00:10:34.000 And then the goldsmiths, a lot of times, would run a big Ponzi scheme and end up maybe having no gold or diamonds or jewels in their vault.

00:10:40.000 They'd already shipped that to another country, and then they would loan out thousands and thousands of pieces of script or paper, and then they would leave the country, and then everybody would find out there was no gold.

02:00:51.000 So, you know, here we had gotten along real well and everything.

02:00:53.000 I thought I was going to get the job and that pretty much blew it for me.
