00:13:29.000 You've got, at every level, things are unraveling right now.

00:13:34.000 And they, in this Ponzi scheme, either a Ponzi scheme gets bigger or it implodes.

00:13:38.000 And people keep saying, well, what's a Ponzi scheme?

00:13:41.000 For those that don't know, a Ponzi scheme is where you tell people, I've got this great investment.

00:13:46.000 I've got this great start-up company.

00:13:48.000 And it's normally something like Enron, in a better case, at least something real is being traded.

00:13:52.000 But in some cases, it's fake real estate, mining stock, whatever.

00:13:56.000 And you take in money and you've got some seed money for your scam.

00:14:02.000 And so you pay those first three or four investors back 20, 30, 40 percent that first year.

00:14:09.000 And they run off and tell all their friends at the country club or at church, my gosh, I made a 30 percent return on my investment in the first year, so now instead of 20 people, you know, a thousand show up.

00:14:21.000 And then that's when the scam starts.

00:14:23.000 You then pay them maybe 10, 15 percent.

00:14:27.000 They run and tell everybody else how great it is.

00:14:29.000 But as the Ponzi scheme, the pyramid scheme builds, you've got to be bringing in more, more, more, more, more to pay off the last wave that's smaller.

00:14:40.000 At a certain point, the thing gets so big that it starts teetering and smoking and sputtering and you've got to basically run to Spain or Switzerland or Mexico or wherever you go with a hundred million bucks and hope they don't indict you.

00:15:00.000 And you get a million people left holding the bag.

00:15:03.000 And sure, the first hundred thousand that invested, they got a good payoff on the Ponzi scheme, on the multi-level marketing scam.

00:15:47.000 And now Bernanke, the new Fed Chief, is saying he's going to double in 2 years.

00:26:37.000 The chief of South Korea's intelligence agency told lawmakers today it was possible North Korea would carry out a second nuclear test.

01:11:22.000 Well, anyway, back to the subject of the North American Union, Rick Perry allegedly came up with the idea in 2003, but I'd like your take on this, Alex, because I looked at the Trans-Texas Corridor map and it doesn't go to any city.

01:11:42.000 I believe, when I looked at that, that looks a lot like the UN Biodiversity Treaty introduced in 1992, or Agenda 21.

01:11:49.000 Sure, that's exactly what I've been telling my writers, and I've been asking Paul and Steve and Slickhouse to do a story on this, and I've been so busy I haven't had time to.

01:11:57.000 What I do is I call up and I basically give them, like, 15 lines of info, and say, here's this article, here's that article, I instant message them the proof, then they go do more research, add more info, and then do their own writing.

01:13:43.000 Standardizing the international ID card with almost every country in the world with the same number of digits and the same computer systems.

01:14:02.000 And so, when you go up to Oklahoma or Kansas, and you see where you drive 50 miles before you can exit, you see all these ghost towns, that's what it's going to be nationwide.

01:14:15.000 And Rick Perry's announced these roads will be self-contained.

01:14:30.000 Okay, so this is how they operate, sir, and this has been announced, so what you're seeing and thinking, and saying it looks like it's one system, it is one system, you're absolutely right.

01:14:41.000 Well, keep in mind also, Alex, what you may also not realize is that all of the cities that it will surround or encompass are completely dependent upon the corridor itself, because oil, gas, electric, And then that will be the primary taxation.
