00:09:39.000 Even though for doing such a job, I think a huge amount of logistic support is required in the area where such operation is carried out.

00:09:48.000 Secondly, the air traffic control, when they saw that four aircraft were changing direction, going from east coast to west coast where they were headed, they started traveling in different directions.

00:10:03.000 And it is quite amazing that for For a very long period of time, the Air Traffic Control did not report this, nor did the U.S. Air Force act in time.

00:10:14.000 If one were to calculate from the first flight when it took off from Logan till the first aircraft and the solitary aircraft that took off was an F-16 which took off from Langley, which is CIA's headquarter, instead of one of the operational bases So many of them are available in that area.

00:10:38.000 And then a single aircraft never takes off because we have been told that wherever the aircraft scramble, they scramble in twos.

00:10:47.000 And the time that it took was enormous.

00:10:50.000 It was 112 minutes.

00:10:53.000 So 112 minutes is a very long time in which to act.
