Alex Jones Show - 20040923_Thu_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones, on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:26.000 Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, it is Thursday, the 23rd day of September 2004, Porter Gosch, Has been confirmed as director of the Central Intelligence Agency and now they want to make him the head of the new Super Domestic Threat Agency as well.

00:00:45.000 Porter Goss who met with the head Pakistani general who openly wired $100,000 to the supposed lead hijacker Mohammed Adda.

00:00:53.000 Porter Goss, long time CIA mole, your new domestic ruler.

00:01:01.000 It's like Herman Goering and Heinrich Himmler under the Führer.

00:01:04.000 We've got Ridge, and we've got Ashcroft, and we've got Herr Goss over there.

00:01:14.000 So we'll be covering this today.

00:01:18.000 Also, new developments with the feds all over the country, not just in Michigan.

00:01:23.000 Training police that homeschoolers are vicious killers. 0.99

00:01:28.000 We're about to attack and murder them and other normal citizens in mass. 0.96

00:01:36.000 Now again, I put this in a film I made two and a half years ago. 0.95

00:01:39.000 It's not like it's some secret, but people are starting to learn about it.

00:01:44.000 What's secretly been quietly been going on.

00:01:49.000 Now it's no secret, it's out in the open.

00:01:52.000 Also, House may revive parts of Patriot Act 2.

00:01:55.000 Well, they already passed parts of it.

00:01:57.000 Back on July 13th of last year, the same day they announced the capture of Saddam Hussein as a diversionary tactic.

00:02:06.000 Well, now we also have Powell saying the U.S.

00:02:11.000 has no plans to attack Iran.

00:02:13.000 Of course, that was Powell also saying we had no plans to attack Iraq.

00:02:18.000 The admitted plans are they do want to go into Iran and give you the new national draft and the whole nine yards.

00:02:25.000 Of course, that'll have to happen after there's been a convenient terror attack.

00:02:31.000 Also, California law signed by Schwarzenegger.

00:02:33.000 No, he's not banning guns like last week.

00:02:37.000 Now, he's passed a law where if you're out there doing stuff on the Internet, you have to give them your name and number and information.

00:02:46.000 California law makes email file swappers provide name address.

00:02:51.000 And they say, how is this going to be enforced?

00:02:53.000 Well, through internet too.

00:02:56.000 That's having a symposium coming up here in what, seven days at the University of Texas.

00:03:03.000 They admit they're going to take away our internet, force us onto their net, and track everything we do, and not even let us have websites.

00:03:11.000 That was openly announced in Forbes Magazine, by the way.

00:03:15.000 You don't believe it'll happen?

00:03:16.000 If you don't get involved and get informed and start speaking out against it, it will happen!

00:03:22.000 Well, to make the net safe from terrorists and to make it safe for everybody, we're going to have to take it away from you.

00:03:29.000 California law makes e-mail file swappers provide name and address.

00:03:34.000 Isn't that freedom?

00:03:37.000 Also, Japan fears North Korea missile test Why worry about that?

00:03:43.000 Iraq's the threat, not North Korea. 0.64

00:03:44.000 North Korea's just threatening to nuke us and has the nukes.

00:03:47.000 Of course, they don't have trillions in oil, so... So this and a lot more coming up.

00:03:54.000 And yes, we have several guests.

00:03:56.000 We have one of the editors of the Washington Times coming on who was arrested for heckling somebody at a baseball game.

00:04:03.000 Heckling is now evil and hateful.

00:04:06.000 And this is all part of the new freedom, just like in New York you get arrested if you don't give a big enough tip, or if you chew disrespectfully in D.C.

00:04:15.000 you're arrested, or if you put your feet up on a park bench you're arrested, or... Well, I'm sure you've all heard the stories where a peace shirt in the mall that you bought in the mall and you are arrested, or wear an anti-globalist shirt in public and then your boss fires you and admits it and the court says, yes, we can fire you for your views, There's people on no-fly list who are openly peaceniks against war and speak out against violent Muslim groups.

00:04:44.000 Well, you can't fly to the U.S.

00:04:46.000 now.

00:04:47.000 It's all part of the new freedom we chronicle here each and every day.

00:04:53.000 Alright, all the news I mentioned coming up in full detail and another surprise guest today as well.

00:04:59.000 You don't want to miss it.

00:08:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:24.000 It is already Thursday, 23rd day of September 04.

00:08:28.000 Alex Jones here.

00:08:28.000 I'm your host.

00:08:30.000 PrisonPlanet.com, InfoWars.com, and PrisonPlanet.tv are the websites.

00:08:34.000 We've redesigned and revamped Infowars.net.

00:08:38.000 It's got its own webmaster, so definitely check that out.

00:08:41.000 Infowars.net.

00:08:43.000 We have a surprise guest coming up in the next hour.

00:08:48.000 Then in the third hour, again, we have a Washington Times editor who simply heckled someone at a baseball game and was brutally arrested.

00:08:56.000 This is all part of the overreaction and things becoming crimes that aren't even crimes.

00:09:02.000 So you don't want to miss that.

00:09:03.000 Yesterday we talked about these mainstream news articles out of Michigan that were picked up by World Net Daily about a FEMA-sponsored and Homeland Security run, drill with over 200 children, a bunch of state and federal and local agencies, training for homeschoolers, homeschoolers' parents attacking the schools, attacking school buses, blowing things up, murdering children en masse, And I've been aware of this for years.

00:09:33.000 Again, it's in my film, The Road to Tyranny.

00:09:35.000 There are training manuals, FEMA on tape saying it, multiple manuals, federal, state, around the country, FBI manuals, Magida reports, stuff going back to Clinton, Bush.

00:09:48.000 It's a unified program.

00:09:50.000 Anything wholesome and good, anything decent, they're being trained, you're a terrorist.

00:09:55.000 Gun owners, Christians, Conservatives, those that are against the UN, those that make frequent references to the Constitution.

00:10:04.000 This shows who the real terrorists are.

00:10:09.000 District sorry for homeschooler terrorist link.

00:10:12.000 Another article today, security drill conducted scenario with wackos against education.

00:10:18.000 A school district that participated in a terror attack response drill apologized for using a scenario in which children were threatened By a fictitious, radical group that believes everyone should be homeschooled. 0.82

00:10:29.000 And again, they have 200 kids there, and they yell at them, and they have the terror drill people there going, I'M GONNA KILL YOU, YOU DON'T HOMESCHOOL! 0.71

00:10:37.000 I mean, brainwashing! 0.96

00:10:39.000 And folks, I'm aware of these drills all over the country.

00:10:42.000 I've never seen one where the homeschoolers attack the school bus.

00:10:46.000 I have seen articles about the drills where a right-wing group against public schooling, who's for homeschooling, attacks the school.

00:10:55.000 And they just tell the parents the week before, we're going to have a drill sometime next week.

00:10:59.000 They don't tell them what it entails.

00:11:01.000 And then men in camo and uniforms start running and screaming and kids who are walking down the hall who are at the bathroom get grabbed and slammed down.

00:11:08.000 They put guns in their heads and yell and scream.

00:11:10.000 In several cases they blow cops' heads off. 1.00

00:11:12.000 They shoot children in the face. 0.92

00:11:15.000 Detroit, Michigan.

00:11:16.000 Fort Worth, Texas.

00:11:18.000 Los Angeles, California.

00:11:19.000 I've got all these mainstream news articles in my films. 1.00

00:11:21.000 They actually have loaded bullets, loaded cartridges sometimes, and more often than not, splatter their own officers, or splatter role-player cops, because the idiot police they bring in have loaded weapons. 1.00

00:11:34.000 Oh, don't believe it? 1.00

00:11:35.000 Just say, in drilling school, cop dies.

00:11:37.000 Just type that into Google.

00:11:39.000 Or, cop shoots child in face in school drill.

00:11:42.000 You'll get Detroit, Michigan and L.A., California.

00:11:46.000 And again, it's back of the newspaper.

00:11:48.000 Never really hear about it.

00:11:49.000 We see drills of them going in and putting guns to city council people's heads and the city council soils themselves.

00:11:55.000 Or they go into a school and make the kids march out.

00:11:58.000 Don't tell them it's a drill.

00:11:59.000 The children and the teachers are soiling themselves.

00:12:01.000 This has been in the news.

00:12:02.000 One of the cases that was real famous was up in Minnesota.

00:12:06.000 They thought they were all going to die.

00:12:08.000 Just incredible.

00:12:11.000 This is the new America, folks.

00:12:13.000 This is the new freedom.

00:12:16.000 But don't worry, they're sorry.

00:12:18.000 They're real sorry.

00:12:19.000 District Sorry for Homeschooler Terrorist Link Security Drill Conducted Scenario with Wackos Against Education. 0.95

00:12:26.000 And it says the made-up group called Wackos Against Schools and Education was invented by a local government emergency services director.

00:12:33.000 Funny, the local news article, the article yesterday, said that it was from Homeland Security and FEMA.

00:12:38.000 The Muskegon Area Intermediate School District, MAISD, in Michigan said it shared the disappointment of others when it learned Tuesday's preparedness frill referred homeschoolers as the fictitious group responsible for a mock disaster.

00:12:52.000 We apologize, the district said in a statement.

00:12:54.000 The MAISD and local districts were not aware of the scenario.

00:12:58.000 Sure you weren't.

00:12:58.000 And it was not shared with students or parents who took part.

00:13:01.000 They admit they did.

00:13:04.000 Folks, I've been to these drills all over the country, and it'll be a right-wing militia group attack city hall.

00:13:11.000 And they'll pass out flyers of threats from the militia, simulated flyers that say, stop the U.N.

00:13:19.000 takeover, stop the warrantless checkpoints, stop the out-of-control government, stop gun control.

00:13:25.000 And then everybody thinks, oh, people who are against that are associated with terrorism.

00:13:32.000 So, they're now apologizing, and it goes on to say that a sample scenario was required in order to receive the necessary federal funding to stage the event, and this was one of the federally sampled scenarios.

00:13:48.000 Yes, yes it is, my friends.

00:13:50.000 Again, we have it on video, we have their own training manuals.

00:13:54.000 The reason I've spent so much time on this is because this illustrates what they're really up to, what they're really doing, who they're really demonizing.

00:14:03.000 Speaking of the New World Order police state, this is out of the Associated Press, House may revive parts of Patriot Act 2.

00:14:12.000 Well, yeah, they're about to reauthorize Patriot Act 1, with its sunset for O5, but the problem is, is they admit they want to quote, strengthen it with Patriot Act 2, which... Patriot Act 1 makes all misdemeanors an act of terrorism, or all suspicion of it.

00:14:29.000 There's no probable cause or no due process.

00:14:32.000 Patriot Act II in the subsections makes us all enemy combatants for no reason at all.

00:14:38.000 It just says if they want to arrest you secretly, they can.

00:14:41.000 Secretly intern you in a foreign nation or secretly execute you. 0.71

00:14:45.000 House Republicans plan to revive portions of the Justice Department's Patriot Act II draft legislation to address the September 11th Commission's recommendations to strengthen America's intelligence capabilities, the Associated Press has learned.

00:14:58.000 Again, the 9-11 Commission, appointed by Bush, Many of them business with the Bin Laden's and others, like Chairman Keene, have recommended just total police state takeover. 0.55

00:15:08.000 In a draft of the House GOP legislation obtained by the Associated Press, many of the provisions were similar to the draft copy of the Domestic Security Enhancement Act of 2003, that a non-profit group said had leaked out of the Justice Department in January of 2003.

00:15:21.000 Well, yeah, we have the bill.

00:15:24.000 The Justice Department said that they then had made no final decision on the legislation and never submitted it to Congress.

00:15:32.000 We have the legislative enrollment sheet.

00:15:35.000 from January 6, 2003, and we had the bill then broken up and put in several bills, including the new Intelligence Act of 2003, that large sections of Patriot Act II, word for word, were passed.

00:15:48.000 But many of the anti-terrorism provisions of that draft showed up in the House Discussion Draft, this is the AP, section of a Terrorism Prevention and Protection, that part of the proposed House legislation.

00:16:01.000 Among the provisions are measures on the deportation of aliens who become members of or help terrorist groups.

00:16:09.000 Folks, it makes citizens aliens. 0.85

00:16:15.000 Pre-trial detention for terrorism suspects, warrants against non-citizens, even when a target can't be tied directly to a foreign government or power, and enhanced penalties for threats or attempts to use chemical or nuclear weapons against the United States, including attacks through the mail system.

00:16:33.000 It actually says in there, trying to influence government.

00:16:37.000 It doesn't say nuclear weapons or chemical weapons threats.

00:16:42.000 I mean it does say that in some sections and then in others.

00:16:44.000 I ought to get my analysis of Patriot Act II section by section and read that again on air.

00:16:51.000 Just to give you an idea of just how bad it really is.

00:16:53.000 A spokesman for the House Majority Leader, Tom DeLay, Republican, Texas, said Wednesday that House members were still working on the final versions of the legislation.

00:17:04.000 A Justice Department spokesman said they had not seen the House draft.

00:17:08.000 Republicans have hailed the Patriot Act.

00:17:11.000 Not all Republicans.

00:17:13.000 It's not true.

00:17:14.000 Republicans have hailed the Patriot Act as a critical tool in the post-September 11th war on terrorism.

00:17:19.000 While many Democrats charge it authorizes heavy-handed infringements on civil liberties.

00:17:24.000 Now, polls show the Patriot Act's unpopular with Republicans and Democrats.

00:17:28.000 So notice how the media acts like Democrats are against it and Republicans are for it, when in truth, if you look at those who voted against it, it's about evenly split between Democrats and Republicans, and most Democrats voted for it, as well as most Republicans.

00:17:42.000 So more manipulation making you think the Democrats are going to save you.

00:17:46.000 On Monday, a group of 9-11 widows went door-to-door trying to get lawmakers to sign a pledge to keep Patriot Act material out of the legislation, saying the politically explosive material could doom the measure.

00:17:58.000 The House is expected to begin making up the far-reaching bill next week.

00:18:03.000 I know most of those widows, because we've interviewed them, most of these groups are just against the Patriot Act and say, don't use it in our name, don't destroy America in our name.

00:18:13.000 But by the time it hits the AP, it's, oh, the widows don't want it because it'll hold up the rest of the legislation. 1.00

00:18:20.000 House leaders are expected to take the White House suggestions on creating a national intelligence director who would control the nation's 15 intelligence agencies.

00:18:29.000 The House plan would let the intelligence chief coordinate non-military spy agencies, but would limit the director's hiring and budgetary control, making that position weaker than envisioned by the 9-11 Commission and the Senate.

00:18:41.000 Yeah, the Senate openly wants to just give up all their authority over a domestic CIA.

00:18:46.000 Doesn't that sound good?

00:18:47.000 A group that doesn't have any legislative or judicial control over it?

00:18:52.000 Boy, that really sounds like a dictatorship, doesn't it?

00:18:55.000 The House draft also addresses the other recommendations by instituting tighter controls on birth certificates and creating an electronic birth and death registration system.

00:19:05.000 That's the National ID Card.

00:19:07.000 Tightening up driver's license requirements.

00:19:09.000 Again, that's the federally standardized National ID Card, the driver's license.

00:19:13.000 And requiring states to link their license databases for federal grants.

00:19:19.000 Again, we already have that.

00:19:20.000 This will just make it the law.

00:19:22.000 It's already the regulation.

00:19:24.000 And that is the National ID Card.

00:19:26.000 So the national ID card going through, domestic CIA, all Americans listed as terrorists, trying to influence government, demonstrating as terrorism, a national forced DNA database of all Americans, everything!

00:19:41.000 And they're coming up with forced psychological testing, forced drugging, building more prisons, building more military cemeteries, just this is the new freedom.

00:19:49.000 Gearing up for hell on earth.

00:19:52.000 We'll come back, take your calls, get into a bunch of other news at 1-800-259-9231.

00:19:54.000 I'm Alex Jones.

00:19:55.000 1-800-2599-231.

00:19:58.000 I'm Alex Jones.

00:19:59.000 Stay with us.

00:20:01.000 Terrorism!

00:20:02.000 Terrorism!

00:20:03.000 Chemical attacks, dirty bombs, fallout, biological attack, anthrax, and to top it all off, duct tape and plastic!

00:20:09.000 Alarming words for our time!

00:20:11.000 But how do you protect your family during such a crisis?

00:21:59.000 The United States seems to be celebrating over its triumph of reducing government debt.

00:22:04.000 But the truth be told, public and private debt increased to a record high in 1999, reaching a peak of $14.8 trillion, marking 10.57% annual increase, outpacing its previous 10 years.

00:22:16.000 The U.S.

00:22:23.000 In the year 2000, debt growth collapsed to only 4.5%.

00:22:27.000 It's bad enough that the U.S.

00:22:28.000 citizens is bound by debt in order to have commerce.

00:22:31.000 However, shocking the economy with the reduction of this magnitude could wipe out years of growth in a stock portfolio.

00:24:49.000 Let's talk to Jim in Texas.

00:24:50.000 Jim, you're on the air.

00:24:51.000 Go ahead.

00:24:52.000 Thank you for taking my call, Alex.

00:24:54.000 You're welcome.

00:24:55.000 Tuesday, you had a gentleman on.

00:24:57.000 His name was Jimmy Walters.

00:24:59.000 And I applaud what the man's doing.

00:25:01.000 There's a saying, it goes, put your money where your mouth is.

00:25:04.000 And he's putting his money up in a lot of it.

00:25:06.000 Do you recall the man?

00:25:08.000 Yes, in fact Mr. Walters is the heir of one of the biggest home building companies in the world and he's involved in a bunch of other big businesses.

00:25:19.000 And he first put ads on the eve of the Gulf War in major publications, $500,000 worth, saying it's a fraud, it's built on lies, and he was proven correct on that.

00:25:29.000 And now, he's spent a million dollars on ad buys in all the major magazines and newspapers that you can think of, promoting Eric Huffschmid's 9-11 video.

00:25:38.000 And I just talked to him today.

00:25:41.000 He's probably going to run an ad with the Road to Tyranny.

00:25:45.000 He's not sure, but I certainly hope he will.

00:25:48.000 This is Jim Walters Holmes.

00:25:49.000 I figured that's who he was.

00:25:50.000 He made a statement I found interesting, though.

00:25:52.000 He said, and he said it with venom, too.

00:25:55.000 He said the problem with President Bush is he's one of those born-again right-wing Christian fundamentalist kooks who believes in the rafter and thinks he'll avoid the destruction and the misery.

00:26:09.000 George Bush is not a Christian. 0.98

00:26:10.000 He's a wolf in sheep's clothing. 0.94

00:26:11.000 Well, Mr. Walters went on to say specifically that that's what he means.

00:26:15.000 It's the skull and bones type that's manipulating people into going along with that.

00:26:20.000 And then he said, no, no.

00:26:22.000 On his website, he says that he likes real Christians.

00:26:25.000 In fact, he put a national ad in the paper comparing what Jesus would do compared to what Bush is doing.

00:26:32.000 Oh, I didn't know that.

00:26:33.000 But I'm just glad, period, that the guy is exposing 9-11.

00:26:37.000 Absolutely.

00:26:37.000 That's what I was going to say.

00:26:38.000 See, you reach a lot of millions of people.

00:26:41.000 I'm talking to millions of people right now.

00:26:43.000 And you talk to Catholics, Protestants, Jews, Blacks, Whites, Mexicans, you know, the whole spectrum.

00:26:48.000 There's one common denominator.

00:26:49.000 We all want to expose the globalists.

00:26:51.000 We want to wake up America and restore the Bill of Rights, the Constitution.

00:26:55.000 And, you know, it just seemed to me that he was, you know, what his beliefs are on the rafter.

00:27:00.000 I've never heard George Bush discuss it.

00:27:01.000 I don't know how he figured that out.

00:27:04.000 I think he's talking about a group called the Dominionists who believe we've got to have a world government so Jesus can come back and we've got to have things get really bad and some of the, not all of these groups, but some of these groups believe, you know, the Antichrist, we've got to bring him in, oh praise God it's coming.

00:27:20.000 You know, they think it's, but then they don't fight all this evil.

00:27:26.000 Right, but I mean, you know, I think we have to just make sure we keep focused on the war we're fighting, and then not worry who believes in the Rapture, who doesn't.

00:27:34.000 You know, I just got your tape back from friends, and it's the first time I've got a positive response.

00:27:40.000 I watched it again myself last night, it was up late, and it was just encouraging.

00:27:45.000 It was the first time in over a year that I've gotten a positive response.

00:27:49.000 I haven't had the tapes over a year, but It's like throwing gasoline on a fire, so I don't like sitting here.

00:27:56.000 So you gave one of my videos to somebody and you got a positive response?

00:28:00.000 I didn't give it, I lent it.

00:28:01.000 Yeah, I understand.

00:28:03.000 I've lent them before, and it's the first time I've had a positive response.

00:28:08.000 It amazes me how people look at me like I'm a nut.

00:28:10.000 Well, I appreciate what you're doing and take care, Jim.

00:28:14.000 Look, people's minds are very open now.

00:28:16.000 Everybody knows something's wrong with the world, something isn't right.

00:28:19.000 And most people that we talk to are waking up.

00:28:22.000 And so keep it up.

00:28:22.000 Good job.

00:28:24.000 When you first don't succeed, try, try again.

00:28:26.000 Kim in Texas.

00:28:27.000 Go ahead, Kim.

00:28:28.000 Hi.

00:28:28.000 I was filling out an application yesterday.

00:28:31.000 Several on the internet.

00:28:33.000 You know how they have that survey?

00:28:35.000 That mini-survey about your ethnic and race and gender?

00:28:40.000 Yes.

00:28:40.000 Under race, or Caucasian, they list Middle Eastern people now.

00:28:45.000 If you were born in India, Iraq, Iran and other countries.

00:28:49.000 You know, I've seen that and actually those folks over there are listed as Asians, genetically.

00:28:57.000 So I don't know how they're now listing them as Caucasian.

00:29:00.000 That's what I was like, wow!

00:29:02.000 So, what are they, I mean, what is their reference to that?

00:29:05.000 What are they trying to prove?

00:29:06.000 Well, Iranians are a hybrid between a Caucasian and Asian. 0.98

00:29:12.000 In fact, they were originally We're Caucasian, but then we're taken over by different countries.

00:29:18.000 But predominantly, the people of the Middle East are a mixture between black and Asian.

00:29:27.000 Yeah, but my question is, where does the government get out of it to put them under Caucasian? 0.99

00:29:33.000 I don't know, but I have noticed that in some of the surveys.

00:29:36.000 It's an interesting question.

00:29:38.000 Okay.

00:29:38.000 Anything else, Kim?

00:29:39.000 Oh, yes.

00:29:40.000 On Sunday, And when the news shows?

00:33:08.000 Alex Jones, on the GCM Radio Network.

00:33:12.000 Alright, back to the calls.

00:33:14.000 We're talking to Kim in Texas.

00:33:15.000 Kim, you had a comment about something you saw on the Sunday news shows.

00:33:18.000 Go ahead.

00:33:19.000 Right, they showed Bush saying there's a march on freedom.

00:33:23.000 You know how you say there's a war on freedom?

00:33:25.000 He had a soundbite saying there's a march on freedom.

00:33:29.000 And I couldn't believe that.

00:33:31.000 But what he means is the terrorists want our freedom, well then why are they taking our freedom?

00:33:35.000 Why is the government taking our freedom?

00:33:37.000 Exactly.

00:33:37.000 So if terrorists come after your freedom, well then we know who the terrorists are.

00:33:41.000 And ooh, you look at the facts, wow, it's them!

00:33:44.000 Right.

00:33:44.000 And also you were right about you saying that they're going to have that x-ray system where it x-rays your whole car.

00:33:51.000 They're getting ready to put that in at Fort Hood, Texas.

00:33:55.000 And they said, somebody told me, one of the soldiers told me that maybe Six months to a year from now it should be implemented and you are right on target.

00:34:04.000 When you drive over and it takes the whole view of your car.

00:34:08.000 They have those at the Republican National Convention, and they're going to set up toll roads to get into every major city, and they're going to use the funds from it to build in hardened checkpoints.

00:34:20.000 I have the official federal plan from 98 on this, and they're moving forward, no matter who's in office.

00:34:24.000 And they're going to have hardened checkpoints that scan your car, they're going to search you and your family.

00:34:30.000 And they're going to make high schoolers serve 10 to 20 hours a week out there helping search your cars, training them how to be slave masters. 0.96

00:34:39.000 I mean, again, this is out of a nightmare science fiction movie.

00:34:42.000 Yes, it is.

00:34:43.000 But that's what I have to say.

00:34:44.000 Thank you for listening.

00:34:45.000 Thank you for the call.

00:34:46.000 I appreciate it.

00:34:48.000 And I got a bunch of news about the satellite tracker boxes to go in the cars to tax and trace and control us and It's just all happening.

00:34:55.000 It has nothing to do with terrorism.

00:34:57.000 They were setting up the infrastructure for it long before 9-11 and they said terror is coming and we're going to use this as a pretext to put in this control grid.

00:35:06.000 It's all about control.

00:35:08.000 Good to hear from you, Kim.

00:35:10.000 Ron, you're on the air from New York.

00:35:12.000 Go ahead.

00:35:13.000 Hello, Alex.

00:35:14.000 Hello.

00:35:15.000 That's precisely what they've done.

00:35:18.000 As you may know, as of yesterday, Implemented domestically within the US, there is now a requirement Legal mandate on the part of airlines to turn over passenger flight information to the government.

00:35:29.000 So they went ahead and did CAHPS II.

00:35:31.000 They're going to use it as part of a larger database.

00:35:33.000 Now it won't be, you won't be able to have a driver's license under the new federal guidelines, which the AP said that they're about to pass.

00:35:40.000 Part of the national ID card, you won't be able to get on a bus, train.

00:35:44.000 They want to extend it to a no-ride list, which would include trains and buses.

00:35:48.000 Yeah, I know, yeah.

00:35:48.000 Right.

00:35:49.000 In addition to flying, and your audience must keep in mind now, you see, They're doing this to the domestic population, not foreigners now, but to you, America. 0.93

00:35:57.000 Well, it's like this British guy who's a Muslim. 0.65

00:36:01.000 This famous guy who a lot of Muslims don't like because he's anti-violence, he decries Al-Cieda. 0.53

00:36:08.000 And then now this guy with no criminal record can't fly into the U.S.

00:36:12.000 and they held him in detention and flew him back to England.

00:36:16.000 And it's Ted Kennedy and it's other Congress people.

00:36:19.000 There's hundreds of thousands of people on this list.

00:36:22.000 Alex, as a matter of fact, I have a publication.

00:36:26.000 It wasn't a publication designed for the general public.

00:36:30.000 I guess it was what you call an in-house publication by the ACLU, which I obtained, called the Surveillance Industrial Complex.

00:36:37.000 Now, though many people, and I myself, do have some misgivings about the ACLU, I will admit it's a situation where the broken clock has told the right time, at least on this one occasion.

00:36:47.000 It's a very, very in-depth and comprehensive study.

00:36:50.000 As a matter of fact, the most comprehensive and exact I've ever seen in my life about all of this.

00:36:55.000 The Surveillance Industrial Complex.

00:37:00.000 The government has these systems that they employ for CAHPS II, for instance, has a, um, what they call a black database.

00:37:08.000 In other words, it's not even the records that were culled from public domain, but they're secret records to which there's no accountability.

00:37:15.000 And they won't tell you if you're even on the list, there's no way to get off the list.

00:37:19.000 Guess what?

00:37:19.000 Right.

00:37:20.000 If there's an error and you're in there by mistake, and it happens, we've heard of the cases you just cited, With Senator Ted Kennedy, regardless of what you feel about the man, he is a long-standing U.S.

00:37:31.000 Senator.

00:37:31.000 Well, it's like we had that former top CIA officer on just a few weeks ago, and we went over the fact that even if 1% of the data in there is wrong, and it'll be stuff like John Jones, and then you put an R in there and suddenly you're off the list because some guy named John Jones, you know, was caught money laundering a decade ago.

00:37:54.000 If just 1% of it is, quote, in error, we know they put people on there on purpose, that is millions and millions of people.

00:38:01.000 That's 3 million Americans.

00:38:02.000 And then we have in Florida, They're expanding what they did in 2000.

00:38:07.000 Millions of people are being taken off the voter rolls.

00:38:10.000 Anybody with the last name Jones or Johnson or Brown, if anyone committed a crime with the name Jones, everyone whose name is Jones, this is in the newspaper, is not allowed to vote.

00:38:21.000 It's a fact.

00:38:22.000 So listen, we're all criminals now.

00:38:25.000 We're magically put in these databases.

00:38:28.000 This is going to be the new system.

00:38:30.000 The new system is a system.

00:38:31.000 We are living We are living something like a dark science fiction plot.

00:38:38.000 We are living Fahrenheit 451.

00:38:40.000 We've been dragged into it.

00:38:41.000 And in part, you know what?

00:38:43.000 I do blame the population because let's face it, we've been indolent. 0.99

00:38:48.000 We've been apathetic and cowardly.

00:38:50.000 We've been more concerned with sports scores and so-called reality programs with Donald Trump and a glass of beer and a hot dog and a barbecue. 0.50

00:38:59.000 Then we have been involved with those things that should have been very important to us.

00:39:04.000 So that made it very easy for them to do what they have done to this point.

00:39:09.000 Now, I don't even know to say if it's time to wake up.

00:39:12.000 I think we're past the point of waking up.

00:39:15.000 It's time for us to take some type of action to oppose this.

00:39:18.000 It's reached an insufferable point with this.

00:39:21.000 We're just sitting back and fiddling while Rome is on fire.

00:39:25.000 This is crazy.

00:39:26.000 Well, Ron, it's only going to get worse, and thanks for the call.

00:39:29.000 Okay.

00:39:31.000 I appreciate your call, and you bring up really salient, central points to the true issues here.

00:39:36.000 But, long before 9-11, all these databases were being set up, all these round-up plans, all these prison plans, all these forced drugging and forced psychological testing plans, all these drills that homeschooling families are terrorists and Christians are terrorists, and it's your conservative leaders that are helping expand all this right now, and conservatives out there cheerleading their own destruction!

00:40:03.000 And this is going to be the new America! 0.84

00:40:06.000 If you don't like taking microchips, the government's going to have terror groups that claim they're anti-microchip.

00:40:12.000 They'll go out and carry out terror attacks.

00:40:14.000 And then, oh, you're against taking an implantable chip?

00:40:16.000 Well, you must be the person that nerve-gassed the subway.

00:40:20.000 Oh, you're against public schooling.

00:40:24.000 You must be part of the secret homeschool terror group that's blowing things up.

00:40:28.000 Everything's going to be terror.

00:40:30.000 Any group they want to demonize, any group that doesn't want to go along with them, is going to have terrorism attributed to them.

00:40:35.000 This is how they're going to do the whole thing. 1.00

00:40:38.000 And, you know, last night I was reviewing a bunch of TV news broadcasts, a bunch of tapes I have, and I was sitting there with some folks that I'm going to make a new film with, and they just said, gosh, when did we become a nation of, like, fat stupid chickens? 1.00

00:40:55.000 We're just watching the news. 0.99

00:40:57.000 You know, there's poison pens and poison drones al-Qaeda has.

00:41:01.000 We're going to be attacked.

00:41:01.000 And what are we going to do?

00:41:03.000 And we've got to watch everything and do everything or it's all over.

00:41:06.000 And we've got to give up all our freedom.

00:41:08.000 I mean, are we the biggest nation of wimps on the planet?

00:41:11.000 America isn't America if we don't have these freedoms.

00:41:14.000 And giving up the freedoms doesn't make you safe.

00:41:17.000 And then you look at who's behind the terrorism.

00:41:19.000 Lo and behold, it's the very people that want to be our slave masters.

00:41:23.000 Surprise, surprise!

00:41:27.000 It's very, very transparent.

00:41:30.000 And notice, with this backdrop of the war on terrorism, they're arresting people for heckling players at baseball games.

00:41:42.000 They're arresting people who chew aggressively, disrespectfully.

00:41:47.000 They're arresting people who have anti-UN bumper stickers on their cars.

00:41:52.000 They're arresting people who have peace t-shirts on in the shopping mall.

00:41:56.000 You know, all these examples we see every day.

00:42:00.000 None of it has anything to do with terrorism. 0.82

00:42:03.000 But under this backdrop, now, it's, hey, we're taking care of you, so shut up and do what we say! 0.58

00:42:09.000 We're the government, we're your boss!

00:42:12.000 And now there's this atmosphere of, camps are good.

00:42:15.000 We need to secretly arrest people for any crime or any suspicion of crime.

00:42:20.000 Internment is good.

00:42:22.000 There's a case for internment.

00:42:24.000 It's just spreading out from there, getting worse and worse and worse and worse and worse.

00:42:33.000 And under this backdrop now, oh, we're going to satellite, tax, and track you.

00:42:37.000 Oh, we're going to have toll roads to get onto any major street in your city.

00:42:41.000 Oh, we're going to force your child to go to public school until 8 o'clock at night.

00:42:45.000 And we're going to forcibly drug them and psychologically test you and your family.

00:42:49.000 Oh, you're against it?

00:42:50.000 Well, there just so happens to be a terror group that just hacked the computers Brought down, you know, the power in Chicago, and they killed dozens because of it.

00:43:00.000 Are you part of the group that's against internet tracking and taxation?

00:43:04.000 Are you with the groups that are... See, this is how it's all going to work.

00:43:07.000 And until we figure that out... Notice the more freedoms you give up, the more terror we have.

00:43:14.000 And then the more liberty we have to give up yet again.

00:43:17.000 But the border is wide open.

00:43:18.000 400,000 illegal aliens with criminal records released out of South Texas alone last year.

00:43:25.000 It's a joke!

00:43:28.000 We interview all the visa folks who are still being ordered to let in Muslims with terrorist connections, but then you as a citizen are being thumb scanned and face scanned when you leave the country, or when you get your driver's license, but then illegal aliens are given a waiver by President Bush that was in the news earlier this year.

00:43:44.000 They don't have to, but you do as a citizen.

00:43:46.000 Come on! 0.61

00:43:48.000 Come on! 0.61

00:43:49.000 Marion, Texas, you're on the air.

00:43:51.000 Go ahead.

00:43:52.000 Oh, hi Alex.

00:43:53.000 Hello.

00:43:55.000 Thank you and let you know that you inspired me to call the CBS television station here in town when I saw that horrible piece on how mercury is good for your children.

00:44:07.000 Ma'am, are you on a cordless phone?

00:44:09.000 Yes.

00:44:10.000 I'll switch.

00:44:12.000 Breaking up, I'm sorry.

00:44:14.000 Sorry.

00:44:14.000 That sounds a lot better.

00:44:15.000 Go ahead and repeat what you were saying.

00:44:17.000 Thank you.

00:44:17.000 Alright, I was watching your television show the other night and you replayed a CBS news clip On how the American Pediatric Association was saying that mercury in the vaccines is actually good for our children and it causes improved behavior.

00:44:34.000 And so I called, you inspired me to call the radio station here in Austin and tell them that I was very disturbed by that news report and that I was actually furious that they should be telling people that mercury in the vaccines is good for them.

00:44:50.000 And the reporter, I was able to talk to the reporter, Seema Mathur, And she said that was an actual story that came down from like CBS headquarters.

00:45:02.000 Now let me stop you! 0.99

00:45:03.000 On the TV show, did I not say exactly that we've seen this nationwide the same day and that it is memos from CBS News on High?

00:45:12.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:45:13.000 And again, see, I don't make this up, folks.

00:45:16.000 There were memos that went out to all the big newspapers and all the big TV stations that go on television a month ago and say, it's the law, you've got to vaccinate your child or you'll be arrested.

00:45:27.000 There is no law anywhere in the country, but I saw On hundreds of ABC and CBS and NBC and Fox affiliates, scanning the news wires on local news stations, the same reports, the same text, just with the local officials' names changed.

00:45:44.000 That's what your local news is turned into.

00:45:46.000 And the CBS broadcast center in Manhattan has ABC, CBS and Fox all together in the same building.

00:45:54.000 And they admittedly, this is four years ago, Codify all the big local news stories there, and it's a CIA operation!

00:46:02.000 So what did you think of me making that announcement?

00:46:04.000 This was obviously a memo from on high and then you say, now you call radio or TV?

00:46:08.000 I called the television station here and I talked to the actual local reporter.

00:46:12.000 And did you tell the reporter that everybody knows mercury isn't good for you?

00:46:17.000 Yes, I said, well I quoted her two different studies.

00:46:20.000 I happen to be progressive and there's an excellent study in the Mother Jones magazine this March-April and it's all about mercury and your In your children's vaccines, and the conspiracy of government, and the CDC, and the pharmaceutical industries, and the doctors.

00:46:39.000 Hey listen, we have the CDC's own document where it says I wouldn't give it to my child, it's deadly, millions have been brain damaged.

00:46:45.000 We gotta cover this up.

00:46:46.000 That's a 2000 document.

00:46:48.000 Well to be fair to her, she did do, like I said, you inspired me, and I called her about a month and a half ago.

00:46:54.000 And I told her to look at Mothering Magazine because they had a front cover article on CBS.

00:47:00.000 CBS did a report locally that they originated that said it was bad.

00:47:03.000 Yes.

00:47:03.000 And now they've been told we were wrong.

00:47:05.000 Mercury isn't just okay, it's nutritional.

00:47:08.000 Yes, I told her about your show and I told her that you had said that we actually had to pass a law in Texas stating that they cannot give us immunizations and she said she reported on that.

00:47:19.000 And then she got a bunch of phone calls from our Austin Independent School District complaining about her show.

00:47:25.000 And so then CBS wanted to do what they referred to as a valid study, an alternative point of view.

00:47:32.000 And I said, how can you say this is a valid study?

00:47:34.000 And I want to know what the sources for this study were.

00:47:37.000 Well, it's funny.

00:47:38.000 Actually, the day that Mike brought that tape in from three days ago, it was a Monday broadcast.

00:47:44.000 I aired it Tuesday to analyze it.

00:47:48.000 There was actually the federal study saying how wonderful mercury is for you.

00:47:54.000 So I've got a copy of the study and it just, it's the way they went out and sampled children and said, oh well they have vaccines and they're doing good in school, it must be good for your brain.

00:48:06.000 So the study was not done properly.

00:48:09.000 There are thousands of studies, this is the one, mercury has been so studied, just like lead.

00:48:17.000 Everybody knows these heavy metals are deadly.

00:48:20.000 And no amount of lying or new studies is going to show otherwise.

00:48:25.000 Right.

00:48:25.000 And she said that we can call CBS, the bureau line, the CBS bureau line in New York City and complain to them about these so-called medical watch stories that come down the line and go filter out across the whole United States, you know, funded by probably the pharmaceutical industry.

00:48:42.000 So I wanted to get... Not probably.

00:48:44.000 Have you seen CBS Nightly News?

00:48:47.000 Half the ads, half the ads are drug ads.

00:48:51.000 Do you have that number in front of you?

00:48:54.000 Yes, if you want to call the CBS Bureau line and complain about their so-called news stories and medical watch stories, it's area code 212-975-3247.

00:49:08.000 Alright.

00:49:09.000 And I thank you for your inspiration and I feel like we need to take action through speaking and calling these people.

00:49:18.000 Exactly.

00:49:19.000 I mean, she told you that the local school district complained.

00:49:22.000 Say, don't tell people there's a law that we can't make them take shots.

00:49:26.000 Do a report saying it is the law.

00:49:28.000 Okay, we'll do that for you.

00:49:31.000 How dare of him!

00:49:32.000 Thanks for the call.

00:49:33.000 And I've said, folks, that that is criminal, in my educated opinion.

00:49:38.000 To have newscasts saying it's the law, you've got to take shots?

00:49:42.000 It's not true!

00:49:43.000 There is no law!

00:49:45.000 I mean, there's a law saying you can't say it's the law!

00:49:48.000 That we had to get passed in Texas!

00:49:51.000 Last legislative session!

00:49:54.000 It's just amazing.

00:49:57.000 Again, four years ago I learned about the CBS Broadcast Center, where Three major networks are based together and it's where they codify local news.

00:50:07.000 Mainstream media reported on this.

00:50:09.000 Very proud of it.

00:50:11.000 And so then I started noticing years ago that I would see, you know, a CBS website from say Florida and a CBS website from Austin and it'd be the exact same text but with a local byline.

00:50:24.000 We don't have local news, people!

00:50:27.000 Some of the reports are local.

00:50:28.000 We need to demand that they all be local.

00:50:33.000 Mercury is nutritious and healthy and good for children.

00:50:36.000 It actually increases their behavior.

00:50:39.000 That's kind of a twist, though.

00:50:40.000 Oh, their behavior?

00:50:41.000 You mean they'll sit in the corner and drool?

00:50:45.000 You mean it increases autism by thousands and thousands of percentiles?

00:50:48.000 Well, I guess in a sick way, that's true.

00:50:52.000 You know, it's like new freedom.

00:50:53.000 Well, if you think slavery is freedom, then I guess we do have all these new freedoms.

00:50:58.000 Homeschoolers are bad. 1.00

00:50:59.000 Mercury is good for you in the New World Order.

00:53:55.000 The End

00:54:25.000 a lot but it's important that people consciously think about this.

00:54:29.000 They'll pick up a major mainstream history book, say, about the Middle Ages, or about Rome before that, or about England 300 years ago.

00:54:41.000 The tyranny.

00:54:42.000 How government was set up to enslave and control the population.

00:54:45.000 That's what elites do.

00:54:46.000 That's their business.

00:54:49.000 And now we're seeing a high-tech version of it today, and a lot of people are waking up, but many others aren't.

00:54:54.000 It's sold to us in terms of security to keep you safe, but it doesn't keep us safe.

00:55:01.000 There are elements of this system that are carrying out the terror to scare us into going along with their plans.

00:55:07.000 They are the terrorists.

00:55:08.000 By very definition of the old definition of terrorism, the new definition is any misdemeanor or any suspicion of a misdemeanor is an act of terrorism.

00:55:17.000 Under the old definition, it was carrying out violent attacks on individuals or populations or threatening violent acts to get a desired political outcome or financial gain.

00:55:28.000 And that's what the government's doing.

00:55:30.000 Give up your rights, follow us, vote for us, or the terrorists are going to kill you. 0.82

00:55:36.000 It's incredible. 0.98

00:55:37.000 It's so obvious.

00:55:38.000 Before we go back to calls, I have made 11 films.

00:55:42.000 The 11th film, American Dictators, is now out.

00:55:47.000 And American Dictators is 1995.

00:55:49.000 It's 90 minutes long.

00:55:52.000 It covers the staged election of 2004, Bush and Kerry being cousins, the Skull and Bones connection, what their policies really are, a lot of new 9-11 information.

00:56:03.000 It's just my classic shotgun approach to cover as much as possible.

00:56:07.000 It is a great film that you need to have, American Dictators.

00:56:10.000 Then there's also 9-11, The Road to Tyranny, The Masters of Terror.

00:57:56.000 Up in Michigan, saying homeschoolers and conservatives basically are terrorists, and boy, they're this big threat.

00:58:03.000 Then we'll get into Iran.

00:58:04.000 You know, it's not just our country escalating things.

00:58:06.000 Iran's been making some threats.

00:58:11.000 has no plans to attack Iran.

00:58:13.000 We'll also cover Arnold Schwarzenegger's got a new law passed.

00:58:17.000 California law makes email file swappers provide names and addresses.

00:58:23.000 Japan fears North Korea missile test.

00:58:28.000 And a lot more coming up in the next hour.

00:58:32.000 And in the third hour we have a guest coming on.

00:58:36.000 One of the editors at the Washington Times who heckled somebody at a baseball game and got arrested!

00:58:42.000 Just amazing!

00:58:44.000 So now your speech gets you arrested at baseball games.

00:58:48.000 I think they've got more serious things to worry about.

00:58:50.000 Big Brother.

00:58:53.000 Mainstream Media.

00:59:00.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:13.000 All right, my friends. my friends.

00:59:35.000 She can only join us for 10-15 minutes. 0.99

00:59:37.000 Maybe we can get her back on later in the hour for a little bit longer.

00:59:40.000 She's Michelle Malkin.

00:59:42.000 And she has written this new book, The Case for Internment.

00:59:47.000 And it gets into the history of the Japanese and other people being put in internment camps during World War II versus Middle Easterners or Arabs today.

00:59:58.000 And Michelle, it's good to have you on with us.

01:00:01.000 Oh, thanks for having me.

01:00:03.000 We don't have much time to get into a bunch of history here, but... So your book, I've got a copy of it, I've read part of it, your book is saying that I mean, are you saying we should put Arabs in camps?

01:00:15.000 No, no, that's not what I'm saying at all, and I try to make that explicitly clear throughout the book.

01:00:22.000 I'm not saying that we should do what we did during World War II, but I wrote the book because I kept hearing from a lot of the critics of the Bush administration's homeland security policies that everything that President Bush and his homeland security officials were trying to do was equated to the Japanese-American internment during World War II.

01:00:42.000 And basically, the ACLU, a lot of these ethnic grievance groups, have tried to oppose any kind of common sense threat profiling today because they think it's tantamount to the World War II internment and therefore we should never repeat the mistakes of the past.

01:01:00.000 And this internment card has scared away law enforcement officials from doing what they need to do to fight the enemies from within.

01:01:09.000 We are at war, after all, with militant Islamic terrorists, and I think that there are too many people out there, including some people in the Bush administration, unfortunately, who don't want to name our enemies and take the kind of Common sense measures that we need to take to protect ourselves against them.

01:01:25.000 And look at someone like Norm Mineta, who's the head of the Department of Transportation.

01:01:30.000 He is a Japanese-American.

01:01:32.000 During World War II, he was evacuated from the West Coast under the Roosevelt policies, and he spent a couple of years in a relocation camp.

01:01:39.000 And because of his own misunderstanding of history, he has blocked any kind of profiling at the airport that takes into account things like race or nationality or religion.

01:01:49.000 And I think it's that kind of mentality that is going to cause another September 11th in this country.

01:01:55.000 Well, Michelle, what I think is going to cause another September 11th is the fact that our borders are wide open, and that we've still got even supposed allies that have been caught aiding terrorists.

01:02:09.000 I mean, this whole Caps 2 system, they've been caught putting people on there for absolutely no reason.

01:02:14.000 It's got all sorts of problems.

01:02:16.000 I mean, I can see those that say it's dangerous to start going off of somebody's race alone.

01:02:22.000 Well, let me address two things.

01:02:24.000 One, I absolutely agree with you about the border, and that was the theme of my first book, Invasion, that immigration has to be treated as a national security issue.

01:02:32.000 But there's a connection to my new book as well, because, look, there are limited resources.

01:02:38.000 We all know that.

01:02:39.000 There are 13 million illegal aliens in this country, and if you're going to start deporting them, which we need to do, where should you start? 0.96

01:02:47.000 My proposition is that we start with illegal aliens who come from countries that are at the highest risk of terrorism. 0.91

01:02:53.000 Places like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan and Morocco.

01:02:55.000 But we can't even do that because the ACLU and a lot of these groups are the first to shout that it's profiling, it's profiling, we can't do it.

01:03:02.000 Well look, these people are already here illegally.

01:03:04.000 They've crossed the border illegally, they've overstayed visas illegally, they've evaded deportation orders illegally.

01:03:10.000 That's where we should start.

01:03:11.000 And then eventually, ideally, what we really should be doing is enforcing the law consistently against everyone.

01:03:16.000 But again, you can't do that because you have the open borders lobby screaming and shouting that it's somehow an infringement on the civil rights of people who don't even belong here in the first place.

01:03:25.000 It's crazy.

01:03:26.000 Okay, Michelle, Michelle, listen, I want to get into this.

01:03:29.000 Stay there.

01:03:30.000 Let's come back in a few minutes on the other side of the break.

01:03:32.000 We've got a break right now.

01:03:33.000 We'll be back with Michelle Malkin.

01:03:35.000 We'll tell you the website and about the book.

01:03:37.000 Get into more details.

01:03:38.000 And she may have to leave us in a little while, but I'm going to try to get her back on with us.

01:03:41.000 There may have been some scheduling conflicts because you can't just talk about this properly in 10 minutes.

01:03:47.000 We'll be right back with Michelle Malcolm.

01:03:49.000 Stay with us.

01:06:49.000 Order today and spread the word!

01:06:52.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

01:06:58.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

01:07:04.000 Okay, I agree with Michelle Malkin about the invasion, about the open borders, about the 30 million illegal aliens that are in this country.

01:07:12.000 I mean, the Houston Chronicle a month ago said 400,000 illegals with criminal records, the feds ordered their jails just to release people.

01:07:21.000 It's out of control, but then she has this book with a shocking title, The Case for Internment, and Michelle, the reason people are probably freaking out over your book is folks like Michael Savage, he says, bring back the sedition laws, arrest those that criticize the government, because that aids terrorists.

01:07:37.000 I mean, he says that word for word.

01:07:38.000 Are you aware of his statements?

01:07:41.000 No, I'm not.

01:07:42.000 I really am just encouraging people who are fair-minded to take a look at my book.

01:07:47.000 And see what I'm arguing.

01:07:49.000 As I say, I'm not advocating that we do the same thing during World War II.

01:07:54.000 I'm not saying that we should do that today.

01:07:56.000 But I'm saying that we have to think very carefully about how we deal with potential fifth columnists in this country, potential subversives, particularly when they have American citizenship. 0.99

01:08:05.000 And unfortunately, we're not able to have a rational debate about that right now.

01:08:10.000 Look, the Bush administration has put forth a proposal about what we should do.

01:08:15.000 They have Guantanamo Bay.

01:08:17.000 They've set up military tribunals.

01:08:19.000 They have an enemy combatant policy that was upheld by the Supreme Court.

01:08:23.000 And yet, even a lot of these people on the left who do say they want to wage a war on terror and make sure that we're safe, have no alternative.

01:08:33.000 They have no alternative.

01:08:34.000 They would free everybody who's at Guantanamo Bay and let Jose Padilla walk around and do whatever he wants to do.

01:08:40.000 Okay.

01:08:41.000 Okay, well let's take that right there.

01:08:42.000 If they've got evidence of Jose Padilla with a plan with a dirty bomb, which has pretty much been discredited, this guy can barely tie his shoelaces, I guarantee you a jury of his peers would give that guy the death penalty.

01:08:55.000 I've read Patriot Act 1 and 2.

01:08:57.000 It's so wide, it's being used against pot dealers, county commissioners, who give people parking spaces for a $4,000 payoff. 0.99

01:09:05.000 I mean, certainly, Michelle, you're not stupid. 0.99

01:09:08.000 You're a news person. 0.96

01:09:09.000 You know they've been using the Patriot Act in non-terror-related cases. 0.93

01:09:13.000 Well, no, I'm not stupid, and I would like to ask you where you got your information that the dirty bomb plot has been discredited.

01:09:20.000 Well, I mean, it's come out that he didn't have any of the materials, that the people that he was supposedly meeting with weren't even connected to real Al-Qaeda groups, that he just shot his mouth off, that he was this ex-con from prison, and that the guy's got about an 85 IQ. 0.87

01:09:36.000 Well, I haven't read that.

01:09:37.000 What I have... Okay, well, let's go over this.

01:09:41.000 I mean, you're making these assertions, and I'm telling you that they're wrong.

01:09:44.000 Okay.

01:09:45.000 And the fact is that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, in interrogations at KSM, who is in custody, thank God, and is giving us vital information that's helping us uncover other terrorist plots, has said that one of the things that he tried to do was send Jose Padilla, who has met with apparently a lot of high-ranking al-Qaeda operatives and was deeply engaged in this plot KSM had wanted to send him where?

01:10:12.000 Across the border and I think it just underscores a point of agreement that we do have which is that borders are extremely vulnerable and that al-Qaeda has long seen the Mexican border as the path of least resistance.

01:10:23.000 Well I agree with that but let's go back for a second.

01:10:25.000 Okay, I've got the Las Vegas Review-Journal, I've got the Associated Press, I've got conservative writers with the reports of how the Patriot Act's being used against 17-year-old pot dealers, county commissioners, The Justice Department, the Washington Times said, yeah, we're going to use this in all cases.

01:10:44.000 Of course we're going to use these tools.

01:10:46.000 And Section 802 of the Patriot Act, a new definition of terrorism, says any action that endangers human life, that's a violation of any federal or state law.

01:10:54.000 I mean, that is way, way, way too broad to give a citizen an enemy combatant designation.

01:11:01.000 Well, I think that you misunderstand what the Patriot Act does and doesn't do.

01:11:04.000 The Patriot Act has nothing to do with the enemy combatant policy.

01:11:09.000 Actually, in Patriot Act 2, Section 501 does, and no, it's the definition of terrorism, and then if they can define you as a potential terrorist, under the wide definition in Section 802, then they can give you the enemy combatant designation.

01:11:24.000 The enemy combatant policy is separate from the Patriot Act.

01:11:27.000 Now, I can talk about the Patriot Act if that's what you want to talk about.

01:11:31.000 It really isn't the subject of my book, but I think that a lot of the updating that has been done with regard to surveillance was quite necessary.

01:11:37.000 We've had a Cold War mentality in this country, and we have to deal with the 21st century That's the reality of Islamofascism and I think the Patriot Act did a good job of doing that. 1.00

01:11:46.000 Are there law enforcement officials at the local, state, and federal level that might possibly abuse the Patriot Act?

01:11:51.000 But if you disarm Homeland Security officials and give them no tools at all, and only foolproof tools, they'll have nothing.

01:11:51.000 Yes.

01:12:00.000 Well, Michelle, look, long before 9-11, and I've made films of this, I would go out and videotape the Marines with role players training to round up people to lock down cities.

01:12:10.000 It's been in the mainstream news about the drills.

01:12:13.000 Will you fire on American citizens?

01:12:15.000 Will you do this?

01:12:16.000 That's why it concerns people when we start seeing All of this anti-terror stuff can be turned against mainline American people.

01:12:24.000 I'm sure you saw the World Net Daily article where they did a drill where homeschooler advocates attacked the school bus and then homeschoolers are terrorists.

01:12:32.000 I wrote a column about that, yes.

01:12:35.000 But I made a film two and a half years ago.

01:12:37.000 I have training manuals under Clinton, training manuals under Bush.

01:12:40.000 I will get them to you if you'd like, where they do list homeschoolers and constitutionalists and those that make frequent references to the U.S.

01:12:47.000 Constitution.

01:12:48.000 And now I'm seeing this attempted link between, quote, right-wingers and the Muslims.

01:12:53.000 I've seen these articles.

01:12:54.000 You haven't written them, claiming that right-wingers are working with Muslims.

01:12:58.000 And then Kerry gets in office.

01:13:00.000 I see him using all of this internment stuff on conservatives.

01:13:06.000 Michelle?

01:13:07.000 Yeah, well, all I'm asking for people to do is, as I say, read the book with an open mind.

01:13:13.000 It is not simply a case of knee-jerk racism or bigotry that led to what happened during World War II.

01:13:19.000 There was a vast amount of intelligence that undergirded the decision, and I think that we have to have the proper perspective about what the balance is between civil liberties and national security.

01:13:29.000 And the book is the case for internment, and it's published by who?

01:13:34.000 Regnery.

01:13:35.000 Yes, Regnery and the publisher website of Folks Want to Get It That Way?

01:13:40.000 Yes.

01:13:41.000 Well, look, Michelle, I'll send you all this information, but are you aware of the Civilian Inmate Labor Program that's been going on since 1996?

01:13:50.000 Are you aware of that document?

01:13:53.000 No, I'm not.

01:13:55.000 Well, it started back in the 80s and then it got declassified in 97 and there are 12 US Army bases using federal inmate labor secretly until 97.

01:14:07.000 It was going on since the mid-80s at these bases and I'm telling you that we've got Mr. Calhoun, the Deputy Attorney General of California, a Democrat, who said in the Major newspaper last year in the Oakland Tribune, he said, you know, we need to look at arresting protesters because by protesting the war, they're aiding terrorists.

01:14:27.000 And then we got Michael Savage saying the same thing.

01:14:29.000 So that's why I think people get so upset when you put out a book called The Case for Internment because there are these other voices out there saying that if you disagree with the government, you're seditious, you should be put in a camp.

01:14:43.000 Actually, the name of the book is In Defense of Internment, The Case for, quote-unquote, Racial Profiling for World War II, and The War on Terror.

01:14:51.000 That's the name of the book.

01:14:52.000 Yes, I apologize.

01:14:53.000 I don't have it in front of me.

01:14:54.000 I got it about a week ago.

01:14:55.000 Have you read the book?

01:14:56.000 Yes, I've read several chapters of it.

01:14:58.000 I haven't read the whole thing.

01:15:00.000 But, I've read some of your columns.

01:15:02.000 I've seen you on Fox News.

01:15:04.000 I've seen you, you know, up there.

01:15:05.000 I've seen Sean Hannity go, well, this lady thinks we might need to put people in camps. 1.00

01:15:09.000 And then by the end of it, he goes, oh, I'm convinced.

01:15:12.000 You just want to profile and keep us all safe.

01:15:15.000 Look, we hear about CAPS II, where all these innocent people are in it, and they're putting all this secret data in there, but you're saying they're not even able to do that.

01:15:24.000 Well, they won't even tell us what they're doing, Michelle.

01:15:28.000 There's been plenty of exposition of the CAPS II program, and the CAPS II program underscores some of what I'm saying is the problem, because instead of targeting Specific countries and targeting specific people who fit certain profiles, we're doing the opposite.

01:15:44.000 And I think that that's part of the problem.

01:15:46.000 It's that political correctness is coloring our mindset and hampering what we need to do.

01:15:52.000 Instead of going after people who come from countries that are at high risk of terrorism or countries that are on the designated state sponsor list of terrorism from the State Department, instead of doing that, You know, instead of targeting, we have these broad, sweeping programs.

01:16:08.000 Okay, well, wait a minute.

01:16:10.000 Michelle, you're about to have to leave here in a minute or two, but that's exactly what I'm saying.

01:16:14.000 I go look at the terror manuals.

01:16:16.000 It's for gun owners, Christians, homeschoolers, conservatives, and I have all these in my film.

01:16:21.000 I have all these on the websites.

01:16:22.000 Okay, so it doesn't seem like we're... I mean, what are we arguing about?

01:16:25.000 Well, that's my point.

01:16:27.000 Well, it was supposedly 19 foreigners that did this, so how did every American become a suspect on September 12th?

01:16:35.000 Because we've been unwilling to do what we need to do, which is to be honest about identifying the enemy, i.e.

01:16:41.000 Islamic extremism, and taking steps to protect ourselves against it. 0.95

01:16:46.000 FBI agents are not allowed to go to mosques and surveil and do what they need to do to gather information without being accused of being jackbooted thugs and bigots. 0.66

01:16:55.000 This is the problem.

01:16:56.000 But then they're able to go to peace meetings.

01:16:59.000 But then they're able to go to peace meetings and question people who at the gym said that, and I've read those articles, it's not just in Michael Moore's film, they go question some old white guy who said he thinks the war is wrong.

01:17:12.000 Well, as I was trying to explain, this is why we end up at the airport with grandmas and toddlers being groped.

01:17:19.000 While we have a reverse profiling policy that punishes airlines for pulling over people from Arab countries for secondary questioning.

01:17:27.000 It is not a constitutional crisis or civil liberties nightmare to say to people, you will come under extra scrutiny and we apologize for any inconvenience.

01:17:35.000 Well, Michelle, can I get you back up for maybe 30 minutes sometime so we can debate this properly because, you know, I agree with some of what you said.

01:17:43.000 I disagree with a lot of it because I don't think you see the motives.

01:17:46.000 The government isn't making a mistake here.

01:17:49.000 They want to use this against the general public.

01:17:51.000 They are setting up a police state.

01:17:53.000 They are setting up a national ID card.

01:17:56.000 They are bringing in this global system, using terror as the pretext instead of stopping the terror, which they could do.

01:18:05.000 Michelle?

01:18:07.000 Right, well, I see your point of view, and I certainly share some of your concerns about abuses by government.

01:18:14.000 I mean, before September 11th, I was a staunch Libertarian.

01:18:17.000 I voted for the Libertarian Party, and I remain dissatisfied with many of the aspects of how the Bush administration is running the war on terror at home.

01:18:25.000 Okay, well, Michelle, you were a lot more honest on the air with us and fair with us than Ann Coulter.

01:18:31.000 And I want to get you back up sometime so we can take some calls.

01:18:34.000 And I did see you get heckled there in Berkeley on C-SPAN.

01:18:38.000 What was that like?

01:18:40.000 It was a zoo.

01:18:41.000 It was a zoo.

01:18:43.000 Alright, Michelle Malkin, take care.

01:18:45.000 See you later.

01:18:46.000 Alright, I don't think she's evil, folks, by talking to her.

01:18:48.000 I think she's uninformed.

01:18:50.000 We need to inform Michelle Malkin.

01:18:52.000 We'll be right back.

01:18:54.000 Hi folks, this is Michael Trudeau.

01:18:55.000 Jerry Guidetti from the Ark Institute just called to tell me their new 100% non-hybrid family seed packages are ready right now.

01:19:03.000 You've heard me rave about the great gardens I've grown from the Ark Institute's heirloom seeds.

01:19:08.000 Tomatoes with real old-time tomato taste, big sweet onions, bright red and green lettuces, sweet corn, peppers, melons, cubes, beans, peas, pumpkins, popcorn, and so much more.

01:19:18.000 50 generous seed packets in all for the best tasting, healthiest garden ever.

01:19:22.000 And there's no need to buy vegetable seeds ever again.

01:19:25.000 These non-hybrid seeds can be saved from your own fruits and veggies year after year for family food security.

01:19:31.000 These days, that's just plain smart.

01:19:33.000 Friends, don't wait.

01:19:34.000 The Ark Institute runs out of these rare seeds every year.

01:19:44.000 Don't forget to visit arkinstitute.com and read Jerry's Food Supply Updates.

01:19:48.000 It's powerful stuff.

01:19:53.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

01:19:56.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

01:20:01.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

01:20:04.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

01:20:06.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

01:20:15.000 The Berkey light is different.

01:20:17.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

01:20:23.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals, and nitrates.

01:20:35.000 It is so powerful, it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, and stagnant ponds.

01:20:42.000 Get the Advanced Berkey Light for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

01:22:53.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

01:22:59.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

01:23:06.000 All right, my friends, we're back live.

01:23:08.000 Thank you for joining us.

01:23:09.000 We were going to have her on longer, but somehow we got the times messed up, and she was supposed to be on the first hour, so we just had Michelle Malkin on for 20 minutes, but When you get an Ann Coulter on, I said, have you read the Patriot Act?

01:23:25.000 She's going, oh, the Patriot Act doesn't take any of your freedoms.

01:23:27.000 I go, have you read it?

01:23:27.000 Well, no.

01:23:29.000 And she wouldn't listen to anything I was saying.

01:23:31.000 I'd say, well, the government's coming after the general American people. 0.74

01:23:34.000 No, they're not.

01:23:35.000 That's a lie.

01:23:36.000 The Patriot Act isn't being used against the general public.

01:23:38.000 That's a lie.

01:23:39.000 But when I raised those points to Michelle Malkin, she would have to admit it was going on.

01:23:44.000 And she was aware of homeschoolers being targeted as terrorists, and people being trained that they're terrorists, and all of this.

01:23:52.000 I've got to finish the book.

01:23:53.000 I wouldn't recommend you actually get it, folks.

01:23:56.000 It's a waste of your time.

01:23:57.000 Because everything she puts into her argument is based on a fraud.

01:24:00.000 That the government wasn't involved in 9-11.

01:24:03.000 That giving up liberty gives us security.

01:24:06.000 And it's part of this backdrop of the case for internment camps.

01:24:13.000 You've got this backdrop of people like Savage and Many others out there saying how good it is.

01:24:20.000 If you disagree with the government, you should be put in a forced labor camp.

01:24:23.000 And we have the governor of Rhode Island coming out, what, five months ago and trying to get a bill passed that actually said that you don't have any rights and if you criticize the government, you're put in a camp.

01:24:33.000 It was actually in their major newspapers!

01:24:36.000 And then he apologized and said, I hadn't read it.

01:24:39.000 Homeland Security and my staff gave me this.

01:24:41.000 I apologize.

01:24:42.000 I didn't know this was in there.

01:24:44.000 Though he was in the paper two days before, saying what was in there and saying how good it was.

01:24:49.000 And we have other states, like Oregon, where they almost passed Bill 742.

01:24:54.000 Where if you criticize the government, or block traffic, or illegally download music, life in prison in a forced labor camp.

01:25:02.000 That's the exact quote.

01:25:05.000 You can't make stuff up like this.

01:25:07.000 I mean, long before 9-11, they were gearing up for that.

01:25:11.000 So...

01:25:12.000 Malkin's book just goes towards doing that.

01:25:16.000 She's somebody that looks at the government, not profiling who the supposed terrorists are, but treating everyone as if they're a terrorist, and she goes, well then let's just go after them.

01:25:24.000 Lady, it's been done by design, and she didn't know what to say to that, because she knows it's true!

01:25:30.000 That's right, we're all terrorists.

01:25:32.000 And by the way, most Muslims aren't terrorists either. 1.00

01:25:34.000 You have some copycat idiots who can be provocateured into carrying out terror attacks, or trying to, Well, we've caught the government doing that. 1.00

01:25:44.000 Cooking bombs, training drivers, creating fake Klan groups, creating fake Hispanic groups, trying to get them to carry out terror, trying to get Muslims to do stuff. 1.00

01:25:55.000 World Trade Center bombing won, Viper Militia, the Klan up in Dallas, the FBI got a Bumsteer Award, it's in my film The Takeover, a big insult here in Texas, a Bumsteer Award from Texas Monthly for creating a Klan group and trying to get them to blow up a chemical plant. 0.99

01:26:11.000 But they were so stupid they couldn't get them to successfully do it, so they went ahead and busted them. 0.96

01:26:16.000 I mean, from scratch! 1.00

01:26:18.000 Having FBI agents and informants lead groups, they form It's a joke!

01:26:25.000 It's about creating fear, so you submit!

01:26:30.000 Their arguments are based on a fraud, and I think, I don't think Malkin, who used to write great articles just three years ago, you heard her, well I used to be a libertarian, but now I, after 9-11, I... So see, I don't think she's evil, I think she's one of the dupes, one of the useful idiots. 1.00

01:26:45.000 So I don't hate her or dislike her. 1.00

01:26:47.000 And we were able to move her.

01:26:49.000 We were able to get her to agree with us.

01:26:51.000 But somebody like Coulter, By the way, I saw her in person, man. 0.92

01:26:54.000 She looks like a vampire. 0.99

01:26:56.000 Saw her up in New York. 0.93

01:26:58.000 Let's go ahead and go to calls.

01:27:00.000 Michael in Hawaii.

01:27:01.000 Go ahead.

01:27:02.000 Well, aloha from the western front once again.

01:27:05.000 Yes, sir.

01:27:06.000 I tell you what, that Michelle Malcolm, man, that was an incredible interview.

01:27:10.000 I don't know if you know it or not, but a lot of your off-air conversation with her was bleeding over on the air, so you might want to let your engineer know about that.

01:27:19.000 Yeah, we need to work on stuff like that.

01:27:22.000 I didn't want you to get embarrassed or anything.

01:27:25.000 I was at church just last Sunday and I picked up a tape of your road to tyranny from a friend that I had lent it to and he was just, I mean, he just couldn't believe it.

01:27:35.000 He was just, I mean, wow, he was going to your websites and he was hungry.

01:27:40.000 And I was sitting there, I was sitting there talking to him again and I gave him Police Date 2 to look at.

01:27:45.000 And another guy comes up and he says, hey, what are you guys talking about?

01:27:49.000 So he told him, and he said, yeah, I'd like to look at that tape.

01:27:51.000 So I gave him the tyranny.

01:27:54.000 So now I've got two people, but I'm starting to feed your tapes.

01:27:57.000 And then you can get them to make copies of the videos, and they can get others to make copies.

01:28:02.000 Pay it forward.

01:28:03.000 Have you ever seen that movie, Pay It Forward?

01:28:05.000 Yes, yes.

01:28:07.000 And that's what we're doing.

01:28:08.000 We're just taking it one person at a time, and having them do the same thing.

01:28:12.000 A couple of quick comments.

01:28:14.000 Stay there, we'll come back to you.

01:28:16.000 And I'll let you make those comments you've been holding long enough.

01:28:19.000 Michael in Hawaii and Chris and Megan and Richard and Charlie and everybody else.

01:28:26.000 Your calls are coming up at 1-800-259-9231.

01:31:47.000 Do it today and preserve this country's greatness for generations to come.

01:31:50.000 All right, let's go back to Michael in Hawaii. let's go back to Michael in Hawaii.

01:32:10.000 Michael, go ahead and finish up the points you were making.

01:32:13.000 Second point, I really appreciate you having that reporter on that was Jelfer Heckling.

01:32:18.000 When I read that article over last week and I immediately emailed it to you because I thought, man, this guy would be a great guest and I'm really excited to hear him coming on.

01:32:26.000 Last comment, On this internet too, it really concerns me.

01:32:31.000 What do you foresee that a lot of us that listen to your show like on the internet and that use the internet extensively, what do you think is going to happen to those of us who realize what's going on with this new world order?

01:32:47.000 And don't want to be, you know, constantly monitored and everything.

01:32:49.000 I mean, my first thought is, well, I guess I'm just going to have to give up use of the internet if I'm going to have to have all this, you know, ID and stuff.

01:32:55.000 But see, that's the point.

01:32:56.000 They're going to force you onto the net, and it's going to be a multi-pronged attack.

01:33:00.000 They're going to tax it.

01:33:02.000 They're going to track it.

01:33:03.000 And they're going to bring down Internet One.

01:33:05.000 This is Forbes Magazine to keep it safe, of course.

01:33:07.000 And force you on Internet Two.

01:33:09.000 And then they're going to charge you a lot more and control what you can hear and see and do.

01:33:13.000 So it's going to be like mainstream media where they restrict the number of AM and FM stations and cable channels.

01:33:20.000 It's going to be a rich man's game.

01:33:22.000 They've built it.

01:33:23.000 They've let us use it.

01:33:24.000 They've let us get addicted to it.

01:33:26.000 Now they're going to tax and trace and control it.

01:33:28.000 But there is going to be a massive, massive Revolt against this and there's going to be all sorts of BBS systems and the older systems and the older networks are still going to be used and people are going to revolt and fight against this.

01:33:43.000 They can be announcing that they want to try to do this.

01:33:46.000 We have to counter them because they're saying we're going to save the internet.

01:33:50.000 You know, it's going to die.

01:33:52.000 It's going to happen.

01:33:53.000 You know, all these big companies are saying, but don't worry, we're going to have a thing for you to jump over to Internet 2.

01:34:00.000 No, we need to boycott Internet 2.

01:34:02.000 Yes.

01:34:03.000 Or at the same time, get it on the ground level and try to take control of it, which they're not going to allow.

01:34:08.000 And we need to fight them trying to tax and control and regulate.

01:34:11.000 But they claim that they're just going to shut Internet 1 down.

01:34:16.000 They claim that more visitors to it are going to crash it and that it's inevitable.

01:34:21.000 As if they're not laying more fiber optic cable.

01:34:24.000 As if there aren't more servers.

01:34:25.000 As if the internet, eight, nine years ago, you could barely get on it.

01:34:28.000 There was so much use.

01:34:29.000 And then they increase the bandwidth.

01:34:31.000 They increase the technologies.

01:34:33.000 We're getting more connectivity.

01:34:35.000 We're getting more bandwidth.

01:34:36.000 We're getting more quality.

01:34:37.000 It's been getting cheaper.

01:34:39.000 And they can't stand it because 38 to 45 percent of people have left television altogether.

01:34:47.000 They're losing control.

01:34:50.000 I agree.

01:34:51.000 I totally agree.

01:34:52.000 If we couldn't fight it, I would agree with you that we should completely boycott it.

01:34:58.000 Anyway, great show and thanks again for all the work you do.

01:35:01.000 I know you get told that a lot.

01:35:03.000 I tell you what, sitting here in Hawaii and doing my work and listening to the stimulating conversation and knowing that, hey, you know, you don't scream people, you just let them get on and you've got these guests.

01:35:16.000 I tell you what, keep up the good work and we'll continue to watch your western front out here.

01:35:20.000 Well, thanks a lot, Michael.

01:35:22.000 Let me try to calmly explain Internet to you.

01:35:26.000 I'm here in Austin, kind of like the Silicon Hills of Central Texas.

01:35:34.000 And so there's all these computers, and computer engineering, and software engineer, and network engineer people around me.

01:35:41.000 And about 4 or 5 years ago they started saying, they're going to have a new internet, and it's going to be taxed and controlled, and only a few companies that already control the internet's major gates, or major ports, but there's about 22 of them, those companies are going to force you onto their system.

01:36:02.000 And they're going to tax and trace and control.

01:36:05.000 Well, then a few years ago we learned the name of it.

01:36:07.000 It's called Internet 2.

01:36:09.000 And then Forbes Magazine came out in last week's issue and openly said, Oh, the Internet is going to die.

01:36:19.000 But don't worry, we can't save it. 0.92

01:36:22.000 I mean, how ridiculous a statement.

01:36:24.000 But the big companies that run the gates and run the networks, and I listed the five companies, they've got a solution with big universities and companies, internet too, and you'll just go through them.

01:36:37.000 Well, look at who's making this statement.

01:36:40.000 The very people that control the gates, that control the backbone, the hubs, The Central Connectivity Points of the Internet, they're saying, oh, Internet One's going to die.

01:36:51.000 We're going to have to take control of it for you, though, in a way to save it and to keep you safe from terrorists.

01:36:56.000 I mean, how obvious!

01:36:58.000 They get us all on board, we're using it, and then they say, Somebody's going to take it away from you.

01:37:03.000 These backbones just can't handle the pressure.

01:37:07.000 And so since we run them, we're just going to let Internet One die, and we're going to force you onto us.

01:37:12.000 All the new web addresses and everything else.

01:37:14.000 And to have a website, you'll have to be with one of our institutions and pre-approved.

01:37:19.000 And that'll stop terrorists.

01:37:20.000 And you'll have to have an ID when you're out surfing and using the net.

01:37:26.000 I mean, look, they're the industry.

01:37:27.000 They're the people that are already paid handsomely for these backbones.

01:37:30.000 They're the ones the government has given control of these backbones.

01:37:35.000 And now they're saying it's theirs.

01:37:37.000 And that's why there's an article here, let me find it, out of the Broadband Reports, saying Arnold Schwarzenegger, the governor of California, this demon, has come out and he has said that he signed today, this morning, this bill.

01:37:56.000 That will make you have an internet ID number to basically do anything.

01:38:02.000 And they go, well, how is he going to regulate that?

01:38:04.000 No one knows how this is going to be done.

01:38:05.000 That isn't in place.

01:38:07.000 Yes, it is under Internet 2.

01:38:10.000 And so they're going to take all of this traffic.

01:38:13.000 Folks, my website isn't even in the top 20 of patriot, you know, real conservative websites.

01:38:19.000 Libertarian websites, whatever you want to call them.

01:38:22.000 And it gets tens of millions of individual visitors a month, conservatively.

01:38:28.000 We are doubling the number of users and visitors we have to the websites each and every year.

01:38:37.000 It's more than doubled in the last nine, ten months.

01:38:42.000 And all the sites that are updated daily, that have good content, are exploding.

01:38:49.000 Again, I have read in the last few months, university, federal studies, industry studies, and depending on which one you look at, the lowest number is 38, the highest number is 45.

01:39:01.000 Percent.

01:39:02.000 Leaving TV cable, period.

01:39:06.000 Reading books, watching films, mainly surfing the internet.

01:39:10.000 People are turning it off.

01:39:11.000 And people I know who are addicted to TV don't even watch it anymore.

01:39:16.000 I don't even watch it anymore.

01:39:17.000 I watch tapes of stuff you tape and send to me, and I watch news clips online, or you know, I go and I read.

01:39:23.000 In the time it takes for me to watch an hour-long newscast, I can look at what all the newscasts were, and look at the summations of the text or the transcripts of what they said.

01:39:31.000 That's what people are doing!

01:39:33.000 So... And the big news sites, they're losing ground.

01:39:38.000 It's not just people leaving TV to go to their sites, they're going to our sites.

01:39:41.000 So they're panicking!

01:39:44.000 And so, they're going to go terrorist hack the internet.

01:39:48.000 It says in the article, because of terror attacks and because of more people in the third world signing on, it just can't handle all the traffic and it's going to die. 0.98

01:39:57.000 That's ridiculous.

01:39:58.000 The internet grows and grows and grows every single year. 0.86

01:40:03.000 It's exploded to now over a billion people on it.

01:40:07.000 They can't... You just add more servers, you add more wires. 1.00

01:40:11.000 It's stupid! 0.96

01:40:14.000 But again, the people that control the backbone are going to force you onto their system in the name of saving it! 1.00

01:40:23.000 I mean, how can you buy that?

01:40:25.000 Listen to this article here.

01:40:26.000 This is out of Broadband Reports.

01:40:28.000 California law makes email file swappers provide name, address.

01:40:33.000 Previously discussed, California lawmakers have been tossing around the idea of forcing anyone who sends a commercial video or audio file via the internet to include their name and address with the transfer.

01:40:45.000 Apparently, the law Has been passed, SB 1506 by Governor Schwarzenegger, the Gropinator, and violating it would be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $2,500 and or up to one year in prison. 0.94

01:41:00.000 It is not clear how technically they hope to enforce such a law.

01:41:04.000 And what this does is it makes music swappers or downloaders, that's what it's really targeting, criminals!

01:41:11.000 And they'll grab, you know, the music industry's followed suit on thousands of people now, in several big waves.

01:41:17.000 Those who 700 here, 500 there, 200 here.

01:41:20.000 It's several thousand now.

01:41:22.000 I haven't added it all up.

01:41:24.000 But again, there's tens of millions of music downloaders.

01:41:26.000 It's done to create fear, so you don't do it anymore.

01:41:31.000 But see, they're asking, how are they going to track this?

01:41:35.000 How are they going to control this?

01:41:36.000 How are they going to know?

01:41:38.000 It says in the final Line, it's not clear how technically they hope to enforce it to law.

01:41:44.000 Well, yes it is.

01:41:44.000 That's what Internet2 says they're going to do.

01:41:48.000 The new Microsoft software, the new Microsoft keyboards have thumb scanners in them.

01:41:53.000 Or thumb scanning software in the software.

01:41:56.000 It's all going to that.

01:41:58.000 Now, you have to become informed.

01:42:00.000 I have to become more informed.

01:42:01.000 We've got to create sections on all our websites about this and start educating people and showing the conflict of interest of the people who own the backbone of the net, the big universities and five major companies who we've listed here.

01:42:15.000 I can dig the Forbes article back out.

01:42:17.000 And show how they are telling you it's going to die, Internet 1, but don't worry, we'll force you on Internet 2.

01:42:23.000 They're the ones that can kill it.

01:42:25.000 They're the ones that, if they want to, don't put in new backbones, and build their new Internet 2 backbone, which can handle the traffic.

01:42:32.000 See how they're doing that?

01:42:34.000 It's simple.

01:42:35.000 They just build the new backbone, make it private, or governmental, and then you've got to go through them.

01:42:42.000 And that's the plan.

01:42:44.000 So we better think about this, because see, we could build our own networks, our own systems, they're already there for the internet, but they go through these switching hubs.

01:42:53.000 And so by not upgrading the switching hubs, they're going to let it die, and they're going to force you onto their new hub!

01:43:02.000 Okay, I've been ranting about this enough.

01:43:04.000 Let's go to calls.

01:43:06.000 Chris in Tennessee, you're on the air, go ahead.

01:43:08.000 Hello Alex.

01:43:09.000 Alex, when you went to New York, What was one of the things that really got you upset?

01:43:14.000 The fact that Silverstein, who owned the World Trade Center, conspired to blow the building up?

01:43:20.000 The fact of the insider stock trading that took place on September 7th and September 10th?

01:43:26.000 Or the fact, even like your last caller, who supported the Patriot Act No.

01:43:31.000 2, that was voted on in the middle of the night, and John Ashcroft said it didn't even exist?

01:43:39.000 Well, it was Patriot Act 1 that was passed the middle of the night.

01:43:42.000 Patriot Act 2 wasn't passed fully.

01:43:44.000 Some sections were passed in the Intelligence Enhancement Act of last year.

01:43:50.000 Right.

01:43:50.000 And the fact of the insider stock trading that took place on September 7th and September 10th, which is on your website under 9-1-1 prior knowledge, where our CIA and no one else knew that September 11th attacks were going to happen, Yet people conspired to make 225 million dollars off the stock market on the death of the fireman and police officer.

01:44:13.000 Well that was just some of the trades.

01:44:15.000 It was actually in the billions of dollars and we all heard, we'd be able to find out who did it the first few days because of these record put options and then when it led back to the CIA, that story totally and completely and instantly disappeared off of newspaper headlines, disappeared from the newspapers period.

01:44:33.000 But being in New York, And to see how far away Building 7 was from Towers 1 and 2.

01:44:40.000 To see how buildings owned by other people, right next to Tower 1 and 2, North and South, weren't even damaged, or in some cases were slightly damaged.

01:44:49.000 And then to see how later that afternoon, this building that wasn't even touched, catches on fire and then magically collapses.

01:44:56.000 When I talk to people about what happened on September 11th, for instance, your last guest there, she wants to label the Evil Saudi Arabian people that are terrorists, where I say, no, look at the stock trading, follow the money trail, and look at the guy who... Can the Saudis make NORAD stand down? 0.69

01:45:15.000 Can the Saudis run five drills on the morning of 9-11 of flying hijacked jets into buildings?

01:45:22.000 No, sir.

01:45:23.000 So NORAD stands down.

01:45:24.000 Can the Saudis Train the supposed hijackers at U.S. 0.99

01:45:27.000 military bases?

01:45:28.000 Can the Saudis pay for their houses, cars, and credit cards through the FBI? 0.77

01:45:32.000 Can the Saudis have an FBI informant living with hijackers? 0.93

01:45:36.000 No, sir, and that's the reason why I focus on exact... Well, hold on!

01:45:40.000 Hold on! 0.98

01:45:40.000 Can the Saudis come to actor James Woods, who saw five of the hijackers, and said, these guys were trying to hijack a week before? 0.98

01:45:47.000 Can the Saudis have the FBI come and threaten James Woods to keep his mouth shut? 0.98

01:45:52.000 And for the people who are just tuning in today, this is all on Alex's website, all documented, all facts.

01:45:59.000 On the prior 9-1-1... Larry Silverstein says they blew it up!

01:46:04.000 I mean, you can't... We don't just have the firefighters saying that they were ordered to blow it up.

01:46:08.000 We don't just have firefighters telling AP reporters to get back.

01:46:11.000 We don't just have Giuliani saying that he got an anonymous phone call and got told to get out of Building 7 before it collapsed and caught fire.

01:46:18.000 Correct.

01:46:18.000 We don't just have the seismographs showing the explosions.

01:46:21.000 We don't just have the 47-story building falling in 3.1 seconds, faster than gravity, being turned into powder.

01:46:27.000 We don't just have that, we have the owners saying they blew it up!

01:46:31.000 Correct.

01:46:32.000 Ah, thanks for the call.

01:46:34.000 I mean, it's just, this is what I deal with here.

01:46:37.000 I mean, I deal with the local news saying Mercury is nutritious, it's good for you!

01:46:43.000 I've got to get that clip.

01:46:44.000 In fact, Paul Watson, I know you're listening, you usually are.

01:46:47.000 Hey, you've got Paul Watson's number there in front of you, don't you?

01:46:52.000 Yeah, give him a call, because I meant to do this last night.

01:46:54.000 I was working so hard on a new film and five other things I forgot.

01:46:57.000 Ask if the new weekly report's been uploaded yet, and in that weekly report, tell him ten minutes in I played the CBS News clip locally saying Mercury's nutritious and now is a vitamin for your children.

01:47:09.000 It's hard for folks to believe that.

01:47:11.000 He heard the caller last hour and saw it, but have him isolate that clip if he can and get it posted, because I'm going to try to play that in the third hour, please.

01:47:20.000 Okay.

01:47:21.000 Oh, actually, he was having phone work on his house today.

01:47:23.000 I remember that now.

01:47:24.000 He may have to call his cell.

01:47:26.000 Can you call my wife and get that from her?

01:47:28.000 Because I don't have that on me.

01:47:30.000 I appreciate you doing it.

01:47:32.000 Alright, I'm here having conversations with the folks running the show.

01:47:34.000 You can't hear them.

01:47:35.000 The New York Times will say that I talk to imaginary people.

01:47:39.000 Literally, folks.

01:47:41.000 Let's go ahead and take more calls here.

01:47:44.000 Let's talk to Megan in Pennsylvania.

01:47:46.000 Megan, you're on the air.

01:47:47.000 Welcome.

01:47:48.000 Hi, Alex.

01:47:48.000 Yeah, I called you yesterday about that police department in Pennsylvania.

01:47:52.000 They didn't like cameras in their bathroom to watch them, which I said I think is horrible.

01:47:56.000 There shouldn't be cameras watching police in the bathrooms, but they always do it to the enforcers first, so they'll be happy to enforce it on us.

01:48:04.000 Right.

01:48:05.000 And yeah, the one quote from the Chief of Police, because he didn't even know about it.

01:48:10.000 What is this, the KGB?

01:48:11.000 Did you email that to me?

01:48:13.000 I did, yes.

01:48:14.000 What time did you email it?

01:48:15.000 Because I didn't see it in the email.

01:48:17.000 It was around 3.55 Eastern Time.

01:48:21.000 I'll look again.

01:48:21.000 I can do it again.

01:48:23.000 You know what?

01:48:23.000 Go to PrisonPlanet.com and I just love you to death.

01:48:26.000 Thank you so much for what you're doing.

01:48:27.000 You're in the lens of eyes and ears out there.

01:48:29.000 Go get the articles and on PrisonPlanet.com it says email webmaster.

01:48:35.000 Click on that email.

01:48:36.000 Send it there.

01:48:37.000 But for those who just joined us, I'll stop interrupting.

01:48:40.000 Tell us about the article.

01:48:41.000 Read us some of the quotes.

01:48:42.000 Actually, I don't have the article in front of me.

01:48:44.000 I can just recap it a little bit.

01:48:45.000 This town, the police department discovered these cameras.

01:48:51.000 In their locker room, all throughout the whole thing.

01:48:54.000 And the other thing that was infuriating, the people, they had a huge demonstration outside of the city council meeting the other night because... Oh, I've got to have this.

01:49:03.000 They spent close to $10,000 of the taxpayer money without telling them what they were doing.

01:49:07.000 And this is a small borough, they don't have... Well, I want to know why the cops are upset.

01:49:10.000 I've seen at least 15 school districts with cameras in the showers.

01:49:15.000 Yeah.

01:49:17.000 So, um, the follow-up so far is that they only have one female officer.

01:49:23.000 So I think that she's... Hey, why is it always okay for men to be seen naked?

01:49:27.000 I've seen these articles where they let the women reporters into the men's showers in professional golf and football, but then a man tries to go in the woman's shower and is arrested.

01:49:36.000 Well, I have a better story for you about... I'll tell you what, stay there.

01:49:39.000 I want to hear more about this.

01:49:39.000 Okay.

01:49:42.000 So what if it's only one woman being seen naked? 1.00

01:49:44.000 What about the men?

01:49:46.000 We have the same rights as women do. 0.95

01:49:48.000 We'll be right back, folks.

01:49:49.000 Stay with us.

01:49:50.000 This is unbelievable.

01:49:53.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

01:49:55.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

01:49:58.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

01:50:02.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

01:50:06.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

01:50:10.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

01:50:15.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

01:50:20.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

01:50:24.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

01:50:27.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

01:50:34.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

01:51:00.000 The Berkey's LED lamps are unique because, incredibly, they have an average life of over 11 years of continuous use and are so bright they can be spotted for more than a mile in the dark.

01:51:11.000 Yet require very little energy.

01:51:13.000 That's why this revolutionary new technology is a bit expensive.

01:51:17.000 But it's worth every penny.

01:52:48.000 All right, folks.

01:52:55.000 Alex Jones here back live.

01:52:57.000 We're talking to Megan in Pennsylvania.

01:52:59.000 Megan, give me the name of the newspaper, the name of the town, and then run through just exactly what happened for folks, and I'm gonna get this news article, but tell us the name of the newspaper.

01:53:09.000 Okay, it's called the Delaware County Times, and it's at www.delcotimes.com.

01:53:20.000 And it's actually the front page story on that website today, a follow-up story.

01:53:24.000 So it's still at DelcoTimes.com, still the top story.

01:53:27.000 I want this posted immediately to my webmasters, calling all cars.

01:53:31.000 I want this up now, and I want to post under it all the articles we can find with the cameras in the 11-year-old girls and boys showers in Tennessee and Texas and New York and California.

01:53:44.000 And then I want to ask people, are we radical?

01:53:47.000 We think that Having drills where homeschoolers are terrorists is wrong.

01:53:52.000 We think telling the people that mercury is nutritious for children is wrong.

01:53:56.000 We think cameras in school and police bathrooms are wrong.

01:54:00.000 We think being slaves are wrong!

01:54:02.000 This is not a radical show!

01:54:04.000 The government has gotten radical!

01:54:08.000 Go ahead.

01:54:09.000 Go ahead.

01:54:10.000 So, it just goes into detail about they were also tailed by private investigators when they were on duty.

01:54:15.000 So the police chief himself actually hired a retired FBI Agent and licensed private investigator to sweep the police department for bugs.

01:54:23.000 And so even if the police were doing something bad, you gotta get a warrant for that.

01:54:26.000 Exactly.

01:54:27.000 And you don't put it in the showers.

01:54:28.000 But the point is, the cops don't like this.

01:54:31.000 Hey, I've heard you people, police out there, think we should put cameras in our bathrooms, but you don't like it, do ya?

01:54:36.000 Right.

01:54:37.000 Well, here's the worst news.

01:54:39.000 Yesterday, when I was on the phone with you actually, George Bush was at Valley Forge Park, which is about two miles from my home.

01:54:46.000 And even though NORAD wasn't able to intercept any of these planes on September 11th, some poor old man went up in his private plane and NORAD was able to scramble two F-16s To shoot flares at him and get him to land.

01:55:01.000 I saw that when I was in a restaurant last night on the TV set.

01:55:04.000 Will you email that to me too?

01:55:06.000 Sure will.

01:55:07.000 You are just awesome.

01:55:08.000 So it's delcotimes.com and we will get that posted.

01:55:13.000 Okay, great.

01:55:14.000 You are just absolutely fabulous.

01:55:16.000 Anything else?

01:55:17.000 I'll just follow up with you because I've written several articles for some local magazines on Yeah, if you want us to post them we'll do it.

01:55:27.000 You'll get a lot of readers, at least a few hundred thousand.

01:55:31.000 Thanks a lot for the call.

01:55:32.000 I appreciate it. 0.99

01:55:34.000 I mean, if I start hyperventilating, folks, I love freedom, and the tyranny has just gotten so stupid, it's so ridiculous, how can other people not see this? 0.81

01:55:44.000 And they're about to take the internet away from us, they're taking talk radio away from us, they're taking access TV away from us, right at the time that everybody's starting to listen.

01:55:55.000 I just want to thank all the AM and FM affiliates we've got.

01:55:59.000 We need more time on your stations.

01:56:01.000 We need more time to get the word out to people.

01:56:03.000 This is so vital!

01:56:06.000 Before we end this hour, just briefly, you know what funds this operation?

01:56:09.000 It's your support by getting my videos and the books and other videos I carry.

01:56:13.000 I've made 11 films.

01:56:14.000 The new one, American Dictators, is out.

01:56:18.000 My Dark Secrets Inside Bohemian Grove details their satanic activities.

01:56:23.000 I caught them on tape.

01:56:25.000 My films are all over two hours long, $25.95, the first ten are.

01:56:30.000 $20 if you order three or more of any of my first ten videos.

01:56:33.000 The new one's only 90 minutes, so it's $19.95.

01:57:39.000 We'll be right back with Third Hour.

01:57:41.000 Big Brother.

01:57:51.000 Mainstream media.

01:57:52.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:54.000 You want answers?

01:57:56.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:07.000 I did just confirm the Delco Times article out of Pennsylvania with cameras in the police bathrooms and showers.

01:58:17.000 Surveilling the police.

01:58:19.000 They're doing this to school children in school districts all over the country.

01:58:22.000 Cameras in the bathrooms.

01:58:23.000 In Michigan, five, six years ago, I saw articles about cameras in the rest stop bathrooms.

01:58:29.000 You know, above the toilet stalls.

01:58:31.000 That's your freedom, folks.

01:58:32.000 It has nothing to do with terrorism.

01:58:34.000 It's 1984 with cameras in the bathrooms.

01:58:38.000 People being arrested for walking onto the subway ramp, finishing a piece of candy bar.

01:58:43.000 The cop says they chew aggressively, they're arrested.

01:58:46.000 People are arrested for not giving a big enough tip.

01:58:49.000 People being arrested for wearing peace t-shirts at the mall where they bought them.

01:58:53.000 It doesn't matter who you are, it's happening more and more.

01:58:57.000 And I've seen a bunch of articles where people now heckle.

01:59:01.000 At football games, soccer games, baseball games, and you get arrested. 1.00

01:59:05.000 Oh, you idiot! 1.00

01:59:06.000 You could have hit that one, you moron! 1.00

01:59:10.000 And, I mean, that's part of sports. 1.00

01:59:12.000 Now you're arrested.

01:59:14.000 And so I thought we'd have this guest on.

01:59:16.000 Heckling a Yankees fan landed editor in a Baltimore prison cell.

01:59:21.000 He's an editor at the Washington Times, and he's Joe Schaefer.

01:59:27.000 Joe, it's good to have you on with us. 0.98

01:59:29.000 You're quite an evil person. 0.65

01:59:32.000 Thanks a lot, Alex.

01:59:32.000 I really appreciate you giving me a chance to get this story out here.

01:59:36.000 I think it's especially timely with what's going on these days.

01:59:40.000 Well, it is.

01:59:41.000 I mean, I'm seeing these reports everywhere.

01:59:44.000 If you just yell something, you're arrested.

01:59:45.000 What happened to you?

01:59:47.000 It was crazy.

01:59:48.000 I was at a game with two friends.

01:59:49.000 We were sitting near the bullpen, which maybe had something to do with it.

01:59:54.000 But we were quiet the whole game.

01:59:56.000 And it was the eighth inning.

01:59:58.000 Literally, opened my mouth for the first time.

02:00:01.000 I was responding to a Yankees fan, who, as he was leaving the stadium, he was just saying, you know, Yankees, first place, blah, blah, blah.

02:00:09.000 Wasn't bothering anybody.

02:00:11.000 All I said was, hey, look at the scoreboard.

02:00:14.000 What's the score?

02:00:15.000 And the next thing I know, this usher, he must have been right behind me, and he just jumped right down my throat.

02:00:21.000 You're causing trouble.

02:00:23.000 You're trying to create an incident.

02:00:26.000 You're out of here.

02:00:27.000 His face was red.

02:00:28.000 He was spitting on me.

02:00:30.000 And the thing that shocked me is the police responded to him immediately.

02:00:35.000 No side of the story for me.

02:00:37.000 I was out.

02:00:38.000 Just for saying, what's the score?

02:00:39.000 Two armed policemen escort me out of a CID. 1.00

02:00:41.000 Now again, you didn't even say you're an idiot. 1.00

02:00:44.000 Why'd you miss that? 1.00

02:00:45.000 You just said, hey buddy, look at the scoreboard.

02:00:49.000 That was it.

02:00:50.000 And when we get back, I wanted to tell this story because stories like this are becoming everyday occurrences.

02:00:56.000 And this is just what we're hearing about.

02:01:00.000 It's amazing.

02:01:01.000 How long were you in jail?

02:01:02.000 27 hours.

02:01:05.000 Unbelievable.

02:01:07.000 We're going to break here in a second, but he runs over and starts spitting at you basically, and what did you say to him?

02:01:15.000 I didn't really have time to say anything.

02:01:17.000 I was just in shock, and the police came, and I was on the way out.

02:01:22.000 As I was being escorted out, I still basically couldn't say anything, because this usher wouldn't stop yapping at me.

02:01:28.000 And I got out, and finally when the police threw me out, it dawned on me I was being removed from this game for absolutely nothing.

02:01:37.000 I turned around and I called the usher a Bolshevik.

02:01:40.000 And, you know, I didn't know it at the time, but that made the police extremely angry.

02:01:45.000 That was the one thing I said to this usher.

02:01:47.000 So your evil speech, calling him a communist... That enraged the police, apparently.

02:01:52.000 Well, you're not supposed to talk back to them.

02:01:54.000 Yeah, I didn't know that.

02:01:55.000 Expectation of reasonableness?

02:01:58.000 That doesn't exist anymore at the ballpark, apparently.

02:02:01.000 Well, I say you boycott the ballpark.

02:02:04.000 I don't plan on attending any more Major League Games.

02:02:06.000 The main point that I'm trying to make, and why I'm glad to get this story out here, is these ballparks are located in urban areas.

02:02:15.000 So if you have an incident like this, an overreaction, you're not going to some simple processing center where you'll be out in one or two hours.

02:02:22.000 I went to an inner city lockup.

02:02:24.000 It was hell.

02:02:25.000 It was the worst experience of my life.

02:02:27.000 I tell you what, more Americans are going to get to have this experience.

02:02:30.000 The system's being designed to put us all into it.

02:02:32.000 We'll be right back with our guest.

02:02:34.000 He's an editor at the Washington Times.

02:02:37.000 And heckling a Yankees fan, landed editor in a Baltimore prison hell.

02:02:40.000 We'll be right back.

02:05:54.000 You want answers?

02:05:56.000 Well, so does he.

02:05:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:06:01.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:06:08.000 All right, folks.

02:06:09.000 Eight minutes, 25 seconds into this third hour.

02:06:12.000 We're joined by Joe Schaefer.

02:06:15.000 He's an editor, news editor at the Washington Times.

02:06:18.000 Worked there for many, many years.

02:06:21.000 Doesn't even have a criminal record.

02:06:23.000 Done nothing wrong.

02:06:25.000 Went to a Yankees game and a Yankees fan was heckling them and he just said, hey, look at the scoreboard.

02:06:31.000 So an usher ran up, began screaming at him and I want to go back through that story and then describe what happened in his 20 plus hours inside the prison hell.

02:06:41.000 Again, just a fun time at the park.

02:06:42.000 We were fairly quiet, even though we were near the Yankees bullpen.

02:06:45.000 from the WorldTribune.com.

02:06:47.000 You can link through on our websites and check it out for yourself at Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

02:06:53.000 But Joe, for those who just joined us, describe the day.

02:06:57.000 You're out there eighth inning.

02:06:58.000 What happens?

02:07:00.000 Again, just a fun time at the park.

02:07:01.000 We were fairly quiet, even though we were near the Yankees bullpen.

02:07:04.000 No one was really heckling the Yankees bullpen, which surprised me.

02:07:08.000 And then in the eighth inning, this Yankees fan stood up His team was losing.

02:07:12.000 They were losing 7-1.

02:07:13.000 And he was just saying, OK, we're in first place.

02:07:16.000 Go Yankees.

02:07:17.000 All I said, hey buddy, look at the scoreboard.

02:07:20.000 Something like that.

02:07:21.000 No profanity.

02:07:23.000 No curse words.

02:07:24.000 Didn't gesture.

02:07:25.000 I don't even think I even looked at him.

02:07:26.000 I just said it.

02:07:27.000 And this usher jumped right down my throat.

02:07:30.000 Red face.

02:07:31.000 Spinning.

02:07:32.000 You're causing a disturbance.

02:07:33.000 You're creating an incident.

02:07:34.000 You're out of here.

02:07:36.000 You gotta go.

02:07:37.000 Two armed police officers come up.

02:07:39.000 I don't get a chance to even talk to the police officers.

02:07:42.000 I'm escorted out.

02:07:44.000 And so, when I got out... Well, let me stop you.

02:07:47.000 Did they grab your elbows?

02:07:49.000 No, no.

02:07:49.000 They just escorted me out.

02:07:52.000 Really, the whole thing I remember is just this usher three feet from my face just yelling at me while these two police officers were escorting me out of the section.

02:08:03.000 And... Okay.

02:08:04.000 Then, when did you get arrested?

02:08:07.000 After I got out, I turned around, called the usher a Bolshevik, and I really thought that was the end of the deal.

02:08:12.000 I mean, the guy was so out of control, I thought that's where the term Bolshevik came from. 0.61

02:08:18.000 And I decided that was the end of the deal, crazy usher.

02:08:20.000 I've never heard of anyone getting thrown out of a game for that.

02:08:23.000 So I just walked along.

02:08:25.000 My two friends, you know, were still at the game.

02:08:27.000 We had plans to meet up with some other friends later, so...

02:08:31.000 I was just like, what am I going to do for two innings?

02:08:33.000 And it just popped in my head, go to another section.

02:08:35.000 I mean, I didn't do anything wrong.

02:08:37.000 Go to another section, try to go in, see the end of the game.

02:08:41.000 These two police officers followed me for a full two minutes.

02:08:47.000 And literally, I took two steps to go back in.

02:08:50.000 This was a couple sections down.

02:08:52.000 And this one officer jumped me, threw me against the wall, handcuffed me, turned around, With just the most gleeful, gleeful look on his face.

02:09:03.000 And said, you got any more comments to make about that usher?

02:09:06.000 Or about that old man?

02:09:08.000 And right there, that's when I knew I was in trouble.

02:09:12.000 And that's how I got arrested.

02:09:14.000 Did you hear about the woman in D.C.

02:09:16.000 that put the last piece of a candy bar in her mouth and the cop said that she was chewing aggressively?

02:09:21.000 Absolutely, I remember that story.

02:09:23.000 I believe that was in the Washington Times.

02:09:26.000 Uh, but, I mean, I see these type of articles every day now around the country, where you don't even argue, they just say you're disrespectful.

02:09:33.000 See, oh, there's this new charge, resisting without violence, where if you don't just say the right thing, you get charged with resisting arrest.

02:09:43.000 It's just crazy, and the thing that really disturbed me the most,

02:09:47.000 uh... maybe in the whole situation with how happy that uh... that we've got this this isn't a judgment call my part he was beaming he was really happy that he was going to be arresting me and sending me to baltimore central lockup and you know even if you want to go out on a limb and say i deserve to be arrested i just think it's a disturbing situation when police officers are taking satisfaction in arresting non-violent, totally non-violent citizens that was very disturbing.

02:10:14.000 What did they say they arrested you for?

02:10:17.000 Uh, well the charge was criminal trespassing because technically they threw me out of the game and I tried to go back in.

02:10:24.000 Again, expectation of reasonableness.

02:10:26.000 Are you going to drop the charges?

02:10:28.000 Well, this happened last year.

02:10:32.000 You're writing the article now because it's happening to other people.

02:10:35.000 Exactly.

02:10:36.000 We just waited for an incident to come along.

02:10:38.000 In fact, that's an important area to go over.

02:10:40.000 This is starting to happen more and more.

02:10:42.000 Have you found any memos?

02:10:45.000 Are the ushers being ordered to do this?

02:10:47.000 Or what's happening?

02:10:49.000 That I don't know.

02:10:50.000 The one thing I recall, actually my boss at the Washington Times, they had a Washington Times outing the game before in that series, and my boss was at the game, and he couldn't believe the messages on the jumbotron.

02:11:03.000 Just, you know, the corporate pleasant messages.

02:11:06.000 We'll hope you're enjoying your stay at Camden Yards.

02:11:09.000 Please report any unpleasant experiences immediately to the usher.

02:11:14.000 Oh, I've heard about that.

02:11:16.000 There is an element of Expectation that something's going to happen.

02:11:21.000 And I really think it was that that had that usher just ready to explode.

02:11:25.000 And he got the excuse he needed.

02:11:26.000 Well, see, this is my point.

02:11:27.000 Since 9-11, there's this atmosphere of we're all under attack.

02:11:32.000 And so because there's no real terrorism materializing, it's just this attitude of us against them.

02:11:37.000 And I was telling you during the break, Joe Schaefer, editor with the Washington Times who went through this, now there's been more cases of it, is why he's written this great article.

02:11:48.000 When I was in New York, short hair, dress shirt, dress slacks...

02:11:53.000 I'd be five miles from Madison Square Garden interviewing people.

02:11:57.000 And police would run over, scream at me, threaten to arrest me.

02:11:59.000 Where's your press pass?

02:12:01.000 Well, here's congressional passes to MSG, to Madison Square Garden, but do I need a pass to be on the street?

02:12:07.000 Yes, you do!

02:12:08.000 Don't talk back to me! 0.92

02:12:09.000 I can take you to jail right now! 0.99

02:12:11.000 In fact, I think I will!

02:12:12.000 I'm detaining you right now!

02:12:14.000 And I'd be like, Officer, what's the problem here?

02:12:17.000 And then finally I had to start saying, fine, I'm going to sue you.

02:12:19.000 You just go ahead.

02:12:20.000 But I saw them Arrest reporters.

02:12:23.000 I've interviewed AP reporters.

02:12:25.000 I've interviewed national spectator, you know, reporters.

02:12:28.000 It wasn't just like they were arresting people running around screaming, you know, burning puppets or whatever.

02:12:34.000 They were on a total power trip.

02:12:37.000 Not all of them, but some of them.

02:12:38.000 And I felt like I was living in a total police state, and none of it had anything to do with terrorism.

02:12:45.000 It's crazy, and I can only speak for the Mid-Atlantic because I don't have this wealth of experiences from around the country.

02:12:51.000 But the police, I don't want to say all of them like you said, but they're very adversarial.

02:12:56.000 It's almost a hostility when you come across the police in this area.

02:13:00.000 I hate to say they're all like that, but I can tell you some, just off the top of my head, I can tell you some experiences that people I know have had with police that are terrifying.

02:13:09.000 Well listen, twenty years ago, cops had people bring them pieces of pie, coffee, they were loved, just like firemen.

02:13:17.000 You don't see that now, and all over the country they're training them to have an us-against-them mentality.

02:13:22.000 You defend the state, you defend the government.

02:13:24.000 The people are, you know, gotta be watched and controlled.

02:13:27.000 And I don't know why cops want to play into this mentality.

02:13:31.000 So what are some of the experiences you've gone through?

02:13:33.000 Well, if I could tell a story, Alex, if you give me a minute.

02:13:37.000 Something happened to my brother that was just, this was a couple years ago.

02:13:42.000 He was driving to work on the Beltway, 8 o'clock in the morning, sunshine, daylight, driving to work, shirt and tie.

02:13:51.000 My brother's been called a lot of things in his life, menacing is not one of them.

02:13:56.000 He's 6'0", 160 pounds, wears glasses, he's not a physically intimidating specimen.

02:14:01.000 So he's driving to work, he gets pulled over for whatever it was, maybe speeding, I don't know, which is fine.

02:14:10.000 But he was on an exit ramp as the police car came to pull him over.

02:14:14.000 He didn't know that you're supposed to stop on an exit ramp.

02:14:18.000 There's no bit, you know, shoulder or anything.

02:14:21.000 If he stopped, all the cars behind him are going to have trouble getting off the exit ramp.

02:14:24.000 So he waits until he gets off the exit ramp.

02:14:27.000 And as he's just about getting off the exit ramp, the officer behind him through a bullhorn says, Pull over now!

02:14:35.000 So my brother goes, whoa!

02:14:36.000 So he pulls over.

02:14:38.000 Rolls down his window, gets out his license and registration.

02:14:41.000 The officer gets out of his car.

02:14:43.000 And I'm gonna describe my brother's car here.

02:14:44.000 He's a nice Catholic boy, or he tries to be.

02:14:46.000 He's got the rosary beads hanging from his rearview mirror.

02:14:49.000 He's got the two pro-life bumper stickers on his brown geo-prism.

02:14:54.000 This officer pulls out a gun.

02:14:56.000 It's 8 o'clock in the morning.

02:14:56.000 He's on his way to work.

02:14:57.000 Pulls out a gun.

02:14:59.000 Says, put your hands on the steering wheel where I can see them.

02:15:02.000 Do it now!

02:15:03.000 You know, like a Marine drill sergeant.

02:15:06.000 My brother does that.

02:15:07.000 This officer comes to the window, points a loaded gun at my brother's head for a full minute, and he starts screaming, just like this usher in Baltimore.

02:15:18.000 Red face, spit coming out of his mouth.

02:15:20.000 Let me stop you. 0.96

02:15:21.000 That's the nature of tyranny, is every control freak, every psychopath, goes and joins the government.

02:15:26.000 Go ahead.

02:15:27.000 You know, while he's going, my brother thought he was having a breakdown, and while he's going through this breakdown, he's pointing a loaded gun at my brother's head.

02:15:36.000 That was just amazing, and my brother told our friends and stuff about that, and the reaction generally was, oh yeah, that's how police are these days.

02:15:43.000 And I know they're not all like that.

02:15:45.000 Usually if a cop has a breakdown though, you must have done something wrong, he'll still take you to jail.

02:15:49.000 My brother's lucky he didn't go to jail.

02:15:51.000 After he wrote him up for the ticket, he seemed to calm down, but he wasn't apologizing.

02:15:56.000 He basically was saying, you know, you made this happen because you didn't pull over on the exit ramp.

02:16:01.000 Which is just...

02:16:03.000 Well, it's like a deaf Vietnam veteran, 51 years old, who just got a liver transplant.

02:16:08.000 They bust in the middle of the night, wrong house.

02:16:10.000 This just happened two days ago.

02:16:12.000 And the guy jumps up and says, what's happening?

02:16:14.000 Literally, what's happening?

02:16:16.000 And they start kicking and stomping and beating him, and he had to go to the hospital.

02:16:20.000 And the cop said in the newspaper it's his fault he jumped up.

02:16:23.000 Well, what do you expect normal people?

02:16:25.000 We don't expect cops to be busting in our house at 4 a.m.

02:16:28.000 I'm going to jump out of bed if I hear screaming and the door being kicked down. 0.62

02:16:32.000 It's amazing, and I'm a firm believer that we need to respect the police.

02:16:37.000 You know, they do an important job.

02:16:38.000 But they need to respect us.

02:16:39.000 Exactly, and you're a keen social observer.

02:16:44.000 Where did this come from?

02:16:45.000 Where did this adversarial relationship come from?

02:16:47.000 We've had a lot of police, former commanders and trainers and colonels on.

02:16:52.000 They've been told we're a thin blue line, we're under attack, they all hate us, so we've got to go against them and stick together, and they don't like us and they're bad.

02:17:00.000 You know, keep civilization going by doing this, and it's a self-fulfilling prophecy, then we start heading the police, and it just snowballs.

02:17:09.000 It's amazing, and it's filtered into other parts of life.

02:17:12.000 Do you recall, I think it was this summer, around June, some Utah baseball players, University of Utah, did a college prank.

02:17:20.000 They painted, like, some red U's on the big BYU sign out there by their campus.

02:17:25.000 Yes.

02:17:26.000 20 years ago, that's just good college fun.

02:17:29.000 Happened in June.

02:17:30.000 They were charged with a felony.

02:17:32.000 A prosecutor charged them with a felony just for doing something like that.

02:17:35.000 That's insane.

02:17:36.000 Well, they've built all these new prisons.

02:17:38.000 Gotta put people in them.

02:17:39.000 and we'll be right back with our guest.

02:21:45.000 But the social engineers have set this up.

02:22:04.000 They've engineered it.

02:22:06.000 For over the last 20-30 years, they've told police to be separate.

02:22:10.000 Don't be too nice.

02:22:11.000 And then it's all, keep them in line.

02:22:13.000 It's us against them.

02:22:14.000 And now it's degenerated into this where all these control freaks have gotten badges and guns.

02:22:21.000 And the most petty things, you go to jail.

02:22:24.000 We have 7 million people in prison now, most of them non-violent.

02:22:28.000 And the big private industries own these prisons, and they're building more of them.

02:22:31.000 And a lot of people go, good, make them prisoners work.

02:22:34.000 Well, they work for 20 cents an hour.

02:22:36.000 That then drives down the wages of everybody else.

02:22:38.000 And then they've got a need to put more people in prison. 1.00

02:22:40.000 I mean, you take the public schools.

02:22:42.000 In Austin, Texas, if you're late to class three times, that's considered truancy.

02:22:46.000 Well, the state law says it's 14 uneschewed absences.

02:22:49.000 It's not even a law.

02:22:51.000 But they call the kids in when they've been late once and say, sign here, affirmed unification.

02:22:57.000 Then they put them on probation.

02:22:58.000 This isn't the local news.

02:23:00.000 It's about getting everybody into the system.

02:23:03.000 And they'll find the control freaks to carry it out and do it.

02:23:06.000 But Joe Schaefer, what was it like once you were inside this jail cell or inside this big lockup, you said, for 24 plus hours?

02:23:15.000 Mostly it was just the feeling that you're stripped of all individuality.

02:23:21.000 You're at the whims and the mercy of these people and they really don't know your story.

02:23:27.000 They don't want to know your story.

02:23:29.000 So it was just, I really believe it was just dumb luck that I ever got out there, out of there.

02:23:36.000 The commissioner who decided if I could post bail or not, he originally Wanted to send me upstairs for another night.

02:23:44.000 Upstairs with the long-term prisoners who had been threatening me for about 15 hours.

02:23:48.000 And, you know, I waited... I waited about 24 hours to see this guy.

02:23:53.000 And he had already had all the paperwork written up.

02:23:55.000 And it was already... Has to post bail.

02:23:58.000 Can't do it until tomorrow.

02:23:59.000 Send him upstairs.

02:24:01.000 And it... I mean, they broke me.

02:24:03.000 It really... I had tears in my eyes.

02:24:05.000 I was telling this guy, I'm gonna lose my job.

02:24:08.000 My boss didn't know where I was.

02:24:09.000 Nobody knew where I was.

02:24:10.000 I was allowed one phone call when I was first arrested and I was told it had to be in the Baltimore area code.

02:24:18.000 I'm from Northern Virginia.

02:24:19.000 I didn't really know anybody from Baltimore.

02:24:21.000 So I didn't have a phone call.

02:24:23.000 And so you went in there and begged him and he let you go?

02:24:26.000 Eventually.

02:24:26.000 Because all he had on the piece of paper was criminal trespassing.

02:24:30.000 He didn't know what I did and what not.

02:24:33.000 When he finally heard what I did, and I was finally relieved to hear it, he said, that's nothing.

02:24:38.000 You know, why did they, you know, he would hit that, he's like, why would you even rest?

02:24:40.000 He's like, don't worry about it, it's nothing.

02:24:42.000 And I was happy to hear that, I was, believe me, I was relieved to hear that.

02:24:46.000 But, he could have just as easily sent me upstairs, he had already had the paperwork done, without hearing that.

02:24:52.000 And so now he's telling me it's nothing, but, you know, if I didn't start begging him, I would have gone upstairs.

02:24:58.000 Well, I'm sure you've heard the stories of where they start stripping a Man's pregnant wife. 0.99

02:25:02.000 This has been the mainstream news in front of hundreds of people and the husband goes, don't do that, what's your problem?

02:25:08.000 Oh, that was threatening!

02:25:09.000 And then they charge him with felonies in these airports.

02:25:13.000 It's shocking, it's shocking.

02:25:14.000 The letters we got from this article was people were talking about airport scanners, people were talking about rental car agents.

02:25:21.000 There just seems to be a petty tyranny going on.

02:25:25.000 And the thing that surprised me... But see, you just hit on something here instinctively.

02:25:28.000 That's what tyranny is, is they build a system, they find the control freaks, they people it with those control freaks, and the good cops and the good bureaucrats get forced out.

02:25:39.000 Okay, Alex, so how does that filter down to, let's take baseball ushers for example, because we had people from Oakland, Phoenix, other people wrote in and said, you know, we had similar experiences with these ushers.

02:25:50.000 They're hostile, they're aggressive, and they're supposed to be customer service personnel.

02:25:54.000 Well, that's the nature of tyranny.

02:25:56.000 People who are abused usually like to abuse others instead of getting past that psychologically.

02:26:01.000 And so if you want to look at the psychology of it, they want to have power.

02:26:05.000 They want to be part of the system.

02:26:07.000 They want to exercise power.

02:26:10.000 That's fascinating.

02:26:11.000 And the only thing I could say in reply to that is they need a captive audience to get away with that.

02:26:17.000 And that is why I will not go to another Major League Baseball game.

02:26:20.000 I did not realize you have no constitutional rights once you pay for your ticket.

02:26:24.000 So I refuse to be a captive audience at the whim of someone like that.

02:26:28.000 But you know, that's part of this trend where the big corporations are buying up everything and have their own private sidewalks in between buildings in New York and, oh, you can't have a camera on our private sidewalk, which is the exit for a bus terminal.

02:26:41.000 Or a train terminal.

02:26:42.000 So you just hit on something else right there.

02:26:45.000 I agree.

02:26:46.000 And with these big corporations, Major League Baseball is a billion dollar industry.

02:26:50.000 It's the bottom line that they care about and they don't want high profile incidents.

02:26:55.000 That affects their bottom line.

02:26:57.000 So every time one of these incidents happen, like the one that happened recently with the player throwing the chair into the crowd at Oakland, they're going to instinctively react to that.

02:27:05.000 We can't let this happen.

02:27:07.000 We have to crack down.

02:27:08.000 And that's where innocent fans are going to get hurt.

02:27:11.000 Exactly.

02:27:12.000 All right.

02:27:12.000 Well, Joe Schaefer, editor with the Washington Times, also writes for WorldTribune.com, article is heckling a Yankees fan, landed editor in a Baltimore prison in hell.

02:27:22.000 Thanks for coming on with us.

02:27:23.000 Thank you, Alex.

02:27:24.000 I appreciate it.

02:27:25.000 You bet, my friend.

02:30:31.000 That's 800-255-1912.

02:30:33.000 That's 800-255-1912.

02:30:36.000 Don't forget to visit arkinstitute.com and read Jerry's Food Supply Updates.

02:30:41.000 It's powerful stuff.

02:30:42.000 Do you think the story that Joe Schaefer from the Washington Times is just telling is bad?

02:30:58.000 Thank you.

02:30:59.000 Most schools now have barbed wire fences around them.

02:31:02.000 They search the children on a weekly basis.

02:31:04.000 They have drug dogs.

02:31:06.000 They have ID cards, badges, a thumb scan to get school lunches, not just here but in the UK and Europe as well.

02:31:12.000 It's the same systems and the children are the counselors are nothing but like You know, East German tattletale officers, you go in and they ask questions about your parents.

02:31:23.000 Most schools in the 7th or 8th grade, most public schools, have a local sheriff's deputy who's part of a federal grant where it's a semester mandatory class where you write, quote, journals about your family life and they read over those or you do it on a laptop computer.

02:31:37.000 Now they're going to have forced psychological testing, forced drugging, 15% of the children already on these drugs.

02:31:45.000 You're starting to get a picture, you think it's bad now.

02:31:48.000 Your children are being trained how to be slaves, and they don't know how to come home and articulate this to you.

02:31:55.000 Oh, and you want to homeschool?

02:31:57.000 Well, there's another article out today, District Sorry for Homeschooler Terrorist Link.

02:32:02.000 They had 200 kids involved in this telling them that the homeschoolers were going to attack them and kill them and that they drilled of homeschooler parents blowing up the school bus because they're against homeschooling.

02:32:13.000 This is the mindset.

02:32:14.000 This is how they're drilling the police.

02:32:16.000 We're all bad.

02:32:17.000 You've got to be Captain Lime.

02:32:18.000 You've got to be arrested.

02:32:20.000 It's about getting us all in to the system.

02:32:24.000 And we'd better face it.

02:32:28.000 You know I have these articles about Internet 2 coming out.

02:32:30.000 They're going to start shutting down Internet 1 and forcing you on Internet 2 because the companies that own the Internet bridges are going to make you go on to this new system.

02:32:39.000 Now we've got the articles here just with police state after police state action.

02:32:44.000 We're replete with it.

02:32:46.000 And this is the big picture.

02:32:47.000 This is the type of world we're going to be living in.

02:32:51.000 So it's only the tip of the iceberg, as they say.

02:32:53.000 Up next here, I guess up next would be Mike in Florida, and then Mike in Illinois, Carol in Pennsylvania, and Peter in New York, and others.

02:33:03.000 Go ahead, Mike, in Florida.

02:33:05.000 Good morning, Alex.

02:33:06.000 Hello, sir.

02:33:07.000 There's a couple of things about the internment that a lot of people don't know.

02:33:11.000 First of all, the Japanese in Hawaii, the Japanese Americans, were never interned.

02:33:16.000 Okay?

02:33:17.000 Only in California.

02:33:19.000 Secondly, The most decorated unit during the Second World War were Japanese Americans who were released from internment camps to join the military.

02:33:30.000 And there's a good movie on that.

02:33:31.000 You ought to see it sometime.

02:33:32.000 Go for broke.

02:33:35.000 All right.

02:33:36.000 We had Michelle Malkin on telling us about the camps earlier with her book about the camps.

02:33:42.000 What did you think of that interview?

02:33:46.000 I think she's kind of uninformed, not misinformed, just totally uninformed.

02:33:52.000 Yeah, because I was actually convincing her.

02:33:54.000 I was actually pointing things out to her about how we're all terrorists now, how the system's all against the general public.

02:34:01.000 She at least had to admit that.

02:34:03.000 She was a lot better than Ann Coulter.

02:34:06.000 Yes, I agree.

02:34:07.000 And I'm sorry for folks that didn't get a chance to hear that interview.

02:34:11.000 It was a great interview in the second hour.

02:34:15.000 Anything else on your mind, sir?

02:34:18.000 Alright, let's talk to Carol in Pennsylvania.

02:34:20.000 Carol, you're on the air.

02:34:22.000 Go ahead.

02:34:22.000 Hi, Alex.

02:34:22.000 Have you ever heard of Stephen Porter?

02:34:25.000 He is a Democratic U.S.

02:34:27.000 House candidate running against Bill English in my county.

02:34:31.000 Yes.

02:34:32.000 Okay, he wrote a book called The Ethics of a Democracy.

02:34:34.000 Have you ever heard of it?

02:34:36.000 I've heard the name, but no.

02:34:38.000 Okay, well, the caption here in the newspaper is, Campaigns Fight Over State-Backed Sterilization.

02:34:45.000 Now, in his book, he wants to sterilize mental patients, welfare recipients, alcoholics, and parents of diseased or deformed children.

02:34:56.000 And that's eugenics all over again, and this is what's being pushed by the globalists. 1.00

02:35:01.000 It's pure Nazi garbage. 0.84

02:35:03.000 Well, he wants this done in Pennsylvania to save the taxpayers money, and Phil English brought this out, and he said, oh no, that's a college-level text for philosophy seminars. 0.98

02:35:15.000 Well, let me just point this out.

02:35:18.000 That this is the problem with socialism.

02:35:19.000 The type of socialism we have is where the big corporations socialize our wealth, our lives, take our treasure, our energy, our ideas.

02:35:30.000 They then take it to themselves at another level of fascism, where they are the rulers and own and control all the wealth.

02:35:37.000 Our lives are then socialized and they say, Well, we should sterilize people because we have to pay for their health care of their children.

02:35:46.000 Well, we should tax people who buy too much ice cream or beer a week, or take their driver's license without them committing a crime, because we all have to pay for that statistically.

02:35:55.000 And this is where we're going, and this is how they're going to sell us social control.

02:35:59.000 Oh well, you're having to pay too much for health care because of this. 0.57

02:36:04.000 No, it's the socialism that started that to begin with.

02:36:07.000 And yes, I'm aware of the move.

02:36:08.000 Yes, I saw articles months ago where this guy and others openly are writing about how we need to sterilize all these people.

02:36:16.000 Okay, another thing.

02:36:18.000 I wish you would get Howard, I think it's Howard Phillips on.

02:36:21.000 Yeah.

02:36:21.000 Okay, Peruca is on the ballot in 38 states, and they stated if we elect him in those 38 states, he could become our next president.

02:36:30.000 And this is not being pushed by you or the Power Hour, Alex.

02:36:34.000 And the public needs to know that.

02:36:35.000 So you think with these two shows we can get him elected president?

02:36:38.000 Well, I think it would be a great deal.

02:36:42.000 You don't realize how far reaching your programs go.

02:36:45.000 And you know, I talk to people every day.

02:36:49.000 People are frightened to death when I tell them that Kerry and Bush are related.

02:36:53.000 They don't want to believe it.

02:36:54.000 They don't want to hear it.

02:36:55.000 Pop it into Google.

02:36:56.000 CBS pops up first.

02:36:58.000 Well, they're scared to death to hear the truth.

02:37:01.000 And if the people... I'm sick of the Republicans and Democrats.

02:37:05.000 Oh, the party.

02:37:06.000 My party.

02:37:07.000 My party.

02:37:08.000 You need to be pushing another thing.

02:37:10.000 At Free Republic.

02:37:11.000 Okay, listen, I do intend to get Michael Peruch up.

02:37:14.000 I've heard him on the air.

02:37:15.000 He's a really smart, good guy.

02:37:16.000 I support what he's doing.

02:37:17.000 But you need to be pushing.

02:37:18.000 And another thing, you give us a lot of good information, Alex, but I never hear one word of the how we fix things.

02:37:28.000 I don't hear this from you or anybody.

02:37:30.000 You hear lots of solutions.

02:37:32.000 Well, talking isn't all... you know, talk, talk, talk.

02:37:34.000 Do you want a magic solution?

02:37:36.000 Alex, that isn't the point.

02:37:37.000 There's got to be some solutions how we, as a people, can get together.

02:37:41.000 I mean, one man, you are the backbone here.

02:37:45.000 I'm just one average guy.

02:37:46.000 Listen, I appreciate your call.

02:37:47.000 I understand your frustration, but listen to me.

02:37:50.000 There isn't an easy, simple fix.

02:37:53.000 The New World Order wasn't built in a day.

02:37:56.000 We're not going to defeat it or even slow it down in a day.

02:37:59.000 But we have slowed it down.

02:38:01.000 People are waking up like never before.

02:38:03.000 It is part of a process.

02:38:05.000 I've told you a solution.

02:38:08.000 32 percent, I think now it's like 35 percent, of the country has the electronic touchscreen no record voting machine.

02:38:15.000 So you want a solution?

02:38:17.000 Organize in your area.

02:38:19.000 Have a petition, that is a write-in petition, Sign petition to have a paper ballot recall of the electronic voting machines.

02:38:30.000 And write it up for how much it'll cost to have paper ballots, how to do it, have a study done, and have that passed so that it is a paper ballot.

02:38:39.000 Understand, have a write-in petition to have a one-time paper ballot move to remove the electronic voting machines.

02:38:47.000 Because if you don't do that, it's over.

02:38:48.000 That's why they're so arrogant now, okay?

02:38:51.000 There's a solution.

02:38:53.000 You get good governors elected in the southern states and the Canadian border states, and they have the power to have the State National Guard, which can be radically expanded, to militarize the border.

02:39:03.000 That's where it's supposed to be militarized, to do something there.

02:39:06.000 There's a solution.

02:39:08.000 You want a solution?

02:39:09.000 Boycott Walmart and all these big stores that have 95% slave goods from China. 1.00

02:39:16.000 Buy America.

02:39:17.000 We have sponsors that are made in America.

02:39:19.000 My videos are made in America.

02:39:20.000 My DVDs are made in America.

02:39:22.000 My t-shirts are made in America.

02:39:26.000 Also, you can...

02:39:28.000 The water filters we sell are made in America.

02:39:30.000 I mean, they're just local examples.

02:39:32.000 It's a lot of life change.

02:39:34.000 You have to make it your life to stand up against tyranny, to do the right thing.

02:39:37.000 It's a process.

02:39:38.000 I use the analogy of 1800, 2 or 3 percent of people were against slavery.

02:39:44.000 By 1868, the vast majority, 80 plus percent of Americans, were against slavery.

02:39:51.000 Okay, we have to stand, and we're way more than 2% right now.

02:39:54.000 We're probably, I don't know, 10% of people really know what's going on, 70-80% know things are wrong, but don't have the details, and are caught in the fake left-right paradigm.

02:40:05.000 I could talk about solutions all day.

02:40:07.000 There's a whole bunch of them.

02:40:08.000 In the education, you know, talk, talk, talk, well that's how we got 1776 was a decade of the committees of correspondence waking people up.

02:40:16.000 The founding fathers tried to avert violent conflict.

02:40:20.000 We've got to grow our numbers.

02:40:22.000 Put up your own website.

02:40:23.000 Get your own radio show.

02:40:24.000 Support this show.

02:40:25.000 Support the sponsors of the local affiliates that carry this show.

02:40:30.000 If you want to hear this broadcast.

02:40:32.000 You want to hear more of this broadcast?

02:40:33.000 Your local business?

02:40:35.000 Instead of carrying one hour or two hours of Alex's show, I'll sign a six-month contract and I'll get one of my neighbors who's got a business to sign up and do that.

02:40:43.000 And then millions more can hear my voice and hear the truth.

02:40:46.000 I mean, we're the normal people, folks.

02:40:48.000 I'm not radical.

02:40:50.000 I got the article here now out of Pennsylvania, out of the Delco Times, where they put cameras in the police bathrooms to watch the police.

02:40:58.000 I got articles where they're doing it to school children all over the country.

02:41:01.000 That's not normal.

02:41:02.000 That's not freedom.

02:41:03.000 We're not radical.

02:41:04.000 They're radical doing that to their own cops now.

02:41:07.000 I'm not radical when I say mercury isn't good for you when CBS News comes out and says mercury is nutritious.

02:41:13.000 It's good in the shots.

02:41:15.000 I'm not radical when 87% of Americans want the border controlled.

02:41:20.000 I'm mainstream, folks.

02:41:22.000 It's the fake conservatives and the fake liberals on talk radio.

02:41:25.000 They're the extremists that control the media that are trying to sell us on their bizarre agenda.

02:41:31.000 And it's really that simple.

02:41:37.000 If you're listening to us on AM or FM stations, support those stations.

02:41:40.000 Thank them for carrying the show.

02:41:43.000 But if you're listening on satellite, shortwave, internet, Call your local privately owned AM and FM stations.

02:41:50.000 Tell them, hey, just pick Alex up on the weekend.

02:41:53.000 Record him on Friday or pick up the refeed on Friday or the refeed on Saturday or Sunday.

02:41:57.000 Play it on your station.

02:42:00.000 This guy's cutting edge.

02:42:01.000 He talks about real issues.

02:42:03.000 He's real radical.

02:42:04.000 He says mercury isn't good in the shots and cameras in school bathrooms and police bathrooms and now in a bunch of states in the rest stop bathrooms isn't good.

02:42:15.000 Alex is against the troops breathing depleted uranium.

02:42:18.000 He supports the troops.

02:42:20.000 Alex believes what half of New Yorkers believe, the government was behind 9-11.

02:42:25.000 It's not that radical.

02:42:26.000 Alex believes what 92% of Americans believe, that the government was behind the Kennedy assassination.

02:42:32.000 Ooh, he's so radical.

02:42:35.000 And go and get your own local talk show.

02:42:38.000 Go in and say, uh, you sell time on the weekend?

02:42:40.000 Yes, we do.

02:42:41.000 How much is it?

02:42:42.000 Well, it's a big 50,000 watt station.

02:42:44.000 It'll be 200, 300 bucks an hour.

02:42:46.000 And you go out, and you're going to have 300 bucks to pay a week with that.

02:42:49.000 And you go out and get a couple sponsors, or your own business, and you put together good ads, and you do a good show with good content, and you can then buy two hours, then buy three hours.

02:42:58.000 But after a year or two, you're going to have ratings, and you might get a nighttime show, or a daytime show.

02:43:03.000 They might pay you to be on the radio!

02:43:06.000 Go get an AXS TV show!

02:43:08.000 Put up your own website!

02:43:10.000 Make copies of my videos!

02:43:12.000 Give them to your pastor or your rabbi!

02:43:14.000 Get it out to people!

02:43:16.000 It's real simple!

02:43:19.000 That's solutions!

02:43:20.000 I can go on and on and on and on.

02:43:22.000 This is a 15 round heavyweight boxing match.

02:43:26.000 We're in the 10th round right now.

02:43:28.000 We have beat the living daylights out of the enemy.

02:43:30.000 They've got make-up all over their face.

02:43:32.000 They're telling you they're just fine as blood shoots out of their nose and their mouth.

02:43:35.000 They're losing credibility.

02:43:36.000 They're falling apart.

02:43:37.000 We're on the crest of winning this thing.

02:43:39.000 That's why they're talking about getting rid of the internet, making you go to internet 2, which is control.

02:43:43.000 That's why they're talking about satellite tracking and taxing.

02:43:46.000 That's why cameras are going up everywhere, that's why they're brainwashing your children, building prisons everywhere, doing lockdown, martial law, forced inoculation drills, coast-to-coast. 0.79

02:43:55.000 And all we gotta do is expose it!

02:43:58.000 They got their mountains of lies and all their slick packaging, and we've got our media that's smaller than theirs, but ours is more effective.

02:44:05.000 They've gotta reapply their lies over and over and over and over again.

02:44:10.000 All we gotta do is apply the truth a couple times to somebody and let them see they're being lied to and tell them how to wake up and then they're off on their own thinking on their own.

02:44:18.000 The globalists have to feed you fish.

02:44:21.000 We have to teach you how to catch fish.

02:44:24.000 That's why we're gonna win if we get past our fear and ask God to give us aid.

02:44:30.000 Peter in New York City.

02:44:31.000 You're on the air.

02:44:32.000 Go ahead.

02:44:32.000 Hi, Alex.

02:44:33.000 Actually, it's Buffalo, New York.

02:44:35.000 Buffalo, excuse me.

02:44:35.000 Go ahead.

02:44:36.000 That's okay.

02:44:37.000 I originally wanted to just call the guy who answered the phone and ask him what local stations are in Buffalo I might get you on.

02:44:44.000 There's three stations.

02:44:46.000 One of them covers part of Buffalo.

02:44:47.000 Oh, really?

02:44:48.000 Yeah, it's Dr. Wolf Stations.

02:44:50.000 We're on them right now.

02:44:51.000 I know in most of Buffalo, you can hear us.

02:44:53.000 He's got an FM and two AMs.

02:44:56.000 It's like Rochester, Niagara, and then a station that goes into Buffalo.

02:45:02.000 And I don't have them in front of me, I'm sorry.

02:45:04.000 Okay, what did you say the guy's name was?

02:45:06.000 Dr. who?

02:45:07.000 Dr. Wolf.

02:45:08.000 Dr. David Wolf.

02:45:09.000 What you can do is go to Infowars.com, and this affiliate list isn't up to date, but I know his stations have been there for years, and just look at New York, and you can see the three stations.

02:45:19.000 Okay, okay, that'd be good.

02:45:20.000 Call my local library, and I haven't done that since I don't have a computer at home, and my friend is very apprehensive about me using her computer for such things.

02:45:28.000 Well, see, that's the fear.

02:45:30.000 We're in a free country, but a lot of people I've talked to who know this is going on are afraid to even read about it.

02:45:37.000 Because I'm free.

02:45:39.000 A little bit at a time, whether it's going in a good direction or bad, is how that good or bad is accomplished, I really believe.

02:45:47.000 Well, I know this.

02:45:47.000 So many people are afraid.

02:45:50.000 We've done nothing wrong.

02:45:51.000 They're bad.

02:45:52.000 Get past the fear, folks.

02:45:54.000 You know, I really think that what we think about I think it might actually tend to become reality.

02:46:06.000 Which brings me to the other thing I kind of wanted to mention, but there are several things since I've been waiting hearing you and the various guests talk.

02:46:16.000 Anyways, a very interesting but very controversial book, one called The Ultimate Frontier.

02:46:23.000 And actually, when you guys were talking, you and the Washington Times editor, about the police thing, it reminded me of what this author said once in an article he wrote, since he wrote that book, that most police, and I think it was maybe security people or prison guards, are sadistic.

02:46:41.000 And I don't know, I've, you know, I had a few That's a pleasant experience with police.

02:46:47.000 I've seen and heard plenty of other things.

02:46:50.000 There's really three different types.

02:46:51.000 You've got the guy who's been in the Marine Corps for 10 years.

02:46:54.000 He's getting out.

02:46:55.000 He needs a good job.

02:46:56.000 He thinks, I'll help people.

02:46:57.000 I run into those types.

02:46:58.000 The state police in Texas seem to try to find those types.

02:47:02.000 But then with a lot of your PDs, a lot of them are sociopaths, control freaks, they're seeking power, and the system rewards them, and definitely with prison guards.

02:47:12.000 I'm not saying all of them.

02:47:13.000 I mean, I've had family, you know, like my great uncle, you know, 30 years in the military, and he gets out and doesn't like the post office job, doesn't like sitting on his hind end, so he went and was a prison guard, you know, for a few years, and quit that because he didn't like it.

02:47:26.000 You know, I mean, there's those types, too. 0.52

02:47:29.000 But he'll tell you, there were a lot of scumbags in there, and a lot of criminals who just enjoy abusing people, and that's why the Founding Fathers said, you've got to guard liberty and have safeguards. 0.95

02:47:40.000 Absolutely. 0.96

02:47:41.000 You know, people that want to sign our gun rights away, I mean, I tell them, well, you know, the police are supposed to watch the criminals, but who's going to watch the police?

02:47:50.000 Well, the police say that it's not their responsibility to protect you.

02:47:56.000 I mean, they want our guns, but at the same time... By the way, most police don't want our guns, but the heads of their big unions do.

02:48:04.000 That's what I've heard, yeah.

02:48:05.000 I have heard that.

02:48:06.000 As a matter of fact, I called several years ago the local Buffalo and I think it was Amherst police and asked them that question.

02:48:13.000 I said, yeah, well, most policemen don't want gun control.

02:48:18.000 Hey, good to hear from you.

02:48:19.000 We're out of time.

02:48:20.000 I'm going to come back in a few final news stories in the final segment.

02:51:55.000 A global shortwave at 9 to midnight Central at 3210 during the day at 9475 from 11 to 2 Central.

02:51:58.000 and 3210 during the day at 9475 from 11 to 2 central.

02:52:02.000 That's 10 to 1 Mountain, noon to 3 Eastern.

02:52:07.000 Folks, look at these articles.

02:52:10.000 Warning of superflu pandemic.

02:52:12.000 And they talk about medical martial law.

02:52:14.000 A bunch of articles on that.

02:52:15.000 Of course, inoculation of flu shots.

02:52:18.000 Folks, they're the ones engineering this stuff.

02:52:20.000 It's been proven.

02:52:21.000 A new super strain of flu virus capable of triggering a global pandemic could emerge from East Asia.

02:52:25.000 Health officials have warned.

02:52:27.000 Scientists working on the World Health Organization fear that the arrival of the flu season in Asia.

02:52:31.000 Countries could see the human flu virus merge with a lethal strain of bird flu that is already in circulation Producing a more deadly flu virus that could rapidly infect humans, leading to a global outbreak.

02:52:43.000 And don't worry, they're ready for martial law here to handle that.

02:52:46.000 Another article out of the AP.

02:52:48.000 House may revive parts of Patriot Act 2.

02:52:51.000 Lo and behold, they've reintroduced it.

02:52:54.000 And we talked about that in the first hour.

02:52:56.000 Sorry if you missed it.

02:53:00.000 You know, there's just so much of this.

02:53:01.000 Here's another one.

02:53:02.000 Spy under bonnet could stop speeding.

02:53:04.000 This is out of the London Evening Standard.

02:53:06.000 Same thing going on here in the U.S.

02:53:07.000 Speed limiters could be fitted to cars in London under radical plans backed by the mayor.

02:53:12.000 The electronic under the bonnet spy would make it possible to exceed legal limits over the entire capital.

02:53:18.000 It would make it impossible to exceed legal limits over the entire capital.

02:53:22.000 And it says the satellite-controlled black box would know the maximum permitted speed at all points along the car's journey and prevent motorists from going too fast by limiting the response from the accelerator.

02:53:33.000 And they can also kill you with these systems if they don't like you.

02:53:35.000 You're not a good globalist.

02:53:36.000 Just turn your car off if you drive around mountain roads.

02:53:41.000 And most cars already have the plug-ins for this in them.

02:53:44.000 Major states are preparing to do it here.

02:53:46.000 And they're also going to tax you.

02:53:48.000 In other articles, they met the same system.

02:53:50.000 They'll also tax you, but they're selling it as a way to stop speeding.

02:53:54.000 The same thing's happening here in the United States.

02:53:58.000 Also, a police officer detained over role in double terrorist attack on planes.

02:54:03.000 And this is out of the Moscow News.

02:54:05.000 So much evidence that Putin is clearly behind that over there, but I forgot he's our big buddy now.

02:54:10.000 We should love him.

02:54:12.000 We are out of time.

02:54:13.000 If you want to support us, want to support what we're doing, You can always get my videos.

02:54:40.000 Maybe give them a copy of the Zogby Poll showing half of New Yorkers think what we think.

02:54:44.000 That'll help them realize that the world is round and that we're really mainstream.
