00:10:36.000 But the point is, is that federal and state courts have ruled for hundreds of years, because I actually agree with their rulings, that police have no duty And no compulsion to protect you.

00:10:50.000 They are there to respond after the laws have been violated because they have been hired by the people via the elected sheriff, but that's what's really constitutional, and we have these little Incorporated cities, which really become a problem over time, to go out and then capture the people who the grand jury has indicted or who they are in hot pursuit of with clear evidence, probable cause that a crime has been committed.

00:11:19.000 They are to chase the bank robbers, corner them if they fight, they are to kill them, or they are to capture them, take them into custody, so we the people can sit in judgment of them and put them in prison or execute them, whatever the case may be.

01:08:21.000 Late 1933, and of course that's when Roosevelt signed the War Powers Act, ordered all gold to be confiscated and turned into the government.

01:08:28.000 And it was just horrible and they sold it to the Europeans and then jacked up the prices and doubled the price just a year later after they had control of it and then allowed Americans to start buying it again.

01:08:39.000 And they do it over and over and over and over again.

01:08:44.000 Here's just one example of many of how they manipulate the jobless rate, the unemployment rate.

01:08:49.000 After you go off the unemployment rolls and then I guess just decide to live off whatever savings you have or move in with mom and dad or Go homeless, whatever you do out there, or start mowing yards and getting paid cash and being part of the underground economy, which is a lot of these people are actually employed.

01:09:06.000 They're just in the underground economy.

01:09:07.000 I mean, there are hundreds every day that show up at different work sites, you know, to be picked up by trucks that pull up to go be paid, in many cases, below minimum wage.

01:09:17.000 So all of that is happening.

01:09:21.000 So the actual unemployment rate is around 10%.

01:09:23.000 But here's the really important number.

01:09:26.000 The new Fed chief, since 1913, in the 80 plus years that we've had this system, because it's 90 plus, it's always been public how much money they're printing and then what the fractional it's always been public how much money they're printing and then what the fractional Will they allow the banks to loan out $10 for every dollar they have?

01:09:51.000 That's been the benchmark.

01:09:52.000 Now they've expanded that.

01:09:54.000 I've read to over $15 for every dollar they have in reserves.

01:09:58.000 And then each bank that then takes investments or puts out loans to other people, they're then able to leverage that out again over and over and over again until you're talking about thousands of dollars for every dollar.

01:10:12.000 So it's a total Ponzi scheme.

01:10:14.000 And we know that in the last six years, President Bush has doubled the money supply. - Okay.

01:10:25.000 Doubled the money supply, and we've seen, correspondingly, a little bit lower, but almost as high, a 44% reduction in the value of the dollar.

01:10:38.000 Now, Bush gives you a tax cut, on average in this country, of $300.

01:10:46.000 The average American per year is keeping about $300.

01:10:52.000 Now, there certainly were massive tax cuts for the nouveau riche, the upper middle class, that the general public calls rich.

01:11:00.000 And then there were even bigger tax cuts for the Fortune 500 and the truly rich.

01:11:05.000 And normally I wouldn't be against a tax cut for anybody.

01:11:08.000 I believe low taxes are good across the board unless you have massive record deficit spending.

01:11:12.000 Bush has spent more money than all presidents before him combined.

01:11:17.000 The official number is what we're 8.7 trillion in debt, but that's what's owed month to month.

01:11:21.000 That's how much is owed right now.
