02:08:56.000 We're right in the middle of the road at 5 o'clock in the morning.

02:08:59.000 Until a policeman comes here and leads us to our parking spot.

02:09:04.000 I mean, he was the sweetest little thing you ever saw in your life.

02:09:08.000 He said, ma'am, I don't know what to tell you.

02:09:42.000 All of a sudden, here comes two cop cars, another cop car behind us, and one in front of us, two alongside of us, and I thought, oh, good lord, you know, we're gonna, there's just the two of us there at that time, me and my partner.

02:10:00.000 They didn't say anything, but then a guy pulled up his SUV thing, and out comes this dog.

02:10:05.000 Well, by that time there were other people starting to come in, you know, from the protest.

02:10:11.000 And there were probably 15 or 20 people there by then.

02:10:14.000 And this dog gets out, you know, and the guy in this combat uniform thing, he walks around.

02:10:21.000 And that kind of makes you nervous anyway.

02:10:23.000 And I asked him, I said, what are you here for?

02:10:26.000 He said, we're here to protect you.

02:10:28.000 I said, really?

02:10:29.000 That's wonderful.

02:15:51.000 Well, he was living in peace in Panama with his wife and he was writing a book actually and he was invited to come down to immigration for some sort of a conference and at that time he was seized by a federal officer.

02:16:29.000 The government of Panama issued a restraining order and a habeas corpus and it was being delivered to the airport where he was being taken and they were prevented from going down the concourse where the private plane I was waiting with Mr. Kane to take him to the United States.

02:16:59.000 So they were actually prevented from serving a habeas corpus from the High Court of Panama.

02:22:16.000 He was asked to come down to immigration and of course he had an attorney that he had hired and had previous contact with the Internal Revenue Service and the federal officers that were in Panama and he had told them that he would be glad to meet with them with his attorney

02:22:38.000 And he would be glad to come back if it served some purpose to come back to the United States on his own free will.

02:22:49.000 But when he mentioned attorney, they said, oh, well, that's okay then, and they hung up on him.

02:22:57.000 And I guess he had been under constant surveillance for a couple of weeks because when he was getting out of the car at his attorney's office, An immigration officer told him that he would like to speak with him and at that point he was arrested and he only, matter of fact, didn't get the chance to see his wife but for about 10 minutes before he was taken out of the country.

02:23:29.000 You describe what, now the government where he was staying, they sent somebody down to the airport to stop this illegal arrest.

02:23:38.000 Why don't you break down what happened there?

02:23:40.000 Well the High Court of Panama issued a habeas corpus and a cease and desist order to prevent them from taking him out of the country.

02:23:53.000 And one of the people from the office of the high court went to the airport to serve the papers, and they had hired some local security guards that were armed to block the concourse where their private plane was with Eddie and they had hired some local security guards that were armed to And they prevented the officer from the high court from proceeding to the concourse and serving the papers.

02:24:21.000 So while she was being actually detained at the airport, the plane took off, of course, with Eddie Kane aboard. - No.

02:24:31.000 Now, I had heard the story, I want to know if this is accurate, that actually the security guards told the high court official, we'll shoot you if you try to get past us.

02:24:41.000 Well, I'm not sure whether that was actually true or not, but that was reported.

02:24:47.000 I mean, you've got to love these third world countries where just private thugs are there blocking the court. 1.00

02:24:52.000 Yeah, we have an affidavit from the attorney that tried to serve the papers.

02:24:58.000 Now, this is no normal IRS case.

02:25:01.000 They plan to burn Wesley Snipes publicly to scare people.

02:25:05.000 They love going after prominent people, like Willie Nelson and others, and it turned out that whole case was a fraud.
