00:09:11.000 Now, I happen to have read volume after volume of the Federalist Papers, And I've also read volume after volume of the Anti-Federalist Papers.

00:09:30.000 They would debate each day or each week with each other with different columns that they would write, the Founding Fathers.

00:09:36.000 And it was of the great consensus, and there were only a few issues that had a consensus.

00:09:41.000 The Second Amendment, state sovereignty, But also the separation of powers, and that the Congress was the prime mover.

00:09:53.000 That Congress, of the delegated separation of powers, had the greater balance of power, though only slight.

00:10:10.000 Liberty was that unknown holy grail that they had finally attained at least some semblance of, and they wanted to shepherd and lay down defenses to guard it.

00:10:21.000 And the founders talked about how because the legislative had the most members from their diverse communities, And because it would be harder to get a dictatorship because of the separation of powers, within the legislative itself, then set upon and set against the division of powers, separation of powers with the judicial and the executive.

00:10:50.000 Now, Alexander Hamilton later came along and said, no, we should make The Presidency a king and the Parliament or the Congress should be a vassal as well as the courts.

00:11:10.000 And in those days people would step outside and that was the end of it.

00:13:24.000 I mean, folks, when a branch of government starts announcing that it is above the law publicly, I mean, now they're just saying they're above regular run-of-the-mill laws, as we said they would do if they were really getting ready for martial law.

00:13:40.000 And they're setting these precedents, they're announcing these powers over and over and over and over again.

00:13:48.000 And the federal government homeland security is constantly locking down the Capitol.

01:10:14.000 They were identifying themselves as Joe and Maria, a couple.

01:10:18.000 Yeah, that's extremely illegal for the feds, without a warrant, to use some trick like calling your realtor to get in your house.

01:10:25.000 They were identifying themselves as Joe and Maria, a couple being transferred from Washington, D.C.

01:10:37.000 Well, my agent had to tell them that her client was in Europe for another week, and that, two, her client would not allow the house to be seen without being present, and she did not have a key.

01:10:48.000 At this point in time, I surmise that these two postal inspections Inspector Agents Joe Clark and Maria Kuvion, who flew cross-country from Washington DC, especially for this little event, to get into my property, I believe for a little look-see, a little fishing expedition.

01:11:05.000 I think they panicked at that point because that's when they went up to Sacramento, which is about an hour drive from where I live.

01:11:13.000 They went to a magistrate.

01:11:15.000 They got and obtained, unbelievably obtained, a search warrant based upon information Three to five years old.

01:11:23.000 Now for your listening audience who may not understand the probable cause that's necessary time-wise for a warrant, rarely are warrants issued on information any older than six months anywhere in this country in any type of situation.

01:11:43.000 They went to this magistrate, they got a warrant based upon information Three to five years old, written in third person by Agent Maria Kuvion.

01:11:51.000 And that's all because of the new anti-terror paradigm.

01:11:54.000 That's how you originally had your wire transfer intercepted, was their own terror system.

01:12:02.000 There was no, in other words, there was no warrant at my bank, which was the Wells Fargo Bank at the time.

01:12:26.000 Nonetheless, nonetheless, they were able to obtain this warrant, this search warrant from this magistrate in Sacramento.

01:12:33.000 They came in the next morning, they executed it.

01:12:37.000 On Wednesday, October 4th, apparently from what I understand, because again I was not here, there were a dozen plus agents swarming all over this property.

01:12:46.000 I can only assume with dogs it was quite the sight to see from what I understand.

01:12:51.000 And in fact, didn't your security company call you and they said that when they called there was an agent on the phone?

01:12:58.000 Tell that story.

01:12:59.000 Oh yeah, that's kind of funny because you know when I realized What might be going on, I immediately checked my messages and my messages said that there was a phone call from ADT Security.

01:13:11.000 So I immediately contacted ADT Security and I said to them, what's happening?

01:13:17.000 And they said, well we just called and when the person picked up the phone, it was a man, it wasn't a woman, it wasn't you Ms.

01:13:23.000 Palfrey, it was a man.

01:13:24.000 And the man, when we asked the man for your password and what he was doing in the property, he could not give us your password or code.

01:13:32.000 And we said we are calling the police and it's at that point that the man who was Agent Joe Clark, I believe, said, don't bother.

01:13:42.000 Now, how many different agencies were there?

01:13:45.000 How many different federal departments?

01:13:49.000 There were the Postal Inspectors and there was the IRS.
