Alex Jones Show - 20051209_Fri_Alex

00:00:01.000 Big Brother Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:22.000 I say this every Monday and almost every Friday, but the weeks are just...

00:00:33.000 Evaporating, exploding, and in some cases sneaking past us.

00:00:39.000 It feels like it's Tuesday, but no, it's Friday, already the ninth day of December, 2005, in this final month of 05.

00:00:50.000 What an eventful year.

00:00:54.000 And we're going to have wide open phones today.

00:00:57.000 We have one guest joining us.

00:00:59.000 Scheduled in the middle of the next hour.

00:01:03.000 We've interviewed a lot of different members of Congress and some former members as well, but I've never interviewed Bob Barr.

00:01:10.000 And he's been very outspoken in the last few years against the Patriot Act.

00:01:15.000 And then last week I saw him write a great story editorial about the use of the military against the American people.

00:01:22.000 So Congressman Bob Barr is scheduled, as they say, in the middle of the next hour, or right in the middle of this transmission today.

00:01:34.000 We will have wide open phones, there is just so much news to cover and we're going to be going over all of it today.

00:01:44.000 I'm also going to ask Bob Barr why he voted for the Patriot Act but now is so against it.

00:01:52.000 Interesting little point there.

00:01:54.000 The Chinese police kill villagers during two-day land protest.

00:01:59.000 This is a lot bigger than Tiananmen Square in the numbers of dead.

00:02:04.000 And they are just taking the villagers' property.

00:02:08.000 And literally, folks, in China, people just starve to death and die on the side of the street. 0.87

00:02:12.000 Just type in dead bodies in China, or for some reason you type in Chinese execution and for some reason that gets pictures of dead old people and dead toddlers and dead babies rotting on the sides of the street.

00:02:25.000 They'll cover them up with a newspaper and then let, well, there aren't really any dogs to be feeding on the babies.

00:02:33.000 Of course they issued an order a few years ago in one province to turn all your dogs in.

00:02:36.000 You're not allowed to have dogs.

00:02:37.000 Just total tyranny!

00:02:41.000 But, uh, this is in the Washington Post, reporting on it like the police are good, and they're nice, loving people, and it says they're in their black uniforms and black masks.

00:02:49.000 And again, globally, same uniforms as the U.S., just all part of the global control.

00:02:54.000 Magically, eight years ago, everyone starts wearing these uniforms.

00:02:57.000 And they just opened fire with machine guns, and you don't like giving up your property?

00:03:02.000 Well, of course, Mao, uh, they're now saying Mao, uh, the Communist Chinese Party over in China, Released a government book five years ago admitting that 54,000, excuse me, 54 million, Freudian slip, I wish it was 54,000, 54 million people died during the Cultural Revolution and the Great Leap Forward.

00:03:27.000 Many of them at machine gun point, knife point, bayonet point, many others starving to death by design.

00:03:33.000 That's why China is the apple of the globalist eye.

00:03:36.000 No one has killed more than they.

00:03:39.000 No one has implemented globalism more than they.

00:03:42.000 No one has brought forward the promises of global extermination more than they.

00:03:48.000 They're being used to leverage out our economy right now, totally shut down our society right now.

00:03:56.000 And, uh, here they are machine gunning the villagers, and imagine ten years ago you would have had weeping, wailing, gnashing of teeth, pulling out of hair.

00:04:05.000 How dare the Chycoms! 1.00

00:04:06.000 Now it's just, their police have dealt with the problem, did an excellent job!

00:04:11.000 And that's the attitude.

00:04:14.000 Man, I wish we were a cohesive unit like them Chycomers. 1.00

00:04:19.000 You're against the Chycoms, you're a communist. 1.00

00:04:21.000 You're a liberal.

00:04:23.000 So that's the, uh, whole view now.

00:04:26.000 Paul Watts has an excellent article here.

00:04:28.000 Miami bomb incident starts to look suspicious.

00:04:31.000 Eyewitnesses says that the individual they shot dead, Al Bazaar, never mentioned bomb.

00:04:39.000 Passengers were more afraid of air marshals pointing guns to their heads. 0.99

00:04:42.000 So we reserve judgment on this, but big fat stinking rat here. 1.00

00:04:47.000 Big fat stinking commie rat in the words of one of the generals in Dr. Strangelove. 0.99

00:04:55.000 So we'll get into this and a lot more today! 0.99

00:04:59.000 Stay with us.

00:08:00.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

00:08:04.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:07.000 Alright, this show lined up for you today on this live Friday, the 9th day of December 2005 edition.

00:08:17.000 I am Alex Jones, your host.

00:08:19.000 I'm not a liberal, I'm not a conservative, I'm a freedom lover.

00:08:23.000 That means I support the First Amendment and the Second Amendment.

00:08:27.000 I support the Fourth Amendment and the Tenth Amendment, the Seventh Amendment, And I see our country being dismantled, and it is public.

00:08:36.000 It is not a secret.

00:08:39.000 It is world government being built in front of all of our eyes, right in front of our faces.

00:08:46.000 Congressman, former Congressman Bob Bard, talking about the Patriot Act and a lot more, coming up in the middle of the next hour.

00:08:51.000 We're going to have open phones today.

00:08:53.000 Wide open phones, long-time callers, first-time callers, folks who I've tried to get in in the past.

00:08:58.000 Go ahead and try to get in today.

00:08:59.000 We'd love to hear from you.

00:09:01.000 We take calls throughout the broadcast today.

00:09:03.000 We just got Barr on for a segment, so plenty of time to take your calls and cover the news.

00:09:08.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:09:08.000 1-800-259-9231. 800-259-9231.

00:09:17.000 And we'll get you up and on the air.

00:09:20.000 All right.

00:09:21.000 Chinese police kill villagers during two-day land protests.

00:09:27.000 We're going to get into this new Tiananmen Square.

00:09:30.000 And I tell you, some of these Chinese peasants, they've got more Americana, more love of freedom than the American people do.

00:09:38.000 What could we do with a few million of those Chinese peasants of the billion? 0.96

00:09:43.000 Three hundred and something million.

00:09:46.000 Miami bomb incident starts to look suspicious.

00:09:50.000 Eyewitnesses say that the man who was killed never mentioned bomb.

00:09:52.000 Passengers were more afraid of air marshals putting guns to their heads.

00:09:55.000 It looks like he had a panic attack, obviously induced from the serotonin reuptake inhibitor.

00:10:02.000 And there's been an amazing little piece written by one of our listeners.

00:10:04.000 I'll tell you, some of these articles and stories and blurbs and comments and editorials that are written by our listeners are just better than I can write.

00:10:11.000 Obedience is the law.

00:10:13.000 Public execution of innocence keeps you safe.

00:10:15.000 I'm going to read what Hazel from, I believe she's in England, said.

00:10:20.000 We'll go over that.

00:10:21.000 We have it posted up on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com right now.

00:10:27.000 But the White House is saying they back the Air Marshal's actions.

00:10:30.000 Now, again, I reserved comment the last day and a half.

00:10:34.000 Now, I really can't reserve comment.

00:10:36.000 It's just a cold-blooded killing.

00:10:38.000 He didn't say bomb.

00:10:39.000 It's all lies.

00:10:41.000 They just didn't like somebody flipping out on them. 0.99

00:10:44.000 Which, people who aren't even, quote, patently mentally ill are crazy.

00:10:48.000 I mean, sometimes panic and don't want to fly.

00:10:51.000 I mean, I'm not really afraid of flying, but I have some friends, I know several people who I've flown with who are scared to death when the plane's taking off and landing.

00:10:59.000 They're okay once it gets off the ground, and I've heard of people who get off planes.

00:11:03.000 Well, not anymore.

00:11:05.000 You may have to get terminated, boy.

00:11:07.000 But the border stays wide open, and our government openly funds all the major terrorist organizations.

00:11:11.000 But never mind that, we've got to keep you safe.

00:11:14.000 But oh, by the way, on the same day as all this is beginning to break, concerning the Miami killing, tube shooting, that is, subway shooting, charges possible of the DeMendez shooting,

00:11:26.000 And now it's unraveling, and in front of all the witnesses that they tried to tell to shut up in England, he didn't run, he swiped his ticket, picked up a newspaper, strolled on, they walked in, he seemed to know them, and said, no, no, and they shot him a whole bunch, execution style, until his head was gone.

00:11:47.000 Just little pieces of flesh, kind of a goblet of hair.

00:11:53.000 It was an absolute mafia hit.

00:11:55.000 I think there's a little more to all of this.

00:11:57.000 What do you think?

00:11:59.000 A deal on Patriot Act stirs opposition.

00:12:03.000 They're not going to take anything out of it and it looks like now there's some beefing going on.

00:12:07.000 Looks like they're beefing it up a bit.

00:12:10.000 That's why we've got a former congressman who's been speaking out against this joining us.

00:12:14.000 A bipartisan group of senators to oppose Patriot Act revision.

00:12:18.000 They're getting together saying that the Al-Qaeda, CIA, NSA defense intelligence threat is just too great and we've just got to use this against small toy stores selling knock-off Rubik's Cubes that turn out to be totally legal and homeless people sleeping on the side of the streets in Vermont.

00:12:37.000 In Connecticut and other areas, we've got to use it against topless bars and county commissioners who take $4,000 bribes and pot dealers.

00:12:45.000 There are literally hundreds of cases of this and I see new ones every week.

00:12:48.000 U.S.

00:12:49.000 blocks ICRC access to suspects.

00:12:52.000 First time ever, the Red Cross is not allowed in to see anyone at the camps.

00:12:57.000 It's just, no thank you.

00:12:59.000 And John McCain is saying they're still torturing detainees.

00:13:02.000 Well, of course they are.

00:13:04.000 And the deal on the Patriot Act, again, is starting to stir opposition.

00:13:08.000 We're going to get more into that in a detailed article by Steve Watson on that.

00:13:11.000 Patriot Act use against U.S.

00:13:13.000 citizens extended.

00:13:15.000 I want to go over some of that.

00:13:18.000 terror watch list is this AP article says 80,000 names long.

00:13:18.000 And, of course, the U.S.

00:13:25.000 Last time I saw it was 350 something, and then there's a criminal watch list of a half a million that's been indexed with this as well, with tens of thousands of people who don't even have criminal records, but are on the criminal watch list.

00:13:41.000 Then you can't fly, because you might be a criminal.

00:13:43.000 North Korea boosted its nuke-making potential. 0.97

00:13:46.000 That's UPI.

00:13:48.000 That story of him hitting that grandmother with a taser, turns out it was five times, including after she was down.

00:13:53.000 Completely unconscious.

00:13:54.000 I mean, why? 1.00

00:13:55.000 Just walk up and shoot her more? 1.00

00:13:56.000 Because you're a rabid dog. 1.00

00:13:59.000 I mean, it's just rabid frothing is what we see. 1.00

00:14:04.000 You just want to kill somebody. 0.99

00:14:06.000 You want to shoot somebody. 0.99

00:14:08.000 You want to fight somebody, go join a local boxing club or go play paintball or something. 0.97

00:14:14.000 I mean, just find an avenue for your killer instinct.

00:14:17.000 Not on old ladies. 0.98

00:14:19.000 And we're all hearing the war drums globally being beaten to invade Iran, why they really, they really deserve it and they're evil. 1.00

00:14:25.000 Now there's a move to ban aspartame in New Mexico, meanwhile the industry is pushing back to make sure that deadly toxic neurotoxin stays in your food.

00:14:35.000 That is just some of what's coming up.

00:14:38.000 Also, everybody's saying that Hugo Chavez is this evil demon because he gave New York and Boston and several other cities, 40% discounts on Sitco heating oil and natural gas and other things.

00:14:56.000 And by the way, I actually looked up the numbers.

00:14:59.000 He was shipping in here at cost.

00:15:01.000 So that was only at around, well, the equivalent of, I mean, people in Venezuela get fuel for 15 cents a gallon.

00:15:11.000 In U.S.

00:15:12.000 adjusted numbers.

00:15:13.000 And here the heating oil was at near those levels, just paying for the tankers to bring it in.

00:15:22.000 So he was literally doing it at cost.

00:15:24.000 When you hear it was 40% off, that's what the grubbing charities, the go-betweens, a lot of the old Democrat big city machine corrupt officials, are working out.

00:15:37.000 So they are going to get profit because basically Chavez is giving it for free. 0.83

00:15:42.000 The neocons got up on the radio and said, oh he's just doing this to make us look bad, he's a dirty commie rat, and he's going to get us, and he just did this as a stunt. 0.77

00:15:52.000 Hugo Chavez did not Even at first offer this, and I didn't know that.

00:16:00.000 I thought, yeah, it kind of has a political stomp, but still it's a good thing.

00:16:03.000 We can't really knock him for it.

00:16:04.000 When I first heard about it, oh, Chavez is offering.

00:16:06.000 No, no, no, no.

00:16:07.000 You know why Chavez offered the entire country fuel at cost, just no one accepted except a few mayors?

00:16:13.000 Do you know why this happened?

00:16:18.000 Because the Congress went to all the oil companies, the US-owned, the British-owned, the Dutch-owned, the Arab-owned, and said, will you give us a discount on fuel to help all these old people and others who literally, I mean, it's below zero in some areas of the country. 0.95

00:16:35.000 Places in Minnesota, it gets down to 67 below zero last year.

00:16:39.000 Areas in Chicago get down 30 below zero, 40 below zero, New York can get below zero.

00:16:44.000 And all Chavez said is, OK, I'll give you fuel.

00:16:47.000 You asked me.

00:16:48.000 Here it is.

00:16:49.000 And he's being demonized.

00:16:53.000 And listen.

00:16:55.000 There's all these old people who literally are on so many prescription drugs. 1.00

00:16:59.000 That is not a wives tale to a lot of old folks and sick people. 1.00

00:17:02.000 But predominantly old folks really do eat dog food, folks.

00:17:05.000 They really do.

00:17:06.000 They got to have the heart medication.

00:17:07.000 If they don't have it, they have heart attacks.

00:17:09.000 They start having heart palpitations and no one's there to help them.

00:17:13.000 They don't have family or they're yuppie kids.

00:17:15.000 They're off in California having a good time.

00:17:17.000 Maybe their kids are in prison.

00:17:19.000 Whatever.

00:17:20.000 And then they just sit there in these little freezing cold places under the covers with their little rabbit ears and their little TV, watching TV, afraid of the terrorists and their teeth shattering because there's been over a doubling of natural gas in those cities.

00:17:34.000 Just all sorts of scams going on.

00:17:36.000 And Hugo Chavez said, here I'll give you fuel at cost.

00:17:41.000 So, at around what, 10%?

00:17:44.000 If it was just their cost and the shipping?

00:17:47.000 It's not going to happen.

00:17:49.000 It's not going to happen.

00:17:49.000 You're just going to get 60% off if you're lucky in one of those five cities it's taking in.

00:17:54.000 I just wanted to illustrate that propaganda to you.

00:17:58.000 So he didn't even offer, folks.

00:18:00.000 They said, will you help us?

00:18:01.000 He said, yes.

00:18:02.000 No one else responded.

00:18:04.000 He said, okay, we'll give it to you.

00:18:06.000 And he got criticized, by the way, by some of his own government.

00:18:08.000 That's a lot of money.

00:18:10.000 Imagine if the whole U.S. 0.89

00:18:11.000 would have said, yeah, okay, we'll take it at cost for the next six months as he offered through the winter.

00:18:17.000 But he would have done it.

00:18:18.000 No, you don't get that fuel.

00:18:21.000 Those old ladies and old men and people who are handicapped from the waist down, quadriplegics who need that. 1.00

00:18:28.000 We don't have anybody that loves them, anybody that takes care of them.

00:18:32.000 And look, I put my money where my mouth is.

00:18:33.000 I mean, I give to charity.

00:18:34.000 I give to Meals on Wheels and the Salvation Army.

00:18:37.000 But I only give to real things that I know that actually helps people.

00:18:40.000 You give your money to the Red Cross, you give your money to United Way, you might as well give it to Adolf Hitler. 0.98

00:19:09.000 And I do believe what this listener sent us, this little article they wrote up.

00:19:13.000 I do agree with their view on it.

00:19:15.000 And Paul Watson's written a detailed analysis of it.

00:19:18.000 I'm going to read the listener story because it's shorter and I don't have time to read an eight page article here on air, which is a real frustration point for me.

00:19:28.000 You really ought to, you really ought to read the articles that Paul Watson and Steve Watson and now our listeners are writing.

00:19:36.000 I mean every day these incredible stories come in from you guys to tips at InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanetWeb at Hotmail.com.

00:24:24.000 They followed the young Brazilian in.

00:24:26.000 Again, it's all on video.

00:24:28.000 He calmly swiped his card, got a free newspaper, walked on board.

00:24:31.000 They walked in.

00:24:32.000 He seemed to know them.

00:24:34.000 And it was basically, you know, please don't. 0.79

00:24:37.000 And they shot him a whole bunch in the head.

00:24:39.000 Now, the report I've got here, again, you can read between 7 and 14 shots.

00:24:43.000 But the final number was 14.

00:24:44.000 14 shots into him.

00:24:48.000 And I mean it was just, they had to, they shot him over and over again in the head.

00:24:52.000 They just kept shooting the splattered mass.

00:24:54.000 And then adding a dollop of gunshots into the chest. 0.99

00:24:58.000 They just wanted him dead. 1.00

00:25:00.000 Sat on him and killed him. 0.95

00:25:03.000 Why? 0.98

00:25:04.000 It was a pure execution.

00:25:04.000 Why did they?

00:25:08.000 And now we see the same thing in Miami, and they lie about it.

00:25:12.000 Oh, he said he had a bomb.

00:25:14.000 And I said, well, if that's true, then you really can't fault him.

00:25:17.000 But now it's coming out.

00:25:18.000 He was running away, going, I don't want to be on this plane, I'm afraid.

00:25:23.000 And they just gunned him down in the back.

00:25:25.000 And then freaked out and pointed guns at passengers' heads.

00:25:28.000 Went back and kind of intimidated everybody.

00:25:30.000 But it doesn't matter.

00:25:31.000 The White House says that the officers did the right thing. 0.99

00:25:35.000 Well, officer, what are you going to do when you're an old man and your granddaughter gets raped by a cop? 0.96

00:25:39.000 And you can't go criticizing because, well, you've got to stick with the brotherhood. 0.99

00:25:43.000 Or when a cop shoots your mommy in the back. 0.99

00:25:46.000 Again, we need to have bad police punished. 0.90

00:25:48.000 Bad training punished.

00:25:50.000 That makes you have a good name.

00:25:52.000 Makes us all safer.

00:25:53.000 But nope, it's just do whatever you want, get away with whatever you want, the badge comes first.

00:25:58.000 Well, that's gang member mentality.

00:26:00.000 Go ahead and roll the White House's pontificating with Scott McClellan.

00:26:04.000 Passengers were boarding American Airlines Flight 924 from Miami to Orlando when federal authorities say a man uttered threatening words and said he had a bomb.

00:26:13.000 Federal air marshals or FAMs were on the plane and sprang into action.

00:26:19.000 There were federal air marshals on board the aircraft.

00:26:21.000 They came out of their cover, confronted him and he remained non-compliant with their instructions.

00:26:27.000 As he was attempting to evade them, his actions caused the fans to fire shots and in fact he is deceased.

00:26:34.000 Marshal Service spokesman Dave Adams explained the man, 44-year-old Rigoberto Alcazar, had agreed to leave the plane.

00:26:41.000 They carried a backpack and refused to set it down on the ramp leading from the aircraft.

00:26:46.000 Federal law enforcement sources say he was wearing the backpack on his stomach, further raising suspicions.

00:26:52.000 Adam Cezalpazar approached the air marshals in an aggressive manner, appeared to reach into his bag, and was shot.

00:26:58.000 Passengers like Miriam Delgado, who doesn't speak English, were terrified.

00:27:02.000 Her great-granddaughter translates.

00:27:05.000 She heard three gunshots and then everyone was running like everyone was going crazy.

00:27:09.000 They got up and started running.

00:27:11.000 Some passengers say Alcazar's wife claimed he was mentally ill.

00:27:15.000 I heard her say he's bipolar, he doesn't have his medicine.

00:27:20.000 I heard the shot.

00:27:21.000 She was just saying that her husband was sick.

00:27:23.000 Alcazar, a US citizen, had just flown to Miami from Ecuador.

00:27:27.000 After the shooting, investigators took his luggage off the plane and blew it open on the tarmac.

00:27:32.000 A search of Alcazar's backpack and luggage turned up no explosives.

00:27:36.000 So again, the question is, was this use of force necessary?

00:27:41.000 But federal authorities believe when it comes to a bomb on a plane, you just don't take any chances.

00:27:48.000 You just don't take any chances.

00:27:49.000 Now notice, for a day and a half it was bomb, bomb, bomb.

00:27:53.000 The cops lied and said that.

00:27:54.000 Now there were all these witnesses within feet.

00:27:57.000 And now they're even, because the witnesses won't go along, they're going, okay, he didn't say that, he acted suspicious. 0.98

00:28:03.000 You are liars! 1.00

00:28:04.000 You are liars! 1.00

00:28:07.000 And you just think it's normal to lie about people you've killed, or people you're gonna kill. 1.00

00:28:12.000 Like we're not human beings, man, we're just as valuable as you are! 0.50

00:28:17.000 Come on, what's wrong with you?

00:28:20.000 And imagine these air marshals, there's never anything for them to do.

00:28:24.000 We've never got anything to do, and so now it's just arrest drunks, and people that get belligerent, and it's been in the news how these weirdo flight attendants will go, were you rude to me?

00:28:33.000 Did you say something to me?

00:28:34.000 Well, no.

00:28:34.000 That's it!

00:28:36.000 Air Marshal, get over here! 1.00

00:28:37.000 We're landing the plane!

00:28:38.000 Nyeh! 1.00

00:28:40.000 They land, take you off, arrest you, and then later they drop the charges, but it's just, there's nothing for them to do!

00:28:45.000 There's no real terrorist!

00:28:48.000 So it's just, it's just craziness!

00:28:51.000 General craziness!

00:28:53.000 And hysteria!

00:28:55.000 And then they always blow up the backpacks.

00:28:57.000 They always have the big theatrical, oh, we don't know what was in it, and he might have had a bomb, and we're all under danger.

00:29:06.000 Meanwhile, you're 390 times more likely to die in an automobile accident in the Western world, even higher levels here in the U.S., but that's seven Western countries averaged together, including the U.S., than you are to die from terrorism.

00:29:20.000 Oh, boy.

00:29:21.000 But it doesn't matter.

00:29:23.000 It doesn't matter if you're, what is it, 14 times more likely to drown than to be shot by a gun.

00:29:28.000 You're not afraid of grounding.

00:29:29.000 You're afraid of the boom-booms, because the news told us what to be afraid of.

00:29:35.000 Well, I'm afraid of the real things I'm supposed to be afraid of.

00:29:39.000 I know in Texas I got a better chance of being bit by a water moccasin than I do of getting shot, so when I'm walking around by the river, I look for water moccasins. 0.97

00:29:47.000 We'll be right back.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march.

00:32:59.000 All right, your calls are coming up, but your calls are coming up, but I want to read this article that one of our listeners wrote.

00:33:22.000 It's just spot on.

00:33:24.000 Obedience is the law.

00:33:26.000 Public execution of innocence keeps you safe by Hazel McKinley. 0.67

00:33:33.000 Parallels are being drawn between the killing of Charles de Mendez in a London tube station and Mr. Alpazar in a Miami airport.

00:33:43.000 Both were Latin American and neither was carrying a bomb, but they were executed in broad daylight on public transport as suspected terrorists.

00:33:52.000 The official stories of these incidents are false.

00:33:55.000 Alpazar never said the alleged B word, and Menendez was not acting suspiciously.

00:34:01.000 Alpazar was having a panic attack, not a terror attack, and Menendez was going to work like millions of others.

00:34:10.000 If the M.E.T.

00:34:11.000 had done a reconstruction, that's the tube police, Of the tube train shooting, as they do with most other crimes, all other violent crimes, we would have seen Menendez wearing a denim jacket and jeans in 60 degree weather, I would add.

00:34:29.000 They said it was real hot and he had wire sticking out of a heavy winter coat and said he was going to bomb and all lies.

00:34:35.000 I'm sorry.

00:34:36.000 Not a padded coat, boarding a bus without a bag and being followed by undercover cops.

00:34:44.000 He alighted at Stockwell Station, picked up a free newspaper, and used his swipe card to enter the station before descending on an escalator with police still tailing him.

00:34:54.000 And he was walking.

00:34:56.000 When he arrived at the platform and took a seat on the train, officers pounced on him and shot him seven times.

00:35:02.000 I guess Hazel's going with the original number.

00:35:04.000 The official number is now, I believe, 14.

00:35:07.000 Therefore, why did special forces, and that's who they were, trail This ordinary commuter and why did Sir Ian Blair lie from the outset about Menendez actions and demeanor?

00:35:21.000 The suspect should have been apprehended before he even caught the bus if they believed he was a suicide bomber.

00:35:29.000 We all saw what happened on the number 10 bus.

00:35:32.000 to Hackney Station the previous day.

00:35:35.000 As usual, there are more questions than answers, but it seems that Menendez and Alcazar were picked at random for a demonstration of a new anti-terror law, Enforcement Powers.

00:35:46.000 And I tend to think that's where this is going.

00:35:49.000 The police can now snatch or shoot anyone without recourse to protect the public.

00:35:55.000 Bag-carrying, running, and sweating are just a few examples of suspicious behavior which could cost you your life in the war against terror on home soil.

00:36:04.000 You heard the end of that CNN propaganda clip.

00:36:07.000 Well, the vets say bombs on planes are serious and this was the right thing to do.

00:36:12.000 He didn't comply properly.

00:36:14.000 Like the witnesses to events on AA Flight 924 who had pistols aimed at their heads by angry air marshals while Al Bazaar was being murdered.

00:36:26.000 Many people have a flying phobia which would account for the passenger's distress.

00:36:30.000 He was also on a serotonin reuptake inhibitor which he had not taken for several days which causes people to freak out.

00:36:37.000 Both of these men were innocent and the public was not in danger.

00:36:41.000 Well, DeMendez did absolutely nothing.

00:36:44.000 Probably the evidence really points toward him being some type of operative or a witness or something.

00:36:48.000 I mean, they were getting rid of a witness.

00:36:50.000 Both of these men were innocent and the public was not in danger, except for trigger-happy cops.

00:36:56.000 Difficult decisions have to be made in a split second, and it is better to be safe than sorry.

00:36:56.000 Tough luck, they say.

00:37:02.000 If they thought a bomber was on board an aircraft, it means that current screening of passengers is inadequate, and this will require even greater scrutiny and vigilance by authorities, officials, our masters.

00:37:14.000 I added that part.

00:37:15.000 More scanners, cameras, dogs, and machine guns everywhere are needed.

00:37:19.000 These extreme measures contribute to the conditioning process.

00:37:22.000 Big Brother knows best.

00:37:23.000 Trust him.

00:37:24.000 The proles will have to cooperate or they will be accused of aiding terrorism and facilitating attacks like the London bombings.

00:37:32.000 Noncompliance is irresponsible.

00:37:34.000 Disobedience could be fatal.

00:37:35.000 The message is if you see your neighbors being rounded up or shot, hear nothing, see nothing, say nothing, and do nothing, If it is for your own protection, just stay indoors, close to the curtains, and tower in fear, because it could be you next.

00:37:56.000 It all sounds familiar.

00:37:58.000 Historians should recognize the signs.

00:38:01.000 Stalin's Russia, Hitler's Reich, Mao's China, Pol Pot's Cambodia, and Pinochet's Chile.

00:38:06.000 We have been there before, only now it's Blair's Britain, Howard's Australia, and Bush's America.

00:38:13.000 Presently, implementation of this global police state is incremental, but soon it will be all-encompassing.

00:38:19.000 Have your ID ready, citizen, because snarling police are straining at the leash, and Homeland Security has a short fuse and itchy trigger finger.

00:38:32.000 I expect they'll already have complied the list of dissidents.

00:38:37.000 They have gulags to fill.

00:38:39.000 Charles DeMendez and Mr. Alpazar may have been targeted for assassination.

00:38:43.000 We will never know.

00:38:44.000 But such mistakes could certainly be another method for disposing of opponents.

00:38:48.000 They might have been chosen for their nationality to further antagonize South America's angst against the U.S.

00:38:55.000 as the warlords orchestrate a confrontation between those two continents.

00:38:59.000 They were just cattle who were being used to advance the New World Order cause, and their lives were needlessly extinguished for a covert agenda. 0.67

00:39:08.000 This is a real tragedy, so I babbled through that.

00:39:13.000 But the point here is, and great job Hazel, great job writing that little article, and it was very well said, better than I could say it, very short and succinct to the point.

00:39:25.000 We have to understand that as a society we are seeing a grade A police state being set up and they really do have gulags here domestically.

00:39:32.000 All these years we warned you about them.

00:39:34.000 I went and shot video of them.

00:39:36.000 I showed Senate hearings where they were talking about the camps for you and your family.

00:39:40.000 I went to urban warfare drills where the Marines admittedly were training to put you in camps and break up your families and take your guns and I have colonels admitting it.

00:39:50.000 But notice the media always focuses in on the kook or the government operative who says, oh there's camps over there and turns out to not be a camp.

00:39:58.000 But it never gets national attention when a county commissioner from Oregon says, oh my gosh, they called me in and FEMA says they're building camps here locally and here's where the camps are.

00:40:08.000 It gets on local TV, but you'd think that would be a national story.

00:40:11.000 And they've built camps, we have army documents about the camps, and they've built camps all over the world, and they've got camps in Cuba, and they're building thousands of more beds, and stringing more barbed wire, and setting these precedents, advertising on the American Taliban, doing all of this.

00:40:30.000 It's so sad, it's so scary, and it's very, very un-American, the things that are happening.

00:40:35.000 And we have Ron Paul on, we have Morgan Reynolds, we have Paul Craig Roberts.

00:40:43.000 We have all these prominent conservatives on saying, yes, we may have martial law, they may start arresting us, yes, yes.

00:40:52.000 I mean, this is real.

00:40:54.000 And they really are executing people randomly on the street.

00:40:59.000 Right here in Austin, Daniel Rocha.

00:41:03.000 I mean, so what if the guy had a criminal record for some drug dealing?

00:41:07.000 Ooh, that man, he was really evil.

00:41:09.000 I don't care.

00:41:10.000 I mean, the government ships the stuff in.

00:41:13.000 It's a joke.

00:41:14.000 I mean, the molecules that guy was selling aren't anywhere near as deadly as the stuff they push on our kids through the school with all these fancy dandy doctors and drug reps.

00:41:27.000 And so they, oh, Daniel Rocha, he'd been busted for drugs before, and the officer pulled him over and got him on the ground, and she shot him in the back, and he died, and that's not debatable, and the cops come out and defend.

00:41:39.000 The officer that killed Daniel Rocha!

00:41:42.000 And then Chief Neve, because of pressure, because they killed this guy in cold blood, Chief Neve finally says, okay, well this cop's gonna get in trouble.

00:41:48.000 Some scared-to-death woman cop who probably watches all the crime shows and believes that her job's really that dangerous, when a firefighter or a highway worker's a lot more dangerous, statistically. 1.00

00:41:58.000 With all those cars creening by.

00:42:02.000 No, she was scared to death, and boy, this is a gang member!

00:42:04.000 I got one!

00:42:05.000 Boom! 0.99

00:42:06.000 Oh! 0.60

00:42:07.000 His life's over!

00:42:08.000 And then the cop association comes out and pops their faces up on TV here in Austin.

00:42:13.000 How dare Chief Nee! 1.00

00:42:14.000 And Chief Nee is just horrible, folks.

00:42:17.000 But the point is, he's not horrible for this reason.

00:42:21.000 He needs to go!

00:42:22.000 How dare you! 0.99

00:42:23.000 I mean, where does it end?

00:42:24.000 Don't you want bad cops to get in trouble? 1.00

00:42:26.000 Don't you want stupid cops to be run off the force? 1.00

00:42:28.000 Do you want to let bad cops give you all a bad name? 1.00

00:42:32.000 Let me tell you something.

00:42:34.000 20, 30, 50 years ago, 100 years ago, you shoot somebody in the back, Cops would go up before the man, and they'd end up swinging from a yard arm.

00:42:46.000 I mean, in other countries, by the way, when the government screws up, everybody resigns.

00:42:51.000 People get indicted.

00:42:51.000 Everybody gets in trouble.

00:42:53.000 The more you screw up, the more power you get.

00:42:53.000 Not in America.

00:42:57.000 So I'm not against cops.

00:42:58.000 Look, I see you changing tires, as I've said, and I see you out there helping, and you know, you come when somebody's house gets broken into, there's not much you can do.

00:43:06.000 Because they don't teach you good old-fashioned detective work now.

00:43:10.000 In the past, cops were mainly just detectives.

00:43:14.000 Or hired guns to go deal with criminal gangs.

00:43:17.000 They were either warriors or detectives.

00:43:19.000 Now it's a small group of detectives.

00:43:22.000 That's by design, by the way.

00:43:25.000 And just a group of nannies running around giving us tickets, sticking their hind ends out in the middle of the highway.

00:43:31.000 I love it all the time, man.

00:43:32.000 A cop will have his hind end hanging out in I-35.

00:43:35.000 There could be a blowout any minute.

00:43:37.000 Or cops get killed in car wrecks and get hit by cars.

00:43:39.000 Much higher numbers than they do from guns.

00:43:42.000 But, oh no, they'll shake and be afraid when they come up to your car and freak out.

00:43:46.000 And again, because the TV, the training has told you to be afraid of that.

00:43:50.000 But you'll just hang your hind end out in the road. 0.77

00:43:53.000 With all these maniac drivers, me one of them, just careening down. 0.58

00:43:56.000 There's the cop!

00:43:58.000 Whenever a cop pulls me over, I'll pull way off on the shoulder on the grass.

00:44:01.000 I've had them even asked for, why'd you pull off so far? 1.00

00:44:04.000 So you don't have to hang your hind end out over the road and get splattered dumb-dumb? 0.99

00:44:08.000 And I'm not trying to be mean to you. 0.99

00:44:12.000 Why are you so scared of us?

00:44:15.000 When statistically you ought to be scared of swimming in the river.

00:44:18.000 You ought to be statistically scared of riding in your car.

00:44:21.000 You ought to be statistically scared of eating some lettuce with hepatitis C all over it.

00:44:28.000 I mean, again, I know I'm really harping on this new angle a lot.

00:44:31.000 It's just, we have to just get conscious and start really thinking about how we've been conditioned.

00:44:38.000 I mean, I don't even, it's probably just a coincidence.

00:44:42.000 I think they were killing some witness or doing some execution with Menendez.

00:44:45.000 That's clear.

00:44:46.000 All the evidence points towards that.

00:44:48.000 This, and more evidence may come out later, I don't know.

00:44:54.000 This new case in Miami, it just looks like you've got somebody in a Prozac freak out.

00:45:02.000 I've known people on that stuff.

00:45:04.000 They'll freak out.

00:45:04.000 They will.

00:45:05.000 That's what they do.

00:45:07.000 Especially if they're not taking the right levels of it.

00:45:08.000 I've already talked about this.

00:45:11.000 I'll go to your calls in a minute.

00:45:12.000 The point is, this is all out of control.

00:45:15.000 And I hope you'll visit InfoWars.com and get the stories Paul and Steve and others have written.

00:45:20.000 And I hope you'll get the article that Hazel McKinley wrote, because it's just, it's really good.

00:45:26.000 I mean, look at this article.

00:45:27.000 Now we should go to jail for sharing our favorite song lyrics.

00:45:32.000 Now the big recording, and if your people actually are calling for jail time, if you post even in part the lyrics to a song.

00:45:39.000 See, they're really getting insane.

00:45:41.000 You talk about ways to violate the First Amendment.

00:45:43.000 All of this copyright stuff is an end run around free speech.

00:45:49.000 Here's one out of the New York Times.

00:45:50.000 Video games where cops are the killers.

00:45:54.000 And they go on to admit in the article that the cops are the good guys, but they do go around shooting everyone.

00:46:03.000 See, they're changing the roles.

00:46:06.000 Torture used to be bad, now it's good.

00:46:10.000 The Bill of Rights used to be good, now it's bad.

00:46:13.000 Forced drugging populations used to be bad, now they say it's good. 1.00

00:46:16.000 They just tell you it's good. 0.99

00:46:17.000 Oh, good guys wear black masks and kill people. 0.98

00:46:23.000 In every movie you ever saw, in every book you ever read, the bad guy wears black. 0.69

00:46:26.000 The Ringwraith, Darth Vader, they wear helmets, they wear masks, they wear capes.

00:46:33.000 I'll never forget in Seattle, they had their raincoats on and they would tie them back over their necks and they actually had little capes running around in Darth Vader outfits with little black capes flapping.

00:46:44.000 I mean it's just... and then you read with the federal grants that have paid for all these cities to get this and it says it is for intimidation!

00:46:53.000 It is for secrecy!

00:46:55.000 It is secret police!

00:46:56.000 It is... it is the archetypal evil!

00:47:02.000 The executioner.

00:47:03.000 The Inquisitor.

00:47:05.000 The Torturer.

00:47:08.000 The Hangman.

00:47:11.000 It's just in all mythology, it is a base human thing.

00:47:17.000 Clad in black, driving black vehicles, riding black horses. 0.98

00:47:20.000 That's evil! 0.99

00:47:23.000 That's evil!

00:47:25.000 They've taken on the nomenclature, they've taken on the garb, they've taken on the signet, they've taken on the logos of classical tyranny, the Nazis! 0.77

00:47:35.000 And I look at photos of the Communists running around machine gunning their own population, the farmers, there in China, because they're taking their property, and they're dressed in the same Darth Vader outfits!

00:47:46.000 They had their sociologists look at the most intimidating thing, and they garb a minute! 0.98

00:47:53.000 And we should all be concerned, not just by the camps and the martial law and all the preparations.

00:47:57.000 That's all public, but just by the open trappings.

00:48:02.000 Mike in Illinois and Jeff Rubin, Cliff Ray and others.

00:48:04.000 Go ahead, Mike.

00:48:07.000 Alex?

00:48:08.000 Yes, sir.

00:48:08.000 Okay, how are you doing?

00:48:09.000 Hey, glad to see the work you're doing.

00:48:11.000 It's great.

00:48:12.000 And I just wanted to tell you, a couple years ago, prior to 9-11, I'm an amateur radio operator.

00:48:18.000 And we were talking on the radio one night about, you know, this terrorist stuff's going to happen.

00:48:22.000 You know, and I'll tell you what, after it did, I've never seen so much chaotic following and everything else by the Homeland Security in my life.

00:48:32.000 I mean, we were, like, targeted.

00:48:34.000 You wouldn't believe it.

00:48:35.000 No, I understand.

00:48:36.000 You're saying there was massive interference, blocking of your shortwave transmissions?

00:48:42.000 No, no.

00:48:42.000 I mean, I'm talking about personally being fouled for my business and everything else.

00:48:47.000 I mean, garage doors going up and down to see what's in there.

00:48:51.000 It was so chaotic you wouldn't believe it.

00:48:55.000 Well, you know the entire intelligence community in this country is only around 150,000 people and most of those are in logistics and supply and...

00:49:06.000 You know, keeping the computers on.

00:49:07.000 So I want the listeners to know, though, this is all part of another illusion.

00:49:11.000 There are people who are here and there harassed.

00:49:13.000 There are things that happen.

00:49:14.000 There's also those things as undue paranoia.

00:49:16.000 And then it creates this illusion.

00:49:19.000 And then you look at those 150,000, some say even 200,000 people, a lot of them are now on our side.

00:49:25.000 They're going public exposing the black sites, the secret torture sites.

00:49:28.000 They're going public exposing fake weapons dossiers.

00:49:32.000 They're going public left and right.

00:49:33.000 In fact, I would have to tell you They're actually some of the most informed, intelligent, professional people.

00:49:39.000 And I would tell you, we've got about half of them now.

00:49:42.000 So, the globalists are really getting into trouble.

00:49:45.000 Okay, I'll tell you another thing, too.

00:49:46.000 Up here in Rockford, Illinois, out at our local airport, we have Homeland Security driving around in cars that look like police cars.

00:49:54.000 I do know that, and we saw this before 9-11.

00:49:56.000 These federal police And this is all part of the FEMA regionalization.

00:50:00.000 This is all being done, sir.

00:50:02.000 There are hot spots around the country, and I've got to tell you, some areas of Illinois are some of the worst we've seen.

00:50:10.000 They really are.

00:50:11.000 And I'll tell you for another fact, too.

00:50:12.000 Being an amateur radio operator, I thought at one point that FEMA was a really good thing to get my number, my FRN, through.

00:50:19.000 And I'll tell you one thing, I'm about the most saddened person you could ever believe that ever registered with that group.

00:50:25.000 It just doesn't make any sense.

00:50:28.000 Well, FEMA deliberately sabotaged the relief in New Orleans. 0.72

00:50:33.000 As the storm was hitting, they were jamming police communications.

00:50:36.000 Alex, thank you.

00:50:36.000 I hear the music.

00:50:37.000 You take care and thanks for good work.

00:50:38.000 Hey, thank you, Mike.

00:50:40.000 Thank you for all your fine points.

00:50:43.000 Yeah, I mean, they may be afraid of you because you were communicating with a lot of people.

00:50:47.000 I mean, that happened to me early on, too.

00:50:48.000 But once you commit yourself and move forward, you actually get respect is what you get. 0.99

00:50:53.000 Groveling through them, you just get raped. 0.86

00:50:55.000 Jeff, Reuben, Cliff, Ray, and others, we'll talk to you when we get back. 0.80

00:51:02.000 There is a secret that holds the world's destiny in its grasp.

00:51:20.000 A dark empire of war and tyranny has risen.

00:51:22.000 The Constitution has been shredded, and America is now a police state.

00:51:25.000 This film exposes not just who was behind the 9-11 attacks, but the roots and history of its orchestrators.

00:51:30.000 Martial Law is a blazing spotlight piercing the electronic Berlin Wall of controlled corporate media.

00:51:34.000 Plumb the depths of the elite's minds, their ideology, their driving philosophy, and uncover the power-mad cult of death that is sworn to turn the Earth into a prison planet.

00:52:00.000 More than 700 chemicals have been found in our drinking water.

00:52:05.000 And did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?

00:52:10.000 That's because many chemicals are inhaled when they evaporate, and others are absorbed through the skin.

00:55:49.000 It's 45 minutes long, covers the Illuminati history, new footage inside Bohemian Grove, inside the Owls, weather for that, how the Nazis and Ku Klux Klan are tied into it.

00:56:00.000 It's very important for those that want to know the truth.

00:57:10.000 Give the gift of information and wake somebody up today.

00:57:13.000 Jeff in New Mexico.

00:57:14.000 Go ahead, Jeff.

00:57:16.000 Hi, Alex.

00:57:16.000 Hi.

00:57:17.000 I know you don't want inheritance taxes imposed even on billion-dollar inheritances, but how about a law where you either pay inheritance tax or pay mandatory charity to organizations like Salvation Army that give jobs with but how about a law where you either pay inheritance tax or pay mandatory charity to organizations like Salvation Army that give jobs with dignity to needy people that inherited only debt, with the exception that illegal Mexicans wouldn't get the jobs 0.92

00:57:51.000 Well, look, I'm not a social engineer.

00:57:53.000 I think it's leave people alone.

00:57:54.000 I mean, I'm against most forms of taxation.

00:57:57.000 One of the worst things out there is inheritance tax.

00:57:59.000 All the big elites have theirs in double-blind trust and trust they set up.

00:58:05.000 The robber barons 100 years ago, exactly 100 years ago, right at this time, Yeah, that's what I'm saying.

00:58:10.000 all their money safe and it just grows and grows.

00:58:12.000 And then on paper, they're just worth a few billion bucks, but really they're worth trillions.

00:58:15.000 I mean, but I would have a compromise, get rid of the inheritance tax, and sure, leave it on billionaires.

00:58:21.000 Because they're billionaires because they're going to weevil out of it to begin with.

00:58:24.000 Yeah, that's what I'm saying.

00:58:26.000 They should still have it, but either that or they mandatorily have to help, you know, like the Salvation Army to get people jobs and dignities.

00:58:35.000 Yeah, but anyway, you start making somebody pay some grip, it's gonna be... Stay there, we'll talk about it more.

00:58:41.000 If you would like a copy of this show, come to GCNlive.com and reserve it today.

00:58:46.000 Or call toll-free 877-376-45.

00:58:46.000 877-376-45 Hello Big Brother Mainstream media.

00:59:00.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:14.000 Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.

00:59:20.000 until 2 p.m.

00:59:21.000 Central Standard Time, and then back to nine o'clock.

00:59:24.000 We're here, my friends, live, right now.

00:59:27.000 On this December 9, 2005 edition, we're finishing up with a crawler, Jeff in New Mexico, then we've got Reuben Cliff Ray and many others.

00:59:33.000 We've got a former congressman coming up who's fighting against the Patriot Act in about 30 minutes.

00:59:38.000 And a bunch of other news here concerning the police state and the brainwashing and the rest of it as we track and chronicle the global government's criminal activities, as we do here daily.

00:59:49.000 But I was talking to Jeff in New Mexico, And he was, I guess, bringing up the inheritance tax, which I guess Jeff, in some respects, is for.

01:00:00.000 And look, the liberals, and I don't mean that in a derogatory term, people who consider themselves to be liberal, they think that taking money from the rich is going to help the poor.

01:00:10.000 That's why the rich are rich, because they're smart, and sometimes they're criminal.

01:00:13.000 The higher up you get, the more criminal they are. 0.77

01:00:16.000 And they're going to always use any big reservoir of money that you pot up together, that you create, and they're going to suck out of it.

01:00:24.000 And big corporations actually lobby for welfare, and lobby for big governments, and lobby for corporate welfare.

01:00:30.000 So, if you start trying to take one billionaire's money, it's just going to be sucked up by another billionaire, or a trillionaire.

01:00:38.000 And I don't want to get an email going, Bill Gates is the richest man in the world at $44.4 billion dollars.

01:00:43.000 That's his current wealth.

01:00:48.000 $44.4 billion dollars.

01:00:49.000 That was what I saw a couple days ago.

01:00:51.000 And he's been worth as much as $110 billion.

01:00:55.000 Microsoft stocks down.

01:00:57.000 Gates is nothing.

01:00:58.000 Real elite families own the printing presses.

01:01:01.000 Real elite families print the money.

01:01:03.000 They own the stock of the Federal Reserve, and the Bank of England, and the Bank of Germany, Bundes, and the Bank of Russia, and the Bank of Japan, and the Bank of China.

01:01:10.000 This is all staged.

01:01:11.000 I mean, it's just fact.

01:01:13.000 Top political scientists like Carol Quigley wrote 900-page books about it.

01:01:18.000 It's just not debatable.

01:01:19.000 It is totally staged.

01:01:21.000 Just the terms we use are false.

01:01:23.000 Commies, Socialists, Fascists. 0.77

01:01:25.000 It's just all baloney, folks. 0.94

01:01:27.000 It's command and control versus freedom.

01:01:29.000 And anytime you centralize power, it's going to be usurped.

01:01:32.000 We might have a big centralized government for a day.

01:01:35.000 We might have some benevolent dictator who handed out plots of land to people and left everybody alone. 0.96

01:01:41.000 He will be assassinated and he will have an elite put in above him.

01:01:45.000 He will, because that's what criminals do.

01:01:47.000 They see a lever of power, they're going to seize it!

01:01:50.000 So you shunt the levers of power.

01:01:52.000 You weaken the levers of power.

01:01:53.000 You separate the levers of power.

01:01:55.000 That's the doctrines of what the Founding Fathers said.

01:01:57.000 It's pure genius.

01:01:58.000 It's absolute common sense.

01:02:00.000 It's just the way humans operate.

01:02:02.000 Now, go ahead, Jeff.

01:02:03.000 Any other comments?

01:02:05.000 I heard something on NPR this morning about the Chamber of Commerce.

01:02:10.000 I think they want to depower the class action suits like There's one I got in the mail for an initial public offering, a securities litigation class action suit, you know, during the tech wreck.

01:02:24.000 They're trying to get all these companies like... Very, very, very dangerous.

01:02:28.000 Look, they're trying to make it to where they force you to take vaccines and then there's no liability for the company.

01:02:34.000 And whereas there are a lot of lawsuit abuse out there, that is just a symptom of a larger problem.

01:02:42.000 Class action lawsuits are good, And they should not be restricted.

01:02:46.000 Like Ask Jeeves, that's one of them.

01:02:49.000 The average preliminary damage estimate from Ask Jeeves is $179 million. 0.92

01:02:54.000 That's one of those I think that's ridiculous.

01:02:58.000 You know what? 0.85

01:02:59.000 If somebody wants to go out and buy mining stock from some scammer, and they get ripped off, or they go buy a timeshare, that's their problem.

01:03:06.000 Or if they get scammed by some 2008 presidential candidate, you know, who's pushing stuff, or some local shyster here in Austin, that's their fault, folks!

01:03:17.000 People should do due diligence.

01:03:18.000 Listen, I'm out of time.

01:03:19.000 Thanks for the call.

01:03:20.000 I thought we were discussing... I thought we were getting in...

01:03:25.000 To some other issues there.

01:03:29.000 But, you know, fine other point you brought up about litigation.

01:03:31.000 We can talk about that for five hours.

01:03:33.000 For ten hours.

01:03:34.000 I mean, for months.

01:03:35.000 It's a big subject.

01:03:36.000 But we'll be right back, ladies and gentlemen.

01:03:40.000 And we will continue with your phone calls and just a bunch of news.

01:03:43.000 Chinese police kill villagers during two-day land protest. 1.00

01:03:47.000 Yeah, kill them. 1.00

01:03:48.000 That's the freedom. 1.00

01:03:49.000 We'll be right back.

01:06:53.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

01:06:58.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

01:07:01.000 Eight minutes, 24 seconds into the second hour. 24 seconds into the second hour.

01:07:19.000 Now well into the second segment.

01:07:22.000 Coming up, we're scheduled to have former Congressman Bob Barr talk about his resistance to the Patriot Act's reauthorization, his resistance to the Pentagon spying on the American people.

01:07:33.000 I mean, that is just on its face of felony.

01:07:37.000 It is against the law, but they've been doing it very quietly for the last 25 years or so.

01:07:42.000 Really, even longer.

01:07:45.000 I also want to get into Chinese police killed villagers during two-day land protest.

01:07:49.000 More on the Miami bomb incident.

01:07:51.000 Turns out the cops lied, the feds lied, and now they're saying, OK, you didn't say bomb.

01:07:56.000 But see, for a few days, though, they got that out there.

01:07:58.000 And the Yokons, I heard them this morning, are still saying bomb.

01:08:01.000 They're never going to shut up.

01:08:03.000 That's how it works.

01:08:04.000 The first thing you hear is what they then stick in there and basically becomes the historical record.

01:08:14.000 Let's go back to calls right now and go through these calls.

01:08:17.000 Reuben in Ohio, welcome Reuben.

01:08:19.000 Hey Alex, listening to you on 900 WCER out here in Ohio.

01:08:26.000 I've got three topics I want to hit with you real quick.

01:08:28.000 I wanted to let you know I watch Order of Death on PrisonPlanet.tv and it's excellent.

01:08:36.000 You mentioned Jesse Jackson, the 33 degree Freemason.

01:08:41.000 Makes perfect sense, but it also blew me and everybody else's minds that we're watching it.

01:08:47.000 And Jesse Jackson will run around and make high schools change their name from the Rebels, which nobody cared about, which everybody was proud of. 0.68

01:08:55.000 I mean, there have even been protests locally in Austin where the black students are out saying, don't change the name of our school from the Rebels.

01:09:01.000 But they still did, but Jesse Jackson doesn't want to take down the statue of the founder of the Klan from there in D.C., does he?

01:09:09.000 No, which is mind-boggling.

01:09:11.000 How can there be a statue of Albert Pike?

01:09:15.000 It defies all logic.

01:09:17.000 They tell you what to be upset about.

01:09:19.000 They tell you what to get all hot and bothered over.

01:09:24.000 Yeah, but we're awake now.

01:09:25.000 Listen, there is a British magazine, it's like a men's journal, called The Zoo, and I was wondering if you were familiar with their 9-11 unanswered questions.

01:09:36.000 That they ran in it over the summer.

01:09:39.000 I was not familiar with that.

01:09:41.000 A friend of mine who's from England, his mom sent him a copy and he ripped out the pages and gave it to me.

01:09:48.000 It's a 50-50 job.

01:09:51.000 50-50, I'd say, serious questions and then he'd throw in a couple jokes and weird things.

01:09:58.000 If I could, maybe I'll copy it or just send you in the pages that my friend ripped out.

01:10:03.000 Sure.

01:10:03.000 I mean, 9-11 is not a laughing matter.

01:10:06.000 No, but this is like, I would compare it to maybe a Maxim or an FHM men's magazine over here in the state.

01:10:13.000 You see what I'm saying?

01:10:15.000 I don't know what the zoo is.

01:10:16.000 A mild, mild playboy.

01:10:19.000 Right, but here's a serious article in there with a few jokes.

01:10:22.000 The second thing I wanted to ask you about is there was a movie by Josh Wade at the end of the summer called Serenity and I was wondering if you saw it or heard anything about it.

01:10:30.000 Excellent movie.

01:10:31.000 Yeah, that's what I was going to tell you.

01:10:32.000 If you didn't see it, you need to see it.

01:10:34.000 And then the last thing I wanted to ask you is, is the split in the Democratic Party over the war real or is it manufactured?

01:10:42.000 Are the people who are speaking out against the war, are they legitimately against the war or is this a setup for the UN?

01:10:51.000 Well that is a huge question and thanks for the call.

01:10:53.000 Let me try to answer that ribbon on air after you've left us so I can try to focus.

01:11:02.000 That is such a big question.

01:11:05.000 There's so many facets to it.

01:11:08.000 I mean, I don't know the heart of Howard Dean.

01:11:12.000 Is he a good guy?

01:11:13.000 Is he a bad guy? 0.95

01:11:14.000 I know Hillary is bad, phony, been intelligence agency frontwoman to control liberals since day one. 1.00

01:11:21.000 I know Bill Clinton is. 0.83

01:11:23.000 And every time I mention this, I know we've got well-meaning liberals listening who don't understand it, so then I have to back it up.

01:11:29.000 You see, I'm kind of neurotic about that.

01:11:31.000 Now I want to go off on a spiel about Bill Clinton recruited by the CIA.

01:11:35.000 The evidence is clear.

01:11:36.000 Working for the Bushes, even back when Bush Sr.

01:11:39.000 was CIA Director in the 70s.

01:11:41.000 Clinton then being sent as a Rhodes Scholar, and then of course his main mentor being Carol Quigley at Georgetown, who openly said that they were controlling the left and right and pushing for world government.

01:11:53.000 And then Bill Clinton at Mena, Arkansas with the narcotics trafficking all being controlled.

01:11:59.000 I mean, I've interviewed the agents who were there and loading it.

01:12:01.000 It was well known that this was a Bush-Clinton operation.

01:12:04.000 And then now people have trouble believing that years ago, and I've covered it in films and things.

01:12:09.000 Now it's Barbara Bush calls him her son, and Clinton calls her mom, and they vacation together constantly, and they run little scam charities together, and Hillary has four-hour lavish dinners every week with Rupert Murdoch at his New York $50 million penthouse.

01:12:31.000 It's all staged.

01:12:34.000 Here's how the scam works.

01:12:35.000 We're talking about trillions and trillions of dollars that they're making off of us every year.

01:12:39.000 We're talking about control of the world through the military muscle of the U.S.

01:12:43.000 They're not going to leave it up to actually having two parties fighting with each other.

01:12:48.000 Now, they don't control every congressman or woman, they don't control every senator, but they control most of them.

01:12:53.000 They certainly control the committee program and the centralization of the committees and the party leadership.

01:13:00.000 It wasn't like that 100 years ago, 200 years ago.

01:13:03.000 Now, a senator has no power if they don't toe the line, follow orders, and then they don't get that committee chairmanship.

01:13:09.000 Then they can't bring home the bacon, so they basically get removed.

01:13:13.000 And then in case the people get on to what they're doing, they're putting in the electronic fraud machines, totally fraud-based, totally proven to be a major scam.

01:13:22.000 So then you've got all of that.

01:13:24.000 But clearly, you know, Hillary comes out and says, you're just not prosecuting the war right.

01:13:28.000 Invade Iran now! 1.00

01:13:29.000 I mean, remember in the debates, Kerry going, we need to go into Iran, they're the real threat. 1.00

01:13:34.000 Why'd you go into Iraq?

01:13:35.000 Wrong country, Bush!

01:13:36.000 But we've got to stay the course in Iraq. 0.79

01:13:38.000 Clinton says it, Kissinger says it, Lieberman says it, you know, all these old guns out saying it.

01:13:46.000 And then first, Dean comes out and says, we've got to get out of there.

01:13:51.000 And then he goes, well, we've just got to have an exit strategy.

01:13:53.000 We've got to hear a plan.

01:13:57.000 Now they're going to run these ads showing Democratic leaders waving white flags like good old boys sitting around, we ain't going to be a bunch of cowards, we're going to stay.

01:14:07.000 That's like if you were fixing your garbage disposal and the breaker flipped back on and it caught your fingers in it, would you pull your hand out or would you go, I'm not afraid of them blades, let me just dig in there a little bit deeper.

01:14:19.000 When you're the one that stuck your hand in there, our government Created Iraq. 0.98

01:14:25.000 The British did. 0.98

01:14:26.000 They put Saddam in. 0.96

01:14:28.000 They funded him to attack those countries.

01:14:29.000 They told him, go ahead and go into Kuwait.

01:14:31.000 They lied about WMDs. 0.85

01:14:34.000 They've done all of this.

01:14:37.000 We've got to stay the course.

01:14:38.000 And all the top analysts have looked at it and said, if we leave, things will get a lot better.

01:14:44.000 But the Pentagon's plan, that isn't their plan, is to make as much money for the shareholders as it is Thomas Barnett, the Naval War College professor, says.

01:14:51.000 We work for Wall Street.

01:14:52.000 We don't work for the American people. 0.97

01:14:53.000 We're creating global government.

01:14:55.000 And there's a room full of generals on C-SPAN clapping.

01:14:57.000 Yes, yes, we work for global government.

01:14:59.000 Yes, we work for Madison Avenue and Wall Street.

01:15:04.000 It was like that Howard Beale talking to, he gets a network with a globalist, calls the anchor in and says, look, we're global government.

01:15:11.000 We're all stock, human resources in this global government.

01:15:15.000 They're telling you what they're doing to you through these movies.

01:15:20.000 And so it doesn't matter.

01:15:21.000 I mean, all these liberals, martial law is coming, the government may be total tyranny, it's all over for us.

01:15:27.000 And you say, well, what should we do?

01:15:28.000 We should turn our guns in.

01:15:30.000 Well, how does turning our guns in make the government be nice to us?

01:15:33.000 Are you for Che Guevara giving up his gun?

01:15:36.000 No, of course not.

01:15:36.000 He was a rebel.

01:15:37.000 Which they don't even know he really wasn't.

01:15:39.000 Well, why can he have an AK-47, but I can't?

01:15:42.000 It's different.

01:15:43.000 It's different. 0.84

01:15:45.000 You see, they're brainwashed, folks. 0.97

01:15:47.000 Just like the neocons are brainwashed.

01:15:48.000 We have to see it's two different brands of brainwashing that come to the same endgame.

01:15:56.000 I mean, take so-called conservatives.

01:15:59.000 They think George Bush is conservative.

01:16:01.000 He's as conservative as Joe Stalin.

01:16:05.000 I mean, the government, he spent more money in five years than in 225 combined.

01:16:10.000 Official.

01:16:12.000 More than every president before him combined.

01:16:14.000 Together.

01:16:16.000 He opened borders, gun control, signing on to U.N. 0.82

01:16:19.000 treaties, just all of it.

01:16:21.000 I mean, he just goes on NAFTA highways, just all of it, everything. 0.64

01:16:24.000 He is an abomination. 0.74

01:16:26.000 See, I don't owe my allegiance to a puppet, to a sputtering little yuppie cheerleader. 0.97

01:16:32.000 He was a cheerleader, folks, from, you know, Kennebuckport, Maine.

01:16:35.000 Blue blood.

01:16:36.000 It's because he wears a cowboy hat and struts around with a fake accent.

01:16:39.000 I don't owe my allegiance to that.

01:16:41.000 I don't owe it to Bill Clinton with his little Arkansas accent.

01:16:43.000 I'm a good old boy, you can trust me.

01:16:46.000 When he's an intelligence operative, just like Putin is, just like it's admitted now that Blair's MI6, they're all intelligence agents.

01:16:52.000 They work for the intelligence agencies that work for the big private corporations.

01:16:55.000 Period.

01:16:56.000 The country's totally been overtaken, totally dominated.

01:17:00.000 And we keep putting perfume on a pig, denying how bad it is, denying how far it's gone, denying... We had a silent, organized, scientific coup back in 1963.

01:17:11.000 We had a coup before that, it's just Kennedy actually thought he was a leader and thought, no, I'm the president, I give the orders.

01:17:16.000 They said, no you don't, Mac.

01:17:21.000 So, people need to understand that.

01:17:24.000 This needs to be realized.

01:17:26.000 We need to consciously Get this into our heads.

01:17:31.000 That we're being managed and played.

01:17:36.000 And that we're being controlled.

01:17:38.000 And that they know that you need to see this theater so they have a good cop and a bad cop.

01:17:44.000 And we're all sucked in by it.

01:17:46.000 We've got to re-educate ourselves.

01:17:48.000 They have conditioned us.

01:17:49.000 They have indoctrinated us.

01:17:51.000 We have to personally start researching.

01:17:53.000 Personally get out of their re-education camp and educate ourselves.

01:17:59.000 It's that simple.

01:18:00.000 You have to be conscious of history, how human societies play out, what the current elite's goals are, and what we're facing.

01:18:08.000 And how they're using terrorism to hurt us, and accepting total martial law and total tyranny.

01:18:13.000 And it's wrong, and it needs to be resisted and stopped.

01:18:16.000 And the Democratic Party isn't going to save us.

01:18:17.000 It just isn't going to happen.

01:18:19.000 The Republican Party isn't going to save us.

01:18:22.000 And so many Democrats owe their allegiance and their friends and the clubs they hang out with to, oh, we're Democrats, we're the good people.

01:18:29.000 No, you're not.

01:18:32.000 And Republicans aren't either.

01:18:33.000 It's just... And there's no such thing as lesser of two evils here.

01:18:38.000 It just is not the case.

01:18:40.000 It's broken.

01:18:41.000 We've got to fix it.

01:18:43.000 We've been usurped.

01:18:44.000 We've been dominated.

01:18:45.000 We've been conned.

01:18:47.000 We've been hijacked.

01:18:48.000 We've been freeloaded, freebooted.

01:18:50.000 We'll be right back.

01:20:51.000 The United States seems to be celebrating over its triumph of reducing government debt.

01:20:57.000 But the truth be told, public and private debt increased to a record high in 1999, reaching a peak of $14.8 trillion, marking 10.57% annual increase, outpacing its previous 10 years.

01:21:10.000 The U.S.

01:21:10.000 economy receives its currency by taking on debt through a private banking institution called the Federal Reserve System.

01:21:16.000 In the year 2000, debt growth collapsed to only 4.5%.

01:21:20.000 It's bad enough that the U.S.

01:21:21.000 citizens is bound by debt in order to have commerce.

01:21:24.000 However, shocking the economy with the reduction of this magnitude could wipe out years of growth in a stock portfolio.

01:22:57.000 This show is documented.

01:22:59.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:23:02.000 I fell into a burning ring of fire.

01:23:06.000 I went down, down, down.

01:23:09.000 I'm like now.

01:23:10.000 Cliff in Colorado.

01:23:11.000 You're on the air.

01:23:12.000 Go ahead, Cliff.

01:23:13.000 Hi, Alex.

01:23:14.000 Yes, we are in an information war, and I've gotten all your tapes, and I lost count, giving out over 200.

01:23:20.000 It's the best tool we got out there to waken up The people around us.

01:23:25.000 I've got two stories out of Colorado.

01:23:27.000 One last week, uh, 57, uh, police officers, including, uh, feds, DEA, IRS, Aspen PD, Snowmass PD, SWAT team, two family restaurants, uh, for drugs.

01:23:42.000 Uh, they came up with, uh, it was a seven month investigation.

01:23:47.000 They arrested nine illegal aliens, $3,000 and a two grams of cocaine.

01:23:53.000 But the DEA agents were seen eating salt dust off the shelves and crematorium remains from a co-worker that had worked there where they stored his ashes and the DEA agent asked what this is and they said it was crematory remains of a fellow worker and they proceeded to taste test it.

01:24:13.000 I think that's make anybody's skin crawl.

01:24:17.000 Well it's an incredible hubris and arrogance And I didn't see this report, but again, they have to introduce something that then people want to use and do use as an excuse to turn the whole country into a war.

01:24:30.000 A war game.

01:24:32.000 The enemy is a substance.

01:24:33.000 Anyone can be using it.

01:24:35.000 Watch everyone.

01:24:36.000 Tattle on everyone.

01:24:37.000 Spy on everyone.

01:24:39.000 Right. 1.00

01:24:39.000 If some idiot wants to use cocaine or heroin, let him. 1.00

01:24:42.000 And in Europe, where they legalize it, it's not cool anymore. 1.00

01:24:45.000 It's seen as dirty and pathetic. 0.96

01:24:47.000 And you get about a 70% reduction in the usage. 0.86

01:24:49.000 But, oh, let's not do that here.

01:24:51.000 We couldn't have the drug dealers own the private prisons they put your kids in. 1.00

01:24:55.000 Exactly.

01:24:55.000 And here's the thing, too.

01:24:57.000 These were family restaurants with kids eating and dining with guns a-blazin'.

01:25:01.000 and also uh... they didn't have the even the concern is a blazing although they fired their weapons well they didn't fire but they pulled them out and we're telling but he did to uh... bradley and i'm not going to write why don't you email me a story about that i did today also they didn't even bother to tell the sheriff up there and that aspen pd in the sheriff's department share the same building in a aspen pd uh...

01:25:22.000 They said that they were too busy.

01:25:24.000 So the sheriff brought us.

01:25:26.000 Didn't even know what was going on.

01:25:28.000 I guarantee you there were cars being stolen, houses being broken into.

01:25:31.000 Real crime.

01:25:33.000 I mean, somebody breaking into my house, folks, is a lot worse than somebody using drugs.

01:25:36.000 Then cops will argue, well, the drugs cause people to break into your house.

01:25:40.000 Yeah, it being illegal puts a black market premium on it, and then the coke head wants to break into my house. 1.00

01:25:45.000 Hey Alex, how are you doing?

01:25:47.000 wants my second amendment so I can't defend myself from them.

01:25:50.000 Thanks for the call.

01:25:51.000 Good to hear from you.

01:25:52.000 I'll try to get that story posted, Cliff.

01:25:53.000 Just sounds like par for the course to me.

01:25:55.000 Ray in Delaware.

01:25:56.000 Ray, go ahead.

01:25:57.000 Hey, Alex.

01:25:58.000 How are you doing?

01:25:58.000 Good.

01:25:59.000 I'm not listening to you on any radio station here because we don't get you.

01:26:03.000 Well, thanks for that information.

01:26:05.000 What?

01:26:06.000 So you don't listen to the show?

01:26:07.000 No, it's not on here.

01:26:09.000 I listen to it on shortwave radio.

01:26:12.000 It's not on regular radio.

01:26:13.000 Yeah, I understand.

01:26:14.000 So you are listening to it on a station.

01:26:15.000 Okay.

01:26:16.000 Okay.

01:26:17.000 And the reason I found out about you, I have a lot of friends and I keep saying, doesn't anybody get this New World Order stuff?

01:26:24.000 And they said, yeah, you've got to listen to Alex Jones.

01:26:26.000 I said, well, how do I get him?

01:26:27.000 He said, only on shortwave.

01:26:29.000 So I went right out and bought a shortwave radio.

01:26:31.000 And you do get it, sir.

01:26:33.000 And I congratulate you.

01:26:34.000 Now, I'll give you a little background.

01:26:36.000 I'm a 58 year old Vietnam veteran and Vietnam taught me cynicism and how to investigate things and how to find out what is really going on. 0.58

01:26:47.000 And consequently, I'm a political junkie.

01:26:49.000 I buy five papers a day and listen to as much news and information as I can on the radio and on the TV.

01:26:58.000 And what I found And this is interesting, I think you know this, is that you won't find the truth in all this, but you'll find leaks.

01:27:07.000 You'll find things they don't want out there that they will kill.

01:27:11.000 But they leak out once or twice.

01:27:13.000 And I'll give you a good example.

01:27:15.000 Well also, I mean something may be classified, their agenda may be classified, but as they play the agenda out, you can see what the classified agenda is because it manifests itself.

01:27:24.000 Right, right.

01:27:25.000 Now here's a good example.

01:27:27.000 About eight days ago, Alan Greenspan gave his farewell speech to a bunch of corporate types, a bunch of New World Order types, and in this speech he said the only way to cure the deficit were with massive cuts in Medicare and Medicaid.

01:27:46.000 CNN ran that story once at 11 o'clock in the morning, and I could see in the face of Soledad O'Brien when she read it, she couldn't believe that that story got out there, because that's damaging.

01:27:58.000 That can get old people to start thinking, and actually Americans in general to start thinking.

01:28:04.000 And sure enough, that story died right there.

01:28:08.000 That was the last I heard of it.

01:28:09.000 It was in newspapers, it was never again on the news.

01:28:15.000 You know what?

01:28:16.000 I've got a guest coming up, but the guest is only on for one segment.

01:28:19.000 You want to hold over until the guest is gone and finish up your point?

01:28:22.000 Sure.

01:28:23.000 Alright.

01:28:23.000 Thanks for the call.

01:28:24.000 I'll go ahead and put him on hold.

01:28:26.000 We've also got Clint and others waiting.

01:28:28.000 We're scheduled to have a guest coming up here in a moment.

01:28:30.000 He should be very informative concerning the Patriot Act and other issues.

01:28:34.000 So be sure to stay with us.

01:28:35.000 We're on the march.

01:28:44.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:28:47.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:30:56.000 My name is G. Edward Griffin.

01:30:58.000 When I wrote The Creature from Jekyll Island, a second look at the Federal Reserve, I said we must create an entirely new money supply which is 100% backed by precious metals.

01:31:10.000 And we must do this within a reasonably short period of time.

01:31:13.000 I'm now pleased to inform you that the Liberty Dollar Organization has done precisely that.

01:31:18.000 The Liberty Dollar is 100% backed and redeemable in gold and silver.

01:31:49.000 Okay, we're joined by Congressman Bob Bard.

01:32:09.000 He's got an appointment that he's got to get to, so he's just with us for this segment.

01:32:13.000 And I tell you, he's been hard to get on.

01:32:14.000 Busy man.

01:32:15.000 Of course, Bob Barr, representative of the 7th District of Georgia and the U.S.

01:32:19.000 House of Representatives from 1995 to 2003, serving as senior member of the Judiciary Committee and vice chairman of the Government Reform Committee and as a member of the Committee on Financial Services.

01:32:29.000 He was in the CIA.

01:32:30.000 He, of course, was with the 21st Century Liberties Chair of Freedom, Privacy, and the American Conservative Union, and serves as the board member of the National Rattle Association and the Patrick Henry Center.

01:32:40.000 He also serves as the chairman of Patriots to Restore Checks and Balances, and provides advice to several organizations, including as a consultant to the ACLU.

01:32:49.000 And it just goes on and on for page after page.

01:32:52.000 Most of you know who Bob Barr is.

01:32:54.000 This is his maiden voyage here on our show, just for a few minutes.

01:32:57.000 Congressman, thanks for coming on with us.

01:32:59.000 Well, I appreciate the opportunity, certainly, because you reach a lot of people and you deal with very, very important issues, frequently constitutionally based issues, so I'm glad that you all are out there doing that.

01:33:11.000 Oh, I didn't know that you were aware of what we did, Congressman.

01:33:14.000 Oh, yeah.

01:33:15.000 Oh, okay.

01:33:16.000 You reach a lot of people, and these are vitally important issues when we're dealing with our civil liberties.

01:33:22.000 And so many folks in both of the national parties, the Democrat and the Republican, they sort of forget about this, don't want to deal with it, so somebody's got to pick up that baton and run with it, and you do, and I appreciate it.

01:33:35.000 Well, we appreciate you coming out against the Patriot Act.

01:33:38.000 A lot of people are confused, and I'll just give you the hard question up front.

01:33:42.000 Why did you vote for the Patriot Act and then, for the last three and a half years, you've been vehemently opposed to it?

01:33:49.000 And I commend you for fighting against its reauthorization in its current form, but can you explain that to us?

01:33:56.000 Yeah, the most important thing, first of all, is why are we opposed to the reauthorization of the provisions at Sunset without some limitation?

01:34:05.000 And we're opposed to those Uh, because the way the Patriot Act has been used over the last four years raises very serious concerns that it is being used in an unconstitutional way and it is being abused by being used far in excess of the purposes for which it was intended.

01:34:26.000 It was intended to provide Very important tools, some of which are important and are not controversial, and that's why I voted for it, because it did give important tools to law enforcement and our intelligence agencies.

01:34:39.000 It created more positions, it created better coordination between the agencies, and that was important.

01:34:45.000 The problem is that at the same time, it gave the federal government too much power.

01:34:50.000 And as we've seen that power being used over the last four years, we see that The power to access law-abiding American citizens' records, private records, is being used far in excess of what was intended.

01:35:05.000 The government still does not have to show any suspicion whatsoever that the citizen has done anything wrong before the government can access their records.

01:35:15.000 And we believe that this dramatically undermines the Fourth Amendment guarantee of privacy in our system of government.

01:35:23.000 What did you think about Patriot Act II and the things they wanted to add?

01:35:28.000 Well, it took a very bad situation and made it dramatically worse.

01:35:34.000 There were, as you know, because I know you've talked about it, there were provisions in the so-called Patriot 2 or Son of Patriot Act to give the government the power to strip Americans of their citizenship.

01:35:46.000 It would have greatly expanded, even beyond the powers in the current Patriot Act, the ability of the government to access personal private records of American citizens.

01:35:57.000 It would have expanded the definition of Domestic Terrorist Act.

01:36:01.000 And thankfully, we thus far, knock on wood, have been able to stave off expansions of the Patriot Act.

01:36:09.000 But what we've been trying to do with the reauthorization of the Patriot Act, or those provisions that would sunset this year, is to try and bring a little bit of balance back to it.

01:36:21.000 We've made some progress, not a lot, but we have made some progress.

01:36:24.000 But what we're trying to do right now is urge Senators, particularly Republican Senators, Not to buy into this sham compromise that is being proposed now between the House and Senate conferees.

01:36:38.000 It does not go nearly far enough.

01:36:40.000 So we're urging senators to vote against cloture on the Patriot Act compromise bill.

01:36:46.000 Well the way I read it and the way analysts are reading it right now is really it's the original Patriot Act and they're just putting in a few little turn of the phrase to confuse people, some platitudes.

01:36:57.000 They are making some minor adjustments.

01:36:59.000 Some of those minor adjustments are positive and I commend Senator Specter and others for at least holding out for some changes.

01:37:08.000 But Congressman, here's the problem.

01:37:10.000 They're already implemented Patriot Act 2, grabbing American citizens, saying no habeas corpus, saying we can torture whoever we want, Bush is God, he speaks from the throne like the Pope, ex cathedra.

01:37:23.000 It's just light years, open discussions of using troops domestically, having the CIA and Defense Intelligence, you know, looking over our hedges at us.

01:37:32.000 I mean, even Ron Paul a few weeks ago on this show and Paul Craig Roberts and many others say it looks like the classical move towards a dictatorship.

01:37:41.000 And basically, as long as you smile when you demand to see somebody's ID at gunpoint sitting on a bus, I guess it's okay for the government.

01:37:52.000 That's sort of the way they operate.

01:37:55.000 It can be a totalitarian type regime.

01:37:57.000 Congressman, do you see that as a danger?

01:37:59.000 I think it's a real danger where we have the military becoming involved in all sorts of domestic matters.

01:38:08.000 And we have the government being able to seize very private personal records on people without any suspicion they've done anything wrong.

01:38:15.000 I mean this is a dramatic turn of events that has accelerated greatly since 9-11.

01:38:22.000 I saw an editorial you wrote a few years ago saying that the attacks on our liberties are more damaging to America than the physical attacks of 9-11.

01:38:30.000 Can you comment on that and then in hindsight elaborate?

01:38:35.000 I don't doubt for a minute that we can defeat terrorists.

01:38:40.000 We have a great military.

01:38:42.000 If we focus on the job of the military, and that is protecting our borders and fighting and protecting our national security interests overseas, we win virtually every time if we get serious about it.

01:38:55.000 But if we then turn the military inward, And use the military to compile electronic dossiers on citizens, to data mine, to have citizens watching out on each other and reporting on each other.

01:39:09.000 If we have the military involved every time there's a bad rain or windstorm or tornado, then what we are doing is we are undermining the entire basis on which our constitutional representative democratic form of government was founded.

01:39:26.000 Even as our leaders in Washington say, we're not going to let the terrorists change our way of life, they are implementing policies that do precisely that.

01:39:36.000 Congressman, how did your stint at the Central Intelligence Agency help you be able to analyze the current things that are happening in the U.S.?

01:39:44.000 Because that's an area on the web and other places, and I've got a lot of emails and calls since I announced you were coming on.

01:39:51.000 People wanted to ask you about that, exactly what you did at the CIA.

01:39:55.000 My experience both at the CIA and as a United States Attorney under Presidents Reagan and Bush 1 really allows me to look at these issues of government power and constitutional authority from a practical standpoint that I know firsthand just how powerful the federal government already was before the USA Patriot Act.

01:40:18.000 The tools were there, whether they were intelligence tools to discover what the Terrorists were up to, or law enforcement tools to actually stop them.

01:40:28.000 We had the tools to stop those terrorists prior to 9-11.

01:40:31.000 We didn't.

01:40:32.000 But it wasn't because we didn't have the USA Patriot Act.

01:40:35.000 It was because the government, at all levels, had gotten sort of lazy, was not, their government was not doing its job of implementing and carrying out the laws that were already on the books.

01:40:50.000 The work that the CIA does, for example, and the other intelligence agencies, is basically outside of the constraints of the Fourth Amendment, and that's as it should be.

01:41:00.000 When our government gathers intelligence, foreign intelligence, overseas, they shouldn't be bound by the Fourth Amendment.

01:41:06.000 Congressman, Tommy Franks, last year, when he was outgoing head of CENTCOM, and I'm sure you're aware of this, said, one more attack, we turn over the country to the military, we get rid of the Constitution, And then the CFR, some other people said this, the PNAC boy said, terror attacks will really be helpful to get our agenda through and to silence dissent.

01:41:26.000 I mean, I want your comments on that, honestly.

01:41:28.000 I mean, this is classical terroring we're seeing, and I'd like to get your take on specifically What it means to have this whole umbrella... Here's what I'm trying to say.

01:41:41.000 They are going in and setting up neighborhood watch, homeland security groups, and there's no terrorists to look for in Albuquerque, New Mexico, say, or somewhere in Colorado, so what they do is Okay, we're going to fight crime now.

01:41:57.000 Spy on your neighbor.

01:41:59.000 Are they smoking pot?

01:42:01.000 They've used the Patriot Act on pot dealers, topless bars. 0.82

01:42:03.000 I mean, you know that.

01:42:04.000 You've written about it.

01:42:05.000 It's clear.

01:42:06.000 They just want to use this against us.

01:42:09.000 I think you're absolutely correct, Alex.

01:42:11.000 I think what they're doing is they're using people's fear of another terrorist attack to move forward with various government programs that the government has wanted to gather and put in place for many, many years They're using the fear that is now driving public policy in this country, which is very unfortunate and very un-American for our nation's policies to be driven by fear.

01:42:35.000 But that's what's happening, and many of our leaders are shamelessly playing on that fear to implement and grab power in ways that, in calmer times perhaps, the American people wouldn't stand for.

01:42:51.000 This is why we put in into the Patriot Act sunset provisions for many of its provisions, so that at least we would have the opportunity after a few years to sit down and see how these were used, take a more calmer look at it, and make changes.

01:43:10.000 Now Congressman, I've only got two more questions for you.

01:43:12.000 You've got to leave here in just a few minutes, but I do want to say that you have A show called Bob Barr's Laws of the Universe, and that's on Radio America on the weekends, aired several times, and it's live, of course, once.

01:43:23.000 And you've written the book, The Meaning of Is, Bob Barr, about Hare Clinton, and I'd like to get you on sometime longer.

01:43:31.000 To specifically talk about the book, the website is BobBar.org.

01:43:34.000 Bob and then B-A-R-R dot O-R-G. 0.94

01:43:37.000 There's links to it at Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

01:43:41.000 But getting into illegal aliens, you mentioned our borders.

01:43:44.000 The war on terror holds absolutely no water with anyone.

01:43:47.000 The minute I mention that our borders are completely wide open, only 8,000 border patrol, 2,000 or 3,000 on duty at any one time, it's a complete joke.

01:43:55.000 It's a war zone here in Texas, 800 dead in the last 11 and a half months, rocket attacks, U.S. missions closing.

01:44:01.000 I mean, it's more dangerous than Israel, the State Department said.

01:44:04.000 I mean, this is a hellhole here, but the media won't talk about it.

01:44:08.000 Bush wants amnesty.

01:44:09.000 So, I mean, I'd like you to speak to that.

01:44:11.000 The borders are wide open, but I've got to have some do-gooder looking over my fence to see if I'm al-Qaeda.

01:44:17.000 It's a real shame, and it's our Achilles heel, and it's one of our own making.

01:44:22.000 On my radio show this coming Sunday, we're going to have Tom Tancredo, one of the world champions of trying to beef up our border security, or at least have a rational dialogue about doing a better job.

01:44:35.000 But even in the President's speech a couple of weeks ago, where he talked specifically about border security enhancement, Even though there were some good ideas in his speech, the one area that truly is the linchpin for this whole thing, and that is cracking down on those who come to or into this country, given employment, there are either woefully unenforced penalties, or they just aren't enforced at all.

01:45:07.000 And until we get serious about cracking down on those who are in this country or coming to this country to work, as laudable as that is, then we're not going to get a handle on this. 1.00

01:45:17.000 Okay, last question, and it's a two-parter, Congressman.

01:45:19.000 I'll let you get out of here.

01:45:20.000 I know you've got an employment you're late for already.

01:45:22.000 Specifically, Katrina.

01:45:24.000 There was gun confiscation.

01:45:25.000 It did go on.

01:45:26.000 We got federal injunctions.

01:45:28.000 Cops won't give the guns back. 0.94

01:45:29.000 They were under federal command when they did that.

01:45:32.000 A great martial law drill.

01:45:34.000 And Bush is trying to reauthorize the assault weapons ban.

01:45:39.000 Just all of this going on.

01:45:40.000 Why are we seeing things like this starting to happen?

01:45:45.000 It's interesting because I fought a lot of these gun control battles when I was in the Congress and the Clinton administration was in power and yet I have continued to work Second Amendment issues and it's my impression to be honest with you and this is confirmed by a lot of folks who are involved very heavily in regulatory matters involving firearms that it is more difficult dealing with this administration than it was dealing with the prior administration.

01:46:14.000 And I think it's because even though I believe truly that President Bush is a supporter of the Second Amendment, he understands it, they are unwilling for some reason, this administration, to really be up front about it and to really take steps That solidifies and strengthens the right to keep and bear arms in this country.

01:46:36.000 They are not watching over the bureaucrat's shoulders.

01:46:39.000 But it's in the Bill of Rights, and it's also very popular to be pro-gun.

01:46:43.000 Why is it Bush doing that?

01:46:44.000 And finally, sir, a lot of callers brought this up.

01:46:47.000 People want to think of you as a champion of freedom.

01:46:49.000 They're a little paranoid with the intelligence agency background.

01:46:52.000 And they say, well, he voted for this bill, and no one was even allowed to read it.

01:46:56.000 Just a synopsis.

01:46:57.000 And they go, well, now he's against it.

01:47:00.000 People want to ask you this question.

01:47:02.000 When did you have your turning point of realizing we're going in the wrong direction big time, or was that a real turning point, or are you kind of just a ringer going in there to kind of take control of the so-called opposition and be loyal opposition, Congressman?

01:47:17.000 Well, that's a new one for me.

01:47:19.000 I don't think that there are many people that would believe that, and that certainly would be ridiculous.

01:47:25.000 I firmly believe in the positions that I take, always have.

01:47:30.000 I had very serious concerns about the USA Patriot Act when I voted for it.

01:47:35.000 I worked very hard to get changes made to it, and we succeeded to some extent.

01:47:41.000 We did get a lot of changes made that the administration didn't support.

01:47:48.000 Unfortunately, the way it's been implemented, with lack of proper oversight, lack of information from the administration, using these powers much more expansively than they were intended, and now the administration trying to get additional powers, Those are real danger signs.

01:48:03.000 So my concerns with the Patriot Act go back and are on the record before it was even passed.

01:48:09.000 Well, I'll say this now, Congressman.

01:48:10.000 I've been on the air for 11 years now, and I remember when you were making all the right stands for liberties, freedoms, Second Amendment, all down the line.

01:48:18.000 And I appreciate you fighting against the Patriot Act reauthorization now and fighting against Patriot Act II and the Victory Act.

01:48:25.000 The Intelligence Enhancement Act, and all of this stuff.

01:48:28.000 So I appreciate you.

01:48:29.000 It's just that we have a very, very skeptical audience, and obviously most of them do really appreciate you.

01:48:35.000 We appreciate you coming on and spending the time today with us, and I hope to be able to get you on the show every six months or so, and as soon as we can schedule it, I'd like to get you to talk about your new book, that is, The Meaning of Is, about Mr. Clinton, and maybe then we can talk about why George Bush told Congressman Dan Burton to back off Clinton.

01:48:53.000 We, uh, I'd love to talk about those issues.

01:48:56.000 They are important, and I look forward to being back with you soon, Alex.

01:48:58.000 Thanks a lot, Congressman.

01:48:59.000 Okay.

01:49:00.000 Take care.

01:49:00.000 Bye-bye.

01:49:01.000 All right, there goes Congressman Bob Barr, and we appreciate him coming on, and I ask the tough questions you want to be asked.

01:49:07.000 But frankly, folks, when he's up there fighting the Patriot Act and doing the right thing now, it almost, it almost doesn't even help to beat him up and go after him.

01:49:15.000 I don't know.

01:49:16.000 Overall, Bob Barr's probably a pretty good guy.

01:49:19.000 I mean, he's better than Chuckie Schumer or Hillary Clinton.

01:49:23.000 He's not a sterling creature like Ron Paul.

01:49:29.000 I wish they made more of those, but they don't.

01:49:32.000 Almost a perfect record.

01:49:33.000 But there's Bob Barr and there's the tough interview.

01:49:36.000 Tough question.

01:49:36.000 Probably never come back on because of that.

01:49:39.000 But we'll be right back, ladies and gentlemen, on the other side.

01:49:42.000 And we will go to... Who's holding what?

01:49:45.000 Cliff and Ray and Clint and many, many others.

01:49:48.000 Stay with us.

01:49:49.000 this.

01:49:49.000 We'll be right back.

01:52:48.000 Another hour just exploded past us.

01:53:00.000 Got to go back to Ray, who got cut short earlier.

01:53:02.000 I'm going to go to Clinton, Levi, and many others.

01:53:05.000 A lot of calls coming up in the third hour, and a ton of news I haven't gotten to yet.

01:53:09.000 The one thing I didn't like that Barr did do, and I'll put this in an article when we write one in the next few days about the interview, He said, oh, Bush has done more to go after guns.

01:53:18.000 Yeah, doubling the size of the BATF.

01:53:20.000 I mean, it's bad, folks.

01:53:23.000 Pataki's going after, you know, suing the gun manufacturers.

01:53:26.000 Bush has done a bunch of other stuff.

01:53:28.000 Signed some importation bans.

01:53:32.000 We're in trouble.

01:53:33.000 And, oh, but that's just because Bush hasn't been watching the bureaucrats.

01:53:36.000 Oh, yes.

01:53:38.000 That's why he campaigned for the assault on his man, because he suddenly was possessed by a bureaucrat.

01:53:43.000 And still good old boys on the streets will go, George Bush is an absolute pro-gun! 0.99

01:53:47.000 I've actually had them go, you're ridiculous, get out of my face! 0.97

01:53:50.000 I was out at Crawford, there'd be little neocons over there who would literally start frothing and threatening you if you disagreed with them. 0.99

01:53:56.000 I go, but Bush isn't concerned with a back-off boy, don't you talk about him!

01:53:59.000 I've actually got a video of this, I'll put it on the website, a lot of you have seen it. 0.99

01:54:03.000 And I'm like, but he's anti-gun, that's a lie, you piece of filth! 1.00

01:54:08.000 Back off! 1.00

01:54:10.000 I guess Bob Barger's lying, too.

01:54:13.000 Okay, Bush is pro-gun.

01:54:14.000 Turn your guns in. 0.99

01:54:16.000 How am I supposed to satisfy the absolute braindead neocon out there? 0.99

01:54:22.000 Oh, man.

01:55:36.000 Or just write to me, I'm Alex Jones at 3001 South Lamar Suite 100, Austin, TX 78704.

01:55:39.000 And never forget PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:55:41.000 At PrisonPlanet.tv it's 15 cents a day.

01:55:42.000 Or just write to me, I'm Alex Jones at 3001 South Lamar, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78704.

01:55:51.000 And never forget PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:55:55.000 At PrisonPlanet.tv, it's 15 cents a day.

01:56:00.000 We have monthly and yearly subscriptions.

01:56:02.000 And right now we've got a deal where normally you get three months free when you get a year subscription.

01:56:12.000 $39.95 instead of $54.

01:56:18.000 The site's almost been up now.

01:56:20.000 Coming up on two years here in about three months.

01:56:23.000 So just thousands of pieces of media on there now.

01:56:26.000 PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:56:29.000 And that is the main engine behind funding all our websites and what we do.

01:56:32.000 We still put out about 30% of what we do on the web for free.

01:56:35.000 The video, the clips, all that.

01:56:37.000 And members, you're subsidizing getting the word out.

01:56:40.000 It's going right into us being able to stream videos for free.

01:56:44.000 I've had analysis done of my websites because they do have a lot of free media on them.

01:56:48.000 We use more bandwidth than the Drudge Report, ladies and gentlemen.

01:56:51.000 We're not as big as the Drug Report.

01:56:53.000 It's many times bigger than us, but we use a lot more bandwidth.

01:56:57.000 Terabyte after terabyte after terabyte.

01:56:59.000 Because we do have videos and audio and all that stuff for free.

01:57:02.000 And quite frankly, at PrisonPlanet.tv members, you get first exclusive, you get everything, but about 30% of it or so goes out for free to educate the general public and fight the new world odor.

01:57:14.000 We're going to start vodcasting soon, video casting your iPods, I don't know, Five, six months of doing podcasting.

01:57:22.000 We're going to start VOD-casting.

01:57:24.000 VOD-casting.

01:57:25.000 Video-casting.

01:57:30.000 All right, third hour coming up!

01:57:53.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:54.000 You want answers?

01:57:56.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:07.000 Well, that was a great interview with Bob Barr.

01:58:11.000 Got Congressman Barr on, and I mean, I'm not tooting our horn, but he's like, oh, very appreciative to come on.

01:58:16.000 Your work's very prolific.

01:58:17.000 You're really reaching a lot of people.

01:58:19.000 I'm like, oh, well, thank you, Congressman.

01:58:21.000 So, see, it's you, the listener.

01:58:23.000 We really are reaching people.

01:58:24.000 We really are having an effect, and that's exciting.

01:58:27.000 Let's go back to Ray in Delaware.

01:58:28.000 I wanted to finish up some points, and Clint, Levi, and many others are patiently holding.

01:58:32.000 Go ahead.

01:58:33.000 You're on the air, Ray.

01:58:34.000 Yeah, you remember what I was saying before.

01:58:36.000 You were talking about how you'll see something that blurts out on CNN or Fox when the editor or the manager wasn't really paying attention.

01:58:44.000 Exactly.

01:58:44.000 And then you can tell they get the phone call, and that's admitted they do, the Defense Department's inside CNN, over 140 officers, intel officers, and they get the order, and yeah, I did read that where the text, but most Americans 4% read regularly, where Greenspan did say, oh yeah, we got to raid Social Security and Medicare, Medicaid, and they are!

01:59:04.000 They're going to take the Police?

01:59:05.000 Cops?

01:59:05.000 Hey, let me tell you something, cops.

01:59:07.000 Go ahead and serve the system.

01:59:08.000 They openly are going to take your pension.

01:59:10.000 They've changed the rules to take it. 0.98

01:59:11.000 Everybody, we're going to get raped, folks, when they're done with us. 1.00

01:59:14.000 Bye-bye. 0.99

01:59:15.000 It's called the destruction of the American middle class. 0.72

01:59:18.000 They giggle about it and snicker about it on NPR.

01:59:22.000 Yeah.

01:59:22.000 Now, it's funny, but one of the best sources for leaks, and they have leaks every day, is the Wall Street Journal.

01:59:29.000 And people, when I tell them that, they say, oh, look at Wall Street Journal, that's part of the new order.

01:59:34.000 I say, yeah, but they can't help bragging.

01:59:36.000 Now, today you were talking about immigration, and today they have the real reason for not preventing the illegal aliens.

01:59:44.000 And the real reason is to bring average wages in the USA down to worldwide levels.

01:59:50.000 In other words, the destruction of the American middle class, which is just Not helping globalization at all.

01:59:58.000 I tell you, you really are an informed caller and you're absolutely right.

02:00:03.000 I break news really down into four different categories, but if you count what we do, five.

02:00:08.000 But most of the time it's not lying.

02:00:10.000 It's lying by omission.

02:00:11.000 They won't say key parts of it, and so by only telling you half the story, you then get a skewed view.

02:00:17.000 But then they have something they call spin, and I agree with that term, where they nudge it.

02:00:22.000 They massage it.

02:00:23.000 They go, isn't a microchip under your skin good?

02:00:25.000 Only kooks are against it.

02:00:27.000 I can take that and go, look, they're pushing for microchips. 0.88

02:00:29.000 Look how they're trying to use fads to sell it to us. 0.99

02:00:32.000 Look at how controlling this is.

02:00:33.000 And people go, wait, I thought they lied.

02:00:35.000 No, they don't lie when they're, like, pushing it.

02:00:37.000 Wouldn't troops running our lives be good?

02:00:39.000 And I don't know, it wouldn't be good.

02:00:42.000 So, and then you have the outright lying.

02:00:44.000 They've got aluminum tubes.

02:00:45.000 They've got yellow cake.

02:00:48.000 Bin Laden's alive. 0.91

02:00:49.000 He's threatening us again.

02:00:51.000 You know, so then you've got outright lies.

02:00:53.000 There's different strata, different news.

02:00:54.000 And then you've got real news by real reporters, which is the majority of AP, UPI, you know, LA Times writers, Austin American Statesman writers.

02:01:04.000 They're just doing a job, and they go out and report something, and they don't know why the editor kills it over and over again.

02:01:10.000 Or, it gets on the newswire, but never gets picked up.

02:01:13.000 Listen, I was talking to a high-level Reuters guy who was into a story of, I don't know, it was like a year ago.

02:01:18.000 I was talking to him.

02:01:20.000 They told me this is political.

02:01:21.000 I can't run this story.

02:01:23.000 They called me.

02:01:23.000 They want a big article.

02:01:25.000 Reuters.

02:01:25.000 And the guy called up going, man, this really proves what you say is right.

02:01:28.000 They're telling me it's too politically hot.

02:01:31.000 So there's also good reporters who get their stuff basically logjammed.

02:01:38.000 Now, we have a problem up here in the Northeast that's exactly opposite of your problem down in Texas.

02:01:45.000 You've got to convince people that George Bush isn't looking out for their welfare.

02:01:49.000 Up here, I have to convince people that the Clintons are not liberals.

02:01:53.000 There's no such thing as a liberal who passes NAFTA and cuts welfare.

02:01:59.000 I mean, that's not a tip-off.

02:02:01.000 He's just as much for this global order As George Bush is.

02:02:05.000 Yeah, they gotta have a Democrat that takes people off the feed. 1.00

02:02:10.000 They gotta have, who then doubles corporate, literally double corporate welfare under him.

02:02:14.000 Now it's more than quadruple under Bush.

02:02:17.000 You're absolutely right!

02:02:18.000 I'm sick of it!

02:02:19.000 George Bush isn't a conservative!

02:02:20.000 Bill Clinton isn't a liberal! 1.00

02:02:21.000 They're a bunch of corporate whores! 1.00

02:02:23.000 You got it. 1.00

02:02:24.000 All right, good to hear from you, Ray.

02:02:26.000 All right.

02:02:26.000 Clint, Levi, William, many others.

02:02:29.000 1-800-259-9231.

02:02:29.000 I'm just going to blitz through your calls.

02:02:33.000 Get ready.

02:02:34.000 Have your points ready.

02:02:35.000 We're going to launch through them right now.

02:02:36.000 When we get back, I've got a ton of news lined up as well, because I'm going to kick some more new older high and down. 0.99

02:02:42.000 I'm fired up!

02:02:46.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my most comprehensive documentary exposing the New World Order's orchestration of the September 11th attacks yet.

02:02:54.000 In my new film, The Masters of Terror, we chronicle the globalist master plan for world domination.

02:02:59.000 The Masters of Terror details how the elite are using manufactured terrorism to drive the world population into accepting tyranny.

02:03:05.000 Witness in horror the execution of the September 11th attacks and the ensuing whitewash.

02:03:09.000 The cashless society control grid, infallible microchips, mass mind control, militarization of police, concentration camps, foreign troops massing on U.S.

02:03:17.000 soil, the USA Patriot Act, Super Big Brother Total Information Awareness Network, and much, much more.

02:03:21.000 It is absolutely vital that everyone see the masters of terror.

02:03:24.000 Only by exposing the perpetrators of September 11th can we stop them from carrying out the next wave of attacks and destroying our constitutional republic.

02:05:46.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk, Alex Jones, on the GCN Radio Network.

02:05:53.000 It is Friday, end of the week for some.

02:05:57.000 Not for me, I have a little bit of work to do this weekend.

02:06:01.000 I'll tell you, I'm enjoying the colder weather.

02:06:02.000 I know some of you up north, though, are.

02:06:04.000 It's really cold up there.

02:06:05.000 But down here in Austin, it's about 30 degrees.

02:06:06.000 I'm enjoying it.

02:06:08.000 Now, that's Talk Radio, folks.

02:06:09.000 Talk about the weather.

02:06:10.000 Now, for the next hour, we're going to talk about your favorite color.

02:06:13.000 And how great a leader George W. Bush is.

02:06:16.000 The fighter ace of Vietnam.

02:06:19.000 He was a squadron commander, secretly.

02:06:22.000 Look at what a leader he is.

02:06:24.000 He just looks like a commander.

02:06:26.000 I never forget watching Fox News when he landed live on an aircraft carrier.

02:06:29.000 They were going, look at him.

02:06:30.000 He looks so military.

02:06:31.000 Well, he is actually kind of a fighter ace.

02:06:34.000 And then he whispered in his dad's voice.

02:06:36.000 But knowing the average person will hear, oh, he's a fighter ace.

02:06:38.000 You can just see the line.

02:06:41.000 But then you've got the spin and lying by omission.

02:06:46.000 Then just flat out propaganda pieces where they tell you what they're doing to you, just put their spin on it.

02:06:50.000 The last call I brought that up and that was really a good point.

02:06:52.000 1-800-259-9231.

02:06:53.000 We're going to blitz through your calls and cover a lot of news in this final hour that we are now 9 minutes and 17 seconds into.

02:07:04.000 Let's talk to Clint in Missouri.

02:07:06.000 Clint, welcome sir.

02:07:09.000 Thank you, Alex.

02:07:10.000 I know a while back you picked up a news story about the Missouri Department of Transportation considering monitoring our cell phones, and a week ago today they did this.

02:07:20.000 That is not only for you, I've been helping you.

02:07:23.000 Well, that's exactly what Director Pete Rollins said.

02:07:26.000 He said it's a great day for America.

02:07:27.000 Being tracked everywhere you go, live time on a big board, that's freedom!

02:07:32.000 Well, you know, it raises an interesting point because We tried and tried and tried to contact our legislators and get them to do something about this.

02:07:41.000 But the whole time we were doing this, they did nothing more but write softball articles about Thanksgiving and Veterans Day in the local newspapers.

02:07:51.000 And all they were doing was biding time until the MoDOT board voted unanimously.

02:07:56.000 Well, they did write a few lavish puff pieces about how wonderful it is to be tracked and controlled.

02:08:01.000 That's correct.

02:08:03.000 There were a few lavishes.

02:08:06.000 But, you know, this is how they're going to take away our freedom through bureaucracy.

02:08:11.000 And if you don't mind, I'd like to plug an article I wrote on the subject.

02:08:15.000 I'd like you to send it to me.

02:08:18.000 Is it Alex at InfoWars.com?

02:08:19.000 That email is fried and gone and just an absolute mess.

02:08:22.000 I'm trying to take all the links down to it.

02:08:24.000 It's just worthless.

02:08:26.000 Tips at InfoWars.com.

02:08:29.000 Ryan at InfoWars.com.

02:08:31.000 It's just bad to send it to all three of these if you really wanted to get there.

02:08:34.000 Tips at InfoWars.com.

02:08:36.000 Ryan at InfoWars.com.

02:08:38.000 He's one of the main webmasters.

02:08:41.000 And then PrisonPlanetWeb at Hotmail.com.

02:08:46.000 Okay.

02:08:47.000 Uh, you know, Jefferson said, uh, government was instituted by the consent of the people, not the bureaucracy.

02:08:56.000 And government is best that governs least.

02:08:59.000 That's correct.

02:09:00.000 Al-Qaeda, have I ever heard it?

02:09:03.000 Or as you say, Al-C-I-A-D-A. 0.63

02:09:07.000 No, but seriously, uh, tell us about the little article you wrote.

02:09:09.000 Where can we read it?

02:09:10.000 Well, you can read it at www.semoleague.org.

02:09:16.000 That's S-E-M-O-League.org.

02:09:20.000 And it'd be right at the top of the page under that title.

02:09:23.000 Government instituted by the consent of the people, not through bureaucracy.

02:09:28.000 Well, I appreciate you getting involved in the info war and to start attacking the enemy with the truth.

02:09:33.000 And I appreciate your call.

02:09:34.000 Anything else?

02:09:35.000 No, that's all.

02:09:36.000 Thanks for doing a great job.

02:09:38.000 You bet, my friend.

02:09:39.000 No, you're the one doing a great job getting the website up, writing an article.

02:09:42.000 I mean, God bless you.

02:09:43.000 Let me just break this down for people.

02:09:45.000 Not tooting my horn.

02:09:47.000 I'm not trying to toot my horn here.

02:09:49.000 I'm very upset about this.

02:09:52.000 In the things we've defeated, I will get emails going, it didn't happen like you said, but we can go show you exactly where it was introduced, where we beat it.

02:10:01.000 So, you can't win for losing, to use the old phrase.

02:10:10.000 It's amazing!

02:10:12.000 The official federal plan that I saw many years ago, almost a decade ago, is that all of our license plates will have hidden barcodes in them.

02:10:19.000 Most states already have it.

02:10:21.000 There'll be face scanning cameras everywhere.

02:10:22.000 There'll be a transponder in your inspection sticker or in another part of the paperwork on the car.

02:10:30.000 There'll be radio readers everywhere that track exactly how fast you go.

02:10:33.000 You'll be given tickets that'll be mailed to you or out of a bank account you'll have to have to have a car.

02:10:39.000 They already have that, and some states are trying to get that in right now.

02:10:43.000 Then with cell phones, this was always the plan.

02:10:47.000 In 1996, they passed a federal law, but it wasn't even a law that this had to be done.

02:10:52.000 It was a regulatory agreement, but Congress had to pass a law to fund it.

02:10:56.000 It was going to be $6 billion, and it ended up almost being $10 billion.

02:10:59.000 It was like $9.5 billion.

02:11:02.000 They paid every major phone company, even the small ones, And then again, even other little teeny tiny phone router systems, they all still route back through another major hub.

02:11:14.000 Huge NSA, that's National Security Agency.

02:11:19.000 I said I'd watch their calls, but this is important.

02:11:21.000 Cause they're the good ol' boy, I know it all, they're sitting on that, ridiculous, they ain't gonna track me down and rob my cell phone, and when they hear about it on the news, they'll go, well I like it, it's good, it's good, I don't know, there ain't no problem, cause I just say there ain't a problem, there ain't a problem. 0.79

02:11:37.000 Hey, your kid's on drugs.

02:11:39.000 Well, he'll work it out.

02:11:41.000 It's all about yourself.

02:11:43.000 It's all about being lazy.

02:11:44.000 It's all about rationalizing what's going on. 1.00

02:11:46.000 It's all about being a scumbag. 1.00

02:11:48.000 I understand. 0.99

02:11:49.000 But anyways, let me get back to the story.

02:11:51.000 And imagine I'm sitting there reading major newspaper articles, but they were mainly in industry publications, but I'm reading it, and everything we do will be tracked and controlled.

02:12:00.000 Then in the next phase, that was the start.

02:12:02.000 It took five, six years to put it all in place.

02:12:05.000 These big, huge hubs where everything we say and do on the telephone or email or fax goes through NSA snooping hubs.

02:12:13.000 They don't have to grab it anymore or get it off the main trunk lines.

02:12:15.000 It's just right there.

02:12:16.000 It all wires through it.

02:12:19.000 And they can incidentally take it all down whenever they want, including the internet.

02:12:22.000 And people go, well, it's private though, it's good, but can't... No, no, no, you don't understand.

02:12:26.000 The government has put dams in and actually controls the equipment in all the major companies.

02:12:32.000 It's just public.

02:12:33.000 Again, this is all public.

02:12:34.000 This is not my opinion.

02:12:36.000 I know anything scary is a conspiracy theory, so some of you can rationalize it away and say it doesn't exist.

02:12:42.000 It's like, if I say you're going to die someday, well that's just another one of his conspiracies.

02:12:46.000 Or if I say water's wet, that's really getting weird, man. 1.00

02:12:50.000 Or if I say jumping off a cliff a thousand feet down into spikes is going to kill you, that's really stupid. 1.00

02:12:56.000 Or if I say smoking cigarettes is going to give you lung cancer, there he goes with his conspiracies again. 0.99

02:13:02.000 What I'm talking about is absolute fact, okay?

02:13:05.000 Alright, I'm really getting obnoxious, I'm sorry. 0.99

02:13:08.000 I know the general audience knows more than I do in many cases, and is informed, and loves America, and I'm not beating you up, I just think of the idiots out there. 0.99

02:13:17.000 And we all know who they are, and they make me sick. 1.00

02:13:20.000 Because I love this country, and they just wake up and stop purposefully being ignorant, and willfully being stupid, and willfully not being informed, and willfully making excuses, Then we could have a free country again. 1.00

02:13:33.000 At least take back some of the ground that we've lost. 0.99

02:13:38.000 And so they put these phone systems in.

02:13:41.000 And then about five years ago, I mean I already knew that all cell phones were tracked.

02:13:47.000 On the due date of October 1st, 2001, that was set in 96, the hubs went in, the control went in.

02:13:52.000 Then they built FEMA Emergency Command Centers that will wire all the streets and the buildings, and they're going to put little gates in that lower down in front of the highways, and they're going to use massive toll roads to pay for it all, and the FEMA Center will be a place to merge your APD, if it's Austin, with your state police, with your regional guard, with your regular army, with your national guard.

02:14:14.000 With the state guard, with the CIA liaison in it, and they look like little mini NORADs with these big huge screens in them.

02:14:22.000 And every cell phone in the city will be just thousands of little dots.

02:14:28.000 Driving around and they just punch in your name or your code if they want to particularly follow you and it blows up on a big schematic and shows a computer rendition of your vehicle and your tracker number and where you're going and what you're doing.

02:14:42.000 And they hit another little button and it automatically dials in and listens to you.

02:14:46.000 Even when your phone's off, it just listens to you.

02:14:49.000 Just in industry publications, and all federal publications, and you know, federal executive, and all these different things.

02:14:56.000 It was in all of them.

02:14:57.000 And I'm freaking out, yelling, screaming on air, look at this, look at this.

02:15:01.000 Then three years ago, the governor of Wisconsin says, we're going to do it.

02:15:05.000 We're going to have a state tax and start doing it.

02:15:06.000 And then Wyoming, and then Missouri, and then now they're talking about Texas.

02:15:11.000 Live time, you see, they're going to pay to have the personnel in there, in these FEMA command centers, that literally are federalizing our local areas, right in front of us, totally criminal, and they're going to totally live action track us, and pay for the personnel off the toll roads, in part, to do this.

02:15:32.000 Annual thumb scan to get your groceries, face scan, RFID's going to be on all the new Visa and MasterCards that are coming out, you won't have a choice, unless you boycott and fight it now, Uh, everything you do, uh, CPS will come to your house three times a year and forcibly, psychologically test your kid, even if they're homeschooled or private schooled, uh, with guidelines written up by the drug companies.

02:15:53.000 It will all carry national ID cards.

02:15:54.000 It'll be federalized state, uh, driver's license.

02:15:57.000 That passed earlier this year.

02:15:59.000 There will be trans-NFTA highways crisscrossing the country.

02:16:01.000 Illegal aliens will be completely legal, so the problem will be over. 0.96

02:16:04.000 That's the official plan.

02:16:05.000 They will bring in unlimited unskilled and skilled workers.

02:16:09.000 The new economy will be giant prisons everywhere.

02:16:11.000 Already the fastest growing curriculum is Homeland Security, which is spying and tattling and local neighborhood tattle groups.

02:16:18.000 As the economy gets worse and worse and worse, people will try to go then be cops and be tattletales and be spies, and they'll defend the system because that's their paycheck, And we're going to go from having 800,000 cops, we had 400,000 cops,

02:16:31.000 Ten years ago, to over a million and a half cops and tens of millions of auxiliary tattletale people who get a small stipend every month, a few hundred creds, dollars, it'll be creds by then, American creds, on their little national ID cred card just for the power of walking around with a taser and a billy club and a tattletale radio.

02:16:52.000 And everything I told you came true ten years ago, and you watch, it will come true.

02:16:57.000 You just watch.

02:16:58.000 Unless you stop it.

02:17:00.000 And those of you that are denying it will come true, when it does come true, you will just go, I like it.

02:17:06.000 In fact, I'm one of them now.

02:17:06.000 I like it.

02:17:08.000 Alex, I've got the black uniform.

02:17:11.000 Well, let me just tell you, you don't get as a citizen title to wear a black uniform.

02:17:14.000 I read the federal grants and the plans. 1.00

02:17:16.000 You get a gray uniform, you stupid little idiot. 1.00

02:17:20.000 In about five years from now, that may be the thing that wakes you up. 1.00

02:17:23.000 Something simple.

02:17:24.000 When they're giving you the gray uniform, I want you to remember, when they hand it to you, when you get your gray uniform, I want you, when you take it, to go, wow, Alex knew that, but you won't remember that, will you?

02:17:34.000 No!

02:17:35.000 Now, I said I'd blitz through your phone calls, but that caller brought up another key point.

02:17:40.000 Levi, Barney, and many others, your calls are coming up.

02:17:43.000 Currency devaluation.

02:17:53.000 Inflation.

02:17:54.000 One and the same.

02:17:55.000 If you had deposited $100,000 at a bank at 1%, in a 30-month period dating from May 24, 2005, here is what happened to your funds.

02:17:59.000 The dollar lost 33% of its value in that time frame.

02:18:01.000 The bank paid you 1%.

02:18:02.000 April 24, 2005, here is what happened to your funds.

02:18:05.000 The dollar lost 33% of its value in that time frame.

02:18:09.000 The bank paid you 1%, your $100,000 now has a net purchasing power of $68,000.

02:18:16.000 Here is reality.

02:18:17.000 The devaluation of currency equals real inflation.

02:18:21.000 Keep in mind how the value of your paper assets are measured in dollars.

02:18:25.000 Gold in the same time frame increased 35% in value.

02:18:49.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

02:18:53.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

02:18:56.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

02:18:59.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

02:19:08.000 The Berkey light is different.

02:19:09.000 water molecules take five to ten minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

02:19:15.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals, and nitrates.

02:22:00.000 Let's go back to the calls.

02:22:03.000 Levi!

02:22:04.000 Levi in Colorado, you're on the air, go ahead.

02:22:07.000 Hey, how's it going, Alex?

02:22:08.000 Good, sir.

02:22:10.000 Um, one thing I noticed, I haven't really heard anybody talk about, um, how many air marshals were on this flight, this Miami incident?

02:22:19.000 I mean, aren't there usually maybe one or two air marshals?

02:22:23.000 They normally work in teams of two.

02:22:28.000 They had to have more than two, because didn't they have a bunch of passengers at gunpoint, and weren't there like shotguns involved and such?

02:22:34.000 That's what I heard, that's what I read, and then they all lied out of the gates and said he said bomb. 0.94

02:22:39.000 Now it's admitted that is not true, that was not said, they just made this up, but still we'll be arguing with idiot neocons ten years from now that oh, that was a bomb, that was a WMD. 0.99

02:22:49.000 He had wires coming out of his head, he was an alien with big slippers on. 0.98

02:22:52.000 So when did air marshals have shotguns in the first place?

02:22:56.000 I think they were.

02:22:57.000 You know what, this whole thing stinks to high heaven, sir.

02:22:59.000 Yeah, really badly.

02:23:01.000 And I think that either this guy knew something, and you know what I think, Alex?

02:23:06.000 I think that this, that something was going to happen to this plane, and this guy either knew about it, or he knew something was going to happen to him, and he freaked out and ran away, and they shot him, and whatever their op was went bad, and so they started, you know,

02:23:25.000 We know this because they premeditatedly lied in this case and in the DeMendez case in England and openly, out of the gate, put out false stories and then no one's held accountable.

02:23:37.000 We can legitimately say that that could be it, but we don't know. 0.90

02:23:42.000 We just know they're murdering liars. 0.99

02:23:46.000 I mean, this has to be something. 0.86

02:23:47.000 I mean, because shotguns and More than two air marshals on one flight. 0.97

02:23:53.000 That just... You know, how big of a plane was that?

02:23:55.000 I know 777 sometimes will have four on board.

02:23:58.000 Oh, I don't know, but... I don't think it was a 777.

02:23:59.000 I don't think I read that you guys had posted with the picture from They Live.

02:24:05.000 It said that people were getting cell phones karate-chopped out of their hands and like getting guns held to their head and at least two of the officers are Or outside the plane shooting the guy, right?

02:24:22.000 So, I mean, this sounds like ten guys are doing this.

02:24:27.000 You know, that's a great point.

02:24:29.000 You need to write that up in an email and send that to us and we'll post it.

02:24:32.000 Paul's done a great article on this, but we're into a part two.

02:24:36.000 I know this though, you see, I'm not defending them, but this could also be, we have to look at every side of things and really come to what the truth is, and obviously it stinks to high heaven.

02:24:44.000 Either way, it's bad what they've done.

02:24:46.000 The question is, is it premeditated or not?

02:24:47.000 We don't know.

02:24:48.000 But see, they could think a cell phone was going to activate a bomb, then they suddenly thought everybody could be a terrorist. 1.00

02:24:55.000 So that's why, that could be why, and they're so stupid, I hope I'm not giving them excuses. 1.00

02:24:55.000 You understand? 1.00

02:24:59.000 The thing I want to bring up though is, Uh, there are a lot, a lot of new air marshals.

02:25:04.000 There used to be like a few hundred.

02:25:05.000 I think you were even saying this earlier.

02:25:07.000 Oh, there's going to be the new National Police.

02:25:09.000 They're going to be on the street corners everywhere, sir.

02:25:12.000 Now there's thousands of new air marshals, and I'm wondering who these guys are.

02:25:16.000 If ten of them show up on a plane and murder someone, I'm wondering who these guys are.

02:25:20.000 Who are all these new air marshals?

02:25:22.000 Well, they're going to be your new National Papers, Please Police Force.

02:25:26.000 And that was admitted with the TSA, then they changed their name, but they nationwide, in Dallas, in Chicago, in New York, in Miami, they're the ones turning the cops to, we surround them all, we search everyone, this is the new freedom!

02:25:43.000 And so we actually know who they are, sir, and it was also a great way to get rid of the Border Patrol.

02:25:49.000 They went to the Border Patrol and they said, you get $24,000 on top of what you're being paid now, the day you start training.

02:25:57.000 And they got about $3,000 from the Border Patrol in the first six months after that started.

02:26:01.000 Oh, jeez.

02:26:02.000 So, it's all, everything, they're very evil.

02:26:05.000 Everything they do hurts us.

02:26:06.000 It just won't hurt us in one way.

02:26:08.000 It's always masterful.

02:26:09.000 It always hurts us everywhere.

02:26:11.000 Thanks for the call.

02:26:12.000 Thanks, it's good to hear from you.

02:26:14.000 Makes me sick.

02:26:15.000 All right, let's go ahead and talk to Barney in Maryland.

02:26:17.000 Barney, how you doing?

02:26:19.000 Okay.

02:26:20.000 Alex, you probably have heard the quote, when a diplomat says yes, he means perhaps.

02:26:28.000 Yes.

02:26:28.000 When he says perhaps, he means no.

02:26:31.000 When he says no, he is no diplomat.

02:26:34.000 Now, what kind of sense does it make to take a firm stand in the case of a congressman and then end up getting bumped off We're being framed and sent to jail like Jim Trafigant.

02:26:49.000 We're being sent to jail and tortured like George Hanson.

02:26:52.000 Or worse yet, to be replaced by Yes Man.

02:26:57.000 Well that's right, I've interviewed Hanson probably ten, I need to interview Hanson again.

02:27:01.000 They actually took a congressman and literally tortured him for months until his feet busted open.

02:27:06.000 Yep.

02:27:07.000 You want to tell folks about what happened to Hanson?

02:27:09.000 That's all right, you got him.

02:27:10.000 No, no, uh, but Barney, you want to talk more?

02:27:12.000 I gave you about a minute.

02:27:13.000 You want some more time, or are you done?

02:27:14.000 Okay, I could talk some more.

02:27:16.000 I mean, uh... It's good to hear from you, because Barney, I love you, and you love me.

02:27:19.000 You know that?

02:27:19.000 Yeah, take it easy.

02:27:20.000 No, stay there! 0.92

02:27:21.000 I'm gonna let you talk on the other side.

02:27:23.000 You're not going anywhere.

02:30:39.000 One more time, that's 866-885-6625.

02:30:43.000 All right, Barney and Marilyn, you were trying to finish up something when I cut you off.

02:30:54.000 For those who don't know what happened to Congressman Hanson, he'd really been speaking out against handing over the Panama Canal, which was a big globalist plan.

02:31:00.000 So they arrested him for income tax evasion.

02:31:03.000 He was later found to not be guilty.

02:31:06.000 But imagine, just over some small income taxes, you know, you steal 800 million dollars, like this congressman out in California, he admits to it, and you're going to probably spend a few months in jail, but a congressman goes and fights the handover of the Panama Canal and a bunch of other stuff, he gets raided by these goons, and they say, we're going to torture you.

02:31:23.000 And they drove him around for months until his feet exploded.

02:31:27.000 It's called desewing.

02:31:28.000 I've seen the photos.

02:31:29.000 I've interviewed him.

02:31:30.000 He's in a couple of videos.

02:31:32.000 And his toes all popped and they made him go to the bathroom in his pants and just in a bus by himself with a snickering demon.

02:31:40.000 You know what?

02:31:40.000 That guy who did that, there is a hell.

02:31:42.000 That's what that guy's going to be doing in hell. 1.00

02:31:44.000 That fool. 1.00

02:31:45.000 Uh, and if you don't believe in God, folks, it's just, uh, I don't know what's wrong with people that would do that. 1.00

02:31:50.000 But, uh, Barney, go ahead.

02:31:52.000 Oh, Alex, you covered most of the detail.

02:31:54.000 The only thing I can say is that, uh, George Hanson, uh, was the forefront in all the battles against the establishment, and they tried to change his district around and everything to get him voted out, and they couldn't do that, so they framed him.

02:32:08.000 How is Hanson?

02:32:09.000 I haven't talked to him in so long.

02:32:10.000 Is he still alive?

02:32:12.000 I think he's still alive, yeah.

02:32:13.000 Oh man, I gotta get, where is he, Arizona now or something?

02:32:16.000 I know he was out in the Mormon territory, I think.

02:32:22.000 Yeah, but I think last time he was in Arizona, the last time I talked to him, I don't know.

02:32:26.000 You know what, I need to get George, somebody got George Hanson's contact info, call the office or email it to me, or I'll dig it out, my wonderful wife will ferret it out, my producer.

02:32:35.000 Anything else, Barney?

02:32:37.000 Only thing is, you might hit on George, uh, Jim Traffert, Traffert Cat, and tell how he's doing.

02:32:43.000 Well, Traficant, I mean, with the case of George Hanson or other people, totally sterling records.

02:32:49.000 With Traficant, a little weird, a little bombastic, so they could make it stick a little better, but clearly they framed him.

02:32:56.000 The trial was a fraud with all these convicted felons.

02:32:59.000 Well, one convicted felon testifying against him, others he got thrown out, and he didn't do anything, and they hated him way back.

02:33:06.000 I mean, I've talked to people, I know people who have family who When he was sheriff, he wouldn't let the IRS, he wouldn't let people who were repossessing, he wouldn't let the tax assessor take homes of anybody.

02:33:19.000 I mean, he was just, he's always been hated.

02:33:22.000 I mean, just, you know.

02:33:23.000 Good man, yep.

02:33:25.000 Well, I mean, on record, he obviously liked to drink and ran around and was a loud mouth, but a lot of good people are like that.

02:33:32.000 I mean, he's not perfect.

02:33:33.000 Like McCarthy, you know, he liked to run around drinking.

02:33:36.000 But they'll certainly demonize people until the reality of who they were is no connection to reality.

02:33:42.000 Thanks for the call.

02:33:42.000 Thank you.

02:33:43.000 You bet.

02:33:44.000 Good to hear from you, Barney.

02:33:45.000 Baroff in Texas, I believe.

02:33:47.000 Baroff, go ahead.

02:33:49.000 Great show as usual.

02:33:50.000 I just wanted to make two quick points.

02:33:53.000 One of the callers earlier made a great point about how there had to be more federal air marshals in Miami that day.

02:34:01.000 The standard rules for engagement for these air marshals is that when they believe that someone is running with a bomb, they're supposed to completely ignore any type of verbal protest because that could theoretically be one of the quote-unquote terrorists distracting them.

02:34:15.000 So, um, this is my point.

02:34:16.000 The legality of what we have in the law book allows complete mobility for these people to act in completely unconstitutional ways.

02:34:24.000 Well, exactly.

02:34:25.000 They're going to say it's illegal, but the law itself is like saying, we now have legalized barbecuing small children.

02:34:31.000 Well, no, the law that says you can barbecue children is wrong.

02:34:34.000 And it's become a de facto police state with the jury police state.

02:34:34.000 Right.

02:34:39.000 And with the legitimacy of their arbitrary law, these judges, stopping judges who interpret written constitutional law and just become like philosopher kings who are ruling us with their eminence.

02:34:49.000 Second point, you know, this is, you know, this is Friday.

02:34:52.000 I thought I'd kind of be more open.

02:34:54.000 Earlier you had mentioned that there's a hell for people that torture and that there's a hell, and this is a uniquely Judeo-Christian concept, but every religion in the world has some sort of construction of, or some sort of imagined world where we do good things and we end up in a good place, and if you do something bad, you end up in or some sort of imagined world where we do good things and we

02:35:13.000 I think that part of the problem with America now is the New Age movement, which co-opted Hinduism and completely perverted it into making moral absolute wrongs and cultural relativism correct. 0.79

02:35:24.000 So, that enables the American people to desensitize these random acts of violence by perverting oriental thought into Very uniquely. 0.77

02:35:34.000 Take, for example, the Theosophist, which Hitler was a member of. 0.85

02:35:38.000 These people basically find this concept of a world in which the Judeo-Christian values of being truthful and honest and decent are completely deconstructed.

02:35:51.000 These are all precursors to Nazism, and I wanted to point that out because One of the big critiques of paganism that I hear a lot is that, you know, it's evil and it's wrong, but I think that the New Age spiritual movement, if you could even call it that, is what's really wrong.

02:36:10.000 Because that's where the desensitizing of the American people has traditionally occurred.

02:36:16.000 Well, I'll just say this, and I appreciate your call.

02:36:18.000 Look, I'm not going to get into some big religious debate.

02:36:23.000 I'm a Christian and please don't compare that to Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell.

02:36:29.000 I mean, that's a joke.

02:36:33.000 That's like if they held up freedom and it was a bloated maggot and said, are you for freedom? 0.96

02:36:37.000 No, I'm against the bloated maggot. 0.96

02:36:39.000 Well, freedom isn't the bloated maggot. 0.99

02:36:42.000 So, I mean, it's not Christian to have Pat Robertson on TV saying, kill! 0.99

02:36:48.000 We need to kill! 0.99

02:36:50.000 Hugo Chavez, because he's selling oil too cheap. 1.00

02:36:53.000 I mean, that's not Christian. 1.00

02:36:58.000 And listen, I read these neocon books.

02:37:00.000 I've read some of the Left Behind stuff.

02:37:02.000 I've read interviews that Tim LaHaye has given in the magazines. 0.99

02:37:05.000 And it's, it's, we need to kill every Arab. 1.00

02:37:08.000 It's of the Lord. 1.00

02:37:09.000 We're on a holy war against them.

02:37:12.000 And blood and destruction brings Jesus the sooner it happens.

02:37:18.000 Microchips aren't bad, and face scanning is good, and it's of the Lord.

02:37:22.000 And people always wonder how we're going to get an anti-Christ.

02:37:26.000 They're going to tell you it's Jesus, folks.

02:37:29.000 I mean, he's going to say he's God.

02:37:32.000 And he's just going to say that all religions are good, and follow all religions, but he's going to really play to the Christian audience.

02:37:43.000 I really see this happening.

02:37:44.000 I've got to tell you, growing up, I went to church, I'm a Christian, I saw the corrupt preachers growing up in Dallas around me, and that made me a little bit cynical, but I've always had a lot of experiences that I've never shared with people.

02:38:00.000 I have a relationship with Jesus Christ, and then the arguments start about what Jesus' real name is.

02:38:06.000 It's the religion that I can't stand.

02:38:09.000 All of the arguing in my group is right and your group is wrong.

02:38:11.000 That's just some preacher who wants to break off and start his new group.

02:38:15.000 We don't even need these churches.

02:38:16.000 I'm not saying a church is a bad thing, but you don't need churches.

02:38:20.000 Christ said you don't need churches.

02:38:23.000 He said don't be praying up on the hill and talking about what a good person you are and all the great things you've done and how God loves you.

02:38:30.000 Pray in your prayer closet.

02:38:34.000 I'm not going to get off into a bunch of preaching here, but certainly moral relativism Certainly, you know, N justifies the means, and oh, you know, the globalists are going to kill 80% of us to cleanse the earth, but it'll be good in the future for everyone, and we have to.

02:38:49.000 And yes, it's these elaborate excuses these psychopaths use, these little mental games they play with themselves to be able to do what they do.

02:38:59.000 And this stuff is real.

02:39:01.000 I mean, this tyranny is coming down upon us.

02:39:04.000 All of this is really happening.

02:39:07.000 And denying it, it's not going to go away.

02:39:09.000 I mean, they're going to kill us though with a mesh, an amalgamation, a tincture, a mixture, a composite.

02:39:20.000 A hybrid breed of tyranny that is a mixture of the 1984 savage, spying, black uniforms, helicopters, TVs watching you, cameras everywhere.

02:39:34.000 They're going to merge that boot-stomping on the human face forever. 0.84

02:39:37.000 They're going to have that.

02:39:38.000 In their repertoire, in their Swiss Army knife, but the over-driving system, over-riding system is killing you with entertainment, with sex, with base stimulation, with drugs, with legal, anti-legal, with lethargy, being very slothful.

02:40:00.000 That's the Brave New World system, and so it's very well crafted.

02:40:06.000 And it's very focused and very dark and just generationally just moves forward.

02:40:10.000 It is the mystery of evil.

02:40:13.000 It is fantastic.

02:40:17.000 What did the apostle who was just seeing all the stuff happen on the Isle of Patmos, he marveled?

02:40:22.000 He marveled at the beast?

02:40:29.000 Absolutely taken back by it.

02:40:30.000 Tex Mars calls it dark majesty.

02:40:32.000 I mean, when you really see it, it is.

02:40:34.000 It has majesty.

02:40:35.000 I mean, when you get up close to it, it stinks. 0.86

02:40:37.000 It's rotten.

02:40:38.000 It's got gouts of blood squirting out of it.

02:40:41.000 It's a giant creature.

02:40:43.000 I mean, to use that analogy, that way to put it into contextual mode, It's huge!

02:40:53.000 It's bristling with armaments.

02:40:54.000 It's bristling with programs.

02:40:56.000 It's got a thousand different roads it gives you.

02:40:58.000 A thousand different options.

02:41:00.000 But it all leads to the same furnace.

02:41:03.000 And it is everything dark, everything wicked, everything grasping.

02:41:06.000 And it thinks it's the strength.

02:41:07.000 It thinks it's the light.

02:41:09.000 It thinks it's the darkness.

02:41:09.000 It thinks it's everything.

02:41:10.000 It thinks it's its right to rule us and kill us because it's in a position of power.

02:41:14.000 And Mike makes right and survival of the fittest.

02:41:17.000 Social Darwinistic pablum.

02:41:22.000 And at the end of the day it's just a broken, fallen, destructive thing.

02:41:29.000 And so many people, so many people, so many individuals I see are so afraid of what their neighbor thinks of them.

02:41:40.000 They care so much how they look.

02:41:44.000 Just everything is tied up in status and trappings and And literally, it's like they're dressing up.

02:41:53.000 They're play-acting.

02:41:54.000 They have a simple word for it.

02:41:55.000 They're posing.

02:41:56.000 They're posers.

02:41:58.000 And again, I'm not saying it's bad to look good.

02:42:00.000 I'm not saying it's bad to have nice things.

02:42:01.000 I'm not saying it's bad to want money for security.

02:42:04.000 I'm saying when you put it all up there, numero uno, number one, these are low-level things, folks.

02:42:10.000 These are things that in the scale of needs and in the scale of your human development, what you're supposed to develop through the stages in your life of fulfillment and your hierarchy of needs, it's way, way down there.

02:42:27.000 And so, I mean, they're even breeding the instinct out of us with conditioning and brainwashing and the rest of it to defend our family at any cost.

02:42:36.000 I mean, family comes absolutely first on this earthly plane.

02:42:40.000 God comes first, but family, things of this earth, of the flesh, blood comes absolutely first. 0.76

02:42:48.000 Blood is just, it's everything.

02:42:53.000 People will call the cops on their kids for petty reasons.

02:42:56.000 People will not spend time educating their children or not making sure they don't fall into snares.

02:43:02.000 The government just tells you, oh, kids all screw up and that's the way it is.

02:43:05.000 No, that was the minority of the time in the past.

02:43:08.000 Now it's the majority.

02:43:09.000 You know, the government tells you don't discipline your kids, so you don't.

02:43:13.000 When the government handbooks say, if they don't discipline their kids, we can get control of them and then we can discipline them.

02:43:19.000 They'll get into trouble and then we can get them in our snares.

02:43:23.000 It's like saying, let your dog run around in traffic.

02:43:25.000 Be a good dog owner, release your dog on I-35 and let it run through traffic, or you're abusing your dog.

02:43:31.000 No, they just want to run your dog over, folks. 1.00

02:43:34.000 If you don't do the programming, they're going to do the programming.

02:43:37.000 And by programming, you've got to program your children to be open thinkers and to see their programming.

02:43:41.000 But if you don't give them that base programming, they're going to get programmed by the enemy.

02:43:46.000 They're just telling you, hey, step aside!

02:43:47.000 We're going to do things right here!

02:43:53.000 And again, there's a thousand other points, a million other points.

02:43:57.000 It's an endless cornucopia of things the globalists are doing.

02:44:01.000 They speak to our weaknesses, they speak to our rationales, they speak to us wanting to Making excuses and procrastinating, not wanting to believe.

02:44:11.000 Oh, it's not true.

02:44:13.000 That's a conspiracy.

02:44:14.000 Everything's alright.

02:44:16.000 You've got a nice Lexus.

02:44:17.000 You live in a half a million dollar house.

02:44:19.000 So what if you're getting fired and everybody under you and hiring Indians to take the jobs who get a fraction of it, or Chinese who themselves are being abused.

02:44:27.000 So what?

02:44:28.000 It's alright.

02:44:29.000 You're gonna... And then you lose your job, but still you believe so much in the system you go scrabble for some other position on the New World Order.

02:44:39.000 And the purchases you make, you know buying that TV from China is going to hurt our economy, is going to hurt our nation, but for years you just, well it's twenty bucks cheaper, I've got to have it, until you can't buy a TV that wasn't made in China. 0.94

02:44:52.000 And now what are your kids going to be?

02:44:53.000 Well, they're going to have to work for Homeland Security, they're going to have to be prison guards, they're going to have to be cops, and what do cops and prison guards and Homeland Security do?

02:44:59.000 They've got to find a threat.

02:45:01.000 They're no real terrorists, so we'll just start shooting people that are having a Prozac moment. 0.97

02:45:08.000 I mean, cops, you... I'm singling out cops because you are where the rubber meets the road in the New World Order.

02:45:15.000 And if you follow their criminal orders, we will really get into even worse shape.

02:45:19.000 And aspartame, just as sure as the sun came up this morning, is a neurotoxin that really screws you up.

02:45:26.000 It's much worse than cigarettes.

02:45:28.000 Nobody told you it's in 9,000 foods.

02:45:30.000 The government didn't warn you about that.

02:45:31.000 I thought they loved you.

02:45:33.000 You're drinking fluoridated water.

02:45:34.000 I don't care what comedy movies like Dr. Strangelove say.

02:45:38.000 Sodium fluoride and stannous fluoride is deadly.

02:45:41.000 Thousands of studies, Nobel laureates, you name it.

02:45:45.000 There are cancer viruses in your vaccines.

02:45:48.000 Many of them.

02:45:49.000 They are giving you cancer on purpose.

02:45:51.000 It is designed to implant itself in your DNA, in your cell structures, in your permanent cell structures, and in your non-dividing cell structures, and at a certain point at The DNA breakup in those cells with the mitochondria, it then activates and kills you.

02:46:08.000 Because of the advanced nutrition and other things today, and not having to work out in the cold 12 hours a day, we would be living to be about 130 on average, very soon if it wasn't for them artificially trying to keep the age down.

02:46:23.000 So again, there's a whole host, a whole front of things.

02:46:26.000 And you know, you hear, oh, Ohio, or This other state bans thimerosal mercury in the vaccines.

02:46:32.000 You read the article, well, it had been banned, but it was still in some vaccines, so now they've just banned it.

02:46:38.000 And there's wheels within wheels right there.

02:46:40.000 I mean, how do you explain this?

02:46:41.000 How do you go through all these different little intricate areas?

02:46:45.000 Number one, thimerosal is bad enough, but that's a red herring in itself.

02:46:49.000 There's other compounds and chemicals being put in the vaccines that screw you up, by design, for the globalists who then turn on the hospitals, with well-meaning doctors carrying out, like technicians, their orders, not even knowing it's part of a larger plan to control. 0.77

02:47:03.000 And then you figure out there's thimerosal, and what do they do?

02:47:06.000 They go in and actually increase it in all the vaccines that are most widely used.

02:47:10.000 Why would they know it's hurting you, and then radically increase it 50 plus times what it was before?

02:47:17.000 To 250 times safe levels.

02:47:19.000 And then you find out about that, so don't worry, take your flu shot.

02:47:23.000 We've taken it out this year.

02:47:25.000 That is, in vaccines that are available.

02:47:30.000 That is, if you can get that special vaccine shipped in.

02:47:32.000 See, that's just an outright lie.

02:47:36.000 And you're taking that, you're giving it to your kids.

02:47:38.000 I thought this government loved you.

02:47:39.000 I thought you're defending the state. 1.00

02:47:40.000 I thought you're taking our rights away because we're just a bunch of dumb idiots who need to have our hands held. 1.00

02:47:47.000 You know, all of this is real, folks. 1.00

02:47:49.000 All of this is happening.

02:47:51.000 And it doesn't go away when you deny that it's going on.

02:47:56.000 It doesn't go away.

02:47:59.000 It's always going to be there staring at you.

02:48:02.000 When you close your eyes, it's still there.

02:48:04.000 Again, I know 95% of you listening know that.

02:48:07.000 But 5% or so listening right now do not understand that.

02:48:11.000 Do not understand.

02:48:12.000 This is not another simulation.

02:48:14.000 This is not the simulated TV shows you watch.

02:48:16.000 The simulated reality.

02:48:18.000 The simulated gladiatorial combat of football.

02:48:21.000 All these things where you just sit there and it doesn't affect you.

02:48:24.000 This is about the real world.

02:48:26.000 And let me tell you something.

02:48:29.000 The real world is a tough place.

02:48:32.000 This gilded cage may look soft and sweet, but it's more destructive than anything humans have ever faced.

02:48:38.000 Humanity may not survive.

02:48:40.000 The species may be destroyed by our own species.

02:48:47.000 There is a secret that holds the world's destiny in its grasp.

02:48:50.000 Hello my friends, Alex Jones here.

02:48:52.000 Learn that secret with my new film, Martial Law 9-11 Rise of the Police State.

02:48:57.000 Martial Law plumbs the depths of the New World Order's ideology, their philosophy, out of the ashes of the September 11th tragedy. 0.90

02:49:04.000 A dark empire of war and tyranny has arisen.

02:49:06.000 The Constitution has been shredded, and America is now a police state.

02:49:09.000 This film exposes not just who was behind the 9-11 attacks, but the roots and history of its orchestrators.

02:49:14.000 Martial Law is a blazing spotlight piercing the electronic Berlin Wall of controlled corporate media.

02:49:18.000 Plumb the depths of the elite's minds, their ideology, their driving philosophy, and uncover the power-mad cult of death that has sworn to turn the Earth into a prison planet.

02:50:07.000 The LED lamps are powered by an AC adapter and during emergencies, the rechargeable batteries will operate them all night long.

02:51:41.000 Well, I won't back down.

02:51:56.000 No, I won't back down.

02:52:00.000 You can stand me up at the gates of the ground.

02:52:05.000 Well, I almost didn't get back in the studio in time.

02:52:07.000 Out there talking to my compadres.

02:52:10.000 I'm going to jam in Stan Rodney here at the end.

02:52:14.000 I just want to hit this, though.

02:52:15.000 No charges.

02:52:16.000 Woman wouldn't show ID on bus. 1.00

02:52:18.000 Feds declined to file against Deborah Davis.

02:52:20.000 Just, you know, drove by a federal center, which was just some local, you know, bureaucratic facility, Social Security and stuff, and they wanted to see all their IDs every day off the city bus, and she said no after the third time.

02:52:31.000 And you know the story we had her on.

02:52:33.000 Now they're backing off because of the backlash.

02:52:35.000 And so we have to fight this every time it happens, because everybody knows that's not America.

02:52:41.000 Campaigning liberals plan to announce handgun ban during Toronto visit.

02:52:45.000 That's the Canadian press headline.

02:52:48.000 And they say they want an outright ban of handguns.

02:52:50.000 See?

02:52:50.000 In every case, after they register, they ban.

02:52:54.000 And what did Bob Barr say last hour?

02:52:56.000 Bush is more anti-gun than Clinton was.

02:52:59.000 I mean, this is just the fact.

02:53:00.000 See, I owe my allegiance to the guns, to the Second Amendment, not to Bush.

02:53:06.000 But see, a lot of neocons go, hey, I'll turn my guns in.

02:53:08.000 I'd rather like Bush. 1.00

02:53:10.000 You're really sick. 0.83

02:53:12.000 And just a lot of other news here before I go to Stan and Rodney here in the last five minutes.

02:54:07.000 I really have seen a lot of stuff since last time I spoke with you.

02:54:10.000 I went through a lot of misery and I know a lot of other people are going through it too.

02:54:13.000 on the site, prisonplanet.tv.

02:54:16.000 Just check it out.

02:54:16.000 Stan, Indiana.

02:54:17.000 Stan, go ahead.

02:54:18.000 Howdy, Alex.

02:54:20.000 Hi.

02:54:20.000 Hey.

02:54:21.000 I really have seen a lot of stuff since last time I've spoke with you.

02:54:26.000 I've went through a lot of misery, and I know a lot of other people are going through it, too.

02:54:30.000 I think we're going to need to...

02:54:34.000 Your program is so necessary and so important, I can't see why it hasn't replaced lobbyists from the corporations and the big money.

02:54:43.000 Well, I mean, my show's not going to buy some politician a ski resort. 1.00

02:54:47.000 I know that, yeah.

02:54:48.000 You're exactly right.

02:54:49.000 That's what drives things today.

02:54:51.000 That's why we lie to our children.

02:54:53.000 Teach them not to lie, and then when they get out there, because we've had good upbringing, they see people that lie that, hey, they've got better status, they've got more money.

02:55:03.000 But that only goes so far, and then the whole society falls down.

02:55:07.000 Yeah, and it is falling.

02:55:09.000 It's continually falling because we're looking up to people.

02:55:13.000 And now because people are struggling, things are falling apart because of the parasite infestation, it's like we've got a million tapeworms in our guts.

02:55:19.000 They're now taking control and saying, no, you're not going to resist.

02:55:23.000 There's basically hardly any resistance when we don't live in a society where we can go out and hunt, live off the land like we used to be able to.

02:55:31.000 It's either we follow where the money is.

02:55:34.000 Or basically we don't survive and that's what's steering things.

02:55:37.000 Well we've got to change that sir and I hope you'll call me back tomorrow or Monday early in the hour so I can talk to you more.

02:55:43.000 You sound like a very intelligent person and we're just out of time.

02:55:45.000 Thank you.

02:55:46.000 Rodney, you've got 45 seconds in Texas.

02:55:48.000 Rodney, go ahead.

02:55:49.000 Yeah Alex, you played that piece with Brian Jones showing the double think.

02:55:55.000 With Duke Cunningham, and I wanted you to comment real quickly on this latest campaign by Donald Rumsfeld saying that the media only reports negativity from Iraq.

02:56:05.000 Can you comment on how they both correlate with one another?

02:56:08.000 Well, I mean, that's where they have two buddies putting on a false debate.

02:56:12.000 The media is total propaganda, twisted lies, a little bit mixed in to convince you it's real.

02:56:17.000 Rumsfeld comes out and says, oh no, they're liberal, then trying to create some phony bipolar system to have a false debate.

02:56:22.000 God bless you all!
