02:44:11.000 We've all got a bunch of negativity and stresses and all kinds of things floating in us.

02:44:20.000 And if you want to blow that negativity away, all you have to do is learn to dive within and ramp up that light of unity inside everyone.

02:45:09.000 Is there any archetypal images that in your mind are representing things happening in the world with the war in Iraq or politics or the Patriot Act?

02:45:20.000 You know, they say that all kinds of art reflects our world.

02:45:25.000 And I think that ideas come out of our feeling the world and hearing and seeing things.

02:45:34.000 But the ideas themselves that I get are separate.

02:45:38.000 They're not made to show a message.

02:45:40.000 They're not made to, you know, do anything.

02:45:43.000 It's just ideas that you get, you fall in love with them.

02:45:46.000 And you see the way cinema, for instance, could translate those ideas.

02:45:54.000 Only later, as more and more of it comes out, do you see a theme or do you see a thing, you know, like that, but you don't set out to tell a message.

02:46:14.000 and you commented on the film Loose Change, second edition, and what happened with the towers, and you said people can't deal with that.

02:49:01.000 You know, um, there's, there's, um, there's questions arising from each of the events that day, and, um, I don't have the answers.

02:49:28.000 Now, going back to meditation, when you learn to dive within, which is so beautiful an experience, a human, human experience, you contact the ocean of knowingness, pure, vibrant consciousness, knowingness.

02:49:46.000 Intuition is like an ocean of solutions and you get that knowingness going, it feeds all artistic processes and all creative processes.

02:50:01.000 Nothing we do as man, it starts with an idea.

02:50:07.000 Catching those ideas and seeing away.

02:50:10.000 knowing a way to translate that, to make something, and make it feel correct based on the idea.

02:50:17.000 And, you know, it just goes like that.

02:50:20.000 So there's an intuition going when we see things.

02:50:24.000 Well, also we know that only 2% or 3% of our intellect is focused in the cerebral cortex, so the more powerful centers of the brain really already know the answer.

02:50:33.000 But like you said in that Dutch interview, people can't handle what their intellect deep down is telling them at the conscious level.

02:50:41.000 Yeah, well, there's... What did you just say in the beginning?

02:50:46.000 Well, I was just saying that the cerebral cortex... Let me just tell you one thing about that brain of ours.

02:50:53.000 They say we only use 5 or 10% of it, but now with brain research, they can show you that when you transcend, when you really experience the deepest level of life, the full brain is engaged.
