Alex Jones Show - 20081216_Tue_Radio

00:00:02.000 Big Brother.

00:00:04.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:06.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:08.000 You want answers?

00:00:09.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:11.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:15.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:23.000 Welcome, ladies and gentlemen.

00:00:24.000 Welcome and thank you for joining us.

00:00:26.000 I am in my new studios.

00:00:28.000 This is our official maiden voyage today.

00:00:32.000 We are going to be live on this Tuesday edition for the next four hours.

00:00:39.000 Again, thank you for joining us.

00:00:40.000 It is December 16th, 2008.

00:00:44.000 And let me tell you about some of the guests we have coming up.

00:00:47.000 We have the blogger, Ben Holstrom, who first reported on the Marines to be involved at checkpoints in violation of posse commentatus and every canon of a free society.

00:00:58.000 uh... out in san bernardino california outside twenty nine palms it was then picked up a local news talk station and i have the press releases put out by the california highway patrol where they said the marines will be taking part uh...

00:01:12.000 in hundreds of square miles of uh...

00:01:15.000 different uh...

00:01:15.000 checkpoints and they did indeed carry out those checkpoints then they lied to the public and said no marines were involved but the local news talk station uh...

00:01:25.000 we have the news director on yesterday was able to to send his people out there to witness the Marines aiding in the checkpoint.

00:01:33.000 And here is the sobriety driver's license East German checkpoint.

00:01:38.000 It says the sobriety driver's license checkpoint will be operated from 9 p.m. to 2.30 a.m.

00:01:43.000 The media may contact Barstow Dispatch Center at 760-255-8700 on December 12th.

00:01:52.000 And this is going through the 30th into the end of the year.

00:01:57.000 Now, they then put out another press release, and this press release says that the Marines would be involved.

00:02:02.000 The Morongo Basin Office of the California Highway Patrol ship, in conjunction with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department and the U.S. Marine Corps Military Police will conduct a joint sobriety driver's checkpoint on Friday, December 12th.

00:02:16.000 So that happened, and checkpoints throughout the weekend continued and are ongoing.

00:02:22.000 Every single night out there on the highways, they then put out another press release a day later saying, oh no, there's no Marines involved and then the media went out there and there were Marines.

00:02:33.000 Now the public is on my message boards and on the InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com comment pages saying that there are no Marines, it isn't true, it isn't happening or The same people that were saying that we were lying about this are now saying, so what?

00:02:48.000 It's good.

00:02:49.000 It's okay to have Marines on the streets of America. 1.00

00:02:51.000 It doesn't violate posse comitatus.

00:02:54.000 So, you talk about total double-think and denial going on.

00:02:59.000 It is happening, and we have Gunnery Sergeant Cox, or...

00:03:04.000 Humbertson, they tell us one of the two, will be coming on the show from the California Marines, MCA GCC Public Affairs.

00:03:13.000 That is coming up in the next hour.

00:03:16.000 So we'll be going over all of that for you today.

00:03:21.000 My thanks to the local news station.

00:03:29.000 KCDZFM for getting me these two press releases that the Marines and the chips are denying even exist right now.

00:03:36.000 So, you can walk up to the Marines and touch them at the checkpoints, but they will tell you to your face, we do not exist.

00:03:42.000 Just like at Waco when the Delta Force was smashing into the building and setting it on fire, they were broadcasting, this is not an assault, this is not an assault, this is not an assault, and as the Davidians ran out the back, they were gunned down and they kept saying, not an assault, not an assault, not an assault.

00:03:56.000 Military psych warfare being used against the American people.

00:04:00.000 So again, it doesn't matter how many videos of Marines at checkpoints we have, how many videos of Marines arresting U.S. citizens we have, going back to the late 1990s, no matter how many videos we have of the Army coming up with the FBI and telling us to turn our cameras off in Central Texas, no matter what we have on tape, no matter what is admitted, no matter if the Washington Post and CBS CNN and everybody else announcing that they will use troops in America and even foreign troops in the United States.

00:04:27.000 The public has been trained for decades that this did not exist.

00:04:31.000 And so they are saying no, no, no, no, no.

00:04:35.000 It doesn't exist.

00:04:37.000 This is mass mind control, ladies and gentlemen.

00:04:40.000 Then we have Wayne Madsen of the Wayne Madsen Report joining us in the fourth hour today.

00:04:45.000 I have got so much news on the economy, the police state, the up-and-coming Constitutional Convention.

00:04:51.000 We will cover it all right here on the maiden voyage out of the new studio.

00:04:55.000 Thank you for joining us.

00:04:59.000 Hello, I'm Steve Schenck.

00:05:02.000 We're entering a holiday season never before seen in America.

00:05:05.000 We're thankful for the warning given by members of Mr. Obama's campaign team of the coming international incident which will force unpopular decisions.

00:05:14.000 Without this warning, many of us who still have money available would have unknowingly wasted it on Christmas gifts that will be useless when the only food available is in a government bread line.

00:05:24.000 When the President is faced with the expected national security incident, The in-place patriot legislation will control transport and distribution of food.

00:05:33.000 Those of us who are able to take care of ourselves must put in supplies of food.

00:05:37.000 This will free up the relief organizations to give food to those unable or not smart enough to prepare.

00:05:43.000 The greatest gift this Christmas is life itself.

00:05:47.000 Food for these unknown times.

00:06:04.000 And we knew what to do.

00:06:06.000 Or at least we thought we did.

00:06:31.000 He had his hand over the radio while he was getting a countdown.

00:06:34.000 He takes his hand off and you hear 3, 2, 1 and it was boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

00:08:03.000 Big Brother.

00:08:04.000 Mainstream media.

00:08:06.000 Government cover-ups.

00:08:08.000 You want answers?

00:08:09.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:11.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:15.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:21.000 By the way, we're going to have Tex Mars in studio for two hours on Thursday, and it looks like Jim Mars will be in studio with us as well on Friday.

00:08:29.000 Congressman Ron Paul joins us right at the start of this worldwide transmission against tyranny and defense of liberty tomorrow.

00:08:37.000 Wednesday morning, the 17th of December, 2008.

00:08:42.000 I do want to take some phone calls here in the first hour on any news item, any issue you wish to discuss.

00:08:48.000 I would imagine you'd want to talk about what's happening with the economy or the fact that the Marines and the Highway Patrol have been deceptive in California about the Marines being involved in the checkpoints and there's so many other issues.

00:09:00.000 So the toll-free number to join us is 1-800-HELP.

00:09:05.000 259-9231-800-259-9231.

00:09:10.000 You know, I mentioned this on Friday.

00:09:12.000 I talked a little bit about it on Sunday, but I really haven't gotten into enough detail on it, so today I'm going to attempt to spend some time on this.

00:09:18.000 Constitution rewrite only two states away.

00:09:22.000 Critics say this is a horrible time to try such a crazy scheme.

00:09:26.000 Kurt Nimmo did a report over the weekend on it.

00:09:28.000 Globalist Constitutional Convention dealt a defeat in Ohio.

00:09:32.000 One of the two states that are trying to pass it, but they're coming back attempting to do it.

00:09:37.000 On Wednesday of last week, the Ohio Judiciary Committee were confronted by members of the Campaign for Liberty, Ohio, Freedom Alliance, We Are Change Ohio, John Birch Society, the Institute for Principled Policy, Constitution Party of Ohio, the Libertarian Party of Ohio, who testified against the House resolution there in the legislature to be one of the final states to send this through.

00:09:59.000 Again, they're only two states away.

00:10:00.000 And Ohio called for an article Thank you.

00:10:14.000 I know most listeners of this radio show know what a constitutional convention means.

00:10:18.000 Some may not.

00:10:19.000 We have not had one since 1913 when they gave us the 17th Amendment that took the senators away from the states before the legislatures would appoint them.

00:10:31.000 That would mean they were creatures of the state, a powerful tool for the 10th Amendment. 0.94

00:10:36.000 Now, they are popularly elected, which they call pure democracy, but it's not, because it makes the federal power be overwhelming.

00:10:43.000 Instead of elected representatives that you elect at the state level, they then appoint with another vote, which is democratic, in the republic form of government, the senator.

00:10:53.000 They also gave us the income tax in 1913, and a lot more.

00:10:57.000 What are the groups saying that are trying to pass the Constitutional Convention, and have quietly gotten 30 plus states.

00:11:06.000 They only need two more.

00:11:08.000 32 states have already done it.

00:11:10.000 If they get 34, it's a done deal.

00:11:12.000 And by law, it goes to the full states.

00:11:15.000 And then, look out.

00:11:17.000 Now, they tried this in the 70s, the 80s, the 90s.

00:11:21.000 And we were always aware of it.

00:11:23.000 Patriots were always aware of it and fought it.

00:11:26.000 And they've never gotten up to this number since 1913.

00:11:31.000 Since they were successful.

00:11:33.000 Normally they'd get 15, 20 states and we would beat it back, we would stop it.

00:11:37.000 This was done so sneakily, so quietly, that no one was even aware of this until last week.

00:11:43.000 And, uh, I did get emails from people, you know, telling me about it, and, uh, well, again, we dropped the ball.

00:11:48.000 I mean, I'm not omnipresent.

00:11:50.000 We can't keep track of everything, and I appreciate listeners panically calling the office and commenting on the InfoWars comment pages and Prison Planet comment pages saying, Alex, get on this.

00:12:00.000 Yes, we are on it now, and we want to commend We Are Change and others in Ohio who were on this weeks ago.

00:12:08.000 That's why we need listeners to support this radio show, because I do not have the funds to hire more people than I need just to read the email, just to prepare it in folders and give me the information that's important from all the spam and baloney that we get and all the Viagra ads and mortgage ads and the rest of it.

00:12:26.000 We're a small organization, ladies and gentlemen.

00:12:29.000 That's why purchasing the books and videos at InfoWars.com or calling a toll-free number to get them or having a PrisonPlanet.tv membership or supporting our sponsors is so important because we are maxed out here on what we're spending and what we're doing to be able to fund this operation.

00:12:46.000 The imploding economy is affecting everybody, including...

00:12:49.000 This operation, because the video sales, again, are about half of what they've been the last few years, because the economy is in so much trouble, and that's how I fund my operation.

00:13:01.000 Just imagine, as this intensifies, as we get deeper and deeper into this, you may hear me put out the call for just straight up donations, so that we can just maintain, much less expand, and we need to expand.

00:13:14.000 Now we need to continue, without the money bomb we couldn't have done what we've done now, moving into a bigger office so we could physically hire more people and so that we could physically produce a better radio show and a TV show to get the word out.

00:13:26.000 And I can think of no better place, more effective place to support, bang for the buck, what we're able to do with my news websites and the radio show and the films.

00:13:39.000 So that said, We are on top of that.

00:13:42.000 I was busy running around last week dealing with the Marines and the rest of it and missed that, so I thank you for giving me a heads up.

00:13:48.000 Dollar staggers as U.S. unleashes cash flood and deficit expands.

00:13:54.000 That's Bloomberg Financial, the biggest foreign exchange strategist and investors say the best may be over the dollar after a four-month 24 percent rally.

00:14:04.000 It lost 5.9 percent in just the last week.

00:14:08.000 And it goes on to say the Federal Reserve is, quote, turning up the presses.

00:14:12.000 But it isn't really printing more money, it's just shipping trillions of dollars offshore to offshore banks that are openly setting up the world government.

00:14:22.000 And that's why gold has gone up over $140 in the last three weeks.

00:14:28.000 They artificially tried to manipulate it in the paper market with gold on the ComEx, and that is now being reversed very, very quickly.

00:14:40.000 Now, continuing here with the news, report Mexico more dangerous than Iraq. 0.90

00:14:48.000 This is from Newsmax, and for years I've been pointing out that the State Department, since 2005, and that's when I first noticed it, they've actually been listing it since 2004, lists the Texas-Mexico border and the Arizona border Mexico border as more dangerous than the West Bank per capita.

00:15:10.000 Sure, you've got a bus bombing every month, or a hand grenade attack, or a rocket attack might kill somebody once or twice a month in Israel, and that's certainly terrible, and what's happening to the Palestinians is terrible.

00:15:21.000 You know, they're dying every day.

00:15:24.000 But statistically, it is more dangerous on the border with the United States and Mexico than in anywhere in the world.

00:15:33.000 I mean rocket attacks, hand grenade attacks, mass murders, hundreds of women alone every year, kidnapped out of several Texas border towns, and sacrificed.

00:15:47.000 Again, do not believe me.

00:15:49.000 You can't make this up.

00:15:50.000 It's been in Texas Monthly.

00:15:51.000 It's been in the Dallas Morning News.

00:15:53.000 But it hasn't gotten the attention it should.

00:15:55.000 I mean, every few months I see a new story of where they find ten, twenty, thirty, forty, in one case a hundred and something bodies right over the Texas-Mexico border of dead women with their hearts cut out because the drug dealers are Satanists.

00:16:10.000 The particular drug cartel on the Texas-Mexico border from Boquillas right over to the border with New Mexico uh...

00:16:20.000 with the uh...

00:16:20.000 major uh...

00:16:22.000 uh... city there again it sounds like the twilight zone if you don't believe me google satanic murders on the texas mexico border but that's a small part of it this year so far in the last time i saw the number was two months ago this year so far on the texas mexico border according to the houston chronicle two thousand people are dead and that was nine months into the year Yeah, I haven't seen a story since then.

00:16:48.000 We just know that the...

00:16:50.000 situation is intensifying.

00:16:52.000 The escalating drug war in Mexico has now made America's southern neighbor a more dangerous place than Iraq, according to Strategy Page, a military affairs research group site.

00:17:02.000 This month, about 26 people a day are dying from criminal and terrorist violence a day in Iraq.

00:17:09.000 That's a bit lower than the death toll in northern Mexico, which on a bad day, like last November 3rd, saw 58 people killed.

00:17:17.000 The website writes in a headline post, We're good.

00:17:30.000 of san diego trans border institute uh...

00:17:34.000 president called ron is a point in estimated forty five thousand friends and eighty thousand police officers in eighteen states in mexico now again the most dangerous areas on the two thousand two hundred miles stretch from the pacific ocean or california borders mexico uh...

00:17:49.000 and then uh...

00:17:49.000 to the border of texas uh...

00:17:52.000 with mexico with lorado and old man uh...

00:17:55.000 the other uh...

00:17:56.000 cities that are down there on the border with the lorado in the way the lorado and again other major cities there there were tourists meccas and are now boarded up shops and shut down hotels and that was before the economy went south they were shut down three four five years ago I think?

00:18:13.000 on the city because things are so bad.

00:18:15.000 Now, understand what's happening here.

00:18:16.000 And, you know, they caught the head of Mexico's anti-drug police a month ago dealing drugs, being paid hundreds of millions a year, tens of millions a month.

00:18:26.000 They're constantly catching basically just hundreds of high-level members of the government.

00:18:33.000 C.I.A.

00:18:34.000 aircraft earlier this year, a C.I.A.

00:18:36.000 aircraft crash with three and a half tons of pure cocaine, and it was an official C.I.A.

00:18:41.000 aircraft also used to shuttle ghost site victims, people that have been kidnapped, including U.S. citizens, to be flown overseas, so it's just totally corrupt, and what's happened is The United States is giving more than 20 billion dollars a year.

00:18:58.000 Bush proposed a few months ago to give over 140 billion, I believe it was 146 if you can pull that story up, 140 plus billion dollars to quote, fight drugs.

00:19:08.000 What's happened is the 400 plus billion dollar a year narcotics trade just in the United States and Canada a year is so profitable that there are heavily armed powerful sub-cartels or cowboy groups that are challenging the CIA, that are challenging the big US Federal Reserve banks that openly launder the money.

00:19:27.000 And so the United States has been launching drug wars, but to control the drugs and to knock out their competition in Colombia and other areas for decades.

00:19:35.000 Now there's a full-bore drug war trying to knock out their competition in Mexico, but that's only part of it.

00:19:41.000 There's all the human smuggling, all the other corruption that comes with it.

00:19:44.000 Every week I see another Texas sheriff caught dealing drugs, the government's dealing drugs, they're killing police.

00:19:49.000 But when that happens, What happens when U.S. police are killed, it's covered up because it's politically incorrect to show that police are being killed on the Texas border.

00:19:58.000 Today, unlike any other in the long course of American history, a terrorist act of war against this country.

00:20:05.000 The enemy struck America on September 11th.

00:20:08.000 But who is the enemy?

00:20:09.000 Bin Laden.

00:20:10.000 This is his M.O.s.

00:20:11.000 We have to look to the Middle East.

00:20:12.000 We have to look to Osama Bin Laden. 0.93

00:20:14.000 Fabled Enemies is the first 9-11 film to take a close look at the terrorist ties to intelligence networks inside the United States.

00:20:21.000 Some U.S. investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S. I'm aware that some Israeli citizens have been detained.

00:20:32.000 Bin Laden's connections to the CIA, the hijackers'ties to the FBI, the Saudi Arabian connection, the Israeli Intelligence Network, Warnings and War Games, the shadow government, and much, much more.

00:20:42.000 Fabled Enemies.

00:21:15.000 On June 4th, 1963, an unknown presidential decree, Executive Order 11,110, was signed with the authority to strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to lend money to the United States government and interest.

00:21:28.000 With the stroke of a pen, Kennedy would have put the Fed out of business.

00:21:31.000 The November assassination quieted the production of the new currency.

00:21:35.000 However, the Executive Order still stands unrepealed.

00:23:58.000 While you were sleeping, they came and took it all.

00:24:07.000 The big issue with Mexico is that the systemic institutionalized corruption has now spread all over the Southwest into the police, law enforcement. 0.78

00:24:26.000 Into the mayors.

00:24:30.000 Into the sheriffs.

00:24:36.000 Into the constabulary.

00:24:38.000 It's now in Indiana.

00:24:40.000 It's now in Missouri.

00:24:42.000 It's now in New York.

00:24:45.000 And the police, if they don't get bought off, they just get scared and start turning a blind eye.

00:24:51.000 to the drug dealers. 1.00

00:24:51.000 It's easier to bust your teenager with some marijuana or if they're stupid enough to have ecstasy or to be taking it. 1.00

00:24:57.000 It's easier to throw them in the Huskow instead of going after the real crime. 0.99

00:25:01.000 The only way to stop the implosion of the United States and Mexico is to decriminalize heroin and cocaine and other narcotics.

00:25:09.000 And then all of the masses of money involved with prohibition historically will disappear, and the corruption will have to find another area to try to capitalize on.

00:25:21.000 And that's why the mafia lobbied to have liquor made illegal and actually used Christian front groups that they donated to to get that done.

00:25:31.000 With the last constitutional convention they had that passed alcohol prohibition.

00:25:37.000 That also happened in the last ConCon.

00:25:42.000 Yeah.

00:25:42.000 And then they had to have another convention, so I guess they had one more after 1913, to be able to amend it and get rid of it.

00:25:51.000 The drug war has been a great success.

00:25:53.000 It's corrupted the police, it's corrupted the military, it's corrupted the counties, the banks are laundering the money, and society is completely collapsing.

00:26:02.000 Meanwhile, I was reading a few days ago, and then strangely enough I was reminded by Gary Brownfield this morning with a guest, that in Missouri of all places they're going to make you pay on top of your hunting license and they say it's a privilege to hunt on your own property that you have to register your premises so we've we've we fought the feds on their premises ID and their animal ID there's no law they're just trying to force it through with regulatory orders and now the states themselves are coming and saying you've got to register your property and

00:26:32.000 then when you go get a hunting license they have to check your registration to be able to hunt on your own land and there's not even a law they say it is a privilege and this is to restrict and tax and regulate hunting They've banned hunting in most nations in Europe.

00:26:50.000 England has basically banned almost every form of hunting.

00:26:53.000 Though the royal family is exempt, they continue.

00:26:56.000 And this is all about destroying culture, domesticating man, taxing every cow, every chicken, every horse, every goat you have. 0.92

00:27:05.000 uh... regulators on your property that's all unfolding as well should show so that for other throw in the book at the citizens micromanaging every facet of our society but if you're mexican drug lords uh... 0.98

00:27:17.000 rocketing police stations are or newspapers uh...

00:27:21.000 in the united states it's uh...

00:27:23.000 kept very quiet and then have Border Patrol agents get shot at or somebody pulls a gun on them and they actually defend themselves.

00:27:31.000 They go to prison and get put in general population and beaten within an inch of their lives because they want the message sent to the Border Patrol not to do their job.

00:27:39.000 So the Border Patrol instead is told to go pick up trash on the side of the roads and then pull back a hundred miles from the border and harass U.S. citizens.

00:27:47.000 And it's been documented that they do not arrest illegal aliens.

00:27:50.000 They are there running checkpoints against citizens. 0.93

00:27:53.000 So absolutely disgusting.

00:27:56.000 Iraq to probe custody abuse of Bush shoe assailant. 0.79

00:28:00.000 As you know, on Sunday, this individual threw two shoes at the weasel who dodged them.

00:28:06.000 And reportedly, according to the French News Agency, he had his arm broken and his ribs broken.

00:28:12.000 And so that's going on.

00:28:13.000 He fared better than this fellow in the London Independent.

00:28:17.000 And it's a report also out of the AP, U.S. detainee dies in U.S. custody in Iraq.

00:28:23.000 He's one of thousands of detainees that die of heart attacks.

00:28:27.000 15-year-olds, 20-year-olds.

00:28:28.000 This guy was a 25-year-old man, pronounced dead by doctors, of a heart attack.

00:28:34.000 Kind of like they taser hundreds of people who are young.

00:28:37.000 They have heart attacks and they say, well, the taser had nothing to do with it.

00:28:40.000 He had a heart attack and died right after we tasered him, but it has nothing to do with it.

00:28:46.000 It's also been cases of police that get tasered, because they all do that, to be a taser officer.

00:28:51.000 And, uh, where they've had a lot of health problems or had heart attacks afterwards.

00:28:55.000 And, um, it's very, very serious, ladies and gentlemen.

00:28:58.000 But, hey, it's not the tasers, it's a new syndrome!

00:29:01.000 Where you just so happen to die after you're tasered because the taser makes you so scared.

00:29:06.000 Uh, continuing, uh, here, ladies and gentlemen.

00:29:10.000 It turns out that the Securities and Exchange Commission had had many complaints filed with them.

00:29:16.000 over the fact that this individual, Bernard Madoff, they're now saying it's a hundred billion.

00:29:26.000 It was fifty billion yesterday.

00:29:27.000 I was saying a hundred billion at least he stole in a Ponzi scheme run out of an official New York brokerage firm.

00:29:33.000 He's now been picked up and arrested.

00:29:34.000 He's admitting it was a scam.

00:29:36.000 And it turns out, of course, the Securities and Exchange Commission knew this was happening.

00:29:40.000 Well, yeah, I mean, the whole Derivatives market.

00:29:43.000 The whole securities market is a Ponzi scheme.

00:29:46.000 This guy was just doing what they do.

00:33:25.000 In California against us worthless puke civilians. 0.99

00:33:32.000 Aaron Dykes coming up in about 20 minutes will give us a report on that. 0.56

00:33:40.000 I'm going to play the local news report here on air so we can analyze it.

00:33:45.000 And we're going to have one of the local news reporters on to discuss it.

00:33:52.000 So that is coming up.

00:33:54.000 Look at the London Independent today.

00:33:57.000 The man who conned the world.

00:33:59.000 Bankers, billionaires, charities, and film stars.

00:34:02.000 Oh, what are charities doing?

00:34:05.000 Investing the charity money in the derivatives market.

00:34:09.000 Hmm? Bankers, billionaires, charities, and film stars are among the victims Of the 50 billion fraudster, now I have reports saying it's 100 billion, this is just this article says 50 billion, whose exposure deals a fresh blow to financial confidence according to one tycoon facing a $9 billion loss alone.

00:34:35.000 Oh, there's tycoons out there that are facing $9 billion losses just in one investment alone?

00:34:45.000 But they tell us Bill Gates, only worth about 40 billion now, because he gave half his money to eugenics, is the richest man.

00:34:52.000 He is not the richest man.

00:34:54.000 There were people with billions of dollars a hundred years ago.

00:34:57.000 The fallout from the arrest of Wall Street grandee Bernard Madoff was continuing to grow last night as institution after institution detailed the extent of their possible losses and the victims of the UK were Headlined by the HSBC and the Royal Bank of Scotland, which is majority owned by the British government.

00:35:19.000 That's not true, it's really owned by the Private Bank of England.

00:35:22.000 The charity set up by the Hollywood director Steven Spielberg was among those revealed to be among the victims.

00:35:28.000 Again, he does that to be tax-free.

00:35:29.000 Those aren't really charities.

00:35:30.000 With a foundation set up by Mort Zuckerman, one of the richest media and property magnates in the United States.

00:35:38.000 Dozens of Jewish organizations, sports teams owners, and New Jersey Senator.

00:35:44.000 But the biggest Confessions were coming from Wall Street, from the City of London, and from the headquarters of European banks, and from banks around the world.

00:35:53.000 They have poured billions of dollars into his too-good-to-be-true investment fund, which appeared to be double-digit annual returns, come rain or shine.

00:36:07.000 And Japanese banks, Chinese banks, Arab banks, they all invested.

00:36:11.000 Now, that's all that's happening with Goldman Sachs, that's all that's happening with Bear Stearns, that's what's happening with Citibank, that's what's happening with all...

00:36:22.000 that's what they do!

00:36:25.000 That's what they do!

00:36:26.000 They take other people's investment money, and then they leverage it out with fractional reserve banking.

00:36:34.000 That's what Bill Clinton did, and then Bush expanded, but in the late 90s they Repealed the Glass-Steagall Act and other laws saying that private brokerage firms could engage in fractional reserve banking.

00:36:48.000 If you invest one dollar with their mutual fund, they take that and don't tell you the mutual fund is derivatives, and they take it and then they loan out the debt over and over again.

00:37:00.000 They take people's mortgages and then package them and sell them as a AAA rated gold.

00:37:06.000 I mean, there's hundreds of different vehicles.

00:37:08.000 that they're doing this with.

00:37:09.000 The point is, it's a total and complete Ponzi scheme and guess who gets left holding the bag?

00:37:15.000 These financial institutions, while the money is still seen as valuable before the Ponzi scheme is imploded, which they by themselves, by design, imploded.

00:37:25.000 They then buy real assets, then they tell you that it was a Ponzi scheme.

00:37:31.000 They blame some mid-level minion And then the very same institutions that engineered all of this poses our saviors.

00:37:39.000 Go to Congress eight and a half weeks ago now, and say, you've got to give us total power to buy these subprime mortgages.

00:37:45.000 They caused it all.

00:37:46.000 Anybody with half a brain could look at it and know it wasn't the subprime mortgages, it was the derivatives.

00:37:49.000 The subprime mortgage securities being a small part of.

00:37:54.000 In the tens of trillions of dollars.

00:37:56.000 Well, the derivatives are 1,500 trillion.

00:38:01.000 1.5 quadrillion.

00:38:03.000 And then they didn't take that money, while it still had value, and they buy real assets, and then they leave you, and me, and everybody else, holding the bag as the taxpayer, and they say, oh, the taxpayer will guarantee all of this.

00:38:17.000 But in truth, they know the Ponzi scheme's so big, no amount, A hundred trillion, two hundred trillion, three hundred trillion, four hundred trillion, five hundred trillion, six hundred trillion.

00:38:26.000 No amount of money could ever fix this.

00:38:29.000 And so the next part of the Ponzi scheme is the scam, selling the public that they've got to, quote, bail this out, when that is just another level of the Ponzi scheme.

00:38:39.000 And they've now taken the 8.5 trillion, and we haven't found out in almost two weeks what the latest numbers are going to be.

00:38:45.000 That's the old number of 8.5 trillion.

00:38:47.000 And they're actually taking that, they're letting the institutions fail, and they're taking that money and then leveraging it again through fractional reserve investing.

00:38:56.000 Shouldn't even call it banking.

00:38:58.000 So this is a military fraud operation, and now they're burning one of their mid-level people who kind of was an independent or wildcat or kind of a cowboy out on the side doing this himself.

00:39:13.000 Thank you.

00:39:14.000 And so now the media is blaming him for everything.

00:39:18.000 First it's Subprime Mortgage, now it's going to be this guy, MADF.

00:39:21.000 It's just unbelievable.

00:39:23.000 So for all of you out there, if they'll rip off Steven Spielberg, if they'll rip off all these big charities, if Wall Street will rip them off, For now over a hundred billion dollars and every day, you know, it's ten billion, then fifty billion, then a hundred billion.

00:39:37.000 It'll probably be, who knows, you know, hundreds and hundreds of billions more with just this one guy scam by the time we find out how bad it is because he leveraged it.

00:39:48.000 He engaged in fractional reserve scams, Ponzi scams.

00:39:53.000 And they're now saying the taxpayers will be on the line for that.

00:39:59.000 And so all these powerful charities and directors and people, they're going to end up getting some of their money back at the expense of dollar devaluation and at the expense of the American people.

00:40:13.000 So I'm seeing a lot of military folks and police in military and police forums going, I'm not worried about other pension funds or teachers losing their pension funds or Private industry or the automaker workers, the auto workers losing their pensions, I won't lose my pension because I work for the government.

00:40:31.000 And you know that's true.

00:40:32.000 They have announced in Congress in the last month and a string of hearings what they're going to do.

00:40:37.000 They're going to take everyone's pension fund, everyone's 401k, even if it's private, they're going to nationalize it.

00:40:44.000 They are then going to devalue it and put a huge tax on it yearly, and you will receive a government check that is a fraction of what you would have gotten if your investments weren't a fraud, that you were promised and told were safe.

00:40:58.000 So that's what's going to happen.

00:41:00.000 And then you will also not just have a reduced amount that's paid to you.

00:41:05.000 They will cheat you on cost of living.

00:41:08.000 Yeah. I think?

00:41:31.000 for the last five years.

00:41:33.000 That's why the standard of living has dropped so much.

00:41:35.000 But again, they're going to tell you that your pension fund check, your 401k, whatever, after it's nationalized, has a cost of living of only 6%, 7%.

00:41:44.000 And then it turns out the International Herald Tribune is reporting that another blow of the reputation of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

00:41:53.000 They were warned.

00:41:54.000 Complaints were filed years ago about this particular issue.

00:41:59.000 Bernard L. Madoff.

00:42:02.000 Investment Securities.

00:42:05.000 And they had not even gone and looked into it. 0.86

00:42:08.000 Of course, this is a class of criminals.

00:42:11.000 They wear suits.

00:42:12.000 They're handsome.

00:42:14.000 They went to Ivy League schools.

00:42:15.000 They speak well.

00:42:17.000 And they've taken over the country.

00:42:19.000 It was Madison Avenue.

00:42:20.000 It was Wall Street.

00:42:22.000 Out of Harvard and Yale, That set up with the British the OSS that set up naval and army intelligence And they set up the CIA with the National Security Act in 47 skull and bones was founded This is in the encyclopedia by the British East India and Dutch East India Company money the opium monopoly literally founded that As a British intelligence hive to train British intelligence operatives.

00:42:50.000 This is mainstream history.

00:42:51.000 Then they set up CIA out of OSS that is British intelligence.

00:42:57.000 And what is their main game?

00:42:58.000 Fractional Reserve Banking and Wall Street scams.

00:43:02.000 They own the money machines, they control the regulators, they're allowed to do whatever they want, whenever they want, however they want, and so that's how they've got a rigged game, and that's how they're able to buy up the world.

00:43:16.000 And if a smaller company, or a smaller diamond mine, or silver mine, or gold mine, or timber company starts cutting into their business, they send in regulators and shut them down for more than 70 years.

00:43:27.000 Big government is the tool of the elite, of the rich, of the powerful.

00:43:34.000 And so Christopher Cox, who leads the Securities and Exchange Commission, is doing its job protecting the criminals.

00:43:41.000 And when you find out that you have had 1.5 quadrillion stolen On your paycheck, on your credit card, on your taxpayer back, and you get angry about it, and when they shut the economy down fully, which they're now doing, they're flipping the switches off right now.

00:44:04.000 Going down the line, let's say there's 20 switches, as an analogy, there's about 10 switches left, and they're flipping them off.

00:44:14.000 They're just going down the line, switching it off, and then suddenly you see troops on the streets.

00:44:18.000 Suddenly you hear the troops are going to be on the streets on the news.

00:44:20.000 Suddenly they tell you they have built camps for your safety.

00:44:23.000 Suddenly they admit, yes, we've hired 26,000 preachers secretly to sell you on martial law.

00:44:29.000 Suddenly you hear that there is InfraGard with 23,000 executives trained with automatic weapons to carry out martial law and shoot to kill orders of whoever they're told to kill.

00:44:38.000 They're employees.

00:44:39.000 That's mainstream news.

00:44:40.000 They're everywhere.

00:44:42.000 They are the corporate criminals, and they are going to carry out the total destruction of this nation.

00:44:47.000 Now, if you're a compartmentalized marine, or a compartmentalized sailor, or a compartmentalized army officer, or a compartmentalized FBI agent, or a compartmentalized BATF, or whatever you are, a compartmentalized Department of Land Management, Or compartmentalized bureaucrat.

00:45:03.000 And you're saying, hey, Alex, I know you're telling the truth about this.

00:45:06.000 Everything you said has come true.

00:45:08.000 It's all admitted now in the news.

00:45:09.000 8.5 trillion stolen in seven weeks.

00:45:11.000 We're almost nine weeks into this.

00:45:13.000 We haven't gotten new numbers in almost two weeks.

00:45:15.000 Who knows what it will be when new numbers come out.

00:45:17.000 They come out sporadically.

00:45:19.000 They're telling Congress they won't say where the trillions went.

00:45:21.000 They admit four plus trillion has been stolen out of the Pentagon pension funds.

00:45:25.000 Associated Press reported seven and a half years ago it was two trillion.

00:45:29.000 Congress has been told on video by Rumsfeld that he won't tell them where the money went.

00:45:35.000 If you aren't part of this, you need to speak up and be heard now, because if they'll steal everything that Steven Spielberg has, and if they'll steal Senators' money, and they'll steal major corporations' money, what will they do to you?

00:45:54.000 I mean, if they've stolen nine billion dollars of Mort Zuckerman's money, this is in one scam, what will they do to you?

00:46:02.000 You are not immune from this.

00:46:04.000 We have got to come together now.

00:46:06.000 That's why I've tried to cut back on the name-calling and the rhetoric and getting angry and blowing up at you people that have engaged in evil and gone along with this system, because I know they get you all hyped up, they teach you and tell you that you're doing this to protect America and we've got to cut corners and break the rules and oh, the Marines are out running checkpoints, but it is to stop drunk drivers and check driver's license.

00:46:26.000 Oh, come on, Alex!

00:46:27.000 No, they're selling us this incremental takeover because now they're getting ready to fully drop the hammer.

00:46:33.000 And if you don't want to be totally bankrupt, all of you, if you don't want to be totally enslaved and have no future, you better say no to this fraud now.

00:46:41.000 Many times in third world countries, the people rise up, figure out what's happening, and the fraud is stopped midway or partway in.

00:46:48.000 Or sometimes at the start.

00:46:50.000 We're deep into this now.

00:46:51.000 It's already devastating.

00:46:53.000 But we may be able to close some bulkheads off on the ship, pump out the water, and get her righted, and get her back into port, and then fix things.

00:47:01.000 But if this continues even a few more months, while everybody's distracted by Obama, and in lovey-dovey land with him, it's over.

00:47:10.000 He's a diversion and a distraction, while you're looking at the new fancy, well-dressed, well-spoken puppet.

00:47:16.000 And while you're diverted off in that candy land and busy watching your football and busy thinking everything's going to get okay because the government and Wall Street say they're fixing it, they're not fixing it.

00:47:27.000 This is a controlled world government takedown of the West by the private bankers who are fully bankrupting us so they can buy everything up for pennies on the dollar, nationalize the rest, and use the army to block it and suppress it so the public can't resist.

00:47:42.000 and ever get their liberties or freedoms back.

00:47:46.000 I want to bring Ted Anderson up for this segment and the next.

00:47:48.000 Then Aaron Dykes is going to be on with us.

00:47:50.000 Ted, did you hear me read the headline out of Bloomberg admitting, I mean Bloomberg is saying it's basically over for the dollar headline.

00:47:59.000 Dollar staggers as US unleashes cash flood deficit.

00:48:03.000 The biggest foreign exchange strategies and investments say the best may be over for the dollar after a four-month 24% rally.

00:48:12.000 Ted, what does this mean to you?

00:48:14.000 Well, Bloomberg's putting the pen right on the dot.

00:48:18.000 It hit the bullseye right on the target.

00:48:20.000 I'm surprised they're even going to say this.

00:48:22.000 Bloomberg, you know, typically is a stock guy and wants to hide the fact that the United States dollar is going to die.

00:48:28.000 They did.

00:48:29.000 They came right out with that news.

00:48:31.000 And I not only heard you read that one, I heard that news this morning on the way in on the talk radio shows.

00:48:37.000 It's amazing that they did.

00:48:38.000 They pinned it right there.

00:48:40.000 Obviously, Alex, by this time, this is December of this year, by this time next year, we're probably going to experience inflation that this country has never seen before with the exception of the continental dollar.

00:48:51.000 And if you want to go all the way back to that and call that part of it, I, you know, I'm just saying, since the United States currency, I should say, since the Constitution was formed here in the United States of America, the United States will have never experienced the kind of inflation that we have coming.

00:49:07.000 The United States dollar is going to be falling.

00:49:09.000 We're, just like Bloomberg put it, we're, they're attacking the United States dollar.

00:49:14.000 That's what they're doing.

00:49:15.000 they're cannibalizing whatever values left in this currency to try to bail out the problems that are going on and like you said I believe that this is a managed thing it's intended to

00:49:27.000 I've got to say, Alex, one of the best offers that we've been having going on here at the Ever since I've been in business is that creature from Jekyll Island book with the silver dollar I put I take and I have I have my shipping people staple that silver dollar into a plastic flip right inside of that front

00:49:58.000 cover so they can take a look and they can read what this banking system is doing to us how the system works and understand how it works and actually take some action that counts I mean we're trying to call people to action here but most the people the United States of America don't understand the system and until you understand Yeah,

00:50:31.000 we got a break.

00:50:32.000 Stay there.

00:50:33.000 We're gonna come back to you after the break.

00:50:36.000 Bottom line, people think it's cute to have private bankers running the Federal Reserve.

00:50:39.000 It's cute and funny to have them ruling us.

00:50:42.000 The New World Order is cute and funny.

00:50:44.000 The public is now, and the establishment minions are going to find out how cute and funny these cold-blooded people are. 0.99

00:50:49.000 Their instinct is to dominate and enslave and control.

00:50:52.000 That's why they're in power.

00:50:53.000 We're going to come back and break down exactly what's happening with this economy.

00:50:56.000 Please stay with us.

00:50:59.000 Toxic heavy metals negatively impact our health.

00:51:02.000 They're in the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, the products we use, and the objects we touch.

00:51:07.000 Exposure is impossible to avoid.

00:51:09.000 Heavy metals build up within the body over a period of time, causing poor health.

00:51:13.000 However, with Keylorex, they can be mobilized and excreted in a safe and effective manner.

00:51:18.000 Keylorex was developed based on Dr. Alan Greenberg's clinical experience with heavy metal poisoning during his 25 years of medical practice.

00:51:25.000 Keylorex does not contain EDTA and is made from I think so.

00:51:59.000 Today, unlike any other in the long course of American history, a terrorist act of war against this country.

00:52:06.000 The enemy struck America on September 11th.

00:52:08.000 But who is the enemy?

00:52:10.000 Bin Laden.

00:52:11.000 This is his M.O. We have to look to the Middle East.

00:52:13.000 We have to look to Osama Bin Laden. 0.93

00:52:15.000 Fabled Enemies is the first 9-11 film to take a close look at the terrorist ties to intelligence networks inside the United States.

00:52:22.000 Some U.S. investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S. I'm aware that some Israeli citizens have been detained.

00:52:33.000 ...

00:52:33.000 Laden's connections to the CIA, the hijacker's ties to the FBI, the Saudi Arabian connection, the Israeli intelligence network, warnings and war games, the shadow government, and much, much more.

00:52:43.000 Fabled enemies.

00:53:53.000 pepper spray dot com wishes you and yours of the same holiday season Alright, let's go back to Ted Anderson.

00:54:07.000 Ted, when we tell people that foreign banks Set us up in a Ponzi scheme. 0.95

00:54:13.000 This isn't like some Ponzi at a country club that rips off everybody and then just runs off and people lose a few million or a few hundred thousand apiece with nouveau riche fools.

00:54:22.000 This is the military-industrial complex taken over our nation for decades, setting up this master plan to implode the economy by design.

00:54:31.000 Every anti-New World Order expert from G. Edward Griffin to Aaron Russo reported that that was their plan.

00:54:37.000 We are now coming in to the master plan in their own documents to implode the world economy and then set up a world banking system called the New World Order.

00:54:46.000 Now, in the Financial Times of London, in hundreds of newspapers the last two months, every day they're saying, yes, this is the New World Order.

00:54:54.000 Yes, the bankers are going to own and run everything.

00:54:57.000 And we still then have Rush Limbaugh saying it doesn't exist, it's not happening.

00:55:01.000 So understand folks, they engineered all this and now they're telling the world that they're your saviors and that they're going to save you with work brigades and million man tattletale squads.

00:55:12.000 They are going to rob and rape us financially.

00:55:15.000 They know the public's going to resist.

00:55:17.000 This whole police state is so they can carry out the theft.

00:55:21.000 And I know I keep repeating that, but if we don't get that message out and get it out to John Q Public who's listening.

00:55:27.000 If we reach out, they'll listen and show them the facts, then the New World Order is going to get away with this and things are only going to continue to get worse.

00:55:36.000 Now, Ted, I've got you on today because two weeks ago you bought gold at $740 an ounce.

00:55:43.000 You had about 15 different coin offers you were offering.

00:55:47.000 You have sold out of everything but two.

00:55:50.000 Okay, so 15 coin offerings, everything but two, and they're the Great British Sovereign and the Frank.

00:55:56.000 That was the biggest buy you made, so that's why you've got those left.

00:55:59.000 This is the tail end.

00:56:00.000 He had three coins yesterday.

00:56:02.000 One of those sold out.

00:56:03.000 He's down to two coins right now at the $7.40 level with gold up at what?

00:56:09.000 What's gold trading at right now, Ted?

00:56:10.000 I'm looking at gold at $8.41 right now.

00:56:13.000 Okay, so you bought gold at $80.

00:56:21.000 Less than it is right now, and so that's factored into the price.

00:56:25.000 People are not going to find a better deal on British Sovereigns.

00:56:27.000 Well, it was $740.

00:56:28.000 Since it's $840, that's $100.

00:56:30.000 Okay, it's $100.

00:56:31.000 So, I'm on my feet here in the new studio, so I'm getting acclimated.

00:56:36.000 I can't do basic math.

00:56:37.000 It's a $100 difference, and when these are gone, they're gone.

00:56:42.000 And the reason, after ranting and raving about the bankers, I bring this up, is because ladies and gentlemen gold and silver cannot be completely devalued in an inflationary environment they're only gonna go up and so you're getting into gold For $100 cheaper than it currently is trading, and this is the end of the deal, isn't it, Ted?

00:57:00.000 Yeah, I'll be having to buy at the new prices, so my prices have already gone up on the other items, and they will on these, too.

00:57:07.000 We're just filling the rest of the orders that we have with what's left and available.

00:57:10.000 We'll be able to make good on everybody's commitment today, but I won't be able to tomorrow.

00:57:15.000 This'll be it.

00:57:16.000 By the way, I don't want to get into behind-the-scenes stuff, but I actually had an argument last week, a nice argument, with one of your top gold people saying, I don't know how Ted's doing this deal.

00:57:25.000 We're giving folks already a great deal.

00:57:27.000 We should go up in price because it's gone up.

00:57:30.000 But Ted is not doing that.

00:57:31.000 The gold is $100 above what he bought it, and he is not tagging on 20-30%.

00:57:37.000 That'd still be a great deal.

00:57:39.000 He is selling it to you at a deal that nobody can match.

00:57:42.000 Again, British sovereigns, European francs, 800-686-2237.

00:57:47.000 800-686-2237, Ted.

00:57:50.000 Yeah, I gotta say, and the product that I'm getting in now, it's all new product.

00:57:55.000 Used to be able to, you know, I was getting all the used stuff.

00:57:57.000 They're done.

00:57:57.000 That's all gone.

00:57:59.000 The material that I'm getting now is the stuff that's been stored in banks, in vaults in Belgium.

00:58:04.000 After the, you know, the British... 1.00

00:58:06.000 Wait a minute, you're telling me this isn't even circulated?

00:58:08.000 No, all this stuff is coming in new.

00:58:10.000 It's just gorgeous stuff.

00:58:11.000 Oh my.

00:58:12.000 So you're selling uncirculated, semi-collectible coins, now they're on the bottom of the numismatic chart, for $100 under what the market says.

00:58:22.000 Yeah, it is.

00:58:23.000 It's really a good buy at this time.

00:58:25.000 800-686-2237.

00:58:27.000 800-686-2237.

00:58:30.000 At the 8 after, I'm going to have Aaron Dykes on about the Marines and the local blogger.

00:58:34.000 Been big developments there, but stay there, Ted.

00:58:35.000 I want to talk for five minutes about the creature from Jekyll Island.

00:58:40.000 You are listening to GCN.

00:58:43.000 Visit GCNlive.com today.

00:58:48.000 May I have everybody's attention, please?

00:58:51.000 I've come with a message of information.

00:58:54.000 9-11 was an inside job.

00:58:56.000 Do you like being a puppet, sir?

00:58:57.000 Do you like being a puppet for the New World Order?

00:58:59.000 How do the American people know that 9-11 was a stage?

00:59:02.000 was engineered by you, David Rockefeller, the Trilateral Commission, the C4R.

00:59:06.000 The day that we stop asking questions is the day that we have allowed the seeds of justism to grow at our own door.

00:59:15.000 Seven years after the attacks of September 11th, a global awakening has taken place.

00:59:20.000 An inside job?

00:59:22.000 How dare you?

00:59:27.000 How do we think about the comics?

00:59:27.000 If you know that there's treason going on, you can be held accountable for treason yourself.

00:59:31.000 Paul Hellen is breaking loose on 6th Avenue.

00:59:34.000 And if the government has not told the truth, in five years we will be here on the 10th anniversary Truth Rising.

00:59:40.000 Download the film at PrisonPlanet.tv right now.

00:59:46.000 It's now time to take the revolution to the next level.

00:59:51.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:59:54.000 Alex Jones on the GCM Radio Network.

01:00:00.000 Big Brother.

01:00:01.000 Mainstream media.

01:00:03.000 Government cover-ups.

01:00:05.000 You want answers?

01:00:06.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:08.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:12.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:17.000 All right, we're live, ladies and gentlemen.

01:00:19.000 I'm in my new studio.

01:00:20.000 Thank you for joining us for this maiden voyage.

01:00:22.000 For stations just joining us, the dollar is plunging in value.

01:00:26.000 Bloomberg reports the public is finding out about the full level of the Wall Street Ponzi scheme that has stolen over 1.5 quadrillion, 1,500 trillion.

01:00:37.000 Mainstream news everywhere.

01:00:39.000 I have a stack here of, well, I just printed off five articles.

01:00:42.000 Scientists back brain drugs for healthy people.

01:00:44.000 They're saying put the entire population on Ritalin and Prozac.

01:00:48.000 They're claiming they're brain boosters now.

01:00:50.000 It's like a vitamin.

01:00:51.000 Deadly poison, amphetamines, and psychotropics.

01:00:54.000 So I'm going to be getting into that.

01:00:56.000 The Marines have been very, very deceptive with us about checkpoints they've been running.

01:01:00.000 So have the CHIP Department with Marine Corps checkpoints against the U.S. citizens.

01:01:06.000 Uh, out in California.

01:01:08.000 They promised they would come on the show today.

01:01:10.000 They're being quite rude to Aaron Dice and saying no now.

01:01:12.000 So we're going to have Aaron come up in the next segment with a local blogger who's been reporting on all of this.

01:01:18.000 Uh, let me, uh, right now, uh, go back to Ted Anderson.

01:01:21.000 Ted, you know, we've known about the private Federal Reserve.

01:01:24.000 You've known about them for three decades.

01:01:25.000 I've known about them for, you know, well, since I first read None Dare Call a Conspiracy.

01:01:29.000 Hard to believe, now 20 years ago, and then got involved 13, well got involved 15 years ago, but got on air 13 years ago.

01:01:36.000 These are evil bankers.

01:01:37.000 They overthrow third world countries all the time. 1.00

01:01:39.000 The minute they're able to get a dictatorship or corrupt military into a country, they loot it, they blow out the currency, they steal everything.

01:01:47.000 They want to destroy economies to consolidate.

01:01:49.000 And that's why I'm freaking out.

01:01:51.000 They've set it up here.

01:01:52.000 They've taken their time.

01:01:53.000 They're doing it in Europe.

01:01:55.000 And in the United States, they do not like middle class.

01:01:58.000 They do not like you doing well.

01:01:59.000 They have stolen your retirements.

01:02:02.000 And most retirements are, what, down by 60%?

01:02:04.000 Your annuities are down.

01:02:05.000 They're not going to be able to meet a lot of the annuities.

01:02:07.000 It's already happening.

01:02:09.000 And Ted Anderson just offered you, ladies and gentlemen, the end of the gold deal, when gold was $100 less than it is now.

01:02:16.000 He made a huge buy of 15 coins.

01:02:18.000 He's down to only two coin groups, the Sovereigns, and, of course, the European Franks that are uncirculated, gorgeous, that he bought when the market was $100 lower.

01:02:29.000 You cannot beat this deal.

01:02:31.000 Ted, briefly give him the price, and then tell us about the creature from Jekyll Island.

01:02:34.000 Yeah, the price on the British Sovereign currently right now is at $242.

01:02:38.000 That's the same price that I was offering when gold was at $740.

01:02:42.000 Franks are at $195 as well.

01:02:45.000 The creature from Jekyll Island thanked Alex 12 years ago.

01:02:48.000 I was on your show, KJFK.

01:02:51.000 We're talking about creatures from Jekyll Island.

01:02:53.000 We're putting silver dollars in the cover, and $19.95 was the price.

01:02:58.000 That was the price that you'd buy it without the silver dollar.

01:03:00.000 Well now, they're $29.95.

01:03:02.000 The silver dollars have gone up by triple.

01:03:05.000 And I'm still charging the same thing, $19.95.

01:03:08.000 Why do I do it?

01:03:09.000 Because I want people to understand this system.

01:03:11.000 You have to understand the system in order to attack it.

01:03:14.000 If you want to cut this system off at the knees, you need to understand I don't know.

01:03:27.000 of analysts are talking about $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 an ounce.

01:03:30.000 I don't know if that's going to happen.

01:03:31.000 With a few percentage of the yuppies, Finally finding out they've been scammed.

01:03:36.000 Most gold and silver is sold out everywhere still and the price has gone up over $140 in the last two weeks.

01:03:43.000 It's going straight back up by now.

01:03:46.000 You're buying at last week's, no, two weeks ago's prices.

01:03:49.000 You're buying at the price from two weeks ago because Ted buys it then and passes on the savings $800, $686, $2237.

01:03:57.000 Ted, in closing, as fast as things are imploding right now, How soon do you think until we've got bank runs and riots?

01:04:04.000 You know, Salente and others, the news is predicting that.

01:04:06.000 Well, we're already seeing some of that now, but like I say, what I predict by the time this year is over, I should say the year 2009 is over, we're going to experience inflation, bank runs, we're going to have the whole thing.

01:04:17.000 It's going to be happening to us.

01:04:18.000 Bloomberg right now is pointing it out.

01:04:20.000 Just about every institution out there is pointing that direction.

01:04:23.000 And you can see it happening.

01:04:24.000 When the United States government doesn't have money, it has a printing press.

01:04:29.000 And it's used We're losing it at full speed, and what do you think is going to happen to the value of the currency that's out there?

01:04:34.000 It's going to get liquidated, liquefied, and the value is going to go right straight into the toilet.

01:04:39.000 Make no mistakes.

01:04:40.000 Things are going to get crazy.

01:04:41.000 Take advantage of this deal.

01:04:44.000 Ted, in the last few months, you've offered deals you've never offered.

01:04:46.000 Is this as good or better than any deal you've ever offered?

01:04:48.000 It most certainly is, because gold keeps going up.

01:04:51.000 I'm able to buy it.

01:04:52.000 It just shoots up.

01:04:53.000 All right.

01:04:53.000 We'll be right back.

01:04:54.000 Thank you, Judd.

01:05:02.000 The time clock is ticking.

01:05:04.000 Laws could change.

01:05:05.000 The New World Order is advancing rapidly.

01:05:08.000 Health consciousness is fading away.

01:07:53.000 The local California Highway Patrol station held a highly questionable DUI license checkpoint Friday night.

01:08:04.000 When they announced the checkpoint, they said they'd be doing it along with military police.

01:08:09.000 The Z1077 ran an editorial reminding the CHP about federal laws prohibiting the military from enforcing civilian laws.

01:08:18.000 At about 11.30 Friday morning, we received a fax from the local CHP office announcing the action would not include military police.

01:08:26.000 Also, by law, to avoid entrapment, the CHP is required to provide the location of the checkpoint to the media at least two hours prior.

01:08:35.000 They did provide Z1077 with a phone number to call at 7pm to get the location, but, defense lawyers take note, no one ever answered the phone.

01:08:46.000 To add insult to injury, when the CHP held the checkpoint in front of the Home Depot in Yucca Valley, they did indeed include marked military police cars, as well as uniformed military police.

01:08:59.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:09:06.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:09:09.000 The GCN Radio Network.

01:09:18.000 Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.

01:09:20.000 So, the local newspaper, the local news talk station, the local news blogs, all witnessed and reported on the Marines.

01:09:31.000 And what happened, basically to recap this, is they sent out a fax on December 10th, this is up on InfoWars.com, Chip News, And this has the phone number and the seal of the California Highway Patrol.

01:09:45.000 You can contact Officer Rob McLeod, 760-356-3707.

01:09:58.000 And it says, chip to conduct sobriety license driver checkpoint.

01:10:04.000 And it goes on to say, the Basin Office of the California Highway Patrol, CHIP, in conjunction with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department and the U.S. Marine Corps Military Police will conduct a joint sobriety checkpoint on Friday, December 12, 2008, somewhere in the unincorporated area of San Bernardino County.

01:10:23.000 Hundreds and hundreds of square miles.

01:10:25.000 And then it goes on to say, Lieutenant Sturgis emphasized traffic volume permitting all vehicles Like Nazi Germany will be checked for drivers who are under the influence of alcohol and or drugs or driving unlicensed So everyone no Fourth Amendment no presumption of innocence No due process no reasonable.

01:10:44.000 Yeah, I mean if a cop sees you swerving down the road I hope they pull you over that is probable cause no just everybody's a slave Our objective is to send a clear message to those individuals that break the law the CHP will be keeping a close eye out for you And it says, the sobriety driver's license checkpoint will be operated from 9 p.m. to 2.30 a.m.

01:11:05.000 The media may contact the Barstow Dispatch Center at 760-255-8700 on December 12, 2008 after 7 p.m. for the exact location of the checkpoint, because they claim with a Supreme Court ruling they have to tell you where it is, so it's not, quote, entrapment. The whole thing's a violation of the Bill of Rights.

01:11:24.000 And we first learned about this from a story from Ben Holstrom and his story in the Cactus Thorns blog was posted in another blog and then we made phone calls to the CHIPS, we made phone calls to the Marines and did confirm that the reports were true.

01:11:49.000 Then I called the radio station and confirmed it was true and Friday we put a report out with Curt Nemo about this at Infowars.com and people went in the comment page and said it's not real we're making it up.

01:12:01.000 It didn't matter if I posted three videos of myself and others videotaping Marines at similar checkpoints in North Carolina and other places and walking up with guns and telling people turn their cameras off.

01:12:15.000 Coming over to somebody probably 200 yards away from them running checkpoints and saying turn your camera off.

01:12:26.000 But the public still engages in denial because the public knows this is third world tyranny.

01:12:32.000 This is police state.

01:12:33.000 Now we have the Army Times announcing 20,000 regular army troops, combat troops from Iraq to patrol America.

01:12:39.000 We post links to the stories.

01:12:41.000 People say we're lying.

01:12:43.000 You have to stop living in denial.

01:12:45.000 This is happening now.

01:12:46.000 I want to bring up Ben.

01:12:49.000 Holstrom here in just a moment.

01:12:51.000 But there's been a new development, and don't worry Ben, you were scheduled until 15 after, but the Marines have cancelled.

01:12:57.000 So I'm going to hold you until 45 after if you can do it.

01:12:59.000 And I'm going to have Aaron Dykes, who's doing some producing for us, on the phone.

01:13:05.000 Yesterday he set the Marines up for today, at this time, at about 12.08 Central Standard Time, PM.

01:13:15.000 Today, they kind of got in his face and said, no, we're not coming on the show.

01:13:19.000 So Aaron Dykes isn't in studio with us.

01:13:21.000 He's over at the old studio calling in.

01:13:23.000 We're closing down things and moving out of that office.

01:13:26.000 So he's over there calling in via telephone.

01:13:29.000 Aaron Dykes also writes for InfoWars.com and is the editor of JonesReport.com.

01:13:33.000 Aaron Dykes, tell me exactly what happened.

01:13:36.000 Hi, Alex.

01:13:37.000 Well, quite simply, I called Gunnery Sergeant Chris Cox yesterday.

01:13:41.000 He's the Press Relations Officer.

01:13:43.000 For the Marines in San Bernardino County.

01:13:46.000 He agreed to come on the show today.

01:13:48.000 And today I called an hour before, as you usually would with any guest, to confirm he's coming on.

01:13:54.000 And he told me, no, I'm not coming on.

01:13:57.000 I said, but you agreed to come on.

01:13:59.000 He said, yes, I did agree, but now I'm busy.

01:14:02.000 Don't you ever get busy?

01:14:03.000 I'm not coming on.

01:14:06.000 And he also gave me a backup officer named Humbertson.

01:14:10.000 And he told me he was also unavailable.

01:14:12.000 And that they would be in an emergency operations training and would no longer come on the show.

01:14:17.000 And they also declined to come on at any other time.

01:14:20.000 Now, they can't claim they didn't know who we were, so now they found out they're refusing.

01:14:25.000 When you called up yesterday, tell folks about that conversation.

01:14:29.000 Well, I called up, originally I called actually on Sunday during your Kelby Jay show, so that's how I was originally identifying myself.

01:14:37.000 Although, as you know, all the websites are run together, Infowars.com, Prison Planet, and he obviously had already found out who we were.

01:14:46.000 He knew about Kurt Nemo's article.

01:14:48.000 In fact, he claimed he was censored in the posting that he tried to leave a response correcting all the disinformation, supposedly, that was in Kurt Nemo's article.

01:14:58.000 Although, I don't see that comment, and as you know, unless you call for violence or something radical like that, No comments are ever censored in InfoWars, and I don't see them in either of Curt Nemo's...

01:15:08.000 Well, I'm glad you bring this up, and then we're going to shift gears and go to Ben Holstrom.

01:15:16.000 We upgraded a year ago, or I guess nine months ago, InfoWars.com so people could comment with WordPress.

01:15:22.000 We went from HTML, Dreamweaver, to WordPress.

01:15:26.000 We are going to hire more web people.

01:15:30.000 Curt Nemo is a great writer, great researcher, better I'm not

01:16:02.000 sure. I mean, this is another side issue, but I'm really, you know, we try to provide this.

01:16:07.000 Now, I've been told by some of the WordPress guys it is because we are censoring words, and we have to, the Secret Service has been here twice, that that's when the problem started.

01:16:18.000 But there's only things in there like, shoot Obama.

01:16:21.000 That is blocked. 0.91

01:16:24.000 Because, you know, we can't have a Secret Service here.

01:16:27.000 And the n-word is banned.

01:16:32.000 Cussing isn't even banned.

01:16:33.000 We try to keep it to the most limited words so that it doesn't slow the program down when it's having to check for that.

01:16:39.000 But no, there's not a person sitting there censoring your post.

01:16:42.000 It has problems and that is the issue.

01:16:46.000 But Aaron, are you saying you went into WordPress and looked for a blocked post or something and didn't see this?

01:16:53.000 Yeah, in fact I've looked at Kurt Nemo's original story that I think was posted Sunday night or Monday morning.

01:17:00.000 And I've also checked the updated story.

01:17:02.000 I don't see anything from anyone claiming to be a Marine in San Bernardino, much less a Gunnery Sergeant. 0.99

01:17:08.000 Well, I mean, there's Marines in there saying they want to kill us and that we're scum and they can't wait to kick our teeth in. 0.99

01:17:14.000 They're not being censored. 0.99

01:17:17.000 No, and I'm not sure if he's making up that he posted something.

01:17:22.000 Obviously, we'd be happy to post any response they give us.

01:17:26.000 That's one of the reasons we invited them on air, but they've refused to come on.

01:17:30.000 Yeah, let's do that.

01:17:30.000 Call them back and say, look, you email to erinandinfowars.com, whatever you want on there, and we'll have our comments after it, but you go ahead and you send us anything you want, and we will post it unedited.

01:17:41.000 So, anything you don't want posted, don't send it.

01:17:44.000 You send it, the Marine Corps sends me their side of the story, we want their side of the story.

01:17:49.000 Believe me, we want it, because I want to catch him in more deceit.

01:17:52.000 And the reason I say deceit is we have the California Highway Patrol here saying that the Marines were going to be out there.

01:17:59.000 Then they told the media, no, they won't be out there.

01:18:01.000 And then the Marines were out there.

01:18:03.000 And these checkpoints are ongoing throughout Christmas into the new year.

01:18:06.000 I agree, and it's good you brought that up.

01:18:27.000 One of the side issues is that Gunnery Sergeant Cox claims the Marine operation was a one-time deal only on December 12th.

01:18:36.000 And if it's true that those are ongoing, then that's very deceptive and may be breaking that entrapment clause.

01:18:42.000 I don't know if that's going on.

01:18:44.000 Well, they certainly are breaking it because they wouldn't tell the media where it was located.

01:18:49.000 Look, they're playing games like we're in Basra and we're an enemy force of Shiites. 0.99

01:18:54.000 I mean, it's military deception and I'm sick of it.

01:18:58.000 And you know what?

01:19:00.000 Gunnery Sergeant Cox That's possible.

01:19:11.000 It's never certain, but I'm not sure what kind of public relations officer has to run off for, quote, emergency training after he's agreed to do an interview.

01:19:19.000 All right.

01:19:20.000 Aaron, call them back.

01:19:22.000 Challenge them to give us their side of the story.

01:19:25.000 It can be two paragraphs.

01:19:26.000 It can be ten pages.

01:19:27.000 And tell them that we will post it unedited, okay?

01:19:32.000 All right.

01:19:32.000 I will.

01:19:33.000 Thanks, Alex.

01:19:33.000 Good job.

01:19:34.000 Okay. I appreciate our next guest holding.

01:19:37.000 And we'll go to Ben Holstrom when we get back after this quick break here on the GCN Radio Network.

01:19:43.000 So, there you have it.

01:19:44.000 The local newscast, the Marines, the press release from the state police.

01:24:17.000 He's over at the Cactus Thorn blog.

01:24:25.000 He helped get this story out.

01:24:27.000 It is confirmed by the CHIP police, by the Marines.

01:24:30.000 But I wanted to get his take.

01:24:31.000 This is a citizen out in California, there in this county, in San Bernardino County, to give us his take on how the locals are responding to this.

01:24:42.000 The news talk station told us that around 80% of the calls and emails they were getting are against the Marines out at these checkpoints.

01:24:51.000 What are the locals saying to you on the ground?

01:24:56.000 morning from chilly blue skies.

01:24:59.000 in the desert in 29 palms good morning people that people I talk to are are very concerned and up Saturday last Saturday I called the CHP trying to get a hold of public affairs officer McLeod and I I I was told from the dis told by the dispatcher well you can call him after one o'clock I wanted to know where the where the checkpoint was going to be And I said, well, that's public information.

01:25:27.000 She said, call back later.

01:25:29.000 You can get that.

01:25:30.000 I call back at 7 o'clock.

01:25:32.000 I get an answering machine that says you have to call back during regular business hours.

01:25:37.000 So this morning, by a half hour ago, I spoke with Public Affairs Officer McCloud.

01:25:45.000 I asked him what he has to say about a violation of the Constitution, the passe comitatus, that Some constitutional law experts say is a clear, blatant violation.

01:26:01.000 He says there is no violation of that at all.

01:26:04.000 So they steadfastly hold to that view.

01:26:08.000 I asked him if this is going to be ongoing.

01:26:11.000 And he said, well, they may review if there's enough of a public outcry.

01:26:17.000 But I was told earlier that it was just during the Christmas holidays.

01:26:23.000 I asked the officer what the rules of engagement were for the military in a civilian setting.

01:26:29.000 He said he did not know.

01:26:31.000 That's right.

01:26:32.000 They're going out to engage the American people, shutting down highways, literally demanding ID, staring at people, violating their Fourth Amendment with no due process, with no presumption of innocence.

01:26:44.000 You know, Napoleonic, guilty until proven innocent.

01:26:47.000 There is literally no probable cause and they won't even tell you what the rules of engagement are.

01:26:52.000 Now I've talked to some locals that have told me that they're scared to come on air.

01:26:56.000 The news talk station said that the military police were out there, they do carry firearms, but that his news reporters didn't notice, didn't pay attention to whether they were wearing sidearms or not.

01:27:08.000 In fact, I just remembered, We need to go ahead and call the news station back, and the news director said he would talk to his host, his reporters, and find out.

01:27:18.000 But that is even more important.

01:27:19.000 Did they have firearms out there?

01:27:21.000 Do you have any word on this, Ben?

01:27:23.000 Well, you mentioned Public Affairs Officer Chief at the Marine Corps Base, Gunny Sgt. Cox.

01:27:29.000 I again spoke with Sgt. Cox this morning.

01:27:33.000 I had a long conversation with him last Friday.

01:27:36.000 And I asked him if the Marines were going to be armed, and the conversation turned towards, he said that this is training only.

01:27:45.000 I asked if it was ongoing.

01:27:48.000 He said it's a one-shot deal just that Saturday.

01:27:52.000 However, he did add that if the opportunity arises and they I do have a need to learn from the experts, that is the police, the CHP, that they are going to learn, you know, as much as they can.

01:28:06.000 I asked what he says about the constitutional violation of the posse comitatus.

01:28:12.000 The Marine's position is it is not a constitutional violation.

01:28:18.000 Sergeant Cox was very clear this is for training only.

01:28:24.000 So you're getting a lot of double talk from the supposedly honorable Marines.

01:28:27.000 They promise to come on the show and then say no we're not coming on now and don't give a reason basically and then you call up and say is this a one-shot deal?

01:28:35.000 The press releases say they're going to be out there till the new year and now they're saying no we won't be out there but maybe we'll be out there if we think we need to go out and train.

01:28:44.000 This is not training.

01:28:45.000 They originally said in the press release this will be assisting the state police and the county police.

01:28:53.000 Well, I would be interested in knowing what the official CHP position is up in Sacramento, the Sacramento headquarters, if they're aware of this.

01:29:03.000 Well, Arnold's daddy ran checkpoints picking people up to go to the death camps all over Austria.

01:29:08.000 He was an SS captain, so I'm sure Arnold's all for it, yeah.

01:29:16.000 Did you know that about the governor's daddy?

01:29:19.000 Oh, well, yeah, I know he was an SS officer.

01:29:22.000 I didn't know he was out picking, rounding people up.

01:29:25.000 No, no, that's what he did.

01:29:26.000 Yeah, they ran checkpoints.

01:29:27.000 Oh my gosh, I didn't know that.

01:29:29.000 Hey, this just gets better and better.

01:29:32.000 What comes around goes around.

01:29:33.000 Stay there, my friend.

01:29:34.000 Can you do a few more minutes with us?

01:29:35.000 Oh, sure.

01:29:36.000 Okay, stay there.

01:29:37.000 I want to pick your brain a bit more with Ben for the Cactus Thorn blog.

01:29:41.000 Stay with us.

01:29:46.000 We're on the march, the Empire's on the run.

01:29:50.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:29:56.000 Hello, I'm Steve Shank.

01:29:58.000 For the past several months, folks have constantly asked me to give them the date as to when they should be finished stocking up on food.

01:30:05.000 We've been so beaten up by stock market banking, housing and unemployment crashes that we're desensitized and frozen inactive like the frog being unknowingly cooked in gradually increasingly hot water.

01:30:16.000 We'll snap out of it.

01:30:17.000 We now have a deadline.

01:30:19.000 Joe Biden said it's going to happen.

01:30:21.000 Former Secretary of State Colin Powell went on CBS Meet the Press and pointed to about January 22nd as the time a major international incident would force the new president to make unpopular decisions.

01:30:32.000 Well, I take the general of this word and my best advice is to have your food in your possession prior to the inauguration.

01:30:39.000 Contact efoodsdirect.com for your supplies prior to this deadline for disaster.

01:30:44.000 Ask yourself, is it better to have too much too soon or too little too late?

01:30:48.000 Call 800-409-5633 or on the web efoodsdirect.com.

01:30:56.000 Hi, this is Steve Schenck.

01:30:58.000 The spirit of America is independence.

01:31:00.000 The greatest gift of independence is food.

01:31:03.000 Over one-third of Americans can't afford to buy food and pay their other expenses.

01:31:08.000 Lines of credit and cards are often cut back or canceled.

01:31:11.000 Last year, the eFoodsDirect holiday food unit was a fun and exciting one-year supply with a great price.

01:31:18.000 This year, to quickly complete our food supply preparations, eFoodsDirect has created a very serious holiday unit.

01:31:25.000 This super food supply costs $300 less than the basic Liberty one-year supply and has more food.

01:31:32.000 That's safe food for less than half the cost of last year's groceries.

01:31:35.000 Gift certificates are available for shipments that will not arrive by Christmas.

01:31:40.000 Food is the gift of life and love this holiday season.

01:31:43.000 Call 800-409-5633.

01:31:46.000 On the web, efoodsdirect.com.

01:31:49.000 That's 800-409-5633.

01:31:52.000 That's 800-409-5633.

01:31:56.000 Today, unlike any other in the long course of American history, a terrorist act of war against this country.

01:32:03.000 The enemy struck America on September 11th.

01:32:05.000 But who is the enemy?

01:32:07.000 Bin Laden.

01:32:08.000 This is his MO.

01:32:09.000 We have to look to the Middle East.

01:32:10.000 We have to look to Osama Bin Laden. 0.93

01:32:12.000 Fabled Enemies is the first 9-11 film to take a close look at the terrorist ties to intelligence networks inside the United States.

01:32:19.000 Some U.S. investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S. I'm aware that some Israeli citizens have been detained.

01:32:30.000 Bin Laden's connections to the CIA, the hijackers'ties to the FBI, the Saudi Arabian connection, the Israeli Intelligence Network, Warnings and War Games, the shadow government, and much, much more.

01:32:40.000 Fabled Enemies.

01:32:41.000 Get the DVD at Infowars.com or see it in super high quality, along with hundreds of other titles at PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:32:48.000 Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists.

01:32:52.000 Thank you.

01:33:01.000 The U.S.

01:33:02.000 Marine Corps has overthrown scores of third world nations of the banking cartel.

01:33:07.000 Major General Smedley Butler in line to be the commandant of the Marine Corps, two-time Congressional Medal of Honor winner, was approached by Prescott Bush, the Harrimans, and others in 1935 to overthrow the United States with the U.S.

01:33:27.000 Marine Corps.

01:33:29.000 and And I've been telling you that I've shot video.

01:33:58.000 It's in my Road to Tyranny.

01:34:00.000 It's in Police State 2000.

01:34:01.000 Marines running illegal checkpoints, arresting people, not training, real action.

01:34:07.000 These are covert operations.

01:34:10.000 Now, this operation, no doubt, is to condition the public to accept troops on the streets, and the media has announced that.

01:34:16.000 Secretary of Defense Gates has said the Army and other branches of the service will be out, quote, helping with DWIs, helping at car wrecks, With the jaws of life.

01:34:25.000 So the PR of the Army's here, the Marine Corps is here.

01:34:28.000 They're flying hurt children in car wrecks to the hospital.

01:34:31.000 Why, you're not against flying hurt children to the local medical center, are you?

01:34:36.000 We need troops!

01:34:37.000 Oh, they're helping with the drunks.

01:34:39.000 Oh, they're helping fight insurrection.

01:34:41.000 They're helping fight the American people. 0.98

01:34:43.000 That is now officially in the Washington Post, in the New York Times, in the armies, and the Pentagon's own press releases.

01:34:51.000 This is happening.

01:34:52.000 It's un-American. 0.82

01:34:53.000 It's dangerous.

01:34:54.000 talking to Ben, who writes under the pen name Branson Hunter, one of the first to speak out against this now.

01:34:59.000 It's mainstream news.

01:35:00.000 They're in California, confirmed.

01:35:02.000 We have the press releases by the state police, listing the Marines.

01:35:06.000 It's Okay. Well, I first heard of this from, just a clarification, from Gary Daniel with talk show Z1077 FM.

01:35:22.000 That's where I First heard about it, and I did a little research and blogged it, and people are not happy about this.

01:35:29.000 It doesn't matter, you know, what side of the political fence that they are on.

01:35:36.000 Many people I've spoken to said it's going to be extremely intimidating.

01:35:41.000 And one of the questions that I have is the rules of engagement for the military.

01:35:46.000 You know, you can see different scenarios out there.

01:35:50.000 In California, we have the two strikes and you're out.

01:35:53.000 If a person has two felony convictions, the third time it's life.

01:35:58.000 So, you know, if there's criminals out there driving a stolen car, or if they're wanted, they are not going to come easy.

01:36:10.000 So, if there's a fracas out there, is the military going to go to the aid of the CHP?

01:36:16.000 I would think so.

01:36:17.000 You know, what if there's a firefight that happens?

01:36:24.000 You know, Alex, there's another thing I think you would want to know about.

01:36:30.000 Would you like to...

01:36:32.000 Can I tell you about that?

01:36:33.000 Absolutely. Okay, well, actually, it's two things.

01:36:37.000 The U.S. Marine Corps base, Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center, they have 598,400 acres.

01:36:47.000 It's the largest Marine Corps base in the world.

01:36:49.000 Now they've got word from the Pentagon that they're going to expand 400,000 more acres.

01:36:57.000 At the present time, 29 pounds Marine base is five times the size of Camp Pendleton.

01:37:03.000 This is rumor only.

01:37:05.000 It's been floating around for a couple of years that Camp Pendleton is looking to close down.

01:37:10.000 They may close down or they're reconnoitering about the possibility of doing that because of the extreme costs for the leases.

01:37:17.000 If so, they could possibly move out here to 29 Palms.

01:37:22.000 The Marine Corps Air Base at Miramar, this has been floating around for about three years, is going to be moving up here.

01:37:31.000 Whether that's true or not, I do not know, but we're all aware of that Marine jet that fell from the sky and landed on a house in San Diego killing four people, including one small child.

01:37:42.000 of In terms of knowing what's going on, what's coming down from the Pentagon.

01:37:53.000 Well, I agree with you.

01:37:53.000 Listen, they can spin this all day and claim, well, we want to stop drunk Marines on the road.

01:37:58.000 You know, don't you want to stop drunks?

01:38:00.000 We don't need the Army.

01:38:01.000 We don't need the Navy.

01:38:02.000 We don't need the Marine Corps, the Air Force on the streets of the U.S. And I remember a decade ago getting footage from a listener and then calling and confirming that in San Antonio, in downtown San Antonio, and this has happened many times, they have military police from the Air Force.

01:38:17.000 out riding tickets arresting US citizens they call the police over they then aid them and we had it on video and then I would call the Air Force Base and they'd say no they're only out there looking for drunk military people but then we had the footage of them actually going after citizens and that was later confirmed so there's a lot of deception involved in all of this and if people forget it was in 2002 uh...

01:38:44.000 and uh...

01:38:45.000 the uh...

01:38:46.000 papers in north carolina all reported on it worldnetdaily reported on it it's in my film road to tyranny the articles we mention it briefly but we should pull that up and repost that and point out what one of the other dangers uh...

01:38:59.000 in uh...

01:38:59.000 one of these drills they were doing around north carolina of the military practicing to take over local cities uh...

01:39:07.000 in two separate cases in in in in in one drill One guy was shot.

01:39:13.000 One guy was shot and killed.

01:39:15.000 The U.S. Special Forces came up on police at checkpoints and tried to dishonor the police, thinking they were part of the drill, and the officers shot and killed one of them.

01:39:26.000 In another case, only wounded the Special Forces person that was being tested.

01:39:32.000 So the point is, this drilling in the streets is dangerous, even if it's a drill, but they're admitting this isn't a drill.

01:39:39.000 This is the Marines out, quote, assisting with the local sheriff's department and state police.

01:39:46.000 And we know the government wants to get rid of that membrane, that wall, that bulkhead, that separation between the military and police.

01:39:54.000 We know they've militarized the police.

01:39:56.000 They call themselves a barren military force.

01:39:58.000 Mayors, governors, city council, police, firemen call us civilians.

01:40:02.000 Yes. That clearly states the governors are now under federal control.

01:40:26.000 So this is just absolutely off the charts.

01:40:28.000 Tell folks about your blog because you did a great report, made a lot of phone calls, made a lot of great points, did a lot of research.

01:40:34.000 We might want to have you write about national issues at InfoWars.com.

01:40:38.000 You're the kind of guy we're looking for, Ben, writing under the name Branson Hunter.

01:40:42.000 I apologize for not using your pen name because I really like the report you did that I saw reposted on another blog.

01:40:50.000 So, again, we just commend you.

01:40:53.000 Thanks, Alex.

01:40:54.000 Well, the blog has been around for quite some years.

01:40:58.000 It's run and operated by, it's a host blog, by a local communications engineer.

01:41:06.000 And I think about eight or nine months ago, he decided to open that up where anybody can have their own blog there.

01:41:15.000 No, that's good.

01:41:16.000 Tell us your blog address, please.

01:41:20.000 It's 29 Palms, excuse me, it's vote29palms.com.

01:41:27.000 And that will give you the host blog.

01:41:29.000 If you just scroll down, you know, you can find it there.

01:41:33.000 You'll find the Cactus Thorn blog.

01:41:34.000 I mean, you did first-class reporting, made the calls, posted the link to Posse Comantatus, and gave people the feeling of what was happening locally and also reported on the local news talk station.

01:41:46.000 Okay, Alex, just a couple of quick more things.

01:42:03.000 Can I point something out to you?

01:42:05.000 Sure. While you're doing that, go ahead and get my next guest on just to the network.

01:42:08.000 Go ahead.

01:42:10.000 Are you still there?

01:42:11.000 Yes, sir, go ahead.

01:42:12.000 Okay, part of the expansion is the Marine Corps is building a combat city covering 280 acres.

01:42:20.000 That's roughly the size of San Diego.

01:42:22.000 It's going to feature an Olympic-sized soccer stadium, hospitals, airport, a large marketplace, prisons, police compounds, schools, industrial centers, extensive underground tunnel systems, and two embassies.

01:42:37.000 Oh yes, this is your concentration camp angle that you cover on your blog, and of course, KBR, Kellogg, Brown and Root, admits that they've built a half billion dollars worth of new camps, they've refurbished the old World War II camps right outside Austin, they have one.

01:42:53.000 These have all been reopened, it's been in the Houston Chronicle, San Francisco Chronicle, Chicago Tribune, the public is still in denial, and yes, now the Marines can lie, or be deceptive, like with lawyer doublespeak and say, Well, you know, this is for overseas, but yes, it is dual training, but I've been to the urban warfare training in cities on video.

01:43:19.000 Most of the training is for the United States.

01:43:21.000 In the mock interrogations I videotaped in Oakland, in California, they were saying, where are you from?

01:43:26.000 I'm from San Francisco.

01:43:27.000 Where'd you get the helmet?

01:43:28.000 Where'd you get the weapons?

01:43:29.000 They were practicing fighting the American people. 0.96

01:43:32.000 Go ahead and finish your point.

01:43:34.000 Okay, another issue on this expansion is there's a public outcry in what's called Wonder Valley.

01:43:42.000 It's just right outside of 29 Palms East.

01:43:45.000 East of 29 Palms, Wonder Valley, it's open desert for 115 miles.

01:43:51.000 So Wonder Valley, there are a lot of old residents there.

01:43:54.000 And that just butts right up against the southern portion of the Marine Corps base.

01:43:58.000 I understand, but the issue here is what's going on with this bizarre facility they're building?

01:44:03.000 I'm told it looks like a sports stadium.

01:44:05.000 Well, yeah, it's a full-size Olympic soccer stadium.

01:44:09.000 What is that for?

01:44:10.000 Well, they use those in Iraq as re-education centers. 0.81

01:44:15.000 I think the American people should be concerned about that.

01:44:19.000 The Marines have been doing their combat training over residential homes outside of the base, and they're flying very low helicopters over people's houses.

01:44:32.000 No, no, they're aggressively letting everybody know they're in control under NORTHCOM.

01:44:36.000 We are now a military jurisdiction.

01:44:38.000 And for those in closing that don't know, we're going to be back on again about this because I need to go to another guest and this is so important and I've forgotten to get to that facet of this whole story.

01:44:47.000 They are practicing to take over the United States. 0.66

01:44:51.000 They are In Top Off Drill 1 and 2, Top Off 2 was in Denver, they practiced using the Denver Broncos Stadium as a mass detainment facility for the American people. 0.51

01:45:04.000 We saw what they did at the Superdome in New Orleans with the gun confiscation, so you're absolutely right.

01:45:10.000 Please get us some video and photos of these and post them on your blog.

01:45:14.000 We would love to link to them.

01:45:16.000 And again, I'll be in contact.

01:45:18.000 We'll have you back up for a Part 2, okay?

01:45:22.000 Okay, thanks for all your efforts and your work.

01:45:25.000 We really appreciate that.

01:45:27.000 Well, Ben, if you've got more to say, I don't have any guests on in the last hour.

01:45:30.000 Do you want me to call you back the last ten minutes of the show to finish up with the FEMA camp?

01:45:34.000 Oh, sure.

01:45:35.000 Actually, I do have more to say if you have time.

01:45:37.000 Okay, well, we'll call you back in an hour and a half, okay?

01:45:39.000 Okay, bye.

01:45:40.000 Alright, thank you.

01:45:41.000 There he goes.

01:45:43.000 Again, confirm, Marines running checkpoints all over that county in California, and then getting very belligerent with us after they promised to come on and then refusing.

01:45:50.000 So there you have it, ladies and gentlemen.

01:45:52.000 All right, for the rest of this hour, and then we have Wayne Madsen coming up, and we're going to get into how close we came to war with India and Pakistan, George Bush drunk in the White House, the police state, you know, he formerly worked for the NSA, that's coming up.

01:46:04.000 But I wanted to bring up the balance of this hour, Steve Shank.

01:46:07.000 The J. Michael Stevens Group, the longest continually operating storable foods company in the nation, almost 28 years, where I've chosen to get my storable food.

01:46:15.000 No MSG, no GMO.

01:46:18.000 Highest quality.

01:46:19.000 There's a lot of fly-by-niners. 0.99

01:46:21.000 Folks, you want to get it from this source.

01:46:23.000 This is who we vetted, who we believe in, and they have the best price because they are the biggest bulk manufacturer, producer of the food, so they can give you the best deal.

01:46:33.000 I mean, a lot of storable foods companies actually buy their food from the J. Michael Stevens Group.

01:46:38.000 With so much happening in the world and with what's happening with the economy and

01:46:41.000 all these I'm glad to be aboard, Alex. How have you been?

01:47:10.000 And busier than a one-legged man in a you-know-what contest.

01:47:15.000 Or a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

01:47:20.000 Well, I'll tell you what, Alex, the food issue is continuing to escalate.

01:47:25.000 One of the things that a lot of people are being lulled to sleep over is the gas prices are going down.

01:47:32.000 Everyone had assumed that that would affect food prices because of transportation costs and things.

01:47:37.000 But the news reports food is skyrocketing.

01:47:39.000 Absolutely. They are not connected.

01:47:43.000 In fact, the gas issues, another prediction, either after the holidays or at minimum after the inauguration, we will see gas prices skyrocketing even worse than they did before.

01:48:00.000 Well, I hope you're wrong about that, but most analysts agree.

01:48:04.000 But according to our sources, That's not going to be the case, but regardless, the economy itself is in cardiac arrest.

01:48:12.000 Well, absolutely.

01:48:14.000 And, you know, this Salente came out and made the statement that by 2012 we'll have food rioting.

01:48:22.000 Now he's revised that.

01:48:23.000 He's saying bank runs by next year and...

01:48:28.000 Go ahead.

01:48:30.000 And very, very probably we will have food rioting in various parts of the country sooner than that because we're running out of food.

01:48:36.000 Right now we're very close to between 35 and 40 percent of the population when they go to the grocery store have to decide whether to buy food or to pay their other bills that are required of them.

01:48:48.000 It's getting very, very serious.

01:48:50.000 One of the things that we had done, and we announced this on your program to begin with, Alex, is this reinstatement of the holiday supply this year, which has more food in it And is a better price, significantly less expensive than half the cost of last year's groceries.

01:49:12.000 And people are ordering those like crazy.

01:49:14.000 One of the things with the cash flow in families being so severely hampered at this point, and in their extended families, what we've just implemented, and we wanted to announce it today just so that people would be aware of it, is a layaway program where people can set aside food while it's available.

01:49:34.000 One of the things, you know, in most store situations and layaways, you set it aside so you can make monthlies on it and break the cost of it down.

01:49:42.000 Well, that's of extreme value to people.

01:49:45.000 But more important right now is being able to tie up the food, more food with less money.

01:49:52.000 Everyone that is ordering food right now tells us that if they could afford it, they would really like to order much more than what they're ordering.

01:50:02.000 So we've implemented a 30-day, 90-day, and 6-month layaway program where people can break the cost of it down.

01:50:10.000 But more important, if they have enough funds for one 1-year supply, they can now lay away 3 of them with that same amount of money and then break the cost of it down over the next 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and 6 months.

01:50:29.000 It's going to be a real boon to people being able to tie up food.

01:50:33.000 It's almost like getting an option, but you still own the food and get it shipped out as soon as it's safe for you.

01:50:39.000 eFoodsDirect.com, the letter E, FoodsDirect.com, big banners on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

01:50:45.000 If you forget the site, we'll come back, give you the phone number, and tell you about some of the food packages they've got and how high quality this food is.

01:50:52.000 Stay with us.

01:50:53.000 We'll be right back.

01:50:55.000 Have you ever wanted to generate your own supply of electrical power?

01:50:59.000 If so, this is going to be the most important message you will ever hear.

01:51:03.000 Solar-powered generators are now available from Solutions from Science, one of GCN's oldest and most trusted sponsors.

01:51:09.000 These emergency backup systems provide life-saving electrical power when you need it most.

01:51:14.000 Unlike gas generators, a solar generator runs quietly, emits no fumes, and produces electricity for free.

01:51:20.000 It's like having an electric power plant running quietly in your own home.

01:51:23.000 Run sub pumps, shortwave radios, computers, and even keep food from spoiling.

01:51:28.000 Whether it's hurricanes, ice storms, brownouts, or blackouts, you'll never have to suffer through painful power outages again.

01:51:34.000 When the power goes out, you'll be ready with a solar power generator from Solutions from Science.

01:51:54.000 Wait, call today.

01:51:55.000 On September 11th, 2001, along with hundreds of my fellow troops, I went to Ground Zero.

01:52:01.000 And we knew what to do.

01:52:03.000 Or at least we thought we did.

01:52:05.000 Truth Rising is a breakthrough 9-11 film that finally gives first responders a platform to tell their story.

01:52:12.000 Whitman, EPA.

01:52:15.000 The director on the 18th made a statement that the air was safe to breathe.

01:52:21.000 This film follows the growing momentum of 9-11 truth as brave souls throughout the world take action against their global masters.

01:52:28.000 He had his hand over the radio while he was getting a countdown.

01:52:31.000 He takes his hand off and you hear 3, 2, 1 and it was boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

01:52:37.000 This is an emergency transmission worldwide.

01:52:40.000 Download Truth Rising at PrisonPlanet.tv and aggressively spread it worldwide.

01:52:46.000 Or order the DVD at Infowars.com.

01:52:49.000 If we don't expose the government-sponsored terror, they're going to commit more acts and bring in martial law.

01:52:55.000 When you're out driving this holiday season, keep in mind you're being watched.

01:52:59.000 Whether you know it or not, red light and speed cameras are everywhere ready to snap a photo of your license plate.

01:53:06.000 One simple harmless error could end up costing you over $500 quickly putting an end to your holiday cheer.

01:53:13.000 Fight back with Photoblocker. 0.99

01:53:15.000 Simply spray your plate once and you're done.

01:53:17.000 Any photos of your license plate will appear overexposed making them virtually unreadable.

01:53:22.000 See the newscast showing just how Photoblocker works against traffic cameras.

01:53:27.000 Christmas is here, and the economy is in bad enough shape without spending hundreds of dollars in fees that can be avoided with one simple application, a photoblocker.

01:53:36.000 Go to SprayYourPlate.com.

01:53:38.000 That's SprayYourPlate.com.

01:53:40.000 Or call 1-800-276-9601.

01:53:44.000 That's 1-800-276-9601.

01:53:49.000 Don't give your money to the state.

01:53:51.000 Spray your plate.

01:53:52.000 And when the cameras flash, you'll save some cash.

01:53:55.000 *Dramatic music* Wayne Madsen coming up, talking to Steve Schenck of the J. Michael Stevens Group, eFoodsDirect.com.

01:54:05.000 Steve, before we run out of time, tell folks about the food itself.

01:54:11.000 Okay. The food is dried, of course, but it's exactly the same food that you're eating every day.

01:54:21.000 The fruits and vegetables, dairy products and all.

01:54:24.000 the only difference is that none of it is genetically altered and none of it's imported from mexico or prefer particularly china and uh...

01:54:33.000 the fact is that you can't get any e coli or salmonella poisoning from

01:54:36.000 That's I think?

01:55:04.000 People who bought it when food was a lot less, they can now use the food.

01:55:10.000 Absolutely. And people that are buying it right now are buying it for half the cost of what they'd have to pay for groceries.

01:55:16.000 But the 800 number for those that aren't computer savvy is 800-409-5633.

01:55:23.000 That's 800-409-5633.

01:55:26.000 And on the web, it's efoodsdirect.com.

01:55:31.000 And there's plenty of information, instructions, and guidance, and support for the people that are trying to put their food families together and keep them together during these hard times.

01:55:39.000 And there's a bunch of videos, by the way, about the food and the quality, the type of foods there are, the different packages available up on eFoodsDirect.com.

01:55:49.000 You can also send people out if they call an audio CD or a brochure.

01:55:53.000 Give them that number again, Steve.

01:55:55.000 It's 800-409-5633.

01:56:00.000 And that will get through to people that will send out packets for those that aren't on the computers.

01:56:05.000 Those of you that are on the computers can get all the information you need right there.

01:56:09.000 And I would just put this out for the listeners.

01:56:11.000 I really do believe in having firearms to protect yourself and knowing how to use them.

01:56:14.000 I do believe in precious metals.

01:56:16.000 I do believe in storable foods.

01:56:17.000 I do believe in water filters.

01:56:20.000 And in your little two-month boogie pack, I know the one you sent me that we keep here at the office, that I have More than three years supply of food for my whole family now, and several purchases I've done, and I've also bought food for family.

01:56:32.000 And again, I shopped around.

01:56:33.000 That's how I found the J. Michael Stevens Group years ago.

01:56:36.000 I did my own research, and I'd ordered from some other places that had MSG in it or other things, and I was like, oh God, I didn't know what I was doing.

01:56:43.000 You don't have that with the J. Michael Stevens Group and eFoodsDirect.com.

01:56:49.000 It's insurance.

01:56:51.000 It's insurance that you know you'll use because it's high-quality, freeze-dried and dehydrated food.

01:56:55.000 It's huge amounts of food per can, per container, so it stores in very small areas.

01:57:00.000 More than 10 years in climate-controlled, 10 years in non-climate-controlled if you're like me and have it in the garage and attic.

01:57:07.000 Bottom line, ladies and gentlemen, you need to call.

01:57:10.000 You need to get involved.

01:57:11.000 Now, what's that package I got from you that has the little cook stove and the water filters, too?

01:57:15.000 I mean, that's really inexpensive and high quality.

01:57:17.000 Well, what that is, is that's the accessory, Pat, that goes with the two-month grab-and-go kit.

01:57:23.000 Any of the folks that order three of those get one of those free, but it's got the stove.

01:57:28.000 You see, with the grab-and-go, all you have to do is add water and heat, and that little accessory kit that we sent you is what you have to add the water and the heat, no problem.

01:57:37.000 And again, everybody.

01:57:38.000 I mean, I literally have grab-and-gos at my house.

01:57:41.000 I have them here at the office.

01:57:43.000 Because, and I've got a 45 sitting right here too, because I'm not going to be caught flat-footed.

01:57:48.000 At least I'm going to try to be prepared.

01:57:49.000 The government stockpiled food.

01:57:51.000 They've got underground bunkers.

01:57:52.000 They believe they need it.

01:57:53.000 Why haven't they told the people to do it?

01:57:55.000 Well, now they are.

01:57:56.000 They're saying have a week of food and water.

01:57:58.000 That's just so they can claim they warned you later.

01:58:00.000 Ladies and gentlemen, you will never stand on the bread line if you have your own bread.

01:58:04.000 Don't end up like New Orleans and other places.

01:58:06.000 With all the craziness happening, you need to go to E, the letter E, foodsdirect.com, or call the toll-free number, and you will talk to an American. 0.70

01:58:14.000 You will talk to somebody at their company.

01:58:15.000 You won't talk to somebody in India.

01:58:18.000 Give them that number again, Steve.

01:58:19.000 800-409-5633. That's 800-409-5633.

01:58:25.000 Absolutely. Take care, Alex.

01:58:37.000 Thank you for listening to GCN.

01:58:40.000 Be sure to visit GCNlive.com today.

01:58:46.000 Today, unlike any other in the long course of American history, a terrorist act of war against this country.

01:58:53.000 The enemy struck America on September 11th.

01:58:55.000 But who is the enemy?

01:58:57.000 Bin Laden.

01:58:58.000 This is his ammo.

01:58:59.000 We have to look to the Middle East.

01:59:00.000 We have to look to Osama Bin Laden. 0.93

01:59:02.000 Fabled Enemies is the first 9-11 film to take a close look at the terrorist ties to intelligence networks inside the United States.

01:59:09.000 Some U.S. investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S. I'm aware that some Israeli citizens have been detained.

01:59:20.000 Bin Laden's connections to the CIA.

01:59:21.000 The hijackers'ties to the FBI.

01:59:23.000 The Saudi Arabian connection.

01:59:25.000 The Israeli intelligence network.

01:59:26.000 Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists.

01:59:43.000 Thank you.

01:59:48.000 Waging war on corruption.

01:59:51.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:59:58.000 Big Brother.

02:00:00.000 Mainstream media.

02:00:02.000 Government cover-ups.

02:00:04.000 You want answers?

02:00:05.000 Well, so does he.

02:00:07.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:11.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:16.000 Coming up in the fourth hour today, We will go live at PrisonPlanet.tv in the new studio.

02:00:23.000 If you're a PrisonPlanet.tv member, just go to the main page.

02:00:27.000 There's a big fat link to watch the live show.

02:00:29.000 I'm going to get Paul Watson and Kurt Nimmo to go ahead and add links to that page where people can enter their...

02:00:35.000 Use your name and passcode and watch it because even my wife was having some trouble finding it the other day.

02:00:40.000 I mean, it's not that hard to find, but you got to look around for it.

02:00:43.000 So I want to make that more prominent.

02:00:45.000 And coming up in the next few weeks, we're going to be doing two, three, four, five hours going into overdrive here live with Tex Mars and Jim Mars coming in this week in studio and a lot of other folks in studio here with us as well.

02:00:58.000 But for the next hour, I'm always honored to be joined by Wayne Madsen.

02:01:02.000 He did work for the NSA and other agencies.

02:01:05.000 A lot of times when you're watching C-SPAN and there's a national security hearing, you'll see Wayne Madsen there reporting in the background.

02:01:11.000 And there's a whole host of things that have developed since I had him on a few months ago.

02:01:16.000 We'll see where the D.C. Madden murder case left off.

02:01:19.000 Clearly a murder.

02:01:20.000 He was working with her and exposing things that were happening.

02:01:23.000 She had been worried about being killed.

02:01:25.000 We'll look at George Bush and his drunkenness.

02:01:27.000 Look at what really happened with India and Pakistan. 0.94

02:01:30.000 He's had a bunch of other reports dealing with the whole police state unfolding.

02:01:34.000 Wayne Madsen, in this short segment, tell us what's coming up in the interview.

02:01:38.000 What's most important on your front burner right now over at thewaynemadsenreport.com?

02:01:43.000 Well, we've got these revelations from a Justice Department whistleblower named Thomas Tam, whose house was invaded by the FBI last year.

02:01:53.000 He wasn't home, but they interrogated his wife and his kids.

02:01:56.000 Very reminiscent of how the FBI treated the Fort Detrick scientist, Bruce Ivins.

02:02:03.000 But Pam is the guy who leaked the story to the New York Times about the illegal NSA wiretapping. 0.98

02:02:10.000 We now know the classified code name, which was only known to a handful of people in the Bush administration.

02:02:15.000 It was called Stellar Wind.

02:02:17.000 And now we've got the Newsweek article with a lot of details out on that.

02:02:22.000 That's a major development because this was an illegal surveillance program and this was the subject of what John Ashcroft in his hospital room refused to sign off on it.

02:02:36.000 So that's a major development.

02:02:38.000 Let's get back into the Ivins case as well.

02:02:42.000 Even mainstream media was saying it looked like a setup.

02:02:45.000 Some type of cover-up.

02:02:47.000 Let's start there and then go into break first.

02:02:49.000 Looking at the anthrax, the whole anthrax story of the White House on Sepro, September 10th, and their enemies being melded, and claiming Muslims did it, but then it did come from Fort Detrick, and they tried to frame two or three people, Hatfield and another guy before him, reminiscent of Richard Jewell.

02:03:07.000 Oh, it's very, yeah.

02:03:08.000 I mean, the whole thing.

02:03:09.000 They tried to paint Ivins as some sort of, you know, a lunatic.

02:03:15.000 When, in fact, he was the guy who seemed like he was on to the case more so than the FBI was.

02:03:23.000 And they tried to say he was some sort of anti-abortionist.

02:03:31.000 That was his motivation.

02:03:33.000 Then we find out he was a donor to Planned Parenthood.

02:03:37.000 He voted for Democrats.

02:03:40.000 So he's anything but what the Yeah, I think obviously.

02:04:03.000 The FBI has a long history of that type of thing.

02:04:06.000 As you mentioned, Richard Jewell.

02:04:08.000 We could go back to Lee Harvey Oswald.

02:04:11.000 We could talk about Patsy.

02:04:13.000 This is just what the FBI seems to do best.

02:04:18.000 I don't think of the FBI as a law enforcement agency.

02:04:22.000 I think they're more of a political organization.

02:04:25.000 Yeah, I would like the Gestapo and the KGB and the Stasi in East Germany.

02:04:32.000 That's basically where, you know, they crack a couple of cases, but their primary reason for existence I believe is political suppression and political payback.

02:04:41.000 That is at the upper echelons and in those different divisions.

02:04:44.000 They certainly have other divisions that deal with money laundering and things like that, but certainly they've also been going after a lot of Democratic governors.

02:04:52.000 Stay there, we'll be right back with our guest.

02:04:54.000 Are you fed up with all the side effects of chemicals in your shampoos and detergents?

02:06:04.000 It's known as the Bilderberg Group.

02:06:07.000 Could their objective be world domination?

02:06:09.000 For thousands of years, their dark order grew.

02:06:12.000 Now as they hail the birth of the New World Order, their great dream of exterminating 80% of humanity is at hand. 0.97

02:07:49.000 That's 1-800-453-2202.

02:07:55.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk, Alex Jones, on the GCN Radio Network.

02:08:02.000 Wayne Madsen's a prominent member of Investigative Reporters and Editors.

02:08:07.000 He's also a member of the Association for Intelligence Officers.

02:08:11.000 Member of the National Press Club and Society of Professional Journalists.

02:08:15.000 He's worked for the NSA and other clandestine government agencies.

02:08:21.000 I want to talk some today with him about reports I'm seeing that now two-thirds of intelligence gathering I've seen this in the New York Times and a few other places.

02:08:29.000 It's being done by private contractors and how they can much more easily cover up illegal activities.

02:08:34.000 He's also been reporting on classified National Security Agency intelligence electronic surveillance program codenamed Revealed, thanks to the Justice Department whistleblower.

02:08:43.000 It's now known as Stellar Wind.

02:08:46.000 And the fact that it's come out that they're not just listening to U.S. citizens, they're listening to people's phone sacks and everybody gathers around and has a big joke.

02:08:55.000 Uh, and of course, they wouldn't put that on the news unless they wanted you to know they're listening to you to have a chilling effect.

02:09:00.000 So, uh, Bush lying a few years ago and saying, we don't listen to anybody without warrants.

02:09:04.000 And then, well, we only listen to bin Laden, and then we only listen to Al-Qaeda, and then we only listen to basically everybody. 0.75

02:09:10.000 And so we'll, uh, get into the latest on the NSA, uh, which doesn't appear to be cutting back.

02:09:15.000 It looks like it's going to expand under, uh, Mr. Obama.

02:09:18.000 Mr. Gates is staying on with him.

02:09:21.000 But let's continue with the case of Ivins, Carnaby, Well, it's quite clear that Carnaby had access to, or had in his possession, information.

02:09:47.000 Now, we know that the police, their primary, one of their primary goals in After they shot and killed Carnaby was to obtain his laptop computer.

02:09:56.000 Now, it's quite apparent there was something on that laptop that was of great interest to, uh, the Houston police and possibly to a, uh, foreign intelligence service, so, uh, which, uh, Carnaby really, uh, had his sights on, uh, was very concerned about the security of the port of Houston and, uh, and, uh, uh, what he normally would do is he had the ability to download still photos and also, Uh, videotapes from cameras positioned around the port of Houston.

02:10:25.000 He'd download them, uh, all over his, um, um, BlackBerry, and then he would, uh, store them on his laptop computer.

02:10:33.000 So there was obviously something, uh, whether it was the photos or some information that somebody wanted to get their hands on, and obviously they did.

02:10:42.000 There was also a broken chain of custody.

02:10:44.000 Custody, I should say.

02:10:45.000 Uh, the Houston Police Department had that laptop for a certain amount of time, then they gave it to the Secret Service, and then the Secret Service apparently gave it back to the Houston Police Department.

02:10:56.000 So here we had a broken chain of custody on something critically important.

02:11:04.000 Getting back into Deborah Jean Palfrey, I mean, clearly murdered, telling myself, you, a lot of other people, that if I am killed, it's not suicide.

02:11:13.000 Her condo manager saying that she told them I'm gonna be back in a few days, the rest of my stuff.

02:11:19.000 I think people are following me if anything happens to me.

02:11:22.000 I've been murdered.

02:11:23.000 I mean, and then she goes to her mother's shed with her ill mother and kills herself by her mother. 0.70

02:11:29.000 I mean, that's not her M.O., not her style.

02:11:31.000 And they have some weird crime reporter pop up and say, oh, she told me she was gonna kill herself with no record of that. 0.96

02:11:37.000 And then we looked at the handwriting and, I mean, just on its face, nothing matched.

02:11:43.000 Well, we had another, uh, uh, uh, suspicious death.

02:11:46.000 Just a few weeks ago here in Washington, the Washington area, a girl named Juan Tissa Hill, who was a second-class yeoman in the U.S. Navy, was the yeoman for the Chief of Naval Operations, was found brutally murdered, and the police are calling it murder, a very violent murder, in her apartment in Alexandria, Virginia.

02:12:06.000 Now, why is that important?

02:12:08.000 Because in April, right before she committed suicide, quote-unquote, Uh, uh, Gene Palfrey submitted, uh, a letter, uh, a filing to the court here in Washington, D.C., which named several people, uh, as, uh, as clients.

02:12:27.000 And among those was an individual named Ron Roughead.

02:12:31.000 Uh, Ron Roughead's brother is Admiral Gary Roughead, who was the, who was the chief of naval operations who Juan Pizza Hill was working for.

02:12:40.000 No! Juan Pizza Hill would have had access All of Admiral Roughead, the Chief of Naval Operations, personal correspondents, including, we also had recently, the Navy dropped all charges and allowed Rebecca Dickinson, who was one of Comfrey's employees, she had a job at the U.S. Naval Academy.

02:13:03.000 She was named in April as one of the clients of Gene Comfrey, but she was allowed to retire as a Lieutenant Commander with full benefits.

02:13:12.000 And no legal action taken against your body.

02:13:16.000 Now for those that don't live around Maryland, I see these reports all the time.

02:13:19.000 The head of the state police caught running the hookers into the government offices.

02:13:25.000 Murders of hookers, murders of investigators, murders of police.

02:13:30.000 I mean, I guess the hookers supplying the elite is really a big business and it looks like what the police are the delivery boys? 0.88

02:13:38.000 I mean, give folks some of the rundown of what's happening there.

02:13:41.000 Well, we just had Mitchell Wade, who was the head of a defense contractor, MGM.

02:13:47.000 He did a deal with the government.

02:13:49.000 He just got 30 months, and he's going to be allowed to keep most of the money he made as a result of bribing former Congressman and now jailed Congressman Randy Duke Cunningham.

02:14:00.000 Mitchell Wade was involved in all this business activity with the poker parties at the Watergate that involved former CIA Director Porter Goss.

02:14:11.000 Cunningham where Sherlington Limousine would traffic around these prostitutes, these escorts. 1.00

02:14:18.000 And it's quite clear that these escorts included escorts working for Pamela Martin & Associates, a Gene Palfrey company.

02:14:27.000 And so we have a lot of things coming together here.

02:14:31.000 Rebecca Dickinson being allowed to retire.

02:14:34.000 Uh, Wade being, you know, basically getting that 30-month jail sentence, but probably in a club bed, and able to keep most of his ill-gotten gain.

02:14:42.000 Uh, it looks like the fix is in.

02:14:44.000 Uh, Admiral Ruffhead's yeoman being violently killed.

02:14:47.000 What did she have access to, as far as any deal made between the CNO's office and allowing Dickinson to retire?

02:14:55.000 Uh, you know, I mean, and as you mentioned, Ed Norris, who was the superintendent of the Maryland State Police, was indicted.

02:15:04.000 by the U.S. Attorney Maryland.

02:15:05.000 Incidentally, he was one of the first U.S. Attorneys fired after George W. Bush's re-election.

02:15:11.000 But anyway, we have a connection right into the office of then Republican Governor of Maryland, Bob Ehrlich.

02:15:19.000 And this is what the U.S. Attorney was focused on.

02:15:23.000 Now, why is it that Stellar Wind, I mean, the NSA is in Maryland.

02:15:27.000 It's a stone's throw away from the Governor's mansion in Annapolis and from Baltimore.

02:15:32.000 Why is it that Stellar It wasn't used to indict Bob Ehrlich, the Republican governor, but it seems to have been used to go after New York Governor Eliot Spitzer for something very similar, as we know, and also Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich.

02:15:47.000 Yeah, let's stop right there, Wayne Madsen, and talk about the way the NSA snooping system is being used.

02:15:56.000 Now, I'm no defender of the Illinois governor.

02:15:59.000 He has the National Guard out doing gun sweeps door-to-door.

02:16:03.000 You can't make this up.

02:16:04.000 We can play this press conference.

02:16:06.000 You know, obviously a corrupt guy, but that's par for the course in Illinois and Chicago.

02:16:11.000 You know, famous for that.

02:16:12.000 I'm not defending it.

02:16:13.000 I'm a non-partisan here.

02:16:15.000 And folks, you know, I'm more of a Ron Paul type, you know, conservative or libertarian.

02:16:20.000 But absolutely, you have him coming out saying the state's going to break off business with Bank of America.

02:16:25.000 And then one day later this happens.

02:16:27.000 We have Spitzer going after the big brokerage firms engaging in scams before this huge scandal even breaks.

02:16:37.000 They go after him and the FBI is basically surveilling all of these governors and knows the minute Well, when you get other governors that can basically get away with bloody murder, Republican or Democrat, as long as they play ball.

02:16:55.000 So who exactly is the NSA and the FBI that's being fed the info without warrants?

02:17:02.000 And then once they find something, they go and get a warrant.

02:17:04.000 I mean, how is this being used?

02:17:06.000 And politically, who and why are they going after folks?

02:17:11.000 I can give you a personal example of it.

02:17:14.000 Well, I He

02:17:44.000 called me and said, he knew it, he knew it, you're the first one to report on it.

02:17:48.000 And I said, well, I mean, it's not just Richardson, I'm afraid, but this is the name that was given to me.

02:17:53.000 And then I actually met Governor Richardson during the campaign, and he said, you know, he just put his finger in my chest and said, you know, you were right about that.

02:18:01.000 And so, again, here's a Democratic governor, Bill Richardson, obviously, the neocons did not want him to be involved in this back-channel negotiation.

02:18:11.000 Okay. It's

02:18:41.000 a violation.

02:18:42.000 It's a violation of the wiretap provisions.

02:18:46.000 And the mere fact that Obama is, I understand, entertaining keeping General Hayden as the director of the CIA.

02:18:54.000 Remember that General Hayden was the director of NSA when this illegal wiretapping was going on.

02:18:58.000 The mere fact that Obama is thinking about keeping Hayden as CIA director, a guy who could be criminally charged, tells me that, as far as that's concerned, That's right.

02:19:25.000 The corrupt party just continues to roll on, and it's a system of fear where everybody's spying on everybody.

02:19:31.000 Talk about a Nixon enemies list.

02:19:34.000 And we know Bill Clinton had one, we know Bush had one, both Bushes, but this is an enemies list on steroids, and this is how the private brokerage firms and banks in control of the government are able to terrorize the rest of the government, the media, and everybody else into going along with them, because the system itself knows they're being surveilled.

02:19:55.000 The headlines are clear.

02:19:57.000 The worldwide economic collapse is here.

02:20:00.000 The military is being positioned for martial law.

02:20:03.000 The mark of the beast is at hand.

02:20:05.000 Governments are calling for a new world cashless economic system.

02:21:04.000 But who is the enemy?

02:21:05.000 Bin Laden.

02:21:06.000 This is his M.O. We have to look to the Middle East.

02:21:09.000 We have to look to Osama Bin Laden. 0.93

02:21:11.000 Fabled Enemies is the first 9-11 film to take a close look at the terrorist ties to intelligence networks inside the United States.

02:21:18.000 Some U.S. investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S. I'm aware that some Israeli citizens have been detained.

02:21:28.000 Bin Laden's connections to the CIA, the hijackers ties to the FBI, the Saudi Arabian connections Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists! 0.54

02:24:23.000 Wayne Madsen is the guy to talk to, formerly with the National Security Agency.

02:24:27.000 1-800-259-9231.

02:24:31.000 We will be opening the phones coming up in the next segment.

02:24:33.000 Didn't get to your calls in the first hour, but new callers are welcome to call in at 1-800-259-9231.

02:24:39.000 Next hour I'm going to cover a bunch of news.

02:24:41.000 That we haven't even gotten into yet on a host of issues like the federal government and a whole bunch of other medical doctors saying we should just put the whole public on psychotropics and quote other brain boosting drugs like Ritalin.

02:24:54.000 I mean the pharmaceutical companies are just openly becoming drug dealers to the entire population so we'll talk about that as well.

02:24:59.000 Wayne, it came out as you know that the NSA has whole floors at every major telecommunications company or whole sectors And now their own whistleblowers are saying, oh yeah, we sit around listening to people having phone sex and making recordings of it and laughing at it.

02:25:17.000 And this is all just being thrown in our face and then nobody goes to jail.

02:25:21.000 Nobody gets in trouble.

02:25:22.000 I mean, where is this going?

02:25:23.000 Well, I'll tell you.

02:25:24.000 I mean, it looks like this program has been around before 9-11.

02:25:29.000 We had the former chairman of Quest, the phone company, Richard Naccio, state that In February 2001, right after Bush came to office, the NSA wanted him to participate in warrantless wiretapping, and he said that's illegal.

02:25:47.000 And of course he refused.

02:25:49.000 He was the only head of a phone company to refuse.

02:25:52.000 Of course, AT&T and the others on Verizon all complied, but Naccio then found himself the subject of a criminal investigation for insider trading.

02:26:01.000 But the Telecommunications Act of, the Telecommunications Act, as you know, of 96, ordered the phone companies to put the snooping hubs in.

02:26:09.000 They just told them, don't worry, we're not going to use it.

02:26:12.000 Right, and that was the, uh, communica- uh, communica- uh, uh, CALEA Act.

02:26:17.000 It was, uh, Communications Assistance to Law Enforcement Act.

02:26:20.000 And, and of course, we were all told in the privacy community at the time that, uh, no, this would only, uh, this would be a court order would be required.

02:26:29.000 Well, we know that that was nothing more than a A bunch of, you know, hokum. 1.00

02:26:34.000 But, you know, we know that the Bush administration wanted these powers to listen to pro-sex, as you said, and, you know, all this other type of thing, you know.

02:26:44.000 And I say, as I say with the fishing expeditions, this is always the problem, fishing expeditions.

02:26:51.000 You know, if you listen to somebody long enough, you've probably got to get them on something.

02:26:55.000 And, you know, I asked one veteran Democrat.

02:26:59.000 Uh, former senator, I said, now where do you draw the line between hardball politics, Chicago, Illinois style, and corruption, like we see with, you know, in the Blagojevich case?

02:27:09.000 And he said, there is no line.

02:27:11.000 So, if you're a good prosecutor, we all know a prosecutor can, you know, a good prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich, as they say.

02:27:20.000 Uh, these fishing expeditions can result in indictments for anyone just because, uh, If they're opposed to the administration at the time.

02:27:29.000 Enemies list.

02:27:30.000 I mean, this goes far beyond that.

02:27:33.000 From your research, who is really in control of the NSA?

02:27:35.000 I guess it's all the same people that were put in by Bush, and Obama is going along with all of it, because I guess they've got all the Chicago dirt on him, and he will play ball.

02:27:46.000 Well, if they've got anything on him, obviously that could be used to blackmail him, and I think that's the, you know, the fear is, you know, Why would he want to keep General Hayden around, who was the longest-serving NSA director, seven years at the NSA, then Deputy Director of National Intelligence under Mr. Death Squad, John Negroponte, and now he's over at the CIA.

02:28:07.000 I mean, this guy has a charmed existence.

02:28:10.000 He apparently even had it out with Robert Gates, that apparently didn't like the fact that he was wearing an Air Force uniform and forced him to retire from the Air Force over there. 0.87

02:28:22.000 I know, it's ridiculous. 0.96

02:28:23.000 That little, that soft little monkey loves to get up at the NSA and the CIA in a general's outfit. 0.98

02:28:30.000 I mean, talk about police state.

02:28:32.000 I mean, they're just throwing it in our face.

02:28:34.000 And now I'll be watching FEMA on C-SPAN and half the guys in attendance and the deputy director are in their former military uniforms.

02:28:43.000 I mean, they're really, really showing us we're under a military dictatorship.

02:28:47.000 Oh, it's amazing.

02:28:49.000 I remember when Jimmy Carter became president.

02:28:52.000 One of the things he did is he limited uniforms in Washington to one day a week in public.

02:28:57.000 He said the rest of the time, he didn't want people to come to the nation's capital and see a lot of people in uniform.

02:29:03.000 He thought that gave the wrong impression.

02:29:05.000 And then Carter was, you know, I mean he was ex-Navy himself, a submarine.

02:29:09.000 Commander, but he thought that was a bad signal to send, and of course when Reagan got in there, we all, you know, everyone went back into uniform.

02:29:16.000 Well, it's because in third world countries, everybody's in a uniform, and it's the same thing here now, where FEMA's a bunch of guys in uniform, and the military's working with the police.

02:29:24.000 I want to get your breakdown on the 20,000 combat troops, what Gates is going to do, saying they're to suppress the American people.

02:29:32.000 That's not even being debated now.

02:29:34.000 Marines out running checkpoints for DWI now on the nation's highways.

02:29:39.000 What are they planning from the inside scoop with your ear to the ground there in D.C.?

02:29:44.000 We're on the march.

02:29:46.000 The Empire's on the run.

02:29:49.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:29:55.000 Drought, crop failure, economic collapse, famine.

02:29:58.000 Is this in America's future?

02:30:00.000 Sadly, this is part of America's not-so-distant past.

02:30:04.000 During the Great Depression, half of the American people grew much of their own food, but over 18 million people suffered from starvation.

02:30:12.000 Today, it's been estimated that only 1% of Americans grow their own food.

02:30:57.000 I've come with a message of information.

02:30:59.000 9-11 was an inside job.

02:31:02.000 Do you like being a puppet, sir?

02:31:03.000 Do you like being a puppet for the New World Order?

02:31:05.000 How do the American people know that 9-11 was a stage?

02:31:08.000 Was it engineered by you, David Rockefeller, the Trilateral Commission, the CFR?

02:31:14.000 The day that we stop asking questions is the day that we have allowed the seeds of despotism to grow at our own door.

02:31:21.000 Seven years after the attacks of September 11th, a global awakening has taken place.

02:31:27.000 An inside job?

02:31:29.000 How dare you?

02:31:32.000 If you know that there's treason going on, you can be held accountable for treason yourself.

02:31:37.000 All hell is breaking loose on 6th Avenue.

02:31:40.000 And if the government has not told the truth, in five years we will be here on the 10th.

02:31:45.000 Truth Rising.

02:33:15.000 Instead of myself just throwing out questions here before we get our calls, any other key news stories or issues that you want to cover after you answer the question about the full militarization of police, merging them with the military, Marines all over the country, we've confirmed, running checkpoints at DWI, the Army to be on the streets of America, all of this unfolding.

02:33:41.000 So let's get into that and Then the subject of two-thirds of the illegal intelligence gathering here in the U.S. They're now reporting being done by private contractors with no oversight.

02:33:55.000 Well, I kind of saw this coming several years back, right after 9-11.

02:34:02.000 I know that's something very rare here in Washington.

02:34:05.000 The presence of uh...

02:34:07.000 military people in uniform but not just any uniform combat uniforms these work you know army in these uh...

02:34:14.000 dot bd use you know for jungle uh...

02:34:17.000 with the jungle design the desert design the you know they they're different they're urban design uh...

02:34:23.000 uh... air force uh...

02:34:24.000 officers wearing their flight suits i mean i can guarantee you they didn't have their their uh...

02:34:29.000 jet fighters parked on the uh...

02:34:31.000 pentagon parking lot uh...

02:34:33.000 this massive there was this massive You see them on the metro and the subway here.

02:34:39.000 You saw them on buses walking around town.

02:34:42.000 And I found out that that was a sign off to let people know we're in a state of war.

02:34:48.000 Well, these were the neocons putting that out.

02:34:50.000 People like Wolfowitz and Rumsfeld and Price and that bunch over at the Pentagon at the time.

02:34:55.000 And then something I noticed that was very, very unusual, and it certainly wasn't even the case during the Reagan administration.

02:35:02.000 Our military officers wearing their uniforms, and you saw everything, Colombian, Polish, Ukrainian, every kind of uniform in the world, but they never in the past were authorized to wear uniforms.

02:35:13.000 And it's all part, now they admit, as you said, it's to acclimate.

02:35:17.000 I remember a story three years ago in the BBC, if memory serves, but I know it was in the British press, that they were ordered by Blair to start wearing our uniforms and to be visible so this is clearly now they admit that you know the the army troops and national guard at the kentucky derby unit Bowling championships, and at boxing championships, and at the Super Bowl, and then high school games, and college games, and Alabama Defense Forces, and other state guards searching three-year-old children's purses.

02:35:46.000 We have photos and video of that.

02:35:47.000 All training us to live under military rule, and now they admit what we predicted.

02:35:53.000 Oh, we're going to live under a military system now, and we were going to put $20,000 to start with.

02:35:58.000 It was $5,000 a few months ago.

02:35:59.000 Now it's $20,000.

02:36:04.000 Well, I mean, we know that FEMA's been chomping at the bit to, you know, see some event take place where they could roll out all their fancy hardware and personnel.

02:36:21.000 I think it's serious.

02:36:22.000 What I've heard from people in Congress, we've heard that term, martial law, used quite a bit.

02:36:29.000 What's going on in Greece right now is much more than what the media, the corporate media is saying.

02:36:35.000 Protests over the police shooting a teenage boy.

02:36:39.000 It's over people not being able to get their money out of the banks.

02:36:41.000 It's over the economy being dead.

02:36:43.000 Right, this is a full-scale insurrection in a European Union country.

02:36:47.000 Remember, Greece is the cradle of democracy, and that insurrection is sweeping the country, and the government stepped down.

02:36:56.000 And we saw that.

02:36:57.000 All this already happened by land.

02:37:00.000 That had a lot to do with the economy there.

02:37:04.000 We've seen riots break out, sympathy riots in Europe, for Greece break out in France, Denmark, Germany, and other countries.

02:37:11.000 I think this is what they're concerned about.

02:37:13.000 If they devalue the dollar, there's some talk.

02:37:17.000 Can you imagine the march on the Federal Reserve building here in Washington?

02:37:22.000 It's right on Constitution Avenue.

02:37:26.000 It's the office to the left of the main entryway.

02:37:30.000 If I were Mr. Bernanke, I'd see what's going on in Greece, Europe, and other countries.

02:37:35.000 I'd be casting a wary eye to Constitution Avenue these days.

02:37:38.000 Well, absolutely.

02:38:05.000 And we've now seen hundreds of news articles, including the Financial Times of London last Tuesday, saying, yes, it's a new world order, it's world government, you're going to buy your carbon credits from the banks, you're going to pay your taxes to the banks, everything is going to be owned by these private banks, and the military is going to enforce it.

02:38:23.000 I mean, they're openly admitting we've had a coup, and so whether you love Obama or hate him, you know, it's all a distraction, because the point is, he's keeping all the same people, whether he's a good guy or a bad guy, being neutral on it, Well, it's like this hedge fund guy, Bernie Madoff, up in New York.

02:38:46.000 fifty billion dollar ponzi scheme and their turn first of all the f_c_c_ did not investigate i mean even though they received several trips that this guy was a criminal they decided to look the other way Well, the SEC chairman is former California Republican Congressman Christopher Cox, and he has been lambasted by many members of Congress as being an ineffective SEC chairman. 0.86

02:39:07.000 Well, now we know why.

02:39:08.000 He was aiding and abetting in all these criminal schemes, and I think it defies logic what they're saying, that Madoff pulled those $50 billion.

02:39:22.000 and I'd like to see the FBI rather than shake Tom Tam for releasing the illegal wiretap information.

02:39:32.000 Why don't they start shaking down people like Madoff's buddies and Chris Cox over at the SEC?

02:39:41.000 so where do you see it going in the future and then finish the question after you talk about where you see this going in the future where your colleagues see this going in the future with what exactly the two-thirds of the intelligence being gathered by private groups what they're up to and how there could ever be any oversight of that well this is it you know it was was the guy who really promoted this outsourcing in NSA.

02:40:04.000 He had a couple of programs that got into cost overruns, were complete failures, but they were basically outsourcing programs.

02:40:11.000 They were called Trailblazer and Groundbreaker, just a big waste of money, but it did enrich his friends in companies like SAIC and one particular company, Kaki.

02:40:22.000 That's the company that was involved.

02:40:24.000 You know, they were the ones who sued Randy Rhodes, because she said, you know, these guys were involved in the torture in Iraq, and they sued her.

02:40:30.000 She won that suit. 0.55

02:40:31.000 That was a frivolous lawsuit.

02:40:33.000 It was a slap suit, just to try to silence her.

02:40:36.000 But anyway, Kaki had some interesting ties to the Israeli government.

02:40:41.000 Now, the idea that a company like that could have its fingers inside the NSA, which is the Fort Knox of intelligence, they have all the intercepts, for example, is just mind-boggling, and it's very, very worrisome.

02:40:54.000 We do know that Blackwater has a subsidiary, Total Information Systems, which is pushing this concept of privatized intelligence gathering.

02:41:03.000 And they have a lot of people who like that idea.

02:41:06.000 One in particular is the former Republican chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Peter Hoekstra from Michigan, who really championed this cause of private intelligence gathering.

02:41:17.000 Now, since the Democrats took over the House, we don't hear much about that anymore.

02:41:22.000 But don't worry, Hoekstra is now apparently going to run for governor of Michigan.

02:41:28.000 He may have his eyes set on higher office.

02:41:30.000 So, you know, here's a guy to keep a very close eye on.

02:41:33.000 He promoted this privatization of intelligence.

02:41:36.000 Of course, when you privatize it, Congress loses effective control over it, and so do the IGs and so do the auditors.

02:41:45.000 Wayne, let's go to some phone calls now and see what the callers want to bring up.

02:41:50.000 Let's talk to Tom in Illinois.

02:41:52.000 Tom, you're on the air with Wayne Madsen.

02:41:58.000 Yeah, you're on the air, Tom, if you'd like to talk.

02:42:01.000 Okay, let's let him go.

02:42:02.000 Let's talk to Leo in Mass.

02:42:04.000 Leo, you're on the air.

02:42:07.000 Hi, thanks for taking my call.

02:42:10.000 With all the economic indicators we're getting now, I think our main failing is, as in that old movie, we hear a failure to communicate.

02:42:22.000 And so, I would like to see us Let's get together like a simple little ten-point plan geared to people in the different living conditions, i.e.

02:42:33.000 city, suburb, country, where we can individually, in our own little way, stop these suckers.

02:42:41.000 And I'd like to see that.

02:42:43.000 I'd like to see a bunch of you guys, Colonel Roberts and others, get together a plan and publicize it and have it up on the water coolers.

02:42:50.000 That will stop these guys cold, really.

02:42:55.000 Well, you know, I've tried to get together everything I can.

02:42:57.000 I'm doing about as much as I can.

02:42:59.000 I've put out all sorts of plans and ideas and issues.

02:43:02.000 How about we restore the Bill of Rights and Constitution?

02:43:04.000 How about we bring the foreign owners of the Federal Reserve and the Bank of England to justice for engineering the derivative scam, the giant Ponzi scheme? 0.95

02:43:14.000 uh... that uh...

02:43:15.000 they have uh...

02:43:16.000 set up in mass uh...

02:43:17.000 how about we stop the warrantless wiretapping and people say oh you know who cares if they spy on us without warrants and then i explain to people this is used to tyrannize the government itself and keep it in line the watchers watching the watchers this is designed to bring in tyranny people go oh tyranny is cute and funny no it's not cute and funny it's about stealing your pension funds it's about oppressing the general public see the public was partially sold that oh well this is to fight al-qaeda but again Again, historically, it's all directed at us.

02:43:46.000 This is a foreign group, criminally raping and looting our entire society. 1.00

02:43:51.000 And so we have to get back to our basic Bill of Rights, which is designed to protect us from falling into tyranny, which 99% of other countries and governments always go into.

02:44:02.000 Look at Mexico, North Korea, Russia, China, all of them.

02:44:06.000 And so again, liberty isn't just some quaint idea of goody two-shoes.

02:44:10.000 I talk to troops and police who think it's, you know, breaking the rules, violating rights, or cute and funny.

02:44:15.000 Those are there to protect you from very evil people getting in control, police, military, and wrecking your society forever.

02:44:23.000 Wayne Madsen comments on solutions.

02:44:26.000 Well, I'll tell you that, you know, we saw a lot of grassroots politics in this last presidential election.

02:44:32.000 I think Uh, the fact that we got a lot of people who normally vote, uh, turned out, registered, voted.

02:44:38.000 Uh, we saw a lot of people involved in the campaign.

02:44:41.000 Um, uh, you know, not only Obama's campaign, but other campaigns.

02:44:46.000 But, uh, but, you know, what is that bias?

02:44:49.000 In the end, it, you know, he, he, you know, Obama's keeping Gates in as Secretary of Defense, keeping, you know, May Key Payton in as the CIA director.

02:44:57.000 I'm afraid that if that's the kind of grassroots politics, uh, That's the results we get from grassroots politics all the time and effort and money that was spent on it.

02:45:06.000 Maybe that's not the solution.

02:45:08.000 Maybe what the people in Greece are doing is the solution.

02:45:12.000 Well, I mean, that's my whole point, is that once you have a military industrial complex that's bought and paid for by offshore financial criminals who are openly running global Ponzi schemes to not just gain all the wealth but destroy any wealth they don't control, I mean, this is warfare.

02:45:26.000 This is military financial warfare.

02:45:28.000 I mean, we have madmen going for broke. 0.98

02:45:52.000 It's their nature. 0.79

02:45:53.000 instinct. And history shows they will do it.

02:45:56.000 The public has to quit judging the world according to their own mindset of, well, I don't want to be a dictator.

02:46:01.000 Well, I don't want to be a control freak.

02:46:03.000 Well, I don't want to put people in FEMA camps.

02:46:05.000 Yes, but powerful people do.

02:46:07.000 That's why they're in power, because they have a taste for it.

02:46:10.000 And there's never enough for these people.

02:46:14.000 Thank you for the call, Leo.

02:46:16.000 Michael in Mass, you're on the air with Wayne Madsen.

02:46:20.000 Hey guys, how's it going?

02:46:24.000 I had a quick question.

02:46:28.000 Not too specific, but I figured you guys would be the best to answer this.

02:46:35.000 I've been studying a lot of the stuff you guys talk about, and I find it all real interesting, real informative, and it's compelled me to make pretty drastic changes in my life.

02:46:44.000 what I wanted to ask both of you guys is do you ever find yourself feeling somewhat I don't know isolated in situations like you you hear discussions and people are talking and it's like you know oh my god it you're so ignorant that you're you're completely not even discussing anything that matters do you ever find yourself frustrated that like it's almost difficult to

02:47:14.000 Sure, you got a bad phone, I'm going to let you go.

02:47:19.000 But it's a good comment or observation.

02:47:22.000 Wayne, you want to comment on that?

02:47:23.000 When you deal like I do every day here in Washington with the so-called mainstream media, the corporate media, You know, you talk to people about certain issues that are critically important and they look at you with this glassy stare.

02:47:38.000 They wonder what you've been smoking or what you're on.

02:47:43.000 You know, that is highly frustrating because these people are not journalists or stenographers.

02:47:49.000 All they do is parrot what they get in the fax machine from various agencies and law offices.

02:47:55.000 They don't do what I call shoe-leather journalism.

02:47:58.000 They don't get out and talk to people.

02:48:01.000 Well, In the final equation,

02:48:31.000 the elite are making a move on us because they know through the pop culture they have conditioned the public to laugh at anybody that cares, to laugh at anybody who gets involved, to make fun of people who are, you know,

02:48:46.000 You know, You know, following the latest fashion to get concerned with what's happening in the world around them.

02:49:14.000 But I don't really feel isolated.

02:49:16.000 I mean, I get thousands of emails a day.

02:49:18.000 I talk to generals.

02:49:19.000 I talk to former intelligence heads.

02:49:21.000 I talk to former presidents.

02:49:22.000 I talk to You know, high-level members of foreign parliaments, from Japan to England, and they're awakening.

02:49:28.000 And I even see the popular culture beginning to awaken to what's happening.

02:49:33.000 And so I see an establishment in crisis.

02:49:36.000 So much of the staging terror attacks and, you know, so much of the fear-mongering and trying to start wars between India and Pakistan, that's in an attempt to keep their order in place and to have their technocracy succeed. 0.81

02:49:48.000 But I don't see it succeeding in the end.

02:49:51.000 Wayne Madsen?

02:49:52.000 Well, I agree.

02:49:53.000 And then, you know, I mean, one of the things here, if you're looking at something, you know, that the mainstream media is ignoring, either willfully or just by act, is you're always labeled a conspiracy theorist.

02:50:08.000 You know, I get that quite a bit.

02:50:10.000 People say, oh, hey, what's the latest conspiracy theory?

02:50:13.000 I'll look at these journalists.

02:50:14.000 I'll say, I don't know what the latest coincidence theory is.

02:50:19.000 But, I mean, The media is bought and paid for, obviously.

02:50:25.000 Anything that does make it to the airwaves or the cable has already been highly vetted.

02:50:32.000 It's called packed journalism.

02:50:35.000 Wayne Madsen's our guest.

02:50:36.000 A few final calls from Bart, Paul, and Mohan when we get back.

02:50:41.000 And then I'm going to get into a huge news blitz when we start.

02:50:45.000 The fourth hour will also be live at PrisonPlanet.TV.

02:50:50.000 Stay with us.

02:50:55.000 Do you take nutritional supplements but don't notice any benefit?

02:50:58.000 The problem is, today's supplements contain things like DL-alpha-tocopherol, a synthetic form of vitamin E derived from petroleum, or ferrous fumarate, an inorganic form of iron that can actually damage your body.

02:51:10.000 Many of today's vitamin and mineral supplements are actually stressing your liver and kidneys.

02:51:14.000 Hi, my name is Steven Heuer, nutritionist.

02:51:16.000 After 30 years of research and nutritional counseling, I've learned how the body works and how to work with it to bring about its healing and herculean health.

02:52:05.000 Bin Laden.

02:52:06.000 This is his ammo.

02:52:07.000 We have to look to the Middle East.

02:52:18.000 Some U.S. investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S. I'm aware that some Israeli citizens have been detained.

02:52:28.000 ...

02:52:29.000 Laden's connections to the CIA, the hijacker's ties to the FBI, the Saudi Arabian connection, the Israeli intelligence network, warnings and war games, the shadow government, and much, much more.

02:54:49.000 Bart in Texas, and we'll try to cram Paul in Germany, and we'll get to Mohan and others in the next hour.

02:54:54.000 Bart, go ahead, you're on the air with Wayne Madsen.

02:54:56.000 Yes, what I wanted to say was is that, you know, you guys talking about Obama and then talking about these massive snoop systems like Echelon and Stellar Wind, it's critically important for people to understand that those are not separate topics.

02:55:09.000 They are both very directly related to the scientific dictatorship in that they use these systems to monitor trends within the society.

02:55:18.000 That information, like huge amounts of metadata, ... are then taken and war-gamed in the same computer systems that they used to figure out, you know, nuclear exchanges with the Soviets back in the 80s, and then they project trends.

02:55:31.000 Now, Obama is a trend that they have projected.

02:55:36.000 Over eight months ago, and I'm not just tooting my horn here, but eight months ago, I predicted on my show there would be an Obama presidency and there would be a new, new deal.

02:55:46.000 That all came out of reading policy reports out of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Dr. Nye, all these other guys saying, we need an FDR, we need a JFK to revitalize the public support for our system.

02:56:01.000 So, I mean, we have to understand that they are foregaming this information on a mass scale, and they're using that with propaganda systems against us.

02:56:08.000 I put him on hold, he's not listening to me.

02:56:10.000 Absolutely. It was on record.

02:56:11.000 They said we needed an FDR type to bring people back into believing the government.

02:56:15.000 Notice they're crashing things right as a new president comes in so they can claim he's here to fix it all.

02:56:21.000 Wayne Madsen, in closing, do you agree with his observations?

02:56:25.000 Well, absolutely.

02:56:27.000 And you know, this massive amount of data they're collecting.

02:56:30.000 Add that to the snooping of our communications.

02:56:34.000 Think about the databases they have access to.

02:56:36.000 This is Big Brother on steroids.

02:56:40.000 Sure, you can call me back sometime and tell me about your predictions.

02:56:42.000 I need to go to another caller.

02:56:44.000 I promised to go to Paul in Germany before the show ended, this hour ended.

02:56:47.000 Paul in Germany, you're on the air.

02:56:49.000 Hey Alex, I called you on Friday and you had asked me, since I'm in the Army, what I had heard about troops being deployed to the United States and I told you I hadn't heard anything in here in Germany.

02:57:00.000 So I pulled out my phone book and I called some of my old buddies who are still stationed in the U.S. and I've been talking to some of them about What they've heard about it and what they know about it, and I found some really interesting stuff out from them that I'm not sure if you know or not, but apparently everybody who's going to be deployed to the United States is going to be under the command of NORTHCOM.

02:57:22.000 Yes, that's all been announced.

02:57:24.000 Yeah, exactly.

02:57:24.000 What are they saying about it?

02:57:25.000 What do they think?

02:57:27.000 They're being fed the same stuff that we're being fed.

02:57:31.000 I found online an article in the Army Times about how great it is, and how super it is, and we're going to be doing stuff.

02:57:38.000 In the U.S., you know, helping the police, and there's nothing in there about, you know, civil unrest or...

02:57:45.000 Yes, there is.

02:57:46.000 The Army Times says it's for riots, civil unrest.

02:57:49.000 That's in Gates' own report as well.

02:57:51.000 I must have missed that in the Army Times article that I read, or I'm reading a different one.

02:57:55.000 But they are under the understanding that they're there to help.

02:58:01.000 They're not tracking the whole...

02:58:03.000 Civil, the people that I've talked to, who I know...

02:58:05.000 Okay, whatever, man.

02:58:06.000 It's all over the news, so I can't help them, really.

02:58:10.000 So, thanks for the call, appreciate it.
