00:09:19.000 Kind of like Ron Paul's one of the few Republicans to vote against the war, or the war-ers.

00:09:25.000 But, um, he had Neil Kashkari before him.

00:09:33.000 And so I, um, watched an hour of this this morning, in between reading the financial publications.

00:09:44.000 And I was almost late getting to the studio because I was still at my house, where I get ready, watching this.

00:09:51.000 And so I don't have the clips for you because This was just now live.

00:09:55.000 It's still ongoing.

00:09:57.000 And by the time I got to some of the lesser members on the committee, it became a bit milquetoast, but the first three speakers, um, Kucinich, Issa, and then, um, I forget his name.

00:10:14.000 We'll pull it up.

00:10:15.000 The black congressman from, um, Cummings from Maryland.

00:10:21.000 He was really powerful.

00:10:23.000 And it wasn't an act.

00:10:24.000 The guy started getting tears in his eyes and he said, look, everybody's losing their houses in my constituency.

00:10:29.000 They're begging me.

00:10:30.000 They're begging me.

00:10:31.000 And Kashkari just laughed it off and just said, look, they don't get any of the money.

00:10:35.000 And just threw it in their face and said, I direct you to the bill.

00:10:39.000 You gave us the power.

00:10:42.000 And Kucinich goes, that's right.

00:10:43.000 Congress gave you omnipotent power.

00:10:47.000 But, Kucinich said, the contract The bill is a fraud because even though there's a provision in there for unlimited power and no oversight, you stated in the bill that you were going to go in and buy up mortgages and then reduce their price.

00:11:04.000 And Kashkari said, well, we're not doing that now.

00:11:07.000 It's just unbelievable!

00:11:09.000 I couldn't believe that I was...

00:11:11.000 It was like Alex Jones was Dennis Kucinich, Issa, and Cummings.

00:11:58.000 The bailout is not failing.

00:12:00.000 You got that?

00:12:01.000 It is doing exactly what it was meant to do.

00:12:04.000 It is not a bailout.

00:12:07.000 The $700 billion, as I told you five weeks ago, was only the beginning.

00:12:15.000 The real issue was the unlimited power The power it gave the Treasury and the Federal Reserve.

00:12:22.000 Now, obviously, Congress could get tricked into passing a bill that said that black people were slaves again.

00:12:31.000 It wouldn't be followed.

00:12:32.000 It would be overturned.

00:12:33.000 It would be an unconstitutional law.

00:12:36.000 It would be an abhorrent law. 0.68

00:12:38.000 It would be, under the organic common law, the God-given rights, a fraud.

00:12:46.000 And it's the same thing with this.

00:12:48.000 And remember, the bill got up to about 600 pages.

00:12:55.000 And that's why they had all these different versions bouncing back and forth.

00:12:58.000 And then they would always take a day to finally put it out on the internet or on the House site.

00:13:05.000 And they would throw Democrats, they would throw Republicans out.

00:13:08.000 We had Bonner on.

00:13:10.000 We had several other congressmen.

00:13:11.000 We had the congressman on from Fort Worth, Republican, who was thrown out of the committee meetings.

00:13:16.000 They weren't allowed to see what was happening.

00:13:18.000 And they were given three hours after it was published on that Friday to pass it.

00:13:25.000 And I said, folks, they haven't published it.

00:13:28.000 Congress just got a copy.

00:13:29.000 We can't see it.

00:13:30.000 But I guarantee you the provisions that were in every previous copy for the last two weeks, the provision of this can't be reviewed.

00:13:38.000 If the Treasury wants, it can appoint its own group to write a report.

00:13:43.000 And that's exactly what they've done.

00:13:45.000 They hire an underling to write a report.

00:13:48.000 But if they don't want to, they don't have to give anybody anything.

00:13:51.000 And guess what?

00:13:52.000 That was in there.

00:13:56.000 But see, being lawyers at the Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve, not just economists and crooks, they knew.

00:14:07.000 That it didn't matter if there were all these other clauses in there that Kucinich was reading to him about.

00:14:12.000 You've got to use the money to literally give the money to banks to forgive part of the mortgages.

00:14:23.000 You've got to loan this money out.

00:14:26.000 You must loan it out at low interest rate.

00:14:30.000 At no more than two points above prime.

00:14:36.000 And Kashkari just said, hey, but did you read this section?

00:14:41.000 Where it then has the sharecropper clause, the fine print, says, if we want to.

00:14:48.000 All of what you heard earlier is just the sense of what we're currently planning.

00:14:52.000 This could change at any time.

00:14:53.000 We can do whatever we want, and it's unlimited.

00:14:56.000 We can issue tens of trillions.

00:15:00.000 You know, when Bloomberg came out with their financial analyst and said, well, looks like five trillion, and Ron Paul said, yeah, It lists about five trillion in things they want to do here, and they've already spent five trillion.

00:15:13.000 Now, over two trillion of that, as of two weeks ago, the stuff we got Monday, was already a couple weeks old.

00:15:18.000 As of a few weeks into this, and we're five plus now, but the numbers we're getting are a few weeks old, so it's much more now.

00:15:26.000 Over two trillion is just gone, and they say to Congress, you will not be told where it went!

00:15:35.000 Then they go on TV, and they have press conferences, Kashkari and Paulson and the rest of them, and just say, hey, we have total transparency, total taxpayer protection, every dime of this is accounted for.

00:15:52.000 And that's what you see on Fox and CNN and MSNBC and CNBC.

00:15:57.000 This morning, I'm getting off the treadmill.

00:16:01.000 I'm going to go in and just research news.

00:16:05.000 But the hearings start a little after nine.

00:16:13.000 And I notice that Kashkari spews ten minutes of bull. 1.00

00:16:19.000 And then as soon as they cut to the chairman after the opening statement, they never showed Kucinich's opening statement, it cuts.
