00:01:27.000 Well, from what I gather, and I'll try to compress it as much as I possibly can because it's a very convoluted and detailed story, but from what I gather, I was under investigation more or less, and it could have been prior to this, but more or less from March or so of 2004 until last October 4th of 2006 when there was a raid conducted on my home, a search warrant executed upon my home.

00:02:04.000 It does not appear to have been an investigation into prostitution-related services or activities, since, oh by the way, prostitution is not a federal crime.

00:11:22.000 They were identifying themselves as Joe and Maria, a couple... Yeah, that's extremely illegal for the Feds, without a warrant, to use some trick like calling your realtor to get in your house.

00:11:45.000 Well, my agent had to tell them that her client was in Europe for another week and that, two, her client would not allow the house to be seen without being present and she did not have a key.

00:11:56.000 At this point in time, I surmise that these two postal inspections Spectre agents, Joe Clark and Maria Kuvian, who flew cross-country from Washington, D.C., especially for this little event, to get into my property, I believe for a little look-see, a little fishing expedition.

00:12:12.000 I think they panicked at that point because that's when they went up to Sacramento, which is about an hour drive from where I live.

00:12:22.000 They got and obtained, unbelievably obtained, a search warrant based upon information three to five years old.

00:12:31.000 Now, for your listening audience who may not understand the probable cause that's necessary time-wise for a warrant, rarely are warrants issued on information any older than six months anywhere in this country in any type rarely are warrants issued on information any older than six months anywhere They went to this magistrate, they got a warrant based upon information Three to five years old, written in third person by Agent Maria Kuvion.

00:13:44.000 On Wednesday, October 4th, apparently from what I understand, because again I was not here, there were a dozen plus agents swarming all over this property.

00:13:54.000 I can only assume with dogs it was quite the sight to see from what I understand.

00:13:59.000 And in fact, didn't your security company call you and they said that when they called there was an agent on the phone?

00:14:06.000 Tell that story.

00:14:07.000 Oh yeah, that's kind of funny because you know when I realized What might be going on?

00:14:13.000 I immediately checked my messages and my messages said that there was a phone call from ADT Security.

00:14:19.000 So I immediately contacted ADT Security and I said to them, what's happening?

00:14:25.000 And they said, well we just called and when the person picked up the phone, it was a man, it wasn't a woman, it wasn't you Ms.

00:14:32.000 And the man, when we asked the man for your password and what he was doing in the property, he could not give us your password or code.

00:14:40.000 And we said we are calling the police and it's at that point that the man who was Agent Joe Clark, I believe, said, don't bother.

00:14:50.000 Now, how many different agencies were there?
