14.000 imminent and is coming, that's going to make people panic. And I believe right now,

01:39:18.000 you know, people have kind of recovered from the 9-11, they've kind of got back into that comfort zone and they're

01:39:23.000 just kind of sitting around.

01:39:24.000 But if they cause another terrorist attack and people are panicking in the streets and it's worse than 9-11,

01:39:29.000 don't you think people are going to wake up and then they're really going to start going,

01:39:33.000 wait a minute, you know, who's really behind this thing?

01:39:35.000 And that's why they got the riot police and the FEMA centers and all of it ready.

01:39:39.000 Right.

01:39:40.000 That's why General Eberhardt's talking about how good martial law is in the LA Times.

01:39:44.000 That's why Tommy Franks and Chigar Aficionado is saying we'll set aside the Constitution for a military form of government. 0.86

01:39:50.000 That's why they're getting everybody ready because if Franks and Eberhardt say it publicly, then the troops will think, well, they were public, it must not be illegal, it must be good.

01:39:59.000 Thanks for the call.

01:40:01.000 Oh, that was a scary call, and then what you just said was scary too, but I agree.

01:40:05.000 You see them sort of prepping us for also, if you watch, they're prepping us for the idea of maybe there won't be an election.

01:40:11.000 Have you seen that?

01:40:12.000 There's been several little child balloons floated out there.

01:40:14.000 Well, you know, if there's a problem, we may not want to have an election.

01:40:19.000 And I sometimes think, gee, if I'm too effective, does that mean we're going to not have an election because the machines actually do get on us?

01:40:26.000 Yeah, well, I mean, you know, Condoleezza Rice saying, better do what we say, the terrorists are about to strike!

01:40:32.000 Yeah, I wish America would wake up. 1.00

01:40:34.000 I'm not so confident they will, because I meet an awful lot of Americans. 0.58

01:40:39.000 America's a great country.

01:40:40.000 I meet wonderful people everywhere I go, but I meet a lot who are just sucked in by this whole thing.

01:40:44.000 I agree.

01:40:47.000 They're helping us.

01:40:47.000 They're defending us.

01:40:49.000 Well, let's go ahead and talk to Dick in Indiana.

01:40:52.000 Go ahead, sir.

01:40:55.000 Go ahead, caller.

01:40:56.000 You're on the air from Indiana.

01:40:57.000 Okay, this is off the topic, Eller.

01:41:01.000 Something I just saw on C-SPAN had to do with a group of Marines over in Iraq.

01:41:10.000 Are you hearing me okay?

01:41:11.000 Yeah, sure am.

01:41:12.000 You're on the air, sir.

01:41:14.000 Okay.

01:41:14.000 Well, these group of Marines, they made A makeshift baptismal.

01:41:22.000 And they said that they, this was in the Orange County Register, I have no idea where that is.

01:41:28.000 Okay, just please tell us, please.

01:41:30.000 Okay, well, they made a makeshift baptismal.

01:41:34.000 And they said that their death was imminent.

01:41:37.000 And they were going to be baptized.

01:41:40.000 And this fellow that they were talking to on C-SPAN was a correspondent for the Pentagon, and he didn't know anything about uh...

01:41:51.000 it depleted uranium he wouldn't talk about it and he wouldn't say how many troops were killed over there

01:41:58.000 he didn't happen to know none of that by the way wolfowitz tried to lie and say it was

01:42:02.000 under three hundred and fifty he said a hundred and some

01:42:06.000 at first he said five hundred but he goes most of those died by action

01:42:09.000 He goes, 350, and it's now almost 900.

01:42:11.000 And the press said, excuse us, it's almost 900.

01:42:14.000 He goes, no, it's not, it's 350. 1.00

01:42:16.000 I mean, that's how stupid they think we are. 0.99

01:42:19.000 Thanks for the call, sir. 1.00

01:42:21.000 Wait, wait, wait.

01:42:22.000 Okay, they took these MREs, okay, to make this makeshift baptismal.

01:42:22.000 Okay, go ahead.

01:42:29.000 And they put a plastic in it and filled it with water.

01:42:34.000 Appreciate it.

01:42:34.000 Okay, thank you.

01:42:36.000 Bev, any comments?

01:42:37.000 Well, I've always thought it'd be really interesting to do a massive LexisNexis search and get every one of the local obituaries, which is where you're going to find the obituaries of the people who've really been killed over there, and add them up.

01:42:50.000 I did that very early on in the war and found there was something like three times as many obituaries as there were reported casualties.

01:42:57.000 Yeah, we're hearing very conservatively that it's double the death.

01:43:01.000 Yeah, and I think it's findable, because you see, they do put the local obituaries into the little local paper, and I think if somebody went around and found all those things, they would be able to prove it.

01:43:11.000 But, you know, and that's one of the things that spurred real protest in the Vietnam War, was that they had lied about the number of casualties, and then it was brought out what the lie was.

01:43:22.000 And really, really started to change the way the media covered it.

01:43:26.000 And that's why they're trying to cover up the coffins now.

01:43:28.000 You bet.

01:43:29.000 Rodney in Texas.

01:43:30.000 Go ahead, Rodney.

01:43:31.000 Yes.

01:43:32.000 Just last month in the Orange County Register, I had read that some of the officials challenged the dive boat representatives on whether or not the machines would work properly under real-time conditions.

01:43:47.000 And when he attempted to demonstrate this machine, It didn't work, but the officials had already paid something like $25 or $30 million for the machines.

01:43:59.000 Now you're telling us this morning, Ms.

01:44:00.000 Harris, that in the state of Ohio, they forked out, what, $139 million?

01:44:06.000 Nobody even knows whether or not these machines work properly, and I'm curious Well, let me stop you, let me stop you.

01:44:15.000 If they do work properly, they steal elections.

01:44:17.000 That's what it's all about.

01:44:18.000 Okay, but what I'm saying is, these machines, I'm talking about calculating the votes, you know, with validity, but in any case, my concern is this.

01:44:33.000 Officials out of California absolutely couldn't get those machines to work, period.

01:44:38.000 But they had forked out this money.

01:44:38.000 Right.

01:44:40.000 Now, has anybody looked at the possibility That there are some officials paying out this money and purchasing or whatever and getting kickbacks or some kind of bribe?

01:44:50.000 Well, you are clairvoyant as to where the next investigations I'm doing are going to be going.

01:44:59.000 Absolutely.

01:45:01.000 Following the money, let's talk to Paula in Missouri. 0.79

01:45:04.000 Last caller for our guest.

01:45:06.000 Paula, go ahead. 0.99

01:45:08.000 Hi, Alex and Bev.

01:45:09.000 Hello.

01:45:11.000 I was listening to a French station this morning and they were talking about Bush and Cheney doing their little spiel yesterday on the 9-1-1.

01:45:24.000 And one of the guys, he more or less called Bush, well he said it was funny, they all started laughing.

01:45:31.000 We're laughing stock of the world, Zev and Alex.

01:45:35.000 They were saying that Bush was the son of a bush.

01:45:38.000 And they started laughing and they said that the American people are so gullible.

01:45:43.000 And, uh, I mean, this, this irritated me because of the way they were talking.

01:45:47.000 Well, this is how it's designed.

01:45:48.000 Europe, according to Forbes and Money, owns the U.S., they use us as their henchmen, then blame it all on us while the Rothschilds sit around drinking their $500 bottle of Chateau.

01:46:02.000 And so that's what's going on.

01:46:04.000 The U.N.

01:46:05.000 is going to take over Iraq.

01:46:06.000 It's all staged.

01:46:07.000 They shouldn't be talking.

01:46:08.000 There are a bunch of slaves over there, too.

01:46:10.000 You know, our government bashes them. 0.88

01:46:12.000 They bash us.

01:46:13.000 It's all WWF, World Wrestling Federation theater to make you think that there's a political difference.

01:46:21.000 Bev, haven't you found that both parties are just reveling in this election fraud?

01:46:27.000 Yeah, I mean, everybody wants to say it's the Republican plot, but if you look at the fact, hey, you know, it's open for the taking.

01:46:36.000 Both parties are getting our problems right now.

01:46:40.000 And yeah, there's some states where the Republicans are fighting for the honest paper ballot and the Democrats are blocking it.

01:46:46.000 That would be Georgia and there's others where it's the opposite.

01:46:49.000 California is straight up bipartisan.

01:46:52.000 You've got a bill on the table there to get rid of the touchscreens.

01:46:55.000 It's sponsored by a Republican and a Democrat.

01:46:58.000 So basically, I've looked at the map.

01:47:00.000 If you've got Democrats in control, they're all for the fraud machines.

01:47:04.000 If you've got Republicans in control, they're for the fraud machines.

01:47:07.000 And now, because of public outcry, the politicians are at least having to act like they care in California.

01:47:13.000 Well, and the other thing is, a lot of the places like Washington State, where they supposedly put forth a new bill for a paper ballot, you read the fine print it isn't exactly what it says

01:47:24.000 well that's an important point is they take a lot of the scantron ballots

01:47:28.000 put them in, then it goes into a computer disk and that can easily be manipulated

01:47:32.000 but at least there can be a recount to go back and look at the scantrons, the problem is they 1.00

01:47:36.000 just send it back to the computer

01:47:38.000 yet again uh... but at least there's some type of record of what you

01:47:41.000 actually bubbled in and if you want to pay all the money they've gone back and

01:47:45.000 done recounts and found the fraud

01:47:46.000 now with these new ones there's no paper record right exactly and so you can't even check it

01:47:52.000 uh... and it's just getting easier and easier to steal elections with less

01:47:57.000 And, you know, of course we've found all these miscounts, but what about the ones we haven't found?

01:48:00.000 Because, you know, a lot of the ones we find are just so ridiculous that they stick out like a sore thumb. 0.87

01:48:05.000 But what about the ones that don't look ridiculous, they look plausible? 0.90

01:48:09.000 Those are the ones that concern me, because we'll never find them now. 0.92

01:48:15.000 And they've got plenty of criminals to man the system for power and control. 0.61

01:48:19.000 Why would they do that?

01:48:20.000 Because people want to run your life, that's why.

01:48:22.000 Bev Harris at blackboxvoting.org, a link to it, at infowars.com and prisonplanet.com.

01:48:29.000 Bev, I want to have you back up as the election develops.

01:48:31.000 People should go to your website and get your book, just a beautiful paperback, Black Box Voting.

01:48:38.000 in the 21st century and it's a 1995 well worth it you want to be an expert on this uh... get it and go to blackboxvoting.org.

01:48:47.000 Bev, thanks for coming on.

01:51:02.000 There is a chance to use it.

01:51:04.000 What is this disaster for the New World Order?

01:51:06.000 The New World Order can emerge.

01:51:09.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

01:51:14.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart piece by piece and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

01:51:21.000 You will lose your liberty.

01:51:23.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

01:51:55.000 And did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?

01:52:01.000 That's because many chemicals are inhaled when they evaporate and others are absorbed through the skin.

01:52:05.000 The KDF shower filter is designed to reduce chlorine, lead, mercury and iron and it inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, algae and fungus in your shower.

01:52:14.000 The media is non-toxic, environmentally sound and is recyclable.

01:52:18.000 The KDF shower filter will typically last 10,000 gallons or one year, whichever comes first.

01:53:57.000 the there's no way to describe or chronicle or even begin

01:54:24.000 i mean the harris mainstream links coast-to-coast election fraud

01:54:29.000 is a massive integrated cia officials running all of it I mean, it is incredible.

01:54:35.000 A bunch of thugs got together and overthrew the country, and now we gotta get it back.

01:54:41.000 Spain's suspects were informants.

01:54:44.000 And again, it turned out the police planned the bombs in the building that blew up and supposedly killed the other suspects.

01:54:48.000 That's admitted.

01:54:49.000 And now the Spanish Interior Ministry says that investigating reports that two suspects in this 11th of March Madrid train bombings were police informants, and they're the guys that supposedly supplied all the explosives and all this stuff.

01:55:01.000 Just like Oklahoma City, just like the first World Trade Center attack, just like the Omaha bombing in England, it's always MI5, MI6, Massad, FSB in Russia, CIA, it's the same thing.

01:55:16.000 It's always their people out doing it. 0.85

01:55:20.000 Who gets power and control out of all this?

01:55:21.000 That's BBC.

01:55:24.000 Also, Pentagon's number two flubs Iraq casualties.

01:55:29.000 Ask how many American troops have died in Iraq, and the Pentagon, number two civilian, estimated yesterday a total was at 500.

01:55:38.000 More than 200 soldiers short, a lot more than that.

01:55:42.000 Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz was asked about the toll at a hearing of a House Appropriations Subcommittee.

01:55:48.000 It's approximately 500, of which I can get the exact numbers, approximately 350, are combat deaths.

01:55:53.000 He looked down and got them the exact numbers.

01:55:55.000 It's 350, folks.

01:55:56.000 He misspoke!

01:55:58.000 Spokeswoman Charlie Cooper said later, that's all.

01:56:02.000 American deaths Thursday.

01:56:03.000 We're at 722.

01:56:05.000 That's not true!

01:56:05.000 They said 800 a week ago!

01:56:08.000 Oh, man, this is incredible.

01:56:09.000 Since the start of military operations in Iraq last year, according to the Defense Department, Wolowitz, an architect of the military campaign in Iraq, was responding to questions from Representative Marcy Kaptur, D-Iowa, on the cost of the war.

01:56:24.000 I mean, come on, people.

01:56:26.000 It's just they're so used to lying.

01:56:28.000 But I guess they said it, so it's only $350.

01:56:29.000 First of all, it's your son or daughter who's dead.

01:56:33.000 I mean, they've lost 85 in one week before.

01:56:36.000 Two voting companies and two brothers will count 80% of the U.S.

01:56:40.000 elections using both scanners and touchscreens.

01:56:44.000 We'll get more into that later.

01:56:46.000 Again, the ACLU has been gagged via the Patriot Act from talking about their lawsuit.

01:56:50.000 I mean, that's who they go after.

01:56:52.000 They say, you can't talk about how you're suing us.

01:56:53.000 Patriot Act.

01:56:54.000 I mean, come on.

01:56:56.000 That's your freedom.

01:57:01.000 It says, activities once reviled as pornography keep creeping further into the mainstream.

01:57:06.000 Oh yeah!

01:57:06.000 And there's pornographic stuff when I go to Gold's Gym, which I might have to cancel my membership.

01:57:12.000 They just put in all these big TVs and it's literal, you know, the most vile videos.

01:57:16.000 When it's not satanic, it's women, you know. 1.00

01:57:20.000 All over each other, or whatever.

01:57:21.000 And it says, it last month sold out Britney Spears concert in Miami. 0.98

01:57:25.000 Grown-ups and kids alike, this is the Sun Sentinel, watched the hard-working pop princess sing Lip Sync, actually, in praise of masturbation. 0.78

01:57:37.000 From a touch of my hand, a body stocking spears lounged in a see-through bathtub while acting out a song's recommendations for quality private time. 0.92

01:57:46.000 Male dancers in briefs added to the scene by getting intimate with several unconsenting mattresses.

01:57:55.000 And it goes on and on.

01:57:56.000 It sees the guy saying that there was, you know, basically X-rated sex behavior with... People just had all their children there like it's completely normal.

01:58:03.000 You know, they're nine-year-old daughters and sons.

01:58:06.000 This is how you're supposed to act?

01:58:07.000 Robbing them of their innocence.

01:58:09.000 And it's just mainstream news.

01:58:10.000 You know, you're pop idol.

01:58:12.000 Pepsi wants you to, you know, this is good.

01:58:16.000 And when it's not that, it's torture's good, and evil's good, and, you know, literally, you're in the grocery store or the, uh, gym, and they're playing Marilyn Manson.

01:58:26.000 Yeah, it's just, oh, it's just normal, it's elevator music! 0.55

01:58:28.000 Bleh, Satan kills our children! 0.95

01:58:30.000 Bleh, bleh, bleh! 0.99

01:58:31.000 You know, just, oh, I'm getting my groceries! 0.97

01:58:33.000 Devil, power devil! 1.00

01:58:34.000 Sick, sick, sick! 1.00

01:58:35.000 La, la, la, la! 1.00

01:58:36.000 You know, it's just, oh, the free country!

01:58:38.000 We'll be right back, stay with us.

01:58:43.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones here introducing you to the Black Berkey Replacement Element. 0.80

01:58:47.000 They're new and they're more powerful than any gravity filter element on the market.

01:58:50.000 These powerful filters fit most gravity filter systems and can be installed in minutes.

01:58:54.000 Black Berkey Replacement Elements are so powerful they remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts, parasites to non-detectable levels.

01:59:01.000 The trihalomethanes and volatile organic chemicals such as atrazine, styrene, chloroform, and MTBE are removed below detectable limits.

01:59:09.000 Black Berkey filter elements also reduce nitrates and unwanted metals such as lead, mercury, and aluminum.

01:59:15.000 Yet the Black Berkey filter elements leave in the nutritional minerals that your body needs.

01:59:19.000 And the Black Berkey filters are recleanable.

01:59:21.000 Simply brush them up with Scotch-Brite pads.

01:59:55.000 Well, so does he.

01:59:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:01.000 and now live from austin texas alex jones

02:00:11.000 all right my friends we're now

02:00:18.000 into the second hour of this tuesday edition

02:00:25.000 and i want to get into the patriot act Legislation that Bush is out promoting, the headline from Counterpunch, Patriot Act Enhancement Provides Death Penalty for Any Federal Crime Punishable by Over One Year in Jail.

02:00:46.000 Very, very serious.

02:00:47.000 Also, the government covering up the real numbers of our dead and dying troops.

02:00:55.000 We'll also be getting into that But first I want to talk a little bit about Oregon.

02:01:01.000 Out in Oregon, the police, especially in Portland, have gotten very, very aggressive.

02:01:13.000 And it's gotten so bad that yesterday we read several editorials with local news channels getting very upset about what's happening.

02:01:22.000 In fact, in one article, and we've got a guest coming up here in just a few minutes to discuss this, the lawyer of this poor lady, in one article, the headline of the Oregonian, even blind old ladies terrify the police. 1.00

02:01:35.000 She needed her 94-year-old mother to come to her rescue, and in the middle of the dogfight in which Eunice Crowder was pepper-sprayed, tasered and knocked to the ground by Portland's courageous men in blue, the poor woman's fake right eye popped out of its socket and was bouncing around on the dirt. 1.00

02:01:52.000 The cops aren't apologizing, the cops aren't embarrassed, the cops haven't been disciplined, and the cops still are insisting for the better end that they quote reasonably believe this blind old woman was a threat to their safety and macho culture. 0.82

02:02:08.000 And look, I'm a clean-cut looking guy, you know, short hair, white guy.

02:02:12.000 I won't even hardly go down to Sixth Street anymore because some steroid goon with more tattoos than Marilyn Manson With giant, you know, arms and a shaved head will come up and, you know, back when I wasn't married and have a girlfriend down there would start demanding to see their ID and saying, you look pretty good, honey.

02:02:33.000 I mean, I knew thugs who were bouncers.

02:02:35.000 You could see them the next year as the police. 0.92

02:02:38.000 Just bullies.

02:02:40.000 The same bully from the schoolyard with a badge and a gun.

02:02:43.000 And with unlimited authority comes unlimited tyranny.

02:02:47.000 Now, Ernest Warren is the lawyer, the attorney, for Eunice Crowder, and he's here to tell us this story.

02:02:58.000 Sir, thank you for coming on the show.

02:03:00.000 Thank you, Mr. Jones, for having me.

02:03:05.000 Well, thank you for joining us.

02:03:06.000 We're about to break, but in a nutshell, what is going on in Portland, Oregon?

02:03:14.000 There's been a public outcry of the excessive force that police use against pretty much everyday people like my client, Eudice Crowder, who was a white, 71-year-old, blind woman, hard of hearing, who hadn't committed any crime.

02:03:35.000 But by the end of the beating that they gave her, and as you had somewhat described, They charged her with criminal conduct and it was my job to both defend her against the criminal allegations and to get her compensated for the excessive force that was used against her.

02:03:54.000 Now in the past you just got a beating from bad police.

02:03:57.000 Now we have video of this all over the country.

02:04:00.000 They beat you up, you never touch them, but then they go ahead and charge you with assaulting them or resisting them.

02:04:07.000 Exactly.

02:04:08.000 And that's exactly what happened in this case.

02:04:11.000 And what makes this even more outrageous is it happened in her own home.

02:04:17.000 Her yard had become somewhat overgrown.

02:04:22.000 I've seen pictures of it.

02:04:24.000 It didn't look that bad to me.

02:04:25.000 Well, I'll tell you what.

02:04:26.000 Stay there, sir.

02:04:26.000 We've got a break.

02:04:27.000 Long segment coming up.

02:04:28.000 Plenty of time to get into this.

02:04:30.000 We're talking to Ernest Warren, her lawyer, who just did get a $145,000 settlement, which I say isn't enough.

02:04:38.000 And just an amazing story.

02:04:40.000 Stay there my friend.

02:04:40.000 We'll be right back.

02:04:45.000 It's finally here.

02:04:47.000 Spring has arrived.

02:04:48.000 I can always tell because I get a flood of gardening and seed catalogs.

02:04:51.000 This year though, I'm not even looking at seed catalogs because I don't have to.

02:04:54.000 I grow my own seed now from year to year and you can too with the help of the Ark Institute's brand new 40 variety non-hybrid heirloom seed collection.

02:06:20.000 Bottom line, this film is waking people up.

02:06:44.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones here.

02:06:46.000 You know murky water filters have been removing pathogenic bacteria for years.

02:06:50.000 But what about those unhealthy chemicals and heavy metals in your water?

02:06:53.000 The powerful black murky purification elements fit most gravity filters and dramatically increase their power to extract waterborne contaminants.

02:07:00.000 Best of all, they filter much faster than ordinary gravity elements.

02:07:03.000 This means it takes much less time to filter your water.

02:07:06.000 black murky elements not only remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts and parasites, but also remove

02:07:11.000 trihalomethanes and volatile organic elements such as atrazine, benzene, chloride and chloroform,

02:07:17.000 MTBE, radon-222, foul taste and obnoxious odors like sulfur, even nitrates, and unwanted

02:07:22.000 heavy metals such as lead, mercury and aluminum are extracted.

02:07:26.000 Supercharge your gravity filter today and order a 2-pack of black murky purification

02:07:30.000 elements for only $96 or a 4-pack for only $175 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-9000.

02:07:37.000 That's 888-803-4438.

02:07:39.000 Or order on the web at murkywater.com.

02:07:45.000 he's the t-rex of political talk alex jones on the gcn radio network

02:07:54.000 all right uh... neil and john and shawn and many others

02:08:01.000 that are patiently holding we're gonna get your calls a little bit later in this hour early in this hour

02:08:07.000 Also, we'll be getting into this new Patriot Act legislation where they'll execute you if you violate their federal laws.

02:08:15.000 Also, the situation in Iraq as we track the police state here.

02:08:20.000 But listen, every day, I'm not just bashing the police, every day, I get an article where a family drives off, and the cops shoot the vehicle up and shoot the children, or blow a pregnant woman away, or kill some old lady at the wrong house, or splatter somebody for no reason, and plant a gun on them and get caught doing it.

02:08:41.000 And for every one cop that gets caught, I guarantee you there's 500 doing something wrong, because the culture's set up to cover it up.

02:08:48.000 But now, when they get out of control and beat you up, In almost every case I've seen, they go ahead and charge you with something to legitimize what they've done, and that's wrong.

02:08:58.000 I mean, if they're going to beat us, which I think is their right as our owners, that's okay.

02:09:04.000 But don't punish us after they enjoy themselves.

02:09:07.000 I mean, I agree that they've got some stress, and beating us up is their right.

02:09:10.000 We're their property.

02:09:11.000 Okay, I'm being sarcastic.

02:09:13.000 But I'm tired of being treated like a slave, and we're joined by Ernest Warren, the lawyer for Eunice Crowder.

02:09:20.000 71-year-old lady there with her 95-year-old mother.

02:09:23.000 Sir, you just won a settlement of $145,000.

02:09:26.000 The community's outraged, but for people that don't know about this story, and again, it's a long laundry list in Portland, Oregon, go over just what's been happening in Portland, Oregon, and then specifically what happened to your client.

02:09:41.000 Well, what happened is, I think you should know that in traffic stops, two people have been killed in less than one year.

02:09:50.000 By the cops.

02:09:52.000 In one case that happened just a month ago, 25 seconds into a traffic stop for failing to signal for 100 feet before making a left turn, they killed Mr. Perez by firing three shots into his chest within 25 seconds.

02:10:11.000 And witnesses asked, why are you stopping me for?

02:10:15.000 And he wasn't aggressive and he didn't have any weapon.

02:10:18.000 And, uh, the police officer was just acquitted in a grand jury because he said he believed that Mr. Perez was going for a gun and there was no gun to be found.

02:10:29.000 And this is in broad daylight.

02:10:31.000 Uh, and there were several witnesses who not only, who actually, uh, uh, tape recorded the whole incident.

02:10:39.000 Um, and this and, and the May 5th of, of last year, uh, a young 120 pound 5'2 woman who was a passenger in a car. 1.00

02:10:49.000 Kendra James was also killed by the police.

02:10:51.000 We have a photo of her with her two small children.

02:10:54.000 She was pregnant.

02:10:55.000 That's correct.

02:10:56.000 And she was killed by the police again for nothing more than a misdemeanor that one of the cops that had stopped her a couple of weeks before.

02:11:10.000 You know, you don't have to go to a grand jury to get a misdemeanor complaint.

02:11:14.000 The cop just goes down and Swears out an affidavit and then you got a crime against you, well that's what happened in the situation in arresting her from the rear of the car they killed her.

02:11:27.000 And the question is, she didn't have a weapon and she was unarmed and most men could grab a woman 120 pounds and get her out of the car without pulling out a gun, without pulling out a taser, or without pulling out a can of peppermint. 0.87

02:11:45.000 Let's go into Eunice Crowder's case. 0.94

02:11:47.000 On June 9, 2003, 11 a.m.

02:11:50.000 right before noon, Eunice gets a knock at her door.

02:11:54.000 It's a bureaucrat from the city of Portland.

02:11:57.000 It's serving her with an administrative search warrant to clean up her yard. 1.00

02:12:02.000 Eunice tells him, Sonny, I'm blind.

02:12:06.000 I'm 71 years old.

02:12:07.000 I'm hard of hearing.

02:12:08.000 Could you read this warrant to me?

02:12:10.000 I don't understand why a warrant should be executed upon me.

02:12:13.000 By the way, this is all in the newspaper.

02:12:15.000 He took that as not respecting, basically, the gang member.

02:12:20.000 It's a gang mentality.

02:12:21.000 And so for not showing respect to the gang member, what happened?

02:12:25.000 He balls it up into a piece of paper and hands it to her and says, I don't have to do that.

02:12:31.000 And now she's beside herself.

02:12:33.000 Well, what are you going to take?

02:12:34.000 And she's trying to stay behind him.

02:12:36.000 And she knows every square corner of her home.

02:12:40.000 She has a prosthesis in her right eye, and she has 21,000 vision in her left.

02:12:48.000 And what we used to say is she's blind in one eye, can't see out the other.

02:12:53.000 Yeah, basically that's the vision of a mole.

02:12:56.000 And she basically had a family heirloom in the front yard, which it was a 90 year old, you know, the first made radio flyer wagon.

02:13:08.000 And she had rhododendrons growing out of it, and the contractors for the city of Portland had discarded that, and she could feel it with her foot.

02:13:18.000 And as she went to ask her 95-year-old mother to come out with her eyes, see what's going on, and she kicked out for it and wasn't there.

02:13:27.000 She turns around, she says, I want, you know, you can't take this heirloom.

02:13:31.000 Where are you putting the things you're taking out of my yard?

02:13:34.000 They say, on the back of a trailer in front of your driveway.

02:13:38.000 She says, can I get on the trailer?

02:13:40.000 They say, no.

02:13:41.000 She says, well, can you, as a bureaucrat for the city, get on the trailer?

02:13:46.000 He says, no, liability purposes.

02:13:48.000 Who can?

02:13:49.000 The police.

02:13:51.000 I have my cell phone here in Braille.

02:13:53.000 You got a number for them?

02:13:54.000 No, I'll call.

02:13:55.000 They'll come much quicker.

02:13:57.000 Well, she says, I'm going to sit here.

02:13:59.000 I'm going to protest.

02:13:59.000 I'm going to have one foot on the On the bumper of this trailer and one foot on this curb until they come.

02:14:06.000 And she just sits there, you know, and she calls her mother on her cell phone.

02:14:10.000 Let me stop you before you go any further.

02:14:12.000 We've seen these many times in Austin, where they retroactively then zone an area that was in the country.

02:14:20.000 Say you've got to get your stuff out of the yard, even yards that aren't a mess.

02:14:23.000 Then they come out and steal everything you've got and then charge you thousands of dollars for stealing your stuff.

02:14:30.000 Is that what was happening here?

02:14:32.000 That was exactly what was happening.

02:14:33.000 In fact, one of the things that they did was assess a $700 fine for cleaning up a 100 by 50 lot.

02:14:43.000 Well, that's nothing, sir.

02:14:44.000 I've seen it upwards of $14,000.

02:14:50.000 Well, I was pretty amazed.

02:14:52.000 Well, that's bad enough.

02:14:53.000 So you've got a blind old lady taking care of her 95-year-old mother, taking care of each other, and she doesn't lick this guy's boots. 1.00

02:15:00.000 Could have got the teenager next door to cut the grass for probably $25. 1.00

02:15:04.000 But anyway, so she's waiting, and she's just sitting there, John, I can't believe this.

02:15:10.000 How could this be?

02:15:11.000 You know, this can't be justice in America.

02:15:14.000 And she's just sitting there, John, you know, thinking out loud.

02:15:17.000 Cop comes up behind her and puts his foot on top of her foot. 0.99

02:15:22.000 She can't see who it is.

02:15:23.000 He never identifies himself.

02:15:24.000 So she says, what the Hades is going on?

02:15:26.000 Who are you and identify yourself? 0.99

02:15:29.000 And he says, I'll ask the questions and hits her in the back of the head. 0.85

02:15:33.000 Which dislodges to an uncomfortable position.

02:15:37.000 Her right prosthesis that doesn't come out is just dislodged to an uncomfortable position.

02:15:43.000 So she starts trying to get it back to a comfortable position and the man says, oh you're trying to bite me.

02:15:50.000 And this is a guy by the name of Officer Miller who's about 6'2", 255 pounds.

02:15:54.000 He's a real man.

02:15:58.000 And him and his partner, Officer Sajak, immediately take this woman to the ground, grab her by her hair, pull out their canister of pepper spray, mace her in both eyes, in which the prosthesis comes out. 0.66

02:16:16.000 And then they beat her down, and she's on the ground with both hands underneath her.

02:16:23.000 At this point, her 95-year-old mother comes out and says, what are you doing?

02:16:28.000 My daughter is blind.

02:16:30.000 She's got a bad back and she's hard of hearing. 1.00

02:16:33.000 You wouldn't do a dog the way you're doing my daughter.

02:16:36.000 And the mace is burning her, so Miss Crowder screams, I need water. 1.00

02:16:41.000 So the 95-year-old mother goes in to get some water to help wash out her baby's eyes.

02:16:47.000 By the way, the newspaper reports that there's witnesses by now watching all of this.

02:16:52.000 Yes.

02:16:54.000 And then Officer Sajak gets up off of her and Officer Miller stays on her and goes in behind the 94-year-old mother, Tommy Scott, and she says, get out of here, I don't want you in here. 0.83

02:17:05.000 And he says, you better believe I'm going to stay in here, you're going for a gun.

02:17:10.000 She goes to her kitchen, gets a two-quart plastic Tupperware bowl, fills it with water, Turns back around, heads back out for her daughter. 1.00

02:17:20.000 Mindful, she's 94 years old, she can't run.

02:17:23.000 This is an obvious Al-Qaeda move, getting water for her daughter. 0.86

02:17:27.000 And then, as she approaches her daughter, Sajak doesn't say anything to Miller.

02:17:32.000 Miller gets up off of Eunice Crowder for a moment and slams the 94-year-old mother with the water up against the fence, knocking the water out of her hand, and in his report saying that she was trying to Assault me with the water.

02:17:49.000 Okay, but you, okay, so then Eunice is still down on the ground with her, with her arms underneath her body wondering what is, you know, what is going on.

02:17:58.000 Well, I made the Al Qaeda comment because we're all terrorists now. 0.91

02:18:02.000 We're all evil terrorists.

02:18:03.000 That's how they treat us.

02:18:04.000 Oh, I can believe that.

02:18:06.000 And so, so, so they're saying she's, you know, they're, they're yelling to her to quit resisting.

02:18:13.000 And so she has her hands underneath her body with her back exposed on the ground. 1.00

02:18:18.000 Sajak pulls out his taser.

02:18:21.000 And you know now that these tasers shoot like guns.

02:18:25.000 They shoot electrodes.

02:18:26.000 They're not the kind that you go up and stick into a person.

02:18:30.000 These are the kinds that shoot electrodes out like guns.

02:18:34.000 And Officer Sajak shoots her four times in her back with a taser.

02:18:41.000 And once in her right breast with a taser. 1.00

02:18:44.000 So, I mean, it's not enough to just hit her once with something that'll knock down a horse. 0.80

02:18:49.000 We've got to taser her over and over again. 0.99

02:18:51.000 Yeah, they taser her, in my mind, to their satisfaction until she's totally broke and almost dead. 0.95

02:18:59.000 Then they pull her limp arms around her body and handcuff her and then yell at her to get up And she says, I bet you wouldn't yell at your mom like that. 0.99

02:19:09.000 And Miller yells back, my mom is 74.

02:19:12.000 She says, well, I'm 71.

02:19:15.000 And then they put her in the police car, take her down and charge her with the crimes of harassment, which is which in Oregon is attempted assault of a police officer and disobeying a police order. 0.82

02:19:29.000 Well, what happened was we had to go to trial on these charges.

02:19:34.000 I'll tell you what, stay there, sir.

02:19:35.000 I really appreciate your time.

02:23:49.000 We're talking to Ernest Warren and he's one of the local counsels

02:23:59.000 on cases for Jerry Spence, just a great lawyer who stands up for

02:24:05.000 very diverse crowds you know from black people having their rights violated to

02:24:11.000 and And I was just talking to Mr. Warren during the break, and he talked about how law enforcement is a growth industry, how they're very arrogant in Portland because they have a strong police union,

02:24:11.000 Mr. Weaver.

02:24:24.000 They're not held accountable.

02:24:25.000 And I'm seeing an acceleration of the arrogance, the hatred of the population.

02:24:31.000 They've militarized the police.

02:24:32.000 It's now an us-against-them mentality. 0.58

02:24:35.000 And this is a major sign of tyranny.

02:24:38.000 So now they beat this old woman up, this blind old woman up. 0.99

02:24:42.000 Tasered her five times.

02:24:44.000 Not four, I'm sorry.

02:24:45.000 The number was worse.

02:24:47.000 And then they go ahead and charge her with attempted assault and some other stuff.

02:24:52.000 So now it's going to trial.

02:24:54.000 How did you handle this, Mr. Warren?

02:24:56.000 Well, of course we filed a civil complaint under 42 United States Code 1983 in Federal District Court in Oregon for excessive force as the criminal case was proceeding along.

02:25:12.000 And we just go to trial.

02:25:14.000 We make our opening statement, not A little bit.

02:25:18.000 We gave you a nutshell of that.

02:25:22.000 They were pretty overwhelmed by that.

02:25:24.000 We cross-examined them and got them to admit they never identified themselves.

02:25:29.000 They only had one thing in mind.

02:25:31.000 That was taking Eunice Crowder down as if she was a criminal. 1.00

02:25:37.000 And it was clear under the law that she had not attempted to assault them or harass them or annoy them and that she hadn't disobeyed any police order.

02:25:52.000 Well, what's wrong with these bureaucrats that she says, I'm blind, Sonny, will you please read it to me?

02:25:57.000 He wads it up and throws it at her, basically.

02:26:00.000 Then she says, look, don't take my wagon.

02:26:02.000 I'm going to call the police.

02:26:02.000 He goes, no, don't worry, I will.

02:26:05.000 She was calling the police on him.

02:26:07.000 He calls the police on her.

02:26:09.000 They come, step on her hand, hit her in the back of the head, assault the 95-year-old woman, then attack her with tasers. 1.00

02:26:16.000 Please continue.

02:26:18.000 And Macer.

02:26:19.000 Oh, yes, sir.

02:26:20.000 And Maester in both eyes and the prosthesis comes out.

02:26:24.000 Well, I mean, they totally had any disregard for her and they totally humiliated her and that's the place where they want to go in every encounter with a citizen. 1.00

02:26:35.000 I mean, you know, it wasn't like the old days when you had, I mean, you could really look to a cop and see that this was a man of genuine respect.

02:26:44.000 I mean, you look at him now and you want to keep your hands out in front of him so you don't get shot.

02:26:49.000 Here's a quote out of a news article by Steve Dunn of the Oregonian.

02:26:53.000 Eustace Crowder, you see, didn't follow orders.

02:26:56.000 Eunice was uncooperative, worried a city employee was hauling away a family heirloom, a 90-year-old red toy wagon.

02:27:02.000 She had the nerve to field her way towards the trailer in which her yard debris was being tossed. 0.87

02:27:12.000 You know, this is such an illustration.

02:27:14.000 It's not one horror story.

02:27:16.000 It's not isolated.

02:27:18.000 I mean, we have cases where they raid whole neighborhoods looking for drugs, find no drugs, shovel ladies down to fire ant beds, laugh at them, you know, go in people's houses, pull out their Playboys, laugh at them. 0.92

02:27:31.000 You know, it's just getting crazier.

02:27:34.000 These are sadistic gang members with guns and badges! 0.98

02:27:38.000 Yes. 0.86

02:27:40.000 So what happened in the trial?

02:27:41.000 Well, what happened in the trial is, of course, in the criminal trial, The judge, after the close of the state's evidence, and after me showing him, demonstrating for him, that Eunice Crowder is totally blind, dismissed the case.

02:28:00.000 He just couldn't believe it, he thought it was an injustice, and dismissed the case.

02:28:05.000 And then that happened on a Monday, and then on the Friday, Eunice Crowder agreed to accept a settlement of $145,000. 0.99

02:28:16.000 But the police are saying we didn't do anything wrong.

02:28:19.000 Yeah, sometimes they can't see the error of their ways.

02:28:24.000 I mean, that's the arrogance.

02:28:27.000 I mean, the city council said, well, I hope as we pay this settlement that they take this as a training Uh... event that you shouldn't go around beating up on elderly people.

02:28:40.000 Now from this, though, I mean the people are finally starting to wake up as they gun down unarmed men and women, pregnant women. 0.91

02:28:50.000 Are the police showing any response to this or just more arrogance?

02:28:54.000 Well, you know, it's more arrogance and they're more worried about their morale.

02:28:59.000 I mean, when they had to pay out this sum of money and they have to be subject to public ridicule, they're worried about their morale.

02:29:06.000 More than they are the safety, the welfare of the community.

02:29:10.000 Are they saying the word morale?

02:29:12.000 Yeah.

02:29:13.000 I love all these military terms where they call government people officials and we're civilians and they're a military force.

02:29:20.000 What is a military fight?

02:29:22.000 They fight an enemy.

02:29:23.000 So we have militarized police and they treat us like the enemy.

02:29:27.000 Like we're in Fallujah or something.

02:29:30.000 We'll be right back.

02:29:31.000 Please stay with us, sir.

02:32:48.000 My friends, I think we all know police are very corrupt in Mexico.

02:33:01.000 show.

02:33:04.000 For hundreds of years.

02:33:05.000 Going back to the conquistadors for that matter.

02:33:07.000 Imperial rule, abuse of the population. 0.88

02:33:12.000 And in Mexico 50 years ago, They had special police units called Foxes.

02:33:19.000 And they wore black uniforms, black boots, a black ski mask.

02:33:24.000 The Nazis employed this during World War II in Poland and other countries when they would go around door-to-door grabbing people at night.

02:33:31.000 They would wear a black mask with their helmets over it.

02:33:35.000 So today when the SWAT teams wear the black mask, that's part of being the enforcers, the inquisitors, the secret police.

02:33:45.000 And we have that going on here in America.

02:33:47.000 You know, the executioners of old do this, and they cover their identities, they cover their badges, at least here in Austin and many other areas of the country, and they treat us like we're a foreign enemy or they're an occupying power.

02:34:01.000 And we're talking to Ernest Warren, the lawyer for this little old lady, Eunice Crowder, and her and her 95-year-old mama got beat up pretty bad and then charged.

02:34:12.000 The judge, thank God, threw the case out.

02:34:15.000 But the police are still strutting around talking about how poor they are, and how they're under attack, and boy, they sure get treated bad.

02:34:24.000 I mean, look, people!

02:34:26.000 You're not, you know, better than a little old lady! 1.00

02:34:29.000 And before we go to these calls, I would ask the callers, I know some of you were holding before our guest was on, try to address this subject and you can bring up whatever you want.

02:34:38.000 Before we do that, you talked about the phenomenon in your city of them bringing in police from other communities.

02:34:45.000 Please expand on that.

02:34:47.000 Well, I mean, I just never really understood why they would go all around the country to bring in people that basically are robots, rather than going to... Every time they put out for recruiters, a whole bunch of people from the community Go to apply.

02:35:07.000 I mean, people that grew up in this neighborhood, people that know the neighborhood and 99% of them never get chosen.

02:35:15.000 And it's the craziest thing.

02:35:16.000 Well, let's be honest.

02:35:18.000 Most of those being hired just got back from Iraq.

02:35:22.000 And they've been shoving old ladies around. 0.95

02:35:24.000 They've been beating people up.

02:35:26.000 They've been, you know, pulling their guns at checkpoints and knowing people down.

02:35:30.000 In a lot of these cases, I'm not against the troops, folks, but you don't take them from gun confiscation and checkpoint detail, again, in Fallujah or Baghdad, and then put them on our streets.

02:35:42.000 Well, I bet you that's probably what's going on, but it certainly doesn't make sense to me.

02:35:47.000 I mean, I'm certain that if a community cop had known Elderly 71-year-old Eunice Crowder, he would have said, Ma'am, now what's going on?

02:35:57.000 Instead of, I'll ask the questions and knocking her upside the head. 1.00

02:36:02.000 Well, I mean, they're so insecure.

02:36:03.000 I go back to this gang member analogy.

02:36:05.000 Their own gang member handbooks, gang psychology handbooks, would explain it.

02:36:09.000 I mean, you know, you know, with the gang member to not pop off at them because they don't want to be dissed.

02:36:15.000 They're going to bust a cap in you.

02:36:17.000 Well, now, That's now exactly how the police act, but even worse, more dangerous. 0.99

02:36:23.000 And if you, in the slightest way, don't lick their boots, they'll beat the daylights out of you, kill you, and then frame you. 0.98

02:36:30.000 And we see this nationwide. 0.99

02:36:31.000 I mean, they'll come at you with a toilet plunger. 0.88

02:36:34.000 Exactly.

02:36:36.000 So I'm... I mean, look, before it was just, you know, the disadvantage they would target.

02:36:41.000 Now it's old ladies, it's everybody, and it's wrong regardless of who they do it to. 1.00

02:36:47.000 I'm trying to get my mind around this mindset.

02:36:49.000 Go ahead.

02:36:50.000 There's an excellent analogy that Jerry Spence told me.

02:36:54.000 He says the wolf looks at the flock of sheep and he doesn't run after the strongest one first.

02:36:59.000 He runs after the weakest one.

02:37:01.000 But then after the weakest are all gone, then everybody's open for prey.

02:37:06.000 Well that's what Tony Brown says.

02:37:09.000 Well, I mean, so they won't apologize even after the settlement?

02:37:12.000 what they do they they part of the disadvantage for some of their done

02:37:15.000 feeding on them and move out plus they get condition that is their right to do it

02:37:20.000 exactly well i mean

02:37:23.000 uh... so they say they won't apologize even after the settlement they won't

02:37:27.000 even say yes wrong to be a whole way to shoot and uh...

02:37:31.000 Nope.

02:37:32.000 Whatever happened to being respectful to old ladies even if they are cranky as their possessions are being stolen? 1.00

02:37:38.000 You know, I don't understand it because I grew up in Portland and I was a boy scout and we were taught to help old ladies across the street and you know and so forth and help elderly people and I did and I just don't get it.

02:37:55.000 Well I tell you that is a predatory like stance to attack the weak.

02:38:01.000 That is very scary.

02:38:03.000 Let's take a few calls here.

02:38:05.000 I guess up next is Neil in Canada.

02:38:08.000 Neil, you're on the air.

02:38:09.000 Go ahead.

02:38:10.000 Good day, sir.

02:38:11.000 Welcome.

02:38:11.000 Hey, Mr. Warren.

02:38:13.000 Hello.

02:38:13.000 I just wanted to thank you for definitely standing up for these ladies.

02:38:17.000 I mean, that's crazy.

02:38:19.000 I've been a victim of police brutality myself, but if there's anything more wrong than wrong, it's tasering a 70- or 90-year-old woman. 0.95

02:38:26.000 That's definitely crazy.

02:38:28.000 Five times! 0.87

02:38:29.000 Did the police, Mr. Warren, ever explain why they tasered her five times?

02:38:34.000 No.

02:38:35.000 No, they didn't.

02:38:36.000 I mean, you know, they never explained that.

02:38:39.000 Before I could get to that point in the cross-examination in the criminal case, the judge cut me off and said, Mr. Warren, I'm not going to give you a free deposition.

02:38:49.000 By the way, tasers and other non-lethal weapons are not non-lethal in many cases, and they're called less lethal by the industry.

02:38:58.000 These are actually training aids to get them used to using unreasonable force immediately, and then they're being protected.

02:39:05.000 Well, the peppermace is pretty bad for an elderly old woman, too, because when it got into her nasal passages and down into her lungs, it ultimately scarred her lungs. 0.90

02:39:17.000 Well, I say they got off easy.

02:39:18.000 Anything else, Neil?

02:39:19.000 Yeah, I just wanted to give you a heads up on the new police state legislation that was unveiled on us this morning.

02:39:25.000 They call it the National Security Policy.

02:39:30.000 They're saying that the legislation's anchored to the Charter of Rights, which gives us the right to life, liberty, and the security of the person.

02:39:37.000 But then they're spinning it around and they're saying that the terrorists are the threat to our security of the person, so now they have to take our liberty away to keep it secure, because that's our right.

02:39:47.000 Exactly what Hitler said.

02:39:48.000 You have a right to be safe.

02:39:50.000 I'm taking your freedoms.

02:39:50.000 Thanks for the call.

02:39:52.000 Uh, Sean, where are you calling us from?

02:39:54.000 Hello?

02:39:55.000 Yes, sir.

02:39:55.000 Where are you calling from?

02:39:56.000 I'm calling from Salata, Colorado.

02:39:58.000 Welcome.

02:39:58.000 You're on the air.

02:39:59.000 Go ahead.

02:40:00.000 Um, Alex, I wanted to thank you for your stand.

02:40:03.000 Um, I'm up in the high country.

02:40:05.000 I'm a local DJ on a community radio station.

02:40:08.000 I am reiterating your message.

02:40:09.000 One hour a week is all I get.

02:40:11.000 Uh, me and my friends, we have some of your tapes.

02:40:13.000 We are copying them and distributing them.

02:40:15.000 Good.

02:40:16.000 And, um, this stuff is outrageous.

02:40:18.000 And, uh, these police, in my opinion, should be hung along with Janet Reno and Amy Gorlick on the White House lawn.

02:40:26.000 Well, I don't agree with any violence towards them, and that's what the establishment wants.

02:40:29.000 I mean legally.

02:40:31.000 They should be tried. 1.00

02:40:32.000 They should be found guilty, and they should be hung. 0.99

02:40:35.000 I think that's an important point. 0.98

02:40:37.000 You know, here we don't have an independent body, legislative or prosecutorial body, to look at what the police do.

02:40:46.000 You know, they're working hand in hand with county district attorneys who just rubber stamp any of their deadly conduct.

02:40:57.000 I think there needs to be an outside agency that isn't bought off by politicians.

02:41:02.000 That can prosecute these people for beating up on 71-year-old women. 0.96

02:41:06.000 Well, if the grand juries weren't rubber stamps for the prosecutors, we'd have that with jury nullification, wouldn't we?

02:41:11.000 Well, probably so, but, you know, what happens is the prosecutor gets in front of his chosen grand jury.

02:41:19.000 The other side of the equation doesn't get to advocate for their position to the grand jury, so they only hear one side of it and that doesn't get recorded and it's a secret so we don't know what they're telling the grand jury.

02:41:33.000 Good point.

02:41:34.000 Sean, thanks for the call.

02:41:36.000 Who's up next, Stephanie? 0.57

02:41:38.000 Calvin in New York.

02:41:39.000 Go ahead, Calvin.

02:41:41.000 Hello, Alex.

02:41:42.000 Yes.

02:41:42.000 How are you today?

02:41:44.000 Good.

02:41:46.000 A really sad story.

02:41:47.000 It can make me cry.

02:41:48.000 I was assaulted by the police.

02:41:50.000 That's not what I want to get into.

02:41:52.000 I just wanted to say that because, you know, it's not uncommon For law-abiding citizens like myself to end up, you know, being abused by the police.

02:42:03.000 But my point would be that the police are out of control in this country because, well, the drug war is one of the things that have led to all of this.

02:42:21.000 Because it opened it up.

02:42:23.000 It's called a war.

02:42:24.000 The government ships it in, then creates the crisis.

02:42:26.000 The bigger the drug war, the more drugs, the more people in prison.

02:42:30.000 The drug war is a great success for the police state.

02:42:32.000 Not the success we think of it, but a success of having more drugs, having more people in prison.

02:42:37.000 Let's get a comment from Mr. Warren on that.

02:42:40.000 Well, I think that we really lost the drug war.

02:42:44.000 If we look at the statistics, they basically just scratched the surface of Of prosecuting people that traffic in drugs.

02:42:52.000 And we have more drugs in this country making more illegal money than ever before.

02:42:57.000 But see, you look at that as a good person.

02:43:00.000 Oh, it's failed.

02:43:00.000 But for them, more private prisons, more police, big industry, more drugs for the big banks to launder.

02:43:07.000 They love it.

02:43:07.000 Yeah, I agree with.

02:43:09.000 And it just doesn't make any sense.

02:43:11.000 Long prison terms.

02:43:13.000 You know, and prison terms for, you know, just minuscule amounts of drugs.

02:43:19.000 Did you hear about Dallas where they just randomly pull a car over and throw a bag of chalk in the back?

02:43:24.000 Oh Lord.

02:43:25.000 And then the drug lab certifies it as cocaine and they go to a prison and they take their house?

02:43:30.000 Oh Lord.

02:43:32.000 That's horrible, but yeah, that happens all over the country.

02:43:36.000 You know, and it's the case where a person like this gentleman from New York gets beat up by the police wrongfully, somehow he should seek out a lawyer and try to challenge them.

02:43:46.000 Because you're not going to get the politicians to make a change.

02:43:50.000 The only change is going to be made through their pocketbook.

02:43:53.000 That's why they want to give themselves liability protection.

02:43:55.000 They want to turn their lawyers loose, but keep us from getting good lawyers. 0.95

02:43:59.000 Thanks for the call.

02:44:01.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Tim in Ohio.

02:44:03.000 Tim, go ahead, you're on the air with our guest.

02:44:05.000 Alex, thank you for taking my call.

02:44:07.000 Yes.

02:44:08.000 Good afternoon, Mr. Warren.

02:44:09.000 Good afternoon.

02:44:10.000 My question is, after all of this, nothing, am I to understand that correctly, nothing is going to happen to these two officers?

02:44:17.000 Nothing.

02:44:17.000 They haven't been disciplined.

02:44:20.000 I mean, the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office would never prosecute them for a deadly assault.

02:44:28.000 I mean, this woman could have died from this. 1.00

02:44:30.000 Listen, I have a friend, no criminal record, manages an entire Home Depot, Paralyzed from the chest down, driving his car.

02:44:41.000 The cop pulls him over for throwing a cigarette out the window on a rainy day.

02:44:45.000 He asks him, he says, and this is on the record, and this is a high level cop, this is a supervisor.

02:44:51.000 He says, what is all this bleep?

02:44:54.000 Sir, I'm paralyzed, these are hand controls.

02:44:56.000 He says, get out of the car.

02:44:57.000 He says, sir, I have to access the lift.

02:45:00.000 I have to get out.

02:45:01.000 He says, get out.

02:45:01.000 He said, OK.

02:45:02.000 He said, get out now.

02:45:03.000 Grabs him by the hair, drags him out, beats him up, and then says, now you can go.

02:45:08.000 And the guy bleeding in front of his wife, who, by the way, works at a jail, has to crawl to the wheelchair that his wife has gotten out. 0.58

02:45:18.000 That's just sickening.

02:45:19.000 Is there any way we can get that?

02:45:22.000 I would love to get that case.

02:45:24.000 I mean, that's just unbelievable.

02:45:28.000 Is there any way we can get court watchers on these folks?

02:45:32.000 Oh, in fact, I'm going to be getting court watchers on.

02:45:34.000 I'm sure there's a lot of good organizations out there that need to expose us.

02:45:37.000 The problem is there's so many abuses, it's like fish in the sea.

02:45:41.000 Thanks for the call, Tim.

02:45:43.000 We've only got time for maybe one or two calls left for our guest.

02:45:45.000 He's got to go.

02:45:46.000 He's got cases to deal with.

02:45:48.000 But look, there's so many of these cases that I...

02:45:53.000 I mean, we're not here just picking a few, are we, Mr. Warren?

02:45:57.000 No, not at all.

02:45:58.000 I mean, it happens all over the country.

02:46:02.000 But they certainly need to be challenged.

02:46:04.000 And, like, you made a great point, Alex.

02:46:06.000 Basically, they have way ten times, a hundred times more money than the average attorney does.

02:46:13.000 And they'll use all their resources to try to quiet and sequester these cases.

02:46:21.000 Well, I tell you, in most cases I see now, we're just a normal, and again I say just a normal white person, because if you're a minority, you're in even more trouble, and you know, just short hair, you know, groveling to them, but if you do one thing, one thing that they think is disrespectful, a lot of them will just beat you down, and that shows just, that is just insane avarice.

02:46:47.000 Yes.

02:46:49.000 I don't even know what to say to this anymore.

02:46:51.000 I mean, let's talk to Bob in Colorado.

02:46:54.000 We're going to let our guests go, and I'll go to Rodney and Woody and others.

02:46:58.000 Bob, go ahead.

02:46:59.000 Thank you very much, Alex.

02:47:01.000 I've noticed, being a minority, I've noticed this go on since the Reagan era.

02:47:06.000 Reagan-Bush won when we had the drug war.

02:47:10.000 It intensifies specifically in black communities only, in minority communities, because basically, you know, it's totally taken away. 0.89

02:47:19.000 You're right.

02:47:21.000 You're Fourth Amendment right.

02:47:22.000 We just come in your house.

02:47:24.000 No reason whatsoever.

02:47:25.000 We're just going to come in there.

02:47:26.000 And that was used as the training area.

02:47:28.000 Now it's everywhere.

02:47:29.000 Right.

02:47:30.000 You know, you said one thing that was very prolific, and this is how I found you a couple years ago.

02:47:34.000 You said that first they'll do it to the black community, then they'll do it to the white community. 0.90

02:47:38.000 And what you're seeing is it's finally coming full circle, and it's happening now.

02:47:41.000 Fifteen years after the start of the, quote unquote, almost twenty.

02:47:45.000 After the quote-unquote war on drugs, we're full circle where everybody right now is going to be at the mercy of police.

02:47:52.000 And here in Denver, we had like a police officer kill two retarded black kids back-to-back, and he got a 10-month suspension, and the police officers held a rally on the state capitol to protest that this guy got paid 10 months with that leave. 0.94

02:48:11.000 Didn't lose his job, No criminal action, nothing taken against him, but he just got 10 months without paying. 0.63

02:48:17.000 The cops are out there at a rally, going crazy.

02:48:20.000 Like, I thought I was in Nazi Germany.

02:48:23.000 It's absolutely nuts out here.

02:48:24.000 Well, I tell you, that's what happens when a small group, minority group, gets extra rights, more rights, super rights, and are protected by the establishment, the SS, the KGB, whatever you want to call it. 0.69

02:48:36.000 This is the norm in history, like the Party in China.

02:48:40.000 And look, this is my last point and we'll let our guest go.

02:48:44.000 Let me give one point in too.

02:48:45.000 Sure, go ahead.

02:48:47.000 The problem is, it could be stopped immediately today because these city councils have the authority to place different legislation into effect to make these police accountable, like police review boards, which will actually be held by the citizenry, but they won't do it.

02:49:03.000 city council members will not do now nowhere anywhere and in any city in america

02:49:09.000 i hear you know what to go

02:49:11.000 really good points bob Just finishing this story, I told it before.

02:49:15.000 I went to the store to get some frozen yogurt, and I had it in the front seat.

02:49:21.000 I had my weightlifting belt in the front seat.

02:49:23.000 And the police officer pulls me over and he says, let me see your driver's license.

02:49:27.000 I give it to him.

02:49:28.000 All of a sudden he pulls a gun out, puts it to my head, starts screaming, cussing, yelling, get out, get out.

02:49:33.000 Then he sees that it's a white belt and he says, I'm sorry, don't speed again, you can go. 0.99

02:49:39.000 I almost died, but I'm not against that officer just because, at least he didn't beat me up and go ahead and take me to jail.

02:49:46.000 Now if they see a weight belt or something and get scared, they're going to go ahead and take you to jail for something because just their overreaction means you must have done something wrong.

02:49:56.000 Final comment on that, Mr. Warren?

02:49:58.000 Well, I wish I could have represented you at that time, because I don't think that you should have been subjected to deadly force where you hadn't been a danger to the cop, nor had you committed any felony.

02:50:10.000 I think the case of Tennessee v. Garner is very clear on that point, that they can't use deadly force unless you're a fleeing felon that's dangerous, or you're posing a danger to the cop.

02:50:20.000 And a weight belt in no way does that.

02:50:24.000 Well, I guess I'm just lucky he didn't go ahead and beat me up.

02:50:27.000 I guess he wasn't a bad person.

02:50:28.000 Lucky he didn't put a bullet in your head.

02:50:30.000 Yeah.

02:50:31.000 Okay, Mr. Warren, thank you for all your time.

02:50:33.000 And Ernest Warren, there in Portland, Oregon.

02:50:36.000 Thank you for having me.

02:50:37.000 You bet.

02:50:38.000 God bless you, sir.

02:50:39.000 Take care.

02:50:39.000 We'll come back and get into Patriot Act, the new Patriot Act legislation in your calls.

02:50:45.000 Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

02:50:50.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

02:51:02.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide.

02:51:06.000 We rip the Sinister Patriot Act legislation 1 and 2 apart, piece by piece, and reveal the arrogance of what Ashcroft has to say about your liberty.

02:51:13.000 You will lose your liberty.

02:51:15.000 Homeland Security, executive orders, forced vaccinations, the new prison economy, the Total Information Society, the Pan-American Union, federal gun grabs, government-run white slavery rings, and much, much more.

02:53:41.000 Crashing through the lies and disinformation is HerbalHealer.com.

02:53:48.000 misinformation.

02:53:49.000 It's Alex Jones, only on the GCN Radio Network.

02:53:55.000 Look, it doesn't matter if it's Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, George Herbert Walker Bush, George W. Bush. 0.53

02:54:03.000 They're just puppets.

02:54:05.000 And the drug war is to make us the enemy. 0.67

02:54:07.000 It's a war.

02:54:08.000 The police are the troops.

02:54:09.000 We're now the civilians.

02:54:11.000 It's a war.

02:54:12.000 And they ship in the drugs to create the crisis. 0.98

02:54:16.000 And look, I've never been against the police, but I've weighed through their corruption, their drug dealing, their whore running, everything they do. 0.98

02:54:29.000 And I see less and less of helping change the flat tire, Uh, you know, help him get the cat out of the tree, more and more of the other.

02:54:36.000 Police, wouldn't you like to go back to the days of getting a slice of pie and the free coffee and people waving at you and children, you know, at Christmas being given, you know, you know, the police set to play the part of the policeman when they're not playing cowboys and Indians? 0.60

02:54:51.000 I mean, it's totally changed!

02:54:52.000 You were once incredibly honored and bad cops got in a lot of trouble.

02:54:56.000 Now the bad cops are in control, the good cops are in trouble.

02:55:01.000 And you ought to be ashamed of yourselves if you're a bad cop.

02:55:05.000 You know, who thinks we're the enemy and we're bad.

02:55:07.000 I mean, we're just the general public.

02:55:09.000 We're made up of the same types of people that are, you know, in government or out of government.

02:55:14.000 And we're not your property, we're not your slaves.

02:55:16.000 We're going to go to Rodney, Woody Hungup, and then Tim, and Mark, and Dan, and many, many others here in just a second.

02:55:26.000 I do need to get into news.

02:55:28.000 We'll go through a full bank of calls and then I'll go back into Patriot Act enhancement provides death penalty for any federal crime punishable by over one year in jail.

02:55:39.000 And this is on PrisonPlanet.tv and InfoWars.com as well.

02:55:46.000 We'll be going over some of the subsections out of it.

02:55:49.000 Also we'll get into what's happening in Iraq and There's a bunch of really important police state news I haven't even scratched the surface on, but I will get to all this news.

02:55:59.000 I'm not going to wait and then run out of time in the next hour.

02:56:04.000 I'd also like to hear from police officers out there.

02:56:06.000 We've had police chiefs and others call in before agreeing with us, fire chiefs, you name it, but I'd like to hear from police officers who either disagree with me about this, we'll treat you with respect, or who agree with what I'm saying or have an addendum you want to add, About the mindset.

02:56:22.000 How it's changed.

02:56:23.000 Because I want to know how I got a gun put to my head because of a weight belt in the front seat.

02:56:29.000 And how you think that's normal.

02:56:32.000 I mean, statistically, the most dangerous thing you face in your life, Lise, is other police.

02:56:37.000 I've got the federal numbers on that.

02:56:39.000 They don't like to publicize it.

02:56:41.000 If you're on a SWAT team, your number one cause of death is that guy with a shotgun behind you.

02:56:48.000 More often than not, there's been a bunch of cases where they catch cops killing their own people on accident, and then trying to frame somebody.

02:56:54.000 I mean, I've probably seen ten of those in the last two years in Texas alone, and not just the ones where they catch them!

02:57:04.000 Also, last night I listened to Fox Television News.

02:57:09.000 I have a Walkman, and at the gym I can listen to TV on it.

02:57:13.000 Got the TV banned.

02:57:14.000 I just listened to it and kind of took mental notes.

02:57:16.000 It was all propaganda.

02:57:19.000 It's not conservative at all.

02:57:22.000 It's incredible.

02:57:24.000 Before I end this hour, though, just briefly, if you're online, we've launched PrisonPlanet.tv.
