00:13:25.000 The person, described only as a young adult, did not appear to have any ties to terrorist groups.

00:13:30.000 According to the Washington law enforcement, the official was spoken on condition of anonymity because the investigation was ongoing.

00:13:36.000 In Milwaukee, FBI spokesman Richard K. Ruminski said the individual had come forward and provided information about the posting of the threat against the NFL stadiums.

00:13:48.000 government still believes the threat is non-credible. 0.80

00:13:52.000 And this is some snot-nosed young person who went and posted on a blog that there would probably be a dirty bomb attack on seven stadiums in the country carried out by Al-Qaeda.

02:41:16.000 In every state where there is no paper trail, it's very important for the residents of districts to conduct their own exit polling.

02:41:25.000 There are different ways they could do it, but they ought to get together a representative of the Democrats, the Republicans, and a minority party, maybe the Libertarians, so there are three of them who can keep a toll A total account as voters leave to ensure whether or not there's a correspondence between the tabulated vote and the actual cast vote.

02:41:46.000 And we've had exit polls in 2004 showing in some cases Kerry winning by as much as 10%, but then Bush winning by 3% at those very precincts.
