00:10:46.000 They want to tax countries when they have forest fires because so much carbon dioxide is put off when there are forest fires.

00:14:57.000 And they were going to show that carbon dioxide was coming out of humans and it was part of the life cycle.

00:15:26.000 A satellite launched from California failed to reach orbit today, crashing into the sea near Antarctica and dooming a $273 million mission to study global warming gases.

00:15:38.000 The National Aeronautics and Space Administration spokesman Steve Cole said in a telephone interview from the launch site at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.

00:15:47.000 The NASA satellite was to orbit 438 miles above the Earth and observe how carbon dioxide enters and leaves the atmosphere, helping scientists predict future increases in the main greenhouse gas, blamed, notice these legalese there, they don't say proven, for global warming.

00:16:05.000 Instead, the satellite fell into the ocean near Antarctica through the mission, managers said, at no point did the craft pass over land.

00:16:51.000 Just this huge fireball comes in and then starts exploding at about 20,000 feet, explodes again at about 10,000, and then disappears into West Austin.

01:12:26.000 It's the National Incident Management System, which is basically put out, I guess, from Homeland Security Uh, after the whole 9-11 deal, um, basically, basically what it is, it teaches every police officer in the state, and I'm sure it's probably nationwide too, that when the guys with the gold badges, meaning the FBI or whoever, show up, those are now our new bosses.

01:12:52.000 Well, being one of the instructors in our department, I was told here about three months ago by my lieutenant to expect Yes, now starting to expect drills to be run they have already pre-organized.

01:13:18.000 They've already pre-set what kind of drills that these are going to be and start running them in the community that we serve.

01:13:26.000 Lockdown drills.

01:13:27.000 You've seen the city of Austin now.

01:13:30.000 Even after the shooters have been caught, they'll lock down a large area of Austin and tell people to stay in their homes.

01:13:40.000 But I don't want officers to not believe me here, because this is so insane, and most departments haven't done this yet, but it's going on in every major state.

01:13:49.000 For at least a decade, they pull up at the schools unannounced, they load elementary students with their hands up on buses and take them to a local FEMA center, training the children with learned helplessness.

01:14:00.000 In other cases, they'll blow up a car in the parking lot, scare the middle school students, and this was in the Associated Press in Michigan, and I've seen it in other states.

01:18:58.000 It's just for Afghanistan, but then you hear the commander go, we need to convince the public to trust us, and we're here to learn the local area.
