00:33:41.000 Well, I think, you know, one of the things we saw this year that was unprecedented was the number of people who were told they couldn't vote and their names had been scrubbed from the rolls, even though their names were right there on the rolls.

00:33:51.000 It happened to actor Tim Robbins.

00:33:53.000 It happened to the lady standing next to me in line, and it was really shocking.

00:33:57.000 She was deaf, and they immediately told her she couldn't understand, and they made no accommodation for that.

00:34:05.000 They just hand her something and tell her to re-register, which would have meant she could have voted in the next election, but not this one.

00:34:11.000 And I stood up for her and said, wait a minute, what the heck are you doing?

00:34:15.000 And indeed, they found her name.

00:34:16.000 It was right there on the page, right in front of their face.

00:34:19.000 I think this happened to millions of voters this year.

00:34:24.000 It was just unprecedented how many people they just, oops, can't find you, oops, and then if you assert yourself, assert yourself really hard, you would get found.

00:34:35.000 This is a problem.

00:34:37.000 I'm not sure what the solution is, but this is a real problem.

00:34:40.000 But yeah, the same kinds of things that we've always seen.

00:34:43.000 Not one thing has changed since Monday.

00:34:47.000 You know, a lot of people got the president that they wanted, and I think that it was clear, because of the mobilization of voters and so forth, that there was going to be, likely to be a landslide.

00:35:00.000 It's very dangerous to tamper against a landslide.

00:35:03.000 But there were a whole lot of other things on those ballots, and these gambling initiatives, and the close races.

00:35:09.000 Again, it's crazy, the stuff that we're seeing.

00:35:13.000 Just as an example, in Oregon, Portland, Multnomah County, They claimed that 150,000 ballots got wet.

00:35:19.000 Now, there's a very close race there going on, and they couldn't come up with the results, and they said, oh, the ballots got wet.

00:35:27.000 Well, okay, show me the water, you know?

00:35:31.000 And, uh, just, you know, the typical things, the vote flipping, the machines that, um, they found in Michigan that the machines were about 4% off.

00:35:39.000 In other words, every time you ran the ballots through them, they gave a different response, and they were inaccurate to these, to these, To the extent of four percent.

00:35:47.000 I mean, even in Austin, I heard reports of machines not working, things broken down, and of course, not working is, you know, indicative of the flipping.

00:35:57.000 So it was just all over the place.

00:35:58.000 Oh, and in the state of Kentucky, they pulled all the hard E-flate machines, which is what you have in Travis County.

00:36:05.000 They pulled all the E-flate machines at night because there was a problem.

00:36:09.000 They were misreading the straight county votes.

00:36:12.000 So, And we got that from a poll worker.

00:36:15.000 It made the news.

00:36:17.000 Issues just all over the place.

00:36:20.000 And I have to say, in 2009, I want to be focusing on solutions.

00:36:26.000 And I think the number one solution has got to be compliance with even the existing laws.

00:36:32.000 What we have that is existing laws and existing safeguards is not nearly enough.

00:36:39.000 But they don't even comply with those.

00:36:43.000 You know, if they're not going to follow the law, and if when you prove to an authority like the Secretary of State or the Attorney General that the laws were violated, they do nothing, there are no consequences, then it doesn't matter what new procedures or laws we put in place, they won't be followed.

00:37:00.000 So I think the first thing we really need to be tackling is say, look, I don't want to hear oops. 0.98

00:37:05.000 I don't want to hear, oh, you know, we'll give them a free pass this time.

00:37:09.000 And some of these guys have had a free pass for two, three elections in a row.

00:37:14.000 You know, that'll send a message that they need to be following their own checks and balances.

00:37:18.000 These election officials, by the way, in many of the larger counties, are making $150,000 a year.

00:37:25.000 So it's not like the salary's too low to get a good manager.

00:37:30.000 They're not following the law.

00:37:33.000 What were these five big companies?

00:37:35.000 We can argue four big electronic companies.

00:37:39.000 Whether it's paperless or not, it's going through computers, and it's designed for fraud.

00:37:44.000 They've caught them hacking, they've caught them flipping.

00:37:46.000 Literally thousands of times, engineers have gone public saying, I was hired to engage in fraud.

00:37:51.000 Programmers from major companies testify, it never hits national news other than your documentary that you're in, hacking democracy.

00:37:58.000 So bottom line, we know this is a fraudulent, broken system on the good side, fraudulent on the bad side.

00:38:05.000 And so now, with a lot of the left upset, seeing two elections clearly stolen, and again, I said both of them were puppets, but I mean, I'm non-partisan, but clearly, you know, Al Gore and, uh, you know, Kerry had them stolen, and then they laid down to it.

00:38:17.000 I mean, clearly now, this, you know, the big issue here is the fraud continues, and everybody kind of goes back to sleep.

00:38:26.000 You know, what is, what is good that I'm seeing is, most Most of the people I'm in community with, and certainly the people in the election integrity community, totally get that nothing has changed.

00:38:37.000 That you can't solve the problem by putting a different candidate in office from a different political party.

00:38:43.000 You still have to get the public back in control of the system.

00:38:47.000 You know, as long as you've got votes being counted in secret, controlled by insiders, the system has not been solved.

00:38:54.000 And, by the way, you know, The officials keep saying, well, you know, you can trust the machines because we have safeguards.

00:39:01.000 Well, what I'm saying is, they're not even following the law on their own.

00:39:05.000 Yeah, they're not even following the whitewash rules they've got. 0.88

00:39:10.000 We told everyone to go out and videotape the poll tape, which is the result that's closest to the source before it goes through Benjamin, a middleman.

00:39:23.000 They just get out there and make it happen, right?

00:39:25.000 They tell them, well yeah, the law says we have to post it, but it doesn't have to, we don't have to, it doesn't say we have to post it where anyone can see it, so they posted it in a locked room.

00:39:39.000 You know, this is the kind of thing I'm seeing over and over and over, just out and out of construction.

00:39:45.000 Williamson County, Texas, only three places out of the whole county posted their poll tapes.

00:39:52.000 you know they're not following safeguards that are in place well here's an example in hacking democracy and again there's thousands of these folks and there's so much you can go up all the evidence in hacking democracy you show up well it was in florida in one case correct and you go in and you say okay i want to see the poll tape and i give you a newly printed out one And then you go, you know what?

00:40:15.000 I want to go see Under State Law, the original one from that night.

00:40:20.000 And you show up, and it's completely opposite votes, and they're throwing them in the trash, getting a phone call as you show up.

00:40:26.000 You physically fight with them to grab it away, it rips open.

00:40:29.000 You grab the poll tapes, illegally being thrown away, they're supposed to keep for years.

00:40:33.000 And there it is, clear fraud!

00:40:35.000 I mean, you catch the cat with the canary in its mouth.

00:40:44.000 Absolute proof.

00:40:45.000 And you take it to the Secretary of State, you take it to the Attorney General, you take it to court.

00:40:49.000 They refuse to consecrate this stuff or look at it.

00:40:53.000 It's like, well, the rule of politics is, you know, 11 days after the election, it goes away.

00:40:58.000 And, you know, if you did that with a bank robbery, this is what they have to do.

00:41:02.000 They keep saying, well, let's be forward-thinking and solve it for the next time.

00:41:07.000 If somebody robs a bank, you say, let's be forward-thinking and just put up a better vault lock.

00:41:15.000 No, you go after the person who did it.

00:41:19.000 We've got to insist that every single one of these safeguards be followed.

00:41:23.000 We have a video on central count and absentee procedures up where, you know, these seals that they put on.

00:41:30.000 They go, oh look, we're sealing everything for chain of custody.

00:41:34.000 Well, what they don't mention is they're giving people extra seals and the numbers don't match when they finally show up or the seals are missing when they show up.

00:41:41.000 What does it tell you if you get an envelope that's supposed to have cash in it?

00:41:44.000 Ballots are basically cash as far as security.

00:41:47.000 And the envelope's been ripped open.

00:41:49.000 I mean, you don't trust that all the cash is still there, you know?

00:41:58.000 Well, there's also in close races, as you've caught them over and over again, and we've caught them, they'll load vans up with them, drive down side roads, you've got to chase them, and when the ballot boxes are put on sealed, when they pull up after disappearing for hours, they're all busted open, and the people are all slinking!

00:42:15.000 Yeah, and then they say, well, let's just move on, you know, and you're a conspiracy theorist, and it's like, in the real world, really, if we had elections procedures, The same way we act in the real world, which is, hey, if you are a bartender, you can't just not account for your cash.

00:42:34.000 You know, I just had three counties in Ohio, they didn't get their numbers in.

00:42:39.000 And somebody says, oh, they probably couldn't get them in on time.

00:42:42.000 I'm going, come on.

00:42:46.000 My church, they have to get, you know, they're supposed to get the donations deposited in the bank within a certain number of hours after church closes.

00:42:53.000 They don't get to just say, oh, You know what?

00:42:56.000 We just didn't do it for two weeks.

00:42:59.000 So, I don't understand how these high-paid election officials, and I'm talking about the big counties where they're paid, you know, they're in those upper tax brackets getting closed, and one of them was being paid $300,000.

00:43:11.000 You know, these people cannot do the simple function of getting their numbers in by the deadline.

00:43:15.000 Well, they're paid well to steal the elections. 0.86

00:44:15.000 And, as far as I'm concerned, if the job was a safeguard, we have no basis for confidence that the numbers were correct.

00:44:30.000 And then you magically, as a corporate fraud investigator, come at your job, you magically, where you see smoke, you go, look, there's fire.
