00:37:57.000So see, they give them our money, and then the private bank gets assets.
00:38:00.000Bloomberg filed suit November 7th under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act.
00:38:03.000And to be technical, weeks before, they put in a request and then refused, so they had to file the suit.
00:38:07.000So, I'm right when I say almost seven weeks, but then it became a lawsuit five weeks ago.
00:38:14.000Bloomberg filed suit November 7th under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act request, details about the terms of the 11th Fed lending programs, most created during the deepest financial crisis since the Great Depression, which is engineered, of course.
00:38:29.000The Fed responded December 8th saying it was allowed to withhold internal memos, as well as information about trade secrets and commercial information.
00:38:36.000The institution confirmed that reports Search found 231 pages of documents pertaining to some of the requests.
00:38:46.000And Congress is saying that they're not even being told, and now we have Fed governors and others saying we're not even being allowed to know what's going on by Bernanke, and we've been told that war powers have been declared.

00:39:41.000And you're gonna pay for it, and that's why suddenly everybody's being audited, or the IRS is claiming penalties and interest, and they're squeezing, and the cops admit they're everywhere writing tickets for local government, and all these new taxes and regulations, when the people don't have it!
