Alex Jones Show - 20050831_Wed_Alex

00:00:01.000 Big Brother Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:24.000 I want to talk about the aftermath The aftershocks of Katrina.

00:00:37.000 The Category 5 hurricane that came ashore several days ago in Louisiana and Mississippi and now has rampaged across the nation.

00:00:48.000 I've talked to a lot of people that I know personally that live in Louisiana and Mississippi and it is much worse than even what the mainstream media is reporting on.

00:01:01.000 Members of the City Council and the State Legislature and others have been forcibly taken out of the city so they cannot witness what is happening.

00:01:11.000 That is federal martial law, which is totally unconstitutional.

00:01:18.000 A governor declaring martial law, if you have a serious emergency like this, is not.

00:01:23.000 But when you've got the feds doing it, it is really bad.

00:01:28.000 We've had disasters this big before, and the Feds haven't done this.

00:01:32.000 So it's very, very serious.

00:01:35.000 We've got 60,000 people stuck in that Superdome in New Orleans.

00:01:41.000 We have people dying in the dome.

00:01:44.000 We have public servants, elected officials, being forcibly taken out of the area.

00:01:50.000 And I have talked to people that were in New Orleans as early as late as yesterday.

00:01:56.000 I've talked to people that are outside New Orleans.

00:01:58.000 It is very, very serious.

00:02:01.000 Have you been in New Orleans?

00:02:02.000 Have you talked to family in New Orleans?

00:02:05.000 Are you in the surrounding area?

00:02:08.000 What are you witnessing?

00:02:09.000 Toll free number to join us on air 1-800-259-9231.

00:02:12.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:02:16.000 Are you in Louisiana or Mississippi?

00:02:19.000 Surrounding areas.

00:02:23.000 You have family that you talked to that was there.

00:02:25.000 Call us right now.

00:02:26.000 We'll go straight to you in the next segment.

00:02:28.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:02:29.000 1-800-2599-231 first the media said total devastation into the world i said well i hope that's not the case And then, after it hit, they said, oh, it was no big deal.

00:02:42.000 I heard needle boards on the radio going, ha, ha, ha, that'll wash all the trash out of the gutters in New Orleans. 0.69

00:02:48.000 I was just there, and boy, does it stink from people urinating in the streets.

00:02:52.000 And the national TV forecasters were saying, maybe a little flooding, but boy, they dodged a bullet.

00:02:58.000 And I was, hey, that's great news.

00:03:01.000 Meanwhile, reporters on the ground were screaming that it was an absolute disaster.

00:03:07.000 We've got some real brainwashing going on here.

00:03:12.000 And the same thing happened a few years ago when a big hurricane hit Florida.

00:03:16.000 There were thousands of deaths and the media covered that up.

00:03:19.000 It did come out in local newspapers, but never national news.

00:03:25.000 And whole books and documentaries have been made about that.

00:03:30.000 So this is basically the government practicing an active cover-up.

00:03:35.000 And folks, we have the actual numbers.

00:03:38.000 hundreds of millions of dollars held up in fiscal year 2005 by the Bush administration I mean no one had ever cut the funding for hurricane preparedness in Louisiana where they get hit by hurricanes on a routine basis every couple years and there are hundreds of deaths but they didn't even repair the levees and the dikes and uh...

00:04:07.000 It just illustrates how our border is wide open, but we're paying for a border fence to be put up in Iraq, and a border fence that's now been completed, at the cost of, what was it, five billion dollars, in Afghanistan.

00:04:25.000 So, they can have multi-billion dollar fences, but we can't have fences.

00:04:32.000 Halliburton and Carlisle Group and all these fat cats, they can make billions and billions of dollars off of the Iraq and Afghan war, but then cut the funding for a city that's below sea level.

00:04:46.000 I just can't get over this.

00:04:48.000 And the media is just ignoring it, and Bush will grandstand as the savior now, and his approval ratings are starting to go up when they were plunging.

00:04:57.000 Oh, he saved us.

00:04:58.000 Oh, thank you so much.

00:05:02.000 There is a secret that holds the world's destiny in its grasp.

00:05:05.000 Hello my friends, Alex Jones here.

00:05:07.000 Learn that secret with my new film, Martial Law 9-11 Rise of the Police State.

00:05:12.000 Martial Law plumbs the depths of the New World Order's ideology, their philosophy, out of the ashes of the September 11th tragedy. 0.90

00:05:19.000 A dark empire of war and tyranny has arisen.

00:05:21.000 The Constitution has been shredded, and America is now a police state.

00:05:24.000 This film exposes not just who was behind the 9-11 attacks, but the roots and history of its orchestrators.

00:05:29.000 Martial Law is a blazing spotlight piercing the electronic Berlin Wall of controlled corporate media.

00:05:34.000 Plumb the depths of the elite's minds, their ideology, their driving philosophy, and uncover the power-mad cult of death that has sworn to turn the Earth into a prison planet.

00:06:14.000 That's because it can purify raw, untreated water from remote lakes and stagnant ponds.

00:06:19.000 The Berkelot is unique because it removes pathogenic bacteria, cyst parasites, and harmful chemicals to below detectable levels.

00:06:27.000 It also removes foul taste and odors, like the rotten egg smell of sulfide, and it extracts nitrates and unhealthy minerals, like lead and mercury, while leaving in the healthful and nutritional minerals that your body needs.

00:06:59.000 I love the new sandal styles.

00:07:03.000 But before I discovered Nonyx Nail Gel, I was too embarrassed about my toenails to wear them.

00:07:08.000 If your nails look dark or discolored, now there's a solution besides hiding them.

00:07:13.000 It's a patented nail gel called Non-X.

00:07:15.000 All natural Non-X clears out the source of the problem, the dark or yellow material that builds up under nails called keratin debris.

00:07:22.000 Non-X Nail Gel is absolutely amazing.

00:07:25.000 My toenails now look clear, and I'm not embarrassed to wear sandals anymore.

00:07:29.000 Non-X Nail Gel removes yellowing keratin debris, is podiatrist recommended, and has been clinically shown to improve nail clarity.

00:07:37.000 It's also money-back guaranteed.

00:07:54.000 Nonex Nail Gel for clearer nails and feet that look great in sandals.

00:08:00.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

00:08:08.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:13.000 They're talking about gas shortages or the gas pumps actually shutting down in Atlanta, Georgia. - Thank you, Chad.

00:08:24.000 Governor Bush in Florida has been running around for two days saying price for 350 a gallon fuel gas shortages.

00:08:34.000 Of course, the oil companies magically are making record profits across the board.

00:08:39.000 There's petroleum reserves everywhere.

00:08:42.000 There are giant refineries just filled with huge containers of gasoline in Houston.

00:08:49.000 I have family down there I've talked to.

00:08:51.000 But they're going to tell you there's no fuel.

00:08:53.000 Okay?

00:08:54.000 That's just how this business works.

00:08:58.000 I mean, somebody shoots a couple little rockets at an aircraft carrier Over in the Middle East, you know, that doesn't get 200 yards from it and gas prices go up 30 cents.

00:09:07.000 I mean, it's just any excuse to rip you off and rape you financially.

00:09:12.000 Because again, it's not free market. 0.79

00:09:15.000 We're looking at OPEC being a private run-for-profit cartel controlled by the globalists, not the Arabs. 0.97

00:09:21.000 Meanwhile, Bush is going to go on TV to tell us to conserve energy.

00:09:28.000 Just like they did with the Enron scam in California.

00:09:31.000 With the fake energy trading computers raping the daylights out of tens of billions of dollars out of their population.

00:09:38.000 Same crowd, same scams.

00:09:40.000 President Bush is considering an address to the nation asking citizens to conserve energy.

00:09:45.000 A top White House official says, Bush ordered the release of oil from the Federal Petroleum Reserves to help refineries affected by the Hurricane Katrina.

00:09:55.000 Bush returned to Washington on Wednesday to oversee the federal response to the historic disaster.

00:10:01.000 He plans to coordinate federal efforts across more than a dozen agencies to assist hurricane victims.

00:10:07.000 Still undecided is whether or not to call for a nationwide effort to reduce energy consumption during the emergency.

00:10:14.000 A top Bush source explains it is seriously being considered developing.

00:10:20.000 So now I predict, because it always happens in the past, his plunging approval ratings will get about a 10 point boost out of this.

00:10:28.000 And you'll be seeing him in a day or so via helicopter.

00:10:31.000 He will actually cry while on board the helicopter.

00:10:34.000 You will see tears dripping.

00:10:36.000 And Jab will be flying around as usual.

00:10:39.000 He got a 20% approval rating boost off the last hurricane there last year, the really bad one.

00:10:47.000 And it's just the same thing over and over again.

00:10:50.000 Meanwhile, no one will discuss, it will be totally ignored, that in one funding line of funds this year, 76 million was cut, another 45 million was cut, about 70 plus million from the Army Corps of Engineers, who actually got hopping mad over it, and people got relieved of command!

00:11:12.000 It's the normal, standard funding that the Army Corps has been engaging in since the Roosevelt administration, strengthening those levees and dams from the Gulf of Mexico, there in Louisiana, up until Minneapolis-St.

00:11:26.000 Paul, where the Mississippi, of course, continues up to.

00:11:31.000 So they took standard funding and slashed it, but doubled the funding for BATF, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Compensation.

00:11:42.000 Massively increase the Department of Education.

00:11:45.000 Massively increase UNESCO funding.

00:11:47.000 Every major federal agency, on average, saw a doubling.

00:11:53.000 And we have the governor of Louisiana complaining.

00:11:56.000 I've got like five articles here today, where we went back and dug them out in the last six months, where they were saying, what's wrong with you?

00:12:04.000 We've got broken levees from the last hurricane.

00:12:07.000 We've got to repair this.

00:12:09.000 And now it's being announced?

00:12:11.000 That helicopters were being sent to block up the dikes that had been basically broken. 0.99

00:12:21.000 And the Pentagon, now in control of CBS News, martial law!

00:12:27.000 Now we've had martial law before, but they call it civil emergency.

00:12:29.000 They're now using the term martial law in your face.

00:12:34.000 They blocked the helicopters that were dropping thousand pound sandbags from blocking the dikes for some reason.

00:12:41.000 This is Associated Press and Total Info and others have been reporting on it.

00:12:47.000 They are now making them leave and go do other duties.

00:12:53.000 So, absolutely amazing.

00:12:58.000 And the question is, how bad is it going to get?

00:13:04.000 And again, normally the governor calls in the National Guard and the governor's in control.

00:13:09.000 Bush, two days ago, just said, hey, Pentagon's in control, martial law, and they began detaining members of the legislature, members of the City Council of New Orleans, anybody that wanted to stay there and, quote, coordinate and work with FEMA.

00:13:25.000 They're just told by men in uniforms with guns, no, we're evacuating you to a FEMA command center in another city.

00:13:33.000 We're in control.

00:13:35.000 So this is unprecedented, ladies and gentlemen.

00:13:39.000 Bush considers address to the nation.

00:13:41.000 Oh, how nice of him.

00:13:44.000 Navy sends ships to aid hurricane victims.

00:13:47.000 The Navy is sending four ships carrying water and other supplies to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina, while medical disaster teams and Red Cross workers from across the country converge on the devastated Gulf Coast region.

00:14:02.000 And again, Metro Atlanta drivers are facing the possibility of paying considerably more than $3 a gallon for gas by Labor Day.

00:14:09.000 If they can get it all, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting today.

00:14:13.000 60,000 trapped in FEMA Superdome concentration camp is from Total Information Analysis up on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:14:25.000 From WWL's TV own website, 421 p.m.

00:14:30.000 Reporter quotes officials as saying there may now be 60,000 or more people in the Superdome and that many more are still being urged to go there.

00:14:40.000 Official spokesmen are now denying that numerous reports this morning from National Guardsmen and others that the New Orleans is under martial law.

00:14:49.000 That was an official White House announcement a day and a half ago.

00:14:52.000 I mean, I have CBS News and AP.

00:14:53.000 What do you mean they're denying it?

00:14:55.000 But this is exactly what we are now under in southwest Louisiana.

00:15:00.000 This is the TV station, by the way, are saying this.

00:15:03.000 And are under, as the governor demands the entire city be evacuated.

00:15:08.000 Numerous media reports indicate that refugees are now allowed to leave the Superdome.

00:15:13.000 The Superdome is now a prison.

00:15:16.000 So again, new media reports are indicating that refugees are not allowed to leave the Superdome.

00:15:21.000 The Superdome is now a prison.

00:15:23.000 Tens of thousands of Americans trapped in a 21st century FEMA concentration camp.

00:15:31.000 I'm going to go to your calls in a second.

00:15:33.000 We've got calls from Louisiana and from people around the country who've talked to family who are there.

00:15:38.000 Total information analysis, another article here, reporting off of mainstream news, local officials forcibly Evacuated from New Orleans.

00:15:46.000 New Orleans City Councilman at large, Oliver Thomas, told WWL-TV that he had wanted to stay in New Orleans to help with rescue efforts, but that he and everyone at City Hall was forcibly evacuated to the Emergency Management Center in Baton Rouge.

00:16:05.000 Nagin, White House ignores pleas to save New Orleans.

00:16:08.000 Helicopters diverted.

00:16:11.000 This also from WWL-TV.

00:16:13.000 New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin has given a remarkable interview broadcast on WWL-TV.

00:16:22.000 Nagin said the National Guard's Black Hawk helicopters carrying the sandbags to plug the hole in the levee on the 17th Street Canal was converted to rescue missions.

00:16:31.000 Nagin said he called the Governor and that he and other state and local officials Are unsuccessfully trying to get through to the White House to ask if the people in Washington know what they're doing!

00:16:41.000 Katrina leaves millions in the state of Louisiana alone without power!

00:16:49.000 Tens of thousands trapped in homes as water continues to rise.

00:16:53.000 Officials, prisoners are rioting, taking hostages in New Orleans.

00:16:58.000 Children reportedly held captive.

00:17:00.000 ABC News reports that inmates at a prison in Hurricane Ravage, New Orleans have rioted, attempting to escape, and are now holding hostages.

00:17:09.000 A prison commissioner told ABC News affiliate WBRZ in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

00:17:16.000 New Orleans Parish Prison Commissioner Oliver Thomas reported the incident, the WBRZ.

00:17:23.000 Again, your calls are coming up right now.

00:17:26.000 But regardless, folks, the government knew from their own hydrologist and own meteorologist reports and the reports from the topographers, the academics, that if there was even a glancing blow by a Category 4 hurricane, that you could have hundreds of thousands of deaths.

00:17:44.000 We have the Houston Chronicle from last year on this.

00:17:46.000 And what did they do?

00:17:48.000 They cut the funding.

00:17:51.000 They cut the funding by over 90%.

00:17:55.000 It's just like a month before the London bombings.

00:17:57.000 They lowered the guard and basically ended all security.

00:18:02.000 Then it turns out the mass leader of the bombers is an MI6 agent.

00:18:06.000 Same M.O.

00:18:07.000 every time.

00:18:08.000 They knew!

00:18:10.000 And this is a great way to rally the people.

00:18:12.000 The government's approval rating will go up.

00:18:14.000 It trains us to hear the word martial law.

00:18:16.000 It diverts us from all the other big issues that are going on right now.

00:18:22.000 Who's up first here from Louisiana? 0.97

00:18:25.000 Bonnie in Louisiana.

00:18:27.000 Welcome.

00:18:27.000 Thanks for holding.

00:18:28.000 Hi Alex.

00:18:30.000 I just wanted to say, you know, it's quite the mess here.

00:18:33.000 We've got three refugees that came in late Sunday night.

00:18:37.000 It took them 12 hours to get across the state.

00:18:39.000 So everything from beginning to end of this thing is just horrible.

00:18:45.000 Everything they own is flooded out and they have a 92-year-old invalid mother they brought and a 56-year-old retarded brother that they brought. 0.99

00:18:54.000 We were fortunate yesterday to get the mother into a nursing home and it was fortunate because they said that the state is calling around trying to grab every bed they can for the evacuees there in New Orleans.

00:19:08.000 Absolutely.

00:19:10.000 Even the hotels are full in Houston.

00:19:12.000 Yeah.

00:19:13.000 It's just horrible.

00:19:17.000 It doesn't seem like it's going to get any better.

00:19:17.000 I don't know.

00:19:19.000 Just worse.

00:19:21.000 Is anybody angry that the federal government almost cut all funding to fix the levies?

00:19:27.000 These people are furious.

00:19:28.000 And they're furious at the levy people anyway.

00:19:32.000 That they let it get this bad in the first place.

00:19:37.000 And like he said, nothing will happen to them.

00:19:40.000 Well, stay there.

00:19:41.000 I want to hear more about this from you, Bonnie, when we get back.

00:19:43.000 And remember, folks, the Dutch, there in the Netherlands, areas of their cities are 20 feet below sea level.

00:19:52.000 And they never have this happen.

00:19:56.000 Ah, but we're dealing with the federal government.

00:24:05.000 This show is documented.

00:24:07.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:24:10.000 I fell into a burning ring of fire.

00:24:14.000 I forget the exact number, but it's something like 20% of the Netherlands was formerly underwater.

00:24:22.000 It may even be more.

00:24:23.000 I've seen documentaries about it, but we all know the story of the little Dutch boy.

00:24:27.000 He sees the hole in the dike or the dam, and he puts his finger in it to stop it.

00:24:34.000 Well, I mean, I know for a fact that large portions of that country are 10, 15, 20, in some cases more than 20 feet below sea level.

00:24:44.000 Do you ever hear about a Dutch dike breaking? 0.99

00:24:47.000 No.

00:24:48.000 And it's big news that it happens every 50 years.

00:24:50.000 And then they've got so many other dikes built that it doesn't cause a problem. 1.00

00:24:56.000 Well, how then Can our own government, the state and federal government, when they've got money for everything else, money to put all your kids on Ritalin and Prozac, why couldn't they just simply repair the dikes built back in the 40s and 50s? 1.00

00:25:13.000 I mean, the government actually slashed the funding by 90 plus percent in the last year, just said, no, we're not fixing any of it.

00:25:20.000 When we know that the hurricane cycle has been strengthening, And now the very people that helped this come about are going to pose as our saviors.

00:25:30.000 It's always the same.

00:25:33.000 And the mainstream media is doing the best job they can to cover this up.

00:25:36.000 Though I guess talking to Bonnie, who's in Louisiana, has taken three refugees herself, people are getting the word they're in Louisiana.

00:25:46.000 Bonnie, please tell us more about what people are saying.

00:25:49.000 Well, they're just very angry.

00:25:51.000 They're angry at the fact that we waste so much money.

00:25:54.000 We can rebuild Iraq, but we can't fix the dikes and levee systems there in New Orleans. 0.99

00:26:00.000 But New Orleans is only, what, two feet under sea level?

00:26:02.000 I mean, how can the Dutch do it if they're twenty feet under? 1.00

00:26:05.000 Well, they probably don't have people sticking money in their pockets by the millions.

00:26:10.000 You know, and let's face it, Louisiana's always been known for its corrupt politics and you They hand-in-hand with the federal government, we're, you know, it's kind of a disaster looking for a place to happen.

00:26:22.000 And that's what we've got now.

00:26:23.000 Well, now we've got a lot of dead women and children. 1.00

00:26:26.000 Yes.

00:26:28.000 And what people don't realize is it's not just, you know, Biloxi and Gulfport and New Orleans, but it's all the surrounding communities, which are, you know, millions of people.

00:26:40.000 And all these people are going to be out of work.

00:26:42.000 I mean, we've been discussing it for the last couple of days.

00:26:44.000 This is bound to bring on a depression.

00:26:46.000 Well, we've got Dwayne Coutts, who is our just incredible IT guy for all the websites.

00:26:52.000 You know, he keeps the pipes running and the actual hardware.

00:26:57.000 And, you know, he lives outside New Orleans.

00:26:59.000 And he's saying that the media is covering it up nationally.

00:27:02.000 He says New Orleans is basically gone.

00:27:05.000 Is that accurate?

00:27:07.000 Yeah.

00:27:08.000 Yeah, that is accurate.

00:27:10.000 It is.

00:27:11.000 Now, some reports say 200 dead, some say 1,000 dead, some still say 80 dead.

00:27:16.000 I guess we can't know how many are dead, but I mean, what are you hearing there locally?

00:27:22.000 We're really not hearing that much locally, and the phone systems in this state are just, it's really hard to get out on them to get more information.

00:27:32.000 But there's so many people that didn't get out and stayed behind.

00:27:36.000 And it's going to be a long time before we ever find out how many people have actually died.

00:27:40.000 You know, and the disease in itself, you know, the water.

00:27:46.000 This morning we heard there was a three foot shark going down like Canal Street or something.

00:27:51.000 Wow!

00:27:52.000 And that's all the people out there trying to swim to safety.

00:27:56.000 Unbelievable!

00:27:59.000 I'll tell you, and then we've got the prisons breaking open and rioting because basically the jail guards left them to their own devices. 0.91

00:28:08.000 We're talking about the breakdown of society there, I guess.

00:28:11.000 Yeah, that's what we're kind of seeing here.

00:28:15.000 It's like, well, this is it.

00:28:16.000 This is the thing that we've planned for like the year 2000.

00:28:20.000 It's all coming now.

00:28:23.000 You know, I heard Enigma Ramos on National Talk Radio this morning going, why does the military have to bring them water?

00:28:31.000 There's plenty of water!

00:28:32.000 Because it's mixed with sewer!

00:28:34.000 It's mixed with refineries!

00:28:36.000 You can't just drink water sloshing around mixed with ocean water!

00:28:40.000 You can't just drink brackish water!

00:28:43.000 I mean, these neocons are just totally... Yeah, they are.

00:28:48.000 Just, you know, the people are They need to just keep praying for us around here.

00:28:48.000 They are.

00:28:54.000 I was about to say, you've got a real mix of good, Christian, hard-working, conservative people in Louisiana.

00:29:00.000 Listen, when we put this lady into the nursing home, we had to go through doctors. 0.99

00:29:04.000 They didn't charge us.

00:29:06.000 We went to the hospital to get some stuff done.

00:29:08.000 They didn't charge us.

00:29:09.000 Everybody has been so good, but you know who's fallen back and it's really embarrassing?

00:29:13.000 It's the churches.

00:29:14.000 So many of these churches, especially in southwest Louisiana, they have these big gymnasiums.

00:29:20.000 They could be putting people off.

00:29:23.000 You're right, that's shameful.

00:29:25.000 But I mean, I was just stating that there are a lot of good Christian people in Louisiana, but there's also a lot of decadent people. 1.00

00:29:30.000 Sure, you bet.

00:29:32.000 And it's not just the government's fault.

00:29:34.000 I mean, I would move out of a city that's below sea level, and the meteorologists say if we get hit, thousands are going to die.

00:29:42.000 I mean, it's just... Thanks for the call, Bonnie.

00:29:46.000 Anything else you want to add?

00:29:47.000 No, that's it.

00:29:48.000 Thanks, Alex.

00:29:49.000 We do need to pray for the folks in Louisiana.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

00:33:16.000 Music.

00:33:17.000 Thank you.

00:33:18.000 When the levy breaks.

00:33:20.000 Had no place to stay.

00:33:23.000 It's going down now.

00:33:23.000 It's going down.

00:33:26.000 It was already down.

00:33:28.000 It was already down.

00:33:32.000 And, uh, Bush cut the funding by 90%.

00:33:34.000 But they complained this year, so he cut it even more.

00:33:40.000 And, uh, I guess let the people eat cake.

00:33:42.000 Again, I will state this.

00:33:45.000 We have spent billions of dollars in Afghanistan building a fence around their country, billions in Iraq. 0.62

00:33:50.000 We can't have a border fence here in America.

00:33:54.000 And people have been saying, Pat Buchanan's been saying that, well, when terrorists come across the border, which the government admits they are, and attack us, Bush is going to get impeached for doing nothing.

00:34:04.000 No, he won't!

00:34:06.000 The media will totally ignore it, he will grandstand when a suitcase nuke goes off, which the government's saying is going to happen, and two and two will never be put together!

00:34:18.000 I mean, folks, understand, Bush doubled, on average, doubled every federal agency.

00:34:26.000 The average is a doubling.

00:34:28.000 I'm sure you've heard that and read that.

00:34:29.000 I mean, that's the official numbers.

00:34:30.000 A doubling!

00:34:32.000 A doubling in the size of the government.

00:34:36.000 No one's ever heard or seen it.

00:34:38.000 This makes Roosevelt and LBJ's radical expansions of government look tame.

00:34:44.000 Meanwhile, what is being cut?

00:34:46.000 The most basic stuff.

00:34:50.000 I mean, they'll increase highway funds and then it goes into toll roads and checkpoints and cameras.

00:34:54.000 Literally!

00:34:56.000 I mean, we're talking billion bucks in major cities for cameras alone.

00:34:56.000 Literally!

00:35:00.000 Oh, here's a billion bucks of highway funds for cameras.

00:35:03.000 For your city.

00:35:04.000 For Boston.

00:35:05.000 For New York.

00:35:05.000 For Chicago.

00:35:08.000 When just a hundred and fifty million dollars would have made that city impregnable.

00:35:13.000 Levees are cheap, and they're very effective.

00:35:16.000 Again, most of the major Dutch cities are twenty feet below sea level.

00:35:23.000 New Orleans is only two feet on average.

00:35:26.000 But, again, you get a corrupt state government and a corrupt federal government working together, you've got big problems.

00:35:32.000 So don't think for a minute the government's going to protect you from anything real.

00:35:36.000 You've got to protect yourselves.

00:35:37.000 Dwayne Coots has been our IT man behind the scenes at InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com for about five years now.

00:35:46.000 And he lives in Louisiana.

00:35:49.000 Thank God, many miles from the disaster.

00:35:51.000 We pray for the folks in New Orleans.

00:35:53.000 But, Dwayne, good to have you on with us, my friend.

00:35:57.000 I wish we could have you on in better circumstances.

00:35:59.000 Oh, hey.

00:36:00.000 Hi, Alex.

00:36:01.000 Glad to be here, sir.

00:36:02.000 Give us your report from people you know in New Orleans, from being in the state.

00:36:06.000 I mean, from how bad this really is.

00:36:08.000 Well, yesterday we were hearing things like if the levees continue to falter and the New Orleans Basin equalizes with Lake Pontchartrain, that New Orleans may just become a modern-day Pompeii or Atlantis, where it just placed a monument there and no one will ever build there again.

00:36:33.000 Well, now that that's come to pass, The spirit of rebuilding and the effort to rescue the people that are there and evacuate everyone out of the dome and all the folks from the rooftops.

00:36:46.000 God knows how many people are baking in their attics now who don't have the tools to dig out of their own roof.

00:36:54.000 Anyway, that spirit is really carrying on right now.

00:36:59.000 We're hands-on mostly with the evacuees here now.

00:37:03.000 Uh, you know, I haven't been in New Orleans personally.

00:37:04.000 I'm getting my, my news there from, uh, you know, secondhand from the folks that, that stayed talking to survivors here, uh, or refugees here, survivors who stayed there talking to the refugees here, or evacuees.

00:37:16.000 And, uh, It's pretty bad from everything we can hear, Alex.

00:37:21.000 I mean, you know, serious stuff.

00:37:24.000 Pontchartrain is basically going to end up, no matter what the news says, and I'm a little behind on that because I've been doing other things, but Pontchartrain will ultimately equalize with New Orleans and most of the cities will be 25-30 feet underwater.

00:37:40.000 Now, by equalized, Pontchartrain is above sea level, and so now that all these little... Oh yeah, it's like four feet, four to five feet above sea level.

00:37:49.000 And so basically the dikes are failing. 0.96

00:37:52.000 Now, again, folks, I don't engage in conspiracy theories.

00:37:55.000 I engage in the evidence.

00:37:57.000 We have Bush.

00:38:00.000 Just throwing money around everywhere, to every agency, everything, every Bill Clinton agency, every Roosevelt agency, I mean, every level, but then massively cutting the funding, even under protest, from Louisiana.

00:38:15.000 Why do you think Bush would do that?

00:38:18.000 You know, it just kills me to even talk about it because it seems so crass, Alex, but you're right.

00:38:24.000 Uh, you know, looking into the faces of people feeding them gumbo last night, you know, who don't have a home left to go back to and don't know what they're going to do, uh, you know, it's hard to see beyond that human pain and suffering.

00:38:37.000 But, uh, the reality of the situation is a lot of this could have been prevented a long time ago.

00:38:42.000 There's no doubt about that.

00:38:44.000 It's a very parallel situation to spending all the money protecting Afghanistan and Iraq and free healthcare there and all of that going on, but yet we can't even protect our own borders and we're doing...

00:38:58.000 ID checks, you know, random roadblocks doing ID checks in the heartland of America.

00:39:04.000 You know, we might as well do them in Sweden.

00:39:07.000 But meanwhile, people are still coming across the border, both borders, just wholesale.

00:39:12.000 Unstopped, unchecked, you know.

00:39:14.000 All they do is make a political football out of that. 0.98

00:39:16.000 It's just ridiculous. 0.97

00:39:18.000 Are folks mad in Louisiana? 0.97

00:39:20.000 I mean, I talked to Bonnie earlier from Louisiana.

00:39:22.000 She said people are mad about not fixing the Dutch.

00:39:25.000 Oh man, yes, yes.

00:39:26.000 You know, the shock is wearing off and the nerves are getting thin now.

00:39:30.000 Looters are shooting back now in New Orleans.

00:39:33.000 You know, the folks that are there just don't want to be bossed around anymore.

00:39:37.000 You know, and I'm not siding with the looters, but... Well, do you think that's also store owners and others shooting at looters?

00:39:43.000 That's what I read.

00:39:45.000 No, some of the reports coming in last night were that looters were shooting back at the police when they were trying to get them shut down. 1.00

00:39:54.000 Which is just horrible, folks, that this type of scum is doing this. 0.98

00:39:58.000 But it shows that if things really break down, the government can't control anything. 0.99

00:40:02.000 Oh, no.

00:40:03.000 Absolutely not.

00:40:04.000 That's why you all need guns, folks.

00:40:04.000 No, no, no.

00:40:07.000 So a pack of scum, a pack of anarchists try to come take you and your family, you can take them out. 1.00

00:40:12.000 Oh, sure. 1.00

00:40:13.000 I mean, you just see the surface of it on the television network news reports.

00:40:13.000 Sure.

00:40:20.000 I'm sure many of the listeners have seen the images of folks walking along the beach near Gulfport and Biloxi, near the casinos, and just trying to scoop coins and tokens out of the sand.

00:40:34.000 Those are the, let's say, the more mild, less aggressive looters Those are just beachcombers, basically.

00:40:43.000 You know, there are folks out here digging through the rubble, taking wallets from bodies and things like that.

00:40:48.000 So, there's a lot more going on than you see.

00:40:51.000 And I'm sure y'all are aware that there always will be the lowest common denominator comes out. 0.98

00:40:57.000 Well, if they catch people, inside houses especially, that have people stuck in them, robbing them, they need to be shot.

00:41:06.000 Yeah, I mean, that's basically the policy, but what we've been hearing is that, you know, there's so much going on at the same time, and the biggest problem now is that you can't do anything.

00:41:18.000 I know that sounds really shallow, but stay with me a second.

00:41:22.000 You can't walk Because suddenly you're in floodwaters, you know, and you can't cross over something, so you get a boat.

00:41:29.000 And you just take a boat of two blocks, and then all of a sudden it's dry again, and your boat is useless.

00:41:35.000 So it's just a madhouse.

00:41:36.000 It's really a madhouse.

00:41:38.000 There's nothing... Well, also, you take your boat, and a pile of houses blocks the way.

00:41:43.000 Oh yes, right.

00:41:44.000 So then you try to pull the boat over the houses and you hit a high power tension line and are barbecued.

00:41:51.000 Sure, sure.

00:41:53.000 But what is going on with the state government there?

00:41:55.000 Because they didn't even turn off the power lines, they didn't turn off gas mains.

00:41:59.000 It just seems like it was a big joke to them.

00:42:03.000 I don't know that it's a joke.

00:42:04.000 I do strongly feel that they are so over their heads.

00:42:09.000 Our governor, Blanco, is just Over her head, you can see, you know, you can see it in her face when she's interviewed. 0.97

00:42:17.000 She was on King last night and some other shows, and she's on the news doing sound bites occasionally and press conferences.

00:42:23.000 She is so lost.

00:42:25.000 I mean, the fear in her eyes, she wants somebody to give her a hug, and that's not what we need right now.

00:42:30.000 You know, we need someone with a pair that is making things happen, and right now, the devastation is still in progress.

00:42:37.000 It's like the hurricane's really still there, bro.

00:42:40.000 It's really not even over yet.

00:42:42.000 I've also read that the Pentagon is directing a lot of operations, and local TV is reporting that they're directing the helicopters into rescue, not into blocking the levees, as if they've already decided the city's lost.

00:42:56.000 Yes, that's absolutely right.

00:42:57.000 That's been abandoned.

00:42:59.000 That project's all but been abandoned.

00:43:00.000 Oh, so that's why?

00:43:03.000 Because they think the city's lost?

00:43:05.000 Oh, sure.

00:43:05.000 They're going to abandon the city.

00:43:07.000 They're completely evacuating the city of New Orleans.

00:43:09.000 Everything's gone.

00:43:11.000 The people are being bussed out.

00:43:12.000 They're going to all be shipped to the Astro Dome in a big bus caravan.

00:43:16.000 That was the latest crackpot plan.

00:43:19.000 You're talking between 15,000 and 20,000 people that are just in the Dome.

00:43:25.000 The entryway to the Dome is now over waist height, near chest height.

00:43:29.000 Yes, because it's a total martial law situation.

00:43:31.000 Plus, I've been reading that they make people go to the dome.

00:43:31.000 There is no more local government.

00:43:35.000 What about the feds coming in and making city council members and members of the legislature leave?

00:43:40.000 Yes, because it's a total martial law situation.

00:43:44.000 There is no more local government.

00:43:46.000 There is no constituency because a forced evacuation has been ordered.

00:43:53.000 So there is no constituency, so local government officials have no constituency to represent.

00:43:59.000 So they are basically powerless.

00:44:01.000 The federal government will ultimately take over every square inch of New Orleans, Covington, Slidell, the whole business, I'm sure, ultimately.

00:44:09.000 You know, the worst flood damaged areas.

00:44:13.000 I mean, part of this is justified because they're trying to keep looters out, but... Now, watching the national news, if you read what the meteorologists are saying and the topographers are saying, they're saying the city may be basically a lake, you know, a five foot deep lake now, a swamp, but at the same time, you watch the national news, they're not talking a lot about that.

00:44:33.000 No, this is still an ongoing result of something that we were observing yesterday.

00:44:41.000 Yesterday, early morning and near on to midday about this time, the news reports, we were flipping channels on the radio as we were doing things, you know, running around trying to do things.

00:44:51.000 We were flipping, scanning channels on the radio and it was like music, music, music, you know, commercial, commercial, commercial everywhere.

00:44:58.000 This is one of the worst human disasters ever to hit.

00:45:02.000 There's even a breakdown.

00:45:04.000 In fact, I've read that a lot of news outfits have just basically evacuated, so then the other stations, who just parrot what other people say, have nothing to report.

00:45:15.000 Exactly, because there's nothing.

00:45:17.000 It's so overwhelming, they don't know what to report.

00:45:20.000 You listen to the mainstream mouthpieces, Limbaugh and Hannity and those folks, and they're talking about the effect of right and left.

00:45:30.000 And what does this have to do with left and right?

00:45:38.000 It's like everything has to do with that false system.

00:45:41.000 Sure, well they created the paradigm.

00:45:43.000 And they can't let this disaster get in the way of their maintaining that paradigm.

00:45:47.000 They have to keep that thought process going.

00:45:52.000 You'll survive.

00:45:53.000 We'll rebuild.

00:45:54.000 Everything's hunky-dory.

00:45:55.000 I mean, that's basically Limbaugh's perspective.

00:45:58.000 Well, this is bad, but we're going to rebuild and everything's going to be great.

00:46:01.000 Well, yeah, okay.

00:46:04.000 You got any family down there, man?

00:46:06.000 Get a grip on yourself.

00:46:08.000 People are just hopelessly lost.

00:46:10.000 Well, there's a lot of great folks in Louisiana.

00:46:12.000 I get the letters, I get the calls.

00:46:14.000 At the same time, you've got the laissez-faire, Sin City types, who, ha ha, we're just going to have a party when the hurricane comes in, and so one of our politicians are corrupt.

00:46:24.000 I mean, why can the Dutch Be 20 feet under sea level, but then New Orleans be a couple feet under sea level, but just not get the job done. 1.00

00:46:34.000 I mean, even if Bush cut the funding, and if past presidents didn't give enough funding, frankly that's not the federal government's job.

00:46:43.000 Why didn't the state repair those dikes? 1.00

00:46:45.000 Several reasons.

00:46:48.000 One is that no one in the South, that's hard to generalize, but in a generic way, We're very resistant to passing any sort of taxes or levies or anything like that to get things like this done, no pun intended.

00:47:03.000 but also because every time something comes up in the legislature or anything is introduced about major projects like this, coastal erosion, loss of wetlands, things like that, well, the miracle worker apparently is introduced as the casino, the miracle worker apparently is introduced as the casino, the casinos and riverboat gambling and things like that.

00:47:24.000 We're going to get so much money from them.

00:47:27.000 Same thing here with the lottery and casinos, and we never get a red cent from it, the total mafia scam.

00:47:33.000 It is a mafia scam, exactly, and they make sure that they're never in any sort of visible profit so that they never have to really get off any money.

00:47:43.000 And when they do get off the money, it never goes to the, well, last time it was the teachers were going to get a raise.

00:47:48.000 Well, you know, that didn't come to fruition.

00:47:50.000 I mean, it just gets worse and worse and worse.

00:47:52.000 And then, all of a sudden, they want land-based... I mean, when we're talking about $150 million to make the city impregnable to a Category 5 hurricane, I mean, $150 million, we're talking about, like, five or six high schools.

00:48:04.000 This is chicken feed, Dwayne!

00:48:06.000 That's one weekend rake at a casino.

00:48:09.000 That's just a rake for one weekend at a busy casino.

00:48:12.000 Now the casinos, you know what?

00:48:12.000 Well, you know what?

00:48:14.000 They'll probably get bailed out by the federal government.

00:48:17.000 Oh, you can believe it.

00:48:19.000 Yeah, the Gulf Strip down there between Gulfport and Biloxi, there'll be a bunch of federal funds to help those things get going because it's a large part of Mississippi's economy.

00:48:28.000 So, you know, you can rest assured that they'll be pulled out and, you know, the oil refineries are like number one priority.

00:48:37.000 You know, it's amazing.

00:48:40.000 Well, Dwayne, I appreciate you coming on with us.

00:48:42.000 Anything else you want to add being there in Louisiana?

00:48:45.000 I mean, we could also talk about some of the other states.

00:48:47.000 They've seen some flooding, but obviously nothing compared to Louisiana and New Orleans itself.

00:48:53.000 I would add that if you go to PrisonPlanet.com and yesterday's news, we posted that Houston Chronicle article With the headline, hundreds of thousands could die if New Orleans hit directly by a Category 5 hurricane.

00:49:08.000 And this was the mainstream scientist saying this, so I just have trouble trying to imagine how this... Again, folks, the government is not going to take care of you.

00:49:20.000 I think that's the moral of the story, Dwayne.

00:49:23.000 Sure, sure.

00:49:24.000 Another reason for the forced evacuation.

00:49:27.000 The city is going to quickly become a morgue.

00:49:31.000 You know, just a sea of floating bodies to be dramatic.

00:49:34.000 I hate to do that, but it's the only way to get folks' attention so that they understand, you know, folks are trapped in attics.

00:49:40.000 They're, you know, they're walking through the water getting hurt.

00:49:44.000 Any idea what the real number of dead are?

00:49:47.000 Oh, I've heard everything from, you know, 80 to 8,000.

00:49:51.000 So I have no idea, my friend.

00:49:53.000 Yeah, the same thing.

00:49:54.000 I turn on national television and 85 are dead.

00:49:57.000 5,000 could be dead.

00:49:59.000 Yes, exactly.

00:50:00.000 They're just throwing, that's it.

00:50:01.000 Unfortunately, it's probably going to be on the high side.

00:50:05.000 Oh, I would think yes.

00:50:06.000 I would think, you know, nearing five figures.

00:50:08.000 We're going to near five figures before it's all said and done.

00:50:11.000 Not just in New Orleans, but... Now the old timers there in Louisiana built their houses 15 feet off the ground, but I guess the modern folks don't think they need to do that.

00:50:19.000 I mean...

00:50:20.000 Oh, no, no.

00:50:21.000 There are whole subdivisions of, you know, quarter million and half million dollar homes that are, not only the homes gone, but the slabs are flooded over. 0.99

00:50:32.000 But, Dwayne, doesn't that speak to the mentality of we keep warning people about the New World Order, we keep warning people about the borders, and we just ignore it until the disaster strikes?

00:50:42.000 Well, sure.

00:50:43.000 It's a perfect microcosm to examine that theory and the way people react to dire warnings.

00:50:49.000 That's the work you've been doing for years now.

00:50:53.000 It's just a matter of time.

00:50:54.000 Well, Dwayne Coots, Godspeed to you, and God bless the folks there in Louisiana.

00:50:57.000 Take care.

00:50:59.000 We'll be right back.

00:54:16.000 By the way, in 1997, we've read the quotes many times here on the air, Secretary of Defense William Cohen said that in the future, the most devastating weapons...

00:54:34.000 that had already been developed, he admitted, were going to be tectonic, volcanic, and of course, weather weapons as well, meteorological.

00:54:48.000 And that's on record.

00:54:49.000 And I'm not saying that this was a government action or an action by some evil group.

00:54:57.000 We know the Sun has been heating up.

00:55:00.000 It was supposed to hit the peak of its 12-year cycle in 2002.

00:55:05.000 That did not happen.

00:55:06.000 The Sun has only been increasing its ejections of different wavelengths of energy.

00:55:17.000 And that has been causing the Earth to heat up.

00:55:20.000 Not global warming, as we've been told.

00:55:22.000 We're actually due for another ice age.

00:55:24.000 All the reputable scientific evidence shows.

00:55:28.000 But things are changing.

00:55:31.000 And we have Dr. Nick Bugich joining us, an expert on HAARP and many other systems coming up in the next hour.

00:55:39.000 But I've got to tell you though, what HAARP is able to do is it takes an existing storm, and Katrina was a tropical depression, a tropical storm that was going nowhere, and what they can do with something like HAARP is Take the energies and increase them and then energize a storm.

00:56:02.000 And a lot of people are saying, you know, all this record hurricane activity has been caused by the government.

00:56:07.000 And, you know, you can't rule that out because Secretary of Defense Cohen says it's a real... I mean, I have bills here in front of me that were introduced a few years ago trying to block these weapons.

00:56:16.000 You can hire the Russians for a couple million bucks. 0.94

00:56:18.000 Russian military will come to your town and guarantee clear skies.

00:56:22.000 They did it for the BJ Day, or whatever, over a few months ago in the capital there of Russia, Moscow.

00:56:31.000 Bush was there, and it was Associated Press, Moscow Times, you know, the Russian trucks pulled in with these big antennas and energized the atmosphere and jets seeded the clouds and knocked it out.

00:56:43.000 Our own government, they had been on the History Channel, and I've got a documentary that aired on the Weather Channel.

00:56:49.000 Our own government was using weather weapons to flood the North Vietnamese in Vietnam.

00:56:57.000 And is this some big political distraction or is it just a hurricane?

00:57:02.000 And I think it's just a hurricane.

00:57:05.000 I think the evidence points towards that, the probability.

00:57:09.000 And you can thank the sun for the increased hurricane activity.

00:57:16.000 Because the sun's a lot more powerful in the New World Order than their antenna arrays.

00:57:21.000 Did we have flash floods three years ago that killed 35 people in South Texas?

00:57:26.000 Did the San Antonio papers admit the Navy was doing a weather modification exercise when that happened?

00:57:33.000 Yes.

00:57:37.000 I mean, we're talking 15 inches in a couple hours.

00:57:39.000 It was unbelievable.

00:57:41.000 And the Navy was flying around with jets seeding clouds.

00:57:44.000 They basically seeded existing thunderstorms and it was unbelievably devastating.

00:57:50.000 But 35 is a lot less than what we've seen here with Katrina.

00:57:56.000 I didn't plug my videos yesterday and I really should have because they're such an important part of the fight against the New World Order.

00:58:04.000 My new film, Martial Law, or the classic The Road to Tyranny, or American Dictators, or Dark Secrets Inside Bohemian Grove.

00:58:11.000 I've made 12 films, also written a book.

00:58:14.000 I carry a bunch of other great books and videos.

00:58:16.000 And if you're interested in having a film or a book that will be very informative and also dynamic and enlightening, or if you'd like to have a tool to wake others up in your area, please go to infowars.com or prisonplanet.com To order the books and videos off the website.

00:58:35.000 When we get back, I'll give you the toll-free number.

00:58:41.000 Order a copy of this show for your friends and family at GCNlive.com or call 877-300-7645.

00:58:48.000 Hello.

00:58:51.000 Big Brother.

00:58:59.000 Mainstream media.

00:59:00.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:15.000 Alright, Dr. Nick Vagich, expert on weather changes and what's happening with the sun and the federal government's heart systems coming up the next segment.

00:59:26.000 Charles, Frank, and others are calling from Louisiana, so I'm going to go to them first.

00:59:30.000 I apologize to Robert and Mike and Rose and John and others that I haven't gone to because I've been going to people that are in Louisiana and to have some eyewitness reports or reports from refugees they've talked to, but we will get to all of you.

00:59:46.000 I kind of plugged my videos there in the last 30 seconds of the last hour.

00:59:49.000 Didn't have time to get up the toll-free number.

00:59:51.000 Not only are these powerful and informative films that are waking people up, They're also great tools to expand that if you'll get them and make copies of them.

01:00:03.000 And at the same time, the documentary films and the books and other videos that we carry, our bookstore, is the way that we fund what we do here.

01:00:14.000 And I did a little experiment the last two days and did not plug my videos or books and almost sold absolutely nothing.

01:00:23.000 And we won't be here Uh... if that happens.

01:00:26.000 So uh... there's also that secondary thing that you... basically it's a donation when you uh... buy the books and videos.

01:00:33.000 And so your support is absolutely needed.

01:00:36.000 Plus, these are the best videos out there, bar none.

01:00:38.000 I mean, stuff like Martial Law, Road to Tyranny.

01:00:40.000 They're hardcore.

01:00:41.000 They expose for the terrorist arm.

01:00:43.000 Be sure and get them.

01:00:44.000 Here's the toll-free number.

01:00:45.000 That's 888-253-3139.

01:00:45.000 1-888-253-3139.

01:00:46.000 A lot of big discounts right now.

01:00:47.000 Be sure and take advantage of those.

01:00:49.000 Or go to PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:01:13.000 Let's go to Charles in Louisiana, then Frank and others.

01:01:16.000 Go ahead, Charles.

01:01:17.000 How you doing, Mr. Jones?

01:01:18.000 Not as good as you guys in Louisiana.

01:01:20.000 We're praying for you.

01:01:21.000 Oh, man, it's a mess.

01:01:22.000 I think I can't find my two aunts in New Orleans.

01:01:28.000 I really do.

01:01:28.000 I think they're dead.

01:01:31.000 Don't say that!

01:01:32.000 Well, I've seen the neighborhood.

01:01:32.000 Don't say that!

01:01:35.000 They live in no house whatsoever.

01:01:37.000 Nothing's there.

01:01:38.000 They're about 82, 84 years old.

01:01:41.000 They're having a lot of unrest here.

01:01:43.000 They shot a policeman I heard, and I heard there's one more shooting today.

01:01:48.000 You wouldn't believe the looting.

01:01:49.000 It's just crazy.

01:01:51.000 Now we got that from Dwayne Coots in the last hour and others.

01:01:55.000 The looting is really bad and the media is covering it up.

01:01:58.000 Yes, the media is covering a lot of things up.

01:02:00.000 All they do is praise the politicians for going out in a boat.

01:02:06.000 Taking snapshots.

01:02:07.000 The politicians didn't repair the levees. 0.66

01:02:07.000 Exactly! 0.66

01:02:10.000 As Dwayne said, the take of the casinos in one day is over 150 mil.

01:02:14.000 150 mil that all would have been repaired.

01:02:17.000 None of this would have happened, but instead it's going to be a worship the government fest.

01:02:21.000 There's some sharks running around, I heard.

01:02:23.000 We got a report there's some sharks running around there.

01:02:26.000 There's supposed to be 20 to 30 thousand people that figure 20 to 30 thousand that need rescuing.

01:02:32.000 We've been trying to...

01:02:35.000 They're deputizing people to be marshals and get votes.

01:02:39.000 It's a joke, Mr. Jones.

01:02:41.000 It's a joke.

01:02:42.000 I mean, these politicians... Wait, the government's coming to the people and deputizing the militia?

01:02:49.000 You mean they have to have our help?

01:02:51.000 To take votes, to steal votes.

01:02:53.000 I thought the government could do... I thought we couldn't be trusted to wipe our noses.

01:02:58.000 Well, anyway, they told me you gotta hotwire, steal it, do whatever you... get the votes.

01:03:04.000 Uh, and bring them down, uh, toward New Orleans. 0.88

01:03:06.000 You can't get in New Orleans.

01:03:07.000 The levee's breaking.

01:03:09.000 If it breaks again, there's gonna be nine more foot of water.

01:03:12.000 I bet you heard about that, huh?

01:03:14.000 Uh, yes.

01:03:15.000 Okay.

01:03:16.000 Nine more foot of water.

01:03:17.000 But, but the military stopped trying to fix the, the, the dikes now. 1.00

01:03:20.000 Well, right now they're dropping sandbags into a hole, like a, uh, believe it or not, they're dropping sandbags into the river.

01:03:28.000 A black hole, Mr. Jones.

01:03:30.000 A black hole, you wouldn't believe it.

01:03:32.000 I mean, it's like it's a game or something.

01:03:34.000 They're just dropping them out of the helicopters into the river.

01:03:39.000 Charles, you want to add anything else?

01:03:41.000 No, I just ask people... Well, stay there.

01:03:43.000 Stay there.

01:03:44.000 We got Dr. Baggett coming up, but he can hold for a second while you and Frank finish up.

01:06:48.000 Call now, 800-625-2890.

01:06:51.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

01:06:55.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:06:59.000 All right, coming up in a few minutes, Dr. Nick Begich, an expert on heart and government weather modification and control systems.

01:07:09.000 And I just talked to him during the break.

01:07:11.000 He doesn't believe the government's behind this, neither do I. Nevertheless, they do have the capacity to manipulate weather, and that's admitted.

01:07:19.000 So we'll talk about that.

01:07:20.000 Also, his father was a famous congressman who died mysteriously in a plane crash.

01:07:25.000 And of course, we've had Dr. Begich on many times to talk about oil and the politics of it.

01:07:31.000 And some of the cause and effect we're going to see from the nightmare scenario caused by Katrina.

01:07:39.000 And really the media cover-up right now of just how devastating, just how devastating this is.

01:07:46.000 But Charles and Frank are from Louisiana, and I'm going to callers from Louisiana.

01:07:51.000 Charles, you had one more thing you wanted to add.

01:07:53.000 Go ahead.

01:07:54.000 Well, now it's going to be really bad up here, and the water's going to be bad.

01:07:58.000 People that didn't get Bertie's love are going to get sick.

01:08:02.000 And another thing is, remember this, I'm telling you, these people don't have no identification, no place to go.

01:08:08.000 They don't know how to tag them.

01:08:10.000 I told a policeman when I brought him aboard here, he said, we're going to have to find out how to tag these people.

01:08:15.000 I said, what do you mean?

01:08:16.000 He said, that might be a good idea.

01:08:18.000 He said, we're going to have hundreds of thousands of people with no identification here.

01:08:23.000 They're sleeping on the bridges.

01:08:24.000 They're actually having fist fights.

01:08:26.000 They're riding down there.

01:08:27.000 They're actually right, Mr. Jones.

01:08:29.000 Well, that's what we're getting from people in and out of the city is that... Now, imagine the evil of these looters who, instead of getting into houses and getting old ladies and children and men and women out... I mean, my instinct, if I was there, my instinct is to try to go there.

01:08:43.000 Obviously, you can't, folks, and it wouldn't help.

01:08:47.000 But if I live in Louisiana, I would be trying to get in there and help those people. 0.99

01:08:51.000 Instead, we've got all these scumbags running around robbing people. 1.00

01:08:56.000 They are the lowest form of trash. 1.00

01:08:58.000 Then you've got the government grandstanding, talking about what a great job they've done. 0.98

01:09:02.000 When it's the government that blocked fixing these dikes. 1.00

01:09:05.000 Every time you hear something, the government is, land rule and all that.

01:09:10.000 Let me tell you, these people are responsible for this.

01:09:13.000 I mean, they, they, they, they, for twenty-something years, they knew that levy would break.

01:09:16.000 They've been straight up for twenty years.

01:09:18.000 I'm from New Orleans.

01:09:19.000 I am a longshoreman by trade.

01:09:21.000 And I'm telling you something.

01:09:22.000 Uh, we, you ain't heard the last of this.

01:09:24.000 The worst is to come.

01:09:26.000 This is, this is only the first stage of it.

01:09:28.000 And I'm telling you what.

01:09:29.000 But are people mad?

01:09:30.000 I mean, are they aware of this?

01:09:31.000 Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes, they are.

01:09:33.000 They're fighting at Sleeper Road Bridges.

01:09:34.000 They've got convicts on barges right now.

01:09:37.000 Four thousand.

01:09:38.000 They're trying to move them.

01:09:39.000 And then they're going to try to... They're going to bring ships down here for water and all that. 0.77

01:09:44.000 Mr. Jones, you're looking at... I think New Orleans is actually finished.

01:09:47.000 It'll be ten years before New Orleans will ever start building again.

01:09:51.000 And if this dike breaks again, that's nine more foot of water.

01:09:55.000 My aunt lives right there.

01:09:56.000 Nine more foot.

01:09:57.000 Imagine that.

01:09:58.000 Nine more feet, and guess what?

01:10:00.000 The engineers just quit trying to stop it.

01:10:02.000 They're just dropping bags up there, and all they do is praise these politicians.

01:10:08.000 How concerned they are.

01:10:09.000 It's unbelievable.

01:10:11.000 It's unbelievable.

01:10:12.000 Well, they did a good job not fixing the dike. 1.00

01:10:14.000 Thank you for the call.

01:10:16.000 God bless you, and please call in with reports as things develop, even if it's later today.

01:10:21.000 Charles, thank you for the report.

01:10:25.000 Again, folks, in the Netherlands, Something like 20% of the country, and some areas more, was once underwater.

01:10:34.000 And you're talking 10, 15 or more feet under sea level.

01:10:38.000 Do you ever hear about their dikes breaking when the big Atlantic storms hit?

01:10:42.000 No, you never hear about it.

01:10:43.000 If it does, they got four or five levels.

01:10:47.000 This goes to the mentality of our politicians.

01:10:51.000 Bush has doubled almost every federal agency.

01:10:55.000 They are swimming in billions of dollars a month in profits at Lockheed Martin and at the Carlisle Group with Cheney's wife, you know, on the board of it, and Bush Sr.

01:11:03.000 on the board of Carlisle.

01:11:05.000 I mean, it is just, it is the sickest joke.

01:11:09.000 We're going to go to, in just a moment, to Dr. Begich, who I appreciate holding.

01:11:14.000 We're going to let Frank have a few words here from Louisiana as well.

01:11:17.000 I've just got to say this about Mary Landrieu. 0.71

01:11:21.000 That senator who stole her way into the Seat to begin with, but that's a whole other subject.

01:11:27.000 I've seen her on television saying, well because we didn't take enough property, have enough environmental funding for the wetlands, and because we didn't fix the wetlands, and because we didn't restore the wetlands, this happened.

01:11:41.000 Well I happen to know about the ecology in Louisiana.

01:11:45.000 I've interviewed ecologists on it.

01:11:48.000 They have not allowed them to build the dikes because of the wetlands.

01:11:53.000 So again, the exact opposite, the exact opposite of what Landrieu is saying is the truth, and then she's the one pushing all this for the last eight, nine years, and then she's up there saying, man, it's like George Bush.

01:12:07.000 He cuts the funding by 90 plus percent from just repairing the dike, and then he's grandstanding as our savior. 0.97

01:12:18.000 It'd be like Ted Bundy being the judge in his own trial.

01:12:20.000 Frank, Louisiana, you're there.

01:12:22.000 Give us a comment.

01:12:23.000 Yes, you made some very good comments there, Alex.

01:12:26.000 I would like to read a sentence in today's paper, if I can.

01:12:29.000 Maybe I have to set it up a bit.

01:12:31.000 Something happened a year and a half ago at LSU.

01:12:33.000 They hired a guy by the name of O'Keefe to be the chancellor of LSU.

01:12:38.000 This was a guy who was in charge of NASA.

01:12:40.000 And there was some nefarious kind of stuff with the guy, and I felt uncomfortable with him.

01:12:46.000 He didn't have a PhD.

01:12:47.000 He wasn't an academic.

01:12:48.000 I said, why are they hiring this guy?

01:12:50.000 Now, O'Keefe was a former NASA guy.

01:12:54.000 He's the chancellor of LSU.

01:12:55.000 Well, almost every major university is having former spooks.

01:12:59.000 NSA, CIA, FBI, you know, generals.

01:13:05.000 I mean, look, they're totally taking over.

01:13:08.000 Police chiefs and everything.

01:13:10.000 They were talking about the LSU is going to apparently be a big center for FEMA or something like this.

01:13:15.000 Let me read you this.

01:13:17.000 Look, Texas A&M is now the big CIA command base.

01:13:19.000 Every major... I'm sorry, go ahead.

01:13:22.000 It says, the expanded role for LSU, O'Keefe said, was first discussed as a hypothetical a month ago, refined in a meeting a week and a half ago, then put into action as state and federal officials learned of the severity of Katrina.

01:13:39.000 Uh, blowing up on New Orleans.

01:13:41.000 Now, I called my state official representative today and I said, look, let me tell you the way these guys work.

01:13:47.000 They're going to take the most tragic events and they're going to, they're going to find one guy that they can run this whole thing through.

01:13:57.000 I said, what is the head of the chancellor of LSU doing anything but running LSU?

01:14:04.000 This should be run through the governor of the state of Louisiana, the state representatives, period.

01:14:10.000 Yeah, it just so happens he's a former NASA executive.

01:14:13.000 It is suspicious.

01:14:15.000 Do me a favor, do you have email?

01:14:17.000 Uh, no.

01:14:18.000 What's the headline on that?

01:14:20.000 Uh, it's on the sports page of the Morning Advocate, uh, today.

01:14:26.000 Uh, let me find what page it is.

01:14:28.000 Morning Advocate.

01:14:30.000 Or the Advocate, uh, page 2D.

01:14:35.000 Yeah, all I need is the headline, I can find it.

01:14:38.000 Uh, well it starts on page one of sports and the headline is, uh, UNT visit to Baton Rouge postponed.

01:14:50.000 And it goes on to page 2D.

01:14:53.000 It's on the second page.

01:14:54.000 All right.

01:14:55.000 I'll find it.

01:14:55.000 Thanks for the call, sir.

01:14:57.000 I want to thank Dr. Baggage for holding.

01:14:57.000 I appreciate it.

01:14:59.000 Anybody else wants to call in from Louisiana, we'll get to your calls.

01:15:02.000 I'm sorry for others that have been having to hold.

01:15:04.000 It's just this is very important.

01:15:05.000 Dr. Baggage, I couldn't... I mean, I set you up for the show two weeks ago before I went on vacation, and we were going to have you on to talk about weather modification and earth changes, and boy, I think this has been a timely time to have you on.

01:15:18.000 Yeah, you know, it's not just, you know, it's the beginning of the hurricane season.

01:15:22.000 Really, you know, we've got a lot more to come.

01:15:25.000 You know, we've got a couple more months and hopefully we don't see a repeat of this, but you know, the potential is certainly there.

01:15:30.000 The conditions are right.

01:15:32.000 You know, when people talk about, you know, what's happening globally, you know, the temperatures of the oceans have a great deal to do with, you know, what happens with weather systems, you know, such as this one.

01:15:43.000 And those situations are going to become more and more extreme as time goes on.

01:15:48.000 You know, here in my part of the world, we have the same kind of formation.

01:15:52.000 Of course, nowhere near the wind strengths.

01:15:54.000 But we had, you know, 80 mile an hour winds whipping through my neighborhood not too many days ago.

01:16:00.000 The fact is, these changes are occurring.

01:16:03.000 We've been saying it for now over a decade that it would continue.

01:16:06.000 This cycle would continue for some time.

01:16:08.000 Well, I'll tell you what's conclusive is these reports of record plankton die-offs.

01:16:14.000 Yep.

01:16:15.000 Yep.

01:16:16.000 These are all significant situations.

01:16:18.000 Here in the Arctic regions, we see these things a lot earlier than they do in most of the rest of the world.

01:16:24.000 The extremes here are pretty dramatic.

01:16:27.000 The problem is we don't have a lot of people, so we had a number of die-offs of bird species because certain animals, because of temperature warming, feeder fish were going deeper for cooler water, so the birds weren't getting them, and so thousands of birds die.

01:16:43.000 You know, these kinds of chains of events, when temperatures change, is pretty dramatic.

01:16:49.000 You know, we've got migrations of species that we never had up here before starting to show up in Alaska.

01:16:56.000 You know, people don't know this, but the north slope of Alaska, the Eskimos and Inupiats didn't even have a word for bees.

01:17:04.000 Now we have bees up there, which we didn't have, you know, just a couple of decades ago.

01:17:09.000 Everything is changing.

01:17:10.000 The interruption of food chain is going to be dramatic.

01:17:14.000 You know, people say, well, what's to worry about plankton?

01:17:17.000 Well, it's the beginning of the food chain.

01:17:19.000 You know, everything else grows from that.

01:17:21.000 And so when you start interrupting, uh, these things, major, major, uh, downline.

01:17:26.000 Well, also plankton create more oxygen and carbon dioxide than the trees.

01:17:32.000 Right.

01:17:32.000 And, and again, you know, the oceans are, um, huge, um, heat sinks, number one for absorbing energy.

01:17:38.000 70, 70, uh, what, 4% of the Earth's surface?

01:17:42.000 Something like that.

01:17:43.000 Yeah.

01:17:44.000 Yeah.

01:17:44.000 And you know, in the ocean, temperatures are not just caused by sunlight.

01:17:50.000 In fact, most of the heat from the sun stays on the surface because as you get deeper in the oceans, of course, it gets cooler, heat rises.

01:17:57.000 Other considerations are undersea volcanics, which are just now being looked at.

01:18:03.000 We wrote our first article on undersea volcanics playing a role in this back in 1997, when we saw temperature increases in the oceans off Alaska, 15 degrees in one summer.

01:18:14.000 Which is unheard of, unprecedented, and it was just the opposite of the El Nino Cycle, and it went unexplained and has remained unexplained, yet if you look at where the currents originate here, undersea volcanics explains it clearly, because energy from volcanoes and venting in the seas, 100% of that energy is absorbed into the oceans, whereas sunlight, most of it is reflected.

01:18:39.000 And we've got these cracks opening up all over the volcanic ring, don't we?

01:18:44.000 In fact, they've even noted in the Arctic undersea venting.

01:18:44.000 Yes.

01:18:49.000 They never noted before.

01:18:50.000 We've got to go to break.

01:18:50.000 Stay there.

01:21:05.000 Yet still, the financial industry refuses to recognize the value of real hard assets for your retirement.

01:21:13.000 The truth be told, gold and silver has outperformed paper investments like stocks, bonds and CDs, yet no word about IRAs.

01:21:21.000 Perhaps the financial institutions want to maintain control of your assets by keeping you in paper.

01:21:26.000 If you'd like to take a look at gold for your retirement, call 800-686-2237.

01:22:48.000 That's 1-866-884-9104.

01:22:51.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

01:22:55.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:22:59.000 Thank you.

01:23:05.000 Well, Bush is talking about Americans using less energy.

01:23:11.000 Conserving.

01:23:13.000 I predict, with our decadent population, people will greedily use more energy and more fuel.

01:23:20.000 And, again, it's the refining capacity is where the energy has been bottlenecking, which the refineries just love, and the oil companies making record profits love, because they're buying up more and more Basically smaller companies in the food chain to consolidate their power so they can create this artificial scarcity.

01:23:39.000 But then when you have something like Hurricane Katrina, it will cause real serious scarcity and so much of our fuels are refined in the Gulf area from Houston to Mississippi.

01:23:55.000 Really centering in and around Louisiana.

01:23:59.000 And no attempt to secure that, no attempt to protect it.

01:24:02.000 And again, I'll state this.

01:24:04.000 Cheaply and easily, it could have been protected.

01:24:07.000 Cheaply and easily, it could have been protected.

01:24:09.000 It was not.

01:24:11.000 And I blame the population, too.

01:24:12.000 God bless them.

01:24:13.000 Why did they put up with their corrupt government not doing this?

01:24:17.000 Dr. Begich, can you comment on that?

01:24:18.000 You know, the issue of refining capacity, we're pretty close to oil issues here in Alaska because we do produce about 20% of the U.S.

01:24:26.000 supply.

01:24:28.000 The fact is, refining capacity has been one of the two major bottlenecks.

01:24:33.000 The other one is transportation.

01:24:36.000 The fact is, to build a refinery now, under the environmental rules, takes a huge, huge effort.

01:24:43.000 And you don't build these overnight.

01:24:45.000 This demand that's been increasing in Asia has been noted for years.

01:24:48.000 There's been virtually no attempt to increase refining capacity because It really hasn't been in the industry's interest to do that.

01:24:55.000 I mean, when the prices go up, the cost of production at a refinery doesn't really change, but the profits certainly do.

01:25:03.000 And so oil companies today are making profits that are just unbelievable.

01:25:08.000 And as a consequence, my theory on it is, to capitalize alternative energies, which you're going to see the major oil industry players try and get involved in, you need a lot of money.

01:25:19.000 And this is certainly one way to consolidate it.

01:25:21.000 The other issue Is the trading of oil internationally used to be traded exclusively in U.S.

01:25:27.000 dollars.

01:25:28.000 Now it's traded in mixed currencies.

01:25:30.000 And that was the death knell for Saddam when he was going to go on to the Arabic dinar. 0.87

01:25:36.000 Yeah, and when you look at what happens with dollars being floated in the economy, when oil is 70 bucks a barrel, it sucks up everybody's dollars, whether they're mixed currencies or not.

01:25:46.000 Also, the Federal Reserve has been printing just madly for the last decade, and then last week, Federal Reserve Chairman Greenspan had the nerve to say protectionism could cause an economic crash.

01:26:00.000 I mean, that is ridiculous.

01:26:02.000 We are the opposite of protectionists.

01:26:04.000 Yeah, and the fact of the matter is, these agreements, I mean, in today's paper, the trade agreement with Canada and Mexico, trade sanctions are now, you know, going into effect based on lumber and trade, you know, in our part of the world.

01:26:19.000 Those agreements are falling apart.

01:26:20.000 The fact is, wages have been stagnant in the United States and declining.

01:26:25.000 That's in today's paper again.

01:26:26.000 Yeah, what does it mean when Bush says the economy's getting better and the Democrats agree, meanwhile Greenspan's saying, run for your lives?

01:26:34.000 The difference is, who are Bush's friends that are enjoying this economy?

01:26:39.000 And it's the oil industry.

01:26:40.000 But I mean, why does the oil industry think we can survive if in the middle of a downturn they are raping us?

01:26:47.000 Yeah, and I think the ultimate issue is really, it all boils down to dollars.

01:26:53.000 I mean, you've got the Iraqi oil supplies interrupted, you've got the Gulf now interrupted, you've got problems in Venezuela.

01:26:59.000 I mean, when you look around the world, it's really the politics of oil that drives so much, the politics of energy.

01:27:05.000 When you look at the U.S.

01:27:06.000 economy, it's a major, the single biggest block in the economy has to do with energy and energy distribution.

01:27:12.000 When you look at the part of the country that's being ravaged right now and just is falling apart, this is the core of the infrastructure for oil and gas distribution for most of the Southeast.

01:27:24.000 You're going to see extremely high natural gas prices, fuel oil this winter.

01:27:30.000 We're going into a winter, again, that we are ill-prepared for.

01:27:35.000 We have our resources deployed elsewhere in the world.

01:27:38.000 When really, the rebuilding of our own infrastructures have been in need for some time.

01:27:43.000 This is just another example of allowing our own infrastructures to decay.

01:27:47.000 Do you think Bush is going to get, and obviously he's a puppet, but do you think Bush and his corporate handlers are going to get away with cutting the funding for the dykes? 1.00

01:27:56.000 You know, I think they probably will.

01:27:58.000 You know, whatever, they've gotten away with so much for so long at that level, whether it be this administration or previous ones.

01:28:06.000 They probably will.

01:28:07.000 You know, the average person's memory on these kinds of issues is pretty limited.

01:28:11.000 You know, the population in that part of the country is certainly impacted.

01:28:17.000 But, I mean, on top of it, we're going to have to hear about how great the politicians are.

01:28:17.000 People will forget.

01:28:25.000 Yeah, well, we'll have to stomach our way through that, I suppose.

01:28:28.000 But, you know, at the end of the day, it's programs like this that keep people informed, and let's just hope that These efforts continue to contribute to at least the other side of the story so people can make, you know, decent decisions.

01:28:38.000 Stay there! 0.92

01:32:07.000 Very well researched.

01:32:08.000 Very well documented.

01:32:10.000 A lot of it hard to believe, but it's out there, you know, in the U.S.

01:32:13.000 Patent Office.

01:32:14.000 It's publicly admitted.

01:32:16.000 Before we go back to Dr. Baggage and some of your phone calls, I've made twelve films.

01:33:17.000 It is so important.

01:33:19.000 My classic film, 9-11 and the Road to Tyranny, that some still say is my best film, covering 9-11 and the FEMA camps and the foreign troops and the Patriot Act and FEMA saying that all Christians are terrorists and enemies of the U.S.

01:33:34.000 government.

01:33:35.000 I mean, I have video of them in their secret training rooms.

01:33:39.000 Teaching this.

01:33:40.000 We tell you where it was and their names and we show video of it.

01:33:43.000 I mean, you talk about scary, folks.

01:34:36.000 Dr. Baggett, you know, I've gotten you on here.

01:34:40.000 I don't ever do pre-interviews with people.

01:34:43.000 I respect your information, read a lot of your information, seen some of your great documentaries, aired them here locally on TV.

01:34:49.000 And, you know, I've asked you the questions that I think are important, just some of them, but I know you've got a lot that you think is pertinent and that we should be focusing in on.

01:35:00.000 So, with the audience out there across the nation, from Chicago to Los Angeles to Kansas City, what do you want to impart to people?

01:35:10.000 Well, you know, in terms of these latest events, there's a lot to be said for what happens in terms of climate change, which has been a big issue.

01:35:19.000 These are examples of it.

01:35:22.000 I think it's the long-term planning that's going to matter in this country.

01:35:26.000 I mean, we're going to see the agricultural areas dramatically change over the next decade or so.

01:35:33.000 There's time to plan for that.

01:35:34.000 You know, over ten years ago, the Japanese were already buying agricultural rights in areas of Canada.

01:35:40.000 Because of climate change.

01:35:41.000 And I think when you're looking at the climate change issue, and I say climate change rather than global warming because in some areas it's actually cooling.

01:35:49.000 If you look at the citrus belt in the southeast, it's changed dramatically.

01:35:53.000 It's moved further and further south.

01:35:55.000 All of these things work together.

01:35:57.000 You know, when you start thinking about Oil industry and what's happening to that.

01:36:01.000 It has a direct impact on agricultural production because of the synthetic types of fertilizers and pesticides.

01:36:12.000 The fuel used in transportation of food, and harvesting, all of it.

01:36:16.000 The drug industry, the chairs we sit in.

01:36:20.000 Everything.

01:36:21.000 What is it, like 90% of manufactured goods now are predominantly plastic?

01:36:26.000 Yeah, and so when you start to look at energy related technologies, even pharmaceutical industry, from the clothes you wear to the seat you're sitting in, these are all going to affect us.

01:36:38.000 What I'm suggesting, and have been suggesting for some time, Is what we're going to see is the roll-up of inflation right now, kind of being artificially pushed down by low-cost goods from other places, but everyone gets impacted by raw commodity increases.

01:36:54.000 Exactly!

01:36:54.000 We have the schizophrenic system where the slave baubles You know, a DVD player is $20 now, but at the same time, your fuel is double, and your housing is double, and your transportation is double, and your education is triple, and your... I mean, all the real things that matter are skyrocketing!

01:37:12.000 Exactly right, and you know, it's the basic commodities that drive most families. 0.86

01:37:18.000 The people that make a lot of money aren't impacted by the price of fuel.

01:37:21.000 I mean, what they pay for their gasoline doesn't matter.

01:37:24.000 But for the average person, it determines a whole lot of things about what else we can do.

01:37:28.000 Yeah, you don't just pay more for those that don't know for the fuel.

01:37:31.000 Then you pay more for the bread that got delivered.

01:37:33.000 Right.

01:37:34.000 You pay more for the tires you buy, and you pay more for everything.

01:37:38.000 That's right, and we're going to see again That double-digit inflation, I think by the first quarter of next year... Local governments are already raising taxes because they're having to spend more on fuel?

01:37:48.000 Yep, and you're going to see all of those roll-up impacts, and the impact pocketbook is going to be extreme.

01:37:54.000 And these are... You've got to look around and say, who's winning?

01:37:57.000 And the biggest winners right now are folks in the aerospace industry, weapons industry, oil industries, certain segments of transportation, depending on what they're shipping.

01:38:09.000 You know, the winners on this thing are the friends of those in power, and the losers are the average person.

01:38:15.000 So it's very predatory.

01:38:17.000 It's a very predatory system.

01:38:19.000 Absolutely.

01:38:20.000 And you know, when we look forward into sort of what's happening, and you know, a lot of our research has to do with technologies and their impacts.

01:38:26.000 And these drive the industrialized world today.

01:38:28.000 Technology advances are what determines who has power in terms of governments.

01:38:34.000 And when you look at how technologies are now being utilized, You know, they're really not serving the average person's interest in the way that they should.

01:38:41.000 The average person is sort of cast aside as just a drone in the system, and really, you know, when you go back to our fundamentals in this country, it's about individualism.

01:38:51.000 It's about the idea that the average person, the common individual, is the one that should be driving policy, not being the victims of it.

01:39:00.000 And let's be specific, in this false left-right paradigm, Well, all the real world goes past us.

01:39:05.000 We're busy arguing about Republican, Democrat.

01:39:08.000 These corporate interests on both sides aren't free market or criminal.

01:39:12.000 I mean, for those that don't understand, folks, this is not free market.

01:39:15.000 This is where they socially engineer for more control.

01:39:19.000 They don't want you to have money.

01:39:21.000 They don't want you to have big bank accounts.

01:39:23.000 They don't want you to be self-sufficient.

01:39:25.000 They don't want you to have your own garden.

01:39:27.000 They don't want you to own your own land.

01:39:29.000 This is really like the last phases of a risk game, and I want to be specific.

01:39:33.000 There are major environmental changes.

01:39:35.000 There are major environmental disasters going on.

01:39:39.000 But meanwhile, the big major environmental groups are paid for by Dutch Royal Shell and BP and Exxon Mobil and Chevron, and then they use the crisis they help create or that they help accentuate and that they help feed off of, then they give us false solutions and stampede us.

01:39:59.000 Now, Doctor, do you disagree with that say-so, or do you agree?

01:40:02.000 I absolutely agree.

01:40:03.000 In fact, what I've been saying for some time is that the industry realizes that somewhere in the world they're going to come up with the alternatives and they've been trying to get into that alternative energy market.

01:40:13.000 They've been pushing this idea of hydrogen but the way the industry's been pushing it is to make us dependent on natural gas as the raw source of creating that hydrogen and then a distribution system that plugs us into their multi-level program of controlling the pumps and the convenience store at the gas station all the way up to the refineries and transportation.

01:40:34.000 When you look at it Uh, hydrogen as an example can be created using just distilled water and a catalytic material, sodium borohydrate, which can be recycled, meaning that you don't need a filling station, you just need a gallon of pure water.

01:40:50.000 And I gotta add this, there's a lot of quacks out there that the media focuses on to discredit this. 0.92

01:40:55.000 We have textbooks, you know, funded by General Motors 30 years ago admitting this.

01:41:01.000 You know, Arthur C. Clarke admits this.

01:41:03.000 This stuff has been developed, has been put on the road, but the media totally ignores it.

01:41:08.000 Right, and the thing about it is, is true energy independence means that individuals, I'm talking about individuals again, have control of their energy destinies.

01:41:16.000 And that's where we think the technology Efforts should be placed on those things that get you off the grid, that get you true independent, that take away this dependence on industries that have been abusive, that don't look at countries that don't have any national interest.

01:41:31.000 They only have one interest, and it's the bottom line for their shareholders.

01:41:35.000 And the fact of the matter is, you know, here in Alaska, we see a lot of it.

01:41:38.000 I mean, Alaska is one of the safest places for the oil industry to invest their money.

01:41:43.000 It's not like investing in the Soviet Far East.

01:41:45.000 And yet, we get the smallest percentage of royalties of virtually any place similarly situated.

01:41:51.000 It's a bargain basement.

01:41:53.000 Here in Alaska, we have a pipeline running at half of its capacity.

01:41:58.000 It might mainly be because of suppression of development here.

01:42:00.000 Well, the neocons say all this is free market, but if a pirate pulls up next to your freighter and robs you at machine gun point, that isn't free market.

01:42:10.000 That's right, and that's exactly the way I interpret what's happening.

01:42:15.000 The public's pocketbook is being hijacked Based on the same kind of scenario, when you think back in the seventies, when you couldn't get enough money out of oil, and then we had the oil embargo, it shoved the price up, made the oil industry that much more rich and capitalized to be able to go into these other areas of the world.

01:42:34.000 Now you see the same thing happening at the crucial point between industries switching out, because people in areas like Japan, where they don't have natural resources, They're going to develop, and they have already developed, alternative fuel sources that they're actually integrating into their industries.

01:42:53.000 And that's why these big corporations want a global government, so they can regulate that and control that and keep their controlled paradigm in place. 0.89

01:43:01.000 Absolutely.

01:43:02.000 And you know, the industry is riddled with suppression of patents and ideas that people can point to many, many sources over the years of that.

01:43:11.000 This is criminal.

01:43:12.000 The fact of the matter is, What's happening to people?

01:43:15.000 People die from high energy prices.

01:43:17.000 You know, elderly on fixed incomes every winter and every summer during the heat seasons die because of energy costs.

01:43:23.000 You know, this kind of, you know, the whole... They had like 100 people die last year in Chicago.

01:43:29.000 Right, and when you look at You know, you look at the companies that benefit by this.

01:43:34.000 You know, what happens to them in the end of the day?

01:43:35.000 And of course, then that's fertilizer prices.

01:43:38.000 We're talking about hundreds of thousands in the third world.

01:43:41.000 Absolutely.

01:43:42.000 I'm sorry, you were saying something.

01:43:43.000 Go ahead.

01:43:44.000 The idea of the double-digit inflation, and what does that fuel?

01:43:46.000 It fuels increases in basic interest rates.

01:43:49.000 People are living on the very edge right now, a lot of people.

01:43:53.000 throughout the country.

01:43:54.000 You say people who are middle class or upper middle class don't have to worry, well that's not really, in the short term or even midterm, that's not entirely true because then there's nobody to buy your products, then you're in the poorhouse.

01:44:06.000 That's right, and when you're looking at the price of floating interest rates on home mortgages, which many people have interest only that are variable rate mortgages now, these are folks who are going to get caught in a very big squeeze.

01:44:19.000 We saw it here in Alaska when the oil prices declined in the mid-eighties, And we're an oil-dependent state, so we saw what happens when disruptions in normal economies occur.

01:44:30.000 We lost three quarters of our banks in this state.

01:44:33.000 But Cindy Sheehan's a liberal! 1.00

01:44:36.000 But you hear about the baseball team?

01:44:39.000 I mean, exactly.

01:44:40.000 People are just totally off in cuckoo land.

01:44:44.000 The mainstream media, folks, predominantly isn't even lies or disinfo, it's distractions.

01:44:51.000 Absolutely.

01:44:52.000 In fact, you know, you kind of get your mind on these other issues.

01:44:56.000 Today, because of this natural disaster, you've got people focused squarely on what are the consequences of it.

01:45:04.000 I think that's a good thing.

01:45:05.000 Out of every disaster, something good comes of it.

01:45:10.000 The people that are suffering right now, they're waking up too.

01:45:14.000 We're going to see how our government responds to a crisis right at home of You know, in terms of modern history, we have never seen anything quite as extreme as this.

01:45:23.000 The government is folding and falling down, but meanwhile telling us what a great job they're doing.

01:45:29.000 And Dr. Begich, you know, I focus on the police state almost predominantly, but Now we're getting local newscasts from Virginia and Ohio where the police do drills of rounding up citizens and they openly call us rebels on TV and martial law.

01:45:46.000 The Washington Post says Bush may need it if there's another terror attack.

01:45:52.000 And why do we see the government in the last decade really gearing up to physically oppress us?

01:45:57.000 What is it that they have planned?

01:45:59.000 Because we've put up peaceably, you know, with so many other horrors.

01:46:02.000 What is it that they've got planned that's so horrible that their statisticians and their people that are doing the demographics, their engineers, their social engineers, know that there's going to be some type of physical resistance?

01:46:15.000 Why are they gearing up for physical oppression?

01:46:18.000 Well, you know, at some point in America's character, you know, Europeans always look at us as five minutes to midnight.

01:46:24.000 You know, when things really get bad, we jump in the game and we're unstoppable.

01:46:28.000 The one thing military planners and all of our research has shown is the one thing they cannot plan for is what's called spontaneous A revolution.

01:46:36.000 That doesn't mean things are violent.

01:46:37.000 It's the same kind of thing that happened in much of Eastern Europe.

01:46:40.000 One day... I got an example.

01:46:41.000 I got it.

01:46:43.000 You bring up so many good points.

01:46:44.000 I interrupt you more than anybody.

01:46:45.000 No, no, no.

01:46:47.000 Five years ago, I couldn't find organic food in the stores.

01:46:47.000 Listen.

01:46:50.000 Now, that's most of the food here in Austin.

01:46:52.000 So people demanded that.

01:46:54.000 That was a revolution.

01:46:56.000 Same thing with the Internet.

01:46:57.000 Circulation in newspapers.

01:46:58.000 TV.

01:46:59.000 They're losing all credibility.

01:47:00.000 We're exploding.

01:47:01.000 Is that the revolution you're talking about?

01:47:03.000 Absolutely.

01:47:04.000 It's one that When people finally start to wake up, and we're seeing that awakening taking place, but it takes critical mass.

01:47:10.000 Unfortunately, the American character is best demonstrated during the worst of times, and as our economy starts to implode, as we start to see the roll-ups of these natural disasters, and this is one This is not the end of it.

01:47:23.000 This is the beginning.

01:47:24.000 Did you know Ron Paul said the same thing two years ago?

01:47:26.000 It's in my film, Matrix of Evil.

01:47:28.000 He said the exact same thing.

01:47:30.000 And George Washington said it.

01:47:32.000 I was just reading, writing to George Washington last night, that exactly, and the Europeans commented on this, you know, when it gets really rock bottom, the worst is when we throw off the bonds of tyranny.

01:47:43.000 That's exactly it.

01:47:44.000 And I think that's, you know, that's the hope that a lot of us hold in our hearts, that Americans will wake up That we will be able to reach out and touch each other in a way that causes us to recognize our basic commonalities, the things that made this country great in the beginning, and get us back to those roots.

01:48:00.000 And I think that's still possible, or I wouldn't engage in this kind of work.

01:48:03.000 You know, when you look around the country and you see what's happening, You know, there's a lot of suffering that's kind of under the radar screen because they're the disenfranchised, they're the poor, they're the elderly, they're the folks that people are marginalizing.

01:48:17.000 Now they're marginalizing those groups that have influence.

01:48:20.000 You know, when you talk about the rebels being marginalized, whether it be the Christian community across the country, or any other group that they feel is organized enough to put up decent opposition, they start to marginalize them in the media.

01:48:34.000 And this is, you know, this is a normal political tactic.

01:48:37.000 You know, if you can't address the issues, you try and address credibility questions or confuse the issues.

01:48:43.000 And that's exactly what's going on.

01:48:44.000 When you look at how all of these things interrelate, it boils down to control.

01:48:49.000 It boils down to the idea that... And by the way, by Christians, you don't mean the Jerry Falwell types.

01:48:52.000 I mean the real Christian folks that know what's going on and aren't going along with it. 1.00

01:48:56.000 That's exactly right.

01:48:57.000 You know, you talk about tracking technologies and the thing that was said just a little while ago.

01:49:02.000 What about implants to track these folks?

01:49:04.000 You know, these are all opportunities.

01:49:06.000 They declared martial law in this part of the country.

01:49:08.000 It's the first time since the tidal waves in Hawaii years and years and years ago.

01:49:13.000 The fact is that when you start to test the water, which is what's happening with FEMA right now, they're in the most extreme situation.

01:49:20.000 They're watching how people react.

01:49:22.000 They're looking at how they can control this crowd, and it will become the model for what happens in other disasters around the country, whether they be natural or man-made.

01:49:32.000 And I think that's the thing to really start to pay attention to.

01:49:35.000 What are they doing?

01:49:36.000 How are they doing it?

01:49:37.000 And how will this be replicated around the country?

01:49:40.000 It looks to me like they're falling flat on their faces.

01:49:43.000 Yeah, at this point, absolutely.

01:49:45.000 And let's just see how they emerge to regain their footing, because, again, they're going to utilize the media to push their propaganda, not the truth.

01:49:53.000 Hey, folks, Alex Jones here, and I'm very excited to announce the release of my bombshell documentary film, 9-1-1, The Road to Tyranny, on DVD.

01:52:48.000 You know, we're having better talk radio during the breaks than we have we're having better talk radio during the breaks than we have on And I know that we've got Robert and Megan and Christine and Jason and Jim and everybody.

01:53:16.000 We're going to get to you here in just a second.

01:53:18.000 But I was talking to Dr. Baggish during the break, and I've been called an accumulator.

01:53:22.000 And I figured folks saying that meant I accumulate information, kind of put it all together, and really reverse engineer.

01:53:31.000 Nothing's really classified.

01:53:33.000 I mean, you can look, especially long-term, at all the things the government's doing.

01:53:37.000 You can go to these events, you can read the declassified stuff, and put, say, ten declassified things together and actually get the current battle plan.

01:53:46.000 It's like pieces of a puzzle.

01:53:48.000 And I didn't know that the Pentagon was considering us evil national security threats, but Dr. Begich says that he's seen some news articles and some documents along those lines, and I agree with what he said during the break.

01:53:59.000 He never touches something classified, neither do I.

01:54:02.000 Because it's very dangerous and it's going to be a setup.

01:54:04.000 But sure, I mean, their program of control is as clear as the nose on my face.

01:54:09.000 Because once they start carrying out the agenda, it doesn't matter if the manual is classified.

01:54:15.000 We can tell what the manual is by their actions.

01:54:18.000 And Dr. Begich, what is that manual?

01:54:21.000 What are these globalists trying to build?

01:54:23.000 Well, you know, it all boils down again to control.

01:54:26.000 You know, to have individualism As it really is, it doesn't really work well for when you want an economy based on people just going to work a couple of jobs, making a little bit of money, and buying their trinkets.

01:54:41.000 And that's how they look at this.

01:54:43.000 And when you look at the overall idea of accumulating data and distributing that data in a way that allows people to make decisions.

01:54:51.000 Freedom of the press isn't about saying whatever you want.

01:54:54.000 Freedom of the press is about, and was about fundamentally, keeping an informed Group of individuals who could then decide what was best in terms of government and public policy.

01:55:05.000 And in every city you had very active newspapers.

01:55:08.000 Seven, eight newspapers in every major city.

01:55:10.000 Competing for the muck ranking.

01:55:12.000 Exactly.

01:55:13.000 And you had this lively public debate all the time about major policy issues.

01:55:19.000 And instead of going to a football game or drinking a six-pack, I mean, people really got into real politics, because real politics is, quite frankly, folks, it is addictive, it is obsessive, it's being part of the real world, it's being an actor in history, not somebody on the sidelines.

01:55:36.000 You know, Karl Rove joked that we're all just passive.

01:55:40.000 They make history. 0.99

01:55:41.000 Well, I'm here to tell that bastard that no, I am part of history. 0.99

01:55:44.000 I control my destiny to a certain extent, more than he does. 0.97

01:55:48.000 Yeah, you know, and that's again, you know, it's the idea of individualism, the idea of a freedom of the press really means keeping people informed and maintain the debate as being vigorous.

01:55:48.000 Go ahead, sorry.

01:55:58.000 And then what happened about a hundred years ago is this ideology emerged within journalism schools that we ought to be neutral, the media ought to be neutral.

01:56:07.000 Well, there is no neutral media.

01:56:08.000 Everybody has opinions and it's reflected in what you write.

01:56:12.000 What you have is dishonest media that claims neutrality when in fact they're pushing their own agenda, the agenda of advertisers or the owners.

01:56:21.000 The best media is that that invigorates debate and discussion because ultimately that debate and discussion leads to solutions.

01:56:28.000 You may not always agree with those but if it's done in that way you have full participation.

01:56:34.000 A hundred years ago No one had ever heard, don't have politics and religion, don't talk about, that's all people, they told us not to talk about it.

01:56:44.000 They told us we couldn't beat City Hall.

01:56:46.000 They, you know, it's like telling you that there's nothing outside the house, you know, it's like the Truman Show, but in reality there's a whole other world out there.

01:56:54.000 Exactly right, and you know the idea of... Isn't it paradigm management we're talking about?

01:56:59.000 I think so, you know, I think if people were fully aware of what our government was up to on all fronts, There would be a revolution in this country, and it would be a revolution of the average guy, and I think that's the revolution that we can look forward to, and I think in this country it'll be a peaceful revolution in the end of the day, but it won't happen... But they're going to try to make it violent!

01:57:20.000 Yeah, absolutely!

01:57:22.000 And you're seeing martial law declared in Louisiana right now, and exactly, if it becomes violent, it gives them the opportunity to suppress everyone equally, and that's not what this country is about.

01:57:41.000 Big Brother.

01:57:51.000 Mainstream media.

01:57:52.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:54.000 You want answers?

01:57:56.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:07.000 Well, just having a very enlightening and informative and important discussion with Dr. Nick Baggage.

01:58:13.000 He's been on us for about 40 minutes now.

01:58:16.000 He'll be with us for the balance of the broadcast, and he's such a gentleman that during my hyperventilating and freaking out about the New World Order, because I mean, I'm like a cornered animal, folks.

01:58:26.000 I see what it is.

01:58:27.000 I study it.

01:58:28.000 I can't believe how evil these people are. 0.99

01:58:30.000 I can't believe they operate at this level, how selfish and wicked they are. 0.93

01:58:35.000 I've been so busy being bombastic that we haven't even given you Dr. Baggish's website.

01:58:41.000 And later, come up in a few minutes, we'll tell you about some of his books and videos that are excellent.

01:58:45.000 But Dr. Baggish, before we take some calls, tell us about your websites.

01:58:49.000 Sure.

01:58:50.000 Our website is earthpulse.com.

01:58:52.000 E-A-R-T-H-P-U-L-S-E, earthpulse.com.

01:58:56.000 And we have a number of articles there, essays there.

01:58:59.000 People are free to take those articles and essays, reproduce them, get them out to the folks.

01:59:04.000 They cover a lot of the issues that we've covered over the years.

01:59:08.000 We also have two new DVDs that are being promoted there, a special on one on mind control technologies and one on technologies in the 21st century.

01:59:17.000 You know, we can also tell folks there's a toll-free number if folks aren't accessing the Internet.

01:59:23.000 And that's 888-690-1277.

01:59:28.000 Again, that's 888-690-1277.

01:59:32.000 And you sent me those videos.

01:59:34.000 I haven't watched them yet, but I have seen some of your past films.

01:59:37.000 They're excellent.

01:59:38.000 And, of course, I've read two of your fine books as well.

01:59:41.000 And coming up in the next segment that all the stations carry, we'll have you plug that website and phone number again.

01:59:47.000 But give us that website.

01:59:49.000 The website is earthpulse.com.

01:59:55.000 And the number of articles, take a look at those and get those out to folks.

01:59:58.000 We're about to go to calls, but what are some of the other issues?

02:00:01.000 I mean, I've got a stack of news here I want to get your comments on today, but what are some of the other issues you want to talk about in this hour, Dr. Baggett?

02:00:07.000 Well, I think if we can stay to the current events, I think that's what people are interested in today.

02:00:12.000 You know, maybe we can schedule again in the future and cover some of these other topics.

02:00:16.000 But I think the current events of what's happening with the economy as it's affecting, you know, not just this catastrophe in the southeast, but when you look at this war in Iraq and Afghanistan and what it's done to the price of materials and basic commodities in the country, this is only going to add a tremendous burden to the... By the way, did you know that in adjusted dollars it's already more expensive than World War I and will be more expensive in one year than World War II?

02:00:46.000 You know, I can certainly believe that.

02:00:47.000 And when you look at its impact on the average person's life, it has not been felt yet.

02:00:54.000 This is what happens, though, when you have a no-bid war.

02:00:57.000 If there were bids, I bet you'd be a third as much.

02:01:01.000 Absolutely.

02:01:01.000 Look who's benefiting once again.

02:01:03.000 Look at that corruption, though.

02:01:05.000 We're just not going to have bids.

02:01:06.000 Robert in Colorado, you're on the air.

02:01:08.000 Go ahead.

02:01:09.000 Go ahead, Robert.

02:01:13.000 Yeah, I guess Robert isn't there.

02:01:15.000 Who should I go to next?

02:01:17.000 Okay, that's fine.

02:01:17.000 Who should I go to next?

02:01:19.000 Christy in Missouri.

02:01:20.000 Go ahead, Christy.

02:01:21.000 Hi, Alex.

02:01:22.000 Hi, Christy.

02:01:23.000 Fortunately, I evacuated New Orleans seven years ago, but unfortunately, everybody in my family is now homeless and without a job.

02:01:33.000 I grew up along the 17th Street Canal, and they have kind of, within the last two years, they've actually been Working on that canal and reinforcing it with steel pilings, I guess you'd say.

02:01:49.000 And I don't really even know how it happened because they were pretty much complete with the renovation, I would think.

02:01:55.000 That's not what I've read, Dr. Baggage.

02:01:57.000 Well, you know, I had heard that they had completed a major section, and that was actually the section that failed.

02:02:03.000 And this was supposed to be the super-fortified stuff that they were doing down there, and it was ineffective.

02:02:10.000 And the reality is, we're estimating what these impacts are.

02:02:16.000 We didn't even have it straight on as they had expected, and this levy was Not engineered to handle it.

02:02:22.000 And apparently, you know, another federal project that just flat didn't work.

02:02:26.000 I got more.

02:02:27.000 Y'all stay there, Christine.

02:02:28.000 We'll get your comment on the other side.

02:02:30.000 Thanks for holding.

02:02:30.000 Then we'll go to Robert and Jason and Myron and Jim and everybody else.

02:02:37.000 But, um, why didn't we hire the Dutch? 1.00

02:02:41.000 The people that know what they're doing.

02:02:42.000 We'll be right back.

02:05:43.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents The Alex Jones Show, because there's a war on for your mind.

02:05:53.000 Look, not everybody are leaders. - People who try to listen to talk radio, try to read the newspaper, try to be informed, even though most of them are misinformed, or disinformed, they are still leaders.

02:06:10.000 They're attempting to be informed.

02:06:12.000 Instinctively they know information is power.

02:06:15.000 They're involved.

02:06:16.000 I really feel sorry for the general public that I talk to, but really that they don't even account in the equation Because they don't know how many states there are, who the Vice President is, the three branches of government, where Iraq is on a map, but they've sure got their comment on whether they're for or against it.

02:06:35.000 Having a population that is more dumbed down than you normally would in society is such a dangerous thing because it allows criminals and elites to abuse and use you out there.

02:06:48.000 And history shows there's no end to the level of abuse That these politicians and these leaders will carry out against you.

02:06:58.000 And, you know, one example of all of this that is pretty simple, and isn't even one of the most egregious examples, but it's something that you all know about, is that no bids have been allowed in the last three years on the eve of the Gulf War II and now during the occupation.

02:07:17.000 Now, in no free market country's history, I mean, even in England, hundreds of years ago, they had bids for, you know, supplying the Navy and the Army.

02:07:28.000 That's a free market system.

02:07:29.000 And people, you know, a lord who had voted for the war, wasn't allowed to, you know, sell anything to the Army.

02:07:39.000 I mean, it's obvious, folks.

02:07:41.000 You cannot get rich off of, but just out in the open, I mean, Dick Cheney's wife is on the board of Lockheed Martin and he gives them no-bid contracts?

02:07:51.000 I mean, we're talking about hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars a year.

02:07:55.000 And that's just open criminality.

02:07:57.000 We're going to go back to Christine and Robert and Megan and everybody here in just a second, but Dr. Baggage, it sounded like you were chomping at the bit to comment on no-bid contracts.

02:08:04.000 You know, I worked in public procurement at one point, and there's only a few reasons why you should go ever, ever, ever no-bid.

02:08:11.000 And one of them is proprietary sources over those sources that where somebody owns a patent where you really have to have that company do certain amount of work those are pretty limited and pretty rare the other is under an emergency procurement when there's no other competitive bidders that are easily seen on the market will vote neither of those cases really applied here the fact is there are many companies that were capable of responding when you look at who wins it's the insiders and you know we used to call it

02:08:41.000 Uh, corruption, just as it is.

02:08:42.000 And today, you know, they call it whatever they want to call it.

02:08:46.000 Uh, you know... Yeah, that's the thing.

02:08:47.000 They're doing things that are classically illegal that politicians have gone to prison for, you know, since World War II, World War I, Vietnam.

02:08:55.000 Now they just do it out in the open!

02:08:56.000 That's exactly right.

02:08:57.000 I mean, even the idea of how political campaigns are fueled, you know, we call what, uh, we call political contributions And what do those contributions get you?

02:09:07.000 They get you influence, access, and outcomes.

02:09:10.000 Well, we used to call that bribery.

02:09:11.000 We've just given it a politically corrupt name under the guise of reform, and here we are institutionalizing... Well, even 75 years ago, a politician didn't need a lot of money.

02:09:22.000 The newspapers would debate who had the best ideas.

02:09:26.000 Yeah, exactly right.

02:09:27.000 You know, here in Alaska, we had a U.S.

02:09:29.000 Senate race, a highly contested race, important for both parties, and they spent Between the soft money and the hard money, almost $20 million on a population of about a 200,000 people voting population in Alaska.

02:09:45.000 I mean, we only have 700,000 people here, a little less than 700,000 to begin with.

02:09:49.000 But those U.S. 0.91

02:09:50.000 Senate races are so valuable, most of that money came from outside of our state.

02:09:55.000 People have absolutely no concern about what happens in this part of the world.

02:09:59.000 But have every idea of what the value of a U.S.

02:10:04.000 Senator is for whatever their program is about.

02:10:07.000 And that kind of blatant corruption of the political process means that the individual's ability to access that political process is directly limited.

02:10:17.000 But let's illustrate that.

02:10:19.000 The so-called reform, the general public has been dumbed down to the point where They don't know that reform just means to change the form or change the structure.

02:10:28.000 Reform, i.e., means something good.

02:10:30.000 So we hear that we're going to reform the election process and what they double the amount Of soft money they can give, which is actually the very corrupt, dangerous type, and then say, but six months before an election, in some cases six weeks, you can't, Alex Jones can't interview gun owners of America, or I can't interview autobahns, whoever I want to interview, I can't talk about politicians, I can't say who I'm for, you know, months before an election.

02:10:58.000 I mean, folks, that's the First Amendment!

02:11:00.000 So they frontally attack the First Amendment, Meanwhile, doubling the corrupt money that can be given, and call it reform, Doctor?

02:11:09.000 Yep, you know, here in Alaska, I ran for office a year and a half ago, and when I went to buy radio time, you know, which is, you know, you're paying for the time, what we were told as local candidates running in legislative races here, that we couldn't buy any of that time, it was all reserved for the statewide national candidates, the statewide candidates.

02:11:30.000 What that essentially did is Limit us from being able to access the main media's, the mainstream media's that we need in order to run.

02:11:37.000 Well that's like Sidney Heenan wanted to run her ad that's like Milk Toast, going Bush-wide about WMD's, My Son Died.

02:11:43.000 And CBS goes, you can't run your ad, you know, because they found the WMD's. 0.94

02:11:48.000 These people are insane.

02:11:50.000 You know, and the fact of the matter is, when they start to constrain the political process, because the national Absolutely. 0.86

02:11:57.000 political interest which are not the interest of the average person.

02:12:00.000 That shows they're losing control.

02:12:01.000 That's a move of desperation.

02:12:02.000 Absolutely.

02:12:03.000 And I think that we're going to see more of those kinds of moves because as people wake up, the ability of these corporate interests to dictate those outcomes changes.

02:12:13.000 Now the things are important.

02:12:14.000 Now you're answering fully the question of the last hour.

02:12:18.000 Why do I have newscasts from Virginia and other areas where the police openly train the machine guns in the streets and call us rebels?

02:12:25.000 Why are there going to be rebels?

02:12:26.000 I mean, how do they know they're going to create rebels?

02:12:29.000 Well, it's again, they can model exactly what's happening socially.

02:12:34.000 They know that once things get to a certain critical mass, leadership starts to emerge, people start to take action.

02:12:42.000 And, you know, things start to change.

02:12:43.000 And that's the kind of real reform, the kind of revolutionary reform that the Founding Fathers anticipated, was when things got bad, people wake up and they change the form or the structure.

02:12:54.000 And it's not just our right, by the way.

02:12:56.000 It's not just our right, it is our duty.

02:12:58.000 It's absolutely our obligation.

02:13:00.000 And, you know, this is the price of freedom, is the ability to engage and stay engaged.

02:13:06.000 Even at personal cost.

02:13:08.000 The kinds of costs that are being racked up today... Well, I mean, clearly the evidence points towards that kills your father.

02:13:14.000 I mean, the evidence shows that, doesn't it?

02:13:15.000 Absolutely.

02:13:16.000 In fact, Dad was a very outspoken congressional leader.

02:13:20.000 He was on a plane with Hale Boggs.

02:13:22.000 Incidentally, Hale was from Louisiana, from New Orleans.

02:13:26.000 Boggs was a majority leader in the United States House, one of the most powerful people in the country.

02:13:31.000 Both of them were radicals from the stand that they did not believe that the system should operate in the way that it was.

02:13:39.000 Boggs was a very strong opponent of many federal agencies, including the FBI, because of their abuses of American civil liberties, even back in the 60s and 70s under the Hoover administration.

02:13:51.000 He had the guts to call for Hoover's resignation on the floor of the Congress, and it wasn't but a year or so later that the plane disappeared and was officially never recovered.

02:14:01.000 The fact is... You've already made a lot of sacrifices, is the point.

02:14:05.000 Yeah, you know, I think everybody has, and you know, mine hit really close to home when I was a young kid, and certainly had an impact on how I view the world.

02:14:14.000 But I don't think you give up, you know?

02:14:16.000 When you're being hit hard, you stand up and you fight back, and you do it with the right ways, Not with violence, not with that kind of disruption that just gets folks in trouble and creates workflow.

02:14:26.000 Yeah, I love these provocateurs that say, I'm bad because I won't call for armed insurrection.

02:14:30.000 I don't see them involved in armed insurrection.

02:14:32.000 No, and the fact of the matter is, what that does is silence you immediately because then there's a reason to put you in jail.

02:14:38.000 And that's not what we need.

02:14:39.000 We need leadership that wakes people up.

02:14:41.000 Yeah, I mean, they very well may put me in jail, but you know what?

02:14:44.000 They're going to do it all the way.

02:14:45.000 I'm not going to help them.

02:14:47.000 And the other part of that is, When they put you in jail, they'll be putting a lot of us in jail.

02:14:47.000 That's it.

02:14:51.000 At least we'll have a reunion of good people.

02:14:56.000 Well, I tell you, we've got to get to the cause here.

02:14:59.000 I mean, I'm out of control today, but you're bringing up so many good points.

02:15:01.000 But I have to tell you, Dr. Baggett, just two years ago, cops, military I talked to weren't waking up.

02:15:06.000 Now, almost all of them will quietly go, yeah, you're right, we all know the truth.

02:15:11.000 Yeah, we know.

02:15:12.000 I mean, I'm talking senior people, low-level people.

02:15:15.000 Are you finding that a lot of people, even in the system now, are going, oh my god, you guys were right about all of this?

02:15:20.000 Yep, I think we're seeing more of that.

02:15:22.000 And let's just hope that they have the strength and the character to stand up and do the right things when those moments come.

02:15:27.000 Because those moments will come in this country.

02:15:29.000 Alright, Christy, to finish up, you have friends and family in Louisiana.

02:15:34.000 Have you talked to them?

02:15:35.000 Yes, everyone was able to get out.

02:15:39.000 But everybody, you know, at least eight or nine different families, they've lost everything.

02:15:46.000 And their, you know, employment is gone as well, so I don't know.

02:15:49.000 But I wanted to point out, it was the city government, New Orleans, and then Jefferson Parish, which is borders right there with New Orleans.

02:15:57.000 They were so unprepared.

02:15:59.000 They did not even have a way to communicate with their officers.

02:16:04.000 Not the police officers, but their City government officers and the planning commission and you know they were just riding around aimlessly almost.

02:16:13.000 The mayor of New Orleans did not even have a satellite phone.

02:16:16.000 Well I mean fifty years ago when we had big disasters people knew how to respond more.

02:16:21.000 I mean nothing's ever perfect because you had civil emergency groups.

02:16:24.000 You had the government trusted the people and you had the relationship where they could call out civil defense or they could call out you know the local fire brigade or whatever.

02:16:35.000 Now They've severed that, and government's so afraid of everything that they all basically cower in fear.

02:16:42.000 And, I mean, what's happened here is shameful, and you're absolutely right.

02:16:46.000 I mean, I'm not trying to be mean here.

02:16:48.000 The government's done a horrible job in Louisiana, and they were told they needed hundreds of millions of dollars investment, and they did not engage in that investment.

02:16:56.000 And you've got to strengthen every levy, and you've got to have multiple levies.

02:17:00.000 The Dutch showed that. 0.99

02:17:01.000 I mean, you've got this A hundred billion dollar investment.

02:17:05.000 I'm sure it's bigger than New Orleans and the surrounding area.

02:17:08.000 You've got this huge capital area and these millions of people.

02:17:12.000 You've got a job to fortify it when the hydrologists or the hydrographers and the people are telling you that it's going to sink.

02:17:20.000 The hospitals are running out of power also.

02:17:23.000 They're going to have to evacuate all the hospitals.

02:17:25.000 I don't think it'll ever be the same.

02:17:25.000 It's bad.

02:17:26.000 I don't know.

02:17:27.000 Are you being told worse things by your family than what you hear on the news?

02:17:31.000 I can listen to the local radio.

02:17:32.000 I don't know if y'all can get that or not.

02:17:34.000 And I've been hearing a bunch of things that I was trying to get to on those topics.

02:17:38.000 Well, just stay there again for a second while we finish up.

02:17:41.000 And then we'll get to a bunch of other calls.

02:17:42.000 Stay with us.

02:17:47.000 Hi, this is Ted Anderson.

02:17:49.000 Have you ever wondered why banks, stockbrokers, investment advisors won't talk about gold for your IRA?

02:17:55.000 That's right.

02:17:56.000 Gold has been available to be placed in IRAs since 1986.

02:17:58.000 Yet still, the financial industry refuses to recognize the value of real hard assets for your retirement.

02:18:06.000 The truth be told, gold and silver has outperformed paper investments like stocks, bonds and CDs, yet no word about IRAs.

02:18:14.000 Perhaps the financial institutions want to maintain control of your assets by keeping you in paper.

02:18:20.000 If you'd like to take a look at gold for your retirement, call 800-686-2237.

02:18:25.000 Don't get left behind by rising inflation and low return on your paper investments.

02:18:43.000 The War on Terrorism.

02:18:48.000 Will it be fought overseas, or will it affect us here at home?

02:18:51.000 If you are like most folks, you want to be prepared, but can't afford an underground shelter.

02:18:56.000 So what do you do?

02:18:57.000 Did you know that you can use your home as a shelter against fallout and biological or chemical attacks?

02:19:02.000 With a little know-how, it's not that difficult.

02:19:43.000 The ideology powering the Democrats and Republicans is not liberalism or conservatism, but globalism.

02:19:52.000 Globalists are concerned with what's good for big business in the American empire, instead of what's fair for the American people.

02:19:58.000 The only antidote to the poison of globalism is nationalism.

02:21:43.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents The Alex Jones Show.

02:21:52.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

02:21:55.000 Christina, Missouri, finish up the points you wanted to make about your family in New Orleans.

02:21:59.000 Yes.

02:22:01.000 All people in 42 states can hear the WWL AM radio at nighttime on 870 AM.

02:22:09.000 And they're taking callers who are trapped in their homes Some of them have not had food or water since this happened.

02:22:16.000 No, I can listen to that station.

02:22:17.000 Sometimes I hear Pastor David J. Smith on it.

02:22:21.000 Yeah.

02:22:22.000 Well, they're doing just live coverage right now.

02:22:26.000 They've had a crack crew that's banning.

02:22:28.000 Well, that's the great part of talk radio is if it's on the scene, it can circumnavigate the mainstream controlled media.

02:22:34.000 What I'm getting from our sources that we've had on, people I personally know, that are in Louisiana, in New Orleans, is that it is much worse than we're hearing out there.

02:22:43.000 It is absolutely much worse.

02:22:46.000 What you're seeing on TV doesn't even tip the iceberg.

02:22:50.000 It is terrible.

02:22:52.000 I've heard the mayor of Battery, which is right against New Orleans, He basically has talked about the trees that have fallen over, pulling up the gas lines, the water lines, the sewer lines.

02:23:04.000 He already talked about all the electrical grid has to be reworked from the power plant.

02:23:09.000 And how long is that going to take?

02:23:12.000 Well, that's the problem with complex, compact cities and systems is that they're great to live in until there's a catastrophic failure, and then sometimes it's very hard to get it back up.

02:23:24.000 Thanks for the call.

02:23:25.000 Dr. Baggish, I wonder, the media normally loves to hype things in Fearmonger, and they first Fearmongered before Katrina hit.

02:23:32.000 Then when it was hitting, they said, oh, no big deal.

02:23:35.000 And then now they're going, well, it was pretty bad, but we're handling it.

02:23:38.000 The government's doing a great job.

02:23:40.000 Why are they minimizing?

02:23:43.000 Is that to make the politicians look good?

02:23:45.000 I think that's part of it.

02:23:46.000 And at the same time, think about it, as the stock markets start to get a full grip of the impact of this thing, the market's going to probably take a slide, at least in a big chunk of it.

02:23:59.000 It gives people time to get out.

02:24:01.000 And who gets out is the insiders, the people who already know.

02:24:05.000 The satellite images... I totally agree.

02:24:08.000 Listen, tell them everything's fine while we reposition.

02:24:11.000 That's exactly it.

02:24:12.000 You know, they reposition those stocks that are going to go up because of this disaster, building materials, raw commodities, you know, those kinds of situations.

02:24:20.000 And the same stuff that's already jacked up because of the Iraq War.

02:24:24.000 Exactly.

02:24:24.000 And then when you look at, you know, how would we get the intelligence to know what happened?

02:24:29.000 I mean, the satellite images tell all, and we get those regularly at the national level.

02:24:34.000 Why weren't those broadcast in the first hours after this event?

02:24:37.000 Why were they held for two days?

02:24:38.000 Well, why didn't the warning go out with the tsunamis?

02:24:39.000 It turns out that hours and hours before, they knew that our government didn't pass it on.

02:24:44.000 Exactly right.

02:24:45.000 And, you know, again, the excuses are, you know, from that event was we didn't want to create panic, there was no system to disseminate information.

02:24:53.000 Well, what's the excuse in this country?

02:24:55.000 Well, if they instantly put it on CNN, it would have been on the news there.

02:24:58.000 Yep, absolutely.

02:25:00.000 And the fact is, Uh, the word would have spread fast, people would have had time, things could have happened.

02:25:05.000 Well, it's on CNN when there's a 4.5 earthquake.

02:25:09.000 You have a, what was it?

02:25:11.000 It was in the 8th, I believe.

02:25:12.000 I think it was in the 8th or 9.6.

02:25:14.000 Yeah, you got a mega-quake, a mega-quake, and CNN decides not to report.

02:25:19.000 It doesn't make any sense at all.

02:25:21.000 I mean, the biggest natural disaster in modern history, and it doesn't get reported as it happens.

02:25:27.000 Why do you think we had that mega-quake and then all the aftershocks that were themselves huge quakes?

02:25:32.000 Well, I think again, you know, this region of the world is pretty unstable.

02:25:36.000 It always has been.

02:25:37.000 You know, the one area on the whole Pacific Rim that hasn't Issued a pretty good-sized quake along the west coast of the United States, off of Washington and Oregon and British Columbia.

02:25:49.000 The fact is, these areas have and always will have these great quakes periodically.

02:25:56.000 You're talking about the Ring of Fire.

02:25:58.000 Absolutely.

02:25:58.000 Which, we're not talking about a Johnny Cash song.

02:26:02.000 Don't we see half the population of the world on the Ring of Fire?

02:26:05.000 Yeah, that's exactly it.

02:26:07.000 And the west coast of the United States, I think so.

02:26:12.000 Uh, in the fault zones there that, you know, is expected to release.

02:26:15.000 You know, and you see sort of the rumblings of that, you know, Mount St.

02:26:19.000 Helens rumbling again.

02:26:20.000 What people don't see is two volcanoes in Alaska that have been rumbling for a long time.

02:26:24.000 But doesn't just a historical record of Italy, which isn't even near the Ring of Fire, having catastrophic problems in Rome's 500-year history, 400-year history, happened five or six times, but then the modern geologist said, don't worry, megaquakes every thousand years, it isn't going to happen.

02:26:40.000 And that's fundamentally wrong.

02:26:42.000 I mean, in the Americas, we're going to see earthquakes periodically of that size.

02:26:48.000 In the middle of the country, in Missouri, there is a major fault zone that has been building energy for quite some time that created The Mississippi to roll backwards, you know, when it went back in the 1800s.

02:27:01.000 It actually changed where it was running.

02:27:06.000 That's exactly it.

02:27:07.000 And, you know, these things are going to happen in this country.

02:27:10.000 You know, we've seen the effects of a natural disaster in the last few days.

02:27:15.000 These happen periodically, and being prepared is the answer, and I think it falls back to the individuals.

02:27:20.000 Our government is not prepared.

02:27:22.000 Well, I want to ask you, and then we'll go to the calls, I promise, folks.

02:27:24.000 I want to ask you about About what's happening at Yellowstone when we get back.

02:30:39.000 or visit calbempuresoap.com.

02:30:42.000 Look at this article.

02:30:51.000 Hundreds dead in Baghdad stampede.

02:30:54.000 More than 600 people have been killed in a stampede of Shia pilgrims in the northern Baghdad, Iraq officials say.

02:31:03.000 There was a rumor that someone had a suicide bomb in the crowd, so they stampeded, and at least 600 people have been confirmed to be dead.

02:31:14.000 That number could go as high as 1,000, the BBC is reporting.

02:31:20.000 So 600, that's more than have died in the last year from suicide bombings.

02:31:24.000 All in just the twinkling of an eye because of mob psychology.

02:31:28.000 Remember old ladies in their wheelchairs getting knocked over and Police being stampeded at a high school where they were selling laptops for fifty bucks a piece.

02:31:39.000 Mob psychology is so scary and the government, the manipulators, use that to control us with events like 9-11.

02:31:46.000 Giving up your freedom, being part of a mob mentality never gives you safety.

02:31:51.000 It's that same theme Dr. Beggars has been talking about for the last hour and a half with us, is rugged individualism.

02:32:01.000 I want to get his comment on Yellowstone.

02:32:04.000 But first, before we do that and then go to some calls, tell folks about your new videos and new book.

02:32:10.000 Yeah, the videos we have out, we have two new ones.

02:32:14.000 One called Technologies for the 21st Century.

02:32:21.000 Both of them with complimentary CD-ROMs for documents that go with them are $35.

02:32:26.000 You can get them, both of them, for that price at EarthPulse.com.

02:32:32.000 Or by dialing toll-free 888-690-1277.

02:32:36.000 And the books we have out are Earth Rising and Earth Rising 2.

02:32:42.000 We still of course have our classic Angels Don't Play This Harp available as well.

02:32:46.000 And I want to briefly talk a little bit about the harp system.

02:32:49.000 But let's go to a few of these callers, then we'll get into Yellowstone.

02:32:54.000 Okay.

02:32:55.000 Robert in Colorado, go ahead.

02:32:57.000 Good morning, Alexander.

02:32:58.000 Thanks for taking my call.

02:32:59.000 I wonder why I couldn't get through last week, and now I know you're on vacation, hoping to enjoy your time off.

02:33:03.000 I haven't ever had a vacation in more than two days, and I took the whole week off.

02:33:08.000 Cool, cool.

02:33:09.000 You deserve it, man.

02:33:10.000 I want to go off topic a little bit, if I could, sir, real quick.

02:33:14.000 One argument people have in favor of illegal immigration is that it's a form of cheap labor, and they perform jobs that... Yeah, and it drives down wages and displaces everybody else.

02:33:26.000 It's horrible.

02:33:27.000 It's an easy argument to break.

02:33:28.000 The one point I have a problem with is, for example, Alexander Jones would never squat in a tomato patch for $5 a day.

02:33:36.000 What's your rebuttal to that argument?

02:33:38.000 Well, number one, that's not true.

02:33:40.000 Okay?

02:33:41.000 And, you know, we hear that Alexander Jones or Dr. Dick Begich will not work at a tomato patch.

02:33:47.000 Well, if they put 10-15 cents per tomato on it, we would then all have the money to buy that.

02:33:54.000 You see, look, I can't get into an economic treatise here, but I've read a lot of You know, different schools of economics, and most of them have been bought off and paid for.

02:34:03.000 But we get the economy we want.

02:34:05.000 We get the food we demand.

02:34:07.000 When we all go, oh, well, I'm eating the lowest common denominator of GM food because I get it cheap.

02:34:14.000 No, that's a fraud.

02:34:15.000 That's all you're going to be able to get, and that's a centralized system that's actually going to jack up prices over time.

02:34:23.000 So, we've always had people that want to go out and pick tomatoes.

02:34:28.000 And also, we've always had migrant populations that wanted to do it.

02:34:33.000 That's fine!

02:34:34.000 They're a very small part of the 30 million illegal aliens, or probably 5 million of the illegal aliens that are in this country.

02:34:41.000 You want to let 5 million in to do it?

02:34:43.000 Fine!

02:34:44.000 They're not doing that.

02:34:45.000 They're taking all the jobs. 0.52

02:34:47.000 And again, I'm not against these people individually.

02:34:49.000 The corporations openly have said they want to drop down our wages to get control to make us all third world in a way that will solve the illegal immigration problem because then they won't want to come here because we're going to be third world as well.

02:35:01.000 So it's being used as an economic weapon by the elite to basically beat the population over the head and change the economic structure.

02:35:12.000 Ultra-rich elites, and thanks for the call, Robert.

02:35:16.000 Your phone's cut now.

02:35:17.000 They always attack the middle class, and they will use the enslaved, impoverished, feudal class to do that whenever they're threatened. 0.81

02:35:27.000 Dr. Baggage?

02:35:28.000 You know, this has been going on forever, you know.

02:35:31.000 It was Henry Ford that figured out if you pay your people enough money, they might actually buy the stuff they're making.

02:35:37.000 And you know, when you look at You know, the cost of agriculture production, you know, we used to do it with slaves.

02:35:43.000 You know, we decided that wasn't a good idea, but it was basically an economic issue.

02:35:47.000 You know, the idea of a slave-driven economy of the 17 and 1800s.

02:35:53.000 What's the difference today?

02:35:54.000 I mean, we put a few dollars attached to it, but people live in essentially the same kind of conditions.

02:36:00.000 You know, is this the right thing?

02:36:02.000 You know, I think immigration, labor, Migrant workers have been around, they are going to be around forever, but citizenship is a whole other thing.

02:36:11.000 And the idea of boosting average earnings, which have not been boosting, I mean, they've been going the opposite direction.

02:36:17.000 The so-called global economy is basically bringing everyone into that same position of being a migrant worker. 0.93

02:36:24.000 You know, here in Alaska we have certain rights and privileges that you don't get in the rest of the country.

02:36:29.000 I mean, once a year, I do what's called subsistence fishing, where I go out with nets and I nail down about 600 pounds of Alaska salmon each year to carry my family through the winter.

02:36:39.000 And it's more of a tradition than a requirement.

02:36:42.000 But you know, it used to be in this country that the average person grew most of their own food, produced most of their own means to sustain themselves.

02:36:50.000 That isn't happening today.

02:36:52.000 It makes us even more vulnerable to a more directed and controlled society.

02:36:55.000 And that also destroys community.

02:36:57.000 I mean, it's fun to get together with your neighbors and engage in agricultural behaviors.

02:37:02.000 We're designed to do it.

02:37:04.000 Folks, if you ever did it, it's very addicting.

02:37:06.000 I know that you work with the native tribes there.

02:37:09.000 I mean, is that not very fulfilling?

02:37:11.000 Absolutely.

02:37:12.000 I mean, it's a great thing.

02:37:13.000 I mean, you're with people, you're doing something that's productive, you're You're receiving the benefits of what the earth can produce in a very direct and meaningful way.

02:37:22.000 I mean, I think it brings you back into focus in a lot of ways about what is really important in life.

02:37:27.000 And it's about community.

02:37:28.000 It's about people.

02:37:29.000 It's about family.

02:37:31.000 It's things traditional people throughout the world Remember and participate in, and as we urbanize, we quickly forget, and then we become dependent upon systems that we have absolutely very little, if any, control over.

02:37:44.000 And the corporate controlled government, and I have their textbooks, actively attacks the family.

02:37:49.000 Absolutely.

02:37:50.000 And this idea of independence in agriculture, independence in energy, I mean, think back.

02:37:56.000 A hundred years ago, people were pretty self-sufficient.

02:37:59.000 That isn't here today.

02:38:00.000 Even back in the 60s, tradespeople could make a good living, could figure on owning their home.

02:38:07.000 Both people weren't required to work within a household.

02:38:09.000 People had the expectation.

02:38:11.000 And could do.

02:38:12.000 Put their kids through school, put their kids through college, and retire.

02:38:16.000 You know, you cannot do that today.

02:38:18.000 The American dream... I know, and people keep trying to have that, so they're working an average of 2.4 jobs.

02:38:24.000 And just doing every... And then, oh, you've got to have the trinkets.

02:38:24.000 Right.

02:38:27.000 Instead of spending time with your children, so they're not owned by the government, they're mines, you've got to work extra to buy them both iPods.

02:38:35.000 I mean, who cares?

02:38:36.000 And it's not important.

02:38:37.000 In the end of the day, You know, we've got friends that have kind of gone off the grid up here, and actually their quality of life improved.

02:38:45.000 I mean, they don't have the things that the urban folks think are important, but when you look at quality of life and the stress levels that get reduced, it is phenomenal.

02:38:54.000 You know, the fact is we don't need every new gadget that comes along.

02:38:58.000 If we put a little more effort into our households and a little less

02:39:01.000 uh... demand in our working yeah there's some things that we can do and and realizing that people on the bottom end of the economic scale can't make those decisions that's where the point is there's nothing wrong with gadgets and things but when you hold that up as numero uno that is a literal idol it's it's it's a type of control absolutely lead us around like a donkey with a carrot in front of it i mean it's so many people will do i mean i see these poor families you know they gotta have the michael jordan two hundred dollar sneakers

02:39:31.000 I mean, it makes no sense at all.

02:39:34.000 I mean, it just doesn't make sense at all.

02:39:36.000 Instead of investing that, or getting involved, they're just so unhappy.

02:39:41.000 Madison Avenue is a master at creating the perception that we can't be happy without their fad. 1.00

02:39:50.000 And with that then comes all the control.

02:39:52.000 Folks, it's mind control. 0.86

02:39:55.000 Absolutely.

02:39:56.000 When you look at what's happening even in... I mean, look at the media.

02:39:59.000 What are the most things that are promoted on media?

02:40:02.000 They're promoting, first of all, fear.

02:40:04.000 Look at the pharmaceutical ads.

02:40:06.000 Even deodorant ads are about fear, ultimately.

02:40:08.000 I mean, you might smell bad.

02:40:09.000 I mean, all these things play on people's fears and weaknesses and then try and create solutions for what they create as the problems.

02:40:17.000 I mean, and when you look at it, You know, what do they do in advertising pharmaceuticals?

02:40:22.000 What average person is going to have a clue about what those pharmaceuticals are going to do?

02:40:26.000 He doesn't even say what it is.

02:40:27.000 It's just you're going to be good looking and jump around on mountaintops if you take Strigonium-12.

02:40:33.000 By the way, it will cause you to have seizures and die, but it's wonderful and you've got to have it.

02:40:37.000 Yeah, exactly.

02:40:38.000 And what has that done?

02:40:39.000 It's driven the price of pharmaceuticals up in the country, placing them out of the reach of a lot of people.

02:40:44.000 And again, the globalists see us as like their energy source.

02:40:48.000 We have to pay quadruple what anybody else pays.

02:40:50.000 We pay for development of it.

02:40:52.000 That's exactly right.

02:40:53.000 We literally, folks, are the energy source of the globalists.

02:40:56.000 Absolutely.

02:40:57.000 And they tax The productive power of this country's people in a way that most of us just kind of drift through and don't pay much attention to, but then when you try and get around those systems, they start shutting down the Canadian border, you know, for pharmaceuticals.

02:41:12.000 We've got elders going across on buses and they want to shut that down.

02:41:16.000 You know, the fact of the matter is we have a controlled economy that is benefiting the rich and the multinationals at the expense of the average person.

02:41:25.000 Yeah, I mean, how is that free market, free trade, that you can't buy drugs where you want?

02:41:29.000 Yeah, it's not free.

02:41:30.000 It's only... The only freedom in free trade is free for profiteers to make as much as they can at the expense of the public.

02:41:38.000 That's what free trade is about.

02:41:38.000 And again, it's like robbing a bank in the free market.

02:41:40.000 I love these people.

02:41:41.000 Oh, Alex is against the free market.

02:41:43.000 He said, these corporations own documents, own admissions, saying, we are predatory.

02:41:48.000 We wage war against, you know, these indigenous populations. 1.00

02:41:52.000 That means us.

02:41:53.000 They go pay off a politician to pay them a bunch of corporate welfare. 0.93

02:41:56.000 That is the opposite of free market.

02:41:58.000 Let's go to Megan in Pennsylvania.

02:42:00.000 I really appreciate it.

02:42:00.000 Thanks for holding.

02:42:01.000 Hi.

02:42:01.000 Go ahead.

02:42:02.000 Thanks a lot.

02:42:03.000 I have... Well, okay, I'll just get to the one thing instead of everything else I thought of.

02:42:08.000 Do either of you know about the Pentagon report that was written last year, supposedly for the President, about global warming?

02:42:15.000 And the thing that bothered me about reading it was not so much that whether global warming is man-made or natural, but their whole idea that This would be a, the phraseology was that it would be worse for our country than any terrorist attack could ever be, that it would impact the economy and So, like, watching what's going on... Well, you have to understand, they stick with that word, global warming, that term, because they've got energy taxes and world government they're going to set up off a crisis.

02:42:44.000 So, again, I'm not saying that there aren't climate changes.

02:42:47.000 The evidence is there clearly is, but as Dr. Begich said, it's cooling here, heating there.

02:42:51.000 Right.

02:42:52.000 I just see the way that the whole report, you can find it on the DOD website.

02:42:56.000 Well, regardless, there are crises coming, there are crises that are here.

02:42:59.000 Right, and they're using it as if this is a perfect little practice run of how to I'm pretty scared a little bit about, you know, how this is going to domino across the country.

02:43:08.000 I mean, you said you're reading something about in Atlanta.

02:43:11.000 They're already saying, well, there's not going to be gas in Atlanta this weekend, you know.

02:43:14.000 And again, that's the oil companies.

02:43:16.000 Look at the neocons.

02:43:17.000 It's all neocons saying this.

02:43:19.000 Jeb Bush started all this.

02:43:21.000 Dr. Maggots?

02:43:22.000 Yeah, absolutely.

02:43:23.000 You know, this is again, you know, it really places the individual in this panic mode.

02:43:28.000 And let me tell you something.

02:43:30.000 As a person that understands what happens in human physiology, when you're in panic or fear... You shift into primitive brain function.

02:43:37.000 That's exactly right.

02:43:38.000 If you look at EEGs and you look at what the brain is doing, you are not capable of making the kinds of intellectual decisions that you make when you're exhibiting the higher emotions of compassion, consideration, of confidence.

02:43:52.000 Those are the things that we need in times of crisis, not panic.

02:43:55.000 And the key element in all of this is Not just to come to fear, but to recognize that these things are coming.

02:44:02.000 We are not helping.

02:44:03.000 Yeah, recognize there's a threat and take action.

02:44:05.000 That's empowering.

02:44:07.000 I mean, I was in Crawford and there were these full-grown men who thought they were conservatives and they were like, they're gonna come over here and get me if I don't do what Bush says!

02:44:16.000 Take my rights away or don't get me!

02:44:19.000 I mean, Americans have never behaved like that.

02:44:21.000 Just groveling in fear, worshiping their government.

02:44:25.000 I mean, what happened to these people?

02:44:27.000 We have the most extreme example here in Alaska.

02:44:29.000 We have Senator Stevens who is the chair of appropriations.

02:44:33.000 He's the king of pork.

02:44:34.000 He's brought in more money than anyone in the history of this state.

02:44:38.000 And yet he has made statements that in any other state they would have hung him if he didn't have this seniority.

02:44:43.000 But it's about the money.

02:44:45.000 It's about what the guy brings in.

02:44:47.000 He challenged individuals here, cost people jobs. 0.95

02:44:51.000 He's a tyrant. 0.51

02:44:53.000 You know, he's tolerated as a tyrant. 0.90

02:44:55.000 There's no room for tyranny within a democratic republic.

02:44:58.000 There's only room for service and public life.

02:45:01.000 And these politicians who have forgotten... You just hit the nail on the head, Dr. Baggage.

02:45:06.000 Twenty years ago, they were all called servants.

02:45:08.000 Now it's officials, authorities.

02:45:11.000 We're civilians.

02:45:13.000 You're only a civilian, folks, in martial law.

02:45:16.000 Your mayor calls you a civilian in martial law.

02:45:19.000 That's exactly right.

02:45:20.000 I mean, my younger brother is mayor of Anchorage, which is the biggest city in the state.

02:45:24.000 It's half the population.

02:45:26.000 And I can tell you, you know, things are changing.

02:45:29.000 And the idea of political change still being possible, I think that is possible at the local level.

02:45:35.000 But even at the local level, as I said, there's a lot of forces that get in the way.

02:45:40.000 And those forces need to be taken away.

02:45:42.000 You know, here in Alaska, we still have initiative processes, ways for the public To weigh in.

02:45:47.000 And people do periodically weigh in.

02:45:49.000 And the globalists are trying to close those doors.

02:45:52.000 We need to use them and widen those doors.

02:45:54.000 Absolutely.

02:45:55.000 In fact, even here, we've had multinational oil companies, which have a big say in Alaskan politics, trying to shut those doors because of potential public interest litigants.

02:46:05.000 I filed an antitrust suit with two other prominent Alaskans back when Atlantic Richfield was going to sell out and cause a monopoly by British Petroleum on Alaskan oil.

02:46:16.000 You know, the fact is, we were able to file a public interest litigation in advance of the western states eventually getting injunctions.

02:46:24.000 But the fact of the matter is, individuals could do that here, and we could do that here as public interest litigants.

02:46:29.000 And they can't stop us all!

02:46:31.000 They can't defeat all of us.

02:46:32.000 Megan, quickly, anything else?

02:46:33.000 Yeah, just one other thing.

02:46:34.000 I just want to say that the hardest job, but the best job I ever had was fishing for halibut up in Alaska.

02:46:39.000 Oh, that's great.

02:46:40.000 That's great.

02:46:41.000 It's one of the most beautiful places in our country.

02:46:44.000 It is, indeed.

02:46:45.000 Thank you, Megan.

02:46:46.000 You know, I'm just going to say this right here.

02:46:49.000 All over the country we're seeing good things happen, but believe me, you're not going to hear... I used to say Peter Jennings, but he's dead now.

02:46:56.000 You're not going to hear Brian Williams up there telling you about the good things that are going to happen. 0.97

02:47:01.000 It's about how you don't have power, how you're pathetic, but how the government's going to save you. 0.96

02:47:06.000 And what is the government? 0.98

02:47:07.000 It's a bought and paid for instrument of these corrupt corporate interests.

02:47:12.000 And I mean, Dr. Baggage, looking at this, When we finally get down to brass tacks with the New World Order, so many people that have been in denial in the power structure at mid-levels, who aren't truly evil, but have just been diluted, who've been rationalizing, they're now having to really make those decisions. 0.94

02:47:31.000 And I think their end is one of the really big Achilles heels for these parasites. 0.62

02:47:40.000 That I think is true. 0.97

02:47:41.000 You know, when you look around the country, again, people are waking up to a certain degree.

02:47:47.000 Again, it's a lot of information doesn't migrate.

02:47:49.000 You know, the wire services.

02:47:51.000 You know, one of the biggest issues in climate change that hasn't even been addressed is, you know, we're having a major meltdown in the Arctic.

02:47:59.000 And what that does is there is an ice cap that goes across Siberia, Alaska, Canada, the northern regions.

02:48:06.000 that actually has suppressed the release of naturally decaying substances that release methane into the environment.

02:48:12.000 Well, that methane gas, because of temperature changes in our part of the world, are being released at huge, huge levels.

02:48:19.000 You're talking about tens of thousands of years of animal done.

02:48:24.000 Exactly.

02:48:25.000 And now it's coming, you know, now it's finally decaying.

02:48:28.000 I mean, there's 30, 40,000 year old carcasses now decaying in the Arctic that have been frozen for that many years.

02:48:36.000 And this is all, all of this is going to have a huge, huge roll-up impact.

02:48:41.000 It is already being felt in our region.

02:48:43.000 It's accelerating.

02:48:44.000 We'll be right back, we've got a break.

02:48:46.000 What really happened September 11th, and who stands to gain?

02:48:50.000 Alex Jones here, America.

02:48:51.000 We answer these vital questions and much, much more in my newest, most explosive documentary yet, 9-1-1, The Road to Tyranny.

02:48:57.000 In two hours and 24 minutes, we point a searing light of truth on the history of problem-reaction solution.

02:49:03.000 Brace yourselves as the New World Order The program for world domination is blown wide open.

02:49:07.000 A nightmarish post-September 11th world where the military and the police are merged.

02:49:11.000 Witnesses populations beg for national ID cards and yes, even implantable microchips.

02:51:48.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

02:51:54.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:51:58.000 We've got to get him back on in the near future.

02:52:04.000 We're going to go to him in a second.

02:52:05.000 But just look at the news here.

02:52:06.000 FBI Library Records Probe hits home.

02:52:09.000 Patriot Act defense and homeless transit case gets boosts from the feds.

02:52:15.000 Oh yes, homeless people can be arrested under the Patriot Act.

02:52:18.000 See, everything's terror, folks.

02:52:21.000 Britain uses hate law to ban animal rights campaigner who doesn't even call for violence.

02:52:26.000 Again, folks, I don't like, you know, the general animal rights crowd.

02:52:29.000 I don't agree with them, but again, banning them.

02:52:31.000 You can't travel to England.

02:52:33.000 Very interesting.

02:52:35.000 Dumping of U.S. 0.80

02:52:36.000 dollar could trigger economic September 11th. 0.63

02:52:39.000 No, Alex Jones didn't write that.

02:52:41.000 The Australian that did, one of the major papers of Australia.

02:52:45.000 Here's another one, eBay drop-off store owners arrested over fingerprinting dispute.

02:52:50.000 I have friends that have these businesses.

02:52:52.000 They're locally, and when you go in to sell your stuff, you've got to be fingerprinted.

02:52:58.000 Again, training you to be fingerprinted to buy and sell.

02:53:01.000 Folks, I have a stack of these articles.

02:53:03.000 Dr. Baggage, here's another one.

02:53:05.000 Reuters cameraman to be held in Abu Ghraib.

02:53:07.000 They already killed one of them, injured him, and they aren't apologizing.

02:53:12.000 They're not saying he did anything wrong, but they're going to question the wounded guy in the torture camp, and I'm sure after they torture him, he'll say that they didn't do anything wrong.

02:53:22.000 Yeah, you know, this idea of ID'ing folks in this way, biometrics is what they're calling this, you know, whether it's using fingerprints or iris scans, ultimately, you know, the idea of implant technologies is where we see it going, and it is going to control your ability to buy and sell.

02:53:40.000 What did you think when you heard Tommy Thompson was going to travel the country telling school kids to take chips?

02:53:47.000 You know, they've already been pushing for this.

02:53:50.000 I mean, before 9-11, nobody would tolerate it.

02:53:53.000 But since 9-11, the very same companies that evolved this technology are now talking about a first for prisoners, for children to protect them, for political leadership to protect them.

02:54:07.000 Again, using fear as a motivation.

02:54:09.000 Elders who are losing mental faculties. 1.00

02:54:11.000 But eventually it's everyone, and even papers like the Revolutionary Military Affairs and Conflicts Short of War produced by the U.S.

02:54:18.000 Army War College talks about this technology for business travelers.

02:54:22.000 The reality is the biggest problem in the country that's being focused on for economics Affecting credit card companies is identity theft.

02:54:29.000 The solution for identity theft is positive ID.

02:54:33.000 Exactly, and I've researched it.

02:54:34.000 It's the companies predominantly selling data packages that are causing it.

02:54:39.000 They've caused the problem and now they're giving us a solution that has nothing to do with it.

02:54:43.000 Absolutely.

02:54:44.000 Jason in Maryland, go ahead quickly.

02:54:45.000 Go ahead, Jason.

02:54:47.000 I wanted to know if the National ID card is law yet and where we stand on the Patriot Act 2, how close that is, the Patriot Act 2.

02:54:55.000 Patriot Act 2 is very close.

02:54:56.000 Lord Gonzalez is pushing it, who says the government's above the law.

02:55:00.000 And they did pass a Real ID Act about six months ago, and they're attempting to enforce it at the state level.

02:55:07.000 And comments, Dr. Baggage, quickly?

02:55:08.000 Yeah, the driver's licenses are the first attack to sort of nationalize those, you know, in terms of formatting.

02:55:15.000 But national ID is going to be the big push.

02:55:18.000 It's going to be predicated on the idea of terrorism, illegal immigration, whatever excuses they can use to generate fear for people to give up their civil liberties.

02:55:26.000 And I say don't give them up.

02:55:27.000 Fight for them.

02:55:28.000 Do the things that an infused public can do.

02:55:31.000 Thank you, Jason.

02:55:32.000 Quickly, Jim in Texas.

02:55:33.000 You've got 45 seconds.

02:55:36.000 Uh, yes, sir.

02:55:36.000 I just wanted to give you guys a real quick info.

02:55:39.000 Uh, we both don't believe that the hurricane was, uh, well, somebody did something with it because if you take a look at the satellite photos at Franklin speaking radio and click on the weather control, you can clearly see a circle, excuse me, a rectangle and a pentagon.

02:55:55.000 Yeah, listen, thanks for the call. 0.89

02:55:56.000 Don't ever expect me to promote that type of trash. 0.90

02:55:59.000 Thanks for the call. 0.98

02:56:00.000 I appreciate it.

02:56:01.000 Hey, uh, listen, I want to thank you, Dr. Baggage, for coming on the show.

02:56:04.000 Hey, always a pleasure.

02:56:06.000 God bless you, my friend, and give us that website again.

02:56:08.000 It's earthpulse.com, E-A-R-T-H-P-U-L-S-E dot com.

02:56:14.000 Alright, well I want to thank you for the great work you've done, and we've got to get you back on to talk about real weather modification in the near future.

02:56:21.000 Looking forward to it.
