Alex Jones Show - 20090204_Wed_Radio

00:00:04.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:09.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:21.000 Well, another very...

00:00:30.000 Very important broadcast lined up for all of you out there today.

00:00:34.000 It is the fourth day, Wednesday the 4th of February 2009.

00:00:40.000 We're going to be live here for the next four hours.

00:00:43.000 We have one of the lawyers who is a plaintiff and an expert.

00:00:50.000 On the fact that Hillary Clinton is not allowed under the Constitution to be the Secretary of State because she served in the legislative and voted for a pay raise for that position during the same period.

00:01:03.000 Directly preceding it.

00:01:05.000 So we'll spend about 20-30 minutes on that coming up in the next hour.

00:01:08.000 Then Peter Schiff, in two hours, joins us.

00:01:11.000 Euro Pacific Capital.

00:01:13.000 Talk about the latest developments in the economy.

00:01:15.000 And then Peter Wallison, American Enterprise Institute on the banker takeover situation.

00:01:21.000 He's definitely an insider and been an advisor to multiple treasury departments and different administrations.

00:01:27.000 So that is coming up today as well.

00:01:29.000 But he's a 30-minute guest, so is Peter Schiff, so is Our other guests will have lots of time to cover other news and take your calls.

00:01:37.000 Other news like this!

00:01:39.000 Red alert! 0.94

00:01:40.000 Red alert! 0.94

00:01:41.000 Cheney warns of new attacks.

00:01:45.000 Cheney warns of new attacks in an exclusive interview with Politico.com.

00:01:50.000 We'll be going over that report.

00:01:52.000 Also, new missing memos have been leaked that I guess were left on White House computers.

00:02:00.000 And it's now been leaked out by the Obamanoids, I guess, and it's just exactly what we said. 0.98

00:02:05.000 In fact, worse.

00:02:07.000 Where they openly say they're going to use the military inside the United States and that there's no Constitution, no Bill of Rights, no Fourth Amendment.

00:02:14.000 And these are only one-paragraph summaries.

00:02:18.000 This was just a memo summary left on a computer system.

00:02:24.000 And who knows, they probably leaked this on purpose just to flaunt it in our face.

00:02:28.000 The Obamanoids are now saying maybe Cheney's right about executive power and police state because it keeps us safe from Al-Qaeda. 1.00

00:02:36.000 So we'll be getting into this Cheney warns of new attacks report.

00:02:41.000 Remember Rahm Emanuel said that they're going to tag gun control onto the anti-terror fight that he knows the American people will go with the anti-terror fight against the Second Amendment.

00:02:51.000 So that's how they're going to phrase all of this under the Democrats.

00:02:54.000 I predicted that before I even knew Rahm Emanuel had said this about a year ago, that once the Democrats were in power, they would mix gun control in with anti-terrorism, and certainly that is the battle plan.

00:03:04.000 What, you won't turn your gun in?

00:03:06.000 You're with the terrorists?

00:03:08.000 I mean...

00:03:09.000 And I got an email, a person made a great point.

00:03:14.000 If they've got over a million Americans and growing by 20 plus thousand a month, 25,000 plus a month, being added to it, And then they have this criminal database of two million.

00:03:24.000 If you're a suspected terrorist, why aren't they interviewing you?

00:03:27.000 Why aren't they interrogating you?

00:03:28.000 Why aren't they having a grand jury indict you?

00:03:31.000 Well, because under this new system, they just say they think you might be a terrorist and you have no rights.

00:03:37.000 That's the whole point about not having a Bill of Rights or Constitution.

00:03:41.000 So they let these people they claim are terrorists, a million Americans, run around everywhere.

00:03:45.000 I mean, there's a million al-Qaeda terrorists in America.

00:03:48.000 And you've heard Fox News and BBC, there's blonde-haired, blue-eyed Al-Qaeda there everywhere! 0.91

00:03:53.000 Look under your bed, look in the closet at night, look over in your backyard, in the garden, there may be Al-Qaeda hiding there amongst the turnips.

00:04:05.000 So I'm going to break that down.

00:04:07.000 No doubt in my mind they're planning to stage an inaugural bombing in the next six to seven months, just like 9-11. 0.96

00:04:15.000 You think the worship of Bush with a 92% approval rating after they staged 9-11 was high?

00:04:21.000 Obama will probably be 98% or something, except people are now aware of government-sponsored terror.

00:04:27.000 But the Pentagon is running things for the foreign offshore banks.

00:04:33.000 We're going into receivership, and they need to stage a terror attack to slap the lid on our freedoms and liberties and complete our journey into absolute, complete enslavement, despotism.

00:04:45.000 Bondage. So, uh, three big guests today, your phone calls, a ton of news, and Dick Cheney, big time Dick Cheney, says get ready for the terror!

00:05:00.000 Doctors around the world claim that cancer and other diseases cannot live in a pH-balanced alkaline environment.

00:05:06.000 But as you know, most people are overly acidic due to stress, acidic diet, and lack of exercise.

00:05:11.000 pH balance is the foundation of energy abundance and perfect health, as well as prevention of disease.

00:05:17.000 People who alkalize the water they drink experience normalized blood sugar, mental clarity, and loss of weight.

00:05:23.000 It was intended for human beings to drink alkaline water, but due to modern way of life, most people are overly acidic.

00:05:29.000 The fact is that disease simply cannot exist in an alkaline environment.

00:05:33.000 Fat accumulates if a person consumes too much acid on a regular basis and doesn't neutralize it.

00:05:38.000 Do your part.

00:05:39.000 Alkalize and supercharge your body now! 0.92

00:05:41.000 AlkaVision Plasma pH Drops contain a special mineral salt concentrate that raises the pH of the water you drink up to the pH of 10 with only 10 drops.

00:05:57.000 Again, that's alkavision.com.

00:06:00.000 On September 11th, 2001, along with hundreds of my fellow troops, I went to Ground Zero and we knew what to do.

00:06:07.000 Or at least we thought we did.

00:06:09.000 Truth Rising is a breakthrough 9-11 film that finally gives first responders a platform to tell their story.

00:06:16.000 Whitman. EPA.

00:06:19.000 The director on the 18th made a statement that the air was safe to breathe.

00:06:25.000 This film follows the growing momentum of 9-11 truth as brave souls throughout the world take action against their global masters.

00:06:32.000 He had his hand over the radio while he was getting a countdown.

00:06:35.000 He takes his hand off and you hear three, two, one, and it was boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

00:06:41.000 This is an emergency transmission worldwide.

00:06:44.000 Download Truth Rising at PrisonPlanet.tv and aggressively spread it worldwide.

00:06:50.000 Or order the DVD at Infowars.com.

00:06:53.000 If we don't expose the government-sponsored terror, they're going to commit more acts and bring in martial law.

00:11:41.000 to be a true patriot, to defend liberty and freedom and the innocent against the new world order.

00:11:47.000 I want to hear you roar for freedom.

00:11:57.000 I want to hear your battle howl.

00:11:59.000 I can't say nothing that's a death show I can't say nothing that's a death show All right, Cheney warns of new attacks.

00:12:10.000 Cheney warns of new terrorist attacks.

00:12:14.000 Former Vice President Dick Cheney warned that there is a high probability that terrorists will attempt a catastrophic nuclear biological attack.

00:12:24.000 Incoming years.

00:12:25.000 And said he fears the Obama administration's policies will make it more likely the attempt will succeed.

00:12:31.000 How many years did I tell you?

00:12:36.000 And I saw them setting this up with Patriot Act, too.

00:12:38.000 They said, if you don't pass this, this will allow terrorists to attack.

00:12:42.000 So, this is classic terrorism.

00:12:43.000 They say, give us what we want politically, let us overthrow the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, or the boogeyman will come and will get you.

00:12:54.000 That is the definition of terrorism.

00:12:55.000 Threatening violence or carrying out violence for a political or economic gain.

00:13:01.000 And so we're being terrorized, and it even came out in White House memos.

00:13:04.000 Ari Fleischer, the previous press secretary, before Scott McClellan, and then Perino, he came out and said, yeah, the White House is issuing terror alerts for political gain, like it was no big deal, and the Associated Press reported on it.

00:13:20.000 Amazing. In a press conference.

00:13:22.000 In the White House press room.

00:13:26.000 On record, they issue these to terrorize the public and for political gain to set up this huge police state apparatus that we told you over and over and over again was being designed and set up and built publicly in all the documents, just not openly.

00:13:43.000 They weren't announcing it on the news, but if you publicly went and looked at the documents, it was for the American people, for gun owners, for marijuana smokers, For people that won't hand over their land, for people that sue government servants that call themselves officials and authorities.

00:13:59.000 And now you hear tens of thousands upon tens of thousands, in some cases tens of thousands per state, of using the Patriot Act against non-terror related cases.

00:14:09.000 Arguing with police.

00:14:11.000 Being caught with marijuana.

00:14:14.000 Fist fights.

00:14:15.000 Being charged as terrorist.

00:14:19.000 They're swinging the entire system they built around to be pointed right at myself, right at you, right at all of us.

00:14:28.000 And now we have inside the Brady campaign videotape, released from inside the bowels of that at a closed meeting, a giant auditorium filled with criminal creatures that wish to disarm defang the American people,

00:14:47.000 castrate the American people, bound the American people, so they can have our way with us, saying we're going to use the threat of terrorism with guns as the pretext to ban at will, through executive fiat, individuals owning guns. 0.62

00:15:08.000 And I'm telling you folks, I've seen them preparing it, talking about wanting to put metal detectors in shopping malls.

00:15:15.000 Wanting to put metal detectors on street corners, make citizens line up and be searched.

00:15:20.000 All of this airport security business was training, training the American people to take their shoes off, to have their toothpaste taken away, to have their bottled water taken away, to have breastfeeding mothers drink their own milk out of a bottle.

00:15:34.000 It's all about humiliation.

00:15:37.000 It's all about training you to accept it.

00:15:42.000 Now it backfired and people flying cut back massively.

00:15:45.000 So now when you fly they, yes sir, thank you.

00:15:48.000 It's all this fakeness, but they still have you submit and go through all of this.

00:15:53.000 They even changed the color of the TSA uniforms to try to confuse people.

00:15:59.000 See, it's backfiring on them.

00:16:04.000 And so now Dick Cheney got up before he left office and he said, I think Barack Obama needs to keep all the new presidential executive tools we got.

00:16:12.000 Where they say the president's even outside the executive, and the vice president's outside even the executive, and outside all branches of government, and literally can order torture, secret arrest, is above the law.

00:16:22.000 Is the law!

00:16:24.000 Like God speaking from the white throne of judgment.

00:16:29.000 And then Obama, what, three weeks ago, with Stephanopoulos on his Sunday morning TV show, said, yeah, I agree with Cheney on that.

00:16:37.000 And now they're saying, oh, we do need to keep the tools of secret arrested.

00:16:41.000 They're just going to change the name of torture to extreme and harsh interrogation.

00:16:46.000 They may close Guantanamo, but they're building other ones and saying they'll be right here in the United States.

00:16:51.000 Then they announce they're building the FEMA camps, more of them, and trying to pass laws to merge local police under them inside the military compounds.

00:16:58.000 It's all there!

00:16:59.000 Everything exactly as we told you would happen, because we were reading their own documents.

00:17:05.000 And the documents were all compartmentalized, but you could lay each one of them side by side and see a completely clear picture.

00:17:11.000 You could differ with my interpretation of it, but now in hindsight, you can't!

00:17:15.000 Exactly right!

00:17:17.000 Precisely right!

00:17:19.000 Because I've probably read 50, 60, 70 books about the Nazis, like Heinz Hobel's Order to the Death said, 900 pages, all about how they ran it, all their own memos, all their own details, how they controlled dissidents, how they took over the society, how they federalized the police.

00:17:34.000 I've probably read 15, 20 books on Joseph Stalin, on Lenin, on the purges, on the takeovers from 1917 right through into the 50s.

00:17:44.000 I've read many books about communist China, including put out by the communist government itself, admitting they killed 80 plus million.

00:17:51.000 Our media says 60 million.

00:17:53.000 They say 80 million and they're proud of it.

00:17:56.000 The government of China says 80 plus mil.

00:18:01.000 One book says 84 put out by the government.

00:18:04.000 One says 86. I don't know.

00:18:06.000 They're proud of that.

00:18:09.000 Talk about mega death.

00:18:10.000 That's mega death 80 plus times.

00:18:13.000 Mega death, one million deaths.

00:18:15.000 That's 10, 100 person, 100,000 person football stadiums.

00:18:21.000 10, 100,000 person football stadiums 80 plus times.

00:18:28.000 Think about that number.

00:18:32.000 That is thousands and thousands of sports stadiums with 100,000 people per stadium.

00:18:38.000 Gone! That's the hobby.

00:18:41.000 Some of you like to bird watch or go out and watch butterflies and bees flap around.

00:18:46.000 Some of you like to garden.

00:18:48.000 Some of you like hot rods, hop-ups.

00:18:53.000 Some of you like boating.

00:18:55.000 Some of you like watches.

00:18:58.000 Some of you like Women.

00:19:01.000 Some of you like men.

00:19:02.000 Some of you like drinking.

00:19:04.000 Some of you like sports.

00:19:05.000 Some of you ride unicycles as your hobby.

00:19:10.000 Some of you like to box.

00:19:13.000 Others like to travel. 1.00

00:19:15.000 The globalists like to kill. 0.99

00:19:18.000 And that's what they do. 1.00

00:19:21.000 And they're going to teach you to love being murdered.

00:19:24.000 They're going to teach you to love having everything you own taken from you first.

00:19:28.000 And then you can beg them for the little handouts of food.

00:19:32.000 They have to totally implode our economy and our society to create a crisis so bad with rioting and starvation that people beg to turn their guns in for food.

00:19:42.000 So we'll come back.

00:19:42.000 Cheney warns of new attacks.

00:19:46.000 In an interview with Politico, Cheney unyieldingly defended the Bush administration's support for Guantanamo Bay Prison and coercive interrogation of terrorism suspects.

00:19:54.000 We'll be right back on the other side of this key transmission.

00:19:58.000 Stay with us.

00:20:13.000 Some of the contributors to poor health are parasites, viruses, toxins, and heavy metals.

00:21:07.000 The enemy struck America on September 11th.

00:21:10.000 But who is the enemy?

00:21:11.000 Bin Laden.

00:21:12.000 This is his ammo.

00:21:13.000 We have to look to the Middle East.

00:21:15.000 We have to look to Israel. 0.79

00:21:18.000 Some U.S. investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S. I'm aware that some Israeli citizens have been detained.

00:23:59.000 Music in the morning you go running for the man.

00:24:16.000 How this works is, Obama comes in with all this hype.

00:24:21.000 In his first 200 days, he controls the House, he controls the Senate, he controls many state governors, he controls the executive, he controls the bureaucracy, the regional governors, the governors of FEMA, the true governors.

00:24:36.000 He's under international treaty control by the internationalist himself, the regional governor of the main imperial base, the United States.

00:24:45.000 And the slaves toiling here, not just under economic bondage and embargo, but deeply under mind control.

00:24:54.000 And then after their 200 days, they need a staged event.

00:24:59.000 Will it be a mass shooting in a shopping mall, hundreds dead? 0.93

00:25:04.000 Will supposed Muslim terrorists hit multiple shopping malls across the nation, and then we'll hear that they were killed? 0.98

00:25:11.000 In truth, the black op operators We'll send in Muslim double agents who believe that they're just making a drug drop-off or something in a shopping mall. 1.00

00:25:21.000 The special ops will kill them first, opening fire, then spray, wearing fake beards, into the crowd. 1.00

00:25:28.000 They'll be allowed to escape. 0.99

00:25:30.000 The feds will be on hand, ordering a stand-down, as they did at Columbine and Blacksburg.

00:25:36.000 They will then take off their beards, get in police uniforms, and go out the back into a waiting truck and leave.

00:25:44.000 Then, news video will be put on television of the Muslim terrorist. 1.00

00:25:48.000 I mean, that's how they do it. 0.66

00:25:49.000 That's how they do 7-7.

00:25:50.000 That's how they do all these events.

00:25:54.000 That's how they carried out 9-11. 0.98

00:25:56.000 We know the supposed hijackers were CIA on record, in triplicate, just from every angle admitted.

00:26:02.000 We're supposed to just forget about all that.

00:26:05.000 Or will they stage another big 9-11 with jets?

00:26:08.000 Or will they set off a nuke?

00:26:09.000 Or will they say that, oh my gosh, bird flu has jumped completely into humans, it's airborne.

00:26:14.000 Thousands dying in Canada.

00:26:15.000 Thousands dying in New York.

00:26:17.000 Thousands dying in Tokyo.

00:26:18.000 Shut down the United States.

00:26:19.000 During this time of crises, FEMA will save you.

00:26:23.000 There's so many little tricks they can pull out of that black bag they've got of black ops. 0.99

00:26:32.000 And then the people will truly learn to worship government, and learn to worship.

00:26:37.000 And the government will say to whatever we say, hand over the property, hand over the fines and fees, hand over the incredible taxation and regulation, and we will save you.

00:26:46.000 We're launching new wars against new enemies.

00:26:49.000 This country, that country was behind the attacks.

00:26:53.000 They can release a bioweapon and say it naturally mutated.

00:26:56.000 They can release a bioweapon and say that Some nation or rogue group released it, or they can do many other things.

00:27:12.000 With all the genetic engineering going on, the cross-species hybridization that gives rise to bizarre bacterial and microplasm mutations, viral mutations, it could, on its own, get out and wreak havoc even better for the globalists.

00:27:30.000 In case after case after case after case after case of Ebola and HIV and foot-in-mouth, it's all been weaponized.

00:27:38.000 In every case, it's confirmed it's released by government.

00:27:41.000 On record, it's admitted.

00:27:43.000 But it's in the back of the paper.

00:27:45.000 A few times here and there.

00:27:48.000 And the public keeps hoping.

00:27:50.000 See, they set up the economic implosion after they staged the terror attacks and get the grid in place, the control grid.

00:27:56.000 The straitjacket on humanity.

00:27:59.000 But if you free your mind, you can slip out of it.

00:28:05.000 They're testing the waters.

00:28:06.000 They've got their thumb to the wind.

00:28:08.000 Their finger to the wind.

00:28:09.000 And if they think you're going to go along with it, they will green light their operations.

00:28:17.000 A lot of people marvel.

00:28:19.000 They can't believe this show's for real.

00:28:21.000 They can't believe that I'm for real because they can't imagine someone with this In this prominent of a fashion would actually get up and fight these people if I actually believe they're as evil as I'm saying.

00:28:33.000 Yes, they're as evil as I'm saying.

00:28:35.000 But if you had logic you would know of course it's for real.

00:28:38.000 Look at the history.

00:28:39.000 Look at what we've been right about.

00:28:40.000 Look at all the facts.

00:28:42.000 Look at how it's all mainstream news now but with their spin on it.

00:28:46.000 I know that I have no future and no chance of a future if these people aren't beaten.

00:28:53.000 I know they've done tens of thousands of declassified tests of chemicals, biologicals, radiologicals, killing U.S. citizens, other citizens around the world, and their own troops.

00:29:01.000 I know they've staged hundreds of admitted terror attacks.

00:29:04.000 I know they murdered hundreds of millions of people last century.

00:29:09.000 And frankly, I'm into humanity.

00:29:11.000 I know I live forever.

00:29:13.000 Just like my ancestors lived through me, as long as the species continues, and these globalists don't wreck it, and don't completely alter what we are, I live on through those that come.

00:29:25.000 I am steadfastly committed and tied in to my species and I love you.

00:29:32.000 And I am going in and going in full throttle.

00:29:35.000 X-foils locked in attack position.

00:29:38.000 So focus.

00:29:40.000 Engage in the info war.

00:29:41.000 We'll cover chaining in detail when we get back.

00:29:43.000 And cover a lot of other news on the economy.

00:29:46.000 Stay with us.

00:29:50.000 We're on the march.

00:29:52.000 The empire's on the run.

00:33:05.000 And free men you are.

00:33:10.000 What will you do without freedom will you fight Yes, that no we will run I And we will live!

00:33:25.000 Aye. Fight and you may die. 0.99

00:33:28.000 Run, and you'll live. 0.96

00:33:31.000 At least a while.

00:33:35.000 And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies That they may take our lives, But they'll never take all freedom!

00:33:57.000 *Mario plays*

00:34:07.000 This is your chance.

00:34:08.000 All of you out there who said you never turn your guns in, they've got gun mills introduced that basically ban everything.

00:34:14.000 Without courts, without judges, anything.

00:34:19.000 They're openly, publicly in the news, building giant FEMA camps everywhere, merging the local police and military with them. 0.82

00:34:27.000 They're openly saying, brace for more terror attacks.

00:34:30.000 Foreign banks are openly announcing world government and stealing tens of trillions of dollars and telling us we've got to pay it all back with interest to them.

00:34:39.000 Paying them to steal it all.

00:34:41.000 What you gonna do about it?

00:34:45.000 You got to get the word out so people know who the real enemy is.

00:34:49.000 If the people move in asymmetrical info war at the ground level, the force of multiplication of exponential info will be so massive it will smash the enemy.

00:35:00.000 They are already in deep trouble.

00:35:01.000 They're already countering everything we're talking about here with PSAs and propaganda TV commercials everywhere.

00:35:07.000 They know they have congressional hearings admitting they're losing all credibility.

00:35:11.000 They're openly naming 9-11 Truth as an enemy of the state.

00:35:15.000 Because we fight for the Republican truth and justice.

00:35:18.000 They have called us out and they admit in their own councils that they are in danger and that they are not invincible.

00:35:27.000 They have analyzed the organic attack profile that we have launched against them and they understand that if you move against them they will fall.

00:35:38.000 By the very nature of their attack against us, it is so huge.

00:35:41.000 It is so over-the-top.

00:35:43.000 It is so incredibly obvious and ridiculously evil. 0.98

00:35:47.000 Ridiculously! Just incredible!

00:35:51.000 Hundreds of newspapers openly announcing world government, saying the very banks that engineered the collapse, you'll pay carbon taxes to them and they'll control every financial institution, major corporations with carbon taxes, and bureaucrats that work for them, and open private brigades of tattletale squads and environmental squads under the president, and then governmental brigades, and then giant domestic military that the Pentagon now announced two days ago, confirming everything we warned you about.

00:36:16.000 It's here, man!

00:36:17.000 They're marching on us!

00:36:20.000 And they'll try to put out their propaganda that, well, we're not marching against you.

00:36:25.000 This isn't an assault.

00:36:26.000 We're your friends.

00:36:29.000 Balderdash. Poppycock.

00:36:33.000 This is a fraud.

00:36:35.000 I mean, how could we not be fighting this?

00:36:37.000 How could we not be saying no to it?

00:36:40.000 All it has is that cloak of, it's our government.

00:36:44.000 It's our government, it's corrupt, but it's still our government.

00:36:47.000 It is not your government.

00:36:48.000 It has been hijacked.

00:36:51.000 The state governments, the federal government are fully under international treaty and agreement and have handed over all their authority.

00:37:02.000 You know, Obama said during the campaign, he was going to have this big Buy America initiative.

00:37:13.000 And then he came out and said, oh, don't worry, that was just rhetoric.

00:37:16.000 Besides, that would violate the World Trade Organization agreement we signed.

00:37:19.000 That's right.

00:37:20.000 The government can't even say it has a Buy America initiative.

00:37:25.000 See, there's no sovereignty there.

00:37:27.000 They create the World Trade Organization in 95, and within a few years, Congress had passed laws signing over all its authority.

00:37:37.000 But it's a fraud!

00:37:38.000 Just like they passed a law October 3rd last year, ceding all authority over to private offshore banks where everything is secret and nothing can be looked at or reviewed.

00:37:47.000 And the Federal Reserve, one of the board members, was in front of Congress last week saying, I'm not going to tell you where the trillions went.

00:37:52.000 And congressmen are on record saying, where is the money?

00:37:55.000 I don't have to tell you, punk!

00:37:57.000 I don't have to tell you, punk!

00:38:02.000 And that's a fraudulent contract.

00:38:04.000 A real contract to stand up in court has to be fair, it has to have compensation.

00:38:10.000 And it can't be a fraud.

00:38:12.000 That's like if somebody can trick your 12-year-old son or daughter at school to sign a contract, signing over all their money, all their wealth, all their intellectual property in their entire life, it's a fraudulent contract.

00:38:27.000 If you trick an adult into signing a fraudulent contract, It can't stand up.

00:38:31.000 It's a fraud!

00:38:32.000 Offshore banks come in here and pay off the Congress to sign over all its authority on trade to an offshore private board?

00:38:42.000 And they just do it?

00:38:45.000 That's what the Pentagon's there for now.

00:38:48.000 Thomas Barnett, the big Naval War College expert, he goes on C-SPAN and admits it.

00:38:54.000 That they work for Madison Avenue and the big banks and Wall Street.

00:38:58.000 I set him up for the show one time, and right before the show, he checked out who I was and said, no, I'm not coming on to John.

00:39:03.000 We're on the show right now.

00:39:06.000 So we called Barnett.

00:39:08.000 I called him during a break, and I said, why don't you come on?

00:39:10.000 He said, I'm not gonna grace and give validity to anything you say.

00:39:14.000 I'm not coming on your show.

00:39:16.000 And I said, your New World Order will be defeated.

00:39:18.000 We're gonna stop world government.

00:39:20.000 He's just like, ha ha, keep on praying. 0.85

00:39:23.000 Keep on hoping, and like, cackled like a witch. 0.96

00:39:27.000 And I said, I commit before God, we're going to defeat you.

00:39:29.000 And he just went, yeah, and hung the phone up.

00:39:32.000 I mean, you get on the phones with these guys and say, we're going to defeat global government.

00:39:35.000 We're going to defend the republic.

00:39:36.000 And they're just, ha ha, keep on dreaming.

00:39:42.000 Keep on dreaming.

00:39:43.000 We run this thing.

00:39:45.000 We're in control.

00:39:49.000 And to the public, it's all, oh, the children, the terrorists are going to attack with guns.

00:39:56.000 Just turn in the firearms.

00:39:58.000 Just let us have some reasonable gun control for the children so they're safe.

00:40:03.000 Let us ban whatever we want and register everyone. 1.00

00:40:06.000 Then by fiat, ban anyone we want from owning a gun and ban any guns we want.

00:40:11.000 Sign over to international bodies and unidirect the UN to control us through treaty.

00:40:17.000 We just want to be your friend.

00:40:19.000 We're the government, huh?

00:40:21.000 Thank you.

00:40:26.000 Just turn the guns in and everything will be fine and then you'll be safe.

00:40:31.000 You'll be safe.

00:40:33.000 We want to protect you.

00:40:34.000 We're the government.

00:40:36.000 We're the nice people.

00:40:38.000 We're Rahm Emanuel and Nancy Pelosi and Dick Cheney and Secretary of Defense Gates.

00:40:45.000 There you go.

00:40:46.000 Give me that gun. 0.98

00:40:47.000 There. There now.

00:40:49.000 Now these nice men in black uniforms are going to take care of you.

00:40:54.000 But wait, you said I'd be safe if I did this.

00:40:56.000 You are safe.

00:40:57.000 Safe to be my slave if I choose to allow you to live.

00:41:03.000 That is literally the spirit we're dealing with. 1.00

00:41:13.000 Fool! Fool! 1.00

00:41:16.000 Weak-minded! 1.00

00:41:17.000 Now you will die! 1.00

00:41:18.000 *Pewds* 0.89

00:41:23.000 Imagine the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence that our forebearers built to defend against tyranny.

00:41:31.000 Built to strengthen liberty as a fortress.

00:41:35.000 Now its walls pulled down, its battlements crushed, its doors rammed open, but still we're here inside Fortress Liberty.

00:41:42.000 We could still defend the breaches, but instead the enemy has its own agents above us leading the citadel.

00:41:49.000 Stand down!

00:41:50.000 It's your friends!

00:41:51.000 There's no army at the gates!

00:41:52.000 There's no assault!

00:41:53.000 There's no New World Order!

00:41:55.000 Don't listen to conspiracy theorists!

00:41:58.000 Those of you at the walls, at the holes, at the breaches, stand back!

00:42:02.000 Lay down your swords!

00:42:03.000 There's no army there!

00:42:07.000 And we say their catapults, their siege engines have knocked holes.

00:42:10.000 There are their forces just ten feet ahead, waiting for us to stand aside.

00:42:15.000 Silence! There is no assault!

00:42:17.000 Listen to the fool! 1.00

00:42:20.000 Who is he to speak? 1.00

00:42:26.000 But now, the enemy is pouring in through the breaches.

00:42:30.000 The public did stand down.

00:42:32.000 Not all of them.

00:42:34.000 And so they're in the news going, Yes, there's an army here to protect you!

00:42:38.000 Lay down your arms! 0.95

00:42:40.000 Yes, yes, yes!

00:42:42.000 But wait, five minutes ago you said there wasn't an army there.

00:42:44.000 Oh, well, nah.

00:42:46.000 It doesn't matter.

00:42:47.000 It doesn't matter.

00:42:48.000 There was a crisis in the castle.

00:42:51.000 There were traitors within that tore down the walls, and now the army is here to arrest them.

00:42:57.000 Well, wait a minute.

00:42:57.000 The traitors you're talking about are the ones that warned us that you were pulling down the walls.

00:43:01.000 Silence! Arrest that one as well! 0.99

00:43:03.000 He is with the enemy!

00:43:08.000 That's what they did.

00:43:09.000 They said, there's no New World Order, there's no globalism, there's no New World Order, there's no plan for North American Union, there's no plan to take your guns, there's no plan for foreign banks to take over.

00:43:24.000 And then now, all over the place, they announce, oh yes, a huge central foreign bank to run everything, to save the economy, and we'll pay our taxes to the foreign bank, and it'll all be secret what they do.

00:43:35.000 And the New World Order's real, but it's good. 0.98

00:43:40.000 All over the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Times of London, London Guardian.

00:43:49.000 Articles with headlines like, and now for world government, and the new world order to the rescue.

00:43:58.000 And their readers are commenting in the comment pages going with thousands of comments, well wait, you said this didn't exist and I thought those people were kooks, but now this article says it does exist, but I guess maybe they're saying this will fix the economy. 0.85

00:44:12.000 I want my 401k to survive and they're saying only by rolling it into a larger governmental union can that happen.

00:44:19.000 I guess maybe I'm for it then.

00:44:23.000 But others are going, wait a minute, you said this didn't exist all the time.

00:44:27.000 It's the banks that are doing all this.

00:44:29.000 They're the ones that engineered this.

00:44:30.000 What are you talking about?

00:44:34.000 Then they'll write other sub-articles and comments going, Nah, you just don't know what's needed.

00:44:40.000 You have lack of vision.

00:44:41.000 You're small-minded. 0.95

00:44:43.000 You want to go backwards in time, not forwards.

00:44:48.000 So now they've imploded the United States like a corpse that's cooling.

00:44:54.000 It's still warm, but it will soon become ice cold.

00:44:58.000 We live inside the corpse.

00:45:03.000 It could still be resurrected, but only by you becoming extremely focused, informed, and animated.

00:45:13.000 To see the country covered with ticks and fleas and mites, feeding and sucking on it, and now the color went out of its pink flesh, it turned white and then blue.

00:45:27.000 Now it begins to rot.

00:45:29.000 The lips pull back from the teeth.

00:45:31.000 The eyes no longer have any life in them.

00:45:34.000 Become like dark jelly.

00:45:37.000 And the ticks climb over, celebrating and preening and blowing their trumpets.

00:45:44.000 They've opened the door and an army of bigger, more disgusting ticks comes toddling in. 0.99

00:45:52.000 Swaying, filled with the blood of all the third world nations they've smashed and destroyed and murdered and euthanized and injected with cancer viruses. 1.00

00:46:01.000 Celebrating the...

00:46:02.000 Ah, we're pulling it down!

00:46:03.000 We're pulling the republic down!

00:46:06.000 All we did in the Soviet Union, all the tens of millions murdered, soon we'll truly sop on blood! 0.59

00:46:14.000 We'll dine on men's flesh tonight! 1.00

00:46:21.000 Soon you will taste the blood of Americans. 0.93

00:46:25.000 Soon you will dine on them.

00:46:27.000 Soon you will pull their children away from them as they beg and plead. 0.82

00:46:32.000 What say you throngs of vampires? 1.00

00:46:34.000 Of soulless cretins of Satan? 0.99

00:46:37.000 What say you for our great victory over the Republic? 0.98

00:46:40.000 What say you?

00:46:42.000 And they cheer, Yes!

00:46:44.000 Yes! Soon we will stage the final terror attacks!

00:46:49.000 Soon we will!

00:46:51.000 Completely smash the republic and soon they will beg and plead and you, your dark spirits, will be able to feed all the ancient spirits of evil that inhabit this throng, this horde, these legions of darkness, will be able to sup on the terror and pain of the American people!

00:47:12.000 The ancient enemy of the New World Order will soon be in our control and the mass murder of these enemies will be greater than our supping! 0.91

00:47:21.000 Are feeding in Russia and China and Germany and Africa and Latin America! 0.95

00:47:26.000 Soon we will kill with wanton abandon! 1.00

00:47:29.000 Soon we will revel in their blood! 1.00

00:47:37.000 I see the enemy.

00:47:40.000 I can stare right past the New World Order's veils.

00:47:43.000 I know their spirit.

00:47:45.000 And what you just saw was nothing more than a mirror into the heart of darkness.

00:47:51.000 into what you face.

00:47:53.000 Your impoverishment is certain.

00:47:56.000 Your enslavement is near.

00:47:59.000 Your death, for many of you, is a guaranteed, a guarantor, unless you rise in every way known to you.

00:48:11.000 Unless you let the Spirit of the Living God inhabit you, and unless you say a prayer That you commit yourself to whatever danger, you commit yourself into the God of life's hands and ask the Great Creator to empower and to breathe life into your limbs and into your soul and into your mind and commit yourself to the fight against darkness.

00:48:34.000 That is the only escape and it may not be a physical escape.

00:48:41.000 But it is a guaranteed spiritual escape and an eternal escape.

00:48:47.000 The devil's greatest trick was to teach the public that he didn't exist.

00:48:54.000 And that's what they've done.

00:48:55.000 Even if you're an atheist, notice that they've taught you there's no good and evil. 0.98

00:48:59.000 They wrote books like Beyond Good and Evil.

00:49:02.000 They teach you there's no moral compass, so you will stand down.

00:49:05.000 So you are rudderless, but they have their moral compass.

00:49:07.000 Death and destruction and eternal domination, the high priest of power always pressing on the nerve of power, always tearing apart the innocent, the begging, the pleading.

00:49:16.000 It's not about state control.

00:49:18.000 It's not about even them running things.

00:49:20.000 It's about attacking goodness.

00:49:22.000 Everything they build is the savage goodness and honor and beauty.

00:49:27.000 They hate it!

00:49:28.000 The darkness runs from the light.

00:49:34.000 And they have been building towards their great work, sucking down the United States, using its remnants as fodder, as coal, in their blast furnace, to roll forward their great siege engines of destruction, their warmocks, their battering rams, to tear down the few remaining countries in the world that have not fallen to the ultimate evil.

00:49:59.000 If you're in the military, you serve the greatest evil ever known.

00:50:04.000 Period. You may not be an evil person, but you are in an evil government.

00:50:08.000 You are in an evil army.

00:50:10.000 If you are a policeman, most cities have fully fallen to the evil. 0.69

00:50:14.000 They have delusional, weak-minded people running their systems.

00:50:17.000 You are serving evil.

00:50:20.000 You say, but things will fall apart if we're not here.

00:50:22.000 That's right.

00:50:23.000 They've built a system.

00:50:24.000 They have built a degenerate system where they are needed.

00:50:27.000 Why are they destroying the economy now?

00:50:29.000 To bring in more domestication, more control, to tie down the people so they can feed on us. 1.00

00:50:36.000 They are spiritual vampires. 0.98

00:50:41.000 They are soulless black holes who only exist to tear down innocence. 0.99

00:50:49.000 They are your mortal enemy, and they are here among us, and their numbers swell.

00:50:55.000 But our numbers, and he that is in us, is greater than he who is in the world.

00:51:00.000 Alex Jones here with a question.

00:55:04.000 Ooh. Don't they help themselves.

00:55:06.000 The tax man gives him the key to the land.

00:55:10.000 And they don't even pay taxes themselves!

00:55:15.000 Ha ha ha ha ha!

00:55:19.000 Cheney warns of new attacks terrorizing the public.

00:55:25.000 Politico Cheney unyieldingly defended the Bush administration's support for the Guantanamo Bay prison and coercive interrogation of terrorist suspects.

00:55:35.000 As he asserted, President Obama will either backtrack on his stated intentions to end those policies or put the country at risk.

00:55:44.000 You keep the torture going, the secret arrest, or the risk, in ways more severe than most Americans and, he charged, many members of Obama's own team understand.

00:55:54.000 When we get people who are more concerned about reading the rights to an Al-Qaeda terrorist, you mean a pot smoker or a woman who raises her voice to police, than they are with protecting the United States against people who are absolutely committed to doing anything they can to kill Americans, then I worry.

00:56:09.000 Oh, Cheney, you care so much about us.

00:56:13.000 Protecting the country's security is a tough, mean, dirty, nasty business, he said.

00:56:18.000 You gotta work on the dark side.

00:56:20.000 Remember that quote from Cheney?

00:56:22.000 You gotta work on the dark side sometimes.

00:56:24.000 These are evil people.

00:56:26.000 It takes one to know one, doesn't it?

00:56:28.000 And we're not going to win this fight by turning the other cheek.

00:56:33.000 Citing intelligence reports, Cheney said at least 61 of the inmates who were released from Guantanamo during the Bush administration, that's about 11 to 12 percent, have gone back into the business of being terrorists.

00:56:44.000 Yes, popping up on CIA front websites.

00:56:48.000 That was the whole point.

00:56:48.000 They took innocent people there and turned them into operatives.

00:56:50.000 The 200 or so inmates still there, he claimed, I even said on air they were going to have them popping up on TV, and they did.

00:56:56.000 I just got the people figured out, man.

00:56:58.000 It's sick to be able to look right into their minds.

00:57:02.000 The 200 or so inmates still there, he claimed, are the hardcore, whose recidivism rate would be much higher.

00:57:09.000 Lawyers for Guantanamo detainees have strongly disputed the recidivism figures, asserting that the Pentagon data have inconsistencies and omissions.

00:57:18.000 How do you know they're guilty if they haven't been tried? 0.61

00:57:23.000 I mean, this is ridiculous.

00:57:25.000 And then the author of Bone Crusher, Jawbreaker, we had him on, the CIA section chief over in Afghanistan admitted that they would just go grab innocent 14-year-old kids and put them in there. 0.61

00:57:37.000 Cheney called Guantanamo a first-class program and a necessary facility, that it's operated legally and with better food and treatment than the jails in inmates' native countries.

00:57:47.000 But he said he worried that instead of sitting down and carefully evaluating the policies, Obama officials are unwisely following campaign rhetoric and preparing to release terrorism suspects or afford them legal protection.

00:57:57.000 What does this do?

00:57:58.000 This is Cheney.

00:57:59.000 This is play acting.

00:58:01.000 They've left all the key globalists in.

00:58:03.000 They've brought in the Clinton people.

00:58:04.000 They've left Gates and all these other neocons in.

00:58:06.000 All these neocons like Max Boot and others are saying we love Obama now.

00:58:10.000 All of this is going on and happening.

00:58:15.000 And then Cheney comes out and says Obama isn't getting tough on terrorists, and that makes his stance, which is really the same one, look good to liberals.

00:58:22.000 See, that's how the left and right paradigm works.

00:58:24.000 They give each other political cover.

00:58:25.000 This will energize Obama's base.

00:58:29.000 All right, I'm going to get more into this, but for 30 minutes we're going to have a guest on, going in on the horn, getting into all the illegalities going on, including Secretary of State Clinton.

00:58:42.000 Thank you for listening to GCN.

00:58:50.000 Hello friends, this is Alex Jones.

00:58:52.000 I've told you for a long time.

00:58:53.000 It's important to be self-sufficient and today That's more important than ever.

00:58:57.000 We need to be independent and food and water is the key You'll never have to stand in a bread line.

00:59:02.000 Do you have your own bread?

00:59:03.000 You'll never have to go to the Superdome and beg for FEMA to take care of your family in any emergency If you simply prepare no one is gonna take care of your family in the final equation But you you know e foods direct comm is still able to ship storable food That's safe from E. Coli Salmonella genetic alteration or Chinese imports and they do it every day We're good to 0.93

00:59:41.000 go. Waging war on corruption.

00:59:55.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:04.000 Big Brother.

01:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

01:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

01:00:10.000 You want answers?

01:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:25.000 Eugene Volokh is our guest for the next 20 minutes or so.

01:00:29.000 He's a Gary T. Swartz Professor of Law at UCLA Law School.

01:00:33.000 And we've heard about Hillary Clinton being in the Senate voting for a pay raise for the executive and under the Constitution, you're not supposed to be able to serve if in the term right before that you voted yourself a pay raise in the executive. 0.76

01:00:43.000 That's basically how it boils down.

01:00:45.000 And there's other things like if you're an executive in government, you're not supposed to go overseas and get involved in policy with private groups unauthorized by the State Department or whatever.

01:00:54.000 And they do that with the Bilderberg Group and other things.

01:00:56.000 So I wanted to talk to him about how they get away with not following this.

01:00:59.000 I saw him cited in the Judicial Watch case that they filed against Hillary Clinton.

01:01:05.000 Judicial Watch files lawsuit challenging Hillary Clinton's appointment on behalf of State Department Foreign Service officer.

01:01:11.000 So that's why we have Eugene Volick on with us today.

01:01:14.000 u_c_l_ a law professor sure thanks for coming on very much my pleasure.

01:01:20.000 What's really going on here?

01:01:22.000 How does Hillary get away with this? 1.00

01:01:24.000 Well, so the Constitution says that no senator shall, during the time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil office, such as, for example, the Cabinet, which shall have been created, or the emoluments were of, shall have been increased during such time.

01:01:41.000 So what happened was that Congress increased the salary for Secretary of State during the Uh, the time that, uh, that, uh, essentially during Senator Clinton's, uh, latest term.

01:01:53.000 Um, but then it decreased the salary, uh, for that very same office, uh, when it looked like Senator Clinton was being appointed.

01:02:02.000 So the question is whether that constitutes a situation where the emoluments of the office shall have been increased during such time because there are ones increased, even though later decreased, or whether that doesn't constitute emoluments having been increased because On balance, after the plus and the minus, the emoluments are precisely the same as at the start of her term.

01:02:23.000 That's the constitutional question.

01:02:25.000 So it's a letter of the law versus spirit of the law question?

01:02:28.000 Well, it's not really clear what the spirit of the law is.

01:02:31.000 You might say the spirit of the law is to Avoid any possible incentive for legislators to increase salaries.

01:02:40.000 Well, I'm no constitutional law scholar like yourself, but it seems this is the supreme law of the land.

01:02:46.000 It needs to be honored, so don't you want to go on the more conservative side and say that she shouldn't be able to do this? 0.98

01:02:52.000 Well, remember, the Constitution doesn't just have this provision.

01:02:56.000 the constitution also has an article to another pretty important provision which is the presidential of the power to appoint officers to the constitution quite deliberately creates that uh...

01:03:06.000 a yet as keen during which the president can choose those people whom he wants to serve and implement his policy so on the one hand it gives cook president this power.

01:03:16.000 On the other hand, it limits the power.

01:03:17.000 It's not clear to me that the limitations should somehow be read extra assertively, as opposed to the grant of power being read extra assertively.

01:03:27.000 I think we should read both of them reasonably, and the question is whether shall have been increased should be interpreted as referring to any increase during that term, or just an aggregate increase.

01:03:39.000 So it's another separation of powers issue where they set it up perfectly to really create gridlock.

01:03:46.000 No, no, I don't think that's right.

01:03:49.000 The framers deliberately gave the executive very broad authority to select whomever he pleases as his officers, as his cabinet members, subject, of course, to confirmation by the Senate.

01:04:04.000 But they imposed this limitation I don't What

01:04:40.000 about the letter of the law?

01:04:42.000 We'll come back and talk about that on the other side.

01:04:45.000 And then I want to pick your brain about a few other constitutional issues as well.

01:04:51.000 We appreciate our guest joining us.

01:04:54.000 He's a UCLA law School professor, we'll be right back.

01:05:00.000 Phase one of the insiders plan for a one-world government has been initiated with the recent bailout.

01:05:06.000 International bankers and power brokers have engineered the current crisis to create a new currency and a new world bank to act as savior.

01:05:13.000 But we've only seen the beginning.

01:05:15.000 Their next engineered crisis will be on a scale never before seen in modern times.

01:05:19.000 Shortages and empty shelves will spread fear and panic across the land.

01:05:22.000 The insiders have discovered that they must control two things to seize total power.

01:05:27.000 Phase 1 is a one-world currency, which we are currently being prepared to accept.

01:05:31.000 Phase 2 of their insidious plan is complete control of our food supplies.

01:08:01.000 He's the t-rex of political talk Alex Jones on the GCN radio network Okay, we're talking to law professor UCLA law school Eugene Bollock About this controversy about Hillary Clinton Raising the executive branch cabinet pay and then changing it back I mean Lawyers

01:08:32.000 have to give some opinion on this, though.

01:08:33.000 I mean, it looks 50-50 down the middle.

01:08:36.000 What is your opinion, sir?

01:08:38.000 Well, I do think it's a pretty close case.

01:08:41.000 I think that precedent, in this case legislative rather than judicial precedent, cuts in favor of the constitutionality of this.

01:08:50.000 These kinds of fixes to the emoluments problem have been around for a long time.

01:08:58.000 several decades from the start of the 20th century.

01:09:00.000 They've been not uncommon since about 1970.

01:09:03.000 They actually called the Saxby fix after the name of a particular appointee for whom such a statute was enacted.

01:09:11.000 What is premious?

01:09:12.000 Both Democratic and Republican administrations have taken advantage of them.

01:09:16.000 There's one exception, the Reagan administration.

01:09:19.000 One reason that Judge Bork, Justice Kennedy is on the court now, is that Senator Hatch, who had been considered as an option by the Reagan administration after Judge Bork was rejected by the Senate, Senator Hatch, the Reagan administration concluded, was disqualified, and the Reagan administration's view was that this kind of fix, lowering the salary for the office for the remainder of the term, was not an adequate fix.

01:09:47.000 So there has been some dissent from this view from the Reagan administration, And I think that precedent should have some weight.

01:10:08.000 Okay, but you say this changed in the last hundred years.

01:10:11.000 What was the previous precedent?

01:10:13.000 Because don't you want to go back to the closest precedent of the founding?

01:10:16.000 Well, I think that's right, but I'm unaware of any real past precedent with regard to that.

01:10:22.000 It's not like somebody tried that in 1795 and everybody said, no, no, no, of course that's not true.

01:10:27.000 But see, that's what I'm saying.

01:10:29.000 If there isn't this question coming up previously, then it looks like they didn't violate it, or questionably violate it previously.

01:10:37.000 So this is something newer.

01:10:39.000 I think that leans towards it.

01:10:42.000 Well, we have the text that is pretty ambiguous.

01:10:48.000 So, if there was some precedent at the time of the framing that said, the ambiguity needs to be resolved this one particular way, then I agree, that would be pretty persuasive.

01:10:56.000 But the thing is, there was no such discussion around the time of the framing.

01:10:59.000 Nobody had raised the issue around the time of the framing, so as a consequence, we don't have framing error precedent, to the extent we have precedent.

01:11:08.000 No, no we don't.

01:11:10.000 I mean, if you could point me to something for all I know, maybe there is something that nobody has identified, but if you could point me to something...

01:11:14.000 No, no, no, I wasn't disagreeing with you.

01:11:16.000 I just...

01:11:18.000 What I'm trying to say here is, if they didn't have this question raised until 90 to 100 years ago, then it sounds like they just did what Reagan did, and if there was any question, then they would do what they did with Hatch, and disqualify them from No, it's just that this option wasn't discussed.

01:11:47.000 It wasn't that it was discussed and rejected.

01:11:49.000 It's just that it wasn't discussed.

01:11:51.000 I actually don't know what the pattern of the era was.

01:11:53.000 It may be that it was fairly uncommon for salaries to be raised or for senators to be appointed to those kinds of positions.

01:11:58.000 It's hard to tell.

01:11:59.000 But in any event, there isn't the kind of precedent that I think would show some deliberate judgment as to one interpretation or another.

01:12:08.000 I should say, I thought that it was pretty close.

01:12:10.000 I do think it's pretty close on the text, but I actually lean in favor of thinking that there is no constitutional problem even under the text.

01:12:18.000 Imagine that you're considering a new job, and you're kind of wondering whether there's been an increase in the salary.

01:12:24.000 So you ask, well, has the salary been increased during the past year?

01:12:28.000 And somebody says, well, you know, it went up by $10,000, but then it was cut by the same $10,000.

01:12:32.000 Would you say, yes, the salary has been increased during the past year?

01:12:37.000 Okay, so that brings a lot of clarity to this.

01:12:50.000 Why do you think Judicial Watch is going after Hillary for this? 1.00

01:12:57.000 That's my view, but I think thoughtful, reasonable people can take an opposite view.

01:13:02.000 They obviously feel that this is impermissible, and they're willing to litigate it, and it'll be interesting to see what happens.

01:13:09.000 I'm going to get them on to find out what they think about it.

01:13:12.000 Shifting gears, have you heard about the new missing memos that they found in White House computers, giving more clarity?

01:13:20.000 uh... to john you saying the president was basically god and his own separate branch of government even outside the executive uh...

01:13:27.000 fourth amendment doesn't apply to military operations abroad or the u.s.

01:13:31.000 the memo titled re authority for use of military force to combat terrorist activities within the united states concludes the fourth amendment protections against warrantless search and seizure don't apply to military operations even within the operations take place on u.s.

01:13:45.000 soil what do you think of that You know, I haven't read the memo, but there is a pretty long-standing, unresolved question about the extent to which the Fourth Amendment applies to national security matters.

01:13:57.000 The court has made clear the Fourth Amendment does not apply to searches outside of the U.S. involving people who are not U.S. citizens.

01:14:05.000 That's a case called Verdugo Requitis.

01:14:08.000 Yes. The military operations, but also non-military ones, outside of the U.S. But sir, we have federal laws, like Posse Comitatus, saying the military shouldn't even be involved in domestic operations of law enforcement, period.

01:14:21.000 So that right there blocks it.

01:14:23.000 So there's a case called, which is often called Keith, although it's actually U.S. v.

01:14:28.000 U.S., I think U.S. District Court, which asked the question whether the Fourth Amendment applies at all to national security surveillance within the U.S. And the court has left that unresolved.

01:14:40.000 This is in the 1970s.

01:14:42.000 It's not clear whether this is true.

01:14:44.000 My understanding, and I'm not a historian of this, my understanding is that past American practice has been that national security surveillance was done routinely without any sense of a constitutional problem.

01:14:56.000 Really? Then why were they saying it was illegal?

01:14:58.000 Then they had to retroactively pass along Congress.

01:15:02.000 I'm sorry, you're talking about the telephone surveillance question.

01:15:07.000 Yes. I think the surveillance that was going on may very well have been a violation of a pre-existing federal statute.

01:15:17.000 I don't think the surveillance of the telephone calls overseas, or half of the U.S. have overseas, was a Fourth Amendment violation.

01:15:26.000 It may have been a statutory one.

01:15:27.000 Do you agree with the last two Supreme Court rulings?

01:15:31.000 Really slashing the 4th Amendment to bits?

01:15:33.000 I mean, why do we even have it then?

01:15:35.000 Oh, well, I'm sorry.

01:15:36.000 That kind of assumes the conclusion, right?

01:15:38.000 The 4th Amendment says there are no...

01:15:40.000 that the government may not engage in unreasonable searches and seizures.

01:15:46.000 It also says that warrants shall be issued on probable cause.

01:15:50.000 But... We all for affirmation!

01:15:52.000 ...

01:15:52.000 unreasonable searches and seizures.

01:15:54.000 So the real question is, what's reasonable, what's not?

01:15:56.000 Unfortunately, the 4th Amendment doesn't tell us that.

01:15:59.000 Wait a minute, just a second.

01:16:00.000 It certainly doesn't tell us the exclusionary rule is required.

01:16:01.000 Were you advising General Hayden when he was at the NSA?

01:16:05.000 Because he got up in front of law scholars, and they were tearing him up on C-SPAN, and he said, no, it doesn't need probable cause.

01:16:13.000 It only needs to be reasonable.

01:16:15.000 And, you know, that's chopping the amendment up.

01:16:19.000 And then, you know, as Thomas Jefferson said, you know, trying to squeeze a meaning in there that isn't there.

01:16:25.000 I mean, the whole body of evidence and precedent is saying you've got to, you know, it's got to be reasonable, you've got to owe the Reformation, you've got to have probable cause. 0.83

01:16:34.000 No, no, so if you want to talk precedent, especially from the framing era, the fact is that the scope of searches by the federal government, in particular during the federal era, was pretty narrow.

01:16:47.000 But one area where they did do searches was That's under admiralty.

01:17:01.000 Well, it's not actually I think admiralty law technically, but the federal power to search things coming into the U.S. is part of federal power, just as federal power would be to record conversations that are coming into the U.S. So in any event, there's certainly precedent for the notion, in fact ample precedent, that reasonableness doesn't always require a probable cause.

01:17:22.000 There's also precedent for the notion that sometimes it requires probable cause.

01:17:24.000 I don't think these questions are at all straightforward, nor do I say that government should always win in these cases, not by any means.

01:17:30.000 But I do think we have to recognize the Fourth Amendment says there should be no unreasonable searches and seizures, and then in a separate clause it says no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause.

01:17:39.000 It doesn't say there shall be no searches without probable cause.

01:17:42.000 It doesn't say there shall be no searches without a warrant.

01:17:45.000 So the court has had to struggle with trying to figure out what this means in light of both the text and historical practice that says sometimes a warrant is required, sometimes probable cause is required, sometimes it's not.

01:17:55.000 Well, I mean, who can say that there aren't cameras in school bathrooms and there aren't face scanning cameras going up everywhere and the police aren't wearing black uniforms and ski masks?

01:18:05.000 I mean, this country's turning into a police state and people can kind of put perfume on it all day, but it really is a monstrosity.

01:18:13.000 Well, you know, it's very hard to talk about general matters like that.

01:18:17.000 Okay, here's an example.

01:18:17.000 The Patriot Act is now being used against people, charging them as terrorists, who argue with flight attendants.

01:18:23.000 It's now being used in thousands of marijuana cases, as I'm sure you know, Professor.

01:18:27.000 So, the Patriot Act is a whole bunch of different provisions, some of them having to do something that's straightforward.

01:18:32.000 Yeah, but they said it was for terrorists.

01:18:34.000 Well, some provisions have to do with terrorism, some provisions are more broad law enforcement provisions.

01:18:41.000 The Patriot Act, it's funny how everything in the past several years has been blamed on the Patriot Act.

01:18:49.000 The Patriot Act has become a stand-in for the entirety of government law enforcement and anti-terrorism policy.

01:18:55.000 Patriot has a bunch of different provisions, if you want to talk about particular ones, I'm happy to criticize someone.

01:18:59.000 Section 802.

01:19:02.000 Changing the definition and broadening it to any action that endangers human life that's a violation of any federal or state law.

01:19:08.000 And I'm sure you know they're using it to get around people's rights all over the United States.

01:19:14.000 Local governments are.

01:19:15.000 They're charging people with terrorism for spilling Bloody Mary on an airplane.

01:19:20.000 Well, hold on one moment.

01:19:21.000 Section 802, Definition of Domestic Terrorism.

01:19:23.000 Okay, so it changes a particular provision of the federal Section 231 statute to include acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of criminal laws and that appear to be intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population.

01:19:40.000 I could keep reading.

01:19:41.000 If you can point me to a particular persecution where that's being used in order to go after things that are not dangerous to human life and that are not intended to coerce the civilian population or influence the policy of government, I'd be happy to look at that and criticize that.

01:23:58.000 Music Okay, Professor Eugene Volokh, UCLA Law School, is our guest.

01:24:10.000 This is a short segment.

01:24:13.000 Sir, uh, we just googled it.

01:24:15.000 In-flight confrontations can lead to charges defined as terrorism.

01:24:19.000 L.A. Times.

01:24:21.000 January 20th.

01:24:22.000 I mean, you knew Section 802 of the Patriot Act.

01:24:24.000 I know you've seen these.

01:24:25.000 I mean, you're obviously researching all this.

01:24:28.000 And it goes into all the names and people, you know, not even cussing at a flight attendant, spilling a Bloody Mary.

01:24:38.000 I do know that there's been a lot of coverage, but thanks to the commercial break, I actually looked up the case, which I think you're referring to, it's the LA Times story, about Tamara Jo Freeman.

01:25:04.000 She was not prosecuted under Section 802 of the Act.

01:25:08.000 She pled guilty to violating a pre-existing statute, 49 U.S.C.

01:25:15.000 §46504, which is interference with flight crew members in attendance, which sounds like exactly the sort of thing that was at issue.

01:25:20.000 It's not a terrorism statute.

01:25:22.000 It is true the Patriot Act Touched that statute in one very narrow way.

01:25:27.000 What the Patriot Act did was it, in addition to, I'm sorry, changed it to say not just interference, but also attempt to interfere and conspiracy to interfere.

01:25:39.000 Constitutes a violation not of the Patriot Statute.

01:25:41.000 Why are they holding her for three months without a lawyer? 0.93

01:25:43.000 I guess the LA Times is wrong then.

01:25:45.000 Yes, in fact, actually, I was reading some comments by a lawyer whom I know who is evaluating that, says that the LA Times have got it quite badly wrong on that.

01:25:55.000 But certainly, if you want to, you can find the plea agreement in which she describes what's going on, and what's described is that she, as I said, it wasn't a Section 802 of the Patriot Act.

01:26:05.000 What about Section...

01:26:06.000 It wasn't a terrorism conviction, it was interference with a flight attendant.

01:26:10.000 Well, you said that Patriarch touched it, but what about...

01:26:13.000 Well, as I said, it touched it in order to say that not just interfering with a flight attendant, but attempting to interfere and conspiring to interfere is also a crime.

01:26:21.000 That's a standard legal principle, that if a crime is something that's a crime, so it's attempting...

01:26:25.000 I mean, go through some of the sections you don't know.

01:26:35.000 You called me about the emoluments clause.

01:26:37.000 I'm happy to talk about this too, but give me a moment to find it.

01:26:41.000 Section 213 is authority for delaying notice of the execution of a warrant.

01:26:46.000 Generally speaking, when a warrant is executed, somebody knocks on your door and says, we're executing this warrant, please step aside, we're going to search your property.

01:26:55.000 Is that always the rule?

01:26:56.000 Absolutely not.

01:26:57.000 Let's say, for example, they execute a warrant in order to put a wiretap on Are you for sneak and peek?

01:27:23.000 Are you for sneak and peek?

01:27:24.000 For sneak and peek warrants?

01:27:26.000 The answer is sometimes yes and sometimes no.

01:27:30.000 The law has never said you have to disclose every time you serve a warrant because then you can't investigate the mafia.

01:27:38.000 Sir, I understand that under the mafia rules that a lot of things expanded, but previously, I mean, is the state not getting more power and exercising more power than it had previously?

01:27:49.000 The answer is that it's complicated.

01:27:52.000 So, for example, let's talk about freedom of speech, which is actually the area I mostly write about.

01:27:57.000 Oh, for speech zones!

01:27:58.000 In a very broad restriction.

01:28:00.000 Interesting you say free speech zones.

01:28:01.000 That's what many people talk about with regard to campuses, for example.

01:28:05.000 People talk about campus speech codes, which I strongly oppose and I have forcefully argued against.

01:28:10.000 Up until around 1960 or so, it was generally clear that universities had almost unlimited power to impose whatever speech codes they liked.

01:28:19.000 And in fact, it was basically in the 60s and 70s on that we've gotten more protection for free speech than pretty much we ever had.

01:28:25.000 This isn't just being done on universities, and as you know, New York just lost hundreds of lawsuits on their free speech zones.

01:28:32.000 No, no, I agree, and as I said, I'm a big believer in campus free speech, but if you're saying we're somehow less free now than before, the fact is up until 1960 or so, it was more or less an open and shut case that a university is entitled to restrict whatever it pleases.

01:28:46.000 We're out of time.

01:28:46.000 That was bad, but I think we're getting better.

01:28:48.000 Sure. I mean, things are changing, it can't be denied.

01:28:51.000 I mean, 20,000 combat troops for riot control, and the Army War College says they're getting ready to engage the American people.

01:28:59.000 I mean, this is tyranny, and I don't think there's any way to lawyer around it, but I'm glad you support more free speech.

01:29:06.000 I mean, are you concerned about posse comitatus being eroded?

01:29:12.000 My main area is free speech.

01:29:14.000 I'm not certainly an expert in posse comitatus act.

01:29:16.000 I think that, generally speaking, use of military for domestic purposes is a bad idea.

01:29:22.000 Sometimes, I think, for example, in a riot context, use of the National Guard and similar military auxiliaries is perfectly sensible.

01:29:29.000 All right.

01:29:29.000 Professor, we appreciate you spending time with us.

01:29:32.000 People can find you at the UCLA Law School website, and I appreciate you coming on.

01:29:37.000 It's very much my pleasure.

01:29:39.000 We're going to come back into Dick Cheney saying Bryce for terror attacks, give up all your rights.

01:29:42.000 Stay with us.

01:29:44.000 We're on the march.

01:31:00.000 Today, unlike any other in the long course of American history, a terrorist act of war against this country.

01:31:07.000 The enemy struck America on September 11th.

01:31:11.000 Bin Laden.

01:31:12.000 This is his ammo.

01:31:13.000 We have to look to the Middle East.

01:31:15.000 We have to look to Osama Bin Laden. 0.93

01:31:19.000 Some U.S. investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S. I'm aware that some Israeli citizens have been detained.

01:31:34.000 Bin Laden's connections to the CIA, the hijackers'ties to the FBI, the Saudi Arabian connection, the Israeli Intelligence Network, Warnings and War Games, the Shadow Government, and much, much more.

01:31:44.000 Fabled Enemies.

01:31:45.000 Get the DVD at Infowars.com.

01:31:48.000 Foresee it in super high quality, along with hundreds of other titles at PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:31:53.000 Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists!

01:32:00.000 Before you throw away your used batteries, you need to listen to this.

01:32:04.000 Now, going green can save money.

01:32:06.000 Go green and save money by giving life to your used batteries by charging them with the Renaissance Charger.

01:32:11.000 The Renaissance Charger uses a new revolutionary battery charging technology that effectively extends the life of new batteries and gives new life to used batteries.

01:32:19.000 Invented by legendary audio genius John Bedini, this unique and patented charging system rejuvenates the electrochemical plate structure in the battery without additives,

01:32:29.000 increasing I think so.

01:32:59.000 today I read the news today, oh boy, about a lucky man who made the grade.

01:33:17.000 and though the news was rather sad I saw the photograph we are back Back live. Thank you so much for joining us.

01:33:38.000 I'm going to go to your calls.

01:33:39.000 Ryan, James, Kerry, Maggie, Lazer, and others that are patiently holding.

01:33:48.000 I also want to start getting into the big stack of news that I haven't gotten to yet.

01:33:54.000 Peter Schiff is going to be joining us coming up in about 26 minutes from now.

01:34:01.000 I just want to say something about That last guest we had on...

01:34:10.000 You know, I've seen most of the Supreme Court and USA Today articles and others say that they're now following international law, that they're now following UN criminal court rulings, European Union court rulings, and saying that's their ultimate authority, not the Constitutional Bill of Rights.

01:34:28.000 And if you get classical constitutional scholars on, they would disagree with that guy.

01:34:32.000 That's what a lawyer does. 1.00

01:34:34.000 It all sounds reasonable, it all sounds nice, but it's all 180 degrees away from the history of this country and the way those laws, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution were interpreted.

01:34:47.000 And liberty is being eroded.

01:34:50.000 I mean, the public schools are little prisons.

01:34:53.000 The Fourth Amendment is waived routinely.

01:34:56.000 They are introducing bills to outright eviscerate the Second Amendment.

01:35:00.000 No one can deny that all of this is happening.

01:35:04.000 But that's how they always do it when they claim, oh, I'm pro-liberty, but we can do sneak-and-peek warrants.

01:35:10.000 I've had many constitutional law scholars on who completely disagree with that.

01:35:14.000 So remember, because that guy was saying he agreed with this, he agreed with that, uh...

01:35:19.000 doesn't mean that uh...

01:35:21.000 that is the case he's saying it's his opinion and you know what we do we see a judicial watch article and they you know they quote scores of lawyers and and and findings in court cases we just picked one out of the bunch and got him on we could have a countless others on with other opinions but it shows you what they're doing now they're in there just just watering everything down with oh no it's not probable cause uh...

01:35:44.000 it's not uh...

01:35:45.000 no no it's reasonable and the government says it's reasonable And then all these quotes about how, oh, we're going to use the military in America and no Fourth Amendment's needed.

01:35:53.000 And I could have brought up to him, OK, there's Marines out at DWI checkpoints now.

01:35:58.000 How is that national security?

01:36:01.000 And he said, well, I want to see the case.

01:36:04.000 And he said, well, the Patriot Act's not involved in this case with this woman on a plane, except in one area.

01:36:09.000 They held her for three months without charges, folks.

01:36:11.000 They held her for three months, didn't let her see a lawyer.

01:36:14.000 I can go over these cases over and over again.

01:36:17.000 There was the case of a toy shop in St. Helena, Oregon.

01:36:24.000 Puffer Belly Toys.

01:36:25.000 We had her on.

01:36:27.000 And she'd bought a Magic Cube, a knockoff of the Rubik's Cube.

01:36:33.000 They're sold in stores nationwide.

01:36:34.000 They showed up under Homeland Security and the Patriot Act and told her she couldn't tell anybody they were there or she'd be arrested under the Patriot Act because they invoked the sneak-and-peek provision 213, claiming that it was a gag order.

01:36:48.000 You know, they tried to tell Borders Books and Libraries.

01:36:53.000 They had to give them all their list of what people bought or what people read, and if they told anybody they'd be arrested, but the librarians just revolted and said no, and then it was stopped.

01:37:02.000 This is secret police, and I know the cases, and I know what's going on.

01:37:08.000 And they say, oh well, it's complicated.

01:37:10.000 No, it's not complicated, ladies and gentlemen.

01:37:14.000 It's not complicated.

01:37:15.000 When Rahm Emanuel comes out and says, the executive will decide whether to put you on a no-fly list or not, and there's over a million people on this thing now, and it's really a no-buy-and-sell list.

01:37:27.000 When you're on that list through Patriot Act compliance, it waives the Fourth Amendment, everything.

01:37:32.000 The Fifth Amendment, you have to incriminate yourself to get a car, a car loan, a rent car, an apartment, a house, a hotel room, plane tickets.

01:37:39.000 This is a control grid to snoop and track everything we do.

01:37:43.000 Take Know Your Customer.

01:37:45.000 That totally violates the Fourth and Fifth Amendment.

01:37:47.000 Oh, you want to have a bank account with us?

01:37:48.000 Well, sign this contract.

01:37:50.000 See, government is compelling it, so it's not a contract agreement in the free market.

01:37:54.000 It's a fraud.

01:37:57.000 And we'll just watch everything you do on your bank account with no warrant.

01:38:02.000 It's like filling out an IRS form.

01:38:03.000 Well, they go, well, we've got it.

01:38:05.000 I mean, isn't that precedent?

01:38:06.000 No, we didn't have it until 1913.

01:38:08.000 It wasn't made mainstream for all Americans until the 50s.

01:38:15.000 Things are changing for the worse.

01:38:16.000 They can have lawyers try to polish it up, but it still is what it is.

01:38:21.000 You know what you can't polish, folks.

01:38:22.000 I'm not going to say it.

01:38:26.000 But they have you fill out those tax forms every year that incriminate yourself.

01:38:31.000 It says, this will incriminate you.

01:38:33.000 Fill it out.

01:38:34.000 Send it to us. 0.99

01:38:34.000 If there's any mistakes, you're a criminal. 0.99

01:38:39.000 But government can make all the mistakes they want, and they make themselves exempt from all their laws.

01:38:45.000 You know, people are emailing me and calling me and posting in the comment sections every time we post an article or link to a story about another Obama nominee having to withdraw, whether it's Tom Daschle or all these other people.

01:38:59.000 Geithner, he didn't pay his taxes, but they say that's alright.

01:39:03.000 They're going, Alex, I guess you're really telling the truth.

01:39:13.000 Alex, I guess you're telling the truth.

01:39:15.000 It does look like it's more than 50% of these politicians don't pay taxes or don't pay rent.

01:39:19.000 Folks, I'm not making that up.

01:39:21.000 I just haven't pulled up the article from years ago.

01:39:23.000 I mean, I've seen a bunch of them.

01:39:25.000 Washington Post, Washington Times, where, you know, the majority of Congress doesn't pay taxes, period, or hasn't paid taxes in years.

01:39:33.000 In fact, let's do this now.

01:39:37.000 Guys, Google this for me.

01:39:40.000 I could Google it, but I can't really talk and focus and Google while I'm on air.

01:39:45.000 I guess I could, but Google, let me give you an exact headline to try to pull it up, one of the many headlines.

01:39:53.000 Hundreds in Congress in tax trouble.

01:40:00.000 Hundreds in Congress in tax trouble, and it'll say in there, the majority of them haven't even paid taxes in years.

01:40:07.000 Hundreds in Congress in tax trouble or hundreds...

01:40:09.000 No, they're not in tax trouble.

01:40:11.000 Because they're not in trouble.

01:40:16.000 Many in Congress don't pay taxes.

01:40:18.000 That should pull it up.

01:40:21.000 Now the problem is you're clicking news, so it's all about his latest nominees.

01:40:27.000 you.

01:40:30.000 Somebody can find it if he can't and put it up.

01:40:37.000 Put it up on the prisonplanet.com forum.

01:40:43.000 Finding stuff four or five years old is hard, but many in Congress don't pay taxes.

01:40:51.000 Try over 60% of Congress not paying taxes.

01:40:58.000 Congress not paying taxes, or congressmen not paying taxes.

01:41:02.000 That should bring it up.

01:41:04.000 Before I go to your phone calls, I do want to encourage all the listeners of this radio show to support this transmission.

01:41:15.000 We are really trying to expand this operation.

01:41:17.000 A lot of fresh faces here in the office.

01:41:19.000 We just hired two new producers.

01:41:23.000 One of them is going to do video work on 5050.

01:41:27.000 So another video editor slash board op slash TV director.

01:41:32.000 Another producer slash board operator TV director.

01:41:37.000 We just hired Two new customer service people, which includes shipping.

01:41:46.000 We're looking at IT people this week doing interviews.

01:41:50.000 We just hired...

01:41:52.000 Well, we're hiring two more salesmen, but they pay for themselves.

01:41:57.000 And then we're going to hire a bookkeeper just to try to keep track of all this insanity.

01:42:04.000 Mike's overwhelmed trying to do it all.

01:42:07.000 Mike Nelson.

01:42:09.000 And we're going to be able to get a lot more work done, a lot more films, a lot more TV shows, a lot more media, better websites, the website's expanding, new features to the websites, redesignofprisonplanet.tv.

01:42:24.000 And this is, I mean, out of millions of people fighting the New World Order, certainly the credit goes around to everybody, I'm just saying we are the biggest piece of the puzzle.

01:42:33.000 There's hundreds of big pieces, thousands and millions of little pieces, but on this mosaic of puzzle pieces.

01:42:40.000 We are a huge piece of that.

01:42:44.000 I mean, I talk to folks all around the country and they say, you woke me up, you woke me up, and everybody I talked to woke up from this radio show or from your films.

01:42:53.000 The vast majority of guests we talk to say that the most support they get, the biggest response they get isn't on other big national shows, it's this radio show.

01:43:02.000 That's because of you, the great active listeners.

01:43:05.000 Well, If you think we've gotten a lot done thanks to the listeners spreading the word and taking action, think what will happen if more of you spread the word more, buy more of the books and videos, make copies of my films, give them to people, put them on AXS TV.

01:43:21.000 What will happen if you purchase more of the books and videos so we have the capital to get things done?

01:43:26.000 I want to grow exponentially.

01:43:28.000 I don't want to just stay the same size.

01:43:31.000 I've waited too long.

01:43:32.000 I think every day I kick myself for what we could have done if I would have taken action and expanded earlier.

01:43:37.000 We're doing it now during a major implosion, but we're needed We are needed Our work is vital and so we're upping our game we are expanding everything We do because it's all been so effective Now I'm not going to belabor this,

01:44:04.000 but we have the third installment, just came out last week, The Eye of the Phoenix, America's Secret History film.

01:44:42.000 You can even share your passcode with a few folks, but not too many, because it has a limited number that can log on to it via each passcode.

01:44:50.000 You can share it with four or five people.

01:44:51.000 Just tell them not to share it.

01:44:52.000 Not share it with everybody, but then it would crash our servers and we can barely pay for it now.

01:44:56.000 We've really expanded the quality of PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:44:59.000 Endgame, Blueprint for Global Enslavement, Fabled Enemies, Terror Storm, Truth Rising, Barry Cooper's films on Never Get Busted Again, Don't Get Busted, the Copbuster films, all of this available at InfoWars.com.

01:45:53.000 Alright, we've got about 15 minutes until Peter Schiff comes on, then we're going to end the economy with him.

01:45:57.000 Let's go ahead and go to your phone calls.

01:45:59.000 Ryan in Georgia, welcome.

01:46:02.000 Hey, come ahead Ryan, you're on the...

01:46:04.000 Hello? Yes sir, go ahead.

01:46:07.000 Yes, I'm sorry about that.

01:46:08.000 No, no, I'm sorry, go ahead.

01:46:10.000 Um, yes, I don't want to digress, but I've been trying to call you since last Friday to tell you this, and I'm actually just getting through now, but I just wanted to tell you, uh, what a phenomenal, phenomenal, phenomenal show you had last week, Thursday, when you had on, uh, Jordan Maxwell.

01:46:26.000 Um, mostly because I didn't know much about him, and after your show, I did some research, and to find out that the movie Zygite was based off of him, uh, that actually woke me up, and I just wanted Not

01:47:07.000 everybody is sleeping and for him to speak out the way he was speaking out about obama and just what's going on to educate because he's pretty respected in that realm so let me just say this i want to check into this we streamed it live the krs one interview at prison planet dot tv last friday but that was in medium quality we stream live in medium quality so basically everybody with their connection can get it so it doesn't overwhelm our servers but i know last week they uploaded it super high quality

01:47:36.000 For PrisonPlanet.tv members, but I don't see it up there.

01:47:40.000 Did Paul Watson or did our guys ever post the super high quality KSR1 to PrisonPlanet.tv?

01:47:48.000 You guys call Aaron in here, because I see it all over the web with hundreds of thousands of views.

01:47:55.000 And it's in low quality, because by the time people copy the medium quality, it looks low quality.

01:48:00.000 So we'll find out what happened with that because I want that KSR1 out there in high quality.

01:48:04.000 That always happens.

01:48:05.000 Some super interview breaks in medium quality and then it gets all over the web and then there will be high quality versions folks don't even know about.

01:48:11.000 But, yeah, we're going to have KSR1 back on.

01:48:14.000 He's invited me to be part of a speaking tour if I can.

01:48:17.000 I just don't have the time, really.

01:48:18.000 At least go to one of them.

01:48:19.000 And we've got Professor Griff coming on Thursday.

01:48:22.000 So that's going on.

01:48:27.000 It's really good to see him all over the web.

01:48:30.000 You know, just talking.

01:48:31.000 He was going in really in-depth.

01:48:33.000 Of course talked about you and how important you are and I guess it was just a really good feeling to see him talk so much in depth about what's going on.

01:48:44.000 And I just really also want to find out, going back to Jordan Maxwell, it was just a really big moment and I just really want to know when are you actually going to go out there to see him so you can try to get this information to us because I think what he was talking about was just It's vital, and I'm just really eager to find out the information that you guys are planning to, you know, I guess to piece together.

01:49:06.000 Well, here's the problem.

01:49:07.000 I've had a skeleton crew.

01:49:10.000 And so I've not been able to do one one-hundredth of what I would like to.

01:49:16.000 And I've told Jordan, and I'm honored he wants me to make a film with him, that he needs to give me a battle plan.

01:49:24.000 Because even when I have a battle plan, You know, it takes a lot of sleepless hours to get a good film made on top of everything else we're doing.

01:49:33.000 And so, I left town last Thursday after I talked to him, so I need to call him today on top of everything else and see if he wants to get that done.

01:49:44.000 Also, you know, I generally like working with myself.

01:49:50.000 I mean, I'll go interview people for films and things.

01:49:52.000 And it's not that I don't want to have somebody else honchoing something, It's that I can barely get something done when I'm honchoing it.

01:49:59.000 When I'm driving the train.

01:50:01.000 And I just...

01:50:03.000 time is so short.

01:50:05.000 Time is so short.

01:50:07.000 And so...

01:50:11.000 You know, you always have these shows that really just...

01:50:17.000 well, for me at least, it gives me really big chills.

01:50:20.000 You know, going from Steve Quill to Lindsey Williams Back to Jordan is like when, you know, these guys announce or they just come on and they speak about really amazing news and it's almost kind of like they give you information on what these guys are really thinking and the motives that they're planning and trying to accomplish.

01:50:39.000 So that was just another one of the episodes that just really...

01:50:42.000 I hear you.

01:50:43.000 I hear you.

01:50:44.000 And we're gonna try to get that done with Jordan.

01:50:45.000 God bless you.

01:54:20.000 Thank you.

01:54:24.000 Where did my guest folder go?

01:54:29.000 We've been tracking this stuff.

01:54:30.000 rising in here.

01:54:31.000 The fight.

01:54:32.000 Preacher, man, don't tell me Heaven is on the gear.

01:54:38.000 Let's go ahead and take a call from James in PA.

01:54:41.000 James, you're on the air.

01:54:43.000 Hey, Alex.

01:54:45.000 Hey. Thanks for taking my call.

01:54:47.000 I got a statement and a question for you.

01:54:50.000 The first one is that my girlfriend's mom is an RN at a hospital in New York State.

01:54:56.000 right on the border and uh...

01:54:59.000 she's she told me that the hospital has told them to take all their extra medication and flush it down the toilet so then you got the news and that that uh...

01:55:09.000 medication in the water is coming from people you're needing it out which is totally yet because the hospitals themselves are flushing all these pills down the toilet I know they don't like him throwing it in the garbage.

01:55:26.000 Because people raid the landfills to get the drugs, but they're supposed to incinerate old drugs.

01:55:33.000 I know the abortuaries flush babies down the toilet, down the sink. 1.00

01:55:37.000 I know people don't like it, they put them in blenders.

01:55:39.000 I know folks don't like hearing that, but it's just the facts, what we do to our own humanity.

01:55:42.000 We can rationalize it all day, but it's all about eugenics. 0.96

01:55:45.000 They're pushing all over the news now, major offensive launch there.

01:55:49.000 But there are water supplies that aren't connected to sewage, that aren't connected to wastewater, that shouldn't have the drugs in them.

01:55:56.000 And even in the areas where it is connected to wastewater, it's at levels way above what could possibly be in there.

01:56:06.000 So clearly, I mean, sodium fluoride itself is a Prozac-like drug.

01:56:13.000 And so they are drugging the water supply.

01:56:16.000 I totally agree with you there.

01:56:18.000 My next question is for you about Jordan Maxwell.

01:56:22.000 I've been doing some research on him, and I've come to find that a lot of the stuff that he teaches comes from the mystery religions itself, like Helena Blavatsky.

01:56:33.000 And his name, like, it could be his real name, but in Helena Blavatsky's Isis Unveiled Vol.

01:56:41.000 2, she states that the second part of the Nazarene Trinity is this person called Jordanias Maximus, who is the Water of Life.

01:56:52.000 Through only him can we all be saved.

01:56:55.000 And then if you go on his website and look at the, um, he has a little thing about researching words.

01:57:00.000 One word is Jordanian Maximus, and there's a little clip next to it that says some rabbi sent him this information about Jordanian Maximus.

01:57:10.000 But he's even stated himself that Helena Blavatsky is one of his favorite authors.

01:57:15.000 Well, I was about to say, this is what happens.

01:57:19.000 People cover things on the air and in their own books and then folks get it and say oh we found a secret uh...

01:57:26.000 about this person uh...

01:57:29.000 when the person is openly that's what he's covering is the mystery religions that's uh...

01:57:35.000 what he studies and uh...

01:57:37.000 no his name is not jordan maxwell he said on air many years ago you know that he picked that name up when he was first starting all this is getting death threats uh...

01:57:47.000 so I mean, I'll say things on TV, and then they'll grab the clip and say, we found this secret video of Alex when it was me on air, or you know, behind the scenes during the breaks.

01:58:00.000 We skip a lot of them and openly keep talking to folks.

01:58:03.000 So, I mean, look, anybody and everybody that covers news and information is being attacked and being gone after.

01:58:13.000 And we have Jordan on because he's got a lot of key information about the New World Order.

01:58:18.000 And so of course he's very popular.

01:58:20.000 People are going to criticize him.

01:58:22.000 And they criticize him even more because it gets to him.

01:58:25.000 So they just do that.

01:58:27.000 I mean, you know, it's research and information.

01:58:29.000 Take from it what you want.

01:58:31.000 It's really the bottom line.

01:58:33.000 I appreciate your call.

01:58:34.000 Okay, we'll be right back with the news with Peter Schiff.

01:58:37.000 Stay with us.

01:58:41.000 Thank you for listening to GCN.

01:58:54.000 It's important to be self-sufficient and today That's more important than ever.
