01:00:46.000 They tried to successfully push this in 86 and they couldn't do it but they said that now because they have a fresh new batch of lawmakers that they think it's going to pass.

01:00:55.000 But let me tell you this Alex, the Boston Police Patrolmen's Association is totally against this.
