Alex Jones Show - 20050629_Wed_Alex

00:00:01.000 Big Brother.

00:00:07.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:25.000 Well, it's already the midpoint of this week.

00:00:28.000 Wednesday, ladies and gentlemen, the 29th day of June 2005.

00:00:30.000 29th day of June, 2005.

00:00:35.000 We're going to be live for the next three hours.

00:00:39.000 Taking your phone calls, of course, and I have a state rep coming on in the third hour who in special session of the Texas legislature is saying he's going to introduce a bill to protect private property at the state level here in Texas from private corporations coming along and lobbying the state and local governments to take your private property, in many cases without just compensation.

00:01:10.000 Also, a Senate panel has sent CAFTA to the floor, the next stepping stone or the next bridge to the free trade area of the Americas and the Union of American States, also known as the Pan-American Union.

00:01:25.000 The Senate Finance Committee today voted to send the U.S.

00:01:29.000 Central American Free Trade Agreement, or CAFTA, to the full Senate with a favorable recommendation.

00:01:36.000 The panel's vote Voice vote set the stage for the full Senate to possibly take up the pact in the coming days.

00:01:44.000 The Ways and Means Committee in the U.S.

00:01:46.000 House of Representatives is scheduled to vote on the agreement on Thursday.

00:01:52.000 And remember that this thing is wildly unpopular.

00:01:57.000 75% of Americans, before they even knew the details back in 1993-94, were against NAFTA.

00:02:05.000 And now those numbers, like everything else the government's doing, are 90 plus percent against it.

00:02:12.000 But that's not stopping them, Republicans and Democrats, and Lord Bush, from rampaging forward with it.

00:02:21.000 Also, U.S.

00:02:22.000 helicopter with 17 on board, probably shot down in Afghanistan.

00:02:26.000 Taliban taking credit for that.

00:02:29.000 Town cites Patriot Act in response to homeless man suit.

00:02:34.000 Yes, arresting homeless people under the Patriot Act.

00:02:38.000 And I wanted to go back over some of the glaring examples of it being used in cases that aren't even criminal, much less terror-related.

00:02:47.000 Oh, by the way, Paul Watson will be joining us in the second hour, that state rep introducing the legislation in Texas in the third.

00:02:56.000 Supreme Court Justice, though, faces the boot from his home, developer once lost Liberty Hotel built upon property of David Souter.

00:03:08.000 A private, and I would add prominent, developer, we're trying to get him on, contacted the local government in Supreme Court Justice David Souter's hometown of New Hampshire yesterday, asking that the property of the judge, who voted in favor of a controversial decision allowing the city to make residents homes for private development, be seized to make room for the new hotel, Logan Darrow Clements, I think it's a wonderful idea.

00:03:34.000 meaning the code enforcement officer of the town of Weir, New Hampshire, seeking to start the applications process to build a hotel on 34th Silly Hill Road, the present location of Souter's luxury compound.

00:03:50.000 I think it's a wonderful idea that we ought to take the property of all five of those Supreme Court justices.

00:03:57.000 They could just have an asset forfeiture siege raid justices.

00:04:02.000 Just send the police in and no drugs need be found.

00:04:06.000 Just take their houses because they feel like it.

00:04:09.000 You know, they got any cash or jewelry?

00:04:11.000 Well, you can't prove you didn't buy this with drug money.

00:04:14.000 So just take their houses to them.

00:04:15.000 They do that to us.

00:04:19.000 But they're not an 84-year-old woman.

00:04:22.000 Or a 91-year-old widower?

00:04:26.000 No, so Mr. Sooter's going to be just fine, but we'll read more of that article too.

00:04:30.000 Homeowners, by the way, are standing firm despite high court ruling.

00:04:34.000 They have refused to leave, and they're saying, quote, they'll have to rip us off.

00:04:41.000 Plus, Fox News is involved in its normal propaganda.

00:04:43.000 We'll be deciphering that.

00:04:45.000 New York bans mercury and vaccines.

00:04:48.000 Are they really banning it?

00:04:49.000 We'll tell you about that as well.

00:04:51.000 It's all coming up after this break.

00:04:53.000 InfoWars.com, InfoWars.net, and PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:07:58.000 Big Brother.

00:08:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:08:07.000 Government cover-ups.

00:08:09.000 You want answers?

00:08:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:21.000 We have Paul Watson for his weekly or bi-weekly visit.

00:08:33.000 Coming up in the second hour today. - What's happening?

00:08:40.000 We also have State Rep.

00:08:43.000 Frank Court, Republican of San Antonio, who has proposed a constitutional amendment to limit local government's power to exercise eminent domain for purely economic reasons.

00:08:56.000 You don't even need that.

00:08:57.000 The Texas Constitution has guards on private property.

00:09:01.000 The National Constitution and Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence Our whole common law, the mountain of 230 years of precedent, and thousands of years of private property precedent, before that, going back to Jewish law, that our laws are based on, says that you own your property and no man or king can take it.

00:09:27.000 That's not the case in the modern world.

00:09:30.000 No, all over the planet they're stealing private property.

00:09:32.000 So we have the state rep who we commend, Frank Court, joining us coming up in the third hour today.

00:09:39.000 And I'm also trying to get the developer on in New Hampshire.

00:09:43.000 He's trying to take the house of one of the Supreme Court justices that voted to let private corporations come and lobby government to take the property and build whatever they want.

00:09:54.000 I think that's a great idea.

00:09:57.000 So, we'll get into that article as well.

00:09:59.000 Right now, I want to give you the toll-free number to join us on air.

00:10:03.000 It's 1-800-259-9231.

00:10:03.000 That's 1-800-259-9231.

00:10:03.000 We'll have wide open phones throughout the broadcast today.

00:10:06.000 New York bans mercury in vaccines.

00:10:07.000 That's 1-800-259-9231.

00:10:13.000 We'll have wide open phones throughout the broadcast today.

00:10:16.000 New York bans mercury in vaccines.

00:10:19.000 This is from the In Pharma Publication, the industry publication.

00:10:23.000 But it's a deceptive headline.

00:10:26.000 It's posted on PrisonPlanet.com right now.

00:10:29.000 In the US, the New York Senate last week passed what would prohibit the administration of any vaccine containing more than a trace amount of mercury to children under the age of three or pregnant women.

00:10:46.000 The Marisol, a preservative used in vaccines that contains 50% Mercury has been used in vaccines for years as a preservative to help prevent life-threatening bacteria contamination.

00:11:00.000 However, vaccine manufacturing technology has advanced in recent years, and it is no longer necessary to add preservatives containing mercury to vaccines, according to the bill's sponsor, Senator Dean Skelos.

00:11:13.000 Childhood vaccinations have been a significant and measurable public health benefit, said the Senator, but with scientific uncertainty regarding the safety of the mercury-based preservative Thimerosal to children, readily available alternatives, and the consensus between the major federal health agencies that Thimerosal use should be reduced or eliminated, we must err on the side of caution and end its use in New York State.

00:11:38.000 The bill has now been passed on to the Governor, George Pataki, for signature.

00:11:43.000 Two other states, California and Iowa, have already enacted legislation.

00:11:47.000 Japan did it 12 years ago.

00:11:49.000 Banning the use of more than a trace amount of the Marisolin vaccines, similar legislation is pending in the states of Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, and Washington.

00:12:05.000 And if it isn't happening in your state, you need to.

00:12:08.000 Vaccine manufacturers say that as of 2000, vaccines recommended for use in children and infants have all been available in versions that contain no thimerosal free or only trace amounts thimerosal preservative free of the compound.

00:12:22.000 With the exception of some multi-dose vials intended for use in the developing world, this is because where several doses are taken from the same container, thimerosal offers better protection from contamination than other preservatives such as the two Okay, let's stop right there.

00:12:41.000 I mean, I can't even cover the spin, the lies, the manipulation in this article.

00:12:47.000 First off, any mercury in the vaccine is dangerous in the aggregate because it's delivered directly to the blood.

00:12:54.000 And it's not screened out by the stomach and other organs before it goes into the bloodstream.

00:13:01.000 Generally, most mercury you eat in shrimp or fish is bound up in organic compounds, and a lot of it gets flushed out of the body.

00:13:09.000 But when you inject it directly into the blood, it has devastating effects.

00:13:12.000 I mean, it runs right into your brain cells in a very small particle size, and are devastating.

00:13:21.000 And that's the major studies by major institutions, universities, private scientific firms.

00:13:27.000 I mean, the evidence is totally conclusive. 0.91

00:13:30.000 I mean, it's the equivalent of saying if you shoot yourself five times in the head with a .50 caliber rifle, you're going to be dead. 0.98

00:13:36.000 I mean, we know shooting yourself in the head with a .50 caliber rifle is not good for you. 0.91

00:13:41.000 And we know mercury hitting your brain is not good for you, especially in these high levels. 1.00

00:13:45.000 So, it's ridiculous.

00:13:48.000 There is no debate on whether thimerosal is dangerous.

00:13:51.000 The CDC's own documents Have been made public.

00:13:55.000 Congressman Dan Burton got a congressional order, had his doctors from the Congress march in and get the documents and they made them public last year.

00:14:05.000 It's a massive cover-up and they know what's going on.

00:14:10.000 We now know, not from our own research and all the different scientific institutions, not from the common sense, but from their own documents and they talked about how to cover it up.

00:14:22.000 Now, other lies.

00:14:25.000 The Associated Press reported, and we have it posted in the vaccine section on PrisonPlanet.com, that in shots that are being manufactured, these are the guidelines for the MMR, measles, mumps, rubella, as they mention here, the triple jab.

00:14:41.000 Now they've got some vaccines that give you some shots that have some inoculations that have five or six different pathogens that it supposedly covers.

00:14:50.000 We know that for some reason They increased 200 to 250 times the safe level over and above what it was previously in the vaccines in those different injections.

00:15:06.000 Now that's admitted.

00:15:08.000 We also know that they're doing slight of hand.

00:15:11.000 They mention that, well, you can get mercury free or reduced mercury.

00:15:19.000 It's available.

00:15:20.000 But the vaccine makers make very small lots of these.

00:15:26.000 And most medical offices, most doctors I've talked to say that, yes indeed, they still have the mercury vaccines.

00:15:33.000 That's what is available to them.

00:15:36.000 The others are also a lot more expensive.

00:15:39.000 And I've talked to a lot of listeners who go in and say, I don't want mercury in it.

00:15:43.000 And the doctor says, it's not in there.

00:15:44.000 And they say, let me see the insert.

00:15:46.000 And they bring in the bottle.

00:15:48.000 And it says, thimerosal.

00:15:51.000 So, folks, I talked to a local doctor, very prominent here in town, a pediatrician, who volunteers a few times a year with the big city clinics to go administer injections.

00:16:07.000 He said, Alex, listen, I've seen your show.

00:16:09.000 Listen, I know something's wrong.

00:16:11.000 This guy's got one of the biggest practices in town, that's all I'm going to say.

00:16:14.000 Very prominent.

00:16:15.000 He said, listen, don't use my name.

00:16:17.000 But, just last year, this was about two years ago, tell me this, this was three years ago, just last year, we were there giving polio inoculations, the oral, to thousands of children at a clinic, for children that hadn't been vaccinated before school, and I asked, why are we giving them this?

00:16:32.000 This is a lot that isn't even supposed to be used in the United States!

00:16:36.000 It's supposed to be used in the third world! 1.00

00:16:39.000 They are, he said, Alex, they are still giving the SV40 contaminated oral vaccine to children.

00:16:46.000 I can't believe it!

00:16:47.000 I said, well tell me more.

00:16:48.000 He goes, that's all I'm going to say.

00:16:50.000 I'm not going to say anymore.

00:16:52.000 I don't know why they're doing it.

00:16:55.000 And just like they mention here, for the third world there's still mercury because it's helpful and it actually says at the end of this article, oh it's still in the third world vaccine.

00:17:09.000 And I've got articles where Gates just gave another 400-something million to vaccinating the third world because he cares so much about the children.

00:17:18.000 Meanwhile, his foundation and others give money to population control agendas.

00:17:22.000 So let me see, they want to reduce the population.

00:17:26.000 Ted Turner's foundation gave a billion plus, the World Wildlife Fund headed up by Prince Philip.

00:17:31.000 They all give money, but then out of the other side of their mouth, they're obsessed with reducing third world populations, but they're running a program that will increase third world populations.

00:17:40.000 Because the vaccines are supposedly so good it'll save so many people, but look at the scourges of diseases and problems in the third world. 1.00

00:17:48.000 And all these women being sterilized.

00:17:50.000 And they've caught them in the vaccines adding hormones with the tetanus shot that sterilizes women.

00:17:56.000 And they caught the UN six years ago doing this, red-handed, and they got caught again late last year doing it.

00:18:03.000 Major Indian firms did tests of African and Indian vaccines that the U.N.

00:18:08.000 had shipped in and they had sterilization agents in them.

00:18:11.000 No kidding!

00:18:12.000 The groups shipping this stuff in are openly calling for population reduction and then magically the U.N.

00:18:17.000 vaccines are reducing population.

00:18:21.000 I mean, again, a 10-year-old could figure this out.

00:18:24.000 This is not something that Sherlock Holmes or Mr. Watson, you know, have to figure out.

00:18:32.000 It is elementary.

00:18:34.000 It is not hard to figure out.

00:18:37.000 It is of the most basic common sense.

00:18:40.000 You know, put two and two together.

00:18:44.000 And there's no way to wiggle out of it.

00:18:46.000 And so, what they're doing is, they're putting out all these announcements, the vaccines are safe, the mercury's out, everything's fine.

00:18:53.000 But it's still in the vaccines.

00:18:55.000 It's in almost all the vaccines we're using.

00:18:58.000 It's in almost all the vaccines they're pushing in on you.

00:19:01.000 The manufacturers could easily switch over and say, this is the new vaccine, but they're not doing it.

00:19:07.000 Because they have an agenda.

00:19:10.000 Mercury creates a huge IQ reduction in the young, especially in fast growing cells.

00:19:18.000 It damages the brain. 0.96

00:19:21.000 And they just want you to be dumbed down.

00:19:23.000 Just like Aldous Huxley in Brave New World, and Huxley before he died said, this is the real, you know, socialist plan.

00:19:29.000 This is what I was told about in Britain.

00:19:32.000 My family's in government.

00:19:35.000 Yes, Julian Huxley.

00:19:37.000 First Secretary General of UNESCO at the UN.

00:19:40.000 His brother.

00:19:43.000 So, it's time to stop being naive.

00:19:46.000 Alright, now I covered one article, and I've literally got about 20 others, but I'm gonna go to Coles too.

00:19:53.000 So, there's just so much coming up.

00:19:54.000 Be sure and stay with us.

00:19:56.000 Paul Watson's coming up and another great guest as well.

00:20:02.000 Sandal season is finally here, but not for those of us too embarrassed to wear them because of yellow, unsightly toenails.

00:20:09.000 If your nails look dark or discolored, now is the time to start using patented Non-X Nail Gel.

00:20:15.000 All Natural Non-X is a topical, ethanoic acid gel that clears out the source of the problem, the dark or yellow material that builds up under the nails called keratin debris.

00:20:25.000 Non-X Nail Gel is absolutely amazing.

00:20:28.000 I used to have yellow nails, and now they look clear and almost perfect.

00:20:31.000 I'm wearing sandals again.

00:20:33.000 Non-X Nail Gel removes yellowing keratin debris.

00:20:36.000 It's podiatrist recommended and has been clinically shown to improve nail clarity.

00:20:40.000 It's also money back guarantee.

00:20:42.000 You'll find Non-X Gel spelled N-O-N-Y-X in the foot care section at Rite Aid, Walgreens, Longs, Brooks and independent pharmacies nationwide or online at drugstore.com.

00:20:55.000 Non-X Nail Gel for clearer nails and feet that look great in sandals.

00:21:01.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones here introducing you to the Black Berkey Replacement Element. 0.80

00:21:04.000 They're new and they're more powerful than any gravity filter element on the market.

00:21:08.000 These powerful filters fit most gravity filter systems and can be installed in minutes.

00:21:12.000 Black Berkey Replacement Elements are so powerful they remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts, parasites to non-detectable levels.

00:21:19.000 The trihalomethanes and volatile organic chemicals such as atrazine, styrene, chloroform, and MTBE are removed below detectable limits.

00:21:27.000 Black Berkey Filter Elements also reduce nitrates and unwanted metals such as lead, mercury, and aluminum.

00:23:56.000 Call now.

00:23:57.000 They are set to pass CAFTA.

00:24:10.000 Which, to use another analogy, let's say the Pan American Union, no more USA.

00:24:18.000 sovereignty, is a completed two-story house.

00:24:21.000 To give you an idea of how far along they are, they've built the foundation, they put up the skeleton of the building, they put the sheetrock in, they put a roof on it, they put windows in it, and CAFTA will paint it

00:24:38.000 And, uh, and, uh, spackle the ceiling, and put in light fixtures, and, uh, hook up the plumbing, and put in the bathtubs and showers and toilets, and, uh, the new old order will move in under, uh, the free trade area of the Americas.

00:24:56.000 So, the house could really be moved in right now, it's just not fully furnished, and all the appliances haven't been put in yet.

00:25:03.000 So, uh, and that's about, you know, the best example I can give you.

00:25:07.000 And as usual, the average American has no idea.

00:25:10.000 The big Canadian newspapers yesterday said, it is the end of our sovereignty.

00:25:13.000 The government is upset.

00:25:15.000 Uh, but the CFR wrote the plan, released it a month ago.

00:25:19.000 Lou Dobbs decried it as well.

00:25:21.000 And, uh, the CFR, what if they want, they get.

00:25:24.000 Talk about power.

00:25:25.000 The Canadian government is now implementing.

00:25:29.000 But here in America, we don't even get to have a debate about it.

00:25:32.000 I mean, it was very rare to have Lou Dobbs come on and say, yes, this is an American Union, yes, this is the end of America, merging our government, our military, our police, a bicongress, a bicameral Congress, just everything!

00:25:47.000 Everything!

00:25:49.000 So, it is happening.

00:25:51.000 It is really happening.

00:25:53.000 Just like the Supreme Court ruling is really happening on the Ten Commandments coming out of the courts, And on being able to go after people for downloading music, and the Supreme Court ruling about the property, and the Supreme Court ruling about all of it.

00:26:06.000 All of this is really happening.

00:26:09.000 The National ID Card really did get passed.

00:26:11.000 They're now implementing.

00:26:13.000 They really are trying to put transponders in all cars.

00:26:15.000 And your inspection stickers in Texas, and Illinois, and California, and Oregon, and New York.

00:26:21.000 They really are putting up microphones in your neighborhoods, hidden in the light poles.

00:26:26.000 Mainstream news.

00:26:27.000 They really are training the police that you don't have any Second Amendment rights.

00:26:32.000 Folks, it's really happening!

00:26:36.000 Let's go to some calls.

00:26:38.000 Jerry in Missouri.

00:26:40.000 Welcome, ma'am.

00:26:41.000 Thank you, Alex.

00:26:43.000 I have an abused daughter, and she has some kids. 1.00

00:26:47.000 And she got a divorce in March and it has three months to be in Missouri to be final. 0.99

00:26:54.000 They put her divorce, her husband came back and they put her divorce on hold.

00:27:00.000 And now, and she can't get the, they've got the joint custody and since she got that divorce In March, the police wouldn't do anything.

00:27:11.000 She has terrible times with visitation.

00:27:13.000 Well, I mean, you know, I see abuse called yelling at each other, but I mean, what is he, a puncher?

00:27:21.000 He made her stay.

00:27:22.000 He abused the kids. 0.99

00:27:24.000 He was mentally abusive. 0.99

00:27:27.000 He made her... Okay, but I mean, you know, society's unraveling.

00:27:29.000 This is happening everywhere.

00:27:30.000 Yeah, and drugs.

00:27:32.000 Without, ma'am, without seeing the case, I don't know how I can give you any good advice.

00:27:37.000 Oh, I understand that, but we got rid of one lawyer, and we're paying for it with the lawyers.

00:27:47.000 Why is the divorce on hold?

00:27:49.000 Did he appeal it or something?

00:27:51.000 It's something in our county that's all crooked between the lawyers and everything.

00:27:56.000 We got another lawyer, and I guess he's okay, but now they put it on hold, so it's going to take a year.

00:28:02.000 They're starting all over.

00:28:04.000 But, we called prepaid legal.

00:28:07.000 Our lawyer, and they told us that we should be able to go to the courthouse, and the divorce was signed, and we should be able to go to the courthouse and get the records, and my husband did, and the judge has the records.

00:28:22.000 The judge isn't releasing them?

00:28:24.000 The judge isn't releasing them.

00:28:25.000 Well, they should release them to your daughter. 0.82

00:28:28.000 She just wants to go along with... Well, ma'am, how can I help you?

00:28:33.000 I don't know.

00:28:34.000 I don't know.

00:28:37.000 He's not paying child support.

00:28:41.000 Adultery.

00:28:42.000 And we're kind of like Terry.

00:28:44.000 We don't know what to do.

00:28:45.000 I know.

00:28:45.000 Society's just unraveling.

00:28:47.000 We're becoming quite evil.

00:28:48.000 Yeah, and we don't know whether to stick with this lawyer or do it prepaid legally.

00:28:53.000 Yeah, again, I've got the hint that you're wanting advice and I couldn't give you advice.

00:28:56.000 I understand that.

00:28:57.000 I mean, I don't have a map or a compass.

00:28:59.000 I don't know the case.

00:29:00.000 I don't know the details of it.

00:29:02.000 I don't disbelieve you, but I don't... I know that.

00:29:05.000 Well, Gary Bonfield, we got in a... He said that, um...

00:29:11.000 The domestic violence has been put on hold and it's a military conflict, like you say, and so should we fight it?

00:29:24.000 We just have to wait and see.

00:29:25.000 Well, if what you're saying is true, and he's an abuser, then you've got to fight for those children no matter what.

00:29:30.000 Well, I think... Mortgage your house if you have to, but get a lawyer that really wins, and get... See?

00:29:35.000 Yeah, that's what... Ma'am, listen, I appreciate your call.

00:29:38.000 Thank you.

00:29:38.000 I'm really sorry.

00:29:39.000 I can hear the desperation in your voice.

00:29:41.000 I'm down here in Austin, Texas, and I don't really give legal advice.

00:29:45.000 I'm not a counselor.

00:29:48.000 We'll be right back.

00:29:48.000 Stay with us.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

00:32:59.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

00:33:03.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:33:10.000 I could hear the desperation in Jerry's voice in the last segment. - Yeah.

00:33:17.000 And I'm sad that I really can't help you.

00:33:19.000 I mean, if somebody called in and said, they're trying to force me to vaccinate my five-year-old to go into kindergarten, I could say, number one, if you got the money, or if your husband will take a second job, you need to homeschool that child.

00:33:33.000 I could go through all the statistics of how the child will end up being better behaved, having better test scores.

00:33:42.000 I could then go into, but if you do want to send them to the government training camp or a private school that's refusing, every state has the waiver.

00:33:50.000 There is no law, but they have a waiver for the school, which I'm even against itself because it creates the perception that it's a law.

00:33:59.000 but uh... you know they do have a quote waiver and the county or city health department has that the public schools have it in the nurses office or the principal's office by law but if they don't vaccinate what something like ninety eight percent of the children they don't get tens of thousands a year for the average school per school not just school district of a federal grant it's all tied to that bounties on you know being sure they do this i could give you advice on that and tell you how to get the uh...

00:34:30.000 You know, how to get the forms.

00:34:31.000 I mean, I have forms from different states from time to time posted on the main page of the website.

00:34:38.000 If you called in and said, they're trying to take my private property, I could try to point you in a direction of a group that could help you.

00:34:44.000 Or if you called in about your house being raided without a warrant, you know, I could tell you about the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

00:34:51.000 But in some divorce case, I mean, I don't know enough about it to be able to give you any advice, Jerry, and I'm truly sorry.

00:34:59.000 I do know this, though.

00:35:00.000 The black community in America in 1940 had below 20% illegitimacy.

00:35:10.000 Do you know what the black community in America today has?

00:35:16.000 90 plus percent, it's in the low 90s, percent illegitimacy.

00:35:22.000 That is, the man is not even in the home when The woman gives birth. 0.99

00:35:28.000 Much less, you know, ending in divorce.

00:35:31.000 Over half of American, here in the United States, marriages end in divorce within five years.

00:35:36.000 It's even worse in Texas, for some reason.

00:35:39.000 Illegitimacy in the white population has gone upwards of 40%.

00:35:45.000 Did you know that?

00:35:46.000 And it was in, what, 5-6% back in the 40's.

00:35:49.000 I've seen all these numbers.

00:35:52.000 Hispanic illegitimacy, which you know, very serious family values, you know, family, familia, very strong.

00:36:01.000 They're even seeing now 30% illegitimacy.

00:36:06.000 I mean, how did the black communities that were incredibly strong go from very low illegitimacy to almost complete illegitimacy? 1.00

00:36:17.000 Well, the Great Society!

00:36:20.000 They said, hey, we got free money for you, but you can't have that man in the house.

00:36:26.000 Or, oh, we got all this welfare for you, but hey, feminism, you can't have a man in the house. 1.00

00:36:32.000 That ensured, they knew back then, that you had triple, in some cases, four times the level of criminality, drug use, in anybody who comes from a single parent home. 0.92

00:36:43.000 I mean, that's just the statistics.

00:36:45.000 I'm not attacking people that are single parent.

00:36:47.000 I'm not saying you're bad.

00:36:48.000 A lot of you are great.

00:36:49.000 It's just so hard.

00:36:51.000 You know, as humans, we're designed to have, really, not two parents, but we're designed to live in the same village.

00:37:00.000 And I'm not talking about Hillary's village.

00:37:01.000 I mean the family village.

00:37:03.000 Where your grandparents live five huts down on your mommy's side, and ten huts down, your daddy's grandparents live down the road.

00:37:12.000 And your cousins all live around you.

00:37:14.000 And your wife's kin live near you and the husband's kin live near you.

00:37:21.000 And if you get out of line, folks, you get in trouble.

00:37:24.000 So, statistically, people have even lower crime rates where you do have a family house.

00:37:29.000 What a great situation.

00:37:31.000 I always envy that.

00:37:32.000 You know, these big houses where grandma and grandpa live upstairs and down the road the other grandparents are there.

00:37:42.000 I mean, that's what built this country.

00:37:44.000 And every Sunday, you go to somebody else's house for dinner, and everybody looks out for everybody, and... You know, it's a real safety net.

00:37:54.000 And instead, society is just unraveling, folks.

00:37:57.000 I mean, it is... I go to the shopping mall every once in a while, and I see 12-year-old girls dressed up like whores, literally, Gyrating and dancing around. 1.00

00:38:08.000 They have all these shops where they target the pre-teens and the teens, the tweenies. 0.98

00:38:16.000 Nickelodeon promotes homosexuality on Nickelodeon. 0.99

00:38:19.000 I mean, just destroy any innocence.

00:38:21.000 They shouldn't be teaching anything sexual, period.

00:38:26.000 It's scientifically crafted.

00:38:28.000 Miss Magazine was founded, Gloria Steinem brags about it, by the Central Intelligence Agency. 0.56

00:38:37.000 And they challenged women, hey, don't let that man enslave you, don't let that man control you. 1.00

00:38:44.000 Get out of the house! 0.97

00:38:47.000 You know, have your own business, have your own job, you're not valuable!

00:38:53.000 And really it was because the Carnegie Foundation and others, and these documents are public, wanted to be able to destroy the family where no woman raised that child, where your child would be in school and after school activities for what, an average of 10 hours a day.

00:39:07.000 Being raised by other teenagers, other miscreants, Hollywood then glorifies the miscreants as the cool kids, the other children imitate it.

00:39:16.000 Being raised by the government training camps, and then you would also have both parents working, both parents paying taxes, so you can raise the tax level and have people at a subsistence level.

00:39:30.000 And so I could talk all day about the targeting of the families.

00:39:34.000 I mean, look at what, look.

00:39:35.000 My father, growing up in Fairfield, Texas, well he actually lived near Buffalo, but the county seat was Fairfield.

00:39:43.000 And, uh, you know, his mother was a school teacher and, uh, you know, my grandfather was a rancher and also was a county tax assessor.

00:39:51.000 Boy, was he loved, because they were always forgiving everybody's property taxes.

00:39:56.000 Man, my grandfather's been dead for twenty-something years and people just love his name in Fairfield.

00:40:02.000 It was like having the Dukes of Hazzard or something for your county tax assessor.

00:40:07.000 But, um, to make a long story short, My father saw what, even before the Great Society, welfare did.

00:40:16.000 You have these vibrant black communities, blacks driving brand new cars, their own cleaners, their own businesses, their own doctors, everything.

00:40:24.000 And I'm not defending segregation either, but they took one thing that was flawed in one area and replaced it with something a thousand times worse.

00:40:33.000 And you know, even Louis Faircon talks about this, I don't agree with much he says I do on this, And they came in with blight programs all over the country, took out the black neighborhoods, broke up their families.

00:40:46.000 And folks, it was nothing new.

00:40:49.000 It was nothing new.

00:40:50.000 I mean, I have Roman books that were actually published 2,000 years ago, 1,800 years ago.

00:40:58.000 I have a book published in the 1780s by a big sugar cane plantation owner in the Caribbean.

00:41:06.000 And it's a book that was published and given to white slave owners, and that's when a lot of the real abuses really accelerated.

00:41:12.000 Early on, you had white slaves and injured servants, and also black slaves, but they weren't routinely being savage like they were later in some cases.

00:41:22.000 Not defending the institution, it just got more radicalized.

00:41:25.000 And he said, you know, my brethren in the Americas, in the thirteen colonies, You guys have problems.

00:41:35.000 You don't know how to deal with it.

00:41:36.000 Let me tell you how the Romans dealt with it.

00:41:39.000 And then he quoted these writings.

00:41:42.000 And what the Romans would do when they went into France, which was Gaul, or they went into Germania, Germany, the Visigoth, the Vandals, when they would go, the other tribes, is they would go in, they would say, throw down your arms, and we will let the men live. 0.92

00:42:03.000 And generally they'd take the strongest and the smartest men and they'd kill them out of hand.

00:42:09.000 Or they would make the men break them up and make them be mercenaries for the Roman Army so they could invade the next phase, go into Britannia and all the other areas.

00:42:19.000 And I'm going to go to your calls, but since I got into history, let's talk about it.

00:42:24.000 Let's understand it.

00:42:24.000 They actually have handbooks.

00:42:26.000 I've read these on air.

00:42:27.000 I own these.

00:42:28.000 These are at the library.

00:42:30.000 These are available.

00:42:32.000 In the larger history departments.

00:42:34.000 Most libraries won't have it, but larger university libraries will have it.

00:42:39.000 In the Roman studies, and the Arthurian studies, and studies of Britain and in Germania.

00:42:47.000 And they would go in, but if they didn't give up, they'd go in and kill all the men, all of them, down to about age 8.

00:42:54.000 They found that they would still be vengeful.

00:42:57.000 By the way, the Caesars always, his internal guard were German, by the way.

00:43:02.000 Or Austrian. 0.61

00:43:03.000 The Austrians were the first client state.

00:43:05.000 They're just north of Italy.

00:43:07.000 So they were always used as the front lines to take over the rest of the Aryan areas. 1.00

00:43:13.000 And folks, don't be so dumbed down that I use that term. 0.96

00:43:15.000 You think I'm being racist? 0.99

00:43:17.000 Iran means Aryan. 0.75

00:43:19.000 Okay?

00:43:19.000 That's what they were called by the Romans and that term itself has been demonized.

00:43:23.000 I'm just, you know, talking about the area.

00:43:25.000 Like saying African.

00:43:27.000 Afrikaners.

00:43:30.000 And so they went into those areas and they would But in some cases the Romans got greedy and they would decide to keep men, teenage boys, and they would take a bunch of men and women, take them into a camp, basically for re-education, at a Roman fort, before they would take them back into Rome, or back into any of their other provinces, or sometimes they'd take them to a slave ship and sell them to someone else, the Arabs or someone else.

00:44:01.000 And the Roman soldiers would wait until one of the males did something small, they would beat him to death, or near death, and then they would tell the women, we're going to kill more of your males, if you don't keep them in line, and if you don't brutalize them. 0.99

00:44:18.000 They would actually set the women up, normally as, they'd even have them later if they were educated, doing bookkeeping, and you had whole generations of slaves that served the Romans, and if one was really good, they'd free them, and, you know, same story we saw here.

00:44:31.000 Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

00:44:33.000 And so the women would be in Rome, inside the castle, inside the noble, inside of the business, there at the ports, and the men were not allowed to be educated, and this is generation after generation.

00:44:46.000 They were kept literally in stalls like animals.

00:44:50.000 They were whipped, beaten for anything, and the women were held over them. 0.91

00:44:54.000 Well, what's the old famous black, black mammy, black nanny? 1.00

00:44:59.000 You know, and you see the old black and white movies, you know, where they're imitating what happened in the South, but read the history books.

00:45:03.000 The black men were taught, because they were beaten if they didn't, to walk stooped over, bending over, cowering.

00:45:10.000 The black Oprah Winfrey type would literally be beating them over the head Look, folks, my family had cotton fields, you name it. 1.00

00:45:20.000 This is back when my dad was a child. 0.97

00:45:22.000 And their foreman was a big black woman, about 6'4", okay? 0.98

00:45:28.000 And there wasn't any beatings going on, but the point is, is that these are the bosses.

00:45:31.000 They didn't even start ordering white people around, okay? 0.74

00:45:35.000 It's the same thing with the Germans and the French. 0.54

00:45:37.000 And the women were set up, just like the Bible says in slavery, because it goes back even before the Romans, Babylon, Egypt, you name it. 0.97

00:45:45.000 The women are set up to rule over the men. 1.00

00:45:48.000 And these handbooks that were then re-translated and sold all over the U.S.

00:45:52.000 and the Caribbean talk about how to do it.

00:45:54.000 So they bring in black slaves into Galveston, Texas, or into Richmond, Virginia, or into Connecticut, or wherever they were bringing the slaves in, and they would beat the living daylights out of the few big black men that survived the Carpentership journey. 0.98

00:46:10.000 And they tell the women, it's your job to keep them in line. 0.99

00:46:13.000 And they'd keep them in line.

00:46:15.000 Being the oppressors, thinking it was for the men's own good.

00:46:21.000 And so that's what modern feminism is, and that's what all of this is. 1.00

00:46:23.000 And so, now we're a couple generations into this, with the blacks, the whites, with everybody. 0.95

00:46:29.000 Uh, Hispanics are so macho that I don't think they're ever going to be able to totally break them with this type of conditioning. 1.00

00:46:35.000 They're having trouble with the Asians too, that's been coming out. 0.91

00:46:37.000 Because, you know, the family unit is just too strong.

00:46:40.000 I'm not saying there aren't abuses in a, uh, Patriarchal type system.

00:46:47.000 But the point is, is that that's really how we're predominantly designed.

00:46:52.000 You can look at some, you know, some tropical areas and some, you know, island nations where that's not really the case.

00:46:56.000 And I think, you know, those are pretty good systems too.

00:46:59.000 But still, no one is set up against each other.

00:47:02.000 It's kind of a communal type system.

00:47:06.000 And so, they do this over and over and over again. 1.00

00:47:08.000 And so, men see the image of strong men as drooling sports fans who are lazy idiots. 1.00

00:47:16.000 Women then see that. 1.00

00:47:17.000 They're doing all the work.

00:47:18.000 They get resentful of the man.

00:47:20.000 Why do I even need this man?

00:47:22.000 They get more hateful.

00:47:23.000 Men then don't want them. 1.00

00:47:25.000 And everything breaks down.

00:47:28.000 Okay, now I've been on a diatribe on this subject.

00:47:30.000 I've got stacks of news, but... Folks, it's in handbooks.

00:47:33.000 Feminism is in handbooks. 1.00

00:47:37.000 From the Romans, from slave owners in this country. 0.99

00:47:40.000 And they admit us in the, you know, 250 year old, 220 year old manuals used in the Americas that it's a translation of the Roman manuals.

00:47:52.000 Manuals on how to do this.

00:47:57.000 Okay?

00:47:58.000 It's really that simple.

00:48:00.000 Everybody knows that in old times, all over the world, when they would capture people to be slaves, they'd kill the men, because they're not going to submit, and they'd keep the women and the children.

00:48:08.000 And then the women are set up as the enforcers. 1.00

00:48:10.000 We're going to kill your children if you don't enforce for us. 0.99

00:48:14.000 And the women become the enforcers. 1.00

00:48:17.000 Okay, so it's not really a matriarchal system they're setting up. 1.00

00:48:22.000 It is a small group of patriarchs using women to control their slaves. 0.73

00:48:27.000 Alright, I'm going to shut up. 0.91

00:48:28.000 Annette in West Virginia.

00:48:29.000 Annette, go ahead. 0.99

00:48:31.000 Oh, hello.

00:48:33.000 Alex, you're doing a wonderful job of telling the truth.

00:48:36.000 There are some clarifications which are very significant to what you're speaking about, and if I may, I would like to mention them.

00:48:43.000 Number one, you spoke of Jewish law.

00:48:46.000 The law of the Bible is Hebrew law.

00:48:49.000 Jewish law is Talmudic law.

00:48:51.000 And that is what is behind all the abominations that you are speaking of.

00:48:56.000 It's the Talmudic mindset which has taken over the country and which has changed everything over. 1.00

00:49:04.000 But doesn't Judas just mean Judah, so I was mentioning one tribe?

00:49:07.000 No, no, no.

00:49:09.000 I know there's a lot of bad stuff in the Babylonian Talmud.

00:49:13.000 Let me explain something.

00:49:15.000 The Southern Kingdom was named after Judah.

00:49:18.000 It comprised Judah and Benjamin.

00:49:21.000 And of course the Levites, which were among all the tribes.

00:49:24.000 Later on it became Judea in Palestine.

00:49:29.000 But if you were a Judean, you could be any race.

00:49:34.000 And even the scriptures identify those who were of the true Israel tribes in Judea Because there were different tribes that were in Judea and known as Judeans like we would be known as Americans and not necessarily racially the white Anglos as before.

00:49:51.000 Ma'am, all I meant was is Mount Sinai, the Ten Commandments, Magna Carta, Declaration of Independence, Constitution Bill of Rights.

00:49:59.000 No, wait a minute.

00:50:00.000 That's not Jewish law.

00:50:01.000 That is Hebrew law and it is... Okay, well I was just saying the foundation goes back to that.

00:50:06.000 Well, just let me clarify something else.

00:50:08.000 You were talking about the Romans.

00:50:11.000 Now the original Rome was founded in 753 by true Israelites of the Northern Kingdom, aided by the wealth of the tribe of Benjamin. 0.56

00:50:22.000 And what happened is that they were, you see there's a difference between white and a redneck. 0.54

00:50:29.000 But I thought Romulus and Remus were Greek.

00:50:32.000 Well, because the Israelites, the original Israelites were Greek.

00:50:36.000 I'm trying to tell you.

00:50:38.000 The true Israel went into the Crimea. 0.99

00:50:41.000 They were in Greece and Macedonia.

00:50:43.000 You have all the symbols of true Israel in those different nations.

00:50:48.000 Okay, well I'll let you finish up on the other side of that.

00:50:50.000 Then we'll go to Mike and Dan and John and Stan.

00:50:52.000 We've got Paul Watson coming up.

00:50:54.000 We'll go over all this news.

00:50:55.000 And then we've got the state rep coming on who's fighting the land grabbing.

00:51:01.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

00:51:03.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

00:51:06.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

00:51:10.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

00:51:15.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

00:51:18.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

00:51:20.000 Why have police attacked people on the street indiscriminately?

00:51:24.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

00:51:29.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

00:51:32.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

00:51:35.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

00:54:11.000 But I've made 12 excellent films.

00:54:15.000 They're powerful.

00:54:16.000 They show, you know, foreign troops trying to put us in camps and confiscate our guns and admitting it on video.

00:54:22.000 I mean, that's the type of stuff I've gotten on tape.

00:54:24.000 It shows who's behind 9-11.

00:55:22.000 Okay, real fast, Annette, because you were on hold before I ever got into that story.

00:55:27.000 What were you originally calling about?

00:55:28.000 Well, because when you spoke of Jewish law, I wanted to make a distinction, because that is critical to understanding the conspiracy.

00:55:36.000 Biblical law, just like the word eugenics, there's a biblical eugenics, which means you do not mix the races. 0.92

00:55:43.000 There is a difference in the DNA.

00:55:45.000 And the body's psychology and the emotions will be affected when you mix the races. 0.99

00:55:52.000 But there is a counterfeit.

00:55:53.000 There is a counterfeit in Satan's kingdom to everything that is part of the kingdom of God.

00:55:59.000 You're saying after the Jews went into Babylonian captivity and other captivity, that they carried away a lot of that.

00:56:06.000 That's certainly true.

00:56:07.000 Yes, but there were the good figs and the bad figs that were even in Judea, and you were able to identify them.

00:56:13.000 That's why Jesus said, uh, the tares will grow up with the wheat, but in the end times, they will be identified.

00:56:19.000 Now, the tares are white, but the true Israel, the true line of the patriarchs, the true Aryan people, Aryan meaning a son of Yawa, and whether they were in India or Persia, And like they were the original Brahmins, and they were very great class and racial distinctions originally in India, who with the Brahmins were the line of Abraham through Keturah that went East. 0.53

00:56:46.000 Okay, what I'm trying to say is... I got loaded phone lines.

00:56:49.000 I really appreciate your call.

00:56:51.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Mike in Illinois.

00:56:53.000 Mike, go ahead.

00:56:54.000 You're on the air.

00:56:55.000 Hey Alex, how are you?

00:56:56.000 Hi, good.

00:56:57.000 Good to be on again.

00:56:58.000 I'll be a lot briefer than that.

00:57:00.000 I just wanted to talk real quick about the Supreme Court Justice David Souter's private property.

00:57:05.000 Yeah, let's take it and build a hotel there. 0.86

00:57:07.000 You know, I've got to vehemently oppose you on that.

00:57:10.000 I was being sarcastic.

00:57:12.000 Yeah, just because we're going to violate somebody else's rights, don't violate his.

00:57:12.000 I understand.

00:57:16.000 We need to start thinking, speaking, and acting like adults.

00:57:18.000 We have to stop this mob mentality of go get them.

00:57:21.000 Well, the guy did this to illustrate the absurdity.

00:57:24.000 I understand that, but this guy's no different than the guy that lives next door to you or down the street. 0.99

00:57:28.000 People seem to forget that America is filled with crappy people. 0.85

00:57:31.000 I don't know, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, I don't think that we should... I think it's treasonous what the Supreme Court's done. 0.98

00:57:37.000 I understand that, I agree with you.

00:57:39.000 I think it's cute what this developer's done.

00:57:41.000 I agree with that too, but this guy is still an American.

00:57:44.000 And we should be... Granted, he made a crappy decision in my opinion too, but You know what?

00:57:49.000 We let them do it to him, just like they do to criminals?

00:57:52.000 Well, we're only going to do it to the criminals.

00:57:53.000 They're doing it to Americans. 0.95

00:57:54.000 We can't just sit back and go, well, hey, he made a bad call, so let him fry.

00:57:59.000 Well, obviously the city isn't going to take his property.

00:58:01.000 This is an illustration.

00:58:03.000 I understand that, but it is an illustration, because if we allow them to do it to these people, granted they made the decision that screwed us all, They're going to do it to everybody.

00:58:12.000 Well, we shouldn't follow those orders.

00:58:13.000 Those orders are totally criminal.

00:58:14.000 Absolutely.

00:58:15.000 Absolutely agree with you.

00:58:16.000 Take care.

00:58:16.000 God bless.

00:58:18.000 Great, great points.

00:58:19.000 And Annette, again, I gave you a couple of segments.

00:58:22.000 I don't like cutting you off, but I just have to.

00:58:23.000 I've got so many callers here.

00:58:25.000 I've been running on at the mouth, so I seem to have that disease, but it's perfect for this, to have a talk show.

00:58:31.000 We'll go to Dan and John and Shannon and others.

00:58:33.000 And we've got Paul Watson coming up, and we'll go through all the news.

00:58:37.000 PrisonPlanet.tv, check it out.

00:58:44.000 Big Brother.

00:58:45.000 Or call 877-300-7645.

00:58:48.000 Hello.

00:58:52.000 Big Brother.

00:58:58.000 Mainstream media.

00:59:00.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:03.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones, on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:14.000 Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.

00:59:24.000 Already into hour number two of this transmission against tyranny.

00:59:27.000 Thank you.

00:59:29.000 CAFTA, The expansion of the Pan American Union has passed the committee in the Senate.

00:59:35.000 It's about to pass the committee in the House.

00:59:37.000 They're saying it could be before the full House and Senate as early as tomorrow afternoon.

00:59:44.000 And there's just a bunch of other news.

00:59:45.000 It's all coming up with Paul Watson in the next segment.

00:59:48.000 Let's go back to your calls.

00:59:49.000 Dan in Ohio.

00:59:51.000 Dan, go ahead.

00:59:52.000 Hey, Alex.

00:59:52.000 Great show.

00:59:53.000 I think you're a true patriot.

00:59:55.000 Two quick questions.

00:59:56.000 You know, I have a five-week-old baby, and next month I'm due to take him back into the office for a round of four vaccine shots.

01:00:03.000 And, you know, you talk a lot about the Marisol and the different vaccines.

01:00:08.000 What are you to do?

01:00:09.000 I mean, are you just not supposed to have your child vaccinated?

01:00:12.000 Well, I personally haven't vaccinated my children.

01:00:15.000 You have not?

01:00:16.000 But I also don't throw them into a pit of 50 other children in the daycare center where everybody's on antibiotics, basically seeping superbugs, you know, that are 10,000 generations of highly trained bacteria that have become immune to everything under the sun.

01:00:32.000 What about when they go to school, though, and they're not vaccinated?

01:00:35.000 I know you said... Well, number one, the other children aren't, quote, in danger because they've had the vaccines, and your child, you know, then isn't in danger from them, but I'm not saying that they won't get measles, but we all got it before, now they have a vaccine for that.

01:00:51.000 I'm not saying that they... I mean that they admit the meningitis injection is very dangerous, but so is meningitis.

01:00:58.000 But you know where all the meningitis is coming from?

01:01:00.000 They admit third world. 0.98

01:01:01.000 They got a whooping cough shot.

01:01:03.000 Well, we didn't have whooping cough 20 years ago.

01:01:05.000 Now it's exploding everywhere and they admit even locally in the paper there's 155 illegals are living in one little house.

01:01:11.000 I mean, you know, you've got to do a cost-benefit analysis, but I'll tell you this.

01:01:16.000 If you're gonna vaccinate, Uh, you know, in Japan, the Japanese government advises this.

01:01:22.000 I'm not going to advise you, sir.

01:01:23.000 Okay?

01:01:24.000 They don't give any vaccines until two years.

01:01:27.000 Okay.

01:01:27.000 Because your baby's little, they can't handle it, they don't have any immune system, it's very toxic, and then if you're going to have vaccines, demand to see those ampules.

01:01:36.000 Okay.

01:01:36.000 And it's going to say it's an aerosol, and you're going to go, wait a minute, the news said it's not in there.

01:01:39.000 Well, yes it is.

01:01:40.000 Are some of the companies now starting to take it out?

01:01:42.000 I mean, is that... Yes, they're offering small lots of it, and the news just says it's no longer in there, but no, it's in the lion's share of them.

01:01:49.000 But you can specifically request it, and maybe your doctor can provide it.

01:01:52.000 Yeah, and that doctor won't have it.

01:01:53.000 If you're going to a poor doctor's office that serves the poor, you're going to have the worst stuff. 1.00

01:01:59.000 Sometimes, you know, 20-year-old stuff.

01:02:00.000 Exactly.

01:02:01.000 This is a sick joke, sir.

01:02:02.000 And I'm not saying vaccines, if they were made properly, wouldn't have some benefits.

01:02:07.000 But they also, even when they're good vaccines, have always had dangers.

01:02:11.000 Remember when all the top doctors and nurses said no two years ago, two and a half years ago to the smallpox shot?

01:02:17.000 Remember they were ordered to take it by all the state governments.

01:02:20.000 11 million public workers, remember?

01:02:21.000 Yeah.

01:02:23.000 Tucked it in.

01:02:23.000 99% of health workers and government workers refused.

01:02:28.000 Because the top doctors and even Tommy Thompson finally had to admit, okay, this will actually give you smallpox.

01:02:34.000 This will actually, you know, percentage of people, what, 3% give them smallpox and could cause a smallpox epidemic and it only covered one strain of non-weaponized when supposedly our enemies have weaponized smallpox, it wouldn't even help against it.

01:02:48.000 I think that's great advice, and just out of curiosity, how old are your children?

01:02:53.000 Are they, you know... They're small.

01:02:55.000 They're small still, okay.

01:02:56.000 And, you know, switching gears here, another topic I wanted to quickly ask you about, Is the stock market, you personally, are you invested in the markets?

01:03:04.000 Or are you invested more in tangible assets?

01:03:06.000 No, I'm not invested in the markets.

01:03:08.000 I mean, I really, I don't even have the money to pay off my house, but I'm not in a bunch of extra debt.

01:03:13.000 But I mean, if something were to happen, I mean... I have a small reserve of gold and a small reserve of cash.

01:03:19.000 Okay.

01:03:19.000 We have family property and stuff we can go to if we need to.

01:03:23.000 And I know family that I have that has more money than I do.

01:03:26.000 They are not in the stock market now.

01:03:28.000 Yeah, well, you know, the research shows that most of the wealthiest people in the world now are starting to sell off all their stocks and bonds and invest in gold, silver, and property stocks.

01:03:38.000 Yeah, it's not a good sign, is it?

01:03:40.000 No, it's not.

01:03:40.000 It looks like pre-29 crash.

01:03:42.000 Exactly.

01:03:43.000 Hey, I appreciate your time.

01:03:44.000 Thank you.

01:03:44.000 Take care.

01:03:45.000 We'll be right back.

01:03:47.000 John and others, stay there.

01:07:01.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:07:04.000 Alright, 8 minutes, 12 seconds into this hour, second segment.

01:07:10.000 Paul Joseph Watson, who is my webmaster for PrisonPlanet.com and PrisonPlanet.tv, joins us.

01:07:16.000 His brother Steve Watson also teams up there.

01:07:19.000 We have Ryan Slickheisen and my wife, who run InfoWars.com.

01:07:24.000 By the way, we've radically expanded InfoWars.com and improved it, as we have radically expanded and improved InfoWars.com, and so I do want to thank all of the great folks that make these websites possible.

01:07:37.000 Coming up later, I have Fox News trying to explain away Carl Cameron, whose wife is in the Bush administration, and they, by the way, vacation with the Bushes, I thought I'd mention that, just like Bill Clinton does, trying to explain away the stage clapping

01:07:52.000 uh... by uh... by the military for bush last night the emperor being seen with his troops as usual and we have learned that they did try with a warm-up uh... comedian to try to get the troops all fired up but then they didn't cheer for the president and so bush staffers started the clapping and then they tried to say oh spontaneous clapping and then Fox News got caught so they sent out the uh... bush apologist Carl Cameron They wouldn't do that.

01:08:21.000 They just have hundreds of millions of dollars of fake newscasts and put out fake reports and have screened town hall audiences.

01:08:30.000 So really, Paul Watson, this just illustrates how controlled things are, doesn't it?

01:08:36.000 Well, yeah, I've said it many times before.

01:08:39.000 Bush lives in a kind of Truman show because he admittedly doesn't read the newspapers.

01:08:45.000 He's surrounded by yes men who just parrot what he says and give him his orders. 0.99

01:08:50.000 And then he has all these town hall meetings which are scripted down the line and then you have something like this happen last night.

01:08:56.000 This staged cheering which is obviously meant to provoke a wider outburst of cheering for Bush and it didn't work so Fox News had to explain it away.

01:09:07.000 Yes, the troops have been ordered to not cheer.

01:09:10.000 Then we checked into it, they'd actually had a warm-up guy for the crowd to get them to cheer.

01:09:15.000 Well, even Cameron on that video clip admits they had a warm-up guy, but under their whitewash of it, their spin, it was to get the enthusiasm out of them so they could then calm down and watch the President.

01:09:29.000 Oh, really?

01:09:30.000 I've been on national TV shows with an audience several times.

01:09:33.000 They always have a warm-up guy to get people to cheer. 0.56

01:09:37.000 Exactly, but Fox is trying to spin it to make us believe it was meant to have the opposite effect, which is ludicrous.

01:09:45.000 Not only has Carl Cameron's wife worked for Bush at a high level, we've also had the anchor that was talking to him, and he's best Bush buddies too.

01:09:56.000 Well, they all are.

01:09:57.000 I mean, watching Fox News, it's obvious that it's just the White House propaganda bureau.

01:10:02.000 Well, it used to make me mad, but every once in a while I watch it now, and it's like a cartoon or something.

01:10:08.000 Well, the last time I watched it was after the so-called capture of Al-Qaeda number three.

01:10:13.000 Of course, it turned out it was a different guy with a similar name.

01:10:16.000 But they had current, not former, but current CIA officials on there laughing and snickering about how they wished they were in the interrogation rooms with the Pakistanis so they could put pressure on the latest capture.

01:10:32.000 And it was on Brit Hume, I believe, and they were all snickering about it together.

01:10:36.000 It was very sick.

01:10:37.000 But hey, the military's putting out a cookbook about how great it is at Abu Ghraib, Paul.

01:10:44.000 And how great it is at Camp X-Ray.

01:10:46.000 The food must be great, so great that half the camp went on a hunger strike two years ago.

01:10:53.000 Why did they go on a hunger strike?

01:10:55.000 Because they were being tortured to death.

01:10:56.000 Well actually, General Rick Baucus didn't quit over torture as we first heard.

01:11:00.000 He was angry because the food was so good he was getting fat.

01:11:06.000 Paul, it's getting crazier and crazier.

01:11:09.000 Now they're saying that the Downing Street memos are a conspiracy when the British government admits they're authentic, Paul.

01:11:16.000 Well, yeah, we talked about it last week with Limbaugh raising the possibility that they were fake because of the journalists of the London Times who did the first story on them.

01:11:27.000 Michael Smith was, in his foggy memory, linked to a Michael Smith who was involved with the CBS Wathergate scandal.

01:11:36.000 Of course, that turned out to be completely false.

01:11:39.000 CBS had to come out and say it was false and then Limbaugh quietly dropped the subject.

01:11:45.000 Many have other neo-cons.

01:11:47.000 How common is Michael Smith?

01:11:49.000 That's got to be probably the most common name.

01:11:52.000 Exactly, but Limbaugh seems to drudge it out of his memory as being somehow linked to the CBS scandal.

01:11:57.000 They say Smith is the most common, then it's Jones, and Michael I know is one of the most common, David, John, and Michael.

01:12:04.000 So one of the most common names, then it turned out it was false.

01:12:06.000 I mean, he had to know that was just made up.

01:12:08.000 And I mean, another country, Paul.

01:12:11.000 Well, yeah, and in a similar case, you've got Phil Hendry, who is a kind of satirical talk show host, but still backs the establishment on most issues, sending out emails, a giant email list consisting of CBS, New York Times, CNN.

01:12:30.000 Saying that the memo is a fake.

01:12:31.000 That he heard it was a fake.

01:12:33.000 And now that's becoming the kind of rumor mill background story.

01:12:37.000 Well, they do this.

01:12:38.000 They have these shows like Oil Storm, where it's done with real news footage and people then think it's real.

01:12:45.000 They have all these shows now, these docudramas, where you can't tell what's real and you can't tell what's not.

01:12:51.000 And I've heard Phil Henry do this.

01:12:53.000 You know, he'll do serious ranting and raving supporting Bush.

01:12:56.000 Then he'll cut into some, you know, piece that's obviously a joke, Paul.

01:13:00.000 Exactly, it's all designed to muddy the waters, because at that level, most of his listeners aren't intellectually aware enough to pick out satire from... Well, proving that, his callers, and he's been on for like five, six years nationally, his callers are so dumbed down that that's the comedy of the show, is people calling in that don't know it's fake.

01:13:22.000 Exactly, and I mean, I remember he had When the pictures got released of Princess Diana's car crash death scene, he had people calling in saying how they wanted to see the pictures and how great they were, so it gets pretty sick.

01:13:37.000 Well, before we get off, since you mentioned names, Limbaugh, knowing that Michael Smith wasn't the Michael Smith, it's a separate CBS American, and you've got this other guy trying to claim that, and that's the evidence that it's fake, when the government admits these seven or eight memos, how many is it now, Paul?

01:13:53.000 It's at least eight.

01:13:53.000 Okay, so, I mean, it's a new one every few weeks, but I want to make a point here.

01:13:58.000 Every week now, I get some mean email that I happen to read.

01:14:03.000 I'm sure I'm getting more.

01:14:04.000 I miss a lot of them.

01:14:04.000 Or my staff brings to my attention this stuff.

01:14:07.000 Oh, you're a sellout. 1.00

01:14:09.000 You're evil. 0.99

01:14:10.000 You work for the New York Times. 0.95

01:14:11.000 You have a show on NPR.

01:14:12.000 No, that's a 60-something-year-old man named Alex S. Jones, the head of the Shorzenstein Center, who lives in New York City and is friends with David Gergen.

01:14:24.000 Alex Jones, Alex is one of the most common names, Jones is in the running for the most common, I am not a 65 year old man from New York City!

01:14:33.000 And there's another Alex E. Jones, and I'm Alex E. Jones.

01:14:37.000 He's like Alex Eric Jones.

01:14:38.000 I'm Alex Emerick Jones.

01:14:40.000 In Canada, who's like 50-something years old, owns a huge chain of factories, and now, Paul, I've been accused of being a globalist billionaire factory owner, Paul.

01:14:54.000 And I contacted the person and told them to stop doing it, and they said, No!

01:14:57.000 No!

01:14:57.000 I know it's you!

01:15:00.000 Well, you got accused because your name is Paul Watson, Uh, Paul Joseph Watson, uh, because Goebbels' name was Paul Joseph Goebbels, you have been accused of being Hitler!

01:15:11.000 No, I'm not kidding.

01:15:12.000 Tell them about that.

01:15:14.000 Well, that's right.

01:15:15.000 It was a serious news article.

01:15:16.000 It wasn't even a joke.

01:15:18.000 My name's Paul Joseph Watson.

01:15:20.000 Goebbels was called Paul Joseph Goebbels, so that automatically means that I must have the same mindset as Goebbels.

01:15:28.000 And as proof, I have a radio rebroadcast at night when Hitler used to have broadcasts because people are more influenceable. 0.94

01:15:37.000 Yeah, so that means you're Hitler. 0.89

01:15:39.000 It's mindless mudslinging and obviously none of it sticks. 0.89

01:15:42.000 Well, the reason I raise this is that people gotta be more discerning.

01:15:46.000 I mean, there is a Alex R. Jones who's a Scientologist, and I saw the websites.

01:15:52.000 I am now this Alex Jones.

01:15:54.000 I am a, again, 50-something year old man with black hair.

01:15:59.000 Paul, I have no defense.

01:16:02.000 I'm an industrialist in Canada.

01:16:05.000 I am Alex S. Jones of the Shorenstein Center.

01:16:08.000 I have a show on NPR.

01:16:09.000 Now, listen, I got credit, and I have to say on air it wasn't me.

01:16:12.000 When they had the Oza Motley Band get beat up by police for no reason, Alex, I think it's Alex A. Jones, here in Austin, he's a photographer for the Statesman, he shot video of it.

01:16:24.000 And it was Alex Jones on the news, and I got all the credit, because I wasn't there of course, but I still got the credit pull.

01:16:30.000 But I'm him too.

01:16:30.000 I'm that 25 year old too, Paul.

01:16:33.000 Well, it's frustrating when the level we go to document our claims and yet people believe this sort of stuff right off the bat without even scratching the surface.

01:16:43.000 Yeah, I mean, Michael Smith, it's just all a lie.

01:16:47.000 It's what they want to believe.

01:16:48.000 So, I mean, they don't do any research on it and they just take it as gospel.

01:16:52.000 But it is a very small minority, obviously, that do that.

01:16:56.000 Well, I'm going to be honest.

01:16:57.000 I'm going to let the kettle to the bag pull.

01:16:59.000 I'm actually all of these people.

01:17:01.000 I'm a shape-shifting reptoid.

01:17:03.000 And I'm actually Alex S. Jones and Alex E. Jones.

01:17:07.000 I'm all these Alex Joneses.

01:17:08.000 Did you know that?

01:17:10.000 That's news to me.

01:17:11.000 I shouldn't even joke about it.

01:17:12.000 It's going to know.

01:17:13.000 Uh-oh.

01:17:15.000 Uh-oh.

01:17:15.000 Hey, you want to make a bet?

01:17:17.000 Actually, I bet that turns into a story.

01:17:19.000 Jones admits he's a reptilian.

01:17:23.000 Everything's a story with the amount of internet forums out there.

01:17:27.000 You can find anything you want.

01:17:30.000 Well, the cat's out of the bag, Paul.

01:17:32.000 How does it feel to work for a Reptoid?

01:17:39.000 Very comforting, indeed.

01:17:41.000 Are you a Reptoid?

01:17:43.000 Are you or have you ever been a Reptoid?

01:17:45.000 No, but I hope under your training I will become one sometime in the future.

01:17:50.000 Ah, now you've really given them the secret.

01:17:53.000 Oh man, watch out.

01:17:56.000 I bet this ends up being a story.

01:18:00.000 Folks, that's why we may lose this fight, though.

01:18:02.000 We've got to stay focused on serious issues, not kooky stuff.

01:18:07.000 And Paul, I'm going to shut up now.

01:18:09.000 When we get back, I want to get your take on Senate panel since capped to the floor.

01:18:13.000 All the incredible losses accelerating in Afghanistan and Iraq.

01:18:20.000 The Patriot Act now has been used on homeless people.

01:18:24.000 It's admitted.

01:18:25.000 The talk of grabbing one of the Justice's houses, David Souter's home, because he's grabbing other people's houses.

01:18:32.000 We'll talk about it all.

01:18:33.000 And another victory in England, Paul!

01:18:36.000 That's right, with the British ID card.

01:18:39.000 And how that feeds into the EU in trouble.

01:18:45.000 What else?

01:18:45.000 Well, we'll get to it after the break.

01:18:47.000 And your calls, ladies and gentlemen.

01:20:51.000 Hello, Ted Anderson.

01:20:54.000 Listeners of the network are familiar with the Federal Reserve Note and understand the risks of deficit spending.

01:20:58.000 Therefore, with catastrophic events, it comes as no surprise that some banks have currently placed limits on the amount of cash depositors can remove from their accounts.

01:21:07.000 A fractional reserve system means only a small portion of your deposit is held in reserve for immediate withdrawal.

01:21:12.000 Deficit spending will skyrocket through FDIC if the government is forced to insure deposits during a bank run followed by a depressed economy.

01:21:19.000 A current effort is underway by the Fed along with other central banks to increase liquidity for depositors.

01:21:25.000 However, an increase in money supply without equal expansion in productivity can cause inflation.

01:21:30.000 In order to achieve strength and stability, I recommend a conservative portion of all investments to be calmly repositioned into gold and silver.

01:21:38.000 While paper investments currently have been driven by debt, gold on its own has held value for over 6,000 years.

01:22:56.000 It's Alex Jones, only on the GCN Radio Network.

01:23:00.000 All right, Paul.

01:23:03.000 The Senate panel is sending CAFTA to the floor.

01:23:06.000 It is the Pan-American Union expansion.

01:23:09.000 This is out of Reuters.

01:23:11.000 Your comments on it.

01:23:12.000 You've been under EU assault for most of your life over there.

01:23:16.000 How are folks responding to the EU and to the national ID cards in your country?

01:23:22.000 We're turning away from it in droves.

01:23:25.000 You had the guy on your show a couple of weeks ago, I forgot his name, promoting the FTAA and CAFTA.

01:23:32.000 Under the guise of, it's just a free trade area.

01:23:35.000 Well, that's exactly how the EU started out.

01:23:37.000 Yeah, it was Mr. Priest from the Council on Foreign Relations.

01:23:43.000 That's how the EU started out, and now it's the central bureaucratic dictatorship, and its very policies have almost the exact same names from the German translation which appeared in Hitler's Mein Kampf.

01:23:57.000 But nothing to worry about again.

01:24:01.000 Europe is obviously turning away from the EU now.

01:24:05.000 In 2002 we had in France and the Netherlands Le Pen in France who came out with a policy at a time when he was in with a very good chance of ousting Jacques Chirac for the French Presidency.

01:24:22.000 Um, an anti-New World Order policy, and it used those exact terms on his campaign website to get France out of the EU.

01:24:30.000 Of course, that started a character assassination campaign across the entire Europe-wide media.

01:24:37.000 Yeah, he lost the battle but won the war.

01:24:40.000 Exactly, they portrayed him as a racist.

01:24:43.000 Um, and then in the Netherlands, um, his name slips me at the moment, but The man who almost, well he did in fact, posthumously win the Dutch Presidency.

01:24:55.000 But he was assassinated before the vote in very suspicious circumstances.

01:24:59.000 Yeah, that was by a greenie.

01:25:01.000 Yeah, obvious mind control op, it had all the signals and being that.

01:25:07.000 And he had the exact same platform, close the borders, get out of the EU, become self-dependent, have sovereignty.

01:25:15.000 Which is very evil, of course, so he was physically assassinated, whereas Le Pen was just character assassinated.

01:25:21.000 But three years later, in both France and the EU, they just rejected the EU Constitution.

01:25:28.000 They actually had a choice, unlike the Germans, whose government just passed it through anyway, without even consulting their population. 0.88

01:25:37.000 So, um, in Britain we have the same sentiment.

01:25:40.000 The single currency was meant to be on track years ago.

01:25:43.000 Now it seems the government won't have a referendum on it because they know they'd lose it.

01:25:47.000 And now Blair, they're saying this could have the same effect as the poll tax and cause actual physical riots if for the seventh time he tries to pass a national ID card.

01:25:56.000 Tell us about the poll tax and how that integrates in with the national ID card.

01:26:03.000 On the back of everything else that they're trying to ramp through, and it's falling flat on its face, the British ID cards seem to be going the same way.

01:26:10.000 Because according to the government rigged polls where in the past they actually got caught fixing the numbers, they said 80% of the public supported ID cards.

01:26:21.000 Everyone I've talked to opposes them, but that's beside the point.

01:26:25.000 Because the way they're trying to sell them is on the grounds of convenience.

01:26:30.000 But as soon as the public found out that they'd have to pay what is the equivalent of $400 for the biometric card, the support dropped dramatically.

01:26:40.000 So first the government got caught lying about the cost, and now they've been caught in another lie about how they're going to pay for it.

01:26:49.000 The government's plan to finance the scheme is based around them selling the ID card data of 44 million British adults to private companies, as The Independent reported.

01:27:04.000 And the government stated in their own promise, quote, unlike electoral registers, the National Identity Register will not be open for any general access or inspection.

01:27:14.000 So again, another blatant lie.

01:27:16.000 But at the same time, they're saying in public reports, we're going to sell the data.

01:27:19.000 Yeah, we hear this line again and again about potential terrorists not being able to fake ID cards under any circumstances because they're going to be so secure.

01:27:29.000 Meanwhile, the government's busy hawking our information to any company that wants it.

01:27:34.000 Which then causes more identity theft, and most identity theft is the sale of data, not the theft of it.

01:27:40.000 And then when the crisis is created of identity theft skyrocketing, oh, we need biometrics!

01:27:48.000 Yeah, that's when it moves to the implantable stage.

01:27:51.000 And all this information selling on the back of the map, the card scandal, with them losing 40 million people's data.

01:27:59.000 So even on their own arguments of data protection, you can defeat them.

01:28:03.000 Blair came out at the start of all this and said that the ID cards would protect people's privacy.

01:28:09.000 Up is down, down is up.

01:28:11.000 Meanwhile, they're selling all the information across the board.

01:28:15.000 And now something else they've covered up has emerged that the ID cards are not just going to be biometric, but they're going to contain RFID chips, which we can talk about after the break.

01:28:24.000 Yeah, the Scotsman admits there'll be tracker chips that can be read from a distance.

01:28:28.000 I also want to get into the Patriot Act being used against homeless people.

01:28:32.000 Yes, mainstream news.

01:28:35.000 Oh, it's only to fight the terrorists.

01:28:37.000 And your call, so stay with us.

01:28:55.000 You've heard it over and over again.

01:28:57.000 It's not if a catastrophic event will occur, but when.

01:28:59.000 When are all of our resources, the things we take for granted, going to be pulled out from under us?

01:29:03.000 When this happens, we're going to have to take care of ourselves and our loved ones with the only resources we already have.

01:29:51.000 Hello, folks.

01:29:54.000 Alex Jones here.

01:29:55.000 You know murky water filters have been removing pathogenic bacteria for years.

01:29:59.000 But what about those unhealthy chemicals and heavy metals in your water?

01:30:02.000 The powerful black murky purification elements fit most gravity filters and dramatically increase their power to extract waterborne contaminants.

01:30:09.000 Best of all, they filter much faster than ordinary gravity elements.

01:30:12.000 This means it takes much less time to filter your water.

01:30:15.000 Black murky elements not only remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts and parasites, but also remove trihalomethanes and volatile organic elements such as Benzene, Benzene, Chloride and Chloroform, MTBE, Radon 222, foul taste and obnoxious odors like sulfur, even nitrates, and unwanted heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and aluminum are extracted.

01:31:47.000 twenty nine ninety five and it really works waging war on corruption now Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:32:05.000 Alright, we're going to move fast with the news now.

01:32:07.000 On to your calls, we've got Paul Watson riding a shotgun with us.

01:32:11.000 A Texas representative is coming on, he's introducing legislation to fight the land grabbing that's going on with last week's, last Thursday's Supreme Court ruling of, what, six days ago.

01:32:20.000 The USA Patriot Act targeting American citizens.

01:32:25.000 Homeland Security agents visit toy stores.

01:32:28.000 I got four pages of these.

01:32:30.000 I've got four pages of these.

01:32:39.000 I can't read them all, but the latest, Townsites Patriot Act in response to homeless man sued Associated Press.

01:32:46.000 and it says Patriot Act versus USC.

01:32:48.000 Citizens.

01:32:49.000 The United States Patriot Act allows the government to find out which books, internet sites a person sees, by the warrant I would add.

01:32:55.000 It also lets investigators secretly search someone's home or monitor people's phone calls via email, all in the name of fighting terrorism.

01:33:03.000 By the way, everybody always focuses on the libraries.

01:33:05.000 They also do this with the records at bookstores, what you buy.

01:33:09.000 Now a New Jersey town being sued for kicking homeless people out of a train station, where they come and eat the vending machines and sit down, claims the Patriot Act allows it to do that as well.

01:33:19.000 In an answer to a federal lawsuit brought by a homeless man, Richard Kremer, who objected to being told to leave the Summit train station, the city says its conduct is protected by the Patriot Act and the lawsuit should be barred.

01:33:30.000 The city cited a section of the law regarding attacks and other violence against mass transportation systems.

01:33:36.000 Unless they've been smoking those funny cigarettes, I can't see how my civil law suit has anything to do with the Patriot Act, said Kramer 55, who was acting as his own lawyer.

01:33:44.000 I can't figure it out.

01:33:47.000 So this is the new freedom, Paul.

01:33:49.000 We can kick out whoever we want out of public places because you might be a terrorist.

01:33:54.000 Well, yeah, they'll use it in any situation with any justification.

01:33:58.000 As he said, we've got that page on PrisonPlanet.com.

01:34:03.000 Which, frankly, needs to be updated again.

01:34:05.000 The last article in there is, I believe, December, January.

01:34:09.000 So, I mean, there are even more cases than that.

01:34:13.000 We've got cases of artists being involved with Using specific biological agents which are completely harmless to create their art and being brought up on bioterrorism charges under the Patriot Act.

01:34:28.000 Well let me continue.

01:34:29.000 Secret Service questions students.

01:34:30.000 Boy investigated by FBI for research paper on Chesapeake Bay Bridge.

01:34:34.000 Photographer arrested under Patriot Act.

01:34:36.000 FBI says Patriot Act used in Vegas strip club corruption probe.

01:34:40.000 Webmaster Sherman Austin jailed under Patriot Act.

01:34:43.000 Patriot Act increasingly used against common criminals.

01:34:45.000 Patriot Act available against many types of criminals.

01:34:48.000 Patriot Act 2, cash wide net.

01:34:50.000 Page after page, Paul!

01:34:52.000 Yeah, also a Denver photographer taking pictures during a visit of Dick Cheney was arrested and physically assaulted.

01:35:00.000 Arrested under the Patriot Act.

01:35:03.000 So again, this lie that it just targets terrorists and Muslims is again exposed as completely fraudulent.

01:35:09.000 The real terrorists, according to them, are us. 1.00

01:35:13.000 Well, Paul, you are evil. 0.99

01:35:14.000 But, um... 0.94

01:35:16.000 I mean, where does it end?

01:35:18.000 I mean, I love the politicians.

01:35:20.000 They get on TV and say, it's like they have a script or something.

01:35:23.000 Show me one person that's ever had this used against them who wasn't a terrorist or wasn't a suspect.

01:35:28.000 And then no one's ever there on the Senate committee or on Fox TV to challenge what they're saying.

01:35:33.000 I'd love to be able to have them issue that challenge to me.

01:35:39.000 Well, exactly.

01:35:40.000 I mean, the main challenges are on the grounds of You know, people like Jose Padilla being held for three years without charge, which is completely wrong, and it's the flagrant abuse of it.

01:35:50.000 Yeah, he's so guilty, show us!

01:35:51.000 But in truth, he was just some patsy, uh, who they'd, uh, FBI and others had tried to get involved in their operations so they could later pin it on somebody.

01:36:00.000 Look, not one person charged in relation with 9-11, uh, but, uh, and they just hold Padilla.

01:36:07.000 Exactly and I mean those arguments are brought up in things like the Sensenbrenner hearing where he walked off with the gavel just closed down the meeting but never where it's used against American citizens which is really what can break the deception of most people who don't really care about this because they think it's all directed towards Muslims and terrorists when in Most of the cases it's not.

01:36:32.000 That is proven by the archive we have on the website.

01:36:34.000 Well, they're using it in drug cases all over the country, but they run public service announcement that drugs fund Al-Qaeda, so hence that's the argument.

01:36:41.000 Here's another one.

01:36:42.000 Supreme Court justice faces boot from home.

01:36:44.000 Developer wants Lost Liberty Hotel built upon property of David Souter.

01:36:49.000 A private developer contacted the local government and Supreme Court Justice David Souter's hometown in New Hampshire yesterday asked that the property of the judge who voted in favor of the controversial decision allowing a city to take residents' homes for private development be seized to make room for a new hotel.

01:37:06.000 Logan Clements faxed a request to Chip Meaney, the code enforcement officer of the town of Weir, New Hampshire, seeking to start the application process to build a hotel on 34 Silly Hill Road, the present locations of Souter's home.

01:37:21.000 And yeah, that hotel will pay more taxes and that hotel will bring money to the town. 0.70

01:37:26.000 Why not bulldoze his house, Paul?

01:37:30.000 Yeah, there's also that case in the Houston Chronicle.

01:37:34.000 Where the seafront businesses are getting bulldozed for the new Marina Club for the rich elitist.

01:37:43.000 And finally, World Net Daily has covered it with some, but by no means all, of the real details which were blacked out of the original press reports late last week.

01:37:55.000 They've got an article, Homeowners Stand Firm Despite High Court Ruling, Where Joseph Farr, a World Net Daily editor, had Chris DeFaro on his show, who you had on last week.

01:38:08.000 The revving bulldozers are mentioned in the article, but only one sentence right at the end.

01:38:15.000 Well, we did email it to Newsmax, Drudge, we challenged everyone, because every time we talk to a local, this is all they talk about, but it had never been in the news.

01:38:25.000 This is admitted stuff, and so we have to come in world that daily for doing something.

01:38:31.000 For doing something, yeah, but again, the details about, you know, old people having heart attacks, Blind people making deathbed pleas.

01:38:31.000 Go ahead, Paul.

01:38:40.000 Can they talk about how they're going to make them pay back rent on the property, even though they own it, and how they devalued $215,000 houses down to $60,000 by condemning it?

01:38:51.000 Yeah, that's not mentioned in the World Net Daily.

01:38:53.000 Yeah, I scanned over it and didn't see it.

01:38:55.000 Neither is where they threw out the apartment tenants in the middle of winter and they had to break back into their own apartment blocks.

01:39:03.000 Why won't anybody report on this?

01:39:06.000 I don't know.

01:39:07.000 I mean, I emailed it personally to WorldNetDaily.

01:39:09.000 I mean, it's true.

01:39:10.000 It's sensational.

01:39:11.000 It would make everybody a lot more angry about what's happened.

01:39:15.000 Exactly.

01:39:17.000 But the real details aren't being covered.

01:39:20.000 And WorldNetDaily did this watered-down article, and that's it.

01:39:23.000 There's nothing on Newsmax, Drudge, any of the blogs.

01:39:28.000 Nothing anywhere about the real, horrific details that we covered in this article.

01:39:33.000 Directly from one of the residents involved.

01:39:38.000 Yeah, it says bulldozers were parked across the street, the engines were revved in the early morning hours for no apparent reason.

01:39:44.000 They don't mention how they drive up to the house, rev the bulldozers, and say, sign it or we're going to destroy it.

01:39:51.000 Well, exactly.

01:39:51.000 That's the reason.

01:39:53.000 It's not for no reason.

01:39:54.000 It's intimidation fear tactics.

01:40:00.000 I don't understand it, Paul.

01:40:02.000 I was kind of disappointed.

01:40:03.000 It's kind of a watered down puff piece.

01:40:06.000 Well, I don't know what's going on, but it is getting scarier and scarier.

01:40:08.000 on his, on Farah's radio show.

01:40:11.000 So unless he didn't relate the full details, even then all the details are in the article we did, which I personally emailed to them on two separate occasions.

01:40:21.000 So there's no excuse. - Well, I don't know what's going on, but it is, it's getting scarier and scarier.

01:40:29.000 We've gotta force the alternative media to report on these type of issues.

01:40:33.000 I mean, look, we don't even care if they give us credit, but we told World Net Daily, we don't care if we're mentioned.

01:40:38.000 Please, get this out to people.

01:40:40.000 But luckily, a lot of other websites did link to our story, Paul, and it did get a lot of readership, so the truth is at least out there for some people.

01:40:51.000 Well, yeah, and obviously it was on the Yahoo group, which has got 5,000 members.

01:40:57.000 In relation to that, one way in which people can help us in getting these big stories out Is that we now have RSS, which is Real Simple Syndication, which allows people to take our big headlines, which are all posted as soon as they're posted on the website, in that Yahoo group, and put them on their own website or in their own blogs.

01:41:18.000 And is there a little key for them to click on to do that?

01:41:22.000 Yeah, there's a link down the left-hand side of prisonplanet.com that says RSS, Syndicate Our Headlines, a link to the instructions on how to do it.

01:41:32.000 Blog technology has it as standard where you can just put in the link and it automatically does it, and the link's there on that page.

01:41:40.000 For others, you have to get what's called a News Aggregator, which is a free software program.

01:41:46.000 You can download it from a dozen different places.

01:41:48.000 Well, I've never really promoted our Yahoo group, but it's already the second biggest political Yahoo group.

01:41:58.000 It's only like, what, a hundred or something away from being the biggest?

01:42:02.000 Well, I don't think I've seen one bigger, personally.

01:42:07.000 No, you can click on the politics section that's got them all listed and it's like number two.

01:42:13.000 But yeah, I mean, most of the Yahoo groups have 200, 300 members.

01:42:17.000 The Info Wars one, as you can see, On the homepage it says about, what is it, 5,500 members?

01:42:26.000 It's 5,700.

01:42:27.000 5,693, so seven away from 5,700.

01:42:30.000 And that amount of people getting our big headlines just from that, as well as the, you know, hundreds of thousands who visit from the website and link in from other websites.

01:42:41.000 So that is a way for your own website to promote our headlines and spread the word on big articles, such as the homeowners article which went up on Friday.

01:42:50.000 Yeah, I should promote that Yahoo News group more.

01:42:52.000 I mean, I've never really promoted it, and you update it almost every day, so it's a good little thing.

01:42:58.000 Another subject here, Paul.

01:42:59.000 Good news.

01:43:00.000 New York bans mercury in vaccines.

01:43:03.000 And other states is pending in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Washington.

01:43:16.000 So it looks like the word's getting out, Paul.

01:43:19.000 The word's getting out that the world is round.

01:43:22.000 Mercury's not good for you.

01:43:25.000 Here's another one.

01:43:25.000 White House covered up immigration study.

01:43:27.000 Federal survey showed Bush amnesty plan encouraged illegals to enter.

01:43:31.000 We don't need a federal study to say the total legalization that he announced that he wanted to carry out brought record levels in.

01:43:40.000 Tom Tancredo, though, is now exposing it of your comment poll.

01:43:45.000 Well, exactly.

01:43:46.000 I mean, Another bush conservative measure and then people like Schwarzenegger back it up as stopping illegal immigration when as you said it's like stopping murder by legalizing murder and then there'd be no murders.

01:44:00.000 Same thing in Britain where Tony Blair's got caught doing secret deals with foreign governments for arms and money so they can get more immigrants into the country.

01:44:11.000 So same deal across the board.

01:44:13.000 It's about vulcanizing, bringing in other groups to turn everybody against each other.

01:44:17.000 Let's take a few calls and we'll plunge into other news items here.

01:44:21.000 Let's go ahead.

01:44:22.000 Who's up first here?

01:44:25.000 Who should I go to first, guys?

01:44:28.000 John in New York.

01:44:29.000 John, go ahead.

01:44:30.000 You're on the air.

01:44:30.000 Oh, hello.

01:44:31.000 I've been hanging around since 12 noon.

01:44:35.000 Okay, sir.

01:44:36.000 What can I do for you?

01:44:36.000 Well, anyway, Alex, you know, has done a really good job of Research and making videos and I was just wondering if you could do like what they did in the JFK movie and have a public phone number where people could call in who wanted to get the JFK documents released.

01:45:02.000 I was wondering if you could like on your website or on your films have some lobby numbers for the major media.

01:45:12.000 Well, we do have that on it.

01:45:13.000 On PrisonPlanet.com and Infowars.com we have links to all the major numbers in Congress, to the states, how to send them an email.

01:45:21.000 Paul, tell them all about it.

01:45:23.000 Yeah, if you go to Activist Center, or Activism down the left-hand side in the archives section on PrisonPlanet.com, you've got a section on that page, Get in Contact with Media and Elected Representatives.

01:45:39.000 It's got newspaper emails, contact phone numbers, everything that you could need.

01:45:44.000 So it's all on there.

01:45:48.000 Yeah, because if a million people call, yeah, like a million people called, um, say National Public Radio or NBC or CBS News in the manner that they start asking serious questions like why NORAD stood down on the East Coast on September 11th.

01:46:09.000 You know, they couldn't ignore a million people calling the main door.

01:46:14.000 Well, I tend to agree with you.

01:46:16.000 Listen, I appreciate your call and I appreciate you holding, sir.

01:46:19.000 We had to get through all that news.

01:46:21.000 Look, so many people call Washington, and I think that's important.

01:46:27.000 In the past, they did listen many times.

01:46:29.000 Now, they don't care if the poll shows 90 plus percent.

01:46:32.000 I mean, it's 90 plus, folks, are against CAFTA.

01:46:35.000 They're still looking like they may pass it.

01:46:37.000 This is unbelievable.

01:46:39.000 It's the same with the amnesty.

01:46:41.000 87% are against it.

01:46:42.000 The same with toll roads.

01:46:43.000 98% in Houston are still doing it.

01:46:44.000 93% in Austin are still doing it.

01:46:49.000 They just don't care.

01:46:50.000 But, if people started calling talk shows, not just mine, but if you did call into NPR, if you did start calling into Michael Wiener, if you did start calling into all these shows, and I can't post all those numbers for everybody, people gotta get mad on their own and go get the numbers themselves.

01:47:05.000 I mean, we are so used to having it all provided to us instantly, and that's not just gonna... Folks, you're not gonna get freed in that way.

01:47:14.000 You're gonna have to get informed, and then really get involved.

01:47:17.000 Paul?

01:47:18.000 Well, exactly.

01:47:19.000 We know people have been doing that.

01:47:22.000 And as you said, the live talk shows, both television and radio, are the key.

01:47:26.000 The C-SPAN, Lee Hamilton, 9-11 Commission, Whitewash.

01:47:32.000 Was it six or seven out of the eleven callers all called in about key information?

01:47:36.000 And our own little website got plugged.

01:47:41.000 So that's the key, and people have been doing that.

01:47:44.000 Absolutely.

01:47:45.000 Absolutely.

01:47:46.000 Let's go to the next caller.

01:47:48.000 Let's talk to Stan in Missouri.

01:47:49.000 Stan, go ahead.

01:47:50.000 Hello, Alex, and hello, Paul.

01:47:52.000 Hi.

01:47:52.000 What I wanted to talk to you about today, Alex, is how bad the Missouri economy is getting to be.

01:47:57.000 They've come out and said... Well, the news said the economy's wonderful.

01:48:01.000 Oh, don't believe anything they tell you, Alex.

01:48:03.000 You know better than that.

01:48:05.000 Missouri, this is Central Missouri News.

01:48:08.000 Only 5,900 jobs have been created in Missouri.

01:48:13.000 And I want to tell you about my own experience.

01:48:15.000 I had Saturday setting up the Brussels open-air flea market.

01:48:20.000 It's the heart of the Lake Ozarks, Alex.

01:48:23.000 And once upon a time it was a pretty prosperous flea market.

01:48:26.000 You're in for not going to believe this.

01:48:28.000 I set up down there Saturday and you're not going to believe this.

01:48:32.000 I sat there most all day and only made $1.50.

01:48:36.000 We're being lied to, guys, about this economy.

01:48:38.000 Let me tell you something, brother.

01:48:40.000 In the past, because we have graphs on my computer, Well, as I got more listeners, we would sell more videos and have greater profit and could expand.

01:48:50.000 Now, the listenership for the last two years has been doubling and then tripling in the last two years, quadrupling and doubling each year on average.

01:48:58.000 Ted Anderson can tell you that.

01:48:59.000 He's looked at the numbers, both from Arbitron and from the Internet.

01:49:03.000 But, sales and revenue go way down.

01:49:06.000 Now, see, in the past, listeners go up, revenue goes up.

01:49:10.000 No, now, Again, it's like an ocean that doesn't have any fish in it.

01:49:14.000 Your net's bigger than ever.

01:49:17.000 More people are listening than ever.

01:49:19.000 And Clear Channel last year lost billions and billions.

01:49:22.000 Never lost money before.

01:49:24.000 They got more listeners than ever.

01:49:25.000 It's because this economy is falling apart, Stan.

01:49:28.000 Exactly right, Alex.

01:49:30.000 Even your local businesses down here in Sedalia, Missouri, they're closing their doors.

01:49:33.000 They just cannot compete with Blockbuster Video or any place like that.

01:49:39.000 And Alex, real quick, I've got a friend of mine called me.

01:49:41.000 There's something going on right in your area.

01:49:43.000 The sales receipts, the police are stopping people in Corpus Christi, Texas.

01:49:50.000 They don't have sales receipts out there.

01:49:53.000 Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

01:49:58.000 Police State 3 details the architecture, goals, and operations of the New World Order.

01:50:02.000 There is a chance to use this disaster for the New World Order.

01:50:07.000 The New World Order.

01:50:09.000 Hammer! 0.95

01:50:09.000 The film documents dozens of confirmed cases of government-sponsored terrorism worldwide. 0.95

01:50:52.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?

01:50:58.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.

01:51:07.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.

01:51:14.000 Radioactive poisoning.

01:51:15.000 Potassium iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.

01:51:21.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.

01:51:27.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick, and pets.

01:51:36.000 Order the official Potassium Iodate for only $24 and save $5 by calling New Millennium at Are you looking for a one-stop shop to find all your favorite books and videos?

01:53:02.000 You know, Paul Watson, we're going to give you five minutes in the next hour.

01:53:06.000 We're honored to have you, as usual, and we've got this state rep coming on who's fighting the Supreme Court ruling at the state level.

01:53:12.000 I'm right here in Texas.

01:53:15.000 But trying to chronicle all the corruption, all the lies, I mean, it really is mind-boggling, but everybody knows this.

01:53:22.000 We're lied to, the elite is corrupt, they're out of control, It's just so many people are still in denial about just how bad it is.

01:53:32.000 Well, to know how bad it is requires to do something like what me and you do, which is every single day literally scan dozens and dozens of newspapers, online news outlets, and catalogue that news onto the website.

01:53:50.000 I mean, there are 30 or 40 different headlines Every day.

01:53:54.000 Granted, some of it is victories, like, you know, Joe Bannister with the IRS, or the EU crumbling, or people speaking out on 9-11.

01:54:02.000 A lot of good stuff is happening.

01:54:04.000 But the majority of it is horrible developments, which only prove what we've been saying for years.

01:54:09.000 So to come face-to-face with that evil on a daily basis, and then just to take all those headlines and archive them in, you know, a headline archive, and then the next day it's the same, and the next day after that it's the same, When it gets to that level and the weight of the evidence is just so strong every day, then you realize really how far it's gone.

01:54:32.000 I agree with you.

01:54:33.000 We've added a lot of new things to PrisonPlanet.TV and more is coming.

01:54:36.000 We're into our 15th month now and the site is just massive.

01:54:41.000 Paul, tell folks about PrisonPlanet.TV.

01:54:44.000 Well yeah, now in our 15th month we've got basically what amounts to a library of audio interviews, video reports, books.

01:54:56.000 I mean we've got dozens and dozens of Alex's TV reports on their own, which a lot of footage you'll see in those you won't even hear it talked about on the show because there are so many different issues to cover.

01:55:10.000 So it's a different flavour.

01:55:13.000 And every major audio interview goes up there.

01:55:15.000 Now, the day it's made, I mean, the 9-11 expose on Monday was posted 30 minutes after the show ended, so we're trying more and more to get things up quicker and quicker, and more material up there.

01:55:31.000 We're going to take the audio from the TV show, too, and start podcasting it each week.

01:55:37.000 Yeah, we're launching a big podcasting feature which will allow automatic download to people's computers.

01:55:43.000 You won't even have to seek out the new material.

01:55:47.000 It will automatically download to your computer.

01:55:49.000 So we're adding more and more.

01:55:51.000 Go to PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:55:52.000 A couple copies a dollar.

01:55:54.000 19 cents a day with a monthly subscription.

01:55:57.000 15 cents a day with a yearly subscription.

01:55:59.000 PrisonPlanet.tv or go to the shopping cart there and order hard copies of the films.

01:56:04.000 Don't wait.

01:56:05.000 And look, I literally spend about 95% of the money that comes in on the business, on fighting the New World Order, on getting webmasters, and better servers, and better programs, and more ways to get the information out.

01:56:20.000 We are dedicated.

01:56:21.000 Paul works... How many hours a day do you work, Paul?

01:56:24.000 Well, it's not even like work to me.

01:56:27.000 It's the labor of love.

01:56:29.000 It's just what I want to do and what I'd be doing anyway.

01:56:32.000 I basically only stop to eat.

01:56:35.000 Are you working 18 hours or what?

01:56:40.000 16, 18 hour days are quite common, yeah.

01:56:42.000 Yeah, me too.

01:56:43.000 Though sometimes I kind of get burnt out.

01:56:47.000 Stan, finish up.

01:56:48.000 You know, I asked the cops in Galveston.

01:56:50.000 They said it was true.

01:56:51.000 If your inspection sticker's out one day, they arrest the father and the mother because they can't have the car, and they take the children to foster care.

01:56:59.000 Yeah.

01:57:00.000 And you mentioned Corpus Christi.

01:57:01.000 I hadn't heard about that.

01:57:02.000 Tell us.

01:57:02.000 What's going on down at Corpus?

01:57:04.000 A friend of mine called me up last night, 6 o'clock in the evening, Alex, and he told me this before.

01:57:08.000 You know your national sales tax that you've been talking about?

01:57:12.000 Well, they're already implementing it, and Corpus Christi tells me what they're doing is they're pulling somebody over, and if they don't have any sales receipt in their car for merchandise, Alex, they're absolutely arresting them.

01:57:25.000 It's unbelievable.

01:57:27.000 Have your friend call in.

01:57:27.000 Absolutely unbelievable.

01:57:29.000 Thank you, Stan.

01:57:29.000 Third hour coming up.

01:57:32.000 If you would like a copy of this show, come to GCNlive.com and reserve it today, or call toll-free 877-376-45.

01:57:43.000 Hello, folks.

01:57:45.000 Big Brother.

01:57:51.000 Mainstream media.

01:57:53.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:54.000 You want answers?

01:57:55.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:07.000 We're scheduled here in about 10 minutes to have State Representative Frank Court, Republican of San Antonio on.

01:58:14.000 He's proposing a constitutional amendment at the state level to limit local governments' power to exercise them in a domain for purely economic reasons.

01:58:23.000 Our final segment with Paul Watson.

01:58:24.000 I will get to Jim and Dave and Scott and Charles and everybody.

01:58:28.000 The next guest won't be on for long.

01:58:30.000 He's just giving us an update on his legislation.

01:58:32.000 But I want to hit a few other items here.

01:58:34.000 Paul, BBC reporting on U.S.

01:58:36.000 slave ships, prison ships where they torture people.

01:58:40.000 They don't just have them in, what, 10 or 9 different countries and 100 plus camps.

01:58:46.000 32 of them in Iraq, 2 in Guantanamo.

01:58:49.000 Now, there's 2 separate camps there.

01:58:51.000 I mean, this just gets worse and worse by the minute, Paul.

01:58:55.000 Well, exactly.

01:58:56.000 They've got specially designated torture jets.

01:59:00.000 Which fly out of military bases and even commercial airports that transport these people to and from these different torture locations.

01:59:09.000 They basically, they've admitted that they outsource torture.

01:59:12.000 And it's such a booming business, they lease the Red Sox jet.

01:59:17.000 Exactly.

01:59:17.000 Again, it's that corporate-government link.

01:59:21.000 Same thing where they had the blimp in New York sponsored by Fuji.

01:59:26.000 Um, and they've admitted now these prison shift allegations, but again, it's the U.N.

01:59:31.000 investigation, which will allow... So that makes the U.N.

01:59:34.000 look good, like the good cop, meanwhile will whitewash it.

01:59:38.000 Exactly.

01:59:38.000 Paul, we first talked about this two months ago when the city of San Francisco tried to regulate and tax any political speech.

01:59:47.000 Now bloggers plead for freedom from election laws, from regulatory controls and fines if you make any statement about a politician.

01:59:55.000 Paul, is this freedom?

01:59:57.000 No, it's not.

01:59:59.000 As you mentioned, under these campaign finance laws, they're going to regulate bloggers. 0.54

02:00:03.000 That's the quote from the FCC Commissioner, that they seek to do that.

02:00:09.000 Well, I'll say whatever I want about George Bush or Bill Clinton or Hillary, and I'll say whatever I want about any of these people, I'll say whatever I want about Tony Blair, and I'm never going to go under their regulation.

02:00:19.000 I've got the First Amendment. 0.99

02:00:20.000 You may say there's no freedom left, you bastards, but there is. 0.99

02:00:25.000 I'm sorry, go ahead. 0.98

02:00:27.000 Even on that level, The vast majority of blogs do not fundraise for anyone. 0.82

02:00:34.000 They're not even saying fundraising, they're saying if you link to a political ad, we link to ads all the time to talk about how they're a pack of liars, Paul!

02:00:41.000 Yeah, we're equal opportunity offenders.

02:00:45.000 We've got a minute and a half left in this segment, anything else, any other news items you want to cover?

02:00:50.000 Just on the British ID card, they've now admitted that it's going to contain an RFID scanner chip.

02:00:56.000 Um, so that's literally one step away from the mandatory embedded chip.

02:00:59.000 They're gonna scan us like a box of cornflakes would in the supermarket from cradle to grave.

02:01:05.000 Fox News yesterday had a whole newscast about how wonderful the implantable chips are.

02:01:10.000 We all need them, Paul!

02:01:12.000 Well, yeah, I mean, where's it going with all these free speech zones and the right to protest needing government permission, as was the case in my own home city last week, where they gave the residents ID cards to get in their own homes.

02:01:25.000 You know, how long will it be after they've introduced these RFID cards?

02:01:29.000 Excuse me?

02:01:30.000 ID cards to get in their homes?

02:01:31.000 What?

02:01:32.000 Yeah, a G8 forum in preparation for the G8 in Scotland was actually held in my home city of Sheffield.

02:01:40.000 They shut down half the city.

02:01:42.000 Oh yeah, they did that in Georgia a few years ago.

02:01:45.000 And gave the residents who lived there, who weren't even protesting, ID cards to get back in their own homes.

02:01:52.000 And so how long before they have these sensors to alert the authorities if you leave the authorised perimeter zone with your RFID card?

02:02:00.000 That's not just my forecast.

02:02:02.000 Every privacy-orientated organisation in Britain joined together in April and put out a press release saying the same thing, that the aim is to monitor the movements and activities of entire populations in an unprecedented project of social control.

02:02:18.000 Oh, that's a nice quote.

02:02:20.000 Well, Paul, you've radically expanded PrisonPlanet.com.

02:02:22.000 So many new features, so much more news.

02:02:25.000 We're driving the news in many cases.

02:02:26.000 We report on it.

02:02:27.000 It gets picked up and magnified.

02:02:29.000 We're affecting change and I want to commend you for your dedication to liberty and freedom in Western civilization.

02:02:35.000 So God bless you, buddy.

02:02:37.000 Thanks, Alex.

02:02:38.000 Take care.

02:02:39.000 We'll be right back with the state representative, who's doing a great job.

02:05:45.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk, Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:05:53.000 All right, eight minutes and ten seconds into this third hour.

02:05:56.000 We're here Monday through Friday from 11 to 2 Central.

02:05:59.000 Not from 9 to midnight if your station doesn't carry our first five minutes.

02:06:03.000 I talked about how we were going to have this great guest on and he is here joining us, Frank Court.

02:06:08.000 He is a state representative, Republican out of San Antonio, who has proposed a constitutional amendment to limit local government's power to exercise eminent domain for purely economic reasons.

02:06:18.000 Now before we go to our guest, who I really want to thank for joining us, let me read out of the San Antonio Express News today, out of their Austin Bureau.

02:06:29.000 Court leaves charged for landowner rights.

02:06:33.000 In the early 1940s, Wright Gore, who we interviewed yesterday, took everything he owned and put it into a seafood company in Freeport, along the banks of the Brazos River, about 56 miles south of Houston.

02:06:47.000 The company grew and prospered over the decades, and today, Western Seafood, still a family-owned business, employs 56 people, and takes in roughly $40 million a year, stocking restaurant kitchens around the country.

02:07:05.000 But that doesn't, oh by the way, and they buy the catch of over, what did he say yesterday?

02:07:09.000 Over a thousand ships.

02:07:10.000 It's a very competitive business.

02:07:12.000 They bring in about 40 million.

02:07:13.000 I was talking to him, they only make half a million a year.

02:07:15.000 But the point is, is that all those thousands of ships and boats that come in.

02:07:21.000 But that doesn't impress Freeport officials who are trying to condemn the property out of the belief that public would be better served with an upscale marina on the prime stretch of waterfront the seafood plant occupies.

02:07:34.000 Imminent domain, the right of governmental entities to seize land for public good has been around since the nation's founding.

02:07:41.000 Not public good, public projects like highways and things that can't be stopped.

02:07:46.000 But it's things that everybody uses.

02:07:48.000 But a 5-4 ruling last week by the U.S.

02:07:50.000 Supreme Court upheld the power of local governments to condemn private property for more private purposes than the building of a highway or public infrastructure.

02:07:58.000 Now again, we have New London, Connecticut.

02:08:01.000 We've interviewed the locals there.

02:08:04.000 Folks, they come in and condemn the houses and give them $60,000 for a $215,000 house on the books.

02:08:12.000 On the tax rolls.

02:08:14.000 And no one is safe if this happens.

02:08:18.000 And of course now a developer is a part of a sick joke.

02:08:20.000 I think it's great.

02:08:21.000 I mean, I don't think it would be great if it actually happened, but it points things out.

02:08:25.000 Has put in a bid to seize the home of Souter, who helped pass this, uh, this, uh, you know, helped, uh, he was the deciding vote on the court.

02:08:33.000 He wants this guy's big mansion now to build a hotel.

02:08:35.000 After all, it'll bring in more taxes.

02:08:37.000 The foundation of a free society is private property.

02:08:41.000 It generates wealth, it generates independence, it generates a strong family, I don't have to diatribe on this.

02:08:49.000 We all know it.

02:08:51.000 99% of Americans in a CNN poll are against it.

02:08:53.000 I saw another Gallup poll, 98%.

02:08:56.000 So no one is for this, and it's unconstitutional.

02:08:59.000 And all the other case law, 230 years of it, says this is a fraud.

02:09:04.000 So I don't care what the Supreme Court says.

02:09:06.000 I'm disregarding this ruling.

02:09:08.000 But to stand up and fight it, we need leaders, public servants, Like Frank Court, who doesn't think he's our God, like some of these politicians.

02:09:17.000 And Representative Court, it's a real honor to have you on with us.

02:09:20.000 Well, thank you very much, Alex.

02:09:23.000 I'm really honored to be on your show, and thank you for those kind compliments.

02:09:27.000 I will tell you that listening to you, and you've done a great job in articulating the principle that I stand on, It's about the protection of private property, about the protection of a person's desire, the American dream, I call it, to create a business, to create opportunities, to create jobs, is what America's about.

02:09:47.000 And also to own that private property and to do what you can best do with it, obviously obeying the laws, but to have it taken away and give it to another private individual is just wrong.

02:09:57.000 And that's what this Supreme Court decision allows.

02:10:00.000 The one good thing about the decision, and a lot of folks say, well, how can it be good, is that they did say that the states still have the powers to restrict it, which, thank God for them saying that, because the states do have the powers to give to the cities and the counties, at least that's the way we do it here in the state of Texas, and so it's my intent in the Constitutional Amendment to restrict that power of inmate domain for primarily economic development,

02:10:29.000 And we've got a lot of support.

02:10:31.000 It's really phenomenal.

02:10:32.000 It doesn't surprise me in the poll that you cited that Americans don't support it.

02:10:38.000 But we've got to make sure that we don't allow an interpretation of taking someone's land here in Texas or anywhere else for that matter, hopefully, that this decision hasn't been made.

02:10:49.000 And so that's why I want to try to pass this measure now.

02:10:55.000 When are we going to have a special session?

02:10:56.000 I know that they basically passed nothing in the last session, so is it going to be so clogged up that we need to put pressure on the Governor and others and the Lieutenant Governor to make sure your proposal is first and foremost?

02:11:10.000 Well, I will tell you that we are in a special session here in Texas on school finance.

02:11:13.000 We have been since the 20th, and that was prior, actually we got back on Tuesday of last week, which was one day prior to the Supreme Court decision.

02:11:25.000 And it's to address school finance and property tax relief, and I'm supportive of that.

02:11:30.000 And last night in the House, we did pass the school reform aspect of it, and hopefully we'll have the revenue aspect to get the money to buy down the property taxes.

02:11:42.000 But it is not on the call.

02:11:44.000 And in special sessions, the governor has to have it on the call.

02:11:47.000 We've talked to the governor's office.

02:11:49.000 and they are supportive in the regards of this is a great issue, but we want to address school finance.

02:11:58.000 This has got to happen now.

02:12:00.000 They're all over the state talking about stealing property.

02:12:02.000 And you're right.

02:12:03.000 And you're right.

02:12:03.000 It does need to happen now, and we're making that case for various reasons.

02:12:07.000 but the response we've been given by the governor's office right now is that he hasn't said no which is good but he but but they are saying that we want us address school finance first and it will address other in representative court why do we need an amendment what about just a state law saying that you're saying that you can't take private property for private interest Well, first of all, I'm not an attorney.

02:12:29.000 I'm a businessman.

02:12:30.000 And also, I'm serving the Marine Corps Reserve as a colonel.

02:12:34.000 So, you know, I have no legal background except for what I've been told by other lawyers.

02:12:38.000 But they tell me to make sure that we can be able to defend it better in the courts.

02:12:42.000 If we do pass this, that a statutory bill could be easily knocked down.

02:12:46.000 So we're hoping to pass... Well, I guarantee you, if the governor called up the city of Freeport, I mean, just that type of pressure, they'd probably stop it.

02:12:57.000 Well, they may.

02:12:58.000 But I think that having a constitutional measure is a strong will of intent of the legislature and the people of Texas.

02:13:06.000 No, I think that's a great idea, Representative.

02:13:08.000 I just think that we've got to get something now.

02:13:10.000 I think you're right, because of two reasons.

02:13:13.000 One is we need to establish the standard, and the standard being the prohibition, and keeping the immigrant paying powers the way they are now. 0.99

02:13:24.000 Uh, and not to allow any more, uh, whatever instances, whether it's Freeport or any others that are doing this, and possibly case law.

02:13:32.000 There's also moral authority.

02:13:34.000 I mean, there's also moral authority.

02:13:35.000 What about the sense of the legislature having the House and Senate, you know, just have unanimous votes, or see who will vote, you know, a 99 to whatever vote, and then just say, knock it off, and then stop it.

02:13:47.000 I think that would probably be enough moral authority to really hurt them.

02:13:51.000 And we may do that.

02:13:53.000 Our constitutional measure was referred to committee.

02:13:55.000 We have to go to committee first.

02:13:56.000 Right now, I have 97 House members who have signed on as co-sponsors.

02:14:02.000 To pass a constitutional measure, we have to have two-thirds in both chambers, so that means 100.

02:14:06.000 But I feel very confident that we'll have that in the House.

02:14:08.000 I know we'll have a very large majority in support of this.

02:14:11.000 So I think that's one of our options, too, and I think it's a very good measure.

02:14:14.000 I'm glad you brought it up.

02:14:16.000 We do need to convince, I say not to convince, but to ask the Governor, the citizens need to ask the Governor to add this to the call.

02:14:23.000 I'm asking when I'm on the radio to have citizens call.

02:14:26.000 I have a letter that's signed by the 97 members to ask the Governor to add it to the call.

02:14:31.000 How do we go to your subsection of the state's website?

02:14:35.000 Or do you have a personal website?

02:14:36.000 Yeah, I'll tell you what, we have the House website which has links to obviously the Governor and the Senate, but that would be www.house.gov.

02:14:48.000 I know I put you on the spot.

02:14:49.000 Yeah, yeah, I know.

02:14:50.000 I'm sorry.

02:14:50.000 I'm standing here and kind of... House.txt.us?

02:14:54.000 Yes, .us, right.

02:14:56.000 And there may be, actually, it's w.capital.house.tx.us.

02:15:03.000 All right, or just type in, can we talk, I mean...

02:15:07.000 I can really just do a Google search for the state of Texas and they'll have it on there because I've done that many times myself where I couldn't remember it.

02:15:12.000 I know, it's 14 feet long, I can barely remember it, and I'm on there every week.

02:15:17.000 What about, do we have a number for your measure now that's gone to committee?

02:15:21.000 Yes, it is.

02:15:22.000 It's HJR House Joint Resolution 19.

02:15:26.000 And we are, like I say, it's been referred to committee and we can continue it through the process whether it's on the call or not.

02:15:34.000 And, uh, now, you know, there could be somebody, when we got to the House floor, that could call a point of order, because it's not on the call.

02:15:40.000 But, you know, that's just, that's just a probable situation.

02:15:43.000 That, you know, we, we want it to be added to the call.

02:15:45.000 I think the Governor is supportive of it.

02:15:47.000 You know, he, he's got a, you know, he, the Governor of Texas does a great job.

02:15:51.000 But let's face it, in the legislative process, they don't have a lot of power.

02:15:55.000 No, it's the Lieutenant Governor.

02:15:56.000 Yeah, right, and you know that, and a lot of Texans know that.

02:15:58.000 So, I mean, you know, if we don't address the issue, and he thinks, I mean, to bring us back in a special session is very legitimate.

02:16:05.000 And for him to say, or whoever the governor is, for them to say that, hey, you know, we think you ought to do this, and we do support this, and I don't, I'm not offended by that, but I do think that I can continue to make my case that it needs to be a part of this call, and I hope that he does that soon.

02:16:20.000 And I think that we will address school finance, and I think we'll be addressing this.

02:16:24.000 Now, hopefully we'll have enough time to do that.

02:16:26.000 You know, the case law, just the basic foundation of America, says this is a complete fraud and an atrocity.

02:16:33.000 How, when you've got polls of 99% against this, how does the Supreme Court do that?

02:16:40.000 Well, I don't know.

02:16:41.000 I tell you, I think that the redefinition of public use that they made in this case is why they got there.

02:16:47.000 I don't want to justify their actions, but I think that, you know, they're obviously, you know, very bright legal minds, but I think in what I've read, not being a legal mind, that the redefinition and what, you know, they had posed in London, Connecticut, was that public use is just ludicrous, and obviously they bought into that that was supportive in the Fifth Amendment, which I agree with you.

02:17:09.000 It goes against the fabric of our American society of private property ownership and for it to be taken from one individual to be given to another private citizen.

02:17:19.000 Mr. Court, thanks for joining us.

02:17:19.000 All right.

02:17:21.000 Thanks a lot, Alex.

02:17:21.000 Sure.

02:17:22.000 God bless.

02:17:22.000 and sewer and water and whatever else you've got to do to bring those type of infrastructure to create economic development.

02:17:29.000 If I want to go out there and buy a piece of land and put a Walmart, I would do that in the private sector and let private enterprise do that.

02:17:36.000 But to have a government, the heavy-handedness of government to take it away from individuals is just wrong.

02:17:40.000 All right, Mr. Cort, thanks for joining us.

02:17:42.000 Thanks a lot, Alan.

02:17:42.000 Sure.

02:19:33.000 On the average, Americans work between 45 to 50 years hoping to build up enough wealth to retire and live out their golden years.

02:19:51.000 Unfortunately, with taxation, the rising cost of food, energy, housing, and medical, many retirees are forced to live below the poverty line.

02:19:59.000 Is this a flaw of free enterprise, or is our monetary unit we call the Federal Reserve Note forcing us into perpetual debt, ensuring inflation and higher taxes?

02:22:25.000 Welcome.

02:22:26.000 Hey, what's up Alex?

02:22:27.000 Go to the talk show, my friend.

02:22:28.000 What are you doing?

02:22:29.000 Uh, nothing.

02:22:30.000 From what I've been reading, the HIV virus has never been isolated.

02:22:35.000 And doesn't that mean the HIV virus doesn't even exist?

02:22:38.000 It's a whole debate, but it looks like... Well, actually, the HIV virus... They have shown us viruses that they claim are the HIV virus, and they claim it mutates so much that there's a whole bunch of different types of them that they can't even prove were connected to the other previous strain.

02:22:56.000 They don't even have a test.

02:22:57.000 They only test for antibodies.

02:23:00.000 They don't even test for the virus itself.

02:23:02.000 Well, I'm talking about the general test is for the antibody.

02:23:07.000 But I've had a lot of different scientists and doctors on.

02:23:09.000 There's a big debate about this.

02:23:11.000 I read it in medical journals, you know, back in high school, because my dad had them laying around, about how this debate was going on in major medical journals then.

02:23:20.000 It's somewhat of a public secret, but no, they have isolated the virus before.

02:23:24.000 I mean, it's been on the cover of Time Magazine.

02:23:26.000 The question is, does that virus cause AIDS?

02:23:30.000 The autoimmune disease.

02:23:31.000 Well, then how could Clinton sell, who cares if he was selling HIV-tainted blood?

02:23:36.000 It don't do nothing.

02:23:38.000 Okay, so you're saying that I shouldn't be... What are you getting at?

02:23:42.000 Well, they can't prove it.

02:23:43.000 You just said they proved it and then they didn't, so... How do they even know if Clinton was selling HIV-tainted blood?

02:23:50.000 What, are you a supporter of Clinton?

02:23:52.000 No.

02:23:53.000 Well, I'm gonna... I guess I'm not gonna be able to go to the other callers.

02:23:56.000 Let's go ahead and do it.

02:23:58.000 Okay, sir.

02:23:59.000 What I said was that when the prosthesis doctor who worked in several of the large state prisons in Arkansas went public, And reported on the fact that these gay men and others, and people who had used drugs, IV drug users, had hepatitis, had whatever was causing AIDS, they were dying of it, that there was a federal law

02:24:27.000 Against, and this was going on 8 years before, against selling AIDS or HIV or Hepatitis infected, any blood period, you weren't allowed to sell wholesome blood as they call it, out of the prisons.

02:24:44.000 Okay, and then for eight years after that ruling came through, Clinton, from the mid-90s right up until 92, through orders that he issued, had that blood certified as wholesome and sold to one of the biggest sellers of blood products in Canada, who then later became another one of his contributors.

02:25:04.000 And then the Hemophiliac Society got robbed and had their files taken, the doctor got firebombed, and now Canadian courts and other international courts, courts in Australia, have ruled that, and the Red Cross knew, knowingly took blood that was filled with impurities, that was illegally taken from prisons.

02:25:23.000 The law said you couldn't do it, whether it was bad blood or good blood, and they knowingly did it.

02:25:28.000 So I just told you that there is a debate with amongst scientists on does this particular virus cause it, we know that people are dying, or is some other virus or something else doing it.

02:25:42.000 Most of the scientists obviously believe the virus does cause it.

02:25:45.000 But regardless, they knowingly shipped it out to people illegally.

02:25:50.000 Do you understand that?

02:25:51.000 Did the Jesuits create the Illuminati?

02:25:51.000 Yeah.

02:25:54.000 No, I don't believe the Jesuits created the Illuminati.

02:25:59.000 The high levels of the Catholic Church are involved in the New World Order, though.

02:26:02.000 Okay, because I just heard Bill Cooper say that Adam Weishaupt was a Jesuit priest, and I was just wondering who the Jesuit... He was a former Jesuit priest, but see, I don't believe the Illuminati was created in 1776.

02:26:14.000 It was just the current term, or the Illuminated Ones, and the term Illuminated Ones has been used for 4,000 years by initiates of these secret societies.

02:26:24.000 Alright.

02:26:24.000 Right.

02:26:25.000 So that's just the, you know, the Latin term Illuminati for illuminated.

02:26:30.000 But it sounds like you're argumentative, so you got the floor.

02:26:33.000 No, that's it.

02:26:33.000 Anything else?

02:26:34.000 Just keep fighting the man, Alex.

02:26:35.000 I love ya.

02:26:36.000 I appreciate the call.

02:26:36.000 Alright, brother.

02:26:38.000 I just don't understand what you're getting at.

02:26:40.000 I mean, let's just forget HIV.

02:26:42.000 Whatever's causing it.

02:26:44.000 Because it's debatable.

02:26:47.000 I have my views on it from the different, I mean, squadrons of scientists.

02:26:50.000 They've got a Nobel Prize winner went public four months ago, a scientist, right after she won, and said, look, the government's behind it.

02:26:59.000 I have the government documents from the late 70s where they commissioned an autoimmune virus.

02:27:06.000 Auto, you know, immune system to shut that down. 1.00

02:27:11.000 Look at the hepatitis.

02:27:12.000 Look at the... The point is it was illegal to ship that blood out because of the problems.

02:27:17.000 The massive increase in problems.

02:27:19.000 And they knew they had chained blood.

02:27:20.000 They didn't even test it.

02:27:22.000 They greedily shipped blood out.

02:27:23.000 They knew it was contaminated.

02:27:25.000 Okay?

02:27:26.000 That's the point I'm making.

02:27:28.000 And the doctor did get firebombed and all that happened.

02:27:30.000 We'll be right back with your calls.

02:27:36.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

02:27:39.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:30:35.000 866-295-5305.

02:30:38.000 That's 866-295-5305.

02:30:41.000 Call now.

02:30:42.000 All right, let's hammer through these calls.

02:30:52.000 And again, I just spent five minutes with one of the callers, which is okay.

02:30:55.000 It was key issues.

02:30:56.000 It was important issues he was bringing up.

02:31:00.000 Uh, you know, it's just kinda...

02:31:03.000 Well then, Bill Clinton didn't really do anything, did he?

02:31:06.000 And I was just like, well no, they took illegal blood, something they weren't supposed to do, and then didn't even test it.

02:31:11.000 You know, that's the bigger part of this.

02:31:13.000 Not just taking blood that they're not supposed to sell, but then knowing it's at a higher risk of being contaminated, and not even testing it.

02:31:22.000 And the Red Cross did the same thing.

02:31:24.000 I mean, just don't even test the blood.

02:31:27.000 Just let it be passed on to people.

02:31:29.000 And the tests are quite inexpensive.

02:31:31.000 They have testing kits where you put a blot, you know, with the blood.

02:31:35.000 The, you know, the donor's blood on each one of the little swaths.

02:31:40.000 And it tells you if it's got a problem.

02:31:43.000 And they've even got processes that you can take contaminated blood and heat it up and purify it.

02:31:48.000 You just can't use it for pure donor.

02:31:50.000 You use it in blood products.

02:31:53.000 I don't know how to explain it to people.

02:31:55.000 If you don't get it now, you'll never get it.

02:31:58.000 I just started getting irritated during the break thinking about the... I mean, you can ask me any question you want, but I mean, Bill Clinton didn't do anything, and what are you talking about?

02:32:08.000 Alright, let's go back to the calls here.

02:32:10.000 Let's go ahead and go to Dave in Iowa.

02:32:13.000 Dave, go ahead.

02:32:14.000 Good afternoon, Alex.

02:32:15.000 Hi, Dave.

02:32:15.000 I want to inform listeners that there are serious developments in Des Moines, Iowa, which threaten our privacy in connection with the Patriot Act.

02:32:22.000 To me, it seems that the police are exceeding their authority.

02:32:26.000 The television station, WHO, on June 17th reported that some Des Moines motels faxed guest lists and license plate numbers to the Des Moines Police Department.

02:32:37.000 The police say that is to look for criminals with outstanding warrants and known drug dealers.

02:32:43.000 The spokesman for the police department, Sergeant Todd Dykstra, said, they quote, a service we provide hotels in order to fight the war on narcotics, end of quote.

02:32:52.000 To me it seems like it's a search without just cause.

02:32:55.000 Yeah, do me a favor, email that to tips at Infowars.com and also email it to Paul Watson.

02:33:01.000 Now Alex, I express mailed those stories on DVD-R a couple of weeks ago if you wanted to check with the person in the mail room there.

02:33:09.000 Oh, I did see a little note about that.

02:33:10.000 I had to watch those.

02:33:11.000 Right, right.

02:33:12.000 About the police and also the graffiti cams.

02:33:15.000 You're awesome.

02:33:16.000 You know what else I need help with?

02:33:17.000 I need help on the news occasionally when they show Rumsfeld saying there were never weapons of mass destruction.

02:33:24.000 The Daily Show's been showing it.

02:33:25.000 And then he later says that he never said it.

02:33:28.000 Remember, he said there are weapons of mass destruction, then he said that he never said it.

02:33:33.000 I need those type of clips.

02:33:34.000 I need everybody to help me.

02:33:36.000 Mail me that, and enlist it when you mail it.

02:33:39.000 I really need your help for a project I'm on, and I don't have the staff or money to do it all on my own.

02:33:44.000 I need your help.

02:33:45.000 But since you mentioned this, let me comment on it.

02:33:47.000 Yes.

02:33:48.000 I wasn't aware of these reports, but I was aware all over the country that when you go check in at a hotel, Especially big chains.

02:33:56.000 They instantly run all your data through the police department.

02:34:00.000 And that is guilty until proven innocent.

02:34:02.000 It's a violation of your privacy.

02:34:05.000 And at the same time, the hotels were bullied into doing this.

02:34:10.000 They're not being paid in most cases.

02:34:12.000 Because if they do that, then quote, they're safe, the police told them, because they had cases in Houston and all over the country where nice hotels, I mean big nice hotels, would have one drug dealer in it, he'd be caught with a kilo of cocaine and they'd take the entire hotel saying you should have known.

02:34:27.000 So now they have the mage spying and looking through your stuff In the hotels, again to stop drugs the government ships in to begin with to create the crisis, and this is outrageous.

02:34:40.000 Go ahead.

02:34:41.000 Now what concerns me is that both of these stories that I mentioned passed right underneath the Iowa Civil Liberties Union radar screen.

02:34:48.000 That really alarms me.

02:34:50.000 Well, but that's because they're there to take the Bible out of the schools and to take the Ten Commandments out and little stuff like that instead of doing real issues.

02:35:00.000 I'm telling you, sir, they're loyal opposition.

02:35:01.000 Did you see Bill Clinton boating and playing golf with Bush Sr.

02:35:05.000 yesterday?

02:35:06.000 Yes, my wife was especially concerned about that.

02:35:09.000 She says, what the heck is going on?

02:35:11.000 But sir, how long have you been listening?

02:35:12.000 I mean, I'm not tooting my horn.

02:35:13.000 I mean, we have had the guest on.

02:35:15.000 We have known.

02:35:16.000 Bill Clinton controlled the MENA Arkansas operations for the Bushes the entire time he was governor.

02:35:22.000 Yes, I received information from a few friends about two years ago and I thought, you're kidding.

02:35:27.000 Then the more I hear about it, the more I read about it.

02:35:30.000 They're not suddenly friends.

02:35:32.000 He's not suddenly a surrogate son.

02:35:35.000 Exactly.

02:35:36.000 His mother was a lady of the night.

02:35:39.000 And a pleasure lady. 0.98

02:35:41.000 And this is admitted.

02:35:42.000 This is mainstream.

02:35:43.000 And his real father, you know, the guy they put on the certificate, that's not it.

02:35:46.000 His real father was a Rockefeller.

02:35:48.000 We know this.

02:35:50.000 And that's why Bill Clinton is where he's at.

02:35:52.000 But you got my information, you got my DVD, right?

02:35:55.000 Yes, I did.

02:35:55.000 Okay, very good.

02:35:57.000 Keep up the fight, Alex.

02:35:58.000 I will look for anything Iraq, WMD related, and get it to you.

02:36:04.000 Well, I can't.

02:36:05.000 The Daily Show doesn't list exactly when they're going to re-air it, but they had a new show two days ago.

02:36:11.000 So maybe somebody's got it recorded on their DVR, you know, on their TiVo, and I saw it online.

02:36:17.000 It's not high enough quality to do something with it.

02:36:19.000 I saw them playing the clips where, you know, WMD, WMD, they got the WMD, and then, you know, he says, I never said that.

02:36:27.000 I really need that.

02:36:29.000 When was the time period again?

02:36:30.000 Oh, it was like two days ago.

02:36:31.000 Okay.

02:36:32.000 I'll check with a couple of people I know as well.

02:36:34.000 But they're probably going to re-air it anyway, so they usually like 10 o'clock at night, you know, a week later air it.

02:36:39.000 Got it.

02:36:40.000 In fact, whoever sends me that and leaves a note in it gets a free, uh, any one of my videos you want.

02:36:45.000 You know, just to take for your time and energy too.

02:36:48.000 Okay.

02:36:49.000 Well, thank you very much for taking my call, Alex, and keep up the fight.

02:36:52.000 God bless you.

02:36:52.000 Thank you.

02:36:53.000 Thank you so much, sir.

02:36:54.000 Yeah, I'm gearing up to make another film right now, as if I don't have enough to do, but... We're working on it.

02:37:00.000 I was working on it last night, late into the evening.

02:37:03.000 Let's go ahead and take another call.

02:37:07.000 Let's talk to Scott.

02:37:08.000 Scott, where are you calling from?

02:37:09.000 Michigan.

02:37:10.000 Welcome!

02:37:11.000 Okay, thank you, Alex.

02:37:13.000 I don't know if you remember, but I called your show a couple months ago, and I told you what I was doing at school.

02:37:17.000 I was being at the Petri Deck at school and stuff like that.

02:37:19.000 Yes.

02:37:20.000 You told me to keep on fighting the system.

02:37:22.000 Well, I found a new way to actually fight the system and, uh, you don't mind if I say it, do you?

02:37:27.000 As long as there's no profanity.

02:37:29.000 Yeah, I mean, I created a blog.

02:37:31.000 It's called teensforfreedom.blogsom.com.

02:37:34.000 It's a family-friendly site.

02:37:35.000 You know, it's open for teens to come check out the New World Order and stuff like that.

02:37:39.000 Yeah, you called me last week about your site.

02:37:40.000 Interesting.

02:37:41.000 Did I?

02:37:42.000 Yeah, I haven't had a chance to check it out yet, but you got a fella from Michigan called and blogged that same website.

02:37:48.000 Oh, I know.

02:37:49.000 No, I don't think I did, but uh... I've been calling Jack Blunt, he gave me a link and I told him yesterday I appreciate it very much.

02:37:55.000 No, I'm glad you're doing that, sir.

02:37:56.000 I want to encourage it.

02:37:57.000 And then uh... You know, I mean, it's open to people like you to come and check it out, you know?

02:38:01.000 I mean, it's open to adults, but it's mainly for teens, but you... Yeah, you need to be promoting it at your school and on the other teen blogs.

02:38:07.000 Yeah, and if you're going to come to it in your adult whatever, just realize that it's a family friendly site.

02:38:11.000 No swear words, no profanity, no nothing like that.

02:38:13.000 Well, I don't want to be holier than thou.

02:38:15.000 I have links.

02:38:17.000 On my site, where you'll see some profanity because it's news reports, but I'm talking about on air, sir.

02:38:22.000 You said, can I say it?

02:38:23.000 And that kind of got me a little... Any news on your mind?

02:38:27.000 Any issue you called in about?

02:38:29.000 I was just trying to, you know, call and plug it in, because you got to get, you know, comments going on there.

02:38:29.000 Well, not really.

02:38:33.000 I've only got, like, a couple of them.

02:38:35.000 You know, one from a guy in 22 in Wisconsin, and then some Mary who's got a kid.

02:38:39.000 Yeah, if any parents out there who listen to Alex Jones they know who got kids, you want them to learn about New World Order, please have them come to my site.

02:38:45.000 Good, thank you for the call.

02:38:47.000 I appreciate that.

02:38:48.000 But let me tell you how to plug it.

02:38:49.000 This is how you plug a website.

02:38:51.000 You call in with an article you've written.

02:38:53.000 You talk about the issue.

02:38:55.000 That's what people are interested in.

02:38:56.000 People aren't interested in just hearing a website's name.

02:38:59.000 What you do is, I'm giving you a tip, not that I'm some master of this, but you call in and you talk about the news article that you've posted or that you've commented on.

02:39:08.000 The issue.

02:39:10.000 Then you say you can learn more about this issue at your blog.

02:39:15.000 And then you'd have thousands of people come to it.

02:39:18.000 Folks call in all the time to plug their website, and all they do is just say the website's name.

02:39:24.000 You're not going to get a response to that.

02:39:26.000 And this is from years of experience.

02:39:28.000 I did several interviews this morning.

02:39:30.000 You talk about the issue and you say, you know, I wrote this article, or Paul Watson wrote this article about Rush Limbaugh, or David Shaler, MI5 agent, believes 9-11 is an inside job.

02:39:41.000 It's on PrisonPlanet.com.

02:39:44.000 And, uh, you know, it's kind of like putting a hook in the water, but not putting any bait on it.

02:39:49.000 So that, and again, we want to wake people up.

02:39:52.000 We want to get people to come to our websites.

02:39:55.000 We want to deprogram folks. 0.62

02:39:56.000 So I commend what you're doing, sir, but Next time you call plugging, just call and say, I've got a story I wrote on my teen blog or whatever it is, and this is what it talks about, and then mention the website.

02:40:10.000 Or it literally is a waste of your time to even call the show.

02:40:13.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Charles in Louisiana.

02:40:18.000 Charles, go ahead.

02:40:19.000 How you doing, my friend?

02:40:20.000 Good, buddy.

02:40:21.000 Listen, this Chief Justice that got his land seized, I don't believe that.

02:40:26.000 It's too convenient right after he made a... Well, he didn't get his land seized.

02:40:32.000 As a sick joke, a local developer is putting in with the city to take his land to build a hotel on it.

02:40:40.000 Uh, well, if he won, would he have voted for it or would he have voted against it?

02:40:44.000 He's one of the ones that voted for it.

02:40:46.000 Well, I don't know.

02:40:47.000 But let me ask you one other thing.

02:40:49.000 Bush, uh, how many people really died in Iraq?

02:40:53.000 I heard it's up to 7,000.

02:40:55.000 That sounds about right.

02:40:58.000 That's what I've been hearing all over.

02:41:00.000 And, uh, Bush, he didn't, he didn't, uh, he, no, uh, no other demands but to war in Iraq and tell people how good it's getting.

02:41:08.000 All he made is criminals, criminals out of our soldiers, and we're going to be over there another 12 years.

02:41:13.000 Well, we'll be clear on this.

02:41:15.000 They say that 1,700 and something have died in Iraq.

02:41:19.000 Uh, what is it, like 800 or something in Afghanistan?

02:41:22.000 Uh, but they don't count as a death in combat related death.

02:41:26.000 Or combat-related fatality if they don't die on the ground.

02:41:31.000 If you die on the helicopter, or you die on the C-130 being flown to Rammstein in Germany, it doesn't count.

02:41:39.000 And we know that thousands and thousands and thousands of people, American soldiers, Well, I've been putting out your website.

02:41:46.000 leading up to the Vietnam War before they finally announced it in 1964.

02:41:49.000 So if they've done it before, if the Russians have done it, and if we're getting all these reports of refrigerators in Cyprus, then it's very serious.

02:41:59.000 Well, I've been putting out your website.

02:42:01.000 I've been passing this decision around from the United States Supreme Court, and I've been putting your website in the back of the paper.

02:42:07.000 I hope you're getting a lot of hits from Louisiana.

02:42:09.000 Sir, I'm getting a lot of hits everywhere.

02:42:11.000 The websites are exploding.

02:42:14.000 The listenership is exploding year after year, month after month, week after week, day after day, but right now it's exploding faster than ever.

02:42:22.000 I hope we start selling more tapes and people get these tapes out, Mr. Jones.

02:42:25.000 This is the way to do it.

02:42:27.000 I don't want to keep pushing that, but you've got to push them tapes more, because this is the way you have to really get to the people.

02:42:34.000 Thank you for what you're doing, sir.

02:42:35.000 Well, thank you so much, Charles.

02:42:37.000 And that really is, thank you, that really is the enigma, or kind of the quandary.

02:42:42.000 I mean, the listenership is bigger than ever, but we're not selling that many videos.

02:42:47.000 It's probably because, you know, I do stuff like put my video out free on the web.

02:42:53.000 But, again, all I care about is getting the word out.

02:42:55.000 But for the word to get out, you can't count on Charles to make 5,000 copies of my videos in the last five years.

02:43:02.000 He'll tell you.

02:43:02.000 More than 5,000.

02:43:03.000 I think it's close to 6,000 now, he said last time he called.

02:43:06.000 And I've gotten calls and heard about it in Louisiana.

02:43:08.000 And this guy's giving them out to everybody in his town.

02:43:10.000 He's amazing.

02:43:11.000 He's woken so many people up.

02:43:13.000 He went from cops threatening him five years ago to cops buying him coffee and donuts and begging him for more videos and giving him money for copies.

02:43:21.000 But, uh, don't count on Charles or anybody else.

02:43:23.000 You need to get Road to Tyranny, Masters of Terror, Police State 3 Total Enslavement, Matrix of Evil, Martial Law, and I carry a bunch of other videos by other authors.

02:43:33.000 I can't authorize you to make copies, but, hmm, it might need to happen.

02:43:38.000 Who knows?

02:43:39.000 Call them and ask permission.

02:43:42.000 Get them and make copies.

02:43:43.000 Spread the word.

02:43:44.000 Get them out to people.

02:43:46.000 That's where it has an effect.

02:43:48.000 I mean, look, I knew putting my video out on the internet, I knew it would be posted on, you know, three weeks before I even released the video in hard copy on DVD and VHS, I had it on the web.

02:43:59.000 And I knew, I knew that by doing that, that I would probably lose a lot of sales.

02:44:07.000 But I don't care.

02:44:09.000 That isn't what it's about.

02:44:10.000 I mean, I literally finished that film.

02:44:11.000 It was a labor of love.

02:44:12.000 My best work ever.

02:44:13.000 A mini-series.

02:44:14.000 You know, three films in one.

02:44:16.000 And I literally was so blessed.

02:44:18.000 I mean, I had worked so hard to make it.

02:44:20.000 It felt so good to have those digital tapes.

02:44:22.000 You know, those high quality digital tape masters.

02:44:26.000 And to know that I was giving them to my webmaster for upload to the web.

02:44:30.000 I mean, it literally was like I was about to drop a hydrogen bomb.

02:44:34.000 I realized all that work, all that energy, all the blood, sweat and tears, all of the research and concentration and just so much work I put into it.

02:44:45.000 It was grueling, folks.

02:44:47.000 I mean, I literally worked 20 hours a day many days during that film.

02:44:52.000 My wife, God bless her, you know, was supportive in me doing it.

02:44:56.000 And now I've just been working 12-14 hours a day after that, though some days 18.

02:45:00.000 But I mean, I literally, it was like a weapon.

02:45:02.000 I knew what it would do.

02:45:03.000 I had to release it.

02:45:05.000 I had to put it out for people.

02:45:07.000 And I go to websites sometimes for just enjoyment.

02:45:10.000 I'll type in, Martial Law 9-1-1 Rise of the Police State.

02:45:15.000 Into a search engine and just look at thousands and thousands of posts and links and I'll sit there.

02:45:22.000 I've done this three or four times.

02:45:23.000 It's so enjoyable.

02:45:25.000 I'm like a farmer looking at all the fields.

02:45:28.000 And what the work did and what your work promoting it did.

02:45:31.000 Again, you're the guys that really make it happen.

02:45:33.000 You're the people that push it over the edge.

02:45:37.000 And I went there and you know, you go to one website a month after it was out.

02:45:40.000 You know, 150 something thousand downloads.

02:45:43.000 You know, BitTorrent.

02:45:45.000 Go to another site.

02:45:47.000 500 downloads.

02:45:47.000 Go to another site.

02:45:49.000 10,000 downloads.

02:45:51.000 5,000 downloads.

02:45:51.000 And clicking site after site after site after site after site.

02:45:56.000 Yeah, add download after that.

02:45:57.000 Say, Marshall Law 9-1-1, rise of the police statement, add pre-download.

02:46:02.000 You'll get just thousands of links.

02:46:04.000 And then just look at them.

02:46:06.000 Look at millions of people!

02:46:09.000 I mean, how could I not put it out on the web?

02:46:12.000 You know?

02:46:14.000 We had to.

02:46:16.000 It's fighting the New World Order!

02:46:18.000 That is the goal here!

02:46:20.000 And it is so exciting!

02:46:23.000 It'll say on these websites how many downloads, how many streams, how many burns, how many people grabbed it.

02:46:29.000 And what if all of those individuals burned copies of it?

02:46:33.000 I mean, seriously folks, there's websites that have had road to tyranny posted for two and a half, excuse me, three and a half years.

02:46:39.000 You know, that film came out three and a half years ago.

02:46:43.000 Just three or four months after 9-11.

02:46:46.000 And I go to those websites, and it'll say, you know, 100,000 download, 20,000 download, 300,000 download, and you're just like, my gosh!

02:46:57.000 I mean, wow!

02:51:43.000 All right, Leon in New York.

02:51:52.000 I wanted to comment on two things.

02:51:55.000 First, the private property issue.

02:51:56.000 Hello, Alex.

02:51:58.000 Actually, it's Las Vegas, but no problem.

02:52:00.000 Hey, Las Vegas, New York, hey.

02:52:03.000 It's all relative.

02:52:05.000 Hey, I wanted to comment on two things.

02:52:07.000 First, the private property issue.

02:52:09.000 Me, personally, after having done so much homework on the issue, I'm a little surprised that people take it as they are because we're talking about a government that claims the authority to require me to do business with privately owned companies like the garbage collectors and the insurance companies by law. I'm a little surprised that people take it as they We're talking about a government that claims the authority to require me to do business with privately owned companies like the garbage collectors and the insurance companies by law.

02:52:28.000 And I have wrote a letter several years ago to my local tax assessor.

02:52:32.000 That's right, they make you pay. 0.86

02:52:33.000 They make you do what they say.

02:52:35.000 By law.

02:52:36.000 And it's all corporations using government to make you do business with them.

02:52:40.000 It's not free market.

02:52:41.000 That's right.

02:52:41.000 I consider it legislative extortion.

02:52:43.000 All these liberals think that big government is going to save them from corporations.

02:52:48.000 Big government is controlled and nurtured by big business to consolidate power criminally.

02:52:53.000 Absolutely, absolutely.

02:52:55.000 But see now I wrote a letter to my local tax assessor asking him that if in fact if I'm having to pay property taxes and I fail to pay my taxes don't they come and confiscate my property and auction it off and I don't get anything from it?

02:53:08.000 I know they auction thousands of homes a year in Austin and I've got the county tax assessor Del DeWell Spears, on tape, I interviewed her with a camera, and I'm like, well you don't take homes!

02:53:18.000 And I'm like, what do you mean you don't take homes?

02:53:20.000 And I go, oh, you mean that they forfeited them, and she goes, that's right.

02:53:26.000 It's all semantical deception.

02:53:28.000 There's some huge cases here in Las Vegas where the city has actually taken over people's property without compensation to develop private properties already.

02:53:36.000 And, you know, people don't understand, they don't actually own their property if they have to pay the rent to the state and the state has the ability to come and take it away from them.

02:53:44.000 They're just saying now that even if you pay your rent, we're going to come and take it.

02:53:47.000 Well, yeah, it's already a rent, and you're right.

02:53:49.000 It's a feudal serfs. 0.99

02:53:50.000 Feudal serfs had to pay between 10 and, what, 25 percent, depending on where it was in France or England, or they lost just the land they could squat on.

02:53:59.000 And that's basically what it is here now.

02:54:01.000 Absolutely.

02:54:01.000 But that 25% stayed 25%.

02:54:03.000 It's going up every couple of years.

02:54:06.000 Well, here in Las Vegas they've had huge property rights issues because of the value of property skyrocketing the last couple of years.

02:54:13.000 Plus, Nevada is like 90% federal.

02:54:17.000 Yeah, oh yeah.

02:54:19.000 It's 91% federal land, I believe.

02:54:21.000 And then like 8% or something is state, so there's like 2 or 3%.

02:54:24.000 Yeah, yeah.

02:54:25.000 I forget the actual, so I got the numbers right.

02:54:27.000 Good, my memory's not falling.

02:54:28.000 Very small percentage.

02:54:29.000 Luckily my memory's been making mistakes, so I'm trying to not go from memory these days.

02:54:34.000 And now I have to say, as a fellow gardener, I am so thrilled to hear about the success with the videos that you're putting out and everything.

02:54:42.000 I do a show here in Las Vegas, and I'm having somebody on here in a couple weeks.

02:54:46.000 A former FBI agent that has done a lot of work on 9-11 in Oklahoma City.

02:54:50.000 Ted Gunnarsson?

02:54:51.000 As a matter of fact, it is, yes.

02:54:52.000 Well, tell us about your show.

02:54:54.000 Well, it's a live call-in show here in Las Vegas, aired on Channel 35, but I find now that you can actually go onto the Internet at Vegas35TV.com.

02:55:03.000 Oh, I think I've been a guest a few times on Vegas 35.

02:55:05.000 You certainly have been on my show a couple times.

02:55:08.000 Oh, your show?

02:55:09.000 Yes, it certainly has.

02:55:10.000 You did the plug right.

02:55:11.000 That way folks will visit it.

02:55:12.000 I heard what you were saying.

02:55:13.000 Yeah, what's the website for that TV station?

02:55:15.000 Vegas35TV.com W-W-W.

02:55:19.000 Alright, well I appreciate you calling my friend.

02:55:21.000 Hey, I appreciate what you're doing.

02:55:22.000 Keep up the great work, Alex.

02:55:23.000 Hey, are you getting a good response from folks in Vegas?

02:55:26.000 You know what?

02:55:26.000 We're getting an outstanding response.

02:55:28.000 I've been getting serious networks.

02:55:29.000 I've even got a fella in North Korea that's been watching the show now.

02:55:33.000 In fact, I've got Debra Garcia. 0.97

02:55:36.000 She put out a film, The Future of Foods, talking about genetically modified foods.

02:55:40.000 She's going to be on my show soon.

02:55:41.000 Wonderful!

02:55:42.000 Doing fantastic.

02:55:43.000 Fantastic.

02:55:44.000 Good job.

02:55:45.000 Keep it up, brother.

02:55:46.000 Thank you, fellow gardener, and I'll talk to you again soon.

02:55:48.000 That's right.

02:55:49.000 Planting seeds in the minds of men and women everywhere.

02:55:51.000 Right.

02:55:52.000 Thanks.

02:55:52.000 Bye-bye.

02:55:53.000 Take care.

02:55:53.000 The only men that eat... The only thing that evil tyrants need to flourish is that good men and women do nothing.

02:55:59.000 And it's that simple.

02:56:00.000 You can let them do all this, or you can stand up against them.

02:56:02.000 Look, they're making our jobs easy. 0.98

02:56:04.000 They're so out in the open now, no one can deny this.

02:56:07.000 I mean, it takes total mental gymnastics to do it.

02:56:11.000 Alright, we'll be back tonight, 9 to midnight, back tomorrow, 11 to 2.

02:56:15.000 Be sure to visit prisonplanet.tv and get out there and take on the New World Order.

02:56:19.000 God bless you all!

02:56:21.000 Vaya con Dios!
