00:12:01.000 According to Spitzer, he was never keen on dissent, particularly when it came to his lavish pay.

01:11:10.000 You might remember that on April 8th, when they pulled down the statue in Baghdad, that same day, they killed the ICRC representative, who happened to be a Canadian, It didn't make front page news.

01:11:37.000 But the Red Cross was collaborating with Iraqi health authorities, trying to bring first aid to civilians who were wounded in the hospitals.
