01:43:21.000 According to official accounts, four commercial airliners would be off course and out of communication, and not one of them would be intercepted.

01:43:30.000 How is it that on four separate occasions, on one day, that a trillion dollar military and intelligence infrastructure could fail?

01:43:49.000 And they're not going to queue up the second part, but yeah, I mean, she basically confronts Rumsfeld and Myers, and for the first time, they have to admit to these four CPX exercises.

01:43:58.000 We now know there were more, but they actually say that it helped their response, and we all know that it actually confused people, it hindered their response, and they actually sent fighter jets out of the country so that we couldn't be defended.

01:44:23.000 I believe the next clip is Ray McGovern discussing the Norman Mineta testimony, where Mineta clearly states that he is in the PEOC with Dick Cheney prior to the Pentagon strike, and we all know there were no alarms going off in the Pentagon.

01:44:36.000 We also know because of Normanetta that an aide walked in and said, Sir, the plane is 50 miles out.

01:44:42.000 Sir, the plane is 30 miles out.

01:44:43.000 Sir, the plane is 10 miles out, so the orders still stand.

01:44:46.000 Manetta thought it was a shoot-down order, but whatever hits the Pentagon is allowed to strike the Pentagon.

01:44:50.000 And McGovern gives his take on that, having talked to Norm Mineta, actually.

01:44:55.000 And Mineta's confirmed it on three different occasions.

01:44:57.000 Not only before the 9-11 Commission, but on ABC News a year later, and then Seattle We Are Changed in front of him.

01:45:04.000 He said Cheney's lying about claiming that he got there later.

01:45:29.000 And so, the fact that that wasn't in the 9-11 commission report was rather odd, don't you think?

01:45:38.000 Am I prepared to believe that Dick Cheney would be capable of knowing about this kind of attack on the Pentagon, for example, and allowing it to happen?

01:45:54.000 But there you have it, you know, a 26-year CIA analyst, worked with, you know, the former Bush administration.

01:46:03.000 Yeah, yeah, and he's saying that from what he knows about Dick Cheney, of course that's possible.

01:46:07.000 And Dick Cheney went on Meet the Press four days after the attack and pretty much confirmed that he was in that PEOC.

01:46:13.000 He said he watched the second plane strike live on television, and within moments, the Secret Service hustled into that location below the White House.

01:46:21.000 So let's even give him ten minutes.

01:46:23.000 Say the Secret Service came in at 914.

01:46:25.000 He would have been in there by 922, just like Norman Ez said he was.

01:46:30.000 But then he lies about it, just like Giuliani said he was told to get out of Building 7 because Tower 1 and 2, North and South Tower, were going to collapse.

01:46:38.000 He said it on two different TV programs.

01:46:40.000 Then he lied and said he never said it, and the news went and got the clips.

01:46:44.000 And then it turns out they were running a drill at the World Trade Center being attacked by terrorists that day, and had already moved his offices out days before.

01:46:54.000 I believe the next section is Kevin Ryan of Underwriters Laboratory discussing when he found out that the floor models didn't collapse with their tests going public and basically being castrated for it.

01:47:07.000 As part of their investigation, NIST contracted Underwriters Laboratories to recreate floor models from the Twin Towers for the purpose of fire resistance tests.

01:47:17.000 We heard about it on the news.

01:47:18.000 We heard about it right away that the floors didn't collapse.

01:47:22.000 So they tested these huge models.

01:47:26.000 Their models, the Pershing, which is a long model, was essentially the same size and exactly the same as one of the types of core section tubes.

01:47:35.000 And they tested it according to ASTM 119.

01:47:37.000 They exposed it to much longer fire and higher temperatures than we know were present in the electricity.

01:47:45.000 So right away, there was a problem.

01:47:47.000 And that's August of 2004.

01:47:51.000 So again, you know, we have this huge problem, and NIST has now stated that they don't need to actually discuss the entire collapse, that they only had to discuss collapse initiation, because, as John Gross says in this film, the videos speak for themselves.

01:48:04.000 And they're not going to attempt to try to explain how that happened, because it would be impossible without explosives, Alex.

01:48:14.000 I believe it's Stephen Jones going into Gordon Roth, who's a structural engineer.

01:48:22.000 And our conclusion is that the building should not have fallen that rapidly if, indeed, fire caused the collapse.

01:48:29.000 In fact, there's one mechanical engineer, Gordon Ross, in the Journal of 9-1-1 Studies, who's done a thorough analysis based on conservation momentum.

01:48:40.000 If the official story was correct, then the heating that was supposed to cause the failure would have been a much slower event and it would have been an asymmetric event.

01:48:51.000 For the tower to collapse straight down onto itself, it flies in the face of what we know about steel and how steel behaves.

01:48:59.000 When we have a failure in one area, then the failures tend to continue within that area, and we see an asymmetric collapse.

01:49:06.000 Possibly the upper section falling off as it's twisting away from the tower and falling off.

01:49:12.000 But it's very unusual to see the upper section falling straight through the path of the greatest resistance, which is straight down through the middle of the tower.

01:49:25.000 The temperatures that we know existed within the collapse, within the debris pile, are physically impossible from an atmospheric jet fuel fire.
