Alex Jones Show - 20090319_Thu_Radio

00:00:04.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:09.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:21.000 We are live, ladies and gentlemen.

00:00:33.000 Thank you so much for joining us today.

00:00:37.000 This Thursday, the 19th of March 2009, we're going to be live here for the next four hours.

00:00:45.000 We have Dr. Chuck Baldwin, Constitutional Party presidential candidate 2008, who was basically listed as a terrorist leader by the state police.

00:00:55.000 Propaganda document put out in Missouri, written by the feds, and that's what the document does.

00:00:59.000 Don't let them spin it.

00:01:02.000 Also, we've got Commander David K. Robin of the American Legion joining us, outraged by the fact that they're going to make all veterans pay for their own health care.

00:01:14.000 Now, that's CNN, ladies and gentlemen, and they put a spin on it and say it's good.

00:01:20.000 So basically, you'll have to get your own insurance when your arms and legs get blown off, or you breathe nerve gas, or you get shot.

00:01:27.000 You know, more than 15,000 troops have died in Iraq.

00:01:30.000 They just changed the rules seven years ago, as they were building up for the war.

00:01:36.000 We've now passed the, what, six-year mark for being in Iraq, but seven years ago they changed the accounting rule, kind of like they've changed all the other federal statistics, that were always somewhat fraudulent, but now even more fraudulent, to where if you're not looking for employment anymore and you just dropped out of society, Which tens of millions have done. 0.73

00:01:58.000 You just are counted as employed.

00:02:01.000 Isn't that interesting how they cook the numbers there?

00:02:04.000 Well, it's the same thing here.

00:02:05.000 You can pull this up.

00:02:06.000 You can just Google it.

00:02:07.000 The government admits it.

00:02:08.000 15,000 plus troops five years in, I haven't looked at it in a year, have died of their injuries since they left Iraq.

00:02:17.000 And I mean, they can die on a jet, medical aircraft, flying them to New York City, or to D.C., or to Virginia, or to Rammstein in Germany, and it doesn't count.

00:02:31.000 So, when I say 5,000 died in the Obama deception, I'm just going with what they're officially spinning and saying, not even counting the 1,000-plus dead contractors as well, so it's well above that.

00:02:45.000 Continuing, we have Stuart Rhodes from Oath Keepers coming on the show.

00:02:50.000 This is a group of police and military saying they're going to keep their oaths to not violate the Bill of Rights and Constitution under criminal orders from either the commander-in-chief or their direct commanders in the military and police departments, police chiefs and others.

00:03:09.000 So that is coming up.

00:03:13.000 We also have Author Jeff Grubb.

00:03:17.000 Author of Corporatism, The Secret Government of the New World Order.

00:03:21.000 Very interesting professor.

00:03:22.000 Joining us in the last hour of the show today.

00:03:25.000 Rescheduled him from last week.

00:03:28.000 So that's basically what is coming up.

00:03:32.000 Okay, massive news.

00:03:34.000 Very important news.

00:03:36.000 Let me break it down right now.

00:03:39.000 House passes mandatory national service bill.

00:03:43.000 You heard me.

00:03:45.000 It's now going to the Senate.

00:03:46.000 They are going to do this.

00:03:48.000 They are moving on every front.

00:03:50.000 By the way, Obama is going down to Mexico.

00:03:52.000 I was listening to him live.

00:03:54.000 I gave a speech on the radio this morning to a crowd saying that, well, we're going to fix the illegal alien problem because we're just going to legalize them. 1.00

00:04:02.000 The American people want to legalize them.

00:04:04.000 They just want them to be official and legal and have papers and be in the system.

00:04:09.000 And so get ready for that as well, but just off the charts report, PrisonPlanet.com, Paul Watson, House passes mandatory national service bill.

00:04:21.000 The House passed a bill yesterday which includes disturbing language indicating young people will be forced to undertake mandatory national service programs as fears about President Obama's promised civilian national security force intensify.

00:04:36.000 Watson's being too timid here, like he always is.

00:04:39.000 If you read the bill that passed, it says forced service, so I'm going to read it.

00:04:43.000 Yes, they have passed it.

00:04:44.000 It's going to the Senate right now.

00:04:47.000 The Obama administration is now having to admit they engineered the loopholes for the banks with the bailout money.

00:04:54.000 Of course they did.

00:04:55.000 I mean, Geithner wrote the bailout bill.

00:04:58.000 For Paulson, we'll be right back.

00:04:59.000 Stay with us.

00:06:07.000 We've got to give them a stake in creating the kind of world order that I think all of us would like to see.

00:06:13.000 The Obama deception completely destroys the myth that Obama is working for the best interest of the American people.

00:06:19.000 Well, Obama's already fudging.

00:06:21.000 FUD since day one in this election.

00:06:24.000 If you have a demagogue with a fanatical mass movement, a personality cultist, who is imposing the program of a group of extreme bankers and finance oligarchs, that's fascism.

00:06:38.000 It's about a one world government.

00:08:01.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

00:08:03.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:06.000 Music.

00:08:12.000 Okay, we're jam-packed with guests today, so I'm gonna go right into the news.

00:08:19.000 Out of the gates.

00:08:22.000 This is up on PrisonPlanet.com.

00:08:24.000 This article is of maximum importance.

00:08:27.000 We need this to go to the forewinds immediately.

00:08:29.000 House passes mandatory national service bill.

00:08:33.000 Legislation intensifies fears about Obama's civilian national security force.

00:08:38.000 Intensifies fears?

00:08:39.000 I mean, when they're marching down the street in massive brigades, will that intensify fears?

00:08:45.000 You see, we get accused constantly of exaggerating.

00:08:48.000 No, I have to call Kurt Nimmo, Paul, Steve, Aaron, constantly and say, Hey, you didn't put the fact that they added Ron Paul and bumper stickers in this MIAC report.

00:08:58.000 I didn't see that in there.

00:08:59.000 I can't believe that.

00:09:00.000 Read it.

00:09:01.000 It's in there.

00:09:01.000 It's worse than they say.

00:09:03.000 It's worse than this headline says.

00:09:06.000 Read the bill.

00:09:07.000 We're about to read the bill on air right now that's passed the House.

00:09:13.000 And I understand why Representative Jim Guest of Missouri, when he first heard about our story last week, didn't believe it at first.

00:09:19.000 He said that on air because it's so Horrifying.

00:09:22.000 It's so unbelievable that the government is out of control and as criminal as it is.

00:09:36.000 But it's happening.

00:09:37.000 It's really going on.

00:09:39.000 This is why, if you study criminology, people let con artists in their houses.

00:09:43.000 It's why women get in cars with killers. 1.00

00:09:45.000 Because, oh, he was a nice man.

00:09:47.000 He was wearing a suit.

00:09:48.000 You know, Ted Bundy.

00:09:50.000 The few women that escaped, and finally that's why he got caught, was, oh, he was so clean cut, I couldn't believe a serial killer would be clean cut.

00:09:58.000 Most of them are.

00:10:00.000 And so because all these politicians are wearing fancy suits up there and have fancy teleprompters and, you know, big curtain backdrops behind them, people get conned.

00:10:09.000 It's worse than we can even describe here, ladies and gentlemen, the full spectrum of Deception and disinformation by the establishment media.

00:10:20.000 The twisting.

00:10:23.000 The boldness of the politician's lies.

00:10:27.000 Alright, I'm pontificating.

00:10:28.000 Let me get into the article.

00:10:29.000 House passes mandatory national service bill.

00:10:31.000 Legislation intensifies fears about Obama.

00:10:34.000 Civilian National Security Force.

00:10:36.000 Paul Watson, PrisonPlanet.com.

00:10:38.000 The House passed a bill yesterday which includes disturbing language indicating young people will be forced to undertake mandatory national service programs as fears about President Barack Obama's promised Civilian National Security Force Intensify.

00:10:51.000 I mean, why would we be wondering if he's going to do it when his Chief of Staff wrote a book about it, Obama's given a bunch of speeches, Rahm Emanuel has, it was on change.gov, we exposed it and they pulled it, saying mandatory service for middle school, high school, college, adults, seniors, I mean, we got a screenshot of it, it's right there, it's in Obama Deception!

00:11:14.000 People are like, maybe Alex is right.

00:11:16.000 Maybe they are planning to put troops on the streets.

00:11:18.000 They've announced they're doing it.

00:11:20.000 It's already happening.

00:11:22.000 They're announcing world taxes and world government.

00:11:25.000 Yes, it's all true.

00:11:26.000 It's all real.

00:11:27.000 Can we stop the denial?

00:11:29.000 And do something about it instead of debating all day whether it's happening or not.

00:11:33.000 Okay.

00:11:38.000 I'm gonna read this bill.

00:11:41.000 The Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act.

00:11:47.000 Remember, compulsory volunteerism, another doublespeak term.

00:11:51.000 Just like the Patriot Act's unpatriotic.

00:11:54.000 You know, just everything is a doublespeak term.

00:11:56.000 The New Freedom Initiative, where the government wants to put half the kids on drugs in their own documents.

00:12:01.000 It's new freedom!

00:12:02.000 Don't you love these terms?

00:12:03.000 The Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act, known as the GIVE Act.

00:12:10.000 Give! What do we have, Benny Hinn is the president?

00:12:14.000 The Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act, known as the GIVE Act, was passed yesterday by 321 to 105 margin, and now goes to the Senate.

00:12:26.000 And the Senate's usually worse along these socialism-fascism lines, so it looks like it's gonna pass.

00:12:30.000 Get ready, folks!

00:12:33.000 Under section 6104, under section 6104, Of the bill entitled Duties.

00:12:44.000 A duty is what you got to do.

00:12:46.000 That's why it's called a duty.

00:12:49.000 In subsection B-6, the legislation states that a commission will be set up to investigate whether a workable, fair, and reasonable mandatory service requirement for all able young people could be developed.

00:13:08.000 That's a quote.

00:13:10.000 Mandatory. Now, you know, in Australia and everywhere else, this is how they introduce it.

00:13:14.000 They go, oh, it's just a test of the National ID Cards or the REAL ID Act, and then they force it down your throats.

00:13:20.000 Oh, don't worry, if you don't like it, don't worry, it's just a test.

00:13:22.000 Or, don't worry, we're going to ban most websites in Australia that you can visit and have Chinese-style net censorship.

00:13:28.000 That's the government's quote.

00:13:29.000 But it's just a test.

00:13:30.000 And then two months later, they're saying, ah, it's going to be permanent.

00:13:33.000 So don't worry, we're just looking at mandatory service.

00:13:36.000 We're just seeing how we can do this in a workable fashion.

00:13:39.000 Well, they've already said how they're going to do it.

00:13:40.000 They've been setting it up for 20 years.

00:13:42.000 It's called SecureCorps, a division of AmeriCorps.

00:13:47.000 And they've got pilot programs from Illinois to Pennsylvania to Texas to California, where they turn the entire school into a government-run military academy for boys and girls.

00:13:59.000 And the kids are told, you can't own guns, you can't shoot guns, your parents are bad, Second Amendment's bad.

00:14:04.000 But then, oh, would you like to go to the shooting range with M16s?

00:14:08.000 Oh, you can't have that, but if you're with the government, you can.

00:14:11.000 Here, M16s. 0.94

00:14:12.000 And then right out of high school, they're gonna go into the brigades.

00:14:15.000 You can go read the Philadelphia Daily News article from six years ago, where they laid it all out.

00:14:25.000 And it said in the article, They had the high school students training with M6 teams and training with the SWAT teams and Army on how to go door-to-door and do cordon operations, locking down cities, and how to do fugitive apprehension.

00:14:41.000 That is Philadelphia Daily News.

00:14:45.000 You cannot make this stuff up.

00:14:49.000 They've beta tested, they're getting ready to roll it out, and now you're slack-jawed, Drug-head, know-it-all, video game players, who've been playing all these violent games, who've all been primed for this, they're going to love their new authority through the government, and they're going to be running around in their uniforms, and they'll come to the dinner table at night and boss you around, and, hey mom, hey dad, I'm with the Hitler youth now. 0.86

00:15:12.000 I mean, this has been done everywhere, and this is the...

00:15:15.000 Mao did it, Hitler did it, Stalin did it, Lenin did it, Pol Pot did it, Fidel Castro did it, this is the most stinking Out-of-control tyranny you can get. 0.96

00:15:26.000 I just want to tell all the young snot-nosed punks. 0.98

00:15:30.000 Don't try running a checkpoint with me. 0.97

00:15:32.000 Don't try coming up and tasering me.

00:15:34.000 I just can't handle it anymore. 1.00

00:15:35.000 I can't handle the scumbag bankers robbing this country, and the classical tyranny they're setting up, and the dumbass public that doesn't know that tyranny's looking down the barrel of a gun at them. 0.99

00:15:47.000 I'm sorry, I'm just getting angry, folks. 0.99

00:15:49.000 I just...

00:15:50.000 It's just really starting to get to me.

00:15:53.000 Under section 6104 of the bill entitled Duties, it says a fair and reasonable mandatory service requirement for all abled young people could be developed.

00:16:05.000 And they admit this is a military draft for a million-person domestic military, and it says in the...

00:16:12.000 I need to...

00:16:13.000 I can't remember the exact code.

00:16:15.000 It was 1,014.5.

00:16:21.000 Hey guys, Google this for me right now.

00:16:23.000 Google this because I can't talk in Google.

00:16:25.000 And then print it for me.

00:16:26.000 It's in the Obama Deception.

00:16:30.000 It's not even a bill.

00:16:31.000 Pentagon just said they're doing it.

00:16:34.000 Headline. Pentagon announces or Pentagon launches new civilian force.

00:16:42.000 PrisonPlanet.com.

00:16:43.000 Pentagon launches new civilian force.

00:16:46.000 PrisonPlanet.com.

00:16:47.000 Print that for me.

00:16:48.000 Please, so I can give people the actual code on that.

00:16:54.000 Okay. Section 120 of the bill also discusses the youth engagement zone program and states that service learning to the public schools will just be complete drone brainwashing indoctrination camps now, re-education camps.

00:17:10.000 Section 120 of the bill also discusses the youth engagement ... zone program, and states that service learning will be mandatory part of the curriculum in all of the secondary school's service by local educational agency.

00:17:23.000 But see, that's federal funding.

00:17:25.000 They call it the new Obama Doctrine, the new Obama curricula, curriculum, and it's happening.

00:17:32.000 The legislation states it's slated to cost six billion, over five years would create 175,000 new service opportunities, They're going to pay them, too.

00:17:43.000 So then we'll say, well, it's not really service.

00:17:44.000 You have to do it, but we're going to pay you.

00:17:45.000 That's like a draft under AmeriCorps.

00:17:48.000 But here's the key.

00:17:49.000 In that Army code announcement, they say, million-person Army, and that service will not be voluntary.

00:17:57.000 It will be mandatory.

00:17:58.000 And that, yes, they will decide whether you stay here domestically as part of the occupation force or whether you go overseas.

00:18:04.000 It says it in the bill!

00:18:07.000 And it says it in the code.

00:18:10.000 Did you find it?

00:18:12.000 Call Paul Watson.

00:18:13.000 He'll know the exact headline.

00:18:14.000 I have to have that right now or people won't believe it.

00:18:16.000 Thank you.

00:18:19.000 I mean, it's Pentagon announces new civilian force.

00:18:22.000 That's the headline.

00:18:24.000 Pentagon announces new civilian force.

00:18:25.000 PrisonPlanet.com.

00:18:26.000 It'll come up.

00:18:29.000 The legislation is slated to cost six billion over five years, it goes on.

00:18:35.000 Under AmeriCorps, bringing the number of participants in the National Volunteer Program to 250,000.

00:18:40.000 It will also create an additional Corps to expand the reach of volunteerism into new sectors including a Clean Energy Corps, Education Corps, Healthy Future Corps, and Veterans Service Corps.

00:18:51.000 So they're going to have the military.

00:18:53.000 When you get out of the military, you'll be domestic military.

00:18:55.000 And expands the National Civilian Community Corps.

00:18:58.000 That said, he's got a link to it.

00:18:59.000 To focus on additional areas like disaster relief and energy conservation.

00:19:05.000 And then he's got links to the mainstream news reporting all this.

00:19:08.000 The Senate is also considering a similar piece of legislation known as the Serve America Act, which also includes language about youth engagement zones.

00:19:17.000 Here's about Obama's plans to create involuntary servitude.

00:19:20.000 We're first stoked in July 2008 when Obama told a rally in Colorado Springs, we cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we have set.

00:19:29.000 We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.

00:19:36.000 And it just goes on from there.

00:19:39.000 Now, that's big news.

00:19:40.000 I'm going to cover it more with Chuck Baldwin.

00:19:42.000 But, but, first, when we get back, they've been caught with their pants down on this issue of the loopholes on the bailout money.

00:19:54.000 Uh, going into people's bank accounts.

00:19:57.000 The robbery going on.

00:19:58.000 So we'll tell you about that.

00:20:00.000 Have you ever read the ingredients in your skin cream's personal hygiene products, vitamins, or herbal supplements?

00:20:06.000 Did you know that most skin creams, body lotions, shampoos, and toothpastes are full of chemical additives such as sodium lauryl sulfate, the same type of detergent used in dish soap?

00:20:15.000 Did you know that most multivitamin supplements are made from synthetic vitamins?

00:20:18.000 Did you know that many herbal remedies contain unwanted additives and fillers?

00:21:00.000 Have you ever felt like the United States government knows way too much about your financial affairs?

00:21:05.000 I continue to hear stories about property seizures, frozen bank accounts, confiscation of stocks and bonds.

00:21:10.000 It makes me wonder if the U.S. citizen will ever again have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

00:21:16.000 Unfortunately, with the Drug and Money Laundering Act, the IRS Revenue Ruling 6045 of 1984, and the Trading with the Enemy Act in Franklin D. Roosevelt's Executive Order of 1933, some precious metal holdings are subject to government intervention.

00:21:30.000 For this reason, Midas Resources has prepared a report explaining the boundaries of trading precious metals privately.

00:21:36.000 Whether if you have any intention of trading with Midas Resources or not, I have instructed my representatives to give this report out free.

00:22:00.000 In the New World Order's war against humanity, Barack Obama is the tip of the spear.

00:22:06.000 We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.

00:22:14.000 The Obama deception completely destroys the myth that Obama is working for the best interest of the American people.

00:22:20.000 Well, Obama's already fudging.

00:22:22.000 He's fudged since day one in this election.

00:22:25.000 If you have a demagogue with a fanatical mass movement of personality cultists who is imposing the program of a group of extreme bankers and finance oligarchs, that's fascism.

00:22:36.000 It's not about left or right.

00:22:38.000 It's about a one-world government.

00:22:40.000 This film documents who Obama works for, the lies he is told, and his real agenda.

00:24:14.000 They will announce carbon taxes after hyping up the earth dying, everything's being destroyed, carbon dioxide's deadly poison, the polar bears are grounding, all these lies.

00:24:24.000 And then they'll have the federal government proposed satellite tracker boxes in all cars, taxes on your homes, taxes on literally every product out there.

00:24:32.000 Just thousands and thousands.

00:24:35.000 And it just expands on from there.

00:24:40.000 And then he'll come out and say, oh, we're not doing that.

00:24:44.000 It's a conspiracy theory.

00:24:45.000 We have no plans to do that at this time.

00:24:48.000 Obama came out two weeks ago and said, we're going to make veterans of all wars, including the current one, get their own insurance and then pay for their own health care.

00:24:57.000 CNN reported it, AP, everybody.

00:24:59.000 And they put the spin on it.

00:25:00.000 Oh, it's good.

00:25:01.000 We need to do that.

00:25:02.000 Oh, he's so good.

00:25:03.000 Because we told you, this isn't a socialist, and socialism is bad enough because it makes you dependent.

00:25:07.000 They're already done with the socialism phase, domesticating us.

00:25:11.000 The only socialism is taking all our money and giving it to the bankers, and that's fascism.

00:25:16.000 You know, they take 9.7 trillion, and then a couple hundred billion comes back to the states with strings attached.

00:25:21.000 That's their socialism.

00:25:23.000 Their socialism is saying, no healthcare for the troops.

00:25:27.000 Their socialism is saying that cities all over are cutting health care for police and firemen and city workers.

00:25:33.000 That's your socialism.

00:25:35.000 You see, tyranny is about robbing us.

00:25:38.000 That means every stinking one of us, except for a few thousand elite.

00:25:43.000 Comprende. We comprehend that. 0.90

00:25:46.000 Here it is.

00:25:48.000 It says, Obama changes course on veterans health care.

00:25:52.000 President Obama has reversed course on a plan to have the private health insurance of veterans pay for health care.

00:25:58.000 White House spokesman Robert Gibbs issued a statement Wednesday saying the proposal had been floated.

00:26:02.000 This is WhiteHouse.gov in his briefing room page.

00:26:05.000 Quote, maximize the resources available for veterans as well as keep costs down for Veterans Administration.

00:26:10.000 Gibbs said that after consulting with several leaders, the president now believes the move could affect the ability of veterans and their families to have access to health care.

00:26:18.000 Really? Who would have thunk it?

00:26:19.000 Now, they will go ahead and ram this through.

00:26:24.000 They're gonna go ahead and they've almost made it impossible for veterans to get anything other than pills.

00:26:29.000 Any real surgeries, you name it.

00:26:31.000 And they've got people that don't even have real, you know, proper medical licenses from Indian places.

00:26:37.000 I'm not saying they don't have some real medical schools over there.

00:26:39.000 Very smart folks.

00:26:40.000 Just as smart or smarter than Westerners. 0.86

00:26:42.000 Top scientists.

00:26:43.000 Point is, they have a lot of quack schools over there like Mexico does. 1.00

00:26:46.000 And there's a bunch of quack doctors that's come out in the news. 0.91

00:26:49.000 People don't even have real medical degrees.

00:26:51.000 You know, cutting off the wrong leg or leaving tools inside people.

00:26:54.000 You know, Russian doctors, you name it.

00:26:57.000 So, that's going on, and so they'll just make it very hard for you to get health care, and then say, you just need to have your own insurance.

00:27:03.000 Okay? That's how this works.

00:27:06.000 So, as huge opposition mounts when they introduce it, they then back off, and then they'll be right back in a month with it again.

00:27:13.000 And then they'll deny they ever said it again, and then they'll come right back with it again.

00:27:17.000 And then about the third or fourth time, they'll go ahead and do it.

00:27:20.000 They'll just get you sick of talking about it and get you acclimated.

00:27:23.000 Every time the outrage grows to a crescendo that's about to spill out and actually hurt the establishment, they back off and say, we never said that, or, well, we're not going to do that now.

00:27:33.000 And they come right back with it after, see, they don't want you to organize.

00:27:38.000 And so as people start organizing against this, they go, okay, we're not doing it now.

00:27:42.000 Organization falls apart, they're right back.

00:27:44.000 Kind of like the Associated Press a month and a half ago.

00:27:46.000 Headline, Trans-Texas Corridor, part of Napa Superhighway grid, is dead.

00:27:52.000 TxDOT says, and the Department of Transportation federally say, and then three paragraphs down it said, actually we're doing the entire program of seizing the roads and putting toll roads on them.

00:28:01.000 We're just not going to call it Trans-Texas Corridor anymore.

00:28:05.000 See how that works?

00:28:07.000 I mean, this is why the public is fooled.

00:28:10.000 Because they don't even understand there's a couple dozen tricks the establishment plays.

00:28:15.000 And I was flipping through radio this morning, XM and AM and FM, and I would listen for about a minute to each news station.

00:28:21.000 CBC, BBC, Fox, POTUS.

00:28:25.000 You know, just I was flipping, flipping.

00:28:27.000 It was just all propaganda.

00:28:28.000 Everything I tuned into.

00:28:29.000 Propaganda, propaganda, propaganda, propaganda, propaganda.

00:28:32.000 All elaborate spin packages.

00:28:36.000 And it's simple.

00:28:37.000 The feds and their PR firms now spending Close to a hundred billion a year on domestic propaganda.

00:28:42.000 Tens of billions a year on Pentagon propaganda.

00:28:46.000 And they buy everybody.

00:28:47.000 Hollywood, the rock stars, all out there pushing their propaganda.

00:28:50.000 And they just play these little spin games over and over and over again.

00:28:56.000 And so every week the big talking points come out.

00:28:59.000 It's put out by the PR firms.

00:29:00.000 The lazy reporters just regurgitated on the news.

00:29:03.000 NPR, everything, just lies, lies, lies, lies, spin, deception. 0.97

00:29:10.000 Tricks! Alright, when we come back we got Chuck Baldwin on, but I want to get to this first.

00:29:18.000 Why don't we come back.

00:29:19.000 Senator Dodd admits...

00:29:22.000 Adding bonus provision to stimulus package.

00:29:24.000 We have you, Dodd.

00:29:25.000 We didn't put it in the film, but during the Obama deception research, we have all these speeches of Dodd going, how dare these bonuses!

00:29:31.000 We're gonna fight them, and Obama, we're gonna fight them, and we're gonna deal with it, and we're gonna stop it!

00:29:36.000 And then the film exposed the loopholes.

00:29:38.000 We show the executive order.

00:29:39.000 Oh, it's now mainstream news, not just in the Obama deception that Obama and all them wrote it and engineered the whole thing!

00:29:47.000 As usual, we know all their tricks, and we're on target.

00:29:50.000 We're on the march.

00:29:51.000 The Empire's on the run.

00:29:54.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:33:20.000 And now we've launched out of my studios in association with GCN, The Info Warrior with Jason Burmess, 9 to midnight.

00:33:27.000 On the same great crew, Paul Hartman, Do I come again now, baby?

00:33:42.000 That's right, ladies and gentlemen, here we come again, strafing the enemy, blowing the daylights out of their lives, waging war savagely, and airdropping red pills.

00:34:40.000 You're gonna crush your man.

00:34:42.000 All right, we are back live.

00:34:44.000 Chuck Baldwin, pastor, synagogue, columnist, author.

00:34:47.000 Great mind, Dr. Chuck Baldwin, constitutional party presidential candidate.

00:34:53.000 Got massive votes for a upstart party.

00:34:57.000 It's been around for years, that's what the media called it.

00:34:59.000 I want to get his take on a lot of things, including Senator Dodd admits adding bonus provision to stimulus package while he was the guy bad-mouthing it and blaming it on Republicans.

00:35:07.000 And we're not defending Republicans.

00:35:09.000 They were a party to it.

00:35:10.000 The point is, they're all controlled by the same people.

00:35:12.000 And then, meanwhile, Dodd is now blaming Obama administration for bonus amendment.

00:35:16.000 Well, yeah, because the bonus amendment mirrors the executive order.

00:35:20.000 So when you see Obama going, we're going to get these people, his administration is literally run by the people that engineered the current banking system.

00:35:29.000 Bush just continued it, just as guilty, but he wasn't the author of it.

00:35:33.000 It's just so outrageous, the level of their lies, but it's being exposed, it's coming out.

00:35:39.000 And by the way, this is what the Obama deception covers.

00:35:41.000 We go over all of this in the film.

00:35:44.000 Not just his lies, but the real agenda from their own documents.

00:35:48.000 We show video clips of them saying one thing and then doing another.

00:35:52.000 Let's go ahead and go to Chuck Baldwin.

00:35:53.000 Chuck Baldwin, good to have you here with us.

00:35:55.000 Alex, thank you very much for letting me come on your show.

00:35:58.000 You bet.

00:35:58.000 I am fired up today.

00:36:00.000 What about you?

00:36:00.000 I'm seeing Liberty, the awakening to tyranny exploding.

00:36:04.000 Well, this Missouri fiasco, I think, is illustrative of what we're dealing with here.

00:36:10.000 Whenever you can categorize people who vote for myself or Ron Paul or even Bob Barr as potential domestic terrorists and make that part of an official state police agency report, we are in deep doo-doo.

00:36:25.000 There's no doubt about it.

00:36:27.000 Yeah, that's the main reason we got you on, but there's a host of other issues I want to go over with you.

00:36:31.000 But let's cover that first.

00:36:32.000 The MIAC report, I've had a state rep on to confirm with the head of the state police.

00:36:35.000 On the phone, it's real.

00:36:37.000 We called the state police.

00:36:39.000 We put their names out in the article.

00:36:41.000 People still couldn't believe that this was real.

00:36:45.000 They thought I made this up, Chuck.

00:36:48.000 No, you didn't make it up, but I thank you for reporting it.

00:36:52.000 Now, of course, it's all over the media.

00:36:54.000 Even Rush Limbaugh talked about it the other day.

00:36:56.000 Uh, the Missouri State, uh, papers have been carrying it quite a bit in the last couple of days, as you can imagine.

00:37:03.000 And, uh, this thing is now beginning to get a life of its own.

00:37:07.000 Uh, thank you, Alex, for helping to break this story.

00:37:09.000 Uh, whoever that police officer was in Missouri who first contacted you, uh, he's a real hero.

00:37:15.000 I don't know who he is, but, uh, uh, he sure did, uh, a great, uh, service to his country by alerting the public as to what is going on behind the scenes in the police department there in the state of Missouri.

00:37:26.000 This thing is unbelievable.

00:37:28.000 I mean, to categorize voters of Ron Paul, supporters of Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, Bob Barr, as potential domestic terrorists, not to mention the fact that if anyone opposes certain things, and I listed that in my column that I put out earlier this week, if someone opposes, for example, the New World Order, if they oppose the United Nations, gun control, The violation of Posse Comitato.

00:37:56.000 R.F.I.D.!

00:37:58.000 R.F.I.D.!

00:37:59.000 They're part of In the Fed or the Liberty Committee or the Constitution Party.

00:38:03.000 And they say, oh, these groups are bad, too.

00:38:06.000 They have soup kitchens and try to work with the local police, talking about your group and others.

00:38:11.000 And they say, but secretly, they've got cell groups and they're really terrorists, too.

00:38:16.000 Yeah, anybody that opposes any of the above, abortion on demand, illegal immigration, etc., is a potential domestic terrorist, a potential threat to the police forces there in the state of Missouri.

00:38:27.000 Can you imagine what the firestorm would be if, instead of Bob Barr, Ron Paul, and myself, had, let's say, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton been named, with the insinuation that people who support these individuals may be considered domestic terrorists.

00:38:43.000 Can you imagine what the mainstream press would do with something like that?

00:38:47.000 And yet this is exactly what that report says there in the state of Missouri.

00:38:51.000 We have sent, the three of us, Ron, myself and Bob, have co-signed a letter to the governor and to the respective parties in Missouri demanding that they repudiate this report and apologize to the supporters of those who voted for us.

00:39:11.000 Chuck, let me stop you.

00:39:12.000 This is big news and of course we broke it here.

00:39:13.000 I have the original, actual report here in my hot little hands right now.

00:39:18.000 Specifically, what did Limbaugh say about it?

00:39:22.000 A, and then B, where is a copy of this letter?

00:39:25.000 I would like to publish it right now up at Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:39:30.000 Okay, the letter, I have a copy of course in my possession as does Bob Barr.

00:39:36.000 Will you do me a favor and scan it or email it over and we'll post it and put a link over to your site?

00:39:41.000 Sure, sure we can do that.

00:39:42.000 As to what Limbaugh said, I really don't know exactly what he said I didn't hear.

00:39:46.000 I very seldom listen to Rush Limbaugh, but I've had several people call and tell me that he did bring it up on his programmers, or maybe a caller did, and they did talk about it for a few minutes.

00:39:55.000 The point is, is that it's beginning to spread around the country.

00:39:57.000 Yeah, I know it was in the newspapers, yeah.

00:40:00.000 Oh, absolutely.

00:40:01.000 The newspapers and talk radio, of course, are the ones that are breaking the story right now.

00:40:05.000 You were the first one to break it, as far as I know, and again, I thank you for that.

00:40:08.000 But this is incredible, and the thing about it is, law enforcement agencies often share this kind of information.

00:40:15.000 uh... with each other no sir all fifty states have this i actually have been from other states uh...

00:40:22.000 just state police have asked me not to publish the copies they've got because they're scared and i've gotten many similar reports i've seen a texas report on the same style letterhead a few years ago it just wasn't this egregious listing on paul yourself and others correct as far as i know this is the first report of such as this that has actually named names you know that they did this back in the nineties uh...

00:40:44.000 would jennarino Uh, was there in the Clinton White House.

00:40:47.000 And, uh, but they did some of the same, you know, kind of insinuations and broad brushing and so forth.

00:40:53.000 But they didn't actually name names.

00:40:55.000 But here we are now in 2009 and they've actually named Chuck Ball and myself, Bob Barr, and Ron Paul.

00:41:01.000 And saying the supporters of those of us who ran Bet last year as an independent party ticket are somehow considered dangerous and a potential domestic terrorist.

00:41:12.000 Yeah, well I need to get Ron Paul back on.

00:41:14.000 I don't like to bug him because he's so busy, but last Wednesday when we broke this, Thursday I got calls from listeners saying, well we called Ron Paul's office, of course it wasn't Ron Paul, he hadn't heard about it yet, and they're saying it can't be real, and so I had to explain to them, send them to the site, and I said, like I'm not going to call Ron at home, I've got his home number, but I said, give this to him, We don't make stuff up.

00:41:35.000 You know that, right?

00:41:36.000 And they said, no, no.

00:41:37.000 We all know you and like you, Alex.

00:41:38.000 I said, good.

00:41:39.000 It's real.

00:41:40.000 The state police officers' names are there.

00:41:42.000 Call the number for yourself.

00:41:44.000 Confirm it's real.

00:41:45.000 Because I got slapped around for three or four days, and folks are still saying I made this up, Chuck.

00:41:50.000 It doesn't matter if the state police and state reps say they talked to the head of the state police.

00:41:54.000 You know, they're still, the establishment's still trying to deny this.

00:42:00.000 That's incredible, because all anyone has to do is call the toll-free number and talk to the state officials there in Missouri, and they won't deny it one bit.

00:42:09.000 In fact, they will defend...

00:42:10.000 They'll just say that it's been misconstrued and people are...

00:42:13.000 Yeah, we've played recordings of it.

00:42:15.000 Yeah, no, we've even played recordings of them on air.

00:42:17.000 People say that's not real.

00:42:19.000 Yeah, I mean...

00:42:20.000 Yeah, go ahead.

00:42:20.000 They don't deny it, but they don't deny it, is my point.

00:42:22.000 I mean, they will readily admit that it's legitimate, and for the most part, they stand behind it.

00:42:28.000 Uh, as far as Ron Paul, you're right.

00:42:31.000 At first, you know, I'm sure that the people in his office didn't probably believe it.

00:42:36.000 When I first heard the story, it was somebody, you know, told me, said, hey, have you heard the story coming out of Missouri?

00:42:40.000 And I said, oh, no, they didn't.

00:42:42.000 They didn't do that.

00:42:43.000 I mean, that's the first thing you think about.

00:42:45.000 But then whenever you start to look at it closely and you realize, hey, this is real, this is not make-believe, then you can begin to do something about it.

00:42:52.000 And of course, this letter that we have co-signed, Bob Barr, Ron Paul, and myself, And I'm sure by now he's on the way to the governor's office there in Missouri, in which we give him three days to come out and repudiate this document.

00:43:09.000 Chuck, do you have the letter in front of you, the informed presidential candidate?

00:43:13.000 I do, I do have the letter.

00:43:14.000 I'm going to sit back here.

00:43:16.000 Will you read that on air, please?

00:43:20.000 It's a little over two pages.

00:43:23.000 Go ahead, read it.

00:43:24.000 Yeah, let's read it.

00:43:24.000 It's important.

00:43:25.000 First time here, exclusive.

00:43:27.000 Go ahead.

00:43:29.000 Dear Governor Nixon, the three of us write you as former presidential candidates, as concerned citizens, and in the case of Ron Paul, as a sitting member of the U.S. House of Representatives, and Bob Barr, as a former member, 1995 to 2003.

00:43:43.000 We bring to your attention the most disturbing document being circulated by the Missouri Information Analysis Center, MIAC, over the seal of your office and your name as Governor.

00:43:52.000 We respectfully demand that the following described document be immediately removed from any and all websites associated with or maintained by the state of Missouri or any agency thereof, including the MIAC.

00:44:02.000 That the said document no longer be circulated by the state of Missouri or any agency thereof or associated therewith.

00:44:07.000 That the state of Missouri repudiate its references to the three of us as contained therein.

00:44:12.000 The document to which we refer is identified as follows in a copy and closed therewith.

00:44:16.000 And, of course, it's the MIC Strategic Report dated 220-09, and it's entitled The Modern Militia Movement.

00:44:23.000 Four names appear on the mast of this document.

00:44:26.000 Jeremiah W.J.

00:44:28.000 Nixon, Governor, John M. Britt, Director, DPS, James F. Keithy, Colonel, MSHP, and Van Godsey, Director, MIAC.

00:44:38.000 The aforesaid report is imprinted at the bottom of each page thereof with the following designation, unclassified, law enforcement sensitive, close quote.

00:45:04.000 people opposed to gun control, those who do not favor the Federal Reserve Banks, and much more.

00:45:09.000 Were the report nothing more than a nonsensical diatribe penned by some uninformed person, we would certainly not take our time writing this letter.

00:45:15.000 Although we might respectfully suggest you might want to question why such nonsense is of interest to and being disseminated by an agency connected to Save Missouri.

00:45:23.000 Our concern, which we believe warrants your attention over, is found at the top of page 4 of this document, after the heading Political Paraphernalia, as follows, quote, Campaign for Liberty or Libertarian Material.

00:45:46.000 These members are usually supporters of former presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr.

00:45:54.000 If it is the intent of the state of Missouri to link these three, excuse me, to link three legitimate former candidates for the office of the President of the United States, who also happen to be a sitting member of the U.S. House, a former member of the U.S. House, and a Baptist minister, then this document clearly does so.

00:46:08.000 and this is the basis for our demand that the document be removed, its distribution, and any actual implied or adoption by the State of Missouri stop.

00:46:15.000 If it is not the intent of the State of Missouri to make such a link or implication by and through the appearance and distribution of this document, then we similarly demand the document be removed from any and all websites maintained by or associated with the State of Missouri or any agency connected therewith that the State issue an immediate and unequivocal repudiation of the document.

00:46:33.000 In view of the fact that there are indeed real criminals present in Missouri, and many legitimate matters of public safety on which you're office, the Department of Public Safety, the Highway Patrol, and even the MIAC, should focus their attention on resources.

00:46:46.000 We respectfully assert that spending any time, resources, or effort on the nonsense contained in or about this MIC strategic report constitutes an irresponsible and inappropriate use of official resources.

00:46:56.000 We stand ready to discuss this matter with you at your convenience.

00:46:59.000 However, the action respectfully demanded in this letter is requested within three days of your receipt of this letter.

00:47:04.000 In the meantime, with kind regards, we are virtually yours, Ron Paul, member of Congress, Republican candidate for president 2008.

00:47:10.000 Okay, I would just add to that that they start out with a page listing cop killers.

00:47:29.000 And then they demonize the militia, connecting it to that.

00:47:32.000 Then they connect violent militias, which basically don't exist and are constitutional, you know, the non-violent ones, to basically the majority of the American people.

00:47:42.000 Pro-Second Amendment, pro-sovereignty, pro-border, just you name it.

00:47:48.000 They basically say, people with these bumper stickers are dangerous, they may put a hole in you.

00:47:56.000 You know, that's the totality of it.

00:47:58.000 And it's a guilt by association, broad-brush demonization, and it's slander and libel of the highest order, and that's why they kept it secret.

00:48:10.000 And if they do not repudiate this forthwith, I feel confident that there will be legal action in suit.

00:48:18.000 And I can tell you this too, that the Constitution Party and hopefully the Libertarian Party in the state of Missouri are likewise sending off similar letters With just those exact implications in mind.

00:48:31.000 In other words, the letter that we wrote was representing the three of us, because we were named.

00:48:37.000 Tell us how this letter got written.

00:48:39.000 You've got Bob Barr, Ron Paul and yourself on the phone.

00:48:42.000 The Declaration of Independence was supposedly written by a bunch of people, but we know it was mainly written by Thomas Jefferson.

00:48:48.000 Who was the Thomas Jefferson writing this letter, or the three of you?

00:48:51.000 I think it was primarily Bob Barr.

00:48:54.000 Okay, so Bob Barr is the Thomas Jefferson here in this, but you guys, you and Ron Paul, Congressman Paul and yourself, Dr. Baldwin, agreed with this.

00:49:02.000 Did they, in the conversations on the phone, talk about carrying out legal action themselves if this isn't repudiated?

00:49:09.000 Because, you know, I'm glad you guys are doing this.

00:49:11.000 You have to.

00:49:12.000 This endangers the tens of millions of Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and Chuck Baldwin supporters and fans.

00:49:18.000 uh... and uh...

00:49:19.000 and when we've got confirmed reports on video police pulling people over for ron paul bumper stickers in las vegas in places uh...

00:49:25.000 so this is dangerous well absolutely i mean this you know it talk about the essence of freedom this is the essence of freedom of whenever uh...

00:49:35.000 state police agencies began pulling people over for political opinions and that's exactly what but this is it if you support bob barge up all around paul that's a political opinion That's what the report is, for those that don't know, and I'm keeping it running because it's key.

00:49:51.000 This is given, they say, MYAC report is for them when they pull people over.

00:49:56.000 This is to profile.

00:49:57.000 This is for harassment.

00:49:59.000 Go ahead.

00:50:00.000 Yeah, and so when we start profiling people because of political thought, political ideology, I mean, this is what they did in Nazi Germany, what they did in Stalin's Russia, Mao's China, the whole nine yards. 0.58

00:50:13.000 You know, your identification with a particular thought or particular idea means that you are a threat to the state.

00:50:22.000 That is the antithesis of everything that this country was founded upon, and if we don't stand up and resist this now, it's only going to grow.

00:50:35.000 Absolutely. Chuck Baldwin is our guest.

00:50:37.000 I have the head of the VFW coming on at the 8 After, but we'll have Chuck with us until then.

00:50:43.000 Obama saying, cut off the health care to the troops.

00:50:46.000 You cannot make this stuff up.

00:50:48.000 Chuck Baldwin is our guest.

00:50:50.000 And notice, everything we cover here now goes huge in the media.

00:50:54.000 That's because this show is exploding.

00:50:56.000 Liberty is exploding.

00:50:57.000 Our movement is exploding.

00:50:58.000 Stay with us.

00:51:00.000 Attention, gardeners.

00:51:01.000 This is an urgent GCN self-reliance update.

00:51:04.000 GCN has just discovered a new bioactive superfood for garden plants, flowers, and herbs.

00:51:08.000 It's called Proto-Gro, and it's so effective at producing rapid plant growth that it seems to almost force plants to grow like crazy under practically any soil and light conditions.

00:51:17.000 Now, here's the best part for our listeners who garden for self-reliance.

00:51:20.000 Proto-Gro's unique blend of sea nutrients maximizes mineral uptake and dramatically increases bloom set, creating maximum plant growth in minimum time.

00:51:27.000 Proto-Gro works by providing geometric keys, which have the capacity to actually unlock the genetic code for nutritional uptake in plants.

00:51:33.000 Proto-Gro's full-spectrum plant fertility means fruits and vegetables with extraordinary taste and up to 10 times the nutritional value.

00:51:39.000 And if you want to double or triple the potency of herbs or wheatgrass, you can.

00:51:42.000 If you want to grow nutritionalized superfoods with non-hybrids, it's now easy. 0.99

00:51:46.000 GCN listeners who want to grow dirt-cheap superfoods should visit the Proto-Gro website at growlikecrazy.com.

00:51:51.000 That's www.growlikecrazy.com or call 877-327-0365.

00:51:57.000 That's 877-327-0365.

00:52:00.000 In the New World Order's war against humanity, Barack Obama is the tip of the spear.

00:52:06.000 We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.

00:52:14.000 The Obama deception completely destroys the myth that Obama is working for the best interest of the American people.

00:52:21.000 Well, Obama's already fudging.

00:52:23.000 He's fudged since day one in this election.

00:52:25.000 If you have a demagogue with a fanatical mass movement of personality cultists who is imposing the program of a group of extreme bankers and finance oligarchs, that's fascism.

00:52:37.000 It's not about left or right.

00:52:38.000 It's about a one-world government.

00:52:40.000 This film documents who Obama works for, the lies he is told, and his real agenda.

00:54:41.000 It's robd as in do, robd at Infowars.com.

00:54:47.000 I would love for you to send us that email right when you get off the air in about 10-15 minutes and we'll do a story on it.

00:54:52.000 Very, very exciting to see you guys standing up and fighting back.

00:54:55.000 But I go back to the question we ran out of time.

00:54:57.000 Talking to Ron Paul, talking to Bob Barr, are they saying that they may do legal action if this is not reversed and retracted?

00:55:05.000 I think I can safely say that the sense of each of us is that this is serious enough that if the state of Missouri does not respond appropriately, Uh, that we should consider legal action.

00:55:19.000 I, I think that is certainly a consideration right now.

00:55:22.000 So that was discussed?

00:55:23.000 Yes. That is, that is very important news right there.

00:55:27.000 Good, because instead of putting up with the Southern Poverty Law Center and the ADL, who go after, you know, groups that are obviously bad and are constantly mixing good people in with it.

00:55:36.000 I'm sick of this slander and they've lost lawsuits before, uh, over this.

00:55:41.000 And, uh, now the police are putting this out secretly.

00:55:44.000 This is outrageous.

00:55:46.000 It is outrageous, and it threatens the liberty of every American.

00:55:50.000 I hope that your listeners understand that even though they may not have voted for myself or Bob or Ron Paul, or perhaps they don't live in Missouri, that this doesn't affect them.

00:56:00.000 But the fact of the matter is, this affects every single American citizen.

00:56:04.000 When police agencies can begin to profile Americans on the basis of what they believe, we are in serious trouble.

00:56:13.000 We don't have freedom if we don't have the freedom to think, the freedom to speak, the freedom to express our ideas and our convictions publicly.

00:56:23.000 When we don't have that freedom, without being considered an enemy of the state or a domestic terrorist, however you want to say it, we don't have the most basic fundamental freedoms in this country.

00:56:35.000 And that's what's at stake for every American.

00:56:39.000 Yeah, this is a chilling effect.

00:56:40.000 I mean, this is a Soviet Union, Nazi Germany.

00:56:42.000 This is classical tyranny to have the police turning into secret police with these reports, demonizing the very people that are defending the Republic.

00:56:51.000 Yeah, and think about it, you know, the people that they mentioned there, you know, Bob Barr, the Libertarians, Chuck Wall in the Constitution Party, Ron Paul, the, you know, if you want to say the Constitutional Wing of the Republican Party, you know, these are the people that, for the most part, are the most adamant defenders Of the Constitution, of freedom, of the very principles that the law enforcement personnel around the country are sworn to protect.

00:57:17.000 Let's remember that every law enforcement officer in the country takes an oath to the Constitution, as does every military officer, of course, every public official.

00:57:25.000 So, you know, and we are the ones who are promoting the law that each of these law enforcement personnel have sworn to protect.

00:57:34.000 I mean, if there's any group of people that they should appreciate, it should be the people that are trying to support and defend the Constitution that the law enforcement personnel have sworn an oath to.

00:57:45.000 Absolutely.

00:57:47.000 And they might as well list Lou Dobbs in here, because the whole document looks like a Lou Dobbs CNN TV show.

00:57:53.000 I mean, the North American Union, the SPP, RFID, tracker chips, the Second Amendment.

00:57:58.000 I mean, they just demonize everything that this country stands for.

00:58:01.000 Absolutely, yeah.

00:58:03.000 That's a good point.

00:58:04.000 This document is treason.

00:58:05.000 They should.

00:58:07.000 They should have mentioned Lou Dobbs, because how often does he talk about many of the things that you just listed there?

00:58:14.000 Chuck Bolden, I'm going to talk a little bit more about this for five more minutes if you can do it, and then...

00:58:17.000 Alex, I gotta go.

00:58:19.000 I got another interview at 12 o'clock straight up.

00:58:20.000 I'm sorry.

00:58:21.000 Oh, I didn't know that.

00:58:22.000 Okay, well, you, right now, during the break, send me that letter so I can post it.

00:58:28.000 I'll do that as soon as I get off my next interview, Alex.

00:58:30.000 Okay, let me say bye to you during this break, then Chuck Ball will have to have you back up next week for a full hour.

00:58:35.000 Well, I want to fire out your website.

00:58:37.000 I'll do that after the break.

00:58:38.000 Hold on.

00:58:42.000 Thank you for listening to GCN.

00:58:45.000 Be sure to visit GCNlive.com today.

00:58:50.000 Hello friends, this is Alex Jones.

00:58:52.000 I've told you for a long time.

00:58:53.000 It's important to be self-sufficient and today That's more important than ever.

00:58:57.000 We need to be independent and food and water is the key You'll never have to stand in a bread line if you have your own bread You'll never have to go to the Superdome and beg for FEMA to take care of your family in any emergency If you simply prepare no one is gonna take care of your family in the final equation But you you know e foods direct comm is still able to shift horrible food That's safe from E. Coli Salmonella genetic alteration or Chinese imports and they do it every day We're 0.69

00:59:32.000 good to go.

00:59:53.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:59:55.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:58.000 Music.

01:00:04.000 Big Brother.

01:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

01:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

01:00:10.000 You want answers?

01:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:25.000 You can just Google Chuck Baldwin, find all his sites.

01:00:28.000 We're gonna get back up in the near future.

01:00:29.000 He had to go because of another radio interview.

01:00:32.000 But look at how we broke this major news story, because state police officers sent it to us.

01:00:39.000 Actually, two of them did.

01:00:39.000 One in California, one in Missouri.

01:00:42.000 It's the one in Missouri that doesn't want to come on air.

01:00:44.000 The state police officer in California is saying he will come on.

01:00:48.000 He's gonna be on.

01:00:49.000 We may even get him on later in the hour, because he said a few days ago he would come on any time.

01:00:54.000 And I guess we just hadn't set him up yet for some reason that escapes me, because I want him on immediately.

01:01:00.000 Immediately. I had a state rep on yesterday who talked to the head of the state police in Missouri, Jim Guess, representative of Missouri, and they admitted it was real, it's really going on, demonizing all these people.

01:01:12.000 And I want Paul Watson, Kurt Dimma, whoever, to go ahead and Chuck says in 30 minutes he's going to send me that email.

01:01:19.000 He's got to finish the interview first and send it.

01:01:23.000 We're going to get that up on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com, but I would just go ahead and have Paul Watson do a couple paragraph blurb about, you heard them say, that he talked to Ron Paul, they are considering litigation, and Bob Barr.

01:01:35.000 Bob Barr, Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, considering litigation if this isn't retracted, and they've sent a letter, the letter has been sent.

01:01:43.000 Go ahead and get that article up, and then we'll post the letter in it.

01:01:46.000 I don't want to wait here.

01:01:48.000 So launch the operation immediately.

01:01:53.000 Folks, you don't realize how much power the American people have.

01:01:56.000 You don't realize the platform we have with Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

01:02:02.000 A lot of people don't understand the effect we're having.

01:02:05.000 That's what's blowing me away.

01:02:06.000 I mean, this is history.

01:02:07.000 We are standing in the crossroads of history.

01:02:10.000 We can take on the New World Order. 0.54

01:02:12.000 We can get a reprieve like Nineveh with Jonah.

01:02:16.000 You know, but the phony, bought-and-paid four churches under the faith-based initiative, tens of billions a year, under federal control, are telling people, stand down to corruption, stand down to tyranny.

01:02:25.000 Obama's basically God.

01:02:27.000 They told their people Bush was basically of the Lord.

01:02:29.000 Well, we've posted what they teach in the sermons.

01:02:32.000 Protestant, Catholic, doesn't matter. 1.00

01:02:33.000 All federally written.

01:02:34.000 The clergy response teams, you know, now mandatory service, passing the House, going to the Senate.

01:02:41.000 It's all happening and the biggest threat we face is the pulpit prostitutes, as Pastor Butch Paul calls them, that are up there neutralizing the American people and the people of the world, telling them to stand down, that it's not your job to stand up to evil, that it's not your job to fight corruption, that it's not your job to be involved.

01:02:59.000 What's up, Rob?

01:03:00.000 You got news for me?

01:03:02.000 What's up?

01:03:03.000 I talked to his wife.

01:03:04.000 He's in the bathroom.

01:03:05.000 You talked to his wife?

01:03:06.000 Let's get the state police officer on at 40 after if we can do it.

01:03:09.000 After I talked to the VFW guy.

01:03:13.000 Okay, okay.

01:03:16.000 Well, we're on air right now, you know that.

01:03:18.000 So, I mean, we're having an open discussion right now.

01:03:23.000 It's alright.

01:03:23.000 It doesn't matter.

01:03:25.000 The main thing is he sent us that letter he wanted us to publish.

01:03:27.000 That's what they'll catch him, find out who he is with.

01:03:30.000 Okay? So, let's just get the Missouri officer on.

01:03:34.000 Okay? But let's do it now.

01:03:36.000 And just tell him...

01:03:39.000 You know, it's his First Amendment right to talk about what he thinks of this.

01:03:42.000 And we'll just leave it at that.

01:03:43.000 Okay? She said he'd do it.

01:03:45.000 Just get him on.

01:03:45.000 Okay, thanks.

01:03:47.000 This is the battle command station here, ladies and gentlemen.

01:03:50.000 This is the headquarters of the resistance.

01:03:52.000 We'll let you in on a little secret.

01:03:54.000 And the establishment knows that.

01:03:56.000 That's why they're engaging in all this covert demonization of us.

01:04:00.000 But we just called.

01:04:02.000 His wife's there.

01:04:04.000 He just got off a shift and he's in the shower.

01:04:09.000 You got both of them ready?

01:04:10.000 Then get the Missouri State Trooper on.

01:04:12.000 Okay? Twist his arm. 0.67

01:04:15.000 He was ready to do it a couple days ago, and I didn't know he was ready.

01:04:18.000 Now, I don't want any cold feet here, ladies and gentlemen.

01:04:22.000 Okay, um...

01:04:25.000 Oh, there's so much.

01:04:27.000 This is all incredible.

01:04:29.000 After we cover all that, I'm going to get into Senator Dodd admits adding bonus provision to stimulus package.

01:04:34.000 Now in Bloomberg, he's blaming the Obama administration for it.

01:04:36.000 Well, they're both guilty.

01:04:37.000 He put it in the bill, the Obama deception crowd, the Obama administration put it in the executive order.

01:04:46.000 It's all in my film, The Obama Deception.

01:04:48.000 We finger who did it.

01:04:50.000 And then they're claiming they're fighting these CEOs and all these bonuses.

01:04:53.000 All right, stay with us.

01:04:54.000 We'll talk about them wanting to reduce the health care for the troops.

01:04:57.000 When we get back, I'm Alex Jones.

01:04:59.000 This is the GCN Radio Network.

01:06:07.000 We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.

01:06:14.000 The Obama deception completely destroys the myth that Obama is working for the best interest of the American people.

01:06:21.000 Well, Obama's already fudging.

01:06:23.000 He's fudged since day one in this election.

01:07:59.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

01:08:06.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

01:08:11.000 Just a program note.

01:08:13.000 We have confirmed that Limbaugh did a bunch of his show on the MIAC Missouri Report demonizing conservatives and gun owners.

01:08:21.000 The state police reports the feds put out demonizing conservatives.

01:08:25.000 Mac did a whole hour last night on Fox on it.

01:08:28.000 This story we broke last week has just gone huge.

01:08:30.000 Another story that is massive comes to us from the head of the American Legion, the largest veterans association here in the United States.

01:08:40.000 And the website is legion.org.

01:08:42.000 They really need no introduction.

01:08:44.000 We have Commander David K. Rabin on with us.

01:08:47.000 He met with the president on Monday.

01:08:49.000 CNN and others reported that they were saying that they wanted to basically make the troops have their own insurance and pay for their own medical care instead of going to the VA. So joining us is Commander David K. Rabin, head of the American Legion.

01:09:02.000 Sir, thanks for taking time out.

01:09:03.000 I appreciate the opportunity this afternoon, sir.

01:09:06.000 Thank you.

01:09:07.000 You bet.

01:09:07.000 Give us some background.

01:09:08.000 You're meeting with the President, and now it looks like they're backing off.

01:09:11.000 Well, this issue really came to light about three weeks ago, while some testimony was being given in front of the House Veterans Affairs Committee.

01:09:20.000 We didn't expect that it was that serious an issue at that point, but we did think it was serious enough that a dozen veteran service organizations got together and jointly wrote a letter to the President opposing this idea.

01:09:35.000 Thinking that maybe it wouldn't go very much farther, but then we were all invited to a meeting at the White House last Monday afternoon, and that's when we discovered that this truly was a serious proposal.

01:09:47.000 The administration, and at that meeting was the President himself, his Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, VA Secretary Eric Shinseki, and a representative from the Office of Management and Budget.

01:10:00.000 At that meeting, they told us that they had identified $540 million that they thought could be recouped back into the VA by billing private insurance carriers for treatment of service-connected disabilities.

01:10:17.000 At that point...

01:10:18.000 And I want everybody to understand that the President didn't...

01:10:24.000 The President never threatened to cut off treatment.

01:10:27.000 This was simply a method of how that treatment would be paid for, whether by the government or by private insurance.

01:10:33.000 That would certainly start a big precedent towards that, though.

01:10:37.000 It would start us down a road that we didn't want to go.

01:10:41.000 The organizations all felt, every one of us, that the government has a fundamental responsibility, not just to provide that treatment, but there shouldn't be any There shouldn't be any financial burden borne by the veteran or by the veteran's family for that treatment.

01:11:00.000 Oh yeah, they're going to raise insurance rates on them if the insurance companies learn that insuring a veteran separately that they're going to have to pay.

01:11:08.000 I mean, come on.

01:11:09.000 Insurance premiums would go up.

01:11:12.000 There are annual and lifetime caps, maximums on the benefits that are paid.

01:11:17.000 One of the things we're really concerned about is once that maximum benefit cap is reached, Then the entire family loses their health insurance coverage for the rest of the year.

01:11:28.000 And with the state of the military right now, many of our military people are married, many of them are parents, and the last thing we need to do is to have more young children out there uninsured.

01:11:40.000 That's just not acceptable.

01:11:42.000 And then there's the added load of this on the entire insurance system, the type of catastrophic injuries associated with military service.

01:11:50.000 As you just said, this would bankrupt the entire family's cap very quickly.

01:11:56.000 Very quickly.

01:11:57.000 Very quickly.

01:11:58.000 When you start to talk about the state-of-the-art prosthesis, and we expect state-of-the-art prosthesis for those folks that have undergone amputations, loss of limbs, you know, those costs are very high.

01:12:10.000 And then on top of those two, there's also the effect on the employability of the veteran himself and what the And the effect on the company if this disabled veteran is running his own small business.

01:12:22.000 There's just way too many dangers here to take a chance on implementing this proposal.

01:12:28.000 I didn't think of that.

01:12:29.000 We're talking to the commander of the American Legion, David K. Rabin.

01:12:33.000 I didn't think of that.

01:12:35.000 Businesses guaranteed, if they knew, I'm going to take a veteran on with a job who's going to have huge insurance costs on our whole plan, with small businesses especially, that would prejudice people against hiring veterans.

01:12:47.000 It certainly would.

01:12:48.000 It certainly would.

01:12:49.000 We think that if a veteran walked into the business, even if he was the most qualified, that might be the deciding factor as to who gets the job.

01:12:58.000 Just the potential effect on the employer's insurance costs.

01:13:07.000 No, go right ahead.

01:13:08.000 You're in the meeting with the President.

01:13:10.000 He was trying to...

01:13:11.000 Who was doing the selling?

01:13:12.000 The President or his Chief of Staff, Emanuel, or was it Shinseki?

01:13:15.000 Who was pushing this in the meeting?

01:13:19.000 All of the discussion at the meeting, the primary discussion came from the President.

01:13:24.000 Chief of Staff Emanuel carried part of the discussion.

01:13:27.000 The VA Secretary, General Shinseki, said very little during the meeting.

01:13:32.000 He was present, but there wasn't much discussion coming from the General.

01:13:38.000 The thing that did surprise us, and disappointed us, frustrated those of us from the veterans organizations, the president did not wish the discussion, and he stopped the discussion a couple of times, from addressing that fundamental responsibility of the government to take care of not only to provide the treatment, but to pay for it.

01:14:02.000 The discussion focused strictly on the money, on the financial aspects, and where the money was going to come from.

01:14:09.000 So I'm getting from what you're saying, he didn't want to be on record, uh, seconding the fact that the military's always been promised continual health care, and when you were saying, you support that, don't you, Mr. President, he was non-committal?

01:14:23.000 That's, yes.

01:14:25.000 A couple of the folks in the meeting tried to address that issue, and that discussion came to a Came to a halt very quickly at the President's request.

01:14:34.000 strictly the focus on the money aspect.

01:14:36.000 That is outrageous.

01:14:38.000 So he was dehumanizing the issue away from the troops.

01:14:41.000 I mean, that is outrageous.

01:14:44.000 So that clearly gives us a bird's eye view into the mind of where they're trying to take policy.

01:14:48.000 Any other little interesting pieces of intelligence from the meeting, sir?

01:14:53.000 No, not from that one in particular.

01:14:56.000 We did.

01:14:57.000 There was...

01:14:59.000 There was the suggestion made that if the organizations, if the organizations did not agree with this, if we were strongly opposed, that if the organizations would make some other suggestions as to where this money could be, could be either saved or additional sources of income, that the administration was willing to listen to those.

01:15:21.000 That left us a little uneasy, left me a little uneasy, because I don't see it as the responsibility of the veterans organizations to Partner with the government in making those kinds of plans.

01:15:32.000 You're lobbying an organization, a fraternal organization, guardians of the veterans.

01:15:38.000 And what you're saying, I don't want to put words in your mouth, is that there was an attempted co-opting going on here, a little bit of stroking to get you to, quote, help them.

01:15:47.000 I mean, will Obama cut, you know, four or five smart bombs out of the budget?

01:15:51.000 That's your 500 million.

01:15:53.000 I think that's, I think, I think there's some I think that's an accurate assessment of what was going on.

01:15:59.000 What they were asking for was strictly ideas based on veterans health care and the VA and there's a couple of them out there.

01:16:06.000 The American Legion has advocated for a long time that we don't see why a Medicare eligible veteran that's going to the VA medical centers for non-service connected treatment, why Medicare should not be able to be billed and to bring some money back into the VA that way.

01:16:23.000 We think there'd be new money Yeah, and that's government money to begin with, So I don't see the problem with that.

01:16:41.000 We don't either.

01:16:43.000 We've advocated that position for, oh, I would say probably somewhere between five and ten Yeah, that's more money!

01:16:53.000 That's more options for better care for the troops. 0.60

01:16:57.000 Yes. Yes.

01:16:59.000 Any other key points that were going on in this meeting?

01:17:01.000 And then we'll go into Chapter 2 here in the time we have left with the head of the VA who's nice enough to join us here.

01:17:07.000 Anything else in the meeting that people should be made aware of?

01:17:09.000 And was there anything good that you agreed with that the President or Chief of Staff said?

01:17:14.000 Only that the President was very clear that there would be treatment for these people.

01:17:19.000 That there was never any doubt.

01:17:22.000 That treatment for service-connected disabilities would happen in the VA medical care system, and it would be very good treatment.

01:17:31.000 The President, Vice President Biden, and Mrs. Obama have all been very clear about how much they care about the military and the military's families, so he wanted us to understand that there was never any question about whether or not treatment would happen in the VA.

01:17:47.000 It would.

01:17:48.000 But it would take it away from their families with the cap.

01:17:53.000 That possibility exists, yes.

01:17:55.000 There was some discussion of a test program, a pilot program, in maybe two states to see what the effect would be on premiums and lifetime caps and employability.

01:18:08.000 But frankly, those of us in the organization, myself as commander of the American Legion, I'm not willing to take that risk.

01:18:15.000 Well, we know what they're doing.

01:18:17.000 Those veterans that have service-connected disabilities, They and their families have sacrificed enough.

01:18:23.000 We don't need to run a test program and run the risk that they would be sacrificing even more to find out things that we're pretty sure would be going to happen.

01:18:34.000 Well, we know that's a government trick all over the world to just say it's a test to kind of kill opposition, and then they roll it out saying, oh, our tests worked great, now we're going to do it.

01:18:43.000 Mm-hmm.

01:18:44.000 Yes, yep.

01:18:45.000 And you've seen things studied and studied and studied.

01:18:50.000 The study never seems to get over.

01:18:52.000 What was his body language?

01:18:53.000 He was saying, hey, I don't want to talk about this being a right or something, not wanting to commit to that, but then saying I won't take their health care away.

01:19:03.000 Sounds like doublespeak.

01:19:05.000 How was he trying to co-opt or get you guys what it sounds like to sell out to veterans in a way to help me cut their benefits somehow or help me save this money somehow?

01:19:15.000 Yeah, that was...

01:19:18.000 I'm not good at reading body language.

01:19:20.000 I don't dare give an interpretation there because there's a chance that I might be mistaken.

01:19:29.000 But he was very clear this was about the money.

01:19:33.000 Can you as organizations come up with ways to help supply this money?

01:19:38.000 All right, sir, we've got a break for a quick break come back with five more minutes with you to talk about the good news from talking to the Congress and now with a new statement today by Gibbs the White House Press Secretary, they're claiming they're backing off of this for now,

01:20:58.000 Be a part of the revolution today!

01:21:00.000 Hello, Ted Anderson.

01:21:01.000 Listeners of the network are familiar with the Federal Reserve Note and understand the risks of deficit spending.

01:21:06.000 Therefore, with catastrophic events, it comes as no surprise that some banks have currently placed limits on the amount of cash depositors can remove from their accounts.

01:21:14.000 A fractional reserve system means only a small portion of your deposit is held in reserve for immediate withdrawal.

01:21:20.000 Deficit spending will skyrocket through FDIC if the government is forced to insure deposits during a bank run followed by a depressed economy.

01:21:27.000 A current effort is underway by the Fed along with other central banks to increase liquidity for depositors.

01:21:33.000 However, an increase in money supply without equal expansion in productivity can cause inflation.

01:21:38.000 In order to achieve strength and stability, I recommend a conservative portion of all investments to be calmly repositioned into gold and silver.

01:21:46.000 While paper investments currently have been driven by debt, Gold, on its own, has held value for over 6,000 years.

01:21:52.000 For more information, call 1-800-686-2237.

01:21:56.000 That's 1-800-686-2237.

01:22:00.000 In the New World Order's war against humanity, Barack Obama is the tip of the spear.

01:22:06.000 We've got to give them a stake in creating the kind of world order that I think all of us would like to see.

01:22:12.000 The Obama deception completely destroys the myth that Obama is working for the best interest of the American people.

01:22:19.000 Well, Obama's already fudging.

01:22:21.000 He's fudged since day one in this election.

01:22:23.000 If you have a demagogue with a fanatical mass movement of personality cultists who is imposing the program of a group of extreme bankers and finance oligarchs, that's fascist.

01:22:36.000 It's not about left or right.

01:22:38.000 It's about a one-world government.

01:22:40.000 This film documents who Obama works for, the lies he is told, and his real agenda.

01:23:59.000 Straight.

01:24:09.000 Yeah, Strange Days are here alright, folks.

01:24:17.000 Thanks for joining us.

01:24:19.000 Commander David K. Raymond of the American Legion is on with us.

01:24:28.000 I just can't believe they're trying to nickel-and-dime veterans treatment when we have a trillion-plus dollar defense budget.

01:24:35.000 And they're not worried about trillions to the private banks, but it's just amazing.

01:24:40.000 Your thoughts on that, and then the good news that they are backing off this plan, sir.

01:24:45.000 Yes, sir.

01:24:45.000 There was an invitation back into the White House yesterday.

01:24:50.000 The President could not be there.

01:24:51.000 He had prior commitments, but Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel led that meeting.

01:24:56.000 to bring the veterans organizations back in.

01:24:58.000 We've all expressed our opposition.

01:25:00.000 The American Legion put out a very strong press release, and we've been talking about it for the two days, expressing our opposition and involving the citizens and our membership around the country.

01:25:11.000 At that meeting, which only lasted about 15 minutes, the Chief of Staff received the opinions of the veterans organizations, the opposition, and made the Made the promise that he would consult with the President and be back with an answer yesterday afternoon.

01:25:29.000 When that answer came back to us, it was that the President was withdrawing that proposal.

01:25:34.000 We also heard that coming from Speaker of the House Pelosi and House Appropriations Chairman Chet Edwards.

01:25:44.000 They both made the statement that this proposal had been withdrawn and would not be withdrawn.

01:25:49.000 Involved in the budget for this coming fiscal year, which was very good news.

01:25:54.000 But the issue is that they're proposing it.

01:25:56.000 It shows the mindset, as you said.

01:25:58.000 What was the...

01:26:00.000 I mean, I know the outrage was here that we saw on the internet and the phone calls we got to the radio show.

01:26:05.000 I mean, did this issue, on a scale of 1 to 10, how hot did veterans get and veteran supporters over this?

01:26:12.000 Oh, I think from the people we were hearing from, I would put it up around the 8 to 9. This, you know, this really...

01:26:23.000 When you tell people that have worn the uniform in the United States about this idea, you get about two-thirds of the way through the description of what's being discussed here, and the head starts to shake, no, right, just that quickly.

01:26:36.000 Because they understand this fundamental responsibility.

01:26:39.000 They understand the reason that those folks were injured.

01:26:45.000 Uh, why they're coming home with that disability and they understand that fundamental responsibility is not to be, not to be trifled with.

01:26:54.000 Plus, they were promised.

01:26:55.000 They were promised.

01:26:56.000 They signed contracts saying this.

01:26:58.000 Yes. Yep.

01:26:59.000 Exactly. Exactly.

01:27:02.000 So that's a, that's, it, it hits very high on the radar screen when you start to talk about it with the, with the members of our organization, with the veterans around the country.

01:27:12.000 And, you know, And frankly, with a large percentage of the population around this country, even those that haven't been closely involved with the military.

01:27:21.000 Does this...

01:27:22.000 Did this put a chink, do you think, in the Obama administration's image with veterans who are already in a lot of areas not too pleased with him?

01:27:31.000 Well, it certainly didn't help.

01:27:34.000 We in the American Legion have been very pleased the last couple of years about budgets.

01:27:39.000 We're very happy with the With the budget request that the president has put in, all we've seen is the bottom line number there.

01:27:47.000 We don't know the details, so we're looking for the details.

01:27:50.000 We're anxious to see them, but we've been very pleased with the bottom line number.

01:27:54.000 But yes, this could go a long way to hurt what tends to be a favorable first impression, in my mind.

01:28:04.000 That was one of the things that was said by one of the other All right.

01:28:22.000 Well, Commander David K. Rabin of the American Legion, probably the biggest veterans organization, not just in the U.S., but on the planet, and the website is Legion.org, Legion.org. 0.89

01:28:36.000 And we appreciate you not being a lapdog.

01:28:39.000 So many other groups that represent people have been kind of seduced in to all these hundreds of meetings they've been having, trying to co-opt everybody.

01:28:48.000 And so we're really glad to hear that you and you're saying the other veterans groups that were with you, that none of them were rolling over to this first seduction Well, I would call it a corruption into the White House machinery, so we commend you, Commander David K. Rabin, for that.

01:29:06.000 Thank you very much, and it was very good to see so many of our colleagues in the organizations feeling the same way.

01:29:14.000 That wasn't an absolute necessity.

01:29:17.000 We in the American Legion will form our opinion and we'll act on it based on what we think is right.

01:29:23.000 All right, Commander, thank you so much for spending time with us, and keep up the good work.

01:29:27.000 Thank you, sir.

01:29:28.000 Take care.

01:29:30.000 All right, folks, so shut that down for now, but they'll be back.

01:29:34.000 Coming up, we're going to probably have a state police officer on the MIAC report.

01:29:37.000 I'm going to get into the latest banking scandals.

01:29:40.000 It is big and another black eye for the White House.

01:29:44.000 It is all coming up, ladies and gentlemen.

01:30:57.000 In the New World Order's war against humanity, Barack Obama is the tip of the spear.

01:31:06.000 We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.

01:31:14.000 The Obama deception completely destroys the myth that Obama is working for the best interest of the American people.

01:31:21.000 Well, Obama's already fudging.

01:31:23.000 He's fudged since day one in this election.
