00:41:59.000 They took the channel black, and it actually stayed dark until July of 2006, when the channel went back up on the air with limited programming and very little, if any, equipment.

00:42:22.000 Congress has pulled out and said, well, you can basically have oligopolies or monopolies and have all the city roads to lay your cable, but that's of no value now.
