Alex Jones Show - 20051222_Thu_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:21.000 Every few months I see an article like the one I've got here in front of me.

00:00:36.000 Welcome, ladies and gentlemen.

00:00:39.000 It is Thursday, the 22nd day of December 2005.

00:00:43.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:00:44.000 December 2005.

00:00:46.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:00:47.000 We're going to be here live for the next three hours.

00:00:51.000 But getting back into the news today, every few months I see an article like this.

00:00:59.000 And so, I just instructed Ryan Slickhizen, one of the main webmasters for InfoWars.com, to build a data page on that.

00:01:09.000 To take some of the instances that I just called up from memory, which we did in short order with the search engines off of the websites, and to post them all in one convenient area.

00:01:20.000 And what am I talking about?

00:01:22.000 This is Channel News 5, out of one of the major cities in Ohio, out of Cleveland.

00:01:30.000 Bill would allow arrest for no reason in a public place.

00:01:34.000 And it goes on to say that it is martial law powers, and that for no reason you can be arrested and taken off.

00:01:42.000 And then I thought I'd pull up this article.

00:01:44.000 This was out of the Oregonian, Oregon law, would jail war protesters as terrorists for life Or if they agree to force labor 25 years in a quote forest labor camp.

00:01:56.000 We don't just have Reuters and the Oregonian.

00:02:00.000 We actually have the bill that almost passed.

00:02:03.000 The head of the committee almost got it passed.

00:02:05.000 No pun intended.

00:02:06.000 His name is Senator Menace and he is a menace in every Every way.

00:02:11.000 This is not an April Fool's joke, folks.

00:02:13.000 I'm actually reading these mainstream news articles to you right now.

00:02:16.000 Here's another one I called up.

00:02:17.000 Now, this is the last five minutes.

00:02:19.000 Right before I got on air, I had the idea.

00:02:20.000 I said, why just cover Ohio?

00:02:22.000 Why not have a review of what they're trying to pass all over the country?

00:02:26.000 Getting rid of habeas corpus and openly talking about forced labor camps.

00:02:30.000 Governor's proposed Homeland Security bill under fire.

00:02:33.000 In five minutes I can only find this NBC News 10 piece.

00:02:36.000 The original article was out of the Providence Journal.

00:02:39.000 We're trying to dig that up and don't worry we will.

00:02:41.000 It's somewhere on Infowars.

00:02:43.000 And we're trying to find it on their site.

00:02:45.000 Providence Journal.

00:02:46.000 It actually said, criticized the government protest, life in prison as a terrorist using the enemy sedition acts of World War I.

00:02:56.000 And it gets into that here in the News 10 article.

00:02:57.000 It's just not as incredible.

00:02:59.000 I like the one where they're saying it's good.

00:03:01.000 Those are always our favorite.

00:03:03.000 People did completely freak out.

00:03:05.000 We had a great affiliate at the time that had been there for years.

00:03:08.000 Well, several affiliates there and now, of course, solar change management.

00:03:11.000 In Rhode Island, we really had a huge audience.

00:03:13.000 One of our transmitter towers, I think they said it was like a half mile from the Capitol building.

00:03:18.000 And, uh, Jack Bauer was broadcasting at the time from there, right on Main Street, and, and, and, and, and it was actually in the news, in fact, it was right here, that people were revolting, showing up in mass by the hundreds in front of the Capitol, screaming, because it actually said in the paper, criticize the government, you're going to go to a camp.

00:03:35.000 And we have those here for you.

00:03:38.000 And then there's these weirdo neocon fake patriots and COINTELPRO types on the web.

00:03:42.000 We all know who we're talking about.

00:03:43.000 There are a lot of different ones.

00:03:44.000 Who get on air and say, Alex Jones over exaggerates.

00:03:48.000 He says that we're an undergun into martial law and we're at a police state.

00:03:54.000 It's not a police state.

00:03:55.000 He'd be arrested if it was.

00:03:57.000 It's what degree of a police state we're under.

00:03:59.000 Yes, we're going into a very serious police state.

00:04:02.000 We've been in a police state for a long time.

00:04:07.000 I mean, when people are randomly being drug off by men in black uniforms and there's warrantless searches and asset forfeiture seizure with no drugs or no convictions or no witnesses or just the cops say so they take your house.

00:04:18.000 When we've got police running murder for hire all over the country, getting caught routinely, planting drugs on people.

00:04:24.000 I mean, think of all the stuff that goes on.

00:04:26.000 The Pentagon spying on protesters, Echelon snooping.

00:04:31.000 Baby, that's a police state.

00:04:33.000 That's a Grade A... I mean, if it was a state, it'd be the finest black Angus or Colby beef, hand-massaged, grain-fed, I mean, literally, they have cows they massage, and the steak's $200, so it's a $200 filet mignon.

00:04:51.000 I mean, it's just, it's the animal, it's the specimen, it's the most hard I've ever seen!

00:04:58.000 We'll be right back.

00:05:02.000 There is a secret that holds the world's destiny in its grasp.

00:08:00.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

00:08:04.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:07.000 You know, I was just sitting in a video clip I've never seen of ABC News, of regular US Army going, well, we don't like confiscating guns in America, but we're doing it.

00:08:36.000 It's our job.

00:08:37.000 And it shows the men in middle class neighborhoods.

00:08:39.000 It looks like huge mansions coming out the front door with people's guns.

00:08:39.000 They say middle class.

00:08:44.000 No one resisting them, just groveling.

00:08:46.000 No one ever got their guns back, by the way.

00:08:49.000 We're not going to bring food and water in.

00:08:51.000 Somewhere in the city, a drunken person shot at us once.

00:08:51.000 No, no.

00:08:54.000 So now, because a criminal did something, the government's going to take your guns.

00:09:00.000 And so we're going to post that video clip on InfoWars.com in the next hour or so, and I'm going to be airing it later in the broadcast today, here, because it's all part of our ongoing martial law theme.

00:09:11.000 You know, my new documentary, not so new now, it's a very important film, now out for about six months, Martial Law!

00:09:19.000 9-11 rise of the police, and it's all about how we're going under martial law, and all the public statements about how we're all going to be slaves, and how this is a wonderful thing.

00:09:30.000 But what got me back on this jag today is a story out of News Channel 5.

00:09:35.000 This is out of Cleveland, Ohio.

00:09:37.000 We've got an affiliate that goes into Cleveland.

00:09:39.000 And it says, Bill would allow arrest for no reason in public places.

00:09:43.000 This is from News 5.

00:09:44.000 A bill on Governor Bob Taft's desk right now is drawing a lot of criticism.

00:09:49.000 News Channel 5 reported.

00:09:51.000 See, this is on his desk.

00:09:52.000 Ready to be passed.

00:09:53.000 Ready to be signed into law.

00:09:56.000 It's already passed through the legislature.

00:09:58.000 One state representative said it resembles Gestapo-style tactics of government, and there could be changes coming on the streets of Ohio, small towns, and big cities.

00:10:06.000 We've got the Libertarian gubernatorial candidate joining us later in the shower.

00:10:11.000 To talk about it, the Ohio Patriot Act has made its way to TASC's desk, and with the stroke of a pen, it would most likely become the toughest anti-terrorism bill in the country.

00:10:21.000 The lengthy piece of legislation, which we now have a copy of or are trying to analyze, I just learned of this a few hours ago, We'll let police arrest people in public places who will not give their names, addresses, and birthdates, even if they are not doing anything wrong.

00:10:37.000 And you read the bill, some of the sections, basically, if you don't submit to a shakedown, a show your papers please, and you see, in the past they tried to claim this was failure to ID, but the Supreme Court and state courts have all said, no, you can't do that in America.

00:10:52.000 I mean, they never put up with it in England in places.

00:10:55.000 We think we're so free here.

00:10:56.000 But now they're really, really pushing this.

00:10:59.000 And there's a bunch of other stuff in the bill.

00:11:02.000 And it goes on.

00:11:03.000 The Ohio Patriot Act made it to Taft's desk.

00:11:06.000 And it says, even if they've done nothing wrong, they'll be arrested.

00:11:08.000 WEWS reported it would also have the way for everybody entering critical transportation sites as train stations, airports, bus stations to show ID.

00:11:18.000 Now again, this is the federal plan.

00:11:21.000 Simultaneously, what is Miami saying?

00:11:25.000 Oh, for your safety, we're calling it shock and awe, the Deputy Chief said.

00:11:29.000 We're going to come up to you with heavily armed police.

00:11:31.000 We're going to demand to see your ID.

00:11:33.000 We're going to search you.

00:11:34.000 In malls, in parking lots, on the side of the road, outside banks, in banks.

00:11:39.000 And it showed on the news, teams of men in black uniforms in riot gear just randomly, quote, swarming.

00:11:46.000 And then, at the same time, the Feds announced Viper Teams, the TSA. 0.57

00:11:51.000 Remember, they used TSA at the inauguration.

00:11:53.000 Well, that was always the plan, to train everyone.

00:11:56.000 And they go into cities, where the cities take federal money for transportation, and they say, look, in one article it said, give us 40 officers.

00:12:03.000 What was that in Boston?

00:12:04.000 Give us 40 officers.

00:12:07.000 And then you've got to assign them to us, and then there's a smaller team of feds, TSA, air marshals basically, who then order them around, and then under them, they have citizen tattletale brigades, and we had one of their head guys on from Knoxville, what, on Tuesday.

00:12:25.000 So, I mean, this is Stasi America! 0.99

00:12:30.000 But they're going to tag on to the new immigration bill, total blanket amnesty for all illegal aliens.

00:12:35.000 They can do whatever they want, but Americans, you're going to be slaves. 0.99

00:12:40.000 This is textbook, classic, mechanized tyranny.

00:12:47.000 It brings us frighteningly close to a Show Me Your Paper Society, said Kerry Davis of ACLU, which opposes the Ohio Patriot Act.

00:12:55.000 Alert!

00:12:56.000 Paul Watson, you need to tune into this show.

00:12:56.000 Alert!

00:12:58.000 We need to write an article together as soon as the show's over.

00:13:01.000 I don't care if your family's there and you're starting the seven days of Christmas lavishing yourself over there in Sheffield.

00:13:07.000 This is an emergency.

00:13:09.000 We've got to get an article out on this.

00:13:12.000 And we announced that it was martial law last week, folks.

00:13:14.000 Official martial law.

00:13:15.000 Crossing the Rubicon.

00:13:17.000 I mean, when they start putting federal... You know how you get searched and violated and your wife gets groped at the airport?

00:13:17.000 As Caesar did.

00:13:24.000 Or if it's their fancy, you get groped if you're a man?

00:13:27.000 By one of the men there?

00:13:29.000 It's all on record?

00:13:30.000 Well, now those very same people are going to be on your streets, America.

00:13:34.000 It brings us frighteningly close To a show-me-your-papers society.

00:13:39.000 Frighteningly close.

00:13:40.000 They're going to have armed police running around checking everyone's IDs.

00:13:43.000 It brings us close.

00:13:44.000 Said Kerry Davis of the ACLU, which opposes the Ohio Patriot Act.

00:13:48.000 No, they're there to lose cases, whitewash, be loyal opposition, just like the NRA openly goes in and actually argues against gun rights.

00:13:55.000 We've read the actual minutes.

00:13:58.000 Remember last year, out of the D.C.

00:14:00.000 case, where they go, we believe all guns should be registered and not leave the home?

00:14:03.000 That was the NRA's point of view.

00:14:06.000 With friends like that, who needs enemies?

00:14:08.000 There are many others who oppose the bill as well.

00:14:11.000 The variety of people who are opposing this is not just a group of usual suspects.

00:14:15.000 We have people far right to far left opposing the bill who think it is a bad idea, said Alan McGitley, News Channel 5 terrorism expert.

00:14:23.000 By the way, I just don't want the... We got a stall for Congress running for State Senate joining us.

00:14:32.000 Uh, coming up in the middle of the next hour, we've got the Libertarian gubernatorial candidate who's fighting this coming up in a little while, but I want more people on about this.

00:14:43.000 And then the article just continues here.

00:14:45.000 It says, He said that it isn't sure that the law would do what it's intended to do.

00:14:52.000 I think anything we do to enhance security and give power to protect the public to police officers is a good idea.

00:14:57.000 This is even their whitewasher.

00:14:58.000 You know, their terrorism, Tony, he said.

00:15:01.000 It's a good law in the wrong direction.

00:15:04.000 So see, there's their new spin.

00:15:05.000 Even their bootlickers are freaking out.

00:15:07.000 I mean, this is the Soviet Union, folks.

00:15:11.000 Governor Bob Tapp will make the ultimate decision on whether to sign the bill.

00:15:14.000 WEWS News told that Tapp is expecting to sign the bill into law, but legal experts expect that it will be challenged in the courts.

00:15:21.000 So, nationwide, from Dallas, Texas, to Cleveland, Ohio, to L.A., it's just everywhere.

00:15:34.000 And it's going to be more and more.

00:15:35.000 Governor Ridge said on C-SPAN three and a half years ago, and I've watched him, you're going to have to have an ID to have a job, especially showing your security clearance.

00:15:42.000 We're all going to be graded.

00:15:44.000 Four grades.

00:15:45.000 Green, yellow, orange, and red.

00:15:45.000 What is it?

00:15:48.000 Criminal records, database information, everything.

00:15:55.000 Camera scanning your license plate, camera scanning the RFID in your inspection sticker, camera scanning your face.

00:16:03.000 You know, there's a movie, Scanner Darkly, coming out.

00:16:08.000 Who knows who you'll see in it.

00:16:10.000 I'm just leaving that as a surprise.

00:16:11.000 There's a movie, Scanner Darkly, coming out with Woody Harrelson, Winona Ryder, Downey Jr., Keanu Reeves, and other people.

00:16:22.000 And in it, you know, there's the face scanning cameras and the barcodes on the license plates.

00:16:27.000 When I consulted for the film, I told them, well, you know, you're saying this is seven years in the future.

00:16:31.000 Try two years in the future.

00:16:33.000 And that was two years ago, when it was going into production.

00:16:36.000 And I was consulting on it.

00:16:40.000 It's just amazing.

00:16:44.000 I've got a story I can tell you.

00:16:45.000 I don't know if I'm going to tell it.

00:16:46.000 It's wild.

00:16:50.000 That's coming out next year, early next year.

00:16:53.000 But then I've got this big stack of stuff here in front of me.

00:16:58.000 You know, I thought, what are three or four of the items I remember just recently concerning states?

00:17:05.000 Here's Oregon law with general protesters, war protesters as terrorists, and that's Reuters, and then I have another one that says life in prison for protesters, that's out of the Oregonian, but then I have the bill itself.

00:17:18.000 Dubbed Senate Bill 742 in Oregon, it barely was defeated by three votes.

00:17:25.000 And it says, go read it, download music, block traffic, protest basically in any way that there's 140 something reasons, write a hot check, life in prison unless you agree to go to a quote, forest labor camp for 25 years of forced labor.

00:17:48.000 Folks, you think I'm joking, just go read the bill!

00:17:53.000 I've been on talk shows and talked about this, and the hosts have gone, you're a liar, and I go, $10,000, bet me, right?

00:17:57.000 I mean, I'm not a betting man, but come on, come on, put your money where your mouth, and they can tell the confidence, they know it's true, they go, no, I'm not going to bet you.

00:18:02.000 Yeah, bet me $10,000.

00:18:03.000 Because I know a lot of you aren't going to check this out, you're not going to, cops driving along, maybe you think it's a good idea, yeah, download music, forced labor camp, yeah, good, that's freedom.

00:18:16.000 I mean, in Communist China, they don't put you in a forced labor camp for writing a hot check or downloading music.

00:18:22.000 It's not even that bad.

00:18:22.000 I mean, I don't think anyone's ever been this bad.

00:18:26.000 That's another bill that we barely beat.

00:18:29.000 And then there was this one.

00:18:31.000 And again, I'm digging up the really hot article.

00:18:34.000 I had this idea about five minutes before Showtime, we could dig some of these up.

00:18:38.000 I tried to Google it all right now.

00:18:39.000 I couldn't sit here and articulate on the radio, but we're going to post them all.

00:18:42.000 I'm going out of control on this.

00:18:46.000 I mean, this is Martial Law.

00:18:47.000 This makes the case.

00:18:48.000 See, when we wrote that article two weeks ago saying Martial Law is here, we didn't add all of this.

00:18:51.000 We didn't add all the background.

00:18:52.000 It was supposed to be a hundred page article.

00:18:54.000 We're in Martial Law.

00:18:55.000 They're not going to announce it.

00:18:56.000 They're just going to tell you Martial Law is good, Martial Law is helpful, and then just keep implementing it.

00:19:01.000 You know, should we have Martial Law?

00:19:04.000 Should we rob the bank after they've already robbed the bank and, you know, flown to Brazil?

00:19:10.000 Governors propose Hemland Security Bill under fire.

00:19:13.000 This is AP.

00:19:15.000 Governor's proposed Homeland Security Bill under fire.

00:19:18.000 And this is two days after we exposed it.

00:19:21.000 They had a Providence Journal article that said, criticize the government, protest, life in prison.

00:19:28.000 But by the time it was quote, criticism, because they didn't want to give you all the info, it just kind of whitewashes it and says, Well, it says the bill, which Carcieri introduced last week, also resurrects World War I-era laws that make it illegal to speak, utter, or print statements in support of anarchy, speak in favor of overthrowing the government, or to disrupt any flag or emblem other than the flag of the United States as a symbol of the government.

00:19:49.000 But then the bill said protesting and everything else in it.

00:19:52.000 It says create a new felony charge to require annual safety audits for every... It just goes on and on.

00:19:58.000 It was martial law.

00:19:59.000 We'll be right back.

00:21:04.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

00:21:09.000 But, if you place them on the magnet, all would stick.

00:21:12.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

00:21:14.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

00:21:23.000 The Berkeley Light is different.

00:21:25.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

00:21:31.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals, and nitrates.

00:21:43.000 It is so powerful, it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, and stagnant ponds.

00:24:27.000 We've got David Stahl of Corridor Watch coming on in the middle of the next hour.

00:24:34.000 Amen.

00:24:35.000 Peace.

00:24:36.000 A few weeks ago I talked about how there were like 15 counties that had pulled out of the Corridor Agreement and were threatening to sue.

00:24:43.000 I was on their website.

00:24:45.000 Now it's like 70-something counties and more every day.

00:24:48.000 So it's about to be the majority of Texas counties.

00:24:50.000 I think it already is.

00:24:52.000 And he'll give you all the details.

00:24:54.000 And it's a big Spanish company.

00:24:56.000 With the King of Spain involved in it, I'm not kidding.

00:24:59.000 And I've been telling you 6,000 miles, because that's what text.documents said a year ago.

00:25:03.000 It's going to be 8,000 miles of toll roads in Texas.

00:25:06.000 The entire country has 7,000.

00:25:08.000 So it's worse than I said.

00:25:09.000 See, it's always worse.

00:25:10.000 Understand?

00:25:11.000 Always worse.

00:25:13.000 It's just we happen to know what we're talking about here.

00:25:15.000 We happen to know the full scope and the full horror.

00:25:17.000 We integrate information.

00:25:19.000 We're always giving you up-to-the-minute data.

00:25:22.000 Again, I don't just come on and report about martial law provisions about to be signed into law in Ohio.

00:25:30.000 I mean, that's what legislators are calling it.

00:25:33.000 We then go back and show you other examples.

00:25:35.000 And I'm not tooting our horn.

00:25:36.000 It's just that, you know, somebody will go read one article and go, well, that's just one state.

00:25:40.000 But when you really are really watching the whole thing, And you're integrating the statistics, the data, the historical lens of the way societies operate.

00:25:49.000 Just all of it.

00:25:51.000 It's 110%.

00:25:55.000 Meanwhile, we're talking about Patriot Acts in Ohio.

00:26:00.000 Look at this.

00:26:00.000 Senate reaches deal on the federal Patriot Act.

00:26:04.000 Late last night, a senator struck a deal that will fully re-authorize the Patriot Act in its current form for six months, and that means not beefing it up.

00:26:13.000 Quote, the changes and the lessening, you know, making it better, those provisions.

00:26:18.000 It was actually a Patriot Act too, much a Patriot Act too.

00:26:21.000 So see, that's how they work.

00:26:22.000 Oh, we're going to make it better for your freedoms.

00:26:25.000 We're going to restrict it.

00:26:27.000 Oh no!

00:26:28.000 And then you read it, and it had some flowery language about rights, Added even worse stuff in there.

00:26:36.000 Like now making protesting a federal crime with the Secret Service having jurisdiction nationwide.

00:26:40.000 Late Wednesday evening, Senators struck a deal that will fully reauthorize the Patriot Act in its current form for six months and give lawmakers the chance to revisit controversial portions of the Act that have been subject to extensive opposition.

00:26:54.000 The agreement came after a full day of negotiation among President Bush and Senate Republican leaders who support renewal and Democrats and moderate GOP-ers who oppose the act in its negotiated form.

00:27:05.000 According to the deal reached late Wednesday, the 16 expiring provisions of the Patriot Act will be Renewed for six months, that will give opponents the chance to take up civil liberties issues that forced a filibuster on the bill last week.

00:27:18.000 Republican Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska, Larry Craig of Ohio, John Sununu of New Hampshire, and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska helped block a final vote on a compromise bill offered by House and Senate negotiators last week.

00:27:31.000 Must feel good to be Chuck Hagel actually owning the voting machine company that 90% of his constituents voted on.

00:27:38.000 It's got to feel good to own the machines people vote for you on.

00:27:42.000 No conflict of interest, everything's fine.

00:27:45.000 For a lot of reasons it made the most sense given that there are significant differences that remain since Sununu, the demon.

00:27:52.000 And so there you have it.

00:27:56.000 So that's what's going on with that, but they were not able to expand it.

00:28:00.000 And then there were people trying to do a compromise to Defang a few of its teeth, but the thing with a great white shark... See, what people don't know about these laws is that, you know, a great white shark has row after row of teeth, is that there are a couple provisions in there that are catch-alls.

00:28:16.000 And in my analysis of Patriot 1 and 2, I point this out, is that it duplicates I mean, in fact, habeas corpus, no due process, martial law, police state provisions are repeated five times in Patriot Act 2.

00:28:34.000 That I saw.

00:28:34.000 I mean, the thing's 340-something pages and thousands of pages if you go look at the U.S.

00:28:39.000 Code for the full definitions.

00:28:42.000 So, I mean, you know, I read the whole thing and read a lot of the U.S.

00:28:46.000 Code to write that analysis, and I did win the Project Censored Award, by the way.

00:28:49.000 Just people know it's been vetted by law professors and others that looked at it.

00:28:53.000 People couldn't believe it when they first read it.

00:28:54.000 I was attacked by operatives, the normal people.

00:29:00.000 The same old people. 0.81

00:29:01.000 You know, I attacked my analysis of Patriot Act II, but now everything I wrote in there is passé and publicly known.

00:29:09.000 You know, Bush has to go on TV And, uh, say that...

00:29:15.000 He's not a dictator.

00:29:16.000 I mean, we are forcing them to have to backtrack a bit, and all of you are to be commended.

00:29:22.000 All of you get the credit for not listening to the controllers, not listening to those who tried to put salves on you, not listening to those who tried to manipulate you, not listening to those who tried to stall you from looking at the facts.

00:29:34.000 You took action, you got involved, and we're having a lot of victories.

00:29:37.000 We're having a lot of defeats, too, but you know what?

00:29:39.000 We're in this fight.

00:29:40.000 We haven't lost this boxing match.

00:29:43.000 If we got up and get focused and Get that eye of the tiger going, we can take down this enemy.

00:29:48.000 We'll be right back with some PlanetDotTV.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march.

00:33:41.000 Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.

00:33:45.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:33:46.000 It is a Thursday edition, 22nd day of December 2005.

00:33:49.000 We're going to be here live for the next three hours.

00:33:53.000 Well, now two and a half hours, roughly.

00:33:57.000 And coming up in the middle of the next hour, we have a gentleman running for office here in Texas who has gotten the majority of counties to sign on and to start lawsuits and start taking action against the state and the government and the companies in Spain, one major company connected to Juan Carlos the King, who are going to make almost every road in Texas 8,000 miles.

00:34:18.000 I'm sorry, I've been saying 6,000.

00:34:19.000 It's worse than what we originally had.

00:34:22.000 I'm sorry, it's 8,000.

00:34:23.000 And are basically taking over the entire state.

00:34:26.000 This will be nationwide with these new transponder toll roads, so you don't want to miss that.

00:34:31.000 In just a minute or so, we're going to go to Bill Purce, running for governor.

00:34:37.000 There in Ohio, the Libertarian ticket, and we'll tell you about how you can get involved and help him, with the martial law type legislation that is unfolding there, and yes, in many other states and cities and counties around the nation.

00:34:52.000 But before we go to our first guest of the day, I want to remind the listeners that I have made 14 documentary films.

00:35:01.000 And I've written a book, and I carry a bunch of other wonderful videos and books exposing the tyranny that is growing.

00:35:09.000 Tex Barr's new book, Codex Magicka, gets into the bizarre secret societies that are in control of much of our society.

00:35:15.000 They're just really mafias, and they call them secret societies. 1.00

00:35:19.000 These are the real mafias that make the old Italian mob look like a bunch of choir boys. 1.00

00:35:23.000 And then of course we have the coming battle book written in 1898 about how the Federal Reserve was going to take over and what they would do, what their plan was, their own banking documents about how they were going to dumb us down by buying up education and It's all there.

00:35:36.000 We're now carrying that book.

00:35:38.000 A lot of other books and videos we carry in the InfoWars.com video and bookstore.

00:35:42.000 Of course, there's my film, Martial Law, the mini-series, three hours long, covering the police state, 9-11, and the Globalist's master plan for world domination.

00:35:50.000 And we show Tommy Franks and all these big people saying, oh, Martial Law is coming and it'll keep you safe.

00:35:57.000 And how wonderful it is, basically.

00:35:58.000 So that's an important new film.

00:36:00.000 Of course, my newest film is The Order of Death, getting more into the occult aspects of the New World Order.

00:36:05.000 And when you get that absolutely free, you get Dark Secrets Inside Bohemian Grove, the 2005 edition, updated and remastered and re-released.

00:36:14.000 So two films on one DVD or one VHS, over two hours and 15 minutes of total runtime.

00:36:20.000 So that's a new great deal.

00:36:22.000 And just huge discounts until the end of the year.

00:36:24.000 Upwards of 75% off.

00:36:26.000 In some cases more on books and DVDs.

00:36:30.000 T-shirts are normally $20 or $9.95 right now.

00:36:32.000 Only until the first of the year.

00:36:34.000 And it's just so important to get these materials and get the word out and stop what's happening.

00:36:38.000 That's InfoWars.com to order via the Safe Secure Shopping Card.

00:36:42.000 Or simply call toll free 1-888-253-3139.

00:36:43.000 That's 888-253-3139.

00:36:44.000 888-253-3139.

00:36:47.000 That's 888-253-3139.

00:36:51.000 Or just write to me.

00:36:53.000 I'm Alex Jones at 3001 South Lamar, L-A-M-A-R, Suite 100, Austin, Texas, 78704.

00:37:02.000 So that is the bottom line on that, ladies and gentlemen.

00:37:06.000 I hope you'll join us.

00:37:07.000 And until the first of the year, PrisonPlanet.tv, all of my films, dozens of other films, we've been authorized to post.

00:37:13.000 My book, Paul Watts' book, all of my weekly TV reports, special video reports from Crawford, Texas, London, England, L.A., you know, Dean Haglin in studio, that's going up over the weekend, you know, X-Files star, all of that, PrisonPlanet.tv, 15 cents a day, which, you know, comes out to, what, $5.95 or so a month, But imagine getting three months free when you get a yearly subscription.

00:37:37.000 Right now it's five plus months free.

00:37:39.000 Almost six months free until the end of the year for those new yearly subscriptions.

00:37:43.000 That deal's gone in just about a week and a half.

00:37:45.000 So prisonplanet.tv.

00:37:46.000 Alright!

00:37:47.000 Without further ado, I'd like to set the table for our illustrious guest, and he is illustrious.

00:37:53.000 I appreciate him running for office, takes a lot of nerve, a lot of gall, and being part of the Libertarian Party, who I support in many aspects, and we're just proud of him.

00:38:01.000 But I want to remind you, Governor's proposal, Homeland Security Bill under fire.

00:38:06.000 Rights activists shocked and amazed by martial law provisions of a bunch of articles we're posting.

00:38:11.000 They try to declare martial law in Rhode Island.

00:38:13.000 I have the AP here in front of me.

00:38:15.000 Last year, remember early, I mean late last year, and if you criticize the government you would be arrested and put in a FEMA camp.

00:38:24.000 And then I have Oregon law with jail war protesters for life. 0.96

00:38:28.000 And music downloaders for life and you spend 25 years in a forced labor camp.

00:38:33.000 Bill actually says forced labor camp, forced forest labor camp, excuse me.

00:38:37.000 We have the bill posted right there directly to the Oregon Statehouse if you don't believe me.

00:38:42.000 And I have a bunch of others, but the latest thing is what's happening in Ohio.

00:38:47.000 We read that story earlier, where you'll have little police shakedown teams on the streets and the bus stops, and if you don't answer all their questions and show your papers, you'll be drug off to the gulag.

00:38:59.000 And again, joining us is the libertarian candidate running for governor in Ohio, Bill Purce.

00:39:04.000 Bill, thank you for joining us.

00:39:06.000 Well, thank you for inviting me.

00:39:08.000 You bet.

00:39:08.000 Tell us a little bit about yourself and why you're running for governor and then tell us how Ohioans are handling this new nightmare legislation.

00:39:18.000 Well, I taught economics at Case Western Reserve University for about 35 years and then I decided, I retired and I decided that there were so many things wrong with the way the state was governed that I should run for governor and get my message across.

00:39:34.000 Message of freedom.

00:39:37.000 So, the problem that I find with this legislation, well, there are a lot of problems.

00:39:43.000 One, it's unnecessary because we have plenty of criminal law already and we don't need to add more, but it has these specific provisions that We're really moving toward a national ID kind of state, where you'd have to have your papers with you at all times.

00:40:01.000 Well, you're an astute gentleman, Professor, and I'm sure you've noticed that magically other cities are doing this.

00:40:07.000 Suddenly, Viper, TSA, air marshals are on the streets of Dallas.

00:40:12.000 It's on the news, shaking people down, demanding papers in Miami.

00:40:15.000 The police say they're just going to surround shopping malls and search everyone.

00:40:19.000 I mean, this is... I mean, the Nazis didn't even do that on a routine basis.

00:40:23.000 Well, whenever you have a war, the government seizes great powers.

00:40:28.000 And a war on terrorism is difficult because there's no real beginning and no real end.

00:40:34.000 Oh, it's a perfect nebulous.

00:40:35.000 It's much better than the old Soviet Cold War. 0.85

00:40:37.000 This is just a bonanza.

00:40:39.000 Right, right.

00:40:40.000 And, you know, citizens just have to be alert all the time when the government starts taking more power.

00:40:46.000 And this is one of those times.

00:40:48.000 We just have to stand guard and protect our rights.

00:40:53.000 Well, I agree with you.

00:40:54.000 I mean, I'll be honest.

00:40:55.000 I learned of this this morning.

00:40:56.000 I printed off the bill.

00:40:57.000 It's lengthy.

00:40:59.000 I haven't had time to go over it all.

00:41:00.000 I'm reading some of the provisions out of the newspaper.

00:41:03.000 Tell us specifically, as a scholar of this, and looking at it, why you're particularly upset.

00:41:09.000 What do you think are some of the more egregious languages?

00:41:13.000 Well, the first provision, the intrusions on privacy.

00:41:18.000 Show us your papers if you're in any transportation site including an airport, a railroad station, a bus station, and also you're going to have to be required to show your identification if you are anywhere near where a policeman thinks the crime has been committed or might be committed.

00:41:43.000 When Saul Ridge said this as Homeland Security Director three years ago, he said, what you see in the airport is the model for everywhere.

00:41:50.000 Well, that's what I'm afraid of.

00:41:52.000 And, of course, that model includes lots of bureaucratic confusion, so it doesn't really make us safer.

00:41:59.000 It just takes away our liberty.

00:42:01.000 Well, I mean, look.

00:42:03.000 It's... I mean, take surgery.

00:42:05.000 Or take dentistry.

00:42:06.000 You know, you use a certain burr, a certain tool for a certain thing.

00:42:11.000 And, you know, this is like they're trying to, you know, basically I mean, clearly they know what the configuration of all of this, quote, security is classical mass oppression, Soviet Nazi, you know, total despotism, Stalinistic, gulag archipelago type stuff.

00:42:35.000 I mean, on the surface, 101 and law enforcement training, this doesn't fit into that in any way to, quote, keep us safe.

00:42:42.000 They know.

00:42:43.000 I guess the public smoke screen is, we want to keep you safe.

00:42:47.000 But the government knows this is the classic configuration of mass oppression.

00:42:51.000 So the $64 million question is, why Professor, our gubernatorial candidate, Mr. Perce, why then do you think the government's doing this?

00:43:01.000 Well, I think that it's hard to oppose anything that sounds patriotic.

00:43:06.000 You know, you call it a National Patriot Act, and everybody in Congress has to favor it.

00:43:13.000 You call it a State Patriot Act, and everybody in the state legislature has to favor it.

00:43:19.000 Fortunately, there was some opposition, but still, it's very difficult politically.

00:43:25.000 Well, I never properly finished my analogy, but it's like instead of using a small drill bit to fix a tooth in a root canal, it'd be like if they came in with a huge gas-powered jackhammer.

00:43:37.000 Well, that's true of some of these provisions, like the ID provisions, but some of it is just plain ridiculous.

00:43:46.000 You have the state now passing all these regulations about biological, chemical, radiological, and nuclear weapons in the hands of terrorists, and surely if anything like that happens, it's going to be prosecuted under federal laws anyway.

00:44:02.000 We certainly don't need a state law against having nuclear weapons.

00:44:07.000 Well, I agree with you.

00:44:08.000 Now, this is going to the Governor Taft's desk.

00:44:12.000 Is he a relation to the Skull and Bones Taft president?

00:44:16.000 The Taft family, yes.

00:44:22.000 Is this Governor Skull and Bones, I wonder?

00:44:25.000 I don't know.

00:44:26.000 He was the Yale... Oh, he definitely is then, yeah.

00:44:29.000 He's a great-grandson of the president.

00:44:32.000 Yeah, the Tafts are founders of Skull and Bones, some of the founders. 1.00

00:44:36.000 It's just that it's the same scumbag family. 0.97

00:44:38.000 Well, he's leaving now, you were telling me. 0.99

00:44:40.000 So who are you running against?

00:44:42.000 What's your competition saying?

00:44:46.000 Are they going to slap all this on the Ohioans, or are they saying they'll shoot it down?

00:44:51.000 I haven't heard any of the other candidates object.

00:44:54.000 There are several Republicans and several Democrats who have declared an interest.

00:45:00.000 Most likely, that so far has been that it'll be Ken Blackwell running as the Republican, Representative Ted Strickland running as a Democrat.

00:45:08.000 Yeah, Blackwell, the master of stealing elections.

00:45:12.000 He is now Secretary of State and is running for Governor, yes.

00:45:21.000 I'll tell you, we've got Scalamones on one side, Mr. Election Thief on the other, caught red-handed.

00:45:27.000 But, you know, people ought to elect you.

00:45:29.000 They ought to get a good Libertarian in there.

00:45:30.000 What would you do if you got elected, Mr. Perce?

00:45:36.000 My platform is, you know, I'm for individual rights, the whole Bill of Rights all the way.

00:45:47.000 I'm running specifically on economic issues because that's my specialty.

00:45:52.000 But that means cutting taxes and minimizing the regulations the government puts in our way.

00:45:59.000 It also means reforming education to allow parents to choose the schools for their children and the state money follows.

00:46:08.000 And it means reforming the property tax so that people don't pay extra when they improve their property.

00:46:14.000 I tell you, Mr. Pershing, I mean really, boiling it down, this is classical tyranny.

00:46:18.000 I mean this ought to scare people to death.

00:46:20.000 This is just in your face.

00:46:21.000 We're going to have checkpoints and shake you down.

00:46:24.000 And every time I read these stories it's we're going to fight terror and crime, quote, any threat to anyone.

00:46:30.000 Well, that's Section 802 of the Federal Patriot Act, saying all misdemeanors are terrorism.

00:46:34.000 I mean, were you aware they tried to get classical World War I Enemy Sedition Act passed in Rhode Island?

00:46:40.000 Were you aware they're trying that in Florida with Jeb Bush?

00:46:43.000 I mean, because my point is, in Oregon, they were going to give people life in prison for protesting.

00:46:47.000 Sir, I'm not kidding.

00:46:48.000 I have the Associated Press right here.

00:46:50.000 I mean, I don't believe this, but I don't think... but it's true.

00:46:53.000 I don't want to believe it, but I don't even think people that are informed like yourself realize how serious things are.

00:46:58.000 Well, I think that's right.

00:47:01.000 This state legislation just crept up on most of us while we weren't looking.

00:47:06.000 It didn't receive much publicity.

00:47:08.000 And, you know, I'm hoping there's time enough to rally public support against it before the governor signs it.

00:47:16.000 But, yeah, there's a whole list of things No, it's a lot like the McCarthy era when you had to declare that you weren't on the On the list of suspect organizations.

00:47:31.000 McCarthy didn't have, wasn't federalizing the local police.

00:47:34.000 It didn't say, we're going to surround shopping malls and search everyone.

00:47:38.000 I mean, imagine, there might be a terrorist somewhere in America, we have no idea where, so we're going to federalize local police and have them randomly go out and shake everyone down.

00:47:46.000 I mean, this is literally like living in a prison.

00:47:49.000 In a prison, they say, all right, shake "Stake down, open up, we're coming in, put your hands on it." I mean, that's what the cops at schools, I have video all over the country released by the schools.

00:47:57.000 They're proud of where they have the kids line up, all of them, put their hands up on the wall and the police dogs come in.

00:48:02.000 I mean, we're all being trained how to be prisoners here.

00:48:04.000 But government, statistically, is just a gang with a flag who is more criminal on average than any other group.

00:48:10.000 They have no business doing this. - Well, that's why we have to defend our liberties all the time because it just creeps up on you.

00:48:19.000 You lose one, and then you lose the next, and so on.

00:48:24.000 It's not even creeping now, though.

00:48:26.000 Well, this is moving faster.

00:48:28.000 How about pole vaulting?

00:48:30.000 Well, that's right.

00:48:36.000 People are talking about challenging it in the courts.

00:48:39.000 Even when Taft leaves, what about trying to get another bill introduced?

00:48:44.000 What's wrong with the legislature passing this?

00:48:47.000 Well, I don't know why they did it.

00:48:51.000 Of course, you know, until TASP signs it, it's not law, but it's... But he's saying he's going to sign it, right?

00:48:58.000 I haven't heard his statement.

00:49:00.000 Yeah, the news is saying he's expected to sign it.

00:49:03.000 Okay.

00:49:04.000 I don't know if that's true, I mean... Well, I mean, it has a lot of these provisions in there.

00:49:09.000 For example, it mandates Courts that find an alien guilty of anything to assume that he's a terrorist, you know, they're treating all immigrants as though they're terrorists.

00:49:23.000 Well, they always put that in there to sweeten it, to quote, get the illegal aliens, but that's going to be selectively enforced.

00:49:29.000 That's not going to be enforced.

00:49:31.000 Well, and those are the worst kinds of laws that are selectively enforced, because who benefits and who doesn't?

00:49:38.000 Well, the illegal aliens are already violating Federal law. 0.97

00:49:43.000 The illegal aliens are already felonious. 1.00

00:49:46.000 They're already felons.

00:49:47.000 Sure, and there are crimes out there, but we have laws against them. 0.99

00:49:52.000 Well, that goes back to what you first said.

00:49:53.000 We've already got layer after layer.

00:49:55.000 I mean, how many millions of laws are there?

00:49:58.000 Oh, yeah.

00:49:59.000 You measure it in yards, but you can't count them.

00:50:06.000 I can't imagine what good will be done by having all, essentially all state licenses depend on whether you swear to, are you a member of an organization on the U.S.

00:50:17.000 Department of State terrorist exclusion list.

00:50:20.000 That's right, the cops march up and start asking you, do you swear allegiance to the Führer and the Reich?

00:50:27.000 Are you part of a Nazi party?

00:50:28.000 No, I'm not.

00:50:29.000 That's it!

00:50:30.000 Load him up immediately!

00:50:32.000 Yeah, well, who's going to answer these questions, honestly?

00:50:36.000 Well, number one, don't we have a Fifth Amendment? 0.70

00:50:40.000 We do, it's still on the book.

00:50:42.000 But not according to these goons.

00:50:43.000 They're going to love it, folks.

00:50:44.000 They're going to love it. 1.00

00:50:46.000 These low-grade morons are going to love ruining this country. 1.00

00:50:49.000 Stay there, Mr. Purse. 1.00

00:50:53.000 I want to come back and talk about the Libertarian website there in Ohio and how we can support you.

00:50:57.000 Stay with us.

00:54:05.000 This show is documented.

00:54:07.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:54:11.000 And of course, this is all done with scientific precision.

00:54:14.000 Brought off a federal playbook.

00:54:16.000 When they do it in Miami, or Cleveland, or Austin, Texas, it'll be an illegal alien who's here from Morocco, and why he'll have brown skin. 0.93

00:54:27.000 I've seen this in other parts of the country, and it'll be on the news.

00:54:29.000 It'll just so happen to be a camera there with him.

00:54:31.000 It'll be, you know, local fox.

00:54:33.000 You'll actually watch this exact newscast in a few months.

00:54:36.000 You'll be amazed.

00:54:36.000 But it's not hard, folks.

00:54:38.000 I've just seen how they do it. 1.00

00:54:39.000 And the stupid reporter won't ask why the cops brought him along. 1.00

00:54:42.000 And, well, he was arrested. 1.00

00:54:43.000 Might be connected to terrorism.

00:54:45.000 Terrorism alert!

00:54:46.000 And, luckily, these sweeps caught him.

00:54:48.000 And then a couple years from now, it'll be you and your family coming out to the mall.

00:54:52.000 Need to see your papers.

00:54:53.000 Everybody's lined up.

00:54:54.000 Oh, got a warrant.

00:54:55.000 Take them in.

00:54:56.000 Just men in black masks looking around, watching everybody.

00:55:00.000 Going back to our guest, who I really appreciate spending time with us, and he's Bill Purce, running for Governor in Ohio, where they're trying to pass their own little Patriot Act, their unpatriotic act.

00:55:11.000 And, Bill, give us any websites or any information about how we can support you trying to run against all this.

00:55:18.000 Well, the easiest is to look for purceforohio.com, and that's P-E-I-R-C-E for Ohio. 0.54

00:55:27.000 Allwrittenwithsolid.com.

00:55:29.000 We've got a link to that on InfoWars.com.

00:55:31.000 What are you doing about old Blackwell, though?

00:55:33.000 He's really in control of those vote machines through his toties.

00:55:37.000 I mean, is there any point of him even running against his Lord Shepherd?

00:55:40.000 Well, that's something to worry about.

00:55:42.000 You know, in the 2004 election, the Libertarians were trying to get ballot status, and we presented about 60,000 signatures.

00:55:51.000 We needed 33,000 valid ones.

00:55:56.000 He simply rejected all the petitions because he didn't like the forms they were assigned on.

00:56:03.000 The Libertarian forms had an extra column so you could print your name, and he said that wasn't what he'd approved.

00:56:10.000 Oh, you don't want more documentation on your forms, no.

00:56:13.000 Oh, no, no.

00:56:14.000 You wouldn't want to be able to read a signature.

00:56:18.000 So, that's what we're up against.

00:56:20.000 Well, I guess Ohioans who don't think they're in a police state are really going to enjoy this.

00:56:26.000 Being lavished with checkpoints and being searched.

00:56:30.000 There's other provisions in here, aren't there?

00:56:32.000 Oh, there are.

00:56:33.000 It says that all state and local employees have to comply with the National Patriot Act and any federal authorities in immigration, terrorism, or executive orders of the President.

00:56:48.000 So, you know, all municipalities and all state and local employees have to comply.

00:56:53.000 So really, that's saying you're going, again, getting rid of the Tenth Amendment, going under federal control, and the fraudulent commander-in-chief business that Bush has been announcing, which is only for the military, when there's a declared war, well now, again, that's this federalization of local communities.

00:57:07.000 Yeah, and I think the really dangerous part is that any executive order of the president You know, because lots of things become executive orders.

00:57:17.000 Well, the Attorney General says that Bush is above the law and is the law.

00:57:21.000 Yeah, well, that's not the way I read the Constitution, but maybe that doesn't matter anymore.

00:57:29.000 Well, I mean, I think Bush, it was reported, called it a G.D.

00:57:31.000 piece of paper.

00:57:32.000 Yeah, well, yeah.

00:57:35.000 Well, we've always tried to rely on these pieces of paper to keep government in check.

00:57:40.000 Maybe it doesn't work anymore.

00:57:43.000 Well, the Declaration of Independence says that it's not just our right, it's our duty to abolish these forms when they become destructive of our liberty.

00:57:51.000 Yeah, I hope it hasn't come to that yet, but we have to be vigilant.

00:57:56.000 Well, I think we can still avert a lot of this, but I don't think it's all going to be peaceful.

00:58:00.000 They're going to try to start fights. 1.00

00:58:01.000 They want to make it physical.

00:58:02.000 We want to avert that, but just down the road, it's just getting worse and worse, Mr. Purse.

00:58:08.000 No, I know.

00:58:09.000 I'm just really shocked by all this.

00:58:13.000 Yeah, it is disturbing.

00:58:15.000 You know, I was hoping to run just on economic issues, which is my specialty, but of course you get into these things, you know, these become very important right away.

00:58:24.000 But would you say most Ohioans are upset about this?

00:58:28.000 No, I think most people haven't thought about it at all.

00:58:32.000 It really hasn't received much attention in the press.

00:58:34.000 Yeah.

00:58:35.000 Thank you for joining us.

00:58:37.000 Well, my pleasure.

00:58:38.000 Thank you.

00:58:38.000 Take care.

00:58:39.000 We'll be right back.

00:58:41.000 This broadcast is available on MP3 CD format at GCNlive.com or call toll free 877-300-7645.

00:58:48.000 Big Brother.

00:58:59.000 Mainstream media.

00:59:00.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:13.000 All right, we're now into the third we're now into the third episode.

00:59:36.000 Hour, which we're not really into.

00:59:38.000 I got it back in the studio late.

00:59:39.000 I was out of the studio telling them what to post on the website, and I ran in here.

00:59:42.000 And we are starting the second hour, and in the middle of this hour, we have a gentleman who heads up Corridor Watch, who's gotten the majority of the counties in Texas to stand up against the Trans-Texas Corridor and say, you ain't turning all our roads into toll roads.

00:59:57.000 I mean, it takes almost every major street and highway and state road and turns them into a toll road via the transponders.

01:00:03.000 That's coming up in 30 minutes.

01:00:05.000 And that will go into the third hour.

01:00:09.000 And we're going to take calls for the next 30 minutes to get into other news, like this little tidbit.

01:00:14.000 MSNBC polled.

01:00:16.000 They believe President Bush's actions justify impeachment.

01:00:19.000 And out of 75,000, 181 respondents, 87% said that he needs to be impeached for lying about the war, for spying.

01:00:33.000 That is good news.

01:00:37.000 Amen.

01:00:38.000 Now, then you see the other little, you know, fraudulent polls they put out.

01:00:42.000 Oh, he's getting very popular!

01:00:44.000 And I have no doubt with some weak-minded people, all the grandstanding, going, I want to protect you from evil, Al Qaeda. 0.91

01:00:49.000 And that may be the case, but overall it's not.

01:00:51.000 And again, Bush is just a puppet, but people are losing faith in the titular head, in the figurehead, in the front, in the facade, in the tapestry.

01:01:02.000 And they're seeing behind the curtain the little man behind it controlling it, and that is the good news.

01:01:10.000 We're going to go to your calls here.

01:01:11.000 The toll-free number to join us is 1-800-259-9231, and we'll get into just a whole host of news stories.

01:01:18.000 But Ohio, on the verge of passing what legislators are calling martial law, what they're calling Russian-style police states.

01:01:26.000 What was the particular?

01:01:28.000 State Rep called it, uh, one state representative said it resembles Gestapo-like tactics.

01:01:33.000 I mean, there's one quote.

01:01:34.000 There's a bunch of articles on this, and it feeds into all these other states from Rhode Island to Oregon, with stuff even worse.

01:01:41.000 Protest and block traffic, life in a forced labor camp.

01:01:45.000 No, no.

01:01:45.000 Life in prison, 25 years if you agree to work in a labor camp.

01:01:49.000 Sorry.

01:01:50.000 Gotta be exact about these things.

01:01:53.000 Let's talk to Chris in Arkansas.

01:01:54.000 But that's not a police state, folks.

01:01:56.000 Everything's fine.

01:01:57.000 Go ahead, Chris.

01:01:58.000 You're on the air.

01:01:59.000 Alex, you need to listen to an album from Def Leppard.

01:02:06.000 The rock metal group.

01:02:08.000 Listen to their album, Hysteria.

01:02:11.000 And the seventh song on the track is a song called Gods of War.

01:02:15.000 And it's just got some real, like, police-based sounding stuff in it.

01:02:21.000 You know, Dev Leppard is from Sheffield, England.

01:02:24.000 Yeah, yeah, I knew that Alex.

01:02:26.000 No, I was notified by Paul Watson that he's quite proud of Def Leppard, a big fan of them.

01:02:31.000 I'm joking, he thinks they're nerdy.

01:02:33.000 That's a big joke.

01:02:34.000 Sorry, go ahead.

01:02:35.000 Yeah, well I think you'd like it.

01:02:37.000 It's called Gods of War and it's just got some stuff in the song where they talk about terrorists and how the people, you know, quote, let down their nation because terrorists have struck and all this other stuff.

01:02:49.000 It's got some real good police stuff.

01:02:51.000 Is that a new song?

01:02:52.000 No, it's not new.

01:02:54.000 It's old as dirt, Alex.

01:02:55.000 It's probably, oh gosh, at least 10 or 15 years old.

01:03:01.000 It's pretty old, but it's hysteria, Def Leppard, Gods of War.

01:03:06.000 The other thing I wanted to talk about was For one thing, I'm a U.S.

01:03:11.000 soldier, Alex, and I'm not confiscating anybody's weapons.

01:03:16.000 We've got a clip we're going to play later of U.S.

01:03:18.000 Army confiscating guns in America.

01:03:20.000 We don't like to do it, but we're taking the guns.

01:03:22.000 Well, I don't care. 0.84

01:03:24.000 You know, they can shoot me or put me in prison or whatever.

01:03:27.000 I'm just not doing it, period. 0.62

01:03:29.000 We may have to, boy.

01:03:30.000 It's people like you.

01:03:31.000 Guns cause Al-Qaeda to... Don't you know Al-Qaeda agents sprout out a pappy shotgun? 0.74

01:03:36.000 Yeah, I'm... No, no, that's where they live in, live in, yeah, live in.

01:03:40.000 Shakin' down families is what... Stay there.

01:03:43.000 Stay there, Chris.

01:03:44.000 I'm gonna have a talk with you after this break. 0.98

01:03:46.000 What kind of devil are you, boy? 0.99

01:03:49.000 Get them guns! 1.00

01:03:50.000 That's conservative!

01:07:01.000 Government cover-ups.

01:07:02.000 You want answers?

01:07:04.000 Well, so does he.

01:07:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:07:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:07:15.000 Welcome, my friends.

01:07:17.000 It is Thursday.

01:07:21.000 The 22nd day of December 2005, we're talking to Chris and Mike and Mark and many others that are patiently holding.

01:07:26.000 Toll free number to join us, 800-259-9231.

01:07:30.000 All over the country, states are attempting, and in some cases passing, and in some cases failing, on the verge of signing in Ohio, laws that are being openly called Martial Law or Gestapoland.

01:07:42.000 Or, Soviet Union, these are the terms.

01:07:44.000 And openly, you must answer questions, you must be shut down, you will be taken to jail, there will be federally controlled state and local teams with citizen squads under them, and we've had some of the citizen squads from Knoxville on just two days ago.

01:08:01.000 And I said, so the Emergency Management Center is really federal, with a live board, tracking all cell phones, scanning our faces?

01:08:06.000 Well, yes sir, that's the system, that's the plan.

01:08:09.000 And he's the professor at the local college with 14 classes under him, and then he goes off and is creating cadres of these local Tattletail squads, who then go make quote, anonymous reports on crime and threats and potential terrorists.

01:08:23.000 You notice, there's no real terrorists, it's all crime.

01:08:26.000 And it makes me want to hyperventilate.

01:08:28.000 I mean, this makes me so angry. 1.00

01:08:32.000 They've got a bunch of well-meaning idiots working for them, but they're actually trying to take down America right in front of you. 1.00

01:08:38.000 Has nothing to do with terrorism. 1.00

01:08:40.000 And then you look at who carried out the terror, and guess what?

01:08:42.000 It's the same people doing this.

01:08:45.000 And is it any surprise that it's skull and bones taft about to sign it in Ohio?

01:08:53.000 Oh no, but we're not in a police state.

01:08:55.000 The Pentagon watches anti-war protesters.

01:08:59.000 The Pentagon watches animal rights activists.

01:09:01.000 The Pentagon watches pro-gun groups.

01:09:03.000 The Pentagon is surveilling you with actual physical assets trailing you.

01:09:08.000 Oh, the NSA's listening to you.

01:09:11.000 Oh, your cell phone's being tracked.

01:09:13.000 Oh, your... But everything's okay.

01:09:16.000 We're getting to Agenda 21 in the corridors and a fella running for state senate who's just done a bang-up job with his corridor watch.

01:09:23.000 He's got the majority of the county signed on.

01:09:25.000 I'll say like 15 the other day.

01:09:27.000 It's like 70 or something.

01:09:29.000 I mean, it's getting really exciting. 0.99

01:09:31.000 So we're fighting back against these bastards, but that's what they are, folks. 1.00

01:09:36.000 Godless worm creatures. 1.00

01:09:39.000 Chris, in Arkansas, you're talking about how you're in the military and you're not going to put up with gun confiscation.

01:09:44.000 Well, we have an ABC News piece I'm going to play after you leave us.

01:09:47.000 It was lost in the memory hole from back in mid-September, where they're going, we don't like taking guns as a U.S.

01:09:53.000 Army, but we're willing to do it.

01:09:55.000 Then it shows them walking out of mansions stealing people's guns.

01:09:59.000 But go ahead, Chris, you finish up what you had to say.

01:10:01.000 Well, as a soldier, You are not required to obey unlawful orders.

01:10:10.000 It's the order of your Commander-in-Chief, boy!

01:10:12.000 It is an unlawful order to do anything as a member of the Armed Forces.

01:10:18.000 But guns are bad.

01:10:19.000 We've got to confiscate them.

01:10:20.000 That subverts the Constitution of the United States.

01:10:23.000 That's the oath that every soldier takes.

01:10:25.000 They take an oath to protect the Constitution.

01:10:27.000 Well, also, the Commander-in-Chief is only over the military as long as he follows the Constitution.

01:10:32.000 Now, Bush isn't even doing that, and he's saying Commander-in-Chief makes him dictator.

01:10:36.000 That's what his memo said.

01:10:38.000 That's what he's been saying.

01:10:39.000 And then people said, oh, you're saying you're a dictator?

01:10:41.000 And he goes, no, I'm not a dictator.

01:10:43.000 He hopes people don't know what a dictator is.

01:10:45.000 That is a dictator!

01:10:46.000 He's trying to declare that he's a dictator!

01:10:48.000 Well, the first line of the Oath of Enlistment is, I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, Foreign and domestic.

01:10:57.000 And if the President wants to make himself a domestic enemy against the people, that means it is your duty as a soldier to uphold the Constitution.

01:11:05.000 Well, George Washington was a highly decorated Indian fighter soldier, captain, and then colonel for the British.

01:11:13.000 I guess he should have just followed the orders of the king, though, when the king was enslaving the people.

01:11:18.000 See, George Washington was bad, buddy. 0.96

01:11:21.000 And I happen to have video of FEMA saying he was bad, so you're a terrorist, too. 0.96

01:11:25.000 Right, right. 0.99

01:11:26.000 And the whole purpose of the First Amendment is so you can throw dung on the Virgin Mary. 0.88

01:11:31.000 All these sorts of things.

01:11:32.000 Yeah, that's what they do.

01:11:32.000 They, like, come out and make the rights look bad by somebody abusing them.

01:11:36.000 I don't care if some monkey abuses their rights.

01:11:38.000 It doesn't take my rights away.

01:11:39.000 Exactly, exactly.

01:11:40.000 I want to say one other thing, Alex.

01:11:42.000 I saw local news the other day, and I'm not necessarily saying there's anything sinister behind it, but they were talking about how teens and how they drive recklessly and We should now put cameras in our car to watch our kids drive.

01:11:56.000 And I just thought, you know, that's kind of extreme.

01:11:59.000 And we shouldn't use cash because the terrorists will get us when really it's the wireless stuff that's causing all the problems, and cash is evil, and Big Brother loves you.

01:12:08.000 No, no, sir, it's all propaganda all the time.

01:12:11.000 Yeah, yeah, and we need to get off this.

01:12:15.000 But I mean, the fiat's better than the cashless fiat.

01:12:19.000 Thanks for the call.

01:12:20.000 And folks, the local newscaster in most cases isn't some government operative demon.

01:12:25.000 They have the CBS Broadcast Center in Manhattan.

01:12:31.000 And Fox News, ABC, and CBS, all three do their national news gathering.

01:12:37.000 They all pool right there.

01:12:39.000 There's literally hundreds and hundreds of editors there.

01:12:42.000 And most of the local stuff you see, for some reason starting four years ago, even before 9-11 I saw this, is, I guess five years ago, satellited to them and then re-edited and sent back.

01:12:53.000 And then a lot of the newscasts you see, excuse me, what they call templates or news packages.

01:12:58.000 Oh hey, the corporates know what sells!

01:13:00.000 They're the expert consultants!

01:13:03.000 And these are our newscasts for the week.

01:13:04.000 We've got one on how mercury is good for you.

01:13:07.000 I'm being serious.

01:13:08.000 One how it's the law, you've got to take vaccines.

01:13:10.000 One how police are running checkpoints and getting citizens involved in helping fight by keeping their eyes open.

01:13:17.000 That's why I can be at home, watch TV, see an exact newscast on ABC or CBS or ABC or whatever.

01:13:24.000 I can get in a plane, fly somewhere and be in a hotel room that night and see the exact same words, exact same thing with just local names changed when I'm in L.A.

01:13:35.000 Literally, I've been in Austin, seen a newscast in the morning and get to L.A.

01:13:38.000 and it's the exact newscast, same affiliate.

01:13:42.000 They're getting their federal feeds.

01:13:44.000 I call them federal feeds, national feeds.

01:13:48.000 And so that's why, I mean every time I see a local newscast, when I saw that Mercury's Nutritious newscast, I immediately ran into Google and I typed it in.

01:13:59.000 And that was on CBS locally, we have that clip on the website, and there were hundreds of them.

01:14:03.000 Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Amarillo, just in Texas it was everywhere.

01:14:09.000 And it was literally hundreds of links, the same newscast, the same script, it's just the same thing.

01:14:15.000 Do you understand?

01:14:16.000 Sing Mercury's Nutritious!

01:14:18.000 They don't believe it.

01:14:19.000 I play the clip every month.

01:14:20.000 Go get the Mercury's Nutritious clip.

01:14:22.000 See, we're not radical folks.

01:14:24.000 We're saying Mercury's bad for you.

01:14:27.000 Okay, we're sending police in black ski masks.

01:14:29.000 We're surrounding shopping malls, searching everyone. 0.97

01:14:31.000 It's ridiculous. 0.87

01:14:32.000 And total police state. 0.98

01:14:34.000 And they know it has nothing to do with stopping terrorists.

01:14:37.000 This is government letting us know we're slaves.

01:14:41.000 Now, this is a local newscast, and a new study shows that it actually helps kids.

01:14:49.000 The mercury in it helps them, not hurts them.

01:14:51.000 Here it is.

01:14:52.000 Mercury-containing vaccines may have on kids.

01:14:55.000 A life-saving device wins over-the-counter approval by the FDA.

01:14:58.000 And sick of your glasses and contact lenses?

01:15:00.000 A new corrective eye surgery is approved today.

01:15:04.000 Here's tonight's medical headlines with medical watch reporter, Tina Mather.

01:15:09.000 Mercury-containing vaccines may help not harm kids, according to two new studies in the journal Pediatrics.

01:15:16.000 There have been widespread concerns that mercury-based preservatives in vaccines might impair the neurological development of children.

01:15:23.000 These new studies suggest that the opposite, that the preservatives may actually be associated with improved behavior and mental performance.

01:15:33.000 Well, there you have it.

01:15:34.000 Oh, mmm, maybe nutritious.

01:15:36.000 I mean, see, it's just in your face.

01:15:38.000 And that was all over the country.

01:15:40.000 And it was two federally paid for studies saying, oh no, this is good for our children.

01:15:46.000 Oh, yes, it's very good that we've gone from 1 in 20-something thousand having autism to 1 in 166, and that was last year's numbers.

01:15:52.000 They're now trending for it to be 1 in 70.

01:15:54.000 I mean, pretty soon half of us will be like that.

01:15:57.000 Look, it's completely normal.

01:15:59.000 Here's your injection.

01:16:00.000 I mean, this is a nightmare!

01:16:01.000 We have woken up in a nightmare!

01:16:03.000 And I'm normal!

01:16:05.000 I'm normal because I'm freaking out over this!

01:16:08.000 Forced labor camp and you protest.

01:16:10.000 I mean, I'm just, you know... Mike in Illinois.

01:16:13.000 Go ahead, Mike.

01:16:16.000 Hey Alex, how are you?

01:16:17.000 I'm just freaking out.

01:16:19.000 I know you are.

01:16:20.000 I can hear it.

01:16:21.000 You've got one hell of a task ahead of you, my friend.

01:16:24.000 Hey, all this Patriot stuff, since we haven't heard it for a while, is really them warming up the orchestra for the elections next year.

01:16:30.000 So they extended it for six months.

01:16:31.000 That's going to be the hot button topic.

01:16:33.000 They're all gonna go, oh, we haven't been for this, oh yeah, we know this, they know we're pissed about it, they know we're upset about it.

01:16:40.000 And then there's gonna be a terror attack after they get rid of it, and it was all your fault, we tried to save you by enslaving you, and... You know what, Alex?

01:16:49.000 Merry Christmas.

01:16:52.000 Hey, what do you think about them trying to pass us along Ohio where they shake everybody down and rogue teams are running around vipering us?

01:16:59.000 All of it scares me because most of the people don't pay attention.

01:17:03.000 They'd rather turn their iPod on and not listen to anybody.

01:17:07.000 Watch reality TV until they pass out.

01:17:10.000 Meanwhile, there's cops creeping around dressed up like Nazis.

01:17:13.000 That's normal.

01:17:14.000 But that's normal.

01:17:14.000 Hey, they're here for our protection.

01:17:16.000 It's everybody's opinion on it.

01:17:18.000 Like I said when you had the professor on the other day, maybe one time this has worked out to our benefit.

01:17:23.000 Why are we sitting here lying to each other saying that this is acceptable?

01:17:26.000 It's not!

01:17:27.000 What he kept saying, he was saying, yeah it's very scary what I'm doing.

01:17:30.000 He was admitting that, yeah it looks like, and he said, well you know, it's not my job.

01:17:35.000 He was having to admit it was bad.

01:17:37.000 When do we draw the line?

01:17:40.000 We all have to ask ourselves that.

01:17:42.000 Take the time, when you guys, everybody that's listening, we have time off this holiday.

01:17:46.000 You know, think about it.

01:17:47.000 When are we going to draw the line?

01:17:49.000 I mean, they've crossed over everything that this country's been about for almost 300 years.

01:17:54.000 You know what it boils down to, Mike?

01:17:56.000 It boils down to people don't respect themselves.

01:17:58.000 They don't know how much power they've got.

01:18:00.000 It's a lack of education.

01:18:02.000 The education system has worked exactly.

01:18:04.000 They listen when they're told to listen, and they don't question anything because they don't even know how to formulate the question.

01:18:09.000 And they don't even know the economy's in shambles because the news tells them it isn't when all the indicators are we're going to hell in a handbasket.

01:18:15.000 One of the first things he did when he got into office is made it so you can only collect unemployment for like nine months and then you come out of those numbers. 0.99

01:18:21.000 So all the numbers that we're hearing are crap. 0.97

01:18:24.000 And nobody wants to question that either. 0.99

01:18:26.000 I mean, I've had two chief economists on from their own administrations.

01:18:26.000 It's all baloney!

01:18:30.000 Absolutely.

01:18:31.000 Anything else?

01:18:31.000 You always make good points.

01:18:32.000 Anything else, Mike?

01:18:34.000 Just give your wife and kids a hug and a kiss for me. 1.00

01:18:36.000 Merry Christmas to you.

01:18:37.000 Alright, Merry Christmas.

01:18:38.000 Merry Christmas to you too.

01:18:39.000 Thank you for what you do, my friend.

01:18:40.000 You really put yourself out on the line.

01:18:42.000 Oh man, the cost of not putting it out there is a lot worse.

01:18:44.000 I mean, we have an elite that openly writes books saying they're planning to kill us as soon as they get us under their control.

01:18:50.000 I mean, we're in trouble.

01:23:04.000 I'm not mesmerized by all the entertainment and all the little trinkets.

01:23:07.000 I mean, I know what matters, freedom.

01:23:09.000 Because you lose freedom, you lose your economy too.

01:23:11.000 I mean, people who don't live in freedom live in slavery and they live in a bad economic area as well.

01:23:17.000 They live in a bad economic atmosphere.

01:23:21.000 So, you know, it all comes together as a package.

01:23:24.000 You don't value freedom, you don't value your own life.

01:23:27.000 I know most of you, a lot of you are New World Order minions out there. 0.85

01:23:30.000 You don't even care about your own family or your own kids, but you might as well care about yourselves.

01:23:34.000 Don't you have any self-preservation instincts?

01:23:36.000 Mark and David and Randy, your calls are coming up.

01:23:38.000 Here's an ABC News piece that was lost in memory.

01:23:40.000 Remember them going in the old lady's house and confiscating her handgun from her and dragging her out? 0.96

01:23:44.000 Her house was high and dry.

01:23:45.000 This is video of what looks like 500,000 million dollar houses.

01:23:50.000 I mean, I don't know how much the real estate is in that area, but it's in the wealthy areas.

01:23:53.000 It looks like million dollar houses to me.

01:23:55.000 Huge Victorian-style Houses with the walk-around porches, and it's the troops confiscating guns.

01:24:02.000 We don't like confiscating guns, but we are.

01:24:06.000 Just everything we predicted.

01:24:07.000 Here's a beta test.

01:24:08.000 Oh, and Mexican troops, of course.

01:24:10.000 There is support roles.

01:24:11.000 Dutch troops.

01:24:12.000 Precedence set.

01:24:14.000 Precedence set.

01:24:15.000 Here it is.

01:24:16.000 That includes New Orleans, where today authorities stepped up their efforts to empty the city.

01:24:22.000 Bob Woodruff is there again tonight with an extraordinary human drama unfolding.

01:24:25.000 Bob?

01:24:27.000 That's true, Elizabeth, and good evening from New Orleans.

01:24:29.000 Here the police and the National Guard find themselves in a very difficult position tonight to try to carry out an order to force people from the city without actually using force.

01:24:44.000 Today in New Orleans, they got a lot tougher on the holdouts.

01:24:49.000 Not only the flooded areas, but New Orleans' driest and wealthiest neighborhoods too.

01:24:55.000 Police!

01:24:56.000 Fire it! 0.99

01:24:57.000 The police and National Guard going street by street, house to house.

01:25:03.000 We need to make sure, too, that whenever we knock on doors, people refuse to leave.

01:25:07.000 We need to make note, call again.

01:25:09.000 They say there are no orders to use force, just strong persuasion.

01:25:13.000 Sometimes entering open houses with guns drawn, and instructions to disarm anyone inside.

01:25:21.000 You said guns?

01:25:22.000 Guns will be taken.

01:25:23.000 No one will be able to be armed.

01:25:24.000 We will take all weapons.

01:25:26.000 That happened today in this wealthy neighborhood where homeowners had armed themselves to protect their mansions.

01:25:32.000 Residents were handcuffed on the ground.

01:25:35.000 In the end, police took their weapons but let them stay in their homes.

01:25:38.000 They were a little bit threatened because our weapons were bigger than their weapons. 1.00

01:25:42.000 You scum! 1.00

01:25:43.000 For many of the police and guard troops, it is an uncomfortable job to do this in an American city. 1.00

01:25:48.000 You're a punk!

01:25:49.000 This guard unit occupied a church, using it as a base camp. 0.93

01:25:53.000 They had to leave a note because they could not get hold of the pastor to get permission.

01:25:57.000 It is, it is surreal.

01:25:59.000 Yeah, you just never, you never expect to do this in your own country. 1.00

01:26:02.000 You scum. 1.00

01:26:03.000 Chris Montgomery says he'd rather be in Iraq than patrolling American neighborhoods. 1.00

01:26:08.000 Walking up and down these streets, you don't, you don't want to think about... I'll tell you what, stop right there.

01:26:13.000 Rewind it about 45 seconds for that piece of scum. 1.00

01:26:17.000 What do you think Iraq was? 1.00

01:26:18.000 It was to train you for the very thing you're doing here.

01:26:21.000 I've been to the urban warfare drills.

01:26:23.000 I've seen you, Jack, training to take my guns and admitting it's for America.

01:26:27.000 So I don't want to hear it.

01:26:28.000 And no, those aren't our troops. 1.00

01:26:30.000 Those are scum traitors. 1.00

01:26:31.000 Those are the scum of the earth. 1.00

01:26:34.000 Can you imagine We're going to let you stay here for now, but you can't have your guns. 1.00

01:26:41.000 They were intimidated that ours were bigger than theirs.

01:26:45.000 What do you want to bet those guys would take their guns from their own daddy?

01:26:48.000 They don't even care about their own families.

01:26:50.000 The government told them, the gun was my daddy, I'll take your gun.

01:26:53.000 And they went into those areas, folks.

01:26:54.000 The government was just waiting for this beta test.

01:26:56.000 They held back the aid.

01:26:58.000 FEMA sabotaged everything.

01:26:59.000 A few, you know, drug addicts shot guns in the air.

01:27:04.000 They called it a big threat and then went in and confiscated guns for week after week and nobody ever got them back.

01:27:09.000 And there's a video of American citizens drug out of their mansions.

01:27:12.000 See, nobody's safe. 1.00

01:27:14.000 Tied down with dumb gang member military stomping around going, we got their guns! 0.99

01:27:22.000 And the local cops will take your guns. 1.00

01:27:24.000 Don't let them tell you they won't.

01:27:25.000 They can't wait to get them!

01:27:27.000 Roll the tape again!

01:27:31.000 Just roll it!

01:27:32.000 ...find themselves in a very difficult position tonight to try to carry out an order to force people from the city without actually using force.

01:27:45.000 Today in New Orleans, they got a lot tougher on the holdouts.

01:27:48.000 Police department, anyone home?

01:27:50.000 Not only the flooded areas, but New Orleans' driest and wealthiest neighborhoods too.

01:27:56.000 Police department!

01:27:58.000 The police and National Guard going street-by-street, house-to-house.

01:28:04.000 We need to make sure, too, that when we open off the doors, people use leaves.

01:28:07.000 We need to make note, call again.

01:28:11.000 They say there are no orders to use force, just strong persuasion.

01:28:15.000 Sometimes entering open houses with guns drawn.

01:28:18.000 And instructions to disarm anyone inside.

01:28:22.000 You say guns will be taken, no one will be able to be armed.

01:28:24.000 We're going to take all the weapons.

01:28:27.000 That happened today in this... We'll be right back!

01:28:29.000 We'll be right back!

01:28:32.000 Stay with us.

01:28:33.000 We're on the march.

01:28:45.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:28:47.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:28:53.000 So what's in your shampoo, bath soap, and dish soap?

01:28:56.000 Chlorides, dyes, ethanol, sulfates, sodiums, formaldehydes, etc.?

01:29:00.000 Read the labels.

01:29:01.000 Inhaling exposure can lead to coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, headache, and nausea.

01:29:06.000 Also may be irritating the skin and mucous membranes and cause you to seek medical help.

01:32:06.000 They went into the wealthy areas on the outside, the rim of New Orleans.

01:32:11.000 Where they had roads to the rest of the state, where things were open.

01:32:14.000 They even had power in a lot of areas.

01:32:16.000 And they just showed up.

01:32:18.000 Police were freaking out on the news, I remember.

01:32:24.000 And the head of the hospital was going, look, we live there.

01:32:27.000 You know, we live in these houses.

01:32:28.000 We're the people that are keeping the power on.

01:32:31.000 One of the power plant foremen got arrested and they took his guns.

01:32:35.000 This was all on record.

01:32:36.000 Imagine!

01:32:37.000 You're there supplying power to the police.

01:32:39.000 You're there in even a support role to them.

01:32:42.000 And it's just so mindless, and the Feds are so uncoordinated, and want to carry out their precedent-setting event for local police and National Guard and regular Army working together, backed up by Dutch and Mexican troops, by the way, in support roles, and people out on the front lawns in front of million-dollar houses.

01:32:58.000 You ought to see this video.

01:32:59.000 It's up on InfoWars.com.

01:33:01.000 In front of million-dollar houses, just confiscating their guns.

01:33:07.000 Well, you can stay here where there's criminal gangs roaming around after we've taken your guns.

01:33:11.000 Of course, there really weren't criminal gangs in most of the areas.

01:33:13.000 The police were afraid of them and would run from them.

01:33:16.000 That was on the news, but later, well, let's just swagger into these houses and see what we can get.

01:33:23.000 And I've talked to sheriffs, I've talked to police, I've talked to emergency managers, like Thomas Sanchez, Kingsville, Vietnam Marine Corps veteran, and he's patriotic, you know, but they came into him in 99 and said, we're training for gun confiscations in America.

01:33:35.000 It's part of a covert secret plan, PDD 25.

01:33:37.000 They showed him a classified version, and then he came on my show and said Delta Force wants to train here, it's part of conditioning for a takeover, and I'm not going to be part of it.

01:33:47.000 But then in Alice, Texas, they did.

01:33:49.000 He gave us an interview and their chief's like, foreign troops are here, but I can't let you know about our tactics.

01:33:54.000 Oh, but the foreign troops can know about your tactics.

01:33:57.000 So I don't care.

01:33:58.000 It sounded crazy then while I was just going off.

01:34:02.000 San Antonio police chief, emergency manager Kingsville, patriots, real patriots.

01:34:07.000 But Scott Hartman runs the show.

01:34:10.000 He's up there in the network, there in the control booth, and I told him to turn a microphone on because he made a good point during the break To me about the point of, well, why were they even made to leave to begin with?

01:34:21.000 You want to comment on that, Scott?

01:34:22.000 Sure.

01:34:23.000 I mean, these are their homes.

01:34:24.000 There's no reason why these people should be forced to leave in the first place.

01:34:29.000 I mean, especially... Okay, granted, some of them are flooded out and it might not have been a good idea to stay, but that still was their choice.

01:34:36.000 Their home.

01:34:37.000 It's called freedom.

01:34:37.000 Exactly.

01:34:39.000 And what I don't understand is if the only reason they were there is to force them to leave, Why did they let them stay, anyway, after they took their guns?

01:34:48.000 It was the guns they were after, it wasn't the people.

01:34:50.000 They disarmed tens of thousands of homes.

01:34:53.000 I mean, it was just huge truckloads.

01:34:54.000 I've talked to military that were there.

01:34:56.000 They wouldn't let the news show it.

01:34:57.000 In fact, there was one AP article where they walked up and said, we will kill you like we do in Iraq, if you show any of this.

01:35:03.000 They even gave his name.

01:35:05.000 It was a captain.

01:35:06.000 And it was trucks just filled with guns.

01:35:10.000 Yeah, that's absurd.

01:35:11.000 Yeah, that's all they were after.

01:35:12.000 They weren't after getting It had nothing to do with the safety of these people.

01:35:15.000 It had to do with the safety of themselves, because they were concerned that these people would end up using these guns.

01:35:22.000 Well, that's what they told the buffoons, as if the military and the police should worry about middle class people with their guns. 1.00

01:35:28.000 Every study, every statistic, every common sense mode shows that that's where police are safe, you idiots. 1.00

01:35:34.000 They're not safe in New York and Chicago and Trenton, New Jersey, where they have total gun confiscation. 1.00

01:35:42.000 True, that's true.

01:35:43.000 I mean, it's simple!

01:35:46.000 I mean, look, statistically, cops have a higher criminal rate than any other group in society, but I don't think cops should be disarmed, because most of them are good.

01:35:54.000 I mean, why do we feel good when a cop's got a gun, but we freak out when a... Back when this country was free, and you didn't have any crime to speak of, everybody had guns in their cars.

01:36:03.000 There were guns in the gun racks.

01:36:06.000 People weren't afraid of guns.

01:36:07.000 It's just...

01:36:09.000 There it is!

01:36:10.000 Scott, what do you think about all the martial law announcements at the state level now, from Oregon to Rhode Island to Ohio, passing laws for checkpoints and warrantless searches and viper teams on the streets to federally searches and local teams and tattletale squads?

01:36:25.000 I'm very excited about that.

01:36:27.000 I'm just waiting for it to work its way up to Minnesota here.

01:36:32.000 Well, that's what America's all about.

01:36:34.000 Home of the checkpoint, land of the gun confiscation.

01:36:37.000 Yeah, it's true.

01:36:38.000 And pretty soon, somebody's going to be knocking at the back door of GCN here and won't be able to run a radio program anymore.

01:36:44.000 That's right!

01:36:45.000 You were talking bad about our Commander-in-Chief!

01:36:47.000 Alright, thank you so much for that.

01:36:49.000 I know we got loaded phone lines, and for the next hour, we are honored to be joined by a gentleman who I know I'm going to be loving for if I had a chance to, in his Senate place, and it's Place 18, Texas Senate.

01:37:02.000 That's basically, the Senate runs the state, the Governor's a puppet.

01:37:06.000 And we are just honored to see what David Stahl is doing.

01:37:11.000 The website is CorridorWatch.org.

01:37:13.000 Look, put up or shut up, he took action.

01:37:16.000 He's now gotten most of the counties in the state to say no corridors.

01:37:20.000 We're not putting up with them.

01:37:21.000 What are they?

01:37:21.000 Well, you see corridors in U.N.

01:37:24.000 plans of Gen.

01:37:25.000 21.

01:37:25.000 When you go up into Kansas, out of Oklahoma, you'll drive 45, 50 miles, no exits, huge walls.

01:37:31.000 You'll see old ghost towns, big Victorian homes, old gas stations shut down.

01:37:35.000 They built the gas stations in the medians, and there's toll roads, and you're not allowed to exit.

01:37:40.000 And the plan is to force everybody into the cities.

01:37:42.000 It's part of the Gen. 21.

01:37:44.000 Made my first film about that, America Destroyed by Design, right off the UN's own documents.

01:37:49.000 And TxDOT documents had said 6,000 miles, or 7,000 miles of tolls in the country.

01:37:54.000 There's going to be 6,000 miles, transponders in the inspection stickers.

01:37:59.000 Now the new documents are showing 8,000 miles in Texas, 3,000 in cities, and another, what, 5,000 on the state roads.

01:38:07.000 And it's just the end.

01:38:09.000 But a lot of locals have learned about this.

01:38:11.000 A lot of local people in government have learned.

01:38:13.000 And so they're pulling out.

01:38:14.000 I mean, it's like selling, as I said, snow cones in hell.

01:38:18.000 And David Stahl really needs to get into the Senate.

01:38:21.000 And everybody needs to join Corridor Watch.

01:38:24.000 And a lot of these counties are passing laws, passing injunctions, passing resolutions that, no, you're not putting your... Because it will wall the town off.

01:38:33.000 You understand.

01:38:33.000 It will.

01:38:34.000 It's going to go nationwide.

01:38:35.000 Texas is where it's all starting.

01:38:37.000 And Mr. Stahl, thank you for holding while I was babbling about the gun confiscation, but I know you're a patriot and you're against that as well, so thank you for coming on.

01:38:45.000 I appreciate being here with you.

01:38:46.000 Let me just ask you, side issue, what do you think of all the gun confiscation and all the things that are happening?

01:38:52.000 I think it's a trend that we have in this country of surrendering our rights and privileges and liberties, and we've got to put a stop to it.

01:38:59.000 That's one of the reasons that I'm If you can't beat them, join them.

01:39:04.000 I'm going to run for the State Senate here and see if I can't stop the erosion of personal rights.

01:39:10.000 We're guaranteed under the Constitution, which doesn't seem to count anymore.

01:39:13.000 Where is Place 18?

01:39:15.000 What senatorial region is that?

01:39:18.000 The Senate District 18 is in Central Texas.

01:39:20.000 It runs between Austin and Houston.

01:39:22.000 It doesn't include either of those metropolitan areas.

01:39:24.000 No, it was just south of here, yeah.

01:39:26.000 Yeah, and it goes all the way to the Gulf.

01:39:28.000 Altogether 19 counties from Caldwell and Bastrop near Austin to Waller and Fort Bend near... It's similar to Ron Paul's old congressional district, isn't it?

01:39:37.000 It overlaps a lot of Ron Paul's old district, yes.

01:39:41.000 Well, I mean, I want to talk about your awakening, because not just your Senate run, and I'm supporting you, sir, not just your Senate run, but...

01:39:50.000 How you woke up to the corridors, why you started a group, a website, how you've had phenomenal success just with their own documents.

01:39:58.000 I mean, what you've done, and I'm not tooting your horn, I mean this sincerely, what you've done is a model of resistance and restoration of our Constitution.

01:40:06.000 I mean, first off, tell us how you woke up, tell us what these corridors are, let's bring in the Spanish company.

01:40:11.000 You know, the money, all of it, the scams, what they're going to do, and then let's talk about how we're going to fight this and how we can start corridor watches in other states where this is starting to burgeon as well.

01:40:22.000 Yeah, Alex, you know, I've been involved in local government for 30 years.

01:40:25.000 I was elected as a city councilman when I was 20 years old, and I felt like I was part of the establishment, and I thought I understood the Constitution, what the government was about, and how it was supposed to operate.

01:40:35.000 And two years ago, I became aware of the Trans-Texas Corridor.

01:40:40.000 And it was a planning document that had been adopted as an official plan of the state of Texas by the Transportation Commission, and it was adopted without any public input.

01:40:51.000 I mean, no public input.

01:40:52.000 This is a revenue-generating proposition.

01:40:57.000 And let's point out, they're putting up the scanners and the readers and the control grids and trying to pass laws for the transponders, and no one even knows about it as it's going in.

01:41:07.000 That's right.

01:41:08.000 This is all being done under the radar, without public meetings, without public input, without the kind of discussion that we had in this country when we decided to do an interstate program.

01:41:16.000 And this is vastly different.

01:41:18.000 We have to actually go outside this country to understand what this project is.

01:41:23.000 And the state knows it, because the vendors that they're bringing in to build it are also coming from outside the state.

01:41:28.000 Now tell me if I'm wrong, you know, 1950s, they start the interstate program off the autobahns.

01:41:34.000 Eisenhower says it's going to be military roads, but used to move materials.

01:41:38.000 That actually grew the country and made us a dynamo.

01:41:41.000 Now they're going to use our dependence on that grid to totally enslave us and shut off 80% of the rural areas of the country.

01:41:48.000 That's in the official plans.

01:41:50.000 This is hell on earth.

01:41:52.000 Yes, actually, they try to point to the interstate system as if this is just a model for this, but that's not correct at all.

01:41:58.000 You know, Eisenhower fought a war, he used the autobahns, he wanted to see the same thing in this country, to move manpower and material, just as you said.

01:42:06.000 And what he originally proposed was a highway that didn't go to any cities, and there was no money to build it, and it would be a toll road.

01:42:15.000 But you know, there was public discussion and debate in the Senate and in the Congress of the United States, And the governors said, we can't afford to have these toll roads.

01:42:24.000 It will damage our economies if people have to pay to drive to get here.

01:42:28.000 So this is really just the original plan of the control grid coming to fruition?

01:42:33.000 Absolutely.

01:42:34.000 And right out of Europe, once again.

01:42:36.000 And so that changed.

01:42:38.000 And then the mayors of the major metropolitan cities said, you'll destroy our economies if you take the traffic.

01:42:45.000 I mean, anyone who buys and sells commercial real estate knows that the three most important things for the value of that real estate is location, location, and location.

01:42:54.000 And they look at traffic counts.

01:42:56.000 And what this does is...

01:42:57.000 That's why every store you go to asks for your zip code.

01:43:00.000 Absolutely.

01:43:01.000 They're trying to decide where to build new stores or if they should shut that store down.

01:43:04.000 Look, for those that don't know, I'm not joking, okay?

01:43:06.000 I've seen the models, I've read their documents, and I've been to Kansas.

01:43:09.000 They will shut down every major state highway.

01:43:12.000 You will not exit into the small towns.

01:43:15.000 It is meant to rewild those areas.

01:43:18.000 I'm not joking.

01:43:20.000 No, that's absolutely correct.

01:43:21.000 As a matter of fact, it will not only bypass all the small towns, But it bypasses the big towns.

01:43:27.000 That's why the city of Dallas has issues with this concept.

01:43:30.000 Because it's going to take away from Dallas and move that traffic even outside their county.

01:43:36.000 And if that's not scary enough, the plan says that these corridors will create, quote-unquote, new cities.

01:43:45.000 Now, why would you want to create a new city?

01:43:47.000 You'd want to create a new city because you have absolute control over it, and you can control who makes the money from that development.

01:43:53.000 And you already grabbed the real estate, just like what the railroads did with the robber barons, and they can control the land for, what, a mile or two off each side of it and sell it to their buddies.

01:44:01.000 The ultimate boondoggle.

01:44:03.000 Absolutely.

01:44:04.000 As a matter of fact, the corridor itself is a quarter mile wide, which is 465 feet wider than is required to put everything in it that they say they want to do in it in the next 50 years.

01:44:14.000 That was reading about two mile buffer zones.

01:44:17.000 What's that?

01:44:18.000 Well, the law allows them to take unlimited land adjacent to the corridor for what they call ancillary facilities, which is the ability not just to put gas stations and fast food in like you see on turnpikes, But they put in factories and warehouses, and do all this on state land.

01:44:33.000 The maquiladoras.

01:44:34.000 And that's the thing about this, is that you see the Supreme Court saying, if some other financial interest, anywhere globally, Dutch, Swiss, Chinese, now happening, Spanish, wants the land, they'll pay more taxes, we'll give it to them.

01:44:45.000 And by the way, with the Guest Worker Program, there's going to be a transponder in the Mexican trucks, in all these trucks, they're all going to be instantly legal, while in the corridors, they're going to be like the international zones at airports. 0.54

01:44:57.000 Yes, actually, if it was just limited to that, it'd be great.

01:45:00.000 You know, the Texas Legislature, this last session, attempted to require that the transponders be put in every motor vehicle inspection sticker.

01:45:08.000 How about that?

01:45:10.000 I know, we barely made it.

01:45:12.000 But that's my point, is that this is about the Pan-American Union.

01:45:15.000 On their own website that we found it and pointed it out, TxDOT said it was going to merge Mexico and Canada for the American Union.

01:45:24.000 Yeah, as a matter of fact, the original plan does not show how this corridor connects to, nor did they have a single discussion with, and they openly told us, they have no discussions with Louisiana, Oklahoma, or New Mexico, or Colorado, with where these corridors will tie into those states.

01:45:38.000 And yet, there were three memorandums of understanding with Mexico, and the routes all the way through Mexico were part of our original plan in Texas.

01:45:50.000 Sir, so you started waking up to this.

01:45:53.000 Let's get into this Spanish company and what they're up to.

01:45:57.000 Yeah, you know, we have some of the world's best road builders here in Texas and certainly in the United States.

01:46:03.000 We build roads around the world.

01:46:05.000 And yet the Texas Department of Transportation spent the largest travel amount they ever did to send their director of Turnpike Authority to Europe.

01:46:16.000 To sell the Trans-Texas Corridor in Europe.

01:46:18.000 Oh, and I bet he didn't get any money in his Swiss bank account.

01:46:22.000 Well, he certainly took a high-dollar attorney with him.

01:46:25.000 Which, by the way, wasn't even from Texas.

01:46:26.000 He's from California and does international projects.

01:46:29.000 No surprise.

01:46:30.000 And so, we solicited foreign investment.

01:46:35.000 And there were three proposals.

01:46:37.000 Two of them were from domestic companies.

01:46:39.000 One from a Spanish company in Madrid, Spain.

01:46:43.000 and a selection was made.

01:46:44.000 And interestingly enough, the weighting of how that selection was made has been kept secret.

01:46:50.000 It's still secret today.

01:46:51.000 - Kind of like Iraq with the no-bid contracts. - The two companies that lost that proposal don't even know why they lost it because it's still being kept a secret. - And there's been total secrecy Now, TxDOT said, there's this lie about we're using less fuel, but we've gone from 15 million barrels four or five years ago, six years ago, to 22 million barrels a day.

01:47:11.000 Actually, the tax revenue is bigger than ever, state and federally.

01:47:15.000 Uh, the projections are only increases.

01:47:18.000 And then the TextDot document got released, what, about a year ago saying, oh, we actually have more money than we need.

01:47:23.000 Why are we telling people that we're bankrupt?

01:47:26.000 Well, because, and it said we have to so we can get this done for the transponders and the toll roads that are going to make us pay to merge us with Mexico.

01:47:34.000 I mean, just the level of lying that is involved with these people, and then it's all in secret.

01:47:40.000 And then it's been all over the news about how people on these different state boards that did it, their wives and kids get $300,000 contracts the next day from the toll companies as soon as they sign on.

01:47:50.000 I mean, it's just open corruption.

01:47:52.000 They should all be in jail.

01:47:54.000 Yeah, there's absolutely no accountability.

01:47:57.000 There's no elected official as responsible.

01:47:59.000 It's all been assigned to appointees.

01:48:00.000 Well, you were a city council member, Mr. Stahl. 0.98

01:48:02.000 Why is there this raping and this orgy of looting America? 0.92

01:48:05.000 I mean, they're just going everywhere. 0.98

01:48:07.000 It's just wild stealing out in the open.

01:48:11.000 What flipped the switch?

01:48:12.000 What do they know we don't know?

01:48:14.000 Well, I'll tell you what's happened is that we now have a unique situation in that the government itself and factions within the government, government entities and agencies, have become special interests.

01:48:26.000 Just like we used to deal with special interests with labor unions or with large industries, now government itself, for itself, we're creating self-funding governmental entities that are becoming authorities and they have... They're mafias! 0.82

01:48:44.000 It's like the old city-state where it's the noble on each hill in his castle!

01:48:49.000 Absolutely!

01:48:50.000 And so anything that you can generate a revenue from benefits That group, and not the general population. 0.66

01:48:57.000 And they are just hell-bent to do anything and everything they can to rape, pillage, and plunder the citizens of this country.

01:49:04.000 And Mr. Stallman, I mean, it's literal what you're talking about.

01:49:07.000 I mean, it is a... Folks, I've never seen anything like it.

01:49:11.000 All of it's totally criminal.

01:49:13.000 It is breaking laws.

01:49:14.000 In front of... The thing is, ten years ago you went to jail for this.

01:49:17.000 Now no one gets in trouble.

01:49:18.000 It's just... Well, in 2003, Texas passed House Bill 3588.

01:49:24.000 And it changed the way the government operates on these road projects.

01:49:27.000 And you're exactly right.

01:49:28.000 The things that they're doing today, before that law passed and changed the way it's done, would be commercial bribery.

01:49:35.000 People would end up going to jail for negotiating business in secret and signing them in secret, where there's no public knowledge of what we're buying and what we're paying for it.

01:49:44.000 Mr. Stahl, stay with us.

01:49:45.000 This is where everything... I want to keep you to the next hour and take calls and get into how we can support you for the Senate.

01:49:49.000 Stay with us.

01:55:20.000 And get them out to people, because if you don't stand up, nobody will.

01:55:23.000 And believe me, I've experienced it.

01:55:25.000 Standing up and getting involved really works.

01:55:28.000 We're the ultimate consumers, the ultimate couch potatoes, the ultimate spectators.

01:55:32.000 Stop being a spectator.

01:55:33.000 It's fun to go catch bribery at the capitol as I've done and see it on national TV.

01:55:38.000 It's fun to beat mills.

01:55:40.000 It's fun to expose corrupt people.

01:55:42.000 It's fun to watch them go to jail.

01:55:44.000 It's fun to come up with an idea to throw out the Patriot Act and have 400 plus cities and now six states adopt it.

01:55:49.000 Yes, I'm not tooting my horn.

01:55:51.000 I'm nobody.

01:55:52.000 I'm not that smart.

01:55:53.000 And what Mr. Stahl is doing is amazing.

01:55:55.000 We're about to break Mr. Stahl, but give us a little tidbit before we get back into what these corridors will do, of just how many counties you've gotten to sign on with you, and how you got that done.

01:56:05.000 Well, we've got 32 counties that the Commissioner's Courts have passed formal resolutions opposing the corridor, and we have members now in 174 of the Texas's counties.

01:56:16.000 Once people learn a little bit, they want to learn more, and they discover that it's as terrible as They could possibly imagine.

01:56:24.000 We're really losing our freedoms and rights, and it's time to stand up.

01:56:29.000 If you value your freedoms and your liberties, it's time to stand up and make the government accountable for that.

01:56:35.000 Well, the Romans said all roads lead to Rome, and they built those expensive roads, paved roads, folks, for a reason, because it gave them total control.

01:56:43.000 Roads are the blood supply.

01:56:46.000 You know, they've gone way out of their way to say they don't want to raise gasoline taxes.

01:56:49.000 You know, and we have 38 and a half cent gasoline tax in Texas.

01:56:52.000 That's the federal and the state component.

01:56:54.000 People need to understand, these toll roads, the tolls that they're going to charge, the foreign entities are going to charge... $2.50 a gallon, right?

01:57:00.000 It's $3.85.

01:57:01.000 Oh, I'm sorry.

01:57:05.000 $3.85 a gallon.

01:57:07.000 How do you like that?

01:57:08.000 Well, I guess that was their skewed numbers.

01:57:10.000 I saw the $2.55 or $2.50.

01:57:11.000 Yeah.

01:57:11.000 Folks, go to the website, CorridorWatch.org.

01:57:15.000 It's all there.

01:57:16.000 You want to get educated.

01:57:17.000 I mean, I know the horns are going to be on this weekend, so just sell your kid's birthright out.

01:57:22.000 Watch the horns game and get drunk.

01:57:24.000 Don't go stop the toll roads of the Spanish King.

01:57:26.000 We'll be right back with David Stahl.

01:57:28.000 Stay with us.

01:57:33.000 Order a copy of this show for your friends and family at GCNlive.com or call 877-300-7645.

01:57:39.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:45.000 Big Brother.

01:57:50.000 Mainstream media.

01:57:52.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:54.000 You want answers?

01:57:55.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:01.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:07.000 Guns have been totally banned in Chicago.

01:58:09.000 Crime rate explodes.

01:58:10.000 Guns have been banned in New York.

01:58:11.000 Guns have been totally banned in San Francisco.

01:58:14.000 Arnold's banning many different types of calibers of firearms above 40s.

01:58:18.000 Banning ammo.

01:58:20.000 Gun confiscation by U.S.

01:58:21.000 troops in New Orleans in wealthy neighborhoods.

01:58:25.000 States all over the country attempting and in some cases passing laws.

01:58:28.000 I actually have the bill numbers here in front of me.

01:58:29.000 Read them in the first hour.

01:58:30.000 AP, if you go to a war protest and block traffic or download music, 25 years in a forced labor camp in a forest labor camp, that's Oregon.

01:58:39.000 I mean, I have the bill, links to it, it's almost passed.

01:58:43.000 I mean, look, I don't believe this, okay?

01:58:45.000 I mean, I can't believe it when I'm actually reading the bills.

01:58:48.000 We are in a twilight zone nightmare.

01:58:51.000 And David Stahl, running for Texas Senate.

01:58:54.000 He's been a city council member, been involved in government for a long time.

01:58:57.000 District 18.

01:58:58.000 I'm going to try to control myself and shut up and let him talk and then take some of your calls coming up here in the next segment.

01:59:04.000 David, I mean there's so many facets to the corridors.

01:59:07.000 How do we stop these massive toll roads, these international toll roads going in?

01:59:13.000 The only way we can stop them is to educate people, to get awareness up and then have people demand.

01:59:20.000 That action be taken.

01:59:21.000 That the state do what they want done.

01:59:25.000 There's a complete disconnect between the people and the state.

01:59:27.000 You know, we like to say that we'd like to have leadership, not dictatorship in Austin.

01:59:32.000 But let me tell you one thing that I don't think your readers or your listeners necessarily already know, and that's the Trans-Texas Corridor is not just highways.

01:59:40.000 It's not just ten vehicle lanes that'll all be tolled, but it's also six rail lines And it's also 200 feet of set-aside for underground utilities and overhead utilities.

01:59:51.000 And what they want to do is concentrate and create a monopoly, by the way, operated by a foreign entity, a monopoly of infrastructure in the state of Texas.

02:00:00.000 Our transportation on road and rail, the transportation of products through pipelines, and our electrical distribution system.

02:00:08.000 And with that stranglehold, this corridor, We'll absolutely control infrastructure in Texas and be able to tax us in ways we have never seen before.

02:00:19.000 And with no oversight, the law specifically says the state cannot set the leases, tolls, and franchise fees in the corridor.

02:00:28.000 So we're giving all of that away to this foreign entity to operate here in Texas. 0.95

02:00:33.000 And in a time when we're looking at homeland security and we're talking about terrorism, why is it that we want to put All our vulnerabilities in one place.

02:00:45.000 Why would you put all your utilities and your rail and your transportation... Because anything centralized means they get to give it to only their buddies.

02:00:53.000 Yeah, but are we really concerned about terrorism?

02:00:57.000 Are we really concerned about terrorism?

02:00:58.000 I've got to tell you, in local government, the state and the federal government requires you to do a vulnerability assessment on a wastewater treatment plant.

02:01:07.000 We have to do a document that says how we protect our sewage treatment.

02:01:12.000 And yet, we're going to put electric, gas lines, water lines, train, and highways all together and create... Well, don't worry though, we have the new Federal Viper Teams who will protect all infrastructure.

02:01:27.000 I mean, have you heard of the new Viper Teams?

02:01:32.000 Yes, I've heard a little bit about that.

02:01:35.000 It's distressing, isn't it?

02:01:37.000 It's just amazing.

02:01:38.000 On one hand, we're really concerned about these things, and on the other hand, we're really not.

02:01:43.000 It's just a show game.

02:01:45.000 Well, we're just concerned about training the American people to be slaves and be shoved around at rifle point. 0.57

02:01:51.000 Show me your papers and you'll be arrested.

02:01:53.000 Answer all my questions.

02:01:54.000 No Fifth Amendment.

02:01:55.000 But the border is wide open and they're going to legalize all the illegals with a guest worker program. 0.98

02:02:00.000 Absolutely.

02:02:01.000 Well, when we get back, what are some of the other things you want to get into, Mr. Stahl?

02:02:05.000 Well, I think that imminent domain and property rights is an incredible thing.

02:02:11.000 I mean, through the use of the state power, we now have a concessionaire who can dictate where roads and facilities go with unlimited scope.

02:02:19.000 And if you don't want to steal the land, they'll take it from you.

02:02:22.000 Let's talk about the maneuvers of this Spanish company with TxDOT suing each other to enjoin so they don't have to tell the public anything.

02:02:30.000 Oh yeah, that's a good one.

02:02:31.000 And let's talk about it all with David Stahl.

02:02:33.000 You gotta vote for him, gotta get involved.

02:02:35.000 District 18, running south of Austin down to H-Town.

02:02:40.000 We'll be right back.

02:04:52.000 What part of unconstitutional do you not understand, George?

02:04:56.000 In today's world full of tyranny and injustice, sometimes it seems the only thing we still have is our freedom of speech.

02:06:21.000 Why do I call it PrisonPlanet.com?

02:06:23.000 Why a prison planet?

02:06:24.000 Because I've read globalist strategy manuals.

02:06:26.000 They're public.

02:06:28.000 People always say, where are they?

02:06:29.000 Well, we post them every day.

02:06:31.000 I mean, go look at the ridiculous amount of stuff on InfoWars.com today.

02:06:34.000 There's probably 75 new stories up there.

02:06:36.000 Bills. 0.78

02:06:37.000 I mean, it's ridiculous. 0.73

02:06:38.000 It's all there. 0.56

02:06:39.000 I mean, when I say Henry Kissinger wrote a document instructing the IMF and World Bank to tell third world countries to reduce their population by half or no money, there it is with sterilization.

02:06:48.000 I mean, we post it.

02:06:50.000 When we say DynCorp kidnapped 200,000 women and children and was convicted of it, we actually post to the BBC.

02:06:56.000 I mean, I'm sorry all this is true.

02:06:59.000 I'm sorry it's real.

02:07:00.000 I didn't make it that way.

02:07:02.000 I didn't make it so horrifying.

02:07:05.000 It's just the truth.

02:07:07.000 It's the truth if you've got your head in the game.

02:07:09.000 We've got a bunch of crooks running this country, running the world, and this happens throughout history more often than not.

02:07:14.000 Liberty is a very rare thing.

02:07:15.000 Let me tell you something.

02:07:17.000 I remember Back in 1996, reading a New American Magazine article about the UN, 80-plus percent of the country off-limits to humans, corridors.

02:07:27.000 Then I went and I got Kentucky state resolutions against it, where they've been fighting it.

02:07:34.000 I got the actual UN documents, and they said we're going to have walled highways, super-transportation corridors.

02:07:40.000 We're going to put the people down into about 10 percent of the land. 0.92

02:07:44.000 I have half the land totally off limits and then like 40-something percent of the other land restricted.

02:07:49.000 It came out to about 80% and you just couldn't even get on.

02:07:53.000 And there's going to be all these transportation corridors and all this and we're going to have toll roads.

02:07:58.000 It's all been planned and it's all given to these elite families to run.

02:08:01.000 And it just deals with our governments.

02:08:05.000 And it's here!

02:08:06.000 And David Stahl with CorridorWatch.org is fighting it.

02:08:11.000 And he's gotten the majority of the counties now on his side more and more every week.

02:08:15.000 You can go see a map of the people that have joined him.

02:08:17.000 And I want to go to some calls.

02:08:20.000 I want to talk about property rights issues and how they said they can grab unlimited buffer zones around the corridors.

02:08:25.000 Incidentally, that's all in the U.N.

02:08:27.000 budget twenty one program uh... 0.97

02:08:30.000 and in the other sustainable development programs but specifically when you go into a presentation of the yet five minutes before city council your former city councilman yourself get five minutes before mr stall about running for senate uh... place eighteen folks and you have five minutes in front of explain the layman who is dumb as dirt and have no idea what not just dumb just uninformed ever been focused in on these issues

02:08:54.000 Tell us why the corridors are bad and then how do you get them to join you and then how do you begin to fight the King of Spain and the rest of them?

02:09:05.000 Alright, well the first thing you need to understand is what we're trying to accomplish.

02:09:09.000 I mean, what are they telling us we're trying to accomplish with the corridors?

02:09:12.000 Is it a transportation project or is it a revenue project?

02:09:15.000 Or is it an empire building project?

02:09:18.000 They will tell you it's a transportation project, and yet there's not a single transportation study that's been performed.

02:09:23.000 There's not one document that says where it needs to go to.

02:09:26.000 There's not one definition of the Trans-Texas Corridor in the law.

02:09:29.000 It says it's as designated.

02:09:31.000 It's a blank sheet of paper.

02:09:33.000 And when you look at the minutes of the meetings, this is about where a concessionaire can generate money and the state take a cut.

02:09:41.000 And they don't care how they do it.

02:09:42.000 They have a huge range of things they can do.

02:09:46.000 And my issue with this is not transportation.

02:09:49.000 It's process.

02:09:50.000 It's government process.

02:09:51.000 We are abandoning Things that we believe are fundamental rights in this country and protections in the pursuit of revenue to build bigger and bigger government.

02:10:01.000 Well it goes like the old days where a king would cede a region to somebody to be his little viceroy and then you have unlimited power.

02:10:12.000 They're just giving away our land.

02:10:15.000 That's exactly right.

02:10:16.000 It's a monopoly.

02:10:16.000 We are creating The world's largest transportation and infrastructure monopoly that you've ever seen.

02:10:23.000 We've gone through the efforts of breaking up Ma Bell in Texas. 0.95

02:10:26.000 We deregulated electricity.

02:10:28.000 And now we're doing a 180 and we're going to monopolize and we're going to give a foreign entity the monopoly to operate infrastructure in Texas and to tax Texans.

02:10:38.000 And the process allows an arm's length relationship so that when the thing goes south, when people wake up to what's happening to them, They can say, gee, there's nothing we can do about it.

02:10:48.000 They have a contract.

02:10:49.000 We don't control that.

02:10:50.000 We can't regulate those rates.

02:10:52.000 And this is that foggy thing called privatization.

02:10:55.000 And privatization in its sum of what it's supposed to be would be okay.

02:11:01.000 But the problem is, this isn't privatization.

02:11:03.000 When a corrupt politician gets bought off by a foreign company or somebody else and says, OK, I'm going to pass an unconstitutional law to just give all the roads to you, to just set up toll roads on them.

02:11:15.000 And that's just a small part of it, folks.

02:11:17.000 And as you said, their own numbers say $2.50 a gallon, when you're paying $0.35 a gallon right now, a $2.50 charge per gallon in toll roads.

02:11:25.000 And I saw the California numbers of over $3.50.

02:11:28.000 You're saying $3.80 here.

02:11:31.000 8,000 miles of toll roads, and then they like to say, oh, we're doing this because there's no, again, gas revenue.

02:11:36.000 But gas revenue is growing, and TxDOT's own documents say that.

02:11:40.000 Oh yeah, and TxDOT is notorious for flat-out lying about their revenue numbers.

02:11:44.000 You know, we have a biannual budget in Texas, and they project how much revenue they're going to get from gasoline tax and from registrations and from the federal government.

02:11:54.000 And they underestimate that, and they don't underestimate it by a little bit.

02:11:57.000 The last two years, They underestimated it by about 800 million dollars.

02:12:03.000 Underestimated, and intentionally.

02:12:04.000 Because then that money is off budget.

02:12:06.000 If it doesn't show up as a revenue, then it looks like they're coming in short and they need more money.

02:12:11.000 And then they're all bought, and then it's a whole other story about how these boards, these unelected boards, are all bought and paid for.

02:12:18.000 Yeah, and you've made a reference about how Spain got involved and how that ties to government.

02:12:25.000 And one interesting fact here is that the lobbyist for this Spanish company from Madrid, their lobbyist had introduced that company to the Transportation Commission and to the transportation officials in Texas.

02:12:38.000 That same exact lobbyist, as soon as their proposal was submitted to the state to compete against the two domestic companies, that lobbyist went to work in this state's governor's office as his liaison for legislative affairs, his director of legislative affairs.

02:12:54.000 Now, how's that?

02:12:55.000 And then, in that position in the last legislature, worked to protect all of the benefits, the rape, pillage, and plunder provisions that were granted in the last legislature, to keep those from being attacked by people who are now finding out what's going on.

02:13:09.000 And so you have the company's own lobbyists working within our government, in the governor's office, to protect their interests.

02:13:17.000 But as long as Rick Perry walks around in a cowboy hat, everything's okay?

02:13:21.000 Yeah, well, Governor Goode here, you know, what can I say?

02:13:25.000 I don't know.

02:13:26.000 And then again, it's in the provisions, which weren't open for bid, and that they have all secret, and lawsuits have begun, and they try to cover it up, but it's public, that they're saying that unlimited land, I read two miles on each side, where is it specifically where, you were saying it's in the provisions for unlimited land grabbing?

02:13:45.000 It says that they can take adjacent land for ancillary facilities, and there is no limiting language as to how much adjacent land they can take.

02:13:54.000 As a matter of fact, just recently it was reported to us that a TxDOT official confirmed to an individual at one of these meetings that once the environmental study is complete, it identifies a 10-mile wide swamp where they'll get a record of decision.

02:14:10.000 And it was confirmed that, in reality, they could take up to the full 10-mile width, because that has already been... Now, specifically, Perry's saying he's going to take the existing state highways, which has most of the houses and development and property on it, so they'll just steal all that from him, and then the Supreme Court's already said go for it, and at the same time, then they're going to build all these other new roads and then expand other roads.

02:14:32.000 This is... this is hellish!

02:14:35.000 Oh, well, you know, if you talk about expanding other roads, one of the things that they say they're going to do in this is a non-compete.

02:14:44.000 Oh, you know, I forgot about that.

02:14:46.000 That's right.

02:14:46.000 Tell us all about that.

02:14:51.000 Mr. Stahl, are you there?

02:14:56.000 We just lost his audio.

02:14:58.000 Is he there now?

02:14:59.000 Well, I'll tell you what, Scott, get him back on, okay?

02:15:04.000 That happens every once in a while.

02:15:06.000 His line just went dead, so we'll get him back on.

02:15:08.000 Then we're going to go to Mark and Danny and Randy and Nathaniel and many others that are patiently holding.

02:15:20.000 But his line went dead.

02:15:21.000 It might have gone out of batteries or who knows what's going on.

02:15:25.000 Folks, there's so many facets to this.

02:15:26.000 That's why I'm jabbering.

02:15:27.000 I'm jibbering.

02:15:28.000 I'm begging you.

02:15:30.000 Don't let them rip.

02:15:31.000 This will change our whole way of life.

02:15:33.000 They pretend that geography and roads is control.

02:15:37.000 And so that's what they're doing.

02:15:39.000 I'm sorry, Mr. Stallby, somehow lost you.

02:15:42.000 Thanks for coming back with us.

02:15:43.000 Yeah, I don't know what happened there, Alex.

02:15:45.000 That's okay.

02:15:47.000 Any other points you want to make before I go to some calls?

02:15:50.000 No, I'd be happy to go to calls.

02:15:52.000 This is such a huge topic that we could talk about this for days.

02:15:56.000 I know.

02:15:56.000 I don't think people realize, though, how roads are everything.

02:15:58.000 They are the arteries of our society.

02:16:01.000 You know, one of the freedoms that we take for granted is our freedom of movement.

02:16:05.000 And what this will do is this will limit where you can move and will allow the government to track every place that you go and to charge you for it, to bill you for it.

02:16:14.000 These corridors, you don't even have to travel down the corridors.

02:16:16.000 It was pointed out to us, the legislation allows the operator of the corridor to charge you just to cross it.

02:16:22.000 Just to go across?

02:16:23.000 Well, that's what they say in Austin with the 16 roads or 16 intersections.

02:16:28.000 In Phase 1, they're just going to, when you go under a major road, toll you.

02:16:32.000 How about that?

02:16:34.000 And they'll be able to toll your utilities and all the goods and services that you receive to cross that.

02:16:39.000 It's incredible. 0.99

02:16:40.000 Well, the people want to be raped. 1.00

02:16:42.000 How are we going to pay for all this? 0.97

02:16:44.000 Because in the statesmen they admitted it'll cost over $2,000 a year just on the tolls they're proposing off the transponders.

02:16:51.000 $2,000 plus.

02:16:55.000 And they're talking about statewide to drive each year around $4,000.

02:16:59.000 I mean, most people can't pay that.

02:17:01.000 Well, you know, they're just going to squeeze it.

02:17:03.000 and this same operator operates a toll road in Canada, and they got the government there in Canada, they lobbied them, and they're doing the same thing here in Texas, that if you don't pay your tolls to this private operator, they'll suspend your driver's license, they'll suspend your vehicle registration, they'll have you over a barrel.

02:17:19.000 So you have government acting as a collection agency for this private contractor.

02:17:25.000 Well, I mean, this is classical fascism or corporatism, In fact, if you read folks in the bill, we barely beat the transponders in the stickers, and that's how they're going to do it, and they're still building the roads.

02:17:37.000 If you read that, well, I'll tell you about it when we get back.

02:17:41.000 It's mind-blowing what it says.

02:18:45.000 Hello folks, Alex Jones here.

02:18:47.000 You know Berkey water filters have been removing pathogenic bacteria for years.

02:18:51.000 But what about those unhealthy chemicals and heavy metals in your water?

02:18:54.000 The powerful black Berkey purification elements fit most gravity filters and dramatically increase their power to extract waterborne contaminants.

02:19:01.000 Best of all, they filter much faster than ordinary gravity elements.

02:19:04.000 This means it takes much less time to filter your water.

02:19:07.000 Like murky elements, not only remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts, and parasites, but also remove trihalomethanes and volatile organic elements such as apcozine, benzene, chloride, and chloroform.

02:19:17.000 MTBE, Radon 222, foul taste and obnoxious odors like sulfur, even nitrates, and unwanted heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and aluminum are extracted.

02:19:26.000 Supercharge your gravity filter today and order a 2-pack of black murky purification elements for only $96 or a 4-pack for only $175 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

02:20:41.000 If you think your engine is safe by having the oil changed every 3,000 miles, think again.

02:20:51.000 Every time you start your car, your engine creates friction between the moving parts.

02:20:55.000 These moving parts wear against each other, and the result is small metal particles circulating through your oil, causing premature wear and damage to your engine.

02:21:03.000 Oil filters do a good job of trapping the large metal particles, but they will not trap the most harmful tiny particles.

02:21:09.000 These tiny particles circulate constantly through your oil, and over time your engine begins to show signs of wear.

02:21:15.000 This is why you need the Filter Mag.

02:21:17.000 The Filter Mag is a powerful magnet that holds itself to the outside of your oil filter, trapping the tiny metal particles to the inside wall of the filter, extending the life of your oil and ultimately extending the life of your engine.

02:21:30.000 The reusable FilterMag is maintenance-free, installs in two seconds, and lasts forever.

02:21:34.000 So what are you waiting for?

02:21:47.000 And many others.

02:21:49.000 Your calls are coming up here in just a moment.

02:21:51.000 You know, Kevin Smith, who went down and hosted Mr. Stahl down in Gonzales for a meeting we had down there for Corridor Watch, he was just informing me, I mean, Mr. Stahl's got a long bio, he's a city manager, so those people that really run cities, he's a city manager, and I asked him about the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report during the break, and he goes, yeah, I know what it is, and I don't like what I see.

02:22:13.000 That's the real set of books, boys and girls, and not the budget you hear about all day.

02:22:18.000 And then he's also 25 years in law enforcement.

02:22:23.000 Tell us about that, Mr. Stahl.

02:22:25.000 Yeah, I started off as a patrol officer and worked my way up until I was chief of a fire marshal's office.

02:22:31.000 Started in law enforcement as a police officer, patrolman, investigator for most of my years, and assistant chief of police.

02:22:38.000 And then I moved over to the Fire Marshal's Office as a Fire and Emergency Investigator.

02:22:42.000 Where are you a City Manager right now?

02:22:46.000 The City of Shore Acres.

02:22:47.000 We're in Harrison Chambers County where the Houston Yacht Club is at.

02:22:51.000 Boy, they're lucky to have a good City Manager like you there.

02:22:55.000 Well, I think it's mutually appreciated.

02:22:58.000 I have retired already and went back to work to be close to some grandchildren.

02:23:03.000 It's a four day a week job for me in a very small community.

02:23:07.000 But you know what?

02:23:08.000 That's why you can march into these councils and you've been a city council member as well and really educate them.

02:23:14.000 Yes, I know what I'm looking at and I'm pretty well versed on government issues and I've read an awful lot of legislation.

02:23:21.000 And that's what got me really motivated on this.

02:23:24.000 This is bad government.

02:23:25.000 This is not the way it's supposed to work.

02:23:27.000 We are circumventing all types of protections that were put into law to protect the citizens.

02:23:34.000 Well they just create a new agency and then just give it unbelievable power and claim because it's private it doesn't have to follow the Constitution.

02:23:41.000 Well listen, just because I'm private doesn't mean I get to commit murder.

02:23:45.000 That's right.

02:23:46.000 You know, the Chairman of the Transportation Commission was asked about what was innovative about this, and my wife is on the TxDOT's Citizens Advisory Group for the Transportation Commission on the Trans-Texas Corridor.

02:23:59.000 And as she often says, what's innovative about roads and railroads?

02:24:03.000 We've been doing that for a hundred years.

02:24:05.000 And the answer was that the concessionaire does not have to follow the same rules that the state does.

02:24:11.000 Well, that's a scary thought.

02:24:13.000 We intentionally now are putting someone in charge that doesn't have to follow the rules.

02:24:16.000 Well, clearly this is just an illegal exercise of power.

02:24:19.000 It's color of law.

02:24:20.000 It's tyranny, despot behavior, just announcing you're God.

02:24:25.000 That's exactly what's happening.

02:24:26.000 Yes.

02:24:27.000 Unbelievable.

02:24:28.000 Mark in Nevada, and then everybody else.

02:24:30.000 We're going to start moving quick here.

02:24:31.000 Mark, go ahead.

02:24:31.000 You're on the air.

02:24:32.000 Thanks for holding.

02:24:33.000 Yeah.

02:24:34.000 I had a couple things I wanted to say.

02:24:36.000 One, I guess, is kind of related.

02:24:38.000 I'm originally from Minnesota.

02:24:41.000 And they faced this billion dollar boondoggle called White Rail a couple years ago.

02:24:47.000 And I noticed that not only, I mean, is that sort of stuff going to impoverish people?

02:24:51.000 We all get stuck riding around in White Rail even though we don't want to.

02:24:56.000 But one thing else they did, it seemed like they would, and it had nothing to do with the condition of the roads.

02:25:00.000 All the horrible roads, they just leave totally untouched.

02:25:03.000 But they were like, In like, certain strategic choke points, they'd also like, step up road construction, just block off the roads, and they'd never be doing anything there.

02:25:11.000 So you almost like, have to go... So to be specific, I mean, the whole railway thing is a scam as well.

02:25:19.000 This makes that look like child's play.

02:25:21.000 Would you agree, Mr. Stahl?

02:25:22.000 Absolutely.

02:25:23.000 And you know, this is happening around the world.

02:25:25.000 It's not just in Texas, Australia, and Sydney.

02:25:27.000 They built a new toll tunnel there, and then nobody knew that they were going to do this.

02:25:31.000 When they opened the toll tunnel and started charging the tolls, They reduced the number of lanes that you could drive in on existing roads.

02:25:38.000 They put barricades in lanes that the public was using.

02:25:41.000 Folks, they're going to take existing lanes, you understand, and toll those, and then take our lanes away when they have extra money.

02:25:49.000 That's right.

02:25:50.000 One other quick thing.

02:25:52.000 I happen to be driving from Albuquerque to Las Vegas on I-40, and it's like two hours north of Phoenix.

02:25:58.000 I'm in Arizona at the time.

02:26:00.000 And I see this vehicle, and I'm thinking it was like Highway Patrol or something, just parked in the median, just sitting there like watching cars passing by on I-40.

02:26:09.000 What was it doing?

02:26:11.000 And I get up closer, it was the Border Patrol, Alex.

02:26:14.000 And I don't know how you can spot an illegal alien by watching cars fly by you at, you know, 75 miles per hour.

02:26:19.000 Well, I mean, they've already taken the Border Patrol to be air marshals.

02:26:22.000 Now they're going to be Viper teams.

02:26:24.000 Thanks for the call.

02:26:25.000 Let's try to jam another one in here. 0.99

02:26:27.000 David, David, where are you calling from today?

02:26:29.000 Hey, I'm calling from Savannah, Alex.

02:26:31.000 Welcome.

02:26:31.000 You're on the air.

02:26:32.000 All right, I'm going to try and make this fast, but I'm going to say happy holidays to everybody.

02:26:36.000 But I want to talk about the NSA scandal real quick, and I'm going to run through this.

02:26:40.000 It seems like there's nobody connecting the dots in the mainstream media, and I want to kind of go over something.

02:26:45.000 Last week, before this story leaked, do you remember hearing about the big scandal with the Pentagon having the spreadsheets with anti-war protest groups?

02:26:53.000 Yeah, it's a smokescreen for that, yeah.

02:26:55.000 Exactly, so I've not seen one news channel take that story and then put it in with the whole scandal.

02:27:01.000 Instead they distract with, it's okay to listen to Bin Laden's calls, isn't it? 0.95

02:27:04.000 Yeah, but is it okay to have the army harassing mothers who don't want recruiters in the schools? 1.00

02:27:10.000 Right.

02:27:10.000 Another thing is, the President's talking, you know, uh, here we, you know, he says, we don't have time to get Warren, you know, this stuff has got to be done now.

02:27:17.000 Well, stay there.

02:27:17.000 We've got a break.

02:27:18.000 We'll come back and let you finish up briefly, because your phone's not that clear, and none of these phones are for some reason.

02:27:22.000 And then we'll, uh, finish up with David Stahl, do about ten minutes or so on the other side of this break.

02:27:27.000 Everybody stay there! 0.93

02:27:29.000 Got Kevin Smith in studio, I've been studying this as well.

02:27:32.000 We'll be right back.

02:27:35.000 We're on the march.

02:27:57.000 You know, the ones, those alphabet agencies?

02:28:00.000 Did you know that they get raises, promotions, and bonuses based on what they see?

02:28:03.000 And they can do it without due process.

02:28:58.000 The Berkey's PF2 simply screw onto the stem with a Black Berkey Purification Element.

02:29:15.000 The water then flows through the PF2 elements, where fluoride, arsenic, and other residual heavy metal ions are separated.

02:29:25.000 If you have fluoride or arsenic in your water, you need the Berkey PF2 post-filter elements.

02:30:34.000 866-885-6625. 866-885-6625.

02:30:40.000 One more time, that's 866-885-6625.

02:30:44.000 Well, I won't back down.

02:30:53.000 I can't back down.

02:30:54.000 And I'm telling somebody who isn't backing down, it's David Stahl.

02:30:57.000 There's another senator who's retiring, Armbruster, and I remember Kevin was talking about how he'd argue with Homeland Security about, you know, the Social Security card didn't to be used for personal identification.

02:31:07.000 So he was a pretty good guy, but he's a Democrat.

02:31:11.000 Stahl is a Republican and he'd be the great person to vote for and I hope he wins because we need good people in the state legislature to stop this trans-Texas corridor. 0.93

02:31:22.000 And listen, these corridors are starting in the east, the west, the north, they're going to be all over the country.

02:31:29.000 The main fight right now is in Texas, but they're putting these in everywhere.

02:31:33.000 Illinois is really bad.

02:31:35.000 By the way, they put in the transponders instead of the old toll booths.

02:31:39.000 They shut those down around Chicago, as our listeners know.

02:31:42.000 Doubled the tolls overnight.

02:31:45.000 I mean, you know, the scams are just so out of control.

02:31:49.000 I mean, in New York, tolls are like $8.59 a piece.

02:31:53.000 I mean, it's just a raping.

02:31:55.000 And let's go back to David in Georgia.

02:31:59.000 David, finish up what you were saying real fast.

02:32:02.000 Okay, I just wanted to go ahead and point out that the President's speech talking about how we can't wait for warrants In order to spy on people, the FICA or the FICA law, if you look at it, it allows them to spy immediately.

02:32:13.000 They just have 72 hours after the fact to actually go in and justify the act.

02:32:18.000 And then the FISA court rubber stamps, what is it, 10,000 spy ops per, per, it's blank check.

02:32:24.000 They're not even going to get the blank checks.

02:32:26.000 Right.

02:32:26.000 FISA court's a joke too.

02:32:28.000 It's, look, the NSA listens to everything.

02:32:29.000 I mean, that's public.

02:32:31.000 Let me get a comment from Mr. Scall on that.

02:32:31.000 Thanks for the call.

02:32:33.000 Where do you stand on the surveillance society?

02:32:36.000 No.

02:32:38.000 You know, when you allow yourself to be monitored that way, the scope of freedoms that can come under attack next, and you can't defend yourself, are incredible.

02:32:49.000 I was just going to say, we need to do everything we can to protect our ability to object.

02:32:56.000 And we can't allow government to take away our ability to object and to muzzle us.

02:33:01.000 And that's what happens when they take away your weapons, and that's what happens when they take away your freedoms of speech.

02:33:10.000 Well, it's happening systematically, but I've noticed something's happened.

02:33:12.000 Five years ago, Mr. Stahl, a lot of people acted like I was a pariah.

02:33:16.000 Now, I can stamp my fingers, get any U.S.

02:33:19.000 Congressman on.

02:33:19.000 I have them on.

02:33:21.000 They're almost universally saying we're going into martial law, we're going into tyranny.

02:33:25.000 I can have all these big Reagan administration people.

02:33:28.000 Come on, I could have Bush Sr., current Bush people.

02:33:31.000 Come on, Paul Craig Roberts.

02:33:33.000 You know, we're talking high-level people.

02:33:35.000 And they come on and they talk more radical than I am.

02:33:37.000 I mean, it seems like, again, it's like selling snow cones in hell.

02:33:41.000 I keep saying that.

02:33:41.000 People are really getting receptive.

02:33:43.000 Obviously, you're finding that with how your corridor watch is like a prairie fire right now.

02:33:50.000 Yes, we've been quite amazed that we started with two people in rural Texas and we've turned into thousands and thousands of Corridor Watch members in 174 counties.

02:34:02.000 It's not a hard sell.

02:34:05.000 We don't even have to generate any of our own materials.

02:34:08.000 All we have to do is to sort out and find the government materials that are already there and point people to them.

02:34:14.000 Don't take our word for it.

02:34:16.000 Go to the horse's mouth.

02:34:17.000 Some of these agencies are really proud of their ability to get into your pocketbook and to take your freedoms and your land.

02:34:24.000 Oh, they're real arrogant?

02:34:26.000 Yes, extremely. 0.95

02:34:28.000 Extremely.

02:34:28.000 Well, we've got to have you sometime in studio.

02:34:30.000 I've got to have you on the TV show here in Austin because people still just don't know the full magnitude.

02:34:36.000 It's hard to grasp the diabolical nature.

02:34:39.000 Kevin Smith, you really researched this and you were hosting the event in Gonzales that Mr. Stahl was nice enough to come to.

02:34:47.000 It was a great honor to do that, Alex, and I've paid a lot of attention to this issue lately.

02:34:51.000 We have the Austin Toll Party that's become the Texas Toll Party, Blackland Prairie Coalition, many groups, and when you go to these Campo board meetings here in Central Texas, there'll be 20 plus representatives, usually representatives from other counties that you can't vote out, or appointees by text dot, And they will look at you straight-faced, and it seems like the unwashed masses are on their game.

02:35:15.000 They have the knowledge.

02:35:15.000 They're putting it in these people's face, and they just wait.

02:35:18.000 Are you done?

02:35:19.000 Are you done yet?

02:35:20.000 And what I was saying out there in Gonzales the other night is that, look, the big money has already come into the state capital of Austin, Texas.

02:35:27.000 The payoffs have already been made.

02:35:28.000 It is a done deal here.

02:35:29.000 When you drive around Austin, you'll notice in the concrete and asphalt that there's these little octagon-shaped cut-out patches in the road.

02:35:37.000 Those are the transponder readers.

02:35:39.000 They haven't told us about it yet, but they've already put that infrastructure in, and they're doing the boil the frog in the pot.

02:35:45.000 If they tell us what they've got planned right now, we'd rebel.

02:35:48.000 So it's incrementalism, and I said the fight on this is in the rural counties.

02:35:54.000 Even if the county commissioners and county judges are crooks, even if they spent a hundred years of their family amassing wealth, They're not going to stand by and let some... That's what I said on the radio last week, is that Boss Hogg and good ol' boy stuff is wonderful compared to this.

02:36:08.000 And Boss Hogg's going to go, you're going to make all my land worthless?

02:36:11.000 And they can't buy them all off.

02:36:13.000 Caesar can't buy them all off.

02:36:14.000 Boss Hogg isn't going to be bought off.

02:36:16.000 And you know what?

02:36:17.000 The people there locally, they're not Boss Hogg.

02:36:18.000 They're not going to be... You can't buy them all off.

02:36:21.000 Do you agree with that, Mr. Stahl?

02:36:24.000 Absolutely.

02:36:25.000 You know, one of the amazing things about the Seoul Corridor Project is you look around and say, who's for it?

02:36:31.000 I mean, who wants this?

02:36:33.000 What community?

02:36:33.000 What county?

02:36:34.000 What city?

02:36:35.000 What trade organization?

02:36:37.000 And you know there isn't anyone?

02:36:38.000 But notice, sir, that the mainstream media just acts like everybody loves it, and it's wonderful, and it's good, and oh, it's so happy, and we're bankrupt!

02:36:46.000 We need it!

02:36:49.000 Yes, they're buying everything that the tech dot is selling, and it's really a shame, and that's why people have to look for themselves.

02:36:56.000 It's amazing to me just how the mainstream media sidesteps it and is happy to take the fluff that's handed out When there's no substance behind it.

02:37:05.000 There's just some bald-faced lies that come out, wrapped as a press release.

02:37:08.000 Sir, as you get more powerful, as your group reaches people in other states, as you're already doing, I mean obviously you're not, I mean I think you're for real, I can tell you're for real, but you know you're going to get offers.

02:37:17.000 Have you already had any offers?

02:37:19.000 I've certainly had lots of threats.

02:37:22.000 Oh really?

02:37:22.000 What kind of threats have you gotten from these punks?

02:37:24.000 Oh well, we've had all kinds of attorneys file documents and And want our membership records.

02:37:31.000 Demand them.

02:37:32.000 As if it was some right of theirs to have them.

02:37:34.000 They were going to subpoena them if we didn't provide them.

02:37:37.000 And tell us to stop talking about certain issues and certain contractors and arrangements.

02:37:42.000 It's been incredible.

02:37:44.000 And we say bring it on.

02:37:45.000 Because if they file a lawsuit, then we'll have a public forum.

02:37:50.000 We'll throw out all our material.

02:37:52.000 And they don't want that, so they go away.

02:37:54.000 So it's just all bully behavior, and that's what bullies do.

02:37:57.000 Very much bully behavior. 0.85

02:37:58.000 They call up and tell you to shut up, and then they're shocked when you go, hey punk, hey chicken neck, I'm not going to back off.

02:38:04.000 Not going to back off.

02:38:05.000 As a matter of fact, I'm going to carry the fight to them.

02:38:07.000 I want to be on the floor of the Senate where I can stand up and say it right there in the seat of government.

02:38:13.000 And stand up for the people in District 18, and for that matter, all Texans.

02:38:17.000 This is not the way to say it.

02:38:20.000 I'm salivating after David's Here, he's a great guy.

02:38:23.000 Kevin, you wanted to say something before we take a call?

02:38:25.000 Yeah, David.

02:38:26.000 You know, I hear some numbers kicked around locally that, oh, Rick Perry's taken a million dollars from this highway consortium in, you know, campaign financing. 0.68

02:38:34.000 And I, I mean, I'm just going to go on the record right now, and I'm going to say it, that is ridiculous.

02:38:38.000 You people need to get up to speed, and you're living in a la-la land. 0.95

02:38:41.000 I mean, a million sounds like something, but when you're in the process of looting this state and country for billions, if not trillions in the future, The payoff isn't a million dollars.

02:38:51.000 I'll say it.

02:38:52.000 These guys have got offshore accounts.

02:38:54.000 There's no way to track what Spain is doing.

02:38:55.000 It's like the Duke out in California.

02:39:00.000 He took $800 million to just post office boxes, fake addresses, fake businesses.

02:39:07.000 $800 million, he only got $2 million?

02:39:09.000 Bologna!

02:39:10.000 Bologna, exactly.

02:39:11.000 So, I'll make this statement right now.

02:39:13.000 I know Rick Perry's getting a lot more than a million.

02:39:16.000 He's funneling money into offshore accounts, and if he wants to engage me in a lawsuit, let's go into discovery.

02:39:21.000 Let's go into deposition.

02:39:24.000 I relish the chance.

02:39:25.000 I relish the chance.

02:39:27.000 And David, I'd like you to talk a little bit. 0.93

02:39:29.000 I'm going to shut up and let you go.

02:39:31.000 God bless for what you're doing and we'll back you.

02:39:33.000 But let's talk about the little secret lawsuits between the Spanish and the... Yeah, real fast.

02:39:37.000 I don't want to take a call or two for our guests because he's got to go meet with the mayor.

02:39:40.000 He's a city manager.

02:39:42.000 David, tell us about how they buddy up together to kind of enjoin each other in a lawsuit to cover up info.

02:39:47.000 You know, this is real interesting.

02:39:49.000 Textile always wants to put a good face on it, but they're the good guys.

02:39:53.000 And they did this agreement with Centra, this comprehensive development agreement, which they negotiated in secret.

02:39:59.000 They signed in secret.

02:40:00.000 We all knew they were going to do that.

02:40:02.000 The new law allowed them to.

02:40:03.000 And all the while, TxDOT said, as soon as it's signed, we're going to make it public.

02:40:07.000 Well, they announced the agreement in December.

02:40:09.000 They signed it in March.

02:40:11.000 And we, like a number of other entities, said, OK, now we want our copy.

02:40:15.000 And they said, fine, here's your copy.

02:40:18.000 And what we discovered is there were 200 pages.

02:40:21.000 Over half of the document was missing.

02:40:24.000 Two sections were left out of what they publicly disclosed.

02:40:27.000 And that is the financial section and the design section.

02:40:31.000 In other words, what are you buying and what are you paying for it?

02:40:34.000 The real meat and potatoes.

02:40:36.000 The real meat and potatoes.

02:40:37.000 All the rest of it's plump.

02:40:38.000 It's all boilerplate.

02:40:39.000 You know, it's dates and schedules and we want to know what we're buying and what we're paying for it.

02:40:43.000 What are we giving away?

02:40:45.000 And despite saying they were going to release it, they didn't.

02:40:49.000 And the Houston Chronicle made an open records request, and rather than release the information, they asked for an Attorney General's opinion, and made the claim, TxOT made the claim, that it was proprietary information and couldn't be released.

02:41:01.000 The Attorney General of Texas said, it's a public document, release it.

02:41:06.000 TxOT said, well, we're not going to buck the Attorney General.

02:41:08.000 Well, Cintra didn't want it released. 0.98

02:41:11.000 The Texas Department of Transportation is suing the Texas Attorney General to keep from releasing it.

02:41:17.000 And here we are in December for an agreement that was signed last March, and those 200 pages are still secret and have not been released to the public.

02:41:25.000 Meanwhile, they're negotiating... And they're going to give away, literally, folks, all the premium real estate in the state.

02:41:31.000 We're talking trillions and trillions here.

02:41:32.000 This is like Iraq War-level scams, okay? 0.88

02:41:36.000 They're going to give it all away, and then we're not even allowed to look at it.

02:41:40.000 How about fascism?

02:41:43.000 Alright, well let's take one more final call and our guest has got to go here in about a minute and a half.

02:41:46.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Randy in Virginia.

02:41:51.000 Randy, you're on the air and then we'll go to Nathaniel and Keith and everybody else, but go ahead Randy.

02:41:56.000 Alex, I appreciate you taking my call.

02:41:58.000 Kind of interesting, I was talking to my mother last night about the things that are kind of coming on here in America and she was saying, well how can they, you know, how can they send out cops to get your guns and do all this stuff?

02:42:10.000 You know, they don't have that many cops.

02:42:11.000 And I said, well, all we have to do is close the roads down, you know, and you're stuck in your city, in your house, and, you know, with the coming biometric stuff, you know, you won't be able to shop anyway.

02:42:21.000 So I said, you know, you're basically going to be a prisoner in your own little neighborhood or city or whatever, not able to go anywhere.

02:42:28.000 But I wanted to ask your opinion on something.

02:42:31.000 You know, do you think that maybe we're going to have some sort of revolution here in the United States to where Certain states will kind of go along with the New World Order, and certain states won't.

02:42:42.000 I think that's almost one of their plans, but it could also be on our side, too.

02:42:45.000 It depends on how that happens.

02:42:47.000 But I think you're seeing a revolution right now with hundreds of counties in Texas, the majority of them now, standing up against this. 1.00

02:42:54.000 I mean, we're going to let this King of Spain and his dirtbag company know, you don't own us, you punk scumbag. 0.99

02:43:00.000 I mean, I'm sorry. 1.00

02:43:01.000 It makes me sick. 0.92

02:43:02.000 I'm not sure we have actual monarchs taking over here with their filthy little countries.

02:43:07.000 Mr. Stahl, don't we already see a revolution?

02:43:10.000 I think that if we don't, we should see a revolution.

02:43:13.000 If we don't stand up, it's going to be too late.

02:43:16.000 You know, we are the frog in the pot.

02:43:19.000 And the water is heating up faster than I think anybody recognizes.

02:43:24.000 One of the really shocking things is that we visited with the legislature over the last two years is how many of our own elected officials were completely clueless as to what the Trans-Sexus Corridor was really about.

02:43:35.000 And, you know, at first they wanted to say, well, we didn't know what we were talking about.

02:43:38.000 We're looking at it wrong.

02:43:40.000 We're extremists.

02:43:41.000 We're conspiracy theorists.

02:43:43.000 And we hand them their own documents from their own agencies, and it's in black and white, exactly what we're saying, and they're shocked.

02:43:51.000 And a few have stood up and have taken action.

02:43:53.000 But most of them say, I already took the money, so what am I supposed to do?

02:43:57.000 Yeah, well, you know, there's some reality to that.

02:43:59.000 That's one of the things that really concerns us.

02:44:01.000 It's kind of the same mentality you have at an auction.

02:44:04.000 Once you make a bid and you get the process started, You don't want to back away from it, and I'm afraid that that's the direction that our state's headed as well.

02:44:11.000 Well, this is what Russia's like. 0.96

02:44:12.000 They have six oligarchs, and they've gone into complete fascism, and they just said, you know, the six oligarchs were told by big money, you know, just start bidding, and they just sold Russia off.

02:44:23.000 Six men.

02:44:25.000 And that's all this is.

02:44:26.000 It's just our lives.

02:44:28.000 Oh, just have it.

02:44:30.000 It's just so sick.

02:44:31.000 Well, I'm going to go back and let Randy finish up, but I'm going to let you go now, Mr. Stahl.

02:44:36.000 I've been very impressed.

02:44:38.000 You've got CorridorWatch.org.

02:44:39.000 Can we find a link at that over to your Stahl for Senate?

02:44:45.000 It's StahlForSenate.org.

02:44:47.000 There's a separate website.

02:44:48.000 I'd be happy to have everybody visit that as well.

02:44:50.000 StahlForSenate.org.

02:44:52.000 Well, I think you're the genuine article here.

02:44:54.000 What you've done on Corridor Watch is just a bang-up job.

02:44:56.000 So, CorridorWatch.org, and you've got my endorsement and my support for what that's worth.

02:45:00.000 We have real listeners that actually take action.

02:45:03.000 And StahlForSenate.org.

02:45:06.000 So, thank you so much for coming on, and Godspeed, my friend.

02:45:09.000 Enjoyed visiting with you and your listeners today.

02:45:11.000 Thank you very much for the opportunity.

02:45:12.000 Take care.

02:45:13.000 Alright, go ahead Randy and finish up.

02:45:15.000 Kevin, say whatever you want.

02:45:17.000 Go ahead, Randy.

02:45:18.000 You want to say something else?

02:45:19.000 Yeah, Alex, I wanted to... I was asking about what states, you know, things might break down into.

02:45:25.000 Some states follow the New World Order, some states don't.

02:45:27.000 I'm living here in Virginia, and you know that Mark Warner just went to the Bilderberg meeting. 0.94

02:45:33.000 Absolute demon.

02:45:34.000 Yeah, so, you know, I don't have a lot of hope that a whole lot of good is going to happen really in Virginia if things just continue the way it's going.

02:45:42.000 Because like we have all the spooks here up north in Virginia, so things are going to kind of follow that direction.

02:45:48.000 Let me ask you, have you ever heard of an old military operation, I think it was called Operation Dragon Head, and what that was, they had it here in Danville, Virginia, where I live, called Operation Danville, where the military came in and there was a mock takeover Uh, it's on DVD in the public library.

02:46:05.000 I have to check it out and watch it.

02:46:06.000 Oh, please send that to me.

02:46:07.000 I already have.

02:46:09.000 I've seen black and whites of that.

02:46:10.000 Yeah, it was like, I think in the, I don't know if it was the 50s or early 60s.

02:46:13.000 Uh, it was the late 50s.

02:46:14.000 It was 50, why don't you, it was 59.

02:46:16.000 Well, that was a psychological test.

02:46:18.000 That's what all these others are.

02:46:19.000 Uh, why don't you... Like a mile from where I live.

02:46:21.000 Will you do me a favor?

02:46:22.000 Check that out.

02:46:23.000 Make me a copy and mail it to me.

02:46:24.000 I will try to do that.

02:46:25.000 Gosh, if you'd do that, sir, it'd be so nice.

02:46:27.000 No, that's what Police State 2000 and the takeover, and thanks for the call, sir.

02:46:31.000 I'm counting on that.

02:46:32.000 What's the name of it again?

02:46:33.000 It's called Operation Danville.

02:46:35.000 I think the overlaying thing was called Operation Dragon Head.

02:46:38.000 I actually was sent an old original news article of that in the town, and the troops and the mayor practicing putting his hands up.

02:46:44.000 Thanks for the call.

02:46:45.000 And they admitted that that was for America. 0.85

02:46:48.000 Kevin, this is so just getting... it's just ridiculous. 0.80

02:46:51.000 And it's coming from all sides.

02:46:53.000 And to hear a person like David Stahl just go out there and get one issue and attack it, and just sink his teeth into it, and it's playing so well out in the sticks.

02:47:01.000 I mean, these rural people that depend on the land, you know, fuel prices crush these guys when they have to ship their goods to and forth.

02:47:08.000 And we talked about earlier, you know, the interstate highway system is what really got this country's economy to boom.

02:47:14.000 And we need to look at a model that happened back in the late 1800s when we had an agrarian populist revolt.

02:47:21.000 I mean, the railroad barons, the corrupt corporations were squeezing these farmers, and they walked door to door for a dollar donation, which was a lot of money back then, and they created this groundswell movement, and that's what gave us the Sherman antitrust laws.

02:47:35.000 That's what got a lot of the populist things put into some of the mainstream political parties' platforms, and that's what we've got to do again.

02:47:45.000 Thanks for having me on, Alex.

02:47:46.000 God bless everyone, and keep up the fight!

02:47:50.000 Well, it was good to have you in here with us today.

02:47:52.000 Let's go ahead and, well, let's go to break.

02:47:54.000 We're going to come back and talk to two more callers, Nathaniel and Keith in Illinois.

02:47:59.000 I think that's all we have time for.

02:48:00.000 And I will also, briefly, on the other side, just real fast, I've got to get my videos because these specials are ending.

02:48:08.000 This month, these specials.

02:48:09.000 I mean, 75% off on some of the films.

02:48:12.000 Half off on a lot of them.

02:48:13.000 T-shirts half off.

02:48:16.000 Five plus months free.

02:48:18.000 Almost six months free when you get a yearly subscription to PrisonPlanet.tv.

02:48:22.000 And we're doing this because the goal here is to get the information out.

02:48:25.000 We're doing this because the goal here is to get the word out.

02:48:27.000 We're doing this because the goal is to fight these creatures.

02:48:30.000 I mean, they just laugh at us.

02:48:31.000 They're criminals. 0.97

02:48:32.000 That's what tyranny is. 1.00

02:48:33.000 Crooks, get your government. 1.00

02:48:34.000 Spew a bunch of propaganda to convince you they're not crooks and start raping you. 1.00

02:48:38.000 It's time to say no! 0.99

02:48:40.000 They're the bad guys, we're the good guys, they need to back off!

02:48:44.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

02:48:47.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

02:48:50.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

02:48:54.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

02:48:59.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

02:49:02.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

02:49:04.000 Riot police attacked people on the streets indiscriminately.

02:49:08.000 The medical bills!

02:49:10.000 Are going to be enormous for me.

02:49:13.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

02:49:16.000 They are being let into the Sandpoint Brig.

02:49:19.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

02:49:26.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

02:51:54.000 I I know I'm springing this on you, but can you cue it up?

02:51:59.000 I want to go out of the show without music today.

02:52:02.000 I want to go out of the show with that clip of them on ABC News where we're confiscating the guns from the rich people's houses.

02:52:09.000 We don't like to do it, but it's our job.

02:52:11.000 Cue that up.

02:52:12.000 I want to go out the last 45 seconds with that on this edition.

02:52:18.000 We're getting near the end of the year here, folks, on this Thursday edition.

02:52:22.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Nathaniel in Texas, and then Keith in Illinois.

02:52:25.000 That'll be it.

02:52:25.000 Go ahead, Nathaniel.

02:52:26.000 Hey, Alex.

02:52:28.000 I'm glad that you woke me up.

02:52:31.000 I told you a while back that it was your speech about, you know, remember the Alamo?

02:52:37.000 You may give us a bloody nose, and you're talking about the violence down on the border and everything.

02:52:40.000 That's what got me off of the couch from being a couch potato Jew that did that, and I'm I'm proud to be a native from Gonzales now from what's going on down there and I'm proud to see this small community that there's people that are taking an active stance and things down there. 0.99

02:52:58.000 It does.

02:52:59.000 You know, something can happen on a small local level.

02:53:02.000 That's just one little place.

02:53:03.000 We owe it to people like you and Jack Blood to get this going.

02:53:06.000 Yeah, there's 160, as you heard him saying, counties that are already doing it.

02:53:09.000 People are doing it all over the place.

02:53:11.000 But yeah, that's where the Revolutionary War in Texas started.

02:53:13.000 It was in Gonzales when they came to confiscate the cannon.

02:53:16.000 Yeah, we have a come-and-take-it celebration every year.

02:53:20.000 The Mexican Army gave us a small cannon to defend the settlers against the Indians with.

02:53:27.000 And then when they decided it might be used against the Mexican Army, they decided they wanted to confiscate it.

02:53:35.000 Well, thanks for the call.

02:53:36.000 I've got to go.

02:53:37.000 I've really got to go.

02:53:38.000 That's how 1776 started, and then that's how the next Revolutionary War started here in Texas.

02:53:44.000 You're right.

02:53:45.000 And I appreciate you bringing that up.

02:53:46.000 I've just got to get to Keith here.

02:53:47.000 I'm sorry to cut you short.

02:53:49.000 Keith in Illinois.

02:53:50.000 Go ahead, sir.

02:53:50.000 Last caller.

02:53:51.000 Thanks for taking my call.

02:53:52.000 I'm with WLUV.

02:53:55.000 I'm from Illinois, the home of you to use the market abuse technology to pay your tolls or you pay double.

02:54:02.000 And I'm seeing on the roads all like ten by ten inch squares, hundreds of them a day in my travels throughout the city.

02:54:10.000 Cities down, country roads.

02:54:12.000 I'd have to see them, but those, they admit here, those are the transponder readers.

02:54:17.000 It's going to be on the major roads.

02:54:18.000 Everything's going to be a toll road.

02:54:19.000 They're even on the country roads, on the state roads, county roads.

02:54:25.000 Like every three miles, something like that.

02:54:26.000 That's because Chicago has the International Corridor, goes from Southern Mexico in the first phase right up into Chicago, and it splits off and goes over into Minnesota.

02:54:37.000 Well, God bless you.

02:54:38.000 Keep up the good work, Alex.

02:54:40.000 Well, you know, that's right what you said, though, about Chicago.

02:54:43.000 They actually said if you don't take the transponder, the toll's double.

02:54:46.000 Correct.

02:54:47.000 If you use cash, it's double.

02:54:48.000 Correct.

02:54:49.000 Correct.

02:54:49.000 He went ahead and jacked up the base rate, though, from what I read.

02:54:51.000 Correct.

02:54:52.000 Going from memory.

02:54:53.000 Is that correct?

02:54:53.000 You live up there.

02:54:54.000 Correct.

02:54:54.000 What's the frequency for that fine station you just mentioned?

02:54:57.000 AM 1520 WLUV.

02:54:59.000 Yeah, we've got to plug all those.

02:55:00.000 We've got now three affiliates up in Illinois.

02:55:03.000 No, is it four?

02:55:03.000 And they all carry us different times, and we love them all, and they're just awesome.

02:55:07.000 Two of them going to Chicago.

02:55:08.000 Doing the job for you up there.

02:55:10.000 God bless you.

02:55:10.000 Take care.

02:55:11.000 We're out of time, folks.

02:55:12.000 Have a very good Christmas.

02:55:13.000 Here are the troops confiscating your guns.

02:55:16.000 Just a few months ago in New Orleans, and I've been there.

02:55:19.000 I've seen them trying to take your guns.

02:55:21.000 Get my video.

02:55:21.000 It's in Police State 2000 and Police State to the Takeover.

02:55:24.000 It's in martial law.

02:55:25.000 We have the proof.

02:55:26.000 I'm not against the military.

02:55:27.000 I'm against them trying to take our guns.

02:55:29.000 Here it is.

02:55:29.000 Go ahead and roll it.

02:55:30.000 Guns drawn.

02:55:32.000 Instructions to disarm anyone inside.

02:55:35.000 You said guns will be taken?

02:55:37.000 No one will be able to be armed.

02:55:38.000 We will take all weapons.

02:55:40.000 That happened today in this wealthy neighborhood where homeowners had armed themselves to protect their mansions.

02:55:47.000 Residents were handcuffed on the ground.

02:55:49.000 In the end, police took their weapons but let them stay in their homes.

02:55:53.000 They were a little bit threatened because our weapons were bigger than their weapons.

02:55:57.000 For many of the police and guard troops, it is an uncomfortable job to do this in an American city.

02:56:04.000 This guard unit occupied a church, using it as a base camp.

02:56:07.000 They had to leave a note because they could not get hold of the pastor to get permission.

02:56:11.000 It is, it is surreal.

02:56:13.000 You just never, you never expect to do this in your own country.

02:56:17.000 Chris Montgomery says he'd rather be in Iraq than patrolling American neighborhoods.

02:56:21.000 We're out of time.

02:56:22.000 God bless you all.

02:56:22.000 Walking up and down these streets, you don't
