00:42:13.000 Right before 9-11, I saw an Associated Press article where they said that over $40 million was spent per year with a secret office in Hollywood, California, out in L.A.

00:42:29.000 And the top screenwriters, top script writers were paid millions to write scripts every year for the last decade, now that'd be 14 years, to write scenarios of terrorists attacking America.

00:42:51.000 So, on the surface, so the Pentagon would be able to think creatively and see how terrorists might attack us.

00:43:00.000 And then we have this report, with the documents and the lie detector test and all of it, by an individual who admittedly is still working for the Pentagon, this academic, academic now, of how the terrorists, the aero-terrorists, would use box cutters to take control of aircraft and fly them into the World Trade Center towers. 0.73

00:44:28.000 Then the brains, because the brains, the 170 IQ eggheads that actually come up with all these plans and decide what plans to go with, they know, though, that thousands of individuals working on different scenarios are going to come up with ideas they would have never thought of.

00:44:50.000 Also, it creates plausible deniability, because when the military-industrial complex, who has the motives for these attacks, Then you look at the evidence, they're clearly behind these attacks, carries out an attack, and if it ever comes out, they'll just say, oh no, we were just running a drill of that.

00:45:08.000 If they get caught actually carrying the attack out, they just say it's a coincidence, it was just a drill.

00:45:15.000 Just like on 9-11, they got caught running the drills, of flying hijacked jets from the World Trade Center and Pentagon at the very same time in the morning with the same flight paths.

00:46:11.000 Then, now that billions are tuned in, another plane right on time hits, people see it in real time, then we cut to Bush, And the school still... Now remember, he was in the green room and saw the first tower smoking.

00:46:29.000 First he denied that, but the Times of London released the photos of him looking at the first tower smoking.

00:46:34.000 Normally a president would cancel any speech over something like that.

00:46:40.000 But instead he goes out for the photo op with all the news cameras with the image of children around him.

01:09:09.000 I imagine he had read some of my articles and basically laid out what you just mentioned on the radio, but he mentioned it in this way and he said basically that he's tried to get his story out now for over a year and a half, unsuccessful with much of the media, all the media for that fact.

01:09:29.000 And, uh, basically asked me if I would just listen to him.

01:09:32.000 So, uh, I read, uh, a lot of, I read his whole story.

01:09:37.000 Timothy's name sounded familiar.

01:09:39.000 And I remember about a year and a half ago, two years ago, I was working on a story with the lawsuit in Philadelphia filed by Attorney Philip Berg against Bush and his cronies, a RICO lawsuit.

01:09:51.000 And Timothy's name is in there, and he filed an affidavit telling his story to Phil, and it's included in the court documents.

01:09:59.000 So basically, Timothy is on record, basically those documents, those affidavits.

01:10:47.000 Yeah, well, let me explain what Timothy first told me.

01:10:50.000 He said that, basically, he was in a military unit in Strasbourg, Germany, back in 1976.

01:10:59.000 And in this unit, and I list the name of the specific unit in the article, in this unit, basically there were some 30 to 40 to 50 people, and one day his lieutenant came in and said that they had been commissioned by Congress to discuss domestic airline security.

01:11:16.000 And to put together their recommendations on how to improve airline security back in 1976.

01:11:24.000 Well, he said that, you know, a week or two went by, then all of a sudden his lieutenant, who I mentioned, and now I can't remember his name right now, comes in and tells him that he has been ordered to use the Twin Towers as examples.

01:11:38.000 And now what they were going to do is to use the Middle East as another example, as terrorists, and to put together a plan to bring down the Twin Towers. 0.70

01:11:47.000 Now, McVeigh said that the Lieutenant said it was awfully strange, he thought, that he was asked to blow up buildings in his own hometown.

01:11:58.000 So that was the beginning of it.

01:12:01.000 Well, the lieutenant told McNiven that he felt it was strange and kind of probably kidding and joking that he's now asked to blow up his own hometown because he was from New York.

01:12:14.000 Well, anyway, they then sit down and put together this plan.

01:12:18.000 Timothy came up exactly, he says, came up with the box cutter idea.

01:12:22.000 And they put together a day-by-day brainstorming, a plan on how to bring down the towers using airliners, terrorists from the Middle East, of course, they were just using mock terrorists, things like that.

01:12:35.000 And one day Timothy went up to, when they were talking and brainstorming, he went to his lieutenant and said to him, Well, what if this really happens?

01:12:44.000 I think I might go and tell somebody what we're doing.

01:12:48.000 Because you can imagine, if you're in a situation like that, if you ever brainstorm an idea, it becomes real to you.

01:12:55.000 And so, it isn't far-fetched for him to say something like that to his lieutenant.

01:12:59.000 His lieutenant then accosted him, along with the sergeant, and told him, bluntly, Never to say anything about this report.

01:13:10.000 Well, basically they slapped him around a little bit, took him by the arm.

01:41:35.000 We know Dick Cheney took control three months before from the shoot-down orders from the Pentagon.

01:41:49.000 We know they'd leave the country, be on terrorist watch lists, and the State Department would order the embassies to let them back in, and even told the head of one embassy, yeah, this is for terror training.

01:42:03.000 He tells the FBI they're training to hijack planes.

01:42:07.000 And then they say, shut your mouth, national security.

01:42:20.000 I want somehow, for the American people, in our heartland, in the place where we need to get groundswell support, to really put these guys' foots to the fire and have them questioned.
