Alex Jones Show - 20041227_Mon_Alex

00:00:04.000 Big Brother.

00:00:05.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:07.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:09.000 You want answers?

00:00:10.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:16.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:20.000 Welcome, ladies and gentlemen.

00:00:36.000 It is Friday, the 10th day of December 2004.

00:00:41.000 I'm your host, Alex Jones, and we're going to be live for the next three hours.

00:00:47.000 And we have four guests today, but we're also going to have time for your calls.

00:00:51.000 Elaine Donnelly will be joining us from the Center for Military Readiness about Bush.

00:00:59.000 He wants women in frontline combat, and he wants it now. 1.00

00:01:03.000 Of course, Bill Clinton tried this, and he was universally decried.

00:01:08.000 Bush does it.

00:01:09.000 And literally, I've heard the neocon saying, you're not a conservative if you're not for it.

00:01:14.000 You're not for open borders, if you're not for satellite tracker boxes in your car taxing you, if you're not for national ID cards, if you're not for a doubling in the growth rate of government, you are a liberal, ladies and gentlemen.

00:01:27.000 So, we're against women in frontline combat? 1.00

00:01:29.000 I am a commie, ladies and gentlemen, let's just admit it.

00:01:32.000 So, Elaine Donnelly will be joining us to talk about this.

00:01:36.000 Then, that's just for 30 minutes, coming up in about 30 minutes.

00:01:39.000 Then, for the next half of the next hour, we're going to have Dr. Tennant on.

00:01:44.000 He's the guy the doctor arrested for complaining too much.

00:01:48.000 The Homeland Security even told the Quad City Times he didn't threaten anybody, but complaining too much is an act of terrorism.

00:01:55.000 They're charging him and hitting him hard.

00:01:59.000 Trying to make sure he spends time under the jail for calling too much.

00:02:04.000 And then Vicky Karp joins us.

00:02:06.000 They're going to have a big march in downtown Austin this weekend.

00:02:10.000 I've been asked to speak at the Capitol there at the rally.

00:02:14.000 I'll be pleased to do that on Sunday at high noon.

00:02:19.000 But Vicky Karp will be joining us to talk about some of the election fraud that's been chronicled in the November 2nd election.

00:02:26.000 And then in the third hour, Bev Harris, one of the Grand Poobahs, one of the big experts nationally on electronic voting fraud and just the scams that have proliferated across our nation.

00:02:39.000 She'll be joining us as well for the second half of the broadcast, almost exclusively on election fraud, though I'll intersperse other key news items throughout that section of the transmission.

00:02:53.000 When we get back, though, I want to get into Iraq and the economy and the dollar, and I want to get into the new Patriot Act that was passed to take care of you and your family.

00:03:03.000 Large sections of it, according to Ron Paul, who joined us yesterday.

00:03:06.000 And, of course, the National ID Card.

00:03:11.000 And I'll be on Pastor Butch Posh broadcast tonight from 8 to 9 central.

00:03:16.000 Exclusively talking about the ID card if you want the full history of it and what it means.

00:03:21.000 Here on this same network, the GCN network that I am on.

00:03:28.000 And also we will be getting into, well those troops getting up and asking Rumsfeld pointed questions.

00:03:36.000 And I wasn't going to cover this yesterday.

00:03:39.000 Until they said, oh, a reporter planted the questions, and so now the questions aren't pertinent.

00:03:46.000 You see, embedded reporters aren't allowed to ask questions, and other reporters aren't allowed into these press conferences, so they're staged.

00:03:54.000 And so to get around it, he got some of the troops to ask questions.

00:03:58.000 They wouldn't have asked the questions if they weren't concerned.

00:04:04.000 The questions are still valid.

00:04:06.000 But that's the double-think. 0.72

00:04:08.000 How dare them traitor troops want armor? 0.98

00:04:11.000 They're liberals! 1.00

00:04:13.000 These fat bellies in their easy chairs say. 1.00

00:04:19.000 This is how you support the troops.

00:04:21.000 You don't give them armor and you let them take deadly vaccines.

00:04:23.000 You force it on them and you let them breathe DU.

00:04:25.000 And then if you're for the troops, you're against them.

00:04:29.000 I'm learning the double-think daily here.

00:04:34.000 So we'll come back and plunge into all of this after these short messages.

00:04:40.000 I want to talk about spin.

00:04:43.000 Perhaps I can calm down a bit and go over just a few examples of spin.

00:04:48.000 The more subtle, crafty forms of spin.

00:04:53.000 So you can be conscious of spin.

00:04:56.000 We'll be right back with spin.

00:04:59.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

00:05:01.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

00:05:04.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

00:05:08.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

00:05:13.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

00:05:17.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

00:05:19.000 Why have police attacked people on the street indiscriminately?

00:05:22.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

00:05:27.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

00:05:30.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

00:05:34.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

00:05:40.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

00:05:56.000 Or go to my website, InfoWars.com.

00:05:59.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

00:06:02.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

00:06:06.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

00:06:09.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

00:06:12.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

00:06:21.000 The Berkey Light is different.

00:06:22.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

00:06:29.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals, and nitrates.

00:06:41.000 It is so powerful, it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, and stagnant ponds.

00:06:48.000 Get the Advanced Berkey Light for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

00:06:55.000 Not yet available in Iowa.

00:06:57.000 Hi, folks.

00:07:00.000 This is Alex Jones.

00:07:01.000 Whether you are aware or not, World War III has started.

00:07:04.000 Let me rephrase that.

00:07:05.000 Oil War III has started.

00:07:06.000 Don't kid yourself, the reason we went into Iraq is oil.

00:07:09.000 Now we are looking at the possibility of invading Iran and even Saudi Arabia.

00:07:13.000 Why else would the U.S.

00:07:14.000 be building 13 permanent military installations inside Iraq?

00:07:17.000 Does it look like we're pulling out?

00:07:19.000 The nations of the Earth are consuming oil at the rate of 83 million barrels per day and growing.

00:07:24.000 At this rate of consumption, experts predict that oil prices will only go up.

00:07:28.000 Ready Reserves prepared a free booklet explaining the world's oil supply and how it will impact you and how it will change the world forever.

00:07:34.000 Call Ready Reserves at 1-800-453-2202 and ask about the free booklet and what you can do to prepare.

00:07:41.000 After you read the booklet, you'll understand just how dangerous the world has become.

00:07:41.000 That's 1-800-453-2202.

00:07:48.000 That's 1-800-453-2202 or email your request to ReadyReserves at AOL.com.

00:07:50.000 or email your request to readyreserves at aol.com.

00:07:54.000 That's 800-453-2202.

00:07:56.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

00:08:02.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:05.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:17.000 Alright, let's plunge straight into the news.

00:08:23.000 And let's give some examples of spin.

00:08:27.000 Alright, spin.

00:08:29.000 One of my friends, a documentary film producer, just got back from a week in Los Angeles.

00:08:35.000 And a lot of people out there knew that he was associated with me, so they'd say, yeah, we're all for this anti-Arnold movement, but Alex Jones, he said he got this a lot, needs to get off the Nazi stuff, and get off the steroid stuff, and get off the sexual harassment stuff, and he needs to get on to other things, you know, This other stuff's old.

00:09:01.000 And, well, we need to just focus on the other things that are bad about Schwarzenegger.

00:09:06.000 You know, how he's involved with all the special interests and says he isn't.

00:09:10.000 We need to get in and talk about that.

00:09:12.000 Well, you know, my advice to them is they need to go start their own websites and start their own organizations.

00:09:18.000 But this is what's happened.

00:09:21.000 And this is spin.

00:09:24.000 On the, I don't know, twenty interviews I've done in California alone the last three weeks since we launched ArnoldExposed.com, every talk show host, even those that are for what we're doing, say, well, you know, we all heard this during the gubernatorial campaign, and it didn't hurt him then.

00:09:48.000 And so, why are you bringing it up now?

00:09:50.000 That's the mantra in print media.

00:09:53.000 Well, yes, we've heard these allegations before.

00:09:56.000 We've already been over this.

00:10:01.000 Well, the media said that a year ago when he was running for governor.

00:10:05.000 It was, well, we've heard this for years and people really don't care and so let's not talk about it.

00:10:12.000 And everybody says, okay, let's not talk about it.

00:10:14.000 See, that's spin.

00:10:17.000 It's, let's just change the subject.

00:10:19.000 Okay, people don't want to hear about this.

00:10:20.000 Okay, I'll shut up.

00:10:23.000 You see, that's an example of psychology in play there.

00:10:28.000 Somebody saying, I don't care if Kurt Voltham's a Nazi, I love him and I'm going to go campaign for him in the middle of a huge firestorm.

00:10:38.000 Or somebody who, you know, these aren't old allegations which he hasn't denied of just randomly grabbing on women.

00:10:46.000 Uh, the Enron information.

00:10:49.000 Most people don't even know about that.

00:10:50.000 It's been in some mainstream papers that he was involved with Enron, but nobody, the media again, won't quote you on that.

00:10:56.000 Won't discuss it.

00:10:57.000 Out of a score of newspapers I've been interviewed by.

00:11:00.000 They just won't mention Enron.

00:11:02.000 They won't bring in the other serious issues.

00:11:06.000 Now think about anybody else.

00:11:07.000 You know, they said, well forget it if he says he doesn't care if somebody's a Nazi and likes him and wants to be a dictator.

00:11:14.000 Let's just move on.

00:11:17.000 They tell you it's a non-issue, you know, like Bill Clinton would say, so what?

00:11:20.000 Move on.

00:11:22.000 Big deal.

00:11:23.000 Nobody cares.

00:11:24.000 Forget about the Communist Chinese that I sold us out to. 1.00

00:11:28.000 And George Bush said, let's move on.

00:11:31.000 Forget about it.

00:11:31.000 It's an old chapter.

00:11:33.000 Let's not deal with it.

00:11:36.000 That'd be like if somebody robbed a bank and five years later the cops bust them and find the marked bills in their basement and the guy says, hey, it was five years ago.

00:11:45.000 Let's move on.

00:11:47.000 The cops went, OK, sure, let's move on.

00:11:49.000 Man, you really made a good point there.

00:11:52.000 I'm a little bit out of control here putting you in handcuffs.

00:11:59.000 So, this is what they do.

00:12:02.000 And they do it over and over again.

00:12:03.000 Now, there's other forms of spin.

00:12:11.000 That's where they set the agenda and tell you what can be in the debate.

00:12:17.000 No.

00:12:18.000 We have to make that the debate.

00:12:19.000 We have to push it to the fore.

00:12:21.000 We have to demand that it be discussed.

00:12:24.000 It's very pertinent.

00:12:25.000 All of it.

00:12:26.000 But see, even people who think they're against somebody or something, they still pick up, though, the propaganda and then parrot it.

00:12:33.000 And they get frustrated.

00:12:35.000 You know, the reason he won the governorship is because people like you focused on stuff like that.

00:12:39.000 No, it's because you didn't focus on it enough, and you bought into the propaganda at the time.

00:12:44.000 Look at yourself in the mirror.

00:12:46.000 If you're upset, you know, here's another example of spin.

00:12:51.000 They will tell new candidates for city council, or county commissioner, or state agriculture department, or governor, they'll tell you, don't be negative, be nice, be friendly, be middle of the road, don't bring up hot button issues.

00:13:07.000 But then you watch all the candidates that win, the establishment candidates, they run attack ads, they're vicious, they bring up inflammatory issues, because that's how you win.

00:13:19.000 But all the while telling you, lay down, lay down, don't be mean, that doesn't work, that doesn't work!

00:13:25.000 And you've got all these Monday morning quarterbacks and backseat drivers out there who know nothing about politics, but heard something on TV about how you're supposed to be nice, And they go, oh, Alex, don't be so aggressive about, you know, the Second Amendment or about the open borders or about, just be more reasonable.

00:13:49.000 And, you know, they tell people I've known who've been candidates who've lost races, and those that listen to good advice and are vicious win elections if you don't have the electronic voting machines in place, but those that listen to the establishment are just real milquetoast and don't stand out of the crowd and don't affect people and no one remembers them and they lose!

00:14:09.000 Again, spin!

00:14:11.000 You bought the propaganda of your enemies telling you what the debate is and how to behave and how to act.

00:14:22.000 And they do this over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

00:14:27.000 It's like the NRA comes and says, you know, we've got to be reasonable and compromised to win these gun cases.

00:14:39.000 And then you catch the NRA arguing in D.C.

00:14:42.000 in cases.

00:14:43.000 Oh, we're for registering all guns.

00:14:45.000 And then they lose the case.

00:14:47.000 Or you catch them in Illinois and Texas trying to, you know, go against Vermont-style concealed carries.

00:14:57.000 And you buy the spin and you incrementally lose your Second Amendment.

00:15:04.000 Well, the same thing goes for distractions or bait-and-switch.

00:15:12.000 It's what the magician does.

00:15:13.000 Look at my lovely assistant while I do the sleight of hand right in front of you. 1.00

00:15:20.000 The troops have been complaining in mass about how most of their Humvees are basically tinfoil.

00:15:29.000 And they drive around getting killed on a routine basis.

00:15:33.000 Because of it.

00:15:38.000 And then the embedded reporters, who aren't embedded very long, if they ever run a critical article, Aren't allowed to ask questions of Lord Rumsfeld two days ago when he was in Kuwait.

00:15:51.000 Uh, there in Kuwait City.

00:15:53.000 And the troops come in and a bunch of the troops ask their own questions and hadn't talked to the reporter.

00:15:57.000 But a couple of them had and the reporter said to him, what's important to you?

00:16:01.000 And they go, well not having armor.

00:16:02.000 And he said, well be bold, you know?

00:16:05.000 Ask the question.

00:16:08.000 And so they go up and ask the question and Rumsfeld babbles about and, you know, we go to war with the army we've got, not with the army we want.

00:16:16.000 Folks, they could have had all this set up.

00:16:19.000 They have this war plan years ago, their own documents.

00:16:21.000 But they'd rather have all the money go to Halliburton and others.

00:16:26.000 Or for, you know, B-2 bombers, not for armor.

00:16:31.000 And so these are, you know, the troops wouldn't get up and imperil, these were officers, getting up and imperil their careers and do all this, you know, just because some reporter told them something.

00:16:41.000 You know, they're so weak-minded that the reporter told them this and put them under mind control, this evil communist reporter, as, you know, Rush and others have implied.

00:16:51.000 And then under mind control, they went up there and asked these questions, and see, The debate, regardless of where the questions came from, would be, why aren't their vehicles armored?

00:17:03.000 Or why are they getting bad food and bad water?

00:17:06.000 But see, instead now the whole debate is, oh, this wasn't the troops, it was the reporter.

00:17:13.000 You see, that's spin.

00:17:16.000 And so people that don't want to face up to this, they can just Have this psychological excuse to divert off into something else.

00:17:24.000 See, good propaganda, good programming plays to your own rationales, plays to your own denial, plays to your own defense mechanisms.

00:17:37.000 And so it's always there making excuses for you not to face up to what's happening.

00:17:46.000 Always, it's a disassociative disorder.

00:17:50.000 Is what it is.

00:17:53.000 People disassociate.

00:17:54.000 That is, when you give somebody a real issue, they will divert off of it.

00:18:00.000 Deny it.

00:18:01.000 They will automatically distract themselves.

00:18:03.000 Their eyes will glaze over.

00:18:05.000 This is what you see with spectators.

00:18:07.000 With a nation of spectators.

00:18:13.000 Here's another example of spin.

00:18:16.000 And I predicted this spin.

00:18:18.000 Because everything is the Arabs. 1.00

00:18:20.000 I mean, if a cloud comes over your city and rains on you, it's the Arabs. 1.00

00:18:26.000 And again, folks, I'm not defending the butcherous, larcenous governments over the Arabs put in by our own government. 1.00

00:18:32.000 I'm not defending the anti-Christian stance of a lot of Muslims in the Muslim countries. 0.98

00:18:36.000 I'm just stating the facts of our own propaganda.

00:18:40.000 That's another thing of spin.

00:18:41.000 It's either good or bad, or they're good, we're bad, we're bad, they're good.

00:18:45.000 No, no, no.

00:18:46.000 You have to look at it across the full spectrum of data.

00:18:50.000 But I predicted, I said, when the dollar really starts tanking, and people finally figure out what it means to have a weak dollar, it will be blamed on the Arabs. 0.99

00:19:00.000 Oh, those dirty Arabs did it by dumping the dollar and investing in Euros. 1.00

00:19:05.000 Well, the Arabs are a small portion of the Chinese, and the Japanese, and the British, and the Dutch, and the French, and the Germans, all of them, they own the majority of our dollars, not the Arabs. 0.95

00:19:19.000 And they started the dumping, and our own government said, yes, good dump, we want the dollar to go down.

00:19:25.000 But I predicted, I said, you watch, when people finally get stung by this, there'll be a bunch of articles about how the Arabs are doing.

00:19:33.000 And, yes indeed, they're now all over the news.

00:19:38.000 Because they can't have you blame your own government.

00:19:40.000 And they know you won't remember Bush two years ago saying you wanted a weak dollar.

00:19:44.000 And then last month, not propping it up.

00:19:47.000 So you'll feel good, even as you lose everything you've got, because it'll be them Arabs and you'll look at Bush and love him. 1.00

00:19:54.000 See, that's spin, folks.

00:19:56.000 We'll be right back.

00:20:01.000 Those dark, depressing days are here.

00:20:04.000 Are you among the 15% of North Americans who suffer from the winter blues?

00:20:08.000 This condition is simply caused by the lack of sunlight during the short winter days.

00:20:12.000 Do you suffer from constant fatigue and lack of energy?

00:20:56.000 The United States seems to be celebrating over its triumph of reducing government debt.

00:21:03.000 But the truth be told, public and private debt increased to a record high in 1999, reaching a peak of $14.8 trillion, marking 10.57% annual increase, outpacing its previous 10 years.

00:21:16.000 The U.S.

00:21:17.000 economy receives its currency by taking on debt through a private banking institution called the Federal Reserve System.

00:21:23.000 In the year 2000, debt growth collapsed to only 4.5%.

00:21:27.000 It's bad enough that the U.S.

00:21:28.000 citizens is bound by debt in order to have commerce.

00:21:31.000 However, shocking the economy with a reduction of this magnitude could wipe out years of growth in a stock portfolio.

00:23:47.000 One more time, that's 866-885-6625 call today.

00:23:48.000 885-6625. 866-885-6625.

00:23:53.000 One more time, that's 866-885-6625.

00:23:57.000 Call today.

00:23:57.000 And of course, we don't just have doublethink and spin.

00:24:11.000 There's many other forms of propaganda.

00:24:14.000 But doublethink, here's an example of doublethink. 0.99

00:24:16.000 Bill Clinton is evil.

00:24:19.000 He wants to put women in frontline combat. 1.00

00:24:22.000 Well, Bill Clinton wanted to carry out the global plan.

00:24:26.000 And it hasn't changed.

00:24:27.000 Bush is in, and now he's actually starting to put women in frontline combat at levels much higher than what Lord Clinton tried. 1.00

00:24:35.000 And if you speak out against it, you are an evil liberal.

00:24:39.000 See, that's double-think.

00:24:42.000 Bush wants the assault weapons ban and people go, well I guess it might be needed. 0.90

00:24:47.000 But if Bill Clinton was doing it, you'd be frothing and freaking out and losing sleep and marching and demonstrating.

00:24:54.000 See that's double think right there.

00:24:58.000 I'll give you another example of double think.

00:25:00.000 People who work for the government a lot of times are more bigger defenders of it because they think they're part of the power system.

00:25:07.000 But that same government Puts fluoride in all our water, whether you're a cop, or a bureaucrat, or a doctor, or an auto mechanic.

00:25:16.000 By the way, even more statistics coming out of Europe.

00:25:20.000 In cities that have had fluoridation for more than a decade, they then are able to test the IQ scores.

00:25:26.000 You get a 10 plus percent drop in IQ in areas that have fluoridated water.

00:25:32.000 I have a bunch of mainstream studies on this.

00:25:36.000 But again, you've been drinking the fluoride, so Why would you want to stop?

00:25:42.000 Why would you want to listen to me?

00:25:43.000 I mean, the government told you mercury was good for you, too.

00:25:47.000 So it must be good.

00:25:49.000 The government is now saying extremists are lying about mercury.

00:25:52.000 And they're lying to you because it's really nutritious and we're bad because we lied to you.

00:25:59.000 Why don't you just believe them?

00:26:00.000 You know, they've only lied to you thousands of times where they've been caught.

00:26:04.000 It's okay.

00:26:07.000 Robert in Denver, then John, Steve, Bob, Ernie, and others.

00:26:10.000 Robert, go ahead.

00:26:13.000 Yes, good morning, Alexander.

00:26:14.000 How are you?

00:26:15.000 Good, I'm alright.

00:26:17.000 Good, good.

00:26:17.000 Just a couple things.

00:26:18.000 My mama doesn't even call me Alexander.

00:26:20.000 But you're welcome to if you want.

00:26:23.000 How about Alexander Emrick Jones?

00:26:26.000 I only got called Alexander when I was in trouble.

00:26:30.000 Well, you're not Joel B., man.

00:26:31.000 God bless you.

00:26:32.000 You're the man.

00:26:33.000 I look up to you.

00:26:34.000 Well, the reason I occasionally say my full name is there's a bunch of different Alex Joneses.

00:26:39.000 Oh, okay.

00:26:40.000 And I'm tired of people calling me up going, you work for the New York Times and NPR.

00:26:44.000 I hear you.

00:26:45.000 No, the only way I know that is because I think I was watching one of your first movies.

00:26:49.000 I forget the name of it.

00:26:50.000 The one where you went across the country to California, Arizona, up to Montana.

00:26:55.000 You were talking about the government taking over parks.

00:26:57.000 There was a scene in there where you said Alexander Eric Jones.

00:27:03.000 Do you remember a couple of months ago, you had a video posted on prisonplan.tv showing Bush at a news conference where he was saying, give me a second, I'm going to pop it in my head.

00:27:14.000 Do you remember that?

00:27:16.000 Yeah, we've got that audio clip somewhere in the, uh, computer.

00:27:19.000 Yeah, I was trying to find it last night, man.

00:27:21.000 That is so hilarious.

00:27:22.000 Is there any way you can either repost that somewhere, or just... I tried to do a search for it on JonesReport.com, but I couldn't find it.

00:27:30.000 Maybe it's there, I just didn't see it, but I just gotta have that video again.

00:27:33.000 It's hilarious.

00:27:34.000 Well, you want to do a search at PresentPlanet.com and InfoWars.com.

00:27:39.000 Okay.

00:27:39.000 And, uh, Bush literally sat there going, hold on, it's going to pop in my head, hold on.

00:27:46.000 You know this is a scripted news conference, you should have given this to me beforehand.

00:27:49.000 Exactly, get in there.

00:27:50.000 And then the transcripts, the transcripts had this as scripted taken out.

00:27:56.000 Yeah, hilarious.

00:27:57.000 I'll have to do a search again then.

00:28:00.000 I understand or read somewhere that here in Denver, or actually it's over in Aurora, which is a suburb of me, Buckley Air Force Base has a lot of black ops operations going on out there.

00:28:09.000 Do you know anything about that?

00:28:11.000 I know Colorado is a major center of covert operations, so is Texas.

00:28:18.000 Really?

00:28:18.000 So is Florida, yeah.

00:28:20.000 Well, now that you mention it, I do see a lot of helicopters flying around sometimes.

00:28:23.000 Georgia?

00:28:25.000 Well, I mean, most of them are just regular military out doing stuff, but if you hear one that's almost silent and black, that's part of our FEMA forces.

00:28:34.000 I'm with you.

00:28:35.000 One last thing, Alex.

00:28:36.000 Last week, when you had Mr. Trinidou on, which was an excellent interview, by the way.

00:28:41.000 I enjoy listening to it.

00:28:42.000 Those autopsy pictures were extremely gruesome.

00:28:46.000 While you were talking about the bombing situation, you mentioned, that I never even thought about, who I thought was a good guy.

00:28:51.000 Maybe I'm wrong.

00:28:52.000 Stephen Jones, the attorney for McVeigh?

00:28:55.000 You said something about 17 million dollars?

00:28:57.000 Yeah, that's what he got from the government for the defense.

00:28:59.000 So, what was his role in this?

00:29:01.000 Was he just a puppet going along?

00:29:03.000 Was he not really trying to bring the truth out?

00:29:05.000 I don't know.

00:29:05.000 He didn't ask for the 12 surveillance cameras that the police had said showed Arabs with Mr. McVeigh.

00:29:11.000 Why didn't his lawyer ask for that?

00:29:14.000 Oh.

00:29:15.000 Well, he was just basically playing along, man.

00:29:17.000 He had no desire to really bring the truth out.

00:29:20.000 Well, just look at the case and make up your own mind.

00:29:23.000 Thanks for the call, Robert.

00:29:25.000 We got a guest coming up.

00:29:26.000 He should only be on with us for about 15 minutes.

00:29:27.000 Then we'll go to John and Steve and Bob and Ernie and everybody else.

00:29:32.000 The websites are InfoWars.com, PrisonPlanet.com, PrisonPlanet.tv, InfoWars.net, JonesReport.com, VirginUtah.com.

00:31:02.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones introducing you to the new Berkey PF2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements for exclusive use with the Berkey Light Black Berkey Purification Elements.

00:31:13.000 The Berkey's PF2 simply screw onto the stem of the white Berkey purification element.

00:31:17.000 When used, water flows through the purification elements where pathogenic bacteria, harmful chemicals, radon-222, heavy metals, nitrates, foul taste and odors are separated from the water.

00:31:29.000 The water then flows through the PF2 elements, where fluoride, arsenic, and other residual heavy metal ions are separated.

00:31:36.000 Your purified water is now ready!

00:31:39.000 If you have fluoride or arsenic in your water, you need the Berkey PF2 post-filter elements.

00:34:49.000 We're about to go to our guest.

00:34:50.000 She's Elaine Donnelly.

00:34:52.000 We've interviewed before.

00:34:52.000 some of my films as low as $5.95 apiece, 1-888-253-3139.

00:35:01.000 We're about to go to our guest, and she's Elaine Donley, who we've interviewed before.

00:35:07.000 She's the president of a great organization that deals with military preparedness, the Center for Military Readiness.

00:35:17.000 And remember Bill Clinton?

00:35:19.000 He wanted to put women in the military in front-line combat? 0.99

00:35:22.000 Well, that hasn't stopped with George Bush and conservatives.

00:35:26.000 Kind of a no-no to talk about it when Bush is for the assault weapons ban or for open borders or the size of government growth rate doubles.

00:35:34.000 Or when he funds U.N.

00:35:36.000 operations and signs onto UNESCO.

00:35:38.000 Well, we're not about Republican or Democrat here.

00:35:41.000 We're about liberty.

00:35:42.000 We look at people.

00:35:44.000 Are they for liberty or against liberty?

00:35:46.000 And we're basically here to tell you the entire government is overrun with big government pimps.

00:35:52.000 And joining us is Elaine Donnelly to talk about the new big move, and it's all over the news, from the Associated Press to Newsmax, to put women in frontline combat! 0.99

00:36:01.000 So they, I guess, can have their heads chopped off and be raped and tortured. 0.99

00:36:05.000 It's a horrible idea, and Elaine, good to have you on with us. 1.00

00:36:08.000 Hi, it's good to talk to you too.

00:36:11.000 Just in a nutshell, it's made big news.

00:36:14.000 They're really pushing.

00:36:15.000 The headline, Pentagon wants women in combat. 0.94

00:36:17.000 Tell us all about it.

00:36:18.000 Well, I'll tell you, this is far beyond what we've seen already.

00:36:21.000 And let me say at the outset, I do support women in the military, and we've certainly admired their courage and bravery in fighting in the war in Iraq.

00:36:29.000 Thirty women have been killed already.

00:36:31.000 Twenty-seven in Iraq, three more in Afghanistan.

00:36:34.000 We honor their memory.

00:36:35.000 My problem is with the policy makers in the Pentagon.

00:36:38.000 Well, let me be clear.

00:36:39.000 I understand.

00:36:41.000 I'm saying we don't want women in front line combat. 1.00

00:36:44.000 That's right.

00:36:44.000 They're talking about putting women into front line combat as defined historically as units that directly engage the enemy or co-locate with those that do.

00:36:55.000 Now, you are probably aware that the Army is undergoing a process of transformation.

00:37:00.000 They're going to smaller units.

00:37:02.000 They're called combat brigades or units of action.

00:37:06.000 They keep changing the name.

00:37:07.000 But basically, it's an infantry and armor unit that is combined, and it has its own support company that's with it all the time.

00:37:14.000 The plan is to put women into those forward support companies, regardless of the consequences.

00:37:20.000 We're talking about primarily enlisted women, women who are not prepared for the demands of combat. 0.62

00:37:26.000 These units have previously been all male.

00:37:28.000 This is brand new that they're talking about.

00:37:30.000 And it's starting with the 3rd Infantry that's about to be deployed from Fort Stewart, Georgia.

00:37:35.000 It's been going on for months, surreptitiously.

00:37:38.000 We have countered each one of these plans as they have come up.

00:37:41.000 One of them involved a slide presentation made at the Pentagon that said that, well, we have this plan, but it might be looked at as subterfuge.

00:37:50.000 In other words, a stealth strategy, denying that anything has changed when it really has changed.

00:37:55.000 And they have slideshows, basically, how to lie to people.

00:37:58.000 Ma'am, are you some kind of liberal being against women in front line?

00:38:02.000 Because that's liberal now.

00:38:04.000 Being against women in front line combat is evil and liberal.

00:38:07.000 Really?

00:38:08.000 I hadn't heard that because liberal women have been pushing for this for a long time, but there's something new here. 1.00

00:38:13.000 Yeah, I'm being sarcastic.

00:38:14.000 No, I'm being totally sarcastic. 0.77

00:38:16.000 There are some generals, especially mid-level generals, who have daughters in the army, and they seem to think that this is a way to honor and respect their daughter, and it's just the most ludicrous argument you could ever make.

00:38:28.000 Let me stop and explain why I was being sarcastic.

00:38:31.000 Everyone pulled their hair out, freaked out.

00:38:34.000 It was the top issue for many months off and on, for four years, eight years really, of Bill Clinton in office when he was trying all this and now this is actually happening and the conservative neocon mouthpieces won't talk about it.

00:38:50.000 Well, you know, people need to get in touch with the President.

00:38:53.000 They should go to our website first and get all the details.

00:38:56.000 It's at www.cmrlink.org.

00:39:01.000 Again, www.cmrlink.org.

00:39:04.000 And ask the President, why are you allowing the Army to do this?

00:39:08.000 And Mr. Rumsfeld, the Secretary of Defense, Mr. Rumsfeld, why are you allowing the Army to do this?

00:39:14.000 It is a violation of current Defense Department policies.

00:39:17.000 Well, let's go over this.

00:39:18.000 The Russians have tried it.

00:39:19.000 The Israelis have tried it. 0.70

00:39:21.000 It doesn't work.

00:39:23.000 Men behave differently when a woman gets their guts blown out next to them than a man does.

00:39:28.000 Women have higher infection rates in field when men are even having high rates of it.

00:39:35.000 It destroys unit cohesion in a frontline combat situation.

00:39:40.000 High levels of the women end up getting pregnant. 0.83

00:39:43.000 It causes feuds and infighting.

00:39:45.000 I mean, men have always marched off on hunting trips.

00:39:48.000 or on forays of raiding and warfare.

00:39:52.000 This is our basic coding, and this goes against it.

00:39:57.000 Why does the government want to do this?

00:39:59.000 Well, as I said, there is no good reason for doing this, other than the fact that some bureaucrats apparently didn't appoint or rather recruit enough male soldiers, they're saying, so we're going to send off a lot of young women and young mothers to fight our war instead. 0.96

00:40:13.000 But the case against women in combat that was put together by the Presidential Commission on which I served has many different reasons, and I can boil down to physical issues Well, a woman can't... Listen, listen. 1.00

00:40:25.000 You know, I was... I weighed 240 pounds.

00:40:29.000 And I was in a scene in a movie that's coming out, where this SWAT team takes me out, and these were former professional football players, and a couple of the scenes, in like 10 takes, they had trouble picking me up and carrying me and throwing me in a SWAT vehicle.

00:40:43.000 Now these are big men, we've got a lot of big soldiers who weigh more than I do, and I'm sorry!

00:40:48.000 98% of women aren't going to be able to pick up a man! 1.00

00:40:52.000 Yes, well I saw a live fire exercise at Fort Bragg when I was on the Presidential Commission.

00:40:57.000 And I saw a male soldier hoist another one over his shoulder, fully loaded, weapons, ammunition, the whole thing, took him off the battlefield.

00:41:04.000 Just one soldier carrying another soldier.

00:41:07.000 And I said, just out of curiosity, wouldn't you have a stretcher, two soldiers?

00:41:11.000 I asked the question just to find out what they would say.

00:41:13.000 And I said, oh no, when you're under fire, you get out of there as fast as you can and you take your buddy with you.

00:41:18.000 Well, a woman is at a disadvantage and the man that she would try to carry is probably not going to make it because she won't be able to accomplish that task. 0.99

00:41:27.000 She doesn't have the physical capability to do it. 1.00

00:41:30.000 There's also a whole series of social issues, as you mentioned.

00:41:34.000 People are attracted to each other.

00:41:36.000 Personal relationships do interfere with unit cohesion.

00:41:39.000 Bottom line is women don't have an equal opportunity to survive or to help fellow soldiers survive in a combat environment. 1.00

00:41:47.000 But all of this is being thrown overboard because of some bureaucrats who didn't plan for enough male soldiers and some generals who have daughters in the Army.

00:41:55.000 I'll tell you, it is really very frightening to see this issue treated as somehow less important because it involves women.

00:42:02.000 And yet it's the people who say they're big advocates of women's rights who are treating it as a very, you know, kind of a cavalier, less important thing.

00:42:10.000 I'll tell you, if you look at the materials on my website, again, www.cmlink.org, you will see a serious national defense issue involving readiness, morale, discipline.

00:42:22.000 All of these things.

00:42:23.000 But the Army is ignoring this.

00:42:26.000 The Secretary of Defense needs to intervene.

00:42:28.000 The President needs to intervene.

00:42:30.000 Elaine, they do, but let me bring up something else here.

00:42:32.000 This is really important for folks out there to understand.

00:42:37.000 The private Lynch case.

00:42:39.000 They tried to use that as a propaganda piece until she came out and said it's a fable.

00:42:39.000 Yes.

00:42:44.000 It's not true.

00:42:45.000 She didn't kill all these Iraqis. 0.71

00:42:46.000 And I'm not trying to belittle her, but the truth is the truth.

00:42:49.000 Yes.

00:42:50.000 And they tried to use that as a case point example to push women in the military. 1.00

00:42:56.000 Yes.

00:42:57.000 I admire Jessica Lynch for her courage in going public with what really happened.

00:43:03.000 The Washington Post, I was very critical of them for spinning up a story that never happened.

00:43:08.000 Jane legend of Jessica Lynch.

00:43:08.000 The G.I.

00:43:10.000 But again, the Pentagon and the so-called liberal Washington Post working with Bush.

00:43:15.000 Why aren't conservatives screaming bloody murder over this?

00:43:17.000 Well, this story just came out yesterday.

00:43:20.000 And it wasn't even on the front page of the Washington Times.

00:43:24.000 Certainly there was an excellent commentary on National Review Online by McCubbin Owens.

00:43:29.000 People need to seek that out.

00:43:31.000 And I'll tell you, the Pentagon's strategy is to hope that no one is noticing.

00:43:35.000 Well, we've not only been noticing, my organization, we've been countering this for months.

00:43:40.000 But now we're at a point where this division is about to deploy to Iraq late January, early February.

00:43:48.000 Women are being supposedly trained to be in these forward support companies that co-locate with the combat units. 0.92

00:43:54.000 Once that happens, I can tell you, the Army is already declaring it a big success.

00:43:58.000 And the unit hasn't even deployed yet.

00:44:00.000 Basically, that's propaganda for you.

00:44:02.000 Basically, you're going to have women in areas like Fallujah, in these bases, and the men are going to be so busy going after them, and so busy in the woodshed, that when they come under attack, it's going to cause higher levels of casualties.

00:44:18.000 Well, any way you look at it, this is not going to help those combat units.

00:44:22.000 It certainly is not fair to women in the military Did you know that in a series of surveys done by the Army over a period of 10 years, every year, they ask the question of enlisted women and men, do you want to be treated exactly like the men in going into combat? 0.61

00:44:38.000 90% of the enlisted women are opposed.

00:44:42.000 And it's been similar figures for at least 10 years, a whole decade.

00:44:46.000 So what do they do?

00:44:47.000 They just stop asking the question.

00:44:49.000 Let me ask you another question.

00:44:51.000 I've read that on ships and in bases, I mean, it's, you know, enough of your privacy to give up to go into the latrine right next to men a foot away.

00:45:02.000 But, I mean, I can't imagine for the women and the men having to all be naked around each other, have to be in the bathrooms together.

00:45:10.000 I mean, this is, it's degrading, and they're even trying in some public schools to make people go into the same bathroom, and in colleges.

00:45:20.000 I mean, this is sickening social engineering.

00:45:23.000 Well, again, the military, it's a tough life as it is, and in support units we have some separation of men and women.

00:45:30.000 But let's face it, in close combat, infantry, armor, doing what they were doing in Fallujah, privacy?

00:45:36.000 I mean, what's that?

00:45:37.000 It's the kind of a thing, everything is more intense in close combat.

00:45:41.000 But why do these social... You don't make the job harder for those soldiers.

00:45:44.000 Why do these social engineers... 0.97

00:45:47.000 want to do this.

00:45:49.000 I mean, I know you say they want more people.

00:45:51.000 They want to be able to draft women and, you know, pull all this in the future. 1.00

00:45:54.000 But, I mean, it just doesn't work.

00:45:56.000 I mean, do they want to destroy the military?

00:45:57.000 Again, I think there are some people who have bought into this notion that men and women are interchangeable in all positions.

00:46:05.000 That is a philosophy that has dominated in the Clinton years.

00:46:08.000 And many of the generals who are in positions of authority now pretty much had to implement that philosophy.

00:46:16.000 That's why the Army went to co-ed basic training, knowing that it's less efficient, that it's less desirable for both men and women soldiers.

00:46:24.000 And they've held on to it even though they should have gotten rid of it a long time ago and had separate gender training like the Marines do.

00:46:30.000 But we all heard that this was the evil liberals.

00:46:33.000 And I want to point out that it's Bush and Rumsfeld and I want people to get that through their heads.

00:46:39.000 Well, Mr. Rumsfeld really hasn't spoken on this issue yet and that's the problem.

00:46:43.000 He needs to speak out.

00:46:45.000 He needs to watch.

00:46:46.000 Well, he's clearly for it!

00:46:48.000 He's clearly for it, he's in command!

00:46:49.000 Well, I don't know that yet.

00:46:51.000 I have requested meetings with certain people to find out.

00:46:55.000 As I say, we've managed to resist this for many months, but now they're still going ahead with it anyway.

00:47:01.000 There have been briefings made to Congress, which are quoted and analyzed on my website.

00:47:06.000 Uh, that show that the Army knows they are violating a law that requires prior notification to Congress.

00:47:13.000 They are going ahead with this anyway.

00:47:15.000 Uh, the object seems to be to declare the experiment a big success, and then say to Congress, well, we have to do this, and, and, and now we want all the rules to be eliminated.

00:47:24.000 So what are they going to do when we get... It's a close-linked mindset, and it's quite alarming.

00:47:28.000 Okay, so out of 1,000 plus dead troops, 30 of them are women. 0.99

00:47:31.000 What are they going to do as those numbers get higher and higher?

00:47:33.000 Well, I'll tell you, it's a tragedy when any of our soldiers die, but when you cause more soldiers to die because of poor planning, because of personnel policies that make no sense, that is indefensible.

00:47:47.000 And yet these Pentagon bureaucrats, as I say, they seem to have bought into this gender-free military notion that was so big in the Clinton years. 0.99

00:47:55.000 Somebody needs to give them a strong reality check.

00:47:58.000 But somebody, the President, the Secretary of Defense, needs to intervene and say, what are you doing?

00:48:03.000 You're not going to do this.

00:48:04.000 And oh, by the way, if the combat restrictions, all of them, are eliminated, first co-location, then all the restrictions, because you can't retain one over the other, then you're going to have to do the same thing with special forces, with the Marine Corps, and once that happens, then the ACLU goes back to court and they say, well, why are women exempt from registration for the draft? 0.56

00:48:26.000 That exemption has always been tied to the fact that women are not used in land combat. 1.00

00:48:31.000 But the new legislation, the Universal Service Act...

00:48:35.000 Uh, actually has it in there, two draft women. 1.00

00:48:38.000 I want to thank you, Elaine Donnelly, for coming on, uh, with me while I was ranting and raving about this issue and giving us more information.

00:48:45.000 The website is cmrlink.org, Center for Military Readiness, and thanks for the good work you're doing.

00:48:51.000 Well, thank you.

00:48:52.000 I appreciate, uh, being on your show today.

00:48:54.000 Bye.

00:48:54.000 Take care.

00:48:56.000 There you go!

00:48:56.000 Another example, whether it's open borders or gun control, regulation and all of it, George Bush, Al Clinton and Clinton, And, you know, this cop-out of, well, Rumsfeld won't say, or Bush won't say.

00:49:09.000 It's like saying, well, they're gonna put satellite boxes and taxi in the cars, but Schwarzenegger won't say if he's for it, it's just his new DMV head's doing it, you know.

00:49:17.000 Oh, it's not the great leader doing it.

00:49:19.000 Yes, it is.

00:49:21.000 So see, you never really cared, neocon followers, about not having women in front line combat.

00:49:27.000 You just like to hate Bill Clinton.

00:49:28.000 And then when Bush protected Bill Clinton with Pardongate, blocking that, you love that too. 0.51

00:49:33.000 You hate America.

00:49:34.000 You love abortion. 0.99

00:49:35.000 You love evil.

00:49:37.000 Let's go ahead and talk to who's up next here.

00:49:42.000 Bob in Michigan.

00:49:43.000 You're on the air.

00:49:44.000 Go ahead, Bob.

00:49:45.000 Yes, sir.

00:49:46.000 Hello.

00:49:47.000 How you doing?

00:49:48.000 You've been seeing a lot of the news about the United Nations, Oil for Food, trying to make Kofi Annan responsible.

00:49:48.000 Good.

00:49:58.000 And again, that's the spin.

00:49:59.000 Halliburton's involved.

00:50:00.000 Dick Cheney's involved. 0.99

00:50:01.000 They're all a bunch of crooks. 0.96

00:50:03.000 They're putting the pressure on him to bring Bill Clinton in later. 0.99

00:50:03.000 Right. 0.99

00:50:06.000 Well, I'm sitting here thinking, because I analyze everything, read between the lines if I can.

00:50:11.000 And I believe they're trying to poison the United Nations, and they're going to say, we're going to revamp this.

00:50:19.000 We're going to improve it.

00:50:20.000 Oh, well then your analysis is correct.

00:50:21.000 They just came out with a revamp plan for the UN.

00:50:24.000 Something worse is going to come out of it.

00:50:27.000 And I recall a map that I had that showed the world divided into seven districts, seven areas.

00:50:33.000 And then I'm thinking about the Book of Revelations where it states that the seven beasts, Ten horns.

00:50:43.000 And it reminded me of this map I saw.

00:50:46.000 Well, it's actually ten regions and ten sub-regions per region.

00:50:50.000 But, uh, yeah, that's public.

00:50:52.000 We'll talk more about it, Bob.

00:50:52.000 Stay there.

00:50:53.000 More calls on the other side.

00:53:54.000 Well, I won't back down.

00:54:10.000 No, I won't back down.

00:54:14.000 You can stand me up at the gates of hell, but I won't back down.

00:54:23.000 No, I won't stand my ground.

00:54:27.000 Won't be turned around.

00:54:31.000 A lot of people say, why do they want global governments?

00:54:38.000 Because the corporations are bigger than our governments now, and they want to be the governments.

00:54:45.000 And so if they can control the World Trade Organization, the IMF, the World Bank, which are all these private organizations, and give themselves governmental power, they are our rulers.

00:54:55.000 They can then write the laws to shut out any other competition, To shut out a middle class from ever developing that will be independent of them.

00:55:06.000 And that's what we're talking about, and it's happening right now in front of us, and the average American has no idea.

00:55:12.000 Going back to Bob in Michigan.

00:55:13.000 Bob, finishing up your points.

00:55:15.000 Yeah, they say this is a Christian nation, but when you look and see what's happening around us, you wonder.

00:55:21.000 You have a million man march on Washington, they get what they want.

00:55:24.000 You have the gays marching, they get what they want. 1.00

00:55:27.000 When they try to push the Koran and dress like Muslims in the schools, where are the parents? 1.00

00:55:34.000 Well, where's the ACLU in California when they have, you know, two week long deals where they make them dress like Muslims and pray out of the Koran or learn how to worship Harry Potter?

00:55:45.000 I mean, yeah, exactly.

00:55:46.000 No, I mean, this is to break down what existed before.

00:55:51.000 But where's the Christian Coalition?

00:55:52.000 Where are these Christians? 1.00

00:55:55.000 They're telling you that the Patriot Act is of the Lord and then they're just mum when it comes to open borders and all the rest of it.

00:56:07.000 I agree.

00:56:09.000 Good to hear from you Bob.

00:56:11.000 Who's up next?

00:56:14.000 Ernie in New Jersey.

00:56:15.000 Go ahead Ernie.

00:56:18.000 Ah yes, good afternoon.

00:56:18.000 It's a pleasure to talk to you.

00:56:20.000 Go ahead.

00:56:20.000 Good to talk to you.

00:56:21.000 Ah, some positive notes.

00:56:23.000 Here we, sometimes we have to rearrange our brain, I think.

00:56:25.000 It's true what you're saying.

00:56:27.000 Like, like the ah, all the laws been passed, and yours too, there was Senator Byrd, and there was somebody else on the Republican side stood up against the bill.

00:56:38.000 They were quite elegant.

00:56:40.000 Ah, with their ah, not only that after the vote, They had questions on C-SPAN, and like 8 out of 15 were talking about the open borders, shut the borders down, put troops on the borders, so it's a lot of positive stuff going on.

00:56:55.000 Well, yeah, but they have loyal opposition, like Senator Byrd, who you called eloquent, come up and then kind of put up a weak argument against it.

00:57:02.000 And you're right, on C-SPAN, most of the callers are bringing up real issues, but again, the establishment doesn't care what we want.

00:57:12.000 They just go ahead with it, and then get us off in some fake debate about liberal versus conservative.

00:57:17.000 Yeah, but we're the people.

00:57:19.000 And you know, more and more people wake up.

00:57:21.000 We are the people.

00:57:24.000 Yeah, we don't have to go along with them saying we gotta have a national ID card, or, oh, you know, you've gotta go along with a draft, or, oh, you've gotta... No!

00:57:33.000 We don't!

00:57:34.000 It's criminal!

00:57:35.000 It's unconstitutional!

00:57:36.000 It's un-American! 0.99

00:57:38.000 If the government said we all had to jump off a cliff, we don't have to!

00:57:44.000 Anything else, sir?

00:57:45.000 I hear you, sir.

00:57:46.000 Just the final, I think we have to go back to, not that we don't, but put things in order.

00:57:51.000 God says glorify God first and rejoice in Him.

00:57:54.000 It's to say the Lord is made and then things fall in order.

00:57:57.000 And I have a hard time doing it.

00:57:58.000 You get caught up in so much other stuff.

00:57:59.000 We do our job, but we have to praise Him first because of the rest.

00:58:05.000 I hear you, sir.

00:58:06.000 Take care.

00:58:07.000 Thanks for the call.

00:58:09.000 A lot of people go to church on Sunday or on Saturday and then the rest of the week.

00:58:15.000 they think everything is a ok And their preacher doesn't want to bring up any issues that upset anybody.

00:58:23.000 You want to do whatever is, you know, kind of milquetoast, middle of the road.

00:58:27.000 And that's a big problem, is that, I mean, and that some of the other churches, why they're out saying Patriot Act's good, and you're a devil if you're against it.

00:58:40.000 So that's where you got a lot of the deception going.

00:58:42.000 Alright, we got more guests and more calls coming up.

00:58:45.000 Prisonplanet.tv is the website.

00:58:47.000 Big Brother.

00:58:57.000 Mainstream media.

00:58:59.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:01.000 You want answers?

00:59:02.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:04.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:08.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:12.000 Welcome back, my friends, to the second hour of to the second hour of the show.

00:59:31.000 Coming up in 30 minutes, we'll be talking to Vicki Karp, expert on election fraud and leading activist here in Texas. 0.52

00:59:38.000 And then in the third hour, Bev Harris talking about election fraud and chronicling what really happened in the 2004 election and what's coming up.

00:59:45.000 And we're losing our most basic right, right in front of our very eyes.

00:59:50.000 Right now, we're joined by Dr. Kenneth Sinnott, a Gulf War I vet.

00:59:57.000 And I have the Quad City Times here.

00:59:59.000 We interviewed him a few weeks ago.

01:00:01.000 And he's since been to court.

01:00:04.000 And Homeland Security admits that he didn't threaten anybody, but complaining too much was a problem.

01:00:11.000 So they came out and arrested him.

01:00:14.000 Inspectors from Federal Protective Services, a branch of Homeland Security Department, arrested a Benderdorf chiropractor Friday, accused of making harassing phone calls to the department.

01:00:27.000 of Veterans Affairs officials in Des Moines.

01:00:29.000 Tennessee Tenant 45 remained in the Polk County, Iowa jail late Friday afternoon charged with third-degree harassment.

01:00:37.000 Although it is a state charge and a misdemeanor, Federal Protective Services, or FPS, personnel were involved because the VA's office is a federal facility, said Special Agent Will Calvey.

01:00:51.000 The FPS provides law enforcement and security services to more than one million tenants And daily visitors to all federally owned and leased facilities nationwide.

01:01:01.000 According to the mission statement, FPS focuses directly on the interior security of the nation and the reduction of crimes and potential threats to federal facilities.

01:01:11.000 Calvi said two inspectors from Des Moines had been investigating Tennant after receiving complaints from the VA office.

01:01:18.000 It goes on, he had been harassing them over the past three years, said Calvi.

01:01:21.000 We were looking at the messages and while there were no direct threats, The language was abusive.

01:01:29.000 The specific nature of the calls, or dispute between Tenet and the VA, were not divulged by FPS officials.

01:01:37.000 Mr. Tenet had gone on local radio and complained.

01:01:39.000 He'd called them.

01:01:43.000 They came out and arrested him.

01:01:44.000 This is one more example of marijuana dealers, people selling Rubik's Cubes at toy stores.

01:01:50.000 They're all getting hit by Homeland Security.

01:01:53.000 People speeding or being charged with federal crimes, being arrested by the feds.

01:02:00.000 We're about to break, but let's go ahead and bring up Dr. Kenneth C. Tennant.

01:02:04.000 Dr. Tennant, you've now been to court.

01:02:08.000 Tell us what's since happened.

01:02:12.000 Yes, I went up to court on Tuesday.

01:02:16.000 And I had a couple of people there with me who tried to record the proceedings between The attorney objected to the recording unless we had an order signed by a judge for expanded media coverage.

01:02:37.000 I told him this was my secretary.

01:02:39.000 It was not expanded media coverage.

01:02:41.000 Well, he threatened to bring the deputies in if we didn't.

01:02:44.000 Now, you were in the courtroom at this time?

01:02:46.000 Well, it wasn't actually the courtroom.

01:02:48.000 It was a courtroom.

01:02:49.000 It wasn't a... So the prosecutor was trying to get you to plea bargain?

01:02:57.000 Yes.

01:02:58.000 Okay, well understand, I mean, in those proceedings the judge does have to agree, so I don't want to get off into that all day long, but... You know, interestingly enough, I had called Monday morning, the day before, and asked what judge this would be before, and I was told by the clerk, and no one set in terms, this is not before a judge, that this is just between the attorneys.

01:03:21.000 Uh, you know, to work out a plea bargain.

01:03:22.000 Yeah, I understand, but let's specifically talk about what happened to you.

01:03:25.000 Because I'm not surprised that the prosecutor didn't want you to record it.

01:03:29.000 Right, well, under the Sunshine Law, we had a right to record it, but because, uh, actually, the prosecutor didn't even... Well, I'll tell you what, we got a break.

01:03:36.000 We got a break, Dr. Tennant.

01:03:38.000 All I'm telling you is, it's a debt issue.

01:03:40.000 It's not going to go anywhere for you.

01:03:42.000 So, I want to hear about what they're trying to do to you when we get back.

01:03:45.000 Please stay with us.

01:03:46.000 We'll be right back with Dr. Tennant.

01:06:51.000 Big Brother Mainstream media.

01:06:59.000 Government cover-ups.

01:07:01.000 You want answers?

01:07:02.000 Well, so does he.

01:07:04.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:07:08.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:07:16.000 I was just talking to...

01:07:19.000 Dr. Tennant during the break.

01:07:20.000 And again, Homeland Security says in the Quad City Times that he didn't threaten anybody, but he called to complain too much.

01:07:28.000 Well, he did a local radio interview criticizing the VA.

01:07:33.000 You know, talking about how he was given all this experimental stuff when he was in Gulf War I, and how he doesn't like it.

01:07:38.000 Well, that's basically harassment. 0.95

01:07:40.000 So they've arrested him a few weeks ago.

01:07:43.000 And then they ordered him into court, and then it was a prosecutor trying to make him plea bargain.

01:07:48.000 And then the prosecutor said, I'm taking you before a judge, even though there wasn't a court date that day, because you aren't complying with me.

01:07:55.000 Now, that's completely illegal right there, but they just do it out of hand.

01:07:58.000 It's mainstream now.

01:08:01.000 But to go over blow-by-blow what happened to you, sir, with Homeland Security.

01:08:06.000 Again, Homeland Security.

01:08:07.000 This is the type of stuff they're dealing with.

01:08:10.000 Doctor, please tell us about it.

01:08:11.000 Yeah, well, they showed up at my doorstep with two local police officers banging on my door.

01:08:17.000 To me, it's early in the morning in front of my six-year-old son and my eight-year-old daughter and my wife.

01:08:24.000 They just manhandled and arrested me.

01:08:26.000 They took me away.

01:08:27.000 They said they had a warrant.

01:08:28.000 I'd never seen anything.

01:08:30.000 But when I was up in Des Moines there on Tuesday, I finally got a copy of it, and it was signed by a Judge Jacobs, who was basically working with a Commander Berry up there in Des Moines, who was Stephen Famillo, the arresting agent.

01:08:48.000 It's his commander, his supervisor.

01:08:50.000 Interestingly enough, I'm looking at the warrant and it clearly states on here to any peace officer of the state that you are commanded forthwith to arrest that defendant and take him before the nearest most assessable magistrate without unnecessary delay.

01:09:06.000 They took me clear across the state.

01:09:08.000 And then he's, and then the Stephen Fumillo actually signed a return of service where he's certifying that he did bring me before the nearest most assessable magistrate.

01:09:18.000 But nearest to who?

01:09:20.000 Nearest to their office or nearest to where you live?

01:09:22.000 See, that's the difference.

01:09:24.000 Yeah, well, it's not clearly defined, but you would, you would, uh, you know, common sense would tell you that, uh, it says here without... Well, again, that's just the corrupt court systems.

01:09:35.000 I mean, that's just how they operate.

01:09:36.000 The bigger issue is, uh, here, uh, Dr. Tennant, is that you're being attacked and focused on for complaining I would advise you that when you get into this trial that you demand a jury, and then you bring up as a big piece of evidence, you put on the stand the Homeland Security officer that arrested you, and you say, did you tell them I didn't harass anyone?

01:10:01.000 Did you tell them that I didn't threaten anyone?

01:10:03.000 You know, you've got this guy with the newspaper and then you also subpoena and bring in as a witness the reporter, Tory Burchett of the Quad City Times and say, did this Homeland Security officer tell you that I did not threaten anyone?

01:10:19.000 Well, the way he's got it written up here, I'm looking at the preliminary complaint and it says that repeatedly communicated with employees of the Veterans Affairs Department without legitimate purpose.

01:10:29.000 In a manner likely to cause annoyance or alarm.

01:10:32.000 I got a letter right here in front of me.

01:10:34.000 Annoyance?

01:10:34.000 Let me stop you!

01:10:36.000 You annoyed them!

01:10:38.000 Understand this, folks.

01:10:39.000 You annoyed them.

01:10:40.000 Go ahead.

01:10:41.000 Yeah, I was just going to say, this is... It's crazy because I got letters right here in front of me dated June 18, 2004 and it's signed by the first victim listed here, Donald Ittings.

01:10:54.000 He happens to be the current director of the VA Regional Office.

01:10:59.000 If I don't have a legitimate complaint, I mean, why is he sending me mail saying that my case is before their office?

01:11:06.000 Did you talk to Donald Ittings?

01:11:09.000 I never actually talked to him on the phone.

01:11:09.000 Donald Ittings.

01:11:11.000 Let me stop you right there. 0.98

01:11:13.000 That's another reason to throw this out of court.

01:11:16.000 You have to have the personnel member so you can face your accuser.

01:11:21.000 Specifically put their name on there and have a sworn affidavit for what specific threat you made.

01:11:27.000 Instead, you've got as a witness and as the complainant, somebody who you never even talked to!

01:11:34.000 Folks, are you getting how openly criminal all this is?

01:11:38.000 Now that is very substantive.

01:11:41.000 You put him on the stand.

01:11:43.000 You put him on the stand and when he refuses to show up, they gotta throw it out and you say, did I ever talk to you?

01:11:49.000 Yeah, this is totally incredible.

01:11:50.000 I mean, here, on one hand, they're saying I don't have legitimate purpose.

01:11:54.000 On the other hand, he's writing me a letter telling me that my claim is in his office before a decision review officer where I had been for years.

01:12:04.000 I want you to go back and read that where they talked about you don't have a legitimate reason to be calling them that you're annoying.

01:12:11.000 So folks, Homeland Security doesn't have any terrorists to catch.

01:12:14.000 They've got to go after Dr. Tennant.

01:12:16.000 Go ahead.

01:12:17.000 Well, this is what it says.

01:12:18.000 And this is in the handwriting of Stephen Tomello, the arresting agent.

01:12:22.000 It says, Repeatedly communicated with employees of the U.S.

01:12:26.000 Veterans Affairs Department without legitimate purpose.

01:12:30.000 And in a manner likely to cause annoyance or alarm.

01:12:34.000 And it's got listed as witnesses or victims is Donald Avings, who's the director.

01:12:42.000 Mitzi Marsh, who is the service center manager.

01:12:45.000 And then there's Thomas Lynch and Alan Dettmeyer, who are both coaches who have been full-time employees for the longest time.

01:12:56.000 Donald Eddings and Mitzi Marsh, they're the people who have just taken these offices recently.

01:13:04.000 They've had numerous directors and numerous... Well, let me ask you a question.

01:13:08.000 How many of those four people did you talk to?

01:13:13.000 Uh... I've talked to two of them.

01:13:16.000 So you've never talked to two of them, but they're signing false affidavits then?

01:13:22.000 Yeah.

01:13:23.000 They're complaining that you have threatened them when you've never even talked to them.

01:13:28.000 They're not even saying you threatened them.

01:13:30.000 You called them too much, and so... The way it's written up, it says repeatedly communicated, and that would include sending an email Any emails that I got from like the National Vaccine Information Center, where they're publishing, you know, they're pointing to credible experts telling you that, hey, these are vaccine-related illnesses, I would forward that.

01:13:53.000 Well, sir, sir, sir, the Lansing Journal, the Associated Press, major medical journals have all reported that anthrax shot was deadly.

01:14:03.000 Right, right, but... They shut the plant, hold on, hold on!

01:14:06.000 They shut the plant down!

01:14:08.000 Yeah.

01:14:10.000 Bioport, Lansing, Michigan.

01:14:12.000 Now look, Doctor, I keep jumping in here because I want to keep it focused right on what's important here.

01:14:17.000 Now, you're with this prosecutor and what is he telling you?

01:14:21.000 And then he does take you before a judge, just magically.

01:14:26.000 Tell us about that.

01:14:27.000 Well, basically he's wanting me to plea bargain.

01:14:30.000 So that they don't have to proceed to court with this here.

01:14:34.000 They don't have anything to proceed.

01:14:35.000 But anyway, because I'm not going for that.

01:14:39.000 Because I know that I haven't done anything wrong.

01:14:42.000 So I'm standing my ground and so he wants to take me before a judge.

01:14:47.000 He finds a judge to take me before and then he just tells the judge that I am not cooperating.

01:14:53.000 Let me stop you. 0.95

01:14:54.000 Not cooperating is not giving up your right to say you're innocent.

01:14:58.000 What did the prosecutor offer you?

01:15:03.000 I didn't even allow him to go that far.

01:15:05.000 I just objected to everything he had to basically say in this case because of the fact that they are in default.

01:15:12.000 They haven't shown me any evidence.

01:15:16.000 They haven't shown me that they have jurisdiction in this matter.

01:15:19.000 They got false affidavits, they got everything you need, and they've got the head Homeland Security officer that arrested you saying you threatened no one.

01:15:29.000 Pure gold!

01:15:32.000 Pure gold, pure gold, pure gold in the newspaper.

01:15:35.000 Then you went, then he took you before the judge.

01:15:38.000 Tell us about that.

01:15:39.000 Well, I haven't entered a plea yet.

01:15:40.000 I've told the judge and I've told him before.

01:15:42.000 I don't understand the charges.

01:15:44.000 It's not clear at all what the charge is.

01:15:45.000 They haven't shown me anything.

01:15:48.000 And so the judge is trying to trip me up and get me under her jurisdiction. 0.93

01:15:51.000 You know, the jurisdiction of the court, asking me if I'm the defendant.

01:15:55.000 So you didn't even enter in as the defendant to move with a motion to dismiss.

01:16:00.000 You still just held it up, but you're telling me the judge went ahead and set a court date despite the fact, and that there's no plea entered?

01:16:09.000 Correct.

01:16:09.000 You need to put in a judicial complaint on that judge.

01:16:14.000 Forget not proper procedure, that's ridiculous. 0.87

01:16:17.000 I know. 0.93

01:16:18.000 I know. 0.95

01:16:19.000 This is ludicrous. 0.81

01:16:20.000 This is just unbelievable. 0.91

01:16:21.000 Can you say judicial complaint?

01:16:24.000 Pardon?

01:16:24.000 Can you say judicial complaint?

01:16:27.000 Did I say?

01:16:28.000 No, no.

01:16:29.000 Because you can put a judicial complaint on that judge.

01:16:31.000 Oh, yes.

01:16:32.000 That should all... Yeah, I agree.

01:16:37.000 Okay, tell me about this kangaroo court.

01:16:40.000 Tell us the name of the sniveling prosecutor.

01:16:43.000 You know, interestingly enough, the prosecutor at first refused to give his name.

01:16:48.000 When we asked what his name was while we were recording it, and we have it on record, where he says, well, I won't give you my name at this time.

01:16:55.000 It's not appropriate, and I want you to turn that recorder off.

01:16:59.000 Okay, so after you did, what did he say?

01:17:02.000 He asked us to leave the room so that he could open the file and read it.

01:17:07.000 He hadn't had time to even look at the file.

01:17:10.000 Okay, and then you came back in.

01:17:11.000 Did he tell you his name?

01:17:13.000 No, not at that time.

01:17:15.000 Did he ever tell you his name?

01:17:16.000 Yes.

01:17:18.000 What's his name?

01:17:18.000 Actually, he told us his name was Mr. Olu.

01:17:22.000 So his name is Mr. Olu?

01:17:24.000 Did he ever tell you his first name?

01:17:24.000 Yes.

01:17:26.000 I don't believe I got his first name.

01:17:28.000 Oh, sounds like a free country.

01:17:30.000 Secret officers.

01:17:31.000 Okay, then you argue with him.

01:17:33.000 He then says, okay, I'm taking you before the judge.

01:17:35.000 What happened?

01:17:36.000 Well, basically the judge just pretty much rode roughshod over us.

01:17:40.000 Didn't want to hear any of our objections.

01:17:42.000 Didn't want to listen to the fact that I've said in the past, I don't understand the charge.

01:17:48.000 I don't wish to contract with anyone in the court.

01:17:53.000 I don't agree with any of the actions.

01:17:54.000 And then she said she thought you might be incompetent.

01:17:57.000 Yeah, at one point in time she asked the, I think this was just a ploy to trip me up to act To get me to say I understand something when, you know, their meaning of understanding is probably more in line with, do I agree with what they're saying, and I don't.

01:18:14.000 So I didn't want to say that I understood what they were talking about because I didn't want them to misconstrue.

01:18:20.000 Okay, and then the judge, what's the judge's name?

01:18:24.000 The judge was Carol Coppola.

01:18:26.000 Carol Coppola, and then she set a date.

01:18:29.000 She set a date, February 7th, 10am, room 104.

01:18:34.000 And then there's not even a plea entered here.

01:18:36.000 Not even a plea, but I'm all set for trial.

01:18:40.000 Alright, doctor.

01:18:41.000 We'll come back and go over this.

01:18:41.000 Stay there.

01:20:51.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones here introducing you to the Black Berkey Replacement Element. 0.80

01:20:55.000 They're new and they're more powerful than any gravity filter element on the market.

01:20:58.000 These powerful filters fit most gravity filter systems and can be installed in minutes.

01:21:03.000 Black Berkey Replacement Elements are so powerful they remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts, parasites to non-detectable levels.

01:21:09.000 The trihalomethanes, volatile organic chemicals such as atrazine, styrene, chloroform, and MTBE are removed below detectable limits.

01:21:17.000 Black Berkey filter elements also reduce nitrates and unwanted metals such as lead, mercury, and aluminum.

01:21:23.000 Yet the Black Berkey filter elements leave in the nutritional minerals that your body needs.

01:21:27.000 And the Black Berkey filters are reclaimable.

01:21:29.000 Simply brush them up with Scotch-Brite pads.

01:21:31.000 Normally $48 each, you get a two-pack for only $91 or a four-pack for only $107.

01:21:36.000 Get the powerful Black Berkey Replacement Filters now by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438 and tell them Alex Jones sent you.

01:21:56.000 In fact, over one-third of the global population suffers from some form of serious mineral deficiency, leading to all kinds of disease and disability.

01:22:03.000 That lack of energy you've been blaming on getting older or working too hard?

01:22:07.000 It's more likely that same mineral deficiency.

01:22:09.000 And kids who may not be doing as well in school or having a hard time studying ought to be considering a lack of minerals, not necessarily a lack of concentration as the culprit.

01:22:17.000 Either way, why chance it?

01:22:49.000 If I sound irritated, it's not with Dr. Tennant.

01:22:56.000 I'm just so angry, and we only have 30 minutes to cover this, just a few minutes left of that 30 minutes, to chronicle how corrupt these courts are. 0.64

01:23:06.000 And this is all admitted.

01:23:08.000 He didn't threaten anybody.

01:23:10.000 He sued them over benefits.

01:23:13.000 And he called too much.

01:23:15.000 And he emailed them too much.

01:23:17.000 And it says it.

01:23:18.000 And then people who he didn't even talk to, who he didn't even correspond with, the director of the big facility, is signing on to the complaint.

01:23:28.000 And they want to put this guy in jail, this veteran, with no criminal record, for no reason.

01:23:33.000 They have no conscience.

01:23:34.000 And then you get before the judge, look, when you go to this trial, you can keep trying to not enter a plea or whatever, and she's just going to do it for you, and then she's going to judge you right there.

01:23:43.000 You might have a strategy of demanding a jury trial.

01:23:48.000 And, uh, then putting on a case before the jury, going, okay, here's the newspaper where they say I didn't threaten anybody.

01:23:54.000 Here's a correspondence from the people, uh, who, uh, you know, to me, saying that I am in a case with them, uh, and, uh, do you want me to go to jail, uh, for, uh, being given a poisonous vaccine?

01:24:06.000 Here's mainstream news articles saying the vaccine.

01:24:09.000 And, uh, Basically, I don't think there's any jury out there that will convict you, Dr. Deagle, but who knows what's going to happen with this judge.

01:24:19.000 But I hope you put in a judicial complaint on this judge.

01:24:22.000 Anything else, doctor?

01:24:23.000 Well, I just want to comment on the, you know, the degree of dishonesty within these federal agencies is just insane.

01:24:33.000 I hear you, Dr. Tennant.

01:24:36.000 So, when you were up before this judge, how was she behaving?

01:24:40.000 Well, she seemed to be, as far as judges go, she had a good demeanor about herself. 0.51

01:24:48.000 But, I mean, she was very cautious and, in retrospect, it seemed like she was trying to trip me up.

01:24:58.000 But, I mean, she didn't display any ill temperament.

01:25:07.000 Just coldly executing the downfall of America.

01:25:10.000 Yeah.

01:25:12.000 I mean, think about this.

01:25:13.000 We just had a veteran who works for the network walk in and go, man, Alex, during the break, this is scary.

01:25:18.000 I mean, if I call and complain to the VA, will I get arrested by Homeland Security?

01:25:25.000 Well, that's what they're doing now.

01:25:26.000 The Department of Veterans Affairs is using Homeland Security as a tool to intimidate veterans into silence.

01:25:33.000 Well, it hasn't worked.

01:25:34.000 You've been all over talk radio.

01:25:36.000 You've been in the newspaper.

01:25:37.000 I don't think they're getting what they wanted out of this, are they?

01:25:41.000 That goes along the lines of military intelligence.

01:25:46.000 Sanoxymoron.

01:25:48.000 Well, so, coming up in February, I hope people will be there for the trial.

01:25:55.000 Are you just going to go in and keep denying that she has jurisdiction over you?

01:25:59.000 She clearly doesn't.

01:26:00.000 They are trying to trick you into going along with it.

01:26:02.000 They do do this.

01:26:03.000 I guess they're going to proceed with their rough shot.

01:26:09.000 They're going to go ahead and try to put this on trial.

01:26:15.000 You know, I don't think that I could ask the courts to do anything as far as demanding a trial by jury or anything like that, because if I do, then I'm stepping off and giving them jurisdiction over me.

01:26:27.000 Yeah, but I know people are giving you advice, but that's one avenue of advice.

01:26:32.000 The problem is, these people don't even follow their own rules.

01:26:35.000 That's it!

01:26:36.000 I mean, here's a... Kelly Rushing, one of our listeners, gave a Ron Paul speech, 45-minute neocon speech, and one of my videos, to a state trooper in Kentucky.

01:26:48.000 And he came and arrested him and bragged and said, I'm arresting you for giving me both those videos.

01:26:53.000 And the judge said, you're not allowed to give videos of congressmen or anybody else to police.

01:26:59.000 These are anti-government.

01:27:01.000 And they charged him.

01:27:02.000 They wanted to put him in jail for three years.

01:27:05.000 And he got a jury trial.

01:27:08.000 The jury found him not guilty.

01:27:10.000 And the judge and others actually threw fits.

01:27:13.000 But, I mean, they would love to put a good man like Kelly Rushing, no criminal record, well known in the community.

01:27:18.000 They'd love to ruin his life for giving somebody a video of a congressman.

01:27:23.000 This is the mindset of these people.

01:27:24.000 They could care less.

01:27:27.000 They're put there to put people in prison to make widgets for the drug dealers that own the prisons.

01:27:32.000 The drug dealing cartels own the prisons, the drug dealers own the courts, the New World Order, and then they want slaves for their slave camps.

01:27:43.000 So, I don't know what strategy you should pick up, but if she just goes ahead and starts entering a plea for you, you can wait and watch it, and then resist it and say, no, I do not accept that plea.

01:27:54.000 Because, I mean, she'll just sit there and go, okay, I give you the plea of guilty, and okay, you're guilty.

01:28:00.000 They haven't even explained the charge.

01:28:02.000 They haven't offered me the assistance of counsel.

01:28:05.000 They haven't done anything in accordance with rules, regulations, laws... You don't want their assistance of counsel.

01:28:11.000 Pardon?

01:28:12.000 You don't want their assistance of counsel.

01:28:14.000 No, I don't want their assistance of counsel, but they haven't even offered me anything along those lines. 0.97

01:28:22.000 Yeah, because they're used to just totally ignorant people who just walk in and go, yes, my lord. 0.96

01:28:26.000 Exactly.

01:28:27.000 Hey, Doctor, I want to thank you for coming on.

01:28:29.000 We'll have you back on as this develops.

01:28:30.000 God bless.

01:28:31.000 Thank you for having me.

01:28:32.000 You bet.

01:28:32.000 You're a great American.

01:28:34.000 Did absolutely nothing.

01:28:35.000 They admit it in the newspaper.

01:28:37.000 Want to put him in prison.

01:28:42.000 We're on the march.

01:28:43.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:34:49.000 Instead of fighting the crowds for your Christmas shopping, why not just give them the gift of unlocking their minds?

01:34:56.000 Or, I guess, give them a $20 fruitcake.

01:34:58.000 That'll be better.

01:34:59.000 Let's go to Vicki Karp. 0.73

01:35:01.000 who a few years ago got involved exposing the electronic voting machine systems and is going to be leading a big demonstration at the Texas Capitol in downtown Austin, right in front of it on the south side of the Capitol, coming up this Sunday at high noon, and I'm going to be one of the speakers. coming up this Sunday at high noon, and I'm going Vicki, it's good to have you up with us.

01:35:21.000 Well, thank you so much, Alex, for having me.

01:35:25.000 You bet.

01:35:25.000 Just kind of a thumbnail, tell us about yourself, how you got involved, a testament to individuals having a great effect.

01:35:35.000 In the few years you've been involved, all the media coverage, all the exposés, and then tell us about this demonstration that's coming up.

01:35:43.000 Okay, well I have you to thank because I was listening to your show when I heard you interviewing Bev Harris.

01:35:48.000 It was last July 2003.

01:35:51.000 About, uh, you know, she had just discovered the D-Bolt software and that you could hack these electronic voting machines in a matter of... I think she had it 10 minutes, now it's down to 30 seconds.

01:36:00.000 You can hack in and change the vote tally, and I was so amazed and shocked.

01:36:04.000 I started researching myself and found out that everything she was saying was true.

01:36:09.000 I called her.

01:36:09.000 I met her.

01:36:10.000 I met her on the phone.

01:36:11.000 We've gotten to be friends.

01:36:12.000 Now I'm on her board of directors of her non-profit and I just support her work in any way I can and I've become a local spokesperson against electronic voting here in Austin as well.

01:36:24.000 I just felt that all other issues really tied back into the voting issue, Alex.

01:36:30.000 It doesn't seem to matter what side of an issue anybody stands on.

01:36:33.000 If you think you can vote an official out who doesn't agree with you and the machines are hacked, well, you can't do anything.

01:36:38.000 You're powerless.

01:36:39.000 So, I just decided to devote my time as an activist to this particular issue.

01:36:44.000 Well, also, Vicky, we've caught big companies engaging in fraud from California to Tennessee.

01:36:51.000 We've caught them with convicted felons as vice presidents, convicted felons for computer crimes.

01:36:57.000 Running elections in California.

01:36:59.000 We've had engineers quit and say, this thing is totally easy to manipulate.

01:37:04.000 We have the company saying, you can't look at our software, or what we're doing, or have a record of how you voted.

01:37:09.000 Because we're a private proprietary company.

01:37:13.000 Yeah, but you're in the public trust.

01:37:14.000 So where there's smoke, there's fire.

01:37:16.000 We've caught them.

01:37:16.000 We know fraud's going on.

01:37:18.000 We know where people are going to lose in the polls, but they're the establishment candidate.

01:37:22.000 They win with the machines, in some cases, like Senator Hagel, who owns his own machines in Nebraska.

01:37:27.000 But now we see a new type of politician where, oh, 90-plus percent of you are against toll roads?

01:37:33.000 Vote us out! 0.84

01:37:34.000 Ha ha ha!

01:37:35.000 You know, oh, you're against the National ID Card?

01:37:37.000 Vote us out! 0.84

01:37:38.000 Ha ha ha!

01:37:38.000 You're against forced psychological testing.

01:37:40.000 Vote us out.

01:37:41.000 Now we really see the tyranny coinciding with these machines now in place in 35% of the country, enough to swing in any direction.

01:37:51.000 Clearly, folks, this is one of the, if not the, central issues in the stones that adorn the crown of issues.

01:38:03.000 And Vicki, we're going down the tubes fast.

01:38:06.000 If we don't stop this, how do we get these machines removed?

01:38:11.000 Well, you know, I wish I had one answer for that, Alex, but I think that in the end it's going to come down to individual citizens who get so pissed off that they try to do something.

01:38:24.000 You know, the sort of actions that Deb Harris has been doing, going into county election officials' offices with public information requests, Uh, to get the records from elections and seeing, you know, exposing what's going on and it's going to take a massive grassroots organization, not one organization of one group, but individuals throughout the country.

01:38:45.000 That's what I really think it's going to take.

01:38:48.000 I believe that she's on the right track.

01:38:50.000 I was doing similar type of monitoring here on election day and of course, I wasn't able to turn up anything obvious with our heart machines here in Texas or in Travis County.

01:39:01.000 Because there's no way to look at them?

01:39:02.000 Well, yeah, I mean, you know, in our case, I think, well, I don't know.

01:39:06.000 I mean, I don't know.

01:39:07.000 Without the paper ballot, which is, of course, the biggest problem, you really can't tell unless there's something blindingly obvious going on.

01:39:14.000 You can't tell if fraud has taken place.

01:39:15.000 But we have a massive conflict of interest in Austin.

01:39:19.000 Yeah, absolutely.

01:39:21.000 Tell us about the part inter-Civic, yeah.

01:39:24.000 Tell the listeners, Vicki, about Michael McCall.

01:39:26.000 Well, Michael McCall, I think, is his son-in-law.

01:39:31.000 Maybe you can help me with this relationship.

01:39:33.000 Son-in-law, Lowry Mays, the owner of Clear Channel, yeah.

01:39:36.000 Right, right.

01:39:36.000 So yeah, the ownership ties go back to Clear Channel with Hart InterCivic.

01:39:40.000 And Hart InterCivic, even though they don't have modems on their voting machines, which makes them a slight bit better than the Diebold, Sequoia, and ES&S machines, They can still be hacked from inside.

01:39:53.000 There's no way to tell if that's happening or not.

01:39:56.000 Yeah, you just simply pre-program it.

01:39:59.000 That's right.

01:39:59.000 And one thing I wanted to mention, because I only found out about this about two or three months ago after working on it for a year and a half, the optical scan counting machines that count paper ballots A large number of those are manufactured by the Diebold company.

01:40:15.000 And it still gets fed through a computer?

01:40:16.000 Exactly, exactly.

01:40:17.000 So the same software program, the same what they call the central tabulator software that counts the votes on the Diebold touchscreen machines which have made the news You know, they're more famous in the news for their touch screens, but it's actually the same exact hack can occur with optical scan counters that they manufacture.

01:40:35.000 And so even when you have a recount, they just feed them back to the same machines again.

01:40:39.000 That's why the only type of recount that does any good is a hand recount, but that's only if there hasn't been time to manipulate the ballots in between the time the recount was requested and the time the recount takes place.

01:40:50.000 I'm afraid in Ohio, Although I'm really applauding the efforts of the Green Party and Libertarian Michael Benard to get that recount going, I'm afraid that their Secretary of State up there, Kenneth Blackwell, has so successfully dragged out this process before that he would allow it to begin, that by now, no telling which ballots will really be hand-counted.

01:41:10.000 The original ones, I really doubt it.

01:41:12.000 Let me go back to Michael McCaul.

01:41:16.000 Michael McCaul, Janet Reno's personal lawyer, Anti-gun, anti-freedom neocon.

01:41:21.000 I'm sure you love him, so-called conservatives.

01:41:24.000 This guy, the cover-up artist for Waco, for communist Chinese agents. 0.62

01:41:32.000 The guy's way down in the polls, but Lowry May is the owner of Clear Channel that controls and predominantly owns Hardener Civics that makes the machines we have in the three counties that his district is in.

01:41:46.000 He is also the number one contributor to his son-in-law, and so they own the machines, they're his biggest campaign contributor, and he's married to the family, married into the family, and then magically he wins, and the Republican leadership of course also comes out for him instead of real conservatives.

01:42:03.000 So again, and there's examples of this all over the country where they own their own machines, Vicki.

01:42:09.000 Right.

01:42:11.000 Right, that's right.

01:42:12.000 So, you know, the kind of monitoring that can make a difference, I mean, I was giving an example of what I did, which I really couldn't, I didn't turn up anything in my case.

01:42:20.000 However, what an individual citizen can do through a public records request is to request from an election official the individual precinct totals for a county.

01:42:31.000 And then they can get basically the central tabulator results that show the grand total and add up the individual precinct totals and see if they actually match.

01:42:41.000 And a lot of times they're sloppy.

01:42:42.000 I mean, there were scores of counties this year where you'd have 50,000 vote and only 15,000 registered voters, or 30,000 vote and 18,000 registered voters.

01:42:52.000 There's just masses of that.

01:42:53.000 One of their favorite tricks is flipping.

01:42:55.000 They know who's really going to win from polls, and so they just flip and give your victory to the establishment candidate.

01:43:02.000 There are so many.

01:43:03.000 I have files that are inches thick.

01:43:06.000 I've started a new file just since the election, Alex.

01:43:09.000 It's about two inches thick now of examples of problems that have turned up all around the country.

01:43:14.000 Bev was telling me, I know she's going to be on at one and she'll have some exciting information for you, but she was telling me last night in a conversation that there were 90,000 ballots in Ohio that didn't even show a vote for president at all.

01:43:28.000 Now, why did that happen?

01:43:31.000 Let alone 100,000 voters who were purged out of the voting database in Ohio.

01:43:36.000 And then on top of it, it wasn't 178,000 challenged provisional ballots, it was hundreds of thousands more, and almost all of those were Democrats, but Kerry, he didn't want those counted because he took a dive.

01:43:52.000 I'll tell you, I was never, well I guess I shouldn't have been surprised.

01:43:56.000 I know he's killing bums, I was just hoping he might I mean, I never heard another thing about them. 1.00

01:44:00.000 do a better job of pretending he was being being the opposition but I see Vicki that's what they do disappointed in how he handled that with his concession the next day I where were his teams of hundreds of tens of thousands of attorneys who were supposed to be investigating any possibilities of vote fraud they I mean I never heard another thing about them I understand that some of his contributors are kind of upset because they they donated money to make sure that every vote would be counted that he would fight the good fight but certainly hasn't done that

01:44:30.000 Yeah, $300 million from $100-sized donations, never before been done.

01:44:35.000 The poor grassroots thought he was... But people ask me, well, if they've got election fraud with the machines, why do they need to have Kerry staging?

01:44:43.000 Because you have to have the fall guy not challenge the fraudulent results, because he's a fall guy, he's a ringer, he's going to lay down.

01:44:52.000 But still, the people are going to go vote.

01:44:56.000 You understand?

01:44:56.000 So they have to have it set as a fraud at every level.

01:45:00.000 And clearly he won Ohio.

01:45:02.000 Clearly he won New Mexico.

01:45:04.000 And I'm not a Democrat, folks.

01:45:05.000 I'm reporting the facts here.

01:45:07.000 I believe that's probably right, yeah.

01:45:11.000 It's amazing, Vicki.

01:45:13.000 You are probably aware, you'll probably hear the details, but Bev turned up some interesting evidence in a Democratic county in Florida, in Volusia County, and some people who have been tracking this story already know about it, but having done a Freedom of Information Act request and not having received all the precinct but having done a Freedom of Information Act request and not having received all the precinct totals, she and Kathleen Wynne and Andy Stevenson went to that county election office to ask for the missing precinct totals, and they were told to wait

01:45:44.000 apparently, because while they were standing there, somebody took a trash bag out the back door, and one of her helpers, Andy or Kathleen, went back and retrieved that trash bag, found real precinct totals there that had been signed by the election officials that were working at those found real precinct totals there that had been signed by the election Each precinct take that they had received had five or six signatures of election officials on it.

01:46:09.000 There are hundreds of such cases in the last few elections that are in major papers but never on the big nightly news so it's always regional news.

01:46:17.000 They're so sloppy they don't even shred it.

01:46:19.000 They just go throw it in trash cans.

01:46:22.000 Well, you know what?

01:46:23.000 It's because no one's ever been checking on them before and that's why we need... Bev Harris can't do this by herself. 0.96

01:46:28.000 But the mainstream media... She's the only one person.

01:46:30.000 We need everybody out there to give the damn about the vote.

01:46:33.000 To find out, you know, the process and get out there and start doing this themselves. 0.92

01:46:37.000 I really think that's the only thing that's going to make a difference.

01:46:39.000 Well, Vicki Karp, you're absolutely right.

01:46:43.000 I mean, this is a central issue.

01:46:44.000 People need to start getting involved, but it's also the mainstream media.

01:46:51.000 By the time it gets in the news, or say the statesman here in Austin, it's, oh, there's some problems.

01:46:56.000 People are upset about problems.

01:46:57.000 No, we're upset about admitted fraud, folks, all over the country.

01:47:02.000 And a good place to network and get involved is this Sunday, high noon, south side of the Capitol, where we're going to be having a rally, and you should have these rallies all over the country, and if somebody isn't putting it on, you give your own group a name, you and ten of your friends call the media, send out press releases, get on Talk Radio locally, call up the station, get on, say, meet us this Sunday, you know, in a few weeks from now, and go down and have your own rally at your courthouse or your Capitol.

01:47:31.000 I mean, stop playing games, folks.

01:47:33.000 If you want freedom, you've got to raise the consciousness level about this, Vicki.

01:47:38.000 I mean, with people like Vicki, who took action.

01:47:41.000 You've got to be a trailblazer like she is.

01:47:44.000 Vicki, tell us about this rally that's coming up Sunday.

01:47:47.000 Well, it's actually called the 51 Capital March, a nationwide protest against the stolen election is what the theme of it is.

01:47:56.000 And it was an individual named Chip Marshall from Houston, Texas, who had been tracking this issue and he just decided that he needed to take it upon himself before the Electoral College met on Monday, December 13th, to organize a national march, you know, hopefully in every one of the capitals and Washington, D.C., which is, you know, the name 51 capitals.

01:48:19.000 He started it and then created a website for it and my friend Karen Rennick and Abby Delosier, both of them who have been real active here locally.

01:48:27.000 Abby's been putting on press conferences on this issue for a while.

01:48:31.000 I've been helping her.

01:48:33.000 We just got on the website and found this guy's name and a couple other people from Houston.

01:48:37.000 So we teamed up with them.

01:48:40.000 Again, they may steal these elections, but we have to stand up and say, we know what you did, whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, fraud is fraud, and we've got to expose this, or it's over, America, and I want to see you out there this Sunday at the Texas State Capitol, high noon, I'll be giving a speech, many others will be giving speeches, and Vicki, then it sounds to me like what you're saying is there's other rallies going on simultaneously around the country, are there websites to find that?

01:49:10.000 It's www.51March, all one word.

01:49:15.000 And you can plug into that and see what's going on in your state.

01:49:19.000 We're trying to get 51 of them going.

01:49:21.000 So type that in Google and you'll find it?

01:49:23.000 Yes.

01:49:24.000 We're really honored that you're going to be one of our speakers, Alex.

01:49:28.000 Really appreciate it.

01:49:29.000 Vicki, do you have a website yet?

01:49:31.000 Um, no.

01:49:32.000 Well, actually I do.

01:49:35.000 I mean, I'm the national chairperson for the Coalition for Visible Ballot.

01:49:38.000 No, I understand that, but we need to get you a local news site.

01:49:41.000 We'll probably get you somebody to do that.

01:49:42.000 Thanks for joining us, Vicki.

01:49:43.000 Thank you, Alex.

01:49:44.000 See you Sunday.

01:49:45.000 We'll be right back.

01:49:47.000 Your call is coming up.

01:49:51.000 Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

01:50:50.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?

01:50:56.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

01:51:05.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.

01:51:12.000 Radioactive poisoning.

01:51:13.000 Potassium iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

01:51:19.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.

01:51:25.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick and pets.

01:51:34.000 Order the official potassium iodate for only $24 and save $5 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

01:52:59.000 Alex Jones, on the GCN Radio Network.

01:53:03.000 You wonder why government's getting so arrogant?

01:53:07.000 Because they're taking your right to vote away, people!

01:53:11.000 And the establishment will hand power back and forth between the Republicans and Democrats.

01:53:16.000 It's amazing.

01:53:17.000 I just hope the Democrats, when, you know, they're stealing elections, I hope they'll stand up, you know, when Republicans really win.

01:53:26.000 But this is what's happening.

01:53:28.000 Let's go to your calls.

01:53:29.000 I want to thank you for holding.

01:53:31.000 John in Texas and Pam and others.

01:53:33.000 John, go ahead.

01:53:34.000 Hi, Alex.

01:53:35.000 Hello.

01:53:36.000 I've seen 700 Cubs today and they had a pretty good news segment on microchipping.

01:53:42.000 Basically they were saying that's the thing of the future.

01:53:43.000 It's coming.

01:53:45.000 Did they say it was good or bad?

01:53:47.000 They were sort of lukewarm.

01:53:48.000 I thought at the end of the program that Gordon Robertson Robertson would condemn it, but he said, well, they're probably just going to bring it out.

01:53:55.000 It's like the driver's license and everything else.

01:53:58.000 You don't have to have it, but life would be a lot easier if you do have it.

01:54:03.000 And they didn't call it Mark of the Beast?

01:54:05.000 Nothing?

01:54:06.000 Oh, I thought he was going to say, this is the Mark of the Beast.

01:54:08.000 This is evil.

01:54:08.000 Don't take it.

01:54:09.000 But he didn't say anything.

01:54:10.000 Hey, I've got a tape somewhere around here.

01:54:12.000 I played it on TV once.

01:54:14.000 I've got thousands of tapes, folks.

01:54:17.000 Pat Robertson is saying it's not the Mark of the Beast.

01:54:20.000 I mean, folks, he wrote books saying it was the Mark of the Beast 10-12 years ago.

01:54:26.000 See, they're all shifting because they came after his TV network to take his tax exemption.

01:54:32.000 And, boy, when Clinton did that in the mid-90s, that whole operation changed.

01:54:37.000 Yeah, he wrote a book called The New World Order, and he pretty much laid out everything that we talk about, but then all of a sudden, they must have threatened him or bought him off because he jumped right into bed with them.

01:54:46.000 Well, it isn't must have, they did.

01:54:49.000 They came after, the guy owns like 20-something TV channels on cable, and they went after his holdings, and boy, he turned around, I mean, I saw the 180.

01:55:00.000 It was instant. 0.95

01:55:03.000 So, and Jay Sekulow and all of them, man, it's disgusting.

01:55:07.000 Well, I think they're going to rerun that program tonight on the Family Channel at 10 o'clock if anybody wanted to tape record it.

01:55:13.000 I'm going to record it because that's more ammunition than my video library to say that, hey, it exists.

01:55:18.000 Here it is, Ray.

01:55:18.000 This is some of our club stuff.

01:55:20.000 It exists!

01:55:21.000 I've had the CEOs on!

01:55:23.000 Good points.

01:55:24.000 I hope somebody tapes it and sends it to me.

01:55:26.000 Because at 10 o'clock I'll be doing another radio interview, then doing video editing from 11 to 2 in the morning on a new film, and then I'm going to get up bright and early and do another interview.

01:55:35.000 Never stopped in the fight.

01:55:37.000 Pam in Indiana.

01:55:37.000 Pam, thanks for holding.

01:55:40.000 Hello, Pam. 0.98

01:55:41.000 I think you're doing a great job.

01:55:43.000 Thank you.

01:55:44.000 I just have a question.

01:55:47.000 I know it's probably going to sound kind of stupid and everything but I don't get your radio show here and I really can't get on the computer and everything because it keeps kicking me off and I really don't know a lot about what's going on.

01:55:58.000 Where are you going online to get on the stream?

01:56:02.000 InfoWars.

01:56:03.000 You know the problem is I found out one of our links is bad there.

01:56:06.000 It goes to the same stream and the stream fills up.

01:56:10.000 In fact, I'm glad you mentioned that.

01:56:12.000 We need to get... Go to GCNLive.com and find the second stream for me.

01:56:18.000 And you can find other streams there.

01:56:20.000 Okay.

01:56:21.000 And maybe I can listen to you there?

01:56:22.000 Because I'm in Indiana and I don't get your radio.

01:56:24.000 Yeah, I need the network to call my webmaster and tell her which stream I'm on day and night.

01:56:29.000 There's another stream.

01:56:31.000 And tell us which one to link to.

01:56:35.000 So there I am talking to the network through the airwaves.

01:56:37.000 Go ahead.

01:56:39.000 Okay.

01:56:40.000 Um, I'm just kind of curious and everything.

01:56:41.000 I mean, I'm kind of new to, I mean, like, uh, listening to you and, and hearing about all this stuff because I'm one of the ones, I suppose, that are just like, oh my gosh, I can't believe this is happening.

01:56:52.000 But, um, like, we have your videos and we make copies and we give them to people and, and, and everything.

01:56:57.000 But I'm just kind of curious on how many people there are, like, patriotic people and everything.

01:57:02.000 I mean, you're obviously very busy and, I mean, if, if things are, are, If we're actually going to be able to beat this.

01:57:11.000 I know this.

01:57:12.000 If we weren't doing this, it would be a lot worse.

01:57:15.000 Yes, evil always falls.

01:57:19.000 Will it crush us in the process?

01:57:21.000 That's going to happen either way.

01:57:22.000 So our best chance is fighting it.

01:57:25.000 But look, duty is mine and consequences are God's, as George Washington said.

01:57:31.000 And so I've got a duty to fight evil, even if I'm going to lose.

01:57:35.000 Well, I'm not saying that we shouldn't be doing this.

01:57:36.000 No, I know.

01:57:36.000 I know what you're saying.

01:57:37.000 Stay there.

01:57:37.000 there we'll talk more about it big brother Mainstream media.

01:57:50.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:52.000 You want answers?

01:57:54.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:55.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:57:59.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:08.000 Alright, already back into the third hour.

01:58:12.000 Beth Harris coming on to talk about all the election fraud.

01:58:15.000 Chronicle that with some new big bombshell developments.

01:58:19.000 Trying to get through more of your patient callers that are holding.

01:58:23.000 David and Don, you're up next.

01:58:26.000 Pam in Indiana was asking, what was your final question before we hit the last break?

01:58:31.000 Just pretty much like, I don't know, I'm just kind of curious about how many people you have.

01:58:37.000 I know how many people you have following you and everything and how many people are actually out there Whenever I actually got turned on, I mean, you know, to what was going on and everything like that, it seems like there's really a lot of people that are opening up and opening their eyes, and it's like everywhere you look, there's people seeing things.

01:58:53.000 So I'm just kind of wondering if, you know, It's going in a promising way.

01:58:58.000 No, it is.

01:58:59.000 Look, I say this at least three times a week now, and I'll say it again, because it's the best news I've got.

01:59:04.000 Five years ago, six years ago, half the callers disagreed.

01:59:08.000 Now one caller out of a hundred on my own show disagrees.

01:59:11.000 One call out of thirty on other broadcasts, where the host is attacking me.

01:59:15.000 A total shift.

01:59:18.000 And again, basically the emperor's new clothes.

01:59:22.000 You ever heard that fable?

01:59:24.000 No.

01:59:25.000 Okay, well, it's a children's fable, and just type it in online, The Emperor's New Clothes, and try to find that fable.

01:59:32.000 But it's basically, it's a long fable, I don't have time to get into it, but the emperor was really naked.

01:59:39.000 But these con artists had sold him this beautiful coat, and got all this money, but it was really, he was wearing nothing, but everybody would, he would say, oh, look how beautiful it is, so everybody would go along and say, yes, yes, it is.

01:59:50.000 Basically, we're all seeing that he's naked now, But the media keeps saying, no, it's a beautiful coat.

01:59:56.000 It's a beautiful coat. 0.99

01:59:57.000 No, you're crazy.

01:59:59.000 It's beautiful. 1.00

01:59:59.000 Shut up! 1.00

02:00:01.000 And so it's just a process of us going, no. 1.00

02:00:04.000 The world is round.

02:00:05.000 It isn't flat, like you say.

02:00:07.000 And you've been selling us a fraud.

02:00:09.000 Okay, so we're right at the tipping point.

02:00:11.000 That's why they're panicking, trying to bring in all this tyranny.

02:00:14.000 And it's too little, too late, globalists.

02:00:16.000 You can nuke cities, whatever you want.

02:00:18.000 It isn't going to work.

02:00:19.000 We know who the terrorists are.

02:00:20.000 Thanks for the call.

02:00:22.000 I can't wait to show up Sunday, man.

02:00:22.000 You're taking action.

02:00:23.000 You're making copies of videos.

02:00:25.000 You're doing what you need to, Pam.

02:00:27.000 David in Texas.

02:00:28.000 David, go ahead.

02:00:29.000 Hello, David.

02:00:30.000 Hello.

02:00:31.000 How are you doing?

02:00:32.000 Good.

02:00:33.000 Yeah, I can't wait to show up Sunday, man.

02:00:36.000 Yeah, I was wondering if you've heard anything recently about the new Silverstein thing?

02:00:41.000 Well, yeah, he got what he wanted.

02:00:44.000 He put a $200 million investment in, put triple insurance on the towers a month before they got hit, and then he said it was two terror attacks, two events, so he got double the money.

02:00:57.000 Right.

02:00:58.000 Yeah, that's just amazing.

02:00:59.000 He wants $7 billion.

02:01:01.000 Right, exactly.

02:01:03.000 I was wondering, is it pertinent to videotape someday?

02:01:08.000 Yeah, Bob.

02:01:08.000 Again, we're going to be having a rally against the election fraud this Sunday, Texas Capitol.

02:01:12.000 High noon.

02:01:13.000 Oh, right.

02:01:14.000 And is there, like, the Libertarian Party and various other parties around?

02:01:19.000 Are they aware of such things?

02:01:22.000 Of the rally?

02:01:26.000 Yes, they are, but you want to call them.

02:01:28.000 Okay, cool.

02:01:29.000 Sounds good.

02:01:30.000 Thanks.

02:01:31.000 Thank you, David.

02:01:31.000 I appreciate it.

02:01:34.000 Dan in Arizona.

02:01:35.000 Go ahead.

02:01:37.000 Hello?

02:01:37.000 Or Don.

02:01:38.000 Go ahead, Don.

02:01:39.000 Yes, um, I was at the VA office Tuesday, and I saw a vet pulled out of the office.

02:01:46.000 I had, um, I was, I went to the pharmacy to refill my prescription.

02:01:50.000 You there?

02:01:51.000 Yes.

02:01:52.000 And, uh, I sat down next to this, uh, fella.

02:01:55.000 He looked like he was a Korean War vet, judging by his age.

02:01:59.000 And, uh, he kinda mumbled to himself, you know, I say that, uh, You know, the Mexicans get better healthcare than I do, and they call me a racist.

02:02:10.000 You know, so I started talking to him, you know, talking about how it's all by design and such, right?

02:02:16.000 And, uh, all of a sudden these four husky cops, uh, come walking in the door, and I thought they were coming for me or something, but they come and they tell this guy, uh, to come with them, you know?

02:02:27.000 And, uh, they just took him away.

02:02:30.000 That's the freedom!

02:02:31.000 No, this doctor complained about not getting health care, and they said he didn't threaten us, but we're arresting him.

02:02:37.000 And the Homeland Security came.

02:02:39.000 Oh, they beat the vets up. 0.96

02:02:40.000 Stay there, we'll talk about it.

02:02:43.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

02:02:45.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

02:02:48.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

02:02:52.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

02:02:56.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

02:03:00.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

02:03:02.000 Why have police attacked people on the street indiscriminately?

02:03:06.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

02:03:10.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

02:03:14.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

02:03:17.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

02:03:24.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

02:05:37.000 It's powerful stuff.

02:05:38.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

02:05:46.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:05:49.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:05:57.000 Alright, continuing with your phone calls, I just want to point out that it's true. 0.61

02:06:04.000 When my finger was almost cut off and I went to the emergency room, I watched all the illegal aliens go past Hispanics, black people, white people, citizens. 1.00

02:06:15.000 They make sure you've got insurance. 0.66

02:06:16.000 They call and check it.

02:06:17.000 They make you sit there.

02:06:18.000 And the illegal aliens just go right in front of you. 0.96

02:06:21.000 This is admitted policy.

02:06:25.000 And at the VA, they've now stopped giving a lot of health care to World War II, Korean War, Vietnam vets.

02:06:31.000 It's been in the news.

02:06:32.000 They promised them health care for their families, but they've just totally said, you're not getting that.

02:06:36.000 We lied to you.

02:06:39.000 But I've gotten hundreds of reports, it's been in the newspapers, we just interviewed a vet last hour, where if you even complain, I mean mildly, quietly, they have just these brutes come throw you out, arrest you.

02:06:55.000 And with Dr. Tennessee Tennant and the Quad City Times, they admitted in Iowa, he didn't even threaten them.

02:07:04.000 They said that he complained too much.

02:07:06.000 And last hour we were reading the arrest warrant.

02:07:08.000 It said that he didn't have any reason to be calling them.

02:07:11.000 He called too much.

02:07:14.000 Even though he had communications back from them.

02:07:16.000 Even though he was suing them.

02:07:19.000 And so we were talking to Don in Arizona, who's a vet, who was in the VA, and this old Korean War vet was complaining that the illegal aliens get all the health care, and that's the point we've gotten back up to, and you said four big guys came in and got him.

02:07:36.000 Tell us about the story, blow by blow, Don.

02:07:40.000 Actually, my father had an appointment down there.

02:07:43.000 Okay, so you're not a vet.

02:07:44.000 You were there with your father.

02:07:45.000 Well, no, I am a vet.

02:07:46.000 I, you know, but my father had an appointment, so I figured I'd go to the pharmacy and refill my prescription while I was there.

02:07:53.000 And, uh, so, I, you know, as I, as I said, I went and sat down next to this guy and he said, um, that, you know, he had, he had told me what he said about, you know, the illegal aliens getting better health care and they called him a racist.

02:08:09.000 And I started talking to him about how it's by design, and I never really mentioned the New World Order right out, but I was talking about some of the stuff they did.

02:08:19.000 And it wasn't like maybe two minutes later, these four husky cops come in, and they're like, Sir, can you come with us?

02:08:28.000 And he's like, well, can I leave my bag here?

02:08:31.000 I'm waiting to refill my prescription.

02:08:33.000 And they're like, no, sir, get your bag.

02:08:35.000 It looked like the guy may have been homeless.

02:08:37.000 I mean, he was Clean cut, his hair was combed, but he did have a bag full of clothes with him, I'm thinking.

02:08:44.000 Oh yeah, I'll bet money he didn't get his prescription.

02:08:46.000 And if you've done anything, they'll ban you from the buildings, and if he needs heart medication or whatever, he'll just go curl up in a cold area and just die, and they'll go scoop his dead body up and take it to a medical institution, and the medical students can stand around and laugh at his little body.

02:09:04.000 And this is just a whole part of the new freedom.

02:09:06.000 You know, I've coined the term maggoting. 0.97

02:09:10.000 And I've coined the term maggoting because from Vermont to Missouri to Texas, they die of maggots.

02:09:21.000 And they take the old vets, and they're sick, and they don't give them any aid, and rats infest, and they literally just stay for days on end in their own excrement.

02:09:32.000 And I'm sorry if you don't like to hear this, folks.

02:09:34.000 We're doing it to the vets.

02:09:35.000 And then the maggots, the flies, crawl up their nose and lay the eggs in the nasal passages in the sinus.

02:09:42.000 And then the maggots have a meal of the veteran's brain and then they just take the dead body out and nobody gets it.

02:09:48.000 And I've seen at least, now, eight cases of what I've coined, maggoting.

02:09:54.000 And this is reserved just for our vets.

02:09:57.000 It's a special, special friendliness.

02:10:00.000 And you're with Al-Qaeda if you're against it. 0.73

02:10:02.000 And also now there's masses of vets coming back so disillusioned they're now going homeless.

02:10:07.000 And most of the troops are on food stamps, they're coming down with DU sickness, and they're not being given treatment as they shrivel up, go into wheelchairs, and even in some cases die.

02:10:17.000 We've had the former top head for the Pentagon, Dr. Rocky, on about this.

02:10:22.000 And it's in local newspapers, how they come back and get sick and have radiation poisoning, and then they die, and they get put in the ground, and they don't get given treatment.

02:10:30.000 When you go and you're sick, you just don't get treatment, and that's how you support the troops, not caring about them.

02:10:37.000 So I'm evil because I actually support them.

02:10:41.000 The kicker to my story is though, after the cops pulled the guy out, there was a Hispanic vet sitting in a chair behind me and he starts talking about how he's glad they took him away because he was talking bad about the United States.

02:10:57.000 And I turned around and I chewed the guy out for saying it and told him they'd be coming for him next.

02:11:02.000 And then I left before they did come for me.

02:11:07.000 And, uh, I'm pretty certain they were looking for me.

02:11:10.000 Because there, uh, a cop driving by was just staring straight at me as I was leaving the parking lot.

02:11:16.000 Well, that's what they want.

02:11:18.000 They... They want us all against each other.

02:11:21.000 They want us fighting with each other.

02:11:21.000 Yeah.

02:11:24.000 But no, I've had a lot of Hispanic vets call into my TV show, especially here in Austin.

02:11:29.000 They go to get health care and can't get it, and then they talk about the illegal aliens.

02:11:32.000 I guess go arrest them!

02:11:35.000 Yes, you said something hateful!

02:11:37.000 It was like a TV station.

02:11:39.000 I mean, I'll just say it now.

02:11:40.000 The guy never retracted and never backed off of it.

02:11:43.000 In Knoxville, Tennessee, one of our listeners sent him our ArnoldExposed.com press release, and we spoke out against racism, spoke out against all this, and then the guy sent an email out going, I'm calling the FBI, criticizing Arnold.

02:11:59.000 This may be the root of a hate crime.

02:12:01.000 So now it's the root of a hate crime.

02:12:03.000 See, in England they're about to pass laws, this is the BBC, where if you criticize a group, you can be arrested.

02:12:12.000 Now even a religion you could be arrested because it's the root of a hate crime. 0.92

02:12:16.000 And what, three years ago I interviewed the top BBC presenter, the host of One Man and His Dog.

02:12:22.000 They walk around England visiting rural areas.

02:12:25.000 Guy's been on BBC like 20 years.

02:12:27.000 One of the most beloved people in the country, and I can't remember his name at the time.

02:12:30.000 In the audio section of the Old Prison Planet website, it's posted there.

02:12:35.000 We need to get all the best old interviews of the years on PrisonPlanet.tv.

02:12:38.000 I need to move those over.

02:12:39.000 But, you know, for free.

02:12:41.000 They're all still there.

02:12:44.000 And he was at a rural affairs meeting.

02:12:47.000 And they were taking all their rights to fox hunting and taking their property rights.

02:12:52.000 And he got up and he said, we deserve the same rights as gays even use us, you know. 0.89

02:12:57.000 And he said, as homosexuals and Muslims.

02:13:02.000 And they sent, quote, the Hate Crimes Division out to arrest him and the head of Scotland Yards Hate Crimes Division.

02:13:09.000 She was quoted in there as saying that he used the word homosexual and that is a banned word because it has bad connotations.

02:13:18.000 It's like saying heterosexual.

02:13:19.000 It's a medical term.

02:13:21.000 And they came and arrested him and he wasn't even criticizing them.

02:13:24.000 He just used the wrong word and said we deserve the same rights like this old man was saying.

02:13:30.000 And so this is the new freedom.

02:13:34.000 Anything else, Thought Criminal?

02:13:36.000 No.

02:13:38.000 Alright, Thought Criminal, I appreciate your call.

02:13:40.000 He is a Thought Criminal, ladies and gentlemen.

02:13:42.000 Joining us is Bev Harris with Black Box Voting.

02:13:48.000 And there's been a lot of new big bombshell events, new things she's discovered since the election.

02:13:54.000 And Bev, good to have you on with us. 0.77

02:13:56.000 Well, it's good to be back, Alex.

02:13:59.000 You made some big discoveries in Florida, but kind of give us the play-by-play, you know, the top ten here.

02:14:05.000 Go down what you've learned since November.

02:14:08.000 Well, I'll tell you what, there's problems.

02:14:11.000 Isn't it interesting that they say the election went off without a hitch, it was smooth, there was a little bit of vote suppression, but no problem with the machines.

02:14:20.000 First place we audited, the first place we audited, one-third of the records were missing.

02:14:26.000 Evaporated.

02:14:27.000 Gone bye-bye.

02:14:30.000 And they said, well, you know, they didn't really have a reason, actually.

02:14:34.000 But we did find some of those records in the garbage destined for the shredder outside their facility.

02:14:40.000 Had to call in the lawyers, lock down the stuff.

02:14:44.000 There's now a lawsuit going on to set aside the whole election because they can't prove that it's true.

02:14:49.000 You know, whatever their results were.

02:14:52.000 We then went to Palm Beach County and couldn't even get the records from Palm Beach County.

02:14:59.000 Pinellas County has some very serious anomalies.

02:15:03.000 They had a voting machine that was flipping results and they of course used the famous rejoinder that they always like to use.

02:15:10.000 Well, it didn't affect the outcome.

02:15:14.000 Even though it flipped him and had him completely backwards.

02:15:17.000 Brevard County, Florida.

02:15:19.000 Not only refused to give us the records, but lied about the records.

02:15:22.000 They said their county attorney told them to refuse and so I called him up while I was in the place and he said no.

02:15:28.000 He had gone there personally and told them to give them to us.

02:15:31.000 So they're, you know, ducking and weaving and running all over the place trying not to give us the basic records.

02:15:36.000 Which, what we asked for as far as records was simply the records that show that most likely the machines counted accurately.

02:15:45.000 They're simple spot check audit records.

02:15:49.000 And they couldn't even give us those.

02:15:50.000 In fact, in Brevard County, one of the things we asked for was just their own election results.

02:15:55.000 Just the results that they put on the internet and they couldn't even give us that.

02:16:00.000 So, there were anomalies pretty much all over the place.

02:16:03.000 Ohio is A completely different story.

02:16:06.000 Now in Ohio, in Lucas County, which is where Toledo is, the head of elections there is gone, has stepped down, had to resign.

02:16:15.000 Four people have been suspended.

02:16:17.000 They recertified the election because they had new numbers because of a so-called clerical error, which they've never explained.

02:16:23.000 And now they're saying that they're going to release the final results to the state Sometime.

02:16:31.000 There were 90,000 votes in Ohio that didn't even have a vote for president.

02:16:37.000 Well, Bev, also, they claimed it was 178,000 provisional ballots or challenge ballots, but the numbers I've seen were upwards of 400,000, and then we have just Blackwell saying, well, we're not going to look at it, and then Kerry just took a dive.

02:16:54.000 I mean, if you're going to ring an election, you've got to have the top guy take a dive, too.

02:16:58.000 Well, it's interesting.

02:16:59.000 I will say this.

02:17:01.000 You know, recently, I was the target of this unbelievable smear campaign on a message board called Democratic Underground.

02:17:09.000 Unbelievable!

02:17:10.000 Well, I don't know if it has anything to do with it because five of the counties that we identified that have really huge problems are Democratic counties.

02:17:18.000 I mean, there's both sides involved that seem to be a problem here.

02:17:22.000 Yeah, that's it.

02:17:23.000 You've got stealing going on by both parties.

02:17:26.000 No one really wants us to look at it too carefully, apparently.

02:17:29.000 Exactly, and it's about the integrity of the vote, folks.

02:17:31.000 It isn't about Republican or Democrat.

02:17:34.000 We'll be right back with Bev Harris.

02:17:36.000 Honored to have her for the Balance of the Hour.

02:17:38.000 And some of your calls coming up later.

02:21:55.000 We're talking to Bev Harris.

02:22:04.000 In the next segment, we'll open the phones up for her if you'd like to ask her a question or have a comment.

02:22:10.000 And we've got other callers that are patiently holding as well.

02:22:12.000 1-800-259-9231.

02:22:13.000 Bev, let me just bring up another issue before we get back into all the election fraud going on, and I want to talk about the Democrats engaging in it as well.

02:22:25.000 Bottom line, the people lose in all of this, folks.

02:22:27.000 The point is, we're supposed to vote, not government officials.

02:22:30.000 It's not like, you know, they're fighting for different little kingdoms or something.

02:22:35.000 This nice fella, Brad Friedman, and he brought out the case of this computer programmer down in Florida.

02:22:43.000 I interviewed him yesterday.

02:22:45.000 I knew that you had some comments about that, and I wanted to get any of your concerns about the story that he first broke.

02:22:53.000 It's now been in some of the mainstream news about this programmer saying That he was told to create software that could engage in these frauds and the same company separately has been in trouble for espionage.

02:23:06.000 Any comments?

02:23:09.000 It's an interesting story and I don't dismiss it I did have some questions about it and I am working on answering those questions about it.

02:23:18.000 The one thing about it is we didn't have all of the evidence that we need to know the credibility of this story and part of the problem was that it was actually broken in two places by two different journalists and one seems to have written it up in a bit more conservative way than the other one.

02:23:36.000 And that's Brad Friedman?

02:23:37.000 Yeah, Brad Friedman.

02:23:39.000 I like his work, and so I'm running down some of the things that didn't quite hang together for me.

02:23:47.000 I also know that, you know, I've been the subject of a lot of disinformation too, so I know people can write all kinds of things about it, so some of the things I'll have to check and see.

02:23:56.000 Basically, let me boil this down.

02:23:58.000 Let me just throw this out.

02:24:00.000 It's kind of like we caught Yeah, we have to be careful because disinformation, and I'm not saying this is disinformation, but as a rule, you have to be careful and look at all these major stories as if they could be that first.

02:24:20.000 And rule that out.

02:24:21.000 The reason being that if we have two or three stories that make their way into the mainstream media and turn out to be disinformation, when the real thing comes down the pike, it will not get covered.

02:24:33.000 Well, they're going to use that as spin to go, case closed, it's not true, make a big scandal out of it.

02:24:40.000 Whatever you hear about this, it's that old story.

02:24:43.000 Right and so I think I've really been looking into the Clint Curtis thing.

02:24:47.000 There are a couple things that still aren't hanging together but some of the other stuff is starting to fall into place.

02:24:53.000 So I guess what I'm saying is I published some questions on my website yesterday.

02:25:00.000 Brad, now I got a very profane email that represented that it was from Wayne Madsen, who's one of the writers about it, but Brad wrote a very reasoned and very interesting response to each of the questions, and I'm running down the confirmations on his answers.

02:25:18.000 I really appreciate that.

02:25:20.000 I was hoping to have something up tonight.

02:25:22.000 It might be as late as tomorrow midday, but the point being that The bigger the story, the more bulletproof it's got to be.

02:25:32.000 And if we run off too quick, we're not going to get many chances at these big stories.

02:25:36.000 So we can't have a rush to judgment because the establishment media is looking for an excuse to discredit.

02:25:42.000 That's exactly right.

02:25:44.000 Some of the things, like I say, did check out.

02:25:46.000 Some of the things looked not very good as far as discredibility, but as I looked into those further, For example, some of the discrediting things don't hold water.

02:26:01.000 One of the things in one of the newspapers said he had a bunch of bad things about him.

02:26:07.000 Well, I looked at the source for it, and you really had to dig to get the source for all these bad things.

02:26:11.000 And it's the people he's exposing.

02:26:13.000 Yeah, it was Feeney, basically.

02:26:16.000 It's the Congressman.

02:26:17.000 Yeah, and he said, according to court documents filed in this, which makes it sound very plausible, But of course, you know, they're probably the court documents filed by the opposition, which always is going to be painted in the worst light possible.

02:26:31.000 It didn't say court findings, it said court documents filed.

02:26:34.000 So there's a lot of, you know, six of one, half a dozen of the other.

02:26:39.000 It is actually, as I've looked into it more and more, it's actually gaining a little bit of strength.

02:26:44.000 Yeah, I think Brad certainly sounds credible.

02:26:47.000 Yeah, he does.

02:26:50.000 At the same time, we've had other engineers go public before, and that doesn't get attention, showing you that's real.

02:26:57.000 Well, you know, it is interesting.

02:27:01.000 Sometimes there's a lot of attention put on all kinds of small things.

02:27:05.000 I'm talking mainstream media here.

02:27:07.000 You know, where they'll rush out and make a really big deal of something that's not a big deal, and then some of the very big stories, and frankly, You know, when we a year ago broke the fact that a convicted embezzler had been programming this stuff, it took five months before that hit the mainstream media.

02:27:22.000 Well, that's a deliberate tactic.

02:27:23.000 Bev Harris, honored to have you.

02:27:25.000 Website blackboxvoting.org.

02:27:27.000 We'll be right back with our guest and a lot more news.

02:27:30.000 Stay with us.

02:27:33.000 We're on the march.

02:27:35.000 The empire's on the run.

02:27:37.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:27:44.000 Hi folks, this is Alex Jones.

02:27:46.000 Whether you are aware or not, World War III has started.

02:27:48.000 Let me rephrase that.

02:27:50.000 Oil War III has started.

02:27:51.000 Don't kid yourself, the reason we went into Iraq is oil.

02:27:54.000 Now we are looking at the possibility of invading Iran and even Saudi Arabia.

02:27:58.000 Why else would the U.S.

02:27:59.000 be building 13 permanent military installations inside Iraq?

02:28:02.000 Does it look like we're pulling out?

02:28:04.000 The nations of the Earth are consuming oil at the rate of 83 million barrels per day and growing.

02:28:09.000 At this rate of consumption, experts predict that oil prices will only go up.

02:28:13.000 Ready Reserves prepared a free booklet explaining the world's oil supply and how it will impact you and how it will change the world forever.

02:28:19.000 Call Ready Reserves at 1-800-453-2202 and ask about the free booklet and what you can do to prepare.

02:30:41.000 All right, folks.

02:30:51.000 Alex Jones here back live.

02:30:53.000 We've got loaded phone lines.

02:30:55.000 I want to get to these calls.

02:30:58.000 And we also have Brad Friedman up.

02:31:01.000 Again, he originally broke the story of this computer programmer in Florida saying, hey, I'm not saying we use this for the election, but I was told to create a software that was undetectable, which we were unable to do, but we did produce a software that would engage in fraud in elections.

02:31:16.000 And the same company he's alleging this about has been under federal investigation for other matters concerning basically espionage of foreign countries.

02:31:25.000 We've got Bev Harris here, who just hasn't had a rush to judgment.

02:31:28.000 She's kind of the Grand Poobah of investigating election fraud, but it's such a big thing, we all, as she says, should get involved in it.

02:31:36.000 And she says that she's looking at the story, and it's looking more credible by the day, but still, we can't rush to judgment.

02:31:42.000 So I thought, just for the next few minutes, I'd get both of you guys up here together.

02:31:46.000 Bev Harris, Brad Friedman.

02:31:49.000 Hi, Bev.

02:31:50.000 How are you doing?

02:31:51.000 And hats off to you.

02:31:51.000 Hey, Brad.

02:31:52.000 I know you are trying to do some very credible work.

02:31:55.000 So, you know, we're both checking stuff out.

02:32:01.000 And I really, really appreciate you providing some more answers for what my comments were.

02:32:08.000 No problem.

02:32:08.000 Thank you.

02:32:09.000 I'm glad you were able to read them.

02:32:10.000 And thank you as well for the work you're doing down in Florida and everywhere else on this thing for so long.

02:32:17.000 Appreciate it.

02:32:19.000 Bev, what are some of the questions that you have for Brad?

02:32:23.000 Well, a lot of them he has answered, and some of them I think I'm going to have to get answered from Clint Curtis himself, and they're not confrontational, just some specific details and dates and so forth.

02:32:37.000 And I think this is a healthy thing, by the way, because if we can all converge around the truth, and it turns out to be, this is going to be a huge story that's very, very important.

02:32:48.000 Yeah, no, I think it is a huge story and actually that's why if you read my response to your concerns and as well as my original article, I actually released my original article a little sooner than I would have.

02:33:01.000 Right, I saw that and I actually really, you know, I was on the road and had barely enough, and this is an excuse, excuses are terrible.

02:33:11.000 I was on the road and I have very limited internet access and so somebody told me you need to read the other article and I read theirs and I couldn't get, you know, your site was sort of overloaded so I figured, well, I've seen the affidavit, I've seen this other article.

02:33:25.000 Once I saw your write-up it was much more well thought out and well reasoned and so I will definitely be updating my site hopefully tonight and take whatever egg is deserved in my face.

02:33:39.000 Just checking out a few things and hopefully we can really make sure we get to the bottom of this.

02:33:44.000 That's certainly appreciated.

02:33:45.000 And I guess that was also a concern that the producers of the show just called me so I only heard the last minute or two of you talking.

02:33:54.000 But, you know, as far as the importance of this story and making sure that we get it right, I think it's true for all of us, you know, to not go off, you know, without having all the details.

02:34:05.000 And let me just briefly, if I can, elaborate on this.

02:34:08.000 And I'm sure this computer programmer is a wonderful guy.

02:34:12.000 I tend to think the story's true because of the key people involved, the names, the power structure, what we know of in the past.

02:34:18.000 It checks out, but here's the problem.

02:34:21.000 Karl Rove planted a fake bug in his office to blame it on his political enemy.

02:34:26.000 Okay, in Texas.

02:34:28.000 They clearly released the fake National Guard documents, then discrediting all the real story about Bush being AWOL.

02:34:34.000 And we have these directly, you know, these documents years ago directly from the depository up in Missouri with Bush's National Guard records.

02:34:44.000 They are very good These are intelligence operatives, folks.

02:34:48.000 That's what the Bushes are.

02:34:50.000 At having honeypots go out who are actually their agents and put out a whole fake story, and then we find out three years later the guy who gets discredited gets some big fat job with these people and no one pays attention.

02:35:02.000 I'm not saying that's happening, but that's why even if it looks real and looks good, you still have to be careful because this is their favorite tactic to then go, look, it's all discredited in perpetuity.

02:35:15.000 Well, and this is the thing.

02:35:18.000 I will say something.

02:35:19.000 When I said it was looking better, shortly before this call, I came into an independent piece of evidence that's not anywhere on any of Brad's stuff.

02:35:29.000 And people will hate me for this because I've been sworn against, repeated, or whatever.

02:35:32.000 But it was something that tended to corroborate that isn't anywhere on any internet on anything.

02:35:40.000 You know, sometimes that's the kind of thing we need is to be able to bring other people in and have multiple voices saying, you know, yes I checked it out.

02:35:51.000 I guess I've gone on record that I was skeptical at first, but I'm telling you, if the specific things that made me skeptical are answered, Then it's going to be a whole other ball of wax, and I know people will get very, very critical of it if I reverse it, but I will.

02:36:09.000 It is what it is, right?

02:36:11.000 Let me toss in something there, Bev, and hopefully the producers feel free, please, to give Bev my number, because there is a lot of corroborating information that I have, and that I have also passed on to the appropriate people and authorities and so forth.

02:36:29.000 That I have not posted because I don't want to jeopardize the investigation.

02:36:33.000 I don't want to hurt his personal security and so forth.

02:36:38.000 So, there's a lot more to the story.

02:36:40.000 There's a lot more information.

02:36:41.000 A lot more stuff moving.

02:36:43.000 But, you know, I did not just run with this story based on what one guy said.

02:36:48.000 A lot of this stuff I checked out with a number of sources and there's a long paper trail on a lot of this stuff.

02:36:56.000 So, to speak to that, The concern, I've heard it before, about the Karl Rove, that it's all set up and everything.

02:37:01.000 Believe me, I've heard about that, but you need to be very careful.

02:37:05.000 Yeah, and I would like to get, you know, to talk about that.

02:37:08.000 And believe me, I understand that there's a lot of times when if you go forward with exactly what it is, you just tell everybody what to go cover up immediately, and that's not what you want to do.

02:37:18.000 And you also, you know, we need to be careful about doing ourselves in.

02:37:22.000 You know, Karl Rove at this point doesn't need to do too much, because anytime anybody comes out with anything, You know, we're all over ourselves, saying, oh, this must be a Karl Rove plant, I'm sure it's a fraud.

02:37:33.000 And, you know, we're doing ourselves in, and guys...

02:37:36.000 You know, check the facts, check the paper trails, make sure it's real.

02:37:39.000 Be concerned about such things.

02:37:41.000 But, you know, don't do yourselves in that it's a, you know, a fraud and a setup until you have any evidence.

02:37:48.000 Well, I understand.

02:37:49.000 I've never said that.

02:37:50.000 I'm trying to voice the concerns that people have out there.

02:37:53.000 But look, what we do know is Bev just went down to Florida and caught them hauling the real records out the back of the trash.

02:37:59.000 We've got convicted felons running Diebold systems over whole states.

02:38:03.000 We've got other engineers quitting and saying it's all a fraud with other companies.

02:38:07.000 We've got all these other sterling examples of it going on.

02:38:12.000 So, bottom line, this election system is not trustworthy.

02:38:16.000 That may be.

02:38:17.000 Well, I can also break some further news on your show.

02:38:21.000 It looks like, and I've just put this up on my Overflow blog, since my bradblog.com is unusable for now, but bradblog.doo.blogspot.com is where I'm currently reporting on all of this stuff until I can get more bandwidth on the other server.

02:38:41.000 But it looks like Yang Enterprises has now issued a brief statement on their website claiming that Curtis' allegations are 100% false, and God bless America.

02:38:54.000 And that's actually what they said, and that there'll be more of a statement coming soon.

02:39:00.000 So I would urge people to check out thebradblog2.blogspot.com for a reply to that.

02:39:06.000 And some of the questions that Alex brings up about, you know, is it a crawl rope setup and so forth, because I've done a pretty thorough sort of question and answer to some of the frequently heard questions I've gotten, and I've posted those on my site.

02:39:20.000 Much as I posted the response to Bev, because I think it's important to get the information out there before the misinformation gets out there.

02:39:28.000 Brad, to be clear, I've never said that.

02:39:31.000 I mean, I've said I believe the story's credible, just from key indicators.

02:39:36.000 Again, I don't know.

02:39:37.000 What I have said is, The reason I think it's credible is he was going to the FBI, the CIA, the government for a long time over this before he tried to go public and that's a major indicator that it's not.

02:39:54.000 Was he going to the FBI over this or over billing?

02:40:00.000 It sounded like he was going to them over a different issue.

02:40:03.000 But the point is he's already going to them.

02:40:06.000 He's spoken to quite a few people.

02:40:08.000 He's been trying to make as much noise as he could for years now about all of these matters and some of them have had direct effect.

02:40:16.000 One of the fellows that he worked with at Yang, who he whistle-blew on, was arrested back in March of this year.

02:40:27.000 Or espionage charges for... Yeah, that's very credible.

02:40:31.000 I mean, in a setup, you don't see stuff like that happening.

02:40:34.000 Also, you'd see this be the top nightly news story, and then immediately discredited.

02:40:40.000 And that, of course, may happen once it breaks into some of the mainstream media who have I can confirm I've been looking quite seriously at it.

02:40:40.000 Right.

02:40:49.000 And by the way, Alex, I wasn't suggesting you were making that charge.

02:40:53.000 I've just heard that out there a lot, and from a lot of people who are interested in Clint's story and believe it's a good story, but then they sort of do themselves in by all of a sudden calling it the next Rathergate and everything.

02:41:08.000 If that's what it turns out to be, Fine.

02:41:10.000 We'll all cop to that.

02:41:12.000 No, you're right.

02:41:13.000 You're right.

02:41:14.000 This is a chilling effect, and nobody ever said that media is supposed to be perfect.

02:41:18.000 I mean, politicians, all they do is lie.

02:41:20.000 We're trying to get at the truth, and we shouldn't have this chilling effect where now... I mean, they've had reports where the news won't report on dead troops because that could be seen as negative.

02:41:29.000 Exactly.

02:41:30.000 So, you know, a lot of folks are doing their work for them at this point.

02:41:33.000 They don't even have to... Oh, totally.

02:41:36.000 Totally.

02:41:36.000 I mean, they haven't done their own investigative work very much for a long time.

02:41:40.000 And they don't even have a budget for it anymore.

02:41:42.000 It's been such a long time.

02:41:43.000 Well, look, look, look.

02:41:45.000 The current crop in the White House, and it's like this in modern history the last 50 years, but I mean, these are really bad intelligence operatives.

02:41:53.000 Cloak and dagger all the way.

02:41:55.000 They do do stuff, but again, it doesn't have those indicators because this guy's getting people put in the slammer, you know, months and months and months and months and months ago on other corruption issues.

02:42:04.000 It just sounds like he's a whistleblower, you know, dumping dirt.

02:42:08.000 Well, all I can tell you is after, where are we here?

02:42:10.000 Friday?

02:42:11.000 I don't even know what day it is.

02:42:12.000 It's Friday!

02:42:12.000 Okay, thank you.

02:42:13.000 It's been quite a week here.

02:42:16.000 I think I released the story on Sunday night, Monday morning, and in five days of just about everybody in the world, on the internet and everywhere else, going over this thing from top to bottom, so far, Nobody has been able to find any holes in Mr. Curtis' case.

02:42:33.000 No, just, just, just, just, just mudslinging by those being accused.

02:42:39.000 Correct.

02:42:39.000 So there may be holes, and like I said, who knows?

02:42:41.000 It could all be that setup you discussed.

02:42:43.000 If there is, however, I've seen no evidence of it, and all the people, and believe me, there are many now looking into this, none of them have come up with any reasons to doubt his Well, I think the biggest indicator is the mainstream media hasn't latched onto it yet.

02:43:02.000 And if it is a setup, they'll come out and say it's all true, and then a day later say it's not.

02:43:06.000 Listen, I want to thank you for coming on, Brad, and I'll have my producer give that number to Bev Harrison.

02:43:13.000 And Bev, I guess you can call her now for the show.

02:43:14.000 Oh, yeah.

02:43:15.000 And thank you very much, Brad.

02:43:18.000 I actually only have about three more questions that I need to get answered but I probably have to get them answered from Clint himself and then as soon as I can do that I'm going to wrap it up and put a bow on it and redo it and then take whatever people throw at me.

02:43:35.000 Uh, the whistleblower himself on Monday or so.

02:43:38.000 Maybe, I mean, I know he's getting a hundred calls an hour, but you might call him and tell him this is a good show.

02:43:42.000 Come on.

02:43:43.000 I will try to put in a good word for ya.

02:43:45.000 Alright.

02:43:45.000 And, uh, Bev, uh, feel free to give me a call.

02:43:47.000 There's, uh, I'm sure I can, uh, answer a few, uh... Yeah, yeah, that's true.

02:43:51.000 You may be able to answer some of those things.

02:43:53.000 Okay.

02:43:53.000 I'll be able to point you in the right direction.

02:43:54.000 Alright, Brad, take care.

02:43:55.000 Thanks, guys.

02:43:56.000 Good luck, Bev.

02:43:56.000 You bet.

02:43:57.000 We're going to take a few calls here now, Bev, but I don't want to spend all day on that, but it is important.

02:44:02.000 It is.

02:44:03.000 I mean, your point, though, with all these other cases that are totally ironclad, you know, let's focus on those, too.

02:44:09.000 Well, you know, there's a lot.

02:44:11.000 There's so much happening now.

02:44:12.000 If we had, you know, a hundred of me and Brad and you out there, you know, all at once, I think it would already be completely Completely disassembled and taken apart.

02:44:24.000 Because pretty much everywhere you look, you keep finding stuff.

02:44:27.000 How likely is it that the very first place you go, you're going to find stuff?

02:44:31.000 People running out the back doors with bags towards shredders.

02:44:34.000 Literally.

02:44:34.000 I mean, if you could picture this scene, they're going out the back door with the trash and we're bringing it back in the front door.

02:44:44.000 And it's the real records that don't match the falsified ones they gave you.

02:44:47.000 Yeah, and it's going to get better in a few days here, but I'm not at liberty to say, but let me put it this way.

02:44:55.000 It turns out that was not an isolated incident.

02:45:00.000 And that's all at whiteboxvoting.org?

02:45:03.000 Well, yeah, if you just scroll and scroll.

02:45:06.000 We've got our website revamped that I'm really getting excited about.

02:45:09.000 Our site has been hacked so badly.

02:45:11.000 To give you an idea of how badly it was hacked on our forum, I still cannot Moderate, change, move, edit, a post.

02:45:19.000 And I actually had to sit there the other night not being able to get into my own site and watch someone else under the name of Bev Harris running all over my message board posting things.

02:45:31.000 And I couldn't get Adam to lock him out.

02:45:32.000 Bev, you've got to get a real IT person helping you.

02:45:36.000 I do.

02:45:37.000 Well, yes, that is the conclusion.

02:45:38.000 You've got to reload all of it.

02:45:41.000 Yeah, restart from the very get-go.

02:45:43.000 Put up a new firewall and put up Put up a whole new system.

02:45:47.000 The whole thing because it is so compromised.

02:45:49.000 Now do you want me to have my IT guy fix your website?

02:45:53.000 No, I'm serious.

02:45:54.000 Do you have a forum running or not?

02:45:56.000 No, we found those to be agent provocateur havens.

02:46:00.000 Yeah, they're an attack point.

02:46:03.000 What they become is a distraction and we're not going to give the enemy a camp in the middle of this.

02:46:07.000 Ah, I see what you're doing.

02:46:08.000 Yeah, because the mirrors are easy.

02:46:10.000 What I'm saying is if you want your site cleaned up, stronger, better, I've got an IT guy that will fix it up for you.

02:46:18.000 We're sending my way.

02:46:19.000 We're ready.

02:46:20.000 Because we've had the Defense Department attacking our side for a long time.

02:46:24.000 Yeah, sounds good.

02:46:25.000 So that which does not kill you only makes you stronger, Bev.

02:46:28.000 Well, I guess so.

02:46:29.000 This last week has been a real doozy, but there you go.

02:46:33.000 Well, we can bring in the dry dock just for a few hours and give you some serious armor plating. 0.96

02:46:40.000 All right!

02:46:42.000 I'm serious!

02:46:43.000 Okay, now we're discussing all this.

02:46:44.000 We should probably be off the air doing this, but it really is helpful, and it is interesting, isn't it, to see when you're close to something, or you're really finding the real stuff, how much effort goes into just slowing you down.

02:46:57.000 It's amazing.

02:46:59.000 One hour after we launched ArnoldExposed.com, actual hacks, not just denial of service.

02:47:05.000 It didn't work, though.

02:47:07.000 Let's talk to William in Canada, been holding for eons.

02:47:10.000 William, go ahead.

02:47:11.000 Yeah, hi.

02:47:12.000 It's Dr. William Deagle.

02:47:13.000 How you doing, buddy?

02:47:14.000 Great.

02:47:14.000 Oh, I didn't know that.

02:47:15.000 How you doing?

02:47:16.000 Yeah, great.

02:47:17.000 Listen, I wanted to be brief because I know we have little time, but I have something important for Dr. Kennett.

02:47:23.000 I was one of the original docs that took care of the tank division back in Colorado Springs after they came back from the Gulf.

02:47:28.000 And a number of us docs discovered that's the Gulf War Syndrome that had the anthrax vaccine that hadn't been deployed.

02:47:36.000 And my background is immunology.

02:47:40.000 And there is a lab here that he can contact.

02:47:43.000 It's called autoimmune.com on the squalene, which is a contaminant which is in the old vaccine.

02:47:49.000 What they did was they put the squalene in the vaccine.

02:47:57.000 Hello?

02:47:58.000 Yes.

02:47:59.000 Yeah, so they put squeezing into the vaccine.

02:48:02.000 And they relabeled it.

02:48:03.000 The vaccine was actually 19 to 20 years old.

02:48:06.000 Believe it or not.

02:48:07.000 No, I had seen that.

02:48:09.000 All right, interesting.

02:48:10.000 I wish I'd have got you on when he was on with us.

02:48:12.000 I just wanted to drop that little tidbit in on the first person who was talking about the females in combat. 0.93

02:48:20.000 Yes.

02:48:20.000 I know about classified internal documents that plan over the next 12 to 18 years.

02:48:26.000 Have to get Johnson home about that.

02:48:29.000 All the other top information I sent you on cybernetics, they plan on doing implantation, and that's why they're doing a gradual transition to females in direct combat. 0.84

02:48:37.000 Have to get you on sometime about that.

02:48:39.000 We'll come back and take more calls for Beth Harris.

02:48:41.000 Alex Jones here announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

02:51:37.000 Ian in New York.

02:51:56.000 You're on the air with Bev Harris.

02:51:57.000 Go ahead, Ian.

02:51:58.000 Hi, Alex.

02:51:59.000 I am, uh, reading that Diebold and E.F., uh, A.F.

02:52:04.000 and S. are the Vice President and President, are brothers, and then Diebold is, uh, also based in Ohio and a major Republican supporter.

02:52:13.000 And he said, I will deliver the votes to George Bush.

02:52:15.000 Yeah, isn't that funky?

02:52:17.000 Uh, yeah, I have, uh, my college radio station, I have a talk show, and, uh, just Wednesday night, we're going over all the voting frauds.

02:52:25.000 We got a caller about it, and, uh, People are listening and I just find it amazing all this stuff is so connected.

02:52:33.000 Yeah, you start looking at it and it just kind of goes deeper and deeper into the hole, doesn't it?

02:52:39.000 Yeah.

02:52:40.000 Now, are they going to have like a vote recount?

02:52:43.000 I like heard talk about that, but like, don't like the Green Party kind of... Well, that's a good question.

02:52:48.000 Let me get an answer from her.

02:52:49.000 Thanks for the call, my friend.

02:52:51.000 Good questions.

02:52:52.000 Yeah, what's going to happen in Ohio?

02:52:54.000 Well, let me tell you, the wonderful importance of having these other parties has really come through this time, hasn't it?

02:53:00.000 Kerry didn't ask for a recount, the Libertarian Party asked for a recount, and the Green Party.

02:53:05.000 How bizarre is that?

02:53:08.000 They joined together and said, well, he won't ask for it, so we're asking for it, so we can find out if the thing was honest.

02:53:14.000 Kerry finally did kind of raise an eyebrow and say, well, maybe I'll step in, you know, at the very end.

02:53:19.000 We don't know if there's going to be enough time to do it correctly.

02:53:22.000 You know, they've got this Secretary of State that's a lot like Catherine Harris was, where he's given him like two days to count five million ballots by hand, and no one Playing all kinds of games.

02:53:32.000 So it'll be interesting to see.

02:53:33.000 And there's also some court cases.

02:53:35.000 One of the more interesting court cases is from a bunch of citizens who are trying to have the election set aside.

02:53:40.000 About 25 citizens banding together.

02:53:42.000 Alright.

02:53:42.000 Let's talk to Kevin in Boston.

02:53:44.000 Kevin, go ahead.

02:53:45.000 Hi Alex.

02:53:46.000 Thank you for taking my call.

02:53:47.000 I have three quick points to make.

02:53:49.000 Today in the L.A.

02:53:50.000 Times, they ran an article about an FBI memo warning that terrorists may use lasers to blind pilots, which may be used to bring them down.

02:53:58.000 This, I thought, was interesting because my mom had called me the other day regarding conversations she had with a citizen from Australia that used to belong to this country and was trying to get a passport to come back to come home to visit for Christmas.

02:54:10.000 Hadn't been home in a couple years.

02:54:12.000 And the people at the officials, where she was going to get the passport, were telling her, you're going to America now.

02:54:19.000 I don't think it's a good time.

02:54:21.000 Now, granted, this is just rumor, but the other article brought to my attention, especially where she was flying into L.A.

02:54:27.000 Then, since you have Bev Harris on, I wanted to close by just mentioning that on November 30th, a National Public Radio show, Here and Now, had a category show called Election Myth.

02:54:40.000 And this was in response, they said, to all the bombarded emails and calls they were getting about the voter fraud.

02:54:46.000 And they had on it a woman, Karen Timothy, from Time Magazine.

02:54:49.000 Yeah, they call it a myth when it's all admitted all over the place.

02:54:53.000 It's like the U.S. 0.62

02:54:55.000 of Today said, Jones alleges Arnold's father was a Nazi.

02:54:59.000 It's admitted!

02:55:01.000 Ms.

02:55:02.000 Harris, you might want to stop all your work and give it all up, because they assured us all that they looked into it, being experts, and that there's nothing to worry about.

02:55:11.000 Okay, Kevin.

02:55:11.000 Really?

02:55:12.000 Well, I'm so reassured.

02:55:13.000 Be reassured.

02:55:14.000 Be reassured.

02:55:15.000 Be very reassured.

02:55:16.000 Exactly.

02:55:16.000 Kevin, I want to thank you.

02:55:18.000 I'm sorry to the other callers.

02:55:19.000 We're out of time.

02:55:20.000 Bev, thank you for coming on.

02:55:22.000 Have a good weekend.

02:55:23.000 Thank you.

02:55:24.000 Alright, folks.
