Alex Jones Show - 20060314_Tue_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:21.000 Welcome ladies and gentlemen to this live Tuesday edition.

00:00:27.000 Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to this live Tuesday edition. to this live Tuesday edition.

00:00:45.000 Already the 14th day of March 2006.

00:00:54.000 And we're going to be live here for the next three hours.

00:00:58.000 Yes.

00:01:00.000 We have the Downsize DC folks joining us, the foundation, the organization that the late Harry Brown set up, and of course they hosted two separate radio talk shows, the Harry Brown show and the Downsize DC show, right here on the GCN radio network.

00:01:20.000 And a couple weeks ago, about a week and a half ago, Mr. Brown died.

00:01:24.000 I briefly mentioned that, but I wanted to try to eulogize him for some of his revolutionary ideas and some of the great books that he wrote, some of the things that helped wake me up many, many years ago.

00:01:35.000 So we've got one of his colleagues, Mr. Babka, joining us, coming up in the second hour.

00:01:43.000 That's the only guest we've scheduled today because we're going to have open phones and take your calls on whatever issue or news item or question or comment you have.

00:01:53.000 We will take calls in this first hour, hopefully early in this first hour, if I can get around to that.

00:01:58.000 I've got a lot of news to cover.

00:01:59.000 1-800-259-9231. The websites freshly updated are Infowars.com, Infowars.net, PrisonPlanet.tv, PrisonPlanet.com.

00:02:11.000 We've now updated, redesigned, and added a lot of key information.

00:02:15.000 It's just going to get better and better at JonesReport.com, so be sure and check JonesReport.com out as well.

00:02:24.000 Had that site for many years, but have just now beefed it up and updated it, and we're going to be making that a mainline site updated seven days a week.

00:02:34.000 More than 80 dead in apparent reprisal killings.

00:02:38.000 Bodies found around Baghdad in 30 hour period.

00:02:43.000 There's the wonderful liberation, sectarian murders going on. 0.96

00:02:47.000 The globalists have stirred up and kept burning.

00:02:49.000 The home fires burning by design.

00:02:51.000 We'll get into that.

00:02:52.000 Former top judge says U.S.

00:02:54.000 risk edging near to dictatorship.

00:02:57.000 She said that a few days ago and I meant to get into it but I'm just now covering it.

00:03:00.000 That's Ruth Bader Ginsburg has said similar things, but she's really pro-New World Order.

00:03:10.000 But now Sandra Day O'Connor is saying that.

00:03:14.000 What's really behind it?

00:03:15.000 And of course, we saw Bob Woodward two weeks ago tell the San Antonio Express News that.

00:03:22.000 Well, he gave a speech to college students and the Express News picked up on it.

00:03:27.000 U.S.

00:03:27.000 citizens like Russia more than France in an international poll.

00:03:32.000 Why am I covering that?

00:03:33.000 Well, I'll tell you later.

00:03:35.000 It just shows how Americans have no understanding of a police state.

00:03:40.000 A really scary story here out of MSNBC.

00:03:43.000 Of course, they spin the whole thing as if it's wonderful.

00:03:47.000 Storm Battered Parish considers hired guns.

00:03:52.000 They have fired the majority, or to use the term, furloughed over half Of their sheriff's deputies, and federal money is being offered by Homeland Security, but not to hire their officers back.

00:04:11.000 No, to hire DynCorp, and Blackwater, and others, and a lot of cops out there going, good, I'll just get a job with them and get paid more.

00:04:23.000 You get paid more now, not when they start taking over the departments.

00:04:28.000 And these departments take orders from DynCorp and Blackwater, not from the elected sheriff.

00:04:34.000 You talk about fascism, I mean, the Nazis didn't go this far.

00:04:37.000 So we'll get into that top story when we get back.

00:04:40.000 Tough assignment in Arizona.

00:04:43.000 The headline from the Arizona Daily Star.

00:04:47.000 Because the majority of students don't speak English, it's breaking the school districts.

00:04:51.000 That's coming up too.

00:04:52.000 Big broadcast lined up for you today.

00:04:55.000 Stay with us.

00:07:52.000 888-216-2461 That's 888-216-2461 He's the T-Rex of political talk Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network

00:08:05.000 The global crime syndicate, spin doctors, intelligence agents, are in overdrive right now, trying to spin the murder of Slobodan Milošević.

00:08:23.000 It fits the classic MO, he said he was being poisoned, said he was going to be murdered, And they had, admittedly, 24-hour-a-day bright lights on him for years.

00:08:33.000 He never was allowed to have even semi-darkness.

00:08:37.000 And video cameras on him at all times.

00:08:40.000 It had been even in international news that there would be three guards whenever anyone was in the cell with him.

00:08:46.000 He has not seen his wife or children in five years since they grabbed him.

00:08:52.000 So no one was allowed in to even see him.

00:08:54.000 And when his lawyer would come in, that was heavily surveilled.

00:08:57.000 Now they claim, while he had alcohol and drugs taken to him, and he was partying in his tiny cell, that he was poisoning himself.

00:09:09.000 Yes, that's exactly what he was doing.

00:09:14.000 Of course it is.

00:09:17.000 We should believe it.

00:09:18.000 You see, the whole story we've heard about what happened in Serbia is a fraud. 1.00

00:09:24.000 And if Slobo's a monster, then the Croats and the Muslims are even bigger monsters. 1.00

00:09:28.000 If he's a demon, they're Satan. 1.00

00:09:31.000 In what really happened over there.

00:09:33.000 And it's admitted.

00:09:34.000 I mean, we've interviewed people like Senator Inhofe years ago, who went over there.

00:09:37.000 Piles of dead Serb soldiers.

00:09:40.000 The coalition forces would kill Serbs, put them in the KLA uniforms, put them in Muslim civilian clothes, stage mass graves. 0.99

00:09:50.000 They'd show piles of manure as fertilizer at farms and claim they were mass graves from orbit with satellites. 0.87

00:09:58.000 That was proven to be frauds.

00:09:59.000 They would stage massacres.

00:10:01.000 All admitted!

00:10:02.000 You understand?

00:10:03.000 It is admitted!

00:10:05.000 That all those big headlines, and all those big top stories, and all the things you heard, mainstream news, the government news, has retracted, but always back-of-the-paper, tiny blurb.

00:10:17.000 The propaganda pieces, though, were top news for weeks, top news every night, top news on the cable channels, cover of Time, Newsweek, People, just everything.

00:10:30.000 Oh, the mass murder.

00:10:32.000 Oh, the concentration camp victims.

00:10:34.000 When really it would be U.N., in one case, refugees all around a U.N. 0.94

00:10:40.000 food center with barbed wire around it, trying to get in to get the food.

00:10:43.000 And they show one guy who had tuberculosis, who was very, very skinny.

00:10:48.000 Of course, then if you see the rest of the video, which has now been shown, it shows fat people on either side of him.

00:10:53.000 But they are there, disheveled, begging for food.

00:10:55.000 And they said, look at him in a Serb camp.

00:10:57.000 Total lie!

00:10:59.000 They staged it knowingly, and the ITN individuals have now been proven to be government operatives.

00:11:06.000 This is what they do.

00:11:08.000 And so get past your emotion of, I don't like him, he's a Hitler. 0.69

00:11:15.000 Not true.

00:11:17.000 Did they go around and get into ethnic warfare?

00:11:20.000 Did they try to force people out of certain areas?

00:11:22.000 Yes.

00:11:22.000 Were they attacked first?

00:11:24.000 Yes.

00:11:25.000 Did they not give in to the UN and the New World Order?

00:11:27.000 Yes.

00:11:27.000 Did they have valuable resources?

00:11:28.000 Yes.

00:11:29.000 Were they building up a major industrial base that was starting to threaten Germany, who called for them to be invaded?

00:11:35.000 Yes.

00:11:36.000 Did World War I start there?

00:11:38.000 Yes.

00:11:38.000 Did they help us in World War II?

00:11:40.000 Yes.

00:11:41.000 Did they save Madeleine Albright, who was Secretary of State, bombed the daylights out of them when she ran from Czechoslovakia with her commissariat murdering father?

00:11:51.000 Is her house full of concentration camp victims artwork?

00:11:54.000 Yes. 1.00

00:11:55.000 Is she a piece of trash? 1.00

00:11:56.000 Yes. 1.00

00:11:59.000 Did she say 700,000 dead Iraqi children was a good price to pay?

00:12:03.000 Yes.

00:12:04.000 I mean, it's just so amazing!

00:12:07.000 That what we were told about Slobo and Arkan and all the rest of these guys, 95% of it wasn't true.

00:12:16.000 Were they hard-nosed?

00:12:17.000 Were they brutal?

00:12:18.000 Were they doing a lot of bad things?

00:12:20.000 Yes.

00:12:21.000 Were their backs against the wall under attack and under siege?

00:12:24.000 Yes.

00:12:26.000 I didn't mean to start the show with this today.

00:12:28.000 I just started looking at this New York Times article.

00:12:30.000 Expert suggests Milosevic died in a drug ploy.

00:12:36.000 Yes, he did it.

00:12:38.000 There's no evidence of that.

00:12:39.000 All the evidence is they poisoned him.

00:12:40.000 We know they wouldn't give him his proper medicine.

00:12:42.000 We know they wouldn't let him see his doctor.

00:12:44.000 We know that they kept the lights on 24 hours a day, which is one of the worst forms of torture.

00:12:50.000 Why in 1984?

00:12:51.000 Winston, for a few days, they keep him in that cell with the lights on, real bright lights.

00:12:56.000 With cameras and guards talking to him every 30 minutes?

00:13:00.000 That's what they've done to Slobo for five years. 0.96

00:13:04.000 I mean, the guy was tough.

00:13:07.000 Five years of never having the lights turned off.

00:13:11.000 Can you imagine that?

00:13:13.000 Bright lights in a white, tiny cell.

00:13:17.000 Cameras when you go potty.

00:13:20.000 Cameras when you try to wash yourself in the tiny sink.

00:13:23.000 Cameras watching you.

00:13:24.000 Never allowed outside.

00:13:25.000 Never allowed to have a walk in the yard.

00:13:28.000 Just always in there.

00:13:30.000 Always in there.

00:13:31.000 And then he says, I found white powder in my food.

00:13:35.000 I feel really sick after I eat food.

00:13:37.000 They're poisoning me.

00:13:37.000 Help me.

00:13:38.000 I'll be dead soon.

00:13:38.000 And people all around him are dying.

00:13:41.000 Witnesses, you know, that same week are dying. 0.96

00:13:42.000 They're going to kill me. 1.00

00:13:43.000 They're going to kill me. 0.68

00:13:44.000 I wonder if the other guy, if it was a ploy, the other guy that died six days before Slovin Milajevic.

00:13:51.000 I'm sure that was a ploy too.

00:13:53.000 Or the other witness that died a few months before that.

00:13:55.000 I'm sure that was another ploy.

00:13:57.000 Very small little heavily armed prison inside the hay.

00:14:00.000 Just a little wing in there.

00:14:01.000 And uh... I was reading that there's only about 20 prisoners in there on average.

00:14:09.000 What's the statistics?

00:14:09.000 A lot of deaths!

00:14:12.000 A lot of deaths in a special little wing.

00:14:14.000 And of course the UN, it fights genocide just like they did in 94.

00:14:19.000 In a five-month period, between 800,000, that's the lowest confirmed number, and a million and a half, 800,000 plus confirmed.

00:14:28.000 Murdered! 0.96

00:14:28.000 The UN would take them into these villages, the Tutsis, and then call in the Hutus, and the UN would even join in on it, and the UN would rape children and sell them into white slavery. 0.96

00:14:38.000 It's all mainstream, just, oh yeah, anywhere they go they do this, and DynCorp drops by to help in Serbia and other areas.

00:14:45.000 And all of this is happening, all of this is going, but the U.N.

00:14:50.000 they don't murder people in their jail cells.

00:14:54.000 No, the U.N.

00:14:55.000 is nice.

00:14:56.000 So the London Guardian reported they killed 3,000 Burmese aboriginals, aborigines, because they wouldn't go off their ancestral lands.

00:15:07.000 It's now a U.N.

00:15:08.000 biosphere and they're building hotels.

00:15:10.000 No, just a minor footnote, O.U.N.

00:15:12.000 forces slaughtered 3,000 It's part of setting up a UN biosphere.

00:15:16.000 You go down the coast of Maya, Mexico.

00:15:19.000 Just south of us here, they forcibly ran hundreds of thousands of Mayan, Aborigines, indigenous peoples off.

00:15:28.000 And they did that all over the country.

00:15:30.000 But that's just places I've visited.

00:15:31.000 And you can talk to them.

00:15:32.000 And it's been in the news down there.

00:15:33.000 And they just come at gunpoint.

00:15:35.000 And there's UN signs up.

00:15:37.000 And then, oh, a few years later, it really wasn't for the environment.

00:15:40.000 We're building hotels and lavish areas.

00:15:46.000 But the U.N.' 's good.

00:15:47.000 They fight genocide.

00:15:49.000 They fight Slobodan Milošević.

00:15:50.000 Because he engaged in massacres.

00:15:55.000 And I have no doubt he probably did.

00:15:58.000 It was a racial war. 0.65

00:16:00.000 That's what war normally is in history.

00:16:02.000 Teamed up on for the Muslims and the Croats. 0.94

00:16:06.000 Outnumbered 2 to 1. 0.99

00:16:08.000 Being slaughtered.

00:16:12.000 Did they go out and target people?

00:16:14.000 Yes, they did.

00:16:15.000 But were they big, official massacres we were told of?

00:16:19.000 Were they real?

00:16:20.000 No, admittedly manufactured.

00:16:23.000 But, again, all that is a side issue.

00:16:28.000 All that is a side issue.

00:16:33.000 Let me cover this first, right now.

00:16:36.000 Storm Battered Parish considers hired guns MSNBC.

00:16:45.000 I'm just going to read this, and then I'm going to read between the lines, and I'm going to comment on what's really going on with this.

00:16:51.000 Storm-battered parish considers hired guns.

00:16:54.000 This is true fascism.

00:16:56.000 Sorry, I added that. 0.91

00:16:56.000 I'm going to shut up. 0.91

00:16:58.000 Storm-battered parish considers hired guns.

00:17:00.000 Contractors in Louisiana would make arrest, carry weapons.

00:17:06.000 And I always read where it comes from, where we got it.

00:17:09.000 It's actually a Washington Post article posted on MSNBC today, the 14th of March 2006.

00:17:15.000 St.

00:17:18.000 Bernard Parish, Louisiana.

00:17:20.000 Major Pete Tafuro scanned the fenced lot, packed with hundreds of stark white trailers, soon to be inhabited by Hurricane Katrina evacuees.

00:17:29.000 Shaking his head, He predicted the cramp quarters would ignite fights, hide criminals, and become an incubator for crime.

00:17:40.000 Posing another test for his cash-strapped Sheriff's Department, which furlonged 206 of its 390 officers.

00:17:46.000 That is, what is that?

00:17:47.000 That's 55%.

00:17:47.000 Right under 54%.

00:17:48.000 54% of his officers.

00:17:50.000 That is, what is that?

00:17:51.000 That's 55%, right under 54%.

00:17:56.000 54% of his officers.

00:17:57.000 Which furlonged 206 of his 300 downing officers after the storm.

00:18:01.000 Tafaro thinks the parish has the solution.

00:18:05.000 Amen.

00:18:06.000 DynCorp International LLC, the Texas company, based right here in Austin, a great shadow of evil over us, that provided personnel security to Afghan President, UNICOL Executive, Hamad Karzai, and is one of the largest security contractors in Iraq,

00:18:24.000 If the Federal Emergency Management Agency approves the Sheriff's Department's proposal, which would cost $70 million over three years, up to 100 Dine Corps employees would be deputized to make arrests, carry weapons, and dress in St.

00:18:38.000 Bernard Parish Sheriff's Department khaki-black uniforms.

00:18:41.000 But they'll have their own special Dine Corps badges.

00:18:45.000 And it goes on.

00:18:46.000 You wouldn't be able to tell the difference between us and them, said Taffaro, who developed the proposal.

00:18:51.000 Yeah, I did a little research on this with a Google search this morning.

00:18:54.000 This is it.

00:18:56.000 Let me just stop right there.

00:18:57.000 What FEMA does is they say, yeah, we're not going to give you money to hire back your deputies, but you can hire DynCorp, and guess what?

00:19:05.000 We're even going to pay them roughly twice what your people get paid.

00:19:09.000 But you can't hire your other officers back, your deputies back.

00:19:12.000 You need to hire our people.

00:19:15.000 And then it goes into Blackwater doing the same thing, and this is pure de-fascism.

00:19:23.000 See, you elected that sheriff, but now there's going to be all these Dine Corps and Blackwater employees who work for their private, and they're not really private, they're really government funds.

00:19:33.000 But the profit goes to these former government lackeys.

00:19:36.000 And it goes on.

00:19:37.000 I'm going to tell you more when we get back.

00:19:38.000 It only gets worse.

00:19:41.000 Our highways are being privatized, our police are going to be privatized, and these are the same Dine Corps mercs who Kidnap small children for slave camps. 0.99

00:19:54.000 I'll be right back.

00:19:56.000 Hey folks, this is Ted Anderson.

00:20:24.000 I now wear my TriVibes bands daily, and I'm feeling better than ever.

00:21:55.000 Through the years of providing water filters to America, you've come to us and we've listened.

00:22:04.000 You asked us to make the water level visible to eliminate the guesswork when refilling the water.

00:22:08.000 We listened.

00:22:09.000 You asked for an elevated base so the system could be used in places beside on the edge of a counter.

00:22:14.000 We listened.

00:22:15.000 You asked us to develop a filter that was made in the USA.

00:22:24.000 We listened.

00:22:25.000 After 9-11, you asked us to develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical agents.

00:23:00.000 Did you know that President Kennedy signed into law State Department Publication 7277 entitled, The United States Program for Complete and General Disarmament in a Peaceful World?

00:23:11.000 This would disarm America and turn all of our armed forces over to the United Nations Organization.

00:23:16.000 Citizens would be required to turn in their guns guaranteed to them by the Second Amendment.

00:23:22.000 The head of the United Nations forces that would control all arms would always be a communist by agreement.

00:23:28.000 We'd like to help you understand how these things are coming to pass by offering you an absolutely free one-year subscription to NewsWatch Magazine.

00:23:50.000 Operators are standing by to receive your call for a free one-year subscription to Newswatch magazine.

00:24:03.000 Now understand, Homeland Security has already been given over $100 billion.

00:24:09.000 They claim it will take $200 billion to rebuild the Gulf Coast, the South areas that were devastated by Hurricane Katrina and then Rita.

00:24:18.000 Kind of the cherry on the top of the nightmare down there.

00:24:22.000 But what they do is it's strings attached.

00:24:24.000 They say, yeah, we got money for you for Blackwater and DynCorp, which is then run by their buddies.

00:24:32.000 And they are very, very, very cunning when it comes to coming in and basically taking over local governments.

00:24:40.000 DynCorp, owned by Computer Science Corporation, based right here in Austin, Texas, has three huge buildings downtown.

00:24:47.000 New buildings they just moved into last year.

00:24:51.000 And they run all the city's data and the police data information and the archives for some humongous sum.

00:24:57.000 They're busy running the brains of many major U.S.

00:25:01.000 cities already.

00:25:03.000 And so DynCorp is now just one division of Computer Science Corporation.

00:25:11.000 And then I'm reading MSNBC here.

00:25:13.000 It says that the DynCorp employees are going to get $30,000 a year as a sheriff's deputy.

00:25:20.000 With their own little badges, but wearing the same uniform, under Dying Corps control. 0.70

00:25:24.000 Under Dying Corps command, separate, but then under the Sheriff.

00:25:29.000 And then the Sheriff's deputies, the 50%, excuse me, 40, let me see, let me give you the numbers here, let's be specific.

00:25:38.000 206 of the officers got furlonged, and have not been hired back out of 390.

00:25:44.000 So, that would be, if they let go, 54%.

00:25:49.000 That means it'll be 46% of the sheriff's deputies, the original sheriff's deputies, according to this report, are still there.

00:25:57.000 So the 46% that are still there, it says they're still going to get $18,000 a year.

00:26:05.000 Man, you talk about poverty!

00:26:10.000 I know Louisiana has the lowest paid cops and sheriff's deputies in the country, but I don't think you can even live down there on that.

00:26:16.000 And the Dine Corps boys, they're going to get, it says right here, but while the plan is for Dine Corps employees to eat and live with the other deputies in the same trailer camp, the hired guns would earn significantly more than the $18,000 annual salary of an entry-level deputy and the $30,000 a year salary of a seasoned officer.

00:26:34.000 So, excuse me, they're going to earn even more than the veteran deputies.

00:26:39.000 Oh, I'm sorry, it's worse.

00:26:43.000 They'll be, oh, it says they'll get between 42,000 and more a year.

00:26:48.000 And I know over, some Dine Corps employees over, so I've seen the ads.

00:26:53.000 I have been working out at the, years ago, back when I had time to go downtown to the, I'd go jog around the hike and bike trail there on the lake and then I'd go lift weights for an hour at the YMCA, really nice facility down on Talent Lake.

00:27:10.000 And in the men's room, in the men's shower area, there'd be a bulletin board.

00:27:15.000 I remember reading it.

00:27:15.000 I remember seeing cops.

00:27:16.000 I remember one of the Travis County SWAT team guys standing there reading it, and I walked over to look what he was reading.

00:27:25.000 I knew him, and he'd give me a spot lifting weights here and there.

00:27:30.000 I've seen him now at the Home Depot buying some tomato plants last year.

00:27:37.000 He didn't even want to talk to me.

00:27:38.000 He acted like he was scared of me.

00:27:39.000 Side issue.

00:27:40.000 See, I can't really tell a story without giving all the weird, mindless details.

00:27:44.000 And I read it and it said $180,000 a year for DynCorp snipers.

00:27:54.000 And obviously he's one of their SWAT team snipers, so he was real interested in that.

00:27:58.000 So I know that some of them get paid between $100,000 and $180,000.

00:28:02.000 But see, that was a few years ago.

00:28:04.000 Now, because so many people have entered the market, oh, it's $40,000.

00:28:08.000 What did this say?

00:28:09.000 42,000.

00:28:10.000 I don't know, there's a bunch of different numbers and it's a long article.

00:28:19.000 You can go read it for yourself.

00:28:23.000 But why this is important is, we have Halliburton in the Houston Chronicle to run emergency FEMA centers in America, quote, for immigrant Overflows and for American citizens during crises and DynCorp runs of course Camp X-Rayed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

00:28:44.000 They run camps in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia.

00:28:50.000 These are the nefarious camps where they also team up then with DynCorp.

00:28:55.000 In 2000 they lost the civil case and they admitted to the fact that the company flew.

00:29:01.000 In conjunction with the United Nations, 200,000 women and children out of the country.

00:29:08.000 And admittedly, some of the women were going to be dishwashers, others had been grabbed, were going to be used as sex slaves. 1.00

00:29:13.000 That's admitted. 1.00

00:29:14.000 Small children as sex slaves. 0.85

00:29:16.000 Some to be adopted to families who didn't know what they were part of.

00:29:21.000 So the children are now in good homes.

00:29:23.000 It's a mixed bag of hellish things that went on.

00:29:27.000 It runs the gamut.

00:29:30.000 And so, domestically, they're now moving in here to America. 0.55

00:29:33.000 And they use places like New Orleans, Louisiana, these black holes, to run their black world ops. 0.92

00:29:39.000 And they're really just these black holes where taxpayer money gets fed into, and the Constitution gets crashed.

00:29:45.000 Stay with us.

00:29:49.000 We're on the march.

00:29:51.000 The Empire's on the run.

00:32:57.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

00:33:08.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:33:11.000 Let me spend a few more minutes on the Dine Corps and Blackwater mercs to be taking over official sheriff's deputies' positions in and around New Orleans which

00:33:30.000 Blackwater USA, which protected the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq for almost four employees, and lost four employees in a brutal ambush in Fallujah in 2004, earned about $42 million through the end of December on a contract with the Federal Protective Service, a unit of the Department of Homeland Security to provide security to FEMA sites.

00:33:54.000 Most of the 330 contract guards now working in Louisiana are employed by the company.

00:34:01.000 So they're already working for FEMA in New Orleans.

00:34:05.000 The Homeland Security Department's Inspector General said the company's cost in its FEMA contract, that's what it says, it's kind of a babbling article.

00:34:16.000 The Homeland Security Department's Inspector General said the company's cost in its FEMA contract, it earns $950 a day For each employee were clearly very high and expressed hope that competition would lower them.

00:34:32.000 But cost are not the only concerns raised by critics of the companies.

00:34:38.000 Katrina broke all the rules. 1.00

00:34:39.000 It was the first time you had the deployment of armed private security contractors in the US, said Peter W. Singer, senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and the author of Corporate Warriors, The Rise of the Privatized Military Industry.

00:34:53.000 They're called mercenaries.

00:34:55.000 And then it goes more into the pay differences.

00:34:57.000 Singer said the prospect contract with Dine Corps raises a number of questions including whether the Dine Corps officers will be properly supervised, whether the pay differences will cause tension in the Sheriff's Department, and whether it suggests that even government jobs that assume a level of public service can be done by private contractors.

00:35:20.000 And it goes on and on.

00:35:22.000 It's a very long article.

00:35:23.000 Folks, I don't know what to say about this.

00:35:28.000 It's so bad that I'm sitting here almost dumbfounded, not even able to articulate how criminal this is, how un-American this is, how dangerous this is, and then how bad this company is. 0.98

00:35:42.000 It's not like it's some pure-as-the-driven-snow mercenary company that doesn't have just all sorts of the worst type of scum all over its record. 0.98

00:35:54.000 This is the unholy dying corps. 0.98

00:35:59.000 This is the Dine Corps that we've been talking about for years.

00:36:02.000 This is the Dine Corps where we've interviewed their former employees and U.N.

00:36:06.000 guards and reporters.

00:36:09.000 This is the Dine Corps that BBC has reported is involved in giant white kidnapping rings. 0.74

00:36:14.000 Just like the Chicago Tribune two months ago had the big headline Concerning DynCorp and Halliburton with actual lobbyists on Capitol Hill lobbying to have the military overseas not stop them from engaging in white slavery on basis.

00:36:34.000 Literally!

00:36:35.000 Chicago Tribune!

00:36:37.000 You couldn't make this type of stuff up.

00:36:39.000 I know a lot of listeners don't go check out what I claim. 0.89

00:36:41.000 You're driving down the road, going, this guy's nuts.

00:36:43.000 That wouldn't be going on.

00:36:44.000 Hey, do you think they just let me go on all these Aminathem stations?

00:36:47.000 Do you think I would exist for ten minutes without being shooed into oblivion if this wasn't right out of the newspaper?

00:36:52.000 Everything I'm talking about is admitted!

00:36:54.000 Do you understand that?

00:36:58.000 So don't roll your eyes if you're some police officer driving along going, what do you mean kidnapping children?

00:37:04.000 They'd be arrested.

00:37:05.000 No, they're in with the government.

00:37:07.000 They do whatever they want, whenever they want. 0.98

00:37:08.000 And I've been told, shut up about this.

00:37:10.000 Well, I'm not going to shut up about it.

00:37:16.000 Somebody's got to stand up for these people.

00:37:18.000 Somebody's got to resist this. 0.95

00:37:19.000 Somebody's got to face the horrific facts that a pack of psychopathic crooks now run our government at almost every level. 0.85

00:37:26.000 And it's a lot bigger than George Bush. 0.96

00:37:27.000 You get rid of him, they've got a thousand more just like him.

00:37:30.000 Bill Clinton, get rid of him, a thousand more just like him. 1.00

00:37:33.000 They think we're a bunch of scum. 1.00

00:37:36.000 And evidence of this, a few days ago, during the weekend, they had this big media roasting. 0.99

00:37:41.000 And for those who know what a roast is, that's where they It's a big party, and you get big aficionados up there, and everybody makes fun of everybody else.

00:37:48.000 It's real sick. 0.98

00:37:49.000 And they make jokes about the torture camps, and they make jokes about Cheney shooting people in the face, and they make jokes about sick stuff when it's admitted they're raping children. 0.96

00:37:59.000 They're beating people to death at these camps.

00:38:02.000 And the Army's own reports say 75 to 90 percent are completely innocent of everything.

00:38:07.000 They're just arrested because their IDs weren't in order in Baghdad, or in surrounding areas, or in Afghanistan.

00:38:16.000 And they're up there joking about it.

00:38:20.000 They're up there joking about child molestation.

00:38:23.000 It's real funny. 0.97

00:38:25.000 And even the Washington Post had to say it was sick and disgusting.

00:38:32.000 I mean, it is getting just so far out there that how do you even deal with it?

00:38:38.000 How do you even respond to it?

00:38:42.000 This is what they do.

00:38:43.000 They set precedence.

00:38:45.000 In Seattle, the government hired thugs, and that's all admitted, and I have cops on tape admitting it, and I have the Seattle Post-Intelligence Service, the Seattle Times, and Seattle Weekly all admitting Delta Force operatives with the Central Intelligence Agency in 1999 at the WTO hired 50 thugs, trained them in Oregon, had them bust out windows, burn trash cans, attack police officers. 0.99

00:39:07.000 The cops were ordered to stand there as bottles bounced off their heads, and as they bled, as they had broken noses, Total idiots. 0.99

00:39:17.000 And then the police chief in on it. 1.00

00:39:20.000 And the mayor in on it.

00:39:21.000 They had for a day of showing that, going, why won't the cops do anything?

00:39:24.000 Boy, aren't the protesters bad. 0.75

00:39:26.000 The news would show the black bloc, the anarchists, the hired thugs, as if they were Delta Force Commanded. 0.89

00:39:32.000 That's Seattle Papers, by the way.

00:39:33.000 That's admitted.

00:39:34.000 Delta Force Commanded.

00:39:38.000 Delta Force is above Special Forces.

00:39:40.000 It's controlled by intelligence agencies.

00:39:42.000 It's what they call Black World.

00:39:45.000 We're in deep black water now, boys and girls, pun intended.

00:39:50.000 And they go out and they create the crisis, they provocateur, burn a few trash cans, and then the police attack 60,000 demonstrators.

00:39:57.000 It's in my film, Police Take Two, The Takeover.

00:40:00.000 You can witness it all.

00:40:01.000 Run them into neighborhoods, attack old women, attack people in their houses. 0.99

00:40:05.000 It was a test of... Then they show cops footage around the country, see how the people attacked you. 0.98

00:40:10.000 You've got to attack them first.

00:40:12.000 Issued federal Storm Trooper outfits, the Darth Vader helmets and the black pads and the little capes, they even gave them capes.

00:40:20.000 And they found psychologically that if you put somebody in a cowboy hat, they'll act like a cowboy.

00:40:24.000 You put them in a hunting hat, they'll act like a cowboy.

00:40:26.000 You put them in a Darth Vader outfit, they'll act like Darth Vader.

00:40:31.000 And so they put them in these outfits, and it's also for intimidation of the public.

00:40:35.000 And then the cops were like dogs on the end of a chain that a kid's slapping in the face. 0.92

00:40:39.000 uh... with a fly swatter and then the chain breaks by then the anarchists have been housed in a government building protected by the police and then the dumb riot cops just beat up, we have them stomping old ladies with pleasure, old ladies doing nothing, hands up walking out of the store and cops just hit them with a club and start stomping them and then they're breaking collar bones. 0.97

00:40:58.000 Hi-ya! 0.96

00:40:59.000 Hoo-ya! 1.00

00:41:00.000 Hoo-ya! 1.00

00:41:01.000 You see, all psychologically run as a CIA psy-op bathing you in the evil, indoctrinating you Making you, making your bones, bringing you in, baptizing you in Satanism is what happened to you, putting you in the Darth Vader outfits.

00:41:17.000 And so they took that footage and used it nationwide and said, see how bad Seattle is.

00:41:22.000 Didn't show the provocateuring.

00:41:23.000 And then that was used as a massive precedent to put our police under federal training and in Darth Vader outfits.

00:41:31.000 Federal grants for all of it.

00:41:34.000 Now, same thing with Blackwater, same thing with all of this.

00:41:37.000 They put them in the Gulf Coast area, now operating in three states.

00:41:40.000 They go out, they take part in the gun confiscations, they back up the police.

00:41:45.000 We have the ABC clip.

00:41:49.000 In fact, can you dig up that clip?

00:41:50.000 I know you've got a bunch of other clips today that are new, but remember the clip where they're admitting the gun confiscation?

00:41:56.000 Yeah, find that.

00:41:57.000 And so they go out with a regular army and huge flatback trucks full of FBI SWAT teams leading everything.

00:42:05.000 And they go in, they don't bring food and water.

00:42:06.000 They don't even go into the poor areas where there are a few shootings and problems.

00:42:10.000 They use just a few shots being fired, mainly cops shooting dogs.

00:42:13.000 You'd have a cop over a hill shooting a rabid dog or shooting an alligator.

00:42:17.000 This is now admitted.

00:42:19.000 I've talked to a lot of reporters that were there and it's been in the news.

00:42:22.000 And then they have on the news, oh there's snipers shooting at us.

00:42:25.000 Then cops would freak out and shoot some contractors, and then it would turn into Odo snipers did that.

00:42:30.000 Remember all that?

00:42:31.000 It was just friendly fire.

00:42:32.000 A bunch of different agencies going nuts shooting each other.

00:42:35.000 Just like Tillman in Afghanistan. 0.96

00:42:39.000 And so all of this is frothing.

00:42:41.000 No one's shooting at them.

00:42:42.000 Nothing's really going on.

00:42:47.000 And so...

00:42:48.000 Then they bring in even more mercs, and they go into the rich areas.

00:42:52.000 I kept saying million dollar houses.

00:42:53.000 You ought to watch this video we're about to play audio of.

00:42:55.000 I'm talking five million dollar houses.

00:42:57.000 Things that look like the White House.

00:43:00.000 Estates, up out of the bowl, up in the high ground, on the suburbs, and they're going in, shows them with the wealthy people in handcuffs taking their guns.

00:43:10.000 But my grandmother's childhood, my great-grandfather's civil war paintings in there, that's worth millions of dollars. 0.99

00:43:16.000 Shut up! 1.00

00:43:17.000 Slap! 1.00

00:43:18.000 Get the guns!

00:43:19.000 I mean, that's what's going on.

00:43:22.000 We've got a reporter who was in there for weeks coming into town next week.

00:43:25.000 I've seen some of the video he's got.

00:43:27.000 It's going to be in some BBC documentary so we can't show it to you yet.

00:43:31.000 He's going to let us show some of it.

00:43:33.000 I mean, it's just hell on earth you can't imagine.

00:43:36.000 And, uh, Mercs everywhere just do it.

00:43:38.000 And my point is, I get emails going, well, you only care about the rich people?

00:43:41.000 No!

00:43:42.000 The point is, if they'll go into high-end drive places where the rich people, I mean the really rich people are, and beat them up and take their guns with the U.S.

00:43:50.000 Army, the National Guard, all these other people at Mercs backing them up and taking part, you bet that's a precedent.

00:43:58.000 You know, they say all the rules changed with Katrina.

00:44:01.000 And see now, oh, we're going to run emergency FEMA centers in your area. 0.70

00:44:05.000 Oh, we're going to back up your police officers at events.

00:44:09.000 And these are guys who've been sniping in Iraq, sniping in Afghanistan.

00:44:13.000 Some of them, they're putting the toddlers on the airplanes, flying them out to the slave camps in white Europe. 0.92

00:44:19.000 You know, a lot of you don't care about the Arabs.

00:44:20.000 Okay, well, what about the blonde-haired, blue-eyed, for the racist out there?

00:44:23.000 Little kids and women being shipped out of Central and Eastern Europe.

00:44:26.000 UN's own numbers of 1.2 million women and children being kidnapped each year.

00:44:30.000 Large portion of that done by the security services.

00:44:33.000 They got the aircraft, they got the mercs, they got the teams.

00:44:36.000 See, these guys that have been running camps and running security camps and doing all these horrible things, they're going to be in your life.

00:44:43.000 They're going to be here in America. 0.99

00:44:47.000 You realize?

00:44:47.000 I'm not trying to scare people.

00:44:49.000 We've got to stop this.

00:44:53.000 Because just like Seattle was used as a, as a quote, everything changed in Seattle.

00:44:59.000 Everything changed on 9-11.

00:45:00.000 Everything changed.

00:45:01.000 Everything's changed.

00:45:02.000 You go to the carnival.

00:45:03.000 I went to the rodeo carnival last night.

00:45:06.000 I remember going five years ago, and you didn't see half that many cops.

00:45:09.000 There was no one really even there at the Star Texas Rodeo.

00:45:15.000 Very small crowds, and there were almost as many cops.

00:45:17.000 They were walking around all paranoid, looking at everyone.

00:45:20.000 It's just this attitude, see?

00:45:22.000 This attitude of, we're under attack.

00:45:23.000 Yeah, we're under attack by our own government!

00:45:27.000 Using this as a pretext to take us from a free society to a slave society overnight! 0.74

00:45:34.000 Play this clip of the gun confiscation.

00:45:36.000 That includes New Orleans, where today authorities stepped up their efforts to empty the city.

00:45:36.000 Roll it.

00:45:42.000 Bob Woodruff is there again tonight with an extraordinary human drama unfolding.

00:45:46.000 Bob?

00:45:46.000 That's true, Elizabeth, and good evening from New Orleans here.

00:45:50.000 The police and the National Guard find themselves in a very difficult position tonight to try to carry out an order to force people from the city without actually using force.

00:46:04.000 Today in New Orleans, they got a lot tougher on the holdouts.

00:46:09.000 Not only the flooded areas, but New Orleans' driest and wealthiest neighborhoods, too.

00:46:17.000 The police and National Guard going street by street, house to house.

00:46:23.000 We need to make sure, too, that whenever we knock on doors, people refuse to leave.

00:46:27.000 We need to make note, call again.

00:46:30.000 They say there are no orders to use force, just strong persuasion.

00:46:34.000 Sometimes entering open houses with guns drawn.

00:46:38.000 And instructions to disarm anyone inside.

00:46:41.000 You say guns will be taken?

00:46:43.000 No one will be able to be armed.

00:46:44.000 We will take all weapons.

00:46:46.000 That happened today in this wealthy neighborhood, where homeowners had armed themselves to protect their mansions.

00:46:53.000 Residents were handcuffed on the ground.

00:46:55.000 In the end, police took their weapons, but let them stay in their homes.

00:46:59.000 They were a little bit threatened because our weapons were bigger than their weapons.

00:47:03.000 For many of the police and guard troops it is an uncomfortable job to do this in an American city.

00:47:10.000 This guard unit occupied a church using it as a base camp.

00:47:13.000 They had to leave a note because they could not get hold of the pastor to get permission.

00:47:17.000 It is, it is surreal.

00:47:19.000 You just never, you never expect to do this in your own country.

00:47:23.000 Chris Montgomery says he'd rather be in Iraq than patrolling American neighborhoods.

00:47:30.000 Now Bob Woodruff, that's why he was a great propagandist for him, now I got his face blown off over there, get a little bit of the medicine they're giving the Iraqis. 1.00

00:47:38.000 I'm sorry for him, but being an operative of the New World Order has its cost, Woody.

00:47:44.000 Thought you were invincible like all these other people who think they're bulletproof.

00:47:48.000 But I know he's an operative.

00:47:50.000 I've met him.

00:47:51.000 I've talked to him.

00:47:52.000 Very cunning.

00:47:52.000 Very sneaky.

00:47:53.000 Very evil.

00:47:55.000 I've been around him several times.

00:47:57.000 Very elitist.

00:48:02.000 Just listening to how he wrote that news piece, though.

00:48:04.000 That's why he was becoming a major anchor on ABC News.

00:48:09.000 Because he's slick.

00:48:11.000 He's slick.

00:48:12.000 You hear him?

00:48:13.000 They didn't use any force.

00:48:14.000 The video shows him slamming people around, grabbing people, and kicking doors down.

00:48:21.000 But see, they will tell you one verbal thing and then show you something completely different, semantically changing its meaning.

00:48:31.000 So, you took part in covering and whitewashing gun confiscation in America.

00:48:37.000 And now after a month plus, you can hardly talk and your face is blown off.

00:48:42.000 But I'm not going to celebrate that.

00:48:43.000 I am sad for Mr. Woodruff.

00:48:45.000 Bob Woodruff of ABC News.

00:48:47.000 It's just that I remember meeting him out at Waco covering that.

00:48:50.000 He was out at the Waco test where the Army put on that whitewashing, FLIR didn't pick up, machine gun fire. 0.60

00:48:55.000 Because clearly the FLIR tape showed that. 0.79

00:48:56.000 And I was talking to him, and he was just so arrogant, and his eyes were just evil.

00:49:03.000 And I thought, well, don't judge a book by its cover. 0.86

00:49:05.000 Talk to him.

00:49:06.000 I started talking to him when we were all out there waiting for a press conference.

00:49:08.000 He was just like, what are you doing talking to me?

00:49:10.000 You know who I am!

00:49:10.000 And I was just like, oh no, who are you?

00:49:14.000 And I was like, what do you think what happened here at Waco is wrong?

00:49:16.000 I don't talk to people like you! 0.69

00:49:17.000 I was like, well, I'm just curious, you know, covering what the media thinks of all this. 0.88

00:49:22.000 They're a bunch of cultists!

00:49:27.000 Okay, Mr. Invincible, alright, turning the guns, the Waco people are cultists, they, you know, deserve what they got. 1.00

00:49:32.000 I don't think you deserve what you got.

00:49:35.000 In fact, I think you're brave to go over there.

00:49:36.000 More brave than I am, in many respects.

00:49:38.000 I'm not going to risk my life for the New World Order.

00:49:42.000 Alright, I said I'd take calls.

00:49:43.000 It's just there's been so much here.

00:49:44.000 Patrick in Maryland and David, Mike and others.

00:49:46.000 Go ahead, Patrick.

00:49:47.000 Thank you.

00:49:48.000 A very important program today.

00:49:49.000 I agree with you that after the next so-called terrorist attack, martial law will be imposed in America.

00:49:55.000 I believe the real reason martial law will be imposed is mainly to crush, take out any organized resistance to the New World Order by the following eight groups, organizations and people which I've identified.

00:50:05.000 First one, gun owners and second, defense organizations.

00:50:09.000 The second one, alternative media.

00:50:11.000 Sir, that's in their official documents.

00:50:12.000 Every group you're listening is in the official FBI, Megiddo, and in their other handouts.

00:50:17.000 conservative private Christian schools.

00:50:19.000 Fourth, any pro-life organization.

00:50:21.000 Sir, that's in their official documents.

00:50:23.000 Okay, well...

00:50:25.000 Every group you're listening is in the official FBI Megiddo and in their other handouts.

00:50:29.000 Stay there.

00:50:31.000 No, I mean, are you reading right out of the FBI manual?

00:50:31.000 I want to hear the others.

00:50:35.000 No, no harm. 1.00

00:50:36.000 All homeschoolers are terrorists. 1.00

00:50:37.000 Enemies of the government. 1.00

00:50:38.000 All Christians are terrorists. 1.00

00:50:39.000 Enemies of the government. 1.00

00:50:41.000 All gun owners are terrorists. 1.00

00:50:42.000 Enemies of the government. 1.00

00:50:43.000 It's official.

00:50:45.000 It's in my films.

00:50:46.000 With phone numbers of the FBI.

00:50:48.000 We don't just show you their documents.

00:50:49.000 Phone numbers!

00:50:51.000 Oh yeah, they can't wait to take your guns.

00:50:54.000 They can't wait to break up our families. 1.00

00:51:00.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my most comprehensive documentary exposing the New World Order's orchestration of the September 11th attacks yet.

00:51:08.000 In my new film, The Masters of Terror, we chronicle the globalist master plan for world domination.

00:51:13.000 The Masters of Terror details how the elite are using manufactured terrorism to drive the world population into accepting tyranny.

00:51:19.000 Witness in horror the execution of the September 11th attacks and the ensuing whitewash.

00:51:23.000 The cashless society control grid, infallible microchips, mass mind control, militarization of police, concentration camps, foreign troops massing on U.S.

00:51:30.000 soil, the USA Patriot Act, Super Big Brother Total Information Awareness Network, and much, much more.

00:51:35.000 It is absolutely vital that everyone see the masters of terror.

00:51:38.000 Only by exposing the perpetrators of September 11th can we stop them from carrying out the next wave of attacks and destroying our constitutional republic.

00:53:54.000 Crashing through the lies and disinformation.

00:54:02.000 It's Alex Jones, only on the GCN Radio Network.

00:54:09.000 By the way, we know... We...

00:54:13.000 That's weird, my mic's cutting out on my end.

00:54:15.000 Ha ha! 0.86

00:54:16.000 The fun of radio.

00:54:20.000 We know that several foreign mercenary companies were also involved in New Orleans.

00:54:30.000 And on top of that, we know that there were British troops, Dutch troops, and Mexican troops in New Orleans.

00:54:37.000 All of this setting a precedent, as if we needed the help of the Dutch or the Mexicans Or anybody else.

00:54:44.000 It's just setting the precedent.

00:54:45.000 And again, three years ago, the official treaties were signed with Mexico and Canada to quote, use Mexican troops for dealing with natural disasters and policing America during terrorist attacks.

00:54:59.000 And you can read that out of the big, major papers in Canada.

00:55:03.000 Canadians are going, we don't want to give up our sovereignty.

00:55:06.000 But in America, it's a big, dirty secret.

00:55:09.000 The deals are signed to bring foreign troops in here.

00:55:12.000 All the unthinkable is slowly being implemented.

00:55:17.000 It's like Red Dawn in slow motion, is what I call it.

00:55:20.000 Patrick, then we'll go to David, Mike, Jim, and others.

00:55:22.000 Patrick, finish up your point.

00:55:24.000 Okay, number five.

00:55:25.000 All constitutionalist, patriotic, and populist groups and organizations to be taken out.

00:55:30.000 Six.

00:55:31.000 Any organization which promotes the use of alternative medicine, such as herbal or natural remedies.

00:55:36.000 Seven.

00:55:37.000 Small, independent business owners.

00:55:39.000 any and all churches, denominations, and religious organizations which oppose the New World Order.

00:55:39.000 And eight.

00:55:44.000 By destroying all these groups, the New World Order will have a much easier time subjugating any American citizens. 0.92

00:55:49.000 Well, of the seven groups you named, five of those are on the official FBI flyers, handbooks, training manuals, and different research papers.

00:56:01.000 Have you ever seen the famous Phoenix, Arizona handout?

00:56:05.000 They gave out like 30,000 of them.

00:56:07.000 And it says, people that make frequent references to the U.S.

00:56:09.000 Constitution, call anti-terror hotline immediately.

00:56:13.000 Gun owners, call the anti-terror hotline immediately. 0.66

00:56:17.000 But then Project Megiddo says, homeschoolers.

00:56:17.000 On and on and on.

00:56:21.000 Remember, it was a big stir.

00:56:23.000 This is not an urban legend.

00:56:24.000 She did say this in OutTags.

00:56:27.000 CBS did a CBS News report on it on their website, but didn't carry it on the show, when Janet Reno did say that everyone who believes in the second coming of Jesus Christ is a terrorist.

00:56:40.000 I remember that.

00:56:42.000 I have the CBS News article in my files.

00:56:45.000 She really did say that.

00:56:50.000 This is what's going on.

00:56:51.000 This is what's happening.

00:56:52.000 And none of that has changed since Bush got in.

00:56:54.000 He puts on this whole big Christian act. 0.72

00:56:56.000 Meanwhile, that's what FEMA's out training people to do. 0.99

00:56:59.000 That's what Homeland Security's doing.

00:57:00.000 Have you seen my film, Road to Tyranny?

00:57:02.000 Uh, no.

00:57:03.000 Not yet.

00:57:04.000 Well, uh, about four minutes of that almost three hour film.

00:57:08.000 It's 170 minutes long.

00:57:10.000 Just, uh, ten minutes short of three hours. 0.92

00:57:13.000 Just a few minutes of that is a FEMA officer in Kansas City, a fireman shot the video, in a classroom full of firemen and cops and sheriff's deputies saying, quote, all Christians are terrorists, the founding fathers were terrorists, George Washington was a bad terrorist, and we're going to have to fight terrorists like them again.

00:57:31.000 Well, I hope members of these groups will finally wake up, because I think, you know, each member of each group is in danger.

00:57:37.000 Real serious danger.

00:57:37.000 Well, by the way, when this change agent up there with his high and tight, you know, he was rock hard, you know, he was in military shape.

00:57:44.000 When this commando type up there in the suits giving the speech, when he starts saying that, because I have like 18 hours of this footage, you know, cops will agree and nod their heads.

00:57:53.000 When he starts saying that stuff, because he was testing them to see if he could get any sickos to join him.

00:57:57.000 And by the way, we've confirmed they do this nationwide.

00:57:59.000 This is a normal spiel.

00:58:01.000 When he starts saying it, the cops start shaking their heads, grunting, shuffling, going, uh, uh, verbally going, I mean, they couldn't even control themselves, uh, uh, look, the New World Order isn't going to be able to take us all down.

00:58:13.000 They're not going to get away with that list you just read off.

00:58:17.000 Well, they'll take out the official organizations is what I'm saying.

00:58:19.000 Well, they're not going to get away with that, brother.

00:58:22.000 You know how many organizations and people there are?

00:58:24.000 You know how many millions of veterans are just waiting quietly?

00:58:27.000 We call them lone wolves?

00:58:29.000 I hope so.

00:58:30.000 No, I don't.

00:58:31.000 Listen, I know for a fact.

00:58:33.000 Believe me.

00:58:35.000 Believe me.

00:58:35.000 They try it, they're... It's over.

00:58:39.000 This broadcast is available on MP3 CD format at GCNlive.com or call toll free 877-300-7645.

00:58:46.000 Big Brother.

00:58:56.000 Mainstream media.

00:58:58.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:00.000 You want answers?

00:59:01.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:03.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:07.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:11.000 Already into the second hour.

00:59:21.000 Jim Babcock.

00:59:23.000 Ted Hancho now at Downsized DC, the group that former Libertarian presidential candidate Harry Brown set up.

00:59:31.000 It passed about a week and a half ago.

00:59:32.000 He'll be joining us to talk about Libertarian philosophy, Harry Brown's life, and Downsized DC, what they're doing, fighting for our freedom.

00:59:40.000 They're really doing a great job.

00:59:43.000 They're from DC, so that's coming up in the next segment.

00:59:46.000 Let's go ahead and go back to your calls right now and get some more of these great calls out of the way.

00:59:49.000 David in Oregon, you're on the air, go ahead.

00:59:52.000 Hey, I just want to bring up a few things real quick, and I want your comment, if you don't mind, after I finish.

00:59:59.000 Sure.

01:00:00.000 I've seen 11 new documentaries, and I've seen a lot more than that, and I've really been researching a lot of it, and I've been reading a lot, and, uh, Really, I think that we need to get the English out of our Congress, out of our Senate, and out of our President. 0.95

01:00:23.000 You know, out of our President's, uh, what is that?

01:00:27.000 Your phone's really bad.

01:00:29.000 What kind of phone are you on?

01:00:30.000 Cell phone, sorry.

01:00:33.000 Just try talking calmly and not too loud, but at the same time not muffling it.

01:00:40.000 You're real loud and you're real low.

01:00:42.000 Sorry.

01:00:46.000 But seriously, we've got to get the English out of our government. 1.00

01:00:52.000 By that you mean the British influence?

01:00:53.000 The British lobbyists and controllers?

01:00:56.000 Yes.

01:00:56.000 Well yeah, people love to talk about Israel and AIPAC, and they certainly are one of the biggest lobbies, but the British government and allied groups and corporations, they own the most, they are the most powerful, and they're also the best at staying under the radar.

01:01:10.000 And also, seriously, we've got to legalize marijuana in this in this country and if that means that we have to write an apologetic letter to all these nations that have foreign you know all these foreign nations that have interest in America then you know that's where it's got to take because we can't be a nation that's controlled by the whole world and not by Americans.

01:01:36.000 I hear you and it is about profit that marijuana is illegal and it should be legalized but just because of its medical uses and For the fact, I mean, that's a whole other ball of wax.

01:01:48.000 The bigger the drug war gets, the more drugs we have on our streets, folks.

01:01:51.000 The only thing I'd like to bring up is, are you willing to run for president?

01:01:55.000 I mean... No, I'm not going to run for president.

01:01:57.000 Thank you, sir.

01:01:58.000 Number one, I'm not old enough to run for president.

01:02:00.000 You have to be 35 to run for president.

01:02:02.000 I'm 32 years of age.

01:02:05.000 Number two, the presidency is totally bought off and controlled.

01:02:10.000 60% of people came out in the last election to vote.

01:02:15.000 But on average about 8% come out to vote in local elections when the real power is local.

01:02:21.000 So the presidency itself has turned into a diversion, a distraction.

01:02:25.000 You can forget seizing control of that.

01:02:27.000 You've got to start at the lower level first.

01:02:31.000 And no, I don't plan to ever run for political office.

01:02:36.000 We're way past that point, trying to get control of committee chairmanships and trying to get control of the presidency.

01:02:41.000 It's going to happen at the state level if it happens at all.

01:02:43.000 Let's talk to Mike in California.

01:02:45.000 Mike, go ahead.

01:02:47.000 Alex.

01:02:48.000 Hi.

01:02:48.000 Hey, subscribed to Prison Planet TV five months ago and for the first three months did not turn my television on.

01:02:57.000 So I appreciate the puzzle pieces.

01:03:00.000 I believe Can you hear me?

01:03:02.000 Yeah, I was going to say, we've added a lot more to PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:03:05.000 Oh, every day I'm there.

01:03:06.000 So, like I said, I don't watch TV anymore.

01:03:09.000 But my comment is about the media.

01:03:13.000 I believe that the government is using the media to send the American people a clear message.

01:03:19.000 One example would be Waco.

01:03:20.000 This is what we'll do if you rise up.

01:03:22.000 Oh yeah, they're using the media with the intelligence scandal and the DynCorp scandal.

01:03:27.000 It's all to scare us.

01:03:27.000 Stay there, I'll let you finish up on the other side.

01:03:29.000 Then we're going to get Jim Babka, DownSizeDC.org joining us.

01:03:35.000 Talk about Harry Brown, who passed about a week and a half ago.

01:03:39.000 It's all coming up.

01:03:40.000 A lot of other news.

01:03:42.000 Got some info on animal ID and premises identification coming up.

01:03:46.000 Talk about Big Brother.

01:03:47.000 There is so much coming up!

01:03:52.000 There is a secret that holds the world's destiny in its grasp.

01:03:55.000 Hello my friends, Alex Jones here.

01:03:57.000 Learn that secret with my new film, Martial Law 9-11 Rise of the Police State.

01:04:02.000 Martial Law plumbs the depths of the New World Order's ideology, their philosophy, out of the ashes of the September 11th tragedy. 0.90

01:04:09.000 A dark empire of war and tyranny has risen.

01:04:11.000 The Constitution has been shredded, and America is now a police state.

01:04:14.000 This film exposes not just who was behind the 9-11 attacks, but the roots and history of its orchestrators.

01:04:19.000 Martial law is a blazing spotlight piercing the electronic Berlin Wall of controlled corporate media.

01:04:24.000 Plumb the depths of the elite's minds, their ideology, their driving philosophy.

01:04:49.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

01:04:54.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

01:04:59.000 But, if you place them on the magnet, all would stick.

01:05:02.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

01:05:04.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

01:05:13.000 The Berkey light is different.

01:05:15.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

01:05:21.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals, and nitrates.

01:05:33.000 It is so powerful, it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, and stagnant ponds.

01:06:49.000 Big Brother.

01:06:57.000 Mainstream media.

01:06:58.000 Government cover-ups.

01:07:00.000 You want answers?

01:07:02.000 Well, so does he.

01:07:03.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:07:07.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:07:13.000 Welcome, my friends, now to the second hour.

01:07:16.000 Eight minutes, twenty-five seconds in, to be precise.

01:07:19.000 Last hour, we predominantly talked about the clear murder of Slobodan Milošević.

01:07:24.000 Loving, hating, the facts are.

01:07:25.000 The evidence points to conclusively murder.

01:07:28.000 We'll get more into that.

01:07:29.000 Also, DynCorp, Halliburton, Blackwater, many others, to take over the Sheriff's Departments in America.

01:07:36.000 And they'll still be working for DynCorp and others, but they'll be wearing sheriff's deputies uniforms, and it's going to be going nationwide, just like your roads are being handed over to international corporations.

01:07:45.000 We're also going to have foreign mercenary armies here wearing police uniforms.

01:07:49.000 All the old-timers who were inside the Pentagon and saw the battle plans for this against us decades ago told us this, and exactly what they said would happen is now happening.

01:07:58.000 But incrementally, they do it camel's nose under the tent flap. 0.77

01:08:02.000 So more on that coming up.

01:08:04.000 And I still haven't gotten into a lot of detail On Senator Day O'Connor saying we're going into a dictatorship.

01:08:10.000 Former Supreme Court Justice.

01:08:12.000 Also more on Bush's number two at Homeland Security being arrested, allegedly putting in fake returns on equipment he didn't buy.

01:08:19.000 $5,000 worth, just the tip of the iceberg.

01:08:22.000 More criminality.

01:08:24.000 Just a ton of news coming up today.

01:08:26.000 We've still got about an hour and 51 minutes left.

01:08:30.000 And I know we've got a lot of callers.

01:08:31.000 We're going to get to Mike in California and many others that are holding.

01:08:34.000 The toll-free number to join us this hour, any issue, any topic, any news item, because it all feeds into the same issues of liberty and freedom, 1-800-259-9231.

01:08:41.000 1-800-259-9231.

01:08:41.000 We're talking to David real quick.

01:08:46.000 No, no, we are talking to David.

01:08:50.000 We're talking to Mike in California, excuse me, who was asking some questions and making some statements Before the break, restate that, Michael, and then we'll try to finish up your call.

01:09:05.000 Yeah, I was just saying that they're using the media to send a clear message to the American people.

01:09:10.000 Ruby Ridge, Waco, this is what we'll do to you if you rise up. 0.89

01:09:17.000 I believe they're also using the media to tell us what they're going to do before they do it.

01:09:20.000 Next week's episode of 24, the citizens of Los Angeles will be put under curfew.

01:09:27.000 You guys, Enemy of the State, the date 9-11 is mentioned towards the end of the movie, especially the movie The Siege with Bruce Willis.

01:09:35.000 The CIA lady approaches the hijacking scene of the bus and says, What are they waiting for?

01:09:43.000 Oh my gosh, she looks up in the air and she says, Oh my God, they're waiting for the cameras to come.

01:09:48.000 I mean, millions of Americans observe the second plane hitting the building.

01:09:55.000 I mean, it's all All part of the big plan to... Well, sir, if you're going to bring up those examples, how about... We've had the star, one of the major stars of X-Files and Lone Gunman on, Dean Haglund, in studio, and we videotaped it and put it on the website for PrisonPlanet.tv members.

01:10:13.000 As you know, you said you're a member earlier.

01:10:14.000 Yeah.

01:10:15.000 The CIA approached them and planted stories on them, planted Planted themes of shows and clearly they were approached by the government and as was Tom Clancy.

01:10:29.000 To have it where hijackers fly planes into the World Trade Center.

01:10:33.000 But on their show, the government's really running the attack to blame it on terrorists, and uses real-time drills so the rest of NORAD stands down.

01:10:42.000 Now, that exact same thing happened on 9-11.

01:10:47.000 The exact same targets hit by the exact same planes at the exact same time.

01:10:52.000 Impossible.

01:10:53.000 Then some have said, oh, Al-Qaeda saw the show.

01:10:56.000 Oh, Al-Qaeda can run NORAD drills?

01:10:58.000 Al-Qaeda can then know! 0.51

01:11:00.000 So, so, so, thank you for your call.

01:11:02.000 You're absolutely right.

01:11:03.000 This is what they do.

01:11:04.000 Okay?

01:11:05.000 The psychological warfare experts know that number one of the thousands of flavors, you know, Baskin-Robbins has got 21 flavors or 30-something flavors.

01:11:14.000 Well, the New World Order's got a million flavors.

01:11:17.000 But number one, good propaganda speaks to your innate laziness.

01:11:21.000 And it speaks to the subconscious.

01:11:23.000 Oh, it's not that bad or it puts a spin on something bad.

01:11:26.000 You don't have to do anything about it.

01:11:27.000 It's not your job or it's an accident.

01:11:29.000 Don't worry about it.

01:11:31.000 Innate propaganda speaks to your laziness, speaks to you sabotaging yourself, speaks to you subconsciously being afraid and so whitewashing it, making excuses to yourself.

01:11:45.000 There's a lot of different psychological terms for that.

01:11:49.000 And Edward Bernays wrote about it.

01:11:50.000 Joseph Goebbels wrote about it.

01:11:51.000 Many others have written about it.

01:11:53.000 And they have whole university departments with very intelligent professors and think tanks working on it, admittedly.

01:11:59.000 You'll learn this in higher level marketing classes.

01:12:02.000 This is not even hidden.

01:12:05.000 And so, what they do is, they will, with these TV shows, let you know the government's the terrorist, the government's going to kill you, you're a slave, at a certain level. 0.72

01:12:17.000 Okay?

01:12:19.000 But they'll put that out in an entertainment fashion, so then your subconscious picks up on it and is afraid, and is afraid of who you should be afraid of, the government.

01:12:28.000 Then at the conscious level, they openly state that they're terrorists that are bad, the government's good, we just want to save you.

01:12:34.000 So consciously, you make the excuse, so on the surface, the government's nice, they're my friends, everything's fine, but there's this scary threat out there, and your subconscious is really afraid.

01:12:44.000 Your subconscious The sixth sense that, you know, kept our ancestors alive out in the hills picks up on it and goes, yeah, you know what?

01:12:51.000 There is a danger.

01:12:52.000 I'm in danger.

01:12:53.000 See, your subconscious is smart, many times more powerful than the cerebral cortex.

01:12:59.000 Okay?

01:13:00.000 That just focuses in on very small, minute areas.

01:13:04.000 It's like your computer is running all these other functions in the background, but whatever function you're actively looking at right now, whatever webpage you're reading right now, is all that the computer is projecting outwards.

01:13:15.000 Well, it's the same thing with the brain.

01:13:16.000 Your computer knows the truth.

01:13:18.000 You all know the truth with the brain that God gave you.

01:13:22.000 But see, you give yourselves over to a strong delusion.

01:13:25.000 You convince yourselves.

01:13:26.000 That's what Doublethink is.

01:13:27.000 You lie to yourselves.

01:13:28.000 The propaganda just gets you to perform the trick.

01:13:31.000 So they want you to be deep down afraid.

01:13:33.000 They want you deep down to know it's them at the subconscious level.

01:13:37.000 That's why there's a tangible feeling of fear.

01:13:39.000 People are really afraid right now.

01:13:40.000 People are really concerned.

01:13:41.000 They go, I know Al Qaeda doesn't seem to do these attacks, but I really am afraid.

01:13:45.000 It's not just their propaganda.

01:13:47.000 You know we've got dangerous terrorists in control.

01:13:51.000 And so then at a conscious level, They then put out, oh no, we're your friends, the government's going to help you.

01:13:57.000 But then they want you to know right behind that, hey buddy, we did it and we'll do it more.

01:14:01.000 Yeah, we're spying on all of you.

01:14:04.000 Yeah, we're above the law.

01:14:05.000 Yeah, all misdemeanors are terrorism.

01:14:08.000 Yeah, we're going to bring in foreign mercenaries and domestic mercenaries.

01:14:12.000 Yeah, we're going to take your pension funds. 0.59

01:14:14.000 But when it happens, you're going to blame it on whatever patsy we bring forward.

01:14:17.000 You got it?

01:14:18.000 You're like, yes sir.

01:14:20.000 Because, after they're done scaring you, they then tell you on these newscasts, just do what we say, and everything will be alright.

01:14:26.000 It's like a bank robber, or a kidnapper.

01:14:28.000 Now listen, just don't scream out.

01:14:30.000 All the time, these women, you know, the guy walks up with a knife in a parking lot, puts it up to them, alright, lady, everything will be alright. 0.99

01:14:38.000 Alright lady, don't scream. 1.00

01:14:39.000 I'm gonna slit your throat if you say a word. 1.00

01:14:43.000 You just be quiet and everything will be alright. 1.00

01:14:45.000 You just do what I say and everything's gonna be alright.

01:14:47.000 Folks, everything ain't gonna be alright. 0.98

01:14:49.000 Doesn't matter if you get stabbed once, lady. 1.00

01:14:51.000 It's really hard for somebody to stab you. 0.95

01:14:53.000 Stabbing someone isn't easy. 1.00

01:14:54.000 Jerk away, hit them, run screaming, flop on the ground. 1.00

01:14:57.000 Let them stab you right there. 1.00

01:14:59.000 At least you're gonna have ambulances come and 90% chance you're gonna live. 0.98

01:15:04.000 Okay, you usually live if you get medical care unless somebody really, really stabs you. 0.53

01:15:08.000 Shanks you a whole bunch.

01:15:10.000 And so, do whatever you, you know, I mean these kids all the time, just go with people!

01:15:16.000 Americans, humans, didn't act like that in the past predominantly.

01:15:20.000 Only domesticated slave populations that live inside imperial systems.

01:15:25.000 We have been trained.

01:15:26.000 You look at Japan.

01:15:27.000 How they bow to everybody.

01:15:28.000 I'm not knocking.

01:15:29.000 Great culture.

01:15:30.000 Really neat people.

01:15:30.000 We have a lot of Japanese listeners, but the Japanese bow.

01:15:34.000 They're very quiet.

01:15:35.000 They're very inward looking.

01:15:37.000 They're afraid to speak up.

01:15:39.000 They have the highest level of suicide.

01:15:41.000 Because they've been imperially conditioned to be submissive. 0.96

01:15:44.000 The British.

01:15:45.000 Very reserved, very quiet, when they were the most out-of-control Germanic tribes ever. 1.00

01:15:49.000 It was the Germanic war zone where about eight different Germanic tribes fought with each other for thousands of years and ended up being the most war-like out of that Germanic synthesis.

01:16:00.000 But today they're the most domesticated.

01:16:02.000 You see?

01:16:02.000 Because they took a barbaric, out-of-control, alive people and enslaved them.

01:16:10.000 And then some of those tribes escaped over here and went wild again.

01:16:12.000 That's what people like me are.

01:16:14.000 So you've got to understand that.

01:16:17.000 You've been domesticated like a cow, or like a dog, or like a pig, or like a chicken.

01:16:24.000 I know Jim Babcock, God bless him, has been holding for about five minutes.

01:16:27.000 I really apologize.

01:16:27.000 We'll keep him in the next hour if he can do it.

01:16:29.000 I've spent plenty of time with him.

01:16:31.000 An amazing individual with his radio show on the weekends here at Genesis.

01:16:35.000 Two radio shows here on Genesis.

01:16:37.000 Harry Brown, for several years, had his Harry Brown Report, which I always enjoyed listening to and I've called into.

01:16:43.000 A real gentleman who had Lou Gehrig's disease.

01:16:46.000 He lived there in Tennessee with his wife and family and wrote Why I Learned to be Free in an Unfree World and many other books that I read 10-15 years ago within that time period.

01:16:57.000 And he died March 1st and we mentioned it but haven't done a proper eulogy for him so he's here to do that eulogy and talk about Harry Brown and then we'll get into some of the things Downside DC does and talk about the lobbyist and the Lobbying Reform Act and some things that are happening that affect free speech.

01:17:13.000 Jim, sorry, I kind of went off the deep end with that caller's point, but I was trying to get into the levels of manipulation that we're under.

01:17:20.000 Thank you for joining us, Jim.

01:17:22.000 I'm really glad to be here.

01:17:24.000 We're about to go to break, but tell us a little bit about Harry Brown.

01:17:27.000 And of course, you co-hosted programs with him and still have Downsides DC here on the network.

01:17:32.000 Yeah, I still have Downsides DC on the network and I had the privilege of filling in for him during the last months of his life as his guest host when he was ill.

01:17:39.000 We kept hoping he would be able to come back, but about January we realized that wasn't going to happen.

01:17:44.000 Harry was a remarkable person.

01:17:46.000 He was what you see is what you get.

01:17:48.000 He was a gentleman, an extraordinary gentleman.

01:17:51.000 Who really lived by the values mentioned in the book you mentioned, How I Found Freedom in an Unfree World.

01:17:57.000 His message was to teach people about freedom.

01:18:00.000 He wanted to spread freedom as wide as possible.

01:18:03.000 And that's what he devoted himself to.

01:18:04.000 And he did it in such a way, there was nobody who turned a soundboard or a phrase better than he did.

01:18:10.000 But not only did he have such a good writing style that enabled him to make those phrases, but he spent time practicing them and rehearsing them, and he was ready to give those phrases when he was brought up to a microphone and interviewed like I am now.

01:18:23.000 We're going to come back and talk about Harry Brown, and then we'll get into his organization that you and he set up together, Downsize DC, and I'm just honored that Harry Brown was part of this network, the GCN Radio Network, and I'm honored that you're part of it too, Jim.

01:18:41.000 We'll be right back.

01:18:42.000 Stay with us.

01:21:53.000 And look, they show off my new toenails, too.

01:21:56.000 New toenails?

01:21:57.000 What happened to the old ones?

01:21:59.000 Well, they're not really new, just clear and healthy looking.

01:22:02.000 Remember how embarrassed I was?

01:22:03.000 They were so discolored, really awful looking.

01:22:06.000 Well, they sure look clear now.

01:22:08.000 Gosh, I wish I could wear sandals again.

01:22:10.000 My toenails are a disaster.

01:22:11.000 Look, this one looks white, and that one's thick and yellow.

01:22:14.000 Well, here's my secret.

01:22:16.000 Non-X Nail Gel.

01:22:18.000 It clears out yellowing keratin debris, the source of nail discoloration.

01:22:22.000 Ah, so that's it.

01:22:24.000 I've got ugly keratin debris built up under my nails.

01:22:26.000 And Non-X Nail Gel gets rid of it.

01:22:29.000 Now you'll need to use it every day, but clear nails are worth it. 0.99

01:22:32.000 You bet!

01:22:33.000 You know, when we go to the beach this summer, my toenails are gonna look just as good as yours do.

01:22:37.000 Thanks to Non-X Nail Gel.

01:22:39.000 Non-X Nail Gel.

01:22:40.000 For clear, healthy looking nails. 0.53

01:22:42.000 Now at Walgreens, Rite Aid, Eckerd, Brooks, Long's, Duane Reade, and Walmart.

01:22:48.000 In the foot care section.

01:22:48.000 Oh, God, God, God Chris James, Bernie, Paul, gender calls are coming up in the next segment Oh, God Jim Babka is our guest and he hosts Downsized DC.

01:23:10.000 You know, before we get back into Harry Brown, tell us a little bit about Downsized DC.

01:23:14.000 Well, Downsized DC Foundation and DownsizedDC.org were organizations that were co-founded by Harry Brown.

01:23:19.000 And they are after exactly what their name would suggest.

01:23:22.000 We want to reduce the size, the scope, the power of the federal government in Washington, D.C.

01:23:27.000 And at downsizedc.org, we've given people a mechanism that's very easy to use.

01:23:31.000 They simply input their contact information.

01:23:34.000 The system tells them who their representative and two senators are and allows them to send a personalized message on issues that we're informing them about.

01:23:41.000 We give it to them in bite sizes.

01:23:42.000 We make it easy for them to participate because people are busy and have busy lives.

01:23:46.000 Yeah, that's a good start to go to the site and learn who your House and Senate members are.

01:23:50.000 Most people don't know.

01:23:52.000 And then to go read some of the issues in pending legislation.

01:23:55.000 Pick a couple.

01:23:56.000 Start becoming an activist, and that's how you open up a much larger world.

01:24:01.000 Now, Harry had had the Lou Gehrig's disease for quite a while, and I remember, he wouldn't talk about it, it was almost on the air, so I was driving along one Saturday night, or was it Sunday night?

01:24:13.000 I forget.

01:24:14.000 And I called into the network, called into the toll-free line as a caller, as I routinely do, and found he was hosting it from his hospital bed.

01:24:22.000 And I guess that was one of the last shows, that was late last year, that he did.

01:24:27.000 Tell us about some of his final weeks, if you can, because people are interested in that.

01:24:32.000 Well, he found out that he was sick back in June and he was hospitalized the entire month of July and unable to do a show.

01:24:39.000 And there were other times he was hospitalized as well, but he considered the show his baby.

01:24:43.000 And up until December, every time that he was healthy enough to be able to sit up in his bed and talk, he wanted to be able to do the show.

01:24:51.000 And so there were a couple times I co-hosted with him to help him through the hour in case he got too tired, but he really wanted to be here.

01:24:58.000 He was passionate about what he had to say.

01:25:01.000 What was the last show he did?

01:25:03.000 It was in early December.

01:25:05.000 In fact, the topic that he did, the last full show that he's on, because he attempted to be on a show with me that he couldn't finish.

01:25:12.000 I had a difficult start, but the week before, he talked about how the War on Terror was a war on straw men.

01:25:18.000 That a lot of this was a fiction that had been created right in front of us.

01:25:22.000 You know what?

01:25:22.000 We ought to get that out of the network archives and I ought to play... Can we play parts of that last show sometime in the next few weeks?

01:25:30.000 Oh, sure.

01:25:30.000 In fact, I can get John the date if you want.

01:25:34.000 Yeah, do that.

01:25:35.000 Maybe right now he can go find the date.

01:25:37.000 We can play a few minutes before you leave us.

01:25:38.000 Okay.

01:25:40.000 Now, I mean, not so much focusing on his death, but the papers really didn't have the details.

01:25:45.000 I guess he was at his home there in Tennessee and just succumbed.

01:25:50.000 Was it painful or did he die in his sleep?

01:25:53.000 He was suffering towards the end and there was a sense of relief with the family.

01:25:57.000 He also had dementia going on as well, and that actually had progressed even faster than the ALS had.

01:26:04.000 So it came, I mean, obviously you don't want to say goodbye to anybody, but it also came as a relief.

01:26:10.000 Well, he really was a gentleman and he was so well spoken and always so friendly to me and I interviewed him many times.

01:26:18.000 He even guest hosted your show once.

01:26:20.000 Yes.

01:26:22.000 I'll tell you, he's a real gentleman.

01:26:24.000 Now, I was surprised by how much international attention his death got.

01:26:30.000 Well, you know, a lot of people don't remember this.

01:26:32.000 I'm too young to remember it, but he was a best-selling author in the 1970s and appeared on television and so forth, and so he was a columnist in Los Angeles in the 1960s.

01:26:41.000 I mean, he was not a, you know, he was something of a celebrity.

01:26:47.000 Well, he certainly still is, and before his death was.

01:26:52.000 And I tell you, that sounds like an interesting last program that he did on the War on Terror, and it's straw men. 0.93

01:26:58.000 Some of the things you guys helped introduce were laws that you tried to get passed where, wow, Congress would have to actually read the bills they pass.

01:27:06.000 Yeah, that's our signature piece of legislation, Alex, the Read the Bills Act.

01:27:10.000 And not only would they have to read it, but they would have to actually sit through a literal reading by the clerk, meaning that they would have to start picking and choosing what they were doing.

01:27:17.000 Congress passed last year 13,998 individual pieces of pork.

01:27:20.000 They call them earmarks.

01:27:24.000 If every one of those conservatively took a minute to read under our legislation, they would have to, during the time that they're in session right now, be meeting between an hour and an hour and a half a day just listening to the reading of those earmarks.

01:27:36.000 We want to force them to begin making choices and not to do as many things as they do.

01:27:41.000 And by the way, EarMarks is just scratching the surface.

01:27:45.000 They pass bills every year that are thousands of pages long, openly written by the lobbyist, and then they just sign off on it.

01:27:53.000 And what?

01:27:53.000 Half the lobbyists or more in D.C.

01:27:56.000 are foreign registered lobbyists?

01:27:58.000 Yeah, I'm not sure what the exact number is.

01:27:59.000 It's over half.

01:28:00.000 But you're right about this thousands of pages.

01:28:04.000 One of the things that inspired us was intelligence reorganization.

01:28:06.000 This was a bill that was over 3,500 pages long.

01:28:09.000 And one copy was made available to the Republican leadership and one to the Democratic leadership two hours before the vote.

01:28:16.000 It was the same thing with Patriot Act 1 back on October 27, 2001.

01:28:19.000 Ron Paul was given about 45 minutes.

01:28:24.000 And, uh, the leadership was given about an hour.

01:28:27.000 Just, here's a 400 and something page bill.

01:28:29.000 We're voting on it in 45 minutes.

01:28:32.000 We'll be right back.

01:28:33.000 Of course, they had a chance to read it this time and expanded it, so, huh.

01:28:41.000 We're on the march.

01:28:43.000 The empire's on the run.

01:28:45.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:28:51.000 David J. Smith for Newswatch Magazine.

01:28:54.000 Did you know that in 1975, 32 senators and 92 representatives signed the Declaration of Interdependence, which stated that we must bring about a new world order?

01:29:04.000 It called for the surrender of our national sovereignty to international organizations.

01:29:09.000 It called for the redistribution of the wealth from America, the third and fourth world countries.

01:29:14.000 This is the same New World Order call for by former President George Herbert Walter Bush 210 times at the start of the Iraqi War 1990-1991.

01:29:26.000 We'd like to help you understand how these things are coming to pass by offering you an absolutely free one-year subscription to Newswatch Magazine.

01:29:34.000 Just call our toll-free number 1-800-516-8736.

01:29:35.000 That's 1-800-516-8736.

01:29:36.000 Call now.

01:29:36.000 516-8736.

01:29:40.000 That's 1-800-516-8736.

01:29:46.000 Call now.

01:29:47.000 Operators are standing by to receive your call.

01:29:50.000 More than 700 chemicals have been found in our drinking water.

01:29:54.000 And did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?

01:31:48.000 Got some good news for you, New Hampshire.

01:31:59.000 Here.

01:31:59.000 Thank you.

01:32:00.000 Thank you.

01:32:01.000 Last, what, Friday, passed a law, we mentioned it but didn't play this clip, stating that the state will not go under federal national ID card controls, which, that law was passed last year, and the state is in revolt against the unconstitutional, abominable Real ID Act, which federalizes all of our IDs and puts RFID in them to track them.

01:32:25.000 And next hour we do have Gary Brownfield coming on with us, an expert on this subject, host of the Gary Brownfield Show, to talk about animal ID and premises ID.

01:32:34.000 And I have the official Department of Agriculture documents where they say the RFID is satellite tracked via the cell towers.

01:32:42.000 They triangulate it, they read the chips.

01:32:44.000 You have to put a $10 tag on a $5 chicken.

01:32:49.000 A $10 tag on an $800 cow, it's worth it.

01:32:52.000 And then it's going to track everything you do.

01:32:53.000 Well, guess what?

01:32:54.000 It's going to happen to you too as a citizen.

01:32:56.000 So that's all coming up.

01:32:58.000 But I wanted to play just a minute or two.

01:33:00.000 This is them reading in the act that they did pass.

01:33:04.000 I believe this is what the leader of their Senate.

01:33:06.000 I salute New Hampshire.

01:33:08.000 Here it is.

01:33:09.000 On page 1031.

01:33:10.000 My intention is that this will be the last bill of the day.

01:33:16.000 The Committee on Transportation to which was referred, House Bill 1582, an act prohibiting New Hampshire from participating in a National Identification Card System, having considered the same, report the same with the following resolution.

01:33:30.000 Resolve that it is inexpedient to legislate.

01:33:33.000 Representative Sherman Packard for the Committee.

01:33:36.000 The question before the House is the adoption of the Committee Report.

01:33:39.000 Are you ready for the question?

01:33:40.000 Chair?

01:33:42.000 Recognize the member from Ware, Representative Kirk, to speak.

01:33:47.000 Against the committee report.

01:33:50.000 Thank you, Mr. Speaker.

01:33:51.000 Mr. Speaker, I commend the Honorable Member from Londonderry for his exceptionally well-written blurb.

01:33:59.000 He's described accurately and in great detail the consequences for our state if this bill is adopted, and the reason why the Transportation Committee, by an 18-to-1 vote, determined that the bill be inexpedient to legislate.

01:34:14.000 I rise to ask you to overturn that report.

01:34:18.000 There are times, Mr. Speaker, when we must look beyond the mundane and the pragmatic and take a stand based on our values and our vision for the state we are and the kind of state we wish to become.

01:34:32.000 And I believe this is one of those times.

01:34:35.000 This bill is very straightforward.

01:34:37.000 It says that the state of New Hampshire will not participate in the Real ID driver's license program established by the federal government.

01:34:45.000 The reason is simple.

01:34:47.000 The Real ID program creates a de facto national identification card.

01:34:53.000 It does so by making the 50 state's driver's licenses meet uniform federal standards.

01:34:59.000 Among other things, they must be machine readable, and all of the data, not just name, photograph, address, but driver's records, violations, suspension, and points, must be entered into an interstate database And shared with all other states and the federal government.

01:35:20.000 Of course, being machine readable, merchants and others will be in possession of this information when they require your driver's license for identification and scan your card into their readers.

01:35:30.000 But that's a story for another day.

01:35:33.000 I don't believe that the people of New Hampshire elected us to help the federal government create a national identification card.

01:35:40.000 We care more for our liberties Then to meekly hand over to the federal government the potential to enumerate, track, identify, and eventually control.

01:35:50.000 But there's a price to be paid for such independence.

01:35:55.000 If we don't participate in the Real ID system, we will have to use passports or other similar documentation to gain access to federal properties and to use air transportation.

01:36:08.000 Stop right there! 1.00

01:36:10.000 There's about three more minutes of it.

01:36:11.000 We'll air it at the end of the show today.

01:36:13.000 Remind me to do that.

01:36:14.000 I've got several other clubs, but Gary Brownfield's coming up.

01:36:16.000 He can comment on that too.

01:36:17.000 But Jim, I wanted to play that because I still get emails from people when I say they passed the National ID Card Law last year.

01:36:24.000 We had three congressmen on talking about it.

01:36:26.000 We read the bill on air saying it isn't true.

01:36:29.000 You see, they're in such denial about the police state that they just say it doesn't exist.

01:36:34.000 Jim Babka of DownsizeDC.org, your comments.

01:36:37.000 Well, you know, part of the reason that they are able to say that is that the Fabian tactics of the politicians gradually, excuse me, implements these things.

01:36:46.000 They didn't set up an ID card.

01:36:47.000 This isn't a federal ID card.

01:36:48.000 They told the states that all their systems were going to be standardized and follow a federal format.

01:36:54.000 So you're still going to get your driver's license from Illinois and that is enough for them to hide behind.

01:37:02.000 But the database system, this quote, standardizing is a federal ID number with biometrics and a chip, all run by the same system, so it really is federal.

01:37:13.000 It will be.

01:37:14.000 They're gonna, you know, you give politicians an inch, they take 5,000 miles.

01:37:17.000 I mean, they didn't specify, from what I understand, they didn't specify the biometrics in the bill itself, but they didn't say they couldn't do it either, and we can all expect that it will happen.

01:37:25.000 Well, actually, it says through the standardization that it has to follow certain standards and there are biometrics involved.

01:37:31.000 When you read it, it says standards, and when you go to the subsection of what those Transportation Department standards are, it is.

01:37:36.000 We had Ron Paul on for about 30 minutes on the subject last year when he valiantly tried to defeat it.

01:37:42.000 He also talked about how it sets up federal checkpoints on the roads, similar to what the TSA does there in the airports on our highways.

01:37:51.000 And I'm sure you've now heard of the federal Viper teams, Jim?

01:37:55.000 The TSA teams are now on the streets of America?

01:37:58.000 Yes, and you know, the Real Idea Act, though, you're touching a nerve with this one.

01:38:03.000 Of all the campaigns that we've done, this one seemed to engender the most hatred and anger from our people.

01:38:11.000 And so we have continued.

01:38:12.000 Every month we come back on the 10th of the month and we do a Real ID Grudge Day.

01:38:16.000 We picked the 10th of the month as our Real ID Grudge Day because that was the day the Senate passed the bill.

01:38:21.000 And what was significant about that was the Senate had repeatedly said no to the Real ID Act.

01:38:25.000 Three times they said no and we defeated it.

01:38:27.000 But then the Republicans figured out a way in conference how to roll it into the Iraq Supplemental Spending Bill.

01:38:35.000 Yeah, the $84 billion.

01:38:36.000 And nobody wanted to vote against that.

01:38:38.000 They saw what happened to John Kerry in his campaign when he first was for it and then he was against it.

01:38:43.000 They said, we're not going to touch that.

01:38:44.000 So 10 of them stood up and protested that this was happening, but 99 to nothing, it passed.

01:38:50.000 Jim, I want to shift gears.

01:38:51.000 Downsized DC is We've got an article up March 12th called Good Bill, Bad Bill, Raw Deal.

01:38:59.000 And they're not going to stop the lobbyists.

01:39:00.000 It's like the Campaign Finance Reform Act that George Bush signed, that Democrats wrote.

01:39:05.000 It stops individuals from giving money.

01:39:10.000 but then allows corporations to double the amount of money that they're giving.

01:39:15.000 It actually restricts free speech under the supposed bill and law.

01:39:20.000 I can't say interview someone who's 501c3, like Gunners of America, 60 days before an election.

01:39:28.000 Of course, we've just ignored that, but it was a major free speech attacking piece of legislation.

01:39:33.000 But then it doubled the amount of money that lobbyists could give.

01:39:36.000 But because it has the name reform in it, people go for it.

01:39:40.000 Now we're hearing there's this reform, the lobbyist law, but in reality what does that really do?

01:39:46.000 Well, what it really does is it restricts the American people.

01:39:49.000 Section 105 of John McCain's version of this proposal actually would affect organizations like Gun Owners America that you just mentioned or DownsizedDC.org or others that are organizing the grassroots.

01:40:00.000 We would have to begin calling and treating the people who support us as quote-unquote clients.

01:40:05.000 And we would have to file complicated reports four times a year that we don't have to file at all right now.

01:40:10.000 We would have to notify in advance the Congress what we're planning to do so our opposition and the folks on Capitol Hill would be aware of what we were planning and what we were doing.

01:40:20.000 dollar lobbying firms headed up by people like Abramoff, they're going to have no problem having a couple secretaries on that and a law clerk. 0.95

01:40:28.000 But you talk about little grassroots organizations.

01:40:31.000 I mean, we advocate and tell people to call.

01:40:33.000 I guess that could be called lobbying DC.

01:40:36.000 Will we have to file reports?

01:40:38.000 You know, I think there's a very real risk that you will have to.

01:40:41.000 When the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act was passed, it was a very real risk that you will have to.

01:40:44.000 When the It did not mention the internet, but it did say the words electronic communications.

01:40:48.000 We took our case all the way to U.S.

01:40:49.000 Supreme Court and we said they're going to end up, one of the arguments we made was they're going to end up interpreting this to mean the internet as well and anything else that they can quote-unquote put under the phrase electronic.

01:40:58.000 Well it happened.

01:40:59.000 A judge ruled that last year and this week the FEC is going to come out with their internet rights.

01:41:06.000 Well you know they've got a new bill that they're very close to passing where if you report on any even unclassified intelligence activities they can retroactively classify it.

01:41:18.000 And that they can then arrest you.

01:41:19.000 Million dollar fines.

01:41:20.000 Five years in prison.

01:41:21.000 I have the bill right here in front of me.

01:41:24.000 In the stack.

01:41:25.000 I can dig it out.

01:41:26.000 We posted it yesterday.

01:41:27.000 It was an article that Curt Nima put out on it.

01:41:30.000 Analyzing it.

01:41:31.000 And they said, oh, don't worry.

01:41:33.000 The bill says we'll arrest citizens, but we're not really planning to.

01:41:38.000 It's the same thing with Patriot Act.

01:41:39.000 They said, don't worry.

01:41:40.000 We're only going to use it on terrorists and foreigners. 1.00

01:41:43.000 But then now, federal judges are ruling, no, all crimes, all misdemeanors, no more Bill of Rights, we can use the Patriot Act.

01:41:49.000 Well, it's the same thing with this other bill.

01:41:52.000 You know, they say, well, just because the bill says that, don't worry, we're not going to really do that.

01:41:56.000 You know, you're reminding me of something else.

01:41:58.000 The Downsize DC Foundation has signed on to an amicus brief to help the United Seniors Association get a case heard before the Supreme Court.

01:42:05.000 And in this case, the Social Security Administration fined the United Seniors Association a half a million dollars because they sent out a mailing that said social security on the outside of it.

01:42:15.000 They said you didn't have permission to use our words.

01:42:17.000 Now, you know, they act like they have a trademark or a copyright.

01:42:19.000 This is a government organization in a government that is supposedly owned by the people and it was an information mailing but they said it was an attempt to mislead and scare seniors fine them a half million dollars and this has been held up all the way to the Supreme Court and now they're trying to get the Supreme Court to hear it.

01:42:34.000 This is the United Seniors Association versus the Social Security Administration.

01:42:38.000 Was Harry Brown who died March 1st one of the icons in the Libertarian Party the last 20-30 years, I mean was he shocked like he was in the twilight zone Because I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone all the time, Jim, whenever I see the crazy things that are going on.

01:42:55.000 Yeah, but you know, he was, but at the same time he was very...

01:43:00.000 Almost Pollyanna.

01:43:01.000 He was extremely upbeat and believed that all of this stuff was going to work out and that the solution was coming and part of what he was out there doing was speaking because he believed the next Thomas Jefferson and the next Edison and so forth, the people who have helped build this country were out there to be found and he just wanted to keep preaching that message of freedom.

01:43:20.000 No, I agree with his view on that.

01:43:23.000 Booking First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, and Fifth Amendment and it goes on.

01:43:30.000 To state that they're now reclassifying First and Fourth Amendment activities as Fifth Columnist.

01:43:34.000 It says, quote, in the near future, maybe next week, it will be a good idea to stay away from John Young's Cryptom website.

01:43:41.000 Young's site often posts articles on surveillance, cryptography, and information on the military and intelligence community.

01:43:47.000 It appears Senator Mike DeWine, Republican of Ohio, and others, Senator Olympia Snowe of Maine, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Chuck Hagel of Nebraska, who owns the voting machine company that people vote for him on, are pushing legislation to prosecute anyone who intentionally discloses information identifying or describing NSA's SNOOP program or any other SNOOP program conducted under the 1978 surveillance law, according to the Associated Press, under quote, boosted penalties.

01:44:15.000 Those found guilty could face fines up to one million.

01:44:18.000 And see, I was going for memories, so I dug this out.

01:44:20.000 I knew I had My memory's been kind of off a little lately, folks.

01:44:24.000 I've been working too much, so I... I said, wait, I said one million and five years.

01:44:28.000 I said, that's wrong.

01:44:30.000 I better pull it.

01:44:30.000 Let me read this.

01:44:31.000 This is from the AP.

01:44:32.000 Under boosted penalties, those found guilty could face up to one million dollars and 15 years in jail or both.

01:44:39.000 I'm sorry, it's not five years.

01:44:41.000 It's three times that.

01:44:42.000 In fact, according to Kate Martin, Director of the Center for National Security Studies, the language of the proposed legislation does not specify that the information has to be harmful to national security or classified.

01:44:52.000 Lucy Daglish, Executive Director of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press told the Associated Press that legislation would allow the government to prosecute even if you read a story in the paper.

01:45:02.000 And passed it along to your brother-in-law.

01:45:05.000 See, it makes information gathering illegal.

01:45:07.000 That was actually already illegal in the first Patriot Act, as I put in my analysis, and it goes on.

01:45:14.000 And then it's got Lindsey Graham saying, don't worry, this isn't for citizens.

01:45:20.000 But then we have his quote saying, quote, fifth columnists are people that protest the war and need to be arrested.

01:45:27.000 Your comment, Jim?

01:45:29.000 This is the direction that we're definitely heading.

01:45:32.000 We have to curtail the power in Washington, D.C.

01:45:35.000 That's why I'm always encouraging people to come to downsizeddc.org.

01:45:38.000 We're taking on issues along these very same lines.

01:45:41.000 We're dealing with the lobbying reform, trying to keep the system open.

01:45:44.000 We're trying to keep the internet free.

01:45:46.000 We're trying to make Congress read the bills it passes.

01:45:48.000 Have you heard the latest?

01:45:52.000 That they're going to use DynCorp and Blackwater mercs to take over entire Sheriff's Departments and be the Sheriff's Departments in America?

01:46:00.000 I had Larry Pratt come on my show and talk about what went on down in New Orleans and that tape you played, I happened to hear it for the first hour of the show today.

01:46:07.000 I want that tape for my show from ABC.

01:46:11.000 It's incredible what they're willing to do.

01:46:15.000 Well, I'm not trying to scare people.

01:46:17.000 I mean, classical tyranny is taking over.

01:46:19.000 Even Sandra Day O'Connor, two days ago, gave a speech saying that.

01:46:22.000 Did you see that?

01:46:23.000 Where she said, we are very close to a, quote, dictatorship?

01:46:26.000 No, I missed that, Alex.

01:46:28.000 I'll be honest.

01:46:30.000 And then, on top of it, a few weeks ago, Bob Woodworth, it was in the San Antonio Express News, said the same thing.

01:46:37.000 I mean, folks, Ron Paul said it.

01:46:39.000 This isn't a joke.

01:46:40.000 Do you understand?

01:46:44.000 All they need is the right crisis, and I'm curious, Alex, when the right crisis is going to come.

01:46:50.000 I mean, the other thing that Harry Brown was extremely passionate about was the war, and right now there is a drive using very similar sets of excuses to go have another war with Iran.

01:46:59.000 When is the terrorist incident going to happen, or whatever, that sets this whole thing off?

01:47:06.000 Their excuse.

01:47:09.000 Well, you know my whole view on this and what I've proven.

01:47:12.000 Almost all terrorism is state-sponsored.

01:47:14.000 Either it's hired provocateurs or hired criminals that then hire somebody else to do it, or it's carried out by hand by our governments.

01:47:23.000 And then, surprise, surprise, Jim, who has the motive?

01:47:26.000 Who gets more power and control out of these terror attacks, Jim?

01:47:29.000 I mean, does it really, quote, help Arab states?

01:47:32.000 I asked this question on my show several months ago, Cui Bono.

01:47:35.000 It's the question of who benefits.

01:47:37.000 And every time you see this, I mean, Tony Blair was in deep trouble politically, and they have the subway incident happen, and all of a sudden he's popular again.

01:47:45.000 No, we proved that.

01:47:46.000 I mean, that's in triplicate.

01:47:48.000 Even former top anti-terrorism chief at the FBI and Justice Department expert, we had John Locke this on, and I said, the government's doing this, and he said, I can't disagree with you, Alex.

01:47:59.000 He said clearly MI6 is involved.

01:48:01.000 How much is open to debate, but they're clearly knew about it and bare minimum let it happen.

01:48:06.000 I mean, in every case, Madrid, London, in both those cases the entire people engaging in the bombing are involved with or work for intelligence or are on the bomb squad.

01:48:20.000 And that's why we need to downsize DC. 0.99

01:48:21.000 It's my constant refrain at downsizedc.org.

01:48:24.000 We believe that government hurts, but that the free market and private enterprise and neighbors working together does work.

01:48:31.000 It's much preferable and that's the direction you want to go.

01:48:33.000 The problem is the government is a gang with a flag aiming a gun at us, telling us they're going to give us a service, but then when a woman calls 911 saying the man's busting in to kidnap me, help me, the police don't come, and then when they find the woman gutted and raped and murdered, They just say, oh, well, we don't have any liability to protect you, but we want your guns.

01:48:54.000 We don't have to protect you, plus they can't protect us, but they want our guns, Jim.

01:48:58.000 That's exactly right.

01:48:59.000 It's exactly right.

01:49:00.000 We have to reduce their power and begin to develop the private means that we need to do the things that we need to do for ourselves.

01:49:08.000 The politicians haven't done this.

01:49:10.000 Yes, they're using gunpoint, and they're now resorting to gunpoint.

01:49:13.000 But they didn't start this way.

01:49:14.000 It's almost always them offering to do us a favor.

01:49:17.000 Well, that's how the mafia does it. 1.00

01:49:19.000 That's how the mafia does it. 1.00

01:49:20.000 Hey, you need a loan?

01:49:21.000 Let me get involved with you.

01:49:23.000 Because mafias know that if they feel like they have a relationship, somehow you'll give in to them and serve them. 1.00

01:49:30.000 Well, the vampire has to ask permission to get into your house.

01:49:51.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

01:49:53.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

01:49:56.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

01:50:00.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

01:50:05.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

01:50:09.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.

01:50:11.000 Riot police attack people on the streets indiscriminately.

01:50:14.000 The medical bills are going to be enormous for me.

01:50:19.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

01:50:22.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

01:50:25.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

01:50:32.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

01:51:16.000 It also removes foul tastes and odors like the rotten egg smell of sulfide, and it extracts nitrates and unhealthy minerals like lead and mercury, while leaving in the healthful and nutritional minerals that your body needs.

01:55:06.000 Okay, let's go ahead and go back to Jim Back of DownSizeDC.org and talk to Chris in Florida.

01:55:14.000 Chris, you're on the air with our guest.

01:55:15.000 Go ahead.

01:55:17.000 Alex, I'm calling about Katrina and how to hold the government accountable with, say, the executive branch, the police.

01:55:27.000 I wanted to ask about Katrina, just as an aside.

01:55:32.000 When it happened, or before it happened, I was actually expecting martial law sometime in 2005.

01:55:37.000 I didn't know if it would be localized or nationwide.

01:55:40.000 And I've done a warning actually from, you could say, a verbal leak from someone high up.

01:55:46.000 I won't explain, but the thing is that... Well, there is martial law in Louisiana right now.

01:55:53.000 Absolutely.

01:55:54.000 And the thing is that, you know, you can see that the weather manipulation is something I've been aware of for a while, too.

01:55:59.000 The U.N.

01:56:00.000 treaties on controlling weather and that sort of thing.

01:56:02.000 I have an AP article today about weather control.

01:56:07.000 And I was just curious, did you get a warning about some kind of martial law in 2005 also from any of your connections?

01:56:13.000 No, I mean just that the globalists could pull at any time.

01:56:16.000 And I'm talking about A-bombs going off, I'm talking about smallpox, that's the kind of stuff they're going to pull.

01:56:22.000 Let me get a comment on what happened in Katrina from Jim.

01:56:26.000 Jim?

01:56:27.000 Well, you know, again, I think the most extraordinary thing was the fact that they came in and took over with guns, and one of the things that really bothered me was they kept labeling it as anarchy, and anarchy, look it up in the dictionary, is an absence of government.

01:56:38.000 This was not anarchy, this was chaos, and chaos is imposed by government.

01:56:42.000 That's what the government does.

01:56:43.000 The government jammed police communications as the storm hit, cut police communications lines, and wouldn't let rescuers into the city.

01:56:52.000 The head of emergency management in New Orleans, his own mother died because the feds wouldn't let him go in and get his own mother.

01:56:59.000 I wouldn't have followed that order, Jim, would you?

01:57:01.000 No.

01:57:03.000 Absolutely not.

01:57:04.000 It didn't include the parishes and the outer coastal parishes in his executive order.

01:57:09.000 And so that was the reason Michael Brown explained that he didn't include them in his rescue and recovery action.

01:57:16.000 And I had a question about getting the police Accountable under Title 42.

01:57:20.000 You mentioned color of law all the time.

01:57:22.000 And I was curious if you could explain how to maybe find an attorney.

01:57:26.000 Okay, okay.

01:57:27.000 We're out of time for this hour.

01:57:28.000 Stay with us.

01:57:31.000 Order a copy of this show for your friends and family at GCNlive.com or call 877-300-7645.

01:57:38.000 Big Brother.

01:57:48.000 Mainstream media.

01:57:50.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:52.000 You want answers?

01:57:54.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:55.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:57:59.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:05.000 Well, he's had a career of, I don't know, 40-something years of broadcasting.

01:58:09.000 He's been an ag teacher, run his own farm and ranches.

01:58:12.000 Gary Brownfield, talk about the animal ID and the premises ID acts coming through at the federal and state levels.

01:58:18.000 Really scary stuff coming up in the next segment.

01:58:22.000 Jim Babka, he has his own radio program here on the weekends on Genesis and the website is downsizedc.org.

01:58:28.000 He was colleagues with Harry Brown who was a big libertarian icon who died on March 1st of Lou Gehrig's disease.

01:58:36.000 At his home with his family in Tennessee, and Jim is still carrying the torch, one of the co-founders with him.

01:58:42.000 Jim, I want to take a few calls from James and Paul and Jim here, but real quick, tell us when your radio show comes on on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:49.000 5 o'clock Eastern, 4 o'clock Central, GCNlive.com.

01:58:53.000 On what days of the week?

01:58:56.000 Sunday.

01:58:57.000 And folks, you can tune in Sunday routinely when I'm out doing work in the yard or driving around doing errands.

01:59:02.000 Tune into the show and always learn legislatively what's going on.

01:59:05.000 It's a really good place to stay up to speed on legislative matters.

01:59:09.000 Just from the times I've listened, which is a couple times a month, Jim, I get the idea you guys really focus on legislation.

01:59:16.000 We really do.

01:59:17.000 We're trying to bring Congress under control.

01:59:20.000 I've been down the partisan path trying to help get the right guy elected and been disappointed every single time.

01:59:25.000 And so we've learned that the system's basically rigged.

01:59:28.000 We challenged it in 2003.

01:59:29.000 Yeah, Washington's like a vending machine.

01:59:31.000 You go put money in or you go lobby and then you pull the lever and what you want comes out.

01:59:35.000 But we want to harass them to within an inch of their life. 0.98

01:59:38.000 We want to be jamming up not only their messages... Oh, under the Patriot Act, Section 802, that's an act of terror.

01:59:43.000 I want to have phone calls going in.

01:59:44.000 I want to have their constituents visiting them.

01:59:46.000 I want to have faxes jamming their machines.

01:59:49.000 I want them to go home and hear our ads when they get back to their districts.

01:59:51.000 That's my vision.

01:59:52.000 That does have an effect, by the way.

01:59:54.000 Well, you're doing a great job, and our affiliates out there should pick up the broadcast.

01:59:58.000 Let's talk to James in Maryland.

02:00:00.000 James, thanks for holding her on the air.

02:00:02.000 I was hoping to hear both of your comments on the free trade area of the Americas.

02:00:08.000 Well, the good news is we shot down the next phase of that.

02:00:11.000 EU expansion was shot down last year.

02:00:14.000 So people are getting wise, Jim.

02:00:15.000 We're having some victories.

02:00:17.000 Yeah, and free trade doesn't require a stack of government documents and a whole new bureaucracy to be created.

02:00:23.000 Free trade is when someone decides that they want to buy something from someone else, and the other person wants to sell it, they agree on a price, and they're done.

02:00:29.000 That doesn't require a bureaucrat.

02:00:29.000 Yeah, when they say free and fair trade, it means Pan-American Union, it means global police forces, global taxes.

02:00:35.000 It means a loss of sovereignty.

02:00:39.000 That's how the EU started, was a quote, European Economic Community.

02:00:43.000 They go, oh, it's just an economic deal, and really now it's a total police state.

02:00:47.000 It really is, and they're starting to impose things like on, you know, health standards.

02:00:49.000 They're starting to determine what, you know, what kind of vitamin supplements.

02:00:51.000 What vitamins?

02:00:52.000 Oh, you criticize somebody, you're going to jail.

02:00:54.000 Yep.

02:00:55.000 Uh, hate crimes.

02:00:57.000 James, does that answer your question?

02:00:59.000 Who do either one of you, or both of you, actually think is going to be our next president?

02:01:03.000 And I'll listen.

02:01:04.000 Well, I've said I don't think the presidency matters.

02:01:06.000 The globalists have got that bought and paid for, and it's going to be their pony.

02:01:10.000 Whether it's Hillary, or whether it's some Republican, it doesn't matter. 0.97

02:01:15.000 It's the same agenda, Jim.

02:01:16.000 I think it's going to be Mark Warner, but I agree with you.

02:01:19.000 I don't think it matters.

02:01:20.000 That's the Virginia governor?

02:01:21.000 Yes, what downsizedc.org is all about is about going around the electoral process and focusing on putting the pressure on the people in office, making it mind-numbing and relentless.

02:01:32.000 Yeah, a lot of people are saying it's going to be the governor of Virginia.

02:01:37.000 Yeah, he's the most centrist, and he's in the South, and I think he kind of follows the pattern of Clinton.

02:01:42.000 I think the Democrats want him, and I think George Bush has really hurt the Republican chances.

02:01:46.000 I agree with you, and he went to the Bilderberg last year, and he's going this year, we're told.

02:01:52.000 He'll be knighted right there, and he's sworn in by Beelzebub himself.

02:01:57.000 Very, very serious situation.

02:01:59.000 All right.

02:02:00.000 Don't worry, Paul, Jim, many others that are holding.

02:02:03.000 We'll get to you next hour with Derry Brownfield for another 20 minutes or so.

02:02:06.000 We'll have Rodney Shotgun with us as well.

02:02:08.000 Jim Babka of downsizedc.org.

02:02:35.000 Lobbying, activism, advocacy, really does work.

02:02:49.000 Learn that secret with my new film, Martial Law 9-11 Rise of the Police State.

02:02:54.000 Martial Law plumbs the depths of the New World Order's ideology, their philosophy, out of the ashes of the September 11th tragedy. 0.90

02:03:03.000 The Constitution has been shredded, and America is now a police state.

02:04:43.000 What causes foods to spoil?

02:04:45.000 All produce produces a natural gas which causes ripening.

02:04:48.000 In addition, foods like onions and garlic emit odors, causing foods to lose their freshness and flavor.

02:04:54.000 Now there's Forever Fresh for the fridge, a revolutionary new product proven to eliminate refrigerator odors and guaranteed to keep produce fresh at least twice as long as normal.

02:05:04.000 Nancy McKimpson of Jacksonville, Florida says, Since I started using Forever Fresh, everything stays fresh much longer.

02:05:10.000 Like strawberries, which now last a couple of weeks instead of just a few days.

02:05:14.000 Jane Burke of New Jersey says, You know, we eat a lot of salads.

02:05:17.000 I used to throw out the leftovers because they'd turn brown and they'd shrivel up.

02:05:21.000 I'm really amazed.

02:05:22.000 Since I started using Forever Fresh, all my produce stays fresher longer, including the leftovers.

02:05:28.000 Now I just couldn't get along without Forever Fresh.

02:05:31.000 To order your Forever Fresh for the fridge, visit the web at foreverfresh.us or call toll-free 1-866-NO-ODERS.

02:05:39.000 That's 1-866-NO-ODERS.

02:05:44.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

02:05:50.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:05:55.000 Well, Jim Babka is riding shotgun with us right now from downside DC.org.

02:06:05.000 A group that he co-founded with Harry Brown, the late libertarian icon who died at his home in Tennessee March 1st, leaving behind a wife and many children and of course best-selling author and just a real gentleman, a good friend of mine.

02:06:18.000 The times I've met him personally and had him on as a guest, so we've been kind of eulogizing him while talking about the police state.

02:06:23.000 And now, for the rest of this hour, I am honored on short notice to be joined by the illustrious Gary Brownfield, because I've been trying to get these local lawyers, these local veterinarians on, people that are fighting it at the Texas level with this Animal ID Act, and they're just all afraid to come on.

02:06:39.000 They're like, well I'll be down there at the legislature, I'll be down at the meeting, but I just don't want to get them too mad at me.

02:06:45.000 And so I said, you know what?

02:06:46.000 This morning I told my producer, I said, call Derry Brownfield.

02:06:49.000 He'll come on and talk about it, and he's the real expert.

02:06:51.000 I mean, he's been broadcasting for decades, and runs his own ranch and farm, and been an ag teacher, and traveled all around the country.

02:06:57.000 And I listen to his show every morning, right here on the Genesis Network, when I'm getting ready for my own show here at the office.

02:07:02.000 We have Derry Brownfield on in the background.

02:07:04.000 He's syndicated, I don't know, something like 80-something stations, and really has a big effect.

02:07:08.000 He's one of the biggest alternative radio shows in the country.

02:07:11.000 Let me just read out of the Star-Telegram last week.

02:07:15.000 This is March 5th, okay?

02:07:16.000 So, this ain't our opinion.

02:07:18.000 I mean, they're admitting it. 0.97

02:07:20.000 It goes, under the guise of public health and national security... Oh, by the way, the headline is, Big Brother is watching the children's pig.

02:07:28.000 Under the guise of public health and national security, the new federal program isn't couched this way these days.

02:07:34.000 The U.S.

02:07:35.000 Department of Agriculture has Inundated the National Animal Identification System, the program applies to anyone who owns or handles food animals and livestock, veterinarians included.

02:07:48.000 Any property owner who has livestock is being encouraged, for now it's just an invitation, it's not really true, but by January 2008 it could be mandatory, unless the program is derailed, to register the physical location with the government and to electronically tag on-site animals so their movements can be tracked through global positioning satellites.

02:08:08.000 And it goes on to say, Howard Garnett isn't just passionate about organic gardening and how to rid Texas yards on the fire ant scourge.

02:08:17.000 The dirt doctor of radio fame, WBAP 820, I listened to him when I was a kid, is hopping mad about federal animal registration program he calls a bureaucratic boondoggle.

02:08:27.000 So, see, this is mainstream.

02:08:29.000 And I've got the National Identification System, USDA, little yellow, kind of burnt orange handout, 14 pages.

02:08:37.000 I have the Premises Identification, USDA, APHIS, United States Department of Agriculture handout.

02:08:44.000 And we've got the minutes of state board meetings they've had.

02:08:48.000 The state just signed over total authority to them.

02:08:51.000 In the last legislature, and they're saying, at the state level, again the feds go, oh it'll be voluntary until 2008, but we're going to lobby the states to make it the law.

02:09:02.000 You'll have to pay for this, and then for the veterinarian to render any care, you'll have to pay for this, to leave your house with your horse, you'll have to call ahead and tell Big Brother you're leaving, the cell towers will track these chips and triangulate with the satellites.

02:09:14.000 I mean, I just read the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, boys and girls.

02:09:20.000 It's as if I wrote this article.

02:09:21.000 It ain't coming.

02:09:22.000 It's here.

02:09:23.000 And every time we're about to have another meeting to get our feedback and they learn 500 of us are going to show up, they keep cancelling it.

02:09:30.000 So the man who's been watching this nationwide and tracking it for the last few years, I heard him years ago talking about this, is Darry Brownfield.

02:09:38.000 Darry, thank you for joining us.

02:09:40.000 Hey, thanks for having me on the air, Alex.

02:09:44.000 I just came back from a meeting that we held last night, just a little local thing, but people are getting upset about this and there's plenty of reason to.

02:09:55.000 You know, I kind of have to laugh at you guys in Texas because you are the people that really kept the scales and I think your Texas Animal Health Committee probably has done more to wake up the nation than anything that has happened up to this point. 0.88

02:10:13.000 Because that obnoxious, stupid, ridiculous law that was passed in Texas, you know, when we're going to tag Grandma's little canary because it's a bird and it could get the bird flu, we need to know where it is. 0.95

02:10:26.000 I mean, that really tipped their hand as to what is going on here. 0.99

02:10:31.000 I mean, if people think the IRS is bad, this is a whole new class.

02:10:35.000 And of course, you've covered it.

02:10:37.000 I've learned all this from you.

02:10:38.000 And check out the documents.

02:10:39.000 It's totally accurate.

02:10:40.000 This whole thing's being pushed by big agribusiness to shut down the small producers when their own international numbers show the bird flu and other big outbreaks and problems are caused by the big ultra-farms.

02:10:52.000 It's never from the small farms.

02:10:54.000 We don't cause the problem.

02:10:55.000 The ranch and farm my family runs in northeast Texas doesn't cause problems.

02:11:00.000 It's the big You'll fill the operations ado.

02:11:02.000 Well, it's the Tyson's and the Cargill's and the Smithfield's and those are the people that put tens of thousands and in the case of poultry, millions of birds together in just one little area, you know.

02:11:14.000 But anyway, let me give your listeners a little bit of economic, animal, agriculture history right quickly.

02:11:23.000 It doesn't take long.

02:11:24.000 But back when I was a kid, before you were around, Alex, But your parents can tell you, everybody on the farm had a few of about everything in the way of animals and poultry.

02:11:38.000 In other words, we were diversified.

02:11:40.000 Farmers had a few cows.

02:11:41.000 They had a few chickens.

02:11:42.000 They had a few pigs.

02:11:43.000 They had a few ducks and geese and turkeys or whatever it happened to be.

02:11:47.000 Sheep and lambs.

02:11:49.000 And we were diversified.

02:11:51.000 And then along comes The great integrators, the multinational corporations, back in those days they weren't necessarily multinational, they were just the big agricultural corporations.

02:12:02.000 They hadn't gone overseas yet.

02:12:04.000 But they took over the poultry industry.

02:12:06.000 When I was with the Department of Agriculture in the state of Missouri back in 1962 and 3 and 4, we'd get out a chicken and egg report every day.

02:12:14.000 We called it the poultry and egg report.

02:12:16.000 We could tell you what eggs were worth on different markets, what broiler chickens were worth on different markets, what killing hens, you know, butcher hens were worth.

02:12:24.000 Today there is no such thing as a poultry market because the integrators have taken these poultry And put them in their integrated houses, and the only people today that are in the poultry business are either working for or contracted to the Cargills of Tyson's, the Perdue's, and those kinds of operators.

02:12:40.000 So they created oligopolies.

02:12:42.000 An oligopoly, for those that don't know, is where groups within an industry team up to create a monopoly.

02:12:48.000 They've got it.

02:12:48.000 Alright, they monopolized the poultry in the 50s and 60s.

02:12:52.000 In the 70s and 80s, they monopolized the hogs. 0.94

02:12:56.000 Very few people can raise hogs today to sell on an open market, mainly because, number one, there is no open market.

02:13:01.000 And now they're monopolizing the beef.

02:13:03.000 They want to monopolize the beef.

02:13:06.000 They've got the slaughter cattle market pretty well under control, but to grow cattle, and this is something that the typical American has been misled.

02:13:16.000 They talk about how many pounds of grain it takes to produce a pound of beef, and we ought to be feeding that grain to the poor folks over in Indonesia and what have you.

02:13:25.000 But actually, cattle grow on grass.

02:13:29.000 And it takes a lot of acres and a lot of grass to grow cattle.

02:13:32.000 So the cows and the calves, the mama cows and the baby calves, are out on farms and ranches across this country.

02:13:39.000 And the multinational corporations don't really know where they are.

02:13:43.000 Open range.

02:13:45.000 Well, more or less.

02:13:46.000 But they're on farms and ranches all over the country.

02:13:50.000 And this upsets the multinational corporations.

02:13:53.000 Because they can't fix the market.

02:13:54.000 They can't fix the market on the feeder cattle. 0.88

02:13:57.000 So once this thing goes into effect, where they put a tag or a chip or whatever it happens to be in every animal's ear, then they're going to know when that animal, if you go back and read your... And then they can start heaping more regulation on to knock out the people that got 20 cattle.

02:14:13.000 That's the whole idea.

02:14:15.000 That is the whole idea.

02:14:17.000 It's to control the entire food supply here in the United States of America.

02:14:22.000 And not only here in America, it's around the world.

02:14:24.000 You see, a lot of people say, oh, this is an American thing, the Department of Agriculture got it going, you know, and yes, the Department of Agriculture was instrumental.

02:14:33.000 Let me read you just a little clip here.

02:14:35.000 Now, this came from Gary, we've got about 45 minutes left.

02:14:40.000 Plenty of time.

02:14:41.000 We're honored to have you here.

02:14:42.000 I also want to take some calls later and play some clips, but we've got Jim Babco of DownsidesDC.org.

02:14:48.000 He's got to leave us in just a few minutes and then we've got a break.

02:14:51.000 Well, go to Jim.

02:14:53.000 I mean, go to whoever you got there.

02:14:55.000 Yeah, I wanted to, just for a minute, to get his take on what's happening here and then let him go.

02:15:00.000 Then we'll go to Breakberry and come back and get into more details on this because you are the expert, we're honored to have you.

02:15:00.000 You bet.

02:15:06.000 Jim, listening to this in closing, your organization, of course, co-founded with the late Harry Brown, and you've been here today with us eulogizing him.

02:15:13.000 In closing, what do you think of this National Animal ID Act and Premises ID Act?

02:15:18.000 I'm left with nothing but questions.

02:15:19.000 I'm curious what Darry thinks would be the point of pressure that people can apply at the federal level.

02:15:25.000 Is there something we can do in Congress about this?

02:15:28.000 DownsizedDC.org routinely puts together campaigns.

02:15:31.000 What's the pressure point here?

02:15:34.000 Darry, what is the pressure point?

02:15:36.000 How do we lobby?

02:15:39.000 How do we stop this?

02:15:41.000 The only way that I can see possibly to stop it And we've got the odds against us, because Congress thinks the American Farm Bureau Federation is a farm organization.

02:15:50.000 It is not.

02:15:51.000 It's backing this thing.

02:15:53.000 National Cattlemen's Beef Association is a packer organization, although they use our check-off dollars every time we sell a calf, they get a buck out of it, and they're using it to fight us.

02:16:04.000 They're using this to try to get this thing passed.

02:16:07.000 We also have Digital Angel in there that's putting millions and millions of dollars into Into the politicians' coffers to get this passed. 0.94

02:16:14.000 Is there a bill number?

02:16:15.000 No, there is no bill number, and the Department of Agriculture knows... It's all regulations.

02:16:20.000 Well, the Department of Agriculture knows Congress would never pass this thing.

02:16:24.000 We could beat it if it was in Congress.

02:16:26.000 But it's not.

02:16:27.000 No, they just say, oh, it's a regulation to stop the terrorists.

02:16:30.000 Well, what they're trying to do is to get the states to go along with it, and you guys in Texas fell for that hook, line, and sinker. 0.94

02:16:37.000 I know, we're pathetic, I know, I know. 0.95

02:16:40.000 George W. wouldn't do nothing wrong! 0.79

02:16:43.000 So they're trying to get the states to pass a law so that it becomes a state law, you see.

02:16:49.000 All right.

02:16:50.000 We're going to break now.

02:16:51.000 Jim, I want to thank you for joining us.

02:16:53.000 The website is downsizedc.org and folks can go there and help you guys do battle with the big boys.

02:16:59.000 We'll talk to you in the near future.

02:17:00.000 I look forward to it, Alex.

02:17:01.000 You bet.

02:17:02.000 And soon I'll play some clips of Harry Brown's last show that he also had here on the network.

02:17:06.000 Darryl, before we break, tell folks about darrylbrownfield.com.

02:17:11.000 How much about DerryBrownField.com?

02:17:14.000 Alex, I'm one of those people that are completely, 100% computer illiterate.

02:17:21.000 Well, it's a nice website, and I think your webmaster's doing a great job.

02:17:25.000 It's purdy, too, so we've got a link to it up on InfoWars.com on the main page, and people should visit it.

02:17:31.000 There's lots of good straight talk there about how the ignorance is going to see you, right, Derry?

02:17:36.000 Hey, sometimes it's in full bloom, isn't it?

02:17:39.000 We'll be right back with another segment with Derry.

02:17:44.000 David J. Smith for Newswatch Magazine.

02:17:47.000 Did you know that an FBI agent assigned to the White House when Bill Clinton took office wrote a book entitled Unlimited Access?

02:17:54.000 He told of Clinton's staff coming into the White House its first day with red buttons on their shirt with a picture of the first communist dictator, V.I.

02:18:02.000 Lenin, on them.

02:18:03.000 Is it any wonder the United States government moved further to the left during the Clinton administration?

02:18:09.000 Even Hillary tried to pass a socialistic program for health care. 1.00

02:21:29.000 Call me, Dr. Patricia Margitis at 860-567-7744.

02:21:32.000 That number again, 860-567-7744.

02:21:33.000 This is what the feds always do. 1.00

02:21:35.000 That number again, 860-567-7744.

02:21:40.000 This is what the feds always do. 1.00

02:21:46.000 They have one of their agencies say, "We'll give you federal money, states, if you implement this." And the legislature says, "Okay." Passes a law given some little unelected board total power.

02:21:57.000 Then they say, "Hey, we're going to make you take the chips." We're going to have a satellite track.

02:22:03.000 We're going to run everything.

02:22:04.000 We're going to have inspectors.

02:22:06.000 And this is the federal plan, and there are so many families I know out in Fredericksburg, or out in Milano, or out in places like Johnson City, or you can go out to Fairfield, Texas, or Buffalo, Texas, where I know farming and ranching communities.

02:22:22.000 So many people drive bulldozers during the day, and they have maybe 50, 60 cows.

02:22:27.000 You know, back on a piece of family property, they're able to pay the taxes with the money from those cows.

02:22:32.000 They're able to buy a new farm truck every six, seven years with that.

02:22:36.000 They're able to maybe pay for a tractor with that, or maybe buy their kids new clothes.

02:22:41.000 They're living off those cows! 1.00

02:22:43.000 And you take those cows away, you add a bunch of bureaucracy, it's over!

02:22:48.000 See, rural communities have learned how to survive in some cases.

02:22:52.000 A few were hanging on by their fingernails, and with all this new regulation, that's over!

02:22:56.000 Now, Darryl, I've heard you say that.

02:22:58.000 Am I paraphrasing you, or is that accurate?

02:23:00.000 Well, you're pretty accurate.

02:23:01.000 You're pretty much right on.

02:23:03.000 I was going to, before we had to run a moment ago... Yeah, read that quote.

02:23:08.000 Yeah, I was going to read a quote from Jim Farley, because just to show you what has been going on in the history of this animal ID.

02:23:15.000 Now Jim Farley is now the Livestock Program Director for the Illinois Farm Bureau, but 10 years ago he served as co-chairman of the first Info ID Expo.

02:23:26.000 It was held in St.

02:23:27.000 Louis, Missouri more than 10 years ago and here's what he writes.

02:23:30.000 At that time we were introduced, we introduced a wealth of technology to the industry and started building the framework which would ultimately become National Animal ID System.

02:23:43.000 Now that was done 10 years ago.

02:23:45.000 Just to show you that this is a global project.

02:23:49.000 We have had the Animal ID going on in Australia.

02:23:54.000 They started six years ago down there.

02:23:57.000 The European communities had Animal ID for three or four years.

02:24:02.000 Canada's had it for a couple of years.

02:24:04.000 Other countries have had it and it's because it is sponsored by these same corporations.

02:24:10.000 It's a national or the multinational corporations that are in the Animal food business.

02:24:16.000 Well, we talked about that last hour, just on every issue.

02:24:20.000 The lobbyists come pay off the politicians to get the laws they want, and the same lobbyists go to the state level and do the exact same thing.

02:24:28.000 And I've read over in Europe and Australia, they're arresting farmers using satellites, trackers.

02:24:33.000 I mean, they're under a hellish system.

02:24:35.000 Well, they're doing the same thing right here in the United States.

02:24:39.000 I know, exactly.

02:24:40.000 I saw articles where they're using satellites to spy on farmers in Colorado.

02:24:43.000 Well, any place where they grow these biotechnical seed crops.

02:24:50.000 Like Monsanto is one of the worst enemies that the farmer has.

02:24:54.000 But this is a global thing and it's set up on a global basis.

02:24:58.000 The multinational corporations that are in the food business don't care whether they buy cattle out of Australia, Argentina, wherever it happens to be.

02:25:07.000 They want to buy where they can get the cheapest.

02:25:10.000 They don't care about quality.

02:25:11.000 They don't care about sanitation. 0.89

02:25:13.000 They just want to get the cattle in, and these other countries have advantages that we don't, so they don't care.

02:25:19.000 Actually, they're in favor of putting the American farmer out of business.

02:25:24.000 You see, the American farmer has OSHA to contend with.

02:25:27.000 We have EPA to contend with.

02:25:29.000 We have wetlands.

02:25:30.000 We have endangered species.

02:25:31.000 You can go down to Brazil and do anything you want to do.

02:25:34.000 Nobody cares.

02:25:35.000 I've looked at these international agreements and listened to you cover and read the documents.

02:25:39.000 They don't have to go through all these regulations.

02:25:41.000 They don't have to...

02:25:42.000 Sure.

02:25:42.000 all these things.

02:25:43.000 They just make Americans do it like everything else, and then just like China's got all of our engineering and all of our manufacturing now, well, it's going to be the same thing. 0.86

02:25:53.000 In fact, already, Darry, I'm right here in the middle of Texas with farms and ranches everywhere, and already about half the food I see at the grocery stores from Mexico.

02:26:01.000 Absolutely.

02:26:02.000 Over a third of our food that you'll see at the local grocery store today has come from some other country.

02:26:08.000 Well, it's worse in Texas when we're right up against the border.

02:26:10.000 Well, I'm sure it is.

02:26:12.000 And, you know, a lot of that, they say, oh, you know, the Mexican farmers are doing all this.

02:26:17.000 The Mexican farmers are not doing it.

02:26:19.000 It's American farmers that have had to go to Mexico, just like in the, like in the, well, let's say... Textiles.

02:26:27.000 Textile business.

02:26:28.000 The same companies Or doing it, they're just doing it in Mexico or they're in China.

02:26:33.000 Well, here's an example.

02:26:34.000 I can get t-shirts made for $2 a piece in Mexico, but I have them made in America and the cheapest I can get is about $5.50.

02:26:41.000 Right.

02:26:41.000 But I still do that.

02:26:43.000 Alright, but you see, you're not in the textile business.

02:26:47.000 If I was having to compete with my bottom line being double what it was, I couldn't do it.

02:26:51.000 You couldn't do it.

02:26:52.000 No, you're doing it as more or less as a hobby or something to kind of go along with what you're doing and you want to say, hey, it's all American and I agree with that 100%, but...

02:27:01.000 That's why there's no more textiles in the United States. 1.00

02:27:04.000 Well, it's also because Americans are so stupid. 1.00

02:27:07.000 They slit their own throat ten years ago, and there were still a few American-made things at Walmart. 1.00

02:27:11.000 Now, you're not going to find them.

02:27:13.000 Period.

02:27:13.000 No, I call it eating our own seed potatoes.

02:27:16.000 That's right.

02:27:16.000 We've eaten the seed.

02:27:18.000 Exactly.

02:27:18.000 We ate the seed.

02:27:19.000 And now you've done it, folks.

02:27:20.000 Now you're all losing your jobs and you're wondering why, but you're still going to... Don't buy from China. 0.99

02:27:25.000 Buy from India, Mexico.

02:27:26.000 At least they're not completely evil.

02:27:28.000 We'll be right back with Jerry Brown.

02:27:29.000 Bill, stay with us.

02:27:33.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

02:30:41.000 All right, Alice Jones here, back live.

02:30:47.000 We've got about 26 12 minutes left, right here on Real Talk Radio, right here on the GCN Radio Network.

02:30:53.000 Gary Brownfield, who this network is honored to carry on our satellite.

02:30:57.000 Comes on right before the broadcast begins every day.

02:31:00.000 He's on from 10 to 11 Central Standard Time from up there in Missouri.

02:31:03.000 And he's done it all, folks.

02:31:04.000 He's quite a character.

02:31:06.000 And we're honored to have him.

02:31:07.000 We're going to go back to him in just a minute.

02:31:08.000 I said I'd play a few minutes of this.

02:31:09.000 And later this week, if John reminds me, I'll probably play 20 minutes of it or so.

02:31:14.000 This is Harry Brown's Last broadcast, before he had to totally quit with Lou Gehrig's disease, and this was a few months ago, and he died on March 1st at his home in Tennessee, so I thought I'd just play a few minutes of this.

02:31:30.000 This is Jim, who was on with us last hour, co-hosting because he was so sick that on some of his last broadcasts, he'd have to quit.

02:31:38.000 He was doing it from his hospital bed in Tennessee.

02:31:41.000 So you talk about toughing it out and really never even telling anybody that he was sick.

02:31:46.000 He kept it real quiet.

02:31:47.000 Here it is.

02:31:48.000 Well, let's get right back into it because I know Harry Brown's got a lot to say to you here tonight.

02:31:54.000 We've been talking about whether or not there really is a war on terror.

02:31:59.000 You know, Harry, we worked together on a project called TruthAboutWar.org, and at that site, which was frozen in time when the firing started, the shock and awe campaign in Iraq.

02:32:13.000 Before the U.S. 0.64

02:32:14.000 invaded Iraq.

02:32:15.000 Right, we froze the page, so it's still there for people to go and see after they get past the flash page.

02:32:21.000 From the home page on, it's been frozen.

02:32:23.000 We talked about this and it seems to me at the time it was fairly obvious to anybody who had any understanding what the dynamics of Iraq were that this situation was going to be a problem.

02:32:34.000 You've got a country that's two-thirds basically Shia or Shiite and the remaining balance is split between the Sunnis and the Kurds.

02:32:42.000 The Sunnis were actually the smallest group and potentially the most moderate.

02:32:46.000 This idea that there was going to be a right-wing religious leadership emerging in the country seemed obvious at the time.

02:32:54.000 Yeah, and that the dominoes would fall.

02:32:59.000 Most all of it has come to pass just as so many people predicted, not just us, but we were fortunate in having a place where people could go and get a lot of good information and a lot of good insights because what The press was giving and what the politicians were saying and what the foreign leaders were acting on was 90% what the Bush administration was saying.

02:33:25.000 And here was an opportunity to get insights and a bit of history.

02:33:30.000 There are so many people out there who understand the history of Iraq.

02:33:34.000 People like Eric Margolis or Robert Siegel or Charlie Reese.

02:33:39.000 Uh, who have taken the trouble to understand the background of what was going on and to point out, you can't just walk in there.

02:33:46.000 They're not going to throw flowers at you as you march down the main street of Baghdad.

02:33:53.000 That's not the way it's going to work, because this has all happened before, and it didn't turn out this way, and it's not going to turn out this way this time.

02:34:01.000 Well, no, Harry, I understand now that... Alright, so, again, we'll learn more of that later this week.

02:34:06.000 I just got the editor today to play some of his last broadcast.

02:34:10.000 Just a great guy.

02:34:14.000 Again, that's Harry Brown.

02:34:16.000 Now, now, Derry Brownfield, I want to get back into Animal ID, but since I played that clip, as I promised I would last hour, I'm sorry to interrupt you.

02:34:23.000 The whole Iraq War situation, actually, the PNAC documents and other documents put out by these globalists, clearly, You know, I don't know enough about it.

02:34:34.000 I really don't.

02:34:34.000 I don't even try to study it.

02:34:35.000 and that that's what they wanted, to balkanize and weaken that region and then just build permanent military bases to guard the oil being taken out of the region.

02:34:44.000 Now, just your quick take on Iraq.

02:34:45.000 You know, I don't know enough about it.

02:34:48.000 I really don't.

02:34:48.000 I don't even try to study it.

02:34:50.000 I do know this, that a lot of it has to do with the American dollar and the ability of our American dollar to stand up against foreign currencies.

02:35:02.000 And it looked like Saddam Hussein, in fact I think he did actually, say that he was going to switch on his oil deals from the American dollar to the Euro.

02:35:14.000 And that's exactly what Iraq is wanting to do at the present time.

02:35:17.000 Well, you're right.

02:35:18.000 Iran's going to their own oil borestock. 0.90

02:35:20.000 I mean Iran.

02:35:21.000 No, no, you're right.

02:35:22.000 Well, the two are the same, basically.

02:35:23.000 But they're going over to that, and it's really upsetting people.

02:35:26.000 I do think that's part of the larger equation.

02:35:29.000 You know, that's the problem with having free sovereign nations to begin with.

02:35:32.000 They can't have any countries that are sovereign, because then they won't play along with this whole New World Order.

02:35:38.000 Well, the whole idea of the New World Order is to do away with barters.

02:35:42.000 And you know, we see it happening right here in the United States.

02:35:44.000 They want to do away with... If you look at the way that these committees are being set up, they're being set up on watersheds.

02:35:55.000 Well, a watershed is everywhere a drop of rain falls.

02:35:58.000 And it runs into a creek and then a river, etc.

02:36:02.000 Well, there are whole towns that now tax the water from rain.

02:36:06.000 Right, but I mean, they want to do away with county lines, so if they do away with county lines, they can do away with county government.

02:36:13.000 Well, that's what they're doing.

02:36:14.000 Have you heard the latest MSNBC word, DynCorp?

02:36:17.000 Is it just going to be in New Orleans?

02:36:18.000 They're going to take over whole sheriff's departments?

02:36:21.000 I don't doubt that a bit.

02:36:23.000 I couldn't believe it.

02:36:24.000 We covered it in the first hour.

02:36:28.000 Almost half of the sheriff's deputies are going to be Dine Corps, under Dine Corps command, wearing sheriff's deputies uniforms.

02:36:36.000 You see, when we have a sovereign nation and a sovereign state, the county sheriff is the top commander, as far as law enforcement is, in that county.

02:36:48.000 He has control over the FBI.

02:36:50.000 They can't come in.

02:36:51.000 The highway patrol can't come in without asking the sheriff.

02:36:55.000 But again, the federal government buys off the sheriff.

02:36:57.000 They say, well, you know, we can get you a couple of new cars and some radios and some equipment, and, you know, you just kind of have to go along with this.

02:37:04.000 And the sheriff says, yeah, yeah, that's a good idea, boy.

02:37:06.000 Gary, what's it like for you?

02:37:08.000 I mean, you're not a spring chicken.

02:37:10.000 You've been around a while.

02:37:11.000 What is it like for you to grow up when this country was a lot freer to now see what it's become?

02:37:15.000 And secondarily, what would the old-timers, when you were a young man, I mean, those are real Americans.

02:37:21.000 What would they do if they saw all this happen?

02:37:23.000 What would happen if, you know, one of them fell asleep like Rip Van Winkle and woke up and saw this happening today?

02:37:29.000 Well, remember the Boston Tea Party?

02:37:32.000 Ah, yes.

02:37:33.000 Green Dragon Inn.

02:37:35.000 I think we would just have more Boston Tea Parties.

02:37:38.000 You know, they used to ride people out of town on a rail.

02:37:40.000 They used to use tars and feathers.

02:37:43.000 And then, if that didn't work, they had a thing they called a hanging tree.

02:37:48.000 You say, yeah, but they're vigilantes, and that was bad.

02:37:52.000 You know, they used to hang horse thieves, and boy, there wasn't many horses got stolen back in those days.

02:37:57.000 Well, they hung a horse thief, because a horse was somebody's livelihood.

02:38:00.000 You'd hook them, and they might starve.

02:38:02.000 But the point I'm making is, you know, a lot of that, go back to the Scriptures.

02:38:07.000 The Bible never says we should build jails.

02:38:11.000 There's no place in the Bible that says we should build jails or penitentiaries.

02:38:18.000 No, you're right.

02:38:18.000 People were held in the temple, and then justice was dispensed.

02:38:21.000 That justice was dispensed, and the person who was hurt the most is the one that got to throw the first stone.

02:38:30.000 Oh, boy.

02:38:32.000 Go back and study your Bible history a little bit.

02:38:34.000 No, you're right.

02:38:35.000 I agree with you.

02:38:39.000 Let me give you a good example.

02:38:40.000 We're way off the subject of animal ID here, but my grandmother See, they were all born back about 1860, somewhere along there, right during the Civil War.

02:38:49.000 They remember, my grandfather could remember the Civil War.

02:38:52.000 He was just a little kid, but he could remember.

02:38:54.000 And my grandmother said that they hung somebody at the Cooper County Courthouse lawn, on the Cooper County Courthouse lawn, and they let school out.

02:39:05.000 And the hall of school children went down and they watched this public hanging.

02:39:12.000 And she remembered that.

02:39:13.000 She lived to be 97 or something years old. 0.98

02:39:15.000 She never forgot that.

02:39:16.000 And these were very moral people.

02:39:18.000 You didn't have much ground.

02:39:20.000 I mean, they wouldn't sit around watching violent TV, but they knew what real violence was.

02:39:23.000 And they knew.

02:39:24.000 And you know, little kids say, now that's what happens when you don't do right.

02:39:30.000 And those little kids, the boy, hey, that taught me a lesson.

02:39:33.000 I'm not going to do anything like that guy did.

02:39:37.000 Well, I tell you, so much.

02:39:40.000 You know, two Texas governors who were installed by the North during Reconstruction were removed at Cannon Point.

02:39:47.000 And I had forefathers that were involved in that.

02:39:50.000 And today, they don't teach that in school.

02:39:52.000 People don't know that our heritage is kicking out bad government and that that's in the Declaration of Independence.

02:39:59.000 You know, the Constitution gives us the power, or the right, To, uh, to redress, to petition to redress government.

02:40:09.000 Doesn't do any good today.

02:40:11.000 I know a fella that took over two million signatures on petitions to Washington D.C.

02:40:16.000 and they don't, he doesn't even know what happened to them.

02:40:18.000 They have big truckloads of them.

02:40:21.000 They don't pay attention to the Constitution.

02:40:23.000 It's amazing.

02:40:24.000 I want to take some calls with specific listeners.

02:40:26.000 I know we've got Paul and Jim and Benny and others.

02:40:29.000 We're going to get to you in just a second, but if you specifically want to talk about REAL ID Act and Premises Act 1-800-259-9231 We'll get you up and on the air.

02:40:38.000 But, Derry, as if you're talking to a bunch of dumbbells, and we're all pretty smart, but we're not experts on this subject like you are. 0.98

02:40:44.000 For those that just joined us and don't know what it is, just recap nationally what it is, how Texas has fallen to the enemy, how we're pathetic idiots, because that's what we are. 0.97

02:40:52.000 We need to be told we took a hook, line, and sinker so we can wake up and be ashamed and stop this, and then tell us what this is going to do. 0.95

02:40:59.000 For those that don't know, I'm looking at the actual documents.

02:41:02.000 It's hell on earth, but, Derry, tell us about it.

02:41:04.000 Well, your Texas law is worse than what the federal law said.

02:41:08.000 The federal law just wants to... First of all, you have to have a premise ID.

02:41:13.000 You will not be able to buy or sell without a premise ID.

02:41:17.000 You say, well, I'm going to the sale bar and I'm going to buy a calf and I'm going to bring him home and butcher him.

02:41:21.000 Okay, you go to the sale barn, and before you pay for that calf, you've got to have a premise ID, so the government knows right where that calf is.

02:41:29.000 If you take a calf to the sale barn, and you want to sell that calf, they can't take him unless he is coming off of a farm that has a premise ID, and he's going to have to have the calf number in his ear, or under the skin, or however they're going to do it.

02:41:47.000 That's not quite settled as of yet.

02:41:51.000 It goes right back to, and here's what I think is happening.

02:41:56.000 I can see the handwriting on the wall.

02:41:59.000 And we know that we're going into a one world government, into a new world order.

02:42:04.000 And we know that when we have this one world leader, he is going to make sure that every individual has a mark.

02:42:11.000 They're going to have to be identified.

02:42:15.000 They're already talking about making all employees take a chip, but for now, Homeland Security wants you with your new national ID card to have RFID to have any job, and then bosses will have to scan that each day.

02:42:28.000 We didn't have time, and we're going to run out of time here, but this Digital Angel, they have the electronic tags, they have the scanners, they have the database.

02:42:36.000 What I think they're doing, and I think the world leaders are behind this, and the world leaders... This is the infrastructure for the scanners under the cover of premises identification.

02:42:44.000 You bet, and the animal ID.

02:42:47.000 If they can get the animals all identified and get this thing to work into a database...

02:42:52.000 Then they can say, okay, this is for animal health, now we have control of the animals, everything's fine, now let's get control of the people the same way.

02:43:00.000 Yeah, see, it works so well stopping the bird flu and everything else, now we can stop human pandemics with this, and then that ties into the forced inoculation under the Model State Health Emergency Powers Act, Gary, you're absolutely right.

02:43:13.000 And I want people to understand, I'm looking at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, they did their own analysis, and they admit Well, you'll only have the one chip, the way I see it.

02:43:21.000 tracked by the cell towers and then track it by satellite.

02:43:25.000 This is the control grid and Digital Angel and Applied Digital Solutions is lobbying to make you take a chip every time you go in the hospital. - Well, you'll only have the one chip the way I see it.

02:43:37.000 But you know, they've indoctrinated the people to where they want them.

02:43:41.000 Weekly Reader, Weekly Reader is a little publication.

02:43:44.000 I don't know, did you take Weekly Reader when you were in grade school?

02:43:48.000 I know Time Magazine and Newsweek for Kids both have run two stories apiece telling kids in the future they will all have chips and quote, don't listen to your parents, they're just backwards, chips are cool.

02:44:01.000 January 6, 2000, Army report that went out, they said that they're going to use fads to convince everyone to take chips, and that the military is going to oversee a chipped American population.

02:44:13.000 Well, the Weekly Reader did a poll, some 2,000 plus kids answered it.

02:44:20.000 85% of these fourth graders said, yeah, we'd like to have the chip.

02:44:24.000 It was only 12% that said no.

02:44:28.000 I was unaware of that.

02:44:30.000 People, like you said, they think it's cool.

02:44:33.000 Well, it's the way they pose it.

02:44:35.000 If you could have that, it's a really cool thing.

02:44:36.000 It would be secure, and it would keep you safe.

02:44:38.000 Do you want the chip?

02:44:39.000 I bet that's how they ask.

02:44:41.000 And you know, the Mennonites and the Amish, with their animals, they say if you put the chip in the animal, it's the same as putting it in the people, because the people own the animals, and they say they're going to lose their They're going to lose their salvation if they do that. 0.99

02:44:57.000 And of course, CPS is already grabbing their kids and harassing them, and they're under attack.

02:45:01.000 So, anyway... By the way, Darryl, you've done big reports on CPS coming into big mainstream Christian private schools and grabbing kids.

02:45:10.000 And of course, they've been losing in court now, getting sued.

02:45:13.000 But, I mean, America's turning into a hellish pit!

02:45:16.000 Yeah, child protection has probably ruined more homes Than any other one organization or any other one thing that's ever happened.

02:45:25.000 But Darryl, when you were a young man, did you ever in your wildest dreams imagine that Russia could even be this weird?

02:45:33.000 It's hard to believe.

02:45:33.000 No, it's hard.

02:45:34.000 And like you said about our grandparents coming back, they would, you know, I think we would see another civil war.

02:45:43.000 People knew that, I mean, freedom's all you got.

02:45:45.000 Once you're a slave, it's horrible.

02:45:47.000 I mean, it's terrible to be a slave.

02:45:49.000 It's terrible to be controlled and tracked.

02:45:51.000 And people back then knew, and they loved liberty and freedom more than anything, Gary.

02:45:57.000 Well, you know, let's just go back.

02:45:58.000 My grandfather ran a business, and he hired and fired people.

02:46:03.000 Today, he couldn't fire somebody.

02:46:06.000 You see, just little freedoms like that, and people have learned to live with that.

02:46:10.000 Oh, you can't fire me.

02:46:11.000 You know, I've got tenure.

02:46:12.000 Look at our school teachers.

02:46:14.000 I was a school teacher once.

02:46:16.000 I had a little tenure built up, but you know, to me, if you want to get rid of somebody, it's your business.

02:46:22.000 If you're paying the bill, they've got to do what you tell them, but not in today's market anymore.

02:46:26.000 I mean, the whole thing is just topsy-turvy.

02:46:28.000 Yeah, they've taken authority away from the people.

02:46:29.000 Let's take a few calls here.

02:46:30.000 Do we specifically, out of all these calls, have anybody that wants to specifically talk on Real ID, John?

02:46:38.000 Art in Kansas, then I'll go to the others that have been holding.

02:46:40.000 Art, you're on the air with Derry Brownsville.

02:46:42.000 Go ahead.

02:46:42.000 Hello.

02:46:43.000 Hey, Art.

02:46:43.000 Good to have you with us.

02:46:44.000 I tuned in late, but I didn't know if you've covered this, that Burlington Northern Santa Fe wants to open a second port in Kansas City.

02:46:53.000 Oh yeah, for those who don't know, they call them ports, but they're these big international railheads, and Mexico will have first dibs on that.

02:47:00.000 Derry, tell us about it.

02:47:01.000 Well, they're smart ports.

02:47:06.000 This port, first of all, is going to be part of an international corridor.

02:47:10.000 The corridor is going to reach from southern Texas, actually from the Mexican border.

02:47:15.000 And that's what the New World Order is. 0.87

02:47:16.000 They just hand over the infrastructure, and then you've got to go through the... So it'll no longer be America.

02:47:21.000 That's the New World Order.

02:47:22.000 Go ahead.

02:47:23.000 No, but this one comes in from our west coast.

02:47:26.000 I understand, sir.

02:47:29.000 Now, Darryl, go ahead and tell us about it.

02:47:30.000 Well, I was just going to say, the one that I'm really familiar with that goes into the smart port there in Kansas, in Kansas City, is going to be running on Interstate 35.

02:47:41.000 It'll mostly follow Interstate 35.

02:47:43.000 Yeah, they're already building it.

02:47:46.000 It'll be like a quarter of a mile wide.

02:47:48.000 It's going to have about eight lanes of traffic.

02:47:50.000 It's going to have a couple of railroad tracks, one going north and one going south.

02:47:54.000 And all the illegal aliens will be allowed to be within that corridor. 0.94

02:47:58.000 It won't be America. 0.96

02:48:00.000 Well, I doubt if Americans are going to be able to get on this thing.

02:48:03.000 Oh, no, that's official.

02:48:04.000 That was even in Time Magazine.

02:48:05.000 Sir, I live right by it.

02:48:06.000 They're building it right now, Derry.

02:48:08.000 Yeah, there was a Texas, uh, what do you call it down there?

02:48:10.000 The Texas... Trans-Texas Corridor.

02:48:12.000 Trans-Texas Corridor, right.

02:48:15.000 And guess who owns it?

02:48:18.000 Spain, my friend.

02:48:20.000 It makes the pork deal of UAE look like... 1.00

02:48:23.000 Looked like pennies compared to a billion.

02:48:25.000 I mean, it just doesn't even fit into the same scope.

02:48:28.000 Our entire... And by the way, there's another unelected board at the state level that's got control of it.

02:48:33.000 We don't even have control over it, Derry.

02:48:34.000 97% of Texans in polls are against it, Derry.

02:48:37.000 So what are they doing?

02:48:39.000 Telling us they got cops with guns? 0.99

02:48:40.000 We better shut up! 0.99

02:53:04.000 I've been so busy talking today, I haven't really plugged anything, and that's what makes it possible.

02:53:09.000 And support all our fine affiliates out there as well.

02:53:12.000 Derry, this real idea, you said Texas complying with the Feds lobbying really has woken up the rest of the country.

02:53:18.000 People who are in denial now are realizing this is Big Brother on steroids.

02:53:23.000 You bet it is.

02:53:24.000 And the sad thing is that they should have realized what was taking place before it became a law.

02:53:32.000 But I would almost bet you that if enough people show up and enough people do the right things and say the right things to the right folks, they can get this changed in Texas.

02:53:41.000 Well, now they're just canceling all the quote meetings where they claim that we're supposed to give our public input.

02:53:46.000 So now they're just not having the meetings.

02:53:48.000 They just keep canceling them, canceling them.

02:53:50.000 Yeah, I saw that.

02:53:50.000 I guess I get the same information you do.

02:53:53.000 They were going to have one back in May, and then they moved it up to the 23rd or something of March, and they said no, they're going to not have it at all.

02:54:02.000 These people are concerned, and I even understand there's a move on just to do away with the entire animal health division there in the Department of Agriculture in Texas.

02:54:12.000 Yeah, what we need to do is, the problem is that I've talked to vets, and they're being told, hey, you've got to do this, the National Veterinary Association says so, so quote through regulations to even get their insurance, they're going to make people to render care do it.

02:54:27.000 Now, I had not seen that, but again, people are so All the vets have to do is say, not only no, but hell no.

02:54:36.000 We're not going to do it.

02:54:38.000 It's as simple as that.

02:54:39.000 I agree.

02:54:39.000 Let's get him a few calls in.

02:54:41.000 Paul in Missouri, up there with Darry.

02:54:43.000 Go ahead, Paul.

02:54:45.000 Hi, guys.

02:54:45.000 How are you doing today?

02:54:46.000 Good.

02:54:46.000 What's on your mind, Paul?

02:54:48.000 Well, I'd just like to have your thoughts on why the assault weapons ban was allowed to expire, and it's basically falling off the radar.

02:54:55.000 Okay, thank you for the call.

02:54:56.000 Wow, you held for a while to get that answer, and I didn't know you were on a cell phone or we had gone to you earlier.

02:55:01.000 I apologize, Paul.

02:55:02.000 Because Bob Barr said on this show, former congressman, member of the NRA board, that Bush tried to get it passed, but he couldn't because we took action, but he used regulations to try to continue to enforce that and other laws.

02:55:15.000 He said Bush is just unconstitutionally still trying to enforce a bunch of stuff.

02:55:20.000 Gary?

02:55:21.000 I don't know enough about it.

02:55:22.000 Let's talk to Jim in Michigan.

02:55:24.000 Jim, you're on the air with Derry Brownfield.

02:55:26.000 Yeah, how's it going, Alex?

02:55:28.000 Good.

02:55:30.000 I wanted to call about something else that this really hit home.

02:55:33.000 I am a farmer.

02:55:34.000 I raise sheep.

02:55:35.000 And we have that premise number and all that.

02:55:38.000 But the big thing is the textile industry.

02:55:42.000 Back in the 80s, we had 40 different places we could sell wool.

02:55:45.000 We were getting $2.40 a pound for it.

02:55:49.000 In the early 90s, it went down below a penny a pound.

02:55:52.000 But guess what?

02:55:53.000 The companies are selling it for more than they ever did.

02:55:56.000 Well, why have you taken the premises ID?

02:55:57.000 You don't have to do that, do you?

02:55:59.000 Yes, you have no choice if you want to sell cheap.

02:56:03.000 Well, I'm not sure.

02:56:04.000 Has Michigan passed a law?

02:56:06.000 Well, that's what... See, they just tell you that.

02:56:10.000 I don't think Michigan has passed the law.

02:56:12.000 See, they just tell you, sir. 0.98

02:56:14.000 They're liars. 0.63

02:56:15.000 Darryl, we're out of time. 0.91

02:56:16.000 Happy trails, my friend.

02:56:17.000 Hey, good talking to you.

02:56:18.000 You bet.

02:56:19.000 Vaya con Dios.

02:56:20.000 God bless you all.
