00:11:21.000 You see, martial law is the Congress being threatened with martial law if they don't follow their orders.

00:11:34.000 Martial law is when the federal government is completely run by a small inner group through the executive that does whatever it wants, whenever it wants, however it wants, and says that it's above the law, which we have.

00:11:55.000 It's martial law when you have a giant portion of your population in prison.

00:12:00.000 It's martial law when you see due process being thrown out the window.

00:12:08.000 And so we have this incremental build-up.

00:12:11.000 Now, at any time this month, six years from now, I don't know, at any time they could stage more terror attacks, or provocateur terror attacks, or release a biological weapon, and blame it on foreign imaginary terrorists, or claim that it was just naturally occurring, and use that as a way to accelerate the consolidation over society.

00:13:08.000 A Republican congressman from Georgia said Monday he fears that President-elect Obama will establish a Gestapo-like security force to impose a Marxist or fascist dictatorship.

00:13:18.000 That's coming along with this guy's getting that he can be communist or fascist.

00:13:25.000 It may sound a bit crazy and off-base, but the thing is, he's the one who proposed this national security force Representative Paul Brown said of Obama in an interview Monday with the Associated Press, I'm just trying to bring attention to the fact that we may or may not, I hope not, but that we may have a problem with the type of philosophy or radical socialism or Marxism.

00:13:49.000 Brown cited a July speech by Obama that was circulated on the internet in which the then Democratic presidential candidate called for a national force to take some of the national security burden off the military.

00:14:01.000 That's exactly what Hitler did in Nazi Germany, and that's exactly what the Soviet Union did, Brown said.

00:14:07.000 When he's proposing to have a national security force that's answering to him, this is a strong, that is as strong as the U.S. military, he's showing me signs of being Marxist.

00:14:19.000 Obama's comments about a national security force came during a speech in Colorado about building a new civilian service corps.

00:14:28.000 Among other things, He called for expanding the nation's force, foreign service, and doubling the size of the Peace Corps to renew our diplomacy.

00:14:38.000 That's not what he was doing.

00:14:39.000 He proposed a domestic intelligence force of a million plus people, and he proposed compulsory national service for basically all ages.

00:14:49.000 And then that's all in his Chief of Staff's book, Rahm Emanuel.

00:14:52.000 That was all on change.gov until two days ago when they jerked it down.

00:14:57.000 And that's made national news, they did pull it.

00:14:59.000 so don't try to spin AP. This is what Obama said, we cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we set out.

00:15:14.000 Obama said in July, continuing the quote, we've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.

00:15:27.000 Brown, who said he also believes Obama will move to ban gun ownership if he does build a national police force.

00:15:34.000 Obama has said he respects the Second Amendment right to bear arms and favors common sense gun laws.

00:15:39.000 Gun rights advocates interpret that as meaning he'll at least enact curbs on the ownership of assault weapons and concealed weapons.

00:15:47.000 Well, yeah, he's wanted to ban all those.

00:15:49.000 He said no concealed carry, no assault weapons, which is basically any semi-automatic rifle.

00:15:54.000 As an Illinois state lawmaker, Obama supported a ban On semi-automatic weapons.

00:15:59.000 Banning them, period, folks.

00:16:00.000 This is AP admitting that.

00:16:02.000 And tighter restrictions on firearms, generally.

00:16:05.000 He also wants to ban gun shows.

00:16:07.000 He wants to ban all.223 and.308 calibers,.50 cal.

00:16:11.000 He wants you to have to physically register them all.

00:16:14.000 It's basically Chicago, 98% gun ban.

00:16:18.000 We can't be lulled into complacency, Brown said.

00:16:21.000 You have to remember that Adolf Hitler was elected in a democratic Germany.

00:16:27.000 What I'm saying is there is that potential.

00:16:29.000 Obama's transition office did not respond immediately to Brown's remarks.

00:16:32.000 So, this is really good news because it shows that people are really putting heat on Obama and really seeing how dangerous the people that control him are.

00:16:43.000 The point is, we're hearing in the media, he's going to keep the troops in Iraq for 18 months before looking at it again.

00:16:53.000 By the time Obama gets in, it will be basically six years.

00:27:41.000 But it added some flowery language for the public that said, if the Treasury Secretary and if the Fed Chairman Want to create an advisory board that will report back to them or recommend what they should do in the future.

00:27:59.000 So then they have their appointed body say, we say give you all the power, kind of like the 9-11 Commission.

00:28:06.000 Surveil everyone, turn America into a complete police state, and turn everything over to global private banks.

01:07:54.000 And getting to the point, um, there are some, uh, proposals on the table to use those satellites, as you said, the defense How advanced

01:08:31.000 And it has been controversial ever since it was, uh, ever since it came out.

01:08:59.000 Well, just basically, any emergency or any insurrection, any rioting, any natural disaster, the President claims the power to do anything he wants with these systems.

01:09:26.000 I was covering a governmental meeting up there a few months ago in Chantilly, and I saw the National Reconnaissance Office.

01:09:39.000 The Congress, I believe, cut some of that funding, and let me just review that.

01:09:47.000 There was a Defense Department proposal, like you said, the National Reconnaissance Office, Um, the plan was to launch an additional, uh, advanced satellite, uh, to the tune of 1.7 billion, and Congress decided, uh, last month to withhold that funding, um, apparently because...

01:10:09.000 I'm not sure exactly why they withheld the funding, but they decided not to put that in the package.

01:10:14.000 Um, now some of the commercial firms are saying that's actually not needed because they are able to provide satellite imagery, uh, when needed.

01:10:23.000 But again, we will wait and see what happens with that program.

01:10:27.000 It would have increased the capabilities of that office to collect imagery.

01:10:32.000 Can you speak to the power of these satellites?

01:10:35.000 I know on a clear day they could read the year date on a dime laying on the cement, or could read the text of a book, the famous 1965 photo of the man in Central Park reading a book, and you can read the text, the small fine print in the paperback.

01:10:52.000 I know that they admit they've got stuff that can literally see through walls, but they won't declassify the exact level of technology.

01:11:04.000 Can you comment to that?

01:11:07.000 Yeah, I really can't confirm what you're saying.

01:11:09.000 A lot of that information is classified, and I can't really confirm those kind of details.

01:11:17.000 I mean, I can tell you that Charles Allen The Undersecretary for Intelligence and Analysis gave a speech at the GEOINT conference last month, and he talked about, in broad terms, geospatial information technology becoming a lot more important in the Department of Homeland Security, the use of that technology growing at an accelerating rate, and they were using it not only in larger quantities, but in greater scope throughout more programs.

01:11:45.000 So we're really talking about a huge infusion of geospatial information.

01:11:50.000 Now, some of that information is just what you're going to get from Google Earth.

01:11:54.000 So, I wouldn't put it in the category of spy satellite information.

01:12:25.000 Now, Mr. Allen at the Homeland Security said that by the end of this year, they are deploying a tool, a geospatial tool, and he described it as a Google Earth feel.

01:12:41.000 It is probably a proprietary product that has been specially developed for the department.
