Alex Jones Show - 20070928_Fri_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:07.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:21.000 Another week is blasting past us.

00:00:29.000 It is Friday, the 28th day.

00:00:33.000 ...of September 2007.

00:00:34.000 We'll be live here for the next three hours.

00:00:39.000 Jesse Benton will pop in for about 15 minutes at the start of the second hour to give us his analysis.

00:00:45.000 He's the head PR, head media coordinator for the Ron Paul 2008 presidential campaign.

00:00:50.000 He'll be popping in to discuss the aftermath of the debate where Ron Paul got standing ovations, called for an end to the drug war.

00:01:00.000 Just absolutely amazing.

00:01:04.000 And clearly won the debate and won the after-debate poll, but still the mainline media attempts to claim that he's only second tier when he has really captured the imagination and the hearts and minds of the people with his anti-New World Order, pro-liberty message.

00:01:23.000 The doctor is coming, ladies and gentlemen, and he's Ron Paul, but you can lead a horse to water, you can't make him drink.

00:01:30.000 Will we be able to get out there to the Sally Soccer Moms and the Joe Sixpacks?

00:01:35.000 We've got the thinkers on our side, we've got those that are informed, and we're starting to reach out to others, but can we reach the people who don't know where the U.S.

00:01:43.000 is on a map?

00:01:45.000 Can we reach the people that really think Saddam had WMDs?

00:01:49.000 Can we reach the mindless liberals who think Hillary's going to save them? 1.00

00:01:53.000 And the answer may be no.

00:01:57.000 But at least we'll try.

00:01:59.000 And then as things get worse and worse, that percentage of people that haven't woken up will wake up.

00:02:06.000 So that's coming up.

00:02:07.000 Then we've got Larry Becraft coming on the show.

00:02:12.000 He's a lawyer, constitutional lawyer.

00:02:14.000 He's not into patriot mythology.

00:02:18.000 Uh, you know, magic paperwork filing and the things I've seen send hundreds of people to prison that I've tried to warn folks about, but they never want to listen.

00:02:25.000 They have to experience it themselves.

00:02:27.000 Uh, no, he's a real constitutional lawyer.

00:02:29.000 He's won a lot of cases.

00:02:30.000 He'll be here to talk about a case, uh, just came out this week with nine defendants for supposed tax evasion found not guilty in Las Vegas and all these other cases where people are being found not guilty.

00:02:43.000 And then, of course, the Sherry Jackson case, an IRS agent, they're now throwing the book out for exposing what's happening.

00:02:48.000 He'll be popping in coming up in the third hour today.

00:02:52.000 In the meantime, we're hearing Washington has, quote, changed its tune on climate change.

00:03:02.000 The Pope says we've got to embrace global taxation to save the earth.

00:03:06.000 Schwarzenegger, George Bush today, everyone except constitutionalists.

00:03:14.000 and And I'm even getting neocons sending me emails, message boards, postings, phone calls, faxes, And they're pro-war, pro-nuke Iran, and they believe that the global heating is caused by man and therefore global taxes.

00:03:34.000 I mean, these people are total Kool-Aid drinkers.

00:03:37.000 I mean, to see even neocons now, again, they'll do whatever Bush says.

00:03:43.000 They're just wedded to it, they've hitched their wagon to it, and they've decided to go down with the ship.

00:03:48.000 So, alright, get ready.

00:03:51.000 They're announcing taxes on your home, taxes on every type of power, taxes on everything.

00:03:57.000 I mean, I'm not exaggerating.

00:04:00.000 Hundreds of new taxes.

00:04:05.000 And I'm speechless at how fast they're moving.

00:04:08.000 This is the endgame.

00:04:09.000 So we'll get into that.

00:04:11.000 Every day, there are more police brutality videos than I can even physically watch.

00:04:17.000 And most of them are three or four minutes long.

00:04:19.000 And I'll end up losing sleep.

00:04:21.000 Last night I got home from the office at about 1.30 a.m.

00:04:25.000 and watched a few videos and just had to stop.

00:04:29.000 One of them is headlined, School Security Guard Beat Teen Over Cake Spill.

00:04:36.000 And folks, it's video.

00:04:40.000 He twists her arm so far behind her back that her arm breaks.

00:04:46.000 She didn't, quote, clean it up fast enough. 1.00

00:04:50.000 Drill sergeants in the Marine Corps aren't one-tip this hard core on men. 1.00

00:04:56.000 The War on Terrorism.

00:05:04.000 Will it be fought overseas, or will it affect us here at home?

00:05:07.000 If you are like most folks, you want to be prepared, but can't afford an underground shelter.

00:05:11.000 So what do you do?

00:05:12.000 Did you know that you can use your home as a shelter against fallout and biological or chemical attacks?

00:05:17.000 With a little know-how, it's not that difficult.

00:05:20.000 Sheltering in Place.

00:06:07.000 My new film Terror Storm is complete.

00:06:09.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.

00:06:18.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.

00:06:25.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, a White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.

00:06:37.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.

00:06:41.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.

00:06:43.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

00:07:58.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

00:08:08.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:11.000 You found the info or...

00:08:24.000 You are smack dab in the middle of it.

00:08:26.000 Thank you for joining us this live Friday edition.

00:08:31.000 Alright, I want to get into the epidemic of police brutality, but it's not even police brutality, it is new policies.

00:08:38.000 They teach police departments that if you do not answer their questions, they are to taser you.

00:08:46.000 There are literally hundreds of videos of it, and a fraction of these get caught on tape.

00:08:50.000 You don't give a urine sample, they taser you.

00:08:53.000 You're sitting on the sidewalk protesting, you won't get up, they break your arm.

00:08:58.000 You won't clean cake up off the floor, they break your arm.

00:09:02.000 You're a city councilman, they punch you in the back and knock you down and physically assault you.

00:09:06.000 I'm not, quote, bashing police.

00:09:09.000 I'm bashing this policy.

00:09:13.000 Do we admit that Cuba has corrupt police?

00:09:16.000 Does China have corrupt police?

00:09:18.000 Were the Nazis corrupt?

00:09:21.000 I guess in the pro-cop world of today, we're supposed to say, no, they weren't.

00:09:25.000 Cops can do no wrong, even if they're a Gestapo officer.

00:09:29.000 I mean, that's the type of mentality that we've gotten.

00:09:32.000 No.

00:09:33.000 Governments go bad 99 times out of 100 through history.

00:09:39.000 You can count on one hand free societies, and there have been thousands of corrupt, out-of-control despotisms.

00:09:47.000 And when a San Diego college student They say, show your ID, and he says, I don't have it on me, so they taser him as he's trying to leave, and then they say, get up, and he can't get up, and they taser him again.

00:10:02.000 That's wrong!

00:10:04.000 And the cop's got in trouble, by the way.

00:10:06.000 Or, when they pull over another cop, and tell him, get down on the ground, and then the cop accidentally shoots him five times, the cop didn't get in trouble, and he should have.

00:10:17.000 In the case we played yesterday, the clip in St.

00:10:20.000 Louis, the guy has a camera in his car when he gets pulled over, And, uh, the cop says, I will frame you.

00:10:27.000 I will say, I will say you assaulted me.

00:10:29.000 Now, who's the boss now?

00:10:31.000 And he says, come on, come on boy, come on boy, come on boy.

00:10:34.000 It's a personal power trip.

00:10:35.000 That cop got fired.

00:10:37.000 They are now parked outside the young man's house and on police message boards, this is in the newspapers now in Missouri, are saying that they want to kill him.

00:10:47.000 And now that's a big controversy and now cops are under investigation.

00:10:50.000 See, cops, you're not allowed to say you want to kill people.

00:10:53.000 You're not above the law.

00:10:55.000 And this is a young girl, a young girl, And the cake got dropped on the floor.

00:11:12.000 That's admitted.

00:11:13.000 And the security guard said, pick it up.

00:11:16.000 And she picked it up and threw it away.

00:11:17.000 And he said, now clean the icing up.

00:11:19.000 This is what witnesses are saying and what the video is showing.

00:11:23.000 And she, the bell had rung and she said, I got to go to class.

00:11:27.000 She started walking off. 1.00

00:11:29.000 Well, he showed her who the boss was.

00:11:30.000 He got her, put her on the table.

00:11:33.000 And then he twisted her arm all the way back towards her neck until it broke! 0.76

00:11:39.000 And he broke her arm!

00:11:42.000 I'm looking at it and I'm... I'll guarantee you if she doesn't know it, because they're just reporting her wrist is broken, I'll guarantee you she's got rotator cuff damage.

00:11:52.000 I mean this is... you ought to see this video.

00:11:54.000 It's up on PrisonPlanet.com right now.

00:11:56.000 It is literally extended Well, no wonder her wrist broke.

00:12:05.000 He's got full force on her wrist, and then another force on her elbow, driving it, super-extending it up to where the elbow is almost up above the head. 0.96

00:12:18.000 I mean, I've had the police in Round Rock, when they arrested me for asking Bush a question, crank my wrist up to the middle of my back, and I have pain almost every day.

00:12:27.000 I don't like surgery, though.

00:12:28.000 I'm sure if I went to the doctor or something, I'd have a problem.

00:12:29.000 It's getting worse all the time.

00:12:30.000 You know, this is seven, eight years after the fact.

00:12:33.000 I guess it's seven and a half years after the fact.

00:12:36.000 But I mean, this little girl will feel this for the rest of her life.

00:12:42.000 And this isn't a cop, it's a security guard.

00:12:47.000 But this is the training.

00:12:49.000 Why is this happening now?

00:12:51.000 And the news sounds like they're on the little girl's side.

00:12:56.000 But listen carefully.

00:12:59.000 It's kind of like the Liberals act like they're against the Iraq War, but the UN either runs Iraq completely and you let us do everything we want and keep you on sanctions for another 15 years, or we bombard you and blow you to bits.

00:13:13.000 The good cop's view of that is really bad, or we blow you to bits. 0.65

00:13:19.000 Either the UN runs you or we blow you to bits.

00:13:22.000 Well, here it's, well, witnesses are saying in the video, says she complied.

00:13:26.000 Why did he break her arm?

00:13:28.000 And before the camera got on, the reporting witnesses said that he also beat her.

00:13:38.000 Hence the headline, school security guards beat teen over cake spill.

00:13:42.000 And then after she had her head on the table, then the arm needed to be broken. 1.00

00:13:46.000 And look, they know what they're doing.

00:13:51.000 It's hard, even with a small girl, to break an arm.

00:13:56.000 I mean, you've got to really do some cranking. 0.72

00:14:03.000 It's a mental illness to defend this. 0.98

00:14:05.000 It's a mental illness to say this is okay. 0.93

00:14:08.000 See, you've got a lot of hubris now in this system, in the government period, and it rots down from the head down, as they say.

00:14:17.000 And so it's a manifestation of the corruption that police and security guards and others think this is normal now.

00:14:25.000 Normal to say, hey, don't question me.

00:14:28.000 You're going to answer my questions, or I'm going to arrest you and say that you assaulted me.

00:14:34.000 Then I'll show you who the boss is, boy.

00:14:38.000 Well, you can't beat the camera now, and you can't beat it being on the web, and so what you're doing is you're burrowing yourself deeper by saying, no, no, it's okay what we do, it's alright, our new policies that the feds have taught us are okay, and then all you're doing is completely destroying the respect that's left for the badge and the uniform.

00:14:58.000 And I know that most cops are very businesslike, mechanical, Uh, I observe them, I watch them, I watch a lot of squad car videos that are uploaded on the web of police doing things properly.

00:15:11.000 I know you never know when a gun's gonna come up.

00:15:15.000 I understand all that.

00:15:17.000 But... I have had psychopathic, juiced-up cops repeatedly... I don't even go down there anymore.

00:15:25.000 There's some good restaurants on 6th Street.

00:15:28.000 And I've watched cops starting fights with people, shaved heads, onroids, tattoos everywhere, devil tats generally, goatees, the basic devil outfit.

00:15:36.000 The basic, I'm going to war, I'm powerful mode.

00:15:39.000 But again, a real warrior would want to fight other warriors.

00:15:44.000 They want to challenge.

00:15:45.000 These guys like to pick on, you know, scrawny guys with a hot girlfriend. 0.98

00:15:49.000 Because Roydhead's mad because women don't like, you know, men who, uh, Don't have any sexual organs left. 1.00

00:15:55.000 I mean, I'm sorry, but that's really what it comes down to. 0.98

00:15:58.000 Women don't like fake men. 1.00

00:15:59.000 They like real men.

00:16:01.000 And, uh... And I've seen it, and it's a certain crew they've got, or cops coming up and saying, uh, you... can't videotape us from a hundred yards away, I'm gonna arrest you.

00:16:14.000 And I just go, go ahead, arrest me.

00:16:16.000 You can beat the rap, but you can't beat the riot.

00:16:18.000 That would be a total violation, false imprisonment, official oppression, false arrest, and they'd leave me alone.

00:16:25.000 But I'm very mechanical about it.

00:16:26.000 I don't get all, well that's not true.

00:16:28.000 I had a cop walk over and say, we're going to arrest everybody if you don't quit protesting. 0.99

00:16:33.000 And I said, and then he lied to the media and said he didn't say it, and I just blew up and said, you're a degenerate liar. 0.88

00:16:40.000 Because that was going to end up in a major magazine, That I was a liar, because they were going to put the cop's word on it. 0.81

00:16:45.000 I, of course, had to show the media the videotape, and then, thank goodness, it didn't end up being in the papers.

00:16:49.000 They'll take a cop's word!

00:16:51.000 See, people haven't figured that out yet that, statistically, they've been told, they call it liafying, or testifying.

00:16:59.000 It's a big joke.

00:17:00.000 They've had major city police chiefs come out and write books about it and admit it.

00:17:04.000 And, I mean, I'm not here to be lied about.

00:17:08.000 I'm not here for you to lie about.

00:17:09.000 I mean, I take big offense with that.

00:17:12.000 So when we get back, I will play, we're just going to come out of break with it, with this newscast.

00:17:18.000 We can analyze it and comment on it.

00:17:20.000 And notice this newscast out of Florida.

00:17:22.000 Oh, this is L.A.

00:17:28.000 I've got another one here with the old school in Florida, excuse me, L.A.

00:17:33.000 This is a security guard.

00:17:36.000 And he breaks the girl's arm.

00:17:39.000 And then they didn't stop there.

00:17:40.000 Mama came down and demanded that they press charges. 0.99

00:17:44.000 And they said in the principal's office, we're going to go ahead and just charge you.

00:17:48.000 See, they think it's normal now to put false charges on.

00:17:51.000 They'll even say it right out in the open.

00:17:53.000 And you're saying, oh, Mama probably did something.

00:17:56.000 Mama was yelling. 0.99

00:17:58.000 Well, guess what?

00:17:59.000 The person that videotaped it and someone else they thought did, they went ahead and arrested them and charged them.

00:18:07.000 So see, that shows just the rampant craziness.

00:18:11.000 I saw it in New York.

00:18:13.000 The police ran about 15 feet and assaulted the Discovery Channel's cameraman with a $100,000 plus camera.

00:18:23.000 The lens was $80,000.

00:18:24.000 I'd already asked them about the camera.

00:18:26.000 They followed me around off and on for a few months.

00:18:30.000 Big, giant, super high-dev, latest camera.

00:18:33.000 Huge lens.

00:18:34.000 $80,000 lens.

00:18:37.000 They hit the camera, then they knock him down.

00:18:41.000 They arrest two British filmmakers who were about 10 feet away.

00:18:46.000 The cops were about to charge them because one cop knocked the other guy into the other cop.

00:18:52.000 And they were about, but they were reasonable at least to drop that.

00:18:56.000 They rioted and hit Rob Jacobson, one of my camera guys, twice in front of me.

00:19:01.000 Knocked him to the ground.

00:19:02.000 Rob was about 5 feet away.

00:19:04.000 That's why they were cuffing me.

00:19:07.000 And, uh, cops were yelling, come on, come on, come on to the crowd. 0.90

00:19:12.000 I mean, that's cowardly.

00:19:14.000 You got a crowd of a couple hundred people.

00:19:15.000 You're intimidated.

00:19:16.000 They're not threatening you.

00:19:18.000 They know better.

00:19:20.000 And you're going, come on, because there's a hundred cops and you got guns and billy clubs and mace and you want to get in a fight.

00:19:27.000 Why do you want to get in a fight where it's rigged and where it's not a challenge?

00:19:35.000 Where you get to beat people up and sit there and take it, and if they raise an arm when you're... By the way, I've seen it hundreds of times.

00:19:43.000 If you raise your arm when a billy club's coming down, that is an assault from an officer.

00:19:49.000 So your arm breaks instead of your head.

00:19:52.000 But this little girl, she's being charged with assaulting the security guard when she didn't touch him. 0.58

00:24:14.000 Strange days have tracked us down.

00:24:23.000 Remember the city councilman in Indiana.

00:24:32.000 Caught on video.

00:24:37.000 City Marshal punches him in the back as he peacefully walks out of his own council chambers.

00:24:43.000 Knocks him down on the ground.

00:24:44.000 They beat him unconscious, fracture his skull.

00:24:49.000 He had to be taken to the hospital.

00:24:50.000 They've already assaulted his wife on the street before. 0.99

00:24:52.000 And then they charge him with assault because He assaulted him from behind.

00:25:00.000 Well, it looks like that's what happened here, but this time, it is a freshman in high school, and she looks like a nice little girl, but regardless, didn't they arrest the person that videotaped it?

00:25:16.000 And they're charging them with a bunch of stuff.

00:25:17.000 See, that shows it's just wild craziness.

00:25:20.000 The mother came down and said, I want to press charges. 1.00

00:25:22.000 They said, that's it, you're arrested.

00:25:24.000 Here it is.

00:25:25.000 A high school student says she dropped a piece of birthday cake and ended up with a broken wrist.

00:25:30.000 The girl was at Knight Middle School in Palmdale, and she says a school security guard beat her because she dropped the cake and later arrested her mother.

00:25:38.000 Michael Brownlee joins us live with what the family has said is a great piece of evidence against the guard.

00:25:42.000 Michael?

00:25:43.000 Well, that's right.

00:25:44.000 A video that you'll actually see here in just a bit was actually taken on a classmate's cell phone.

00:25:49.000 Now, we talk about the mother's arrest, but the mother says that her 16-year-old daughter, the victim in this case, ...was also arrested here back on September 18th.

00:25:57.000 Now keep in mind, this is the family's story.

00:25:59.000 Their account of what they see happened here on campus earlier this month.

00:26:03.000 Unfortunately, we weren't able to reach the school district for comment, but keep in mind a mother and daughter baffled over how a celebration with cake ended with a scuffle with school security.

00:26:14.000 That 16-year-old Plié Mervin faced down a couple of weeks ago a campus security guard with her arm twisted behind her back. 0.92

00:26:21.000 This is Plié tonight.

00:26:22.000 That same arm on a man from a broken wrist.

00:26:26.000 Put me through a lot of pain and hurt.

00:26:29.000 Plié and some friends with cake celebrated a birthday on campus.

00:26:33.000 The lunch bell had just rang.

00:26:34.000 Plié says she was bumped.

00:26:36.000 Accidentally dropped her plate of cake.

00:26:38.000 A security guard told her to pick it up.

00:26:40.000 I picked it up.

00:26:42.000 When I was finished picking it up, I went to the bathroom.

00:26:44.000 He then insisted, she said, she go back and clean it all up.

00:26:48.000 She did a second, even third time.

00:26:51.000 I start picking the crumbs up off the ground and that's when I start to walk to class.

00:26:57.000 He was following me and he said, hey you.

00:26:59.000 as she could. - He was following me and he said, "Hey you." - And before Polige knew it, she found herself face down on a table with this allegedly being yelled at her by that security guard. - He just said to hold still, if he called her nappy head. - She didn't even understand that that was a racial comment that he called her nappy head.

00:27:19.000 And that's part of why Plié's mother, Latricia, has sought out an attorney.

00:27:23.000 But there's more.

00:27:24.000 They arrested me.

00:27:25.000 Arrested for assault upon an assistant school principal.

00:27:28.000 Latricia demanded that security officer be arrested.

00:27:31.000 And they told me that if I wanted him arrested, that I was going to be arrested for battery.

00:27:38.000 Alright, let's stop right there.

00:27:40.000 Five days of school suspension, then her arrest for battery and littering involving the cake.

00:27:45.000 All right, let's stop right there.

00:27:47.000 There's the key proving it's a setup.

00:27:50.000 If she would have battered the god, because now security guards are above humans as well, the average humans, in the hierarchy of godhood.

00:27:58.000 We're mere slaves.

00:28:00.000 They're at a Mount Olympus level, and then you go to the deep space God level, and you actually become a mayor or a politician.

00:28:07.000 But notice, there was the key.

00:28:10.000 After she said she was going to go public, they went, that's it, we're charging you with littering and assault. 1.00

00:28:16.000 There's video of him grabbing her, no resistance, breaks her wrist, cranks her arm and elbow right up to the head.

00:28:23.000 I mean, full power.

00:28:24.000 If he did that to an adult after the joints harden and things, it would have been more broken, torn out of the socket.

00:28:30.000 But when they're young, you know, you can see, you know, talking to different orthopedic surgeons and stuff, there's a lot more they can take.

00:28:37.000 Still a little bit softer, but at 16 I guess she was a sophomore.

00:28:40.000 But she seemed like a really sweet girl.

00:28:42.000 But the key is, you know, you just heard it.

00:28:46.000 After the fact.

00:28:48.000 After the fact.

00:28:50.000 And now, after the fact, days later, they're arrested the camera person.

00:28:57.000 See?

00:28:58.000 Just mad riot of vengeance.

00:29:00.000 We're gonna arrest you videotaped it!

00:29:02.000 We're gonna arrest you for littering and assault! 0.80

00:29:04.000 We're gonna arrest your mama! 1.00

00:29:07.000 Showing it's all false.

00:29:08.000 And I hope Paul Watson makes that point in the article I know he's writing about this.

00:29:12.000 See how you learn to decipher this?

00:29:14.000 We're going to come back, back in about 30 seconds.

00:29:16.000 I want people to hear that when we come out of break.

00:29:18.000 I'm going to move on to some other issues on global warming, global taxation, big developments there on a daily basis, the economy.

00:32:57.000 She complied as best she could.

00:33:02.000 He was following me and he said, hey you.

00:33:04.000 And before police knew it, she found herself face down on a table with this allegedly being yelled at her by that security guard.

00:33:11.000 He just said to hold still and he caught me a nappy head.

00:33:15.000 She didn't even understand that that was a racial comment that he called her nappy head.

00:33:20.000 And that's part of why Plié's mother, Latricia, has sought out an attorney.

00:33:24.000 But there's more.

00:33:25.000 They arrested him.

00:33:27.000 Arrested for assault upon an assistant school principal.

00:33:30.000 Latricia demanded that security officer be arrested.

00:33:32.000 And they told me that if I wanted him arrested, that I was going to be arrested for battery.

00:33:40.000 And for Pleg, first five days of school suspension, then her arrest for battery and littering involving the cake.

00:33:46.000 I was thinking like, how humiliated I was and how hurt I was.

00:33:54.000 Now the guy who took the video along with his sister were reportedly also arrested.

00:33:59.000 Now, Latricia tells me that she has been suspended from her job without pay. 1.00

00:34:04.000 She works at another school district here in Palmdale.

00:34:06.000 As soon as they got word of her arrest, she says, she was told to leave the building.

00:34:10.000 Now, legal action, as I mentioned, will likely be taken as well.

00:34:13.000 And the family has planned a march here out in front of the school first thing Friday morning, 7 a.m.

00:34:19.000 Reporting live in Palmdale tonight, I'm Michael Brownlee, Fox 11 News.

00:34:24.000 Alright, now we've gotten the mother's number.

00:34:26.000 We're going to be getting her on Sunday 4 to 6 when I'm on the Sunday Show or Monday.

00:34:30.000 We're going to be getting her on.

00:34:32.000 But there's no debating what happened here.

00:34:35.000 After the fact, days after they then arrest the girl, it wasn't enough to break her wrist with pleasure, to force her arm all the way back up to her head in front of witnesses.

00:34:49.000 There's video of it.

00:34:52.000 Now they've arrested the Young man, the young student, who videotaped it, and his sister.

00:35:03.000 Because they're agreeing to give evidence.

00:35:08.000 And then they tell him, okay, we'll drop all this.

00:35:11.000 This is why they do this.

00:35:12.000 This is why when they get caught doing something wrong, they throw charges on everybody.

00:35:16.000 They'll tell the mama, they'll tell the daughter, they'll tell them, listen, you drop this, we'll drop our criminal charges.

00:35:21.000 Then we'll get an establishment lawyer, And the establishment lawyer will take five, ten, fifteen grand from them and then just do a five minute plea bargain deal with the prosecutor and it'll all be dropped.

00:35:33.000 In some cases, they'll probably all end up on probation for having her arm broken for no reason. 1.00

00:35:38.000 That's the new America. 0.50

00:35:40.000 And in case you're doubting me, do you have the clip we played yesterday, John, where the officer pulls up to the guy who just pulled in, he turns his camera on, and the cop starts yelling and screaming at him, and says, I can frame you, I can make up all sorts of charges, I can say that you resisted or assaulted me.

00:35:57.000 Do you have that clip?

00:35:59.000 Now it's 12 minutes long, we can't play all of it, and we had to cut out a lot of cuss words, so here's some clipping, but here it is.

00:36:05.000 How we doing?

00:36:06.000 What's going on?

00:36:07.000 Nothing.

00:36:08.000 Why are you parking here?

00:36:09.000 Can I park here?

00:36:09.000 It's a commuter lot, right?

00:36:10.000 Yeah, yeah, but we have fouls at night time. 0.97

00:36:12.000 Okay.

00:36:12.000 We're parking the cars.

00:36:13.000 Do you have any ID on you?

00:36:15.000 Excuse me, please.

00:36:15.000 Yeah, I do.

00:36:15.000 Okay.

00:36:16.000 Did I do something wrong?

00:36:17.000 Hey, you're a suspicious vehicle right now.

00:36:18.000 I'm what?

00:36:19.000 You are a suspicious vehicle right now.

00:36:21.000 A commuter parking lot?

00:36:22.000 Yeah, you are, because we have car keys in here.

00:36:25.000 Yeah, you're right.

00:36:25.000 So I can park right here?

00:36:26.000 You want me... You want to come out of the car?

00:36:29.000 Come on.

00:36:30.000 I'm not here.

00:36:38.000 You want to try me tonight?

00:36:40.000 You think you have a bad night?

00:36:43.000 I'm going to ruin your night.

00:36:46.000 You want to try me?

00:36:47.000 Do you want to try me, young boy?

00:36:50.000 You want to try me tonight, young boy? 0.95

00:36:53.000 You want to go to jail for some f***ing reason I come up with? 0.56

00:36:57.000 You want to see who knows the law better? 0.96

00:36:59.000 Me or you? 0.95

00:37:00.000 My experience compared to your young a**? 1.00

00:37:02.000 Huh? 0.94

00:37:05.000 If you ever get smart with a cop again, I'll show you what a cop does.

00:37:09.000 Do you want to scam me?

00:37:10.000 Try and talk back.

00:37:11.000 Talk back to me again.

00:37:12.000 Now, did I say you resisted arrest or something?

00:37:15.000 Do you want to come up with something?

00:37:16.000 I can come up with nine things.

00:37:17.000 Do you want to try something?

00:37:19.000 No.

00:37:19.000 Right here.

00:37:20.000 I'm going to give you a ticket for that.

00:37:22.000 Can you come up with some more?

00:37:23.000 When you turn again, you're going to use the turn signal.

00:37:25.000 I'm gonna give you a check for that.

00:37:27.000 Can we come up with some more?

00:37:29.000 When you've turned in, you feel you need to turn something to light turn settings, let's try and do some more.

00:37:33.000 Huh?

00:37:35.000 Give me an attitude a little bit more.

00:37:35.000 Come on.

00:37:37.000 I dare you, I can guarantee I'd close this car by the time I'm done with you.

00:37:40.000 What, it's on you now?

00:37:41.000 Give me a little bit more lift.

00:37:43.000 Come on, boy!

00:37:45.000 Give me some more lift! 1.00

00:37:46.000 You're done?

00:37:49.000 You're about ready to get it.

00:37:51.000 You already started your attitude.

00:37:52.000 You think I'm a bad night boy?

00:37:54.000 Huh?

00:37:55.000 Answer me.

00:37:56.000 I'll lock you up and put you in a police officer's command.

00:38:03.000 Alright, stop it right there.

00:38:06.000 You see, you gotta answer their questions or they'll charge you for not following command.

00:38:11.000 Whatever happened to the Fifth Amendment?

00:38:13.000 That cop doesn't know what it is, folks.

00:38:15.000 He also doesn't know why he's got $50,000 of credit card debt or why he's got an autistic son.

00:38:20.000 I'm just randomly saying that.

00:38:22.000 He doesn't know why his wife's going to get breast cancer.

00:38:25.000 He doesn't know why he's going to get testicular cancer because they implanted it in him.

00:38:29.000 The bosses you love, the government you love, cop, you should join the American people.

00:38:35.000 You should be honorable.

00:38:36.000 I mean, if a 19-year-old is a little sassy with you when you demand he answer questions, why didn't you just calmly sit there and assess the situation and learn to be a man and not dominate and bully people?

00:38:50.000 Well, now you've lost your job.

00:38:52.000 And now it looks like there's going to be some criminal charges because cops had to go on the local St.

00:38:57.000 Louis cop website on the message board and talk about killing this young man.

00:39:01.000 And now they've been videotaped stalking him in his house.

00:39:04.000 And now?

00:39:06.000 It's become a national issue, and there's criminal investigations on these cops.

00:39:12.000 And now it's in the newspapers in Missouri.

00:39:16.000 And you're going to keep being bad, I know. 0.93

00:39:19.000 Just like the criminals that run our government.

00:39:22.000 And because you're so self-righteous, and you make the good cops, which are the majority of police, look bad. 0.60

00:39:30.000 But when you got 20% of the cops or so that act like this, and from what I've seen, That's a guesstimation, but it may be more, may be less, but it's 20% or so that are completely nuts, that are the wrong type of people to be cops.

00:39:44.000 In most good departments, because I've talked to a lot of retired police and current police, 20, 30, 40 years ago, they'd find out nutty hot rods pretty quick.

00:39:53.000 And people that like to bully and beat, and you would just be off the force, or you'd end up pushing paper.

00:40:00.000 Not anymore.

00:40:02.000 These guys go right to the top.

00:40:04.000 And it's getting caught on video when you punch a councilman in the back and then charge him because you want to cover yourself.

00:40:11.000 And now there's talk of criminal charges from the state.

00:40:14.000 I mean you can't, the video doesn't lie, you can't punch somebody in the back and then jump on them.

00:40:19.000 And you can't break a little girl's arm and then days after charge her cause mama, and then start charging cameramen.

00:40:28.000 You can't do it.

00:40:29.000 Alright, shifting gears.

00:40:33.000 I got a bunch of economic news that ties in with the global warming tax, but oil prices rise as dollar falls.

00:40:40.000 This is the first time I've seen a headline that tells it like it is.

00:40:44.000 How many years?

00:40:45.000 The last three years of doubling, now more than doubling, gas prices.

00:40:50.000 I continue ad nauseum to state something that anyone would have a brain to figure out.

00:40:57.000 I'm not a rocket scientist.

00:40:59.000 If the dollar is devalued by 30%, oil prices are going to go up by 30% for you and I. Energy cost.

00:41:07.000 If the dollar is devalued by 40%, it's going to go down.

00:41:12.000 Whether you use coal, fire, electricity, or natural gas, or oil turned into gasoline, it's going to go up by 40%.

00:41:20.000 If the dollar drops by 64% from 2,000 levels versus the euro, then your gas prices are going to go up 64%.

00:41:31.000 It's called inflation.

00:41:36.000 And that's why they're talking about a national average by Christmas of $4 a gallon.

00:41:40.000 And then they're saying a ceiling a year after that of $5.

00:41:44.000 Capping out at around $8 per gallon.

00:41:48.000 Here is the headline.

00:41:50.000 Here is Veritas.

00:41:52.000 Here is truth.

00:41:54.000 AP.

00:41:55.000 Oil prices rise as a dollar falls.

00:41:59.000 The dollar's drop is drawing buyers into energy markets, sending oil above $83 a barrel.

00:42:05.000 As the dollar falls, cars cost more.

00:42:17.000 Amen.

00:42:18.000 Milk costs more.

00:42:20.000 Education costs more.

00:42:22.000 Medical costs more.

00:42:24.000 Food costs more.

00:42:28.000 Everything Cost more.

00:42:32.000 This is a hidden tax that Congressman Ron Paul has been talking about for 25 years.

00:42:39.000 I mean, the dollar was already devalued by 90 plus percent a decade ago.

00:42:44.000 It is now devalued by 99 plus percent from what it was when the Federal Reserve took over in 1913.

00:42:52.000 But just in the last seven years, We have seen the vast majority of that devaluation.

00:43:02.000 That is devaluation we actually feel in prices.

00:43:07.000 We have all been swindled.

00:43:09.000 And you're not going to hear the financial shows, the Clark Howard's and the Dave Ramsey's talk about this. 0.98

00:43:17.000 It'll all be about how you were dumb and how you now get out of debt. 0.99

00:43:22.000 That's like telling you to get out of the grave after you're already a skeleton. 0.97

00:43:27.000 There's no discussion about who did this, so they blame it on credit card companies, which are just one foot of the international banking cartels.

00:43:34.000 It's the private central banks that issue the credit, it's the private central banks that make the announcements, it's the private central banks that control the markets, and it's said we're going to have all this credit flowing.

00:43:46.000 And the credit card, the counselors, the debt counselors, In the colleges and high schools saying, take credit cards.

00:43:54.000 The counselors help sign you up with them.

00:43:58.000 Talk about not needing enemies when you got friends like that.

00:44:01.000 And the parents just oblivious watching their sitcoms, getting drunk, stumbling around, your kids are off being fed on by sharks, your loving government.

00:44:10.000 Oh, the university wouldn't scam you.

00:44:13.000 So, there it is.

00:44:21.000 An accurate article.

00:44:23.000 Oil prices rise as dollars fall.

00:44:24.000 You see, there's been lawsuits, it's been come out in documents, it's been all over major newspapers, but back of the paper.

00:44:31.000 You'd have to read financial publications to find it.

00:44:33.000 Wall Street Journal, Times of London, Financial Times.

00:44:38.000 For 40 years, the central banks have artificially suppressed gold.

00:44:42.000 Why have they done that?

00:44:44.000 So they could buy it cheaper.

00:44:45.000 Okay?

00:44:48.000 How they do that is they go out and they trade with each other.

00:44:54.000 The central banks are all owned by a handful of families.

00:44:57.000 They control the central governments.

00:44:58.000 They issue the currency and credit.

00:45:00.000 They own the money machines, literally.

00:45:03.000 And one of their biggest scams is they will, when gold starts going up, they will sell gold to each other at 10, 15, sometimes 20 percent under spot.

00:45:13.000 Why would they even sell gold, and it never even moves, in the huge vaults from New York to Zurich to London to Paris to Moscow to Peking to Tokyo and Kyoto.

00:45:27.000 They will put a card, literally, on, cards look like, I've seen them on television, look like the cards that you put out at your table for your number where they bring your food.

00:45:42.000 Put cards on top piles of bricks saying who owns it.

00:45:45.000 And then that drives down prices.

00:45:48.000 They can't do that anymore, folks.

00:45:49.000 Gold went to an all-time high now of $740 plus today.

00:45:54.000 And Ted Anderson is waiting in the wings for about four minutes.

00:45:58.000 Ted Anderson has gold at last week's prices.

00:46:01.000 Okay, with numismatic collector's value near spot.

00:46:04.000 You're getting collector coins at near bullion prices.

00:46:08.000 In fact, at bullion prices for a lot of places you can't get gold right now.

00:46:11.000 He has it in stock, and that's why we brought Ted up.

00:46:15.000 Ted, a lot is happening.

00:46:17.000 A new low for the dollar.

00:46:18.000 The AP also reports.

00:46:19.000 Can you believe they've finally been honest and didn't claim it was a refinery breaking in the Gulf of Mexico or the United Arab Emirates or an Easter Bunny sneaking around an opossum patch?

00:46:30.000 I mean, they're now admitting it's the dollar.

00:46:32.000 That's why the prices are going up.

00:46:33.000 Well, it's obvious.

00:46:34.000 Well, you've got Alan Greenspan going off and spouting off at these various different talk shows and so on and so forth.

00:46:41.000 Obviously, the dollar is falling in value.

00:46:44.000 When you have a credible source like that... Yeah, Greenspan, who normally comes out once a year or something, is all over television, making the rounds, bad-mouthing our currency.

00:46:52.000 I mean, if that isn't obvious, trying to kill us, I don't know what is.

00:46:55.000 Well, that's what's going on right now.

00:46:57.000 I mean, that handwriting is on the wall.

00:46:58.000 If you're in paper at all, wake up.

00:47:02.000 Wake up.

00:47:02.000 That's all I can tell you.

00:47:03.000 Bush is literally, and the New World Order is literally, jumping on the bubble, trying to pop it, with hatred and foaming mouth glee, and the neocon yuppies are stumbling around still worshipping him.

00:47:14.000 Well, you know what, Alex?

00:47:15.000 People are going to wake up.

00:47:16.000 It's going to be like Argentina. 0.85

00:47:17.000 They're going to wake up in the next morning, and it's going to be like 40% less the dollar is going to be.

00:47:22.000 It's going to go that fast.

00:47:23.000 That's what happens when they have way too much debt.

00:47:26.000 They can't pay the interest on the debt.

00:47:28.000 They can't pay the principal.

00:47:29.000 And the only way to do it is by monetizing through the Federal Reserve System.

00:47:35.000 They're pumping money into the system.

00:47:37.000 Now they call Benarki B-52 Benarki because he's dumping so much money into the system.

00:47:43.000 It's like a bomber just throwing money out of the plane and it's floating in the air.

00:47:46.000 It hasn't been seen, even in this country, inflationary.

00:47:49.000 We had a depression because they cut credit off.

00:47:52.000 And remember, two months ago, the big central banks cut the credit off.

00:47:55.000 They issued it, got everybody extended and addicted to more, and then they cut it off just like 29.

00:48:01.000 But where it's different is, we're in a deeper debt versus savings ratio, a massive negative rate on average, and here is the key, ladies and gentlemen, The dollar is plunging in value at the same time, so we're going to have hyperinflation.

00:48:17.000 You add that together with no manufacturing jobs and the fact that we're so deeply in debt.

00:48:25.000 My God, Ted.

00:48:27.000 It's terrible right now.

00:48:28.000 There's no question about it.

00:48:29.000 There are so many economic indicators.

00:48:31.000 It's financial Armageddon.

00:48:32.000 It is.

00:48:33.000 Right now, we're sitting right on the edge.

00:48:35.000 I shouldn't even say it.

00:48:36.000 We're already falling off the cliff.

00:48:38.000 The United States dollar is doomed.

00:48:40.000 It will no longer be a world currency.

00:48:42.000 And when you don't have world currency status, you can't deficit spend.

00:48:46.000 This country doesn't know how to not deficit spend. 0.91

00:48:48.000 It's ridiculous.

00:48:50.000 The position we put ourselves into in the past, you're talking about the central bank. 0.93

00:48:54.000 It's simple.

00:48:54.000 You told folks to buy gold when it was $300 an ounce.

00:48:57.000 They didn't listen.

00:48:58.000 I'm every week buying a coin or so, whatever I can.

00:49:01.000 People are off their rocker insane if they don't call Minus Resources right now.

00:49:05.000 Tell them about the two coins.

00:49:06.000 Oh, we got two coins right now.

00:49:08.000 The British Sovereign right now is at $195 per coin.

00:49:12.000 Now, mind you, that's a quarter ounce gold piece.

00:49:15.000 Gold right now is $744 an ounce.

00:49:19.000 Most indicators and most specialists that are in this market are saying that this will not quit, will not correct until we hit $800.

00:49:25.000 Now, let's be clear.

00:49:26.000 That is bullion prices.

00:49:29.000 Almost at melt.

00:49:31.000 With numismatic collector value heaped on top, Ted, you literally do this as a special.

00:49:37.000 You literally, I think you were telling me to make like five dollars a coin or something.

00:49:40.000 Folks, Ted is doing this literally to get new customers, to give you a great deal.

00:49:47.000 This is a fire sale special.

00:49:49.000 Ted got great deals on these coins a few weeks ago at lower prices.

00:49:53.000 You are getting this at last week's, two weeks ago's prices, 800-686-2237.

00:49:57.000 Tell them the two coins.

00:50:01.000 Yeah, we also have the $10 Olympic coin, and that one is trading at $550, and that has a little bit of a premium, but it's made by the U.S.

00:50:09.000 Mint as collector under Franklin Delano Roosevelt's confiscation order.

00:50:14.000 This coin would have been completely exempt, just like the sesquitennial was in 1926.

00:50:18.000 Now again, so you have that Olympic collector at a great price, but again, it's British sovereigns at near melt.

00:50:25.000 Yeah, Alex, you can't buy coins at melt.

00:50:28.000 You go to gold dealers right now, they don't even have supply because everybody's bought up what they have.

00:50:32.000 We have these sitting here in stock, and they're at $195, multiply it by 4, do the math, you can see, it's right almost at melt.

00:50:39.000 You can't You can't get any closer than that.

00:50:42.000 It's a great bye, Alex.

00:50:45.000 1-800-686-2237.

00:50:45.000 Ted, I meant to only have you for a part of a segment, but stay there.

00:50:51.000 I want to talk more about where you see all this going on the other side. 0.99

00:50:54.000 Give them a call, folks, or you're nuts. 0.61

00:50:57.000 It's here after a year in production and traveling to distant lands.

00:51:07.000 My new film, Terror Storm, is complete.

00:51:10.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.

00:51:18.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.

00:51:25.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, a White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.

00:51:37.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.

00:51:41.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.

00:51:43.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

00:52:00.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

00:52:04.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

00:52:08.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

00:52:11.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

00:52:13.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

00:52:22.000 The Berkey Light is different.

00:52:23.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

00:52:29.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals, and nitrates.

00:52:41.000 It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, and stagnant ponds.

00:54:01.000 The dollar doesn't want to die.

00:54:10.000 The world doesn't want to get rid of it.

00:54:14.000 But its steward, the Federal Reserve, Bernanke, and Greenspan, and Paulson, Are all running around saying it's going to implode, saying it's going to be replaced with the Euro.

00:54:28.000 America has to fall for the New World Order to rise.

00:54:31.000 And they had to get us dependent.

00:54:32.000 They had to get rid of our industry first, overrun us with foreigners who are anti-American, many of them. 1.00

00:54:38.000 Deindustrialize us to get control of us.

00:54:41.000 That's the name of the game in serfdom and feudalism. 0.68

00:54:45.000 Before your dollars are toilet paper, I would move, personally, myself, a large portion of any savings you've got, for the few people out there that aren't in total debt, into gold.

00:54:57.000 And I just wish I had more capital to get into gold, but I've got a little bit of the years I saved.

00:55:02.000 1-800-686-2237.

00:55:03.000 Tell them it's the Alex Jones special, specifically, for Ted's 10 or 11 brokers.

00:55:09.000 He's got there to answer The phone.

00:55:11.000 Great people.

00:55:12.000 Very intelligent.

00:55:13.000 Tell them you want the British Sovereign.

00:55:14.000 Tell them you want the 1984 Olympic.

00:55:17.000 The British Sovereign is just an out-of-this-world deal.

00:55:20.000 The Olympics are a great deal, too.

00:55:22.000 They're both fabulous.

00:55:24.000 I would get both.

00:55:26.000 1-800-686-2237.

00:55:27.000 And it is Midas Resources right in the same building as Genesis.

00:55:31.000 Ted, back in the late 1990s, was the biggest sponsor of Patriot Radio out there.

00:55:36.000 And he's the guy that started Genesis, and he is just a great guy, and all the advice he gave has come through.

00:55:42.000 Ted, in closing, people are scared right now.

00:55:45.000 I mean, I'm really freaked out.

00:55:48.000 I had a guy I was debating last week make fun of me when I said I've been waking up at night upset and stuff.

00:55:52.000 I mean, I'm really... I'm going to ask you just a cold question.

00:55:55.000 I don't know if it's... Have you woke up concerned?

00:55:57.000 I mean, I'm not the type of person that wakes up concerned.

00:56:00.000 And remember, I said six months ago, I'm feeling something.

00:56:03.000 I'm really worried.

00:56:04.000 I just feel something's coming.

00:56:05.000 And I'm never like that.

00:56:07.000 And then they start talking about killing the economy, and they're clearly trying to kill it. 1.00

00:56:10.000 I mean, they're bastards, man! 0.99

00:56:12.000 They got us totally sold on globalism, totally got us dependent, You can see them set up the police state so we revolt against what they're going to do. 1.00

00:56:20.000 They'll crush us.

00:56:21.000 I guess all we can do is, again, not drink their poison water, wake everybody up that they're criminals, and take some of their fellow reserve notes while they've still got value and get it into gold.

00:56:32.000 I mean, what do we do, Ted?

00:56:33.000 You know, you've got every reason to be concerned at this point in time, and I don't blame you.

00:56:38.000 Have you lost sleep?

00:56:39.000 You know, it does.

00:56:41.000 I lose sleep over this whole thing, too.

00:56:42.000 I've got three kids.

00:56:43.000 I've got one in college.

00:56:44.000 I've got two of them that are nice.

00:56:46.000 I mean, really, Ted, because I never used to wake up and worry about stuff.

00:56:50.000 And I woke up again last night.

00:56:52.000 Well, the thing is, Alex, the handwriting was on the wall.

00:56:55.000 I mean, a few years ago, if the dollar started to fall, the central banks around the world would try to gather together to try to prop it up and start buying it.

00:57:02.000 Right now, they're trying to get rid of as much as they can as quickly as they can whenever there's an opportunity.

00:57:08.000 Foreign nations are getting away from the United States dollar.

00:57:11.000 We're heading towards second world status.

00:57:13.000 You're right, we've been set up.

00:57:15.000 And now when everything falls apart for us, they're going to be the ones that are going to be coming in with the white robes on trying to rescue us with their new... And I've got neocons on our message boards and on Dig and stuff going, Ha ha, Alex said the economy was going to implode a few months ago.

00:57:31.000 It hasn't! 1.00

00:57:32.000 Yes, it is imploding, you idiot! 1.00

00:57:34.000 A couple months is a blink of an eye. 1.00

00:57:36.000 They're saying next year, by the middle of next year, is when it's really going to hit.

00:57:41.000 Well, what do you call an implosion?

00:57:43.000 If the United States dollar right now is hardly worth as much as a Canadian dollar, what does it take to implode?

00:57:51.000 For 60 cents, we used to get one Canadian dollar.

00:57:57.000 For one dollar, we used to get a Euro.

00:57:59.000 The economy is imploding.

00:58:00.000 People are unemployed right now.

00:58:02.000 And to give people an idea of how far it's fallen, we used to be above everybody, about 25% or so.

00:58:08.000 So it's not just the 40% drop against the Canadian or the pound.

00:58:11.000 Then you've got to add that other 20, the lead we used to have.

00:58:16.000 Alex, the real estate market's falling apart.

00:58:18.000 I know, I know.

00:58:19.000 It's all red level.

00:58:21.000 We're not kidding.

00:58:22.000 800-686-2237.

00:58:23.000 Give them a call.

00:58:28.000 Tell them it's the Alex Jones special.

00:58:30.000 They also got a free Jerome Corsi report on all this.

00:58:33.000 Ted, thanks for coming on and stay there.

00:58:35.000 I want to talk to you during the break because I can't ever get ahold of you so I can get some.

00:58:41.000 Copies of the preceding broadcast are available at GCNlive.com or call toll-free 877-376-45.

00:58:48.000 Big Brother.

00:58:57.000 Mainstream media.

00:58:59.000 Government cover-ups.

00:59:02.000 You want answers?

00:59:03.000 Well, so does he.

00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:59:13.000 Oh my gosh, ladies and gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen, these are the times that test us.

00:59:37.000 These are the times that really upset us.

00:59:41.000 And neocons and people out there can snicker and make jokes, and that's what makes me so mad.

00:59:46.000 I hear Limbaugh laughing and joking.

00:59:49.000 I hear his followers laughing and joking.

00:59:52.000 I hear the liberals laughing and joking.

00:59:54.000 I mean, establishment types.

00:59:58.000 I see them, I read them, praising Hillary, praising Obama.

01:00:01.000 I mean, give me a break.

01:00:03.000 They're all bought and paid for by the same people.

01:00:05.000 How many times do you have to get scammed before you wake up?

01:00:10.000 This is not rocket science.

01:00:12.000 Criminals run things.

01:00:14.000 They're completely out of control.

01:00:16.000 They brainwashed a lot of the cops so they can beat us and break our arms and treat us like slaves.

01:00:21.000 Good cops that don't want to do it get run off the force.

01:00:24.000 Corruption is just rampant.

01:00:27.000 They want to start World War III.

01:00:29.000 Our own government and the Federal Reserve, the private banks that own it, are openly trying to kill our economy.

01:00:35.000 And I'm freaked out.

01:00:38.000 And AP finally admits the truth.

01:00:40.000 Oil prices rise as dollar falls.

01:00:42.000 What an incredible, incredible, incredible headline.

01:00:47.000 You're like, well, we hear that every day on your show for years.

01:00:50.000 We know that.

01:00:51.000 I know, but for them to admit it.

01:00:52.000 And they're always saying that some refinery had a problem, or a mouse fell into the, you know, the... refinery, or a Tweety Bird flew over, or... Oh, there was a problem in Saudi Arabia. 1.00

01:01:06.000 They've always got some stupid excuse. 0.99

01:01:09.000 It follows the dollar exactly! 1.00

01:01:11.000 If your dollar isn't worth as much, oil's gonna cost more!

01:01:15.000 And AP admits it.

01:01:19.000 And what is the government's answer to all of this?

01:01:21.000 And later, about 30 minutes after Ron Paul's office joined us to talk about the great debate last night, and how Ron Paul won it and got standing ovations, I have probably, it's got to be 10 articles a day, I mean there's probably more today.

01:01:37.000 So that's 50 articles this week.

01:01:40.000 With the Pope, and the Buddhist, and the Dalai Lama, and

01:01:47.000 Schwarzenegger, and Bush now, and the Democrats, and the Republicans, and the NFL, and the National Baseball League, all of them, the National League, I mean, they're just all saying, we're doomed, we're dead, TV ads, we're humans, we're viruses, wall-to-wall hysteria, we've got to fix it, and they're not just saying we want a global carbon tax.

01:02:16.000 They're saying we're going to... and this is in the U.S.

01:02:19.000 If you've got over a 3,000 square foot house, and that's the start.

01:02:23.000 Oh, that's the start.

01:02:24.000 You better believe it.

01:02:25.000 By the time they're done, it'll be a 400 square foot apartment. 0.88

01:02:27.000 A rat hole.

01:02:32.000 They're saying they're going to tax that.

01:02:33.000 Anything that has plastic in it, they're going to tax.

01:02:35.000 I mean, they're proposing hundreds of taxes.

01:02:38.000 States are passing taxes right now in the U.S.

01:02:41.000 It's just a human wave, North Korean-style attack. 0.98

01:02:45.000 Or an Iranian human wave like the Iraqis face, where they just rush you. 1.00

01:02:49.000 I mean, it's just, I can't even report on it all.

01:02:51.000 It's just, oh my gosh!

01:02:55.000 It's just hitting us from every angle like nothing I've ever seen.

01:03:01.000 And Bush comes out and says it's a major crisis, we've got to have taxes for it now.

01:03:06.000 I mean, federalization, total control over locals.

01:03:11.000 Now they're announcing that the EPA Is it just, I saw this this morning, then I heard Brownfield talking about it, is it just going to go after endangered species now?

01:03:22.000 It's going to be species they say are vital, like carrion beetles, that are just everywhere, running all over the place.

01:03:29.000 I've seen them all over Texas.

01:03:32.000 I mean, pretty soon they're going to say cockroaches are endangered, or are vital.

01:03:36.000 I mean, this is just, I've got to collect my thoughts on it, but I know I mentioned it here and there, but I want to really get into it today.

01:03:44.000 Jesse Benton from Ron Paul's office is going to join us.

01:03:46.000 We're going to talk about Ron Paul winning the debate hands down yesterday.

01:03:50.000 Stay with us.

01:06:52.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

01:06:55.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:06:59.000 I know this nation has a military that loves this country.

01:07:04.000 And the people that are fighting in this fraudulent war believe they're doing it for the right reason.

01:07:08.000 That's why over 70% of them are against the war now.

01:07:11.000 In major Gallup polls of active duty troops in Iraq, 75 plus percent now.

01:07:17.000 Approaching 80, up from 71 last year.

01:07:21.000 And I know most of our police men and women are great people who love this country.

01:07:25.000 A lot of them have been brainwashed, though, into what their role is by the globalists.

01:07:30.000 History repeats itself.

01:07:33.000 But bottom line, we're all in this together.

01:07:35.000 I don't care if you're Hispanic, black, white, a cop, a fireman, a school teacher, or the communications director and head of media for Ron Paul, we're all in this together.

01:07:49.000 And the congressman Last night at a debate, a presidential debate, absolutely blew everybody's socks off.

01:07:57.000 He was getting standing ovations.

01:07:59.000 I would say that he was easily getting, in some cases, ten times the applause of anyone else.

01:08:06.000 I mean, it was like, just off the charts.

01:08:08.000 They were going wild.

01:08:10.000 Ron Paul calls for an end to the war on drugs.

01:08:13.000 Up on JonesReport.com, Congressman Ron Paul called for an end to the drug war.

01:08:18.000 And let's dig this up, folks.

01:08:19.000 Let's get this number one on dig.

01:08:21.000 And the repeal of most federal drug laws last night during a PBS Republican presidential debate hosted by Travis Smiley.

01:08:29.000 Now, Clinton expanded it.

01:08:33.000 Bush Jr.

01:08:33.000 expanded it.

01:08:34.000 Bush Jr.' 's expanded it.

01:08:36.000 And we have double the cocaine Triple the heroin on our streets from 1990 numbers.

01:08:43.000 And more people in prison!

01:08:44.000 We have quadrupled that number.

01:08:46.000 So it's working wonderfully if you want a police state and everybody in prison.

01:08:50.000 And they know that.

01:08:52.000 And Ron Paul, and then we're going to go to Jesse Benton, who I really appreciate joining us, but I want to set this up for him.

01:08:58.000 We've already spent over $400 billion since the early 1970s, and it's wasted money.

01:09:04.000 Probation didn't work.

01:09:05.000 Prohibition on drugs doesn't work.

01:09:09.000 It's like alcohol prohibition, tripled alcohol use, corrupted the police, and tripled the size of the mafia.

01:09:15.000 That's government numbers.

01:09:17.000 Ron Paul cited the unfair disparity between the relative percentage of black drug users and blacks in prison for drug use.

01:09:26.000 We have the federal numbers.

01:09:27.000 He called for equal justice under the law, giving example of the system's race-based punishments.

01:09:32.000 Blacks make up 14% of those who use drugs, yet 36% of those arrested are blacks, and it ends up with 63% of those who finally end up in prison are blacks.

01:09:44.000 Isn't that amazing? 0.76

01:09:46.000 14% of the population, 36% of drug arrest, but 63% of the population in the prison.

01:09:51.000 This has to change.

01:09:53.000 We don't have to have more courts and more prisons.

01:09:56.000 We have to repeal the whole war on drugs.

01:09:58.000 It isn't working.

01:09:59.000 By the way, he's a medical doctor.

01:10:01.000 And then it goes on from there, and you can watch clips of it up on JonesReport.com.

01:10:06.000 Jesse Benton, thanks for sitting through that, but I tell ya, now big publications, MSNBC is saying he is a phenomenon, people are now saying he could win the nomination, but the Republicans are trying to block him at every front.

01:10:19.000 Jesse Benton.

01:10:20.000 Well, it's great to be with you, Alex.

01:10:21.000 Thanks for having me on today.

01:10:22.000 Thank you.

01:10:23.000 You were there at the debate.

01:10:24.000 You covered it.

01:10:25.000 Give us your on-the-scene view versus what we saw on television or add to anything I've said.

01:10:32.000 I think you saw a lot of what I saw there, Alex.

01:10:35.000 I think you saw Ron Paul delivering a message of freedom and liberty that really resonates with people and resonates with people of all races, all demographics, all socioeconomic backgrounds.

01:10:47.000 I guess one thing that you didn't see was the really strong positive reaction from journalists and bloggers of color back in the spin room.

01:10:55.000 I mean, it was almost a real phenomenon back there.

01:10:57.000 We had dozens and dozens of people lining up and waiting in line for 45 minutes just to talk to Ron, just to ask him one question to get it on their blog.

01:11:06.000 It was just an amazingly positive response.

01:11:09.000 You know, Iran's delivering a message that, unfortunately, so many people of color don't get to hear very much.

01:11:15.000 And, you know, when they heard it and they really responded, it really seemed to resonate.

01:11:21.000 Yeah, I've never seen Ron Paul get anything near this response at a debate, and it shows what political studies have shown.

01:11:29.000 Blacks are very conservative, very libertarian, they hate the welfare state, it has literally been crammed down their throats, and they are tired of it, and literally, Americans, not just blacks, but all Americans, want to come off the reservation, don't they, Jesse? 0.98

01:11:44.000 I think they do. 0.96

01:11:45.000 I think you're absolutely right.

01:11:47.000 You know, when people hear these ideas of liberty, freedom, sound, money, limited government, it might take a few times to stick, but after people get to hear a few times, you know, they go, wow, this is something that really is appealing, really is powerful, and they realize that it really can work if Americans stick together and bond together and get behind someone like Ron Paul.

01:12:09.000 What's coming up this weekend?

01:12:11.000 This is an important weekend for the campaign.

01:12:13.000 This is a big weekend Alex, I'm glad you asked.

01:12:15.000 This is one of the most important events that we'll have on our schedule all fall.

01:12:20.000 About 30 members of the Paul family are heading up to Manchester, New Hampshire to do a big canvassing walk in Manchester, Nashua and Concord.

01:12:28.000 We're hoping to get out as many volunteers as possible.

01:12:30.000 Hundreds of volunteers, thousands if possible.

01:12:33.000 Really just canvass these major cities because you've got about 80% of the population in these three cities that are all within 30 miles of each other.

01:12:40.000 You know, 80% of the population, if we get out a couple thousand people, get some great media coverage, really just bomb these cities, knock on doors, hand out literature, talk to people about freedom, hand them Ron Paul literature, that we could really see this have a demonstrable effect on polling.

01:12:56.000 And let's be clear, if we're going to be in a fight, we need to be in it 110%.

01:13:00.000 Listeners all over the East, don't wait for orders from headquarters.

01:13:04.000 You need to get out to the Ron Paul campaign.

01:13:06.000 You need to knock on doors.

01:13:08.000 You need to meet like-minded people.

01:13:09.000 You may meet your future husband, your future wife.

01:13:12.000 You want to meet patriots, you're going to meet them in this Ron Paul revolution. 0.52

01:13:17.000 I want to see you like piranhas.

01:13:20.000 Literally attacking New Hampshire with the Infowar in there, literally setting fires in the minds of men and women there in the live free or die state. 1.00

01:13:29.000 Now is the time.

01:13:30.000 How can people coordinate with the campaign?

01:13:33.000 Well, they can go ahead and sign up through our website to RSVP to attend, or they can just go ahead and show up in Battery Park in Manchester on Saturday at 9 o'clock a.m.

01:13:48.000 How's the Congressman doing with his incredible schedule?

01:13:52.000 Well, you know, he gets tired.

01:13:54.000 I will admit that.

01:13:55.000 You know, he's working hard and the staff, we're working very hard to try to make sure that we get him doing everything that he needs to do, but still get him some breaks and some time to work.

01:14:05.000 Yeah, I've never seen somebody 72 campaign like this.

01:14:09.000 No, I mean, I really haven't either.

01:14:11.000 And also, remember too, Alex, all the campaigning he's doing is combined with a very rigorous congressional schedule.

01:14:18.000 That's right.

01:14:19.000 He doesn't want to miss one vote.

01:14:20.000 He's in there fighting hard.

01:14:22.000 And folks, meeting and greeting, just for me, once a week or something is exhausting.

01:14:26.000 There is nothing more tiring than hardcore campaigning.

01:14:30.000 No, and you know, this is also a guy who is introducing a lot of substantive legislation.

01:14:35.000 The United States has to represent it.

01:14:36.000 I'm working hard there, too.

01:14:38.000 So, you know, if you want to see how hard Ron Paul worked for our country, if he's elected president, you should see how hard he's working right now for the people of the 14th District of Texas and for, you know, the people of America as he's running for president.

01:14:51.000 Well, they rewrote, and it later came out in court documents, Ron Paul's district to make him lose.

01:14:56.000 They gave it to liberal Democrat areas.

01:14:58.000 And then he won by, what, 64% last year.

01:15:02.000 And again, in mainly black districts.

01:15:06.000 And so it shows that this goes across party lines, and that the paradigm of left-right is being fractured.

01:15:13.000 I think so.

01:15:14.000 It is amazing to see how many progressive or self-identified members of the left are turning on and coming out and getting involved in Ron Paul 2008.

01:15:23.000 To be honest with you, I think the two issues are sound money.

01:15:28.000 They realize that both parties are are selling them something that they don't like when it comes to money.

01:15:34.000 They realize that they're being hit with five times the inflation that government reports. - My office, exactly, my office is in a very liberal area of Austin, because I live in South Austin, and you don't see Democrat signs.

01:15:47.000 You see Ron Paul and Bring the Troop Home signs, and all the liberals I know, and I mean all of them, are buying guns.

01:15:55.000 They are reading about the New World Order.

01:15:58.000 They are apologizing for being brainwashed liberals.

01:16:01.000 A lot of conservatives are waking up to the Republican Party, too, right now.

01:16:04.000 And I'm not just putting a good face on this.

01:16:06.000 Jesse, are you seeing the same thing I'm seeing of just liberty exploding?

01:16:12.000 The message of liberty is just so powerful, as all the listeners of your show know.

01:16:16.000 And you're absolutely right.

01:16:18.000 And, you know, if you touch back on this war issue again, I think so many conservatives are realizing that they went off the reservation with this war, these six years of aggressive foreign policy that is not the conservative American tradition.

01:16:31.000 And then the liberals who elected Democrats in 2006 to end this war are just sick of what Democrats are giving them, which is just petty partisan politics over this war.

01:16:42.000 And, you know, I think just so many Americans are ready to return to a constitutional foreign policy, to bring our troops home, strengthen our national defense, secure our borders, and that is something that just about every American of good common sense would agree on.

01:16:55.000 Ninety-one percent in Gallup poll.

01:16:57.000 Ninety-one, that's staggering.

01:16:59.000 Absolutely staggering.

01:17:01.000 And then the Republicans and Democrats claim, oh, it would be unpopular if we secured the borders.

01:17:05.000 It's not unpopular with anyone but the illegal aliens. 0.88

01:17:08.000 Oh, absolutely.

01:17:09.000 And, you know, maybe a handful of big corporatists that make money off of exporting illegal aliens and driving down wages for everyday Americans. 0.53

01:17:18.000 Well, there's no doubt.

01:17:19.000 If they couldn't put 30 million illegals up here as a steam valve, there would have been a revolution in Mexico and that corrupt system would have been overthrown. 0.98

01:17:26.000 I think you're right.

01:17:27.000 There's no doubt that sociologists have looked at it.

01:17:30.000 Jesse, again, tell us again how people all around New Hampshire from New York, Vermont, New Jersey, I don't care if you're in Pennsylvania, drive a hundred miles, how do they come, where do they meet, what do they do this weekend?

01:17:43.000 Well, just check out our website, Ron Paul 2008.

01:17:46.000 Head to Manchester this weekend.

01:17:48.000 There'll be a rally in downtown Manchester at 9 o'clock.

01:17:51.000 Big, huge canvassing effort.

01:17:53.000 We're trying to get out thousands of people to canvass Manchester, Nashua, and Concord.

01:17:57.000 RonPaul2008.com.

01:17:59.000 Absolutely.

01:18:00.000 And is that 9am or 9pm?

01:18:02.000 9am Saturday.

01:18:03.000 9am tomorrow morning.

01:18:06.000 Don't waive your orders from headquarters.

01:18:08.000 Be part of the Second American Revolution. 0.53

01:18:10.000 And even if we don't win, which we could, even if we don't win, it gets the word out.

01:18:15.000 Donate at RonPaul2008.com.

01:18:17.000 Jesse, give them that phone number.

01:18:18.000 1-800-RonPaul.

01:18:22.000 All right, Jesse.

01:18:22.000 We've got the Congressman on next Tuesday, right?

01:18:25.000 You do.

01:18:25.000 All right.

01:18:26.000 We really appreciate you and tell him I want to talk about the drug war and the upcoming deal with Iran. 0.82

01:18:31.000 God bless you.

01:18:32.000 Godspeed.

01:18:33.000 Thank you very much, Alex.

01:18:34.000 There goes Jesse Benton.

01:18:35.000 When we get back, I'm going to get into...

01:18:38.000 The Open Bush, they're revolting too against us. 0.62

01:18:41.000 The New World Order is moving with a major counter-offensive against us to bring in a score of new draconian taxes that will have a social welfare spy aspect.

01:19:53.000 Hello, Ted Anderson.

01:19:54.000 Listeners of the network are familiar with the Federal Reserve Note and understand the risks of deficit spending.

01:19:59.000 Therefore, with catastrophic events, it comes as no surprise that some banks have currently placed limits on the amount of cash depositors can remove from their accounts.

01:20:07.000 A fractional reserve system means only a small portion of your deposit is held in reserve for immediate withdrawal.

01:20:12.000 Deficit spending will skyrocket through FDIC if the government is forced to insure deposits during a bank run followed by a depressed economy.

01:20:20.000 A current effort is underway by the Fed along with other central banks to increase liquidity for depositors.

01:20:25.000 However, an increase in money supply without equal expansion in productivity can cause inflation.

01:20:30.000 In order to achieve strength and stability, I recommend a conservative portion of all investments to be calmly repositioned into gold and silver.

01:20:38.000 While paper investments currently have been driven by debt, gold on its own has held value for over 6,000 years.

01:20:45.000 For more information, call 1-800-686-2237.

01:21:50.000 Hi, this is Jeff Rents, and if you're interested in suppressed natural cures and rare exotic remedies, this may be the most important message you'll hear for a long time.

01:22:00.000 There's an opportunity right now for a limited number of listeners to acquire an amazing, blacklisted, naturally occurring compound with very unusual ionic properties.

01:22:10.000 In fact, it's considered the single most important remedy in all of Ayurvedic medicine.

01:22:14.000 Medical studies have been conducted abroad on the effects this rare mineral-like compound has on energy, diabetes, tumors, ulcers, memory and brain function, not to mention reproductive health, exercise recovery and arthritis.

01:22:27.000 Because of the rules governing nutritional supplements in this country, no health or healing claims can be made.

01:22:32.000 However, it's still quite legal to own this compound, and the best part?

01:22:36.000 My listeners pay nothing down.

01:22:37.000 Simply go to blacklistedherb.com.

01:22:40.000 That's blacklistedherb.com.

01:22:42.000 Or call 815-259-4552.

01:22:45.000 That's 815-259-4552 for details.

01:22:50.000 A few months ago, a C-SPAN interview with Dick Cheney got resurfaced.

01:23:12.000 These are the proper terms.

01:23:13.000 Of them explaining why they didn't want to invade Iraq and why they didn't want to take over Saddam in 1991.

01:23:19.000 Come on.

01:23:20.000 A new, longer video where he goes into more details come out.

01:23:24.000 I'm going to play that coming up in the next segment.

01:23:27.000 I've also got news like this in front of me.

01:23:31.000 African Archbishop says condoms deliberately infected with HIV.

01:23:36.000 Now, BBC always tries to make it look quaint and like these people are ignorant, but it's come out in Indian and African papers and medical scientists have found in the vaccines the AIDS virus.

01:23:48.000 They found it in, quote, fresh needles.

01:23:51.000 You've got countries with 45% infection rates with people who've never had sex or never had a blood transfusion.

01:23:57.000 They've had done studies.

01:23:59.000 All they've had is inoculations.

01:24:01.000 Well, of course, the globalists, we have declassified documents where they said through tainted drugs they wanted to do this.

01:24:07.000 So, uh, this is the endgame.

01:24:09.000 Archbishop says condoms are deliberately infected with HIV.

01:24:14.000 Amazing.

01:24:14.000 That's in Mozambique.

01:24:17.000 We have just so many stories like this today.

01:24:21.000 The hate crime bill, as you know, passed.

01:24:23.000 Bush says he won't sign it, but I don't believe that.

01:24:27.000 By that, I mean he may not, but I don't believe what Bush tells me.

01:24:30.000 We just don't know what's going to happen.

01:24:32.000 He said he wouldn't sign campaign finance reform.

01:24:35.000 He wouldn't sign the assault weapons bill, and then he said he would.

01:24:38.000 If it came to his desk, I mean, it's just, you can't believe a word he says. 0.99

01:24:47.000 But you can guarantee that there will be late night visits of gay porn stars. 0.99

01:24:51.000 That you can set your watch by there at the White House. 0.99

01:25:00.000 But then I get into these headlines.

01:25:03.000 Supports global tax.

01:25:05.000 Another headline.

01:25:06.000 Bush says climate change is real.

01:25:09.000 We must act now.

01:25:11.000 And I'm stalling here going from memory.

01:25:13.000 I'm trying to find them in the stack.

01:25:14.000 I thought during the break I should have... EU's alumni worried says... EU's alumni say worried by dollars fall.

01:25:25.000 Blackwater Guard and IREX had stopped shooting.

01:25:28.000 But that didn't matter.

01:25:29.000 Greenspan sees recession chances.

01:25:32.000 Less than 50-50, he tries to mix the news.

01:25:36.000 Shocking new revelations on 9-11 ground zero cover-up.

01:25:40.000 New citizenship exam emphasizes principles.

01:25:44.000 And this headline in the Oregon Register Sounds like they're getting tough on immigrants, but when you read it, I knew what I'd see before I read it.

01:25:56.000 It said, oh, they don't have to get the answers right now, and it's more about geographic stuff and current things, not what the country's based on.

01:26:06.000 I knew I'd see that when I read the article.

01:26:07.000 It just never ends with these people.

01:26:09.000 Where is it?

01:26:11.000 I had the Bush thing here a minute ago.

01:26:14.000 Oh, it doesn't matter.

01:26:14.000 I got two of them right here.

01:26:15.000 I had more than that, though.

01:26:17.000 Washington changes its tune on climate.

01:26:21.000 Financial Times of London, the world must cut emissions or sacrifice the planet.

01:26:27.000 Condoleezza Rice, U.S. 0.98

01:26:28.000 Secretary of State, told a meeting of government on Thursday in the most strongly worded statement on global warming yet made by the U.S.

01:26:34.000 administration.

01:26:35.000 She told representatives of 16 governments gathered for talks on climate change in Washington, it is our responsibility as global leaders to forge a new international consensus on how to solve climate change.

01:26:45.000 And you can guess what the answer is?

01:26:47.000 Tax, tax, tax, tax, tax, tax, tax.

01:26:49.000 Dump all the nerve gas you want in the ocean. 0.51

01:26:52.000 Dump all the fluoride you want in the water, kill all the fish, cut down all the trees, but just tax those slaves. 0.99

01:26:58.000 If we stay on our present path, we face an unprecedented, unacceptable choice.

01:27:02.000 Either we sacrifice global economic growth to secure the health of our planet, or we sacrifice the health of our planet to continue the fossil fuel growth.

01:27:11.000 As if we can't have growth through new technologies they're suppressing.

01:27:15.000 This is about consolidation and control.

01:27:17.000 She asked the government's president, which accounted for more than 80% of the world's greenhouse gas emitters, to agree on a long-term goal of emissions reduction, establish mid-term targets for the same, and to help develop markets for low-carbon technologies.

01:27:33.000 Her words reflected how far U.S.

01:27:34.000 rhetoric on climate change has moved in the past six months.

01:27:37.000 President George Bush rejected Kyoto and previously called into question the scientific Informational global warming, and the U.S.

01:27:46.000 has been seen by other governments as holding up the process on international talks.

01:27:51.000 And it goes on to say that he has now warmed his rhetoric on climate, and now says that it is a serious issue to be faced.

01:27:59.000 And so Al Gore comes out and says, we need a global Marshall Plan, hundreds of new taxes, and in England, when we get back, I'll break it down, They passed, years ago, blanket laws on how the government could regulate how you built or fixed your house.

01:28:15.000 Now they're saying, oh yeah, we're going to implement now.

01:28:19.000 You've got to pay huge fines to build anything new in your house, and you have to get approval from us on everything you do.

01:28:26.000 See, it's serfdom. 1.00

01:28:27.000 It's feudalism.

01:28:28.000 It's the king's agents, always bossing and prodding and jabbering at you.

01:28:33.000 And if you don't like it, they'll just break your arm off and charge you.

01:28:37.000 We'll be right back.

01:28:38.000 We're on the march.

01:32:18.000 You've got someone to blame You said one love, one life When it's one need in the night One love, we get to share it.

01:32:38.000 It leaves you, baby, if you don't care for it.

01:32:55.000 Did I disappoint you?

01:32:59.000 Or leave a bad taste in your mouth?

01:33:04.000 You act like you never had love.

01:33:07.000 And you want me to go without.

01:33:12.000 Well, it's too late, too late, to drag the past out into the light.

01:33:23.000 All right, I'm going to get into the AIDS story implanted in the condoms, BBC.

01:33:27.000 We get to carry each other.

01:33:31.000 And whether that story is accurate or not, there's no doubt that it's a bio-weapon.

01:33:36.000 We've even got the documents from when the Navy developed it in the mid-70s, when they deployed it.

01:33:42.000 And we're going to get into Dick Cheney, for the neocon listeners out there, who think that he never said any of this.

01:33:49.000 We're going to play a new clip that's out from 1992.

01:33:53.000 This is a clip from, you've already heard the one from 2004.

01:33:57.000 Where he lays out everything we've said.

01:33:59.000 Common sense.

01:34:00.000 What the generals kept saying and being fired.

01:34:03.000 Because of the neocons.

01:34:06.000 They wanted to break Iraq down and didn't care if U.S. 0.88

01:34:06.000 They knew what would happen. 0.88

01:34:08.000 troops got killed.

01:34:11.000 So that is coming up.

01:34:16.000 You know, what would happen if they planned a war and nobody came?

01:34:18.000 Well, Gary Hart wrote that letter.

01:34:20.000 I mean, that's such a big deal.

01:34:22.000 And we just glaze over that.

01:34:24.000 Steve Watson writes an article for Infowars.net.

01:34:29.000 We've got quite a bit of attention, but not one one-millionth of what it should.

01:34:32.000 All right, I'm already digressing.

01:34:34.000 I want to tell you about a couple sponsors, and I'll get into the rest of the global warming fraud news and the global tax, what it's really all about.

01:34:41.000 I know you know, but I want to give you a few new facets to it as we chronicle this developing saga.

01:34:48.000 But first off, Brave New Books, right here in Austin, Texas, carries all my videos.

01:34:55.000 But it carries more than a thousand other titles.

01:34:58.000 I mean, if there's a New World Order financial book, a book on the occult, a book on government-sponsored terror, I mean, they got it all.

01:35:06.000 And they got great prices.

01:35:08.000 BraveNewBookStore.com, BraveNewBookStore.com.

01:35:11.000 Go to InfoWars.com.

01:35:12.000 There's a big fat banner on the right-hand side.

01:35:15.000 Over to BraveNewBookStore.com if you missed it or forget it.

01:35:19.000 Their number is 866-516-6623.

01:35:23.000 That number again, 866-516-6623 or bradennewbookstore.com.

01:35:29.000 9-11 Truth, Alternative Medicine, The World's Banking Powers, Suppressed Sciences, Globalization, North American Union, Secret Societies and the Occult, Constitutional Studies of Law and many more.

01:35:40.000 They are fabulous folks and you need to check them out.

01:35:43.000 And they've got a bunch of discounts right now on books like The Privacy Crisis by Grant Hall, It's 30% off right now and again available at Brave New Books, ladies and gentlemen.

01:35:58.000 And if you live in Austin, it's right down on the south side of the drag, right where it meets Martin Luther King.

01:36:03.000 You can't miss it.

01:36:04.000 It's just a pyramid being rammed down into the ground, upside down.

01:36:11.000 The New World Order going down, the international symbol, you can't miss it.

01:36:15.000 And also I want to tell you about the Liberty Dollar.

01:36:18.000 These are those Ron Paul rounds, the Ron Paul, uh, they look like a silver dollar coin.

01:36:24.000 You've seen them, but they're gold.

01:36:27.000 And they've also got them in silver.

01:36:29.000 And it's precious.

01:36:30.000 I mean, it's nine, nine, nine, nine, nine, nine, whatever it is.

01:36:34.000 And, uh, they're up there at RonPaulDollar.net, RonPaulDollar.net, or LibertyDollar.com.

01:36:43.000 Again, that's, uh, RonPaulDollar.net.

01:36:46.000 Great collector's item.

01:36:48.000 They've got them in bronze slash copper.

01:36:52.000 It's an alloy.

01:36:54.000 Silver and gold.

01:36:56.000 888-LIB-DOLLAR or 888-421-6181 ronpauldollar.net.

01:37:04.000 And they've been around for a long time.

01:37:06.000 They are fabulous folks.

01:37:07.000 We really appreciate them being sponsors of this show.

01:37:11.000 And please support all of our sponsors.

01:37:14.000 I'm hiring new people.

01:37:15.000 I'm expanding.

01:37:15.000 I'm trying to expand every bit of capital that comes in here in the fight right now against the New World War because we're coming down on the homestretch here.

01:37:22.000 You know that.

01:37:23.000 That's why we just hired Kurt Nemo and he's built the WhatIsTheEndgame.com, EndgameTheMovie.com.

01:37:32.000 You can get there both ways or just link through it.

01:37:35.000 Infowars.com.

01:37:36.000 There's a banner there to the new site.

01:37:38.000 He built that.

01:37:39.000 Next Monday we're going to launch a new news website that we've been working on that's going to have You know, message board, your own MySpace type accounts, but it's going to have a lot of other features, uploading video, audio, that's all being tweaked, but it's going to be a blog with news and Kurt's unique perspective and then other news up there, because we need more auxiliaries, we need more backup, we need more people with their perspective in the fight, and they need, and Kurt needs our support, so we're really happy to have him part of the team.

01:38:06.000 We're upgrading servers, getting more people on board, we are trying to support folks that have paid their dues, like Kurt Nimmo, And so honored to have him joining the team, and that's where your support goes.

01:38:22.000 Back into the fight, ladies and gentlemen.

01:38:24.000 That's the treasure we're looking for, is bringing down the New World Order and surviving. 0.99

01:38:28.000 Our goal is to not have the CPS snatching over 1,000,004 children a year.

01:38:33.000 Our goal is to stop 9-Corps and Halliburton running child kidnapping rings.

01:38:36.000 Our goal is to bring criminals to justice and expose government-sponsored terror, so everyone knows what government-sponsored terror is, so they can't stage attacks anymore.

01:38:46.000 And by the way, 91% are against open borders.

01:38:50.000 75-plus percent of the troops, and even higher, upwards of 80, and other Gallup polls, the general public are against a war.

01:38:58.000 Congress has a 10% approval rating.

01:39:03.000 84% of Americans in an Angus and Reed Scientific Poll for the Wall Street Journal and ABC News believe they're being lied to about 9-11, as high as 66% in other polls believe it's an inside job.

01:39:13.000 Scientific polls.

01:39:17.000 See, we're having an effect!

01:39:20.000 And I don't give my enemies attention, but let me tell you, they're working double time.

01:39:23.000 I have never been under this level of attack.

01:39:26.000 Just everything you can imagine and more.

01:39:28.000 And we love it.

01:39:30.000 Because we know it means we are hurting them grievously.

01:39:36.000 We know it means we are in there. 0.99

01:39:39.000 And it's basically like I got a big old monster on me and all I can do is hold on and stab them. 0.99

01:39:46.000 As many times as I can. 0.99

01:39:47.000 I can't... I'm too far into this turnaround now.

01:39:51.000 Past the point of no return a long time ago.

01:39:53.000 And all I can do is just keep stabbing for dear life folks.

01:39:56.000 Just jamming that dagger right into the new old order stomach. 0.89

01:39:59.000 As fast and furious as I can. 0.65

01:40:01.000 It's like a big bear biting on my head.

01:40:03.000 It's got it's claws in me and I'm just jabbing.

01:40:06.000 With every bit of adrenaline and force I've got.

01:40:08.000 Right into it's stomach. 0.70

01:40:10.000 And frankly, we need your support.

01:40:12.000 We need you to go to mfallwars.com and buy all the books and DVDs.

01:40:15.000 We need you to make copies of the films I've made.

01:40:17.000 We need you to get prisonplanet.tv memberships. 0.94

01:40:19.000 We need you to go crazy!

01:40:24.000 Because this is the time that getting wild, getting angry, getting upset, going and supporting Ron Paul, getting out in the streets... You know, Jimmy Vaughn.

01:40:34.000 Take Jimmy Vaughn.

01:40:35.000 Good friend of mine.

01:40:36.000 Blues legend.

01:40:38.000 And of course, a great blues legend in his own right, starting up the band that made his brother even so incredibly famous, Stevie Ray Vaughan.

01:40:50.000 And he'll go up to Dallas, Fort Worth, here in Austin, bring his whole huge band, paying them all for Ron Paul, doing it, the time, the energy, giving them money.

01:40:59.000 I do the same thing.

01:41:00.000 You can't count on others to do it.

01:41:04.000 And I just see all the people out there, the artists, like here locally, Three Shoes Posse, a reggae band doing a great job for Ron Paul, great songs, all the other great people out there.

01:41:14.000 There's so many.

01:41:14.000 I can't thank you all.

01:41:15.000 But in my heart, I admire all of you who don't suck your thumbs and ninny and nitpick other patriots. 0.97

01:41:22.000 None of us agree 100%. 0.98

01:41:24.000 But for knowing, and I can just see your spirit.

01:41:27.000 I know who's good.

01:41:28.000 I know who's not.

01:41:28.000 And I can just see the great things you're doing.

01:41:32.000 I can see the action you're taking.

01:41:35.000 And I want you to know it's that ideal, that courage, that liberty beating in the breast that cannot be turned around, that cannot be stopped.

01:41:42.000 If you know you're going to have the victory, if you want it, if you just set your teeth And, you know, set your jaw and just fire up the energy.

01:41:51.000 Fire up the will.

01:41:52.000 Fire up your spirit.

01:41:53.000 Stop being weak.

01:41:54.000 And just throw this wicked spell off of you that the new rulers got on you and just shake it off.

01:41:59.000 Just shake it off, folks!

01:42:05.000 Just shake it off.

01:42:07.000 The analogy of a movie would be Grimer, Wormwood, and Lord of the Rings.

01:42:13.000 Well, it's in the second one, and he's got the king all lookin' a hundred years older than he is, and... I am weak!

01:42:19.000 Then he wakes up out of it, and he's, you know, fifty years younger, and got all his energy back, and Grimer's like... I mean, that's basically what they've done to America.

01:42:30.000 Oh, I better not get involved.

01:42:33.000 They might get me.

01:42:34.000 Like, my neighbor, something bad might happen.

01:42:37.000 This is time to be reckless, folks.

01:42:40.000 And by reckless, I don't mean go out and throw them all off cocktails.

01:42:44.000 I mean, it's time to just get wild.

01:42:46.000 It's time to start yelling at red lights, tune into this radio station, KLBJ 590, 1330, KCXL, WBCR, stations all over the country, up in Wyoming and Utah, everywhere else, I can't think of them all.

01:42:59.000 It's time to Alright, I wanted to cover news.

01:43:02.000 I'm now ranting and just... It's just, look, it's not about Alex Jones.

01:43:07.000 It's not even about the news I cover here.

01:43:09.000 Most of you know more about the stuff than I do.

01:43:11.000 I mean, look at the PrisonPlanet.com forum.

01:43:14.000 The incredible articles that are written.

01:43:17.000 The incredible data pages that are written.

01:43:19.000 I don't have the personnel, though.

01:43:20.000 I keep telling Paul, go in there, grab all the stuff they're putting together, post it in article formats, and then if you want credit on the message board, post your name on there.

01:43:30.000 If you don't, we'll use your screen name and we'll say it from the Prison Planet Forum.

01:43:33.000 But Paul's so busy doing literally 16 hours of work a day that he doesn't have time to do it.

01:43:38.000 I'm going to try to have Nemo do that over at the news site.

01:43:41.000 I mean, it's just wall-to-wall craziness.

01:43:44.000 There's hundreds every week of new police brutality videos.

01:43:46.000 I can't even watch them or show them all.

01:43:48.000 Just the heads spinning with the amount of New World Order documents and more documents coming in where they openly say they want to kill us.

01:43:57.000 I mean, I guess there's too much evidence.

01:43:59.000 It's insane!

01:44:04.000 And this country literally is under a spell.

01:44:07.000 And I don't mean that in a hokey sense.

01:44:10.000 I mean, a spell.

01:44:11.000 You're hypnotized.

01:44:12.000 You're... It's an illusion.

01:44:15.000 It's an attitude.

01:44:16.000 It's a spirit.

01:44:17.000 It spreads.

01:44:19.000 I mean, you know, you can walk in a room and everybody's angry.

01:44:21.000 You can have a blindfold on and say, man, people are mad in this room.

01:44:24.000 Or you walk into a happy room, you can feel it.

01:44:26.000 I mean, there's something, you know, to that.

01:44:28.000 Whether it's pheromones or whatever.

01:44:30.000 Well, that spreads out in the public.

01:44:32.000 The cowardice, the fear, the greediness, the backstabbing, the avarice, all of it.

01:44:40.000 But they're announcing, and I can't believe how fast they're moving.

01:44:42.000 I mean, I'm amazed.

01:44:43.000 It's just, the quickening, the acceleration is faster than I can even enunciate.

01:44:49.000 Pronunciate to you.

01:44:51.000 That I can even get across.

01:44:53.000 They're openly talking, well all over the country, Bush is grabbing another 24 million acres off limits.

01:45:01.000 They're now saying hundreds of species are quote, vital species.

01:45:04.000 They're not even endangered.

01:45:06.000 They don't even need that now.

01:45:07.000 They just say, oh we say it's vital.

01:45:09.000 No ranching, no farming, no building, no wells.

01:45:12.000 No, they are $50,000 fines for beetles that aren't even endangered.

01:45:19.000 Worms, birds that aren't endangered.

01:45:23.000 What, 7,000 tasers just ordered by the park services?

01:45:28.000 They just a few years ago got M-16s and rocket launchers.

01:45:31.000 I mean, they're going to war against us!

01:45:37.000 Just wild land grabbing everywhere, and farms and ranches being taken, and people being harassed, and new environmental cops, and a battery falls out of your trash can in your backyard, five years in prison, and cameras to watch people in the parks, and surveillance everywhere, and they're going to have huge taxes, those have now been proposed in Congress, a huge federal property tax.

01:46:03.000 Yes, a property tax on top of all the other taxes starting at 10% a year on 3,000 square foot and bigger homes.

01:46:15.000 And that's how they started, of course.

01:46:16.000 It always starts like that.

01:46:17.000 Like the income tax was, you know, 2% for people that made more than a million a year in the 40s.

01:46:22.000 And then they changed it to everybody in a few years.

01:46:25.000 Same thing here.

01:46:26.000 And I mean, I'm reading this.

01:46:27.000 I have the mainline articles.

01:46:29.000 It's going to be a global Marshall Plan.

01:46:31.000 He says a global governance to deal with the crisis.

01:46:35.000 We need cap-and-trade taxes.

01:46:37.000 We need these credits.

01:46:39.000 You still, quote, use the fossil fuels.

01:46:42.000 You just go pay government or pay corporations that have done deals.

01:46:47.000 And then corporations get to bid and buy up all the resources and cap-and-trade.

01:46:52.000 I mean, it's a monopoly Man's dream.

01:46:56.000 And then they say they're going to tax, and this is already starting in England, people who have more than one child.

01:47:01.000 That is the one-child policy. 0.80

01:47:02.000 That's how it started in the early 70s and became law in 81 in China.

01:47:06.000 First it's, oh, it's a tax, and then, oh, China. 0.71

01:47:09.000 I just watched a video last night of China on national Chinese TV and then translated into English.

01:47:16.000 Ratifying official law of Agenda 21 is their official law.

01:47:21.000 Zones, control... I mean, folks, it's all happening!

01:47:25.000 It's... Let me explain something.

01:47:28.000 We always heard the old-timers say it was coming.

01:47:30.000 We saw the incrementalism.

01:47:31.000 That's out the window now, folks.

01:47:34.000 There's no incrementalism now.

01:47:36.000 Thumb scanners are going in all the big tanning salons, the grocery stores, the banks, the gyms.

01:47:43.000 For most employees at major companies, face scanners, drug testing for everyone.

01:47:48.000 Illegal aliens, though, don't have to have a driver's license.

01:47:50.000 New York City.

01:47:51.000 Just everything wall-to-wall, double standards.

01:47:56.000 They're now saying, under the new Freedom Initiative, all children will get three CPS visits a year.

01:48:01.000 First, it was only kids in Head Start.

01:48:04.000 They're now talking about putting half the kids on drugs, not 20%.

01:48:08.000 Mainstream news.

01:48:13.000 It's just, it's literal Armageddon.

01:48:16.000 But people don't know because they've been incrementally brought into it.

01:48:21.000 And now, Even if you've got a frog in a frying pan and it's kind of warm at first and he's sitting there, pretty soon it gets to a flash point where his hind end sticks to the pan.

01:48:34.000 And, I mean, we're at the point now where we're feeling the pain and they're just getting over us and going, terrorist will get you if you don't do what we say, terrorist will get you if you don't do what we say, terrorist will get you if you don't do what we say, and they're trying to intimidate us and bully us.

01:48:48.000 They're trying to tell us to shut up!

01:48:50.000 Folks, if we shut up, they win!

01:48:52.000 Again, people all the time email me and call me, oh, you have such courage, oh, you're so great.

01:48:56.000 Let me explain something.

01:48:59.000 I am an average person.

01:49:01.000 Average height, average strength, average intellect, average IQ.

01:49:05.000 I just found out the truth, and I've got my instincts in order.

01:49:08.000 And there's elites saying they want to kill me and my family and want to poison me, and I read all these official documents, and then, am I going to give my children vaccines?

01:49:15.000 Absolutely not!

01:49:16.000 You trust these people? 1.00

01:49:18.000 You know, they call them ignorant Africans because they won't take the shots now. 1.00

01:49:21.000 And the villagers that do that, nobody gets AIDS. 1.00

01:49:27.000 I mean, I'm just like one of those, quote, ignorant Africans, as the media says. 0.98

01:49:31.000 Somebody starts talking about how they want to kill me, I'm not going to be their friend. 0.99

01:49:34.000 I mean, it's real simple. 0.90

01:49:35.000 And I know one thing, you lay down to a bully, they're going to run all over you.

01:49:40.000 I mean, it really just comes down to that.

01:49:42.000 I'm just not going quietly into the night.

01:49:45.000 People want to try to run over me, I'm going to stand up to them.

01:49:48.000 Because I don't have a choice!

01:49:49.000 I can't get out of the way!

01:49:50.000 There's nowhere to run!

01:49:56.000 It's here, after a year in production and traveling to distant lands.

01:49:59.000 My new film, Terror Storm, is complete.

01:50:01.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.

01:50:10.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.

01:50:17.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, a White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.

01:50:29.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.

01:50:33.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.

01:52:51.000 Don't worry.

01:52:57.000 This show is documented.

01:52:59.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:53:02.000 I fell into a burning ring of fire.

01:53:05.000 I went down, down, down, and the flames went higher.

01:53:10.000 And it burns, burns, burns.

01:53:13.000 George Bush and his father are literally minions of the Rockefeller Brothers Foundation.

01:53:26.000 They were brought up by it, brought into power by it.

01:53:28.000 They constantly funded the United Nations to expand.

01:53:31.000 Bush signed back onto UNESCO that Ronald Reagan got us out of.

01:53:35.000 We're under UN regulation again.

01:53:37.000 Our schools, federal government, all of it.

01:53:39.000 It's an international treaty bundle.

01:53:42.000 And I would tell mainline conservatives that, and they'd laugh.

01:53:45.000 George is a conservative boy, and he's not about to be part of that Kyoto-er. 0.99

01:53:52.000 And I'd say, oh, well, the Kyoto-er, as you call it, the Kyoto Protocol, is just one plan.

01:53:59.000 They're coming out with a whole bunch.

01:54:00.000 And yes, here's all these different government documents, Security Council documents.

01:54:04.000 Here's Henry Kissinger, basically still runs the White House, authoring all the plans in 73.

01:54:08.000 And they're like, Kissinger, Schmissinger, is that what them black little helicopters, are them the ones that are going to do it?

01:54:21.000 Well, here it is.

01:54:21.000 AP, Reuters, Financial Times of London, Drugs Report, everywhere.

01:54:27.000 Taxes on how big your house can be.

01:54:29.000 Taxes on your car.

01:54:30.000 And now I'm seeing conservative diggers and redditors and all these big sites, huge sites. 0.99

01:54:39.000 Because you can click on their profile and they're, let's nuke Iran, let's kill everybody, I love torture, I love the new world order, it's conservative, kill, kill, kill, and then it'll all be global warming's real, we gotta do something about it. 0.96

01:54:53.000 I mean, is there nothing you won't do? 0.99

01:54:57.000 Oh, I said I'd play Cheney.

01:54:59.000 Here's Cheney a few The Cheney of a few months ago we played.

01:55:03.000 This is him, right after the Gulf War, on C-SPAN, talking about why we didn't go all the way to Baghdad in 1991.

01:55:10.000 Here it is.

01:55:11.000 Do you think the U.S.

01:55:13.000 or U.N.

01:55:14.000 forces should have moved into Baghdad?

01:55:16.000 No.

01:55:17.000 Why not?

01:55:18.000 Because if we'd gone to Baghdad, we would have been all alone.

01:55:20.000 There wouldn't have been anybody else with us.

01:55:21.000 It would have been a U.S. 0.99

01:55:22.000 occupation of Iraq.

01:55:23.000 None of the Arab forces that were willing to fight with us in Kuwait were willing to invade Iraq.

01:55:28.000 Once you got to Iraq and took it over and took down Saddam Hussein's government, then what are you going to put in its place?

01:55:35.000 That's a very volatile part of the world, and if you take down the central government in Iraq, you can easily end up seeing pieces of Iraq fly off.

01:55:41.000 Part of it, the Syrians would like to have to the west. 0.99

01:55:45.000 Part of eastern Iraq, the Iranians would like to claim and fought over for eight years.

01:55:49.000 In the north, you've got the Kurds, and if the Kurds spin loose and join with the Kurds in Turkey, then you've threatened the territorial integrity of Turkey. 0.70

01:55:57.000 It's a quagmire.

01:55:59.000 It goes on, and when we come back, I'll play a four-minute clip, then we're going to get Larry Beecroft on a longer clip of him a few years later, and this is also from C-SPAN.

01:56:10.000 Now, all that happened was the Pentagon adopted a 1983 Israeli plan to break Iraq in three pieces, to de-industrialize it, and then to export sectarian violence throughout the region to start World War III.

01:56:22.000 Now, that's official.

01:56:23.000 P-2-O-G, a bunch of other documents, it's now been in the news.

01:56:28.000 But again, back of the paper, but you can go find it.

01:56:32.000 And they said, well, yeah, that's great.

01:56:35.000 We'll tell people we're going in there to bring them democracy and freedom and mom and apple pie and baseball.

01:56:39.000 They go in, they put radical mullahs in. 0.99

01:56:41.000 It goes from being a secular state to being under Islamic rule, which is what the British did. 0.96

01:56:47.000 Most of the Middle East was secular.

01:56:49.000 They were under the Ottoman system, but they were pretty secular.

01:56:52.000 It was pretty mainline, and they liked Western stuff.

01:56:55.000 And the British went in and funded radical Muslims to overthrow all those governments and put them in place. 0.99

01:57:03.000 And that's for folks that have read history books from what happened from World War I into the 30s, but it's easier just to believe gun control is conservative and open borders is conservative and a tripling of the size of the federal government is conservative and legalizing illegal aliens is conservative and pushing for one world government is conservative and global taxes and Okay, fine.

01:57:24.000 I'm a liberal then.

01:57:25.000 I'm pro-gun.

01:57:26.000 I'm liberal, huh?

01:57:27.000 I guess I really am liberal.

01:57:28.000 I mean, I'm a classical liberal.

01:57:29.000 I'm liberal.

01:57:30.000 I want you all to have guns.

01:57:32.000 This broadcast is available on MP3 CD format at GCNlive.com or call toll free 877-300-7645.

01:57:40.000 Big Brother. Mainstream media.

01:57:51.000 Government cover-ups.

01:57:53.000 You want answers?

01:57:55.000 Well, so does he.

01:57:56.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:58:01.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:58:08.000 Constitutional Lawyer, Law Scholar Larry Becraft coming up in the next segment.

01:58:13.000 From Louisiana to Nevada, California to New York.

01:58:19.000 They're prosecuting people for tax evasion.

01:58:21.000 They go to jury trials and the government's losing.

01:58:25.000 Nine people found not guilty earlier this week in Nevada, in Las Vegas, for tax evasion.

01:58:31.000 Larry Becraft coming up.

01:58:33.000 You see, instead of throwing Moloff's cocktails and having shootouts with the feds, we're just going to go out and show them how it's an offshore corporation.

01:58:42.000 We're going to go out and show them how it's a private arm, the Federal Reserve, with all the official documents.

01:58:47.000 And how it's all a big scam.

01:58:50.000 And quote Ronald Reagan to the jury, admitting it, and it's over!

01:58:57.000 That's how you win hearts and minds, just like Burma. 1.00

01:58:59.000 They killed at least 10 monks, machine gunned them.

01:59:03.000 Monks didn't fight back, now Burma looks totally horrible and the coup may get thrown out. 0.81

01:59:09.000 But if those monks would have fought back, They'd have got what they wanted.

01:59:12.000 And I'm not saying there isn't a time.

01:59:14.000 When you're about to go to a FEMA camp and there's soldiers about to rape your children, you know, you gotta defend yourself.

01:59:19.000 And that's the time for defense.

01:59:20.000 But you gotta know when to hold them, know when to fold them, know when to walk away, know when to run.

01:59:24.000 Here's Dick Cheney on C-SPAN.

01:59:25.000 This is a new clip that surfaced back in the early 1990s, years after.

01:59:30.000 I got the two clips mixed up.

01:59:34.000 Which one is this?

01:59:35.000 This is from 94 or 92?

01:59:36.000 This is the 92, okay.

01:59:38.000 We just played the 94.

01:59:39.000 Here's the 92.

01:59:42.000 Very realistic and sobering presentation by our Secretary of Defense.

01:59:48.000 We have some simple questions.

01:59:51.000 Why didn't we bury Saddam Hussein when we had the chance? 0.95

01:59:57.000 That's a question that I'm frequently asked.

02:00:00.000 Let me spend a minute on it, Ted, because it's an important subject.

02:00:06.000 At the end of the war in the Gulf, when we made the decision to stop, we did so because we had achieved our military objectives.

02:00:13.000 That is, when we decided to halt military operations.

02:00:15.000 Those objectives were twofold, to liberate Kuwait, and secondly, to strip Saddam Hussein of his offensive military capability, of his capacity to threaten his neighbors, and we'd done that.

02:00:27.000 There's no doubt in my mind, but what we could have gone on to Baghdad, and taken Baghdad, occupied the whole country. 0.88

02:00:36.000 We had the 101st airborne up on the Euphrates River Valley about halfway between Kuwait and Baghdad.

02:00:44.000 And I don't think from a military perspective that it would have been an impossible task.

02:00:49.000 Clearly it wouldn't, given the forces that we had there.

02:00:52.000 But we made a very conscious decision not to proceed for several reasons.

02:00:55.000 In part, because as soon as you go to Baghdad to get to Saddam Hussein, you have to recognize that you're undertaking a fairly complex operation.

02:01:06.000 It's not the kind of situation where we could have pulled up in front of the Presidential Palace in Baghdad and said, come on Saddam, you're going to the slammer.

02:01:15.000 We would have had to run him to the ground.

02:01:17.000 A lot of places he could have gone to hide out or to resist.

02:01:21.000 It would have required extensive military forces to achieve that.

02:01:25.000 But let's assume for the moment that we would have been able to do it.

02:01:28.000 We've got Saddam now and maybe we put him down there in Miami with Noriega. 0.98

02:01:34.000 Then the question comes putting a government in place of the one you've just gotten rid of.

02:01:40.000 You can't just sort of turn around and walk away.

02:01:42.000 You've now accepted the responsibility for what happens in Iraq. 0.87

02:01:46.000 What kind of government do you want us to create in place of the old Saddam Hussein government?

02:01:51.000 You want a Sunni government or a Shia government?

02:01:53.000 Or maybe it ought to be a Kurdish government?

02:01:55.000 Or maybe one based on the Ba'ath Party?

02:01:59.000 Or maybe some combination of all of those?

02:02:02.000 How long is that government likely to survive without U.S.

02:02:05.000 military forces there to keep it propped up?

02:02:09.000 If you get into the business of committing U.S.

02:02:13.000 forces on the ground in Iraq to occupy the place, my guess is I'd probably still have people there today, instead of having been able to bring them home. 0.98

02:02:21.000 Stay there! 0.92

02:02:21.000 We're going to come back, play the last couple minutes of it and get Larry B. B. Crabb, constitutional scholar, lawyer on, talk about some amazing developments on the taxation front. 0.92

02:02:32.000 And, uh, I forgot to mention something about this little black girl who they broke her arm. 0.98

02:02:36.000 The security guards were not cleaning up all the cake that fell on the floor.

02:02:44.000 Black Berkey purification elements are more powerful than any gravity filter element on the market.

02:05:42.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents The Alex Jones Show.

02:05:49.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

02:06:13.000 Okay, the editor of the Dixieland Law Journal, Larry Becraft, we've got a link to his website up on Infowars.com in the guest section or underneath the Ron Paul section with Jesse Benton today if you want to go see it with his different briefs and the things that he's dealt with over the years.

02:06:30.000 He is a constitutional scholar, constitutional lawyer.

02:06:33.000 He's won a lot of cases.

02:06:35.000 He is not Mr. Mythology.

02:06:38.000 I've been doing this for 15 years, 13 years on air.

02:06:41.000 And I have seen a lot of people end up going to prison because they believe they can put fake liens on people, and there's all these quacks who run these trusts, and they get patriots to sign stuff over to them. 0.99

02:06:57.000 I've had friends, I've said, don't do it, it's a scam.

02:06:59.000 They never listen.

02:07:00.000 They've got to experience it themselves first.

02:07:04.000 But I didn't get him on about that.

02:07:05.000 I've had him on before about patriot mythology.

02:07:08.000 We could do two hours on that sometime.

02:07:10.000 I like to not see people go to prison.

02:07:16.000 But again, when these good old boys call up, they never want to listen to you.

02:07:19.000 They've got to go to jail first.

02:07:21.000 And it doesn't even mean that some of their arguments aren't legitimate, but the system is criminal.

02:07:25.000 But before we go to Larry Becraft to talk about these great developments, the signs that people may be waking up, I wanted to finish up with Dick Cheney.

02:07:34.000 Here he is, this is in 92, C-SPAN, talking at a dinner.

02:07:39.000 Uh, about how we went to Iraq in 1991, it would be a quagmire. 1.00

02:07:44.000 Here he is.

02:07:45.000 Uh, if you get into the business of committing U.S.

02:07:48.000 forces on the ground in Iraq to occupy the place, my guess is I'd probably still have people there today, instead of having been able to bring them home. 0.98

02:07:58.000 We would have been in a situation, once we went into Baghdad, where we would have engaged in the kind of street-by-street, house-to-house fighting in an urban setting that would have been dramatically different from what we were able to do in the Gulf, in Kuwait, in the desert, where our precision-guided munitions and our long-range artillery and tanks were so devastating against those Iraqi forces. 0.52

02:08:19.000 You would have been fighting in a built-up urban area, large civilian population, and much heavier prospects for casualties.

02:08:27.000 You would have found as well, I think, probably the disintegration of the Arab coalition that signed on to support us in our efforts to eject the Iraqis from Kuwait, but never signed on for the proposition that the United States would become some kind of quasi-permanent occupier of a major Middle Eastern nation.

02:08:46.000 And the final point with respect to casualties, everybody, of course, was tremendously impressed with the fact that we were able to prevail at such a low cost.

02:08:55.000 Given the predictions with respect to casualties in major modern warfare.

02:09:00.000 But for the 146 Americans who were killed in action, and for their families, it was not a cheat for a low-cost... Alright!

02:09:10.000 And there's clip after clip coming out of him saying all this.

02:09:13.000 Neocons will then post on the web saying it isn't real video.

02:09:17.000 Cheney never said this.

02:09:19.000 That's how they childlessly deal with these issues. 1.00

02:09:23.000 But the policy changed, and they said, hey, we want to break up the Arab coalition.

02:09:27.000 We want to spread things, and we want Saudi Arabia to fully fall to the Wahhabis. 1.00

02:09:31.000 Then we'll have an excuse to go in.

02:09:33.000 We want Iran to have a war with the Wahhabis. 1.00

02:09:36.000 We want the whole thing in a quagmire.

02:09:39.000 I mean, they went from an evil new world order policy of setting that country up and attacking it, To just genocide for 16 years and total evil.

02:09:48.000 Now 17 years.

02:09:49.000 Alright, I'm going to shut up about that.

02:09:50.000 I promise to get to that.

02:09:51.000 So there it is.

02:09:52.000 Larry Becraft.

02:09:53.000 Great guy.

02:09:54.000 And again, he's got a long website name.

02:09:56.000 It's http://home.hiwaay.net #7EVEcraft.com.

02:10:07.000 Just go to Infowars.com.

02:10:08.000 It's a lot easier.

02:10:09.000 You can just click on it and go directly to it.

02:10:11.000 But it's lots of briefs, lots of expert journal stuff, massive amounts of work.

02:10:16.000 And he's somebody who doesn't like to put out bad info and send Patriots to prison.

02:10:21.000 So he's a good guy.

02:10:23.000 Larry Becraft.

02:10:24.000 Good to have you on, my friend.

02:10:25.000 Alex, it's a pleasure always to be a guest on your show.

02:10:29.000 Just 60 Seconds.

02:10:31.000 First, please tell us about yourself, how you got involved in all this decades ago, and then kind of run through how the IRS is now losing case after case against individuals that they claim haven't filed.

02:10:44.000 And then this latest, nine people, 160 plus counts, found not guilty, or missed trials, or hung juries.

02:10:52.000 And just walk us through that, sir.

02:10:54.000 Well, my background is I grew up here in northern Alabama.

02:10:57.000 I live in Huntsville, Alabama.

02:10:58.000 Graduated from high school here in Huntsville.

02:11:01.000 Went to Samford University, which is a Baptist-supported school down in Birmingham, Alabama.

02:11:05.000 Graduated from there with a degree in economics.

02:11:10.000 Graduated cum laude.

02:11:11.000 Then I went over to Cumberland School of Law.

02:11:14.000 Spent three years there, and then I graduated in 1975.

02:11:17.000 Took the Alabama Bar Exam.

02:11:18.000 Ran into the movement about the mid-70s.

02:11:22.000 Ran into Tougher Saucy about 1979 and have been associated with the freedom movement ever since.

02:11:27.000 So a lot of battles under the...

02:11:30.000 I've engaged in a lot of battles with the IRS, a lot of battles with the state.

02:11:34.000 We've had victories and we've had defeats.

02:11:36.000 But the bottom line is, you've been giving fight for 30 years and we salute you.

02:11:43.000 Well, I appreciate that.

02:11:44.000 We salute you.

02:11:45.000 You're more vocal than anybody else.

02:11:47.000 Well, I try.

02:11:49.000 But I'd rather other folks be more vocal.

02:11:50.000 You know, it's scary to be out front.

02:11:52.000 Absolutely.

02:11:54.000 The IRS, in just a few minutes before we get into this, what is it?

02:11:58.000 How does it operate?

02:11:59.000 Is it a fraud?

02:12:01.000 Should people pay or not pay?

02:12:03.000 Break it down.

02:12:04.000 Well, there's a lot of, you know, that's a very, very complex question.

02:12:10.000 You've got to take into consideration the background of all of this and what the government's done to, you know, kind of muddy the water about how this tax law operates.

02:12:20.000 If you want to get into that, we can spend maybe 10 or 15 minutes to talk about the background.

02:12:24.000 Well, I mean, I understand it's very complex, but give them just a taste and then let's get into what this means to see change to have them losing case after case.

02:12:33.000 Well, you know, the government spent a lot of years and a lot of propaganda, you know, telling the American public, gee, everybody owes the federal income tax.

02:12:42.000 It's amazing to me that I keep encountering all these people that, like Sherry Jackson, she used to work for the IRS.

02:12:50.000 She came along sometime right before 2000, heard about a $50,000 ad Uh, a reward.

02:12:59.000 Who can show who's liable for the federal income tax?

02:13:02.000 He says, oh, that's an easy question to answer.

02:13:05.000 She spent a couple of weeks trying to find it because she wanted to collect a $50,000 reward.

02:13:10.000 She came up with a big zero and reached the conclusion that, hey, there's a lot of holes in the federal income tax.

02:13:16.000 And indeed, when you sit down and take a look at the federal income tax, there are just a lot of holes.

02:13:21.000 And that's the reason why I think that people need to take a look at the tax laws, quit following the government propaganda.

02:13:28.000 You know, gee, everybody knows that this is crystal clear.

02:13:32.000 Those that don't pay are just a bunch of tax cheats.

02:13:35.000 You know, the American public is...

02:13:38.000 Brainwashed, if you will, or they've been educated otherwise, but if people will dig into the tax laws, you can find some amazing holes, and that's what I'd like to discuss over the next hour.

02:13:48.000 Well, they had those holes, so the big corporations didn't have to pay because they were offshore and running scams, and it's, you know, designed for the general public. 0.99

02:13:55.000 Plus, these idiots say, well, we wouldn't have a government without it. 0.99

02:13:58.000 Well, we sure built this country until the 40s without it. 1.00

02:14:01.000 Absolutely.

02:14:03.000 You know, when this country got started out, As a result of the Constitutional Convention, the federal government was designed to exist primarily off of indirect taxes and primarily what flowed across the border.

02:14:14.000 Taxes on customs and things of that nature.

02:14:21.000 Of course, if you're going to issue fiat currency, you've got to have a mechanism to suck it out of circulation.

02:14:25.000 That's typically what an income tax does.

02:14:27.000 But then in 1913, we got the Federal Reserve, and also in 1913, we got the 16th Amendment, and then the October 1913 Income Tax Act, and we've had it ever since.

02:14:37.000 And this country has been basically ruined because of the income tax.

02:14:45.000 I see where this country is going.

02:14:47.000 If we don't bring about some serious change real soon, as we go through this dollar collapse, the government is going to be taking more and more resources away from the people.

02:14:58.000 And as we go through this very economically troubling time in the next three and four years leading up to the You know, blending of Canada, the United States, and Mexico together where we'll have the Mero. 0.87

02:15:10.000 As we go through that period, I think the American people are going to be raped.

02:15:14.000 And I think it's high time for the American people to take a look at what's going on around the world.

02:15:19.000 You know, quit having a comfort zone that's ten feet wide and start examining some of these real important issues.

02:15:24.000 Well, I agree.

02:15:25.000 When you read the actual IMF and World Bank policy reports, they say point blank that they designed the debt money system to totally consolidate all wealth into the hands of the elite, and that at our current debt rate for the nation, to issue currency they created, we're at almost $100 trillion, and that taxes will need to be at over 90% by 2015.

02:15:47.000 Now, folks, they're not going to be able to squeeze that out of us, but it's about total enslavement.

02:15:52.000 And we're in for some hard times, aren't we, Larry?

02:15:54.000 No doubt about it.

02:15:57.000 Last year, they quit publishing the inflation statistics in March of 2006.

02:16:01.000 Well, that was a prime indicator that when Ben Helicopter Bernanke got into his Fed chairman, he's a man that can hyperinflate.

02:16:10.000 And that's exactly what we're doing.

02:16:11.000 We've got these tremendous war expenditures.

02:16:14.000 We've got Congress coming along.

02:16:15.000 Hey, I just came back from Tucson.

02:16:19.000 And I looked at the map of all the highways they're going to build for the North American Union.

02:16:23.000 And I've been told that Arizona is getting something like $300 billion to build all these roads.

02:16:31.000 Everything that they're doing shows that they're going to be gearing up and trying to bring us into this North American Union.

02:16:38.000 They're going to spend a whole lot of money in the process.

02:16:42.000 We go through this period, there's going to be hyperinflation.

02:16:45.000 And if you take a look at every hyperinflation, you can go back to Germany in the 1920s, you can see that the people that lived in a society where there was hyperinflation, they suffered greatly.

02:16:56.000 And the big boys, you know, I just listened to a radio program yesterday when I'm driving around in my car, and they're talking about inflation and how the elites are already out of the Federal Reserve note.

02:17:08.000 They're in other currencies.

02:17:09.000 And so it's just going to be a commoner... Oh, Cheney dumped all of... The Vice President of the last four years dumped all his dollars.

02:17:16.000 Wow.

02:17:16.000 That was in the news.

02:17:19.000 Wasn't that why we got a commercial break?

02:17:20.000 Yeah, and he got a house in Dubai, and Halliburton's moving to Dubai.

02:17:24.000 But he's red, white, and blue, though, boy.

02:17:27.000 He's a Republican.

02:17:28.000 Everything's fine.

02:17:30.000 George W. is going to save us.

02:17:32.000 By the way, we've got inside intel.

02:17:33.000 We're confirming it right now that Bill Clinton was at Bohemian Grove this year as the guest of former President Bush.

02:17:40.000 Isn't that sweet?

02:17:44.000 More than 700 chemicals have been found in our drinking water.

02:17:47.000 And did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?

02:17:52.000 That's because many chemicals are inhaled when they evaporate, and others are absorbed through the skin.

02:17:57.000 The KDF shower filter is designed to reduce chlorine, lead, mercury, and iron, and it inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, algae, and fungus in your shower.

02:18:06.000 The media is non-toxic, environmentally sound, and is recyclable.

02:18:10.000 The KDF shower filter will typically last 10,000 gallons or one year, whichever comes first.

02:18:15.000 Hospitals, restaurants, and water treatment facilities use this media to reduce chlorine, iron, heavy metals, and bacteria.

02:18:23.000 What about you?

02:18:24.000 Order your KDF shower filter, normally $49, for our special price of only $35, a $14 savings.

02:18:29.000 Call now to order at 1-888-803-4438.

02:18:30.000 $14 savings.

02:18:32.000 Call now to order at 1-888-803-4438. Order today and save $14 by calling 1-888-803-4438.

02:18:43.000 This is a market alert from Midas Resources.

02:18:46.000 Since August 9th, the Fed has created and injected $200 billion into the financial markets to keep them afloat, ignoring the hyperinflationary hangover that is the sure result.

02:18:57.000 Data released by the New York Federal Reserve shows that foreign central banks have cut their stash of U.S.

02:19:02.000 Treasuries by $48 billion since late July, with falls of $32 billion in the last two weeks alone.

02:19:09.000 Could China be quietly dumping the dollar?

02:19:12.000 The quality of your life depends on the quality of your currency, and the quality of the dollar is poor, because the quantity is so high.

02:19:20.000 Printing money out of thin air has disastrous results, victimizing middle class citizens and discouraging savings.

02:19:26.000 If you have been considering precious metals as a hedge against inflation, you need to act now.

02:19:31.000 Procrastination is the mother of lost opportunities.

02:19:34.000 Call me, Tom Andrew at 1-800-606-1294.

02:19:39.000 That's 1-800-606-1294.

02:19:44.000 I need to do something about my dry heels.

02:19:47.000 After a pedicure, they look great.

02:19:48.000 Then I have to go right back again, because my feet get dry so quickly.

02:19:53.000 Haven't you heard about Calrex Ointment?

02:19:55.000 I use it regularly on my heels, and they stay looking great.

02:19:59.000 And my feet feel as good as they look.

02:20:02.000 What's that name again?

02:20:03.000 Wait, I'm getting my pen out.

02:20:05.000 It's Callex.

02:20:07.000 C-A-L-L-E-X. 1.00

02:20:09.000 What makes Callex Leutmann so different?

02:20:11.000 It's got these natural enzymes that quickly exfoliate dry, cracked feet and leave your feet feeling soft and smooth, just like a baby's bottom.

02:20:20.000 For soft, smooth heels and feet, use enzyme-rich, moisturizing Cal-X ointment.

02:20:38.000 Hey, here's a drug store.

02:20:40.000 I'll be right back.

02:20:41.000 I'm getting some Calix for my heels.

02:20:44.000 Why continue suffering from pain, illness, and disease when natural health and wellness therapies are within your reach?

02:20:49.000 Hundreds of people report improved health and wellness using Rife Frequency Technology.

02:20:54.000 In the 1920s, research scientist Royal Raymond Rife discovered that disease organisms can be destroyed using resonant frequencies.

02:21:01.000 The BioSolutions Frequency Instrument uses the same technology for relief or elimination of pain and disease conditions.

02:21:08.000 There are no reported side effects.

02:21:37.000 Once again, that's 866-885-6625 for BioSolutions.

02:21:44.000 All right, Larry Larry B. Gress.

02:22:07.000 This is a short segment.

02:22:08.000 We'll come back in a long one and get into more detail, but run through it.

02:22:11.000 I mean, Joe Banister, treasury agent.

02:22:13.000 Here's a radio show that says it's private, a fraud.

02:22:16.000 He goes and finds out it is.

02:22:18.000 He goes and tells them.

02:22:19.000 They say, yeah, just get out of here.

02:22:21.000 He was one of the armed agents, treasury agent.

02:22:23.000 Same thing with Jackson and throwing the book at her.

02:22:26.000 He was found not guilty.

02:22:28.000 A lawyer down in Louisiana just got found not guilty.

02:22:30.000 Cryer, who you're friends with.

02:22:32.000 Now nine people just got found.

02:22:34.000 I mean, what is... First, let's just generally talk about what this trend means.

02:22:37.000 Then let's get into something to tell in the next segment, Larry.

02:22:40.000 Well, I hope it is a trend, Alex.

02:22:42.000 You know, the American people are right now going through... Let's say it's the beginning, the dawn of a very troubling time in American society.

02:22:52.000 And perhaps, through the efforts of people like you, a lot of these people are beginning to wake up.

02:22:58.000 Now, a couple of years ago, when Joe Bannister, who used to be a former IRS special agent, you know, he was just on the inside carrying out the investigations of people that he called tax protesters, and arresting them, and having them indicted.

02:23:15.000 Well, he ran into the Tax Truth Movement, did some investigations, and said, hey, these people are not crazy.

02:23:22.000 They got some legitimate questions.

02:23:23.000 So he asked those same questions of his superiors, and he was told, hit the door, Jack.

02:23:29.000 Well, then shortly after that, he got involved with a man by the name of Al Thompson, who was in the Tax Honesty Movement.

02:23:36.000 Al quit withholding on his employers.

02:23:39.000 Ultimately, Al and Joe got indicted in a conspiracy.

02:23:43.000 Joe went to trial separately, didn't go to the trial at the same time that Al did.

02:23:50.000 Two friends of mine, Bob Bernhoff and Jeff Dickstein, defended Joe.

02:23:54.000 And the jury came back, hey, Joe didn't even put on a defense.

02:23:57.000 Their whole case was an attack upon the government's case.

02:23:59.000 He introduced a tape where Joe explained what he did with Al Thompson's employees.

02:24:06.000 And the jury came back and said, hey, Joe's not guilty.

02:24:09.000 Now, you know, there have been a number of victories over the years.

02:24:12.000 One of the first biggest cases that I got involved in was the Franklin Sanders conspiracy case.

02:24:18.000 It got started in December of 89 and there were 27 people that had been indicted.

02:24:26.000 We went to trial in January of 1991 and in July of 1991 of the 17 defendants that stood trial and 52 counts were to be decided by the jury.

02:24:38.000 The jury came back and acquitted everybody on everything.

02:24:41.000 That was probably one of the biggest tax trials in American history and I represented Franklin Sanders.

02:24:47.000 We've had a number of acquittals.

02:24:51.000 I've had a number of acquittals.

02:24:53.000 I represented here recently, back in about 2003, Vernie Kugler, the former FedEx pilot from Memphis.

02:25:01.000 She was found not guilty.

02:25:02.000 I forget the guy's name in Freedom to Fascism.

02:25:04.000 He's just a good old boy.

02:25:06.000 He's in there and he goes, and the agents, it's their videotape, and he's going, can you just show me a law, buddy?

02:25:11.000 Yeah.

02:25:12.000 No, we can't show you that.

02:25:14.000 Whitey Harrell is a case that involves the state of Illinois prosecuting him for state income tax violations, and he was introduced to videotape during that trial, and these agents couldn't point out where he was liable for the tax or required to file a return.

02:25:28.000 They had a real good lady that was a forelady on that jury, and she's been out speaking.

02:25:35.000 They returned a not guilty verdict against Whitey, and she's been around the country speaking about all this.

02:25:40.000 The government's got a lot to hide, Alex.

02:25:44.000 Well, they certainly do.

02:25:45.000 And again, there are hundreds of taxes we've had in the past.

02:25:48.000 This is a tax in the Communist Manifesto.

02:25:50.000 It says, get a central bank and then get an income tax to extract it.

02:25:54.000 This is the global system.

02:25:56.000 And the very commissariats that set up the Soviet system, this is mainstream history, are the same commissariats that set up our Federal Reserve.

02:26:04.000 And now they're the neocons, and I don't think the general public is aware of that, Larry.

02:26:08.000 No, they're not.

02:26:09.000 You know, I go around and conduct a little survey, you know, just with people I meet on the street, and you'd be amazed at how many people just, you know, they're good Republicans.

02:26:19.000 And they believe that, you know, if you come along and try to introduce this type of material to them, this type of thinking, you know, they've got a comfort zone that's at least ten feet wide, and if you try to invade that, they hate you.

02:26:32.000 You know, America's the best place in the world.

02:26:34.000 Hey, they're brainwashed.

02:26:37.000 But you know, I think things like 9-11, you go out and you try to talk to people about 9-11, their first reaction is, oh, they're opposed to all these conspiracy things.

02:26:46.000 But then when you start showing them pictures, they begin to change their mind.

02:26:49.000 You know, they get exposed to this stuff.

02:26:51.000 Hey, it's not all it's cranked up to be.

02:26:52.000 Well, the same thing happens with a lot of other areas.

02:26:55.000 You know, we had this recent tax trial.

02:26:59.000 Bill Cohen, a friend of mine out in San Diego, California, was representing this guy by the name of Care, and he was an employer out in Las Vegas that put his whole company on the gold and silver standard.

02:27:13.000 And when he did that, you know, let's go back to 2000, 2001, 2002, you know, Federal Reserve note was worth one twelfth of a silver dollar.

02:27:23.000 Stay there, we're going to be right back.

02:27:24.000 We're going to walk through this and explain how they tried to follow the federal law, the Constitution.

02:27:34.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

02:28:46.000 Honeybees are now mysteriously vanishing at an astonishing pace across the entire country.

02:28:51.000 Why is this urgent message about honeybees so desperately important?

02:28:54.000 The answer is easy.

02:28:55.000 You see, honeybees produce a unique compound fed only to the queen that makes her live six times longer than other bees in the hive.

02:29:01.000 Some researchers now believe the compound may have miraculous effects on humans as well.

02:29:05.000 The compound is called Royal Jelly and is now available in an all-new ultra-purified form called Jealousine Gold.

02:29:11.000 The product has been designed for purity-conscious Americans who are concerned about contaminated Royal Jelly entering the U.S. from Asia.

02:29:43.000 We at The Bible Says want to alert the world to the topic of the Mark of the Beast, Soon it will be upon us as an overwhelming surprise.

02:29:51.000 The world is pressing toward a forced one-world religion.

02:29:54.000 The real issue behind this is the union of church and state nullifying our First Amendment.

02:30:00.000 Americans will have to give up their peculiar beliefs and accept what the new world religious leaders prescribe. 0.67

02:30:05.000 In 2005, President Bush signed the Real ID Act, which goes into effect May 11, 2008.

02:30:11.000 Many people believe that this will be the mark of the beast because of the restrictive measures included, which seems to parallel the no buying and selling of Revelations 13, 17.

02:30:20.000 In Revelations 14, 9, speaking of the mark of the beast, it says, If any man worship the beast, take notice.

02:30:27.000 It says, Worship the beast.

02:30:29.000 This issue is about worship, not economics.

02:31:25.000 And I was, hmm, wonder what that is?

02:31:27.000 And I stood there and said, turn a camera on in case they came in here.

02:31:30.000 And then they suddenly screeched out and drove around the corner and ran into some other buildings.

02:34:22.000 Ah, it's driving me crazy.

02:34:23.000 This doesn't normally happen.

02:34:24.000 Armed FBI running around on the street.

02:34:26.000 I normally keep my composure a little better.

02:34:28.000 I'm like, I'm a play-by-player.

02:34:30.000 I'm willing to know what's going on.

02:34:36.000 Hey, Mike!

02:34:38.000 Hey Larry, how you doing my friend?

02:34:40.000 I'm doing fine Alex, it sounds like you've got some problems in your backyard.

02:34:44.000 They're running around right now.

02:34:47.000 Larry, I'm going to give you the floor because I already know the story.

02:34:50.000 I'm going to come back in a minute or two.

02:34:51.000 You've got the floor, you've got the show for a minute.

02:34:53.000 Tell folks what happened with the nine people being found not guilty or hung jury.

02:34:59.000 I'll pretend like you're on the other line.

02:35:00.000 You'll just come back whenever you get back.

02:35:04.000 I first found out about this C.A.R.E.

02:35:06.000 case when a friend of mine, Matt McPherson, who's a defense attorney out in Phoenix, he told me this story about another friend of mine filing a lawsuit against an assistant United States attorney and some IRS special agents.

02:35:18.000 The story is this.

02:35:19.000 This is what resulted in a lawsuit being filed.

02:35:23.000 This fellow by the name of C.A.R.E., who's an employer out in Las Vegas, has a construction company.

02:35:30.000 He made a conversion From Federal Reserve notes as his medium of exchange to gold and silver coin.

02:35:38.000 Now there were financial benefits to doing this.

02:35:41.000 Let's use as an example, just to go back into the 2000-2001 era.

02:35:47.000 A silver coin, a real silver dollar, the constitutional dollar, Uh, would, uh, command a price of twelve Federal Reserve notes back in those days.

02:35:59.000 So, for purposes of explaining, uh, what this guy was doing, I'll just use the silver dollar, and I'll say that its Federal Reserve note value was twelve, uh, back in 2000-2001.

02:36:09.000 So, if CARE was paying somebody $480 per week in Federal Reserve notes as wages, then, if you paid them in gold and silver coin, or silver dollars, Then that party's quote, income, unquote, would be reduced down to $40.

02:36:29.000 Well, at that rate, there wouldn't be any withholding.

02:36:31.000 At that rate, the guy would make, if he made $40 a week, that would be about $200 a month and $2,600 per year.

02:36:42.000 And if he was married, he wouldn't be required to file an income tax return.

02:36:47.000 So that's the reason why Kerr went over to establishing his books.

02:36:52.000 He was engaged in using as a medium of exchange gold and silver coin.

02:37:00.000 After he had this program in operation for a while, the IRS came along.

02:37:05.000 Everybody in the world knew that this guy was operating on gold and silver coin.

02:37:09.000 But they executed a search warrant.

02:37:11.000 And they came crashing through with a big tank, I guess it was.

02:37:15.000 They crashed through his gate and then they went into his office and herded a bunch of office people that work for a care.

02:37:22.000 Herded them out into the parking lot in the middle of the summer, Las Vegas heat.

02:37:26.000 You know, where it's anywhere from 105 to 110 out there on the parking lot, or probably higher, and had them, you know, they were held under gunpoint while the agents searched the office.

02:37:37.000 Well, that resulted in a lawsuit being filed against the Assistant United States Attorney that was involved and the IRS Special Agents.

02:37:44.000 Well, that only irritated the government, so they turned around and indicted about eight or nine people in this care indictment, and the The story is, the way, what the charges were in the indictment is this, that there was a giant conspiracy among all these people to defeat the federal income tax laws.

02:38:03.000 And then of course there were specific charges against specific individuals, you know, like the various tax crimes, evasion or willful failure to file.

02:38:11.000 Well, Bill Cohen, who was one of the lawyers who was representing the employer, CARE, in this lawsuit that had been filed against the United States Attorney, he came along and tried

02:38:24.000 I've been back for a while and I heard you this weekend on the show talking about it, so I also read the local newspaper articles, but this just shows the insane actions of these individuals.

02:38:44.000 I remember reading the federal law when they set it up and said that gold and silver would be denominated by the government by the face value on the coin.

02:38:52.000 Yeah, well, here's the argument he was using.

02:38:54.000 Congress comes along in the mid-80s, and they want to establish a gold and silver system.

02:39:00.000 It's there for the American people to use.

02:39:02.000 And they come out with these new gold coins, these new silver coins, and they say, dollar on them!

02:39:07.000 Now, they had a, they had a, the government called as a witness in this case, One of the people that was factually involved, this is where Carey was getting his gold and silver coin.

02:39:18.000 This guy was a coin dealer.

02:39:19.000 So the government sticks him up there on the stand, he tells his story, and the defense starts cross-examining him.

02:39:26.000 And they ask him, well, what's a dollar?

02:39:28.000 And this guy says, well, you know, it's a silver dollar.

02:39:31.000 And he said that Federal Reserve notes were not dollars.

02:39:35.000 And then the defense asked him, well, you know, the government's got this 8300 form, you know, if you engage in transactions involving $10,000 or more, you know, in gold and silver coin, you're supposed to file a report.

02:39:47.000 They asked him if he filed a report.

02:39:48.000 He said, hey, I never have transactions that large.

02:39:51.000 And his theory, he himself operates off of a gold and silver standard.

02:39:57.000 He considers a dollar to be a, you know, the dollar of our daddies, the silver dollar.

02:40:04.000 And he confirmed exactly the theory that the defense was presenting.

02:40:09.000 And so after about four months of trial in this case, I imagine the government probably put on 50 or 60 witnesses.

02:40:18.000 The defense took a couple weeks to present their side of the case.

02:40:22.000 But when the jury goes out and they deliberate, they come back and there's, what, 189 counts that were presented to the jury in this case?

02:40:30.000 And they acquitted a lot of people just across the board of all charges.

02:40:34.000 And they got hung on everything else.

02:40:36.000 So the government spent big bucks, spent four months to try this case.

02:40:40.000 It had, I think, nine people that were on trial.

02:40:43.000 And after all that effort, there's no guilty verdict.

02:40:49.000 So how about that, Alex?

02:40:50.000 What was the response of the federales when that happened?

02:40:53.000 Well, that I don't know.

02:40:54.000 You know, I've read some news reports, the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

02:40:59.000 You know, I haven't seen any real comments coming from the government.

02:41:02.000 You know, I certainly haven't been talking to them.

02:41:04.000 I've been talking to Joel Hansen.

02:41:06.000 Well, on a wider issue, we talk about jury nullification.

02:41:09.000 Every videotape or book order we have here at InfoWars.com, here at the Video and Bookstore Online, we put a citizen rule book, the good one out of Arizona, in there that gets into jury nullification that Red Beckman and others got going 30, 40 years ago.

02:41:23.000 But, because you are supposed to judge the facts as well as the law, and I'd like you in layman's terms as a constitutional lawyer to break that down for the listeners, and not just on the income tax, but on a lot of other issues, the juries, they can't control them all, they can't control all the grand juries, we're starting to see that, and is that why we see the American Bar Association calling for the end of juries, and is that why England

02:41:48.000 Well, you know, we've got a problem with banishing juries here in this country because there's certainly the jury is an institution pursuant to the United States Constitution.

02:42:03.000 You're going to find that if you examine the state constitution, juries are institutions there as well.

02:42:08.000 So it's going to be difficult for us to progress to the stage that England and some of the other English countries around the world, New Zealand, Canada, Australia.

02:42:20.000 You know, perhaps they can banish a jury, but I don't think that it's possible here in this country.

02:42:26.000 But by process with these judge TV shows and with the plea bargaining, a lot of times, you know, in court they'll just order people to plea bargain now and scream at them for contempt.

02:42:36.000 So with the dumbed-down masses, the jury's basically already gone.

02:42:39.000 We need to rediscover that, don't we?

02:42:41.000 Yeah, but a problem that's happening right now, Alex, you can read statistics.

02:42:47.000 I got a friend, you know, I go to these MCLA, you know, we've got to get 12 hours of MCLA credit every year, you know, go to these little seminars.

02:42:54.000 And Greg Cusimato is an attorney down in Gaston, Alabama, and he's been studying this.

02:42:58.000 And the big corporations that have been sued by the plaintiff's bar over the, you know, last 10 or 20 years, you know, what they've done is they've engaged in a program to shift the paradigm for the American public.

02:43:11.000 And, you know, they've come along and you know, denigrated suits against the big companies.

02:43:17.000 And as a result of this effort by both the government and big corporations, as a result of all that, do you know that we really have less trials today than we had in the past?

02:43:30.000 In fact, last year in Alabama... No, I know!

02:43:33.000 I mean, you go into traffic court and say you want a trial to act like you're the devil!

02:43:36.000 Yeah, absolutely!

02:43:37.000 But, you know, the trials are dropping in.

02:43:39.000 It's something we... You know, I find it incredible.

02:43:42.000 You know, I understand why the American people are, you know, wrapped up in their own lives.

02:43:46.000 They're busy making ends meet.

02:43:49.000 You know, they got the jobs that are famous to tend to, but there's a lot of great social issues.

02:43:53.000 If the American people don't wake up, you know, our kids and grandkids are going to be...

02:43:59.000 In a society that's much like China, and I certainly don't want that. 1.00

02:44:03.000 If we can have the American people... You know, Patrick Henry said, is life so dear a piece of Sweden to be purchased at the price of chains or slavery?

02:44:10.000 Forbidden Almighty God, ask not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty or give me death.

02:44:16.000 Now the American people are faced with two fundamental propositions.

02:44:19.000 Do they want a life of liberty?

02:44:22.000 Or do they want a life of slavery?

02:44:24.000 And right now we have a presidential candidate, Hillary. 1.00

02:44:28.000 We have a lot of other Democrats out there.

02:44:30.000 They're singing this too.

02:44:32.000 Oh, we're going to provide medical care and everything else.

02:44:35.000 They're the great socialists.

02:44:36.000 Well, the American people can go down that road and they can have a life of slavery.

02:44:41.000 We've gone down that road and it's already curtains and now they want to add more to it.

02:44:45.000 For those that don't know, they claim they want to insure 15 million people and it all sounds reasonable.

02:44:49.000 But now they're saying you're going to have to go to the doctor each year, it's going to be social workers ruling over us, we're going to have the new environmental carbon footprint social workers watching us and our carbon output.

02:45:00.000 I mean, this is just hellish what they're already doing!

02:45:03.000 Or we're going to end up being bound and gagged. 1.00

02:45:08.000 Look, Alex, that's a prostitute. 1.00

02:45:10.000 Have you seen all these new videos where a little girl drops cake, and the school security guard walks over, breaks her arm behind her back, forces it all the way up to her head, on video, and then the mother complains so they charge the little girl with assaulting the security guard when it's all on tape, and then they arrest and charge the guy that shot video of them with assault. 0.56

02:45:30.000 Yeah, well that's the way this system operates.

02:45:32.000 You see that video in Indiana where they punch the city councilman in the back and then beat him until he passes out with blood coming out of his head and they charge him with assaulting them? 0.59

02:45:42.000 I mean, they're going nuts!

02:45:44.000 Well, we're going to end up like Myanmar, Burma, or whatever you call that country.

02:45:47.000 Right now what's going on over there is if we don't change, we're going to end up just exactly like them.

02:45:53.000 Just where they just mow people down.

02:45:55.000 Yeah.

02:45:56.000 And that they did that, you know, here we've seen over the last couple of years, what is it, is it in Georgia or Bala Russia?

02:46:03.000 You know, they had the big battle in the last couple of years, the Orange Revolution.

02:46:08.000 Yes.

02:46:09.000 You know, that country's trying to break free, and I forgot what it was, but, you know, they had all these...

02:46:13.000 Belarus.

02:46:14.000 Yeah, they were up.

02:46:16.000 China? 0.73

02:46:17.000 Maybe Ukraine or whatever, I forgot the name.

02:46:20.000 It's all over, Georgia everywhere, yeah. 1.00

02:46:21.000 Yeah, well you know, those people are trying to break free.

02:46:25.000 And we have here in Burma, or Myanmar, whatever you call that country, we got the same thing.

02:46:30.000 People are getting fed up with living under an oppressive regime.

02:46:34.000 However, here in this country, we're moving toward repression.

02:46:39.000 And, you know, to me, freedom is a lot more exciting a life to live, but if we don't watch out, here in the next, you see, it's not something that confronts our children or grandchildren, it's something that confronts us!

02:46:52.000 Well, exactly, folks, you're not going to have to wait for the Federal Reserve to raise the dollar.

02:46:57.000 Larry B. Griff, you've got a degree in economics, and of course you also have a degree in law.

02:47:02.000 Watching Greenspan come out and badmouth the dollar for two weeks straight, watching all the central bankers say America's done for, they are trying, and that's 101, and I want to see if you concur, to destroy the dollar.

02:47:14.000 Why do you think they're doing that right now?

02:47:16.000 Look, they're going to step forward with a replacement.

02:47:19.000 We're going through this subprime problem right now.

02:47:23.000 However, I also think that the reason we've got this subprime, I don't think it's all that big of a problem, but it's making a lot of noise.

02:47:30.000 No, they're using that as an excuse, yeah.

02:47:31.000 Yeah, it's an excuse, and they're operating behind the scenes.

02:47:34.000 What they want is they really want some international regime to come along and control all this.

02:47:38.000 Well, if you have an international regime that's not...

02:47:41.000 You know, subject to the will of the people, hey, they can do whatever they want.

02:47:44.000 But it looks like to me, this is what I talk about.

02:47:48.000 This is what I predict is going to happen.

02:47:51.000 We are looking at having a blending of Canada, the United States, and Mexico, and we're going to have probably, you know, I talked to Edwin Vieira.

02:48:01.000 Edwin Vieira says the latest this is going to come about is 2012, which is not far off.

02:48:07.000 We're five years.

02:48:08.000 That's within striking range.

02:48:10.000 And we're probably going to have hyperinflation, not probably, we certainly are going to have hyperinflation here.

02:48:17.000 And soon the Federal Reserve note, if people think that there will never come a time in which an ounce of gold will trade for a million bucks, they're wrong.

02:48:27.000 Because gold will be priced at a million bucks when this country is falling apart and it's coming.

02:48:35.000 Well, it's at $7.45 right now.

02:48:38.000 It's up 50-something bucks last week.

02:48:41.000 We'll be right back.

02:48:47.000 It's here.

02:48:48.000 After a year in production and traveling to distant lands, my new film Terror Storm is complete.

02:48:53.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.

02:49:01.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.

02:49:08.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, the White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.

02:49:20.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.

02:49:24.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.

02:49:26.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

02:51:44.000 Welcome back.

02:52:04.000 Land of the free, home of the brave.

02:52:05.000 Now completely owned by foreigners. 1.00

02:52:08.000 Every liberty being destroyed. 0.98

02:52:09.000 A brainwashed, drugged up, drunk population stumbling around, giggling and snickering.

02:52:15.000 Cameras, surveillance everywhere.

02:52:17.000 But the people are starting to wake up and the worm is turning.

02:52:21.000 Larry Becraft, On the tax issue, I mean, over and over again now, for the first time in the last, I mean, they are losing all the time.

02:52:29.000 And, I mean, is this clearly a trend?

02:52:34.000 It's a trend or not, Alex, you know, but it is interesting that, you know, here in the last, you know, this last summer, the Tommy Cryer case, you know, I represented Tommy, but then we had this four-month trial in which the government invested a whole lot of money, a lot of resources, and a lot of time And they walk away with a not guilty verdict?

02:52:52.000 And let me just tell you, the judge in this case, and all I'm doing is I'm relating to you, I don't have any personal knowledge, I've just simply talked to a number of people that were involved in this case, and that's all I know, and that's all I'm relating to you now.

02:53:06.000 But I did talk to Joel Hansen, one of the defense attorneys.

02:53:10.000 And the judges painted this scenario in court.

02:53:14.000 That gold and silver wasn't money, but it was just simply property.

02:53:18.000 And therefore, the IRS, you know, if you were getting property, gold and silver coin as pay, it had to be denominated in value in Federal Reserve notes.

02:53:26.000 That was their theory.

02:53:28.000 Well, you know, when the defense talked to the jurors after the not guilty verdicts came back, Uh, they found out that the jury just simply wasn't bought on this whole theory that the government was trotting out.

02:53:40.000 Especially when you have a very reasonable defense that's presented.

02:53:44.000 You know, the government's issuing dollars.

02:53:46.000 Nobody can say that Federal Reserve notes are dollars.

02:53:50.000 These people were trading in dollars.

02:53:52.000 To them, it didn't seem like it was odd.

02:53:55.000 I think that what we're going to be looking at in the In the future, as this thing begins to unravel, the government's going to be taking more and more absurd positions that the rank and file of the American people are not going to accept.

02:54:09.000 And right now, the problem that we've got is, you're asking for, is this a turning of the tide?

02:54:15.000 I don't know, because the government's got a number of cases in the works that I have knowledge of.

02:54:22.000 Um, well, you know, we got some pretty bad facts this week involving some of these people that we were talking about at the start of the show.

02:54:28.000 You know, like Lamar Hardy.

02:54:29.000 You know, setting people up in bad, bad fact circumstances.

02:54:33.000 But I do hope that, you know, the American people are beginning to wake up, and of course, you've done more than anybody else a great effort in waking the people up.

02:54:42.000 Here's a... Alex, can I get back to what we were talking about?

02:54:45.000 We've only got about a minute left, sure.

02:54:47.000 Okay, well, hey, um...

02:54:50.000 I see that the Amaro is going to come on the scene.

02:54:53.000 Somebody's going to, in the next three or four years, going to say, hey, we've got a new currency.

02:54:58.000 And we'll be going through hyperinflation, and then you'll see things like companies, and maybe even a state saying, hey, we're going to get away from the Federal Reserve Note, we're going to go over to the Amaro.

02:55:08.000 That's how the change is going to come about.

02:55:10.000 And in the process, as the Federal Reserve Note hyperinflates, the middle class is going to be destroyed.

02:55:18.000 Well, that's her plan.

02:55:19.000 I mean, the elite has always waged war on the middle class, and the Trilateral Commission said that that was their plan back in the 70s, so they're doing it.

02:55:26.000 The question is, can we get the word out to the people so as they do this, it'll backfire on the New World Order, or will the globalists get to pose as the saviors again?

02:55:35.000 Larry Becraft, I'm going to get you up in the next few weeks for two hours to go through Patriot mythology as a public service to the people.

02:55:44.000 So that our good listeners won't get hurt out there.

02:55:47.000 God bless you, Larry.

02:55:48.000 I appreciate you coming on.

02:55:49.000 I appreciate it, Alex.

02:56:05.000 When it's all on video, just like they assaulted the city councilman and then said he assaulted him.
