00:09:45.000 And they responded by raiding their home with a bunch of tax agents years ago, and then kangaroo trials, you name it.

00:09:53.000 And so they just said, that's it, we're going to go to our property, we're going to wait for you to come, we're going to defend ourselves.

00:09:59.000 And then, of course, the lying local head of the federal marshals said, we have no plan to ever raid you, no plan to ever go on the property, that means you can bet it will be the opposite.

00:10:11.000 They speak of a fork of tongue, as they say.

00:10:14.000 And sure enough, Thursday, a gentleman was walking the dog on the property at about 7.30 in the morning and he walked to the end of the property out by the road.

00:10:27.000 And he saw some guys with guns across the street and he said what are you doing turkey hunting and they said freeze and he turned and ran and they fired two shots at him then men popped up in front of him and he put up his hands and said I give up I don't have any weapons somebody said tasering they tasered him and they told him you're going to go to the media and say we didn't shoot at you that you walked to the front

00:10:52.000 That you walked to the front gate, and that plainclothes officers were serving a seizure warrant for the dental property 10 miles away, and that we said freeze and you ran, and that we tackled you.

00:11:10.000 They've admitted kind of in a sideways way to the AP and the local newspapers and TV, but not completely.
