01:24:40.000 So tens of millions, I mean millions of millions, ten, eleven million kids.

01:24:44.000 In terms of adults, what we know and clear the way to think about it is that a society does not choose to drug millions of their children unless millions of the adults are really unconscious and on the drugs themselves.

01:25:02.000 I mean, I know people all around me are on it, and the ads are everywhere.

01:25:07.000 I mean, as I said before the break, we're just about 15 feet from us, or I guess actually about 10 yards away from us, about 30 feet away.

01:25:15.000 Right out this window, right over here on the side of this building, and they're all over town, is this sad snowman.

01:25:22.000 It says, if even happy things make you sad, you need this drug.

01:25:59.000 They add another, interpret that as a different mental illness such as bipolar.

01:26:12.000 It's direct-to-consumer advertising.

01:26:14.000 It's in the magazines and newspapers, the televisions, the radios.

01:26:23.000 He said, the problem is not that people don't know anything, it's that they know so many things that ain't so.

01:26:28.000 In the realm of psychiatry, it means everybody knows depression is a chemical imbalance.

01:26:35.000 See, these things are assumed to be facts by the general public, and the truth is, they're just belief systems and propaganda that have been put out there, and they're justified to sell these drugs and put people on the drugs.

01:26:50.000 Well, it is, and so we got 15 plus percent, a little over 15 percent of the kids on it, over 15 percent of the adults on it, and I remember in Ohio, one of the administrators who saw the new Freedom document a year before it passed, now two years ago, released it, and it says, hey, we got 15 percent on it now, we're going to get half the people on the drugs, and then from there, the sky's the limit.

01:27:19.000 The history of it is rooted in Texas, just like a lot of current American history.

01:27:26.000 The Texas Medication Algorithm Project, called TMAP, in the mid-1990s, a select committee in conjunction with our local mental health system, largely funded by certain pharmaceutical companies, developed these so-called algorithms, basically formulas that said if you have ADHD, you take Ritalin, if you have depression, basically formulas that said if you have ADHD, you take Ritalin, if you have depression, you take Paxil or Prozac, if you

01:27:49.000 And so the pharmaceutical industries were competing to get their product points put into these formularies, which are then mandated for use by the state system.

01:27:58.000 And then screening is forced to then, quote, according to these Cook numbers, find people.

01:38:07.000 But in the fifties, basically, these heavy-duty tranquilizers came in and they became able to be used to control and manage populations.

01:39:55.000 And then you say with their social Darwinism, just like the theory of Darwin, which is two separate things, where survival of the fittest, the biggest, baddest, smartest cat is going to be able to breed, then it will pass on its genetics.

01:41:19.000 He was the deputy of Alberto Gonzalez, now the Attorney General, White House Counsel, and he went further than Gonzalez, saying Bush can torture, Bush is above the law, we don't call it torture, it isn't torture.

01:41:31.000 And we can torture small children, crushing their genitalia in front of their parents. 1.00

01:42:28.000 And the psychiatric philosophy was largely behind that, and the killing largely started with the mentally ill.

01:42:33.000 After that war, there was these dramatic Nuremberg trials for some of the big offenders, but for the most part the professional class was let go They all came here. 0.99

01:43:25.000 Joe Burkett, big MHMR guy up in Fort Worth, doctor there, psychiatrist, basically said that when the legislator asked him, well why are so many foster kids on so many drugs?

02:13:49.000 But as, in Vermont, we have Town Meeting, which is the annual meeting of everyone in the town who comes, where we legislate for the year, we approve the budget, it's an actual act of a legislature.

02:14:01.000 And by having that venue of town meeting, I realized if we put this on the warning or the agenda, article to call for the impeachment of George Bush, I can get the whole town to debate the issue, and we can vote it out, and if we vote in favor of it, that'll be a town speaking and not just myself.

02:14:22.000 And I think this is something real and tangible the states can do, starting at the county and city level, to actually move to basically command the Congress to take action and to remove this criminal.

02:14:56.000 And we have our illustrious Bernie Sanders, who, you know, has always stood for good things, Sitting on the fence and hemming and hawing and saying, well, we're not really going to file articles of impeachment.
