00:00:01.000 Big Brother.

00:00:07.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:14.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:26.000 Yes, my friends, thank you so much for joining us today.

00:00:30.000 It is the 11th day of October.

00:00:34.000 2004, whether you're listening to us in Europe or Asia or right here in the United States, Free Humanity wants to be free from the scourge of the New World Order and its dehumanization and this broadcast is dedicated to waking people up and

00:00:56.000 Getting populations moving against the control grid, the electronic and physical prison that's being built around society and all of our lives.

00:01:08.000 Again, thank you so much for joining us.

00:01:10.000 A ton of news.

00:01:11.000 Monday's always a big broadcast because so much news piles up.

00:01:15.000 Here's just a smattering or a thumbnail sketch of what we're about to cover.

00:01:19.000 A synopsis.

00:01:22.000 U.S.

00:01:24.000 Is Russia's enemy number one?

00:01:26.000 Major national Russian poll shows they think we're the big enemy.

00:01:30.000 Bush says he's looked in Putin's eyes and saw a soul of a man he could trust.

00:01:34.000 Soul of love.

00:01:37.000 Kenyan Nobel Peace Prize winner claims AIDS virus deliberately created this out of AFP. 0.94

00:01:44.000 Well, I mean, we've got the actual orders to create it in the late sixties.

00:01:48.000 It's admitted.

00:01:49.000 It's not debatable.

00:01:50.000 It's a Artificially produced, bio-weapon to reduce populations, and was put in the vaccines.

00:01:56.000 And that's come out in the mainstream news in Europe.

00:01:59.000 But the average American still has maybe heard about it, but it's still just a rumor.

00:02:04.000 Kind of like the CIA deals most of the drugs is a rumor.

00:02:07.000 Well, when you look into it, you find out it's not a rumor, it's a fact.

00:02:10.000 Like the planet being round, not flat.

00:02:13.000 Kerry opens three-point lead on Bush, if you believe that.

00:02:18.000 I'm still leaning towards Bush winning, ladies and gentlemen.

00:02:20.000 We'll see what happens, though.

00:02:22.000 I don't know.

00:02:24.000 Superman star Christopher Reeve, an advocate for spinal cord research, well, more than spinal cord research, he was an advocate for using babies for parts, dies at age 52.

00:02:35.000 They're all saying, Superman dead.

00:02:39.000 Well, that's too bad.

00:02:41.000 Poor guy.

00:02:43.000 A Congress close to establishing rules for driver's license.

00:02:47.000 Why, if you read the New York Times headline, you think, oh, the Feds, rules for driver's license.

00:02:52.000 What are they involved with the states for?

00:02:53.000 Well, it's admittedly in the bill, in both the bills, an admitted national ID card.

00:03:00.000 But when you read this article, it's, oh, it's just going to make you have fingerprints and eye prints and face scans, and yeah, it'll be federally controlled.

00:03:08.000 Oh, right here in the state of Texas, when you go into the Texas Department of Transportation, the computers that they don't tell the public about, that we now have video of, say National ID Card.

00:03:19.000 So, it's already been in place for years, now they're getting ready to announce it to you!

00:03:24.000 So, we'll cover that.

00:03:27.000 Candidates arrested at debate, we're going to be getting Michael Bagnerik on.

00:03:31.000 Libertarian and Green Party nominees tried to serve commission.

00:03:35.000 Two third-party presidential candidates were arrested at the presidential debate in St.

00:03:39.000 Louis when they tried to serve the debate commission with a show-cause order. 0.52

00:03:44.000 michael bagner at the libertarian party and david cobb of the green party about both of them were these both seem to be like nice kind of back there for years i've met cobb in new york were protesting their exclusion from the debate between president bush democratic president nominee john kerry just as the debate began the two candidates supposedly crossed the police barricade and were arrested The debate took place at Washington University.

00:04:08.000 The campus was alive with protest and backers of both major party candidates.

00:04:16.000 Protest had no direct path to the school's athletic complex, which was converted into a red, white, and blue television studio for the 90-minute debate between Lord Bush and his cousin, Lord Kerry.

00:04:28.000 Cobb said his purpose was to expose the undemocratic nature of these debates, this election, and our government.

00:04:33.000 These are not debates.

00:04:34.000 These are infomercials.

00:04:38.000 Also, a news website, Indomedias, is FBIC's server under an international request.

00:04:44.000 They admit the global government treaty here.

00:04:47.000 Look, there's so much news and information.

00:04:49.000 InfoWars.com, PrisonPlanet.tv are just some of the websites.

00:04:53.000 We'll be right back.

00:06:02.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

00:06:05.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

00:06:09.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

00:06:14.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

00:06:18.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

00:06:20.000 Police attack people on the street indiscriminately.

00:06:23.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

00:06:28.000 You see them here with their hands cuffed behind their backs.

00:06:31.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

00:06:35.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

00:06:41.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

00:07:58.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents The Alex Jones Show.

00:08:06.000 because there's a war on for your mind i love this country I love my family.

00:08:23.000 And yes, listeners, I love all of you out there because you care about humanity.

00:08:28.000 You care about free humanity.

00:08:31.000 You passionately love liberty and hate corruption and wickedness.

00:08:35.000 You are threatened by it, and rightfully so, and you are mounting a defense against the New World Order in a historical crossroads fight for the future of this species.

00:08:48.000 And at the beginning of this broadcast, this Monday, October 11, 2004, Global Transmission Against Tyranny, I just want to thank God, Yahweh, I want to thank God because I have been so blessed to just exist, to have been formed in my mother's womb, to be on the face of this planet.

00:09:13.000 To be given the opportunities to grow up and learn about the nature of the real world and to have a chance to be a creature in God's plan and to be able to recognize the New World Order and be able to fight it and to be able to reach so many millions of people.

00:09:32.000 And I'm just one average person.

00:09:34.000 I want all of you to be leaders.

00:09:37.000 But I just have this overwhelming feeling of Thankfulness and humbleness for what God has done in my life.

00:09:47.000 And believe me, if you weren't out there fighting the New World Order, if you didn't have the Spirit of the Lord moving upon you, we would already be in the depths of an even greater tyranny.

00:09:58.000 Yes, things are bad and they're getting worse, but we're all being given a choice.

00:10:04.000 The tyranny is Materializing very clearly in front of us, not over the hill or down the dale, not some foggy specter, but clear and tangible upon us now.

00:10:24.000 We can see the country being destroyed, being dismantled, being wrecked, being decimated But at the same time, people are now seeing the threat.

00:10:34.000 The sleeping giant is moving, is waking up.

00:10:37.000 And the globalists are intensifying and accelerating their tyranny to dangerous speeds for their own system, not just our society or civilization.

00:10:50.000 We're going to take a lot of calls today.

00:10:51.000 The total free number to join us is 1-800-259-9231.

00:10:56.000 I'm really bad about callers bringing up great points, then I elaborate on it, then they elaborate on it.

00:11:03.000 I really want to keep the callers down to a minute or two, so we can get a lot of people on board.

00:11:09.000 What happens is the phone lines load up, and then they sit there, and then nobody else can get through, and then I don't go to enough of the calls.

00:11:15.000 And so we really will go to your calls early in this first hour, and then we will continue to go to your calls throughout the broadcast.

00:11:23.000 So 1-800-259-9231.

00:11:27.000 Life is beautiful!

00:11:28.000 Life is wonderful!

00:11:32.000 It's magical!

00:11:33.000 I mean, we're here in the middle of something just dynamic!

00:11:38.000 And so many people aren't outside looking at the sunset, they're not You know, painting a beautiful artwork.

00:11:45.000 They're not crafting something in their wood shop.

00:11:50.000 They're not spending time with their children or their husbands or their wives.

00:11:53.000 They're spending all their time watching football games and so concerned about issues that don't amount to a hill of beans.

00:12:01.000 They spend their time reading mainstream news articles that aren't worth the ink that they're written on.

00:12:07.000 We spend time reading those.

00:12:08.000 We analyze the propaganda and deception in it.

00:12:13.000 So many people really aren't alive.

00:12:15.000 They feel empty.

00:12:16.000 They don't feel like they have a reason for existing.

00:12:19.000 Well, that's because your subconscious mind, your soul, your heart, your guts, your bone marrow knows you're living a fraud. 0.92

00:12:27.000 Knows that the people up there on TV telling us that they're our saviors are psychopathic, sadistic, control freak, rulers, killers, criminals. 0.97

00:12:36.000 Devil worshippers, organized crime figures. 0.98

00:12:39.000 I mean, that's just the facts.

00:12:40.000 I'm sorry that reality shows that.

00:12:43.000 Why have we allowed this criminal elite to hijack our civilization, our very hearts and souls?

00:12:49.000 It's time to break free from it.

00:12:51.000 You know, they try to set the agenda in society through their fad-driven, junior high mentality, is what I call it. 1.00

00:12:58.000 Why let them set the agenda?

00:13:00.000 They're losing control of the agenda, and they know it.

00:13:03.000 As 38 to 45 percent, depending on which study, leave the mainstream media entirely.

00:13:10.000 They're panicking!

00:13:12.000 But they've still got one big lie over on us that we're still buying their propaganda, that we're really alone, that just because we see the truth, nobody else sees the truth, and so we're really alone.

00:13:22.000 They keep putting out that illusion, and that illusion is a fraud!

00:13:29.000 We are the majority, my friends.

00:13:35.000 Okay, let's get into some of the news and then we'll go to Alex and Fred and many others that are patiently holding.

00:13:41.000 U.S.

00:13:42.000 Russia's enemy number one poll shows, Moscow News, United States is seen as Russia's prime foreign enemy according to a poll by the nation's Public Opinion Foundation last week with 68% of respondents convinced Russia had enemies abroad that could start a war.

00:13:58.000 25% said the chief enemy was the United States.

00:14:03.000 And that was the majority.

00:14:05.000 Only 7% said the threat came from Arab countries or Islamic groups.

00:14:09.000 Another 7% said the threat came from Chechnya.

00:14:12.000 A mere 5% named terrorists was the number one threat.

00:14:16.000 The poll, the result of which was published on the Foundation's website, asked 1,500 people across Russia to describe how they felt about Russia's image abroad.

00:14:24.000 Nearly half of those polled, 46% said that Russia had a poor image abroad, while 40% said Russia had a positive image of the countries that U.S.

00:14:32.000 President George Bush Labeled two years ago as the Axis of Evil.

00:14:35.000 Iran, Iraq, and North Korea.

00:14:37.000 Only 2% saw Iraq as an enemy.

00:14:39.000 1% saw a threat coming from Iran.

00:14:41.000 And 1% from Asian countries including North Korea and Vietnam.

00:14:47.000 Now my point about this poll is that most Americans think Russia is great now.

00:14:53.000 Most Americans have been told they're our buddies.

00:14:56.000 Russia is run by six oligarchs.

00:15:00.000 Russia has put the Red Stars back on their lapels of their uniforms, back on their hats, back on their tanks and helicopters and jet aircraft. 0.62

00:15:11.000 And Russia and its newspapers calls us an enemy out of one side of their mouth and out of the other side says that our friend and George Bush and John Kerry tell us that Russia's our ally and our good friend and we've got deals now with former KGB chiefs helping run Homeland Security like General Primakov and we've got Russians over here advising big city police chiefs.

00:15:31.000 I mean, I've got a whole file in the last six months of dozens of articles where this is happening.

00:15:36.000 It's so bizarre!

00:15:42.000 And now NATO says they're going to merge with Russia, and so are other big global organizations, and now we're having joint military exercises with them.

00:15:53.000 It's sick, people!

00:15:55.000 We're now hearing that China's our ally with the Pentagon's new map, and the Pentagon chastises the officers who don't go along with this.

00:16:05.000 Meanwhile, the entire intelligence apparatus is being used to set up a national taxing grid Here in the United States, a national sales tax, national ID card access, everything you do in your car will be tracked by a transponder or satellite tracker box.

00:16:21.000 It's finally hit all the mainstream news, telling you how great it is.

00:16:24.000 All this is happening, but all the foreigners, they get waivers from having to have this. 1.00

00:16:28.000 It's a joke!

00:16:29.000 We're being put in an electronic straitjacket!

00:16:32.000 Alright, I'll get more into that later.

00:16:36.000 I want to go to calls as I promised I'd do, but Kenyan Nobel Peace Laureate claims AIDS virus deliberately created.

00:16:43.000 Now, again, I'd have the doctors, the scientists, the experts on my website.

00:16:50.000 We've got copies from the Centers for Disease Control.

00:16:55.000 Declassified stuff from 1968 where the military paid millions of dollars to have an autoimmune virus developed.

00:17:02.000 And they deployed it through vaccines into Africa.

00:17:06.000 And they've gotten vaccine and found it in it.

00:17:08.000 And it's been documented.

00:17:10.000 The average person here in America goes, oh, I heard that.

00:17:13.000 Yeah, but that's some kind of secret.

00:17:15.000 It's not in Europe.

00:17:16.000 It's not in Africa. 0.73

00:17:17.000 It's not in India.

00:17:19.000 Kenyan ecologist Wangri Matale, the first African woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize on Saturday, retired.

00:17:30.000 Or reiterated her claim that the AIDS virus was a deliberately created biological agent. 0.84

00:17:36.000 Some say the AIDS came from the monkeys, and I doubt that because we have been living with monkeys since time immemorial.

00:17:43.000 Others say it was a curse from God, but I say it cannot be that.

00:17:50.000 U.S. 0.82

00:17:52.000 black people are dying more than any other people on the planet.

00:17:57.000 And she told the press conference in Nairobi a day after winning the prize for her work in human rights and reversing deforestation across Africa.

00:18:07.000 It is true that there are some people who create agents to wipe out other people.

00:18:11.000 If this were no such people, we would not have invaded Iraq, she said.

00:18:17.000 We invaded Iraq because we believe that Saddam Hussein had made or was in the process of creating agents for biological warfare, she said.

00:18:23.000 Also, Kenyan Deputy Environment and Natural Resources Minister who has gained a reputation as a fearless speaker.

00:18:29.000 In fact, the HIV virus is created by a scientist for biological warfare, she added.

00:18:36.000 We'll get into her evidence coming up here in a few minutes.

00:18:39.000 But folks, it's really pretty simple.

00:18:46.000 Statistically in this country, when you look at blacks, or Asians, or Hispanics, who are no more sexually active than a white person, an Anglo, of European descent, The statistics are much lower.

00:19:03.000 It is very hard, and these are the actual statistic numbers, folks, I've interviewed dozens of scientists over the years.

00:19:10.000 I've looked at the numbers.

00:19:11.000 Very hard for a white person to get HIV.

00:19:18.000 Some countries in Africa, half the people have it.

00:19:21.000 People who've never had sex, but they have had vaccines.

00:19:26.000 Children whose parents don't have it.

00:19:29.000 And then there was a BBC article two years ago where they said, ooh, it was found in one of the vaccines but we're just sure it was an accident.

00:19:39.000 And then we've got the actual funded autoimmune virus study done in the late 60s and then it shows up in the late 70s and becomes public in the early 1980s.

00:19:56.000 We'll be back and take your calls.

00:19:57.000 Stay with us.

00:20:01.000 Terrorism!

00:20:02.000 Terrorism!

00:20:03.000 Chemical attacks, dirty bombs, fallout, biological attack, anthrax, and to top it all off, duct tape and plastic!

00:20:09.000 Alarming words for our time!

00:20:11.000 But how do you protect your family during such a crisis?

00:20:14.000 The video sheltering in place surviving acts of terrorism from biological, chemical, and radioactive fallout was developed by Wayne LeBaron, a health physicist who has served as a specialist in environmental health, communicable diseases, and has worked as a nuclear specialist for the U.S.

00:20:28.000 government.

00:20:29.000 Anyone can follow the simple instructions.

00:20:31.000 It's presented by a housewife as they walk you step-by-step through the process of preparing your home as a shelter.

00:23:13.000 That lack of energy you've been blaming on getting older or working too hard?

00:23:17.000 It's more likely that same mineral deficiency.

00:24:07.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:24:12.000 Alright, again, thanks for joining us.

00:24:19.000 More news coming up in the next segment.

00:24:20.000 I'm about to go straight to your calls.

00:24:22.000 Libertarian presidential candidate who was arrested Friday night for trying to walk across and serve a Legal notice, the Debate Commission will be joining us, Michael Bagnerik, Libertarian Presidential Candidate, in the third hour.

00:24:36.000 Let's talk to Alex in Florida.

00:24:38.000 Alex, you're on the air, welcome.

00:24:40.000 Hi Alex, thanks for taking my call again.

00:24:42.000 You bet.

00:24:43.000 I was following the coverage of the hurricane curfew enforcement in South Florida, and I did some further research on it, and as it turns out, not only were they randomly scooping up people off the street, but they were actually going into restaurants hours before the curfew even took effect.

00:24:58.000 And ordering people to leave mid-meal.

00:25:00.000 And a bunch of restaurants got, you know, they're trying to sue the department now, but this is all in the Palm Beach Post.

00:25:07.000 You know, I do have that article in front of me, and we had a lawyer on who was arrested coming back from a Marlins game, and you see, they have to go back, police have to go back every few weeks to the state judges and get an order to extend it.

00:25:23.000 And I read they're still out arresting people when there's no reason, and the order isn't even lawful.

00:25:29.000 It's not even in effect.

00:25:31.000 And yes, I have the article where they go into restaurants hours before the curfews and harass people.

00:25:37.000 It's about training us that they're God.

00:25:40.000 All of this is being scientifically done.

00:25:43.000 Yeah, definitely.

00:25:45.000 Alright, yeah, thanks for taking my call.

00:25:48.000 Hey, I appreciate that.

00:25:49.000 Yes, that's one of the articles here in the stack.

00:25:51.000 Good job, Alex.

00:25:52.000 I mean, why?

00:25:52.000 Why would they illegally, weeks and weeks and weeks after the orders have already gone away, keep claiming there's a curfew and arresting everyone?

00:26:00.000 I mean, it's in the Associated Press.

00:26:02.000 It's in the Palm Beach Post.

00:26:03.000 It's in the Miami Herald.

00:26:05.000 I mean, it's admitted.

00:26:08.000 Fred, Fred, where are you calling us from?

00:26:11.000 Philadelphia.

00:26:12.000 Welcome.

00:26:13.000 Liberty.

00:26:14.000 I'm calling you from Philadelphia where I wanted to report something to you that is local but it's huge in dollars, in a dollar amount.

00:26:24.000 Yeah, go ahead and tell us about it.

00:26:25.000 You got a twenty, well more like a thirty billion dollar foundation called the Barnes Foundation right outside of Philadelphia and we have an effort by I call on a couple of interlopers to come in and force the Barnes Foundation to move to Philadelphia and to change the nature of its structure and operation.

00:26:53.000 And the original Barnes Foundation will basically be changed over the years.

00:26:59.000 And I think it's going to be weakened to the extent that $30 billion in assets, which is in the form of art, It's going to be drained out by... Okay, I'm not really familiar with the Barnes Foundation.

00:27:11.000 Well, the other side of the coin is the Pew Trust, which are heavily influential on PBS.

00:27:19.000 Yeah, globally.

00:27:20.000 They are, definitely.

00:27:22.000 They've only put about, I think it's only a couple hundred thousand dollars lent them to the Barnes Foundation, and yet they are getting their hooks on that.

00:27:31.000 They're dragging this Weak foundation with a huge amount of money.

00:27:35.000 It's very flabby, but it's got a huge amount of money.

00:27:38.000 They're dragging it through the local courts, and they're going to win, Miss Alex, because... Well, that sounds like somebody inside the Barnes Foundation is internally doing that.

00:27:47.000 They could sell a couple pieces of art, if they have billions of dollars worth, and do that.

00:27:51.000 Thanks for the call, Fred.

00:27:53.000 Since you mention foundations, okay, let's talk about them for a second.

00:28:00.000 The Ford Foundation has tens of billions of dollars.

00:28:04.000 You could debate 15 to 25 billion, nobody really knows exactly.

00:28:08.000 But the Ford Foundation was set up really conservative, but a group of lawyers hijacked it, and that's the big foundation pushing open borders, getting rid of sovereignty, one of the big foundations.

00:28:21.000 And you've got the Rockefeller Brothers Foundation, Le Pew, a bunch of others, Annenberg, a bunch of these.

00:28:27.000 And these are tax-free foundations, still owned and run by the big families.

00:28:32.000 The Carnegie Foundation and others.

00:28:34.000 And they're all tax-exempt, but they get bigger and fatter and get more power, and they pay no taxes.

00:28:41.000 You're on the air.

00:28:42.000 Where are you calling us from, Allen?

00:28:44.000 Near Dublin, Virginia.

00:28:45.000 Welcome.

00:28:46.000 Thank you, Alex.

00:28:47.000 I want to talk briefly about the debate Friday night.

00:28:49.000 Sure.

00:28:49.000 There was a point where Bush actually made reference to an upcoming question.

00:28:53.000 I don't know if you viewers noticed or not, but there was a round-robin debate going on about whether Bush had spent enough for Homeland Security, and he mentioned the middle-class tax cut, and he said, well, we'll be talking more about that later.

00:29:07.000 Yeah, I just thought it was telling that he didn't even try to hide the fact that he knew the questions in advance.

00:29:12.000 And also, Friday, Saturday morning on C-SPAN, Ryan Lamb reported that Smish had a radio transmitter clearly visible during the first debate.

00:29:22.000 I think you've been right all along when you talked about the debates were rigged and set up, and I just thought you...

00:29:27.000 Let me ask you a question, Alan.

00:29:31.000 Brian Lamb said it's being reported, because it is being reported, that he could have had a radio transmitter for the first debate.

00:29:38.000 That's what he talked about.

00:29:39.000 Okay, so Lamb didn't say it was confirmed.

00:29:42.000 Right, that's right.

00:29:44.000 He did, I didn't catch the paper he read from.

00:29:48.000 Stay there, we'll be back.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march, the Empire's on the run.

00:29:54.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:32:56.000 It's powerful stuff.

00:33:02.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

00:33:08.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

00:33:15.000 Well, Alan and Virginia brought up This report that first came out about, I don't know, a week and a half, two weeks ago after the first debate.

00:33:26.000 And I saw it during the debate.

00:33:27.000 Bush had this big lump on his back.

00:33:29.000 And it really was a lump.

00:33:31.000 And quite frankly, it looks to me like a thin suit of body armor.

00:33:37.000 They've got some really high-tech ones that are just about a half inch thick that are very strong.

00:33:42.000 And where the line of it was, was about an inch or two below his neck and went on over to the shoulders, I believe Bush was wearing body armor.

00:33:51.000 He was definitely wearing something large and bulky.

00:33:53.000 It was not just a line or crease in the suit.

00:33:56.000 Number one, it wasn't in the normal crease area.

00:33:59.000 Number two, it was fat and it continued across the shoulders.

00:34:03.000 What we were seeing was the seam in the middle of the back of the body armor.

00:34:09.000 Clearly, Some are now saying that it might have been a wire or him with an earpiece.

00:34:15.000 And clearly, he has had an earpiece during some TV appearances he's done and some speeches.

00:34:22.000 But I don't know if that's the case.

00:34:23.000 And really, overall, people say, well, that proves these are staged debates.

00:34:29.000 What proves they're staged debates is John Edwards last week.

00:34:34.000 With the Vice President, and he's up there and he just kept messing up going, I'm sorry I broke the debate rules, I'm sorry I broke the debate rules, oh I'm sorry!

00:34:43.000 He couldn't even say the name, Dick Cheney?

00:34:46.000 Dick Cheney can't say his name?

00:34:48.000 I mean the... And notice that these questioners, whether it's a PBS host or an ABC anchor, they say, I have selected the questions, no one has seen the questions I selected.

00:35:01.000 Well, the debate commission goes over several hundred questions, and they narrow them down to about 60.

00:35:06.000 This has all been admitted, by the way.

00:35:08.000 This is not even secret.

00:35:10.000 And then the person giving the debate, asking the questions, they then get to select out of those.

00:35:19.000 And it was the same thing with the crowd at the last debate, where they had the crowd asking questions between Kerry and Bush's cousin.

00:35:29.000 They went around to the participants in that small crowd.

00:35:32.000 Remember during Bush, the caucus in 88?

00:35:34.000 There was just a giant auditorium.

00:35:36.000 And even with Clinton and Bush, there'd be huge auditoriums.

00:35:39.000 Now it's tiny little groups of a couple hundred people, maybe.

00:35:42.000 It's all pre-selected, pre-screened.

00:35:45.000 They're so afraid of the public now, and they know they've lost control of public perception.

00:35:50.000 And they know that we're onto them, so now they have these little staged events.

00:35:53.000 And then they went around and had people pre-screen their questions, and they would look at their question, and if it closely resembled one of the already agreed upon questions, then that was allowed to be asked.

00:36:03.000 But go ahead and finish up your comments about the stage debate, Alan.

00:36:06.000 Well, I was just noticing, too, that the callers who had supposedly, the questioners who had supposedly written the questions had trouble reading the questions.

00:36:14.000 And I thought that was kind of strange, and several of them had words really longer than the person they were obviously comfortable using.

00:36:21.000 I don't even believe the questions were written by the people there.

00:36:24.000 Although they were supposed to have been screened by Gallup Corporation to be undecided voters, clearly I think some of them had an agenda with the questions.

00:36:33.000 I can say I disagree with you.

00:36:34.000 I think the debates were rigged and I just wanted to let you know and your listeners know that you've been right all along and I agree with you.

00:36:42.000 Well let me just say this.

00:36:43.000 I mean, are you saying you do disagree with me?

00:36:47.000 No, no.

00:36:47.000 I do agree with you and I thank you for what you've done.

00:36:50.000 I've been doing it.

00:36:51.000 You worked me doing it.

00:36:53.000 First time calling, a little nervous about it.

00:36:54.000 Oh no, you're awesome.

00:36:55.000 I appreciate your call, Allen, and God bless.

00:36:59.000 Look, I'm saying that they're rigged for maybe different reasons than you are, but clearly you've pointed out some very astute observations here.

00:37:12.000 Look, bottom line, forget the debates.

00:37:15.000 They've hyped them up like they're a Tyson fight or something, and they're not.

00:37:20.000 These things are heavily scripted.

00:37:23.000 And they admit that they pre-screened the questions that the crowd was going to ask.

00:37:30.000 That's admitted.

00:37:31.000 And so that's another semantical deception when the ABC News anchor for the last presidential debate last Friday says, I have selected the questions.

00:37:42.000 Well, that's like I lay out You know, a group of investment funds you can sign on to, and then you get to select from them.

00:37:51.000 Well, that doesn't mean you really got to select.

00:37:54.000 I control the parameter of what you can do. 0.93

00:37:56.000 Well, it's the same thing there, but it makes it sound like it's impartial, and it's ridiculous, folks.

00:38:04.000 By the way, we've seen three debates, two presidential, one vice presidential.

00:38:09.000 Have we heard any comments about the open borders?

00:38:12.000 Any comments about that concerning national security?

00:38:15.000 No, we haven't.

00:38:16.000 Let's go ahead.

00:38:17.000 Brett hung up, so let's go to Jerry in Michigan.

00:38:20.000 Jerry, you're on the air.

00:38:21.000 Welcome.

00:38:22.000 Well, thank you.

00:38:23.000 I may be a little premature in my call because what I wanted to know was, is there any place in print that I can find the fact that AIDS was a man-invented thing?

00:38:36.000 Yes.

00:38:38.000 Yes?

00:38:39.000 It is voluminous.

00:38:40.000 I've done a lot of different radio broadcasts on it.

00:38:42.000 Do you have a computer?

00:38:44.000 Yes, sir.

00:38:45.000 Yes, sir.

00:38:46.000 Uh, then I would think that if you typed in AIDS manufactured bioweapon, uh, the actual documents are all over the web, including on my website, buried in the archives.

00:39:00.000 Oh, I looked on your website, I didn't find it.

00:39:02.000 How did you look on my website?

00:39:05.000 I'm new to all this computer stuff.

00:39:07.000 No, no, no, but I mean, just so I can try to help you navigate it, how did you look?

00:39:10.000 I just went to your website, see what I could find, but I didn't go into archives at all.

00:39:15.000 Yeah, see, my websites are like a newspaper, and so, you know, let's say if you wanted a news article from two years ago, you would go back through the issues library.

00:39:28.000 Oh, I see.

00:39:28.000 Well, it's the same thing with my computer.

00:39:30.000 You know, with what's on the server, with my website.

00:39:33.000 You just go to it, and then there's a calendar down at the bottom, say, of PrisonPlanet.com.

00:39:40.000 It's actually on the left-hand side.

00:39:42.000 And then you would click back on different days, or you would use the search engine box that's there, and you would type in AIDS manufactured bioweapon.

00:39:51.000 And if you type that in, a whole bunch of mainstream news articles and documents should pop up for you.

00:39:59.000 But it's not just Dr. Lynn Horowitz who went into the National Archives and found this in the early 1990s.

00:40:07.000 Congress has admitted the documents, they've been made public, And the late 60's they started the testing.

00:40:13.000 There was even more testing in the late 70's.

00:40:16.000 And they did successfully produce an autoimmune bioweapon. 0.55

00:40:20.000 And it's been in the BBC, they've caught them putting it in the vaccines, but it was all just a big accident.

00:40:26.000 And there's just hundreds of these articles, and we post them all as they come out.

00:40:32.000 Here's one out of AFP, that's the equivalent of the French Associated Press, Kenyan Nobel Peace Prize laureate, claims AIDS virus deliberately created in Western bioweapons laboratories.

00:40:45.000 The newest PNAC documents that have come out, From back in 2000, have Dick Cheney talking about we must legitimize the use of race-specific bio-weapons.

00:40:56.000 And that's at PNAC.info.

00:40:58.000 Or you can just go to the London Guardian, who wrote an extensive article about it.

00:41:03.000 Yes.

00:41:04.000 Thirty years ago, I had a booklet that was called, Who, in capital letters, W-H-O, Killed Africa.

00:41:13.000 World Health Organization, yes.

00:41:14.000 Yes, sir.

00:41:15.000 And they talked about, it's just a short booklet, And Dr. Strucker on one coast of the United States and another doctor on another coast, they simultaneously came up with the same information and they couldn't get it published.

00:41:32.000 And they traced it back, I believe, to Boca Raton, Florida, a laboratory there.

00:41:37.000 And they found out that it was, in fact, a Chinese scientist who came up with the AIDS virus. 0.96

00:41:45.000 Well, I've been shouting about this thing Since the seventies, when I found out about it, you know, a population control mechanism, and everybody just poos me.

00:41:58.000 Even, you know, during the Second World War, the government gave syphilis to the blacks because they wanted to know more about syphilis.

00:42:06.000 And let them spread it and let them die of it over 45 years.

00:42:10.000 Thanks for the call.

00:42:11.000 You know, great points, sir.

00:42:13.000 I appreciate the call, Jerry.

00:42:16.000 You know, what we'll do is, We have a vaccine section on PrisonPlanet.com with the Associated Press saying they didn't take the mercury out, they increased it 250 times!

00:42:30.000 And we've got articles of all these top scientists admitting that mercury causes brain damage and autism has gone from 1 in 25,000 20 years ago to 1 in 1,000, that's the number three years old.

00:42:40.000 The new number just came out.

00:42:41.000 1 in 168.

00:42:42.000 All these new brain diseases.

00:42:46.000 We've got articles with Henry Kissinger telling the third world countries you've got to sterilize half your population by force or no IMF and World Bank money.

00:42:53.000 That's 1973 declassified 1992.

00:42:56.000 We've got the UN caught through the World Health Organization putting hormones in with tetanus shots to sterilize women and that's admitted and there's been a bunch of mainstream news articles the last six months on that but that news is five, six years old though.

00:43:11.000 It just came out that the Hepatitis B shot increases muscular sclerosis almost four times or 3.7 times increase.

00:43:21.000 The Hepatitis B shot increases a bunch of different diseases.

00:43:29.000 The meningitis shot has increased the deaths of people in England that take it.

00:43:35.000 Those that have had it by 17.6 percent.

00:43:40.000 I mean, this is just stuff the last few weeks.

00:43:42.000 Then we've got the local newscast saying, Mercury is nutritious.

00:43:46.000 Mercury is good for you.

00:43:47.000 Well, everybody knows that's not true.

00:43:51.000 Just like everybody knows that cameras in school bathrooms hidden freedom, or blimps over our cities looking through our walls, or Humvees with microwave guns and sound cannons mounted on top of them, aimed at the American people, with all the borders wide open.

00:44:05.000 They're building a prison all around us.

00:44:07.000 They're coming out with a national ID card.

00:44:09.000 You'll have to have to have any job with what type of citizen you are on it.

00:44:16.000 This is the reality, folks.

00:44:17.000 It has nothing to do with terrorism.

00:44:19.000 The globalists have created the terrorism.

00:44:20.000 But we need to create a plagues section, a man-made plagues section on PrisonPlanet.com.

00:44:31.000 We're doing it.

00:44:31.000 I've said I wanted it the last few weeks.

00:44:33.000 It's being built.

00:44:34.000 Where they have what the mercury does, what the aspartame does, what the fluoride does, what the vaccines do.

00:44:40.000 We need to have the race-specific bioweapons quotes out of PNAC, Henry Kissinger documents, all this stuff where they add stuff to the vaccines.

00:44:49.000 I want that on the site.

00:44:52.000 And we're going to build it.

00:44:55.000 I mean, it's all over the site, but it's spread out.

00:44:57.000 You've got to use the search engine.

00:44:58.000 I want to have it all in one spot.

00:45:00.000 Because it's hard for the average, good, decent person to admit up to this, to deal with this, to be able to face this.

00:45:07.000 But this is the reality.

00:45:08.000 Ken in New York.

00:45:09.000 You're on the air.

00:45:10.000 Go ahead, Ken.

00:45:11.000 Good morning, Alex.

00:45:12.000 Welcome.

00:45:13.000 Thanks.

00:45:13.000 Happy Columbus Day.

00:45:14.000 It's funny you're talking about mercury.

00:45:17.000 I remember going to the dentist a few years ago, maybe about 10 years ago, and telling him about all these articles I'm reading and just learning about mercury, that mercury is a poison.

00:45:29.000 It's a highly toxic metal.

00:45:31.000 So why are they using that in dental fillings?

00:45:34.000 So he said, oh well, they do all these studies and they overdo things and they exaggerate things and stuff like that.

00:45:41.000 So then a couple of years ago when I went for a filling, he wasn't using amalgam anymore or the mercury based fillings.

00:45:49.000 I said, what happened?

00:45:50.000 He says, oh well, I guess the controversy got too much and maybe there is something to all this talk about mercury.

00:45:58.000 Well, let me explain how this works.

00:45:59.000 Your average doctor or dentist believes what the AMA or the American Dental Association tells them.

00:46:06.000 They're not bad people.

00:46:08.000 They're good.

00:46:09.000 They care about people.

00:46:10.000 So why would their bosses do something like this?

00:46:13.000 And after you've already given, as a pediatrician, you know, 10,000 children shots, You're not going to want to admit what happened.

00:46:21.000 Even when the woman turns around and drives her two-year-old back who's in convulsions, oh, well, your child just had a bad reaction, or it wasn't the vaccine.

00:46:29.000 It's all coincidence.

00:46:30.000 And then the woman detoxes her child on anti-mercury washes, and suddenly the child's fine. 0.52

00:46:37.000 You know, these people are in denial.

00:46:39.000 Right.

00:46:40.000 I mean, but the common sense point of this is, why would the ADA authorize the use of a poison?

00:46:47.000 To be used in dental fillings.

00:46:49.000 I mean, that's what, even when the controversy was being discussed in medical and dental circles.

00:46:54.000 I know it was a big topic about 15 years ago.

00:46:57.000 No, I know it is.

00:46:59.000 It still is today.

00:47:00.000 Right.

00:47:00.000 But let me look.

00:47:02.000 I have studies from 1933 from the University of Texas studying the toxicology.

00:47:09.000 And again, I've literally seen hundreds of them.

00:47:11.000 From China, and England, and Ireland, and Mexico, and the U.S.

00:47:14.000 But I've got a study from 33, I read on air one time, parts of it, where they said this would be a good sedative for mentally ill patients, but it's toxic so we can't use it.

00:47:25.000 They tested it on people in the sanitarium, And found that it was a great toxic sedative that the Nazis gave people in the camps.

00:47:36.000 Sodium fluoride to make them docile.

00:47:38.000 I mean, and they know sodium fluoride does this.

00:47:41.000 So what do they do?

00:47:41.000 They put it in the water.

00:47:42.000 Do they put a fluoride that's actually good for you?

00:47:45.000 Like calcium fluoride in the water?

00:47:47.000 No!

00:47:48.000 No!

00:47:49.000 It's sodium fluoride!

00:47:51.000 I mean, this is... folks!

00:47:53.000 Go ahead.

00:47:54.000 Well, at least they... I don't know if this is being done nationally with dentists, but...

00:47:59.000 It was quite a shock when this dentist I've gone to, who is a very good dentist, and he was always a bit skeptical about mercury.

00:48:06.000 But I guess either they had a seminar or they went to a conference over the past few years, maybe nationally or in the New York area, and decided that mercury will no longer be used in dental fillings, which is a good thing.

00:48:19.000 Thanks for the call.

00:48:19.000 I appreciate it.

00:48:20.000 I appreciate the call.

00:48:21.000 Great points, Ken.

00:48:23.000 Speaking of dentists, There was a top dentist in Canada, what was it, about nine, ten months ago.

00:48:29.000 We even interviewed him.

00:48:31.000 I forget his name at this point.

00:48:33.000 It was in all the big Canadian papers.

00:48:35.000 He's the guy that, what, eight, nine, ten years ago, got fluoridation introduced in Canada.

00:48:41.000 He led the fight and said, no, it's good.

00:48:43.000 This is a bunch of baloney.

00:48:46.000 Fluoride strengthens your teeth.

00:48:48.000 Well, then he saw all the documents that what sodium fluoride really did.

00:48:52.000 He saw the studies.

00:48:54.000 He saw his own patients.

00:48:56.000 And he went public and said it's deadly poison.

00:48:59.000 And it's not just the sodium fluoride.

00:49:00.000 They take the stuff from nuclear weapons plants, they take the stuff from the aluminum plants, they take the byproducts from the fertilizer plants, they take that sodium fluoride toxic waste, mix with all the other stuff, and that's what they ship and put in the water.

00:49:17.000 At the end of World War II, they had used it in nuclear weapons production, and it was a big spill.

00:49:22.000 And it killed several rivers.

00:49:25.000 And killed all the fish and made a bunch of people sick.

00:49:28.000 And so they went, man, where are we going to store this?

00:49:30.000 Well, let's just put it in the water and say it's good for them.

00:49:33.000 It's a toxic sedative.

00:49:36.000 And it's true, people!

00:49:38.000 I mean, again, you trust this government, and this is the type of stuff they've been doing.

00:49:44.000 It's amazing.

00:49:45.000 And by the way, there are Nobel biologists and epidemiologists laureates who are public on this.

00:49:51.000 Not just Nobel laureates on the AIDS virus being manufactured.

00:49:55.000 The HIV virus.

00:49:56.000 I mean, this is just the facts.

00:49:58.000 It's like depleted uranium.

00:50:00.000 We've had the man who wrote the book at Los Alamos Laboratory, Dr. Rocky, on the show.

00:50:05.000 His team went to Iraq to, quote, disprove it was bad for people.

00:50:08.000 Most of his team has died.

00:50:09.000 He's had cancer.

00:50:11.000 They found out that it's in the blood.

00:50:12.000 It causes a tripling of birth defects.

00:50:14.000 It's a deadly poison just from the heavy metal effects of DU.

00:50:18.000 It was a toxic waste, a by-product of nuclear weapons production, and so they just said, we'll just sell it and make it a weapon! 0.55

00:50:25.000 And now our troops are breathing it!

00:50:28.000 Depleted Uranium, the Army's own book, their own training videos, which they will not show the troops now, say that it is deadly!

00:50:36.000 Then the New York Daily News a few months ago did a blood test of 14 Gulf War I vets, and found that they all had high levels of radiation in DU!

00:50:46.000 I mean, something's going on when you get a tripling in birth defects and people shrivel up and die of lung cancer when they're 25 years old!

00:50:55.000 30 years old!

00:50:57.000 We'll be right back.

00:57:14.000 You're on the air.

00:57:14.000 Welcome.

00:57:15.000 Hey Alex, do you think that putting out, increasing all the A's among the black The population could be like a plan to foment riots. 1.00

00:57:25.000 No, uh, do you expect me to talk?

00:57:28.000 No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die! 1.00

00:57:30.000 I mean, it's... I know that it's a complex plan and the Nation of Islam are connected. 0.99

00:57:35.000 That's their plan is to increase instability among... inside the nation.

00:57:40.000 But, uh, what... Barry Kamish has a new book coming out and he's starting to promote it.

00:57:45.000 I was wondering if you had it, uh, some books on your shelf.

00:57:49.000 You mean Barry Hamish?

00:57:50.000 Yeah.

00:57:51.000 I might get him on.

00:57:52.000 He's a great guy.

00:57:54.000 I heard him on another talk show.

00:57:56.000 He was talking... It's called the Zionist Labor and the Holocaust, I think is the name of it.

00:58:02.000 Oh, I gotta get him on.

00:58:04.000 Very Hamish.

00:58:06.000 Yeah, because that Jewish conspiracy stuff is a dime a dozen, but I think it's kind of funny because he's a Jew putting it out. 1.00

00:58:14.000 Well, he's not saying it's Jews.

00:58:16.000 The Zionists really did help Hitler. 0.97

00:58:19.000 They're not Jews, my friend. 1.00

00:58:21.000 Uh, so, you know, the devil puts out counterfeits, doesn't he? 0.65

00:58:25.000 Yeah.

00:58:26.000 So, that's what we're dealing with here.

00:58:28.000 Okay, thank you.

00:58:29.000 Yeah, I mean, Barry Hamish has written for the Jerusalem Post, you name it.

00:58:33.000 I mean, the truth is the truth.

00:58:34.000 I don't know about his new book, but I know about some of his writings.

00:58:37.000 I don't think Jews run the New World Order.

00:58:39.000 Are the Zionists at the top controlled by the New World Order? 0.96

00:58:42.000 Yes.

00:58:43.000 That's what Barry Hamish says.

00:58:44.000 Uh, every big group is controlled.

00:58:47.000 The beast has the world under his control.

00:58:49.000 Big brother.

00:58:59.000 Mainstream media.

00:59:00.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:17.000 Alright, my friends, we're now 30 seconds into the second hour.

00:59:23.000 Greg Palast is going to be joining us, BBC reporter, best-selling author, The Bush Family Fortunes.

00:59:31.000 Then in the third hour, we're going to have Michael Bagnerik on, Libertarian presidential candidate who was arrested at the debate last Friday, along with a Green Party presidential candidate.

00:59:41.000 He'll just be on with us about 20 minutes or so.

00:59:43.000 So will Greg Palast.

00:59:44.000 So we've got plenty of time to take all of your phone calls, as I promised we would.

00:59:49.000 Bunch of other news.

00:59:50.000 Kenyan Nobel Peace Laureate claims AIDS virus deliberately created when we have the actual documents.

00:59:57.000 We will also get into Kerry now going ahead of Bush in the polls.

01:00:00.000 We really believe that.

01:00:01.000 The New York Times coming out with how wonderful the National ID card is for us all.

01:00:07.000 News, websites, Indymedia, this is FBIC's server talking about international government.

01:00:12.000 There it is, in your face.

01:00:15.000 Also more calls from China and this time France for a new world order. 0.94

01:00:19.000 There's just tons of information that's coming up.

01:00:25.000 Also major assaults on hold until after the US election.

01:00:29.000 Now I got this from internal sources months ago.

01:00:32.000 Now it's out in the LA Times.

01:00:34.000 And a lot of top military are saying this is one reason we're losing the war in Iraq, is because for political reasons, Bush is backed off now, going after the insurgents!

01:00:44.000 So if you're gonna have a war, might as well fight it to win it!

01:00:48.000 Unbelievable.

01:00:50.000 So that's just some of what's coming up.

01:00:52.000 Plus this so-called shortage of the flu vaccine.

01:00:55.000 They're acting like it's some wonderful thing we've all got to get.

01:00:58.000 There's a shortage, not because of price controls, as the news is saying.

01:01:01.000 Last week they admitted there's a problem because the factory that made half of it's been shut down because they put live flu virus in the shots!

01:01:09.000 That's admitted!

01:01:11.000 But now the spin machine's in effect going, oh no, it's because of price controls.

01:01:15.000 So we'll cover that as well.

01:01:19.000 Greg Pallis is coming up, and Libertarian candidate Michael Bagnerik.

01:01:22.000 There is so much other vital news we'll be covering.

01:01:25.000 Right now, let's go ahead and go back to the calls.

01:01:29.000 Let's talk to Robert in Colorado.

01:01:31.000 Robert, good to talk to you.

01:01:32.000 Good to talk to you, Alex.

01:01:33.000 Thanks very much for taking my call.

01:01:34.000 I love listening to you.

01:01:35.000 I'll be by the channel listening to Greg Pallis.

01:01:37.000 He's very good.

01:01:38.000 Well, thank you.

01:01:40.000 As you no doubt know, Cira Satellite Radio Company just signed Howard Stern to a $500 million contract.

01:01:49.000 Yeah, that's what they're rumoring.

01:01:51.000 I think it's funny that a guy who is without a doubt the most vile, revolting voice on the planet, and who has been a long time thorn in the side of Clear Channel, now is jumping ship and going to Cirrus where he will have no restrictions on what he can say, yet they wouldn't even begin to touch you for a fraction of the money, them or XM.

01:02:10.000 Well, we have begged to be on Sirrus.

01:02:14.000 We have begged to be on XM.

01:02:20.000 I'm told that, and of course, we would do it for free.

01:02:23.000 We just want to be on it.

01:02:25.000 Most of the people that are on there just get it picked up to be carried for free.

01:02:29.000 And then some of their ads get to run.

01:02:30.000 That's how network radio works.

01:02:32.000 And people should contact Sirrus.

01:02:35.000 Now, I know XM is part-owned by Clear Channel.

01:02:39.000 And so it doesn't surprise me that he went to Cirrus Radio.

01:02:45.000 But this is a total stunt.

01:02:47.000 He isn't going to leave so-called broadcast radio for a year and a half or so.

01:02:53.000 And so this is all staged.

01:02:55.000 This is a stunt to get people to sign up with Cirrus.

01:02:58.000 I predict he will not leave broadcast radio.

01:03:01.000 Really?

01:03:03.000 Well, I mean, you know, if he said, I'm leaving it next month, that'd be one thing.

01:03:09.000 We've done the analysis.

01:03:11.000 Limbaugh's $287 million over nine years didn't compute for total revenue for the show.

01:03:17.000 Well, Limbaugh's revenue is much larger than Stern's.

01:03:22.000 Limbaugh's much bigger than Stern.

01:03:23.000 So how can Stern get roughly three times what Limbaugh is going to get?

01:03:30.000 Good point.

01:03:32.000 The total revenues of Cirrus, it's like a $25 million company.

01:03:37.000 Yeah, but they're losing money hand over fist.

01:03:38.000 So is XM.

01:03:40.000 Yeah, so this is a last ditch stunt.

01:03:44.000 That's all this is.

01:03:45.000 Anything else?

01:03:46.000 Um, I was watching a special last week on History Channel.

01:03:51.000 Just stay there.

01:03:52.000 We'll be right back.

01:03:54.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my most comprehensive documentary exposing the New World Order's orchestration of the September 11th attacks yet.

01:04:01.000 In my new film, The Masters of Terror, we chronicle the globalist master plan for world domination.

01:04:06.000 The Masters of Terror details how the elite are using manufactured terrorism to drive the world population into accepting tyranny.

01:04:12.000 Witness in horror the execution of the September 11th attacks and the ensuing whitewash.

01:04:17.000 The cashless society control grid, infallible microchips, mass mind control, militarization of police, concentration camps, foreign troops massing on U.S.

01:04:24.000 soil, the U.S.A.

01:04:25.000 Patriot Act, Super Big Brother Total Information Awareness Network, and much, much more.

01:04:29.000 It is absolutely vital that everyone see the masters of terror.

01:04:32.000 Only by exposing the perpetrators of September 11th can we stop them from carrying out the next wave of attacks and destroying our constitutional republic.

01:05:51.000 You thought it couldn't happen in America, but your government is about to start saying, may I see your papers, please?

01:05:59.000 I'm Jim Babka with DownsizedEC.org.

01:06:03.000 This very weekend, Congress could pass a law that creates a national database with your most personal information.

01:06:10.000 A law that nationalizes your driver's license.

01:06:13.000 That's right, a national ID card.

01:06:15.000 A law that could force any and all businesses to submit employment applications, complete with fingerprints, for federal government approval.

01:06:22.000 Think about it.

01:06:23.000 You need an ID to travel, get a job, cash a check, to buy cigarettes, alcohol, or a gun.

01:06:29.000 If the federal government sets standards that deny you an ID, it effectively turns you into a non-person.

01:06:35.000 This new national ID database will be voted on at any moment.

01:06:39.000 Please go to downsizedc.org right now and use our electronic lobbying system to send a message to your representative.

01:06:46.000 Go to DownsizedDC.org while you still can.

01:06:50.000 Big Brother.

01:06:59.000 Mainstream media.

01:07:01.000 Government cover-ups.

01:07:02.000 You want answers?

01:07:04.000 Well, so does he.

01:07:06.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:07:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:07:18.000 Alright, let me cover a couple quick news items, and we're going to award-winning BBC reporter, also a writer for the London Guardian and other major publications, best-selling author Greg Pallis will be in Austin, Texas tomorrow night, and I intend to go down there.

01:07:32.000 But that's coming up in a minute or two.

01:07:35.000 First off, news website Indymedia says FBI seized server, knocking off over 20 of their websites in over five nations, including the United States.

01:07:47.000 And they did this under an international order.

01:07:51.000 That's your global government, folks, where somebody in France or Switzerland wants to take your website down, and the whole server, two servers, with over ten websites apiece on each one, taken down, and they won't even say why.

01:08:06.000 A website billed as a grassroots news source for the anti-globalization movement, great folks by the way, and other issues said one of its web servers was shut down after the FBI, by the way now it's two, served a subpoena.

01:08:19.000 The Independent Media Center said the FBI issued a gag order to hosting company Rockspace to remove physically one of our servers.

01:08:27.000 The FBI acknowledged that a subpoena had been issued but said it was the request of Italian and Swiss authorities.

01:08:34.000 So again, somebody in Germany or England says this and it happens.

01:08:37.000 It's not an FBI operation, FBI spokesman Joe Paris told AFP.

01:08:41.000 Through a legal assistance treaty, the subpoena was on behalf of a third party.

01:08:45.000 A couple years ago, France wanted to shut down Yahoo because World War II collectors were selling U.S.

01:08:52.000 medals, Nazi medals, Russian medals.

01:08:55.000 Folks, That's their laws. 1.00

01:08:58.000 I mean, whether you love or hate the Nazis, that's your freedom. 0.60

01:09:01.000 But obviously, these old World War II collectors, you shouldn't have Yahoo taken down because they let people, you know, sell Nazi paraphernalia.

01:09:09.000 I mean, the Smithsonian Institute has Nazi flags in it.

01:09:12.000 This is just history.

01:09:13.000 I told the story.

01:09:14.000 One time I was at an antique show, and I bought an American medal, a British medal, and a Nazi medal.

01:09:20.000 I thought they were interesting.

01:09:22.000 It doesn't mean I'm a Nazi.

01:09:23.000 It doesn't mean I'm in the RAF, either.

01:09:26.000 What an RAF flying medal!

01:09:28.000 But anyways, I don't want to go on forever.

01:09:29.000 We've got Greg Pallast on with us.

01:09:30.000 I'm sure he'll be able to comment on this.

01:09:33.000 Now it's two servers, and this is global government.

01:09:36.000 Here's the New York Times.

01:09:38.000 Congress close to establishing rules for driver's license.

01:09:42.000 And it's admitted, two different bills, including one that David Reier has, Congressman, you'll have a national ID card to have a job, you'll have five levels of security on the card, a face print, a thumb print, the states already have this.

01:09:53.000 This makes it the law, and makes it a federal ID card, and both John Kerry and George Bush are for this wildly unpopular thing.

01:10:03.000 Greg Palast, good to have you on with us, my friend.

01:10:06.000 Hey, Alex.

01:10:07.000 Before they grab the servers and the transmitters, I'm glad to be on.

01:10:11.000 Exactly.

01:10:11.000 Well, you know, you were in New York there with me.

01:10:14.000 I came and interviewed you for a film that's coming out.

01:10:17.000 Greg, while I was at your office interviewing you, you had a Pacifica reporter there who'd just been kidnapped and had his tapes and videos stolen.

01:10:27.000 We had cameras smashed.

01:10:28.000 I mean, this is becoming a regular occurrence.

01:10:31.000 Yeah, well, what happened was, in fact, Jerry quickly of the Pacifica Network, he was He's African-American, so a big guy, and he was like grabbed, and his camera was smashed.

01:10:44.000 You know, his recordings were taken.

01:10:48.000 And what happened was that they said, well, we're just, they didn't, he said, am I under arrest?

01:10:52.000 You know, I'm press.

01:10:53.000 He had the Republican National Convention credentials.

01:10:58.000 You know, they, you know, obviously working press, you know, you've got these big tags and the whole thing, and they said, well, we just, Nothing in particular.

01:11:05.000 We just want to talk to you a minute.

01:11:07.000 Could you hand over your equipment?

01:11:09.000 And they handed him back his tape recorders, and he had his two days of interviews on what was happening around the Republican Convention, and the tapes were gone.

01:11:22.000 I'm familiar with this.

01:11:23.000 He had the congressional issued pass, but he wasn't even in the convention center when this happened.

01:11:28.000 They threw him in a paddy wagon for an hour, stole all his stuff.

01:11:32.000 We have the same stuff happen to us.

01:11:34.000 We'd be eight miles away from the convention center, and cops would just run over with machine guns and grab our cameras, take the film out, laugh at us, string it out in front of us, throw it in a trash can.

01:11:47.000 I mean, this is not freedom, people.

01:11:49.000 Well, let's face it, Alex, you really are a threat to the regime.

01:11:54.000 I mean, on the other hand, I thought that we were supposed to be going after the bad guys, like the terrorists.

01:12:00.000 But, you know, this is the problem.

01:12:01.000 Well, Greg, you got kicked out of the Republican Convention.

01:12:04.000 You had your stuff pulled.

01:12:05.000 Yeah, well, you know, at least I'm here to talk about it.

01:12:10.000 I mean, there were also people who were held, friends of mine who were held for 48 hours.

01:12:15.000 They said, you know, this is not preventive detention.

01:12:19.000 You know, we just can't process people fast enough.

01:12:22.000 We don't even know why they're not under arrest for anything in particular.

01:12:25.000 And now the city of New York is being fined.

01:12:29.000 A judge is really hopping mad.

01:12:30.000 He says, you know, it's still the United States of America, even during a Republican convention.

01:12:34.000 And so now New York City taxpayers have to pay for this kind of police state operation.

01:12:41.000 Because, you know, I mean, the judges were right.

01:12:43.000 But I think that they should have, instead of hitting the taxpayers, they should have grabbed the politicians that ordered this.

01:12:50.000 Well, that raises another point.

01:12:51.000 I interviewed the American Spectator reporter.

01:12:54.000 He was at Ground Zero, peacefully standing there in a suit.

01:12:58.000 And I was actually outside the crowd and even caught video of this and didn't know until later that that was him that I got on video being grabbed.

01:13:05.000 And they put out these orange nets, grabbed about 300 of the 1,000 protesters, the small protest, put him in jail for 48 hours, and Then a cop later came by who wasn't even there and charged him with disorderly conduct and several other things, and he was inside the Guantanamo on the Hudson with barbed wire inside.

01:13:25.000 They were running buses inside.

01:13:27.000 People were getting sick, laying in motor oil in this old bus depot.

01:13:31.000 I mean, this was liberals, conservatives, black people, white people.

01:13:35.000 It was just randomly grabbing folks.

01:13:36.000 Well, I think that was part of the idea.

01:13:38.000 In other words, part of the idea of a police state is it's random action.

01:13:43.000 In other words, you can't terrorize a community unless they think it is going to hit at any moment to anyone, that everyone is vulnerable.

01:13:51.000 So it's that creation of, and then plus, on the other hand, while they're creating fear, they're telling everyone, "We are protecting you from the terrorists." So it's, you know, we see it coming.

01:14:02.000 It could get, unfortunately, it could get much worse.

01:14:05.000 What do you think of this IndyMedia servers getting grabbed?

01:14:08.000 Well, I'm particularly emotional for me because they're the sponsors, the national sponsors, one of the national sponsors of the release of my film, Bush Family Fortunes, from BBC Television.

01:14:20.000 They're American sponsors of the release.

01:14:22.000 And obviously, with the servers down, It's hard to get across.

01:14:29.000 One of the problems that you're seeing is that this new thing of seizing machines, we're not telling you why.

01:14:34.000 This is very much, by the way, something that they do in Europe.

01:14:37.000 I am stunned that it's now reaching across.

01:14:39.000 They've never been able to do this before.

01:14:41.000 That is, reach across U.S.

01:14:43.000 law.

01:14:44.000 This is a whole new game.

01:14:46.000 Before, they used to get these requests and it was like, I'm sorry, we don't do that in the United States.

01:14:51.000 We don't kick in doors at the news outlet.

01:14:55.000 This is a very, very dangerous thing, and to let that happen... The problem is that when the establishment press here is not going to come to their defense, and then they themselves will become vulnerable when they step out of line.

01:15:11.000 Look at what's happened to Judith Miller. 0.95

01:15:17.000 New York Times reporter, a pure propagandist for the Bush Administration.

01:15:22.000 She's the one who came up with the story, by the way.

01:15:24.000 She's the one who published the story that Saddam really had terrible weapons of mass destruction.

01:15:30.000 They fed her that stuff, and then they fed her the story of Plame, Valerie Plame, who was a CIA agent.

01:15:40.000 They did this to harass and worry her husband.

01:15:46.000 John Wilson.

01:15:47.000 Which blew the cover of hundreds of agents in Europe.

01:15:50.000 Right, exactly.

01:15:51.000 And so now, now, in other words, they use this woman and now they're going to try to jail her.

01:15:58.000 So see, the problem with these, with the mainstream reporters on the New York Times and the other, you know, our American Investors and the Washington Post, etc., is that they go along with the game, and then when they balk for one minute, then they find out what happened.

01:16:13.000 You know, instead of being the nice pet, suddenly they're facing jail time.

01:16:18.000 Well, Greg, I mean, she's the lady with the aluminum tubes and Niger documents. 0.57

01:16:23.000 She was the mouthpiece of propaganda.

01:16:25.000 That's right.

01:16:26.000 And now she could get in a lot of trouble.

01:16:28.000 This shows how they hang their own people out to dry. 0.91

01:16:30.000 That's right.

01:16:31.000 As soon as they step one inch out of line.

01:16:34.000 It's like the mob.

01:16:35.000 You don't quit the team vertically.

01:16:39.000 That's what I found.

01:16:41.000 Statistically, if you're really fighting them and have never worked for them, they seem to leave you alone more of the time than if you're one of their servants.

01:16:48.000 Then if you get out of line one centimeter, they just smash you.

01:16:52.000 Because, see, they gave her a platform in the New York Times.

01:16:54.000 See, like me, I'm in exile.

01:16:56.000 I'm over at BBC Television.

01:16:58.000 Obviously, from my voice, I'm not Henry Higgins.

01:17:01.000 So, you know, so I'm doing these reports.

01:17:02.000 It's one of the reasons, by the way, that BBC has released this film, Bush Family Fortunes, which is, you know, based on my book, Best Democracy Money Can Buy, because you can't report this stuff In the U.S.A., so we tried it.

01:17:19.000 By the way, we tried, BBC tried to get U.S.

01:17:21.000 networks to run our investigative reports on the Bush family.

01:17:25.000 That is very well done.

01:17:26.000 Thank you.

01:17:27.000 And we tried, you know, ABC News, for example, has an agreement that they can run our stuff for free.

01:17:32.000 They don't even have to pay us, right?

01:17:34.000 And we just couldn't get American networks to touch this stuff.

01:17:36.000 They'd say, oh, it's brilliant stuff.

01:17:38.000 Can you do something less controversial?

01:17:39.000 I'd say, well, when you're When your president stops playing games with the Saudis and the rest, we can be less controversial. 1.00

01:17:45.000 Well, tomorrow night, people can get around that wall of censorship.

01:17:49.000 It's 7 o'clock on downtown Austin, on Congress, right by the Capitol, in the beautiful historic Paramount Theater, from 7 to 9 p.m.

01:17:59.000 They're going to show the film, and then Greg's going to speak, and I'm on TV from 7 to 8, but I'm going to jump in the car.

01:18:04.000 And you get to, you know, Alex, you're going to have to stand up, make sure I know you're there, so everyone, so we can point you out, your listeners, they can put the face with the voice.

01:18:16.000 It's very important that we actually do get together, because you're not, you're going to see on screen at the Paramount, or if you just go get the film, which is on DVD, you're going to see the reports that the rest of the world sees about this regime that, you know, that you are not allowed to see on your tube.

01:18:34.000 All right, we're going to break.

01:18:35.000 We're going to come back.

01:18:37.000 And Greg, I want to get into John Kerry.

01:18:41.000 I mean, he says he wants to go to war.

01:18:42.000 He wants to go to Iran.

01:18:44.000 He wants to have the Patriot Act.

01:18:46.000 So what choice do we really have?

01:18:49.000 And I want to get your analysis of John Forbes Kerry.

01:19:52.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

01:19:56.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

01:20:01.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

01:20:03.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

01:20:06.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

01:20:15.000 The Berkeley Light is different.

01:20:16.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

01:20:23.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals, and nitrates.

01:20:35.000 It is so powerful, it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, and stagnant ponds.

01:20:51.000 Jack Brownrigg for Midas Resources.

01:20:56.000 Last summer, we did some two-year comparisons between the equity markets and gold.

01:21:00.000 Let's update.

01:21:01.000 January of 2002 to January of 2004, the Dow was up a whopping 2.2%.

01:21:05.000 The Nasdaq in that same time frame is flat.

01:21:10.000 Two years ago, the U.S.

01:21:11.000 dollar was worth 17% more than the euro.

01:21:14.000 Today, the U.S.

01:21:15.000 dollar is worth 28% less than the euro.

01:21:17.000 Guess which one has gold backing?

01:21:19.000 January of 02, gold spot was $283.

01:21:23.000 January of 04, it's well over $400 at a 13-year high, up near 40%.

01:21:28.000 Gold is moving, equities are treading water.

01:21:31.000 This is a little of the billions lost in market scandals.

01:21:52.000 I tried glucosamine for my arthritis, but it didn't help much.

01:21:56.000 They tell me I just have to put up with my joint pain and stiffness.

01:21:58.000 Are you doomed to a life of stiff and painful joints or dealing with expensive medications or painful injections?

01:22:04.000 Well, no more.

01:22:05.000 I'm pleased to tell you about a totally new product called Injuve.

01:22:08.000 Rather than stopping the pain, Injuve attacks the causes of joint pain.

01:22:11.000 Injuve replenishes what your body was born with by replacing a vital fluid your body loses as you grow older.

01:22:17.000 It's called hyaluronic acid or HA.

01:22:20.000 It's important to note that Injuve does not cure arthritis, but it helps reverse the aging process of our joints and reduces the pain and stiffness caused by lack of mobility.

01:22:28.000 Injuve is one of the best lubricants and shock absorbers found in nature.

01:22:31.000 In short, if you have joint pain or arthritis, you owe it to yourself to try Injuve.

01:22:36.000 Injuve is all natural and comes in easy to swallow soft gels.

01:22:51.000 Call today.

01:22:52.000 All right, my friends, your calls are coming up in the next segment.

01:23:01.000 Moving quickly, we're with Greg Palast.

01:23:02.000 He'll be in Austin, Texas tomorrow night, 7 to 9 p.m., Paramount Theater in downtown Austin on Congress.

01:23:09.000 And I'll be there to hear his speech.

01:23:11.000 I've already seen the film, but I'll be there to hear the speech.

01:23:15.000 And it's an excellent film, by the way.

01:23:16.000 We'll tell you how to get it here in a second.

01:23:18.000 Then we'll go to your calls.

01:23:19.000 Greg, I want to talk about the election, I want to talk about what your film covers, obviously, but during the break we were talking, and I was saying, you know, I know you're a journalist, you have to have documents on it, and that's what I go off of too, but it does stink to high heaven that obviously fake documents are given to CBS News.

01:23:39.000 And they don't check it out.

01:23:42.000 And this is a tactic we've seen Karl Rove pull before with Hatfield and the Fortune Sun.

01:23:48.000 We saw Karl Rove.

01:23:50.000 Talk about that just a little bit.

01:23:51.000 Some of the history of how these guys operate.

01:23:54.000 Kind of the poison pill to discredit everything else.

01:23:57.000 Yeah, they're professionals.

01:23:58.000 I mean, Karl Rove once, you know, when he was running someone's election in Texas, said, there is a bug found in my office.

01:24:06.000 Well, and there was.

01:24:07.000 He didn't make that up, of course.

01:24:08.000 He didn't mention that he planted it.

01:24:11.000 So he planted a bug in his own office to spread the other side.

01:24:14.000 That was just practice.

01:24:16.000 Then Jim Hatfield, who was an investigative reporter, he at one time, years before he became a reporter, like decades before, got in trouble with some stock dealer or something.

01:24:27.000 And so they knew that the cocaine story, that the story of our president doing a few lines in his youth when he should have been flying fighter jets, That they handed, literally, Karl Rove handed that story to James Hatfield.

01:24:42.000 Knowing that when Hatfield published it, they would then pull out Hatfield's old records and just ruin him.

01:24:48.000 In other words, what you do is you know that the story of the cocaine is going to come out, so you load it onto a ship that you can then sink.

01:24:56.000 So then after that, no one would touch it.

01:24:58.000 Look what's happened to the Draft Dodge story.

01:25:01.000 In fact, we open our film, Bush Family Fortunes, with the Draft Dodge story.

01:25:06.000 We have, by the way, uh, you know, uh, because of BBC, we have some very strict rules about backing stuff up.

01:25:13.000 We have a document, and by the way, the document itself is shown in the DVD, so after you see the film, if you put the DVD in your machine, you can see the document, which no one has questioned, which is from inside the U.S.

01:25:26.000 Justice Department at your offices there in Austin, which says that the fix was put in by Lieutenant Governor Ben Barnes, To get little George out of NAM and into the Air Guard as Top Gun.

01:25:41.000 And no one, no one has challenged the authenticity of that document.

01:25:46.000 The truth is that the core story that Dan Rather ran, which is that Congressman George Bush used his influence to get his son out of Vietnam.

01:25:58.000 While he was voting to send other men's sons to Vietnam.

01:26:01.000 And that's the core story.

01:26:03.000 It's unshakable.

01:26:04.000 That's lock solid.

01:26:05.000 True.

01:26:06.000 Watch our film.

01:26:07.000 No one has challenged BBC television, the premier news network on this planet.

01:26:13.000 During the last election, we had the documents and everybody knew that he didn't show up for medical exams, that he was gone for giant spaces.

01:26:20.000 None of that's debatable.

01:26:22.000 What they do is they produce some fake document, it gets discredited, none of the stories discredited, just that particular document, and the media ignores all the other admitted documents.

01:26:32.000 Right, and what it is, yeah, they use that, they say, then no one will touch the story.

01:26:36.000 Not only will no one touch the story, you know what 60 Minutes did?

01:26:38.000 They pulled from last Sunday They pulled from last Sunday a story about how the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq was a completely faked operation.

01:26:49.000 And they pulled it and said that this would be too controversial and they just can't act like that now.

01:26:55.000 They can't.

01:26:55.000 I mean, well, what are they there for?

01:26:57.000 I mean, I have to tell you that when Bush Family Fortunes, when BBC brought it up to one of the big networks, we were told, oh, Greg, it's a great film.

01:27:07.000 Can you do something less controversial?

01:27:08.000 I mean, you just can't.

01:27:09.000 You know, this is how the news is being is being self-censored in America by cash.

01:27:14.000 Hey listen, Greg, I don't get interviewed by mainstream media as much as you do, but I've been interviewed by a lot of national and international TV just in the last few months, and they openly say, look, we can't go that far, we know what you're saying is true, can you just say it like this so we can get it on TV?

01:27:30.000 Well, this is one of the problems, and so I've despaired of that.

01:27:32.000 You know, like I say, I'm on TV, I'm on the big nightly news program in Britain, I'm on in Brazil, in Germany, Ireland, You know, it's just news.

01:27:43.000 It's the information you should have.

01:27:44.000 But here I've got to put it on a DVD and we have to show it at the Paramount, which I don't mind.

01:27:50.000 You know, because we've made a good feature film out of it.

01:27:52.000 But I'll tell you, I just wish I could put it on the tube so you can just eat a bag of potato chips and chill out with a frosty, you know, and watch the news.

01:28:03.000 But they won't let you.

01:28:06.000 Now, I have to say that you have been, and I want people to understand how precious your show is, because the reports, the things you're hearing here, the rest of the world can get, but just barred unless you listen to Alex Jones.

01:28:19.000 Well, thanks for the plug.

01:28:22.000 That's sincere.

01:28:23.000 Well, thank you, sir.

01:28:23.000 Believe me.

01:28:24.000 Well, I mean, it's getting scarier when foreign governments can order the FBI to shut down web servers that shut down dozens and dozens of people's websites.

01:28:33.000 I mean, folks, we're really entering this system.

01:28:37.000 We're going to come back, talk about what's in the film, then go to your calls.

01:28:40.000 Everybody stay with us.

01:28:44.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

01:28:47.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:31:43.000 Don't forget to visit arkinstitute.com and read Jerry's food supply updates.

01:31:48.000 It's powerful stuff.

01:31:49.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:32:02.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:32:06.000 I'll tell you why governments of the world are going after free independent journalists and media and any platform where the people have a chance to hear their voices.

01:32:21.000 um Being broadcast to a large number of other people.

01:32:27.000 And that's because major media studies have come out by the government, universities, and industry, a bunch of them, depending on which study, 38 to 45 percent of people have tuned out of mainstream media and they've gone to alternative sources.

01:32:40.000 I mean, when a little website like mine gets tens of millions of visitors every month, and I'm not even in the top, you know, 20 alternative news sites out there, The globalists are in trouble.

01:32:51.000 When local indie media sites, where your voice can be heard, where you can go out and do reports, are getting more hits than the other local news stations, they're starting to panic.

01:33:02.000 And that's why we see this happening.

01:33:04.000 And so, yeah, when you punch a bully back in the nose, sometimes he punches back.

01:33:08.000 So don't feel like, you know, that we're losing this fight.

01:33:11.000 We are in information war that we can win because we have the truth.

01:33:18.000 They have to reapply their lies and play all these little tricks to try to convince people to not be involved or to not see the big picture.

01:33:26.000 But folks like Greg Pallast are really on the cutting edge and just have amazing histories of being incredibly accurate in their reporting.

01:33:35.000 Another place you can go to get information that will wake people up is my website.

01:35:41.000 Whatever.

01:35:43.000 When they see the truth, they know the truth in their guts, but challenge them to go check out the facts we present for themselves.

01:35:51.000 And now, Greg Palast, let's talk about your film and then tell folks how to get a copy.

01:35:54.000 Then we'll go to these calls.

01:35:56.000 The film is incredible.

01:35:58.000 You know, high-quality television production, as you said, very cinematic.

01:36:01.000 You go over the Bush family fortunes and who they are and what they're up to.

01:36:05.000 By the way, The Guardian just had a 13-page report of two Auschwitz victims suing the Bushes, because now even more of that's come out.

01:36:13.000 But your film just gets into the history of these people, not the Nazi connection.

01:36:17.000 Tell us about What your film covers?

01:36:19.000 Well, yeah.

01:36:20.000 I mean, by the way, you can go to GregPalast.com and hopefully we'll have it linked up with Alex quite soon.

01:36:26.000 GregPalast.com.

01:36:27.000 G-R-E-G-P-A-L-A-S-T. 1.00

01:36:30.000 And see a clip of the film yourself.

01:36:32.000 You tell me what you think.

01:36:33.000 But, okay, we start out with the George Bush war hero and show you the documents, how the guy got out.

01:36:40.000 And how, by the way, the documents of his, you know, were failing to show up.

01:36:45.000 We're shredded, at the request of the Commander-in-Chief of the Texas Air Guard, George W. Bush's office.

01:36:52.000 So that's very important.

01:36:54.000 We're not refighting the war from 30 years ago, guys.

01:36:56.000 We're trying to talk about what happened to these records.

01:36:58.000 The other thing is, then we move on to what happened in Florida in 2000, because it's going to happen again.

01:37:04.000 Which is, we show you that they knocked out tens of thousands of people, calling them criminals.

01:37:09.000 When they were just innocent people, in this case they're mostly black people because they knew which way they were voting, which is they're gonna vote against the Bush family. 0.77

01:37:19.000 And they call these people criminals!

01:37:21.000 And they were innocent, you know, they were innocent.

01:37:22.000 You'll see in the film.

01:37:23.000 I have a Gulf War veteran.

01:37:26.000 Four years in the military.

01:37:27.000 Gets out of the military, works in a hospital, and they said, no, you can't vote.

01:37:31.000 When he shows the vote, you can't vote.

01:37:32.000 You're a felon.

01:37:35.000 Now it just came out, Greg, that this was even in the New York Times, but it was in the Miami Papers, they sent out police task forces to old people's homes.

01:37:46.000 It didn't matter.

01:37:47.000 Cops got business at their house, going, we're in a voting task force, just checking to make sure you're not voting twice.

01:37:54.000 But in the last election, it was tens of thousands, tens and tens and tens of thousands.

01:37:59.000 If your name was David Jones, And have David Jones ever committed a crime?

01:38:03.000 Didn't they even found people who just had the name Jones who were blocked off because a John Jones did a crime, but your name's Tim Jones and... Oh yeah, I mean, no, it was a good gimmick, and in fact what we show them, which you'll see at the beginning of the film, is that the head of the Florida Department of Elections worked under Jeb Bush.

01:38:21.000 The guy is literally running away from me.

01:38:23.000 We had a set interview with BBC television.

01:38:25.000 We sat down nice and polite, expecting some guy with a nice British accent, right?

01:38:29.000 Against me.

01:38:30.000 And I begin to show him documents marked secret and confidential.

01:38:32.000 The guy rips off his lapel microphone, runs across the camera wires, locks himself in his office, then calls in the state troopers to remove me and my BBC television crew from the state capitol.

01:38:45.000 Just because we had a document.

01:38:47.000 I just wanted to ask about the document marked secret, you know?

01:38:49.000 Come on! 0.61

01:38:50.000 You know, was it deliberate?

01:38:52.000 And you know what most people do not know?

01:38:53.000 Is that on July 15th, after reviewing the information that you see in the film Bush Family Fortune, the U.S.

01:39:00.000 Civil Rights Commission voted to open a criminal investigation of Jeb Bush and his government.

01:39:06.000 Now again, folks, whether you're for Jeb Bush or, you know, George Bush or Al Gore or whoever, the truth is the truth.

01:39:13.000 Were Democrats caught with voting machines in their cars?

01:39:16.000 Were they caught running scams?

01:39:17.000 Yes, but it's the old-fashioned scams, not systematic, computer-operated, you know, engineering- The Democrats are guilty of what I call retail vote theft, you know.

01:39:29.000 Voting old people, dead people, making up stuff out of, you know, making up nasty ballots out of nursing homes, etc.

01:39:35.000 This is a whole new game.

01:39:37.000 And by the way, for those who've read my book, The Best Democracy Money Can Buy, you will know that I'm no friend of the Democratic Party either.

01:39:45.000 It's just that right now.

01:39:46.000 Let's talk more about your film on the Iraq stuff.

01:39:48.000 That's the most powerful.

01:39:49.000 But first off, Kerry.

01:39:52.000 I mean, last week I read, we're on 14 major policies, these guys are identical, and Kerry wants to expand the military!

01:40:00.000 Well, you know, I mean, I almost fell out of my seat when Kerry said in the debate, and I know a lot of my Democratic friends, because they're so used to me doing these investigations of the Bush family, because, well, the Bush family's fun.

01:40:10.000 It's like a real-life Corleone, you know?

01:40:13.000 So, of course I work on them, but...

01:40:15.000 But you know, when you look at Kerry, what comes out of his mouth?

01:40:18.000 What's his objection to what's happening in Iraq, to our kids being there?

01:40:22.000 We don't have enough troops there.

01:40:24.000 Well, who are you sending?

01:40:25.000 You know, I mean, there is, and of course there's this idea that we'll have allies, but you know, the Hobbit army is just a movie.

01:40:32.000 You know, it's not like the Croatians are like, can't wait to move in and take our place in Fallujah. 0.97

01:40:39.000 They aren't out there.

01:40:41.000 So what is this stuff?

01:40:42.000 Why do we need more?

01:40:43.000 And that, in a way, goes back To one thing that we found in the film, which is, you'll see me standing in front of the White House with a document, 101 pages long.

01:40:54.000 It is the plan, which was begun in 2001, and before any towers were hit, which is the plans to divide up all the assets of Iraq, what they call privatized, all the state assets of Iraq.

01:41:08.000 And Greg, let me stop you right there.

01:41:11.000 For those who just joined us, okay, Understand, this isn't Richard Clark, this isn't O'Neill.

01:41:19.000 You can say, oh, they're partisan, they're sour grapes.

01:41:22.000 We have the PNAC document from 2000, September 2000, where they say, Saddam isn't a threat, it's about the oil, we're going to use it as a military launch base.

01:41:31.000 Then in 2001, they're in the meetings, Greg's got the documents, dividing up the oil fields, and then Bush says, oh, I never Well, yeah, in fact, one thing you'll see is that you will see maps of Iraq with these splotches on them, which are oil fields, which are now, of course, battlefields.

01:41:58.000 And these are the documents that Dick Cheney, our Vice President, literally went over with chieftains from oil companies.

01:42:05.000 I'm not kidding you.

01:42:07.000 They also had another committee out of the White House, run by a woman named Pam Wainwright, in which they were... I'm talking, like, within days of the inauguration, in which they were planning out what they were going to do with Iraq after the conquest.

01:42:22.000 Well, that's what O'Neal said.

01:42:23.000 He walked in to talk about business, and they go, no, all we talk about is oil.

01:42:27.000 And they would have these big maps up.

01:42:30.000 And that's right, including the map of Iraq.

01:42:33.000 And you'll see this document which says, especially the oil fields.

01:42:35.000 Now, talk about authentication, right?

01:42:38.000 This is not a Dan Rather operation, this is BBC.

01:42:41.000 You know who authenticated our document?

01:42:44.000 It was General Jay Garner.

01:42:46.000 General Garner is the guy that George Bush appointed to run Iraq when these tanks started rolling.

01:42:54.000 But what happened was that Garner said the President told him that we were there To bring democracy to Iraq.

01:43:02.000 So he said, okay, and he called for elections within 90 days and here's the phrase he used, he said, it's their country, their oil.

01:43:11.000 And that phrase got him fired.

01:43:13.000 That night he arrived in Baghdad, he was fired by Rumsfeld because I showed him the document.

01:43:18.000 I said, did they really have this plan to divide up the oil fields and sell them off?

01:43:22.000 He said, yeah, they really did.

01:43:23.000 He said, but he objected because he said, If we do that, if we grab their oil, we're going to have to fight them for it.

01:43:31.000 And this is the point I wanted to make.

01:43:33.000 That's why all these Republicans who ran the air war for Bush Sr., top generals, heads of the Air Force, heads of the Army, people who are Republicans.

01:43:43.000 ...have gone with Kerry.

01:43:43.000 And I'm not saying Kerry's good.

01:43:45.000 They'll do the same thing. 1.00

01:43:45.000 They're foolish. 1.00

01:43:46.000 The point is, they've all left because they actually care about the troops, and they've said, this plan is going to go into civil war. 1.00

01:43:54.000 It will fail.

01:43:55.000 What is your problem?

01:43:57.000 Well, you know, that's the whole thing.

01:43:58.000 Well, it depends if you think it fails.

01:44:00.000 Think of it this way.

01:44:02.000 We have a president who doesn't want to talk about the economy, for sure.

01:44:06.000 Health insurance, your job.

01:44:08.000 Uh, you know, trade, uh, the World Trade Organization.

01:44:11.000 You don't want that on the agenda.

01:44:12.000 Instead, he's our war president.

01:44:14.000 Well, he can't be a war president without a war. 0.56

01:44:16.000 So, I mean, you know, and don't forget who took Jay Garner's place.

01:44:20.000 Remember, General Jay Garner is the guy who verified our documents for BBC and explained how they were, you know, that they were completely committed to grabbing all the assets.

01:44:30.000 By the way, that includes the top six banks of Iraq.

01:44:33.000 Because they're handling the oil, the cash flow from the oil.

01:44:37.000 It includes changing their copyright laws, their tax laws, allowing foreign ownership of absolutely everything.

01:44:43.000 And he said, we can't impose this!

01:44:46.000 with tanks.

01:44:47.000 Yeah, so our media says we're coming here to liberate you, but imagine if Russia came here, took over, and then started taking over all your businesses and bulldozing your fields.

01:45:01.000 I mean, would that make you love the Russians?

01:45:03.000 Well, you know, the other thing is here, you know, Garner said what we should do is be buying up the wheat harvest.

01:45:09.000 You know, Iraq was like the, you know, the kind of granary of the Mideast. 0.96

01:45:13.000 You know, we should be buying up their grain harvest so that the farmers can survive and eat and keep the rural areas going.

01:45:19.000 Instead, our administration brought in hundreds of thousands of tons of wheat from Cargill's Australian unit.

01:45:29.000 And who was in charge of the administration's policy on bringing in, dumping all this stuff into Iraq? 0.73

01:45:36.000 Let me guess.

01:45:37.000 It was an executive from Cargill, of course.

01:45:40.000 So to understand this, folks, they've done everything that will break down the society, then they put out these phony numbers about how happy the Iraqis are. 1.00

01:45:49.000 I've talked to Western reporters that have been there.

01:45:53.000 It is much worse than before the war, but you listen to Paul Harvey, he tells you how great it is over there now.

01:45:58.000 Well, you know, the truth was, I talked to, you know, one thing that the BBC reporters have an advantage over American reporters is most of our reporters speak Arabic.

01:46:07.000 I mean, it's one, you know, we've sent people over, you have to learn the language.

01:46:11.000 And at first, by the way, most people in Iraq, the reports you're getting all over the country, people are really happy to get rid of that cockroach Saddam. 0.85

01:46:20.000 Yeah, that's exactly what I got from military people that were over there. 0.80

01:46:23.000 They said the truth is that the Iraqi people are really happy to get rid of this guy who is seizing their husbands and sons and stuff in the middle of the night, and they want to get rid of this monster. 0.99

01:46:33.000 However, it's like when you invite an exterminator in to get rid of your cockroaches, and then they move into your living room and sleep in your bed and clean out your fridge, and they're there for two years.

01:46:43.000 And they set up the rape rooms in the very same prisons Saddam used! 0.78

01:46:46.000 You know, and so what happens is that we're creating war.

01:46:50.000 This is what Garner was so worried about.

01:46:52.000 He says, we're making more enemies than we began with.

01:46:55.000 Well, that's what... I'm sure you're familiar with the Pentagon Office P-2-O-G.

01:47:00.000 No, I didn't know that one.

01:47:01.000 Okay, well about two years ago, just type P-2-O-G, Greg, into a search engine and it'll pop up, UPI Associated Press, a Pentagon office set up to get people to attack us.

01:47:14.000 To go out and stir people up.

01:47:16.000 To, quote, make them show themselves and to actually create terrorists.

01:47:20.000 Well, you know, like I say, you can't, well, consider this.

01:47:24.000 Garner is fired.

01:47:25.000 Who replaces him?

01:47:26.000 A guy named Jerry Bremmer.

01:47:27.000 Who's ever heard of Jerry Bremmer?

01:47:29.000 What is his qualification?

01:47:31.000 Garner was experienced in Iraq.

01:47:33.000 Bremmer's single qualification was that he is the CEO of Kissinger Associates.

01:47:40.000 And now, now the new guy helped run the death squads in Latin America.

01:47:45.000 Yeah, oh yeah.

01:47:47.000 It's like it's unbelievable.

01:47:49.000 So what happened is that, you know, so Bremmer comes in and the first thing he does is he cancels the elections in Najaf and Fallujah, so once You know, they could have had their own leaders.

01:48:00.000 Instead, we end up with, of course, maniacs with guns taking over these towns, which then our kids are, you know, marching down the street hoping to stop the so-called insurgents.

01:48:12.000 So, you've got this huge problem.

01:48:13.000 This is what we're trying to bring up.

01:48:15.000 Now, you have to understand, in Bush Family Fortunes, we show you these documents, we show you the oil field maps, we stand in front of the White House, we have on camera General Jay Gardner laying the whole thing out, And this stuff that, by the way, the rest of the world could see on their television, but now you can see it in a film, you know, on a DVD, which you can get through Alex, or go to GregPalast.com.

01:48:39.000 You know, the whole point of Bush Family Fortune, the great shame is that you, is that You should be able to watch this on your nightly news, find out your news about your country, but if not, me and Alex will straighten you out.

01:48:50.000 We've just got to circumvent the mainstream media, obviously.

01:48:54.000 When we get back, I want to go real fast to Barney and Karen, Michael and Paul, and those that have been holding the longest, but people can go to GreggPalast.com and get a copy of the DVD.

01:49:03.000 Yes, they can, or your usual suspects like Amazon, etc., and keep checking the Alex Jones website.

01:49:08.000 I know, I'm going to order some.

01:49:10.000 I'm going to carry it.

01:49:11.000 Months ago, before I even came out with it, he said, hey, you want to carry this?

01:49:13.000 And I just forgot about it and got so busy.

01:49:15.000 But I've now had a chance to sit down and watch it.

01:49:18.000 It's very, very powerful information.

01:49:21.000 And tomorrow night, 7 to 9 p.m., downtown, on Congress Street, at the historical Paramount Theater, it holds 1,400 people, so there will be plenty of room.

01:49:32.000 It won't be like one of my showings where it's only 300 seats and it sells out.

01:49:36.000 It might sell out, though, so get there early.

01:49:38.000 Buy tickets there at the door.

01:49:40.000 We'll see you there tomorrow night.

01:49:41.000 I'm going to get off my TV show at 8 o'clock and drive over there.

01:49:44.000 We'll be back with Greg Powell and some of your phone calls.

01:49:46.000 Thanks for being patient.

01:52:48.000 Waging war on corruption.

01:53:00.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:53:05.000 If your family's not free, my family's not free.

01:53:08.000 If we have corrupt politicians just engaging in looting of the economy and the Bill of Rights at levels never before seen, we're in trouble.

01:53:16.000 And it's not about left or right, it's about right or wrong.

01:53:19.000 And the Bushes are a crime family, folks.

01:53:22.000 I heard this propaganda, how he gets on his knees every day, and how Christian he is.

01:53:26.000 Folks, Skull and Bones, Bohemian Grove is not Christian. 1.00

01:53:29.000 I mean, it's just all phoniness!

01:53:31.000 Let's go through some calls here quickly.

01:53:33.000 Barney in Maryland, you're on the air with Greg Palast.

01:53:36.000 Go ahead.

01:53:36.000 Yeah, how you doing?

01:53:38.000 I got two points, Alex.

01:53:39.000 Okay.

01:53:40.000 First one is, what we have to do is prepare to help these young people that are going to be drafted to go to these unconstitutional wars.

01:53:50.000 You know, during the Vietnam War, when the people like Clinton dodged the draft, Uh, they couldn't prosecute him because it was unconstitutional war.

01:54:00.000 They couldn't even prosecute Clinton for going up into Russia and demonstrating against you, uh, the war in Vietnam because it was unconstitutional war.

01:54:12.000 And what we got to do is, is get these young, help these young people out, be prepared for it.

01:54:19.000 And we've got to withdraw our troops from all over the world where they're unconstitutionally placed there.

01:54:26.000 And on the second point is on the toll road.

01:54:30.000 We know that the powers granted to the federal government by the Constitution are enumerated.

01:54:36.000 And the Fed may have a say about the roads in the state as far as interstate commerce goes, but they don't have any say over the roads.

01:54:47.000 No, I hear you.

01:54:48.000 Wonderful points.

01:54:48.000 Barney, I hear you.

01:54:49.000 God bless you.

01:54:51.000 I appreciate those points.

01:54:52.000 They pulled this stunt last week of voting down the draft bill to make you think that it's a conspiracy in urban legends, the term they use.

01:54:59.000 They've got 12 draft bills introduced.

01:55:01.000 They've reset up the draft boards.

01:55:03.000 They admit that after the election, that's when they'll probably try it.

01:55:06.000 I don't know if they will, because there's so much resistance against it, but clearly the Pentagon has been studying a draft.

01:55:13.000 Greg Palast?

01:55:14.000 Well, yeah, what we're looking at, look, they're drawing down their reserves.

01:55:18.000 They're also pulling in people to sign up.

01:55:22.000 And moving them in early.

01:55:23.000 So in other words, they're kind of using up people to fill quotas, and they're going to run out within a year of people signing up.

01:55:29.000 Well, they've got stock gaps of people that have already served!

01:55:32.000 Right, and then as, you know, I will say, Kerry, correct me if I'm wrong, but we've got a backdoor draft.

01:55:36.000 People signed up for the National Guard.

01:55:37.000 They thought that they're here to protect against an attack on the United States itself.

01:55:44.000 Instead, you know, they're wandering around the Tigris River.

01:55:48.000 You know, that's not what you sign up for the National Guard for.

01:55:52.000 One thing you can pretty much count on, if the scene doesn't change, is something called a skills draft.

01:55:59.000 And that was in the Houston Chronicle.

01:56:01.000 That's with coroners and doctors and engineers.

01:56:04.000 Right, they're going to pick out, you know, well, they're not going to have a lottery and a general draft, but boom, you're an airplane engineer, guess what?

01:56:11.000 You know, report.

01:56:13.000 Uh, that, you know, so that's the type of thing that people are going to just kind of be cherry-picked out of our economy.

01:56:18.000 Let's talk to Kara.

01:56:20.000 Let's exactly, Greg's absolutely right.

01:56:21.000 Kara in Colorado.

01:56:23.000 You're on the air, Kara, go ahead.

01:56:24.000 Hi there, um, I have a question for, uh, uh, Mr. Palast, the one with Alex.

01:56:29.000 Um, I was just wondering what, uh, what you see as far as the Osama bin Laden, you know, rollout, so to speak.

01:56:35.000 Do you think that'll happen before the election?

01:56:37.000 Yeah, Madeleine Albright said this, everybody else, we don't.

01:56:40.000 Grassley said it.

01:56:41.000 What do you think of the story?

01:56:43.000 Well, I mean, you know, they're not going to be able to produce Osama bin Laden. 0.89

01:56:46.000 They could always produce... We have some DNA.

01:56:48.000 We're not sure what it is yet, you know.

01:56:51.000 We got some DNA that, you know, we blew up some cave there and in the rubble we got a toenail.

01:56:57.000 Or, you know, we got one of his towels from the Paris Hilton.

01:57:02.000 You know, this is the other con, is the idea that Osama bin Laden is hanging out in a cave.

01:57:08.000 And, you know, John Kerry's still talking about Tora Bora.

01:57:10.000 Get off it, John.

01:57:11.000 I mean, I like you, but, you know...

01:57:13.000 Let's start getting real.

01:57:14.000 This guy is a billionaire.

01:57:15.000 He has his own golf stream.

01:57:16.000 He has two dialysis machines.

01:57:18.000 You know?

01:57:19.000 More likely, he shaved his beard and has two barbies massaging his feet at the Ritz Hotel in Paris.

01:57:27.000 Five more minutes with Greg Pallas.

01:57:27.000 Alright.

01:57:29.000 Cherub, stay there. 0.99

01:57:30.000 We'll let you get out your second question.

01:57:31.000 And Michael and Paul, that's all I have time for, as those callers have been holding the longest.

01:57:35.000 Then we'll come back with the presidential candidate for the Libertarians, who was kidnapped.

01:57:40.000 And we'll be right back.

01:57:41.000 Big Brother.

01:57:41.000 Fox, stay with us.

01:57:51.000 Mainstream media.

01:57:53.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:54.000 You want answers?

01:57:55.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:07.000 Alright, award-winning news tonight.

01:58:09.000 BBC Reporter, also written for major newspapers.

01:58:13.000 Best-selling author.

01:58:14.000 New film out.

01:58:16.000 Bush Family Fortunes will be in Austin, Texas at the Paramount Theater tomorrow night, 7 to 9 p.m.

01:58:22.000 I'll be there for the second half after my live TV show ends.

01:58:25.000 Hope to see you down there on Congress Street for Greg Powell's tomorrow night and get tickets there at the door.

01:58:32.000 But I suggest you get there early.

01:58:33.000 It might sell out.

01:58:34.000 It's a big theater though, 1,400 people.

01:58:37.000 Uh, just a few minutes left with Gregg Pallas.

01:58:40.000 Make your comments and questions very quick.

01:58:42.000 Kara, what was your second question?

01:58:44.000 Go ahead.

01:58:44.000 Oh, my second question, um, I happened to see on the news last night.

01:58:48.000 It was really disgusting.

01:58:49.000 A woman from San Diego, I guess, refused to be felt up by a screener at DIA here in Denver. 0.97

01:58:56.000 Uh, so she drove home.

01:58:58.000 And, uh, it was a female screener, but she still refused.

01:59:01.000 And, I mean, they're showing that on the news, and they, oh, well, it's okay, you know, because her supervisor and, and the, well, actually, I think it was the, um, uh, what is it, the Transportation Safety Board or whatever said.

01:59:11.000 That that is perfectly okay.

01:59:12.000 That they must feel under, around, and between the breasts. 0.95

01:59:17.000 Yeah, I saw this.

01:59:18.000 Thanks for the call.

01:59:19.000 The Associated Press two weeks ago reported that the exam is identical to the exam a woman gets for breast cancer.

01:59:25.000 I have watched them take a woman over to the side and watched men begin squeezing their breasts.

01:59:31.000 I would become violent if they did this to my wife, or at least would tell them to stop. 0.77

01:59:34.000 And if you tell them to stop, they then arrest you.

01:59:37.000 Greg, this is a joke.

01:59:38.000 Well, you know, they're supposedly saving us from terrorists, right?

01:59:42.000 I mean, look, on September 11th, we were attacked by foreign hijackers.

01:59:48.000 On September 12th, we Americans became the suspects in the crime.

01:59:53.000 I'm still waiting to find out when Americans have been attacking America.

01:59:57.000 It's not happening.

01:59:59.000 And what's happening, we're the suspects, we're the ones getting, you know, manhandled, and plus it's goofy.

02:00:05.000 I mean, they're telling us to take off our shoes. 0.93

02:00:07.000 They're, you know, grabbing women by the breasts. 1.00

02:00:10.000 I mean, this is like, they're trying to save us?

02:00:12.000 Greg, now they're saying under the Caps 2 system it's going to go to buses and trains and this will be our whole life.

02:00:18.000 Michael in Kentucky, you're on the air.

02:00:19.000 Go ahead, Michael.

02:00:22.000 I feel like the downfall of our republic was, and I say this in the past tense, the use of staged conflict to maintain power.

02:00:31.000 And this is the land of choice.

02:00:34.000 This is the land of choice, but we only have two candidates.

02:00:37.000 Come on.

02:00:38.000 We've got ten brands of cars, ten brands of ice cream, or whatever else, and we have the choice of Tweedledum, Tweedledee here.

02:00:46.000 And I don't think the real people, the real power behind the scenes cares who wins this election, because they're going to play it however they've set the stage.

02:00:53.000 According to Kerry, the policies are almost identical.

02:00:55.000 No matter who wins, we lose, Greg.

02:00:58.000 Well, I mean, one thing I have checked out is the oil industry is definitely hedging their bets.

02:01:02.000 Now, obviously, they feel very close to the Bush family, but I do know some of the big guys are still now putting in money into Kerry just to hedge the bets.

02:01:12.000 The scene ain't going to change.

02:01:15.000 Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

02:01:18.000 Thanks, Michael.

02:01:19.000 Paul in California, last caller for Greg Palast.

02:01:22.000 Go ahead, Paul.

02:01:24.000 God bless you.

02:01:25.000 Can you tell me what's the best way to donate to you?

02:01:29.000 Well, don't donate.

02:01:30.000 I want to help out Alex Jones, first of all, but the other is go to gregpalast.com.

02:01:35.000 Get the film, Bush Family Fortunes.

02:01:37.000 Later, you'll be able to get it off of Alex's site.

02:01:39.000 Take a look, just, you know, gregpalast.com, and you can watch parts of it, and the BBC reports that you're denied.

02:01:45.000 So that's gregpalast.com.

02:01:49.000 Don't donate, get the material, and get it out.

02:01:52.000 Yeah, buy ten copies of the DVD, but anything else, Paul?

02:01:55.000 Yeah, right.

02:01:58.000 I appealed to you to make something up for the ladies. 1.00

02:02:02.000 Because I've had great success sitting out in front of a grocery store getting petitions to repeal the Patriot Act.

02:02:11.000 At any rate, the New American, you know what that is?

02:02:14.000 The New American Magazine?

02:02:15.000 Yes.

02:02:16.000 Okay, the cover on it for the latest issue, I think it is, has got a picture of the microchip.

02:02:25.000 Two fingers, you know, holding the tiny microchip.

02:02:27.000 Yeah, telling us how great it is for our security.

02:02:29.000 Right.

02:02:29.000 Thanks, Paul.

02:02:30.000 Greg Palast, I'll see you tomorrow night here in Austin, Texas at the Paramount Theater.

02:02:35.000 Okay, 7 p.m.

02:02:36.000 Thanks a lot, Alex.

02:02:37.000 See you there.

02:02:37.000 Bye.

02:02:38.000 Hey, good having you on with us.

02:02:39.000 We'll come back with Michael Bachnerik, more of your calls, and a bunch of other news.

02:02:43.000 Sorry I had to hurry through the calls.

02:02:45.000 Are you one of the millions of Americans who suffer from gum disease like gingivitis?

02:02:49.000 If so, hope has arrived.

02:02:51.000 I'd like to introduce you to Vitamir.

02:02:53.000 Vitamir is the all-natural toothpaste and mouthwash designed to protect against and promote healing of gum disease.

02:02:58.000 Unlike most toothpaste and mouthwash, Vitamir contains no alcohol, no sugar, and no fluoride.

02:03:03.000 Instead, Vitamir products contain zinc to inhibit plaque growth and promote healing, folic acid to reduce inflammation, myrrh used since biblical times for gum disease, and clove oil.

02:03:12.000 Gum disease is serious.

02:03:14.000 Research links gum disease to health problems like diabetes, stroke, and heart disease.

02:03:18.000 With a regular program of oral hygiene, including Vitamir toothpaste and mouthwash, your chances of experiencing gum disease will be greatly diminished.

02:03:25.000 Find out for yourself why health professionals across America are recommending Vitamir.

02:04:44.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

02:04:45.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

02:04:49.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

02:04:53.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

02:04:57.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

02:05:01.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

02:05:03.000 Why have police attacked people on the streets indiscriminately?

02:05:06.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

02:05:11.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

02:05:15.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

02:05:18.000 The neighbors in that area, Sandpoint Naval Air Station, were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

02:05:25.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

02:05:43.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

02:05:53.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:05:57.000 Well, he really missed it in the last hour.

02:05:59.000 Dynamic interview with Greg Palast, who was there in New York watching all the arrest of liberal conservative reporters.

02:06:06.000 It didn't matter.

02:06:08.000 Then we got into the Bush family fortunes and the real documents and the scams of the war.

02:06:12.000 Al Carey is really the same creature.

02:06:15.000 Then we'll get into news, websites, Indymedia, say the FBI seized their server.

02:06:20.000 But why this is important, it was done under international law, shutting down over 20 websites, and they won't even say why.

02:06:28.000 So this is your global government for you, my friends.

02:06:31.000 And also, an AFP article, Kenyan Nobel Prize Laureate claims AIDS virus deliberately created as a biological weapon.

02:06:39.000 We already know that.

02:06:41.000 But here it is, mainstream news.

02:06:44.000 We have the actual documents.

02:06:46.000 So, all that's coming up, and yes, we'll take a lot of your calls in this third hour at 1-800-259-9231.

02:06:54.000 Joining us is Michael Bagnerik, a good friend of mine.

02:06:57.000 He's right here in Austin, Texas.

02:06:59.000 He is a Libertarian presidential candidate and an expert on the Constitution.

02:07:05.000 Candidates arrested at debate, Libertarian Green Party nominees, and I've met the Green Party presidential candidate as well, interviewed him in New York.

02:07:13.000 tried to serve commission.

02:07:15.000 Both are very nice, gentile gentlemen.

02:07:18.000 Two-third party presidential candidates were arrested at the presidential debate in St.

02:07:22.000 Louis where they tried to serve the debate commission with a show-cause order. 0.96

02:07:27.000 Michael Bagnerik of the Libertarian Party and David Cobb of the Green Party were protesting their exclusion from the debate between President Bush and Democratic Party nominee John Kerry.

02:07:40.000 And it continues, just as the debate began, the two candidates purposely crossed a police verdicate and were arrested.

02:07:47.000 The debate took place at Washington University.

02:07:49.000 The campus was alive with protesters and backers of both major candidates.

02:07:54.000 And it continues, protesters had no direct path to which the school's athletic complex for the 90-minute studio debate with George Bush's Democratic rival.

02:08:04.000 And the Green Party candidate said his purpose was to expose the un-democratic nature of these debates.

02:08:08.000 Now, I remember interviewing Charles Key.

02:08:13.000 Allen Key.

02:08:14.000 I always think of Charles Key exposing Oklahoma City and Oklahoma.

02:08:18.000 Allen Key is the former ambassador to the U.N.

02:08:21.000 and the Reagan administration, who in the 96 debates was listed as a Republican on the list of debaters by the debate commission.

02:08:30.000 He got enough votes in primaries.

02:08:32.000 And when he showed up there, they just said, they've decided you can't come.

02:08:37.000 The other candidates, and had him kidnapped for an hour and a half, and they threw him out on the side of the highway, literally in a crack-infested neighborhood.

02:08:45.000 The police did it on purpose.

02:08:47.000 He barely made it out of there.

02:08:48.000 You know, a guy in a three-piece suit, being thrown out by a basketball court where crack dealers were operating.

02:08:54.000 And we interviewed Alan Keyes about that.

02:08:57.000 Back in 98, at the end of Bush's speech here in Austin, it was actually Round Rock, at the DuPont photo masking plant, open to the public, I said, what about the Council on Foreign Relations of the Federal Reserve?

02:09:07.000 Isn't that destroying America, Governor?

02:09:10.000 And they almost broke my arm, kidnapped me for an hour, threw me out on the side of the highway.

02:09:15.000 So, joining us to talk about the debate, to talk about what happened to him, to talk about just the whole nature of the police state, is my friend and presidential candidate for the Libertarians, the biggest third party in the country, Michael Bagnerik.

02:09:27.000 Michael, good to have you on.

02:09:29.000 Good to have you back.

02:09:30.000 Good to be on, Alex.

02:09:31.000 Good to hear from you, and I hope we can have you at our party on November 2nd.

02:09:37.000 We're throwing a little election day party.

02:09:39.000 I'd love to have you there.

02:09:40.000 Well, that's wonderful.

02:09:41.000 Where is it going to be held?

02:09:42.000 It's going to be at the Sports Bar at 183 and MoPac at Legends.

02:09:49.000 Well, I'll certainly be there.

02:09:50.000 That's a nice restaurant.

02:09:52.000 Okay, now, Michael, let's go over what happened to you and the Green Party candidate as well.

02:09:59.000 Well, basically, the Arizona Libertarian Party has filed a lawsuit against the Commission for Presidential Debates.

02:10:07.000 We've been trying to serve those papers.

02:10:09.000 Whenever you file a lawsuit, you have to let the party know that they have been sued.

02:10:15.000 And it is against the law to interfere with a process server.

02:10:19.000 So I was acting as a process server in St.

02:10:22.000 Louis trying to hand this paperwork to somebody on the Commission.

02:10:27.000 The original plan was that this was going to be a very orchestrated thing where the police would tell us politely not to step across the line and that David and I would do that.

02:10:36.000 When it came down to it, we were confronted by the riot police with their helmets and shields and batons.

02:10:43.000 They remind me very much of Darth Vader and the Roman Army.

02:10:48.000 The Roman Army used exactly the same phalanx strategy to keep people back.

02:10:53.000 And I was in a suit and tie.

02:10:57.000 No, I saw you in the background on national television.

02:11:00.000 I was sitting around with my family.

02:11:03.000 We went to a little family outing this weekend.

02:11:05.000 My parents and my wife and children were all there.

02:11:07.000 And I see Michael Bagnerikov in the background.

02:11:10.000 Well, the people who were holding the shields had just a look of hatred in their eyes.

02:11:15.000 I mean, these people are not in the intent of protecting liberty.

02:11:18.000 They were looking for trouble.

02:11:20.000 And I was very careful not to make any gestures that might be misconstrued as a threatening gesture.

02:11:26.000 And finally, A huge officer in the back row beckoned me through and they opened up the failing so long enough for me to walk through and get arrested.

02:11:35.000 So, fortunately, it was a political event, but it could very easily have turned into a life-threatening event for me.

02:11:44.000 Well, I want to go through what happened to you once they took you into custody, what happened to the other candidate for the Greens, but going back in time here, Bill Clinton Could not refuse servers going to the White House.

02:11:56.000 They had to let them in. 0.99

02:11:57.000 Now, a few years ago, under Bush, when people wanted to sue over Halliburton and Enron documents, they told process servers, police, we will arrest you if you come to the White House.

02:12:10.000 So this is pure tyranny.

02:12:12.000 You were trying to not serve the executive, though.

02:12:14.000 You were trying to serve the debate commission, which stages these events.

02:12:19.000 And what happened to you after, I mean, described to us play-by-play how the arrest took place?

02:12:24.000 Well, actually, it's not as exciting.

02:12:26.000 We got through the line, and once we were behind the lines, the police officers there understood that this was a political event, and we were not, David Cobb and I certainly were not a threat to anybody's safety.

02:12:37.000 They were very polite, very dignified.

02:12:39.000 They handcuffed us, we filled out paperwork, and they put us in the van.

02:12:43.000 Then just as we were getting ready to leave for the police station, they stopped the van, and we had to stay another hour because five college students had been walking home during their normal pass back to the dormitory, and because they were unaware that the debate was happening in that particular building, they were thrown to the ground and handcuffed.

02:13:03.000 And so we had three young men and two young women who went to the jail with us, and simply for walking home from school.

02:13:13.000 And so, when we finally were thrown out of the police station at 12-01, David Cobb and I were signing autographs for students who were upset that they had been arrested, but they were thrilled that they had been arrested with two celebrities.

02:13:29.000 That's right, two presidential candidates.

02:13:32.000 The Libertarians are a large party now.

02:13:34.000 They've got a lot of people elected at the state level.

02:13:38.000 Just incredible.

02:13:39.000 Now, did they charge you with something?

02:13:41.000 Well, they've charged us with refusing to follow a rational or reasonable direction from a police officer, and then once we were in the van, they added trespassing on to the end of it.

02:13:55.000 During the time that they were talking to us, the police opened up the back door of the van, and they said, which one of you guys is a presidential candidate?

02:14:02.000 And I said, well, we're both presidential candidates.

02:14:05.000 I said, doesn't it strike you as a little odd that you have two presidential candidates in handcuffs at a presidential debate?

02:14:11.000 Well, they threatened to arrest Ralph Nader in 2000 if he showed up to the debate.

02:14:15.000 Remember that?

02:14:16.000 Right.

02:14:19.000 Henry Ford once said that you can have your car painted any color you want as long as it's black.

02:14:24.000 Well, that's clearly not a choice.

02:14:26.000 And the Democrats and Republicans want you to think that you can have any president you want as long as it's Bush or Kerry.

02:14:32.000 Well, that's obviously not a choice.

02:14:35.000 We recently selected Miss America from over 50 contestants, and the office of president is far more important.

02:14:41.000 So the American people have a right You know, that's a good point you just made, Michael Bachnerik, presidential candidate for the Libertarians, on the national platform, on the ticket.

02:14:51.000 Imagine having a Miss America where it was two Miss Americas from the same town, the same university, the same 15-member fraternity, who just so happen to be cousins.

02:15:00.000 Do you think people would say the Miss America contest was rigged, Michael?

02:15:04.000 I think that's probably true, and I think that more and more people are coming to grips with the idea that voting for the lesser of two evils is not the right strategy.

02:15:14.000 Being a libertarian this year is like selling ice water in hell.

02:15:18.000 People are actively looking for another party.

02:15:23.000 I got onto an elevator dressed casually with a campaign shirt, and five or six people in the elevator noted that, at NARIC for president, we've never heard of him.

02:15:32.000 So I shook hands, introduced myself, and let them know that I was running for president, and suddenly everybody in the elevator was voting for me.

02:15:37.000 Simply because I was- Listen, Michael, as I said months ago when we talked to you, if they let you in the debates, if they put you on a lot of big TV shows, I don't mean just a few, if they- because you're very intelligent, very well informed, very dynamic character, if you were able to get in there and bring forward your views, I don't think the Greens could do this because their views aren't popular, You could be president, but because the media shuts it all down, people aren't even going to know you exist!

02:16:03.000 And that's the biggest problem that we're fighting, the fact that 50% of the people in the United States have never even heard of the Libertarian Party.

02:16:10.000 And I appreciate you letting me be on the air, because I know that your show is popular across the nation.

02:16:16.000 Every time I show up someplace, people are asking me if I know Alex Jones.

02:16:21.000 And they are very thrilled.

02:16:23.000 I'm thrilled to let them know that you and I are personal friends.

02:16:26.000 Well, Michael, we are friends, and I really think you're doing a great job, and I'm sad you got arrested, but I'm more concerned that they've charged you with something, and now you're going to have to spend time fighting this.

02:16:37.000 They really should throw it out of court.

02:16:39.000 Well, we might be able to get that thrown out.

02:16:41.000 Again, this is all a political event.

02:16:43.000 We're trying to draw attention to the fact that There are several presidential candidates who are on the ballot in enough states to actually win the election, and we are not allowed to participate in the debate.

02:16:55.000 When George and John are the only ones, the questions are scripted, the answers are scripted.

02:17:00.000 It resembles more of a Broadway play than a debate.

02:17:04.000 Well, it is a Broadway play, and I notice Kerry's hair has suddenly turned gray.

02:17:09.000 I mean, even gray, their hair looked like the, you know, the... Elder statesman, yeah.

02:17:13.000 You know, the elder silverback. 0.93

02:17:16.000 It's just getting really ridiculous. 0.55

02:17:18.000 Michael Bachnerik, please stay there.

02:17:20.000 I want to come back and talk about your website, your campaign, how folks get involved.

02:17:25.000 How long do you have to stay with us?

02:17:26.000 I know you're on the road.

02:17:29.000 Whatever until the end of the hour, I guess.

02:21:59.000 Coming up in the next segment, we're going to go over news and Michael Bagner can get his unique response and take on that.

02:22:10.000 And take your phone calls, your chance to talk to a Libertarian presidential candidate who was arrested last Friday for trying as a process server to serve any member of the debate commission, which were all over the place.

02:22:22.000 And these debates are admittedly staged.

02:22:26.000 Michael, I think this is something important to talk about because everybody instinctively now is talking about how these are staged.

02:22:33.000 Last week you had Edwards three times going, oh, I broke the rule.

02:22:36.000 Oh, I'm sorry, I broke the rule.

02:22:38.000 Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot the rules.

02:22:40.000 They can't even call each other by their names.

02:22:42.000 That's how controlled it is.

02:22:43.000 The questions are pre-written.

02:22:45.000 Then the questioner gets to quote select which of those pre-selected questions and calls that freedom.

02:22:51.000 And then now on top of all of this, They don't bring in any third-party candidates.

02:22:59.000 It's just incredible.

02:23:00.000 But I remember watching debates.

02:23:01.000 In fact, over the weekend, they were re-airing them.

02:23:04.000 So I watched them C-SPAN.

02:23:05.000 I watched the 1988 debate between Dukakis and Bush, George Herbert Walker.

02:23:10.000 There were giant auditoriums, tens of thousands of people.

02:23:13.000 There was clapping, everything.

02:23:14.000 I mean, back then they were more of a real debate than they are now.

02:23:18.000 Stuff's really gotten to be staged.

02:23:20.000 Yes, it has.

02:23:21.000 And I think that people realize that.

02:23:24.000 Again, the Libertarians are filing a lawsuit.

02:23:27.000 There will be a judge reviewing that lawsuit tomorrow morning.

02:23:31.000 And we think that, A, I will be allowed into the debate, B, George Bush and John Kerry will cancel the debate so that I don't have an opportunity to get into it, or C, I will end up being arrested again in Tempe, Arizona, attempting to participate in that debate.

02:23:49.000 Were you ever able to serve them?

02:23:52.000 No, I got about four feet through the line before they put me in handcuffs.

02:23:57.000 I was a free man for about six seconds.

02:24:01.000 And so now you're going to be before this judge?

02:24:05.000 Well, the process, the lawsuit itself, is being handled in Arizona.

02:24:11.000 And there is an anomaly with it, something about the Arizona Constitution, which allows us to do this, makes our case that much stronger.

02:24:20.000 And so As Libertarians, we feel we have what is like a bulletproof lawsuit, which means the judges can have to create some Alice in Wonderland excuse to deprive us of access to the debate.

02:24:34.000 What is the suit?

02:24:36.000 What are you saying in the suit?

02:24:38.000 Basically, that they're using taxpayer money, they're using a taxpayer-funded college, and that based on the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act, which means that they have to have equal distribution between the parties, That they are obligated by their own rules that they have written to include me into this debate.

02:24:57.000 And that would be my choice.

02:25:00.000 If I could stand at a podium next to George Bush and John Kerry and debate them, I could change the course of American politics forever.

02:25:07.000 And I may or may not win the White House, but suddenly we would shatter the death grip that the Democrats and Republicans currently have on American politics.

02:25:16.000 What would you say in your opening statement Mr. Bagnerich, you have two minutes for your opening statement.

02:25:22.000 What would you say?

02:25:24.000 I would ask them why they support a budget which is the Congress spending $700 billion more than their budget.

02:25:33.000 I would ask them where the President gets the authority to write executive orders, bypassing the legislative branch and pretending to make laws for 285 million Americans.

02:25:43.000 I would ask them, you know, what evidence they had used to go to Iraq and why Congress abdicated their responsibility to declare war and why the President usurped authority to go to war without a congressional declaration.

02:26:03.000 And I'd also bring up the Patriot Act.

02:26:05.000 I mean, both those candidates are for the new Super Patriot Act that has a national ID card rolled into it.

02:26:11.000 Absolutely.

02:26:12.000 The Patriot Act is the most egregiously unconstitutional piece of paper ever to leave Congress since the Alien and Sedition Act.

02:26:19.000 And it will only be superseded by this new one that they are preparing.

02:26:25.000 This new bill, I've got the Associated Press today, says it may pass any day, so does the New York Times.

02:26:32.000 Parts of it have passed out of the Senate.

02:26:33.000 The new Total Information Awareness Network codified into law.

02:26:36.000 Caps 2 codified into law.

02:26:38.000 A new national ID card put into law.

02:26:41.000 All the different Patriot Act 2 areas, plus some new stuff added in.

02:26:46.000 I mean, you're talking about the end of America.

02:26:48.000 Yes, at the end of America, as we know it, freedom and liberty live not in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, but in the hearts of the people.

02:26:56.000 And if the people do not have the courage to stand up and vote for liberty, then all of their rights, America as we used to know it, will cease to exist.

02:27:05.000 Well, I tell you, everybody I talk to, Michael, says, oh, I like the libertarian philosophy, I like the platform.

02:27:10.000 It's a lot better than these other parties and seems to be constitutional, but I just can't throw my vote away.

02:27:16.000 Well, everybody I've talked to says that.

02:27:17.000 What would happen if everybody just voted the other way?

02:27:20.000 Well, we would suddenly have a constitutionally limited government.

02:27:23.000 If everybody in the United States who hates the IRS voted for me, I could win by a landslide.

02:27:28.000 Stay there, my friend.

02:29:07.000 Potassium iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

02:29:14.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.

02:29:19.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick, and pets.

02:30:42.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

02:30:48.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:30:51.000 1-800-259-9231.

02:30:58.000 Your calls are coming up here in just a few minutes.

02:30:59.000 Michael Bagnarik, libertarian presidential candidate, arrested trying to serve papers on the phony debate commission.

02:31:07.000 Thank you.

02:31:08.000 And they violated the law and had him arrested.

02:31:11.000 And that is the law, by the way.

02:31:13.000 But I wanted to get your take on a couple different news items that will go to Clayton, and is the next caller Carla?

02:31:20.000 And then Raymond and Mark and many others that are patiently holding.

02:31:25.000 News websites, IndyMedia says FBI seized server.

02:31:30.000 Now it's servers.

02:31:32.000 A website billed as a grassroots news source for the anti-globalization movement and other issues said that its web servers were shut down after the FBI served a subpoena.

02:31:41.000 The Independent Media Center said the FBI issued an order to hosting company Rackspace for a move physically one of our servers.

02:31:49.000 The FBI acknowledged that a subpoena had been issued, but said it was at the request of an Italian and Swiss authorities.

02:31:56.000 It is not an FBI operation, FBI spokesman Joe Paris told AFP.

02:32:01.000 Through a legal assistance treaty, the subpoena was on behalf of a third country.

02:32:06.000 And this was not the product of a U.S.

02:32:08.000 investigation, but the agency cooperated under the terms of an international treaty law enforcement.

02:32:14.000 On law enforcement.

02:32:15.000 Well here's the problem.

02:32:16.000 I saw local news a few months ago swearing in dozens of our police who go around the world serving the UN and extraditing people.

02:32:24.000 And now we'll be under foreign rules on the internet and free speech.

02:32:28.000 This is globalization!

02:32:30.000 And they shut down over 20 websites of the IndyMedia sites, which is pretty tame stuff, folks.

02:32:37.000 And is very journalistic.

02:32:39.000 Michael Bagnerik, any comments on this globalization development?

02:32:43.000 I had no idea that the violations of our rights had gotten that bad.

02:32:47.000 That is absolutely atrocious that other countries are coming here and taking our property. 1.00

02:32:53.000 The Constitution is the supreme law of the land.

02:32:57.000 We don't need foreign authority or permission to protect our lives, liberty and property.

02:33:03.000 And I want all of your listeners to know that they have free speech zones in the United States.

02:33:08.000 I was speaking at a college in a huge auditorium with about 15 students and they told me that I had to speak in the auditorium because as the presidential candidate I had to be in a free speech zone and when I questioned them they admitted that the rest of the campus was not A free speech zone.

02:33:25.000 And there was a free speech zone in Boston during the Democratic National Convention.

02:33:29.000 Well, they put people inside cages, inside other cages.

02:33:32.000 How many students were in the auditorium?

02:33:34.000 In my case, there were only about 15, which made me question why they had to... So what happened is, you're walking along at the university, you start talking to people, and they go, hey, you gotta get in there.

02:33:43.000 Well, yeah, I had been invited and I was speaking, but it didn't seem rational that we should have a huge auditorium when there were 15 students.

02:33:50.000 We could have gotten a small classroom.

02:33:52.000 It would have been more informal, a little bit friendlier.

02:33:54.000 Yeah, I thought the university was supposed to be a free speech zone.

02:33:58.000 And of course, you know, I've watched your case.

02:33:59.000 You know, they've charged you with trespassing and all this stuff now.

02:34:02.000 They've had federal Absolutely.

02:34:03.000 This is where somebody wearing a no blood for oil shirt is with 200 Bush supporters on a public street, and they come arrest the innocent person and say, well, you're not allowed to do that.

02:34:12.000 It's a free speech zone.

02:34:13.000 They also selectively enforce these.

02:34:15.000 Absolutely.

02:34:16.000 And I think that Americans should be outraged.

02:34:19.000 Anywhere I happen to be standing is a free speech zone.

02:34:22.000 The government doesn't give us freedom of speech.

02:34:25.000 We exercise it.

02:34:26.000 Exactly, and now it's a privilege according to them, which is a fraud.

02:34:29.000 Of course, in this article about Indian media sites, they say, well, under European law, we don't have to tell you what the investigation is, so we're not even going to tell you why we took your websites down.

02:34:42.000 Well, we're not operating under European law, are we?

02:34:46.000 This is the United States.

02:34:47.000 Well, the Supreme Court has said in the last year that they're going to follow foreign rulings.

02:34:53.000 Well, that is a violation of their oath of office, and it's a violation of the rights of Americans, and people should be outraged.

02:35:00.000 We can't allow this to happen.

02:35:01.000 This is global government, folks.

02:35:03.000 This is what we're talking about.

02:35:04.000 Next article here I wanted to talk to you about Michael Bagnerik.

02:35:08.000 This is out of the New York Times.

02:35:10.000 Congress closed to establishing rules for driver's license.

02:35:15.000 And rules, it admits, it is the national ID card for eye scans, face scans, thumb scans, for all the state IDs.

02:35:22.000 And you'll have to have this to have a job.

02:35:24.000 And they're going to give all citizens a different color coding.

02:35:27.000 Even having bad credit will mean that you get a yellow color coding and can't have a lot of different jobs, Mr. Bagnerik.

02:35:35.000 I'm adamantly opposed to that.

02:35:37.000 The government doesn't give me permission.

02:35:39.000 We, the people, ordain and establish the Constitution.

02:35:42.000 We have rights.

02:35:43.000 We give government privileges, and we can take those privileges anytime we have the courage to do so.

02:35:49.000 And again, I'm trying to help create another American Revolution, a change in the way that people think about their government.

02:35:57.000 If we can't motivate people to vote libertarian and change things legislatively, then things are going to get very, very nasty.

02:36:05.000 Okay, here's another article.

02:36:06.000 This is from World Net Daily.

02:36:07.000 It originally came from Government Pro website.

02:36:11.000 It says, Feds plan to track every car, and the federal agency admits that very soon all cars will have to have the KTAG transponder, and that in every city, county, and state you will be taxed as you drive.

02:36:23.000 You'll have to have one of these that automatically deducts out of your bank account.

02:36:28.000 What do you think of this?

02:36:30.000 Absolutely.

02:36:31.000 Again, I've been on the campaign trail for two years fighting for liberty.

02:36:34.000 I haven't had an opportunity to keep track of the media or with your show.

02:36:39.000 This is just a further indication that the government is out of control.

02:36:44.000 They're trying to tax us.

02:36:45.000 They're trying to monitor us.

02:36:47.000 And, you know, trying to make us chattel property.

02:36:51.000 Well, I'm sure you've heard about how they're putting cameras in school bathrooms, cameras in police bathrooms, cameras in roadside park bathrooms.

02:36:58.000 I mean, it doesn't get any more 1984 than a camera in the bathroom.

02:37:03.000 No, that's true.

02:37:04.000 And I'm wondering what it will take to wake Americans up to the loss of their liberties.

02:37:10.000 It's incredible.

02:37:13.000 It's just amazing that they're getting away with this.

02:37:16.000 I've got a bunch of other articles I want to get your take on, but tell folks about your website and we'll go to these calls.

02:37:22.000 Okay, my website is badnark.org, B-A-D-N-A-R-I-K dot O-R-G.

02:37:29.000 We've been getting over 100,000 hits today, and lots and lots of activity there.

02:37:37.000 We're very pleased with that.

02:37:39.000 And they can call our office right there in Austin, Texas.

02:37:42.000 The number is 800-807.

02:37:46.000 That's 800-807-7552.

02:37:50.000 And I encourage people to call up, ask for bumper stickers, yard signs, help spread the word.

02:37:55.000 And folks can also go to LP.org.

02:37:58.000 They've got a link to your website.

02:38:00.000 Yes, they do.

02:38:01.000 Alright, let's go to Clayton in Missouri.

02:38:04.000 Clayton, you're on the air.

02:38:05.000 Go ahead.

02:38:06.000 Yeah, I was watching C-SPAN yesterday morning and Brian Lamb was interviewing Ralph Nader.

02:38:12.000 And, uh, Ralph's a little upset because the Curie campaign has managed to go into court and block Ralph from getting on certain state ballots.

02:38:22.000 Uh, to the point where Ralph is only on 36 ballots this time, where last time I think he was on most of them.

02:38:28.000 Um, how is the Curie campaign doing this?

02:38:31.000 What strategy are they employing to block Ralph from getting on all the state ballots?

02:38:37.000 I have no idea.

02:38:39.000 I have no inside information on the Kerry ballot.

02:38:43.000 I recognize that it's probably not moral and maybe even illegal, but I have fortunately not been suffering the same thing.

02:38:53.000 Libertarians are on the ballot in 48 states.

02:38:56.000 Well, the Libertarian Party is old and established and has.

02:38:59.000 How many people do you guys have elected now?

02:39:02.000 I know it's the biggest third party.

02:39:04.000 Over 600 elected officials, more candidates on the ballot, more political support than all of the other third parties combined.

02:39:12.000 Now, you've got people in state legislatures, mayors, county commissioners.

02:39:17.000 Yes, we do.

02:39:17.000 We've already saved Americans a billion dollars in local taxes already.

02:39:23.000 Yeah, defeated a lot of stuff.

02:39:24.000 And I think Michael Perutka and the Constitution Party is excellent as well.

02:39:29.000 Doing a great job.

02:39:30.000 We do want to get him on here this week.

02:39:31.000 We're trying to do that right now.

02:39:34.000 Clayton, anything else?

02:39:35.000 No, thanks a lot.

02:39:36.000 Thank you for the call.

02:39:37.000 Who's up next here in order?

02:39:40.000 Carla in Missouri.

02:39:41.000 You're on the air.

02:39:42.000 Another call from Missouri.

02:39:43.000 Go ahead.

02:39:44.000 You're popular down here, Alex.

02:39:47.000 Yes, I moved from Illinois.

02:39:49.000 My two sons are going to vote Libertarian.

02:39:52.000 The one is 18 and he's trying to be an election judge, as I used to be.

02:39:57.000 And he's very enthusiastic about the Libertarian Party.

02:40:04.000 He tells a lot of young folks, and they are really coming around.

02:40:09.000 And Michael, I tell you, You know, they were trying to say that the third parties are dead.

02:40:14.000 I haven't voted for a regular candidate, either Scully or Bonesy.

02:40:19.000 I haven't voted for any of those guys in 12, I guess, the last four elections.

02:40:24.000 I have voted Libertarian on many presidential elections, and I tell you, and Ron Paul was a good candidate, I tell you.

02:40:32.000 Well, thank you.

02:40:33.000 But I think you are an excellent candidate.

02:40:38.000 We're not going to give up.

02:40:41.000 I've been working with the Constitution Party, but I think the two parties are going to have to get together.

02:40:47.000 I just don't think that we can both survive.

02:40:52.000 I think we're going to have to have some kind of a meeting of the minds.

02:40:56.000 They're running two good candidates, you and Petrucha.

02:41:01.000 Okay.

02:41:01.000 But anyway, I'm just saying, the kids down here, there's so many young people, they're willing to get out.

02:41:08.000 If we would have had a, I don't know if you did, We're in different states, but we have got to have a voter drive and get all these people to vote.

02:41:16.000 No, I hear you, and I really appreciate your call.

02:41:19.000 Thanks a lot.

02:41:19.000 Thank you.

02:41:20.000 Wonderful points.

02:41:21.000 This brings up two... Alex, my staff is motioning to me we're going to have to catch an airplane here very soon.

02:41:28.000 I can give you another two minutes to kind of wrap this up, but I'm going to have to go.

02:41:31.000 I'm flying to Orlando, Florida tonight.

02:41:33.000 I understand you're there at the airport about to jump on the plane.

02:41:37.000 Are you at the airport right now?

02:41:39.000 No, we've got about five miles before we get there.

02:41:42.000 Why don't you have your staff give us the cell phone number and we'll call you right back while you're driving.

02:41:49.000 I'm on the cell phone right now.

02:41:52.000 Let's just continue.

02:41:53.000 I don't care if we've got some background noise and getting in taxis.

02:41:57.000 That's fine.

02:41:59.000 Okay, because I want to finish up these calls.

02:42:00.000 Here's two questions.

02:42:02.000 The electronic voting has been proven to be a fraud.

02:42:04.000 32% of the country now has it.

02:42:06.000 It's a big scam.

02:42:07.000 That's another big problem when he faces this electronic voting.

02:42:13.000 And people will vote if they think there's real candidates with real issues.

02:42:17.000 People kind of instinctively aren't voting because they know it's a fraud.

02:42:20.000 Can you comment on both those statements?

02:42:23.000 Well, absolutely.

02:42:24.000 I am a computer programmer from way back.

02:42:26.000 I'd prefer not to state how long.

02:42:28.000 But I know that if you let me program the machine, I can tell you who's going to win before they open the polls.

02:42:34.000 Electronic voting without a paper ballot is absolutely... I mean, it's not a ballot.

02:42:39.000 I mean, it's not a vote.

02:42:41.000 Joseph Stalin said, it doesn't matter who votes that counts, it's who counts the votes.

02:42:46.000 Absolutely.

02:42:48.000 And then on the second point, the people instinctively know there's not really a choice.

02:42:52.000 Well, that's what we're trying to do.

02:42:53.000 We're trying to give them a real option.

02:42:57.000 You know, again, if you vote for the lesser of two evils and your candidate wins, you still get evil.

02:43:02.000 Let's talk to Raymond in Tennessee.

02:43:04.000 Raymond, you're on the air.

02:43:05.000 Go ahead.

02:43:06.000 If it's Ramon, I'm in Austin, Texas.

02:43:09.000 Okay, I apologize.

02:43:10.000 Go ahead, Ramon.

02:43:10.000 No problem.

02:43:11.000 I've got a question.

02:43:14.000 Why can't we have the debate for all of the candidates, dividing the skull and bones on the internet, and that way it can get out and as kind of a Practical joke, uh, I know they won't show up, but you could have two or three people there stating each one of their different positions in response to the question.

02:43:36.000 Explain that a little bit clearer for me.

02:43:38.000 Okay, uh, the internet reaches, uh, so many places all over the world.

02:43:44.000 We could have a presidential debate, invite all of the candidates, Michael, Ben, and Eric, and all of the other No, I understand.

02:43:55.000 Have a debate, say, in two weeks, and bill it as the real presidential debate.

02:43:59.000 They've had third-party debates, and at those third-party debates, Michael Bagnerik, were the big two presidential candidates, the two cousins, were they invited?

02:44:09.000 Absolutely, and we made sure that the invitations were registered mail, so we have documented proof that they've received those invitations and chose not to come up.

02:44:20.000 We could have debates on the internet, and we are using the internet as much as we possibly can, but there's overall just kind of...

02:44:32.000 It's just an apathy on the side of the people to not vote for the bigger two parties.

02:44:37.000 And we are doing as much as we can to get information about the Libertarian Party and other third parties out.

02:44:43.000 But the people, the people have to give up this crazy idea that they can only vote for the Bush or Kerry or they're wasting their vote.

02:44:52.000 Yeah, they do have to do that.

02:44:53.000 Ramon, in Texas, anything else?

02:44:56.000 Yeah, I've never voted for only one or two candidates.

02:44:59.000 I've always voted Libertarian, as well as Republican, as well as Democratic, based on the person.

02:45:04.000 The other thing that I have, Alex, is that if something goes down here in Austin, I'm going to be there with my video camera, and I suggest that every other person listening be there with a video camera, and I'll be several blocks away, kind of hit them so that they won't be able to confiscate it.

02:45:24.000 Basically station people all the way around.

02:45:27.000 I hear you.

02:45:27.000 I gotta let you go.

02:45:28.000 I hear what you're saying.

02:45:29.000 If the globalists carry off some type of fake terror attack or every type of event they pull, we need to be there with our video cameras documenting it.

02:45:37.000 Now, Michael Bagnerik, we see this trend of confiscating journalists' video cameras.

02:45:42.000 It happened to me in New York, grabbing people's cameras all over the country now.

02:45:47.000 Somehow our cameras are bad, their cameras are good.

02:45:52.000 Well, that's unconscionable.

02:45:54.000 And we need to start filing lawsuits against the government for violating our rights.

02:45:59.000 And again, I think that we are at that point when, you know, people are starting to wake up.

02:46:06.000 The violations of our rights are so terrible, so egregious, so obvious, that people are starting to wake up.

02:46:13.000 They are starting to take action.

02:46:15.000 And I'm hoping that we can motivate people to vote for third parties And change the way they think so that we don't have to have a bloody rebellion.

02:46:26.000 Exactly.

02:46:26.000 Okay.

02:46:27.000 Mark in Kansas City.

02:46:28.000 Mark here on the air.

02:46:29.000 Last caller for Michael Bagneri.

02:46:31.000 Go ahead.

02:46:32.000 It's not Mark, it's Mary.

02:46:34.000 I'm having trouble with calls today, I'm sorry.

02:46:36.000 Okay, that's alright.

02:46:36.000 Real quickly, I'm just looking at the Metro Voice, and it says voting with a Christian worldview.

02:46:42.000 I want to know if I get on your website, Mr. Bagnerich, will you answer any questions for me about, like, the defense of marriage acts, same-sex unions, gay adoptions, and also about abortion.
