01:44:30.000 They just had a commentator on one of the television stations who said, well, we all have private meetings.

01:46:57.000 And then, my friend Congressman Duncan Hunter of California, a Republican, together with Congressman Marcy Kaptur of Ohio, a Democrat, introduced legislation in the form of an amendment Which passed overwhelmingly by a margin of 300-something to 60-something on July 24, barring the use of Transportation Department funds to advance the NAFTA superhighway or any other element.
