00:33:52.000 It's total highway robbery, and the federal government is mandating with regulations that local governments accept the takeover by these groups.

00:34:04.000 I remember living in Austin, and about nine years ago, they picked your trash up twice a day, and then suddenly a new company, one that had been on 60 Minutes and other places for being Mafia-owned and run, came in and took it over.
